Very good customer service always takes care of me.been staying here for yrs clean rooms and they been up grading rooms as well..breakfast is decent have option for breakfast burritos just wish they had begals...lol all in all good stay with this hotel..

Love this place and the staff only place I stay when I'm in the area pool and fitness center are open 24hrs breakfast is always satisfying with plenty of different varieties to choose from even have breakfast burritos being freshly made they are delicious and a must have for me and my kids

Staff always helpful and great on answering my questions. The breakfast staff always on point and everything is fresh. Small short coming was no one took our dirty towels out and leave fresh one. We had to request then.

We arrived tired and busy, I did not check every space to ensure it was clean. I should have after having issues with the TV and not even wanting to use the phone because of fingerprints. The next morning we found dirty clothes in the closet and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I'm not sure if anything other than the beds being made were done. I will not stay here again.

Typical. Checked in and they ask how many people? I say one but they mark two and give me two keys. Why even ask if you're not willing to listen. Room seemed clean until contact lenses from previous people stuck to my feet. Breakfast was pre packaged, warmed up and put out for you. Apples and oranges for fresh fruit.

There was a great night staff lady shout out to her for going above n beyond for our basketball team dinner, breakfast had many options, 24 pool for adults kids till 10pm loved it, and I liked that it was near fwy but still tucked away and less than a mile from a mall and eating options! The pillows could've been bigger and I personally prefer zippered bed covers but thats a preference, yogurt was out n coffee machine down 1 morning but nothing that couldn't be fixed! Internet could've been better, definitely lagged, but overall we had a great experience!!

Was a great stay! wonderful people and close to many things. Was able to feel welcomed, no issues, our was very nice. Breakfast was very good everyday, Monday thru Wednesday they have a Happy hour! you receive 2 coupons for beer or wine and appetizer's! Have wonderful conversations with lots of people.

Hotel brand sheets are a polyester blend, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Pool was at least 10 degrees lower than reported 84 degrees. When I asked about it, I was again assured the temp was 84 degrees but no one would be available till noon the following day to even check. We decided to leave.

I was leary of staying in downtown Auburn but this best western was in a really secure location and close to food, interstate and other things. Rooms were good and clean and pool / spa was 24 hours! for adults, children til 10pm it was clean. Breakfast was good too

The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the evenings M-W hey have an adult only happy hour with free drinks and food like mini tacos, chips and nacho cheese, or chili. What a nice way to end your day while watching a game on the big screen. The breakfast had more choices than I've seen in most hotels in years. Sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffles, and made to order burritos. Along with an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, and laundry facilities, it's clean and quiet. One of the Best I've stayed at!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was amazing! The service was top-notch and the staff really went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and the level of care that was put into everything. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

the hotel needs to have a lot of improvement specially in the dining area. We were waiting for regular coffee and it was not ready at 7 am (were waiting for 15 min) and at 8 am the carafe was empty and nobody care about it. We were waiting another 15 min till the worker invited us to backside room to get cup of regular coffee. Other guests were looking for coffee as well. There is one waffle machine and big line to get it. We were waiting for 15 min and did not get waffle.

The hotel and staff are slways welcoming and helpful. The rooms are vlean and quiet with a very good breakfast to choose from. This is my go to place to stay whenever im in the area for work or pleasure

Nice place, good beds, fairly clean and well stocked. A little loud on the 4th floor I-5 side where we stayed, but tolerable. Quiet otherwise. Good breakfast, although missing the advertised breakfast burritos. Easy Auburn access.

The best place to stay if attending a concert at White River Amphitheater. Great staff, 24hr pool and great rooms. We skipped breakfast but what I could see looked good. Location really convenient to everything we needed

Safety is a huge problem here. Some room doors with broken locks. At least one outside door never locked. People would prop open other doors with a rock. Staff didn't think it was a problem. Staff not very friendly or responsive. In general, corners cut in all areas. Signs in parking lot said they were for Pepper. Basics like butter missing from breakfast

Great hotel. Clean and updated rooms. Hotel is new and updated. In an industrial area so it's quiet. 5 mins away from major stores and food choices. Comfy beds. Kids loved the 24/Hr indoor heated pool. Amazing breakfast. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room.

Very clean hotel and comfy beds, the double king room was really nice. The pool and hot tub being open 24/7 for adults was a nice surprise too. Breakfast as always, was perfect, they always have an awesome variety to pick from.

I travel a lot for work. This is one of the best bang for your buck places I've stayed at. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, the showers are hot with pretty decent water pressure and it's clear the owner tries to keep things up to date and well maintained. What really separates it from other hotels at comparable rates is the Happy Hour. It's been my experience that few hotels have a Happy Hour. You get 2 free drink tickets and a variety of snacks along with the hostess Susan being one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The one downside is that it's only available M-T-W The only other downside is that we had some things stolen out of the back of a company truck, but in this day and age that seems to happen more frequently than be an outlier. In closing whenever I stay in the Auburn area this is my go to place and I highly recommend it.

I loved my stay at this best western plus in Auburn Washington the staff Lucia and Malia was so friendly and awesome!! !! The Happy hour with Susan was awesome!!! With Some Food and snacks after work to just sit back and relax and sip on a couple drinks!! Happy hour was only on Monday through Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm!! I wish happy hour was everyday!! :))) With that being said I will most definitely come back!!!

Great place to relax and get some rest. Front desk staff are always friendly. Bonus points for the great “happy hour social” hosted by Susan who is always engaging and busting her tail to make it happen! Nice breakfast too, especially when they have the burrito bar in play!

The workers are very kind and always kept smiling, especially Susan was very kind and nice. Every week, happy hour was held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for 2 hours. It was really happy hour with kind service and delicious food, including free beer service. If I go to Seattle again, I will use this hotel again and search for Susan.

I'm not sure if these staff were rude to our party because of racial bias, or because of tattoos, but all of the staff were rude during any interaction and seemed to be surveiling us to catch us "slipping up." We were told 5 time not to smoke in the room, when we said we did not smoke. At one point we were locked out of our room and shooed away by housekeeping staff even though they knew we were staying in that room. Do not stay here. We tried to minimize our contact with the staff, but they would approach us for every tiny thing in such a disrespectful way. Take your money and head to the Holiday Inn next door, where we went after we could not stand this hotel anymore. The Holiday Inn staff were so supportive and kind, go there!

The room was clean, wish they offered more soaps, breakfast was good even for continental. Slept like the dead. Bed was comfy and bedding was clean. Good overall. Hot tub could also use more regular cleaning.

Service, price, breakfast, team members where outstanding. Most importantly is, it's dog friendly. There is an area behind the building to take the dog. People using this privilege, please pick up after your dog, so WB will keep providing this privilege. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed staying at the Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn, Auburn, WASHINGTON!! My sisters and had a concert to go to in Seattle and found this location it was a little far from the venue but it was worth it. It was very clean, we got treated nicely they overall have great service they took great care of us! Thank you Best Western Plus!

My wallet and an envelope with cash in it were stolen from my room while we were away from the hotel. There was no safe to store valuables. Hotel staff said they reviewed the security tape and only housekeeping went into our room and that “there was nothing they could do”.

Front desk always very nice easy check in remodel rooms a plus good parking safe place good breakfast and they have free beer at night small work out room indoor pool and jacuzzi only negotiate is rail yard close by can be a little noisy at night but didn't bother me..

This property is undergoing what appears to be a "face lift". The Lobby is beautifully done and there are a couple of great seating areas available. The pool and hot tub are great, clean and well maintained areas. We did not use the fitness room. There was very little noise in this hotel aside from the fact that our tub and the tub in the room above us creeked so loudly you could hear when the upstairs neighbor was showering. The Continental Breakfast was good and the employees were constantly refilling everything. There are waffles and everything that you need to make an egg breakfast sandwich. There are a lot of options if you are creative. There is also plenty of seating. There is only one elevator on this property so during high traffic times it is usually faster to take the stairs. There are Ice Machines on the 1st and 3rd floor, but, during our stay on the 3rd floor the Ice Machine was out of service. We checked in a little later in the evening and the staff at night was great the entire weekend; super friendly and helpful. I only had the pleasure of speaking with one of the staff members that worked during the day one time; and judging by her lack of customer service skills, I would say not to bother with the front desk during the day...unless you are a man. The young girl at the desk seemed to only have issues helping you if you were a female. This hotel is just far enough away from downtown that you will not be able to walk anywhere safely. The location of this hotel is convienient if you don't mind driving to everywhere you go. The area seems to be a little bit industiral, and truckers park their big rigs in the parking lot/cul-de-sac area adjacent to the entrance to the hotel. There is a shopping center with a Walmart about 4 minutes from the hotel that is easy to get to by car, but once again nothing within walking disatnce. When my husband booked our room (he didn't go on the trip, but he booked for girls weekend) we were told there was a kitchenette in the room, and maybe there are rooms with kitchenettes but our room only had a fridge and a microwave, just noting so that no one gets their hopes up like we did. The headbored above our king bed was flaking it's fake leather all over the bed so I had to use pillows to block the headboard from getting those little flakes all over us. I was not able to get any of my devices to connect to the wi-fi. Other than that all of the lights worked and the room was pretty clean.

The hotel is conveniently located close to freeway. The room was very quiet and I did not here any highway noise. The room was clean and well maintained. Their kitchen serves a very good breakfast. Both the welcoming and kitchen Staff were very courteous and respectful.

This hotel needs a good renovation, to update standards. I understand everyone is short staffed etc. As a disabled person, I waited for 5 minutes at the front desk to talk to someone before anyone came to the desk! Was supposed to stay here again in 10 days I came home and cancelled. The bathroom was a joke for a disabled person. I was trying to sleep in one day, and the carpet cleaner started up his machine outside my door taping it, I thought is was an alarm going off.

Great location, away from the main part of town. Close to freeway. Our room was very large, clean and comfortable. It was quiet and felt safe. There was a security guard walking around the parking lot which I truly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Lighting in our room all messed up. The bathroom light turned on when it wanted to. The bathroom fan wouldn't turn off. There's a night club with SUPER LOUD MUSIC , Right across the street from this hotel. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Hotel is under construction and I'm pretty sure the workers had some kind of a family party going on while we were there.

It's easy to become numb to the standard experience of staying at a national chain hotel. They all seem the same, but staying here was a delight. From the staff to the great room to the fun guests we chatted with, we were very pleased. We've already recommended this hotel to others.

Nice hotel, safe location. Was remodeling and didn't let me know, and workers were right outside my hotel room window until 8pm working and moving machinery etc. Was tired, and wish I had known this was going on. Headboards need replaced, they are vinyl and peeling horribly. Room was very clean, staff was pleasant. Just wish I was prepared for the potential noise of the remodel.

I've stayed here every week for a month and the lady who (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) and she does an amazing job everything is always ready at 5pm and she always has different snacks. Please keep this going, one of the best things offered by the hotel.

Everyday i come back to the hotel after a day of work the women working at the hotel are very kind and hospitable, there is a happy hour Monday through Wednesday with free food and beer, nice place to stay

We had a great experience at this hotel. Every employee we encountered was kind and friendly. There was construction going on at the hotel, but we didn't hear any of it. In fact, the sound proofing in the room was great, we didn't hear any noise once in our room. Good breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Very clean. The kids loved the pool.

I can understand why it might not be advertised when looking for a hotel room that you are doing major construction work and it was not terribly disruptive except for access to some of the parking closest to our room. We always look first for BW sites close to the purpose of our trips and this was a soccer weekend and we were just 15-18 minutes from the venue which worked very well for us.

Susan was awesome and would highly recommend! She was friendly and very professional! The snacks were a major bonus and I will book here in the future when I come to Auburn and hope that she is here!!

Currently the property is under major construction BUT that did not affect our stay. The staff is super nice and the rooms are clean. Our room had a little sitting area and the breakfast is an ACTUAL breakfast instead of a grab bag. The construction hours are from 9am - 8pm so it doesn't cause issues with sleeping. Good location outside of Seattle

Broken lamp shade, head board material torn and flaking, broken mirror, gaping crack in door and door jam. Booked room in January, no mention on website or prior to checking in reagarding the condition of the room

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, fitness room, breakfast, pool, parking. Staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Easily accessible from highway. Comfortable, clean room with fridge and microwave, and ability to control temp and crack open window. Great sleep.

Rooms are always clean and inviting. The employees always make you feel at home, a smile on their face even during their long work hours. Great happy hour with a awesome host. The pool and hot tub are always clean and ready to use.

Remodeled rooms are great and clean! Staff at the front desk has amazing service. Breakfast is one of the best around from a hotel. Plenty of parking for the big truck and trailers. We stay here every time we're in town.

It's fu&$ing loud when a toddler's jumping around on the floor above you. Wakes you up at 6am when you want to sleep in. Word to the staff, when people stay with kids put them on lower floors and/or don't put them above PLATINUM MEMBERS. I should've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next door, which is newer and probably more sound proof. My loyalty got me an unwelcomed wake up. The hot breakfast was good. Didn't use any other amenities. The headboards are peeling. I've stayed twice and the beds/pillows are comfortable, but when you move the pillows the headboards are flaking/peeling. They look nice I. The photos, but they need to be replaced.

The Best western plus mountain view Auburn Inn is a wonderful hotel. The staff are some of the friendliest people I've come across in any hotel. They will go out of there way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel anytime your on the auburn Washington area.

This is my go to hotel when I'm in auburn , the staff is amazing, rooms are nice , it is kinda out of the way right off the fee way so there's not a-lot of foot traffic everything about this place I love!

The room had headboards on the beds that should have been replaced Phone was not working Tv was not working No Kleenex in the room The beds were not made well The room had a musty odor The breakfast was meek The service was slow The front desk person she told of the issues said a manager would call me and they did not This was the worst condition of any hotel room I have stayed in years My business colleague had to change rooms two times

Our entire family had bites all over us the next day after our stay. Our doctor confirmed the bites. Sheets did not smell clean and had debree under. A penny, grass, and black pieces from the peeling headboard or something. We stayed here to be closer to Crystal Mt for our early morn ski trip.

Label on toilet telling you how to make it work properly to flush, internet didn't work, stains on couch, headboard peeling off onto sheets, received one face wash cloth, need I say more. The price we paid of $116.00 did not come close to meeting the value received nor did it meet what I expect from being a Best Western member.

I had a quiet place to study three days before my exams. The room was very comfortable and quiet. the bed and pillows are similar to what I have at home which made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was an assortment of hot and cold food

This is not the first time that we've stayed at this Best Western. We usually stay here each time we travel to Maple Valley, Wa. We just wish they had one in Maple Valley, Wa. to be even closer to our family there. Since there isn't one there we definatelly stay in Auburn, Wa.

Room clearly broken into previously. Locking hardware loose and broken. Loose toilet. Stains. Mind you this is the suite too. Kids found trash and glass beer bottles in pool and hot tub. The breakfast is surprisingly good.

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and smiled whenever we interacted. They really helped to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel lobby was beautiful and inviting. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Everything that I experienced while staying at the Best Western was great besides the bath tubs. The tubs were stained pretty bad and the washer and dryers weren't up to date and the dryers weren't drying clothes completely on one cycle. But other than that, I have no other complaints. Everything else was perfect!

I was at the Best Western for a women's retreat and it was a wonderful experience. We rented a meeting room where we spent three days crafting. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast options were really good! All the staff were extremely helpful. I appreciated that there were lots of places within a five minute drive to grab lunch or dinner to bring back to the hotel. It was a great weekend getaway!

We had a great stay here. The breakfast was great had many choices. Lots of towels ready in the room upon check in. Very clean everywhere. Hot tub was broken but we didn't have time to use it anyway. Staff members all helpful and very nice.

The room was on the first floor and the seal on the window was ripped and looked like it'd been broken into. The room smelled and many of the surfaces were sticky. Disappointed compared to other BW we've stayed at this year.

There is no mountain view. Jew if freeway and industrial building mostly. U have to look beyond them. There was poop floating in hot tub. Never got it cleaned so we couldn't use it and we pay $186 - they should clean the thing. 3 ppl stayed and we were only given 2 towels. No extra blankets in room. Shower curtain ring is broken. Toilets plug up easily. Bfast is basic. We pay all this $ for what?! It's a terrible place. Don't come here. Oh and btw we don't wear masks!!! And u have to reserve pool time. So stupid.

It was a weekend Muckleshoot Bingo weekend get away. Hotel is couple miles from Bingo Casino. The Hotel is clean quiet and I think the rate are reasonably. They offer a reward card to earn points that is really nice to. It really nice when your point can get you a Free Room.

Have started here a number of times. Used mobile check-in, arrived late, and room was not ready. Front desk folks were fine and continually checked on room. Overall, things are starting to look worn. Outdated furniture in the room, chipped tiles in the elevator, carpets in stairwells ready for new. Still decent place for a night or two.

The hotel room was filthy and outdated. Although we were told the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival, the previous guest's workout clothes were left hanging on the bathroom door. The toilet had most certainly not been cleaned. The room smelled like smoke. One of the lights did not work. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

I stayed at this property for one night during a business trip in late April 2021. I chose it because it was the most conveniently-located hotel to my company's facility (Boeing). It is set off the main road so it is very quiet. My two-queen room was spacious, with both living room and sleeping area. The vanity area was conveniently separated from the toilet and shower. The work desk area was functional. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room (lights, plumbing, AC, wireless Internet, flat screen TV, etc.) worked as it was supposed to. Everything wasn't perfect, however; when I stepped in the bathtub to take my morning shower I realized there was no shower curtain. The complimentary breakfast area was spacious, but I wasn't able to take advantage of it as I had to leave before breakfast service began at 5:30 a.m. The common areas were well-kept. Check-in and check-out were both efficient and pleasant. There are several restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. The rate I paid was fair for this type of property. All-in-all, I had a pretty good stay and will probably stay here again the next time I'm in Auburn.

Would definitely stay at this Best Western again. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned. Towels were replaced. Cleaning staff was very attentive. Check in and out were trouble free. Great view of Mt Rainer!

I was charged $150 for damaged blankets that weren't damaged at all. Syrup or something from breakfast had spilled, the blankets were just the white duvets with no covers. When and if they washed and santitized them the spots from breakfast would have came out. They charged my card the $150 shortly after we left, they couldn't have even attempted to wash in that short time before charging my card

Super friendly staff! Rooms were clean and many amenities to choose from. We will stay here again. Located close to outlet mall, shopping and fun to be had very close to the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of choices, even for the picky kids.

We stayed here before attending a horse show nearby. Hotel staff wore masks. Room was comfortable. Although, when I needed a pen, was disappointed not to find a pen or any paper in the room. There were two large groups staying in the hotel. One group took over the lobby with their dinner. I was disappointed to find the adults still there unmasked several hours later. They were in clear view of a sign that said masks were required in the lobby. Kids were loud running down the hall, but that's not the hotel's fault. Was also surprised their was no bill under my door in the morning and had to stop at the front desk before leaving. Staff was otherwise pleasant and did their best in the evening and many different groups looking for space to meet.

If you're staying to party, this is the place to stay. If your staying because you have an athlete who needs to play the next day, stay somewhere else. Both nights were horrible, between kids running up and down hallway/slamming doors and a huge party in the lobby and/or conference room until 1-2am. DO NOT stay on the second floor if you want to sleep at night.

We stayed at this hotel for because my daughter had a volleyball tournament. Great location to outlet mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. 2 bedroom queen was bigger then expected

It was a weekend to get away and play Bingo with my Bingo girls. We played Bingo and Muckleshoot Bingo Casino. This Hotel is close to Muckleshoot Bingo Casino. It's right of the Freeway. It's easy to find.

Easy booking and check in, great customer service! Even with COVID, things were clean and masks were worn. Breakfast was limited, not surprising. I have stayed at this location several times with no problems.

Title says it all. Only one sign upon entering said no mask = no service. Several groups walked in maskless while we were checking in and getting our bags. Not one of them were masked and the front desk worker did nothing but service them and answer questions. During a pandemic one would expect multiple signage postings throughout the hotel. Our first room smelt like pet pee so we switched to another room. Upon using shower we noticed bathroom began to stink like cigarettes and weed. The majority of the hallway smelt that way anyway. The lighting is 20th century style no ceiling lights. Wasn't expecting a whole lot but would have hoped safe precautions were made and followed. Guests maskless should be offered a mask when entering and hand sanitizer should be present. Many stores leave a box of masks and sanitizer at the entry way. We verified that the hotel is requiring guests to wear masks which was true to an extent. However, even in hallways on way to our room, people were maskless. Extremely disappointing.

Been staying here off and on for a year or so. Always pleased too see the nice staff every week during the day and late afternoon, amazing people. Then comes the Night shift..... there is a guy in a suit who roams around the lobby or stands out front smoking cigarettes, ask him for a anything he will rudely lie to you and say it's too late for him too help you and walk away too smoke cigarettes. I don't understand who would hire someone too wear a suit at 1am do nothing and just deny customers from out of town, leaving them helpless late at night. Not the type of service you would expect from a business late at night. 3rd picture I took through the night. 1:18 am tench coat walking around. Poor poor employment.

During the Covid 19 period this hotel remains one of the best places to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, every effort made to keep everyone healthy and happy. So nice to see some restrictions lifted yet safety is their first priority. Quit and safe, comfortable rooms, good value.

Hotel was perfect they definitely are a Plus. They have a happy hour which missed by a lot but they had left over popcorn which they allow guests to help themselves to the bags. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of coffee and related amenities. Shower was hot with plenty of pressure.They did wonderful making me feel they are using proper disinfectant methods and staff was masked and they were ensuring guests were wearing masks too. The indoor pool was great with a 5 ft deep end and hot tub near by. Make a reservation for the pool ahead of time. I didn't catch her name but the lady that checked me in helped me get a pool reservation that worked for my needs well. She was so thoughtful to think of my family when there was a cancelation she offered me the spot since we got stuck on the pass and were running very late. Thank you so much!

I have stayed at this specific Best Western on and off for the last three years, it is hands down one of the best hotels in the surrounding Seattle area. The late night snacks and drinks with Susan is just delightful, she is the best. Highly recommend this best western in Auburn, if your in the area and in need of a stay check this place out.

We decided to stay at this hotel for a mini Getaway with our family, all the staff we encountered were GREAT!! They offer Hot breakfast in the morning the outlet collection is close by and have a lot of grocery stores nearby. Very quiet room with comfortable beds we couldn't have chosen a better hotel! Thanks for such a great stay :) We will definitely be back.

The girl working the front desk on the afternoon/evening of 28 August 2020 was one of the rudest, most negative customer service interactions I have ever experienced. Very dismissive and rude during multiple interactions. She Refused to provide her info or a managers info. She was very unprofessional in her response to several of our basic questions in regards to our stay.

To be honest, I'm still at the hotel for 2 more nights. I have stayed here multiple times for business. When I got back to my room today housekeeping had not done anything. Had not even entered the room. The only thing the front desk would say is "Ill make a note for the housekeeping staff" I had to ask for and go down to the front desk to get fresh towels and a bar of soap. Usually very satisfied with the service here so we will see if tomorrow evening is better. Just "missing" a room, is in my book, unacceptable.

Close to freeways, grocery stores, food, and really everything. Great value, and the staff here was amazing. Check out the Antojitos place on the corner for a real treat. The area around is a little shady so I would stick to driving.

The hotel was very clean and appeared to be pandemic safe. The front desk person was excellent in checking me in and I asked for a quiet room and was given a well maintained room that was very quiet. I slept like a baby...

I've been staying here at the BW in Monroe every week for the past 9 months and it's been nothing less then great everytime, rooms are very clean and comfortable with many restaurants and stores very close for total convenience , all the staff members are very polite and friendly. Wouldent stay anywhere else thanks to you all for all you do .

It is a very nice & clean hotel. Staff was great and helpful. Will definitely stay there when visiting Seattle again. The parking can be a bit crowded but it was a Friday/Saturday. Good variety on the breakfast items.

Friendly staff on front desk and breakfast room .the hotel price is affordable but they can improve on possibly a better heating system on the main entrance and in the first floor of the hotel to make customers happier.

I understand that hotels have to undergo renovations etc., but this was a very dirty hotel. Weather you had shoes or socks on or were barefoot, you would literally stick to the floor! There were a lot of strange smells and stains as well. It needs to be renovated but dang some warning would be nice! It was incredibly loud with terrible construction that we were not made aware of upon booking. Literally from 8 am to 6 pm we had banging, saws, tile breaking etc. This went on even over the weekend. We did end up switching rooms to get away from some of the construction mayhem but the cleanliness of the rooms was really hard to get past. Unfortunately, we were staying for a cheer competition and had to stay in that particular hotel or I would have definitely left and stayed somewhere else. The staff was really nice and it was obvious it was out of their hands. They even admitted to it being a huge problem. We were paying $170 per night - almost double the price they normally charge because of it being for a cheer competition and we were staying in really bad conditions.

Great hotel. Clean and quiet. Offered a great breakfast and happy hour in the evening. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff is exceptional. It was very convenient to the business area I visited and to several vacation sites, which I tried to visit as many as I could while there. Highly recommend it.

Overdue review: In early December, I needed to check into a hotel for a few weeks due to an apartment fire and this was the closest Best Western that allowed dogs. The room and amenities were excellent, the breakfast was great, and the dinner reception with Susan was especially awesome. I was bummed whenever I was late or had to miss it! Also, the location was fine, the employees were friendly and helpful, and although my insurance paid for the hotel stay, I was still awarded my points so don't listen to that other reviewer. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you to Susan and Tawnya and the entire staff.

Stay away from this hotel......rude employees, terrible breakfast, horrible location, I could go on but I think you get the point. Don't even try to get reward points from this location. If you get any discount at all on your room rate they keep your reward points

I have been staying here since November of last year. I attended the customer appreciation on several occasions as time and work permitted. I enjoyed being able to relax there after work and socialize with other guests and co-workers. I have to say, Susan, the lady in charge, has done an excellent job of taking care of the guests. She made it relaxing to be there. She was very professional and was very accommodating. She also learned what each person was drinking and had drinks ready to go as soon as you walked in. I learned her last day was this last Thursday and she is going to be missed. She did a wonderful job.

My wife and I always enjoy our stay at the Best Western Plus Mountain View Inn, in Auburn Washington. Great staff, we especially like our time spent enjoying their "Evening Happy Hour" with host Susan. She is the best, and always makes us feel welcome. The food and beverages are a great perk and is a big reason we come back.All of the rooms we have stayed in are very nice and comfortable. A good choice for business or pleasure in a pretty good location as well.

As far as hotels in Auburn go, we really like this one. They would get 5 stars in this trip if they would have let us use the shuttle service. The lady said it only runs at the top of the hour. It was 12:03 and she said we would have to wait until 1. If I would have known I would was going to be taking cabs I would have stayed home.

I chose this hotel after checking the trip advisor rating. This hotel didn't meet my expectations for a Best Western. There seems to be a staffing issue as only one staff member out of five that I encountered was friendly and customer service oriented. Otherwise, a clean, well maintained older property.

Can't say enough about great proffessional, courteous staff at this location. Great breakfasts, lovely room. Will definately be back and would recommend. Especially enjoyed a later closing of breakfast time to 10pm . Fortunately we were also able to relax to a later checkout.

This hotel and staff are amazing. I travel and stay in hotels a lot so getting this nice gem is quite a bonus. The pool is 24 hour for adults and until 10 pm for kids. Food was excellent and the counter staff were above and beyond helpful.

This hotel had the nicest employees. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to be kind and helpful and so positive. It was a great reflection I'm Best Western. This was also true of the maintenance man who saw a struggling to get in and walked all the way down the hall just to open the door for us. The breakfast was really good too. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

I had to be in the area for work, however, getting to the BW+ turned the trip into a mini vacation. They set up a little Happy Hour, the pool is enchanting and open good hours, and the hot tub is glorious.

This hotel had the hardest beds and pillows ever. It was so noisy I could barely think straight. The rooms are old and small. There is a reception in the evening for loyalty members but the front desk won't tel you about it. I won't go back and this was my second chance at trying them due to convenience of location.

We'd booked this hotel for after a long, long flight from the uk and the least we can say is just how welcoming they were when we arrived! Courteous, helpful front desk, properly prepared room, excellent breakfasts, lovely pool and spar - just perfect. For us the location away from the city but not that far from the airport was excellent. There's a Walmart and plenty of eating places a few minutes drive away (regrettably the steak house next door is closed - not a fault of the hotel!) and even the odd place within walking distance. We could recommend this place to anyone.

Rather than pay the inflated prices in the Western Washington/Puyallup Fair area, we opted for this property. It's about a 25 minute drive from the fair, and we opted to take the shuttle bus from the South Hill Mall, which is far less in cost and far more in convenience to get to and from the fair. The cost: bus fare. The convenience: drop off and pick off across the street from the Blue gate. This inn isn't located in a bustling area. It's an underperforming area, with a restaurant with its signage lit up on the street you turn on to get to the inn behind it, but not open (who's paying that bill and why?). It isn't a well lit area in places, as it isn't dense. A large parking lot and driveway on the inn's south side, and parking wraps around the building like a letter C. The lobby is spacious, if anything underdeveloped like the surrounding area. The large indoor pool and five-person hot tub area, which aren't well lit, are off to the right. Due to where our room was, we parked around the back. It was fairly well lit and more rural than urban, and my Spidey sense only tingled to "be aware" mode. The room was large, with a half wall between the bed and a sitting area, with the other side of the wall home to the refrigerator and small microwave, though that area wasn't well lit. The bed was spacious and comfortable...it was a king bed, after all. The neighbors were quiet on Friday night, but on Saturday the neighbors got noisy with slamming doors and such around midnight. We had to open our door to complain. Fortunately, they obliged, and there was no further incident. The pool was lukewarn at best, and the hot tub perhaps at the minimum temperature as far as hot tubs go, i.e. good enough. On the plus side, when we checked in we noticed that there were children in the pool, and the manager immediately went there and shooed them out. Speaking of out, they were out of pool towels when we arrived at the pool a short time later. However, there was a house phone on the wall (familiar to us boomers) and we got connected to the front desk, with that person (a different one than before) bringing us towels right away. The breakfasts were decent, the seating area filling up fast towards the end of the time window. Tip: they remove things fast, so make sure you get there early enough to comfortably get seconds in beverage and/or food! Tip 2: There was a cook who cooked to order on the opposite side of the entry-way.

The room was spacious (sitting area in addition to 2 queens), very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - made to order breakfast burritos one day and omelets the next, biscuits and gravy, many options, well maintained. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Everyone was so kind and check in and out was fast! Room was nice and the location was ver convenient. I will be staying here again and will recommend this location go people. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Holiday Inn was much nicer, which I found out after Best Western messed up my reservation and was sold out so I had to purchase an additional night. I called ahead and was assured my booking was correct.

I am not certain what qualifies this hotel as a "Plus". I would also consider this area a bit "sketchy." I think the room was overpriced even with a block discount. The bed was too soft and the pillows were the size of throw pillows you would find on a sofa. Also, the room temperature would not regulate. It was either blazing hot or ice cold making for a sleepless night. I had spoken with the front desk before arriving and requested a first floor room. She said it would not be a problem and said she assigned me one in the system. When I checked in, we were on the second floor. The only redeeming qualities... the guy who checked me in and the one helping him were very friendly and pleasant. The lobby and the room were also clean.

Found dirty underwear & socks in room upon arrival! Reported it to front desk & gotten rude remarks when we asked if it was even cleaned properly upon arrival. Rude & intimidating staff. We left the whole day the 2nd day of our stay since we felt unwelcome & uncomfortable!

There are not a whole lot of BW options on the east side of Seattle. The BW Mountain View fits the bill.The hotel is pretty modern with clean, comfortable rooms with very nice beds. Breakfast offers the usual BW breakfast with the added option of having a omelette made for you.

Originally, I stayed at the La Quinta in Auburn, but cars were being broken into so we moved to the Best Western down the street. Be aware, this hotel sits beside a very busy railroad track and is in a very bad part of town. This hotel is one of the worse hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel is probably 50 years old and looks and feels its age. When I walked in, the sliding door rattled and shook then opened about 6 inches. I pushed it open the rest of the way. The room's quirky layout still baffles me. The toilet and shower were in one room, while the sinks and towels were in another. Not exactly convenient when you're dripping wet and forgot to grab a towel on your way into the shower. The 'wood' decor's laminate is peeling off and the plywood bathroom door is warped and bowing. In addition, the ceramic tile had been patched with off-colored grout that was applied with a heavy hand, leaving globs of grout everywhere. The breakfast was another experience. I walked into the breakfast room when I was assailed with an overwhelming stench. I soon discovered it was the bagel container. I notified the breakfast staff, but since they didn't speak English, they just smiled and laughed. I then decided to have yogurt, but the yogurt machine was broken. I settled for coffee. The next day, the bagel stink was still there when I left to get breakfast elsewhere.. I only stayed in Auburn, WA because my daughter lives in the area, but upon returning home, I looked up other hotels. I was curious what the prices were in downtown Seattle. For the same price, I could have stayed in a luxury hotel, Olive 8, right in the heart of where I wanted to be. Next time I'm in Seattle, I'm steering clear of all the hotels in Auburn and staying in Seattle.

I always have a great stay at Best Westerns. The Mountain View Auburn Inn had great staff at the front counter that greeted me right away. Rooms were very clean and location was quiet for a third floor room. I will be returning

The hotel was excellent, clean rooms, spacious room, comfortable beds, excellent Wifi and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with additional cooking of an omelet and breakfast burrito. Happy hour on the second day (2 free beers and chili snack.)

Higher profiled hotel chains and options could learn a thing or two from the BWPlus, Mtn View Auburb Inn. Staff enthusiasm and warmth, cleanliness of the interior property, well appointed and clean rooms demonstrate managements commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.

For back to back weekends I was a chaperone for a high school volleyball team that stayed at the Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn. Generally when a group of teens enter a hotel, you anticipate a less than enthusiastic reception from staff. Our experience was the exact opposite - the lobby staff was amazingly welcoming from the minute we arrived. In particular - we had the pleasure on each visit to have Nicole working the front desk. SHE WAS AWESOME! She welcomed the girls (ages 14-17) and encouraged them to hang out in the lobby if they wanted. Room are very large (two queen beds plus a sitting area) and very clean. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings had something for everyone and was well prepared and presented. There was an indoor pool & hot tub that was open 24 hours with adults only after 10:00 p.m. We will definitely ask our school to continue to book this hotel for future tournaments.

Our entire trip had been a complete disaster before arriving at the hotel. Our plans for the day got screwed up due to road closures, detours and sitting in gridlock traffic. We were so stressed out when we arrived at the hotel, but the staff was so great, it put us at ease and they were able to get us into a room early so we were able to unwind and make the best of the rest of our trip. Thank you front desk day staff.

Did a couple of days here as I working in the city and the company put me up. It really wasn't bad. I got the suite and it was a pretty big room with a work office corner and a huge bathroom. It was a bit on the dark side but spacious enough Also had a fridge and big couch. Somewhat dated furniture but the big bed was comfy enough. Included buffet breakfast was good and was even able to take some back to my room and store in my fridge since there were a few days I had to be into work by 6am and the breakfast starts at 6am. Neighborhood not the greatest (Walmart nearby) but I was only crashing at the hotel once I was done with my meetings so it was fine. Wifi pretty decentt. Bathroom amenities basic (Best Western). All in all if I had to go back there for work I would for sure stay here as the rooms (suites) are big and you can definitely stretch out!

We are traditionally Hampton stayers, but had to find something more reasonable in Seattle area. Pleasantly surprised with the new look of Best Western Plus. While this facility was a little older, we found the room to be very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All breakfasts were extremely good and the service we received from Susan during Happy Hour was above and beyond anything we expected. She gets five stars from these two senior citizens from Texas.

the staff is extremely friendly, rooms are very well kept up and clean. I would stay here again, I stayed at another Motel in this area the last time I was here and it was horrible, the beds were extremely hard, didn't get much sleep. the chair and ataman was broken, all kinds of bad. I would recommend this Best Western anytime.

I came out here to visit some friends and stayed here. It's a very small town and I didn't really know too much about this place. When I arrived at the hotel and was welcomed by Luis. EXTREMELY kind GREAT customer service. He also did car service to the mall and Walmart which was very convenient considering I'm a very forgetful person and forgot a whole bunch of things to pack. Luis let me know about a whole bunch of places to visit while I'm here in Washington visiting. My hotel room was very clean. Pool was pretty cool. I definitely got my monies worth. I will be coming back.

The hotel was almost exactly what I expected it to be from looking at pictures. However the overall hotel was basic, it got me through my trip. It wasnt bad but it was just basic. Although I would stay here again in the future if I was the ever return to this area.

This place has customer service like no other hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a room at a cheaper place for a big festival weekend. I paid 6 months in advance but when I arrived they only had a room with one queen bed. I was in a panic! I called this BW (I had stayed here last year for the same festival) and they had a room! They put me on the list for cancellations for the next night and before I was even in bed the first night they had secured me a room for the second nights stay. They even gave it to me at the cheaper nights rate. The pool is fantastic. This place is squeaky clean too. I already booked next years weekend at the BW. They really are fantastic with customer service.

This is by far one of the best places to stay if you are in the Auburn, WA area. Coming from a small town it's not easy to travel with a family of 5 and find a place in this area we felt safe at. This was the only place I could say we found and truly have enjoyed our stay here. Angelina at the front desk is awesome and such a friendly person, make sure to stop by and tell her hi. The housekeepers are all great, they may not speak much English but they are always ready to make your stay more pleasurable by doing all they can to accommodate your needs. Breakfast here is the best I have had compared to any other hotel/motel I have been to. Staying at over 100+ I would give this one the #1 spot in the list. They have just about everything for everyone. Fresh omelette or burritos made everyday by there lovely breakfast crew Erika, El Vira & Karis. On top of the usual eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy or waffles or cereal. Also serving fresh fruit as well as bagels and other pastries. Yum yum! Like I said this place is just a great place to stay, most of the staff has made me and my family feel very welcomed here. I would recommend this hotel to all who visit the area. Also the place is surrounded by cherry trees. Beautiful flowers when in season!

Friendly staff at the front desk. Clean rooms. They have a pool. I did not use it but there were other people using it. Clean hallways. Decent free breakfast in the morning. My only concern that I mentioned at checkout was that the front stairway to the second floor was too dark. Solid dark blue carpet with no lighting. Plenty of parking.

Great staff; everyone was very nice. We enjoyed how clean the property and our room was. We usually make everyone wear socks in hotel rooms to keep their feet from turning black due to dirty carpeting. It wasn't an issue this time and our feet stayed clean!

This location would get a better rating except they do not have shuttle service to the airport. They have a shuttle bus with a limited mileage area. The breakfast area could use a 2nd waffle maker. And the omelette cooks are too slow. .be careful when using the sink, in the rooms, the water rushed out very fast and splashed on your clothes.

My stay was for a family reunion and the service was great. The staff went all out to make the family feel welcome. Thank you all for an excellent stay, the view from my room was great, the room was well maintained.

I've stayed at this location a couple times and never had an issue. This trip however was more trouble than it should have been. Power outlets dead, cable/tv issues were our main issues Staff was helpful to remedy but these issues shouldn't be happening. I hope this was an isolated bad week as this property is very nice and convenient for many places around town.

I entered in my first body building/ bikini competition and stayed at this Bet Western since they were the host hotel. I've never had a spray tan before and didn't know that it will stain toilet seats and sheets. Well, that's what happened and I was charged for damages. Unpleasant surprise and lesson learned. Nicole was great and very friendly, but I was still upset about the preventable damages. I would have done everything I could to protect things had I known.

The staff was awesome especially the front desk, friendliest people in North America. Hotel was clean and great location but the staff make this place. Awesome mountain view. Very relaxing and 24 hour for adults at the pool.

I really enjoy the happy hour as I always get a friendly hello and smile from Susan W. a snack and a beverage. Its refreshing to see how Susan interacts with quest that appear to be return customers. Susan always makes you feel welcome. My room is always clean and well kept. The front desk personnel are extremely helpful in times of need such as giving me a tooth brush or allowing me to us their stapler - very simple silly items but needed. All are very friendly and I'm comfortable asking for help. I have used the large conference room and room 227 to complete training of new hire associates for our company.

I was here for a training. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The manager's Happy Hour was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was very good and offered many options for special dietary needs. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall a nice experience.

I always bring my friends and family to this particular best Western because the staff is always friendly and professional and personal. We also like to enjoy the 24 hour hot tub that is available after the little ones have settled down.

Clean room, nice breakfast, wonderful staff. Kevin at the front desk recommended Point Defiance Park in Tacoma, a beautiful place with trails, views of the Puget Sound, gardens, and a zoo and aquarium. This visit will create great family memories, all thanks to Kevin.

Just remodeled, very clean. Wonderful breakfast and lots of options. Love that the pool is open 24 hrs. This hotel has a hot tub. The two king suite rooms are great for families, as one of the beds has a separate room for adult privacy.

We just returned from staying a week for a high school graduation. The front desk staff was over the top accommodating!!!! We booked 2 months in advance and needed one room ADA. They were booked so the management checked to see if the guest truly needed a handicap room since the reservation had not been made directly but from a travel website. They worked it out for us. Also the breakfast staff was so on it. As soon as someone would vacate a table there was staff wiping it off. When was the last time that happened. Right? They are truly 6 stars!!! Clean has to happen but training staff to go above takes time.

I always stay here when I'm in town as long as there is availability. It is always clean and everyone has always been friendly. They have made everything look nicer over the past several years. I feel comfortable and safe at this location.

I'm in Washington frequently for work and this week I was traveling quite a bit so four different hotel stays & definitely not all great. I stayed in Auburn for my last overnight and it was just what I needed! Super friendly check in staff, handed me snacks and bottles of water and tickets to a happy hour. Got to my room and if I'm being honest the initial view isn't great (rooftops & train tracks) just a turn of the head and you have an amazing view of the mountain (see photo). Rooms are large, quiet and have everything you need for an overnight stay. Fitness center had all the basics, I didn't use the pool but there is one. There is a full breakfast but it is a large hotel and it was quite busy. Only two criticisms would be there is a train station very close which I never heard except for at 4 AM when they were connecting some cars, and the gal at the omelette station needs some more training on making omelettes as well as customer service. But I certainly won't avoid coming back for lack of an omelette ;)

The breakfast is wonderful here. Omelets, burritos, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. Quick service at desk and clean rooms. The location was kind of remote and we were without a car so that was the only negative for us.

Really appreciate that this hotel trusts adults to use the pool and hot tub whenever they want, thank you! Beds are pretty comfy, lots of HBO channels, BW members get extra points AND welcome snack at check-in, staff are friendly and helpful. This seems like a "working" hotel, in that lots of railroad employees stay here, and it's located right next to the train tracks. All that means is that sometimes it's a bit loud in the morning, but not enough to annoy me, personally. We stay here when we have music shows to attend in Seattle, mainly because we can hot tub at midnight when we get back. Thanks again for that!

Checked into hotel and was given a room number. Went to my room and key wouldn't work. Went back to main desk and manager my key wouldn't work. She gave me a new set of key cards and I went into my room. I left my room for 45 minutes and when I returned someone else was in my room on the phone next to my laptop. This was around 8pm. I was startled and in shock to see someone in my room. We walked down to front desk and I explained the situation. The front desk manager was extremely apologetic and said she told me/wrote down the wrong room number at my initial check in. Said she would upgrade me to another room for the inconvenience. My next room was the same type that I just moved from. I called and she them moved me to a suite that had just had carpets cleaned. It ended up being very musky and the cooling system was not really working well. I decided that I would just stay there and didn't want to change rooms again. I also mentioned to the front desk manager that I would like to speak with the manager regarding my experience and felt they are too relaxed on guest safety by issuing key cards without much research. I never did get follow up and checked out the next day. This would have been really back if I had shown up in my original room later that evening as there would have been two people in my room upon my return with my personal belongings.

Susan is awesome, if I owned my own business I would steal her away. Even if she has a bad day you can't tell. Customer service skills are top notch and even bakes us blueberry muffins, yummy. Thanks Susan

The hotel looks nice from the outside and lobby but once you get to the room you realize that this Best Western is seriously over due for a major over hall. The room was in serious disrepair w/ripped up furniture, funky smell, nasty bathroom that needed a mildew remover and a caulk job at the very least and really needs to be ripped out and start over. Cracked sink and carpet pulling away from the walls. The bed is rock hard and there is a train that runs right outside the window about 200 feet away. Apparently the train runs all night for the most part. NEVER AGAIN

Best Western is my first choice hotel when travelling. They are a great value with big property service, consistent product and reasonable price. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast filling and with adequate variety that all members of our party were able to start their day right! Customer service at Best Western Plus Mountain-View Inn is excellent with a commitment by the staff to accommodate special needs, early and late arrivals.

We were in town for a conference . The motel was undergoing some renovations so it would be difficult to give a fair review with the construction going on. The hall way had blue painters tape at the doorways to the rooms, our bathroom and a cheap shower head. The room was nice but the paint job inside needed improving on. It was comfortable and I wold be willing to try it again after the renovation. We were not offered bonus points just given the ack snack. We were not offered express check out either.

We stayed here at the recommendation of a basketball tournament we were attending and they were a partner hotel. I was sceptical to ay the least and I couldn't have been more right. The hotel is going through renovations but talk about a little too late! We stayed for two nights and won't be back! The initial person that checked me in had 0 customer service explained zero about the hotel and just gave me our room keys, grant it this is our first time staying here and you would think they would ask/explain things. I was traveling with family so we had two rooms. When I did digital check-in I asked that the rooms be close, on a high floor and away from the elevators. Rooms were semi close yet on the second of 4 floors and right next to the elevator. The rooms had been partially remodeled flooring and sinks as you can see from the pictures chairs are torn, bathroom fan falling apart, water damage patched, rust around the door, beds were not comfortable, cleanliness is a joke and the list goes on. It was so bad I checked the bed for bedbugs in the plus ours didn't have any. We went to the desk and asked for the new rooms they said the hotel was full and couldn't switch us. So it began! The walls, ceiling and doors are so thin! I could hear everyone's conversation that was by our room and when you walked down the hall the same! I had the family of elephants above me that was up until all hours and started at 5am! Our other room seemed to be under a compressor that went off at all hours and made the room shake as well as hearing all the train noise. Again front desk seemed not to care and said nothing they could do. They had two ice makers on the 1st and 3rd floor only. The first floor one never worked so the only one for the entire hotel was on the 3rd floor that stopped working completely so no ice could be used to fill up our girls water bottles. They tried for breakfast and staff was nice there however the7 had 1 person trying to make omletes for a busy weekend full of teenage girls so it led to being rushed and half cooked omelets. Not the persons fault it's the manager for not staffing correctly. We left early the first day and were gone most of the day came back around 4:30pm to change and to our suprise neither room had been touched by housekeeping seemed odd since they were starting early when we were leaving. On our way out again we let the front desk know they said they would handle it but when we arrived at 6:30pm neither room still touched. We left again stopped by the desk and let them know again and they said they would handle it. We came back around 10pm and guess what? Only one of the two rooms finally had housekeeping if you could call it that they made the bed, took the trash and brought new towels. We had to go down to the desk and ask for towels for our untouched room. Again 0 customer service no one apologetic and they seemed to care a less! To add anytime you need to contact the desk you have to go there, why because they have no option to call the desk from your room! We found out the fridge in one room wasnt working when it melted all of our cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory and our left overs went bad (talk about expensive.) Finally we were on our last day and boy never so happy to leave so I could finally get some sleep and be in a clean room! The elevator that was already slow as molasses broke down! Its like every band aid on this hotel busted! We stopped at the desk one last time to tell them about our poor experiences and the front desk said she would have to call the manager, so far 0 attempts to contact me. I also never recieved my final bill. This hotel is overpriced for the lack of cleanliness and semi-renovations. If ever staying in this area I would hope the new Holiday Inn Express they are building is finished or I'll stay further away to avoid this BW fail! I will say that my family wasnt the only ones in our group that had issues our entire team experienced similar problems!

We come to Auburn on business a lot and we always enjoy are stay at this Best Western plus in Auburn. We like the clean rooms, the staff, facilities, their very nice happy hour, their pool and spa. A great choice for location and rates.

I been staying here since May 02, and probably will be here until June, I would like to give a big thank you to one of the most sweetest respectful professional Lady I ever met, Talking about Susan a sweet lady that works at the happy hour service, make me realize that there's our there wonderful people like her, and that can make anyone's day, her conversations are always unique and it makes you sometimes wonder where can we find more beautiful respectful person like her! Well I could write a book about her kindness but it will take a long time, even know I just met her she has my respect and friendship for ever... thank you Ms Susan.

Very nice people to deal with,fast,friendly,and polite. I have been staying here for the past 18 months,and have always been treated very well. Breakfast is very good,and the evening snacks that Sue puts on are very good.

This hotel is close to the race track and always very clean and everyone is very friendly. We always stay here when we are doing late night at Emerald Downs. We noticed that they are improving their hotel but kept the noise to a minimum.

After staying at this property more than 30 times within the last year, I was confronted with a situation that left me feeling regretful for staying in the first place. My cousin and I stayed the night and he forgot his wallet. We called the property and asked if they had found a wallet and I was instructed to sign for the property back. When we arrived the employee handed him the wallet after seeing my driver's license and said we were banned from the property due to "drug paraphernalia" in my cousin's wallet. What was actually in his wallet was a best western pen. She would not give us anymore information when we asked why we were banned from the property. I didn't sign anything. As a Best Western Diamond member, I was quite irritated with the claims she had made. I obviously won't be returning to this location and I don't recommend leaving any "drug paraphernalia" in your belongings if you do forget something. I am VERY disappointed by that staff member, I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the response from the property manager. "I don't know what you are referring to." Was sent twice to my emailed response of the incident by the manager. And overall, I am TOTALLY not understanding why we were banned in the first place for a pen in my cousin's wallet.

Stay with with for two night. Service was rude. Some renovations were going on. Manager is not friendly or helpful would rather play on her phone. Room was about average. When trying to resolve issue staff was near impossible to communicate with. Will not be staying here again.

I was surprised to find this hotel in Auburn of all places. Being used to hotels in major tourism markets, there are a lot of things that are disappointing BUT I probably shouldn't expect to find them in Auburn! The appearance in general is nice enough, nothing is objectionable. They advertise having a gift shop, it's actually just an oddly stocked room with some impulse snack food and soda purchases, other than Tums and Rolaids I can't recall seeing anything else available (nothing that made it a "gift" shop). There was a computer available, I didn't have any reason to use it. The pool was quite small. Overall, the room itself was decent. It didn't feel like it would be a good long term room because of the set up, but a night or two would be okay. The beds were comfortable and the large screen television was nice and the system for movies appeared to be easy. They had a lot of channels to watch. Unfortunately there were some problems, one that was quite big. I never could hook up to the Internet but I was able to hook up through my phone so it wasn't an issue for me, not really. My sister was able to use the Internet so it was all good. My son & his best friend did a lot of swimming and the pool was fine other than being a little heavy on the chlorine. The main (only) real issue we had - other than a crummy microwave & refrigerator (the microwave wouldn't cook microwave popcorn correctly for my son, and the refrigerator froze anything liquid regardless of where it was positioned inside) is that the first time the toilet was used, it stopped working. First there was no water in it, and then it overflowed. The staff was quick to come clean it up (maybe 5 minutes) and the desk clerk came and tried to fix it. ?? He had no clue how to do so & I didn't figure he could, but it was cool of him to try. A short time later we were told it was going to be after check out before it could be fixed. To be fair, they offered to move us to a new room, but that wasn't possible since I had to stay next to my son's room. That also means we had access to a working toilet, so it wasn't a huge problem for us. It could have been, though. Ultimately, we had issues but they weren't hugely problematic. Even with the price point quite high for Auburn, we'll likely stay there again at some point, just a quick get away right down the street. It's literally 10 minutes from my home. It's nice to know it's there, and would be an option for lodging.

This location has a nice clean property tucked away near the rail yard. I didn't notice the railroad noise even though I am a light sleeper! They do a very nice breakfast with a hostess that will do omelette to order. I didn't have one but they did look great. Next door is the Longhorn BBQ which must be a great place to eat, looked pretty busy!

From the time we checked in to the hotel, the pretty young lady working the front desk was so very cordial and explained every amenity provided this location. She was there every day and so kind. The free breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed it every morning. Waffles, burritos, omelets plus the standards were provided. Everything was clean and it was like you were staying in a Bed and Breakfast as to the attention given or not, if you did not want it. Check in/out was so simple. The beds were so very comfortable and everything was very clean. We were iimpressed. Thank you, Best Western +. You were a blessing to us!

Nice hotel and friendly hotel front desk clerks. Very helpful when needed directions. They were painting the hallways when were there which make it awkward to get to the elevator but they were pretty quick. They also have a happy hour from 5-7pm with wine, beer and snacks which was super nice.

Just checked out from a two day stay. First day was my girl and I first kid free night out in 3 years. Decided on staying the second night so kiddo can relax with us and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Place also offers a fitness room that is actually pretty nice. The rooms are great. So clean I could swear we were the first to stay. The king bed was so comfy. The sofa with hideaway as well. I have a bad back and napped on it fine! Breakfast is awesome with plenty of choices. The staff are simply amazing. My girl needed to get her nails done for our night out and one of the ladies advised of the best place in town, and it was. I can not stress how amazing the stay was enough!

My family stayed at this hotel and the service we received was exceptional! If we had any problems the hotel staff took care of it right away! The breakfast was one of the best we have had at any hotel. The beds were so comfortable! Excellent Hotel!

I've stayed at this location several times. The staff is friendly and attentive. The manager truly cares that you have an enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast and evening socials are a nice start and end to a long day. The morning breakfast staff is cheerful and accommodating for those rushing out the door early in the morning. Susan puts on a very nice hospitality social each evening. She is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. She knows most guests by name and offers a relaxing setting to enjoy a bite of food and a beverage.

Excellent accomidiations and staff every time I visit... a little hidden away but great location right behind Longhorns BBQ in Auburn.If you didn't kniw... now you know you should strongly consider it for your next hotel needs when traveling/visiting Auburn (Washington state) and near by areas.

This hotel was updated with modern design, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I stayed on a Thursday and they also had complimentary snacks and beverages. I stay at hotels 150 days a year and this is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had anywhere.

Stopped in on a quick weekend overnight stay, and the place was excellent. Very clean, and the service was on point for everything as I have come to expect from Best Western Plus facility's. I will definitely return here on my visit's to see family in the area.

We stay here at this hotel because are truck goes in for maintenance. We use the amenities a lot, the only issues is the breakfast I wish the would do the eggs different beside just scrambled, burritos, or omelette. I would like to have a choice of cooking eggs to order like over easy. I do enjoy the happy hour the young lady name Sue also makes me feel welcome. Sue talks with you she makes the best hot treats and also knows what can of beverages we like. The staff has also welcome us with smiles and we have any problems to call them and they usually take care of it right away. The cleaning service keeps everything clean, maintenance service has helped out and maintained any issues that we have.

The room spelled like feces during the entire visit and we hadn't defecated till the morning of departure. They had a convention for their employees and they were loud and blocking the hallway throughout the afternoon and they had taken all the parking making the guests park further away. The spa was cold, jets didnt work, and was yellow tinged. Felt like I was sitting in a cold toilet bowl with hint of urine. They said they couldn't serve a hot breakfast cause the power had gone out two hours prior. They couldn't manage to cook anything in 2 hrs I guess. The fire alarm was tripped at 5 am waking everyone. The graveyard staff gave the attitude of "it's not my fault so f off." Couldnt even muster a fake courtesy apology it was more like they wanted you to regret asking any questions or voicing any form of dissatisfaction. The air of "gawd it's not my fault so that's too bad for you but I so dont care." I was promised a call back from management and never got one. Even an hour after the fire department had responded the elevators still weren't working so we had to take the stairs to the top floor.

I would like to compliment your employees there, starting with Rochelle Gomez, Michael Castro and Sarah Green along with the rest of the staff for their excellence service to the customers. I travel around the State of Washington and outside the state on business and there have been times I have experience bad service but here I a treated as family and they know how to treat their customers by going out of their way to provide excellent services. Such commitment to service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will market this business with the Auburn Best Western PLUS for yeas to come.

Clean room would be nice. Ours wasn't cleaned for two days. I called three times ahead of time prior to our arrival for a crib or pack and play, however there was none available on my arrival and my child had nowhere to sleep. Loud music, barking dogs, and screaming children daily and nightly. I called the manager twice and I'm still awaiting a phone call back. We will never stay at this hotel again

Staff is beyond great. Karrie, Vanessa, Michael, Rochelle and Sarah are the absolute best crew of staff i have ever seen!!! If only I could take them to every hotel I stay at EVER!!. Thank you guys for always doing your best to make sure everyone, (not just me) has the best stay possible. Everyone there is always happy, smiling, super helpful and accommodating to what ever your need may be... Thank you Best Western keep up all the good work staff!! You are simply AMAZING!!!!!!

Our last visit to Auburn and the Best Western Plus Mountain View for Thanksgiving left us with a bad taste in our mouths, and it wasn't the turkey! I will start with the good news, the staff was nice and friendly and breakfast as always had plenty of choices and the dinning room staff was very nice. Now on to the bad news, our room was filthy! Photos below. The room smelled dirty and of stale 10 years of free breakfast. Both sinks and the tub would not drain. Notified staff and maintenance came, sinks better but not great, tub still not draining. Notified staff 2nd time, tub still not draining so for our 3 nights there we showered with water to our ankles! The 2 chairs in the room were warn and dirty.

Friendly customers service, comfortable beds with clean rooms great access to pool,hot tub and weight room ,quite hallways shuttle service was prompt .Excellent complimentary breakfast with very helpful staff.I Would love to stay there again

I hardly ever write reviews but had to this time. The staff here is great. Sarah in particular is such a kind wonderful person. She will go out of her way to help you and its very refreshing. The rooms are pretty big, clean and the bed is very comfortable. I definitely had an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend anyone that is in the area to stay here. Thank you!

Off the main highway. Breakfast for complimentary. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again if I go to Washington again. Close enough to Seattle and family in Auburn. Hotels in Seatlle were more expensive and this worked out perfect.

Great hotel outside of Seattle easy access to all major roads , friendly staff, awesome indoor pool , fantastic free breakfast and beautiful comfortable rooms . Every time I'm in the Seattle area I always choose the Best Western in Auburn Washington

This place was a good stay from the evening amenities to the 24 hour workout room. Its was good to get refreshed and wake up to a descent breakfast with a chef to make a breakfast burrito. The common area was a warm feeling.

It was easy to find. It was right off route 18 and it was very close to I-5. The rooms were nice. They offered a great breakfast, even made omelets the way you wanted it. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Great staffs here. They know how to treat customer here. It safe to parking lout. Clean rooms good internet to stream movies etc big rooms..You got the mall close to the hotel like Walmart movies place etc

This motel sits back in a kind of industrial area, next to a Longhorn Barbecue. It's been remodeled but I'm not crazy about the lobby. It needs to be cozier, very bland and cool.Rooms are nice, breakfast was great with home cooked breakfast burrito's. The coffee is horrible, some of the worst hotel coffee I've had. But, Starbucks was close and there is a little market nearby. So we were happy, except for the pullout bed was not great! Luckily I wasn't sleeping on it, my poor grandkids through the mattress on the floor.

Our last stop of our 2 week vacation. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast is top notch, lots of choices and freshly made omelets available. Rooms were very clean and spacious, always a plus when you have alot of gear to spread around. Very enjoyable stay, steakhouse just across the parking lot with very good food. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This place is kept up very well! The rooms are very clean no weird smells or anything. The Bed is super comfortable. Fixtures are all newer. Staff is super fast and helpful. Very restful stay. Would stay again.

Decent place for price. Happy hour mon-Thur has two free drinks and some food (grill cheese and tomato soup one night). Breakfast is decent. Fitness room could use updating. 1 treadmill is busted. Staff was friendly but could look at service interaction with cleaning. I informed of food in elevator to 3 front desk including manager and it took 2.5 days for someone to finally clean. Something someone could have easily clean given it's a high traffic and visible area. See pictures. All in all 3/5.

This hotel offers comfortable clean rooms with an excellent morning breakfast. Price is much better than staying in Seattle actually affordable. The location is good with lots of restaurants near by. I would stay here again if in the area.

I chose this Best Western because Auburn is central to anything in the Seattle area but away from the Seattle traffic. This motel is very comfortable, large well furnished rooms, convenient carparking, and a great steak house right next door. Shopping in Auburn is a short drive. Service from the staff was great.

All of us bridesmaids were traveling from out of state and the hotel staff was amazing with meeting our requests to be placed near each other. There was another large event in the area so It meant even more they were able to accommodate when they were sold out for the weekend. We got service everyday and came back to an amazing room every night. The breakfast each morning had great items and was perfectly convenient for us to fill up with a hearty and healthy breakfast before going off to get a million things done before and on wedding day!

I enjoyed my weekend stay for work. Plenty of space to interact with my rather large team. Decent room and friendly staff who put in the extra effort. Breakfast was standard, but felt better with good inventories, happy faces, good coffee and a surprise of a staffed omelette station. Thank you to the staff, especially Wendy!

Thin walls- heard everything that was going on in the hall and next door bedroom. Decor was poor, bland. Paint job on the room was poor. Service was good, staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Have been to best westerns with better rooms

The room that we had was near the freeway, but was wonderfully quiet. There was ample hot water and the room was spacious. Full breakfast with an omelette or breakfast burrito was also available. Note: They have the sinks OUTSIDE of the bathrooms which is a bit of an inconvenience.

We had unfortunate issues with our washroom, with a toilet that did not work and a shower that was falling apart. Sarah was amazing trying to help us the first night but we still had issues. The second day they attempted to fix it but still was not working correctly and when you are 2 adults and 6 kids, this is a big problem. They did offer us one night free when we left, which is the only solution at that point.

We spent one night at this Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a sofa, footstool, comfortable queen bed, great mattress, desk. The room has a small frig. The breakfast bar was so so. Didn't like the eggs, they tasted plastic. biscuits and gravy was tasty, someone will make you a burrito if you like, I tried one, didn't like it, I've had much better. If we stayed again, I'd probably have the coffee, maybe a bagel, cream cheese, hard boiled egg, can't go wrong with that. One elevator for four floors so it is slow. Employees pleasant. Didn't try the pool or spa.

We arrived late staff was ready to help which was awesome. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tube open 24hrs. I would recommend calling the hotel direct I talked to the best western 800 people three separate times trying to book a specific room each time they had no idea what I was talking about finally I called the hotel direct and talked to a female manager who was great. She knew the exact room we wanted and apologised about the mess. Thank you so much. The night staff had exceptional customer service, amazing personalities, and a love for their job which can be rare in people who work graveyard. Would stay here again if returning to the area but we live in Hood River Oregon and only seem to make it there every five or six years. Thank you so much for an awesome and relaxing stay.

Everything from check-in to check-out went great. The room was good in size, the beds were comfortable and the refrigerator worked well. They had a happy hour with popcorn, soft drinks, beer and other things. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

We were coming in to town to attend a concert at the White River Amphitheater about 20 minutes away. A month before our stay I received an e-mail from the hotel letting me know about a shuttle service they were offering for $30 round-trip per party to the show. After reading all sorts of terrible reviews about parking and traffic at the venue I was happy to have this service! I pictured a hotel airport shuttle van but they had a charter bus! We got to our concert with ease and leaving was such a breeze! It was so worth it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, especially if coming over for another concert at that venue!

This was a very nice, comfortable hotel but the Free continental breakfast was the BEST I've had in a long time - there was Sausage Links, Hashbrowns, Scrambled Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy and an Omelet station! Wonderful selection!

The room was in poor shape- the chairs had significant wear, the bed was saggy and there was a hair in the tub. The pool looked great, the lobby was nice and the breakfast was excellent. Loved the fresh omelet station. I was charged $100 more than the reservation I made due to a mixup in dates, so for an almost $300 room I expected much better quality room.

Nice clean hotel with lovely staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The room was a little dated but clean and well equipped. I loved the view of Mount Rainier out my window! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean with a nice showerhead, and the desk chair was amazing. Breakfast was very good and the attendant friendly and attentive. Don't be put off by the location - it is just fine. I enjoyed both the barbecue restaurant next door and the Mexican street food place across the street.

good experience overall had no problems upon check in or check out helpful staff at all levels and positions we encountered, would stay again with no problem and would recommend this facility to any family or friends who would be staying in the area, service and amenities were comparable to those found at much higher priced properties. the surrounding neighborhood is a bit off putting but did not feel unsafe or insecure at anytime . the restaurant next door (longhorns barbecue pit ) smelled wonderful but we did not get a chance to visit unfortunately. the hotel provided a great breakfast spread that satisfied even the picky members of our party

We were a little nervous given the area driving through to get to the hotel being quite run-down, however, upon arrival were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the rooms, great view of Mt Rainier, and found the staff to be very nice and helpful with dinner recommendations. Good breakfast options in the morning. Free parking was a plus

Really nice hotel with a view of Mt. Rainier on a clear day. You have to go to the end of the hallway to look out the window to see Mt. Rainier. Not sure if there are views anywhere else from the hotel. Pool could have been a bit warmer but otherwise nice. Hot Tub was nice but several jets did not work. The Breakfast was good with hot items such as scrambled egg, sausage or bacon depending on the day, biscuits and gravy, waffles. They also made omelets or breakfast burritos depending on the day. They also have happy hour on Mon, through Thu. for reward members, in which you get whatever snack they are serving and your choice of a drink which was water, pop, wine or beer. Overall Very Nice Hotel!!

I was worried about the area, as it looked rather dumpy. But the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good and even served breakfast burritos. For a one night stay it was perfect for what we needed.

If you are looking for a hotel to stay at in Auburn, the Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn is the place to stay! They have wonderful staff. The rooms are very clean. The prices are very fair. And the free breakfast is perfect. I would stay here again!

It started by our request before we arrived. Far away from elevators and stairs. We were told, on the phone by front desk to ask for a certain room. At check in. Arrived at the room. It was right at the elevator door. Front desk moved us down the hall. The room next door was ajar. Sounded like a football team inside shouting and laughing. The noise went on until 10:15. Lots of Burlington northern trucks outside the hotel. 6 am we awoke to banging on the neighbors door. Telling his buddies it was time to go. Different kind of experience staying around workers instead of travelers. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. But I would never stay at the location again

I had a wonderful stay. Easy to be settled in and comfortable and especially a great looking and clean room I had visited this BW before and continue to return because of the friendly service and easy check in.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Rooms are big. Service was great. Friendly staff. We made use of the 24hr indoor pool. Breakfast was AWESOME!! We'll definitely stay here or at Best Westerns around the country again.

I had a wonderful time staying at your hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would stay here again. Breakfast buffet was great and I left each day, feeling full and happy.

It was my daughters 21st birthday party. The kids wanted to play in the pool and have a good time. First we checked in late in the evening there was two people on staff. I had asked for extra bedding for the hide a bed and had to go get the bedding ourselves. Next It was 9:30 pm at night and everyone was getting hungry. I called the front desk and was told they had pamphlets for places to eat. Again we had to go downstairs to get the paperwork and I was really mad everything they gave us closed at 9:30 pm or 10pm so the advertisement for food was no good. We had to call around for a pizza place that serviced the hotel. I am a Best Western employee and was very disappointed at the service. Especially since we were there having a good time for my daughters birthday.

Check in fast and polite, great interior set up room was awesome except for the toilet flushing issue, breakfast was nice, fitness/swimming pool good, good customer service when checking out as well. I love staying at Best Western

Stayed here for 6 nights. Area outside is mostly light industrial, next to the highway and accross the street from active railroad tracks. So outside noise level can be heard slightly in the hotel. The rooms were clean and maintained. Morning breakfasts bar with made to order omelets and breakfast burritos on alternating days and a large variety of other items. Location is a short distance to the local outlet mall with some restaurant choices and big box stores. I would stay here again.

All the stuff working in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. They will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. However, I find the finishings and furniture in the hotel are getting old and they are not suitable to be placed in a Best Western Plus Hotel.

The hotel is maintained to standard. Parking is a bit tricky especially with all the company trucks in the lot. The road into the hotel is rough, not the hotels fault. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was very relaxing. Bed was comfortable. RFID keys

I stay in Best Westerns a lot, and this is one of the best. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and modern. The beds and pillows are insanely comfortable. The wifi stays strong. They have happy hour drinks and snacks most weekdays. And if you get a room on the south side of the building you can see Mt. Rainier.

We stayed here for one night and boy it was a great experience. Upon entrance I was greeted by Michael who was friendly and courtesy. After checking in. We make our way to our room 140 which was beautiful. The beds were comfy and husband and I like there were two sinks as oppose to one and my hogging the space. The only thing I would of wanted was an extra comfortable/blanket since I like added layers when I sleep. Before laying our head, I was impressed with the CubieTime alarm clock which had a USB charging compartments and the light was dim which was nice. The staff at the breakfast area were nice and friendly. I truly recommend staying here.

The Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn is a Great Place to stay. The rooms were Clean, Comfortable, Very Nice! Service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was amazing, with all of normal breakfast Items, including waffles and made to order omelets. I will stay here again!

I'm a new employee with Raymond Handling Concepts and my first business trip for them. Overall my stay was pleasant yet when I notified staff of my early departure, it wasn't reported and I still was billed for the last night that I didn't stay for.

The front staff was pleasant upon check in and was always happy to see you. Susan the happy hour person was busy but always pleasant to be around. The rooms are very clean and the pool is the right size and very clean.

This is called a Plus Best Western because it brings a lot more to the table than your average mid-range hotel. We were down for a wedding near Seattle with family and had nine rooms in the hotel. All were clean, spacious and suited to the needs of each family. Large double Queens, Kings, kids cots or hide-a-beds and so on. No complaints from any of the guests in our group. The relatively new hotel had a family sized pool and hot tub off the main lobby which itself was spacious and welcoming. It had all the basics like hair dryers for the girls and great TV selections for the guys. WiFi is free but not secured. Rooms had bar fridges, microwaves and coffee makers. Complimentary breakfast was served in a large meeting / eating room. We found all the continental standards (cereals, fruit, bagels, toast and waffle makers). This Plus facility also had a full hot breakfast including porridge, scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit and more. The day we were there they also had an omelette station where two hostesses made excellent omelettes to order. This station varies from day to day but offers a hot custom addition each day of the week. Nice touch overlooked in many similar hotels. The hotel itself is located in a commercial area of Auburn. Nothing other than a single restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. But only 4-5 minutes drive away is a massive Outlet Collection center with theaters, Walmart and every big box outlet store you want. There is also an assortment of the standard family fast food outlets. If you want a higher end meal you need to travel a bit further. This is a 5 Star Hotel in this price category as it exceeded our expectations. The room was a bit warm for us. Between the commercial traffic outside and the people upstairs, it could have been quieter. But it is the Best Western, not some $300 per night downtown hotel tower. We were so tired after the wedding it wasn't a massive issue. Nothing that would keep us from going back. Overall, clean, cozy, excellent value, family oriented and a great base of operations if shopping is your thing or, as we were, visiting family in the areas. Would definitely go back, but might ask for a room on the 4th (top) floor.

Every time I have come to Auburn on business I've stayed at the Best Western Plus Mountain View Inn. The Rooms are clean, the beds are fresh, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is usual for B/W however the seating area is larger than some which makes it great for sitting down and eating while catching up on the news. Great hotel, Great people, Great stay!!

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel had all the amenities we needed and offered a generous happy hour and breakfast. The hot tub and pool area provided a good view of the sunset. Its a short drive from the quant downtown area and very quiet with plenty of safe parking. A hearty restaurant/bar was just next door.

My only real complaint is that their WIFI access is NOT a secure network. They give you a password to sign in but it is STILL an OPEN network NOT a SECURE network. So I believe that the experience could be made better if they would make their WIFI a SECURE network.

Excellent stay. Large, comfortable room with all preferred amenities. Professional, Caring, helpful, fun, relaxed staff. Made me feel at home. I liked 24 hour spa/pool, breakfast & happy hour with food & drinks, security oarking, luggage cart.

Never have I encountered such a friendly staff! Always quick with a smile! Even with the loud family on our floor it was well worth the price. Wish I would've packed a swimsuit because the pool looked great.

The staff was very friendly, room clean, the breakfast was tasty. Always love a good omelet bar. We didn't use pool, just stayed one night. There is a long horn BBQ next door and that is a bonus!! Will stay here again when in town.

We came down from Canada to attend a concert. The price was great, especially with breakfast options that were included. It was nice that the pool and hot tub was 24 hours. The only down fall was on our final night ther were a herd of elephants staying above us that was kind of annoying. Location was great, shopping was close by, and quick easy freeway access.

We took our family there to get away and have stayed at a lot of hotels! We were extremely pleased and will definitely revisit! Pool was really nice and the kids had a blast! Best breakfast ever with every option and quality food. The ladies that made the breakfast burritos to order were the best!

The property has no pillows not filled with feathers for those of us who are allergic to feathers..Staff was friendly although they didn't know much about where to find food besides the BBQ joint next door.

The Best Western in Auburn WA is a great place to stay for business or pleasure. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are ultra clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was above and beyond what most hotels offer. If you are a rewards member make sure to take advantage of the complimentary happy hour during the week. A very nice place to stay. Maybe not the best location for a variety of restaurants to walk to.

We attend an assembly for Jehovah's Witnesses in the area twice a year, and we are consistently pleased with our stay at this hotel every time. I wish I had one of their mattresses at home! Very comfortable!

I occasionally stay at this property when others closer to Seattle are booked. A very big plus here is the evening reception that provides a snack and a couple drinks for members. The breakfast is a couple steps other BW properties due to the variety of food offered

The hotel is quite dated but the staff are friendly. It serves it's purpose. If you are staying in Auburn this is probably your best bet. It seems extremely high priced for just your average hotel in the middle of nowhere.

We stayed here years ago for our son's baseball tournament and remembered it was easy to get to, clean and nice parking. It was just as we had remembered. Great stay for the girl's softball tournament.

Had to go to our local BW as we had broken pipes at the house. Always stay in BW. But we really liked the Happy Hour feature with wine, beer and great snacks suck as nachos. It was a really nice addition to our stay.

Hotel location is a bit deceiving but once you arrive and enter, it means less because hotel staff, facility,amenities, and price are excellent. Breakfast was better than expected and all food was good and displayed nicely.

When I have a choice of where to stay & always stat at a Best Western, you are not surprised because they have a constant level of quality & service. I travel often and have been staying in BW for years, never been disappointed.

I made the mistake of staying at this property thinking they had a courtesy shuttle that would at least be able to take me two blocks to the train platform. I asked four different times for a shuttle and was given four different excuses. I did how ever see that the employees used it, other than that its a prop. The daytime front desk are rude and made me feel very unwelcome. I also had to have my room key remade every night for four nights because it would not open my door. I choose this place to be close to family while visiting the Seattle area. What I had to put up with from the rudeness and run around from front desk created dificulties for me on my visit. No one should have to put up with this kind of treatment during a vacation stay. No apology would make me change my mind to never stay here again! There are other properties in the area that will give you a much better stay than this place!

Every time we visit friends in Auburn we stay at this hotel. It's minutes from downtown and the hotel and staff are amazing. There is a great steak house right across the parking lot that serves great food as well

Located in strange location. Not much to see. Barbeque joint within walking distance is pretty good and will deliver. Small tv and crowed room layout could be changed. Fresh omelet bar at breakfast yum

I am not sure why hotels in Auburn are so expensive but, that aside, The BW Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn is a pleasant place to stay for the money. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The pool area is nice and they kick children out after 10 so the adults can enjoy the space too. Breakfast is wonderful. If you can't get breakfast they will make you a grab and go bag. The staff is amazing. I will definitely be staying there again.

first night I check in I look at the room nice and clean until I look in the trash can in the bathroom. I seen that some one hair was left in it. other then that stay was great ,breakfast good, and nice little happy hour.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn at Auburn WA. We were ultimately pleased. Our room was top rate, the breakfast had a lot of variety, it was fun watching families swimming in the pool, while other couples relaxed and soothed their muscles from driving from faraway places in the spa pool. We could not have asked for better accommodations at such a reasonable price.

The weekend we were here was a sports event weekend and even though we had placed our reservations earlier did not quite get accomodations we wanted. Got upper level rear facing freeway, preferred front facing away from freeway.

The company I work for books me and 4 to 5 others into motels almost every weekend. We have been using Best Western Plus quite a bit and were moving towards doing this exclusively. Out of the many motels this summer, this one was by far the worse for front desk service. The first of our party arrived at 1:30 pm. We were given the runaround until we finally were given rooms at 3:45 pm. These were booked rooms that were paid for and we had reservation numbers. No real apologies or any attempt to make amends. We only had 30 minutes after a long traveling day before we had to leave for work.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome! The downfall was the beds were a bit stiff for me and there was constant noise all night from trains and trucks which made for a sleepless night. The pool looked nice but had absolutely no privacy from the lobby or front entrance.

We stay at this hotel at least 3 times every year and we absolutely love it. Friendly staff and great amenities. Very clean and well kept and appointed. The breakfast is outstanding. We always look forward to staying here.

Having stayed in other lodgings in and around the Auburn area, this was a pleasant improvement on the rest. A prompt and efficient check-in upon arrival and strong customer service throughout, including free beer when signing up to the BW Rewards scheme! Located behind the Longhorn restaurant, and 10 minutes' walk to town, there is occasional noise from the tracks, but this is certainly not overwhelming or relentless. My room was well equipped and comfortable, with a nice selection of complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was above average in selection, and with an omelette station to boot. Sadly, during my stay a pair of cuff-links went missing from my bedroom which tarnished the overall experience somewhat, however I'm hopeful to hear back on a resolve.

For a Best Western "Plus", this is a very poor quality hotel. Very loud and noisy, train outside your window, gaps around doors. Looks to be an old hotel that was remodeled cheaply and poorly. Faucets falling off, trim falling off. Do not Recommend.

Clean room, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing free breakfast (omelette station, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, bagels, anything you could possibly want). Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Lots of amenities.

The hotel is set up well - the breakfast was good and surprisingly, this Best Western had a happy hour M-Th. The biggest issue we had was the location - it is pretty much in an industrial area. And the staff seemed to be a little skimpy - some of the front desk employees had been working 7-10 days straight. But the staff was all very friendly and the hotel was nice.

This hotel was average...nothing special. Clean place for a quick stay. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about the area. The room was rather loud from street traffic and the pillows not very comfortable.

I always stay at a Best Western. This is one of the nicest I have stayed at. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast had the largest selection of food that I have come across in my many stays!

Great location hidden away in Auburn...less than 15 minutes away from one of Seattle's big attraction of Wild Waves, and just half an hour outside of Seattle! The Hotel looks like it has been recently renovated, the lobby looks amazing, and a functioning fitness centre and pool! Hotel service staff was friendly and helpful! Also the free breakfast included was also a nice touch! Generally impressed by the hotel!

I had checked this hotel on Trip Advisor before booking and was not disappointed! As we approached the hotel the surrounding area seemed a bit rough but once inside the hotel this was quickly forgotten! Greeted by clerk and informed happy hour was in progress and enjoyed two free adult beverages! Room was terrific although bathroom a little tight but still ok. Breakfast included the only bacon we saw at any hotel this vacation and also included everything you could possibly want to start your morning right. All employees friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!

The staff are incredibly welcoming and accompanying. Breakfast is always top notch. Clean quiet and comfortable stay. We look forward to it as a break from home and when we are out on the road. Thank you all for a job well done!

Stayed here to attend concert at nearby ampitheatre. Hotel right across street from train yard which was very noisy until 0130 and then started up again by 0600, so not much sleep was had! Free breakfast was pretty good selection. Bed not super comfy & air conditioner in room smelled.

There was good value for the price. The staff was very friendly, and made the experience quite positive. All things appeared to work fine. We would stay here again if needed. I would recommend this hotel to someone looking for value.

This BW was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of towels which is important to us. Nice bath area. Breakfast look good, we had only a few minutes before we had to leave for the airport but it look like a well stock breakfast bar. One issue: not enough lighting. They could have fixtures with two lamps instead of just one in the fixture. In an industrial area close to the Railroad but did not hear any train noise.

We had three families ,our reservation got mixed up with another hotel. Auburn best Western was absolutely amazing and helped us. It was over and above and they turned our whole trip around after such a disaster. A special thanks to Jermaine in security , April and the front staff. A big thanks. We definitely look forward to our next stay.

Always clean ,comfortable and a great staff ! Rooms are always clean and very spacious . Exercise room and pool areas are also kept very clean. Large selection of Items with the free breakfast for the guest. I would and have many times recommended this hotel to my co workers when they are in the area.

We travel with an adult daughter with disabilities, so like two private rooms, but like the suite so we are all together. This was the best. Some hotels had half a wall and a sofa bed. I would think there should be more options like this for families. Breakfast was very nice too.

check in is challenging over booking of rooms and not understanding what you booked between employs. When you get to the room it is clean and nice but some of the lights don't work and the shower heads are all different and worn out.

i would have given this a 4 star but the Suite I had did not have a bathroom in the master suite. . You had to go into the living room where the other bed and living room was to get to the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the living room had a bed and a full kitchen. The Staff was super sweet and so helpful during my stay. They do have a shuttle to the Casino where my friends were playing but it only runs at night every hour till midnight. I was lucky I could ride with them but if you had to depend on shuttle it would not be the best choice. I felt it was a little pricey for not having a shuttle past midnight and the suite with one bathroom.

In a nutshell, our room had been given away when we arrived. They then had to clean a room that could accommodate a family of 5, but we checked in to find the toilet had been missed in the cleaning process. We left for a late dinner and came back to an apparently clean toilet and a strong smell of cleaner. We slept alright and had a decent breakfast in the morning. We were only on site 14 hours. One of which was waiting for the room.

Staff was very helpful, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Sausage, bacon, eggs,biskets, country gravey, three kinds of juice and a lot more. Great parking, clean lobby, and well appointed room.

My wife and I and our 2 granddaughters were scheduled to spend 4 nights but moved to a new, better hotel after 2 nights. All hotels have pro's and con's and this hotel is no different. Con's: Happy hour is not very happy. NO children are allowed - so much for a family friendly hotel. Supposedly, this rule is because they serve beer but hotels such as IHG, Marriott, and Hilton all serve alcohol and they do not have such a questionable rule. Not knowing this rule, we sat in the room next to the happy hour area with the ping pong table and the manager, Tanya, still hunted us down and ordered us to leave the area. So much for a relaxing, happy time. Continuing with the con's - Heated pool is not heated, hotel is in a sketchy area with railroad tracks, many semi's, and generally an area that does not feel safe. Walls are very thin and noise level between rooms is high. No towels by the pool. No one staffing the signature breakfast burrito station. Half the TV's in the breakfast area do not work. Carpet is generally quite dirty and no one vacuumed it during our stay. Train and freeway noise makes it difficult to sleep. I seldom write hotel reviews because everywhere we stay (IHG, Marriott, and Hilton) is very nice. However, I must rate this experience as the very worst one in my 65 years. We have traveled extensively, both domestically and internationally and this is the first time, a hotel manager ordered us out! That type of manager needs serious training or perhaps another line of work. Now for the PRO's. I am sorry but there are none.

All our needs and expectations were met. I feel the staff was professional in every way including the house keepers who seemed to enjoy our recognizing their hard work. We found all the hotel rooms and meeting areas to be as they should for the price.

My husband and I made the trip from Vancouver, BC to Auburn to see Green day at the White River Amphitheater. We needed a place to stay overnight after the concert. The Best Western Auburn Mountain View Inn was our first choice. It is in a fairly convenient location directly off the freeway and with convenient access the main road to the Amphitheater. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. We were impressed at the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The pool looked very inviting, but unfortunately we forgot to pack our swimsuits! Our room was on the fourth (top) floor. It was very clean and well presented. I have to say that the shower in our room was fabulous! Excellent water pressure and the shower head was like one of those rain-shower types. It was very refreshing after coming back from a hot & sweaty concert. If you are in town for an event or any other reason this hotel is the perfect place to stay.

We stayed here for 1 night to go to a Greenday concert. Hotel is very average, it did the job, clean room, friendly staff and what made it worth it was a nice complimentary buffet style breakfast. I've never seen a complimentary breakfast with so much variety in Canada, so perhaps it surpassed my expectations, it was perfect for the morning after a concert. Overall, what you would expect:)

Very disappointing breakfast, service for what should be a 4-Star property. Front desk failed to recognized my Gold status and hotel still had my reservation incorrect after multiple emails for 2 days telling them we were NOT bring a pet. They confirmed that they would NOT have us in a pet room, but upon check-in? You guessed it - still had us in a Pet Room. Front desk service was pretty bad. Had a surprisingly good Happy Hour for members with 2 free drinks but failed to give us the coupons and had to go back and ask. Wow. So much for Gold Status. Doesn't really work well at BW. And their horrible new maroon logo? Who made that terrible choice. Room we had 229 was large and comfy beds, good A/C and Internet, but HATE the fact the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. Could not get ready while the family was sleeping without waking them up. What idiot made THAT design decision? Do that not realize that people wake up at different times? I had a business call in the early am and wanted my kids and wife to sleep in. Went down without grooming, teeth unbrushed. Thanks a lot BW. The location is terrible in terms of having to take just the right exit off the freeway to get to it: with a GPS and if you don't know the area, you will miss it = not easy to get here at all. Paid a very high rate (almost $200) for what we got.

Great location for going to a concert at the White River Amphitheater and shopping. Tons of extra benefits. Breakfast, Happy hour, indoor pool and hot tub. And workout room! Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. What more do you need :)

Upon check in at the BW we were greeted by lovely Desiree who ensured all our requests were met in a professional, courteous manner as well as being upbeat and fun. She printed directions for shopping and updates on our concert shuttle services at a near by mall. Thank you Desiree!! In the evening the concert shuttle dropped us back at the mall but there were no more taxi's in Auburn. Huge "Thank you" to Arlene and Jermaine for ensuring the safe journey back to the hotel for my young nephew and I, YOU ROCK! It was his first trip to the USA and first concert for which he had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We recently stayed at this hotel for the first time. It was easy to locate and just minutes from The Outlet Collection in Auburn. Walmart and various restaurants are also close. Beside the hotel is a great BBQ restaurant, the Longhorn Barbecue. Great selection and reasonably priced. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the better ones we've had. Great selection!

Hotel was very nice, clean, bed was soft and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, I have had better at other Best Westerns. BUTTTT if its a good night sleep you want, forget this hotel completely. Its just like some of the reviews I read AFTER staying there, the train noise is horrendous. We thought a bomb went off really early in the morning but after the booming noise happened several more times, we realized it was the shunting of the train outside our window. The loud AC had nothing on the train noise.

The staff makes a stay special. We wanted to check in early and got Sherry on the phone and said she'd make it happen. She did. Then we saw her as a workhorse continually...mopping lounge area, cleaning tables, preparing omelets. She's amazing. Her kitchen staff of Mandy and Wendy (I think that was her name who made fabulous omelets) were fabulous and added at least one star to my review because of their care. I loved that we ate on real plates and their buffet was spectacular. I left this hotel feeling well cared for.

The hotel is situated in an industrial area but across the parking lot from a place to eat and plenty close to other necessary businesses. The quality of the rooms was shockingly good for what we paid and the breakfast was amazing. I would most certainly stay there again.

Very accommodating. Sherry and Jennifer were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the rooms are very clean and updated. There's a nice indoor pool and gym. I will definitely be coming back. This place was amazing!

Trains adjacent to hotel kept me up all night with loud horns, and slamming together additional cars so hard it shook the building and sounded like thunder until 7AM. Nice staff, building interiors are being renovated.

I used to stay here when Rita and John owned this property. They would keep everything top notch. This is the first time I have stayed Rita sold it. The property looks great. Good service as well. I had an amazing stay.

nicest best western experience ever, front desk staff was very outgoing and friendly, happy hour offered 2 free beers and hot snacks, beautiful breakfast room and wonderful selection of hot food, very clean room and lobby, used the guest laundry which was very clean and well kept equipment, the front desk gal even drove me to the casino for free and when I was done the night security guy came and picked me up and even stopped at mcdonalds for me, I was blown away with the friendly staff. The staff at this location should be commended for going out the way to make the guest experience second to none.The night security guy that picked me up promised to keep an eye on my motorcycle as well. I would say out of all the best westerns I have stayed in that this was my personal favorite.

We had a great experience with booking the room and staying here. Tiffany at the front desk was very helpful in getting us the last available room at the last minute on a Saturday night. Everyone working, from the lobby porter to the breakfast attendant, was friendly. Our son adored the pool--and I appreciated that it wasn't overloaded with chemicals. Our room was really comfortable and spacious, and even the sofa bed was pretty comfy. Every detail of the cleaning was perfect. The breakfast is more generous than the standard continental offerings--yogurt bar, oatmeal bar, breakfast burritos, as well as the classic eggs and bacon, etc, with all you can eat fresh fruit and boiled eggs. The only downside I can see is that some of the housekeepers appeared to be quite rushed, and I'm guessing they clean more rooms than they should. I hope management will consider reducing the number of rooms they clean, that job can be brutal and cause so many injuries. Overall, a good, fun budget hotel.

Of all the places I have stayed during the last year, Best Western had the most safe bathroom shower with textured floor and wall mounted grab bars to prevent falls. At 75 years old, my need to avoid falls is a constant fear and showers are a danger zone. My thanks for the precautions, which should be standard.

90th birthday celebration with 12 guests from out of State. Used meeting room for welcome reception. Brought in our own food and drinks. Staff was very accommodating of all our needs. Very happy we chose Best Western Mountain View.

Breakfast was sensational with many options. Kids loved the pool. I loved the hot tub, very relaxing. Great employees. Friendly service. Hotel is close to the mall and many food places to choose from.

Lots of freeway and train noise. The room rates are way too high for this level of property. We had an issue with one of the employees hitting on my Son during our stay. Totally inappropriate. We have stayed at this property in the past but will find alternative lodging in the future.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and comfortable in the lobby, dining room, pool area and room. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices which included scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and gravy. They had an omelette station as well with plenty of drink, cereal, fruit and bread options. The hotel is located right off highway 18 which made travel in and out very easy.

All aspects of the actual hotel were good. Rooms were clean, hotel was reasonably well kept, pool was nice and the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast each morning was amazing and the little Mon-Thurs happy hour was a nice touch every evening. Only issue was my card being overcharged by 3 nights (and it appears nearly everyone in our group has had the same issue). My hope is that the refund to my card appears soon without me having to follow up.

The bed was great, the room was quiet, the breakfast was filling, but this hotel is showing its age a bit. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is good if you need to stay south of Seattle.

There were a lot of trucks & railroad tracks made the location feel like the wrong side of town. There was a lot of activity in the area. The staff was accommodating and we enjoyed the breakfast experience!

Convenient to highways and directly into Tacoma. Quiet area. Absolutely fantastic breakfast free every day, including freshly made omelette or breakfast burrito (they alternate). Very friendly and helpful staff

We had no hot water - staff was unconcerned. My cousin and her husband checked in at the same time and somehow their reservation had been "lost", even though they had the confirmation number. They ended up paying an extra $50 for a room. Absolutely ridiculous when we were paying $200/night already!

Overall, the stay was nice. The only piece I would ask to change is the desk chair. With doing 2-3 hrs work each night, the chair was not comfortable after 30 min. The staff were very attentive to each request and nice not to have to drive to get breakfast. Other places to eat are only a five minute drive away.

I am a business traveler who has stayed with this hotel over the past 5 or more years. Great staff, great fun! They try harder, and succeed in connecting with all of their guests. See you next time Mountain View, keep up the good work!

We stayed 3 nights here for a wedding and loved everything about this Best Western, starting with the desk clerk, Malia. Malia helped us about everyday in one way or another. When we returned each afternoon there she was asking about our day. The continental breakfast is the best I have seen. Whatever your room rate is remember your Not paying for breakfast. I loved the location not far off from I-5 and the train station is about a mile way if you want to take it into Seattle and not drive (only on weekdays) The best bed I've ever slept in!!!

I was passing through and needed a hotel so knowing BW is a good chain I had siri lead me to this hotel. The location is in a strange area as it looked almost in an industrial area. There was an outstanding view of Mt Rainier IF a warehouse across the street hadn't been built. Ironically it is a quiet area and there is a wonderful Longhorn BBQ restaurant right next door. The staff was excellent but special kudos goes to Nyla. She, with a smile, went out of her way to help me with a printer issue. After many tries by both of us of trying to correct the problem I told her it wasn't a big deal and thanked her as I returned to my room. When I got to my room my phone rang. It was Nyla. She had found the solution to the problem and fixed it. Always with a smile. Why only 4 stars? The location for one. Also, I took a shower mid-morning and the "hot" was only luke warm. There were sports teams there so that may have been the reason. The hotel itself was great. Nice pool, hot tub, fitness center. Rooms were wonderful.

Upon entering the room for the first time I gouged my elbow on the steel bracket on the door lock, drawing blood. Oh joy! Upon looking at other room doors they all have the same bracket with a jagged exposed edge. I cannot possibly be the only person to have experienced this problem.

This hotel is very nice and clean, well decorated, everything was in good shape. Comfortable beds and pillows! Not a beautiful location, but a safe area and very close to the freeway, but not close enough to hear the noise. A very nice building with everything looking nice. Everything felt clean and comfortable. My idea of a good hotel!

I recently booked 4 rooms for a business conference. This was a smooth, flawless easy transaction. My team were able to check in without any hassle or hiccups. They enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the easy checkout.

The Best Western Plus is a cozy place to stay as they have the friendliest staff. I was greeted by a lovely Lady from Hawaii. Her smile was contagious! It set the tone to our stay. The room was spacious, two queen beds. Very quiet night, was able to get much needed rest. Enjoyed the full hot breakfast! I have stayed many times at this establishment and will continue to do so. I have many time stayed at Best Western Hotels and pretty much got what I expected...no frills and clean rooms with limited amenities. The Plus brand it seems now changes that and is in line now with many mid-priced hotels and in my opinion even better setup, décor and room quality. Try this hotel, the value is good, has a pool and Jacuzzi as well as a pretty good breakfast included with a very reasonable rate when compared to other hotels in the area.

It took them over 3 hours to check me and my two small children in so we were stuck in the lobby until the manager could fix the issue. That night my youngest child stepped on carpet staples that had been left in the floor from previous repairs. After looking I found 15 staples!!!! Management did nothing!!!

Myself and three friends spent two nights here. Excellent customer service, rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable beds! Staff were absolutely top notch. Breakfast was great, lots of options!

A very nice property though it is not up to par with other "Plus" Best Westerns. Our commode would not flush at first but was promptly repaired...even though there was a sticker under the handle that said "hold down to flush". The kind of thing you would expect from a Motel 6 or other 2 star hotels. The room was very comfortable with a good selection of TV channels that also included a channel guide. Nice touch if you spend a lot of time in hotels. The complimentary breakfast was probably up with the top 2 or 3 I have experienced and I stay in hotels easily 200 nights a year. Made to order eggs and omelets along with the usual potatoes, bacon, sausage, gravy, waffles, etc. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is tucked behind a Russian market and an over priced BBQ joint. Nothing else within walking distance. The AC is a little loud but nothing compared to the trains going by at all hours of the night. All I could think of was Joe Pesci in "My Cousin Vinny"

From check in to check out - this hotel and the staff were exceptional. We reserved 80 rooms and the majority of occupants were Deaf teenagers/adults. There were plenty of options at breakfast and even the pickiest of people were able to things to eat.

The cleanliness and quality of the hotel I would say is five stars. My daughter and I went to have a relaxing night away from all the boys at the house. Her main excitement was to be able to go swimming and unfortunately we were only in the pool for about 20 minutes there was a couple kids that were rough Housing in the water and one of them ended up throwing up right in the pool walkway so we had to get out of the pool. It was a bummer because that was the main thing we were going for but we ended up making the best of it and just watch movies and ate popcorn in bed.

The hotel was close to appointments that I had for the next few days and everyone at this hotel was very nice. They even had a free happy hour Monday through Thursday for Best Western Members. It was great and I wish all hotels did this for their customers. Will stay here again.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Hot Tub open 24 hours and a great breakfast is included. Courtesy shuttle for trips to the Emerald Downs race track and Muckleshoot Casino. What else can anyone ask for.

This hotel, while tucked away in Auburn, has great beds, wonderful employees that care about your stay and is easy on the budget. This is my third stay here while out of town on business and would stay here again. Employees are willing to go the extra mile.

I stay in hotels every other week. When you live in hotels Year around it is great to stay in ones like the best western in Auburn wa. The place is great. The staff is great they make are weekly stays feel like we are at home. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.

After being stuck in a traffic jam for 3 1/2 hours between OLYMPIA and Tacoma - knowing I had a 6am flight - the hotel was a welcome relief - quiet - relaxing - for a much needed early to bed early to rise - as always the hotel and staff at this hotel are wonderful

I didn't know what I was getting into when I booked but when you stay at this hotel, you get top knotch. The double King room was very spacious and we easily slept 8 people comfortably. The breakfast was a full breakfast with a breakfast burrito station made to your preference! I am checking in again tomorrow with my family of 6 for a mini vacation. I will post a new review after my stay.

No ac no coffee maker. I woke up several times because it was so warm the AC didnt work. In the morning the coffee maker didn't work as well. I don't think for the money I paid the ac should have worked and the coffee maker didn't work. They did refund half the cost but I would rather have working ac

I stay here at least 2 weeks a year. On every visit the lobby is clean and nice looking. The staff is always friendly. Check in and check out has always been fast and easy. The rooms are clean and up to date.

Friendly staff, clean room, and a complimentary beer after a long day of travel....can't ask for much more. I don't typically have a reason to stay in Auburn, however, if I am ever in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Not many options in the area. Great staff, great breakfast. The rail yard next door is noisy. The Longhorn Barbecue in the same parking lot was worth having within walking distance. Enjoyed the evening reception. Will stay at this location again if I have another conference in the area.

One thing to know is the name on the signs says Peppertree but it is the Mountain View. The room & hotel were very clean. Kids enjoyed the pool but we noticed that about half of the lights were out and was told that they are special order lights and were on back-order, other than that things were just fine in the pool area. The beds were comfortable and was able to get a good nights sleep. I did like that they had door sweeps to keep extra light from the hallway from coming in under the door. The breakfast in the morning was better than the standard basic ones at many hotels. The options when we were there included: eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, yogurt (with the toppings), cereal, oatmeal, baked items (bread, bagels, danishes, etc), fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, breakfast burritos made to order, juice (several kinds), milk, etc. I am sure I forgot something but it was enough food to make two teenagers happy before getting back into the pool. If we pass through again we will for sure stay here again.

The location of the property was great for us, but very industrial and not really walking distance to restaurants. The next time we go to visit my husband's mom, in her asst. care home, we will stay at Best Western, and entirely because the breakfast was amazing and wonderful! I was overwhelmed by the choices available, how good the food was and the three ladies running this breakfast were friendly and the hardest working gals ever! We were disappointed the jacuzzi did not work, but appreciated the apologies and attempts at getting it fixed while we were there for five nights. The front desk crew was terrific and we loved the good at the barbecue place next door. We are in the restaurant one night and appreciated the delivery service the last night. This was a difficult trip for us emotionally and starting our day with an assortment of so much food and drink, with a friendly kitchen crew was the highlight of this stay. Scrambled eggs were indeed fluffy, real potatos hash browns, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage, cereal, yogurt with toppings, oatmeal, asst. pastries and muffins, coffee, four juices, tea and hot chocolate, and yes, waffles and omelets or breakfast burritos. Did I mention the fruit? I am not one to eat breakfast, but I looked forward to my breakfast and it helped us get a good start to days that were sometimes sad. We will possibly be back to this Best Western, depending on mom's health, but on future travels we will pick this hotel brand cause the room was also a good deal at $99 and nicely decorated. Ok.....the pillows sucked, but otherwise, these usual budget condo travelers were quite pleased with this hotel. And we tipped the breakfast gals. I want to put in a plug for tipping the folks that make all that food and have it ready each morning early!!! They deserve it.

Would have been nice to know the hot tub was not working. 2nd floor window opened unscreened onto the roof. Breakfast items were subpar. Juice machine not working. Only option for beverage was coffee or milk. Staff were very nice.

I believe that your hotel desk clerks were very efficient and helpful. They answer all of your questions and give you a ride to any place around the hotel that you might need, in a timely and professional fashion. The continental breakfast is excellent. You can make a very good breakfast with a great variety of food items, cereals, fruits, eggs, coffee, teas, etc. I went to Auburn to attend a two-day Tax Course and a hotel desk clerk brought me to Emerald Downs in the morning and back to the hotel in the evening.

Have stayed at the Peppertree several times and always like it. New name on reservation was confusing, Mountain View Auburn, because all exterior signs still say Peppertree. They have moved the business center into the game room, not as conducive to using the computer.

Great hotel. Very family friendly! I would highly recommend this hotel. I slept well, our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Overall, an excellent value. I would definitely tell a friend and stay here again!

This was a very nice place to stay for a night before heading to the airport. The hotel, room, staff, breakfast were all very nice and we would stay here again based on that. THIS HOTEL IS LOVELY. The only problem is that there is nothing decent to eat within a short walk from the hotel. It's right by the railroad tracks and there is an outlet mall nearby, but only actual restaurant that is right there is Longhorn BBQ....and it was the worst food I have ever eaten & I don't say that lightly.

We were impressed at the quality of service and amenities at this hotel. It was not exactly where we wanted to stay but the extra driving was worth it. We would recommend the hotel to friends and would stay there again.

The place was ok if you have few other options. It's in a weird location off 18 right next to a rail yard so it was loud with trains whistling all night. The room itself was not great. It could have been a lot cleaner and better maintained. There were stains in the bathroom and other places. The vanity is outside the bathroom which is both convenient and annoying because if you need to use the sink in the middle of the night or when someone else is sleeping the light floods the room. The beds were ok. One of them was pushed really far under the puffed headboard so felt really short. The pillows were terrible. I was on a road trip so I brought my own pillow, luckily. The indoor pool was decent but literally nothing worked in that room. The whirlpool jets did not work, the phone to call the front desk didn't work, the water fountain was out of order, etc. The pool itself was ok, seemed clean enough. The front desk folks who helped us were nice enough but there were times a lot of workers were at the front desk and we were ignored. In the morning the maid brigade came through downstairs and you just had to get out of their way. I know their carts are heavy but a whole row of them just moved down the hall without waiting for me or a few others to pass first. Not like we have heavy luggage or anything! Breakfast was a good variety and there was coffee available all day. Other than that, nothing good to say. I wouldn't stay here again.

Although the staff is pleasant, action speaks louder than words. The 'discount' rate of $129 per night was in my opinion an extreme over charge. I have experienced better overall quality for $49.99. Linen was aged and unclean. Room was stale.

This dog needs some grooming. From the front entrance, where employees take their smoke breaks, to the dingy rooms, to the lobby that smells like yesterday's breakfast, this BW needs to be cleaned, scrubbed and upgraded. I assume they don't care because there are few options in the area.

Nice hotel, clean, and safe. Right off of main freeway. Friendly guest service. I would stay again. On the other side of town from White River Amphitheater, but an easy drive if you give yourself enough time.

Stayed for 3 days had a wonderful time went to the Wild Waves Enchanted Village had a great time the breakfast is really good the people are really nice! The kids had a lot of fun here the weather could have been better but that was our fault for coming this late in the year!

Hotel is great, great staff and excellent staff with excellent amenities. I was very disturbed that there was a room not far from us where the visitors were smoking weed/drugs and you could smell the damn smell in hallway (though not in our room). I was totally at awe that on one hand you sign for not smoking and $250 fine; yet people smoking drungs/weed freely, WHY? Wake up staff! This was the only down turn, we experienced...

Stayed here one night. A wonderful experience. They have recently remodeled and our room was great....spacious, clean, updated, comfortable. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, including a free shuttle to Emeralds Down. The morning breakfast could not have been better. Everything was perfect

The hotel staff were very accommodating! We had an issue with the toilet in our first room so the staff offered us a second room in order to right the situation. A courtesy shuttle helped us get to and from an event and was much appreciated.

We had a bad experience- our toilet didn't flush. After the first night we requested it to be fixed. After a long day of hiking we came back to find that it wasn't repaired. We used the lobby restrooms which were filthy. I will stay away from Best western brand.

Nice hotel in industrial area. Very good hot breakfast, comfortable beds, awful pillows. Front desk people had no idea about anything in the area, but Google solved that problem just fine. There is a beautiful waterfront in Tacoma and a Defiance point park about 20 min drive from the property. Overpriced not so good steakhouse nearby. We haven't been to the pool, but it looked nice.

Stayed for two nights with my daughters to visit with each other. I have stayed here several times to go visit. Rooms are always clean, service has always been very good. This time we went and enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool.

Not too pleased with this Best Western. The lobby is very nice. The men's restroom off the lobby was in need of work. The handle on the door was off...so you couldn't open it to leave. The refrigerator in our room didn't work and the toilet ran after flushing. We left for the day at 7:30 am and when we got back at 5 the room hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was great.

The breakfast was awesome and the room was very comfortable. BUT it would be nice to have a small pull out bed instead of the two chairs and the sheets kept coming off both beds. Also, there were potato chip wrappers behind the nightstand and a bloody tissue on the sink when we checked in. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

This overpriced property doesn't meet the quality standards of a Best Western Plus. This was a nice property a couple of years ago but the rooms have not been properly maintained. They do serve a great breakfast and the fitness center and pool was nice. They advertise that there is a business center, but there isn't any such a thing.

A bit noisy due to Industrial area. Staff were very friendly. Room clean. Poor lighting in the room - especially for women needing light for make-up. The staff were not knowledgable about services in the area or how to get to certain places

Business traveler here and stay in all classes of hotels. Had a meeting not too far from the hotel and per the reviews it was a coin flip between here at the La Quinta across the street. The La Quinta has better reviews but I have Diamond status with Best Western. So, we chose the BW. Diamond got me a bottle of water and 3 peppermint patties, for whatever that's worth. It's a very average budget hotel so none of the amenities stood out to me. Clean, fairly bare bones room and while close to downtown where there are some restaurants and bars, the location is nestled in between some commercial trucking areas so there's not a ton to look at excepting a bunch of 18-wheelers and the big BBQ sign for the BBQ place next door. That having been said two things did stick out: the service from the staff was very good and man, they really love to feed you! Each night there is a Manager's Welcome Party for 21+ and you can get 2 free drinks of either draft beer or some wine if you're a member of the BW Club (free). They also provide popcorn and cheese quesadillas. There's also a very respectable breakfast buffet and omelette station in the mornings. Definitely a ton of people pigging out, for better or worse. Since the price was on par with the LQ I really feel like if you take advantage of their food and drink specials, this a great value play.

We stay at a lot of best westerns and have pretty tuned in expectations for the difference between a best western, plus, and premier. This hotel was on the high end of the plus. Nice rooms, gift shop, etc. We just stayed one night but it was good.

Bathroom was not cleaned (hair/urine from previous guest), room floor was not clean (hair/debris), pool is very cold and had no pool towels, breakfast consisted of a variety of hot items including breakfast burritos and was excellent.

I wish I remembered their names but the night auditor "new guy" was very kind and professional during check in. The maintenance man was very kind when he brought me tooth paste, he brought that up real quick. I was having a long night coming from California so I really appreciated their kindness and efficiency. Of course everyone has their own opinions on the pillows but it would have been nice to have bigger pillows (: The ones I slept on were too small. Other than that everything was amazing.

The sheets were high quality and the beds comfy. The service was good, and the lobby was classy. It was good to have breakfast, and it was tasty. The 1st floor was quiet. THe Hotel is SO CLOSE to the racetrack, and I just LOVED the INDIAN RELAY!

We stayed one night in June 2016 to go to Emerald Downs and the outlet mall. Hotel was easy to find, just around the corner from the outlets and 5 minutes from Emerald Downs. Everything was clean and seemed safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was big and beds comfy with lots of pillows. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast looked good (we did not partake but checked it out - lots of options!). Wifi was easy, fast and free. Checkout was a nice late noon. Overall great stay!

The staff here went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. they were wonderful to work with. When I go back I will be staying there again. they set the bar high for the Best Western hotels.

While this hotel was the only option for my work conference, it was a great place and I highly recommend it. It is near restraunts and shops. The room was comfortable and I had no issues. The Air Conditioner when set to auto will kick on and off loudly, but that was my error and a simple adjustment fixed the issue. The staff was great and check was a breeze.

We took a trip to Seattle and did not book a hotel enough in advance so everything was either booked or well over our budget. We finally settled on this place and overall it was great. Our room was clean, free wifi, cable tv, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. The woman manning the area was kind and helpful, making breakfast burritos for people who wanted them. The only real complain I had was that the walls are thin and you can hear people in the hallways, parking lots and sometimes even in their rooms and the air conditioning kept the room cool but in never got really cool or cold.

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We wish we had known they had a evening meal also. Very nice. The price changed seemed a little high, but it was in June at the start of the vacation period.

This hotel carries a better reputation for it's name than it presented. We were very disappointed with our room and the quality of the hotel for the money. We felt the condition of our room was inexcusable for the money and it resulted in us moving to another room the next day. Just a hassle. The second room also had the bathroom fan and a bedside light broken. Had to request those be fixed.

Best western is a great place to stay. However on this trip I was on the second floor with the Ice and pop machines above on the 3 floor. I was up all night to the sound of other guest running up and down the halls.

everything was great except some front desk service where one front desk person was nice and the not so good looking front desk person looked maddening. Nice room, might need better art work, breakfast can have more variety.

We have stayed here in the past, which is why we stayed here for a wedding we attended this weekend. The hotel is clean, they have a nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and a small workout room. When we checked in on Thursday, they told us of the happy hour, where they had snacks, fresh quesadillas, and a friendly lady running the show. The next morning we had the continental breakfast, which was far more than a continental breakfast. Not only did they have the eggs, bacon potatoes, they had waffles, made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, cereal yogurt, it was really good, quite a spread they put out. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is helpful and very pleasant, when we come to visit our in laws next time, we will definitely stay here again

well its relatively laid back hotel with many comfort creatures. Its very tucked away off the street in the heart of an industrial lo. So lets say trains and airport. They built and service this solid foundation of a hotel well and its pretty quiet with all the noise. Enjoy your stay.

We stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Mountain View with our 4 kids at hand. It was very comfortable and had an amazing full breakfast. The property is close to a lot of shopping centers and close to the highway so it was easy to get where we needed to be. Will stay again when the time comes.

The front desk (evening) was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and nice. I had only 2 issues that I could see. One was not enough jets were working in the hot tub. The second was the fact that there were some sloppy guests that could not pick up after themselves as they hit the floor buttons in the elevator. Not the hotels fault. But a great breakfast was enjoyed the next morning. Overall a pleasant experience.

Clean rooms and great breakfast! Rooms were spacious and had a separate living space. Hotel was full to capacity and yet the rooms were very quiet and the breakfast bar was always full with a great variety of items.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. The 4 stars are for the dirty curtains with holes in them and the bathtub was stained. It's not like I sleep on the curtains, but they still need to wash/fix them or something. And they should probably change the bathtub, just because it's clean doesn't mean it's gross, especially when people are paying $130 for a room. I love Best Westerns, and would love to change my review if they fix these things. Overall the room was in mint condition, big tv, clean and spacious room!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. They have the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Very clean and pretty rooms. Breakfast was nice. Very close to Edmonds Kingston ferry about 30 minutes outside of Seattle.

The rooms are very large, the beds very comfortable, ample parking, very close to lots of shopping and a major highway, the breakfast was excellent. It was clean and friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

The service at this hotel was very dissapointing. We were told that the hot tub was broken and not usable. The indoor pool area was a bit small and there were very loud kids playing and basically ran everybody out because of the noise. The pull out bed was broken and there wasnt any maintenace personel to assist with fixing it. The front counter staff said that they couldnt move us to another room. They were going to assist, but never showed up so our guests had to sleep on the floor. The rooms looked like they have been remodeled, but little attention to detail. The bathroom fan was held on with tape and the mirrored door was broked.

This property had large rooms, but poor service by front desk. Many vagrants and drugs/alcohol users around the property caused us to cut all our walks short. Lots of garbage on the ground. Didn't feel safe or relaxed.

I was surprised at the size of the room. Almost overwhelming for 1 person. I did not like the partition of the living and bed area. The king size bed was very comfortable. Loved the shampoo and shower gels in the bathroom! Staff was busy but pleasant!

We had a renovated room on the 4th floor. Other rooms were still being worked on and the workers will still at work in other rooms when we arrived. A strong smell of paint was present. They were pleasant enough and stopped work around 5:00. The room was okay, although an odd mix of old and new furnishings. New chairs, new carpet, old microwave, old tile in the bathroom, old coffee maker and old fridge. The lamp in the sitting area did not work. The air conditioning worked, but was pretty loud. I don't think it was new. There was one person at the front desk when we arrived. She was on the phone taking a new reservation. After a bit of a wait, we were checked in. I stopped at the desk some time later and she was again on the phone taking a reservation. Later, while waiting for friends in the lobby, several people were in line to check in, and the employee was again on the phone. They really need another person at the front desk and another manning the phone - especially in the afternoon and evening when people are checking in. Although the location seems a bit seedy, it was overall a nice stay. We will stay again if in the area.

Came for a short visit with my daughter. Decided to stay at this hotel. Nice, clean and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the room was pretty big. Lots of shopping and entertainment nearby.

Facility was average, but clean. Rates were high considering it's a "plain jane" hotel in an older small city. I am used to amenities and comforts found in slightly more upscale hotels, which this hotel can't offer. It would be easy to complain, since i generally stay at much nicer properties, but it's very likely the best that Auburn has to offer.

Room has black mold, Sheetrock coming down. Another room I stayed in had a shattered mirror and tore up seats. My coworker said his room smelled strongly of weed. The free breakfast coffee was burnt and tasted horrible everyday. Eggs tasted bad.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years when we are in town for swim meets. The last stay in January 2016 was not the best but this time it was bad. Up on entering the room first thing I notice is one of the 2 faucets spins in a complete circle the other one does the same but not as loose. My son sits down to eat as the desk and it is covered in crusty old food. I go down to the front desk, show her a video of the sink and request some cleaning supplies so we can wipe the counters down. I don't trust anything was cleaned so I clean it all including the bath. An hour later I pull back the covers to climb into bed, there were long black hairs on the sheets I turn my phone light on to get a better look; there were over 20 long hairs that we counted quickly. I go to the front desk, the poor front desk clerk says she will be up in a few minutes. She calls me after I return to the room, says she is the only one there. Says she can offer me this suite as it's the only room left. Its now after 11 pm, we are unpacked, son is already sleeping and we have a 5:30 am wake up. I go look at the other room, try to turn a light on and the wall plate falls off, the light buy the bed doesn't work. Finally go down to the front desk and ask for complete new bedding and I change it all myself. The night manager offers me a $50 credit for my 4 night stay. Needless to say we will not be staying there again.

This hotel is good to use for business travel. It has in room fridge and microwave so you can store your week's worth of drinks and snack foods. Good location with easy access to any of the industrial parks, mall, Wal-Mart, etc.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was kept well stocked, but we would have like the bacon to be a little more done. The staff at breakfast kept our coffee cup full and the tables clean. The front desk staff went out of their way to help in any way. We will be back.

My stay was average. The location is too far from the airport, given morning traffic, and the service was not impressive, nor was the bathroom clean -- had some loose hairs.... I found it difficult to affect my tax exempt status at the front desk, which was frustrating.

Nice staff. Good rooms. Internet was dependable. Breakfast was very good. Access to the city was comfortable although there are limited eating establishments within walking distance. Great outlet mall close.

The room was nice and the beds were not too soft like many hotels. My only real complaint was that the scrambled eggs had sausage in them instead of on the side and they were rubbery and tasteless. They have a good selection of other food, but I don't eat dairy, grains or anything with gluten. So, I was limited to the eggs and fruit. Our teen enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and exercise room.

The fan to the air conditioning/heat was extremely loud and the floor in the entry way/bathroom appeared to be dirty. The location of the hotel was in close proximity to where I was going and it was also close to shopping and dinning.
