Dingy rundown rooms, lackluster air conditioning, room amenities lacking & overpriced. We had realistic expectations - it's a Best Western. But this place was a disappointment. We won't be staying here again.

It was a little expensive but service was great and it was very clean. They had quite a selection of food for the breakdfast and breafast was served at great times.I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Hotel is showing signs of age. Location for us was perfect with friends living nearby. Maid service was very good. Front desk was very nice and friendly. Air conditioning units are very noisy and ear plugs were needed to sleep. Did notice some homeless people in the area. Outside pet areas were very dirty and needed to be cleaned.

Always someone to greet upon arrival. The grounds of the property very well-maintained. Walkways were clean. Pool was inviting. Though i wish the pool restroom was open to those who swim in the water, and that there were umbrellas for shade. overall, terrific! .

Everyone at the Best Western was very friendly and helpful. I traveled by myself so I asked a lot of questions. But my stay there was very comfortable. I was able to get a room that was perfect for my disability.

We stayed for 3 nights, the staff are friendly and professional. Our dissatisfaction nobody clean our room for 3 days. My husband let them know we need the room clean but nobody show up. The dog barked every seconds, even though they move us, we can still hear the dog barking.

We ask visitors to contact the front desk for any service to rooms. We are glad to offer any additional items needed for rooms at the front desk. I am sorry you were disturbed by the dogs visiting our hotel. We hope we can be of service to you again when you visit the Las Vegas area.

Pool was disgustingly filthy. Hot tub had glasses both drinking and wearable floating. One set of towels for our family at check in. Balcony had NO seating available, barely room to drag the chairs in the room, outside.

Furniture was dusty, the refrigerator door was open. Bathroom floor needed moping around toilet. I asked at the front desk if the room had been used the previous night. The lady didn't bother to check, just said she didn't know. Have a picture of the dust if you want to see it.

Since the Silverton Hotel and Casino is currently being remodeled and is doing away with its spa suites, my new go-to place is the Best Western Plus on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson. They have spa suites (bad back) at very reasonable rates in a new, fresh, clean hotel that is quiet and convenient to the airport.

Check in was very fast and the desk clerks were friendly. I got a room on the 4th floor and was pleased to discover that the stairs are usable. The room was neat and clean. Internet worked fine for e-mail and searching the web. (I didn't need to stream anything.) The location has a fair amount of restaurants nearby. The nearby area seemed safe. The only negative is that the walls are thin if your neighbors are loud. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and the price of it.

This is a pretty nice hotel and I had a very nice room that was clean and had a very good bed as well as a great shower. I found the room to be very clean overall and in good condition as well as the common areas of the hotel. The breakfast is definitely subpar, with eggs that are cooked in the microwave and sitting in a bath of the juice that comes out of them because of cooking in that way. This hotel buys little muffins in bulk and has a little Mexican girl in the back wrapping them individually and Saran wrap and she wasn't even wearing gloves when she did it! The evening clerk was very rude, so after my first encounter with her I avoided contact with her at all cost. The hotel staff is locking all of the doors except for the front door acting like it's a security issue! As you can imagine the parking in front of the hotel was full and I would have to walk all the way around the hotel to get in. As a handicapped individual this was an enormous inconvenience to me and the evening clerk made it perfectly clear she did not care at all about that. She probably shouldn't be working with your guests.

ADA-accessible parking spots are available for those with disabilities who have license plates or placards issued by the state to use them. They are located at the front entrance. Our team is trained to be welcoming and courteous at all times. I am sorry you feel this was not the reception you received during your interactions with our desk team. We hope you will have safe and lovely travels in the future.

We were in the king one room suite. The room is very large and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaints are the pool closed at 8pm (most hotels we stay at closing time is 10pm) and that only the main door is available for use after 5pm. There are several parking places on the back side of hotel that go unused and the front lot is shared with a popular restaurant, making parking difficult to find.

The staff here were some of the most helpful I've seen in all of our travels. They went above and beyond the make our stay extremely enjoyable. Evonne at the front desk was especially helpful. She always greeted us with a smile, was always willing to help with anything we needed, helped our kids with the pool and additional towels, and gave us ideas on where to eat. The hotel was located in a quiet part of town, but the view of the Strip was fun to see at night. If I'm in the area again, I will be staying here again.

The pool had floating cups in it and there weren't any towels. The trash recepticals were filthy. Staff wasn't at the front desk most of the time but when there they were very nice and hepful. Not much for breakfast. Small selection. The area was clean. THE BATHTUB WAS VERY SLIPPERY. The tub doesn't have a flat bottom so when you get soap on it, it is very slippery.

The AC in this hotel is really interesting and difficult to regulate. They use a card key to turn it off and on and then if you want it off you have to turn the knob on the actual AC to "OFF" Thermostats difficult to regulate. My experience with the front desk showed a lack of follow up which was hopefully a isolated incident. The rooms clean, decor very nice location great, I would probably stay here again.

Room was good but the beds in the Accessible Rooms are too high for a person with disabilities. Staff actually brought us a rollaway bed in the middle of the night so my wife had a bed she could get into. the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to solve a problem.

One of the best economy hotels you can find. They have great staff nice rooms and a good location what else can you ask for in a hotel. You also get a nice pub located in the same parking lot its a win win for me.

I used to live in Vegas and travel back to Vegas once a month. I have NEVER had this type of experience at ANY hotel I've stayed at in Vegas. I checked into the hotel late in the afternoon, unpacked, ran out to grab some food. I noticed the sofa was a bit "old" and stained but at the same time it was also a light color and cloth. As I didn't feel comfortable, I asked for an extra sheet, so I could place it on top of the sofa. Several hours later, my nose started running out of nowhere, so and as it's covid season, I took two different tests, both negative. A little while later, I went to take a shower as I turned around in the shower, I noticed THICK, BLACK, FURRY mold growing up the wall. Upon closer look, there was other mold as well in the shower. I immediately got out of the shower, called the desk and told them I needed someone to clean my room ASAP. I was told that no one could clean the room and they had no comparable room to move me to and I would need to wait until the morning. Well, now I knew why my nose was running as I have asthma and am highly allergic to mold. Not wanting to risk my health, I immediately packed all of our stuff, checked out, and booked a room down the street at a different hotel. I am appalled by the lack of care of the Best Western. How can ANY housekeeper or supervisor NOT visibly see black mold? This property is totally negiligent.

worst hotels visit ever, do not ever post comments but never had this many problems before the noise in room made sleep impossible, tractor trailer and post office operations in middle of night the room was dirty on arrival, we had late check in so cleaned part of bathroom, found hair in bathtub, waited to morning and the requested cleaning service never had room done again during entire stay (6 nights) even after requests, had to call every day just to get fresh towels and trash emptied balcony door leaked some much air had touse towel to block drafts 1st time Iever posted anything about a hotel, would never return to this hotel again

We stayed at this Best Western Plus in Henderson for the convenience of getting to the airport in the morning. We were very happy with the price and the overall experience. The hotel was clean the room were very nice and the staff was super friendly. We also were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel at no extra cost. They shuttled us to the airport and will pick us up upon our return again at no cost.

Note the Henderson BW is closed. The SOUTH Henderson BW is open and in a different location 30 min away. This is a good choice to be far from the strip and associated traffic if you are passing through Las Vegas. There is a good restaurant across the parking lot.

The hotel was booked and the managers weren't there all weekend and they had one person at the desk. There was multiple parties who they couldn't even find reservations for. I had a clogged tub and was told they would put in a work order but maintenance never showed up so I had to go buy Drano and a plunger to do it myself. No hot water and the bathroom had mold in the tub as well as the ceiling. The A/ C didn't work I set it to 62 just to have the room stay at 78. Lights were burnt out and the best thing was there were dirty paw prints all over the comforter so we pulled it off and the sheets had tons of hair all over it so we pulled them off and I was horrified at how much body hair was on the mattress and pad. I called the front desk and they told me to come get new sheets that they couldn't leave the desk. So we shared a bed nothing was making us sleep in that bed until it was disinfected and vacuumed. They didn't even check it out. I'm a diamond member so I've stayed more than 50 nights and that is how I'm treated so imagine how they treat everyday customers. Also the breakfast is microwave stuff in a brown bag and if you don't order by a certain time you get nothing which they fail to tell you at check in if you are there multiple days.

Charged for 1 day we did not stay and then 2 reservations they could not find, with the 2nd reservation they could not ac comodate us, and we had to sleep in the lobby and car! We're seniors in our 60's and 70's

The beds are absolutely fabulous - very comfortable and cozy! The (wired) internet is excellent and performs flawlessly. The place is very quiet, peaceful, and serene. The elevators work very well and efficiently. This property, overall, was very pleasing, including the staff, and I stay in a lot of hotels. I will likely stay here again in the future. They could improve on the mini fridge and microwave in the standard room, but this property, depending on the nightly rate, generally represents a good value.

Excellent value and comfortable accommodations! The 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury sweet with balcony is a must for families! Breakfast was good and plentiful! Enjoy this hotel asap! The swimming pool and fitness center were in fantastic shape. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were at our beck and call during the entire stay, from providing soap and extra towels to business center access!

This place was nice and clean and probably would have received a 5 except for COVID restrictions. The breakfast area was closed because of COVID and the sack breakfast they gave you was disgusting. Parking was a bit limited. The property was very clean and the staff was friendly.

It was our first stop during our week long vocation but such sad start. Clear pee stains! Front desk response was ok but should provided different room. The room was on the third floor. I was given 13 percent off and few towels to cover the stain.

This one was a tough one. The hotel is actually fine. It was definitely worn out and tired but it was fine. The staff was nice but seemed overwhelmed and short on people available to help. The elevator was broken when we got there, which happens. But it just felt like it was one thing after the other and it made the whole place seem a little forgotten. I would stay elsewhere.

Traveling in these times is hard enough. Getting a rental car was long and tedious, as usual. After an extended flight and more extensive wait on a car, which made the arrival time at the hotel past 10pm, ugh I get to the lobby and no one was there.I waited for about 5 minutes, then I started knocking on the countertop. No one came to the counter, so I started shouting for the Night Auditor, finally a person stuck their head around the corner and said, "I'm not on duty yet and the person is out doing something or other". WHAT..... are you kidding me? I had left messages on the phone that we were late and would arrive after 10pm. We should have been expected. Finally, Maggie (I found her name) came around the corner, kept saying she could not find me in the system. I gave her my reservation paper and immediately she found me. Then she quoted me a price of over $200 than I had booked the room for. I was tired. I was getting upset, confused, and distraught. She yelled at me saying "these are not the total for the room, we have fees and taxes you know!" I had requested a ground floor room, Maggie told me "you 're on the second floor" with no explanation as to why. I ask her where the elevator was, and she just walked away. The absolute worst check-in experience I have ever had. Maggie is intolerable. The rest of the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful.

I am sorry you had so many difficulties before you got to our property and you didn't need any more hiccups in your path. There were no toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived (fortunately I bring my own hand soap when I travel) and the room was never serviced during our stay. It's not really close to anything and the room was average, but it worked as a place to keep my stuff and sleep. I could have found cheaper options if that's all I was looking for though

Husband checked in earlier while I was out with family, if I had been with him and seen it earlier, I would most likely consider leaving. Room looks run down, so different from the photos! We were given a room facing a gambling place and a gas station close by, with huge light polls at night that light up the room due to the balcony door, with cheap blinds.. why have a door with broken blinds by a blackout curtain?? It totally defeats the purpose. Room is so small. We came with 2 little ones, got the suite for more space. Brought a portable crib, it barely fits in the bedroom and we had to put the baby by the double doors to the tv room, and they barely close, so we have lights and outside noise coming in from both doors, not ideal for people who value sleeping in total darkness with small kids. There's SO much street noise, cars running their super noisy engines on the main road by us, I'm actually at the hotel right now as I type this, and can't sleep. I hear people yelling on the street, cars speeding, and honking, etc. To add to it, we brought our pet because we thought this place was “pet friendly”, well not really. When we leave the hotel, we have to take him with us and leave him in the car with the engine and AC running because dogs can't bark in this place! So, we are going to spend the day at the lake tomorrow and I don't know what to do with the dog. Pet friendly was another main reason we chose this place, so we would have to leave him in a boarding place, but we apparently can't keep him here. Microwave size is a joke. Can't fit the bottle sterilizer in there, so I couldn't sterilize my baby's bottles, and had to find another solution at midnight. Dog keeps wanting to bark at the noise and people talking outside, and we are not on the ground level! Noise, noise, noise! It's going to be a long night here, and we have another 2 nights to go. I already regret staying here. If you value a good night of sleep, without noise, and have family with small kids, avoid this place!!

I'm sure that had you explained to them the problems you had, they would have been fixed or repaired. I know the street noise can intrude on a night's rest. We hope it will not deter you from visiting Las Vegas again. We are hoping you will return some time and let us offer you a much better experience.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Location was perfect. There were great restaurants around the hotel as well as anything else you can need. We enjoyed how quiet the hotel and the whole area was. Only 20 minutes from the strip via freeway. I just can't say enough about the amazing weekend we had for such a cheap rate too. We started planning our next trip back before we even got home.

I liked this Best Western. It wasn't the best that I've stayed at, but it was ok. Nothing stands out as exceptional. The best thing about my stay was the price. It was a bargain. The carpets were dingy and could be cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The room was perfect for taking a hot shower and getting a good nights sleep. However, when we returned to our room in the evening our room was not serviced. I called the front desk to ask why our room was not cleaned. The clerks excuse was that housekeeping service was by request only. There are no signs stating this fact, so please ensure that you request housekeeping service the day before. Since our room wasn't serviced, we had no clean towels. The clerk was reluctant in finding us clean towels as their claim was that there was no more clean towels to give out. Terrible. The clerk seemed bothered by our request. Other than not having clean towels the next day, everything else was ok. Again, the best part of my stay was the price. It was a great value for the location.

We have stayed at the Hotel several times without incident. March 2021 We found the breakfast to be subpar. Cold bag breakfast are terrible. We cannot figure the mindset of the hotel. They did not inform the public of not serving hot breakfast.

The staff was so pleasant when we checked in and out. We ordered our breakfast the night before and we picked up our bag in the morning. It was efficient and good. I forgot a pair of shoes in our room and housekeeping had them in a bag when I went back to get them. Our plans changed and we checked out a night early and the staff was very accommodating. Good value for the money,

I was here on business and had already been staying in a large casino resort on the strip for a week. I was so grateful to he away from the casino scene. This hotel is quiet, relaxing and clean! I was able to check in without making making a reservation online, and there were no hassles at all. The beds were comfortable, the room was relaxing and decorated nicely. This hotel is a great alternative to staying in the hustle and bustle of "Las Vegas". There aren't any absurd resort fees, or outrageous parking fees and you aren't constantly having to be cautious of stepping on or over a transient sleeping on the street.

I tried to use the safe in the room and it was locked, I called the front desk to report the problem and I also request house keeping, neither one was done the next day I had to physically go to the front desk to report that the services I needed we're not done.

For a 3 day business trip to Henderson this hotel has been perfect for the last 4 trips. Very spacious rooms (I do reserve the larger suite) front desk is very warm and professional. Pre COVID19 the breakfast bar was more than ample, now we all have to accept change so they allow you a list to fill out and pick up your order in the am.

Immediately upon check in I saw three people in the lobby without masks on. Additionally, the receptionist had their mask pulled down below the nose (which undercuts the purpose of the mask). The tv appears to only access a single channel. Overall not impressed and I don't feel that the hotel is taking our health seriously.

Enjoyed my Labor Day weekend at this property, the hotel was extremely nice. Received a suite upgrade with rewards tier, the value of the room for the price was great. Room was a 1 bedroom suite with a living room and dining room space. For my family it was the perfect size. Had a balcony which was a nice bonus and the bathroom was spacious. Will definitely come again.

I've stayed here before and it was nice. There's no hot breakfast anymore because of COVID-19 just a bagged breakfast. Housekeeping is horrible and apparently no one is checking rooms after they're cleaned. Considering we're in a pandemic you'd expect things to be more thoroughly cleaned. Bathroom and carpet is disgusting. Never staying here again!

When We arrived at the property the manager was using her shirt to cover her face instead of a mask. Staff did not enforce mandatory mask policy at all. I complained that multiple guest were not wearing any sort of face covering. I was met with a blank look and no action taken. Considering I was in town because of a family member in the hospital right next door to the property because of COVID 19 complications, I was very disappointed, so much so we checked out a day early out of concerns for our health and safety.

I parked my pickup truck and trailer in the parking on, under well lit and in view of cameras. I came out the next morning, and someone had stolen my secured motorcycle right off of my trailer. I asked if there was security footage, and the front desk lady couldn't view it because only managers can, and the manager was gone all weekend. I was told that I would be contacted on Monday. I was never contacted. Other than not feeling like my property was safe on their property, the staff was friendly and room was clean. Seriously people, do NOT leave anything of value on a trailer or in your vehicle during your stay.

6/7/20 Stayed here for one night. My room was clean and the bed and bathroom were as good as can be. I stayed on the second floor and no issues with noise from either side of the area. I slept great, the bed was comfortable. I would most definitely return here again if and when in the area.

Was very satisfied with how they treated myself and my service dog. Thank you for everything. The only bad thing was that the room smelled like human pee and it lurked. Other than that super friendly staff and the bed was comfortable! So was the couch.

I stayed for 7 nights in March. Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent size rooms. Area of opportunity as the washing machine was out of operation. When you travel for 8 days and 7 nights, unless you pack that much you may need to do laundry. Will be happy to stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for 2 nights recently & found this place to be OK. The bathroom had some wallpaper/wall covering that was peeling away from the wall & we found hair in the bathtub. On the plus side, the staff were friendly & the breakfast was satisfactory. In a pinch, we would probably stay here again. Ask for a room on the top floor to cut down on the noise from someone on a higher floor.

The stay was fine but the bathroom was disgusting. There was pubic hair in the tub and awful stains on the walls and the back of the door. No telling what that was but I was really grossed out. First time I was grossed out by this hotel.

We stayed for one night with the intent to come back for three more after driving down to Lake Havasu for the weekend. We canceled our last three nights and went elsewhere and mostly for one reason - the overpowering smell of the cleaning products they used. I've never complained about this issue at a hotel before but in this hotel, I couldn't stand it. Also, there was a large business group staying at the hotel and they all needed breakfast at the same time. That made it difficult for others. I get it but maybe there could have been a work around. A heads up? Coffee and muffins on the side with a note that indicated a good time to come back? The staff were scrambling to keep food supplied during this time. There weren't enough places to sit. We thought our room was fine though there were a couple of odd things about it - an awkwardly placed large mirror facing the bed, a patch on the wall finished off with glossy paint over a wall that had a more matte finish and some maintenance on the bathroom floor that needed to happen. Also, we paid a premium for the room as it was Valentine's Day. It seemed unavoidable from what we could see both in Las Vegas and the surrounding area.

Most hotels try to wow you with their opulence as you enter the lobby. The Best Western Plus in Henderson, NV struck me with the logic of their layout. That attention to detail carried through to the room. No hidden agendas. No prolonged searches for the breakfast room or a bar to help you in and out of the bathtub. Everything was right-at-hand. Someone with a brain, I concluded, had planned this hotel. They picked me up at the airport, and deposited me back there again at the end of my stay. And everyone did it with a smile. Beats opulence, every time.

poor customer service I asked for a creamer because there was non by the coffee stand & the front desk clerk gave me attitude about my request & answered in a non courteous manner. rooms were large & comfortable the bed not very comfortable, not enough pillows on the bed. the bathroom lighting was very poor couldn't see inside the shower it was very dark. breakfast was average could have more variety of fruits.

We had a bug running around the bathroom like it lived there. The electric was messed up, the next room blew out our gfi and after the tv would not work. The GFI also had tape covering it for some reason. Staff was very friendly and tried to help but didn't have the knowledge to fix the tv. Our room was directly across from the employee area and they were very loud very early in the morning. Not blaming them just poor room location.

We spent 5 nights and the front desk staff was wonderful. The rooms however have some issues. Very poor lighting and the furniture is so uncomfortable you can not sit on it and relax. We had a suite and it was spacious. However the other issues need to be addressed to make this hotel a comfortable stay. First room had broken drain in tub, no water would come out of the shower head. Avoid room 420 as the furniture is awful. Changed to suite 320 and it was better but next to laundry room. People do not follow the hours posted and were in there during the middle of the night. The living room walls hummed with the washer pressed up against our wall

We stayed here on our way back for Lake Tahoe for one night. The place was really clean and staff were extremely friendly. Free breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were pretty clean too. I will definitely stay at this place if I am in Vegas en route to some place or even if you want to get away from the Casinos this is a great location.

After finally deciding on the BW St. Rose for our staycation, we were welcomed and recognized as Gold level members. We asked for and recieved and upgrade to a first floor suite. The room had an area with sink, microwave and fridge. Nice table and chairs, sofa sleeper, easy chair w/ottoman, dresser and tv. Very comforatble king size bed. Large bath with plenty of counter space, jacuzzi tub, dual head shower. The breakfast definitely needs attention. The plastic utensils were practically useless and the variety was lacking as compared to other BWs. The staff was very friendly and did more than expected do address any issues.

Overall great place, location, but they have fallen on their service; the room was not vacuumed very well; the spa was disgusting. The "free" breakfast needs to be upgraded. I stay at this hotel one week of almost every month, and I feel they are increasing there room cost but not upgrading the service and amenities.

We enjoyed our stay here. Quite a few places to eat or pick up sundries nearby on Eastern. Costco very close by too. Our room was well kept, clean. We had a king suite which gave us plenty of room. Breakfast was good. Easy access.. Staff was friendly. Would gladly stay here again. .

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving Holiday while visiting family. The hotel itself is nice, and clean but there were a few issues. On Thanksgiving day the hotel ran out of hot water -- so there was no hot water in the entire hotel for about 2 hours. The staff seemed unaware but apologetic about the situation. The issue was resolved within a few hours. Other than that it's a nice place for the price point.

Very good and comfertable hotel in Henderson with a better price than others on the night we stayed there. Easy to get to Maccaren international airport-twelve minutes. The service was very good and any request was fulfiled immidietly.

room quality is not at all what i would expect at a BW+. only 1 of the 2 elevators worked and the bathroom in my room worked very poorly overall. I chose the hotel because it was supposed to be a Plus hotel and this is by far the worst one I have yet to stay in.

We've stayed here several times to be close to relatives who live in the area. We like the proximity to Green Valley area as well as the many restaurants and businesses nearby. It's a good place away from the hustle and bustle of the Los Vegas strip but near enough if you have a car rental. Convenient shuttle to the airport as well.

We are touring the western US over a three week period with a budget of not much more than £100 per night hotel costs. To date we have enjoyed some top end motels for this kind of money. Here we are experiencing a quite decent hotel for the same price. Our room is huge, as is the bed, well decorated with plush carpeting and ambient lighting. A fridge, microwave and coffee machine are provided. Our bathroom is just as good. The hotel has a small free form heated swimming pool, and adjacent hot tub. There is even a BBQ for guest use in the pool area. Breakfast is well adequate with hot options. Sunset Boulevard, The Strip, is less than 15 minutes away and The Hoover Dam is reachable in a little over 3O mins. A giant Walmart is less than 10 minutes away and more locally there are plenty of shops and eateries.

What in the world could be better than curtains which don't fully close around the A/C unit, enabling a huge parking lot light to illuminate your room at night? How about a crawling roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night, after you've had a fitful sleep due to the massive light I just mentioned? Well, if that sounds great to you, you ought to stay here. If, on the other hand, you''re not a professional exterminator, you might want to consider other destinations.

We stayed one night after arriving from the UK. Location is easy to find and in a quiet spot. It's well appointed with great friendly staff. We had a problem with the allocated room which was swiftly and pleasantly sorted by the lady on the front desk who upgraded us with no fuss. Breakfast is the usual buffet type arrangement and complimentary. It was a clean area, well appointed and included hot food although we did not try this. The only slight feedback is the bed. It had a mattress topper on it which at first glance looked comfortable but it masked an old mattress which was very soft so with two of us it sagged in the middle. We'd recommend the hotel checks and considers replacing those which are perhaps too soft. Overall, good value, great staff and clean, tidy and easy access. Would use again.

Stayed at this location for a change of pace from Las Vegas. Short drive to our other destinations for the weekend. Left an item behind and was able to call front desk, who saw to it that it was retrieved and held for us. Great staff!

This locations was very convenient for me during my time here in Las Vegas. I have to say the place is clean. The amenities it provides are clean. (Gym,pool,laundryroom) I loved the fact it had a laundry service room ,open late. And the out door pool was also open til late. All the staff I came across were always very helpful and friendly.

The front desk got us checked in quickly and without any issues. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good, there were eggs and sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, toast, bagels, cereal and oatmeal, muffins, cinnamon rolls, danishes, milk, juice and coffee. The pool is open until 10 pm. The fitness room was a little small for the amount of people that were at the hotel when we were there, but other than that it was okay.

I stayed for 3 nights with my husband and 3 year old for a family wedding. Hotel check in was fast and the employee was friendly. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff was quick to respond to additional towels and sheets for my toddler. Breakfast has great offerings of eggs, cereal, breakfast breads, coffee, juice and of course, the best waffles. Hotel is a quick 10 min drive from the strip and there are tons of eating and shopping options near the hotel. We used the pool too and my toddler had a blast. My only complaint is that the little things in the room were dirty. Door jams, drawers pulls and door knobs, telephone. This is usually the case at every hotel, so I always pickup Lysol wipes and spray when we stay at a hotel. Also, walls are pretty thin so things can get noisy at times. I would stay here again and I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfortable spot away from the strip for an affordable price.

Very friendly and helpful check in. Took the grandkids with us so the room we got was a suite and we all just loved it. Very roomy, two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. Very nice swimming pool and spa area. Kept up very well. It was a little ways away from the Strip but not a problem.

The staff was really friendly and helped sign me up for the rewards! They have late check out, early check in, they're pet friendly, and they're prices are affordable! They're located off the strip but in a great area where there are tons of restaurant and stores.

Turned water off, without notice, my Bedroom door was locked, they had no key to unlock, had to wait till 8:30am next day for Maintenance person could take doorknob off to replace, been 4 days still no replacement doorknob just hole in door.

Absolutely everyone we came in contact with was awesome! They were so nice, knowledgeable and kind. I'd absolutely recommend them and stay there again if I needed to. The room was very comfortable and clean..

Up to Best Western's standards. Reported to the front desk that the bath-shower was extremely slippery. Excellent reference by the clerk to a local restaurant across the street. Check in and out was extremely easy. The hotel had plenty of luggage carts.

In Vegas on business after working 11 hours come back to uncleaned room and when I complained I was given sheets and towels to do it myself. I just worked 11 hours can I get a clean room. The answer was No we are completely booked then can someone clean my room again NO, no one is available. Ok can I speak to a manager and again the answer is NO no one is available! WOW is all I could say. Really Best Western really!

Located only a short distance from downtown Las Vegas, this hotel is really very nice. It is very clean, modern, and with all the amenities I favor when travelling. The desk staff were friendly and check in was quick and simple. The room was totally clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and was nicely furnished. This hotel is as good as other, more expensive places and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be here again if I'm back in Las Vegas.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. The price was reasonable. We had only a few small issues. They have those small, square pillows that many place are going to, and we find them annoying. Our bathroom door would open all the way by itself unless you fully latched it. The shower curtain would migrate in toward the middle from the ends during your shower.......you would have to constantly re-close it. Still, all-in-all, it was a good experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We flew into Vegas and was heading for Palm Springs the next day. We chose the Best Western for our 1 night stay because of the location close to shopping and the good rates. We reserved a king room with a balcony. We were both pleased with the room. The free breakfast had a good variety. All the employees were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if in the area.

Very nicely updated, super clean hotel in a good area! Stayed 2 nights and the entire stay was extremely pleasant. Our room was big, comfortable, modern, with super comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, nice pool, every staff member we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very pet-friendly and we felt very welcome with our dog. Parking lot is very safe, faces the windows of all the rooms and is well-lit so we felt very comfortable leaving our full, 20ft moving truck in the parking lot overnight. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Quiet area, no gambling or casino to walk through to the front desk. Good hotel for a regular person or family. Vegas is much more than its glitz. Has a nice pool and good breakfast. Easy access to new interstate 11. Recommended.

recently renovated and it shows.no gaming here. stylish lobby and accents in the rooms. furnishings new and in good condition. i found the mattress too soft. room was clean and staff was friendly. staff gave good advice on where to eat. outdoor pool area has nice setup.hotel has area shuttle but hours are not great as you have to make reservation and it ends at 8pm. evening cookies nice touch. breakfast was above average but still a carb fest. for away from the strip it's a good choice for a stay.

When we stopped we thought the hotel was brand new, it was not. They keep it it great shape. The front desk was very efficient and had a room ready for us even though we were way early to check in. I would stay here again.

My husband, myself, and our 3 year old stayed here 1 night and wished we could have stayed several! When we opened the door we were shocked at how HUGE the room was! 2 king beds but more than half the room was set up like a living room with a full couch, 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table, desk, tv, microwave, mini fridge. The bathroom was even huge! It was just really nice and super clean. Everything in the hotel and room just looked new and it was great!

Dirty curtains had stains all over them. Quite noticeable.tv not working remote not functional. Could not turn tv off. Had to unplug even after it was "fixed." The breakfast area was super clean and the help was awesome.

Looks good outside room not up to standard. Front desk awesome Aileen took my reservation and checked me in and out was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The price for rooms was a little expensive. They called it a 1 bedroom but slidding doors didn't work well.

Very nice hotel. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, although I would have preferred to see the breakfast hours extended until 9:30 and to include English muffins and cranberry juice. Recommended.

As for our stay, we had to deal with the laundry door not functioning for any guest card, so every time you needed to get in, it required going to the front desk and waiting 5-10 minutes to access your laundry. I also used the vending machine on the 4th floor, and upon receiving my drink, it was covered in a sticky film. I opened and found no fizz, and when I inquired the bottle for the exp. date, it was (5) months past date of October 18'. On top of that, the machine charged my card $5 instead of the posted $1.50 For full disclosure, we are traveling across country for cancer care, and on this stay I reached out to request a discount of some sort, as AAA and other memberships offered no help on their prices. I was able to barely garner a 10% discount, so that was encouraging. Although, it did take going through three different contacts and following up for a week to even get a response. All that being said, we are heading home now, after a month of living out of suitcases and taking care of what really matters...life. I reached out to see if they could at least do the same discount and was met with curt resistance and begrudgingly got it for one night. As our planes changed this last week, we realized we would be there two nights and I asked if they could add one more night, at the same rate. Long story short, it was an emphatic 'no'. Now, I am trying to get my reservations cancelled and hoping they will at least have the heart to do that.

The staff are very attentive and and work hard to my your stay an enjoyable one! The mattresses were the most comfortable which made me have the best sleep ever, quaintly decorated with black out curtains. You're gonna enjoy your stay here at the Beat Western Hotel and they even have a pool for summer fun.

Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great location for our needs during our stay. Neighbors were noisy but not the hotels fault. Only fault was not enough shampoo and conditioner for 2 people. Beds a little too soft for us. Also over priced due to March Madness weekend.

My family and I stayed here on March 9, 2019. We got a king suite with balcony. It was just the right size for us and very clean. Staff was very friendly. We plan on staying here again in April. The only thing that was a little off was we pre checked in online and put what time we'd be there. But when we got there we were told there would still be about a 2 hour wait. Best Western is my favorite hotel brand and I work for one. So try to stay loyal.

I have stayed at this Hotel for multiple times over the last three years and each time it has been a pleasure. Staff is very helpful and the rooms are always kept clean and nice. Morning breakfast has a lot of choices from Scrambled eggs and sausage, fruit, cereal, milk both fat and 2%, Juices, coffee water and oatmeal.

Stayed here due to being less for a Saturday night stay compared to the hotels along the strip. Lots of new growth in the area to give you options to look around for dining. Clean hotel with a good breakfast selection. Would stay here again.

Bad pillows. Loud heater fan. I had asked for other pillows and they were ALL the same. Unbelievable. Also, the heater fan was so loud that every time it came on, it would wake me up. I will not do this every again. Totally unacceptable.

Breakfast was good but stayed here for 10 days. It would be nice if they changed it once in a while. My bedsheets has old stains which they change immediately. We had trash bag that were not picked up everyday and when I asked my son to bring it down beside the trash bin which cannot fit. One of the hotel staff got angry with my son.

It is a nice hotel but the walls are so thin its ridiculous. Hward the TV on one side like it was in our room and onw the other side we could hear them snoring. The property is nice, bed is good. Nice to be able to bring our dog, but they could use a spot for the dogs outdoor space.

The internet here is horrible, it's like slow dial up. You get kicked off a lot. Breakfast ok but no meat. They do offer almond milk. Bathroom is so dark it's like showering in a cave. Tiles in bathroom floor all loose and bathtub squeaks like it's ready to fall to lower level when you are in it. Hair was hanging off a bunch of chairs in the breakfast area and under the tables the first day we were there, it made me gag. Staff is nice and beds were nice and comfy. This is the 4th BW we stayed in over our vacation and I was not impressed.

Hello cjfog92: First let me apologize for your disappointing experience at our property. I did follow up with my WIFI provider to confirm all ports were in fact working properly, and did a speed test. I's sorry that you had been experiencing the uncleanliness in the breakfast area, I am shocked that my staff allowed to it to get that way. I have currently checked all the chairs, and under the table tops and there are currently no hairs hanging from them. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Very pleasant, clean hotel with a great staff. Could use a few small improvements for creature comforts. Wish they had USB ports in the room, and would have liked a charging outlet by the bed, rather than across the room. But overall a very good experience.

Stayed at this Best Western for 2 nights. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly & helpful. Appreciate not being charged the typical resort fee that other hotels in the Las Vegas/Henderson area charge.

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean, the hotell staff is very friendly and helpful. They pic you up from the airport and also will drive you to destinations in Henderson during your stay. Free breakfast. It's a very quiet place and quiet surroundings.

We went for a girls weekend and this hotel has 1 bedroom king suites so it gave us a lot of room to gather in one suite. The rooms were large and had a pull out sofa so it worked out great for 2 people to share. Staff friendly, easy access, would stay again. My only negative is that the lights in the room are very dim. It needs brighter lights especially where the table is located and in the bathrooms. We pulled an end table over to the table and took the lampshade off the lamp to give us lighting.

I have stayed here twice during visits with family. The rooms are very nice; m 2nd visit I stayed in one of the 2 bedroom/2 bath suites which had a full size refrigerator and a microwave, along with a wet bar area with counter height stools. The king bed in the smaller bedroom was quite comfortable and the shower in the bath was great-the smaller bedroom does not have a tub/shower combo. There is also a small safe in the closet. The balcony was nice; it had a couple of chairs and a small table but not much of a view since it's on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast was good; there was juice, milk, coffee, tea, yogurt, cold cereal, bread/pastries, fresh fruit, waffle maker, eggs and one other hot item which changed daily. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. The location works great for me since it's less than a 5 minute drive to my relative's home. I will be staying here again.

We were so tired of driving and just needed a decent place to sleep and shower-we read the reviews and stopped. Maleia was front desk clerk and at first stated They were booked solid and did not have a room available but when I told her that we were driving across the country and it was three in the morning could we please just get a room she was able to accommodate me which my companion and I really appreciated at the time. The room was comfy and extra pillows were brought up even though Maleia was the only person staffed at 3am check in. She went over and above her duties to accommodate and make sure we were happy . The free breakfast was decent and after driving 768 miles in a U-Haul-we needed it. They are pet friendly and did not charge us a deposit for our service dog which I also really appreciated when everyone else in the area wanted $100 deposit for our service dog (emotional support animals are usually charged .)

We just had a one night stopover in route to California. We really enjoyed being away from the center of Vegas. We were upgraded to a 2 room suite and it was great! Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. Breakfast had all the basics covered. Weight room also had the basics. Would have loved some lighter weights and a yoga ball, but it was good enough for a basic workout

This was a great find - and perfect for our short stay. Suite hotels are nice when traveling with extended family. We especially liked the fact that we were able to get a two room suite with each room having a king bed. The Suite was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff members we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well for our limited needs. The location was a reasonable drive (or cab) to the strip and was very convenient to the airport. There are also a large number of restaurants a short driving distance from the hotel.

Rooms were spacious, and location good for those who need to frequent St. Rose Hospital or any of the medicals facilities in close proximity. Only a mile or so from I-15, so it's easy to find. It is tucked behind Remedy's pub, a Chevron station, and close to the post office. Best entry is via Seven Hills Dr off St. Rose Pkwy.

This may be the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed in - it felt much more upscale, but we got it at a bargain price. There was only one person working check-in, so that took awhile, but she made each guest feel welcome, and did not rush the process. Breakfast was the typical offerings, and was fine. The breakfast area was light and airy and very nice.

While on vacation my wife and I spent one night at this Best Western Hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, as was the bed. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good and had a large selection of breakfast items to choose from. Check in and check out was very efficient. We also used the guest washer and dryer for our clothing which was nice and convenient.

We spent a couple of nights because we could not closer to Las Vegas Used two free nights B/W points Hotel gave us a real nice room , no problems, no issues! Breakfast was outstanding B/W ONCE again holds up well Thank you

Two night stay to visit family. Nothing to do with the typical "Vegas" activities. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I especially noticed how quiet the A/C was. Our room was right next to the elevator hall; not a problem. I noticed the same issue I do in most hotels. That is the blackout curtains never overlap enough to keep out the 5AM sunlight. The breakfast was typical but adequate.

After a lifetime of quiet business travel, had to transport a family member to memory care. He challenged the staff and other guests but the staff acted with immense patience and tolerance and he settled down, thank God! Cannot praise staff enough.

This Best Western is very nice, clean, quiet and modern, a perfect place to rest after a long day of house-hunting.We really appreciate that we can bring our dog. The staff is so nice, too. It's a great Henderson location, and for great morning coffee try the Bad Owl which isn't too far away.

WOW! Had I known the accommodations were going to be this great, I wouldn't have planned last leg of trip at Marriott Resort. The room (suite) was spacious, well appointed, and the breakfast was perfect for family. Close by everything. Staff was very nice too!!!

This is a modern hotel where rooms are accessed from an interior corridor. Our room was very nice with microwave and refrigerator, although the refrigerator did not have a separate freezer compartment. Staff were all very pleasant. We arrived between 3:00 and 4:00 in the afternoon and I went by the front desk to confirm that check in time was 4:00. The lady at the desk said yes, but the room was ready so we could check in now, which was appreciated because it was a very hot day. I used the fitness center which is open 24 hours. Breakfast and the breakfast room were very good. This seems like a quality operation.

You can't go wrong staying at this property; your treated very important to them and it shows in their service. They can't do enough for you, what ever you need they will make every effort to fill your needs. There is no question my next trip in this area this is where I will be staying!

I stayed at this property when an unexpected dust storm placed itself in the way of my travels. I stopped early and all the rooms vacated had not been cleaned. The person at the front desk offered to allow me to sit in the lobby until my room was cleaned. As soon as one came up I was checked in quickly and efficiently. When I got to the floor the cleaning staff was in the hallway. I asked for additional coffee since it was going to be a long day. No questions asked I was given 8 pods of coffee. The room was large and the bed and pillows very comfy. The coffee was good while sitting in a chair with my legs up. Breakfast was good and again staff very friendly. This is a beautiful property with a very nice pool and fitness center. Give it a try.

We arrived about one hour early for check-in and our room was ready. The room was quite large and nicely decorated. My children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. I was offered a goodie snack bag upon check-out as a club member. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is one of the very few Best Western Hotels in the Las Vegas area that actually upgrades Diamond Rewards members to a great room, this time to a 2 room King Suite. Check in was pleasant and quick. The pool was a welcome amenity in 125 degree weather. A great pub/restaurant is right across their parking lot. Will come back again and again.

Location of the facility is in an area where we are home shopping. There is a bar & grill, gas station and mini mart a few yards away. It is far away from the strip, but that wasn't the reason we stayed there. The 215 freeway is close by and there are a few large casinos nearby. Green Valley Ranch, South Pointe and the M. The shuttle does not go to the strip. It has a 6 mile radius but we didn't need it. Parking can be limited due to the bar & grill being open 24/7. I probably won't stay there again even though I'm a Best Western Diamond member.

Very enjoyable 5 night stay while in the Henderson area. Hotel was well located for our leisure stay purposes although only one eating possibility within short walking distance. Hotel is nicely furnished and very clean - rooms are spacious and well appointed. Complimentary breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional. Will certainly consider staying there again on our next visit to Henderson.

We walked into a superbly decorated & open greeting area that would rival any Luxury hotel, with clerks that were more than welcoming. The clerk seeing we'd stayed at other BW hotels shared their point value system with us. We reached our room & it to was clean & bed comfortable, more comforts than home. We had a quiet room, as this BW was close to roads but apparently built to keep out noise. The Clerk shared in exact directions how to get to other places, one being the South point Casino, we'd heard so much about--so went there for dinner. Got up & enjoyed their more than ample dishes for breakfast & was on our way. Very relaxing place, just south of Las Vegas. Highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Most of the amenities rivaled more luxury hotels I've stayed in. The staff is friendly and the facility is spotless. I loved the free wifi and the abundant outlets, even in the breakfast room, which also made it a nice co-working space once breakfast was over. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a nice big desk and a seating area so the room was almost like a suite. I had a little trouble wrangling the shower and could only get a scalding or freezing shower, but frankly I was so happy with everything else, I sucked it up and forgot to report it, took a bath instead :-) This was a compromise when I was unable to get a room at the host hotel for my conference, about 5 min away. in the end I'm happy it worked out this way because I saved over $100 a night staying here and was very happy. With what I saved, I don't feel so bad having lost a little at the blackjack table! Will definitely return to this hotel if i have business in Henderson again.

We really enjoy this hotel, it is clean, bright and airy. We like to book a king size suite for comfort and room to move around. Housekeeping to a great job, our room was perfect each day. The breakfast room was very busy, however the items were continually replenished.

When I heard I was coming to Henderson on business I did some research to figure out where I wanted to stay, I don't like the strip so that wasn't an option. I found out they have a airport shuttle and I was sold, it only took about 15 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel and there was a little bit of traffic on the way. Once I got to the hotel I was surprised because the pictures didn't do it justice, it was very nicely laid out with an open breakfast layout just like some of the bigger name hotels I have stayed at. Two elevators which is nice, they said they were busy but you couldn't tell it by how they acted or noise in the area. My room looked over the city and it was beautiful at night, very relaxing in the evening. Be was comfortable and I loved that the five pillows on my bed were different so if one was too soft I just grabbed another one and it was a little firmer. Check in and out was smooth and the clerks were very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to do in the area. This is a gem in the midst of a lot of bigger name hotels, I will be back for sure

We did not want to stay on the strip so I booked this hotel. We went middle of April and the weather was just right for us. We are in our seventies and could not fault this hotel for service, food selection at breakfast. room was excellent with wonderful views of Vegas and the mountains in background. We stayed on the top fourth floor in room 425 all odd numbers seem to be on the front of the hotel so best book one of those and top floor if poss. They have a good lift service so no problem for us.. We hired a car at the airport, in advance, which is a must if you want to see more of Vegas and surrounding areas. Took a US sat nav with us which was a god send. So this hotel is in a wonderful location for that reason. Also no resort fees. Overall could not fault our stay in this hotel, very high standards. Vegas just 20 minutes drive away. Must have car for transport otherwise stay in one of the strip hotels. We chose this hotel for being a bit quieter and Best Western have a good reputation. This was our first visit to the USA an this hotel made our stay very pleasant. Remember you need a front room and top floor if poss.

We were welcomed and registered without any problems. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. We had a early trip scheduled and gone before breakfast began. We did partake the next morning and was very satisfied. The staff were accommodating. The only thing I did not like was there was no exhaust in the bathroom or window. I feel you need to have one or the other. Enjoyed.

Stayed 2 nights 4/9 and 4/10. Room was dark and lightening not the greatest. We were in room 420 which was a King suite. The pillows were terrible, worn out and not fluffy at all. Towels were also thin. Seems like time to get new towels and bed linen. The safe did not work upon entering the room. Did have maintenance come and reset it. Also the bathroom sink faucet leaked a lot. Did tell the front desk about this. Seems these items should of been caught by the cleaning personnel. The room itself was clean and the TV's worked well. It is just an outdated hotel with outdated furniture. Breakfast not that great. In fact skipped it the 2nd day. Would we stay there again. Probably not. If Best Western had a satisfaction guarantee we would of requested a partial refund.

Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was quiet. Appreciated the many choices at breakfast. We have some children with dietary restrictions and it was great to have almond milk and other things available they could eat.

The hotel was awesome, we ended up needing to stay an extra night. The lady at the front desk moved some things around so we could. That is service, give her a raise and thank you all for a wonderful stay!!!!

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. We stayed on the back side of the hotel and in the mornings you can hear the local truck drivers using the side streets behind the hotel to deliver their freight. The noise did not bother us too much, but you know it's there. The breakfast surprised me, the eggs were round processed pucks, not like the hot cooked eggs at the Costa Mesa hotel we stayed at. The hotel room was nice.

Late flight into Vegas and I stayed one night only. I was leaving the next day for hiking trip. I normally stay at BW hotels because I like the cleanness, bed comfort and breakfast in the morning. This BW is close to airport, without hearing the plans takeoff and landing and as always it was a perfect night's sleep. I would defiantly recommend this hotel. I will be staying there again the night before I leave because I have an early flight out the next morning. Thanks BW for another good stay!

I'm a best western diamond member I live in the uk and visit US often.I have stayed in this hotel many times,I booked a suite in January which they said was available, however when we arrived on 8th March they had given our room away and stuck us in a room at the back of the hotel with trucks revving their engines at 4-00 am.I complained and they moved us,when I checked out they promised us a suite on our return ,again they gave it away,rang their regional manager on her cell phone didn't even have courtesy to reply,customer service is appalling,NEVER,NEVER ,have I been treated like this in any other best western. WONT BE STOPPING HERE AGAIN APPALLING.this is a pity as the hotel has a high standard of cleanliness.

We had never experienced Best Western in Las Vegas so we gave it a try allowing our pooch to stay also. We arrived much earlier than check-in and Lora went to all efforts to get us a room before check-in so we could do errands on servicing our car. Our suite was awesome comparable to any on the strip great amenities and no resort fees!!!

The location of this hotel is about 15 mins drive from the Las Vegas Strip. I chose this hotel because it away from the crowd, no resort fees, free parking, breakfast. Rental car can take you any point of interest. The room we stayed in has view of the back side/swimming pool. We got the room with 2 queen and it is spacious. Comfy bed, very clean, make up room everyday, coffee is available anytime. Front desk are very friendly, Eileen and David. Our flight was in the evening so we requested for late check out. Fitness center and heated swimming pool are available. Will stay in this hotel again when in Vegas

After reading the reviews, I was expecting much more. While the room itself was adequate, we were next to the elevator. Every time the elevator went by, it shook the room and woke us up. In addition, the heater/A/C would not work. When I mentioned these issues to the desk clerk, she said, “Yeah, we've had some problems.” The room also could have been cleaner. Finally, you could hear people running up and down the hall in the middle of the night. Sadly, I won't be returning.

I saw a lot of the reviews giving 5 stars for this property I stay in a lot of hotels , most are major brands like Marriott / Hilton / Sheraton .. so I may be spoiled ... but I have to say my recent experience was not at that level. ..The hotel is pretty loud from room to room, you can hear phone conversation thru the walls .. the finishes are a little warn ( time for a remodel?) . The included breakfast was pretty average.. .This hotel was booked thru a sports travel company and they certainly did not negotiate a great rate .. I see better rates on internet .. but for what we paid is did not meet expectations.

I stayed for one night at the Best Western St. Rose Parkway. The Best Western is very nice and modern. There is a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Parking is free. The staff is super nice. The breakfast in the morning is good. I liked the king size room. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable. There was also a very nice seating area with couch and comfortable chair. There was a desk area with free internet. Its about 2 miles away from Green Valley Ranch Casino if one wants to enjoy some of the Las Vegas action close by. I stayed there as I had a free night being a Best Western member. I liked it enough though that I would consider staying there again. Overall, its a superb Best Western.

We stopped for one night at the Best Western and were very happy with our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were quiet and clean. This is a newer building so it is in nice shape. The only downer was the breakfast which could have had something other than Mexican food to go along with their great waffles. Everyone I saw that selected then spicier options, dumped it. I would definitely go there again. There is a nice restaurant 50 yards away, with good food and prices.

We stayed here after a late flight in and before continuing on to Arizona. It's close to the airport, good price (February), free parking, and close to lots of amenities and stores. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were great and clean. Close to a lot of restaurants. Great amenities. The included brekafast was good. The pool and hotub area were nice and clean. The lobby was very clean. Lots of parking.

We really wanted to like this place and it came close to 4 stars but we had several issues that in total meant only a 3 star rating from us (I would do 3.5 if I could). The staff was nice and friendly, the room fairly clean and the bed was very comfortable along with a ton of TV channels to watch more so than almost any other hotel we have ever been in. Our main issue was the breakfast which is highly touted by the hotel. Breakfast runs from 6 to 9 so when we got there at 8 most of the good proteins were gone, eggs etc. Either the hotel doesn't provide enough food for each morning or the bunch there that morning were pigs and ate it all up, we don't know which it was. We had to stop and pick up some breakfast when we left and that is not what a Best Western Plus hotel is about, it's about a complete meal and it's in the room price! Buy more food.

Great Hotel to stay with the family and they have Great Breakfast too! We received excellent service and the place and room is very clean. Staff were friendly and provided great service during our stay.

On our way to Arizona we overnighted two nights to break up the trip for ourselves and our pup. Got a suite with a king bed for a fair price, since all their dog friendly double queens were taken. This place was very adequate breaky was fine place was clean, bed was good nothing spectacular but all in all good. We would stay here again. Being dog friendly is very good.

Good trip location. Very comfortable and quiet. Loved the fact that they had frozen dinners and snacks for sale near lobby as we were too tired to go out for dinner. Lighting in room was a little dim.

Drove from Nebraska to this hotel. It was a very satisfying location to take a break from my drive. It is safe, in a good location, is staffed by nice people, and has a clean, inviting appearance. I would stay here again.

Stay anywhere else, very dirty, holes in walls, would never stay here again. Breakfast was alright, but limited hours. Never enough towels to registered guests, despite repeated requests. Bathroom not workable for a single person, with 4 people it was impossible.

Great place to stay if you want some place a bit quieter in Vegas. We had our children, so didn't want to be right on the strip. Clean, friendly staff. Even had dairy and gluten free options for breakfast.

Went to get change me and my 2 year old daughter had to rate about 8 minutes so the Female at the front desk could finish her online shopping, she she was rude to me because i made her hurry just for change

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, AMAZING staff. From check in the staff were all smiles and very friendly. Very helpful when asking for directions. Rooms were beautiful, beds were very comfortable. Very Clean and the housekeepers did a wonderful job. Pool was great!

Over all, great stay. 2nd time staying in this hotel, and will be back again. Staff was friendly, and over all stay was great. Was close to family, and far away from the strip, which is perfect. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed over Christmas eve and Christmas day. The breakfast was minimal because they gave the employees the day off, but that was a nice thing on their part. The room was very clean and well designed. I would recommend this hotel while in Henderson, Nev.

We had a 3 - room suite on the bottom floor. Was a great room, with 2 TVs, gorgeous shower (big enough for two).., and very comfortable beds....plus QUIETE. Highly recommend, especially if you are traveling with a dog.

I like places where everything seems to work as you would expect. Doesn't have to be exceptional but if it checks all or most of the boxes that's a good thing. Many people go to Vegas to spend some crazy time in the big Casino's. This Best Western is not that type of place. It's in a great location, super clean, and presents a great value for your money. I don't have any skin in the game but if you get their credit card you will receive 50,000 points towards free rooms. For instance, I have stayed in a number of places using my points and have loved it. If you have a high status with another program they will match it. To me, it's a wonderful program. Try it, you just might like it. BTW - if I added just an ounce of goodness to this review please consider giving me a helpful vote. Santa says I need one more vote to get on the good list. Thanks

Overall the hotel wsas nice but Air conditionor was broken and the rooms were not clean. Found hair in the bed. The bed wasnt clean at all. I would not recoomend this hotel for anyone. Need to hire someone to inpect the rooms

Convenient place to stay while checking out Henderson, NV. We were looking at new houses with the idea of possibly purchasing in the next 12 months. The hotel was easy to get to off the I15 and there was a nice selection of restaurants in the area.

Had a one night stay at this St Rose property and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect. Clean room, comfortable bed , and courteous staff. It is my new ATF. Also the breakfast was very well put together with lots of choices. I will make this my only hotel I use in the Vegas area .

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel staff was professional & friendly, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the coffee & breakfast was good, the lobby & rooms were new and super clean, the price was great. Definitely I would stay there again.

Great stay. Layover spot to our final destination. It was away from the craziness of the strip but not far from delicious eating establishment as well as basic shopping. Breakfast wad pretty good considering a continental breakfast.

The hotel is in a nice part of town that is convenient to services and the freeways. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had space to stretch out. I stayed for a total of three nights. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection of items.

Very clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. Beautiful design. The breakfast was free unlike other hotels close. It was a great place to stop without going into the heart of Las Vegas, but still had access to anything you need.

We usually stay at South Point but for a Saturday night it was too expensive and I don't like the "resort fee" at all. This was only 15 minutes away as we do like the casino and restaurants. Easy in and out. Very good size room and the eggs were the best we have ever had at a Best Western.

My stays are of the business nature interviewing, hiring and training for openings in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas. This location has been exceptional with providing my needs for extra room accommodations, to boardrooms for training far more reasonable than if I were to book with Regis day office or board room settings.

The employees at this hotel went way out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! If I am ever in vegas, I WILL be staying here. The room and cleanliness of the hotel was way above standards and it was so pleasant! Best best western I have stayed at!

Very nice location and amenities. Beds were very comfortable and staff was helpful and efficient. Very family friendly as when I stayed there was a large group getting ready for a sporting event. WiFi and TV in the room. Easy access around the hotel. The pool and spa area was undergoing cleaning. Close access to food and Henderson.

the hotel was nice clean here are my issues if I ever stay the pillow's in the room are not even usable - I am a small person they should have soft comfortable pillows I lost 3 hrs sleep because of the hard - large pillow you offer the breakfast buffet ran out of many items - coffee, bagels,etc

I stayed at this hotel as it was the closest to my family, whom I was visiting. Having never stayed at a Best Western I did not have high expectations but was very pleasantly surprised by the over all experience. Good value, excellent service, very quiet room, comfortable bed. If I ever go back there I will stay there again.

This property provides very comfortable accommodations with excellent service in a convenient location. The staff is pleasant, responsive, and helpful. The breakfast is well-presented, generous, and convenient.

Stayed using points and was upgraded to two room suite. Very clean. Everything in good working order. Reported the ice machine not working and it was fixed within the hour. Copper Keg restaurant, located in the same parking lot, is nothing special but had pretty good burgers. Nice to no have to drive anywhere for dinner. Breakfast at hotel was very good, eggs, bacon, etc.

I was in Las Vegas for a short stay to see friends. Not wanting to deal with the Las Vegas tourist traffic on the morning I left I decided to stay about as fa south as I could. As it turned out one of the friends I traveled to see lived just a few miles away. Plan worked great.

This hotel is rather nice the only drawl back was they were working on the pool and hot tub while I was there 2 weeks and I really wanted to use this. The beds could be a little better. All in all this place is a nice stay.

St. Rose Parkway is in Henderson but it is minutes and freeways away from Las Vegas. And this hotel property is a real rose. Well managed and staffed with above average rooms and below average prices. My nearly monthly trips to the Valley now include the Best Western Plus on St. Rose no matter where my appointments might be in the Metro area.

Nicer than average. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms. Only rated a 4 because we called the week before to inquire about the pool hours and availability, only to find the pool closed when we got there....for our entire stay. That was very disappointing.

My room was clean, quiet, well appointed, and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. I would gladly recommend this hotel to a friend.

Business conference. I stayed for two nights and commuting to Green Valley Ranch every day. So, I do not have more experience with the hotel itself. I want to use a swimming pool but I did not have time for it.

Big Clean Rooms, great breakfast, value for your money if booked in advance and direct from their website. Excellent location to enjoy Las Vegas Strip without the noise and close enough to freeways to visit the beautiful surrounding areas.

24 hour coffee & tea service was the BOMB! Breakfast was a great added value. The fitness room, pool and jacuzzi also added the perfect extras for us during our stay to help keep us focused and alert for our conference.

Very nice in room appointments. The bed was very comfortable. For the rate I was able to pay it was a great deal. the room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

No food places close by. If you like taverns and beer, you will fare well. Any diet concerns, you will need to drive to find something. People are great service is great. Just no food. The place is clean and they do allow dogs as I recall. Non smoking which is good for us.

Was here for family reunion. The room rate was less than I would have expected. The property is well kept. The room was clean and quite large and had a safe. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Complimentary breakfast was very convenient. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful - above average. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Check in was quick with very friendly staff. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Only complaint on the room was an over powering scent from the a/c heater. Hot breakfast was offered with a number of cereal options as well. Right off the Saint Rose Parkway.

The only slight irritant to the BW is that coming from the east, there is no direct entry into the property. You have to make a U turn and then turn into the property between the hotel and another business. If you miss that entry you have to go around again. The front desk personnel is as helpful as can be. We checked in a little early and was given a choice of floors. I asked for directions to a business out of the area and Aillen gave me a printout! Fabulous! The room smelled clean, appeared maticulously in place, and proved very comfortable and quiet. Nothing more to ask for! And you couldn't have gotten a better breakfast at a restaurant.

Had a nice king suite on the 4th floor. Very spacious and clean. Checked out the spa and it has awesome jets. Located away from the strip but still close to restaurants, casinos, and shopping. Nice sized property and very well maintained.

This hotel was outside of the Vegas Strip, but only 10-15 minutes away. The cost, however, made the short trip well worth it. The rooms were very nice, breakfast was great and for a fraction of the cost.

Hotel is clean and newer. This is our second stay in just over a year. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is updated and clean. We find this the perfect stop for a quick night stay as we continue our trip to Southern California from Northern Utah.

Really nice property. Close to Las Vegas activities and attractions. Kopper Keg restaurant and bar right across front lot. Property has off-site room service option but it was nice to have a decent restaurant so close.

The hotel is very easily found, just off St Rose Parkway on the edge if Henderson. It's in what is very much a medical neighbourhood, full of hospitals and clinics and opposite a US Post Office Depot. As a result the neighbourhood is very quiet in the evening. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and the suites are huge. There are restaurants nearby, but I would avoid the one in the parking lot as the food is not very good. Better is Remedy's, a block away but there are many on Eastern Avenue.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Great staff and rooms. They made us feel like the most important guests; nothing short of excellent service by the persons at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again and refer anyone I know coming to the area to stay here.

We loved this hotel. Only stayed one night, but would have stayed more if our trip allowed. We usually stay in Best Westerns if we can as we love their motels and love the Breakfast. Also very nice pool

It was excellent I will come back again. Staff was great and professional!!! Since I walked in the workers were courteous and very knowledgeable about their location. I will definitely come back in the future.

All was very good with our stay. Only issue was the in room air conditioner was noisy and rattling. Hotel is only 1 mile from grandkids and I will be staying here from now on when I get out to see them.

Best Western St. Rose Pkwy offers great value in the Las Vegas area. The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Las Vegas and a 15 minute drive from the McCarran International Airport. The location of the hotel is nothing special, but there is a restaurant next door as well as a gas station to fill up your rental car before returning it to the airport. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean and there is full breakfast in the morning.

Beautiful one bedroom suite with balcony. It has a "kitchen" counter with stools but be advised it is not a kitchenette so you might choose to bring a few plastic cups for your beverages and anything else to make your relaxing or entertaining more user friendly. Full size refrigerator and microwave, too. Since it is such a relaxing room it's nice to be able to "stay in" if you so choose. There's a nice little restaurant across the parking lot so if you want to take it back to your room make sure you have utensils to eat with. We have family in the area and stayed at another hotel and this was far superior.

I've stayed at Best Western Plus in St. George multiple times and loved it so I decided to give this one a try....wish I hadn't. Upon arrival they told me they had to upgrade my room so I now had a room with a kitchenette. Whatever, it was one night and not a big deal to me. The manager then left to go make sure our new 'upgrade' was cleaned and ready. After being in the room a bit I noticed my bags and papers sticking to the kitchen counter. I looked for a towel or washrag to wipe whatever it was....none to be found. There is a full fridge, small sink and microwave so you should really have the things you might need in there. I grabbed a bath washrag and wiped down the entire counter.....gross!! Later that evening as we were getting the sofa bed out for our kids we noticed hair, and punch all over the sheets. Not punch stains but actual hard dried punch of some kind. I thought maybe I would just try to pull up the sheet and try to make due but it had been kicked down to the end of the bed....obviously slept in and not made....never mind that! I called the front desk and was told they could bring me a new set of bedding but didn't know what else to due as housekeeping was gone for the night. When the manager arrived I showed her all the things I just explained and she was disgusted then watched as I stripped and began making up the bed. She said since I was only there one night to just leave all the dirty sheets in the corner and they'd get them in the morning when we left. I then showed her the towel from the 'kitchen' counters and she again seemed very disgusted. She said she didn't think that was right and was going to look into who cleaned the room and make sure they do better next time. I heard and saw nothing more, even when I checked out and paid cash for our dirty room the next morning. Our breakfast was the best part of our stay which was a nice surprise, if not for that I would've rated it less. I do like the décor and layout but not enough to clean my own hotel room that I'm paying $140/night for.

Such a nice Surprise! Off the strip. We received so much information about the area. Free hot breakfasts and very good. Nice start to the day. Quiet nights sleep after a long flight. There were restaurants within walking distance.

I liked this location since its away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas. Large room and great staff! Even though my room was near the elevator I couldnt hear any noise from it. Staff helpful with getting utensils that the delivery man forgot in my order.

When I first found this place several years ago, I knew that this would be my choice for the future. I had previously stayed in casino hotels in my annual visits, but the add'l resort fees and bustle of the Strip drove me to this peaceful and affordable hotel. I love this place!

If you are in the Las Vegas area on business I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus St. Rose Pkwy. The staff are very accommodating from arranging areas such as board rooms at a very good price to hold meetings or interviews. There is free parking, internet, and a good breakfast to start your day.

We stayed in a king room. We were surprised at the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. The staff was very friendly. We didn't have any problems with the reservations. The room that we got was a great value for the price that we paid. The continental breakfast was fantastic.I would recommend to anyone passing through the area.

We stayed here for 5 days. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and hot, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The walls are thick, which made the room very quiet. Our only suggestion would be to adjust the stairwell doors and room doors so that they don't slam when people go in and out. Other than that, we slept soundly and were refreshed. We definitely would stay there again!

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was Great, the rooms were Great. This hotel gets a 10 from us!! Everyone had a smile on their face and they were so willing to help with anything we needed! I will definately stay at Best Westerns from now on! I hope they are all like this one!!

The staff here could not have been any better, when we had some problems they were so helpful, especially the reception staff and manager. The room was huge with a lounge, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. A little dated and lacking in colour all through the hotel but clean. Breakfast was free and adequate. Pool small and very shaded in the afternoon which suited us.

I booked this visit through Priceline, and did so because of the excellent reviews it received on Priceline and on Trip Advisor. The reviews said it was a clean and quiet hotel. Reality: it is anything but those two things. Let me start by saying the front desk staff was courteous and seemed to care about my concerns, but they also seemed like they get constant complaints about the noise. I suppose there is no amount of customer service that can do anything about poor construction. I am currently on floor 3 of a 4 floor hotel, and the people above me were clearly up until after 11am and got up at 6 and I could hear every single step they took, drawer they opened, and plumbing they used. I don't think they were intentionally being rude, its just the floors are extremely thin… which now makes me nervous to walk around and disturb the people below me. What *can* be affected by humans at this point is the cleanliness of the hotel. First thing I noticed is all the staining (toothpaste drops? Lotion?) on the front of the sink/vanity. I clean mine at home… shouldn't I expect a hotel to have a clean one, and not one covered in mystery drops/stains? The WORST though, was pulling back my sheets last night to be greeted by a big long black hair. Are you kidding me? I almost puked. I was also way too tired at that point to deal with it and I had already called front desk about the noise. I hate to think that I was sleeping on sheets that I got to share with the stranger who was in the room before me. Oh goodie. I talked to the front desk clerk this morning and she seemed embarrassed (I would be too) and said she would get me a new room, and one on the 4th floor (and she then said a lot of people complain about the noise). I told her I wanted her to make sure the room was CLEANED. She agreed to that. I don't understand what goes on in the hospitality industry that these simple things are missed so badly. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on the noisiness alone… but to then add filthiness to it is a bridge too far. I wrote to corporate thinking they should be made aware of the situation here. Hopefully my next 4 nights won't be as bad as this first, and hopefully they will actually put clean sheets on the bed and clean the bathroom. I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1 because the front desk staff has been very nice to me and it's not their fault this place is what it is.

Decided to stay here based on the reviews and the price seemed good as well. For us it was out of the way for our needs, but the price was what pulled us in. The room seemed to be falling apart, along with it being dirty. The wallpaper was torn, lining in the tub was peeling and sharp, curtain was torn, tub didn't drain, plenty of nicks and dings in the furniture. The sweet lady at breakfast struggled to keep breakfast items stocked, but in her defense it was constantly busy and she is only one person. Breakfast is the standard make your own waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, dry oatmeal, yogurt. Overall not an awful place to stay but not one I would stay at again.

The bed was too soft. If you don't have a strong stomach stay away from the Egg with Cheese. The room was clean. They do allow dogs in the hotel. Hopefully only certain rooms allow this. Also the hotel is a none smoking hotel

We were here for 6 nights while visiting family in Henderson. We were upgraded to a king suite which was just perfect. Room was spacious bright and clean. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was just fine. All staff were extremely pleasant. Taua at the front desk was really great.

Very nice place Excellent price and value. (Deluxe King room) Lots of places close to eat. And Best of all NOT on the strip with all the drunks ! Easy to get to Hoover Dam plenty of parking (FREE Parking) AND no Resort Fee !!

The rooms are heavily perfumed with air fresheners you get migraine headaches. I stayed there are so many occasions and all the time it's same team. The rooms are dirty and housekeeping manager with the bad attitude she will argue with you pushing her own statement without fixing the issue you having there. Last time I stayed there the bed was full of hair. The bed-sheet was never been changed. I have all the pictures that I took to post it in their Facebook page. It was the most disgusting experience that I ever had. They only give me 20% discount for all the inconvenience and disgusting experience that I had. The only reason I go there because the accept pets and free of charges. I recommend you take your own pillow and bed sheets when you planning to stay there

The hotel was in great condition with all the amenities and cleanliness I would expect. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The location to Vegas, Hoover Dam, and shopping is very convenient. I would say that the hotel front office staff is not well trained in hospitality but the housekeeping staff made up for their shortcomings.

Good value as a base of operations for visiting national parks and the Vegas Strip. Bed was comfortable. Internet ran a little slow with a few hiccups along the way but the staff was good in response to those issues. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

Our trip to Vegas was a wonderful experience thanks to the Best Western Plus hotel in Henderson, NV. We knew we didn't want to spend a lot of money on our trip to Las Vegas and wanted to stay away from the business of the city at night; so, we planned ahead and booked our stay in Henderson, NV, which is about 10 minutes from the Strip. Well, that was the best decision ever. The entire staff treated us with smiles. At our arrival, we were met with a FREE appreciation bag of goodies. I have never experienced such wonderful gesture. From then on, the personnel and room, made our trip a delight. I extremely recommend everyone to come stay at the Best Western Plus hotel in Henderson, NV (just a few miles away south of Las Vegas).

When visiting the Las Vegas area, I prefer to stay where there is no smoking. This hotel is very clean and smoke free. I try to book this location whenever I visit because of the value for the price paid. The rooms are clean and they offer a decent breakfast. If you are interested in the breakfast and staying multiple nights, make sure you ask about the times from day to day. I was told 10 am end-time when I checked in, but it changed to 9 on the third day, so I missed it.

Hotel has a nice staff and is very good to rest after travelling the whole day. Is away from the Las Vegas strip and gives you time to rest and prepare for the Las Vegas activities. Take into account the shuttle bus stops after 2100 at night.

Housekeeping was one of the worst I've had in a while. Not sure where you hire your employees, but make sure they are trained! The room was horrible. Everyday there was a problem; didn't leave coffee, didn't leave towels, didn't replace empty tissue box, didn't vacuum, etc... Had to call the front desk down everyday, they came and saw, but it still happened.

The hotel is convenient to her place of residence and makes it ideal for a visit. Off the Vegas strip and quiet. Great breakfast selection. Nice pool and hot tube. This was our second stay and it was great.

This location includes an excellent and friendly staff. The beds were comfy and rooms were very clean. To start the day, breakfast was simple yet nice and filling. A locally owned restaurant is close and it is great! This location is convenient to the St. Rose Sienna hospital, many restaurants and stores.

We visited Vegas and even though it was not on the strip and further out by 20 minutes, we had an excellent time there! Room was clean, beds comfortable, pool was fun for the kids, and the breakfast area and food was good! We will stay again next time!

My wife and I stayed here the last night we were in Las Vegas. This Best Western is in Henderson, a short little drive from the strip in Las Vegas. The area this hotel is in is quiet, well kept and safe. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were absolutely amazing. Clean, comfortable beds and very very quiet. The breakfast buffet was just ok. Not the best selection but not the worst either. The breakfast area however was one of the most accommodating/spacious I've seen for a best western. There's an In and Out Burger right up the road along with a bunch of other places to eat in the area if your looking something to eat while in the area. It's a great place to stay if you're looking to stay away from the lights and sounds of vegas. We will most definitely be returning to this hotel.

My husband & I stay here often. It's close to where family members live. And though it is close to a hospital, it has always been quiet and fairly clean. We have a 35 lb dog that travels with us often, and is always welcome.

Our stay was overall pretty good we had a hard time finding places in Henderson nevada to eat that family friendly with decent prices, it would of been nice to have a place to go bowling or arcade games or something similar!

Stayed at this hotel in early May (2017). Our room was very roomy, comfortable and clean. If you're looking for a decent hotel close to McCarran, this place would suit your needs. It was nice that the breakfast area was open at 6 a.m., because we had an early flight to catch and it was nice to have something to eat before we checked out. The staff that we encountered were all pleasant and very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I were ever in the Henderson area.

Really nice and quiet. A very pleasant surprise in this part of the world. Great breakfast well presented and helplful staff. The view of downtown was morepleasant than being there. Easy to locate and get in and out of.

Didn't enjoy my stay wanted to relax in the heated tun and couldn't due to the jets being dirty with hair in it and black stuff coming out of it. It was a waste of my points. Very disappointed. It was my wife and I honeymoon and we didn't even have a good time the tv didn't work when we first got there.

Nice location but lackluster rooms. A bit in need of an update or at least better maintenance. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean but the 2 chairs in the room were uncomfortable and the shower faucet was loose. The furnishings showed that they had seen many a guest. Breakfast was ok and the staff was wonderfull - and I mean everyone. but the food was so so even for this type of food. They had a icie clear vessel of ice water but could not be bothered (unlike most hotels) to put any fruit in it. Coffee was good.

I came to this hotel as a spurs of the moment deal. Upon walking into the hotel I that this is a Very clean hotel! Along with the Amazing service I received. Made me feel welcomed. I would definitely come back!

Our room was quiet, large, and attractive with a comfortable bed. The pillows were a bit lumpy. We stayed there overnight to catch a plane in the morning as it was only a short drive to the airport. The hotel has a strong wifi signal though I had trouble logging in. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and they quickly contacted their IT guy who was able to get me in. The flat screen TVs are full HD.They brag about a "deluxe breakfast buffet" but the breakfast selection was very ordinary.

Top First time we did not stay at a Strip hotel. Just great. Plus: + Fast and friendly check-in. + My request for a quiet room away from Hwy 146 was honored + Great value (mid-week) + Very spacious. We had a King suite with balcony. One of the rooms that deserve the name „suite“. Large bathroom. The kind of room that you just like to stay in. + Very clean + Tasteful, modern decor of rooms and public areas + Nicely landscaped outdoor pool area, shape of pool away from the ordinary + Very quiet We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, cannot say anything about choice or presentation. Breakfast area seems to have enough tables. Minus: - Two towels of each size. Three is more standard to my experience - Insufficient lighting in bathroom - Pool not heated - Poor signage (access to hotel) A sign that clearly marks how to drive up to hotel entrance at least driving eastbound on Hwy 146/St. Rose Parkway (i.e. make a right immediately after gas station) would be helpful. We had a view of an empty lot, which did not bother us at all, but could be an issue for other guests. Actually, we don't need a view, since a hotel should be a great place to sleep. Friendliness of staff, value, comfort and condition of rooms are more important to us than a view. Overall a more than satisfactory experience. I enjoyed appearance of hotel and suite and the quiet location so much, I'm not sure, if I would book a Strip hotel again.

Great location of the hotel, well maintained. Room was one of the better ones I have stayed at with best western. Customer service was lacking for both checking in and out. Because of the customer service I may not return. This is the third time I have been to this property.

We had a later night flight and wanted to stay fairly close to the airport. Nice hotel, comfy bedding and quiet. Great breakfast included. This was also convenient to the airport, without seeming to be in direct flight path.

This hotel was excellent! Super close to the airport, easy to get to, convenient parking and friendly staff. We stayed here while waiting to tour the national parks and arrived late at night- when we arrived our room was ready immediately and all the amenities worked perfectly and our room was nice and clean. We needed a hotel for only one night for a family event. This hotel was very close by and had a very good rate. The room was quite large with a king bed. The bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom with lots of counter space. Amenities are the basics-lotion and shower cap would be nice. Towels were decent. Internet connection was good. We enjoyed the included breakfast. Lots of choices and plenty of places available to sit . There is an individual cup coffee maker in the room as well. Check in was easy and there was free parking.

Spent 2 nights at the Best Western Plus in Henderson. Rooms clean and a very comfortable bed! The Staff was courteous and friendly. It is located in a very safe area near a medical college. A short 10 min drive to the strip. Restaurants all around and a convience store next door. Price a fraction of staying on the strip. We used Lyft and left the driving to them.

Great hotel, one of the best we've used in our "budget" travels around the country. We used it as our base to do local hiking (Death Valley, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon), site-seeing, and birdwatching (and spent about 3 hours on The Strip and in old Vegas >> just to say we'd been there). Comfortable, clean room and beds. The HVAC allowed great control, including allowing the fan to run constantly without AC, just for the white noise. The window could be opened for some fresh air, which made it nice on the cool April evenings. Shower was in good shape and with plenty of pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful regarding our questions and requests. Breakfast had a good combination of hot and cold options, but pretty much the same thing every morning. Plenty of room in the dining/lounge area. Coffee & hot water available 24/7. TV and wifi worked well. Good location, convenient to many local restaurants, shopping, and services. Although there's no cross street to get to the hotel directly from the southwest-bound lanes of St. Rose Parkway, nearby cross streets and the relatively light traffic in the area still made travel to and from the hotel easy. Great view toward Vegas and the mountains on the parking lot side of the hotel. This side also has the traffic and the next door pub, but not a lot of noise.

This hotel was our last stay during a multi-generational trip touring Northern AZ. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, & surprisingly spacious! Our previous hotel (a BW Premiere) had many problems & was rather small, so it was refreshing to have this quality lodging as a great place to "unwind" at the conclusion of our trip. Breakfast was superb w/ the waffle maker & scrambled eggs & sausage. Kept us filled up until we got to eat a late lunch at a spot in the Bay Area (flew out of McCarran right before lunchtime). Only problems that I had were minor as my room had a slow-draining sink & the walls between the rooms are pretty thin. I heard the next room's alarm clock go off at 5:45am blaring mariachi music! Luckily, I had to be up at 6am anyways. All in all, I would recommend to friends & family.

Recently when we visit Las Vegas, we stay in Henderson because the hotels are more easily accessible and affordable. So we are trying different properties to see if we can identify a clear favorite. This Best Western has some ups & downs. The room we stayed in -- a King suite -- was fabulous. Separate bedroom, large bathroom, two TVs, small refrigerator, all at an extremely affordable price. The problem was perhaps the most important aspect of any hotel stay--- our ability to get a good night's sleep. The hotel itself is quiet, but the street noise in a room facing out the front of the hotel was relentless. So I vehemently disagree with the reviewer who suggested the "Strip view" was preferable to a room looking over the construction site behind the property. That's assuming sleep is more important than the view to you. Also, the lights of the bar, and the massive parking lot lights, shone directly into our room, in spite of our best efforts to close the window coverings. The hotel could easily fix this problem by installing some effective blackout curtains. The traffic noise will be a harder fix. The staff is extremely nice and efficient. Ample free parking. Convenient location. A very mediocre breakfast, the coffee was not good at all. Anyway, not half-bad but I wouldn't say we found our favorite property in Henderson.

Very good hotel. Price was good and the place was very clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a good surprise It said they had a free breakfast but I thought it would be coffee and a bagel. It was a full breakfast. They had eggs,sausage,and waffles, coffee, milk, orange juice and toast. Very good surprise. I will come back often.

We stayed here a Saturday night since we paid $125 here vs. the $450 our hotel in Las Vegas wanted for that night. The hotel is just 10-15 minutes south of the airport. It was worth staying here one night and moving to our Vegas hotel Sunday for the rest of our stay! This is a newer hotel in a new, growing area of the Las Vegas area. There is a lot of construction in the area! The hotel is 4 stories with an elevator, new and clean. The room size is above average. We had 2 queen beds, a sofa chair without an Ottoman, desk, refrigerator and a sofa. We slept well. The towels were pretty standard. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The TV was 40-43 inches and was HD. I liked the thermostat since you can adjust it digitally by 1/2 degree-and it responded to the inputted temperature very well. The sink in the bathroom was a little high and there was no pull-out magnifying mirror.The pop by the elevators was $1.50 for 20 oz. The breakfast was a very good standard hotel breakfast. It consisted of waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, rolls, coffee, and juice. Overall, the hotel was very well-run and a very good value. I'd stay here again.

This experience was fantastic. What fantastic service, clean rooms and friendly staff. I wish we would've stayed here for our entire trip. We flew in for a volleyball tournament. We got in pretty early and called to see if we could possibly check in early, they were so accommodating. Our room was wonderful, very clean and fresh. The following morning the breakfast was delicious. We checked out, but loved it so much we wanted to stay there again our last night before we flew home. Once again our checkin on Sunday was wonderful, and we told them we were going to have to check out by 5:30am the following morning and when we did they had breakfast bags waiting for us. What a great place!!!!

We really liked our suite but were frustrated by the too-tall bathroom counter top. Best Western is following an all-to-familiar trend in updating bathrooms with these annoyingly tall vanities. There is too much stress put on the lower back. Otherwise, I would be glad to book again.

Everything was great the staff was nice and respectful stay with smiles on their faces ans always apoke. Only 2 things they only serve pork products for breakfast and housekeeing didnt leave enough towels and wash clothes. I will stay again

Lovely new decor. Clean. Great service...helpful friendly. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast included....coffee available in lobby at any time. Reasonable priced shuttle service available. Good restaurant just across the parking lot.

If you are staying in Vegas and want great service and a good night sleep after hitting the town this is the place. It is easy to find and you can get around town and to the strip easy. 2 blocks away resteraunts, shops, anything you need. I travel over 100 nights a year and this is in my top 3

Stayed here for business. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, shuttle was on time and breakfast was decent. Our return flight was scheduled for later in the day and the hotel staff held our luggage for us.

The hotel looks a little out of the way on the map but the strip was not really the center-point of my visit to Las Vegas so this worked out very nicely and at $90 a night was also easy on the pocketbook, especially since it included a full breakfast with those make your own waffle waffle irons. Also, 8 pillows. How nice is that? Eight pillows, standard issue. That's a pillow fort level pillow allotment. Nothing says vacation like a fluffy pillow fort. Overall, the room was clean and shiny and it smelled like lemons. The microwave was super clean. My only beef is hotels that have that annoying stick-your-key-in-the-outlet-to-have-power-in-the-room. I get it that they want to save and empty rooms don't need to be cooled or heated, but this also means you can't leave batteries and phones charging if you're not in the room too and I go through batteries like candy. It was not a problem here because I had two keys and the spare stayed behind but if two people are using the room, maybe ask for a third key. Oh, FYI, the fitness center is tiny and dark. There's quite a bit of electrical tape holding the handles of the elliptical in place. I let them know at checkout that it looks kinda shfity, but honestly, how often does that room get used?

We stayed here one night before flying home. This hotel is beautiful and a great price for the area. The rooms are clean and well arranged. It's nice to be off the strip a little ways, but still close to amenities if needed. The hotel wasn't as close to the airport as I thought it was, but that was more my fault for reading the map wrong when booking the hotel. Overall I recommend this for those who don't mind driving a few minutes into the city.

This is a nice place to stay if you want quiet at night after visiting the strip. The rooms were clean although there was no vent in the bathrooms (odd), so odors tended to stay in room. The breakfast was good although they served the same selection the whole 7 days I stayed. Overall, it is nice, worth money and will stay again if I go back to Vegas. The location is good. Lots of shopping and eating places on Eastern. Hotel does provide free shuttle service every hour within 6 miles radius. Vegas Strip about 8 miles out.

We were visiting Vegas, Grand Canyon and just driving into California for a day in each area. This hotel was very centrally located with easy access, but still relatively quiet. The room was great and a great value. Super nice and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband had a suite for a business trip so we took advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a large sitting room, the kitchen, and a moderately sized bedroom with a king size bed in it. Breakfast, included, in the morning was good / very good with many choices including eggs sausage, waffles, fruit, hot cereal juice coffee etc. The only reason I gave this four stars is because the Jacuzzi wasn't hot enough to use outside. Otherwise the service was fine.

My wife and I landed in Las Vegas pretty late in the evening. The location for this hotel was perfect -- not too far from the airport, but in the right direction for our travel toward the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon the next morning. The staff at the hotel was courteous and professional. The hotel was well maintained and comfortable, and represented a good value for the price. In short, everything we would expect from a Best Western Plus.

We usually always stay at Best Western hotels and this hotel was a favorite of ours! The room was very spacious and the bed was one of the best we've ever slept in! Very comfortable and relaxing. Will stay here again when in town.

This Hotel is Awesome. Everything is brand new. Spacious clean room. Good breakfast. The location is perfect. The Best stories around and downtown Las Vegas with good distance. The price for this service-Excellent!!!!

Great bed, comfy pillows, nice people and staff. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The price was great and the shuttle gets you anywhere you need to be. MOST OUTSTANDING is the staff. really, they make this place great. Sulu (oh geez is that her name?) went way above and beyond in caring for me. Everyone was good, the room super clean and comfy.Recommended.

Great Best Western! Great Choice in Vegas, too. Spacious clean rooms, very good breakfast with wafflemaker, very, very nice staff. We definitly will come back. Windows Open, of you like fresh Air. It is very quiet.

I had a half roll of toilet paper in my room for a 4 night stay. I had to request another roll. The family with a dog in the room located above me was extremely disruptive and loud. The dog barked and ran across the room for hours. I had only2 towels in my room for a 4 night stay. The wake up call did not work, good thing I set my cell phone alarm. I requested the 1st floor for a good reason. Upon check in they told me it wasn't available. If I had know that, I would have cancelled my reservation and selected another hotel.

We stayed here for one night, after three days on the Strip. Mainly because the prices at the casinos more than triples in the weekend and its only 10 minuts away in car. The frontdesk was very friendly and the included breakfast was nice and well done.

I was not there for pleasure or business. Family gathered for my granddaughter's memorial service. I was impressed by the quality of the Best Western it was better than any other BW I've stayed occupied. The biggest problem was the lack of internet.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel. It's always a pleasure to stay here. Clean hotel, nice & professional staff, reasonable prices, and great location for when I come into town. The breakfast and coffee provided is a nice gesture, although basic most hotels do not offer continental breakfast with room purchase.

We were only in Las Vegas one night. We found this hotel to be a cut above other Best Western's we've stayed at. For under $200, we had a nice, large, comfy suite. (When making the reservation, I thought we were getting a standard room for that price.) Looks like the place has been updated throughout. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Parking free. Complimentary breakfast was more than ample. Easy access to freeways. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for the first night of our holiday. We arrived from the UK at 9pm and although it was only a short journey from MCarren airport it took a long time to locate. I had the directions printed from Google an also a GPS, It probably didn't help being dark, but the GPS took us in the wrong direction. The lady on duty was very friendly and said other people have commented on the location being difficult to find. The hotel is very clean, the bed was very comfortable and we recovered from our long journey. Complimentary breakfast the next morning was good and set us up for our journey.

Very good experience. Staff is very customer oriented, Room was attractive, large and clean. Very attractive common areas with all the amenities, e.g., work out room, business area and nice pool area. Good bed. The location was much preferred compared to the BW Plus in Henderson where we stayed last time. Very reasonable rates.

We wanted an off the strip hotel for a few nights that was reasonably close to the shops and restaurants in Green Valley so choose this one for its high ratings. It was clean and basic - like any of the the places along this parkway all offering a bed, breakfast and in quiet locations. There was nothing special about it - staff here were friendly but something that is the norm anywhere. We did not like the pillows and were surprised at how uncomfortable they were - nor the bed linen. Bed linen was not pressed even smoothed out giving it a "was just used" look and feel. Breakfast is the standard fare provide at Best Western Plus anywhere. Lots of parking.

Was happy to check in after leaving Death Valley and see our lovely suite. But it was right next to the laundry facility. After calling front desk they told us they would close at 11:00. Took long shower and could still hear machine in laundry. Decided to turn on TV to drown out noise but it didn't work. Then went into bedroom same thing. Ugh, had to change rooms. Front desk did reduce the rate.

We have come to expect a quality stay at a reasonable price with BW plus and this house is no exception.Like many houses in LV this is a good value and has a small outdoor pool and spa. Check in was friendly and efficient. The rooms are large with a smaller bath. The furnishings are modern with lots of good quality art. The internet is complementary and the large flat screen tv has lots of channels. Each room has a microwave, refer, very good coffee and an in room safe. Ice and soda on every floor. The bath had limited toiletries and average towels. The bed was very good with average linens. Towels and linens are an area for improvement. The complementary breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, fruit and the usual continental breakfast items- some variety would be nice. The HVAC was quiet and the rooms had good blackout curtains. Check in was just as good as check out. As expected- good job.

hotel would have received excellent if it had a clean carpet. carpet was very stained. Breakfast was one of the best we have had at any of the Best Western hotels and staff helpful and friendly.Would stay here again but would stress we would like a room with a recently shampooed carpet.

I haven't stayed in a Best Western in quite some time but was impressed with their Plus version. Felt like I was staying in a Marriot type of motel. Very very clean- shower had great pressure- plenty of clean towels and decent coffee maker. Nice quite location away from the strip. Only drawback was its located in kind of an industrial location without much to walk to eat. Will for sure stay again.

We have reserved a room at the Best Western Plus on St. Rose Pkwy at least once a month to coincide with our Smith Center season tickets. We have switched from a Marriot property becasue we felt that the quality of that particuliar property has decreased substationally. My hope is that the Best Western Plus on St. Rose Pkwy does not let the property become dilapidated.

I stayed here, on my own, for one night only last month on leisure/business trip. If I'm paying the bill, I tend to use Best Westerns a lot (typically good general standard and value for money) and this is one of the best. It's a large hotel, well suited to hosting conferences, in the suburb of Henderson about 6 miles from McCarran International and the south end of the Strip. If you don't want or need to be in the center of all the Vegas action, it's a very good option. I didn't have time to explore the immediate area, but there are restaurants within walking distance and I enjoyed a great evening meal at the Kopper Keg, just across the car park. My room was excellent. Large, clean, plenty of cupboard space, a huge king size bed, great bathroom with plenty of toiletries and the usual safe and multi-channel TV. My first thought was that I should have booked more than one night at this close-to-five-star-experience. The only issue was, in common with so many hotels, the WiFi. It was free, which is a big plus, of course, but I couldn't get it to work properly even when I took my ipad down to the lobby area. A robust WiFi connection is becoming an increasingly important requirement for both business and leisure travellers so the sooner the large hotel chains sort this out, the happier their customers will be. I didn't use any of the hotel's leisure or conference facilities, but the small swimming pool and Jacuzzi just to the rear of the hotel looked very nice and seemed to be open 24/7. A hot buffet breakfast is served in the lobby area and it's typical Best Western fare - cereals, pastries, fruit, hot bacon, eggs and sausages and tea and coffee. More than adequate, but nothing spectacular. The cost of a room including breakfast, at around $100 per night, is unbelievable value for this standard of accommodation. I can highly recommend this hotel and I will have no hesitation at all in returning. Particularly if they fix that WiFi!

I've stayed at this BW Plus for a month in 2015, and a month on 2016 for a business training being held there. My entire experience has been positive on both occasions. There is a shuttle to and from the airport, and within a six mile radius of the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-kept. Breakfast is included, with more variety than many hotel's versions of a "continental breakfast." I especially appreciated eggs, yogurt and a variety of fruit every morning. The location is excellent, surrounded by malls, a number of good restaurants, inc. convenient lunch and dinner venues. (And the shuttle will take you to them with 24 hour notice) There is a good (basic) diner-type restaurant in the parking lot. There is a pool, jacuzzi, a small work out room and a washer/drier. I used all of these amenities to great satisfaction. Now the staff. I was pleasantly surprised to find many of the same employees there from one year to the next. There were about 60 of us attending this conference, and I was amazed at the attentiveness they gave us. A special shout out to Rose, Sulu, Taua, Rachel and Lora. They went FAR above and beyond customer service I've seen at 4 and 5 star hotels. So if you're reading this, you probably aren't planning staying on the strip. If that's in your plans, its a 10 minute Uber / Taxi ride away. This is an excellent choice to stay if you're passing through for business or family oriented activities.

Stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed stay. The place is very clean and outside is safe. Newer area, lots of conveniences fairly local. Gas station right as you pull in. Somewhat close to freeway . Very quiet nice area, Would stay again but price has went up way too much. We stayed at 98.00 now rate is over 130.00

This Best Western was by far the nicest Best Western I have stayed at. The rooms were light and airy and everything was crisp and clean. The decor was well done and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast here is your standard Best Western fare; Fruit, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and etc. The shower and the massage shower head was probably my favorite thing after our long drive to get there. My wife and I were not in Henderson to vacation in Las Vegas, so I cant comment on how the drive into Vegas is from the hotel... but you could see the strip off in the distance from the window. They have laundry facilities, but there is only one washer and dryer. We didn't have a problem getting our clothes washed, but it seemed strange that such a large hotel would only have a single washer and dryer. The biggest negative for me was that we were able to hear the people in the next room talking in the morning and also hear their TV. I'm surprised that this would be an issue in such a new looking hotel. Some other reviewers mentioned that the air conditioning couldn't be set lower than 78. We were able to set it lower. You have to use your door card to activate the air conditioning in the room before you can change the temperature.

Staff Very helpful and courteous; helped us with holding a parcel for a pickup. Good breakfast, but is GONE at the dot of 9 am. So eat early. Spacious room, comfy bed. Business center w/ computers and printer, also lounge in lobby w/ coffee 24/7. VERY convenient. They have airport shuttle, wh/ makes it handy for friends to drop you off.

Immaculate and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Skip the drama of a big hotel and casino and stay here. Strip and airport close enough to easily uber but far enough away that you will not be awoken by drinks at 4 am.

We got a suite on the 4th floor. The service from check in to check out was fabulous. Our room was nice, bed was comfy, and the staff was fantastic. The price was great. The breakfast was nice. They even had a shuttle which took us to the local casino. This is a great place to stay for those who don't want to deal with the drama of the strip.

The strip was just too smoky, expensive, loud, crowded, etc for our family. We ditched our hotel there and came down to the Best Western in Henderson and loved it. The kids swam while we enjoyed the hot tub and we enjoyed the lack of noise and smoke. Nice breakfast in the morning. No complaints.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was in a great location with easy access to the things we needed like grocery stores, gas stations, shops, restaurants and freeways. The hotel and room were very clean, spacious and up-kept. The breakfast was delicious. I specially loved the hot eggs and sausage.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a nice place to stay outside of the busy strip in Las Vegas. Very convenient on your way to the Grand Canyon. The staff was nice and the breakfast was the typical fare.

Very nice motel! We have a small dog and pet friendly is so important to us when traveling! It's so nice to find a clean and comfortable motel that allows pets! There is also a great restaurant across the parking lot !

Good looking hotel with big rooms and decent facilities but grumpy staff,dirty carpets and too much noise left us desperate to leave. Breakfast staff stopped topping up the buffet a full half hour before end of service. Reception staff ignored guests entering or leaving the hotel. Breakfast choice was the worst of 6 hotels we stayed in over a 3 week period.......worst Best Western we have stayed in. A seminar was on during our stay and they were allowed to take over the hotel and make noise to late at night and into the wee hours.

Went to Vegas and didn't want to stay in the mayhem. Couldn't have picked a better place for peace and quiet! Clean! Great girls at the front desk! Safe. Easy to find. Nothing but great things to say, don't mark this one off your list! The homemade Chocolate Cookies are a finishing touch!

We stayed one night here as a stopover before flying home. This hotel is great on almost all accounts. It is very nice, very clean, very modern. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Microwave and fridge in the rooms were very convenient. Business center was adequate for my purposes. The location is also good. In a nice area that did not seem congested the day that we were there (Friday/Saturday). It is on a major highway that connects easily to I-215. Very easy to get to from the airport. Also a short drive form the Vegas strip too. Very convenient gas station next door. Restaurant in front (though we did not eat there). The only criticism is that the wi-fi was terrible. Everything else was great.

Highly capable staff. Figured out a snafu with my reservation quickly. OK pool. Good breakfast. Clean room. Nothing bad to say at all. The beds were very comfortable. Business center was great to print boarding passes on in the am. No one there.

I stayed at this hotel for months while doing some training. During the time I was there I found the entire staff to work really hard to accommodate my request, especially Laura, Tella and Maggie. I have been on the road for 15 years staying at hotels. I can difinitely say that this hotel is a good one and they have comfortable beds.

I have stayed at this hotel many time in the past year, while visiting family. The hotel is attractive and clean with a very good breakfast, small but nice outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again.

The check-in associate was very helpful, courteous, and professional. The first room we were given was found to have dog hair ALL over one of the beds. How could this not have been caught during the routine cleaning. We were then given a second room - upgraded to a suite due to our first-room experience. The second room was a bit better - but the coffee maker still had the previous guest's coffee grounds. In addition, only one regular coffee pack was in the room - but 3 decaf. This sounds minor, but as we do not drink decaf, we had to share the single regular pack. We found carpets both in the rooms and the halls very much in need of cleaning. My wife commented on this before we even entered our first room. Walls were marred from baggage. This appears to be a fairly new property. However, because of the lack of competent housekeeping, it appears quite "used".

we choose because we had our dog. our first trip with him and Best Western allowed him with us. the room with one king bed was very roomy. allowed him and us some leg room. it was very clean and the breakfast each morning was awesome. were coming back here with or with our dog. very very nice place. across the parking lot from Chevron and a 24 bar and grill so don't need to travel far to eat or something for room. only negative was the mattress was a too soft for us. would have liked a bit more firm

We spent one night at this Best Western and enjoyed it very much. We were travelling with our cat and he was very satisfied too. The room was spacious and very clean. We ate both the complimentary dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both. We would stay here again.

I stayed here for one night before beginning a road trip to National Parks after flying into McCarren airport. Hotel is convenient to the airport, away from the strip and its traffic. King room had a designated sleeping area separated by pocket doors from the rest of the suite. Great for family traveling together. Living area included sofa bed, table and chairs, desk and kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom had two entrances, one from bedroom and one from living area. Staff was very accommodating and rate included an ample breakfast. Overall, hotel provided great value. There were restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

This is the first BW property in a long time that automatically gave an upgrade for a Diamond Rewards member. THANK YOU!!!!!! The room was great, the service was great, and the staff were all friendly and professional. NOTE - There IS a pool, not mentioned in their web page. I'll come back to this property next time I'm in Vegas.

Title pretty much says it all. Stayed three nights. The suite we had was large, clean and comfortable. Ours had a balcony that was smaller (narrower) than I expected, but it provided a nice view of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel breakfast was nice too. There's also a good bar & grill type restaurant a short walk from the hotel that we ate at a couple of times for lunch (their BLTs are great). Overall had a nice stay at this Best Western, St Rose Pkwy, location.

The hotel is set back off of St. Rose Parkway which really helps with any road noise. The paring lot is manageable but on the small side for such a nice place. The rooms were very nice and the staff very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was typical of hotel food. I like that the Green Ranch Casino & Resort was just down the road. All in all I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Great stop in Henderson to put on your list. Staff very helpful upon check in & check out. We had a nice King room with lounge chair and desk if you need to get some work done. Breakfast better than most. Good cheesy eggs, sausage, waffles & more. Enjoy this Best Western with business or pleasure.

I chose this Best Western because of its very good reviews (especially for service) combined with its reasonably-priced rooms, even though it was not as close to our Henderson destination as were a few other hotels. We were not disappointed: The hotel is very nice and modern, the room was spacious and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the hotel staff—from check-in to breakfast to cleaning staff—were super nice and accommodating, the included breakfast was quite good with both hot and cold entrees (and great coffee), the fitness room was small but had everything I needed, and the free wifi in the room worked. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it did look pretty nice. I think my only comment to the hotel would be to put some sort of bath mats in the bath tubs, as the tub in our room was quite slippery when the shower was running. The location of the hotel also is nice; it's not crowded but there's lots of shopping areas nearby. It's right on a major highway so it's easy to get to the strip if one wants to do that. It's only about 10-15 minutes from the airport, and has a free airport shuttle. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant (though they do have a breakfast room) but there is a fairly extensive room service menu; we didn't use it so can't comment on either the food or service. Also, there is a nice "Kopper Keg" restaurant just across the parking lot—it's kind of half sports bar and half restaurant, and serves pretty good and reasonably-priced meals. There also is a gas station with mini-mart across the parking lot, which carries a variety of items. We were very pleased with our stay overall, especially as this hotel incorporated and did not add on a daily “resort fee” as so many other hotels are now doing to cover what they advertise as “free” breakfast, wifi, pool, fitness equipment, etc. Of course any facility incurs and must cover the cost of such things, but why don't they all just raise the room price to include the costs instead of tacking them on top as though they comprised some sort of obligatory and deceptive tip, especially as everyone is charged this extra daily fee whether or not they use any of those “free” facilities. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will stay there again on our next trip to the area. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so nice!

I have stayed at several hotels in the area since I come to visit family often. This hotel looks nice, and check-in went well. Employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but had a funny smell. The smell got worse when a/c was on. We had to crack open a window, and it was 108 outside! The bed was not comfortable, and the requested roll away bed (additional charge) was not even close to being usable for sleep (just springs and no cushioning- I couldn't have my child sleep in it at all!). The ironing board was so cheap that it was unsafe, falling over. The pool was nice. Breakfast and coffee were ok, not horrible. For the price that this hotel charges, I was expecting a little better. I've had better experiences at nearby hotels for same price. I may stay here again if the price was right!

the staff is why I stay there. The fitness room is below average and the breakfast is below average. I get great service and I get internet so I like to work at the hotel. I will stay at this hotel all the time because I always get a room at my corporate rate so it is a great value. I also use the pool when I have my son stay with me so he and I have a great time using the pool facilities.

We enjoyed staying a this property. It was fairly new, was clean, easy access to the freeway. The temperature in Las Vegas was 110 and once we got to the room and got the air conditioning going it was very nice. There was a restaurant next door which made it convenient for dinner.

This is a pet friendly facility. Therefore, it isn't as pretty as other Best Westerns I have stayed. The amenities are not as gracious. My suspicion is that they don't want amenity investments damaged by pets. However, the hotel is clean and quiet. It is located near to a variety of chain restaurants, and is not far from "the strip" or the freeway. My only complaint has to do with the front desk staff. To be clear my complaint is not about the individual persons working the desk. Both ladies I dealt with - one at 2000 hours the other at 0530 hours were polite, friendly ladies who did their best to help. The problem was they wore to many hats and were trying to do the tasks of housekeeping, hospitality, maintenance and the front desk. I saw one poor girl running from desk to elevator to room back to front desk. Management PLEASE - just because the hour is late or early one person cannot effectively do the work of three or four - HIRE more help so guests are not left standing at the front desk while your overworked employee tried to accommodate everyone. I waited 20 minutes to check in - I thought the poor girl was going to cry by the time she could get to me. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel - just know if you're left waiting at the front desk - she isn't ignoring you - she is racing around taking care of others/

We just needed a place to stay one night on our way to San Diego. We avoid Las Vegas at all costs, and North Las Vegas was too pricey. I expanded the search to Henderson and found this gem. Although it was hard to find, once we were there, everything was wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and in working order. There was plenty of hot water for a long shower. Breakfast was standard fare, with no complaints there. The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and a great price.

Like most Best Westerns, this property has great facilities, but the staff really stand out and make the stay worth it. I will definitely be back. I made a mistake and reserved a room on a different date than when I showed up. Maggie at the front desk found a fantastic room for me at a discounted price. It could have been a much bigger hassle than it was. One less hiccup on my trip!!

Spent one night and we were very happy with our stay. Location is near the airport but you never know it. Nice selection for breakfast. Met all expectations. Trip Advisor wants 200 characters so here they are.

This BW is close to everything, but not right in the Strip area, which is good since there is a chance to relax. There is a long, convenient walking/biking trail in front and the pool is comfortable. It is close to the new M Casino, also.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Location was excellent for us as central to family we were visiting. Breakfast was ample but not exceptional (powdered eggs). Fitness center was adequate. We will stay again in future visits to family.

The staff was friendly and there was obviously much thought put into the set up of the room for anyone doing business. I had plenty of space to get work done and it was easy for me to totally step away and enjoy my sleeping quarters. I also took advantage of the balcony which was an unexpected pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here upon my return

We booked this hotel because it had good reviews in our price range. We were so surprised to find this nice a hotel named Best Western (no insult intended). The hotel was very new, clean, and roomy. From the lobby to the room everything was very up-class. The bed was very comfy. The towels were the fluffiest I've had at a hotel in a long time - even from more expensive ones. I waited every day to see if I got a bad towel, but they were all just right. Keep that up Best Western St. Rose! The staff was friendly and helpful. We found a lot of nice restaurants within a few minutes drive and the proximity to the Vegas strip was good too. We're thinking to just stay here when we visit Vegas and drive to the strip when we want the craziness or to see a show.

Very clean and modern facility. Nice breakfast included. Very close to a major outlet mall and Las Vegas Blvd. Easy to find and very easy access to major highways I-15 or I-215. I highly recommend this location if you have family with you. Plenty of food joints all around in this "off the strip" area to choose from. Again, very family friendly.

We ended our vacation with 2 nights at the Best Western Plus in Henderson, NV. Rose was great at check in and even recommended a local restaurant which we enjoyed during our first evening in town. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hearty and we enjoyed the pool. We were able to easily drive to the Las Vegas Strip and get to the airport from this location. We would definitely stay here again.

excellent stay all around. Room was very comfortable clean and cozy. Good place to relax. I plan to use Best Western in all my travels. We have a pet and their policies regarding pets are very fair. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could not been better, they had a wide range of food for any pallet. The pool area was lovely and the rooms were very clean...I give this an excellent plus.

Very pleased with entire stay. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, room was very nice Staff was professional and friendly. Enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies that were set out for guests as we returned one of the evenings of our stay.

We stayed here for a week while visiting Las Vegas. We loved the location. The breakfast was great, the pool was very relaxing. They have an awesome barbecue grill near the pool that we used to make our dinners, which helped us save a lot of money, instead of going out every night. We sat out by the pool eating our dinner and relaxing after going to places like Red Rock, Hoover Dam, etc. then would go out to the Strip and Freemont street at night. The airport and Car Rentals are very near, making this the perfect location. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony. We had a nice kitchen, that had a refrigerator, microwave, small sink, and a nice counter top sitting area. There was also a combined living room area with a sofa sleeper. The 2 bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a combination shower/Jacuzzi tub. The room could easily sleep 6 people. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here if we were to visit Las Vegas again.

We were on our way from Denver to Orange County CA, and this seemed like a good stopping place. Not in Las Vegas for gambling or shows this trip. We can always count on Best Western Plus to be convenient, comfortable, reasonably priced, friendly staff, good pool, good breakfast.

While planning a road trip from Calgary to San Diego, my wife found this hotel in Henderson for my second stop. The price was right and the location wasn't too far off the main interstate. The hotel itself is starting to show its age. The room was OK. Nothing bad, but like I said, starting to show its age. The air conditioner was very noisy. Not enough to keep me awake, but your mileage may vary. With so many other, newer hotels to choose from, I would probably not stay here again. It wasn't a bad experience, just not great.

Room are very clean and quite.TV, Ironing Board with the iron was nice to have in the room along with the hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. Staff are very friendly and very helpful.. I was having surgery then was going home after my surgery, but my surgery was cancelled till the next day. We called to see if we could get our same room back so we could stay another night and we did get to stay but they gave us a different room that was already clean and ready to go. We also got a discount on the price due to having surgery in the hospital that was on their list. How great was that!! Thank you Best Western Plus!!

Front desk, nice but low energy...No perks offered at check in. As a Platinum member would expect more. Charged me $2.00 for a bottle of water? Breakfast was good but again, low energy employees and average breakfast. Property is designed in very dark colors and dismal and depressing decor. Clean and fresh but probably will not stay here again.

Another pretty new hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Very large suite with fridge, microwave etc and very clean. Breakfast was good and constantly renewed. Not far from the strip but without all the hustle and bustle. Numerous eateries nearby.

My wife and I stayed here the night before we each had separate flights out of Las Vegas. Getting to the airport from this hotel is incredibly easy, so if you want a comfortable place to stay that's convenient to the airport, this is a good choice. I think they have a shuttle, but we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't really up to the BW standard I've come to expect. Still, I was able to sleep fairly well and woke rested early in the morning. We really like the lemon water available in the lobby as well as the coffee. Overall, it gets a good recommendation from me.

Inexpensive, clean, new property, close (15 min., 6 miles) to LAS car rental facility. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Gasoline station right in front, convenient for filling up before returning rental car.

we had a party of 14 guest and not one complaint. we had a great time at the pool . we will be going back , the free breakfast they have is excellent .the staff they have there are very friendly and they go out of they're way to make your stay comfortable.

It was a pleasurable night. Everything was good. I would stay here again if I was in the area again. The breakfast was very good. A lot to choose from. We had a dog with us and they have a place for them to potty.

This BW is the best, clean, friendly, great service, great location outside of Vegas. The only one little thing is you hear the footsteps coming from the room above you and voices from your neighbors. If you could live with that you GOT to stay here - breakfast was good, waffles, fruit, OJ, Apple Juice, tea, coffee, bagels, etc. GREAT PLACE.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was filling and had plenty of selection. Good location off of St. Rose Parkway. Not too far from the Las Vegas Strip if that is your destination. Also, not too far from the Las Vegas Airport.

The friendly, thoughtful, attentive staff makes this hotel a home away from home for me. The clean, quiet rooms, the excellent breakfast, the freshly baked cookies, there are many great qualities about this property. I have stayed at it since it first opened and consistency is important to me....I know what to expect and this hotel always meets my expectations.

I've stayed here on 3 occasions now when I've been in Henderson for business. This is not a flashy 5 star hotel but it is absolutely perfect for business trips when you just need a clean, friendly place to stay with all the amenities you'd want - a fitness centre, pool, free wifi, great range of breakfast etc I'll certainly stay here again next time I'm in town.

Stayed one night on our way through to Arizona. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, nice staff and the food was hot and plentiful for breakfast. The hot tub was a nice break after traveling. Located conveniently to the highway and airport, but not to close for noise issues. The price was comparable to other hotels in the area. If you are looking for a deal you are better off staying at a Casino as the rates seem to be better but you will have to deal with the noise and smoking. Overall a nice hotel for an overnight visit.

The staff at this hotel are quick and ready to help in anyway possible, I had a problem and they were on it and corrected it quickly. Only bad part internet and the breakfast 2 of the 3 days cold, not good

Located on easy access at St. Rose Pkwy, 4 floors, huge hotel but very quiet and very clean. Well thought of decor in the breakfast room with plentiful hot and cold breakfast. Bed was comfortable, with ample lighting. Microwave and refrigerator are a plus if you're staying longer than a day.

The staff was great. Air conditioning unit was very noisy. Could use a good vacuum around the edges of the room. We had a handicap room, but the shower floor wasn't slanted enough and the water went all over the floor. Shower heads were positioned very poorly. Toilet kept plugging up.

Great value for the price. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable. I usually cannot sleep well the first night in a hotel but with this one I slept very well. Breakfast was well stocked and a nice start to the day.

a "no-problem" stay. Clean, nice, friendly. Good stay for the money. Safe parking too. And these are all the words necessary to meet the stupid requirement to have 200 letters in this space, as it an intelligent person could not say what is necessary in less.

not a lot of eating options within walking distance. decent hotel and all but kind of expensive for vegas. many others have hidden 'resort' fees that bring up the price. this hotel offered what we needed for not a lot of cash.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting family in Henderson. I wanted to be close to their residence and didn't have any need for a strip or off-strip casino atmosphere. This is a convenient, clean, well-maintained hotel. Nothing fancy, the usual mid-price chain breakfast, but easy parking, easy access to highways, and generally quiet. Recommended if you're just looking for a good place to stay, instead of a full-bore Vegas experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March to visit a relative in Seven Hills (Henderson). We are not gamblers and appreciated the nonsmoking establishment. Room was well appointed with microwave and refrigerator. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was above average with serving both hot and cold items. Three breakfasts had different options each day (scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, premade omelets) along with a breakfast meat. Waffles always an option. Always had water with lemon available in the lobby along with hot cookies in the evening. Convenient to I-215 for a quick trip to LAS or The Strip (10 minutes non rush hour). Plenty of options for food/drink/shopping at Eastern and St. Rose Parkway. Closest restaurant to hotel is The Kopper Keg; stopped there for a drink after a long day and the bar was smoky and overpriced. Yeah I get the smoky bar but this old rundown establishment has no justification for their drink prices, unless of course we looked like tourists and went in for the kill. And the restaurant was dead, so we bypassed eating there. Not trying to mix the Keg in to this review except to say go elsewhere to eat if you are staying at this property. One negative was Wi-Fi which we had to be resolved through the front desk. As we only use Wi-Fi, it was a bit of an issue which others may just resort to their own service. The matter was quickly resolved, again showing their attentiveness to the customer. Repeatedly we are finding Best Western properties solid as they are independently owned and clearly treat the customer like family.

I saw a couple reviews saying the staff was not friendly and rude, but had just the opposite experience, staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms seemed to be recently updated. Hotel is close enough to the Las Vegas strip and has plenty of restaurants near by.

We were very comfortable the people made the difference, friendly and kind. Everyone spoke to us and the staff was so accommodating we felt like we made friends. Terra the mgr and Chris took great care and the breakfast staff were awesome. Made for a great home away from home. I was in town for a intensive training class and we worked very long days. The hotel staff took such great care of us we began to feel like it was home. There was nothing they seemed not able to do to make our stay comfortable. The people make the hotel..... Thanks for a great stay, Facility is close to downtown Las Vegas but within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The hotel shuttle is available for convenience.

We stayed for 9 days in late Feb., 2016. We asked for a room on the 4th floor because we didn't want to hear people above us. We got in late at night (almost midnight) and they had held our room. (Note: we found out we had to pay for the full day as a result) Room was quiet, overall, but the walls seemed thin, since our neighbors could be heard talking (a couple of times), and their TV was audible. However, that turned out to be a minor inconvenience. Room was spacious, with 2 queen beds, desk for working, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wired or wireless internet, safe for valuables, and fairly large flat panel TV. Breakfast is free, plain but free. It was never crowded in the breakfast area, which was a bonus. Plenty of available seating. Location of the hotel is very good, as it is near plenty of shopping, strip malls and a nice casino. We had issues with billing, as the first statement we viewed had an inaccurate check in time, almost two hours before we actually checked in. We had been so tired at the time, we hadn't noticed the discrepancy. Plus we had cancelled our Expedia reservation, and booked directly through the hotel, but their records didn't show it, so we wound up paying a bit more. However, the desk personnel were very helpful and gave us available discounts to help lower the cost. The only real complaint we had was with housekeeping. They didn't visit our room the first day, and didn't vacuum unless we asked. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we'd stay there again.

Delighted to find a large, clean modern room on the ground floor. We brought our cycle in and had lots of room to spare. The small micro/fridge set up was adequate and well located. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. Staff friendly and welcoming and the breakfast fresh and delicious. Will be staying here on our next trip through Vegas.

We were in Henderson to view homes. This was close to several areas for us and the value was excellent. We don't like staying at casinos so this was ideal. Summerlin was 35 minutes away but Cadence, Tuscany and Lake Las Vegas were all close.

Except for the view of the construction area out back -- which I assume is temporary -- the hotel is a great location away from the strip traffic. You can easily go to the strip, eat at any of the restaurants in Henderson or nearby (Green Valley Resort, for example), and sightsee (Death Valley, Red Rock, Lake Mead, etc.) without having to deal with the traffic on the Las Vegas strip. The hotel is very nice and clean, and we slept great. Service at the hotel was excellent.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and hot. I booked the room because it claimed it had a balcony. What I found was a door in the bedroom that opened to an 8 ft long and 30" wide slab of cement. There is no room for furniture and the door does not stay opened unless you prop it open with a chair. It is more of a step out balcony and not usable for relaxing. The room also has paper thin floors. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear every foot step from people on the floor above. This was a 1 bedroom suite. The bedroom was separated from the living area by 2 very noisy pocket doors.

Staffs attitude was less than happy. Down right depressing. They had a hard time letting me look in the lost and found to look for a pair of swimming trunks I left there on my last stay. Added another day to my itinerary and felt like I was interrupting the desk clerk's busy day. Only staff member with some positive spunk was the Red Haired Asian Young Women. Not too many smiles from the others.

This hotel is very nice, nothing overly special. We arrived and found out our room was not cleaned very well. We told management and did a good job cleaning the room. The carpet should be shampooed, but they explained it to us is could not be done because we were in the room and it takes a while to dry. They did give us a discounted rate for our convenience.

The "Park and Fly" program and rate offered is the best deal! The hotel is very quiet & clean, and the staff are polite and helpful. The remodel that was done a year ago, was a very nice addition. The fact there is no casino, is a major plus! The complimentary breakfast is very good & well stocked. I will continue to stay every time I fly in & out of Las Vegas, as long as they continue the "Park and Fly", & the rate stays the same.

I was looking for a beautiful, relaxing hotel with all the amenities I need. The Best Western Plus fit the bill perfectly. The staff was pleasant & professional. Extremely helpful without being overly friendly I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautifully clean hotel.

This is not a 2nd rate hotel using Park N Fly as a crutch. It fares well with other great Best Western Hotels and adds airport round trip shuttle for just $10 per person. 15 minutes from McCarran Airport. Good breakfast and wonderful service.

I don't usually stay at Best Western Hotels. More typically I stay at Hampton Inns, Marriotts and other similar hotels on business trips. I was pleased by this Best Western Plus location especially because it was a new property. It was much like a Hampton Inn in terms of its décor and comfort. The staff was great and everything was clean and fresh. The primary drawbacks are thin walls and noisy plumbing. I could hear the showers running in every room near me. I would stay again.

I stayed in this hotel because I thought it would be quieter than one on the Strip. Unfortunately, I could hear neighboring guests' TVs right through the walls. The people in the room next to me were obviously watching some kind of action movie. I had to turn the fan on high in order to sleep. Also, there was a lot of noise and slamming doors in the hallway outside my room. Other than the thin walls, this was a nice hotel and I would recommend it. There isn't a restaurant in this hotel, but there is a bar right next door that has good food.

The rooms were always clean and very comfortable! The staff was excellent. The food was terrific! We are always worried bout the beds, but the beds were very comfortable. We had a family group that was staying and all were very pleased.

Accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Amazing decor. Breakfast was perfect. One stop along the way to Lake Havasu City, close to restaurant.. Staff were very helpful when minor corrections were quickly resolved. Would highly recommend

Spent one night in Vegas and one night in Henderson for little family vacation. This Best Western should be 4 maybe 5 star Hotel. Got 2 bedroom suite, it was very clean, internet was fast, breakfast was good and staff was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a week while visiting family nearby. My husband and I had stayed there for nearly two weeks during past visits. Since I was going solo, I stayed in a lovely one bedroom suite which was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast here is very generous in a pleasant space to begin your day. A shuttle to the airport is included, as well as to a local casino if you don't have a car. The hotel is geared to business travelers, but certainly a good fit if you don't want to be in a casino, and to enjoy a no smoking environment for families. Convenient to major roads around Las Vegas, shopping nearby in a suburban atmosphere, and Green Valley Ranch area.

This hotel is very clean and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The interior and exterior are very well maintained. The staff was courteous and always easily accessible. HOWEVER- the in room amenities are VERY loud If your room is getting a bit too hot or too cold, the AC unit will let alert everyone near your room that you've just turned your AC unit on. Want to take a shower? The bathtub faucet needs a cough drop cause it's just as loud as the AC unit. This was the case with most rooms near mine because I could hear them, I've unfortunately stayed at Motel 6s, La Quintas, and Sleep Inns and that had quieter running in room amenities. The walls also are bit thin, but maybe I just had loud neighbors. The first two issues prevented me from giving this hotel 4/5 stars.

This hotel has above average accomadations at a great value for the area. With a free airport shuttle, free on-site parking for 30 days for stay and fly customers, a free hot breakfast and free internet it's hard to beat their price. Their King suite for $99.00 including tax is a great room for very little money. It was more like a condominium than a hotel room. Try it and you will like it.

I stay here every trip to LAs Vegas. Usually very quiet. Fourth floor is better as there is no one stomping around above you. Comfortable rooms. No gaming in the hotel. Great Restaurants close by Rachael at the Front Desk was great. Very helpful nice girl. Always greeted me by name.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Location was very accessable. The bathrooms were in great shape. The breakfast was warm, and very well presented. This hotel was near all types, of shopping, restaurants.

Great hotel for the money! Very clean site; helpful and 'happy' staff - from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast server - with plenty of parking. And you will 'need' a car to get around. Somewhat 'in the middle of nowhere' - yet super value and quality for the money.

Very nice hotel, we were upgraded to a suit, which was a pleasant surprise. Far enough away, yet close to strip. Lots to do around this area, Easy access to 215, the strip, Henderson, Las Vegas and Summerlin. This is our go to place whenever we are going to the Vegas area. I highly recommend this hotel

The room was worth the price I paid. It was a last minute trip with my family and BW did me justice with great rates. The room was great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again.

Well kept property and immaculate hotel. Clean, standard rooms with excellent TV and reception, microwave, refrigerator and comfortable bed. Quiet. Full complimentary breakfast including fruit, waffles, sausage,eggs, yogurt, toast, and coffee and tea. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies are offered in the afternoon. This hotel is a best kept secret.

This was a stopover on a road trip, was conveniently located, with clean facilities and capable staff. No complaints. I would go back there again, and recommend this hotel to other travelers. We generally prefer Best Westerns for just such reasons

Room was clean and neat. Hospitality and front desk staff friendly. Amenities were great except the pool and Jacuzzi was closed during our 6 day stay. My husband would have loved to sit in the Jacuzzi. Breakfast included...not bad...it would have been nice to have a change in breakfast meat each day. It was a nice, quiet, stay. We did enjoy it!

not enough hot water, showers were lukewarm to cool and at different times of the day even in the afternoon/evening no hot water, other than that the rooms were nice, staff very friendly and location good with lots of restaurants nearby

we stayed at this hotel nov-01-2015.. as we were just driving through Las Vegas we didn't want to deal with the strip traffic, so choose St Rose BW as location was excellent for getting in & out of vegas quickly. bed was excellent (very comfy) and the suite was very spacious. Great room for the price. breakfast was okay.. although they only had grape jelly, which i do not like. Restaurant staff next door at Kopper Kitchen were very friendly and food was good value.

Make sure if you check in early that the cleaning people actually clean your room. My was so gross and obviously half assed. They seemed upset we wanted to check in at noon so we got nastiness that we did not see right away because we just brought our stuff in and went out... Its Vegas

Booked my parents a room here because other places were too expensive, this hotel was still close and in a convenient location. Close to shops and away from the craziness of the strip, great for a business trip or for someone visiting someone at the St. Rose Hospital.

Sleep--what we all want in a hotel--thiat was pretty good--and so was the breakfast. I was awakened at 6:30 a.m. with noise from one of the rooms, however. I knew this was a nice hotel, as I had been in it about five years ago. It is away from the strip and also has a convenient back way to get to the downtown area. I drove about 400 miles for my Vegas vacation, which was due to last four nights; I stayed only two nights and absorbed the loss. The room included an advertised pool and there was also a Jacuzzi and BBQ. On the marque, it even advertised "heated pool". I planned this over a month in advance and read reviews of all the hotels & casino hotels. One of the features that I came for was to use the pool and Jacuzzi; it was broken and closed off the entire time I was there. I would say, that would have been half of my vacation since I just came for a concert. It was very upsetting to me to not have this available. If parts were needed and a business advertises online that they have certain selling points, then the manager should have over-nighted the parts to avoid this expensive disappointment. But, what this hotel needs to consider is the fact that there is construction going on directly behind the pool/Jacuzzi and a road is directly next to the pool. Anyone could drive by and watch you and your family. There will need to be a wall built to block out whatever business is going up. I also pulled back the sheets upon my arrival and they were not fresh--very wrinkled and scrunched. As a former maid in Aspen, I can say that my manager would never let that happen. The sheets were not even pulled down to cover the box springs--just barely on, but very uncomfortably messy. One bed was slightly better than the other, but it was pretty creepy. There were large stains on the rug; they just needed cleaning. Two holes in one wall of the bathroom where a rack use to be made it look "unfinished". There was a sour smell coming from the shower curtain--like it needed to be soaked in bleach to get rid of old bacteria. Under the sink, it was dusty with debris (pieces of plastic and fuzz). The toilet did not have a paper across it, but I am not sure what their policy is after cleaning--if they cleaned it (?). The wall from the bathroom to the sleeping area was dirty and/or needed re-painting. The rugs in the hall had ground in dirt, but gave the illusion of cleanliness with the daily vacuuming; the machine does not clean the edges in the halls or rooms. The elevator needed a thorough cleaning and not just a mopping with a dirty mop & dirty water. The tracks, as you step into the elevator, had debris in the sliding door strip. The entire two elevators needed to be polished and cleaned. This detailed analysis is due, in part, to the lack of response by the manager when I left her a letter detailing my disappointment over the lack of the pool. The note on the desk says to contact at any time that they don't meet your expectations. She assumed I would just leave soon, but what she didn't expect was this review. The young people and maids working there are just doing as they have been trained. The score of "one" is just due to not addressing a customer's concerns regarding clean sheets and no pool. She could have easily addressed this with me while I was there by sending up clean sheets and offering a discount. What could have been a four star hotel fell short due to the lack of respect of my time and money.

This is a great new hotel. Wonderful ambiance, great location. Loved the art work and design of this building. Wonderful staff! Everyone was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Loved our stay and will stay again soon.

A good value and reasonably convenient to the city without being in the middle of traffic. A good choice for a business trip. We were upgraded to King Suites that I would highly recommend if you need a small room for a business meeting that is separate from the bedroom

Rooms were fantastic, lots of room and price was right! Couldn't have asked for friendlier service. Went out of their way to help their guests. Breakfast was great also. Location was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed at the Hotel using the Park Sleep & Fly package for business, and it was very nice and clean. The beds are great and the fee breakfast in the morning is great. The staff was friendly and courteous and I had an enjoyable stay.

If you are not into gambling then I would highly recommend this hotel. my wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and will continue staying here in the future, The location is great and very quite.

this is an excellent hotel, and I would recommend highly - get a suite if you can; you'll feel at home ! very helpful front desk staff and manager who worked to allow me to stay in suite, even though close to fully booked - when I wanted to extend my stay, I am very grateful to them.

Our top requests are a quiet room and a good breakfast - scored well on both these. The rooms are new and perfect for every need, including a refrigerator. The lobby/cafe is divided into areas to eat or chat or watch the big flat screen. There is a great paved walking trail right outside the hotel for my early morning walk.

Stayed 3 nights at this well off the strip BW. We have family that live close by to this hotel so location was key. Still, a drive to the strip was approximately 15 short minutes. They have a very nice breakfast in the morning, and have a cute pool in the back. Staff was very minimal but all so pleasant to talk to. Our room was very clean and quiet. Got a king room with a sofa. Plenty of space. No smoking and no casino.

We had a large group stay at this hotel while visiting family. 4 rooms booked total. Each room was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The management and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good with several choices. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Hotel is located about 20 minutes from the strip but it was an easy drive to get back and forth. W

Pros: Very good location away from the craziness of Las Vegas Blvd (15 – 20 minutes from the strip). Room was clean and nicely decorated. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Cleaning crew did a great job to keep our room smelling fresh and tidy. Room window opens slightly, nice feature that lets fresh air in. Plenty of parking spaces available. Cons: Our 4th floor room had a constant noise from roof mounted air conditioner units. Very soft beds.

Attractive well kept property and good sized room which was nicely decorated. Had a challenge here using our Best Western points as desk person misunderstood and advised us they could be used. Came to find out later they do not book with points and you must call Best Western Customer Service if you want to use yours. They later debited our points but only after we paid for the room with our card. Lobby was prettier than most and afforded seating in the dining area so it wasn't crowded when people were checking in. Rooms were average but sizeable and beds comfortable. This property is very close to St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson, NV. If you must visit someone there this is a very convenient location to stay, within one mile. They offer complimentary breakfast in their café area and have a business center

Had a great stay there for a weekend visit. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was a real breakfast not just cereal and toast. Check in process was smooth. It was a great price for a really big room.

the staff was great, and the rooms were clean. the breakfast should have other meat options other than pork for breakfast. the shuttle service was a plus and ran very professionaly. the bed was soooooo! comfortable and the location of the hotel was very close to the venue of the concert we attended.

Overall a great value for the price. I will stay there again when I go back to Henderson NV next month. I will also recommend it to our friends who live in Henderson and have guests arriving from time to time.

Booked this hotel as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and LA ,all staff and amenities were brilliant and would stay here again for sure. Have tried others between LA - San Francisco- Yosemite and Bryce Canyon on a round trip and none have exceeded Best Western.
