Best Western McCarran Inn

The woman who greeted us at 830 pm was super pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. Only complaint was the outlets to charge devices either didn't work, or were too lose to keep charger in to charge. Would recommend to others to stay.

Very friendly staff, great location to Vegas airport, facility is very clean and well taken care of, breakfast variety was excellent and fresh. Short/Long term parking is very convenient to airport. Staff is always helpful and courteous.

The staff were great and very helpful, shuttle service was outstanding, breakfast was delicious, building was clean and safe, enjoyed our stay, close to the airport but noise was not there, have stay before and will go again, just an awesome place and people!

The room was comfortable and the breakfast food was great. The hot water spigot pressure at the sink was poor. Our room was not cleaned one night. The staff was very friendly and professional. The motel was was clean and quiet. The airport shuttle was so helpful! Thank you.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was relatively quiet, considering the very busy area. The front desk people were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast didn't have many options for our unique food needs, (plant based and celiac disease,) but others were enjoying it very much.

I had a great stay, the hotel delivers what's supposed - fair rooms and fair breakfast. The rooms could use so upgrade, but the cost-benefit is very reasonable. We'd like to thank the whole staff; they are the nicest people and were extremely helpful in every situation. The shuttle service is really good and useful, and we'd like to thank Ricardo for picking us up at the very last minute before the break period and Maria for being super nice. Thank you so much for helping us last minute when we were stranded at the Las Vegas airport. Last minute reservation was easy and the shuttle back-and-forth from the airport was a bonus! Friendly staff and coffee in the morning starting at 5am. Breakfast too!

An older facility. Not enough parking for guests. Breakfast was meh. Service, front desk and airport shuttle were good. This is a no frills, easy layover place so you can catch your flight the next morning. As I mentioned earlier, this is an older place that is need of sprucing up.

Friendly staff, comfy room and beds. Very convenient location close to the airport. Easy access to everything and worth the price. Clean rooms decent breakfast and they'll call a cab for you which is cheaper than Uber or Lyft if you're just going to the airport.

Quick overnight stay outside of the airport. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle and nice breakfast! Front desk staff and shuttle driver were VERY NICE! However, the hotel room was not very clean. The bathroom had bugs and the ceiling was collapsing! Had it not been almost midnight we would have found another place! Paying for convenience not cleanliness!

close to the strip ,airport and everything else. hard working staff. room is good. carpet in halls need updating but still good. parking is difficult just like everywhere but free. even has charging for my EV. just ask the front desk for the key. only one spot though. charged my tesla all night to capacity for free. the breakfast is excellent

The front desk receptionist Dominique, she gets a whole 5 stars she's amazing. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Yes we did hear the planes but what do you expect staying by an airport duh. other than that i liked it, it's a good distance from the strip and food places. I will be staying here again !

Definitely an older property but great location, room was clean, housekeeping had done lots of little extras with towels, tissues, etc making a great presentation. Other than creeky plumbing and first floor lobby noise, no complaints. Shuttle and long stay parking available.

This Best Western was a bit hard to find, off the strip in Las Vegas. Room (and bed) were quite comfortable. Very quiet; made for a good nights sleep on our way back to California. The mexican takeout around the corner is quite good. I recommend the carnitas burrito.

The hotel was clean and quite. The rooms were comfortable and accommodating. The breakfast hours are accommodating if you have early things to get done. The staff was helpful when needed. Would recommend as a great alternative to staying on the strip.

Convenient hotel. 24 hour taco restaurant next door which the food is delicious just a little pricey. You can walk to the strip from the hotel which is definitely a plus. We have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions and plan on staying here again

We traveled with a U15 soccer team, so 17 boys plus us chaperones. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! They were accommodating, friendly and allowed us to pretty much take over the hotel lobby for team meals so the boys could eat some healthy meals while we were out there. Rooms were clean and the shuttle to and from the airport was a life saver

The evening clerk that was on duty 2/20/24 until 10pm was exceptionally nice. This is not a reflection of her good demeanor and attitude. The hotel room I had was probably the worst in the building. Room 124 needs to be turned into a storage room. The room had pergo flooring so walking on it with bare feet, I picked up all the crumbs and debris left behind from a prior occupant. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, I stepped in a huge puddle of what I hope was water at the foot of the bed. It looked like water was coming up through the flooring. Absolutely unacceptable. The room was on the first floor and had wooden shutters covering the outside window. Directly outside my window was a massive security light that shined into the room, even with the shutters closed, making it seem like daytime in my room. It was very difficult to sleep with this light beaming into the room all night. The television wouldn't work either. The very nice clerk I mentioned showed me how to go behind the television and change the HDMI programming, which had to be done every time I turned it off and on again. The shower handle was so loose, it was difficult to adjust the temperature without going from one extreme to another. The sink handle was the same and actually sprayed water out the back of the fixture. Breakfast was really disappointing, even for this class of hotel. It was an extremely small area to try and get anything. If someone was waiting for toast, everyone behind them was stuck in the “line” until they were done. It was very inadequate for the size of the hotel. The clerk on the morning of 2/21/24 was resting on her elbows and couldn't even stand up straight to greet me when I checked out. She never asked me if everything was ok with my stay. This review gets 2 stars, both of them are for the clerk on 2/21/24. The rest of the hotel gets 0.

First, there is no bathroom in the lobby. After an over 2 hour trip, I wanted to use the bathroom prior to check in. The staff told us that they think it's funny that people run around the lobby looking for a bathroom. They make you check in and then you can go to your room. Ridiculous. Next, I was told thanks for being a platinum rewards member then given a room between the hallway and the laundry with a security light shining in the window all night. The floors were so slanted it was almost difficult to walk to the bathroom. The desk chair was jammed under the desk so hard that we had to simultaneously lower the arms of the chair while we lifted the desk in order to use the only chair in the room. We got up early to catch the 6 am shuttle only to find it was 10 minutes late arriving. We were lucky to get through the very slow security line in time to board our flight. Coming back, we had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle to return to the hotel. I appreciated the fact that breakfast was served at 5 am so we could have something to eat before we left. Otherwise, it was not a positive experience.

My wife and I stayed in room 125. There is an ice machine just outside the door to that room. In the morning I was dumping the ice bucket water out and it was FULL of ground up BUGS!!! I took a video of the ice bucket water with the bug parts floating in it. I was told “we will not be compensating you because you're the only one that has complained about it.” (yes, she actually said that) They refused to compensate us for anything. Disgusting treatment for $200 a night. Won't be back!!

My connecting flight was cancelled at the last minute & I had to spend a night in Las Vegas. I was exhausted after a long day so I searched for a hotel close to the airport & with a complimentary shuttle. This hotel fit the bill & did not disappoint! The staff was great, the room was clean & comfortable, and the breakfast & return shuttle were awesome!

Good value; shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes is a huge bonus. Really friendly front desk staff and breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were very clean. Only minor complaints is that the common areas (stairwells in particular) had some trash and could've been cleaner and my TV wasn't working, but I'm sure they could've fixed that if I called it in.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean and a good size. The breakfast area was clean and offered a decent free breakfast from 5am to 9am. Off the strip, but very close

The hotel was ok just be aware it is quite a walk from the airport and the strip it is nice they have a shuttle to take you back to the airport the constant roar of airplanes going over you may bother some people's sleep

Best Western Maccarran Inn was close to the airport. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It is not close to restaurants and the walk to restaurants is not in a great area. Breakfast was good and started early for people that have an early flight. There is a shuttle to the airport if you have a later flight.

Stayed here after a tour before I flew back to New Zealand Complementary airport shuttle was great my room was awesome it was facing the strip so got views of MGM and Mandalay bay at night sure I could hear planes but HELLO it's a airport hotel, free breakfast in the morning and the staff were lovely I'd definitely stay here again

I stayed here after a delayed flight at the airport so it was a very short stay. The staff was very sweet and helpful however the room felt super sketchy. The elevator is broken and according to staff it has been broken for roughly 2 years. The safety lock in the room was barely hanging on which made me extremely nervous as I was traveling alone. It did not feel clean or safe at all. especially for the price paid.

The front desk staff at this hotel is the highlight. The ladies at the front were wonderfully helpfull and patient. The hotel is decent clean and breakfast was good, but the front desk staff we encountered make the hotel!

TV had HGTV so we were set for a night of rest. A liquor store and a taco joint nearby. The breakfast was really pretty great for a place like this. Airport shuttle was convenient. Fridge and microwave in the room. The elevator was out, so I'm glad we were on the first floor because we had big luggage. It was pricey, but I guess that's how Vegas is these days.

Elevator not working. No bathroom available in Lobby since our rooms weren't ready yet. Best people we had contact with were the shuttle bus drivers. they were courteous, knowledgeable, ad helpful Stay on the strip it's not that far from the airport!!!

I love this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle, but it's the incredible staff that really make this hotel. It is a little older and a little run down, but it's clean, a great price, and really phenomenal customer service. If you're looking for a Vegas hotel off the strip or close to the airport, you can't beat this hotel.

My flight was cancelled and I had to book a room for a night. They helped me right away and gave me the breakdown for pricing before charging me. The room was clean and neat. I tried to place an order online for food delivery and somehow they noticed it and noticed it wasn't working and called my room to let me know they saw what happened and apologized but said they could take the order over the phone which i thought was real nice of them. The staff were awesome.

This property is very close to McCarran. Easy access to airport for early morning flights was what I was looking for. My early trip to the airport went smoothly as planned. I found the right place to stay!

We stayed at this facility on August 10/11 (arrived evening and left EARLY to catch a flight). We were welcomed with smiles and an obvious feeling of "we're glad you are here". The two young ladies were extremely helpful, kind, courteous and accommodating without being "soupy". They helped with not only our room but with Uber set up and info we might need as well as taking money for purchases.

The pillows were nice. Our bed mattress was in need of being replaced. The breakfast was very good. The staff were over and above courteous and kind. We wished we would have had time for the pool. It looked very inviting.

The employees there made our trip the greatest! The night shift guy is a little gruff and parking is hard to get. We needed to use the handicap spot with the wheelchair access and they allowed someone from the air port to park right in the access spot. Needless to say it was way more challenging than it needed to be. We almost went to a different

This was a nice hotel and it was quiet. The hotel was located in a pretty good location. There was no parking spots available when we arrived. We had to drive around in circles in order to find somewhere to park. I would recommend arriving early if possible to make sure can get a parking space!

I stay here often traveling through. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and it's a nice, clean place to stay! I will always stay here in passing and leaving from the airport. Breakfast is typical, but hot and fresh.

Its been an excellent stay! It started off with the comfortable bed. Very comfortable! I travel often and the bed has been the most challenging. But your bed was an excellent sleep. Your continental breakfast was also excellent! There was a young lady by the name if Jamie that was the epitome of professional and very helpful! Her customer service was very good. And lastly, was your jar of peppermints. A nice touch. However, your parking needs work...

The beds were sunken in and the pillows were lumpy and rough. Sleeping every night there was painful. We had no choice but to continue staying there as there were not anymore rooms available for accomodation.

Great off strip location with clean, quiet & comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, and staff kept everything well stocked. Super easy to get to airport from here. Plus for those without a car, hotel offers free shuttle service.

The hotel staff member was friendly and helpful. The hotel was relatively clean and in fairly decent repair. Our room unfortunately had broken shutters which allowed a tremendous amount of bright light in from a spot light on a plant outside the window. Made it VERY hard to sleep. The bed wasn't too comfortable. The bed and room was clean, but the sink was very slow to drain. The shuttle only runs for specific hours so it was not helpful to us and breakfast doesn't start until 5am. The second floor REAKED of marijuana. It is a good place for a long layover as its close to the airport.

A great place to stay if you want a place away from the bling or casinos. For one thing, I love that Breakfast is free unlike most hotels in Vegas. They have a friendly staff, able to answer any help they can. No resort fees from what i can tell, but they do hold a 200 dollars deposit during your stay (in case if that doesn't sit well for you) In short, It's well worth your money if you want a humble stay in Las Vegas right next to the airport.

Well I would start off by giving Mr.James a big shout out for being a great employee. My family and I stayed overnight due to our flight leaving the next day. Arriving to the hotel we were greeted by Mr.James, check in was smooth and very quick, instructions regarding breakfast, and other commodities were clear. I would recommend Best Western McCarran Inn any time, definitely will be staying here again, oh and it was our first time staying here. Great job Mr.James and great job team that was cleaning the lobby, setting up for breakfast. Omar from Houston Texas.

Room was basic, breakfast at 6 AM was quite poor Receptionist at arrival very kind (asked her to print my boarding pass and I found it at check-out printed) Position for Airport is perfect (just few minutes by car, they have also a transportation if needed)

The staff--especially the breakfast staff--were friendly and helpful. When I had difficulty with the toaster, one of the breakfast staff made toast for me. This is our favorite Best Western in Las Vegas.

The room was very spacious and clean. Front desk friendly and helpful. Very handy to airport and gas to refuel the rental car before drop off. Shuttle to LAS was convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was adequate. No complaints.

The property is older. Rooms large and clean for a family of 5. Free breakfast was good; many basic items, well prepared. Free shuttle to/from airport. 6 min from airport. 30 min Uber/Lyft ride to the Strip due to Vegas traffic.

While looking for a long-term-parking solution we came across BW McCarran Inn. Their long term parking rate is much better than the airport lot, and they have a shuttle service that runs every half hour on the half hour. The shuttle service was great, and the staff at the hotel were very helpful. Easy to get to, easy to park your car and get to the airport. Great experience all around. Be aware that there are some limitation for the shuttle hours. My flight was delayed and I ended up taking an Uber ($12) from the airport. Still a huge savings compared to airport parking. To make the whole experience even better, I asked the front desk clerk if I could buy some milk there and he actually gave me two small cartons to take home. Saved me from a 2AM stop to find milk. AWESOME.

We were greeted very nicely upon our arrival and the room was exceptional. I specifically chose the hotel because of its daily hot breakfast. The one thing that I would like to see is if there is someway the hot food choices could change every couple of days. We stayed for 5 days , so it would be nice to see some varietyn for long term stays.

Rayleen was amazing! She was very helpful, the property was clean and had the things we needed. We missed our flight so we weren't prepared with anything to stay the night, but we were welcomed and taken care of!

We chose BW for it convenient location; 1) close to the airport (we did not use the shuttle as it starts runs from 6am and we had an early flight), 2) relatively close to TMobile arena (40 min walk or 3 stops by bus). Otherwise, typical BW with all the amenities .

Rooms were nice, although the AC did die in our first room. They shifted us to a different room with no issues. I was concerned about noise since the hotel is so close to the airport, but I was happy to find out that the rooms were quiet. There's a microwave, mini fridge and coffee machine. No resort fees or other BS fees added. Laundry machine prices were reasonable. Has a free shuttle service to/from the airport which is fantastic. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included which was fine. Cereals, fruits, frozen pancakes that you'd heat in the toaster, eggs and toast. They make minor changes to it everyday. Tea and coffee are always available in the lobby. Pool hadn't been cleaned in a while, and I don't think anyone was using it. A bit off the Strip. Can walk the 1.5 miles or so if you're willing, take a Uber/Lyft, or use the public transport bus that runs once every 30 minutes or so.

To much noise in the hall way by room 113 because the door was way to short to cancel out the morning noise of tile floor versus carpet like the rest of the hallway. The floor is 1 inch lower than the bottom of the door.

The bed was very comfortable after 9 hrs of driving & flying. And as before, the room was clean, neat & had everything I needed. I also love the frozen food case where I can by dinners & snacks without leaving. Also the location to the airport & shuttle service is super easy.

Wonderful service, clean room, easy check out, close to the strip! Recommend for anyone wanting to be close to everything but far enough you have some space. Not to mention it was not outrageously priced for New Years weekend!

The person at front desk (james) doesn't wanted to give us a room at 3 am, so we have to stay in the street calling to do a reservation by phone, then we got the reservation but he doesn't want to do it manually and wanted to charge an additional night without any reason just to do the booking manually, then he just decided to cancell the reservation and leave my family and me in the street for 2 hours with the cold temperatures, then he come out once i had another reservation in another hotel to let us in and accept the reservation just because he doesn't want to explain the complaint to his supervisor. Just for that reason we sleep after 3 hours in that hotel. That's not even a little of respect for the customers. Our flight was canceled night before and that's not the way treat a person with his mom, sister and a child.

Suite was great size. Clean, room, clean linens, Clean refrigerator. Hardly anything in Vegas is free so this felt like a bargain. Quick breakfast which started at 5 am with FREE shuttle to airport starting at 6 am. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Onlything I would change is the lighting. Too dark. With the carpet being dark in color, There wasn't much auxiliary lighting.

The hotel is very close to the airport, you can hear and sometimes feel the planes going over. The strip is like 5mins drive, you could walk if you wanted. The beds are very uncomfortable, we had a 3 queen suite. The hotel is nice in the lobby and breakfast area, during breakfast the fire alarm would go off if the toaster was being used. They need a vent in there so it won't keep going off.

Breakfast was delicious every morning, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, milk, yogurt, juice, etc. The eggs and sausage were superb. The desk folks seamlessly accommodated my room switch request. The hotel was really nice and clean and in good repair. I enjoyed the stay and next time I need a room in Las Vegas, it'll be right here.

Every employee at this hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. I travel with my 2 kids, and my kids love this hotel, great snacks and a great breakfast with fresh made food. Shuttle to the airport is super convenient!

It was suppose to be a complete one day stay that turned into a 5 hour stay. While close to the airport and busy roads, the room was extremely quiet. It was very clean as well. Beyond that, I can't say much more. Checked in at midnight, was out by 4:30 am.

The property is very close to McCarren Airport (refuse to call it Harry Reid0, it has great shuttle service and run from 7 am to 9 pm at night.and offers long tern parking at reasonable prices. Althouigh the parking is outdoors, it is reasonably protected against crime ( well lighted) We have used the parking feature abt 8 time sna d stayed at the property 4 night.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was overshadowed by the noise. I would have thought that a hotel close to an international airport would have some sort of sound-proofing. And then when the plane traffic eased off, the noise of the elevator was like having a high speed train rumbling through the wall! It woke us up.

We stayed one night at the McCarran Inn and the service was great. The room was clean and clearly well cared for. Small touches such as single pack makeup wipes on the bathroom counter were very nice. Fridge, microwave, and safe. We came across a housekeeper in the hallway who couldn't had been sweeter and the front desk staff were kind and friendly as well. We had a room with two queen beds and it was an extremely tight fit - the room would've been much better equipped with one bed or for one person. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were stiff and the sheets/comforter were very thin, making for a chilly November night. The hotel is right near the airport and the shutters on one of the windows were broken and we held it up using a room key, but the light still streamed in. The bathroom was clean but very cramped and the sink outside of the toilet and shower room offered no privacy. The breakfast was good, parking was ample and easy, and the employees seemed to care about their work. If I'm traveling alone, I might try the hotel again in the future, but I would definitely try a suite for 2 or more people in the future.

Great location, Comfortable Rooms and friendly service. The breakfast was plentiful and opened early which was great as I had an early morning flight. The airport shuttle was on time and took me to the airport in less than 10 minutes.

The best western McCarran airport in Las Vegas Nevada was a perfect overnight stay for a leisure trip to Las Vegas where I had been staying at a family residence and they had the need to leave town so I booked this room last minute overnight so I could be close to the airport in the early morning for my flight. The staff was prompt professional and attentive however the rooms could use an additional blanket in addition to the one already provided and also additional towels washcloths and hand towels etc. my room only had two towels, wash cloths and two hand towels but it did have an additional blanket which I used to due to the cold weather.

Very competent staff, extremely convenient location. Airport noise was not an issue. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Hotel was clean. Many restaurants very nearby. Parking was easy. We would definitely stay again.

This was a fantastic property for convenience to the airport yet close enough to the strip to get their easily. The extra amenities like free breakfast, airport shuttle were great! And free parking. Will use this property in LV everytime.

We were looking for a room near the airport for an early morning flight. This property was the perfect fit. We were even able to return our rental car the night before and use their free shuttle service to get to and from the airport. The room was very comfortable, breakfast with lots of options and staff very helpful. Will definitely stay again when we are in Las Vegas

It was a great stay. The staff were friendly and it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was good in the morning with many different options to choose from. Conveniently located near Mccarran airport with shuttle service available.

My husband and I stayed four nights here after a trip to Death Valley National Park. We were greeted with a smile by Raeleen at the front desk who was very helpful with our questions. We were impressed with the housekeeping staff who were consistently cleaning in the public areas of the hotel. The breakfast was good and there was always a staff person replenishing items. It is right by the airport so if one is light sleeper that could be an issue. They have a free airport shuttle but we had a car and didn't utilize it. The parking is free, a rarity for a Las Vegas hotel. Pulling up to the hotel, it didn't look like anything special, but the staff there made it special.

Best Western Mccarran Inn has very friendly staff, great rooms, and decent prices. I stay here monthly for these reasons and will continue to do so. Being close to the airport is also great! Everything is clean and well taken care of.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. It was very nice to have the free shuttle to the airport and the driver was also very nice and chatted with us the whole time. It was on time and we didn't have to wait long at all when we phoned for a pick up.

Friendly staff, easy check in and checkout, near airport and also not far from the strip, airport shuttle, clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast, water, tea, coffee provided 24 hours. Wanted to use the pool but was not clean (bird's feathers in the water). There was a power outage while watching TV at night last about 2 hours.

They are always there to help with any questions. Very easy to deal with and warm/friendly. I would recommend staying here as it's close to the airport and the value for the money is excellent. Easy to get around town.

Elevator didn't work, was not told until after check-in. Elderly couple with multiple bags of luggage to carry to 3rd floor. Rude staff who said they were "too busy" when asked for assistance finding a room at another Best Western for next night since this location was full.

This hotel is in between center and airport with best location. The rooms are big and include all amenities, staff is wonderful and cleaning staff is amazing. The breakfast is workable and shuttle bus is available to reach airport. I recommend this hotel for easy and efficient stay All the best

Stayed one night for our flight out the next day. Very close to the airport but didn't hear the planes at all. Pool area was a nice place to just sit & relax. Bed was very comfortable, very good selection for breakfast and most of all, was very clean.

This IS an airport hotel and you will hear the planes. But the AC has a fan mode that will cover it and we rested very well. Airport shuttle service is only from 6am to 11pm. That was a disappointment to us as we had a 6am flight. The taxis arrived promptly. And were not expensive. The breakfast started at 5am. They had separate sink area from tub/potty room. Beds were comfortable but linens were very thin and worn. Only a thin blanket between 2s sheets for covers. Very nice decor and very CLEAN place.

Not only was the hotel itself very nice but it is extremely convenient to the airport. The rooms were small but lovely, the breakfast plentiful and good and the pool delightful. They even stock foods that you can microwave for lunch or dinner.

Always prefer this Best Western when I visit my son in Las Vegas. Conveniently located near the airport and UNLV campus. It's off the strip so it's quiet, has free breakfast and a shuttle to and from the airport. Perfect!

All the staff was very pleasant including the shuttle drivers, front desk staff, night audit, and breakfast attendant. We did not interact with housekeeping but they did a wonderful job tidying up our room and refreshing our towels. It was easy to get an uber; only cost $10-14 per trip. Located close to the airport and the free shuttle was easy to arrange. Would like to have had more fruit at breakfast but the food that was there was tasty!

We stayed 15 & 16 of Sept 2022, having booked in March. Immediately things got off to a bad start, the male reception simply ignored us on arrival for 5 minutes. A female receptionist from the back of the office was called out who booked us in, the room was on the ground floor at the front. It smelt strongly of smoke, was much smaller than anticipated and very noisy given the garage opposite. After raising with reception the room was sprayed with a deodorant. After 5 minutes the smoke smell overpowered this. We then asked for a room change and were given one on the third floor. This smelt better and was of the size expected. The hotel has no restaurant, so for evening meal offers a room service, which incurs additional cost of transit, service and taxes, roughly another 20$. The hotel has no adjacent restaurants, there is a Mexican take away, which we used. Breakfast is self service to a very limited scope, the hot offering was only chipolatas, scrambled egg, toast or waffles, the cold is flavoured yoghurts, cereals and milk. The breakfast staff were very pleasant borderline apologetic. You must use a taxi or the bus to get to the Strip in central LV. A good tip is to buy for 8$ an all day access to the bus, so you may use it as often as you wish to go up and down the Strip as well as getting away from the hotel. The second evening, the room had no replacement coffee or tea and in the morning there was no hot water, it was stone cold all morning. At breakfast the chipolatas had been changed for very thin burgers, these tasted awful and were inedible. A second tip is to use their shuttle bus from the airport and back, you'll have to call them on arrival. Otherwise nothing to commend staying here

Staff was rude. Room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour past check in. They said 10 minutes max and it took longer than that to finish our room. Receptionist yelled at us. Not worth it. Stay elsewhere

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel. After a long drive back from Bryce Canyon we arrived and were greeted by the absolutely rudest manager at the front desk. Her name is Tracey Gray. We arrived a little after noon and asked her if she could direct us to the restroom. She said their restrooms were for hotel guests only. We told her we are, indeed, hotel guests, that we were checking in for the night. She said they had no other bathrooms but the one in our room and we could access it by checking in "early" for 25$ fee. We asked her if our room was ready and she said, yes, it is ready, but it is 25$ to get in our room 21/2 hrs early. In my experience, if the room is all ready, there is no fee for early check in. We are talking 2 1/2 hrs early and with no restrooms available in the lobby, we had no choice. She was basically charging us 25$ for the use of a bathroom. Crazy! She was also very rude and kept offering to refund our money if we didn't like their policy. She kept telling us the Best Western on the strip would not let us get into our room early even with a fee. She said if we had to use the restroom and didn't want to pay the 25$ we should just go to a store or a bar. I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect. And by the way this Tracey Gray is the general manager of the hotel! I told her that I would be contacting the corporate office and she said that they would laugh at us. I am beyond shocked. The only reason I am giving one star is because the lady who came to fix our broken TV was sweet and polite and followed up to make sure it was working. The hotel was in need of updating, had very poor lighting in the rooms and a slight musty smell. All of that could be overlooked, but could not get passed Tracey Gray's behavior and the lack of a bathroom in the lobby esp with a pool, breakfast service in the lobby and a long line at the front desk.

Close to the airport, there is shutter services but not all the time and start at 6 am, must check available to make sure you have a ride to the airport. Room was clean, bed is comfortable but the room I stay in, something wrong with the window shutter and it was not close properly so the light from outside get in. Breakfast was okay. The staffs was attentive and helpful.

The room was comfortable, the front desk staff were very nice and efficient, the breakfast staff were very helpful and the food was perfect for our needs, I love the snack area you can buy dinner to heat in the microwave and candy, chips, ice cream, soda & beer best snack area I have ever seen in a motel! Also it is so convenient to have the shuttle service to the airport. We have stayed here many times over the years and have never had a bad stay.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Stay wasn't great but I upgraded this time and it was worth it. Bed was sooo comfy. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was pretty good. Not super close to the strip but confidently close to the airport.

I booked a room here for tonight, since we fly out of las early in the morning tomorrow. The parking lot was easy to find parking in, and the outside grounds of the hotel were kept clean. I won't lie, when I saw the outside of the hotel it looked a little dated, so my expectations of the inside weren't as high as I originally had based off the listing pictures on the BW app. When we walked inside the hotel I was pleasantly surprised with an extremely well kept, clean and updated hotel. The front desk representative was extremely nice and friendly, she was very thorough while at the same time, keeping the check in process quick and smooth. Our room was on the first floor which was nice since we had a bunch of bags, but didn't feel like we were in the middle of the first floor since it was down a small hallway. The room was nice, clean and already had the air going which is nice since it's hot in Vegas right now. The only downside is their shuttle starts running at 6am, which sucks for people like me who's flights take off at 6:30 am. My Uber ride was less than 5 mins to the airport though, so it wasn't bad. Other than that I can't find a single con of the hotel and would definitely recommend staying here. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again no doubt.

Everyone was very helpful and always acknowledged me when I walked past them. Would definitely stay her again. The only thing that would make it better is if shuttle ran 24 hours. Breakfast was good with lots of selections.

I only stayed six hours. But I have to stay the check in girl was professional and helpful, the room was clean, the internet worked well, and with the hotel being five minutes from the airport with a free shuttle, my stay was very good. I thought the planes would keep me up, but this was not the case. The hotel offered free breakfast which had some grab and go items like fruit and yogurt as well. I would recommend.

Managed to get a good night's sleep, for which I was REALLY grateful b/c of the flight the next day ... but ... see photo ... the paper was a bit curled so had been there for a while ... it kind of captures a lot of what the place was like. But the room was clean & comfortable, the front desk staff was nice. The location is a bit industrial park but the only reason to stay here is proximity to the airport (& the only reason I did, considering also that I'm a gold member of their Rewards club).

This motel is easy to reach and nice to use. Parking is easy. The rooms are nice and the folks at check-in seem to really care about us. The breakfast is really good, a great variety of quality items. Plenty of coffee.

You are at the mercy of the front desk person, if they hear you banging on the door, they'll let you out. If they see you trying to use it from the main floor, they work their magic to get the door to open. This place needs help. Their system kept crashing when people were trying to check in. I would not stay here unless it was a last resort as it was for us, getting delayed in vegas was the only reason we decided to stay there, it was close.

Our flight was canceled, and it was quite late when our family arrived at the Best Western Mccarran Inn. James and the woman he was working with (I'm sorry but I don't remember her name--she was working in the morning on 8/22) were so kind, helpful and welcoming. We were exhausted and homesick, and they helped improve our moods. Our room was fine (our toilet leaked a little at the base), but it was the employees who made the difference in our short stay!

Easy to get hotel shuttle from airport, return shuttle doesn't start until 6 am, offered a decent breakfast, easy check in and check out, clean room, friendly staff. We're very helpful and had a selections of snacks to choose from since it was a late night check in.

Was great. The room was clean and nice. The receptionist at the front desk was super awesome. She went looking for muffins for my daughter during breakfast. I give her 10 stars for being nice kind and answered all our questions and was very helpful. Hotel is close to airport but you can't tell. They did great at sound proofing the building.

Professional and affordable place to stay. Close to the airport. Maneger Tracey Gray made our stay very pleasant. The airport shuttle helped save on money as well. Will return next time we are in Vegas.

Included breakfast, clean rooms and courteous staff. I stay here each time I visit Las Vegas and it never disappoints. I hate smoking and love that they have a no smoking policy. I also received a complimentary snack for being a rewards member.

The room was very clean. People were very nice. Breakfast was a little cold but good. There was a microwave to warm everything. The Inn was very close to the airport, which was very convenient. Check was quick and easy.

The Best Western was in a convenient location, was clean, beds comfy, had a great little food shop, and a yummy breakfast. The best part, however, was the staff, who went out of their way to accommodate our family of five in adjoining rooms. This made our stay so much more enjoyable! Everyone from the maid to the manager were very helpful and friendly. and I highly recommend this Best Western! (The pool looked very inviting, but we couldn't face being out of AC in the July 113 degree Las Vegas heat! I am sure it would be delightful in cooler weather.)

We usually use BW as our short stay for the airport as we have to travel a few hours to get to Las Vegas or return to our home in the desert. This time we had to extend a day due to a break down of our car. The staff was kind and caring arranging our extension of stay and giving us extra of coffee and towels for pool use. The Breakfast has finally returned to a hot and cold offering and had a lady that did great at keeping items stocked as persons came thru to get food. Clean breakfast bar and rooms. The staff is always friendly.

It's a clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Close to everywhere I needed to go. The staff was very helpful when I checked in and when I needed a suggestion for outside meals. I enjoyed my stay very much

Room was dirty, reeked of insecticide and woke up covered in bug bites. Mattress were extremely worn and I comfortable, felt every spring and the sides caved in. Booked with a credit card and was charged a deposit anyway.

Enjoy the stay, great customer service the amenities was reasonable but being next to the airport. Lots of turbulence from the fly-by of the planes. Not a whole lot of planes but when it happens you know..

I stay at least two nights a month at the Best Western McCarran! I love staying there, the staff are so pleasant and professional! The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They have free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is about a 5 minute drive, fee breakfast and the list goes on! Been staying here for over a year. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

I liked the remodel of the hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. Price was cheapest I could find at last minute and closest to the airport. Called the hotel for the shuttle to come pick me up at the airport, which was nice. However, I couldn't take advantage of the free shuttle service or free breakfast due to my 06:40 am flight. I thought this was odd since Las Vegas McCarran airport is 24 hours and early morning flights are common. I think they should start shuttle service at 04:00am and offer grab and go breakfast bags. No restaurants nearby, but has a hotel food service company that will deliver to your door. Overall, good stay and served it's purpose. I'd recommend it.

This trip was for my wife to attend a Nail Class, and we were able to enjoy the city with all of its amenities not associated with its world-famous strip. I have stayed in the Aria hotel and resort and would categorize this visit as a more enjoyable experience. I have a better understanding of how to incorporate my children into the next Vegas visit.

There is not sufficient parking so at night you are told to park anywhere you want just so you are not blocking the driveway, people are parked anywhere and everywhere, even 2-3 cars deep against a red curb and in the area marked off for emergency vehicles. When I mentioned this to the person at the counter said they are told it is ok as long as no one blocks entrances and they are private property anyway so they (I guess the fire dept) will not do anything. If they have a valid business license, I would assume there are city ordinances. The breakfast consisted of frozen pancakes you put in the toaster and pre-packaged muffins. There was a few eggs and two sausage and they were not being re-filled, no one was around. When I went to pull the stopper up in the bathtub the entire thing pulled out of the hole. Not a place I would ever stay again, it is a fire hazard and not what a Best Western usually is. .

We stayed only one night and very pleased with whole experience. Rooms had everything you needed although carpet a bit tired. Comfy beds. Great breakdast. Excellent shuttle service. Pleasant helpful reception staff. We would recommend!

Had no problems other than charging my credit card a deposit. I expect better from a BW hotel. But the stay itself was great. Clean and comfy. The only other real issue is that I did not realize this hotel was so close to the airport. I knew every time a plane took off. Not a big deal in the daytime but I never knew there were so many flights in the middle of the night.

Wish we could heap praise on the Best Western – McCarran Inn at 4970 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV. Unfortunately, we cannot! When we arrived we were third in line. Therefore, we were able to watch the front desk staff treat those in line ahead of us with utter rudeness. When it was our turn, the staff started the same, until I pointedly cleared my throat. He chilled immediately. There is nothing about the facilities that warrant positive comment. The cleanliness suffers. The only aspect of this business that makes it seem attractive is an effective park-and-fly program that provides for one-week of parking in their lot for one night's stay at the motel. After this experience, however, we will seek an alternative. We Can NOT recommend the Best Western – McCarran Inn.

Location decent. Room decent. Airplanes didn't affect our sleep. Cons: The shower didn't drain properly. Breakfast food is poor. Main concern was the parking. It is being "resold" to the airport for extended parking. Cars are double and triple parked all around the building. I say "resold" because we paid over $300 for one night and it should include a parking spot! We had to park illegally and hope the car wasn't damaged by others maneuvering between the cars to find their own spot. Very unprofessional. It made the place feel low-class, when the rooms are actually ok. This practice should not be accepted by Best Western. Please look into it. I cannot recommend this site.

We needed a place to rest before flying home and this was great! All staff were accommodating and professional. the Room was very clean! We were close to some great restaurants. There was gas station on the corner to fill rental car and Enterprise was almost next door. Airport shuttle was a great plus!

The hotel was close to the airport. The room was very clean, with easy access for handicap. The grounds were fairly maintained. The area by the handicap rooms outdoors needed to be swept as a lot of trash had blown in and around the door Staff was polite and helpful. I liked that they had a TV screen which showed the flights arriving and departing from the airport.

At 3 a.m., I was awakened by a stranger trying to enter my room. I looked through the peephole, and it was a man who was visibly intoxicated. He swiped a key card multiple times and then tried pushing the door open. I ran to use the hotel room's phone to call the front desk but there was no dial tone. I used my cell phone to call the front desk and no one picked up. I called again, and no one answered. After I shouted through the door that they had the wrong room, the man stood there and then he tried to open the other doors. When I saw that he was loitering, I immediately called the police. After the issue was resolved, I could not go back to sleep. On another note, the breakfast options were very limited and terrible. There was no hot breakfast and guests needed to microwave the food if they wanted something hot. I understand that due to COVID precautions, breakfast had to change. But if that was the case, then why are staff not wearing masks. If COVID precautions are being abandoned, then the hotel amenities that were changed due to COVID, should be back.

I purchased a room for my two daughters. It was a one-night stop before they moved out to the Mid-West. My girls are not seasoned travelers and within an hour of arriving in their room, a couple with their children walked in saying the front desk assigned that room to them. Had it been a man, my daughters would have freaked out. After the couple left, my girls went out for an hour. Upon their return, they couldn't get into the room because the key had to be reset. Having never traveled on their own, being in Las Vegas (of all places), and having the scare of another person walk into their space made them feel so unsafe they didn't want to leave the room to go to the pool, or the hotel to take a drive on the strip to see the lights. They stayed in the room the rest of the evening, defeating the purpose of a stop-over in Vegas. When I brought this to the attention of Tracey, the General Manager, the response was, "Thank you for letting me know. I'll talk with the frost desk." Surely I would have thought a franchise of this caliber would have offered some discount on the room for the inconvenience, but when I addressed this with Tracey, they felt a compensation was not warranted. Really???? My husband and I have stayed in Best Western Inns across the country over the past twenty-five years. We've never come across management like this, nor have we ever had an issue. I'm glad Tracey has the kind of traffic that they do not need to be concerned about customer service or the room safety of young, inexperienced travelers.

Kids were excited to swim in the pool but it was so disgusting and full with garbage I wouldn't let them. For the price we paid we could have stayed on the strip and had more amenities. Don't recommend.

We knew we were arriving very late at night so my sister booked this for our one night late arrival. Very clean, very convenient! Very close to the airport! Seemed very busy and great for a one night stay before or after a few days on the strip!

No security presence at this property. Car window was shattered and broken into. Simple security patrols would have prevented this. Given false security of safe long term parking at this property for its convince to travelers and shuttle to the airport.

The hotel was surprising updated, clean beds were very comfortable along with fresh lemon and a sanitized remote control. Do you take away breakfast was just so so with warm toaster or microwave products. Apparently in order to leave a review you must have at least 200 words which seems kind of ridiculous and you have said I want to say about the place.

It was walking distance to Thomas & Mack Center and all we really did at the hotel was sleep, eat and shower which was all met with great expectations. Friendly, helpful staff, great and quick grab and go breakfast.

Things that went wrong: 1) Check-in clerk refused my Paypal MasterCard because she believed it is a paypal payment, and not an actual credit card. She didn't even bother to examine my card up close before she made the assumption. 2) Check-in clerk didn't not clarify the extra added to the total price was due to the indemnity deposit, and that would not be charged. She was really apprehensive if you asked questions. 3) I made an error of assuming this hotel stay was prepaid because I thought it was booked through priceline but instead of asking more question about how my reservation was booked, she wanted me to show her proof of payment. 4) Due to check-in problem stated above, I couldn't go to the bathroom. There is no bathroom in the lobby and I had to check-in before I can go to the bathroom. Although they do have employee bathroom in the lobby somewhere. 5) Shower curtain was broken. 6)Moldy breakfast pastries. Hot breakfast is heated by microwave. 7)Power went out for 1-2 hours. 8) Overall, all hotel employee are not very personable and unfriendly. You just get a sense that they do not care about their guests. And I am not the only guest that felt that way. Good things: 1) The quality of the interior in lobby and rooms is very good. Beds and furniture are good and clean. The hotel was closed to the airport. I felt safe at this location. You are near Tropicana Ave which the traffic can be nutty at times. Avoid tropicana Ave if you can. Trust your map app because it accounts for bad traffic. I didn't understand why the map was telling me to take the long route until it was too late. Odd things: 1) There were 3 floors but there is only one ice machine to serve the entire hotel. It is on the 1st floor hidden in the backside. 2) To get to the 1st floor's lobby from the 3rd floor, you take the stairs from the 3rd to the 2nd floor, then take the elevator to the lobby. They have "emergency exit" stairs that takes you down reach floor but it exit to the outside of the hotel, not to the lobby. The emergency exits are not truly emergency only because it doesn't set off alarm if you open it.

We had a nice stay here for four days for the BTS concert at Alliegent Stadium. Staff is friendly, they took us seriously when we said we wanted a quiet room away from the elevator. Perfect! Breakfast was basic, and wrapped because of covid, but the coffee was pretty good. Location was also really good. Close to the airport with a free shuttle and not far from Alliegent Stadium for our concert. Just far enough away from the crazies on the strip too. Shout out to Raeanne- who was so kind over the phone and in person!

Power went, broken shower curtain rod that caused slippery tile flooring, won't accept my PayPal issued MasterCard, claiming it's a PayPal payment that they don't accept, moldy pastry item (hard to see but my kids saw it), lobby has no restroom and employee would not allow me to use any restroom unless I check in first, but my check in had problem. Did not clearly explain how the daily deposit was charged which caused misunderstanding of the total charged initially and was very apprehensive when I questioned it. All employees were very uninviting with how they spoke to guests.

Nice and clean place to stay. close to airport and the strip. staff were very responding to any issues. one drawback is the shuttle hours are limited to 6 am to 11 pm. Many estaurants close by. Free parking

The rooms stink and are gross. My shower was clogged passed my ankles and I almost fell. The rooms are dark and look nothing like the website pictures. The sheets were dirty, tv channels didn't work, heating and air conditioning didn't work, bathrooms were gross and dirty, random people were coming in and out of hotel. Really unsafe environment and they also will not refund your money if you don't stay for the amount of days of your reservation. I checked out early because it was so gross and I almost slipped and fell in the tub. I lost out on a lot of money and they won't refund me

O erall it was good however….. Whoever decided that the hard and small sized pillows were comfortable especially for a king size bed needs to rethink that decision. They were the worst pillows I have ever slept on which may explain why I had so much trouble sleeping that night. I also wish that the shuttle service started earlier in the morning but ended up having to take a cab to the airport instead.

Room was average but clean. Breakfast is not a hot breakfast. Not much for healthy options. Breakfast area where food is served is tight and there is no sit down area. Bathroom - they only provide 1 bath towel per person with no back up towels. Hand and face towels the same. Close proximity to the airport

I stayed here for one night as I had to layover in Las Vegas in between flights on my journey home. This was because I could not get a connecting flight from Law Vegas on that day so I decided just to stay overnight and continue the following day. I arrived in Las Vegas and got my luggage from baggage claim. Around 2:30 p.m., I called the hotel for an airport pick-up. I was told that the shuttle was not currently running and that no one could get me until 4:00 when it started to run again. I decided against waiting so I took an Uber to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was checked-in by the same person I had spoken to on the phone from the airport. He asked me what time my flight was the following morning. After I told him 7:00 a.m., he suggested that I again use Uber or take a taxi to the airport as the first shuttle to the airport was not until 6:00 a.m. Had I known this, I probably would have stayed elsewhere. I have stayed in other Las Vegas hotels previously and all of those had airport shuttles that ran all the time or on demand at certain hours. But, there I was so I proceeded to my room. I was pleased to find a nice room that was clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit small but was fine since it was just me in the room anyway. The staff was fine and everyone I encountered was friendly. The gentleman who checked me in recognized my Best Western Rewards status. He then offered me my choice of two drinks from the small shop in the lobby. There isn't much in terms of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I rectified that by finding a British pub I wanted to visit and took Uber there and back. The hotel has breakfast in the lobby. I left too early to take advantage of that but managed to get a cup of coffee to take with me for the Uber ride to the airport at 5:00 a.m. The hotel offered express check out which was very useful since I was leaving the hotel so early in the morning. The hotel is close to the airport and it only took me ten minutes to get there when I left the hotel. This hotel is good for a short stay as I had and the rate was good. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you need to be close to the airport but the airport shuttle did not work out as I had hoped. I am a Platinum Select member with Best Western. As a result, I do my best to say in BW hotels which is why I selected this hotel. If you are staying in Vegas for an extended period, I would stay closer to the strip.

Best Western McCarran was a pretty decent stay. Beds were comfortable, to-go breakfast was surprisingly good with a lot of options, and staff were friendly. It was also quiet. With that being said, the rooms are dated, ours did not feel the cleanest (just minor things like someone's hair in the shower), and the shower was not fully functional (shower would change temperature and we couldn't get all the water to come out of the shower head). Parking is also not the greatest but staff were helpful in accommodating. As a side note this hotel sits on a one-way street which for me was not convenient. I would stay here again though.

We stayed in their handicap accessible room, and the noise level e er morning was unbearable! EVERY conversation in the lobby was heard in our room!! If you stay make sure you have a room at the BACK of the hotel! Or top floor!

Stayed one night before an early morning flight. It was ok. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Everything worked. Printer was available in reception to print out some covid forms for international travel so that was a huge help. For departing flights it's very convenient. I would stay again.

We booked online. First room had no hot water and smelled stuffy. Graciously offered another room. That room had hot water but also smelled. Took that room. Woke up with sore throat in the middle of the night from the odors. Got up and slept in the car. Decided not to spend another night there. Asked for refund for second night but was denied because we booked through a third party (Ie hotels.com) hotel would not provide any compensation. Never had a worse experience of stay in all the travels we have done. Plus the breakfast was only packaged foods like bakery items and pancake/waffles etc. And no chairs in breakfast area. Do not recommend.

This hotel is very close to the Airport and is very noisy. The fan on the ventilating system only runs constantly on A/C so in order to counteract the airplane noise, we ran the A/C and were cold all night. The bed covering consists of 2 sheets and a very thin blanket.

We were flying out of Vegas early in the morning and needed a property close to the airport, but also allowed us to leave our car for an extended period at the property while we were gone. You probably can not get any closer to the terminal than this property. The shuttle driver turned left out of the parking lot and we were at the terminal in less than three minutes. Everyone at the property was extremely professional, polite and helpful; Our room was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. Had no concerns regarding the staff or the room. Our shuttle driver on both ends of our trip was great! It was raining pretty good when we got back, so he dropped us off at the car in the parking lot so we would not get wet which we really appreciated. My only word of caution would be to get a lower level room. While you can not get any closer to the airport, it is pretty close to the airport and the building isn't far from runway 1/19 L&R so when this runway is in use, you will hear some planes. Fortunately, with a lower level room and the a/c fan blowing, it was minimal. Breakfast because of covid was sort of a help yourself affair and the dining area was closed, so you had to take everything back to your room. There was a variety of hot and cold foods and the use of cooking resources for the hot foods. They did a great job under the circumstances. Much better than some of these hotels that give you a prepacked bag in the morning.. We would definitely stay here again and were very happy with our stay.

Located next to the airport, so be ready to get used to constant airplane traffic and noise during the nights. Otherwise, nice clean rooms with nice decor. My fridge did not work but simple fix, and the A/C vent fell off but another simple fix. My only thing is that I kept having internet issues during my stay. Yet, the rooms are clean and nice decor. I would stay again and hopefully the simple fixes are fixed during my next stay. If not, there is a Motel 6, or TraveLodge down the street

It's a basic hotel. It does need a major renovation. The lobby and checkin area are beautiful. But rooms are very run down and old. We were only there for a few hours to sleep. Our flight got canceled so we just needed a place to sleep. Shuttle was great though

Top notched hotel to park and fly on our way to Minnesota at Christmas time. Closest to McCarran Airport. 2 minutes to get there. Only downfall is airplane noise, but is done by 11:00 pm. Staff, rooms and breakfast is fabulous. Have stayed there 3 times and have not been disappointed.

Room was great. Bed was comfortable and shower head was not too high to reach. Shutters did not close all the way though, and no blackout curtains. Also, they do not put bags in their room trashcans. I did report the shutters to the supervisor.

We payed $200 for one night. There was no airport shuttle after 10:30PM, so we had to take a cab. The room and the building is very dated. You can hear the flights taking off and landing in the room, so it's hard to sleep - needs better sound proofing. Definitely not worth $200 per night!

We stayed overnight to catch an early flight. The front desk women advised us to leave at 4:30 am. James was on duty in the morning. I had asked him if coffee was made and he said in 3 minutes. He called a cab for us. I was waiting outside the building when my husband arrived after retrieving our luggage from the car. The hotel doors were locked so we decided to forgo coffee. James came out to tell us the coffee was ready and the cab was 3 minutes out. So we got the coffee and the cab. Great service from BW employees.

Hotel option that is convenient to the LAS airport and Mccaron car rental center. Close to good restaurant options without driving into the Vegas strip. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

We booked our hotel through a third party which we booked our flights through as well, SOMEHOW our reservation got cancelled on the day of arrival... After a long day of traveling from Alaska all we wanted to do was lay down and relax but AHHH - CANCELLED?! My family and I were freaking out and not sure what we were going to do. Gary and Sharon were AMAZING, they both were so nice and kept us calm and Sharon went around and found us a room and was able to book us in. Gary was there the next morning as well and was so pleasant, the front desk manager, I didn't catch her name, told us what happened and why she thought it got cancelled. She was also able to help us figure out how to fix and what steps to take next. My family and I were so thankful for their kind presence. THANK YOU!

the room was very comfortable and lots of room we went to the I heart music concert and came back to the hotel late, this hotel was in a good location for us to get back quickly. It was quiet enough so that we could sleep in the next day. staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and fun things to do.

I stay at this hotel a lot, it's close to the McCarren International Airport. Very clean and friendly staff members. I always have a great experience! It's easy to get to with plenty of parking available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very efficient check in and check out, friendly front desk staff. Pillow on bed are terrible and way overstuffed. Breakfast options are incredibly unhealthy- would do well to improve those options. Shuttle driver was punctual, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Great place to stay to be close to airport and closer to the strip than I thought it would be. Good restaurants nearby. Great staff. Comfortable room with all amenities. Only stayed one night but highly recommend. This minimum 200 characters is ridiculous

As this hotel was awarded "Traveler's Choice 2021" I thought would be a no brainer on booking this hotel as it was away from the strip thus low noise and needed an actual non-smoking room. I can confirm that the room I stayed in did not smell like smoke. However, the noise was a different story. The hotel seems to be on the flight path of the airport thus there were flights taking off about every 1-3 minutes until 2 or 3 am. if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you as you can complain about bad neighbors but can't stop plane noise. I was very disappointed with the "Traveler's Choice" award.

We stayed one night due to its proximity to airport. Multiple shuttle arrangement is complicated. Best Western desk clerk, Sharon, was very helpful in helping us navigate. She also upgraded our accomodations to a suite.

The room is not updated for price i paid to stay at this BW the faucet leaked, toilet run when flushed and the tub had a stick on non slip thing stuck to the bottom of it. the breakfast was all packaged stuff and microwavable. Other BW at least gave you a sack breakfast and the items were already hot and ready to go. Won't stay here again and it really isn't that close to the airport. For the price I paid I expect more.

Was a good place to stay they are very accommodating And staff is friendly. Neededd to stay an extra night and was able to book the room with no issue. Did not even have to swap rooms so it was very convenient

I stayed one night due to its proximity to airport. Easy to catch the shuttle to and from, and I appreciated the every half-hour timing. The hotel itself is not particularly special. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have liked a bar after a long day of travel, but this hotel seems to be mostly for parking while traveling or like me, a one night stay close to the airport. I also did not read the description well. The breakfast was all pre-packaged, microwaveable offerings. Can't figure out why some hotels have hot meals and others don't in this Covid time. Coffee was good, staff were professional and courteous. Would probably not stay again, tho. I like a few more amenities.

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night before moving onto our stay on the strip. I chose this hotel because it is close the the airport with a shuttle. Our flight into Vegas arrived around 1 am, so the shuttle was not running. The room is "supposed to be non-smoking" and it smelled like an ashtray. The bed, pillows and sheets are the most uncomfortable that I have experienced. Couldn't wait to leave. Would not recommend.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years but this particular Best Western is far and above the others. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean. I appreciate knowing I'll be treated right when. I stay there.

The Best Western McCarran is conveniently located near the airport. The lobby is up to date. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The Bathrooms need updating but function well & are clean. They have a nice To Go breakfast. The Staff we encountered was friendly & helpful. We were only staying one night as we were leaving for a short road trip the next day.

I was checked in by Sharon and I was checked out by Sharon. So my stay was great. I would like to say to anybody reading this call Sharon checks you in and checks you out this way you have no headaches. They serve a decent breakfast post covid but still decent and the rooms is not too noisy. And the icing on the cake they have a refrigerator and a microwave

We use Las Vegas as a jumping off point to the national parks of the southwest. Our last night we stay at the Best Western McCarran inn for its airport location (10 minute drive), shuttle service, and the quiet, off strip feel. It is a clean, modern hotel with the amenities we need, without having to walk through a casino every time we arrive or depart. If you want to see a show or hit a strip restaurant, shuttle service is offered. We are happy to use this hotel and look forward to the next visit.

We were just driving through. We were able to see the strip and take a few pictures. But really needed to just relax and get some sleep for our next travel day. Hotel pool was nice and cool. And very comfortable space. Our room was clean and the beds we nice. All 4 of us slept well. Breakfast was a hit. Even though it was the grab and go style, each on of our needs and wants were met. Many choices. Staff was friendly.

I booked my stay with Best Western because it's the only inn I can absolutely trust. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a very friendly And helpful staff. The Best Western hotel offer many beautiful amenities which are incorporated with your booking.

Non-Las Vegas type hotel. We did not want to be in the midst of the Las Vegas experience.....just needed a place to sleep between connecting flights. It is in the flight pattern from McCarren Airport but the flight activity was not noticeable during the night.

The room was cramped but still comfortable. The only member of the staff that wasn't very friendly was the young lady running the continental breakfast bar. The breakfast ran from 6:30 am to 9 am but when I showed up at 8:50 she was already packing up the food items and asking people to hurry and grab what they wanted and go. I probably won't stay at that Best Western ever again and when I travel I prefer to stay at Best Western hotels wherever I go because of the great value for price you pay.

Location convenient to airport but otherwise location is awful (busy intersections; bad traffic always). Facilities are fine although rooms are tiny. Is quiet. Staff is pleasant. The breakfast is really minimal. They are one of the may hotels still using the virus as an excuse to provide very little breakfast. So, stay here for the airport but otherwise look elsewhere.

Very uncomfortable bed AND pillows. Hair dryer sounded like its guts were trying to explode out and then it started smoking. Breakfast was a grab and go which tasted terrible. Wraps were mushy. Egg bowls needed some kind of flavor but there wasn't even any salt anywhere in the hotel. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was great. So was the driver.

From start to finish, the staff was polite, responsive and informative. When we had a question about leaving items in our car, the staff was quick to advise that we bring them to the room. We reconnoitered the area and concluded that it was indeed sketchy. I went to get wine and saw a homeless woman behind the wall behind the hotel. She was changing her clothes, her breasts were bare and I was nervous about all of this so close to the hotel. The staff is great, but the surrounding area is a concern as a customer.

We were just stopping overnight and didn't want to be in a casino, needed to do laundry & wanted free parking. This property fit the bill. The elevator works just fine and makes the normal sounds a hydraulic one would. There are no center stairs down to the 1st floor as they were removed when the breakfast areas were added. There are stairs at the end of the hallways if you don't want to use the elevator. We stayed at the back of the hotel. Be aware there is a tour bus yard there. If they have a charter in the morning you may hear them doing their safety prechecks which involve engine noise, beeping of the horns and airbrake release.(I'm in that industry) I have a hard time with street traffic and the hotel faces the busy road going into the airport which is why we requested a room in the back. We occassionally heard a plane revving to take off as this hotel is just at the beginning of the runway. Parking is free, but the spots are a bit tight, so park on the opposite side where more spots are. Laundry room is on the 2nd floor. $1.50 in quarters to wash & same amount to dry. Bring your own detergent. The breakfast offerings were pretty good for grab & go. There were breakfast sandwiches & burritos to heat up, yogurt, cold cereal, fruit, pastries,etc. For the person who complained about GPS directions, look at a MAP before you head out so you have an idea where you're going. It waasn't noisy, we onlhy heard a jet revving a few times in eafly evening. It is a clean hotel inside. It is a one way street to get to and if you're coming in from the strip it is going to be difficult to move across the lanes to get to, so turn in the street behind the AM/PM and you'll be in the back parking lot by the Airport Cafe.

This BW is quite difficult to find with GPS or a map. It is dirty and very noisy. There is no availability for healthy food options. Use of masking is not encouraged.Staff appear to have no ability to create a comfortable stay. BW did not adjust my bill when I needed to check out early due to these difficulties. I travel a lot. This was a 0.

Great staff but not up to adequate numbers for size of the property. Glitch in online reservation process which we tried to solve by calling and speaking with hotel staff to confirm was partially solved and partially mishandled with 2 (2 Queen beds) of the 5 rooms booked being cancelled when we arrived to check in. Hotel was sold out but a room with 2 Queens and a sofa bed was offered and we were able to make do rather than having part of the group in a different facility at a much greater price for a Friday and Saturday night. We were in Las Vegas primarily to visit relatives but if I had traveled for a vacation experience this property was a disappointment. The lobby and breakfast area were presentable and my room was clean but the hallway to guest rooms and the upper floor carpeting was old and needed to be vacuumed. I get the impression that this is a Best Western that is going to be better as time passes. The retrofitted "kitchen area" suggested because of being in a location that the stairs from the 2nd to 1st floor would have been in came to my attention as I tried to walk down the prominent stairs from the 3rd floor but had to use the elevator to reach the 1st floor from the 2nd. Free parking was great and I felt safe coming back to the property in the evenings.

Really beautiful hotel. Extremely clean and tidy. I actually thought it was brand new. I enjoyed my stay. Best Western is almost always Motorcycle friendly and this property was no exception! I would definitely stay here again!!

The pictures on their website did not match the reality of what I experience at the hotel - they were understaffed, the decorations of the room were outdated and it was hard to believe that there were no stairs as an option to guests...instead everyone had to wait on one elevator that was frightening to ride due to the sound it made as it went up and down the 3 floors.

Great stay as usual with a Best Western! We'll be back for sure. The place was super clean but the best part was the service AND the breakfast. Very good stay. Shuttle service was excellent to the airport to get our rental car the next morning.

Overall, the room was great. In my opinion the mattress could be replaced as it seemed a little wore out, but I still got a good night's rest. I've stayed at this Best Western before and will definitely stay at this Best Western again.

Staff was all great. Even made some copies we needed for our trip at the front desk. Shuttle was convenient and hotel is so close to the airport it was a quick ride. We felt safe leaving our car parked for the week while on on vacation. Room were clean and comfortable.

This isn't the Ritz; however, it's clean, very convenient to the airport, and they provide a decent continental breakfast from five to nine (cereal, microwaveable sausage and egg biscuits and burritos, fruit, juice, water, mini muffins, etc.) The bed was comfortable, and the rate was very good. Bring your own shampoo, etc. because the minis provided are not close to sufficient. While the front desk staff was stressed from being so busy, they assisted us every time we asked. They don't have sufficient luggage carts (We saw one.) so be prepared for that. The elevator is tiny so be prepared to wait your turn if it's busy. They have a nice little snack, drink, and treat area where you can purchase things. Reserve well in advance as they sell out fast!

We had no problem checking in, Anthony was very helpful with all our needs. The tv in our room was not working and Anthony addressed the problem right away. The hotel staff was very helpful, the reason for the average rating was because one of the beds we had in our room was in poor condition, no coffee tray for the packets and tv was not working

overall we were happy with our stay. Very clean room and the front desk was polite. there was great choices for us to take in our to-go breakfast. One very serious issue would be our morning shower as the water temperature would vary without warning and got very hot a couple times. They said they would check it out.

Nice room with a comfortable bed. The front desk agents were kind and courteous. The hallway noise was a bit loud. People should have more respect for others by keeping the noise down. Would stay there again.

Hotel was older. Room was hot. Took it along time to cool down. Room was clean, bed was uncomfortable. Front desk man was very friendly. Kinda high for the price. Maybe update the rooms and take the carpet out of the rooms and replace with tile floor.

Please tell your staff that a service animal is NOT a pet. The rude man that checked me in kept interrupting me to tell me it is a pet and he was going to charge me a pet fee. I was politely trying to tell him that no, my service animal is not a pet. And it's illegal for him to charge me. He then said, “We didn't even want pets here and it's people like you that forced us to!” He was so rude and put us in the “pet” room that smelled like a dog kennel that has never been cleaned. It was disgusting. I will never stay here again. The beds felt like they were made of hay bales. The whole experience was just awful.

This is my first time flying out of Vegas and I was all uptight about having to park in the long-term cover the short-term whatever, I decided to stay here at the Best Westerns because I'm a diamond member, they have a shuttle here they have long-term parking at about 7 or 8 bucks a night, Anthony and Ricardo are really on top of things, it's a great bang for the buck and the rooms are spotless

Very close to airport. 3 mins away. Very convenient hotel shuttle. Evening desk personnel very efficient and friendly and helpful. Even though close to airport and a Sat night, room was very quiet,. Room very clean and attractive.

This property is just East of the Vegas Strip, but has easy access to everything. The property is exceptionally clean, with a staff that is efficient and friendly. The free shuttle to the airport starting at 6:00 a.m. was really convenient. Great grab & go breakfast, and the coffee was hot and delicious.

This hotel provides easy access to the airport. It is clean and comfortable. No frills but very solid for any business traveler who needs a clean bed, dependable Wifi and a free breakfast. From the hotel, you can easily get to other parts of town.

A nicely maintained period hotel off the strip. Basic services. Nothing for kids. A couple minute trip from the airport but noise not an issue. It is a good alternative to more $$$ on the strip. I would most likely go back.

I wish we had stayed at this hotel and used their shuttle back and forth to the strip instead of The Flamingo. That way we could have avoided all the pot smoke that permeates seemingly everything everywhere you go, including the hallways to your room. This property is clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and there's restaurants a short drive that charge half what you'd pay on the Strip.

The hotel was great check-in was fast the room was very clean even had a little coffee maker and a fridge and a microwave the bathroom was clean. It even had a little safe inside of it for things that you need to keep in extra locks on the door and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Staff goes above and beyond in customer service. Price is a good value. Hotel is very clean and upholds safety standards for Covid-19. A special thank you to Anthony. He defines excellence in customer service.

We stayed here for east airport access on the final night of a road trip with our four kids. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here if we are in the area again!

Hotel desk staff were just awful. No customer service focus, no emotional intelligence, no kindness, no recognition of another human across the counter. I'm a long time BW rewards member & this was the worst Best Western experience ever. Aside from that, the pool was out of service, the plantation shutters in the room wouldn't close (and the hotel sign was just outside the window), and the elevator was broken during our 3rd FL stay.

I think the Best Western is really trying to do well - but I won't stay again. The pick up shuttle from the airport was extremely messed up. I kept calling the front desk - and I kept getting different reasons why no one was showing up. We canceled out reservation for the end of the week - and went to the DoubleTree by the Airport - perfect shuttle service at the DoubleTree! If you are older and traveling across the country you would like to think the advertising on the hotel's site is kind of accurate. The driver that finally picked us up was pleasant and the morning drive to the airport went well. The walls are very thin - I can usually sleep through anything - and I kept waking up from all the noise all night in the hall way

The place was surprisingly well done and very clean. I don't usually stay at the smaller hotels, but had no choice this night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have given it a 5, but the pool wasn't ready yet and our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. The staff did offer to come look at it or give us another room. I know this is something that can't always be predicted. You also need to keep in mind with how close you are to the airport, so you do hear the airplanes flying overhead. Overall was completely surprised with this location and would stay again.

This hotel is literally right next to the airport and the airplanes take off over the hotel and it is SUPER noisy. We also heard everything from everywhere. The staff was friendly, but it was very noisy. I would never stay here again.

Room was clean but very tiny. The parking is an absolute nightmare, especially when arriving late due to flight times. The staff was courteous helpful, though, with check in and helping with the parking issues.

This best western hotel did not meet my expectations for price paid. The hotel was small and noisy. I have stayed on south end of strip on holiday weekends with better value and experience. Not worth it

This place was dark, dirty, and overall disappointing. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but, don't waste your money here. I booked this place for its proximity to the airport and advertised free airport shuttle. There was no shuttle for us to use in the morning for our flight, it was only available in the afternoon. The room smelled like rotting food and no amount of air freshener (that we purchased) or fresh air ( from the window that only opened 2 inches) would help with the problem. Some of the light fixtures in our room didn't work. Overall just a dark, dingy, hotel. Go elsewhere.

We stayed in the ‘family suite,' I guess. Pros: Woman who checked us in very nice. Tv worked. Toilet worked. Had hot water. Cons: Spots on bedding. Spots on carpet. Spots on couch in separate sitting area. Filthy. Spots, including one that looked like blood, on chair in room with beds. Disgusting. They accept pets but no grass for pets to relieve themselves (unless you consider three foot wide area five feet off busy road). Multiple homeless people sleeping on or immediately off property. Trash everywhere. Are you kidding me? This is the best you can do?

I do not recommend it, in general my room had a leak in the ceiling and the breakfast they offer is very poor, In addition to having waited more than an hour at reception because the boy could not find my reservation, then another person arrived who found my reservation number in 5 minutes

I expected to be in my new home, but due to complications I am in Best Western McCarron Inn, Las Vegas with my kitty. Raylean at the front desk gave me awesome customer service while being professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and mandated masks in common areas. Breakfast was adequate and was packaged for take out. Hotel was in an easy to get to area.

Excellent customer service, option of hot or cold breakfast! No carpet! Accommodations: access to public transportation to the strip, rooms are comfortable with fridge and microwave, clean and housekeeping very friendly!

Our room was decent. Breakfast didn't have variety d/t covid-19. Wasn't happy big puppy got out of our room on accident. Charged $300 extra fees after and threatened to get kicked out so just left . Not a pet friendly hotel for big dogs. Manager was not helpful. I think would of been ok as a solo trip with no pets. Laquinta is def a better pet option.

Small comfortable rooms. Super close to the airport. Covid style breakfast was okay. Staff was great. Helped us with our shuttle rides to and from airport. Free parking. I think it was located close to the strip....we could see the mgm grand up the road from the parking lot.

Booked a day room through a 3rd party website. The shuttle is running on a weird schedule right now due to covid, double check with front desk. Room was great! Quiet, clean, well equipped (fridge and microwave). RJ was working the front desk when I was there. He was awesome. I had lost my phone on an Uber earlier and he was instrumental in helping me get my phone back. Great customer service!

Clean, comfortable rooms were a bit to small for my taste. Very quiet considering next to a airport. Convenient walking distant to fast food or grocery stores. Blankets were Super thin had to turn on heater to stay warm. complimentary Breakfast disappointing only coffee and pastry.

Clean, comfortable, very close to airport for convenience of catching a morning flight. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a bit old and renovations seem to have been done a little hastily. Room was clean, bedding was fresh, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker were much appreciated. Was a little disappointed when I got in the shower and discovered I was provided 2 conditioners and no shampoo...and surprised when I closed the bathroom door and there was a bottle of disinfectant left behind by the housekeeping staff (did they not need it for the other rooms?). Overall, not totally where I would expect the quality of a Best Western to be (I stay in them frequently), but a decent value for a single night stay.

The rooms were a bit dirty and the bed is SO hard. Like sleeping on the floor. Tiny pillows that were flat. The tv and cable didn't work at all. Ok place to shower and sleep I guess although the sleep was terrible. Our backs still hurt.

Last minute booking. Clean, off strip but still close (2.5 miles). There is a gas station next building over for after hour snacks, water. Helpful, friendly staff. Included breakfast is all prepackaged for grab and go.

This is a nice, well maintained property overall, in a convenient location right by McCarren Airport. It's well lit outside, with plenty of parking. I would have felt a bit more comfortable had they had some type of security, especially at night. Nice, friendly staff at front desk. Decent no frills breakfast, but horrible breakfast sandwiches and a lot of carbs/sugary items. I suggested hard boiled eggs as an alternative to all the pastries and sugary muffins. Noise above me on last night's stay, that went on very late, and again very early (asked originally for upper floor room and was told that floor was being left unoccupied). Overall, a good value for the dollar. Clean throughout.

The hotel was clean I felt safe it away from the strip it was not a whole lot of people in and out of the hotel which was good during this Coronavirus. The hotel had easy access to the highways in Vegas

The gentlemen at the front desk the night I checked in was fantastic! Very knowledge, great sense of humor and fantastic smile (under the mask)! He should be training people all over! Will be back to this hotel because of him!! The room was also very clean and sanitized. Hallways and main areas as well!!

Please do not be fooled by the photos online. I received an adjoining room next to housekeeping. The room was filthy with hair, stains on the sheets and towels and crumbs on the floor near the couch and tv. The main light didn't work and two bulbs were out, one from each lamp so the room had basically no light. The front of the AC kept falling off throughout the night and shower was freezing. I tried calling other hotels nearby because I didn't even want to stay a single night. Unfortunately all the hotel desks were closed and it was past time to be able to obtain a reservation online. I have just made a note to not stay at this location ever again. With COVID going around I felt extremely uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness I experienced in this room. It was unsettling and I did not feel safe. I travel for business and I basically live out of hotels. I am a huge fan of Best Westerns as I have always had a good experience at the other locations (usually the Best Western Plus). Do not boycott a Best Western because of my review, just please be cautious of this specific location.

This is the second time I stayed here.Its right next to the airport.Very clean and convenient.I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.The breakfast was pick up and take back to your room but with the Covid19 rules that's understandable.

We have used many Best Westerns all over the US, this hotel was unfortunately dirty and not well maintained. Broken shower head, I had to put it back together a midnight, sink leaked, the refrigerator did not work, our food spoiled by the next day....I moved the furniture out and plugged it in. When I went to call the front desk, the phone was so filthy I decided to just let it go. Front desk staff were no pleasant or friendly...Front of hotel was clean and breakfast was good

Very convenient to the airport. Not a great location but staff is always very helpful and pleasant and hotel always well maintained. Rooms are small but nice to have refrig and microwave. They have a well stocked convenience store in lobby.

Excellent service, very clean rooms, great staff, and good price! I will stay here again! The breakfast suggestion is to offer bananas and orange juice. It's quiet and relaxing to stay here. They allow you to keep your car there while flying and leaving your car in their parking lot.

I stay at this BW couple of times a year. Easy to drive to. The front desk person, Ricky, is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Rooms are so-so by BW standards. Reason for the 3 star rating ? Crappy breakfast. Almost non-existent.

The location and functionallity of this property is top notch. The roooms are clean the staff is always friendly. Ricky is the first name that comes to mind. Always smiling and rmembers preferred room location. THe shuttle drivers are polita and always prompt. FYI shuttle hours have been slightly reduced but a cab was there in 2 minutes for my early morning flight.

The Best Western McCarran is a functional no thrills hotel close to the Vegas airport. The one way streets around the location can be a bit of a challenge for driver's unfamiliar with the area. There is a convenience store beside the hotel which was useful. Our room was comfortable although we had a problem with the bathroom. When using the shower the tub was very slow to drain and several of the shower head jets were blocked. Our bag breakfast (because of COVID) consisted of an apple, a fruit bar and a bottle of water which was a little disappointing. Overall an ok place to spend a night because of an early departure or a late arrival at the Vegas airport.

Had awesome customer service! The front desk worker was extremely helpful. Bed was comfortable. Great location near airport! I love the express checkout. I would highly recommend staying at this Best Western!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay the whole weekend.. very pleasant staff and rooms were very clean. Covid procedures were reasonable and they were friendly in their reminders. Breakfast was ok because prepackaged so we didn't get alot of choices

We check in, the following day we noticed an extra charge on our account. We look it up and it was Best Western. They charged us for an extra night, even though we had already paid for three nights at check in, and they did it twice. Long story short, it took us days after we got back home, after our vacation, to access OUR money that was held by hotel for deposit and false charges. Ruined our vacation because they tied up over $600 with their false charges. Staff and manager were not helpful and tried to blame us for their mistakes. Never again.

Switched to this hotel after my original booked hotel made me sick with the overwhelming smell of smoke. BW was nice. Quiet. Nice pool. Found some crumbs and a used shower cap in my room which made me leary of overall cleanliness. But comfy beds and decent room. Good stay overall.

We had a king suite, which was very big and clean and there is a free parking if needed. We managed to enjoy the swimming pool as well. The prices were really attractive too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only setback is that the hotel is quite far from the center of the West strip. It is easily a 45min walk to get to the Bellagio / Caesars Palace and it is hard to keep up during summer months when the temperatures are really high -> We had to take Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to go / come back to / from the center of the West Strip. Plus, because of COVID, there are not much Uber and Lufts drivers, so it is also hard to find a ride. Apart from the location, this place is amazing and I recommend it.

Big thank you to James on the night shift! He got us a taxi in the wee hours of the morning to make a flight! The room was clean and as pictured. Close to the airport and the strip. Good place for a short stay and met my needs nicely. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

I stayed 7/19 - 21/2020. I requested & received a 3rd floor room with a view of the strip. Their bldg isn't very tall, and it was pretty far away, but I could see The MGM & The Luxor. I stayed in 4 different hotels in Nevada on this vacation, and this was the only hotel that had a refrigerator (The Excalibur, Harrah's, Super 8 N. Strip & Virgin River in Mesquite didn't.) The TV had such brilliant, vivid colors, and THE MOST EXCEPTIONAL channel guide, episode description, list and pictures of actors in the movies. The room had plantation shutters (INSIDE.) The free shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and lotion WERE SUPERIOR. 2 Negatives. I never could find a way to go down to the first floor of the hotel w/o using the elevator (I really didn't want to use because of Covid.) I could walk down 2 the second floor, but had to use the very hot, fire stairway to get to the ground floor, and walk half way around the bldg in the hot sun where my car was! They told me before, that there would be no (regular) free breakfast. I went down on one morning and asked for coffee. The front desk guy said 'we don't do that cuz of Covid." Then he made a big deal about how he had this superior coffee in packets that he would give me. They were just regular coffee packets, nothing special. Indeed, I used them in addition to the packets in the room ! And, yes the room did have a little, little coffee maker (The Excalibur & Harrah's didn't.) From there the front desk guy didn't say anything about their SUBSTITUTE breakfast on the go, and for some reason I felt un-worthy of asking him for my free grab and go breakfast. I just let it go. Because he didn't offer it to me ... after the little back and forth on his coffee situation, I just let it go. I booked 2 nights for free from the bonus of their credit card which worked out nice. Even better than the competing American Airlines frequent flyer program which includes hotel rooms, too. Reason: Both The Excalibur & Harrah's charged me about $25 per night resort fee. It would have been even higher had I not used these things called express comps to get the fee down from about 39.65 per night.

Great staff, easy check in, nice room layout. The air conditioner was a joke! It was 111 degrees outside, the temperature in the room was sweltering, the a/c would cool to 2 ft from the wall mounted unit, the rest of the room was HOT. Needs a/c upgrades through out the hotel. The hotel is well kept in everything else.

I've stayed here a couple times, but I think this will be the last. The staff is always quite friendly and helpful. The free Internet is a bit pokey, but adequate. The rooms all have a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. So, the concept on paper is excellent. My first complaint is the extremely dated wall-mount A/C units. Mine was really, really noisy and there's no way to make it quieter except turn it off. Which I had to do in order to sleep. That leads to issues in the summer, as the room can get quite warm, even at night. My second complaint was the breakfast. I stay here, and similar properties, because I can get a good keto-friendly breakfast. I checked their web site before booking and it said "modified breakfast." Modified? How about non-existent? It consisted of a grab-bag containing a bottle of water, a piece of fruit, and a pastry. Oh, and ZERO coffee availability. Yes, there was coffee in the room, thank God. But we all know the quality of the in-room coffee leaves something to be desired. So, I had to buy stuff the previous evening so that I could make my own breakfast. Of course, the room price didn't seem to reflect the elimination of all the extra amenities.

I booked my reservation through Expedia back in May. I received confirmation emails and all. well the day we went to check in the hotel couldn't find our reservation. It was a hassle because I had to call Expedia and my bank. Somehow the room that I booked wasnt available, so the employee Anthony helped us out by finding us a room at a reasonable price. We had a great experience. ended up booking an extra night. A little disappointed with the price because my bro n his wife stayed at the MGM and paid a lot cheaper for a suite and 4 nights, but overall Best Western is where I would stay again!!!!

This Best Western property is located within a mile of the airport terminal. Large clean rooms, free parking, friendly staff. Not a great grab and go breakfast -- consisted of a bottle of water, a granola bar and a small apple -- they need to bring back the normal breakfast.

This was a very clean place and front desk workers are very kind I would recommend this hotel to anyone you won't regret it. They were very informative about where to get food gas and always smiling and willing to help in any way.

Although this was during the time of the virus outbreak, the hotel was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately they were not doing breakfast because of the virus outbreak.

Stayed here on a trip to see all the states and really enjoyed this hotel. It is a modern hotel with big TVs, big comfy beds, amd friendly staff. I would stay here again for sure and you should too my friend!

We recently stayed at BW McCarran Inn in Las Vegas. Front desk managers from each of the shifts during our stay were very friendly and helpful. This was at the beginning of the Las Vegas hotel casino shutdowns due to covid19 when there were a lot of cancellations and new bookings and confusion -- a rather stressful time for all. Front desk personnel were welcoming and provided us ideas for reasonably priced food that would deliver and while they couldn't serve a breakfast, they quickly adjusted and provided a simple bagged breakfast. We had a 3rd floor suite that was comfortable and quiet. Laundry facilities were small but did the job. The location of the hotel is okay and what one would expect so near the airport but we would have preferred this anyway (we're not casino people). They provided shuttles to and from the airport with friendly drivers that took all passengers where we needed to go. Having the shuttle service was very valuable to us having to return a car rental and get to a very early morning flight. Thank you to the staff and hotel for a good experience during a stressful time for them and for our family.

This is a hotel, not a casino in any way. Like a hotel in every other state. No machine, credits or blinking lights. Just a basic hotel that has a free shuttle to the airport and a shuttle to and from the strip. Situated on Paradise just a short distance from Naked City Pizza and the Lotus of Siam but not the strip.

Friendly staff. Far enough away from airport that flight noise wasn't a problem Would highly recommend. Breakfast attendant was super engaging. Close to the strip. Uber about $6 each way to strip. Lots of parking.

The Best Western on Paradise Rd near the airport in Las Vegas is very welcoming. Super friendly staff with comfortable rooms. Shuttle bus service back to the airport. Options for dinner available for purchase and microwaving in your room. This was a one night stay for as my group left early the next day.

3 min to airport drop off from free shuttle, free shuttle to the strip, free breakfast, comfy bed and pillows, microwave and fridge in room, why stay anywhere else?! Due to my flight time i didnt get to experience the breakfast first hand. If your shuttle first leaves at 5am, why not start breakfast at 4:30am? (can't believe i just asked for breakfast at 4:30am!)

Our flight was delayed overnight, so we were so grateful to get a room here. Free breakfast gave us a lift before catching our flight the next morning. Nothing fancy, but friendly service and a comfortable place to stay for a night.

Spacious room and great rate for our time there for the Mountain West basketball tournament. Super friendly front desk staff and terrific woman ran the breakfast area. The complete breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Easy check in and out. Great breakfast. Could use a bit of maintenance in the rooms but clean and comfortable. Decor inside was fun, the outside was a little drab but it is by the airport after all. We enjoyed the full breakfast served from 6-10. Waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, bread, yogurt, lots to chose from. Lots of great TV channels for the kids.

I stayed at the Best Western McCarran Inn over President's Day Weekend last month and we enjoyed our stay immensely. I was a chaperone for one of six soccer teams that weekend, and things could not have gone more smoothly. I worried that your lobby would be too busy, especially during breakfast, and was assured by your staff that you have done this many times and it always goes well. That turned out to be quite true. I don't know how it worked out so nicely, but every time our team of 18 players and two coaches and several parents went down there, we had that large central table to ourselves. We ate breakfast there three mornings, lunch there twice, and held a few team meetings there as well. In addition, the parents would frequently hang out there. It's a great space, perfect for our needs. The players also took advantage of your pool area - they didn't do too much swimming other than daring each other to jump in, but it was a perfect spot for them to just "chill" and relax. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the free breakfast and free parking that is so hard to find on the Strip. But most of all we were highly impressed with your staff. They were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. I would like to especially commend RJ at the front desk, he was all of the aforementioned and more. We will be staying at this hotel on future trips to Las Vegas and have already recommended it to our soccer club administration.

Last minute booking due to a faulty plane and cancelled flight; cannot fault the hospitality here at this budget hotel though! Such understanding customer service, clean comfortable room, hot shower, all the free toiletries you could want (we had thrown away ours before airport security, so the freebies were very welcomed!). They even have toothpaste/ deodorant/ wipes etc! Breakfast was great - buffet style with as much as you could eat waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, and served by a super friendly, bubbly lady! Wifi USB ports are available throughout reception, and there's a free transfer shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes. They also have a full range of reasonably priced snacks/ micro meals (there's a microwave and fridge in the room)!! Would definitely stay again - only negative is the sound of the aircraft as directly under the flight path, and the swimming pool isn't heated, but don't let these things put you off! A little diamond find.

The hotel is nice but the price is very pricey and the outer appearance could be improved. The sitting area for breakfast should be expanded. The hotel is located by the nevada airport and is loud when the planes take off.

I arrived from Cabo and called the hotel after collecting my luggage shuttle showed up at 7:35 pm. They run a great schedule. Ricky checked me in to a room on the first floor very cleans as always. The amenities were fully stocked, The iron and ironing board very much appreciated as I had to go to work in the morning and my work clothes were a bit wrinkly.. The room had a refrigerator, microwave coffee pot and clock. Nothing left to ask for. The breakfast was hot and the coffee good. They do offer a parking package with the free shuttle I do recommend using it . Better deal then airport parking $$$.

No clock, no coffee pot, only mirror in bathroom with one light bulb out. They did bring coffee pot when requested. No ice machine or vending machines by rooms but could go to office and request ice. Fairly clean.

This hotel was great. Close to airport. Close to the strip. The hotel staff was great. They printed off stuff that I could take the kids to. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Great place to stay.

Hotel is clean ..staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect for an overnight stay...cab fare to Strip around $13 to 15..or a 2 mile walk... reasonable price compared to equivalent accomodation downtown. Parking spaces available and accessible. I will be back.

This location had very clean rooms, the front desk clerk was not only helpful but very friendly, as well. The beds we're not terribly comfortable, which is the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. There is a pool, but no hot tub... Also, the pool is not heated, so if you are visiting during the winter months, you probably don't want to take a dip... The breakfast was fabulous. The lady (An avid Bronco's fan) was so much fun and so very helpful! The eggs were real eggs and the sausages were cooked to perfection! They did not, however, have real butter ☹️... Oh well.

Room was clean - near the elevator so there was some odd noises every time someone used it. Breakfast was good - eggs (scrambled & hard boiled), sausage, the usual cereals, toast, good doughnuts (frozen but decent), fruit. Leatha - who took care of the breakfast area - was awesome. Very sweet and helpful. Sheets were a little rough but we only needed the room one night. Never saw any earplugs but the noise from the airport wasn't any worse than what we experienced at the Wynn.

Excellent stay for the price. I chose the location for a 1 night stopover as they offered shuttle transfer (every 30 minutes), breakfast included and easy access to the strip. Uber share was easy to book at a reasonable cost. Staff on the desk were professional which is always a bonus. I would definitely stay again.

I did a park and stay and felt like the hotel was nice, but was put off a bit by the front desk workers. I had booked online, but they didn't show the parking part. The gentleman was brusk at first, then seemed nicer when he saw that I was a BW frequent traveler. he was able to sort the parking, and it all worked out fine. The shuttle to pick us up on the return took over an hour, so that was not so great.

The staff was helpful and the hotel is safe. Location for airport is great and they have a good shuttle service. The internet WiFi connection is also good. Free parking available. Free poor breakfast, not even basic. The hotel is away from the strip by 2-3 miles (we used Uber instead). Old furniture and too much noise in the room, you can hear from inside every plane departure. Price per night was too high for what you get...

I really don't have anything bad to say for the hotel just that when i reserved online i asked for double queen beds and a sofa and they only got the normal 2 queen beds because they were all booked(party of 7) but we made it worked. Breakfast was good. Especially last day i was there they closed breakfast an hour earlier than weekends and we slept in when we got down was closed but the lady went above and beyond and served us breakfast. Thank you

Not sure how noisy other rooms in the hotel might be but mine was just outside the lobby and it was very noisy. Also, plenty of noise from overhead planes. The room itself was older but clean and the staff was very friendly. I probably won't stay here again.

We stayed here because of the ease of finding and getting to the car rental return. Room was nice. We stayed in room 121 and didn't think the airplane noise was a problem at all. Wish the vanity area was bigger it was cramped trying to share with 2 other people. The breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, good biscuit's and gravy and the other typical breakfast fare. The shuttle to the strip only goes twice a day so we didn't use that.

Did my annual trip to Vegas for CES and stayed at the same place I have in the past. Previous trips were great, but this year was not so great. Even though the hotel is near the airport's runway, it was not the planes that bothered me. It was the noise inside the hotel. In the past, I was either on the 3rd floor or on the 1st floor down the hall and around the corner away from the lobby. this time, my room was three down from the main lobby and had a gap under the door. Being CES, the hotel was full and plenty of activity. I could hear people moving around all hours of the night. I could even hear people talking in the room next door. At $224/night (incl taxes), I'll probably be looking for somewhere else next year.

This was a great stay for us as it was close and convenient to the airport and away from the noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved the breakfast buffet. There is only an outdoor pool so don't plan on swimming during the winter months. There is a free shuttle that runs from 5am-11pm so we had to get an Uber when our flight got delayed. Overall good experience!!

Stayed in Las Vegas for a one day lay over. Just needed a place to rest and relax before the red eye to Florida. Our room was clean and the front desk was extremely helpful and attentive. Definitely need a car now in Vegas. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, so we were. unable to truly walk the strip while we were there. Dr. Merlan

Great stay the room was nice and the staff was excellent, especially the front desk manager. The breakfast lady was just awesome, she was smiling and very helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place.

I arrived in Las Vegas late at night. The motel had a free shuttle, the man at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and everything was at least as good as I had expected (the room was actually nicer than I had expected).

The check-in representatives and breakfast attendant all were extremely nice and helpful; going out of their way to help you and make the stay enjoyable. Airport shuttle available, but just minute drive down entrance so we didn't use. Place was clean and nice. Note, might want to bring ear plugs/white noise due to closeness to airport. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

This BW is nice. Up to date looking, lounge great, breakfast great.The room is nice but no insonorisation. The sound of aircraft is very high level and if the rooms nearby have noisy clients, you hear them all. They charge $25 for early check in even for loyal members. So, add this to $400 for 2 nights, this is too much paid for the value.

Great hotel, shuttles to the strip and airport. Always stay here when flying out in the morning. Never had a bad nights sleep here, the beds are super comfortable. They have an excellent breakfast in the morning.

It tasted like it had been warmed up from the day before. No excuse for coffee this bad. The rest of breakfast was fine. Cottage cheese and peaches was an unusual offering. Other: Linens smelled odd (perhaps Pine-Sol)? AC fan did not have an auto feature. The only choices were high and low. I hated that thing blowing all night!

This Best Western offers a convenient and affordable Park and Fly program that will make trip hassle-free. We stayed at this BW Christmas Eve to catch an early flight out the following morning. This BW is just minutes from the airport. We will use this proy again!

Very nice hotel that is close to the airport. Thet have a park and fly package with convenient service. Wonderful and friendly staff. Mattress was a bit lumpy. Good hot breakfast. Nice pool area. No restuarant on site.

We used their stay and fly package leaving our vehicle parked while we vacationed. The hotel is minutes away from McCarren. Shuttle bus to and back from the airport, very short wait which we appreciated. The beds were so very comfortable, pillows too. Looks like it may have been renovated recently. No noise from other rooms or from the airport which surprised me! Check is was quick and efficient. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, rolls & muffins, cereals, juices, yogurt, canned peaches, apples, oranges. I would recommend staying here.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The bed was very comfortable. Our room had a fridge in a microwave which was very nice. The front desk staff was always very helpful. The snacks are way overpriced but you can walk next door to ampm. We will definitely stay here again!

We were within walking of the Thomas and Mack Arena, a big plus for enjoying the NFR. This is a non-casino hotel. We loved the low key environment and hot breakfast. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Airport shuttle a plus. Great value!

Clean, simple, does the job well, staff great, price well for Vegas if not looking for a big resort. Best Western could teach other BS locations the operation for the customer service. Good for business or stay for other purposes over gambling.

Best priced and clean nice room, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to airport but noise was very minimal. The breakfast was very nice as well. Had something a little different each morning. The rooms were nice and clean, we were shorted a towel one day, but front desk took care of that immediately. I would defiantly stay there again.

Staying in a hotel more than a week, I expect shampoo should more than enough for two people to stay. But it's not enough for both of my wife and myself to take shower even one time each. So, more shampoo is required.

Great service, traditional BW food. Nice employees. Clean. Definitely will be back. Only draw back no exhaust fan in it small bathroom. Vanity is small. We were close to airport but hardly heard the airplanes. and only few minutes walk from Thomas and Mac, free airport shuttle.( pick up every 30 min.)

Easy, clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Walked to rodeo! Did have some plane noise but not too bad over the weekend. Got busy Monday am though. Otherwise, great stay, price, location. Would do it again. Free parking also!

Broken vents in the bathroom that screeched when you turned on the light and no water for 45 min when we tried to shower to go to a show However the staff was very friendly The hote for the price we should have stayed somewhere on the strip that was more than the average BW you can find anywhere in the country

This hotel was great from check in until checkout. Staff was friendly and inviting. Had some down falls with breakfast not open when I needed to leave earlier than the hours and shuttle runs every hour hour which if it gets pack could be hard to get to airport on time. Other than those two things everything was great.

The only difficulty was at check In staff said I had only reserved a room, when in fact I had paid for it thru Pay Pal. I had a copy of my receipt to prove payment. I had stayed at this hotel in May without any issues.

Price to value couldn't be beat. Best location in Las Vegas. Closest motel to the airport. Convenient, clean, and no nonsense. A very smooth operation. Get on the shuttle, and you're at the airport counter in four minutes.

This is where we usually use the park and fly option. It's very comfortable, especially after a long flight. Everyone here has always gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. We've never encountered any problems but feel sure that they would be dealt with. We have left our car here on numerous occasions and felt secure in doing so. This is not the most plush hotel in Vegas, but it's clean, comfortable, the water is hot, and the towels are soft. And the staff is great. This monthe there is pumpkin spice waffles.

Never again will I stay there. The room was not fresh. The water smelled like sewer. The mattress was beyond terrible it's totally worn out. Lying in that bed was like sleeping on a box spring it was terrible

Nice place friendly staff, clean rooms, there is a shuttle to the airport, pool and it's 2 miles from the LV strip st. my family loved the breakfast. We had an issue with our room and they change it for us right away.

Needed a place close to the airport since our flight was cancelled and we didn't want to wait 3 hrs to be assigned a hotel etc. so we booked this place. It was 5 min from the airport. Rooms were adequate. Could use updating of bathrooms etc. Quick trip back to airport at 6 am so it was exactly what we needed.

When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait for a fistfight to be broken up in the entry way before we could enter the lobby. The room smelled dirty. Used shampoo bottles were not replaced in the bathroom.

I didn't want to be on the strip, but needed to be nearby, I also wanted breakfast included and I didn't want to break the bank. This was the perfect spot. You could hear the airplanes, but they provided ear plugs if you wanted them; I didn't need them. Staff was accommodating, courteous and friendly. My room had a bit of hair in the tub drain but overall the room was clean, tidy and welcoming. They breakfast was pretty decent w/a good variety, the eggs were not great, but the rest was fine. I would stay again.

I was recently on a diverted flight connection that required an overnight stay in Las Vegas. I found a last minute rate for the Best Western McCarran Inn via Hotels.com that was only $88. This included a free shuttle bus pick-up from the airport, with a return drop-off the next morning (it's literally a 2 or 3 minute ride from the lobby to Terminal 1). This price also included a free breakfast. The room was nice enough, although with some minor flaws. The front desk staff were very friendly, and I was welcomed as a Best Western rewards member with a bag containing a snack and a couple of bottles of water. The hotel suited my need in the moment perfectly, and for a great price.

Location was great. The breakfast was A+. The staff was super friendly especially the morning breakfast lady who was so cheerful. From the hotel, one can easily go to the strip and there is free parking in a hotel. I forgot the hotel name, but the Best Western staff told us about it.

After my 4 hr. Work day turned into 18 hrs.and a long day late arrival ( early am)the front desk personally went out of his way to find me parking on a busy Vegas weekend and was able to find me a discount as a rewards member on a high dollar weekend.

I chose this hotel because it included a free airport shuttle & buffet breakfast and was located around the corner from the Grand Canyon Tour Company, where I'd be boarding a bus to/from the Grand Canyon South Rim. Everything was good except for the in-room refrigerator, which did not work -- not even after the repairman came to repair it. The hotel is a little over a mile from the end of the Strip by the MGM Hotel and MGM monorail stop.

Used this hotel at the end of our Grand Canyon trip as it is convenient for airport and car rental return ( very well signposted) . Room was smallish but comfortable. Breakfast was better than average.

We chose this hotel because it was waking distance from the Thomas and Mack arena. Also because it included breakfast and an airport shuttle. The front desk staff was very helpful. We arrived early and was able to check in as soon as we arrived. The round trip shuttle to the strip was very convenient and daily breakfast was very good too. The walk to the arena wasn't bad at all. Our room was on the small side, but it was big enough for the two of us.

Parked my vehicle where indicated, next to chain link fence at rear of the property (18 days of parking). Upon arrival at LAS, called, met shuttle, checked in at the hotel, inspected my car, found it had been rifled thru.

Motel was clean, beds very comfortable and staff was helpful. Less than 2 mi from the airport and a great value! will be staying here again and will tell my friends about this place. My ONLY complaint is the rooms need to have a bit more light-perhaps use bulbs with high wattage

The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good , my only complaint is the serving area is small and crowded but other that that we had a PERFECT stay

Picture of pool, so not that, it actually is full of palm tree leaves, sand, dirt, bird droppings, and freezing cold,Pool area has not been cleaned in forever. I am a former house keeper, so when I saw its dirty its dirty. Toilet paper holder crooked and disgusting, mirror smudged, rug dirty, shower curtain too short for tub, and mouldy, coffee maker full of dust, coffee packages were coated in I dont know what, the purple thing on end of bed had white stains all over it. they put us next to gym, which we never noticed till 6 am and someone starts running on treadmill, sounded like they were coming through the wall. Too small of a room, and painted a dark color, so drepressing,and painted poorly, I hated the thought of a shower but put my flip flops on and went for it, surprise two conditioners, no shampoo,, petty I know, but this is my point, the attention to detail is not there, the house keeping staff need a refresher course..The Breakfast in the morning was spoilt by watching the girl dump a fresh batch of sausages into a old tray, after wiping it with a napkin, she should be taking tray out and bring in all fresh. They try to make the hotel look fresh and new with the fancy lobby, but what it is, is a old dated hotel that is looking very sad.Had taken our rental car back or we would have gone elsewhere!Had issue with billing and the front desk staff.. I am a diamond member with BW, will be letting head office know...

I booked this hotel to for easy access to LAS. I noticed it had very good reviews which was one of the main reasons booked it. BIG MISTAKE. I arrived by 7:00pm and was given a room close to the center of the hotel (room 214). The hotel has an atrium over the breakfast area. They supply earplugs for a reason. Shortly after midnight, I was awakened by the noise of the guests checking into the room next door. I had my earplugs in my ears and I could hear them walking around and talking. I removed my earplugs just in time to hear the guy lift the toilet seat and pee! It was so loud that for a moment, I thought he might actually be in my room. Fortunately, they went to bed quickly. Then, I was awakened at 6:20am by a group of people singing happy birthday. It turns out the group had gathered for breakfast and took the opportunity to wish one of their companions happy birthday. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed that the door to the room had a poor seal and was a poor barrier to noise. The earplugs provided little noise reductions.

The room was clean and had lots of amenities but I would never go back to this hotel again! It was the noisiest night I have ever spent in a hotel. The walls were thin enough to hear people just moving around and using the toilet in the room next door. The door was not sealed properly so there was noise coming from the hallway. The worst problem was, though, that the dining/lobby area on the main floor has no ceiling but is open to the floors above. That means that all the noise from below goes right upstairs and down the hallway. (The door to my room was about 10 feet from this opening.) I was awakened at 6:30 a.m. by a group having breakfast and singing Happy Birthday to someone. The front desk response to my complaint about the noise when I checked out was non-existent. This hotel also did not provide for a computer with a printer to print off boarding passes but instead had a tablet on a table.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But unfortunately our car got broken into, our belongings stolen and our car was damaged. I will NEVER stay in that Best Western again. If you do stay there, make sure you take all your belongings, if not, they'll get stolen.

We needed to stay near the Las Vegas airport for an early departure. We chose the best western inn. Great overnight stay. They even have a shuttle to the strip. Comfortable rooms and nice employees. What more could you ask for

The staff were professional and helpful. The room was clean and quiet even though next to the airport. They had many selections for complimentary breakfast. I would recommend if you are traveling to Vegas and have already experienced the big expensive hotels, this off the strip option is worth it.

This was the best hotel that I have been in for value for money. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was included and there was plenty of it. Would stay here again, on any further visits to Las Vegas.It was within walking distance to the strip,although a shuttle bus service is provided. There is also a free shuttle bus service to the airport.

This hotel is clean and convenient to the airport. It has a quick and easy shuttle to McCarran Airport. The only drawback was that there is no restaurant in the airport but we were able to have food delivered by a service to our room.

Recent family trip had us flying out of Vegas, booked this room because of the park and fly option. There is no designated parking area when you fly out, where you park your vehicle is where it will stay during your trip good or bad.... We arrived at 4:30 pm and our suite was still needing to be cleaned (annoying) however they did get it cleaned 30 minutes later. The room was a wierd layout and the a/c unit plastic front was broken. The staff was very friendly however and the lobby was nicely updated, wish they would have started updates with the rooms however. An ok stay at best.

Tv didn't work,nothing close by,never suggested cabs are available to strip,in the middle of nowhere,suggested we walk for food,impossible: cars and traffic crazy to walk! One man checking in and coming to try and fix tv!management should have anticipated busy night!Breakfast eggs greasy,no heathy options! Everything full of sugar!!Do not stay Here!

So I tried to check into this hotel and they told me that I have to wait. So I asked if my room isn't ready yet. They said that it is ready but I have to wait. So here I am waiting for 2 hours while my room sit empty because the staff won't check me in. They want me to pay them $25 to go in 2 hours early! Completely ridiculous... don't stay here, don't give them your money. They are terrible human beings... if that.

The hotel and employees were very good. The hum of the a.c. unit helped with airport sounds. Only complaint was that the sleeping area of the room had only one lamp so it was dark when trying to see in your suitcases. Breakfast was great!

The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The air conditioner was very noisy and there was a bit of construction going on around us but really ,....we were close to the airport as well so , it is what it is!! (We chose the hotel because it was close to the airport so some of the sound was expected). Breakfast was surprisingly good. The women on for the morning shift (Leatha) was AWESOME ! Greeted us, asked several times if everything was ok and even sat with us to just say Hi!! She was fantastic!! (Hope she's there tomorrow morning) over all, not bad and Yes, I definitely would stay again!!

Got there in the evening and the unit in the room was set on heat. It was very warm. Turned on the air conditioning & it took very long to cool down. Unit was banging all night long. Husband put a shoe on top to try to stop the rattling. Didn't get a lot of sleep.

I needed to stay one night near the airport to catch an insanely early flight. This was the perfect place. The outside is a little run down looking, but the inside was great - everything was nice and new and clean. The room was very cute and comfortable and quiet. I slept great on the comfy bed. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. In spite of the proximity to the airport, there was no noise, even on the top floor. Food and gas are located two stop lights to the east.

This property is located next to the airport and is very easy to get in and out of. I hate having to walk hundreds of yards to get to my room. By staying here, I can park and walk no more than a hundred feet to my room door.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The room we got was big and spacious and had two couches which was very nice. The hotel is old and it's apparent in many things, even the bed sheets feel very old and rough when you sleep on them from tons of laundry cycles. The pillows were not comfortable even for hotel standards... The breakfast was nice although on Friday morning they ran out of many things (like cream cheese...). The person in charge or breakfast was nice and friendly but a bit bossy towards guests which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The pool was nice but you had to take pool towels from the reception which was not so convenient since towels get wet as kids go in and out of the pool several times and you sometimes need more than one towel per person. Overall it was an okay hotel but I don't think we'll come back if we have other options.

All the staff were great. That actually goes a long way. The hotel location is SUPER convenient and reasonably priced, BUT I have a few suggestions. I understand hotels might have roaches, but I should never see them at a Best Western. I saw one in the bathroom when I arrived at the room and took its picture. The room also had an odd odor. Visually it was clean and so were the beds. That's very important. The gym and pool opened too late-9 a.m. for busy, active folks, it should be 6 a.m. It's only accessible by key card, so why the lag time? By 9 a.m., I'm on my third activity for the day... that's afternoon! Finally, I know the eggs are made from liquid; however, the brand that was used did not taste as good as most liquids. I am a Best Western egg connoisseur... they weren't the same. I'll come back at least one more time to see if there's a difference. Thank your friendly staff and the location for that!

Convenient, clean, economical and Comfortable. Was thankful for the free shuttle service to and from the airport. They also offer complementary shuttle service to and from one of the Casinos On the main strip. The lobby was cute, the staff was just great, and the breakfast was OK as complementary breakfasts go. The cost was a great value as well. I will definitely stay there again.

Great customer service from all staff beginning at point of entry. Great variety of breakfast choices for both adults and children. Rooms were very comfortable. Close to the airport. Also close to different stores and restaurants for you to choose from.

The staff at the desk were very nice, but didn't seem to care enough to do anything about our concerns. First, the pullout couch in our room was very badly stained (black). The AC cover kept falling off the wall and we could not get the air to blow cold. The towel bar in the sink area fell off every time we put up a hand towel or took one off. The door handle to get into the room was broken. And the water in the shower was freezing cold, even after running it for 10 minutes. We were also very disappointed that the pool was only open 9am-9pm as our kids wanted to swim prior to leaving in the morning. The breakfast was mediocre. We also were frustrated that the advertised shuttle to the strip (one of the reasons we stayed here) only ran 3 times a day (2:15, 5:15 and 11:15), not sufficient for a family with young kids.

This is the only hotel we stay at in Vegas. Super convenient location and great rooms and service! It is located off the main strip and just outside the airport. We Lyft and Uber wherever we're going and that is always reasonable even to Fremont St. Definitely recommend staying here!

We took a direct flight to Zurich out of Las Vegas and used this Best Western to park our car for 20 nights and stayed at the Inn when we returned. Shuttle service was prompt and the staff at the Best Western were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good (and included in the price) and the two ladies that served the breakfast were very cheerful. Rooms are a bit out-dated but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Raylean at the Front Desk was personable, professional and hard working. She seemed to have been very patient when dealing with multiple situations at one time. The lobby and front desk area were very clean and welcoming. The water and lemon water was a nice touch in the lobby. The shuttle was very handy for us to use. I would recommend this hotel to others that are looking for a clean, close to the airport/strip hotel. Thank you again Raylean for the superb service you provided my daughter and I on our 1st visit to Las Vegas.

Room very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We arrived after midnight, and even though the hotel's system was down for check in/reservations, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.our room was close to the lobby and it was extremely quiet. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at the Best Western McCarran Inn a number of times over the years and because of that you tend to make good relationships with many of the staff. On this particular trip, the parking lot was being repaved; which meant that one- half of the lot was closed each day. As can be expected, this created some real congestion in the lot. What was real terrific was one of the front desk personnel, Ricky and another gentleman were outside each evening making sure that all the guest's cars got parked (sometimes three deep). In my case, I needed to leave early for my flight so Ricky made sure I had a spot I could easily get out of in the morning. Many thanks to the Best Western McCarran Inn staff for making what could become a real stressful situation very manageable.

I reserved a non-smoking room for my son and I during Spring Break. .He was flying out early the next morning.I live close by. When we checked in we were told that here was a full house that night. He did the credit card business and pay $50 deposit to guarantee we would not smoke in the room. Fine, neither one of us smoke. Somehow we ended up in a smoking room even tho it had non-smoking sign on the door.The hotel said we smoked in the room and would not refund his deposit. I contacted Best Western Hotels about the issue. They said Western McCarren would be the one to do a refund. Also someone would be in contact with me. That never happened. I am a "Preferred Customer" with the hotel chain. Needless to say they have lost my business.

We were in Vegas for 2 nights and i'm so pleased we chose this hotel .Awesome staff .I have a 2 year old terror and when i asked to be moved to the ground floor they didn't hesitate to help me .We got food delivered to the room late at night and they were very nice to let us stay in the lobby to eat .The hotel is very clean ,the only trouble we had was that the floors were dirty all our white socks were black at the end of the stay .

The reception was understaffed - just one man on deck for all things when we arrived. Clean property with inviting lobby. Bizarre single elevator and I'm not certain that their stair situation is up to fire code. We stayed on the third floor and since the elevator up was so lousy we decided to walk down to go to dinner. The staircases just end on the second floor. Where they would have turned around originally, they've been completely removed - probably to make more room downstairs. No accessible stairs at the front half of the hotel from the second to first floors but one industrious son found a stairwell at the back end of the property. Note to owners - if your elevator stinks, make sure your stairwells are accessible. The room was large enough for our family of two adults and 3 teen sons but the a/c was subpar. Walking in the room smelled bad and was very muggy. It took hours to become cool enough. The pull out bed had no pillows and when I went to the desk to ask for pillows for my kiddo, the clerk said that the blankets that were packaged in the dresser were actually blanket/pillows - you can use them as a pillow. Well, technically, you can also use a dead porcupine as a pillow, it doesn't make it a pillow. We had to leave at 4 am so there was no breakfast available. In all, an adequate place to stay with good access to the airport. It's nothing to write home about.

Very clean room and bathroom. Lobby and dining area very clean. Great selection for breakfast food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was very quiet. Tv was in perfect working order. Wifi was very fast. Great for streaming shows.

After checking in and getting settled into our room we were surprised as the room next to us held an impromptu party. The staff at the front desk quickly and without argument moved us to a new floor! Also, my nine-year-old loved watching the planes take off.

The stay was awesome. They had an awesome staff that was so helpful. Anthony was OUTSTANDING. I'll be back next month. The hotel was immaculate. I would refer this hotel to anyone. The shuttle driver picked us up and took us back to the airport with no problem.

The only redeeming quality this hotel had was its proximity to the airport. Otherwise, I felt bad making my family stay here for two nights. Cramped rooms, zero places to park in the parking lot, one slow-small elevator...ice machines only in certain floors, no vending machines. The rooms were dingy and dusty, with terrible ventilation. It took a whole day to finally get the room cool and not musty. Outside the room it was dingy and cheap. Breakfast was barely mediocre. It was a little in the gross side. The worst Best Western we have ever stayed at.

Stayed here one night before flying home. It is very close to the airport and the hotel offers a free shuttle service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a pool which is ok. The breakfast is very good with many choices.

The renovations that was done to the property gave it a new look. It draws out a pleasantness of serenity that I always try to seek. It's not rich and elegant but pleasing to the eye and the cleanliness of the environment was also pleasing.

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and a kind word with every encounter with the staff. The team is amazing from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance to the awesome breakfast staff! The hotel was clean and bright, has great amenities and is close to the strip. A welcoming hotel for a family with kids of all ages.

Staff are very welcoming to all guests we saw this as one your better best western we stay at in last few years. Outstanding from booking that was easy for once to check out. We needed extra blankets and they found some for us room was large enough for four guests to move around with easy. If you needed anything else you asked and was able to get great help. No TV guide in room and no bible in room. Staff went out there way to get us around to areas of town we had booked visits. Help us to airport,internet service drug store service for flu medication. Over all you couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience than this.

Easy to get to from the freeway, just down Tropicana, and right to the airport. 5 minutes to the Vegas airport. Close parking and a great breakfast make this hotel the best to stay on your way to the airport.

Pillows were hard and made neck hurt. First few days there was no parking. Each day we left to sightsee and came back, we could not find parking. Lot fulls, too many cars. Staff was nice, rooms clean.

Lobby floor was dirty. In the room, there was hair on the pillow and sheets from prior guest. Gross! Room was not vaccuumed, stuff on floor and hair on bathroom floor. Staff was pleasant. Especially the breakfast attendant.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in the United States, and I've been a few times now. Here's the positives: 1. The staff - Every staff member we met, from the reception staff to the breakfast team and then the house staff, everyone was polite and professional. The young man who checked us in was a very helpful and respectful young man, I think his name is Rick? He was superb! 2. The location - Brilliant, its just outside the airport and just over 1.5 miles to the Strip. 3. Cleanliness and quality of sleep, this was just perfect, there was the odd aircraft noise but it didn't bother us and the bed was super comfy. 4. Breakfast - There was enough variety for every-bodies taste. If I ever come back to Las Vegas this is the hotel for me, first choice!!! Negatives - There weren't any!!!

We stayed here one night to get a good nights sleep after a late flight and before beginning our trip to Utah. We had no problems with service and the breakfast was ok. However, sleep was not good. Noise is loud from the airport and the window blinds do not blackout light.

Friendly staff. Odd hotel. Seems like it used to be apartments. Interior access but odd interior stairways. Directly over flight path of airport. LOUD. Cousin Eddy breakfast, I mean bad. Eggs were like water "sausage" looked like a science experiment. Would not stay again.

We staying overnight between arriving and leaving early the next morning, we didn't go to the strip at all. We booked the 1 bedroom with 2 Queens and 1 sofa bed. There is a lot of floor room for all the luggage, however only 1 bathroom for this many beds in this room. Service was very friendly. They did't provide ear plugs but we didn't have issues with the airport being so close, maybe because we were so exhausted from traveling. The continental breakfast was good, make your own waffles, hash browns and sausage and even real hard boil eggs (in the yogurt fridge), among the other standard items. Ricardo who drove the airport shuttle was amazing and went above and beyond! All the staff were very very friendly!

I always stay at the Best Western McCarran when I need to catch an early flight out of Las Vegas. This hotel is right on the entryway to the airport. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They have a van which runs to and from the airport every half hour between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. The van drivers are courteous and knowledgeable. I also am able to leave my car parked at the hotel, for a fee, rather than the airport which saves on costs. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. All have a bar refrigerator. The breakfast offered is in a very inviting setting, and has great options.

Rooms were clean and great size. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Great value for money, would definitely recommend this hotel especially as it is approx 10-15m drive from the strip and they have a great free shuttle service both to the strip and airport.

Jon at the front desk took great care of us with nearby restaurant suggestions when we arrived a bit early and then was able to check us in when we came back! Room was clean, remarkably quiet for being quite near the airport and had all of the expected amenities including a refrigerator. Breakfast selections were quite varied, so that everyone was able to find something that they wanted.. The lady in the breakfast area (sorry I didn't get her name) was super! Warm and welcoming. A very pleasant way to start the day!

We stayed here one night on our recent trip to Las Vegas. We had a late flight in and were leaving the following day for sightseeing in Page, AZ. The hotel is conveniently located near McCarran Airport so we didn't have to deal with too much traffic on arrival. Check in was quick, staff were very pleasant and the lobby and dining area were very well kept. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was quite good. The area where the food was being served was a bit cramped when there were several people at a time but despite that, we were pleased with our stay. Would certainly recommend.

Was easy to get to, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and close to the airport, I stayed there to pick up a friend flying in to go on a trip together, rooms were clean and comfortable. Wish they would have had a hot tub but the pool was nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here... It was super close to the airport (right across the street) and the downtown area of Las Vegas. I thought I would be able to hear the airplanes take off but it didn't during my stay. Everything was wonderful ranging from the food to the staff. The staff made everything great, shoutout to Jon, Letha, Ricky and Dawayne. MY stay would not have been possible without their help. The only thing that I did not like was that the room was too dark, it was nice at night but not in the middle of the day, other than that, everything was fabulous

Best Western McCarran Inn is perfectly located for those who are flying in/out of the Las Vegas airport, McCarran International. The airport is no more than five minutes away. “The Strip” is equally close. My room was ready when I arrived. It was clean, comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast is included. If your itinerary requires you to miss the hot breakfast, there is a to-go sack breakfast. The hotel's staff are very helpful. It is clear to me each person, from the shuttle driver, the housekeeper, and front-desk staff, understand their mission is hospitality.

We missed the Hoover Dam tour so we decided to stay one night in Vegas since it was close to the dam and not far out of the way. While looking for a hotel there are of course hundreds to choose from and range greatly in price. We decided with the Best Western as it offered breakfast and shuttle service to the strip. Not that we planned to spend a great deal of time on the strip as we were traveling with our 1 year old. We just wanted to go, see it and maybe grab a bite to eat. Sadly the shuttle service only ran three times a day and the next one wasn't until 11pm, but the gentleman who worked at the front desk was amazing. He showed me how to download the uber App and told me the best place to get picked up and dropped off. The hotel itself was also fantastic, pool was open, it was clean, bright, rooms were lovely, bathroom was slightly small when you are followed everywhere by a 1 year old. Breakfast was amazing!! Many options and the lady running it was super friendly and was pre-making/making waffles for you if that's what you were wanting! It was a bit higher on our prices range since you could stay at nice places right on the strip but the great breakfast, free parking and staff made up for the extra as we would have shelled it out else where.

First time staying here. Appreciated the close proximity to airport. Thought plane travel was going to be an issue. Turned out we hardly heard the planes. Insulation of the rooms was great. Continental breakfast was wonderful and provided many options. Front desk service was superb. Thank you Raylean and Ricky. Shuttle service driver was friendly. Thank you Ricardo.

This hotel needs som upgrade and much more noise reduction. The breakfast was ok but not more. The room was nice and big and the bed very comfortable. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and serviceminded. They saved this from beeing a very poor recommandation.

Our flight out of McCarran was at 6am, so we left our friends' house (about 45 min. away) and stayed here our last night -- clean, quiet, great bed, and when we told front desk at check in that we'd be leaving around 4am (shuttle doesn't run until 5) he said if we call when we're ready to go out the door, he'll get a taxi for us and express check out -- all of which happened no problem. Great price with AAA discount! Also was greeted with a small goody bag for being a Best Western rewards member! I'd stay again for quick airport access. Sorry we couldn't eat breakfast!

Breakfast was served up special this morning. Leatha treated us like valued guests and served us in a way that stood out liked she really cared. She personally greeted each person coming out of the elevator. Thanks Best Western, she is a gem!

We stayed two different times during our week in Las Vegas. We stayed at the beginning of our trip March 23, 2019 and added an extra night at the end of our trip March 28 and March 29, 2019. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good (although I don't like the wall you need to go behind because it is too crowded), and front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant.Very convenient for getting to the airport and going down to the strip. Thank you for a great experience!

As we were just passing through Vegas on the way to the red rocks of Utah, this was just a single night stay. We flew in late and stayed the night before picking up a rental car at the airport the following day. The staff here work hard to provide a clean, comfortable atmosphere for their guests. It was much appreciated.

My brother's family and I stayed here on Friday, March 8, 2019. My brother and his family checked in first. We were supposed to have rooms next to each other. My brother and his two small children walked into the first room to see a maintenance man using the restroom with the door open. They changed his room and we were no longer next to each other. My plane arrived at midnight and we were told there was no shuttle from the airport. (that should have been told to us during the reservation) When I got my two children up to the room, it smelled and the bathtub was so dirty that we could not take a shower. I then turned the heat on low and the smell coming out of the heater was disgusting. It was now 1:00 am and my children and I were exhausted. A car alarm was going off directly outside my room and the car noise was so loud that it was difficult to sleep. The next morning, the person at the front desk asked how our stay was. I told him about the problems. He said, "Oh. I'm sorry. Have a nice day." This is unacceptable. I stay at Best Westerns all over Texas and have NEVER been treated like this or been in such a disgusting, filthy hotel room. I was embarrassed to have my two small children there and not even be able to give them a bath after a long flight.

Clean, safe well run hotel. Super easy to get to & from airport. If you are just wanting to get in and out of Las Vegas, this is a great place to stay. It is also quite close to the strip if you want a more affordable option but actually going to the strip.

Not going to find better staff at any hotel. Breakfast is good, nothing special but everything you need. Food store just across the street, pretty much within walking distance to most things one would want.

Satisfied and Jon was extremely helpful and did a great customer service. It was a number one thought to stay with a friendly staff like Jon who provided all service i needed and he did a great job and was very friendly..

My husband and I stayed here one night as we passed through Las Vegas. The location was easy to get to. Being right next to the airport, I was unsure how the noise would be, but I heard more noise from people in the lobby in the middle of the night than I did from the big jets taking off and landing overhead (we were on the main floor). The price seemed fair (about $90 with tax) for a clean accommodation where the furniture wasn't worn out in the room. Breakfast included which was a standard buffet - oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, scrambled “eggs”, meats, waffle maker, juices, coffee, etc. Parking was secure and easy. Was happy with the stay and would stay again if passing through. I've tried the absolute cheapest hotels in Vegas before, and they were filthy, so worth the extra money at the Best Western, even if just for one night.

We only stayed the one night here before heading to the airport the next day. Check in was good, front staff friendly. We were in a room on the ground floor by the ice machine, which ran all night and was so noisy it was hard to sleep. This machine should be in an area away from all rooms. There were ear plugs on the night stand which we assumed were to help with the noise from planes taking off, but I think they were there for the ice machine noise. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

We missed our connection due to a weather delay and flight was rescheduled for next morning. Best Western offered all the conveniences I needed for this unexpected delay- close to airport, airport shuttle, and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

A two-night stay in between hotels. The staff and the Breakfast were great. Throughout our stay the Breakfast staff in particular were professional, friends, enthusiastic and helpful. Ricky at the Front Desk welcomed us with a smile and provided key help for our stay.

Reasonably priced. Good service. Convenient to airport and away from the crowds on the Strip. Parking was tight since the hotel was fully booked at the time but the staff made sure everybody was able to park on site..You do need a car to get around the city but otherwise, its a nice place to stay.

The staff is friendly and well versed on the property and it's amenities. The rooms are clean and stocked with variety of toiletries. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast is a great deal. The airport shuttle is the primary reason I stay here direct to terminal and the parking is a bargain. They do have a pool and hot tub. Earplugs come with every room as it is very close to airport. get a room on the north side.

Entrance to the hotel is on a very busy one way street, but overall a great value for the price. University of Las Vegas is within walking distance and you have a gas station right next to the hotel parking lot.

Good and very clean hotel. It's very close to the airport and it has a shuttle to there. I read some reviews about the noise of airplanes being too loud inside the bedroom. It's loud but didn't disturb me at all. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. To go to the Strip, you will need call an Uber.

I have never stayed at a hotel that had such a high level of noise. It came from the Las Vegas International Airport. We were put on the side facing the airport and the noise was consistent til after midnight and picked up around 6am. The continental breakfast was good with a variety of food matching other BW hotels. The staff was friendly, greeting us when we came and went. The price was comparable with other BW hotels. Hotel in need of updating. The hot and cold water was reversed in the bathroom sink which I think was very odd that it hadn't been corrected.

We recently visited Las Vegas as a beginning and end point for a trip to Valley of Fire ( a very amazing Nevada state park) and Zion National Park in Utah. On the night we arrived in Las Vegas we got lost looking for the McCarran Best Western Hotel. This was due in part because all lanes of Paradise Blvd, which is the main street leading to the airport, becomes one way just south of the intersection of Tropicana and Paradise. North of this intersection Paradise is a two way street. The hotel is just south of this intersection. When we called and spoke to the front desk people they were unfamiliar with the street layout and could not help us. Eventually we did get there but it was much more difficult than need be. The hotel is older, worn down but functional. The remainder of the staff on both our initial and second visit were helpful and friendly. My biggest compliment goes to the woman who ran the breakfast bar who engaged every person in a sincere manner.

When registering I asked to use the restroom since I had just traveled 5 hours to get there and was told abruptly that WE DO NOT HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM - and was told that I would have to go to the corner gas station. When I explained that I was a customer I was still told I had to go to the corner station. Then I charged an extra $25 for early check in - also abruptly - nothing courteous at all.

Hotel is off strip but close to airport. The was mostly renovated but could still use more sprucing up. Room was certainly sound proof, couldn't hear a thing, not even the airplanes. Certainly a plus. Free airport shuttle. The free breakfast had lots of great choices, even healthy choices.

We booked into the hotel for a stay and got there around Noon. Checkin is at 3 but they were able to accomadate us early based on my sons medical situation. Room is large and beds are awesome. Very clean and great staff. Breakfast is amazing will definately stay here again

The rooms are old and the window shutters do not close properly and they let the outside light in the room so it looks like their is a light on. When they cleaned the room they did not leave any bath towels. During the night their was scratching in the back wall of our bed. It sounded like rats were trying to come through the wall. There was some equipment that would come on & off in our ceiling all night .

This was a great place to stay while attending CES. Rooms were cheaper than strip hotels, no resort fee and you get breakfast every morning. The hotel is across the street from a bus stop and the bus has a stop at the monorail. By using unlimited pass to both, I could get to both the Sands Expo and the Las Vegas Convention Center with no problem. They also have free shuttle to and from the airport!

We needed to stay in a hotel close to the airport in order to catch a 5 am flight from McCarran the next morning. When we first got to our room we noticed the noise from the street was pretty loud so we asked to be moved to a room that didn't face the street. We were moved to another room which was better, except that you could hear the planes taking off and landing very loudly, which was not mentioned when we were moving rooms. Finally, we were able to fall asleep, only to be woken up not that long after am by another guest trying to get into our room. They had been given our room key by the front desk!!! Luckily we had closed the bold latch on the room door, but we were very startled and could not sleep well after and had to leave the hotel at 3:30 am in order to catch our flight anyway. At check out, I raised this very serious problem with the desk agent who informed me that it had been his mistake. When I asked about at least a partial refund, I was told I had to go through Priceline since my reservation was through them. After a lot of back and forth phone calls with priceline and the hotel, I was finally informed that the hotel (which initially had no notes about the incident) declined to give any refund back to us after this terrible experience. I know mistakes happen, but the least you can do is apologize and refund customers who are not able to sleep for fear of their safety and security while in your hotel and as a result of your mistake.

We stayed in Vegas for Christmas and New Years! we didnt want to spend our time on the Strip we had alot of travelling sightseeing to do! this property is close to the Airport with free shuttle to and from the Airport! Ricky was fantastic and very helpful! gave us eating choices, places to go see! Ricardo was also very helpful when i picked up and dropped off our Rental car! Keep up the great work guys very bright spots on our trip! Our Room was clean and tidy and close to the elevator! but far from the Ice! but our room tucked far enough away from the elevator to not be too noisy! after a day we barely even noticed the airplanes coming and going! Hotel was perfectly situated to stand out front and watch the New Years Fireworks over the Las Vegas Strip Hotels! Keep up the Great Work BW McCarren Inn we will stay here again im sure!

The room was clean, and have standard amenities. I was upgraded to a suit as I am a diamond member. I was very disappointed that their airport shuttle works until 11 pm. I reviewed their website before booking and it was not stated the working hours, so I assumed that they do it 24/7. I arrived from my international trip at 10:30 pm and I didn't clear immigration until 11:05 pm. I called the hotel and I was informed that their shuttle was not transporting guests anymore because it was after 11 pm. Their website didn't have any information regarding this and I selected this hotel because of this.

This was our second time staying at this hotel for the NFR, and we will definitely stay again in the future. The location is ideal to the Thomas & Mack Center, a very easy walk even with our 4 year old. Breakfast was wonderful, parking is easy to find, and the staff went above and beyond every day.

this is Vegas best kept secret. they have recently remodeled the hotel and it is clean and attractive. The breakfast is free and delicious. Best Hash browns I have ever eaten. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is our second stay there and will be sure to go back

Have stayed here twice and find the staff always very helpful....the motel has been tastefully updated. So close to the airport and convenient and a safe place in which to park our car for an extended stay.

Nice and clean. Good location for watching the NFR. A little far off of the strip for walking however. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Ask for a room facing the strip for a bit of a view. We would stay here again. Family friendly

Best Western McCarran is so conveniently located close to the airport. Staff went over and above to make our experience over our expectations... Provided Shuttles for our convenience. Rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable, Staff seemed to really enjoy working there....very knowlegable, friendly and fun to deal with. Staff went out of their way to give us directions, maps and dining suggestions My only suggestion is that management provide coffee, tea in their lobby after hours!

Very convenient and very friendly Continental breakfast was served early and hot. Accommodations very clean. Availability of parking while away was a plus. Keep up the great service. Shuttle driver was also very friendly and competent. A great stay all the way around.

This hotel has been nicely updated. The lobby and breakfast area is very smart and modern with decorative lighting and modern fixtures. The breakfast was more than adequate with a complete selection of popular breakfast items.

The hotel was fine. But two things spoiled it. First, it was too noisy with airplanes flying right above. If you are a sound sleeper, it's not a place for you. Even the ear plugs they provided didn't help much. Secondly, breakfast was extremely poor. We got there at 9:20 am (they served breakfast till 10am), there was nothing left, and when we asked the lady for pancake mix, more eggs and bread, she was not happy and said it was almost time to end breakfast. We didn't argue and left with no breakfast, just had coffee and tea. The best people were the shuttle driver and the reception desk folks.

Nothing really special about this hotel. For a Best Western, it does show some Las Vegas flair, but nothing like a strip or downtown hotel. I stayed hear because I've stayed on the strip and downtown casino hotels in the past and didn't really need the glitz and glamor of a strip or downtown hotel this visit. This stay, I just wanted a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. I saved a ton of cash and avoided those ridiculous resort fees by staying at this BW. The room had a weird odor to it. Just bad enough where I requested an air freshener. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to my request. The fridge also didn't work in my room, and the staff was quick to remedy that problem as well. About a 50min walk to the MGM from the BW. The average uber cost one way from best western to the MGM was $7-$10 depending on time of day. I will consider staying here again on my next visit to Vegas.

Stayed here primarily because of their park and fly program. The airport is very close to the hotel and the free shuttle service to the terminals is convenient. Unfortunately, the night that we stayed was when the wind direction caused the jets to take off very close to the hotel. So, it was not a quiet night for sleeping. The rooms are well maintained and the complimentary free hot breakfast was good.
