A beautiful hidden gem! 😍 The location is serene, calm, quiet and peaceful, with such a lovely atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel special. The service was top-tier, with a warm and helpful team who were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, and you really feel like you're getting great value for your money. The amenities were clean and well maintained, and the garden was especially beautiful, with plenty of space for hosting events. Overall, such a lovely place with great food, wonderful staff, and a peaceful setting. I would definitely recommend it! ❤️

This was a great location for our event as it was private and beautifu. The service was beyond superb. We had sufficient staff to wait on us and they did a great job with the deco. But the icing on the cake is that James our contact was very helpful and did everything possible to make sure our time there was awesome.

I went for beers but the service was amazing we had to go back, Cynthia was amazing and hands on and she perfected the whole experience it's well located for a nice chilled getaway.

The facility was amazing, they had good food and the service was great! They were very accommodating of our needs. Would definitely recommend for any events.

The staff was warm and welcoming,having missed my type of room upon check-in ,the Front Office Supervisor spoke to me on Phone and assured me I will get my Apartment the next day by 10.00am,she delivered this right on time,you have been extremely hospitable to Me and my family really appreciate this kind gesture for the past 15days we have stayed at Heri Heights,it's our 2nd home in Kenya..the jazz night is something else...,lovely.!. Being my first time in Kenya ....this place exceeded my expectations on service.... Quick check-in process at the reception with lovely smiles..... Meals are sumptuous...,friendly and very helpful staff from the security point .. Professionalism is evident in all the staff ... The one week I spent with my colleagues here was awesome.. OK, but needs some serious TLC. For a 2-night stay, a hotel like the IBIS would be a better choice. Perhaps this is better for long-term stays. It is a big place that is in need of some repairs and some tender-loving-care; otherwise, no major issues.

The apartments are nicely spacious. However, there are a few things that need improving: a) Wifi was poor and inconsistent b) the apartment I stayed in did not have a kettle/microwave/sufuria. So that meant no hot water to drink for me :( c) the bedsheets smelt like fish for some reason d) the mattress was lumpy, so despite being tired I didn't have a good night's sleep e) the lady at the restaurant serving tea and coffee was too slow

I spent my vacation in a disgusting apartment. The bathroom looked as if hooligans had recently rioted there and had then been poorly renovated. The kitchen was also a disaster. Mold on the ceiling, dirty walls. The equipment was inadequate, including a pan to fry something and also bowls to serve the food. The balcony wasn't nice either. Paint was peeling off the ceiling and dirtying the furniture every day. A table was also missing.

Staff is very kind, I love the place. They even took my breakfast at my room since I was extremely exhausted because I arrived from the airport to the hotel at 4 am. The nature that is around of the hotel is amazing. Also, the place is big. So, if you are looking for a nice place an feel as at home definitely you have to choose here.

To begin with; 1. The location is great 2. Check in was very smooth 3. The facility has the most greenery i have seen Huge props for the complementing the Eco System. 4. My room was very clean 5. The facility has very friendly team. Great job! NOTE: I stayed in room D06 and the WC needs to be checked, it seemed to be faulty.
