The front desk employees were great! Most notably Tiffany on the early morning shift. She was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had a good selection of grab-n-go options.

Pro: cheap alternative vs Vegas hotel room. Room was spotless, great to have bathroom amenities (shampoo etc). New and plentiful bath towels. Very friendly staff, from check in/out to breakfast service (and very buzy). Cons: Noisy fridge and heating unit. Unplugged the fridge and turned off the heating cooling unit (got down to 50F inside the room overnight - cold snap early December). Breakfast was pretty sad: obviously fake eggs, tiniest yogurt containers (1 flavour only), cold cereals were all sugary sweet stuff. Parking lot was really full - overflow in adjacdent paved parking. Not sure if there is any security or monitoring overnight. Hotel is located in industrial area. Backs onto some kind of small plant, low rumbling is audible. Cheap gas near by however! Tons of families and kids seem to be main guests (just pre holiday season).

Stopped here for a night during an emergency road trip and would absolutely recommend the hotel. Kathy was working the front desk when I arrived and was amazing and welcoming after a long drive. She was efficient and quickly checked me in. The hotel & rooms were very clean (aside from a couple of stains on the carpet), and breakfast was included with the stay.

We stayed at the Best Western for a youth hockey tournament and we're very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a convenient location to get to and from the rinks. And the complimentary breakfast in the morning is always a nice addition.

Dangerous place to stay. Lock your room at night because keys are given out like candy for Halloween Booked three nights for an event. Given a room above a generator. Noisy. Went outside to smoke and no one manning the front desk. Strange, angry man in the halls and elevator. Given a new room with a couple in bed. Finally have one night of sleep on the final night. Tried resolving this issue, but management doesn't respond to my emails or phone calls. CEO will be receiving a detailed email real soon.

Very clean room and bathroom. Bedding is very comfortable. Good free breakfast (hot, cold, fruit, etc). Free coffee 24 hours. Free WiFi easy login. Nice reception area with sofa and tables. I booked many BW in the past but this BW plus hotel is the most satisfied.

We wanted to stay away from the noise and bustle of the strip and this was perfect. It appears to be a new hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and up- to-date. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at many hotels, and this is THEE best! Quiet. VERY clean, smells like citrus. Kathy at the front desk was a lifesaver. They promptly gave me extra blankets when I requested them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Rooms were insulated enough to not hear the family of screaming kids once we were in our room. I almost hated to leave it!

Great hotel! Staff is very friendly. The room with a king bed was perfect for our 3 day stay. Included a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast every morning was nice as well! Great food options. The area may seem a little sketch but it's just the old part of Henderson and we didn't have any issues at all! Would definitely stay here again!

We chose this hotel for location and price and chain. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality. The desk clerk was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable, rooms were spacious and there were plenty of outlets to charge our devices. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from, well laid so I didn't have to search for things, and someone on duty to clean up and refill. I'd stay here again.

We were passing through so only stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, glad to have the hot breakfast back. It would be nice to have a restaurant on site as services in the area are not up to BW standard.

The two staff that we dealt with were the best we have encountered in years. Kathy, who checked us in on the evening of 11/6 and the lady (I didn't catch her name) that checked us out on the early morning of 11/7 were friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for one night because I had a flight to catch in the morning and didn't want to go anywhere near the strip. When I pulled into the parking lot I thought "Oh no, what did I get myself into." The surrounding area didn't look too promising. My GPS had me go down an alley to get there through the back area. Anyway, check in is at 3:00.....it was about 1. The woman at the desk was so very nice. She had a room available and allowed me to check in early. The lobby is bright and clean. When I got to my room, it was perfect. I had a King room, it was large, clean, and had a desk, and a reading chair and footstool. Did I say the room was clean???? It was. The bathroom had the regular amenities and a hairdryer. The bed was comfy and I had a good night's sleep. I will say the dog across the hall did wake me up with his barking. The breakfast the next morning was plentiful. They had eggs, ham, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, pastries, cold cereal, toast etc. If you couldn't find something to eat, it's on you. The gentleman working the breakfast was hustling to refill the coffee and food stations. The tables were clean and it was inviting. There is nothing within walking distance to this hotel, but a short drive away there are casino's, restaurants, and a shopping mall. It was an easy drive to return my rental car the next day......I didn't even need to get on the highway.

This is a great location with amazing service! it was extremely clean and nice size room's. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't want to be in the Las Vegas area, but close enough by car.

Nice clean hotel away from the madness of the strip, but still close enough to go there. Breakfast is very good and the personnel is present to make sure everything is available at the breakfast. Our room had a door connection the next room, which led to some more noises from the neighbouring guests. But luckily thet went to sleep early. So I had a good nap. Will visit again.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend. The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and it was the perfect place to get ready for our big day! Thank you Ann P for all of your assistance in booking our room block for our guests!!

This was a very nice hotel for the price. The location is not super close to the strip but it was about a 20 minute drive each night to and from the hotel. I will say, the location leaves something to be desired. You feel like your car will get broken into but we had no issues. It is not in the nicest of places but we never had any issues. The staff is very nice and the hotel is updated. The bed was more on the firmer side and the pillows sucked but that is about the only complaint I have.

The bed was so comfortable, it felt a slow you male right into the mattress. The rooms were very clean, and in wonderful condition. The staff was exceptional, especially at check-in, it happy to be only her second day and she was in training. Thank you again for a lovely stay at Best Western.

Excellent stay. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel was clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The dining area felt like I was in a restaurant, plenty of tables and space. The staff were polite. I even received a text on day two asking if we needed anything. Best hotel service I've EVER had.

The rooms were cleaned and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast has a lot of choices and was kept stocked and the attendant was helpful. The location was easy to get to and local to all the places were were going.

This property is very clean. They are pet friendly which is a big deal for us. There is lots of space to walk them around the hotel as well as a designated area. We were able to check in easily and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel and lobby, as well as the room and service and breakfast is great. The location is not the best and no restaurants nearby. The pet relief area is very small and little opportunity to walk the dog.

Every employee that I encountered, was very friendly and welcoming! I appreciate the complimentary hot breakfast every morning (there was a variety of items, that were all tasty)! The room was comfortable and clean! Lastly, although the front desk informed me that house keeping only comes by every 3rd day, I stayed here for 4 nights and my room was cleaned every day! Daily cleaning is rare with hotels in 2022, so having this service was SO appreciated! I was in town on business, mostly in the Henderson area. This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from every place I needed to visit and is very close to grocery stores, restaurants and other shops. I definitely plan to stay again during my next visit!

Great place to stay awesome king beds extremely clean rooms and everything else hot breakfast for free just a great place to call home for weekend the staff was extremely nice and helpful hard to find such a great staff like they have in these tough days employees where great even at 3am they where extremely professional and courteous have to say the staff really made a bad situation turn out to be not so bad just by there kindness and help

Cathy welcomed me with a wonderful smile, infectious personality, and great customer service. She greeted me as i came and went while visiting as Ms. Tate. She was very professional & personable. The hotel was nice and clean. I enjoyed the newness of the hotel. It was a little nosey due to the construction. But overall it was the Best stay!

We were surprised to find a nearly new hotel off of Boulder Hwy. Neat, clean and very friendly staff. They had everything we could ask for in a hotel! From the WiFi to the large breakfast room we were very comfortable. We only stayed one night this trip but the next time will stay longer!

Stayed 3 nights. Quiet restful sleep. Didn't appear super clean. The breakfast rating between 1 - 10, was a 4. Had a section selling sundries. The room had a coffee maker but NO creamer and sugar. The wifi kept on going off occasionally. The approximately 15 meter long pool is mostly in the shade. A jacuzzi is off to the side.

When a plumbing incident (water main break) made it necessary to change last minut reservation, Ann Parsons (BW) took care of getting us (and others affected) into another hotel and got our great rates matched. Thanks to Ann and the staff at the BW, everything went smoothly. A few months ago, we had a similar issue with a sewage issue at a Red Roof. Instead of the great BW care (even calls from their coportate res to be sure we were ok), Red Roof called on a late Fri afternoon and said "sorrykiddo, your prepaid res won't be honored.... too bad for you.... " they literally left us on the street. We are long time fans of Best Western for their caring, cleanliness and overall quality, and our loygaly will continue . We used to also like most (denitely not all) RR, but will never stay with them again. Our fairth in BW and their people has been well justified. Thank youBW!!

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Many breakfast choices - eggs, sausages, hot and cold cereals, muffins, danish, waffles, fruits and more!

Hotel was nice and secure, even in Henderson, NV. Internet was horribly slow. Amazing in itself, in that other reviews had the same complaint. You can opt for "Highspeed" Internet at $11/day. Guests should not have to do such in modern times

The room was clean and quiet, but had a horrible a view of construction site.The area where the hotel was located was somewhat industrial. Parking was adequate, but not the easiest to maneuver. Masks were required inside and we found this to be true almost every where in Nevada. There was a buffet breakfast, which had an adequate selection. The road was very busy, but we did not hear traffic noise in the room. Good for a one or two night stay if you need to be on this side of Las Vegas.

The atmosphere here is very friendly. From the front desk to the breakfast bar. A nice selection for breakfast. Coffee was fresh and hot. Plenty of room for everyone to not be crowded at the tables. Parking was very close.

Very efficient, friendly check-in service. Organized lobby, appealing exterior and clean, comfortable room. Conveniently located in the heart of the business district and a nice option to staying in Henderson or Las Vegas. Walking distance to restaurants, a few blocks from Starbucks and grocery store. Complimentary breakfast menu at restaurant across street for motel guests or $5 off non-motel guest selections.

Second time staying at this facility. Great location in the Henderson Area with easy access to Airport and other service locations in the area. My only complaints would be the noise on the Air Conditioning system kicking on and off and the truck yard to the rear of the hotel in the early morning.

Enjoyed our stay! Only issues were that vending machine was sold out of drinks so had to go to local convenient store instead, and for our final night, we were only given 1 bath towel. We could have called the front desk to ask for more towels but we made it work.

My husband and I thought this was one of the more comfortable Best Western's we have stayed at. Price was very good, too! We were a sort drive to any restaurant or store that we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend this place!

Was my very first time ever and the best experience wit a hotel as a truck driver. Scenery, pool, room, staff, everything was outstandingly great! And I will be back with friends knowing about this hotel and what it has to offer. It's simply the best stay I've ever had in my life

Spacious rooms, Excellent handicapped bathroom layout, comfortable beds and pillows, ample parking. A very long hall to reach elevators. Check to make sure curtains will actually block light before nightfall. Ample room in breakfast area to social distance.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were professional, courteous, and warm. The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate. It is a pet friendly hotel, I would stay here again. All of the rooms are non-smoking you can smell marijuana throughout the hallways, which bothered my allergies.

This is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful employees. We stayed two nights and found our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient. We visited Hoover Dam and the trip was very easy from the hotel.

The hotel was recently remodeled and basically looks new in the interior. Lots of options nearby for food. Staff is exceptionally friendly and breakfast was very good even with Covid conditions. Mattresses are very comfortable as well and TV Channel selections are very good. Very nice facility.

After a frustrating day of driving, I was welcomed with a smile and a happy attitude. She easily and quickly registered me and my dog for a room. After a good night's sleep, I was ready to spend another day driving. On this week long trip with a different hotel every night, this was, by far, the best hotel I stayed in.

Got offeted a job opportunity in vegas so the employer booked me a room so i could come work with them for a week. When i arrived i was told the person booking the room for me had to be present. I was told they needed to physically swipe the card the reservation was made with. Please remember that part because you will see why it is important later in my review. The person that booked the room for me was out of town that day and could not come to the hotel to complete the check-in process for me. So i had to pull out my card and pay for it myself. No big deal the employer reimbursed me for it. When i get to the room finally there are pre-existing stains on the carpet. My initial thought was that they are pet friendly so they cant throughly clean the carpet after every check out. Its not like they can steam clean and shampoo every carpet in between visits so no big deal. Well upon further inspection my wife finds clipped toe nails at the foot of the bed. At this point i had just completed a 10 hour straight drive from california and did not have the energy to deal with it.We immediately call the front desk and have them bring a vacuum so we could just clean it up ourselves we did not want the maid coming in because of covid. The part that upset me the most is that although they were made aware the room was not 100% clean when we checked in we got no type of apology the lady at the front desk replied "umm do you want us to come vacuum" To make matters worse, 2 days after i check out the my employer is asking me if i really paid for the room because he was still charged for it! After i was told they needed him to be there at check in to swipe the card to be able to charge it! How do they still charge his card when it was never swiped! They delayed my entire check in process after a 10 hour drive for what! I honestly will probably never visit this hotel ever again and will think twice before looking at anything with the name Best Western considering the fact i was supposed to be staying at a best Western "plus"

Check in was very fast. Front desk clerks were super friendly. The room was extremely clean. We travel a lot with sports and this one of the cleanest hotel we have stayed at. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. They tried to move the line as fast as they could for the restrictions they had. Definitely would stay again.

We were more than pleased with this hotel. We were a bit concerned about starting to travel again during Covid times but we were reassured immediately upon arrival. The lobby was spotless & the reception area was protected by a large plexi screen. Check-in was simple, quick, and helpful with explanations and recommendations. All the staff were masked, professional, and friendly. There were plenty of alcohol sanitizing stations throughout the hotel and around the elevators. Our room was immaculate and all unnecessary decorations had been removed to simplify cleaning and reducing possible cross-infections. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable ....we had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent customer service, very clean, great room. We were in town for a Ice Hockey Tournament. The hotel is very close to the Lifeguard Arena. We stayed in the King suite and it was very comfortable and so clean! We will stay here again.

The Staff, and hotel exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would ask if that they please get Wifi better connected. I would have stayed longer but could not connect phone nor laptop. Had family staying at same time different floors same thing with them as well. I may have overlooked whether wifi was free or not. Either way great place would stay again.

Clean rooms, great personnel at the reception and the breakfast bar. When I come into town again I will be checking for room availability. Worth a try, I believe you will be happy that you stayed at this Hotel.

We love staying at the Best Western Plus in Henderson on the Boulder Highway! We are not gamblers and it is so much nicer and less expensive than Casino Hotels that are noisy, smoky and crowded. Our room had a Microwaves, Fridge and Coffee Maker which is very important to us as well as the great breakfasts they provide (even during a pandemic).

If you are needing a place to stay in Henderson but worried about Covid-19 I highly recommend the Best Western Plus in Henderson. The staff are friendly and efficient and the breakfast in the morning is tasty and varied.

Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Following Covid-19 procedures. Area was less than desirable. Older part of Henderson that was mainly industrial and it's right next to car wash that's open 24 hours. Wouldn't feel safe walking around during the day or after dark . Hotel is a great price though. We did have to call the front desk to come up to our room at 3 a.m. since the HVAC system started beeping and had to be shut off manually behind a locked door. Didn't wake up our two kids but disrupted our sleep for sure. Was told if it started again to just go and shut it off. Thankfully it didn't. Overall I would stay at this hotel again if it was located in a different location.

It was clean and friendly and overall a great place to stay in Vegas but not IN Vegas! The hotel staff is wonderful and everything was very clean! Felt safe staying here in the middle of a pandemic. And they even made breakfast work despite the challenges. Would stay here again!

The lobby is very inviting and our room very spacious. We didn't have to crawl around the bed as it was a big room. Very surprised by breakfast being served. We were at the end of our vacation and it felt good to just relax and not go anywhere for awhile.

Great hotel with great service, everyone was so pleasant, very clean with no issues, will stay here ever time we come into town. Due to covid breakfast was limited but still had everything offered so no big deal.

Arrived and was greeted promptly. Check in was quick. Room was clean and did not reek of smoke. View was of storage business but I keep curtains closed. No nearby restaurants but Albertsons is near by. Fridge worked well.

Drove from Elko Nevada to Henderson Nevada and stayed at the hotel... Then my son and I picked up granddaughter and her mom and all drove to Hemet California to see the whole family for Christmas for a week .. Then drove back to Henderson stayed the night at the hotel.The next day dropped off granddaughter and her mom and drove back home to Elko Nevada

We were passing through Henderson on our way to the Grand Canyon. We were greeted with a very warm welcome when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and taking necessary pandemic procedures. We were very glad they are still serving hot breakfast in a controlled way.

Very comfortable bed. We were able to use our Netflix account on the inroom tv, which was a bonus. The free hot breakfast was very good and a pleasant surprise. My only complaint with the room is that the entry door, bathroom door and closet door all banged into each other, so I think the closet door should be removed. I was happy to find a guest laundry available to wash some clothes.

The location made we wonder if I had made a mistake when I pulled up (the hotel is between a self service car wash and a storage facility), but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was efficient and friendly. The car wash was also handy as I needed to clean my rental car before taking it back (there is also a gas station next to the car wash that was convenient for filling up the rental car).

Such a warm friendly place; staff very gracious; rooms super clean. Housekeeping said 'hi' as you walked by. Beds very very comfy. Breakfast was better than at other hotel chains. Loved our visit and will be back.

No major issues. Breakfast staff was over the top pleasant, efficient, and welcoming. Hotel very conveniently located on Highway with good, safe parking. Very clean lobby area and rooms. Pleasant stay.

Before booking this hotel I reviewed several reviews. Some were not flattering based on the location. But, this hotel is like a shining star in the area. The well lighted parking lot, the clean lobby, and friendly staff were just more good points. The room is very well appointed, clean, and well maintained. A real breakfast was just the thing to start our days. Close enough to some of the major attractions but away enough so that the nights are quiet.

First impression of the hotel was decent. The employee at that worked tonight was really friendly. The parking lot was full so that was downside especially since I had small kids and needed to walk further with them. When we got to our room it was a nice size and clean. Unfortunately the beds are extremely uncomfortable! I can feel the springs. That alone will cause me to never stay again. When one pays for a room after driving all day I expect a comfortable bed at least.

We didn't want to stay on the strip so we decided on this hotel , the beds are extremely hard , it's in a older industrial area the car wash in the parking lot was noisy off and on . The breakfast was the best part of the hotel and the staff in there were very helpful and attentive. Over all it was clean . And parking was included.

Not the first time here and it never disappoints. (We usually stay here on weekends when strip hotels triple their rates) Even during covid all services were open, even full hot breakfast which was served but still all you can eat. Pool was open and small fitness room. Quiet hotel, plenty of parking and refrigerator and microwave in room. Nothing much is walking distance but by car plenty to see/eat/shop at in 5 min away. Only about 10-15 min drive to strip.

There are multiple signs requiring use of masks but several guests did not have them on, and hotel staff did not enforce the rule. About 30% of infections are caused by people who have COVID but don't know it (either asymptomatic or the virus is incubating before exhibiting symptoms). Everyone needs to wear a mask to prevent their own aerosolized droplets from spreading elsewhere. Me wearing a mask only catches so many of those droplets and protects me so much - it's about wearing a mask to protect other people from you, if you don't know you have COVID.

I love staying at the Best Western plus on Boulder Highway in Henderson, the staff is friendly, rooms are always clean, the pool is great. close and convenient to everything. Best breakfast and friendly with my spoiled dog that travels with us

Went to Vegas for fireworks. It was a last minute decision. The Best Western Plus was reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious. The staff, especially Edward was amazing. The breakfast hit the spot as well. We had a great stay and this will be our spot whenever we go back to Vegas!

The cleaning steps taken were obvious at this hotel. The lobby, hallways, and rooms smelled of disinfectant which was reassuring. Guests are required to wear masks and hand sanitizer was available almost everywhere. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

All of the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the best thing about our stay was the breakfast host. She took extra steps to make our daughter smile, and introduced her to whipped cream on waffles! The room was well appointed and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the HDMI hookup was a nice bonus, allowing us to hook up our PS4 and Switch. We initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity to our home. When our air conditioning went out at our apartment, we needed someplace close by at the last minute. There were several fast food restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it was easy to order in from DoorDash. We were SO happy the pool was open! The only complaint we had was that there was a puddle of something that had spilled on one of the vinyl benches in the hallway, and it wasn't cleaned up for 2 days.

Took nearly two hours to check in and two different reservations. Booked a king spa suite receptionist didnt go over my reservations wrong room went back down said that's the room I reserved showed email said couldnt do anything lied and said none available looked online and called 800 number after 2 hours and arguing finally got correct room

Our apologies for any inconvenience. During the last 2 months, our hotel has shutout different floors and or room types and this may have caused an issue.

Nice room, what I really appreciated about this hotel was that there was no noisy heating/AC unit below the window like in so many hotels. Makes for a much better nights sleep. Parking lot is awkward, full of U-hauls and trucks, making it hard for an older person to park near the door. The morning breakfast was good as well. We would return.

Thank you for your review. We Have been following all instruction from the Nevada Health District and the CDC in order to maintain a safe and sanitized environment. We have been serving a grab N Go breakfast and we do not allow guest to sit in the breakfast area. Notices are all around the hotel as well as the front desk, to explain why we are serving breakfast this way. Our apologies if you saw other guest gathering as there is really no reason to do so. Our staff is serving everything from the kitchen.

Nice updated decor, generous size rooms. Only downside is restaurant closed re covid so bagged breakfast. Not great, had cold egg sandwich. Couldn't find any coffee. Large screen tv. Restaurants mostly farther than a mile away but free delivery.

Very nice large room. As B/W members we were given both points and snacks. It is nice to be appreciated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with a larger selection then other B/W we have stayed at. I especially liked the fresh cut up fruit. 24 hour coffee in lobby and afternoon cookies were als features we liked

Best stay I've had in Las Vegas off the Strip. Highly recommend for high quality and very reasonable price. Room was comfortable and A/C Heat worked well. Very good breakfast in quality and variety.. I will stay there again.

This location was very clean and close to shopping and restaurants. On a busier street, but didn't notice any street noise at night. Very friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious.

The hotel is close to the freeway and several restaurants. My wife and I stayed one night while house hunting in Henderson. Nice comfortable hotel. Good shower. Thin walls though. Free breakfast. No bottled water in room. Wifi extremely weak. When we first checked in we noticed ruffled pillows and blanket in bed, and some hairs. Someone else obviously laid on the bed. We called the front desk. The lady came up with a key for another room. No apology, acted as though we were making it up.

We have stayed at this property many times over the past 10 years. They work hard to keep it up-to-date. The location is good for us as we like to bird the area. My only complaint are the pillows, but that is a general complaint across all BWPlus properties. The breakfast is typically better than average. They serve bacon several times a week which is a winner!

This was a great Best Western. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The breakfast was fantastic. There was always coffee, tea or water available. The fitness room was well equipped and clean.The beds were very comfortable and all the staff was very friendly and courteous. Location was perfect for our purpose (soccer tournament).

We were in Vegas for a baseball tournament. We were traveling with our dog. The room we received when we first got there had a really bad smell, but the guy at the front desk was very understanding and got us a new room right away. The second room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices of all types of breakfast food.

We have stayed at this property a number of times, even before it was a BW. Our stay was fine, breakfast ladies were great as always and it was a pleasure to see staff cleaning and taking care of the building. The receptionist at chekout was a disgrace, she told me i was lucky to avoid late checkout fees and her attitude stunk, we checked out at 11:35. I'd been ill all week so everything took a little longer than normal. As a diamond for life you don't get much with BW, all we got this time was hostility. When she realised there was nothing to pay she told me "i could go". This is the first time i've experienced this and it'll be the last, we won't return, there are many other choices for my hard earned cash.

Not everyone wants to stop in the Las Vegas area to play on the Strip. If you are like I was, needing a reasonably priced room when traveling through the area I'd say give this hotel a try. Especially if you are traveling with your 4 legged companion and don't want to get stuck with excessive pet fees. Spacious room, clean, quiet, food nearby and even a small casino within walking distance should the urge to bet a hand or two hit. Easy access to and from the freeway but not so close to be annoyed by the traffic. Friendly accommodating staff along with the standard hotel breakfast at no charge - Travlin Matt

Stayed for four nights during a trade show in Las Vegas. The place is nicely appointed, clean and well cared for. The staff, to a person, could not be nicer. The breakfast room is spacious with plenty of tables and booths. Food offerings at breakfast are plentiful and good. The week I was there they also provided a light dinner on two nights out of the four free of charge.

I stay here every year for CES and the place was completely renovated over the past year and very nicely shows it. Rooms have granite bathrooms, better services and very comfy beds. The help was very very welcoming.

This trip was planned a couple of months ahead. We were greeted by the staff in a friendly demeanor. We will be back because the rooms are clean, the value is great and overall we are treated with respect and great customer service.

when we first arrive the receptionist girl was friendly and Kind very accomodating on our arrival as we got there 10:00 am. she found us a room which was on the ground floor as we have service dogs. Our room was comfortable clean and very sound proof which is quite nice.

Our family of 4 didn't want the expense of staying on the strip, smelling smoke in the lobby or in a hotel with a resort fee so we opted to stay in Henderson. This location is great and the hotel is clean and new. About a 15 minute drive from the Bellagio and 12 minutes to the airport. Microwave and small fridge in room. An extra chair with an ottoman and desk chair. Two comfy queen beds and a nice TV. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Easy check in. Free breakfast and free parking. Yay. Thank you!

Excellent new hotel for staying in Las Vegas; nice rooms; real value for money WITHOUT any resort fee. It is on the outskirts of Las Vegas, so a car is a must. Free parking. Reaonable goio breakfast included in the price. We coming back when we are in Las Vegas

There are a few things that set this Hotel apart from a Casino Hotel. No Gambling, a free breakfast and most important of all no resort fees. An honest price and a good value the hotel is quiet and clean.

You can not beat the value of this hotel! From the minute you walk in, the staff will greet you with a warm and welcome hello and a fast check in! They have a great continental breakfast! They leave out cookies everyday and keep the coffee running! The rooms are clean and if you have any issues which I had a small TV problem five minutes later two staff members were at my room and fixed it! That's top notch!

Biggest complaint was poor water pressure in the shower! It couldn't get the other end of the tub wet! The cleanliness was just ok, nothing special. Bed was good, room was somewhat expensive, $100+ for its location. Breakfast buffet was good. Good food and good choices.

We checked in on Wed of Thanksgiving week and we had a very comfortable room on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was as clean as we have ever encountered and the staff at check in was super! Our TV wasn't working, but maintenance came up immediately to fix it. This hotel is new and a few things in the room would make it more enjoyable: A luggage rack, an easy chair in the room, and a room safe. The TV channel selections/remote control are awful to use. We would stay here again, and Maria in housekeeping was very nice and helpful.

Really nice hotel and the staff was awesome breakfast was great especially the coffee. Room was nice and comfortable. Had no issues at all during my stay here. Was conveniently located near a shopping and casinos.

Our soccer club just completed a three-night stay where we had six full teams plus a staff of 20 people. Everything from the organization at check-in to the end of our stay was outstanding. The breakfast crew with our hostess Dawn was amazing. We had at least one team at the 6:00 am opening each morning and we were greeted with a smiling face and energetic staff each day. We were able to use the breakfast room as our personal team banquet room for other meals and the hotel had a staff member there at all times to assist us with our many catered meals. I would highly recommend this property for anything from an individual to a large group stay.

Absolute the best in service, pool, fitness and sleep quality. Just off of the major freeways and close in to many casinos. Newer BW with great and helpful personnel. Rate this highest of high and great value for hotel offering.

We stayed in the Henderson, NV Best Western Plus for almost a full week during our vacation. This facility is like new in every way. Our room was exceptionally clean and large, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The staff was professional, pleasant, and helpful in answering all of our questions about the area, restaurants, etc. The breakfast foods and service were spectacular. We travel constantly, over 200 days this year, and the breakfast at this hotel surpasses most by leaps and bounds. Because of our experience with this Best Western, we are booking more Best Western hotels for our future travels.

Hotel was nicely located about 10 min from the aquatics complex we were attending for our daughters swim meet. I questioned my choice as we encountered police activity on the streets on our driving to the hotel. However, hotel service was excellent and rooms room clean which made up for the neighborhood.

Great value. Clean, spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was above average and well-run. Room was also quiet- no noise from roads or other guests even though hotel was full. All this at a rate much lower than similar hotels in the area

The check-in process was very unfriendly. The front desk clerk was not welcoming and barely spoke, he behaved as if he was doing me a personal favor to let me stay at this hotel. He never acknowledged my status with the chain, offered any welcome gifts (I saw other guests receiving packages of water), maybe even an upgrade. In the last few years the BW chain has been giving a lot of emphasis on the benefits and treatment you were suppose to receive once you reach Diamond Select level, but it seems this does not reflect in practice when staying at the hotels. My reservation was for a "handicap accessible" 2 queen room. I was traveling with a family member who had recently undergone a leg surgery and was still on clutches, so I figuered the handicapped room would be wider and give them some extra space. Well, the assigned room was not what I had reserved. It was a regular 2-queen. Luckily, it was spacious and wide enough, so I didn't have to return to the front desk to interact with the unfriendly employee another time. The hotel and the room were very nice, everything appeared very new/recently renovated, the decor was also lovely and stylish. In Vegas area cleanliness can be a problem, since hotels are large and there are many late check-outs, so the housekeeping is always rushed. However, this was not the case here, everything was very clean. I was somewhat disappointed with the pool, it is small, without any appealing landscaping, adjacent to the large parking lot south of the building. Usually pools in Vegas (where swimming seasonal is literally year-round), even in chain hotels, are larger and nicer. Returning to the hotel at around 11pm there were no more parking spaces left around it, so I had to utilize the southern parking lot. I found it somewhat unsafe as there were homeless people in the bushes bordering the gas station, who immediately started asking for money. Not a pleasant experience. Breakfast in the morning was nice, the breakfast room resembled a diner, with private booths. The breakfast receptionist was lovely, sweet and she (the breakfast receptionist!!!) even acknowledged my chain status and thanked me for my loyalty. They had a policy of dine-in only, which was, in my opinion, not very user-friendly. I do understand they wouldn't allow guests to take breakfast to their rooms, since then things get spilled and it's a mess. But to not allow a guest in a hurry to grab a few food items and be on the go is wrong. Usually hotels even provide bags for "grab and go" needs. A few days after my stay I received a questionnaire from BW. After filling it out the GM responded. To his credit, he apologized and promised they would look into the inappropriate attitude of the check-in clerk. I hope those were not just "PR words".

This was our first stay at Best Western Henderson. Hotel was upgraded and some areas were still in progress. It did not effect anything. They have really done a great job on the upgrades. The room was very roomy and very nice. The breakfast crew may have been the best I have seen. The kept on top of everything and always offered to help and had a smile doing it. Great Job Ladies!!

I was on business and needed quick access to North Las Vega, Arizona, Jean and Primm. This was perfect as I wanted to be off the strip. Got a room with a king bed and the best nights sleep, while traveling, because of how quite the room was. I was very bright outside at night but the blackout curtains worked perfect. Would stay again. Keep up the great work.

My wife and I enjoyed our three-night stay at the Best Western Plus Henderson. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast hostess. Room was clean and beds comfortable. I thought that the room needed a reading chair in addition to the desk chair, which was the only one in the room. We brought our little dog, who was treated like the princess she is. I just wish there was a park nearby for a better dog-walking experience.

We always book Best Western when possible as these hotels are consistent with their standards (excellent)....never any unexpected “surprises”. In the years we have stayed at Best Western Hotels we never been disappointed.

Stayed 3 nights here in bed hard enough to feel like sleeping on a slab. Back aches each morning and no hot tub to help with that. The “pool” was barely larger than a swim spa, not heated and dirty. Big disappointment considering the lack of other amenities. Hotel was clean if sparse in amenities. It is in an industrial type area with local restaurants we found within 10+ miles. I had to have friendly staff reset TV twice so remote would work. When TV came on it was full blast and with no ability to select one of the few channels available. Breakfast was the usual fare with low quality pastries, cold cereal, diced potatoes, scrambled eggs, meat of the day, fruit and juices. No bar, contrary to ad. But a small collection of snacks and drinks available. Staff was unfamiliar with prices. Staff was friendly but seemed to be marginally familiar with facilities but friendly. Way over-rated and over priced. Would not stay here again.

this was one of the nicest Best Western hotels i have stayed at. given the price for a room it was an excellent deal. the staff was GREAT!!! the room clean and comfortable. convenient parking. overall perfect.

Very comfy stay. Short easy drive to stadium. Would be a five but microwave didn't work and was never fixed. Breakfast was very good and express checkout was better. Rooms were clean and fitness room was nice

Very clean, great location not far from downtown away from busy roads & quiet location. Hotel extreme clean, updated, professional kind workers, breakfast is simple but fresh & will definitely come again !!

This hotel was clean, tidy and had wonderful people working there. The night clerks on all three nights went out of there way to be helpful. The rooms were very quiet. If you are going there for the Vegas experience, it is not there, as there is no sign of Vegas in this hotel, which suited me fine. The Vegas experience was not the reason for my trip.

First stay at this property was in 2017 when we visited the area on vacation. Then we were so impressed that we decided to stay again this year while attending the Barret Jackson event. The staff is genuinely friendly and efficient, attentive to the needs and concerns of their guests. The property has been redesigned and refreshed since our first visit and makes a good appearance. The room was expectedly clean, as were the stairwells and hallways and all amenities worked as designed. WIFI was very good. The bed was comfy, room-darkening blinds worked great and bath towels large. Plenty of HOT water. Very good coffee available 24/7. Plenty of parking. So very quiet that we didn't even realize there were other guests on our floor. Far enough from the Strip that the commotion of that area is not an issue, but close enough so as to be readily accessible for those so desiring. Convenient location has bus stop right in front so traffic- hassle-free jaunt to "down town" is available at a modest fare and without the concern for finding a parking spot. Walmart is nearby as are food stores, shopping and eateries. All in all, this is a nice property, well managed, conveniently located and offering great value. The best review a hotel can receive is return business and this one has earned ours.

Friendly staff and great accommodations. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready prior to normal check-in time. The grounds were clean and the renovation of the hotel is fresh and inviting. Look forward to our next visit.

This is a newer facility that's clean and well maintained. Staff are mostly friendly, if not exactly helpful (though that might change a bit based on my email exchange with the manager after my review on the hotel's website). ROOM: Room 305 is a "shower only" king bed room. A bit bigger than standard size. Very clean. Newer furniture in good condition, though top drawer of the 'dresser" was too shallow for clothes. One sitting chair & 1 desk chair. Closet has hotel hangers which are permanently attached to the rod. It's on the top floor near the front of the building, faces Corn St. and can see Boulder Highway. WINDOWS: Don't open! ROOM NOISE: There IS some highway noise in Rm 305, especially late at night when there's less competing noise to drown it out. You can also hear airplanes approaching McCarran Airport. They arrive 24/7, about 2 minutes apart. Maybe you wouldn't hear them if you weren't on the top floor, but in 305 you definitely hear the rumble of engines every time. It's not loud, but it's there! There's also a connecting door with a LARGE GAP at the bottom. One night we had to stuff the shower mat & a towel under the door to block loud noise transmission from the next room. BATHROOM: Good amount of counter space. Shower had a low lip (about 3 inches) and shower curtain on curved rod. Nice easy access, but curtain had a tendency to leak a bit onto floor. Hot water arrived quickly. Shower head water pressure was strong enough to get you clean while being gentle on sensitive skin. (Really nice!) AIR CONDITIONING: Central air conditioning is quiet, works very well (MUCH better than any window a/c I've ever encountered at a hotel), and the control is intuitive and easy to use. TV: 32" flat screen TV mounted on wall above dresser/desk, directly opposite the bed. NOT great to watch TV. Had to move chairs around the bed and angle the TV to watch. The computer chair is NOT comfortable for watching more than a few minutes of TV. REFRIGERATOR & MICROWAVE: There's a small fridge with a freezer section just large enough to hold 3-4 small blue ice freezer packs. It kept a few water bottles cold and froze the blue ice O.K. The microwave worked too. INTERNET: WiFi worked. It wasn't fast enough to stream video, but worked well for email and simple web browsing. It was the easiest hotel login I've experienced to date. RECYCLING: None anywhere in the hotel. HOUYSEKEEPING: They have a VERY strange housekeeping policy. You either get everything or nothing. You have the daily option of no housekeeping at all in exchange for 500 Best Western points. Or you get all of your sheets and towels changed and trash emptied each day. No options for partial service (like trash emptied, replacement towels for ones left on the floor, and bed made but sheets not changed when you leave a small card on the bed.) I didn't appreciate their "all or nothing" approach to room service. PARKING: Is free, mostly close to the entrance, and visible from many of the rooms. Unfortunately the entrance is quite far from the elevators. There IS a door adjacent to both the parking lot and the elevators, but that door is available to hotel staff only! You can access the parking lot from both directions of travel on Boulder Highway. CHECK-IN (& OUT): Was easy, and they acknowledged my member status. Unfortunately the gift bag had 1 water, 1 soda, and 2 cookies. When I returned the soda and asked for a second water, the clerk moved on to the next guest. They had several luggage carts which could be taken into the parking lot to load/unload luggage. ELEVATORS: There are 2 elevators at the back of the hotel. You never had to wait long, but you had to walk from your car to the front of the hotel to enter, to the back of the hotel where the elevators are located, and then down a long hall to your room. It's a LONG walk if you have mobility issues. LOCATION: Great if you're visiting the EAST side of Henderson, the industrial zones, Lake Mead, or Boulder City. Otherwise, it's a looong drive to the nearest shopping center, the strip is 30-45 minutes away, and the South or West side of Las Vegas or Henderson is 45-60 minutes depending on traffic. PROXIMITY TO GAS & FOOD: There's a reasonably priced gas station at the far end of the parking lot. There are two smaller casinos with restaurants within 2-3 blocks, but blocks on this part of Boulder Highway can be 1/4 mile long. (Still, their pricing is 'old Vegas' style, advertising steak and shrimp for $7.77 and a cheeseburger and fries for $2.98.) Fast food or grocery stores are a couple of miles away. Regular restaurants or shopping are on the other side of the 515 fwy, 15-20 minutes by car. BREAKFAST: DINE IN ONLY, though that's NOT mentioned on their website! Per the manager, they'll try to ensure that guests know they can get a "to go" plate, too. But this is what happened to us during our recent stay. While included in your room rate and served from 6am - 9am, this hotel has a DINE-IN ONLY policy. Two mornings we skipped breakfast to get an early start on our outdoor activities, walking right by the breakfast room and the guard/attendant. She called out "have a great day" and waived as we walked by. The hotel wasn't too busy, and we have a distinctive look - - I'm sure she realized that we hadn't eaten, yet she never offered to help us partake on our way out. On the third morning we stopped to eat before leaving Henderson. As mentioned above, the breakfast was terrific, with biscuits, french toast, sausage, bacon, potato bites, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, muffins, etc. When I checked out, I told the clerk that I wouldn't be back based on their dine-in only policy, which wasn't mentioned on their website or reservation confirmation. At that point I was told that, had I asked, they'd have been willing to make a 'to go' plate for me! I don't want anyone to choose what I have for breakfast, thanks very much. When I left this comment on the hotel's review website, the manager contact me via email to clarify that the clerks comment meant that I could have made a plate of food myself and they'd have ensured that I covered it with another plate so nothing would spill. But no one at the hotel ever said anything to us about this, even as we walked by the dining room each morning! I stay at many hotels that include breakfast each morning and I know to take my own tray and enough paper plates to hold & cover my food on the way to the car. In our email exchange the manager was very nice, and said he'd instruct the breakfast staff to pro-actively offer a 'to go' option to guests leaving without breakfast. I appreciate the manager's flexibility, and willingness to tweak their policy so others can participate in breakfast. Bottom line: I don't know if I'll try this establishment again. I appreciate the manager's attitude about my suggestion. But the elevators are still inconveniently located from the parking lot, the windows don't open, there are several sources of noise within the rooms, they have an "all or nothing" approach to housekeeping, and it takes a looong time to get anywhere else in town.

Hotel provided good access to highways leading away from Las Vegas. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was ample and provided a wide variety of items. Staff, notably, Dawn, Marcy and Renee, were always pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the pool on our return to the hotel each day.

I always stay at this Property when going to Las Vegas. Away from the traffic and hustle bustle of the strip, but close enough that it's convienient. Nice clean Hotel, always satisfied. They always recognize me as an Elite member.

This is a left wing bastion hotel. There was no Fox News option to watch on the room TVs. MSNBC was playing on a huge TV screen in the breakfast area. Stay here only if you like the world according to Karl Marx. I hope you read George Orwell's 1984 before you stay in this hotel.

This was our first time staying at a Best Western Plus. First of all all of the staff from the front desk, the housekeeping, anyone that we encountered was very professional, polite, and courteous. The handicap rooms for a very very good size I was able to maneuver with my wheelchair in the bathroom, between the beds, throughout the whole room, even at the desk that was in the room. The rooms are very clean and had a nice Decor also a good size flat screen TV. I also love the fact of that hair dryers, full size arning boards and iron as well as a mini refrigerator microwave and coffee maker or already in your room. We have already recommended Best Western Plus, we will continue to recommend it. We will also be staying at Best Western Plus facilities in the future. And on our next trip to Las Vegas we will stay at this property again.

Best Western is always a place that I can stay and know what I can expect for my money. This time, the front desk clerk was very friendly and told me about where I could get dinner. The hotel was very clean I the room was very comfortable. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area!

Wanted low cost but with no resort fees, free internet and free parking for a work van. This place was perfect! Good layout and desk, good lighting, fairly fast internet... Staff was wonderful and took good care of me! Free Breakfast was good also. All ice machines worked well and parking was always available.

We had such a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Will be staying here in the future, we frequent the area and usually stay elsewhere but decided to give this place a shot and we won big.

Very clean hotel, with comfortable bed. When staying in any hotel, we always request a room on top floor away from road so location of ours at this hotel, was perfect. We had very noisy neighbours (two different lots) on both nights, for a short while, but we figured they had got back from a night out - after 11 pm and wound up !! Second lot, were banging the closet doors over and over, but they soon settled down. This was really our only complaint. The front desk staff (Lincoln and red-haired lady with glasses) were very helpful, as were the breakfast area staff. Good breakfast, plenty of choice, and great coffee. We were a little surprised that there were no brochures or information booklets (apart from 1 small one on the table in the foyer) about Henderson, and surrounding areas, restaurants etc. Also there was no folder with hotel information in the room - which one usually finds in a drawer or on a desk. Location of hotel close enough to LV and instead of driving there we used the local bus - the stop is directly opposite hotel. We had to change buses, but that was no effort and worked well for us.

Nice clean hotel. Comfortable beds, quiet. No resort fees like the casino hotels. The biggest rip off in Vegas in my opinion. The fitness center is nice. The pool is cean but no spa. Breakfast is good. I will be back.

Hotel is about a 20 min drive to the strip. Front desk staff, breakfast attendant and housekeeping was all wonderful. Breakfast was great! Plenty of options for the whole family. Rooms are a nice size. Comfortable beds and cold AC. Not many food options in walking distance. But plenty options within a 5 min drive. Hotel, rooms and common areas was clean. Wi-Fi was not great. Didn't use after 1st day. Would stay again!

The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a little trouble with the TV control in the room and someone came right away to help us. We wanted to stay somewhere the traffic was less hectic and this was perfect. It's close enough but far away enough from the freeway and the Strip. My only complaint was that the Breakfast Room was too cold and our food got cold really fast.

Everything looked clean, newly-done, neat, and modern. This motel had the absolutely nicest breakfast area we have ever seen! And they kept it well stocked with 4 types of juice, scrambled eggs, warm biscuits, muffins, and different sorts of sausage and meats each morning. There was 24-hour coffee and cookies in the afternoon. We had a refrigerator with freezer and a microwave. The air conditioning worked great (even in the 110+ heat) and there were lots of outlets. In addition, all of the staff was wonderful! Edward took care of some initial problems quickly and professionally. Renee, Dawn, and Stephanie (and others whose names I did not get) were all wonderful, always smiling and always asking if they could help us. As people have said, the location was “industrial”, but that was no problem, and we were close to restaurants and the highway to wherever we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Best Western to everyone.

We had a good night sleep at this hotel and did not encounter any loud noises that would impact our night of rest. There was plenty of breakfast food and plenty areas to sit after getting our meal. The breakfast food was tasty.

Right next to a gas station and close to other food. Convenient parking. The room smelled and felt fresh. They were very accommodating towards our need for a pet friendly room. Service was great. We frequent this hotel while traveling, and will continue to do so.

Hotel lacks soundproofing, we've stayed in many hotels and this was just plain noisy. We could hear kids *above us) running in the room, up and down the halls day/night, stopped around 10:30ish. We could hear loud motorcycles all hours of the night outside, so loud it woke me up. Hotel was very empty and in the adjoining room to us they put a family of 9, yes NINE people in one room - it was as if they were in our room, we could hear children screaming.

I stayed on the strip for a conference that ended July 3rd. I didn't want to travel home on the 4th of July so we booked here. The hotel is further from the strip and in an industrial area. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff in there are so nice.

I love great service! She ran upstairs and found a cart for our luggage. Very friendly and helpful. Super clean place. Huge room for the free breakfast and well attended. Our hotel room was very comfortable with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The hotel is near an industrial area, but not too far from the freeway. But we easily found places to eat and shop. Very family-friendly.

Best Western Plus in Henderson is a very nice facility. Rooms are awesome, fitness center is great with a large selection of equipment and they have a good quality breakfast. What more can you ask for?

We took a chance booking this hotel as our family had recommended a different casino/hotel. We don't gamble so we prefer not to stay at a casino. This hotel was clean pet friendly and breakfast was great

We stayed one night on our way to Phoenix and then decided to stay again on our way back. Clean rooms, nice staff. The rooms have both a microwave and a nice fridge and coffee maker. The first night we had a double queen room and on our second stay we had a king room. As a couple, we preferred the single king but they were both nice and clean. There is a swimming pool which would be great for kids but we did not use it. On one side we had a view of mountains above a self-service car wash. On the other night we had a view of some sort of an industrial area. Neither presented a problem. Other than the occasional hall way noise and air conditioner hum, it was peaceful. The beds were good. The breakfast room was generously sized and very comfortable. They had so many choices including many hot breakfast choices it was amazing. That is literally why we chose to go back there on our return stay! A bit noisy and active but the hostess was just an amazing person; helpful and a good person. There is a nearby casino which we enjoyed.

Everybody there likes animals, and people love pets friendly hotels are you going charge me for my one little girl dog which I thought was fantastic I just wish the owner would get safes in the room and jacuzzi at the pool

Hotel is situated in industrial area that is very quiet at night. Parking is tight near hotel entrance. There are no resort fees charged at this hotel, and the amenities are very nice including a full hot breakfast. Staff and rooms were all more than adequate. I would recommend this hotel.

I've now stayed at this particular location and have been extremely happy with the helpfulness of the staff and there professionalism. The rooms are clean and quiet. I appreciated the Gideon Bible !!!!! Breakfast was full of choices from waffles to hot cereal to cold cereal. 4 types of juice, muffins and danish, fresh fruit to yogurt to toast. Scrambled eggs with potatoes and meat and biscuit. The shower worked well. We appreciated the warm cookies in the late afternoon/ early evening. Edward checked us in and was so patient while I finally got my right info and later helped us find the restaurant chain location closest to our hotel

At the end of our holiday, we were looking for a mid-range priced place to stay as we journeyed from Arizona to LA Airport. The room we had was the best of all the budget priced accommodation we had in 3 weeks and better than a 4 star we had in Phoenix.. Very clean, crisp white sheets and covers on the bed, great and roomy bathroom, good TV and channels. We ate at a casino just a 10 minute walk up the road. Nice food and cheap.

We spent one night here on our way east. Renee was very pleasant and welcoming. We had a two queen room which was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. There was plenty of hot water. For whatever reason, the WiFi was very slow. It is a good location near stores and restaurants. It is about eleven miles from downtown Las Vegas, about fifteen minute drive.

I found this Best Western to be clean, properly functioning, generous with amenities, and top of the line in service! I stay here at least once a year when I come to the Las Vegas area and I highly recommend it to all!

This location gets a 3 stars because they have a good breakfast but the location is a little seculded and I didn't like it that there is a sign on the parking area saying that the hotel is not responsible if someone breaks in your vehicle. Two nights in a row our key didn't work on the side of the building and also did not work on our room. It is frustrating when you have to go back to the front desk to fix your key. So the lady mentioned that I didn't have to go back the front desk for the key to get fix and all I have to do is call from the outside of my room so I did that the second time it happened but nobody picked up the phone so end going back to front desk the second night. Although the room is clean but I won't be coming back to this location.

The man at the front desk wasn't very friendly when I checked in, but the entry itself was clean and nice. I had a king bed on the ground floor. It looked nice, but had a gross smell.The air conditioner didn't work great and didn't cool my room down until about 5am. I didn't have time to eat break, but it looked nice. Checkout was easy.

There is nothing bad to say about this location! From cleanliness to the "gourmet continental" breakfast. This Best Western you can not go wrong. Service was top notch, great tasting breakfast and evening snacks. 100% satisfied with this visit!

This hotel is a newer property on Boulder Highway in Henderson. The rooms are super spacious and clean and offer a nice restful bed! They include breakfast in the morning and have all the usual favorites! There's plenty of parking and it's right off the street so it's easy to get to. The only "knock" I can give this place is that I checked in on Easter and the guy at the front desk could have been a bit more friendlier...a smile is just a frown turned upside down!

Wanted a quite place to stay that was close to South Point but was not on the strip. We got there an hour early and was able to check in right away (Thank you). I had a national bowling tourney at 7 am so we asked to check out at 1pm. Thank you for understanding our time restrictions and being so accommodating. Breakfast and the lady greeting us was great. my only thought would be when you serve bacon try to have another breakfast meat. The front desk was also great. Our room was very clean. We will recommend and be back. Thank you Tom

I don't usually write reviews but I our stay was amazing! The Hostess at breakfast made our stay great! Positive energy and great breakfast full basic breakfast. The room was great, beds a bit firm but all around a great stay for the price! We had 3 adults and one child, they gave us a 3rd bed and a bigger room.

We were on our way home from a 2 week vacation in Arizona. The Las Vegas area seems to be a good stopping point for the night. We are not into the casinos or night life , just a friendly, quiet place to rest our heads. This Best Western fit the criteria as it is in the outskirts called Henderson. The immediate area where it is located is not so great. But the hotel itself is super nice. The front desk check-in ladies were over the top friendly and welcomed us and our Yellow Lab. The breakfast the next morning had a check-in hostess who kept tabs of each person that came to eat. ( guessing it's a security issue because it's a bigger city) The breakfast room was quite large in size. There were tasty extra items not usually seen in these hotel complimentary breakfasts. Like a southwestern hash made of cubed ham, black beans, corn, peppers, onions, etc. And It was great spooned over real scrambled eggs, and I had 2 helpings. Also there was a cut fruit salad of very good quality, with lots of melons, strawberries, grapes, etc. all very fresh. This must be the "Plus" part of "Best Western Plus " Our particular room was in a very quiet location, the window faced the front of the building and I was thinking they must have some pretty heavy duty insulation for it to be this quiet. Plenty of people were using the pool and it looked cool and inviting. I would recommend a stay here at this Hotel. But don't walk down the street to Skyline Casino for dinner. Its smokey, food was sub-par. A regular old school Casino for sure. We did.And wished we hadn't. (It was the only place to eat within walking distance)

Very nice hotel with a very good breakfast. Newly renovated so lobby looked classy and rooms were very nice. Staff were superb. Good location if travelling through Vegas and don't want to stop at the strip. Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

We stayed for four nights for a junior tennis tournament. The location was close to the venue only reason for us to stay there. The location itself is out of the way and not in "the best part of town". Transients walking through the property, sleeping behind the trash cans in the parking lot. Very loud on Monday morning from the business behind the hotel, numerous large trucks coming and going starting at 5am. The hotel itself is very nice, clean exterior and lobby. Almost all of the staff were excellent, the breakfast was above average. The breakfast hostess, Dawn, was outstanding, very friendly and outgoing. The General Manager stepped in and did a great job taking care of an issue with our reservation. The first night when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, the sheets were dirty, popcorn kernels and unknown stains. I spoke to the night front desk clerk asking for new sheets and was met with an indifferent attitude, like I was putting him out. The rest of the stay was good. We had to check out Sunday not knowing if we were going to continue playing in the tournament. After winning in the afternoon, we checked back in Sunday evening for one additional night. After arriving in our new room, we found it to be disgusting. Hair everywhere on both window sills, hair all over the window coverings and black hairs in the sink. I again spoke with the same night clerk and the same attitude, "What do you want me to do about it". He said he would contact housecleaning in the morning but since he was the only one working he couldn't do anything. I emailed the General Manager Monday morning including pictures and have still not received a response.

Parking free and plentiful. Luggage carts had solid wheels. Checkin was smooth and clerk was friendly. If you need bathroom before the room. Down the hallway. Mens and women's bathroom that holds multiple peps. Breakfast area gas space. Not crammed in for food in morning. Pool nice. Gym was great and had water in cooler to drink. Room was really nice. Wheel chair setup worked great. Shower setup properly. Stayed two years ago and quality still outstanding. If you have service dog. Alleyway great walking area to potty time. Bring bags. No resort fees. Short drive to strip or hover dam. Military discount was over the top excellent. Love love love this place.

I needed an ADA room for my Mother who was coming into town for my brother's wedding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that her stay was pleasant. Thank you so much! Totally recommend staying here!

Got a great room at the BWPlus Henderson. Very easy to get to and from. We have 2 dogs and they were very accomodating for them, Got a room near an exit of ground floor like we asked for. Breakfast was one of the best we have had at a BW. Very cheery and engaging staff. Top notch service.

Thank you for complimenting our front desk team. Unfortunately, this is a new issue in the Las Vegas area as it is not legal for recreational use and beyond our control.

The only reason this hotel will not get 5 stars from me, is due to the Neighborhood it is in. The hotel itself was extremely clean, staff was kind and courteous, breakfast had several options every day and the rooms/hotel was nicely decorated. The neighborhood is another story - several homeless in the area, it's in an industrial type neighborhood and from what the locals told us, it is a high crime/drug area. However, I did not experience any of that on hotel property - just a crazy old homeless woman at the 7-11 down the street. Not a place to stay with children. Nothing around the immediate vicinity for kids - if you drive a few miles there is a mall and restaurants. The Skyline Casino next door is a mediocre, older casino that does have a mediocre restaurant. That's all there is, nothing in walking distance.

Not a perfect place but basically it is clean with a welcoming staff and a good location. I will ding them for not having a free airport shuttle. Clearly OK for a couple of nights. I would stay here again.

This hotel is the best. employees are friendly when ever you need any thing they are always there to help you swimming pull is heated too, the hotel was just beautiful nice view. Planning a tip out here again

The hotel lobby and 1st floor were under renovation when we stayed but the front staff did their best to work around it. Found the room furnishings a bit modernistic and minimal but still comfortable and very clean. There are no restaurants within walking distance so bit disappointed with that. The breakfast offered a broad variety of options and the dining area clean and comfortable.

I would definitely stay here again. We had a last minute trip to Vegas, for a meeting and needed to take our dog along. I was a little wary of the cleanliness of a hotel allowing pets. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms was one of the cleanest I've seen. The staff was very friendly.

Front hotel lady was very friendly at check-in. Made me feel good we choose this hotel. Breakfast was good. Had a nice variety. Check-in lady for breakfast nice and polite. Recognized us and chatted each day. Rooms were clean. Did find 1wrapper when we first checked in. Daily maid service was good. Didnt like the shampoo or conditioner. Think they should use a different brand. Over all very happy with our stay.

We were in Henderson to visit family and tour the area. This BW Plus was centrally located and easy access to all our destinations. The staff was AMAZING! The food choices were plentiful! The room was clean, airy, and beds were like clouds! We definitely would stay here again!

Hesitant at first to book the hotel because it's 3 stars but this hotel in my opinion is similar to a 4 star. Very pretty decor and great rooms. The location is good if you don't want to be on the strip and yet be close it's about relatively 20 mins away from the strip. I always liked best western plus breakfast and service was great as well.

One of the best sight unseen hotels we have been to for a while. Clean, quiet and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and we really appreciated the helpful staff. We will definitely use this Best Western again!

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great -- cheesy not-fake eggs and bacon, waffles, yogurt, fruit, chocolate milk -- we loved it. Service was fantastic. They were very gracious about allowing us to check in very early at no additional cost. Easily accessible location in a safe area. My only complaint was the heater/air conditioner unit in our room wasn't working. I'm sure they would have made it right, but we were too tired to complain about it by the time we realized it wasn't working.

Beautiful inside and out, Very Quiet, Very Clean, My kids love it there. great location for our family and friends to visit., the Staff was very polite, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay,

We stopped in Vegas to visit some of our family, this property is fairly new and very nice, it will have a lounge, but is not open yet, rooms are very nice and comfortable, the only problem was the tv, the system was new and didn't have a chsnnch guide yet, I would definitely recommend staying here

This was a great stay for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Once I found it the customer service was great. The room is average, no carpeting, small TV and bathroom. It was very clean and I got a good nights sleep. My navigation system had a problem getting there since the new interstate opened however, once I figured out kind of where I want to go and got on to the 2 lane highway it picked it up right away. Breakfast was just a grab and go muffin and coffee. Not like most of the BW's I have stayed in. The room rate was good and the hotel lot was well lighted so felt secure. I had a ground floor room so parked right outside my door which I like. Would stay here again.

Thank you for your review. However, this does not sound like our hotel. Our parking spots are not in front of any rooms and our guest rooms are newly renovated.

Great service here. Our room's TV didn't work and the young man at the front desk came immediately. He couldn't fix it so he moved us to another room on the same floor and offered me points for my trouble. I appreciate his proactive customer service. This is a newer hotel with big rooms and good breakfast selections. The neighborhood and the surrounding area is not ideal as there aren't any restaurants within walking distance. I think all guests here come in their own cars so that should not be an issue.

Thank you for recognizing our front desk staff. AS we move forward with our remodeling project, we intend to offer a cocktail reception in our restaurant/bar area.

Prior stay was very nice. This one was unacceptable. The hotel provided no heads up on ongoing renovations ahead of guest arrival. They need to understand that only 30 minutes notice ahead of water shutoff is unacceptable (especially on a weekend day). Construction noise before 8 am on a weekend day (in room on floor above) is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of concern for guest experience with this whole renovation process is wholly unacceptable. Note that I have stayed at this hotel previously, and, as a result, even recommended it to a family member who stayed at the same time we did. They also had a very poor experience, so I also did not appreciate looking like an idiot to that family member (had to switch rooms due to the no notice water shutoff). Would like to know what concrete steps are being done to fix this. Seemed to me that there was no management ownership of this whole debacle as only interactions I had were with front desk staff - not a single heads up or apology from management. Just checked the Best Western website and STILL no info on the ongoing renovation and affected items: room noise, water, laundry room closure, etc.

I have done so directly to your email provided on our website. I am happy to speak with any and all of our customers that feel we did not provide a great experience.

I love to stay at Best Westerns, but my experience at this one took a turn when on my 2nd of a 3-day stay, I got a call from the front desk that the water in the hotel would be turned off for 2 hours - in 30 minutes! They are renovating rooms. There was no warning about that when I booked, and the water thing - kind of unacceptable. I was able to scramble to rearrange my plans with friends and family, but I'm sure some guests were really stuck, ie with weddings or funerals, etc. So I talked with Martin, the general manager. I asked him what he could do to help compensate me for the inconvenience, if anything - thinking I'd write a review depending on how this situation was resolved. He offered right then to move me to a newly renovated room that did actually have water, and gave me a 50% discount off my full bill. Martin made it right. I recommend this BW in the desert!

The staff was top notch. Great value and easy location. Highly recommend. Every staff memember we encountered took that extra minute to address our sons (2.5 y & 4 y) and treat them like they matter. That's just amazing.

For our purposes this location was perfect. We have no need to be in Las Vegas proper. Being seniors we also had special needs which the hotel accommodated us perfectly. The staff was very friendly, the lobby area looked like it had been renovated. As far as the room for a non-suite room it was spacious. It looks like it too was renovated. I noticed there were no pictures on the wall. The bathroom was adequate for two people. Beds were comfortable (we bring our own pillows), I liked the way the desk area was set up so if someone was at the desk another person could get around it. My only suggestion is to add another chair to the room. Wi-fi worked without any problems. As far as the breakfast set up, they offered a do-it-yourself egg/sausage sandwich plus the usual other fare one would find at most other places. The breakfast area was clean & the food was hot. There are some of the local small casinos a few blocks away, but if you want the more traditional larger casino there are some near the 515 freeway Would we stay there again? The answer is most likely.

Excellent stay. As soon I entered the lobby I was impressed with the decor and especially the great smell of cleanliness. Great breakfast with alot of options. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The breakfasts are delicious and leave you wanting for nothing. There was plenty of parking and the parking area is well lit. The fitness center is spacious and provides for all types of workouts.

Nice hotel with big comfy rooms; third floor and public restrooms are currently being renovated which obviously causes some noise. Staff is friendly. Parking and internet are free (especially parking often costs extra in Vegas). AC is a bit loud and the bathroom is even a tad cooler than the room itself, but as hearing & temperature-sensitivity differ, others might not even notice.

Based on the majority of + reviews, we booked this while attending a wedding at the M down the street as the M was sold out. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Our kids swam in the pool and it was satisfactory. We usually stay at chains that offer free breakfast and I felt a bit underwhelmed by the options here. The breakfast attendant was super sweet but couldn't keep up with the demand. Kept running out of things(bagels, then Danish, then eggs). Both days we were there, the trash cans were overflowing so you had no way to help bus your own table because there was nowhere to dispose of your trash. It was an ok breakfast, but there are several hotel chains that I feel do a better job with it. There were four of us in our room, but only two bath towels. We had to get some from housekeeping. The property is in a safe area which seems a little off the beaten path now, but there is a Costco being built and lots of construction in the area, so it won't be for long. Overall it was a decent stay. Didn't knock my socks off, but didn't come up short either.

Ideal location for us as we were passing through Las Vegas on our way to Phoenix. Best breakfast we have ever had staying at a Best Western. Staff very friendly, beds comfortable and rooms extremely clean.

I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times over a few years. I have watched them cheapen things up as the months have passed. The toiletries, the TV service, the loyalty reward. It is a decent hotel but what turned me against them is not honoring our corporate rate. If they want to increase it, fine, let us know. Instead they raised the rate after the rooms were booked. Very unprofessional and shows how determined they are to grab every dime.

We are always happy to review based on production and availability over your desired dates. As for amenities, these have been changed as brand standards have changed. BW Rewards is now one of the best in the industry. As you may be aware, these points do not expire and they accumulate rather quickly based on room night usage. Please ask one of our friendly front desk agents to detail all the benefits we offer.

Great hotel. This would be a find, near jokers wild casino, clean, efficient, friendly, breakfast buffet well organized, very accommodating staff. I will return to this hotel. Beds werr good quality, allowed late checkout, great shopping mall close driving distance

Th hotel is about what you would expect and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was great for an overnight stop with a pet on a multiple day trip but the immediate neighborhood is not appealing. I like to skip the chaos of entering downtown Vegas and Henderson provides the ability to skip that and then a relaxed drive down into eastern California via 95 Just pick up your dinner somewhere or be prepared to drive to a restaurant. Their breakfast bar was again, great for a quick meal and then hitting the road.l

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet at night (room 343). The one annoying element that I should note is that the air conditioning would switch it self off if no movement was in the room for some time. This meant that we came back from our day trip to a hot hotel room, and this also occurred at night while sleeping. There is enough parking on the property, you can park at the back near the pool. There was a lot of renovation work being done, however this did not disturb us. The receptionist was very helpful when we asked questions. The breakfast is ok, nothing to shout about.

Our stay here was very comfortable. Check in was easy but check out was a bit complicated when we wanted a receipt. Breakfast was good. Room was comfy, quiet and clean. I would definitely stay again. The complex is dog friendly.

I had to spend 7 days in Vegas for a medical procedure and spend my postop days in the hotel .I was asked if I was ok ,if I needed anything ..Checked on me to make sure post-op I was ok or in need of anything every day .The hotel is going through a remodel and look forward to seeing the transformation when I return in Feb for another surgery .

We was there for a few day during the Nascar weekend. Bad things: No shuttle to the Las Vegas Strip. One side of the hotel is on the border to a workinghood and its loud at the morning. The furniture is not up to date. No many sockets in the room. Free wifi is slow and the tv Stopps during the Programm. Good things: No resort fee Near to the strip (17min). Warm breakfast buffet. A shop is behind the hotel. Silent in the night, no crime. Friendly Staff. If you have the silent side of the hotel is great to stay. It was ok over there. I recommend it.

I happened to be in Vegas just passing through with my family just for one night and this was a perfect pick in Henderson. Check in process was easy and friendly staff. The rooms were very nice, no noise and slept great. I'm not sure if the bathrooms were remodeled or if they just keep them super clean but either way A+. One of the better breakfast lay out I've seen at a BW Plus. I also used points for my stay and they acknowledged my points which some BW forget to do but not this one. A+ to the staff all around including housekeeping how were friendly!

Driving home to Sun City West, AZ after attending the Summer Citizens Program at Utah State University in Logan, UT for the past 12 weeks we chose this hotel for the night. It was a good choice. The room was very well kept and the breakfast buffet was very good. The only real drawback is the hotel is located in a rather seedy part of town. Outside of that everything was A-OK.

We stayed here last month prior to visiting Hoover Dam. The location is a bit off the beating path, but we felt safe and it was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Front desk gave us a great recommendations for ordering in our dinner. We were in an accessable room (not sure why) but it was HUGE. Pool was nice.

The Best Western in Henderson was a great mid-range hotel. The amenities were great, staff was friendly, and it was very clean. The included breakfast was fantastic, it included waffles, eggs, sausage, veggies, biscuits, gravy, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt etc. The one complaint I really have is that they boasted about their recyclable cutlery which produces less waste, however didn't offer any recycling bins in which to recycle them. The location is a bit out of the way, there isn't really anything around it in terms of restaurants and such, but I would stay here again.

Edward checked us in with a smile after we had driven from Provo, Utah, with ice water and cookies at the front desk. Once we got to the room, it was like stepping into a nice cool shower after you've worked in a garden and are hot and sweaty and feel like dirty rag. The room was HUGE, cool, beautifully decorated and my two little dogs ran around like they were in a dog park. We spent 10 days at this Hotel and every day with Edward, Caroline, Jessica and Housekeeping was like being with your best neighbor chit chatting and just having fun in making you feel like the most important guest in their HOUSE.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, great breakfast. Pool was nice and clean with pool towels provided. When we arrived, we were a little nervous about the industrial style area of the adjacent neighborhoods, but once inside enjoying our room and pool, we settled in and felt very safe. We actually ended up staying there all three days of our vacation and will return soon.

The staff were friendly as they checked me in to Room 215. The hotel is either pretty new or kept in great condition. The room was a classic Best Western room, neutral tones and good enough quality, but you were aware that at their prices, they could not spend a lot on furnishings. There were two king beds, a mini- fridge, microwave and coffee service. There were no loud sounds from the other rooms and it was fully booked, so the soundproofing seems to be doing its job well at this property. Breakfast is good for a free breakfast, though not fancy. The staff kept the breakfast area neat and clean. Overall, the hotel is a good deal. There's not much around the hotel and a rental car is a must if you fly in.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, roomy, cool and away from the Las Vegas strip - just what two road-weary travellers needed! The Henderson neighbourhood is not so pretty, but perfectly located for an early start the next day. The breakfast buffet was tasty and varied.

Las Vegas-Henderson can be a crazy place to visit, and this hotel is a great combination of safety and elegance. We were close to family in friends, away from the Strip, the freeways, the noise. The breakfast buffet was especially nice, complete with eggs and bacon.

We booked this on priceline on a Friday driving home to Utah, so we weren't sure what we were getting. Pulling in, the area it's located in is pretty sketchy, though I will say that nothing happened while we were here. Once we got inside, however, it was really nice, especially for a Best Western. All the amenities were nice, especially for a Best Western. The breakfast was great and the service was really good the entire time. I would not want to stay in the area again, but I would stay at this property.

Pros: I was very impressed with the quality of the room and the rest of the hotel. Both were immaculate. The staff truly went above and beyond with a level of courtesy I would expect at a Ritz or Four Seasons. Cons: A bunch of teenagers staying for some sort of tournament that were pretty noisy. Not a great neighborhood. Parking seemed quite limited Not close to the strip; you must have a vehicle if you stay here. No comment on the breakfast; it was full of teens and I did not eat.

Thank you for recognizing our team for their level of service. We appreciate the recognition. Yes, there's been an increase in sports tournaments in our area during the month of March. We hope that does not deter you from visiting us again in the near future.

Clean and comfortable with a good free breakfast in the morning. Several channels of HBO and best of all no resort fees, which are the biggest rip off in Vegas in my opinion. The location might not be the best for many, but it is for me. No slot machines which makes it a quite location.

Chose this hotel as it appeared closest to Sam Boyd Stadium. The hotel itself was clean and met our needs. The water pressure and temperature were great. The AC was VERY noisy but it didn't bother us. The towels are small so be prepared if you are a curvy person and like to be completely covered when getting out of the shower. The downside... It is a lovely hotel in a sketchy area with no walkable stores, restaurants, etc. and we noticed several "colorful" people milling around the property. The hotel is located between a car wash and a very small used car lot with a storage facility at the rear. You must have a car to get anywhere. Check in was meh. She didn't mention our Best Western status or seemed to care. The gentleman at the desk was great!! The housekeeping was great!!. My husband did enjoy the breakfast and commented it was more than enough to get him ready for the day. Unfortunately, the area will keep us from staying again.

Yes, we are one of the closet hotels to Sam Boyd stadium which is in the outskirts of town. The Galleria Mall is only minutes away and it offers many restaurant options to all visitors. Thank you for your business. we will take your comments and make changes as needed.

We did a one night stay, Nice staff with a comfortable king bed. The heater/ AC was very noisy. The room was clean but Housekeeping had missed cleaning one of the two smaller ledges in the shower. It had about 1/4" of soap scum and someone else's clear plastic razor guard sitting on it. Breakfast was good but not great. The main choice was scrambled eggs and some kind of Tex-Mex hash with potatoes, veggies and very little meat in it. The usual cereals, breads and pastries plus yogurt. Juice and milk were available.

We apologize for your experience. However, this is not the norm at our hotel. As you can see from our TripAdvisor rating of 4.5, we take our job seriously and any mistakes are corrected as soon as possible. This is in no way a reflection of our hotel or our brand.

After reading some of the previous TA reviews, I'm wondering if I stayed at the same hotel...lol!! But perhaps our experiences were impacted by the previous stay in Beatty, NV...because this Best Western was definitely our trip favorite! The building appeared to have been newly renovated, it was as if the contractor had just pulled out of driveway! And Edward (the manager when we checked in) deserved the Hospitality-of-the-Year- Award!! He exhibited the 'patience of Job' in dealing with our multiple visits but especially when there was some confusion as to our Priceline room reservation....but he made it all right! (Loved this guy!) PRO's: loved the cleanliness; the helpful/friendly staff; the linens, room amenities; the breakfast and the nice clean laundry facilities when we did a load of wash! The only "heads-up" I would provide is the location of this particular Best Western. Don't get me wrong, while it felt quiet and safe enough and reasonably proximate to the freeway, there are not a lot of "walkable-restaurants" in the surrounding area. But no worries.....we simply walked to Boxer's Pizza (they love Boxer dogs, as do I) grabbed a delish pizza/to-go salad and had a picnic in the room! FYI: there's a convenience store on the way for those not toting the appropriate beverages :) Great one-night stay, and would definitely stay here again!

We came in town for a baseball tournament. When we checked in they got all of our rooms under one guys name and couldn't change it back. Everything was okay and the price was good. What is with the smell? They pump so much crappy smelling air freshener it makes you gag!!!!

Thank you for your comments about your stay. We typically spray our guest rooms with a fogger that disinfects the room. However, it is typically done in advance of guest checking in so that it is not as strong by the time guest arrive. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We walked into this place and it smelled like febreeze. They were trying to mask the stench of the rest off the place. The lobby was nice but the farther you got into the building the more it smelled. The bathroom lights didn't work in the first room we went in to. The second room was not much better. The ac unit went on every 15 minutes and sounded like a freight train. The beds felt like you were sleeping on a cement slab. We tossed and turned all night long. We don't feel rested. We are so disappointed. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Parking is a nightmare there too. Bad bad bad.

Thank you for your review. I can assure you this is not the norm at our hotel. We use a mild scentair branded aroma therapy scent called fig and green tea. It is very mild and we get many compliments. We apologize for not meeting your expectations.

Asked for a change in billing to a different card at the front desk, was assured they would change it, then they billed on the original card anyway. Changed the default station on the TV away from a news channel I do not watch, but they reverted it back every time. Not a good customer service experience. Will not stay here again.

The location was convenient for a weekend event we were attending. Rooms were acceptable and clean. Beds were comfortable. The heating system was very quiet (definite plus!). Breakfast choices did include hot / cold options and fresh fruit. Parking and wi-fi were free.

I was shopping around among several Best Westerns in the Henderson/Boulder City area and chose this one even though it was significantly more expensive because I felt (according to reviews) that it would give me the best chance at a good experience. I imagine something was going on in the area (convention?) since the price varied each night escalating between Monday and Wednesday evenings. There was a little snafu in the beginning when I was sent to a room different than I booked on BW's website but the front desk staff quickly and efficiently rectified the situation. From there on out the stay was awesome in every respect. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet (even though next to the elevator). The breakfast room was large (accommodates 60), the breakfast fare was decent, the items kept well-stocked. The lobby was nicely done. All in all we had a very nice stay and would return.

It,s an o.k. best western but almost tripling prices for the convention week ,,,,,,,but they almost all do it. It's a sad reality of Vegas. Breakfast was also very basic and although we had requested and paid for a double bed room we got a king side bed and 1 single towel for the shower.

There are many dates in the year where the 152,000 hotel rooms in the area, are sold out. There is only one Las Vegas and the convention season is typically during the first quarter of the year. However, there are many special events that consume the city and the supply and demand in our area will always affect us. Prices on the Las Vegas strip during CES, NAB, EDC and New Years Eve, to name a few, will reach the $400 to $500 dollar mark or more. Although our rates may never be that high, we try to maintain our rate as competitive as possible, at all times.

We were looking at a near 4-4.5 hour drive from near the Grand Canyon south rim to Vegas, and decided to book somewhere just outside Vegas strip, to acclimatise after nine days of exploring national parks. The Henderson was great for that. An under 4 hour drive to the hotel from near the south rim, via Williams and Kingman (via I-40 W and US-93 N), placed us 10 miles from the Strip for an easy drive in the following morning. We also took in the Hoover Dam on our journey up to this hotel. The hotel itself did exactly what it said on the tin. Decent room, large but nothing fancy. Fine for the price. Nice breakfast. Good for the price. I'd definitely use this as a hotel to pause in before venturing into Vegas again, or even as an alternative to the hurley-burley of the Strip.

BW has transformed drastically. Liked everything about the newly remodeled hotel. Breakfast was one the best I ever had. However, the pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall, good experience and would recommend it.

Good hotel, small pool, nice breakfast variety, staff not very willing to help out at front desk with late check out - various policies stated by different personnel. Good location - easy to get in and out of - microwave, fridge in room - all clean

We will continue to come back because it's such a great value! We also enjoy the hot breakfast in the morning. Our room is clean at the end of the day & the front desk aims to please. Our daughter lives in Vegas and works at the University. This gives us a terrific place to stay that isn't too far from her. We are treated exceptionally well. Ready to book our next stay!

We have stayed at this property several times and the staff and manager make you feel like home. Very caring and pleasant stay along with a great breakfast and the newspaper. You can't go wrong a this hotel if you are looking for a quite place away from the Vegas gaming industry.

Perfect hotel for Travels with Jodie, the GSP, Great beds, quiet and clean rooms/facility, and hot breakfast. We would stay here again and recommend it for couples, singles, business, or families who don't want the Casino environment.

The breakfast was OK, but not very satisfying - rubbery eggs, greasy sausage, hard-to-open milk containers. The ottoman was filthy, and the chair was not in good shape either. However, staff was friendly and accommodating. When charging as much, the care should be a higher end type of attention to detail.

Friendly staff. Clean and fresh appearance throughout. Very good breakfast with many choices to keep everyone happy. Breakfast area was very clean. Everything was clean and orderly. Hotel was in quite area and easy to get to.

Loved this hotel up until the point when some potheads decided to make the entire floor smell like Marijuana. The front desk got several complaints before we talked to them but claimed they couldnt do anything about it because the guest claimed to not be smoking it. Yeah Right! Other than this we were happy with everything else. Too bad potsmokers get higher regard at this hotel than non-smokers!

This is a nice hotel with a quality staff. Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Not perfect, but very nice. Microwave, refrigerator, HBO. The breakfast is also well done and served in a spacious area. When you take into account the lack of resort fees and a free breakfast the value is obvious.

The hotel is extremely well kept, the rooms were exceptionally clean and polished. Beds are very comfy. Rooms are not fancy but very cozy. Coffeemaker, fridge, microwave all available and very clean. The parking lot was brightly lit and the area around the hotel was well maintained. No resort fee (which we really appreciated) and free breakfast which offered a wide selection of food including warm stuff like potatoes, gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage...Also different sorts of bread, bagels, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese...We loved our stay and will reside here again on future trips to Vegas. By the way it took us about 20 min to get to the center of the Strip.

This is a clean, quiet hotel. It has nice grounds and common areas. Wifi worked well. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a very nice pet policy. Everything was in working order. The breakfast was good enough, I have had better, but also much worse. I made reservations months before my trip and then checked priced from time to time. Within a week of going the price dropped $50 and I rebooked. It is worthwhile to be a member of the rewards program.

This was our second stay here in less than 2 years...Because of Value! In our opinion, best value in the Vegas Valley! Close to Sunset Station, Super Walmart, and Fast Food. Super comfy Bed, Laundry, Very Good Breakfast; and 3 luggage trolleys!

Above average stay and no problems. Breakfast was above average and the fact that their dog policy was very accommodating help us the most. Location was kind of out of the way, but prices and experience while staying at the hotel was above average.

We have slept in such a variety of hotels in the last 14 days and this was one of our favorites. It just seemed a bit finer, nicer details----very clean and fresh and a warm, friendly staff. We had to pay a small fee to have our dog included but because our room was reasonably priced, it was okay. We appreciated finding fat free milk and yoghurts when we went down for breakfast. While breakfasts all seem pretty much the same, here there was a wider variety and the dining area was large so you didn't feel hurried. Just a real enjoyable stay with easy highway access but quiet.

We thought this hotel was a good value or the money. Nice bedding, large room, we had two queen beds, nice lobby, convenient parking, not too far from the highway, very clean, great breakfast! The only negative was the location if you need food or entertainment. There is a casino about half a block away but other than that there is birthing in the immediate area. The front desk gave us menus for local restaurants that delivered which we utilized and the food was excellent. The delivery took about 45 minutes so not sure how far away they were but it worked out fine for us.

Thank you for your kind words. We have many dinning options that deliver to our hotel and typically in under an hour from the time you place your order. Now a days, there is also Uber Eats and other delivery services that will bring you just about any type of food, directly to your room. Our front desk has a list of options that changes continuously.

I stayed at the Best Western on Boulder in Henderson NV to be close to medical appointments. The room, halls and lobby were very clean, they smelled nice, the room was big and there was a micro plus refrigerator. A very good value and away from the craziness of Las Vegas. I really liked the "edge of town" location. Definitely will stay here again.

This hotel is minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and because of that it is fantastic. The room is always nice and we enjoy the BW breakfast. The key is the cost, much below the Strip hotels and, more importantly, the crazy traffic. My wife sees a medical specialist in Henderson so we appreciate the calmer drive and we can still enjoy Las Vegas if we want to.

I had just checked out of a supposedly nice hotel on the strip and into the BW Henderson. The ‘luxury' hotel was completely lacking in basic amenities. I went from a small, dark, stuffy, over priced room to a light, open, inviting room at Best Western. There was a stocked coffee maker, nice size fridge, a microwave, a desk with convenient power outlets, fast wifi and a fantastic included breakfast bar (self serve belgian waffle maker, trays of eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, pastries, juices, etc.). I will skip the chaos and stay at BW in comfort from now on!

We stayed on Halloween night 2017. Impressive lobby. We had a quiet room on he 3rd floor with all the amenities including a very comfortable king bed. The room was pretty standard for a BW and nothing really stood out so I will focus on why this is not a 5 star rating. Breakfast was disappointing. This was the only BW Plus on our trip, so far, that uses paper plates and coffee cups and plastic cutlery; not appealing. Beyond that the potatoes were cold and the pre-formed cheese omelette, that used to be standard in many BWs, was unappetizing. The other thing that can present an issue is the confusing access to this property. There is no direct entry point off of North Boulder Highway. Depending on your direction of travel you have to access the parking lot from a short, dead-end street that abuts the property to the north (W Corn Street) or make a U turn and enter through the car wash next door or go down to the lights on Barrett St.(just after the 7-11) This could be extremely frustrating after a long day of travel or if you arrive after dark. Do your self a HUGE favour and do a Google satellite search and plan your arrival well in advance.

The quiet, close proximity to the hurly burly of Vegas was great. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and courteous staff made our stay enjoyable. So close to the airport too. An easy ride from the airport.

This hotel is just minutes away from Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve and Clark County Wetlands Park. Comfy and clean room. Plentiful and delicious breakfast. Staff is always friendly and professional. Easy trip from airport and car rental return. Also easy access to interstate to travel to Corn Creek and Mt. Charleston.

We did not realized pets are allowed at this hotel! Bad enough we listened to barking dogs off and on, every time someone opened or closed a door we could hear it in our room. Every time someone turned on a faucet or flushed a toilet we could hear it in our room. Periodically guests would converse in the hallway and talk and you could hear their entire conversation. They were replacing the roof when we were there! Noisy!

I booked this room based on a pretty good rating and good reviews when planning for a place to stay that was reasonably priced and reasonably close to the Grand Canyon. I did not expect this hotel to be so nice. We had just spent 2 nights in El Paso in a well thought of chain and to me the BW was a nicer place for what I wanted. It actually caused me to use BW for a night in Nevada and two nights in California. The breakfast alone is a nice money saver when you're on the road. The rooms at this place were recently redone and are very, very nice. Another thing I noticed about BW rooms is they seem to be huge compared to some other chains. I noticed this in my subsequent stays. Very good bedding as well.

Stayed five nights at this property and enjoyed every minute. So far in the past 12 months, we've spent 60 nights on the road as a result of leisure travel and have experienced a variety of Best Western properties with varying amenities, room decors, breakfasts, etc. This property is among the best we have encountered in all categories from cleanliness of rooms, friendliness of staff, completeness of breakfast offerings, etc. to value. Very nice room, clean, comfortable bed and large walk in shower that we requested. The best part for me, as a woman, was the mirror to view the back of my hair! No other hotel that we have stayed in has that and I really appreciate it. My husband doesn't need to hold a mirror for me to curl the back of my hair, he loves it! Such an easy fix, all hotels should install them. Thanks Best Western Plus!

Super clean hotel we always go back for are long stays , very friendly employees large parking area just a wonderful place to stay with your pets ,we travel all over and this best western is one of are favs.

Room was marginal at best. Had a dog room due to the fact I have a dog and it smelled of urine. The bed had a few black hairs on the sheets and a stain on the top sheet. Yuck. Overall the hotel was maintained well and breakfast was really good!! The employees were very nice and check in/out was a breeze.. I didn't complain while there because it was late when I went to bed and I was exhausted from my drive.

The breakfast area closed bang on 9.30am with lights switched off and the area cordoned off, not something I have ever experienced before in a Best Western Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and beautifully clean. I would recommend it for its location and comfort but it lacked that friendly feel..

This hotel is very close to major highways around Denver. The stores and restaurants within 5 minutes are numerous. Easy to find and beautiful interior. Check in process was very quick and checkout also. The breakfast server was attentive.

We had just completed 3 weeks of travel through 20+ parks and needed a quiet, comfortable place to overnight in Las Vegas prior to an early morning flight home. This hotel provided exactly what we needed.

Stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel Henderson many times, I have never had any reason to complain, Clean Rooms, Great Breakfast, Good Internet Connection, Pleasant Staff. Would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel.

Great place to spend the night when traveling through Las Vegas if you want to avoid the casinos and traffic. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we felt safe and enjoyed a very quiet room with a great bed and towels. Breakfast was just what you would expect.

The Best Western is a hotel worth staying at every time you are in this part of Henderson. It is a smoke free facility with a free hot breakfast that is really good. Other than the location being a little out of the city, you're within minutes from activity!

Stayed here after arriving late into Las Vegas on a road trip. The hotel is in an area outside of the strip, somewhat eclectic mix of businesses (car wash/storage/car parts) and residential area. There is a 7/11 within walking but no restaurants close, we drove 5 minutes to a Walmart to get out supplies and a cooler, and there was an In n out burger place along with a large shopping area. The breakfast was typical premade hot eggs sausages hash browns biscuits and gravy waffles fresh whole fruit and cereal and muffins. It was perfect for a one night stopover.

I am weary of staying in Best Westerns because they are not all equal it can be a real hit or miss. However, my experience was pleasant. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly the lobby smelled clean. The room was very clean and I couldn't find a spot they hadn't cleaned. Yes, I am weird I check for dust or grime in all the places that a housekeeping would miss if they rush. They serve a breakfast in the morning and it was very good equivalent to that of a Marriott breakfast at the Residence Inn. I had no time to go to the pool or gym so I can't speak of that. I would definitely stay again.

It was about midnight tired after a long day of work our company forgot to book us a hotel. The staff at this staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean but the carpet in the hallways were dirty. The Best Western I usually stay at in Henderson was booked so I selected this location. This hotel was cheaper but does not have the same appeal and ambiance as the other location in Henderson. This hotel is not in the best location and is not closely surrounded by shopping and dining. My stay was okay, no major complaint besides the dirty halls and carpet but I do not plan on returning this location.

Hotel host went out of his way to make our stay good. Staff here - excellent and friendly. Room was clean, bed was nice, TV good size, hallways were kept clean, kitchen area was clean, breakfast was good. The hotel is a great quite place to stay close to Vegas but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Being in IT, not having Wifi drove me crazy while staying here, trying to get multiple types of devices working. They outsource the connection and don't want to be bothered. When I informed them, they apologized and just graciously smiled. They want you to work with the 3rd party company directly, as it is stated on the desk in the room. I'm on vacation and have better things to do than sit on the he phone with a vendor. I can do that at work or home. Staff was friendly, the hotel room was clean, and beds were comfortable so it did the job. Welcome cookies are always a plus! Breakfast was eh. It was typical for what you get in BW+ and this type of hotel that offers it. Waffle maker, fruit, juice, breads,etc...they closed off the space and there are too many people to fit. They need to open it up or spread it out. They have a bar just completely wasting space (cause no liquor license) they could maybe turn into a buffet.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 5+ years. Initially because we needed a pet friendly place. We continue to stay here each time we pass through as it is roughly the half way point between Salt Lake City, UT and Maricopa, AZ. Highly recommended!

We appreciate your continued loyalty. As you have seen in the past 5+ years, we have been working on updating our property. More so in the past year. We are now getting ready to renovate our hallway carpeting and décor as well as our guest rooms. The change will also include updating our lobby and breakfast areas.

Nice comfortable Hotel with a caring staff. The rooms are nothing fancy, but nicely furnished with comfortable beds and free HBO. When you consider there are no resort fees (the biggest rip off in Vegas) and a good quality free breakfast, this place is hard to beat. You won't find any slot machines, but if you are looking for a quiet hotel with good value you should consider it.

Excellent location - quieter and cheaper then staying in the heart of Las Vegas but only a short car ride away from "The Strip" and all its attractions Great bed. Lots of pillows. Good lighting - plenty of lamps and power points for charging all your electronic equipment. Room had it's own fridge, iron & ironing board Excellent shower. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Handy and very workable coin laundry. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly, helpful & very efficient. Did not have to wait at reception to check out. They slid the bill under our door before 6am. Would definitely stay again

I stayed one night and it was pleasant. There's nothing extra special about the hotel - it's clean, free breakfast, and the staff were friendly. Well one thing…there are a LOT of TV channels! I enjoyed the variety and flipping through the all channels. The city of Henderson is a great place to stay in general if you are not interested in the hustle and bustle of the Vega Strip, and enjoy the mountain view. I would not hesitate to return to the hotel for a night or two.

By far one of the most comfortable and enjoyable motels I've ever been in.It is comparable with the Carmel Inn in Thibodaux ,LA. Everything is fresh and clean. The beds were outstanding with plenty of really nice pillows.The air conditioning left nothing to be desired.(It was 110-115 degrees outside.) The food area was restaurant quality and the menu full and great tasting.It is not close to fancy casinos( a couple of lesser casinos are around).It is located on Boulder Hwy in a somewhat industrial area.I felt we got $200 /night service for $89. The pool is somewhat small. We didn't use it ,because at 110 degrees,it is a waste of good air conditioning time.

Pretty legit place for the price near Vegas, and including taxes it was around $90 dollars. The first thing you'll notice about the rooms is that they're absurdly big. Like wow, there's an entire two beds worth of blank floor space, and the bathroom's super huge, so if you're claustrophobic, this is your place. Beds were comfortable, and the couch/foot rest are comfy enough to sleep on if your heterosexuality is threatened enough to not want to share a queen-sized bed with your bro. Literally the only problem with the place is the location, as the neighborhood seems kinda sketchy, but it's not like the hotel can really pick up their building and relocate it. I didn't get a chance to go down to the complimentary breakfast, but the muffin my friends brought me was legit and they said the waffles were pretty awesome.

Tremendously friendly staff and wonderfully clean rooms and general dining and bar areas. I chose this property because it is a BW Plus and was not disappointed! Our King rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and sitting areas. Full breakfast the next morning with waiting newspapers. Would definitely stay here again if my travels bring me to the Las Vegas/Henderson NV area.

I am a Best Western Rewards member, adn I enjoy my Hotel stays. I did not enjoy this one. The breakfast was poor, the security around the premise was in question. vagrants living in adjacent parking lot and the area as a whole is not famil y friendly. No restaurant on premise. Staff fine friendly. I was looking to save some money and did not want to be ripped off on the strip, but at least I would have been somewhere closer to evertything and plenty of security everytwhere.

Our apologies for your experience. We are in the top 20% of all Best Western Hotels in the US when it comes to our breakfast selections and quality. You happen to be in the area during a citywide sold out situation. Our rates are not typically this high but it does happen often this time of year. Especially when large events consume the 152,000 hotel rooms in the area. Thank you for your loyalty as a Best Western Rewards member.

Recommended. Hotel and Front Desk staff above average. Beds not very comfortable. Breakfast was the best of various hotels brands we visited, with the exception of Embassy Suites, which cooks to order, but you pay for it! Room was very quiet, even though the hotel was fully booked with many children. Mattresses and pillows could be replaced. Several suggestions: Have a hand sanitizer station posted at the beginning of the restaurant. Breakfast is self serve, and there were thousands of hands touching breakfast serveware! Toaster needs replacing. Increase the number of Handicap parking spaces. Thank you.

Nice quiet hotel with friendly staff. Close to Henderson birding sites. Not the typical LAS experience... they serve bacon every other day for breakfast. AND, the air conditioning works well! Much needed in summer in LAS.

Stayed in Henderson on our stop over in Las Vegas. Came in late, personnel expedited our check in and was able to honor my request for a 1st floor room. The location is not terribly far away from the strip or shopping, with significantly better prices. Breakfast was good, they had biscuits and gravy, in addition to the other normal breakfast items. Pool was a little small and the property is pet friendly but you would never know that pets are there. Housekeeping does a good job cleaning.

A reasonable, comfortable place when we needed it. After our A/C broke, we had nowhere to go and Best Western was there and the prices were very reasonable. The pillows were top notch and would go back in a heart beat. We're going to see family in NJ next summer and will be using Best Western for a place to stay.

We were on a road trip from Arizona to Glacier National Park, then to WA, OR, NV & return to Arizona in late June 2017. This was our last hotel going home! Our room had two queen sized beds, microwave & refrigerator. Got a good night's sleep as this hotel was quiet when we stayed there. They do have one public use washer & dryer. As to the free breakfast, it is what it is--bad--people roaming around.trying to toast bread, etc. Usually we by-pass that. Parking was not an issue. We recommend this hotel to all.

Clean and promt service bedroom was amazing for the price..booked through booking. Com .. Breakfast wasn't that great and pool was fabulous especially in summer . Parking good and on the way out free coffee or tea . Good location.

Just love this Hotel. Aurora was so friendly and professional at the front desk. She was able to upgraded our room to a mini suite. She is a true asset to hotel . We were on the third floor and the maintenance gentlemen were working by the elevator and welcomed us along with a smile and said we had a great room and if we needed anything to please contact the front desk. Wow, how often do you get such great serviced in the first 10 min at a hotel. Room was great, breakfast was good and service was excellent.

Property and Staff are really good, professional and welcoming! I would say that the property is a good. The fitness center is really one of the best I have seen at a hotel. Just that the handicap setup is still very challenging for a handicapped person unless you are tall.

This place was very nice for a one night stay. I enjoyed every bit of my trip to Henderson. The town was nice, the stores around the area were familiar and so were the eateries. The property it self was very nice, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Located less than half an hour to the Las Vegas strip and with easy access to Hoover Dam and highways to other attractions. Disregard the location next to a storage facility and cement truck depot. Not much for views, but you'll get that elsewhere and the room was very quiet. Hot breakfast included adds to the value.

My 3-year-old daughter and I were on a 6-night roadtrip across AZ, Utah and NV. This was by far our favorite hotel. We chose this hotel because of lack of resort fee, breakfast included (delicious) and close to Cowabunga Bay water park. I highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for your great comments. Yes, Cowabunga Bay is just down the road from our location. Lots of fun and a great way to cool down from the summer heat. Correct, no resort fees and a complimentary breakfast for all guest.

Stayed at this BW for a quick night. Didn't get to try the pool or fitness room but the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, though my 8 year old was not impressed with the "BW" in the middle of the waffle that interfered with his syrup! lol Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights due to severe heat in Las Vegas. Not only did we get a great rate through online booking, but the staff was most accommodating. No matter what we needed they jumped to help. On the last 2 days, we had to move to a different room and they found a room right down the hall from the old room and had it ready immediately so we could move as quickly and easily as possible. Josh and Aurora helped us make the last 2 days better than the first 6 nights and I did not think that was possible. The breakfast is amazing, free papers and the overall treatment from everyone, even the housecleaning staff was just amazing. If we ever have to escape the heat again or need a place when we visit Las Vegas after we move, we will book this hotel for sure....

Booked online and check in was great. Highly recommend this motel, its in a great location to drive to the strip and Hoover dam. The rooms were excellent and offered full breakfast. It was too hot out during our stay to use the pool, but very nice pool.

Large room and large bathroom too. Good breakfast with many hot and cold selections. Restaurant in walking distance and many within 5 miles of driving. Easy access to highway and 20 minutes from Las Vegas airport. Some casinos in immediate vicinity. Friendly and courteous staff as always.

This was the second time we've spent in the past 5 days staying at this hotel. Our stay last week went quite well and earned a 4-star rating. However, on this trip, the hotel staff failed to pay attention to the details which resulted in considerable annoyance on my part. First, they failed to recognize I was a Platinum member, which in itself was okay since I'm used to telling the front desk staff what gift I want as a Platinum member. The first problem I encountered was the TV not working. When I called the front desk, there was no answer. I waited another 3-5 minutes and finally someone answered. When I explained the problem the desk clerk told me that there was either a problem and advised I should unplug the tv and plug it back in. After failing to solve the problem the clerk then told me that hopefully the problem would go away in the afternoon. I felt like I was expected to solve the problem on my own. I also tried calling the front desk two other times and no one answered. I had to walk down from the 3rd floor to ask the front desk at 5:15 pm to have someone come and clean my room. The staff promptly arrived and cleaned my room. The other issue I had was at check-in time. I had checked with the front desk before departing on my last visit (4 days) if they had me on the ground floor as requested. The clerk confirmed I was on the ground floor when I returned in 4 days. However, I was told there were no rooms available on the first floor. Throughout this entire stay I felt as though the staff was continually failing to pay attention to the details of their job. I do not think I will stay here again when I pass through.

I was traveling with my son and two young family members to and from CA. I wanted to stay somewhere off the Las Vegas Strip. This is an average hotel. The lobby is very nice and the gals at the front desk were perfect. The rooms were average. We had a good night's sleep and ate a decent breakfast. We didn't swim in the outdoor pool. It was average also. There was free parking.

A bit away from the fury of Sin City, this Best Western offers an interesting starting point for visiting Lake Mead NRA or going to the Strip for the evening. Access to the I-15 is also very easy. The property appears to have been renovated recently so our two nights stay was very comfortable. Decent breakfast (for this type of hotels), efficient staff, good value for money : we are satisfied by our choice.

My hotel when I come back on both area in always here and the staff is amazing hotel is great rate always affordable and the parking excellent and both safe.cant beat Reg quality here especially for the area

After driving all day I just couldn't drive two more hours to my reserved hotel. Boulder City was fully booked so I backtracked to the nearest BW. While it was nice and clean with a good breakfast, arriving at 10pm was uncomfortable as a woman traveling solo. Had to use the back lot to park, sort of dark, people sleeping in cars and sketchy guy wandering around. Pot smoker by the pool put it out in the pool. My hall smelled very strong of pot which lingered into the morning.

HUGE fitness center that was very nice with free weights and open 24/7. It was also nice and empty so that was great! Rooms were very clean and nice and the bed is the most comfortable we have stayed in for a long time. Breakfast was super delicious with biscuits and gravy and a whole ton of options. I would have loved to see freshly cut fruit instead of just bananas, apples, and oranges. But there was a wide selection of foods to choose from and it was great. Staff were all very kind and helpful and let us store ice packs in the freezer. They let us have a late checkout even though they were very busy the next night. It was a great stay and we were glad we chose this hotel. Friendly staff and clean facility! The only complaint is location. The neighborhood seems a little scary but we didn't have any issues at all. Loved the beds and the breakfast! The staff was extremely friendly!

This property stands out in a plain area of Las Vegas; right off the Boulder Highway. It's a very high quality establishment; one of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel recently. The location was perfect for our journey and, because it was not in a packed, glitzy area, was very quiet.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was quick. Stay here was comfortable and enjoyable. Room was very spacious and clean. Quite location. Liked their pool. Breakfast was sumptuous and good. Staff were polite and prompt. Nice decor. Good location to visit lake mead and hoover dam.

Everything was great. Check in a breeze, room was just what I requested. Nice mini-fridge with freezer area. Good area near it and the micro to place items. Beds were good, could use firmer pillows. Breakfast was very good. Great selection. Dining area good size, even with booths. Coffee and tea available 27/7 in lobby. Good business center also. All the staff were nice and friendly. Great location. Will be back!

This is your typical Best Western hotel. The room was on the smaller side but the bed was comfy! The hotel is dog friendly for a small fee. Nice breakfast included. Friendly staff. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to make multiple trips to the strip.

I enjoyed a quiet one night stay on an 8 day business trip. There are not many food options for dining near the restaurant, but it is in quiet location at night which I appreciate for a good night's sleep. Morning breakfast was good at the hotel, as was the room. The floors of the hallways, elevator, main areas, etc., could have been vacuumed more frequently as there was a fair amount of loose dirt, but this could also been a timing factor of my arrival/departure and general area cleaning times. Not my top pick for a Best Western, but far from the low end.

Our apologies for not meeting your expectations. We certainly monitor our hallways but there could have been someone with dirty shoes that left a trail.

A very nice BW hotel at a reasonable price. Only negative I noted was the surrounding area was more on lower end that I would prefer. I was travelling between states and I did not want to unload all the contents of my vehicle. Once I parked in a well-lit spot, I did not want to give it up so I settled for cup of noodles because there was nothing more than fast food within walking distance. PS: My car was fine overnight.

Thank you for your comments. Our entire parking lot is lit with all LED lighting and there are many restaurants that deliver to our location as well as the Skyline Casino next door that has a great Prime Rib special and offers a 10% discount to all of our guest.

We asked for a pet free room which we got. We were in a room the farthest away from everything - 3rd floor end of the hall. It was a long hike to go anywhere. The room was comfortable with the exception of extra high beds. The tevlevision did pixel out a few times. Breakfast was good with hot items and plenty of seating in the breakfast room. This hotel is in an industrial and old closed casino area. Be sure to lock your car. Not a great area to be in.

The Skyline Casino has been here for over 50 years and it is has just completed their 10million dollar renovation as well as adding a new 54 room hotel. This was a nice large room, not a 2 person jacuzzi tub though. That is the downfall of the room. Breakfast isn't as good as some of the Best Western's I have stayed at, but still good. Staff is very nice and friendly. If you like a window view there isn't one from this room.

This hotel is very reasonable as far a cost. It is located in an area that possibly isn't as desirable but I have never had any security issues with my vehicle and I won't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

It took a little longer than it should to get checked in, but that was due to the guests in front of me and not necessarily the front desk staff. The breakfast is definitely better than is available at most hotels of this rating. The room was clean and quiet and we slept well. I would recommend this hotel to avoid the horrors of the Strip.

For a Best Western, mid-range chain hotel, this is above average. The rooms are very comfortable, bedding very good, microwave and fridge in each room. Service is excellent. Breakfast is above average for this type of hotel. Outdoor pool is small but adequate. The location is the only potential drawback for some. It is not really intended for people going to the Strip but for people who have dealings in Henderson. Boulder Highway has some seedy areas (as does much of Las Vegas!) and this hotel is in my opinion on the border of a nice and not so desirable neighborhood. Parking is well lit. Short drive to casinos such as Fiesta Henderson, Sunset Station, Eastside Cannery and Sam's Town. Quiet neighborhood!

This an excellent hotel well off the strip. The rooms are clean and it is quite. The free breakfast is very good. Great stay for business or for vacation. Since it is well off the strip, you would need you own transportation to the strip or you could Uber/Lyft.

This hotel is very easy to find. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The pool area was small but nice. The pool is not heated and was chilly! The breakfast in the morning was great. They have almond milk!! Would recommend and return again.

An exceptional stay at this BW Plus during our family trip to the Southwest. A one night booking turned into four as this hotel was great base for us to climb, hike and explore in the desert. While this particular area of Henderson is kind of industrial, the location is still accessible and close to freeways. Amazing staff, very nice breakfast, dining room, and pool. Would definitely return!

A very nice hotel. It just seems to be a little better than you would expect. I have stayed in other BW Hotels, but this one is just a little nicer. Better breakfast and even nicer toiletries than other hotels in this price range.

Upon arrival I was disappointed by the area, but with in 3 miles, Freeway, Restaurants, Galleria Mall Lots of stuff to do. Inside the hotel was very clean, Very Modern and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Staff was great! Best of All NO RESORT FEE! Definitely coming back!

I felt safe here and felt I was given a fair rate, it is located a bit out of the way but I felt the lower price made up for that. there is nowhere walkable near by. it was a typical Best WEstern property that you can always rely on.

Sometimes you want to go....away from the bright lights of Las Vegas but still be close enough to get there in about a half-hour. This Best Western Plus property is just the answer. We wanted to get away from the glitz and glamour of the Strip but not be too far away from all the excitement, and this fit the bill perfectly. With free WiFi, nice and clean rooms, a great free breakfast and a friendly staff, there's a lot to like here. It is a little remote, so be sure to map it out just so you're not surprised by the distance from the Strip. But it's not so far away that you'll wish you stayed closer. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the small touches, like the cookies at the front desk. We were wishing the housekeeping staff was a little quieter outside our room before 9 a.m., but that's a minor quibble. The front-desk staff was very pleasant throughout our stay and there is plenty of space to sit down and enjoy breakfast (which isn't always the case). If you're looking for a great value in Henderson, we'd put this near the top of the list.

Best location, least amount of traffic, pleasant experience, clean friendly, modern, easy access to nearby Henderson Casinos, restaurants, Wal-mart, Harbour Freight, Target, and others. Most important was returning to Rental Car Agencys just take Warm Spring Road , travel west as you pass by the many gas stations before returning the car rental and taking the shuttle back to airport. Disclosure: My wife and I stopped in Vegas on the way to California and wanted a place off the strip to stay for one night. We booked this as an Express Deal on Priceline. Priceline had this listed as a 3 1/2-Star joint. I've stayed at Best Western hotels that earn all three and that half ... this isn't one of them. As the title says, it was adequate. Adequately clean: I didn't find and hairs, stains or bugs to speak of which is a compliment to the hotel. Adequately updated: All of the fixtures, furniture and appliances seem to be from the last 10 or 15 years, so nice enough. Adequately working: There was nothing that seemed to be in great need or repair. Adequately accommodating: The service in most cases was at or above par. Staff was generally friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. We asked for a king bed but got two doubles. And small doubles at that, not too ideal for couples. We each took a bed and called it a night. I don't know if they couldn't accommodate because there wasn't a king or because we got that second-rate service you usually get when you book through a third party. Unfortunately, the place wasn't ade-QUIET. In terms of quiet level, this one falls below the mark. I don't know if anyone (staff or guest) were loud, it just may be a construction thing. The doors and walls are mighty thin. For the price, there is pretty good value. There is a breakfast. Nothing fancy, but the area is clean and had great, restaurant-style seating in the eat-in area. The workout room was clean and well equipped with weights, cardio, TVs,towels and cold water. The rooms have a fridge and microwave which are a nice bonus.

Was a great location for nice hikes in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. The Bird sanctuary of Henderson was about 5 minute away. Also did a hike in the Wetlands area. Excellent places to go when not hitting the casinos. Would stay here again when visiting the area

Hotel was a little off the beaten path, but it was gorgeous inside. Room was perfect, staff was very friendly. Breakfast hours are a little short and the pool was a little cold, but those were my only complaints. I would definitly stay here again

We're on our way to Zion Natl Park and stopped here for the night. Front reception very helpful and gave us list of restaurants. Room was clean, beds comfortable, free wifi and it was everything we needed. But in the morning, it was even better. Huge buffet options of breakfast foods. I must be gluten free and they had separate gluten free cereal options and the staff pointed me to other gluten free options, even voluntarily showing me the containers showing me the ingredients. Very friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate Best Western's efforts at being environmentally friendly. Thank you!!!! I/we appreciate it!!!!

Wonderful, clean, quiet and out of the way. A great travel motel destination only minutes from the chaos of Henderson, Nevada. The staff at the motel are very courteous, friendly and helpful. We will return.

I chose this hotel after searching for non-smoking hotels close to Vegas. This one was super clean! And the reservation came with a hot breakfast. The staff I met were exceptional. And the price was reasonable. The Vegas Strip is a 20 minute ride. There is sufficient parking, though you might have to walk a bit if the spaces in front are full. I will definitely stay here on future trips!

A clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Good access and nice rooms. Easy access to Las Vegas & convenient for Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, etc. Good breakfast but don't expect it to be up to the standard of a high quality British B&B. If you're interested in guns & USA culture, go to the filling station next door & talk to the guy behind the counter!

Have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times alarms went off. The first was the fire alarm, for no reason. The second was the air conditioning vent/filter alarm which due to inadequate staff was unable to turn off.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Henderson while attending a baseball camp in Vegas. Area is old but the hotel was great. The room was very clean the breakfast was good with bacon,waffles with topping, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal etc.. Niomi at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Greeting guest as you came in. This hotel is a little ways out but well worth the 10 mins from downtown or strip. Why pay resort fees. We would stay here again. Also Walmart and a Costco are near by.

At check-in, we asked for and received a quiet room on the 3rd floor. The only thing that stops me from giving this a 5 is the fact that the room was quite tight e.g. if I sat at the computer desk my wife had to almost climb on the bed to get by. It didn't help that the chair did not roll properly on the carpet. The bathroom door opened out into the room and blocked the closet door. The sink, toilet and shower were all in the same room-not always the most convenient arrangement. But: great lobby; fantastic bed; strong wi-fi; good breakfast; clean; friendly staff; close to the Hoover Dam and an easy exit from Vegas if you are heading to the Grand Canyon or Phoenix. More of a 41/2 star.

We stayed here the last day of our trip for easy access to the airport. It's actually a bit of a way out and the transit doesn't start till 8am so we had to get $30 taxis each way - our fault we should have planned better. The hotel itself is really nice with big well decorated rooms with super comfy beds. There's a bar and restaurant over the road for easy dinner. Very good.

Drove non-stop expect for fuel from Denver to Las Vegas and booked a room here on the internet from Mesquite, NV. First thing you need to know is that this hotel sits in an industrial area on all sides. You will not be walking the neighborhood at all unless you know someone at the trailer park across the street. There is a Chevron gas station a few blocks away, and a Casino and Walmart and other stores approx. 1.5-2 miles away so you have good services nearby. If this hotel was in a better area, it would cost 25-50% more to stay because it's clean and well run. The Complementary Breakfast was very good only missing one key thing: Egg Whites or a Hard Boiled Egg. The attendant kept things very clean and organized near the food. My room was very clean and neat and so were the hallways. Bed very comfortable, not as comfortable as the Mandalay Bay Hotel, but much much better than a Motel 6. Interestingly, the Best Western Soaps and Shampoos are much better quality than Mandalay Bay--go figure, however they are made in China. Staff contact was very good. Nice folks. Parking is outside in the hotel lot. It is not secured, so don't leave anything valuable showing in your car. If you stay here-you are between the Vegas strip and Lake Mead/Hoover Dam so check them out. Lake Mead has a 30 mile walking/biking path along the lake--I went--it's beautiful. I would stay here again for a night if the price was right. Guests staying here included girlfriend get together, business people, day travelers, people who just moved looking for jobs, and construction workers I saw. Great place to stay if you want to be totally "off the radar." I don't think anyone would find you here.

Let me start by saying that I am not one that usually picks a Best Western to stay in even for a night. My husband and I were arriving into Vegas after midnight and would be driving down into Arizona early the next day so it made sense to find something closer to the airport. Priceline gave me a great deal on this hotel and then when I called to inform them that we wouldn't be arriving until after midnight, they noted an arrival of 2-3am and gave us a late checkout of 12:30pm. The room was nicely appointed with a microwave (we never use them), a nice-sized mini fridge, serious channel overload cable, and good smelling soap with exfoliant for the shower. The thing I liked most was the blackout shades and the most comfortable bed I've had at a hotel in a very long while. I really wish we could have stayed another day and I honestly would not have left that bed! PS - saw the new manager/asst manager on my way out handle a disgruntled customer with care, concern and professionalism. I was impressed because this is not what usually happens at front desks lately. I would stay here again!

Nice well run hotel.....great condition, rooms super and well appointed, breakfast room large and nice food choices....would stay here again.....had room on 2nd floor facing out back..not much of a view as a truck business........room had a door to another room....not my favorite but lucked out as nobody was in it....so be aware they have adjoining rooms....

It was a great hotel. It had a great breakfast. It represented a great value. The rooms were clean nice rooms with comfortable beds. Best of all it had an electric vehicle charging station so I could recharge my hybrid electric vehicle.

The Manager and Staff were great. Our only negative was that we feel that the bed was too firm. This is a problem that is difficult to make decisions about, but either a hotel makes all their beds the same, or they offer an assortment of firmness's. Otherwise, we truly liked this property and value for the night's stay.

This BW is well off the strip and away from the stumbling drunks Very Quiet Pet friendly and always a welcome sight after traveling for 6 days . The staff has always gone out of there wayto help with the crazy situation we are always having. Love it

Note: My husband and I travel often, usually staying in hotels. Sometimes we are luxury travelers, sometimes budget. I review hotels/restaurants at a relative level, not comparing a $100 room to a $400 room. To be fair, I adjust my level of scrutiny accordingly. This location was our 18th night on the trip. We normally book through AAA, which offers the most attractive room rates. We have found that the hotel sites offer the same low rates, sometimes better. For this stay, we booked on the Best Western site. We checked into the BW Plus Henderson Hotel after a long day on the road. The room was well beyond expectation for the price. Comfortable King bed with down pillows and nice linens. Plenty of towels for 3. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner. Roomy accessible bathroom, with 0 entry shower with bench, big enough for 2. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free wireless and hardwired Internet, Our room was HUGE, with desk, microwave, refrigerator, In room coffee, 2 armchairs with ottomans (see pics) and 24-hour guest laundry and business center. Electric car charging for guests. Also complimentary airport transportation. At the end of a 3 week road trip, we were hungry and tired, arriving at our hotel after 6:00 pm. The front desk recommended Albertson's, when I asked for a grocery store, 4.8m down the road. We are not junk food eaters or casino people and were ready for some rest and dining in the room, so off to Albertson's we went. Deli fried chicken, some inari sushi and lemon pasta, a 6 pack of 805 and we were back in our room in ½ an hour for relaxed diningg in front of the TV (see pics). Better than usual breakfast in a nice room with TV and a very efficient hostess, clean and well stocked. Cheese omelets, bacon, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruits, yogurt, milk, 4 juice selections, coffee and BONUS, 2 Belgian Waffle makers plus an International Delights iced coffee maker. Don't pass this hotel up, it's a bargain and very easy to get to location. Great staff and lovely housekeepers.

My wife and I stayed here and it was awesome. Rooms are super clean and the staff is amazing. It is off the strip but we also didn't want to pay the ridiculous rates on the strip for a one night stay. Well worth the rate and we will be coming back.

Was concerned that the regular hallway and adjoining room noise would cause our small dog to bark nonstop. We only heard a small amount of noise a couple of time and our dog only barked twice. Room was great size and the staff was great. Will definitely choose Best Western for our next stay.

Great place to rest on your way to Arizona. Very clean,quiet and comfortable. It is on the correct side of Vegas so no traffic to deal with in the morning heading out to Arizona. Easy access high speed internet and enjoy a good complimentary breakfast before you hit the road.

Good position close to LV, Hoover Dam and GC and way cheaper. Not too busy when we were there (mid week). Really good breakfast - not busy and good choice. We booked disabled room for 3 of us and was massive. Easy parking. 7-11 and pizza place 2mins walk away. Coffee at breakfast and reception really good too. ??. Nice helpful staff Only down was no safe.

I was traveling with an extended family of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids). My brother has mobility issues, so we requested an ADA room. The cost was the same reasonable price it was for the other rooms, and the room was spacious with a seating area and a large bathroom. It was just what we needed, and the delicious breakfast was perfect fuel in the morning.

I must say that most of the BW we stayed at need their rooms aired out or carpets cleaned. The lobby of every hotel was very nice but the rooms not so great. In one of the BW we stayed at the sheet had a big stain on it. We checked to see if the stain was from a dirty sheet (if it went through to the mattress pad) but it was just a stained sheet. I am sure the sheet was bleached but it should have been replaced. The same BW had grey towels, I noticed that the desk clerk and the laudry person were the same. Thus grey towels and stained sheet. I was also told when checking in that the $25.00 deduction for staying at two BW during the same month would be automatically deducted. That is not the case.

Easy check in. Beautiful facilities. Good breakfast. Nice people. My only complaint is the parking lot. The entrance is not in front. Required turning around because we expected to be able to enter at the front. There's also not a lot of parking close to the doors. As 2 ladies traveling alone, arriving about midnight, and carrying luggage, we felt a little u safe walking as far as we had to to get inside the building

We had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were quiet and very clean. Staff friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We were just in town to visit family so we did not stay but a couple days during the week days. While it was along a major highway and area that is more industrial/area in transition, we didn't hear the traffic thanks to thick Windows. Parking lot seems small to me and we wanted to keep our car in view, which wasn't a problem thankfully. No issues--would stay again.

This was a beautiful facility. I think personally that the area is changing around the Best Western. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The sheets felt good and like new. They had fruit water upon check in and coffee. Also, fresh fruit.

Nice location, nice aesthetics. Got to my room and it was nice, too. Breakfast was nice. Seems to be in a good location as I "felt safe" for my stay. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Close to the Hoover Dam.

Our room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable, so no complaints on that. One annoyance was the loud AC unit. When it cycled on, it was very loud, but the noise did decrease as it ran. We just turned up the temp so it did not run so often. The continental breakfast was absolutely the BEST we have had in our travels, lots of choices. There were muffins, bagels, Danish galore; all the usual fare, oatmeal, dry cereals, fruits and waffles. The hot foods consisted of small cheese omelets, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. There were 4 kinds of juices + more items. No one could go away hungry from this one!

Best employees, cleanliness, breakfast, they allowed our puppy! Loved it! All employees were pleasant and helpful, always busy doing their jobs. We were so impressed with the property even though it was not in the best area of Las Vegas/Henderson. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit our kids!

My stay was nice. Although the hotel was busy, I did not hear any noise while I was inside my room. Front Desk Staff were very friendly and accommodating; allowed me to check in several hours early. Breakfast was wonderful - great selections.

I was extremely disturbed that my Charges jumped up over $ 40.00 a nite on Saturday & Sunday. I was not informed of that when I made the reservations a week prior.. What disturbed me the most was the Caviler attitude the desk clerk had when I discovered the charge increase on Saturday nite. (You are Lucky you were not charged $200.00 a nite) The then replied that this is not good customer service and this is not how you treat a Diamond preferred or any other repeat customer they have the uncanny ability to go some where else and her reply was " Oh Well ". Therefore I will stay at a different hotel even if its a house of repute before I spend another nickel at this hotel. Also I have notified my employer of the service and lack of value and I suspect that there will be no one form the Wanzel Group staying here again.

I completely agree that our staff should have reminded you of these rate differences and used a much better way of explaining why the difference in rates. I can honestly say that in 22 years in this market, I have never seen negotiated room rates being flat for every day of the week. Especially when our market is 99% driven by leisure business on weekends, due to concerts, UFC/Boxing, Rodeos, Motocross, Sports Tournaments, Music Festivals, etc... I will take this opportunity to review guest service with all of our staff. It concerns me as we take pride in our great social media scores. We got a good rate on this hotel. We drove to the strip, taking Warm Springs road over to the strip, as it was the easiest route. The hotel has a great free breakfast that has a lot of extras like pastries and several juice choices. The whole staff was nice and they let us in early at 12 noon because we got in early from the Grand Canyon area. No complaints on this one. The only thing we saw was that the size and location of the pool wasn't great, but we didn't plan on swimming.

The Best Western Plus Henderson is modern and very nice inside and outside. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It is located in an industrial district but there are stores and restaurants close by. Good place to stay if you don't want to stay in a casino.

The check in was very accommodating, having another hotel give away our room. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the room was not crowded. Our automated check out was fast and did not have to wait around for anyone to do the check out.

Road Trip Home from CA. Stayed a nite at the Best Western. Everything was 1 st class: Staff, Room, amenities ( Hair Dryer, Flat Screen TV, Shampoo Iron & Ironing Board, Plush bedding, Wi-Fi, etc.). All of this came at a cost higher than I liked to see when travelling ( $ 156 inc Tax ). This would be fine if I was staying in Vegas a few Days. I know that other Vegas Hotels are a lot costlier,

I recently stayed overnight here on my way to visit my daughter in Texas and forgot my iPad in the room. Before I even got to the next hotel and realized that I had left it the hotel desk called to let me know. They asked questions to make sure it was mine and then very kindly mailed it to my daughter's house. The employees were so friendly and helpful.

Basic, but clean hotel. Free breakfast is mostly good. Good variety with something for everyone. Fresh instead of powdered eggs would have made it so much better. Their gravy is really good. Extra outlets near the beds would have been nice.

On our last trip to Las Vegas, we lucked onto this property and were pleased with the good value and nice location. It's still very nice. It's about 5-6 miles from the Strip so only a few minute's drive, and there are plenty of restaurants--and casinos--within a mile of the motel. Nicely decorated lobby, excellent rooms, comfy beds and a very comprehensive breakfast. And its location in Henderson makes it a good jumping off place if you're going to visit Hoover Dam.

Had a great view of lake Powell and the city lights, with a nice grass patio on the 1st floor. Breakfast was great, nice clean, hotel, with a great gift shop. Restaurants are walking distance, as well as the tourist center. Staff is very helpful on tourist info and area adventures.

Hotel has good location, and all the mod cons. Breakfast is over promplty at 9 am, so must rise early enough to get there by 845 or it's slim pickings. Good restaurant/bar near by Plenty of parking if friends visit.

Everything was good at the hotel except for one. Some people were playing loud music and drinking in the parking lot. It was scary for me. I found broken glasses in the parking lot the next morning. If this kind of problem can be eliminated, everything would be great.

This property is excellent. The breakfast was incredible. It is very clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay. The location is a bit far from the strip but if that is what you are looking for, then this is your place. Excellent customer service

We picked this hotel because the location made it easier for us to get out of town the next morning and the senior rate was decent for a Friday night around LV. Our room on the 3rd floor was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice. Towels could have been thicker for a BW Plus. There were some minor housekeeping issues that we mentioned at check-out. One of the check-in clerks could have been more helpful, the other one made up for that, though. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and a lot of tables. We would have liked to use their pool, but it was too windy.

Room was nice, bathroom door was not plumb so it always opened up and slammed into the wall.I folded up some of the brochures they had in the lobby to wedge it half open. The coffee maker was missing enough parts so it would not work, we brought our on so we were fine. This is a NO SMOKING and NO VAPING property. If their sensors, designed by NASA detect any carbon monoxide they ding you with a $250 fine and no recourse for you. Parking: They don't have enough. We went there for a wedding and got back right before midnight 30 and had to wedge our mini suv between a light pole and where some knucklehead parked his Dodge truck and boat trailer that took up 4 parking spaces. Lots of homeless people in the area, so if you go out nite for a smoke carry one of those 4 cell Mag Lites that can bash someones skull just in case you need too. Their continental breakfast is a joke. Omelets are not real, chemistry was involved for sure. Bacon? never saw it. They had some type of sausage and I don't like to bite on hard stuff when I'm eating sausage. I chewed it and my wife who will eat almost anything took her plate to the trash and dumped it. Pool: Heated? Not at all. It was 78 on August 26 and had leaves in it. Staff: No knowledge of any local places to eat They know nothing. I chose this place because I have lived in Las Vegas 20 years ago and didn't want to be on that circus on the strip. Would I stay there again? No.

The hotel was nice with friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant exterior, lobby & hallways and much bigger inside than it looks! Our king room was a nice size with adequate furnishings, microwave & roomy refrig. The bathroom had ample room with nice amenities and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the carpeting which had several stains on it and the slight unpleasant odor noticed every now & then which I assume was from dirty carpeting. The breakfast area and buffet presentation was very nice. The food itself was pretty standard for a buffet with several hot items and a variety of beverages to chose from. A nice perk & very good added value to the stay. Despite issues with the carpet, it was a great value and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return.

This hotel is a nice alternative to casinos. The staff was nice and very accommodating to my request for a room that was close (due to my difficulty walking). The room was clean and in good working order and it was very quiet during our weekend visit. The in room book of the hotel and surrounding area was the most extensive I've ever seen. We travel to the Las Vegas area fairly often and yet the book listed things I was unaware of until the stay.

The house keeping was horrendous. The drinking glasses were filthy. The appliances were greasy. The room smelled like fried chicken. The blanket for the pull-out sofa was gross. It didn'the smell fresh and had hair on it. During my 5 day stay I was finally given a clean blanket on day 3 and it didn't smell fresh. My furry son was able to stay with us. House keeping was my only issue.

Thank you for your comments. However, there may be a confusion on which hotel you are reviewing. Our rooms only have a microwave and a mini refrigerator but no appliances to cook fried chicken. All of our cups are plastic and are individually wrapped as it is our brand standard. As for blankets, theses are all placed in a felt bag as per brand standards. Our apologies for your inconvenience, but due to the items mentioned, this truly does not seem to have been our property that was your intent to review.

Room was very clean and updated. Had all that we needed. Disappointed that the place where the dogs go pee was on rocks which were hot in summer time. Also Pit bulls are let out in the morning on the street behind and Best Western told us it would be better to walk them on the other side which also was rocks.

We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Although there are many water restrictions in our area due to the severe draught that prohibit us from adding high water consumption areas, we are looking into a synthetic material that will resemble grass so that it's much cooler for pets.

Conveniently located for a quick drive into Las Vegas. Perfect place for a quiet stay. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and refreshing pool. Breakfast was awesome! Hot continental with plenty of options. Outside company that provides "room service" was a life saver after a late night but was pricey and took a little longer than desired. Not a lot of close, late night food options close to the hotel.

My husband and I stayed two night in August 2015 in a room on the second floor. The room was clean and comfortable. We had two queen beds. I liked that the whole hotel was non-smoking and did not know it was also pet friendly until I got into the elevator with a bull dog! Breakfast was decent and what one expects from the Best Western. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint and it isn't really a complaint is the location. It appears to be in the business district with lots of automotive garages and car shops nearby. Restaurants were a short drive away. Overall a good place.

Thank you for your comments about your stay. Yes, we are 100% non-smoking and pet friendly, much like 95% of the hotels and casinos in the area. It is more common now a days and it makes it easier for our guest to travel with out the worry of who will take care of their furry family member. As the area continues to grow, there are more and more businesses coming closer to our location.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was great. It's a bit hard to get into--I was trapped in the car wash next door for a while. But that's my fault. I like that they don't have slot machines in the lobby, too.

This hotel and its employees is a beautiful experience away from home. The greeting one receives upon arrival is such a warm, sincere welcome. The room is quite clean and smells fresh. The hotel itself was very nice with a friendly and helpful front desk, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Our grandson enjoyed the pool. Everything was very nice, except for the breakfast. There was quite a nice variety of items and everything looked so good, but it was all on the cool side. Do try the hotel. Probably just an off day with the breakfast.

Comparing to the same price range hotels, this hotel is very reasonable and worth for the price paid. Clean and quite rooms. Staff was friendly and curtsy. Decent complementary breakfast. I needed a hotel on my trip from Minden to Phoenix, and decided I did not want to stay in Las Vegas. The AAA Tour Book recommended this hotel, and I am glad they did! I will be staying there on my return trip as well. Staff was friendly and courteous as well as helpful. The hotel was exquisitely clean and quiet. It was a pleasure to stay there.

No resort fees, free breakfast, HBO. You don't get these extras at a Casino Hotel. Well maintained facility and a fair price. It is nice to have an honest price instead of a low price and a silly "resort fee" that makes the real price not such a good deal

We had a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, and wifi was decent i think. Breakfast was typical, but we're not expecting 5-star, so we're grateful to be fed, kids were happy with their fruit-loops since they don't get that at home ;o) Our only con was the location. Just don't be expecting to be able to have a nice evening walk around the neighborhood. Which we didn't, and all's good.

This hotel was very friendly and safe considering the great price. About 20 mins from the strip and quiet at night. We will certainly be back. Caroline is the manager and does a great job at forming a business relationship with those who are looking for a permanent hotel to work with.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was good and the breakfast was great. Our room was clean and the bed were comfortable. It was somewhat small. We had very load neighbors above and to the side of us that made sleep hard. The location was very poor. We were not happy with the neighborhood it was in.

The hotel is nice and quiet. I stayed with my husband and two kids. The building is nice as are the rooms. The rooms are average sized. Not huge but not too small. The kids were disappointed at first that the maximum depth of the pool is 4'5", but they still managed to have fun. Every store and restaurant you'll ever need is within blocks. Nice to stay near Vegas but be much more laid back. Room was clean. I have no complaints.

Although easy to get to, the room smelled of cigarettes and was overpowering. The refrigerator sounded like a quacking duck all night. The bed needs to be upgraded so it doesn't feel like an earthquake when the other person rolls over.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The room was clean and well supplied. Will use them again. When traveling we look for a place that is close to restaurants and freeway accessability and this hotel was all that. But away from the excess of Las Vegas.

Hotel is located at the Boulder Highway but there really is nothing around it - no shops, no restaurants, no nothing. You have to drive quite a bit to get to Shopping Centers and food. Rooms are nice but either overlooking a yard of a construction company (?) where trucks are driving around in the morning ( room 327) or a car wash. WIFI did not work. Entry hall and reception area floor was renovated/cleaned during my stay - this has to be done sometime so ok, but the restaurant and bar was also closed and that was not mentioned at the time of booking (few days before arrival). If known I would not have stayed there at all.

This hotel is about 10 miles of the Vegas Strip and looks brand new It has a large, inviting, lobby with comfortable seats, free coffee, newspapers,... Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, with two very very comfortable queen beds. Nice fridge, drip coffeemaker (one cup at a time), big screen HD TV and good WiFi. Bathroom was clean, shower was great. The breakfast room was nice and clean, they had cereal, fresh fruit, omelets, biscuits & gravy, sausage and more. They have no gambling machines and no smokers. And no resort fee... Highly recommended.

We stayed here the night before we left USA, much quieter than The Strip, a last minute decision to drive from Arizona the day before. Very handy if you have a car, lots of choices for eating out, but no restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were good, roomy, very nice bed and a roomy bathroom. A free breakfast was included, but, don't bother. If you have the time, eat out. It was a buffet, of sorts, plastic everything, we ended up just having toast and a piece of fruit. Eating at the airport is better, and that's saying something! No staff on duty in the breakfast area, so tables not cleared, but with everything paper and plastic, just throw it all in the bin. Would stay again overnight, give breakfast a miss, but wouldn't stay here long term. Car parking is available on site, grab a luggage cart yourself and head to your room. I have rated this hotel four stars for its rooms but not for breakfast, would rate that a one star just for the effort...

Had a wonderful experience here with a helpful staff, fantastic continental breakfast (with many choices and fast service when something was empty or they ran out of any items) and clean and spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you're exploring Las Vegas for just one day.

This is one of the best Best Western's we've stayed in, and we've stayed in many. The lobby is very large and well-appointed and offered a rather luxurious welcome, a very pleasant first impression, an impression that continued! The staff was courteous and friendly; our room was spacious, clean and inviting; the air conditioner was extremely efficient and very quiet. The queen beds were nicely made and very comfortable (lots of soft pillows!). Also the room had two comfortable "reading" chairs, much appreciated. We were impressed that the fridge actually froze our Blue Ice, as often the freezers in these little refrigerators are not cold enough to freeze anything. (The fridge was quiet, too, another welcomed & unusual thing.) Coffee w/make-a-cup drip machine was provided; there was a microwave,too, and an excellent HD TV. WiFi worked well. The room was quiet with a very nice bathroom & a great shower. The breakfast room was very nice and the food offered was good. (We appreciated the non-dairy milk & the bananas, which it seems are often not offered at many BWs anymore.) There was a large casino 4 or 5 miles' drive away and many, many restaurants in the same area as the casino. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is the third time in 5 years we have stayed here. We were upgraded at no cost to the junior suite. It was fantastic. A California King bed, fridge, microwave, Jacuzzi tub, double sink vanity. We had a wonderful stay!!

I am overly sure this is a brand new hotel. That being said, it's still super nice! And super clean! And basically I wish I was staying here longer than a day. Let's lay it out for you, you're not on the strip and there no machines in this place. What does that mean, you can pay a little less and have a cleaner hotel! No smokers or random people just walking around your lobby. But, you're close enough to the strip and the madness of it all! Also there's a breakfast buffet. They had omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and the trusty waffles. Of course they also had cereal, fruit, breads, and yogurts. This was a clean breakfast area too!

Not the biggest room, but very nice and the bed was great. Unlike most of the other rip-off hotels in the Vegas area there were no resort fees, so the price you are quoted is the price, + taxes. Had all the HBO stations too, another benefit you never see in a Casino Hotel.

We spent a night in Henderson on the way to Grand Canyon West and the South Rim. The stay at Best Western Plus in Henderson, NV was an excellent choice. The motel is an excellent property and we were happy with our stay there. The motel offers a complete hot breakfast, which was a good start to the day. The desk clerk had pads of maps for the area States and we took a couple. Overall, a good experience.

Everything is great about this hotel, kind of off the beat path with little glitter for Las Vegas, but everything you need is close, food entertainment. The free breakfast is one the better ones offered.

We booked at this Best Western as the other one in Henderson (the one that DOESN'T) allow pets) was already full at 2:30 pm on the day we were passing through. We had a long day of travel and hoped to catch a nap. However, the room next to us had two "yip" dogs that were lefu unattended in the room and were barking non-stop. We called the front desk and the Clerk said she could call the pet guardians, but there was no telling of when fido's owners would return. Since this Best Western was also sold out, and we were unpacked and tired we stayed. But there went our plans to get a needed nap in. We went to dinner and when we returned the dog owners apparently had too. Now THEY were the loud ones. The walls between rooms at this place are paper-thin! What a great deal where people without pets have to suffer when the pet owners don't control their pets. We got 0 sleep last night! Additionally, be aware that this is another hotel that liberally sprays scents in rooms/corridors. So if you have allergies-continue up the road. (We were specifically told by the front desk clerk when we checked in that they have "fragrance diffusers" in their lobby and in their rooms.) When we checked out-not even a courtesy question of "how was your stay." As paying customers our needs were given less concern than the dogs next door - I give this a low value in my rating. If you have pets or can sleep with constant barking/noise only a few feet from where you lay your head at night-go for it!

This BW is a great value in the Las Vegas area. It is within 10 miles of the Las Vegas strip and its attractions. The freeway system is close by for business travel. The facility looks brand-new, with ample rooms and a well-presented breakfast area.

We needed a place to sleep while transporting my wife's aging parents from Arizona to Utah. A motel in Henderson seemed like a quieter choice than something in the bustle of Las Vegas. Upon arrival, the receptionist found the reservation for the older couple quickly and my wife helped them to their room, but the receptionist insisted that my wife and I did not have a reservation. I showed her the confirmation on my phone, and she searched for several minutes, all the while acting like I was mistaken or scamming her or something. Finally she called Expedia reservations and found that we were "in the system" for another date, even though I had the confirmation email. So she finally assigned us a room, after a wait of about 30 minutes. No apology, no offer of any special compensation. The room itself was comfortable, breakfast OK.

This review pertains to Best Western's refusal to help us after Expedia booked us for the wrong nights at this property. We booked the nights of March 17, 2016, departing March 20 through Expedia.com. When we arrived, the hotel had no reservation for us. Upon checking, they discovered Expedia had booked us on March 13 for 3 nights. Expedia never sent me an email confirmation, and hence all I had was a screen print from Expedia that gave the reservation confirmation number. I explained to the hotel that Expedia made an error and would they (the hotel) please honor the reservation for the 17th for 3 nights. The clerk stated she could not do that. I asked for the manager, Martin Oceguera, and explained the situation. Martin stated that Expedia had paid them $271.32 for the room for the nights of March 13, 14 and 15 and we did not show up. Therefore, Best Western would make no adjustment or accommodation whatsoever. I asked the manager if he could find a room there for us for the nights we needed, stating that I would deal with Expedia later. We checked the usual online sources, but since Las Vegas was sold out for the days we needed (17th - 20th) due to March Madness, the Monster Truck rally and a huge western states soccer tournament, we decided we would just drive back to California, thereby missing our granddaughter's 3 days of soccer tournaments. My wife was heartbroken. She decided to approach the manager (in tears) and stated our plight. He reneged and stated that, after all, they do have a room, but it would be $170 for the first night and $95 for the other 2 nights. I have never stayed in a motel where they were unwilling to accommodate the guest. I believe the manager should have been much more accommodating. The net was that we paid $728 for 3 nights in a Best Western.

This location is right near the approaches for runway 25 at McCarran Airport, Las Vegas. Staff members were very helpful in suggesting locations for food and places where we could get closer to the airport for pictures. VERY VERY Helpful. Great breakfast also

The staff were friendly, yet professional at all times. We found the location easily and had a great night's sleep. Although the area is not altogether suited to a vacation, as there are few restaurants or other facilities around, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff overcame all our problems.

very clean and helpful staff. Wi-Fi was very important plus microwave and frig. spacious bathroom. BUT....no recycling at all. This was a disappointment. Best Western should show more leadership on this point. I did send my comments to hotel manager. "My wife and I arrived on 22.May.2016. Our room (211) was really nice and we got well rested and had a nice breakfast the following morning. I would, however, like to suggest that your hotel attempt some sort of recycling. I had an empty aluminum can but the front desk could offer no alternative to the "trash can". The bed at this hotel is perfect for me. It is not too soft, although I prefer harder bed. The breakfast is good and adequate for my need. The hotel is located in a safe location.It is nice to have the baggage cart ready and available to be used at the front door.
