Nice hotel, the staff was very professional, Breakfast was very good. Maybe the only recommendation I have is to fix or update the Coffee machine in the room. I had to keep my finger pushing the button to make it work. Other than that, I going to comeback with my wife.

I stay at this Hotel OFTEN. I travel back and forth, weekly. The staff is amazing. Warren usually checks me in, Malaysia handles my next day, Stephen always greets in the evening. Rachal, and Duane are my late noght ladies there tongreet with a smile. Anna is so awesome and proud of her staff. Valentina & Bianca Keep my towels ready! I definitely say staying here is the best over all. We've left this hotel and come back multiple times. Always super accommodating to my needs.

One of the best staycations I have ever had! The front desk was very professional and also laidback. Very welcoming and they always greeted me as soon as I came thru the door. Great conversations with Malaysia and Warren, and all of the front desk and staff made my stay worth it. In the end, I would recommend this hotel. Nice hotel for a good price! Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and the walls are thick so I felt like I had privacy. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent! Warren at the front desk made us feel welcome and addressed our needs immediately. When we had a problem with our room and a bad odor, he found us another option and took the time to walk through and inspect with us to make sure it was satisfactory.

I have to go here for work quite often. Most recently, I had to make a few additional requests, and found both Warren and Steven very accommodating. Thanks to both of you! You made my life much easier. Otherwise, I had a pretty standard stay at this hotel.

The staff at Best Western are absolutely amazing, warren is very helpful and always has a really good attitude. My experience staying here is just the best. My kids love their morning breakfast selection. I would definitely recommend staying here to any family and friends.

It's a motel, but everything was great! Front counter staff (Stephen and Warren) were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was easy. Room (2 king beds) was clean, spacious and the beds were comfy. Cable channels were comprehensive and TV worked well. Heat/AC was good albeit a tad noisy at times. Breakfast was outstanding. A large assortments of food including waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, juice, milk and good coffee. Breakfast area was clean and well tended. There was plenty of parking and the area appeared to be quite safe.

wow, when Prakash cleaned my room he did a wonderful job. Thank you!!! yo and the rest of the staff were very polite, and had integrity. today when you came in you changed my sheets, gave me new blankets, and towels and cleaned out my microwave. No attitude no negativity i got from him.

Malaysia was truly amazing. She was so helpful. I got to say that housekeeping is totally on point. Everything was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing. Will definitely be back, to try the new food digs in the old Shari's steak, seafood, and sushi.

We came to Washington to get married. The staff at this hotel made us feel very special. We were greeted at the door by Malaysia and the GM. They were great. The attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing. Maria did a great job. It's not just your generic hotel breakfast. Maria seasoned the food great and kept the food area stoked and clean. I will definitely return to this hotel. Great job.

We chose location because of proximity to Seatac airport and also because of good initial interaction with staff at hotel at time of booking. However only 1 elevator which broke down after 1st day of our stay of total 3 nights. Allocated rooms on the top / 4th Floor, my elderly parents (94!) with impaired mobility were effectively stranded in their room for 2 days and we had to ferry food etc to them and watch them make a tortuous journey up/down 4 flights of stairs. Staff unable to assist and no contingency plans in place. Assistant Manager and some staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful but this was clearly an issue that needed intervention from senior management which was completely lacking and showed a clear need for aditional resources and traiining Breakfast very basic - no trays provided to help take food Such a shame as otherwise might have had a better overall experience Last but not least entry to hotel from freeway is very sharp and awkward and requires added vigilance!

Great comfortable stay. Excellent restaurants close by. Quiet and clean room. Breakfast was typical, but great coffee choices. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Close freeway access. Will stay again.

The hotel is very clean, classy, and the staff was over the top friendly. Anmol and Warren at the front desk were very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was typical of a Best Western, but again, clean and comfortable.

Handicap accessible room for 5 days; huge room accommodated a roll-away bed for Personal Care Assistant; extremely clean; very quiet; awesome breakfast with an attendant who kept wiping all surfaces; I will gladly return to this hotel in Renton.

Our stay here before our cruise was good. Clean room, comfy bed, and safe parking for our car which we were worried about being Seattle. Easy to navigate around and close to things you need. Breakfast was good, mer heaps of other cruise passengers!

Clean, comfortable, good location, and helpful staff overall. The main breakfast attendant, Zdenka, is extremely conscientious and helpful to ensure all guests find what they need for breakfast and is doing a great job at keeping things clean and well stocked.

This is a decent, clean hotel. We travel a lot, so I feel comfortable saying that it is average in its condition. It is also in what appears to be a safe area, not flanked by homeless people, which is sadly becoming harder to find these days. However, it could definitely benefit from some improvements and simple changes. First, the night front desk gentleman did not want to get off his phone to check us in. I mean, come on. Second, we checked in after 11:00 and had a VERY noisy neighbor. I immediately called for assistance, and asked to change rooms. The front desk said they would ask them to turn the TV down. After a few minutes, the TV was just as loud, so I called again. Front desk said no one answered, and they'd try one more time and then move us, if no answer. I waited a few more moments and then had to call again to find out we could have a new room. Why didn't the front desk just call me back? A simple courtesy that would have been appreciated, especially given the time of night. Second, the beds are ok, but almost "spongey." Not my favorite, but not the worst. Third, be aware, it's not a deal-breaker, but they have low-flow water here. If you need a real shower, probably stay elsewhere. Fourth, they have a nice cappuccino maker in the lobby/breakfast area, but it could use a simple instruction near it. I googled it, because I didn't want to break anything trying to figure it out. Also, the lobby restrooms could use a sign, because the sinks "look" like no touch, but you actually have to use the little cylindrical arm to turn the water on, and I have a feeling a lot of people don't get it and just don't wash, which is a health issue. Lastly, the lobby music was a bit loud, with very deep bass, when we arrived at 11:00pm. A bit much for night time. Also, I had to kill a decent size spider in the bathroom. Overall though, a decent hotel. Based on the safety of the location and the amenities, I would stay again, for the right price.

This room was perfect! Clean and roomy beds very comfy! Great location! Best prices !!!!!!! We needed a room quickly with no reservations and they were able to accommodate us immediately. Staff is helpful and so nice also!

On the surface it looked ok but when the ants invaded on the last night and I stepped on the exposed carpet nails on the floor while battling them I then saw just how gross the carpet was when I found the either old dried food or vomit under the side table. They did not seem to care about it at all when I told them, seemed like they already knew about the issues, and my call to management has gone unanswered The breakfast lady was great though, very clean and very attentive.

This hotel is wonderful. The amenities are either new or updated and the room itself is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very caring and welcoming and they will help you with anything you need!

The Renton best western plus is centrally located between Bellevue, downtown Seattle, seatac, Leavenworth…) The hotel staff is very nice and will not hesitate to provide for your needs. The breakfast is fantastic and is full and prepared every morning. The room was very clean and tidy and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a good stay and solid stay. There is also a lot spaces for free parking. Which will save you so much time. You will for sure be very happy while staying at this location.

This was a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic and the hospitality was on point. Very nice staff and the rooms were very clean. I will definitely stay here again! This hotel is conveniently located to all the destinations of Seattle (belltown, Renton, downtown Seattle, Tacoma, Edmonds, seatac, Leavenworth, Maple Valley...) We were looking for a place to lay our heads each night as we had an ambitious itinerary for the 6 days we were in Seattle. Pricing for hotels has gone way up as we usually visit each summer and this hotel had the best price. It exceeded our expectations with its robust hot FREE breakfast every morning. There was a water machine to get cold water in our hydros for the day a 24/7 coffee station and after coming off a long vacation in Iceland we used their laundry facility which was easy and convenient (and cheap!). The parking was easy and we never worried about not finding a spot. The woman who ran the cafeteria became a family friend by the end of our stay, she is on top of it! The front desk workers were always so nice to us and you can tell they get along well with each other. The room was cool and clean with a microwave and a mini fridge. We were very happy with our decision to stay here and would recommend it to other families (we had a 2 and 5 year old with us) - no pack n plays though!

Don't let the upgraded exterior fool you...this is a smelly old hotel. We booked a room for one night...a non-smoking room...smelled like a smoking room. The hallways are also pretty beat, and breakfast was disappointing. Will not be staying here again.

The location is ideal eighth next to a freeway. Unfortunately, the restaurant next door is closed and looks abandoned, but there are plenty places to eat within 5-10 minutes away. The premises are clean and modern. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfasts are good and Zdenka keeps it very clean and organized.

The expectation for best Western let alone a plus was high. Staying and preferring BW for many years we were disappointed but the lack of working outlets, clean room and water pressure. The floor was coming up, the walls were peeling and we could not charge our phones.

Absolutely horrible experience. Smelt like smoke, everything was broken. The elevator didn't work we had to walk to the 4th floor with kids and all our stuff. The rooms were dirty, the walls were gross. The tv didn't work, internet didn't work. We found bugs on the walls

The rooms and public areas were well kept. Shampoo was non existent need to get from front desk. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked and food area kept very clean. Our dog really liked the wooden floor room we got. Rooms were very clean. Wish there was more grassed area on hotel property for our dog to do his business.

When my wife and I arrived, we had to carry our luggage upstairs due to the broken elevator. We are both nearly 80 years old and this was not pleasant. No one on the staff offered to help. In addition, they booked an unruly family of four noisy kids and only one adult right next door to us. This was a clueless move by the staff. After an hour of listening to the kids yelling and bouncing off the walls we called the desk at 10:00. The kids quieted down only to be replaced by an equally loud TV. At 11:00 we called the desk again and the tribe was eventually moved somewhere else. Things didn't get quiet until 11:30. Fix the elevator. Train your staff.

The stay was poor for two reasons. 1. The elevator was broken, forcing me and my wife (both nearly 80) to carry our bags up stairs and down. 2. The staff placed a family with four noisy kids and only one adult next door to us. This was a clueless move on the part of the staff. The kids kept us up until 10:00 when we called the desk. Shortly afterwards the kids quieted down only to be replaced by a loud TV. It was only after a second call at 11:00 to the desk that they moved the tribe. We didn't get to sleep until 11:30. A lousy stay. Train your staff. Fix the elevator.

A terrible place to stay...Wishing I could have given a 0 star rating. You must take your luggage to the second and third floors because the elevator is broken and there is no attendant or assistance. Our trip was spoilt by this motel. There was shampoo, but there was no conditioner, and the dispenser was empty.

The elevator had been out for several days. If you cannot drag your belongings up flights of stairs I would recommend another hotel until the elevator is repaired. The breakfast area is more inviting than most and the breakfast itself was pretty good.

They have a serious problem with communicating their cleaning procedure & pet procedure with customers. They also have a very unsanitary & unhealthy way of dealing with wet towels & trash when rooms are not serviced. It breeds serious mold everywhere from hallway to every room. Needs for a mold-free environment for my senior mother, my dog & I were ignored. My dog had seizures every night, increasing in severity. I am highly allergic to mold & penicillin as well. We checked out early after moving to the lobby the last night & then trying to sleep in our car that freezing night just we could stop the allergic reaction. That night clerk was offended I woke him several times to ask for our needs to be addressed. At check out he was very mad at me for causing problems.

I was in training for 5 days and stayed at the Renton BW for 6 nights total. I found the staff/employees were very welcoming and courteous; the room was clean and comfortable, up dated furniture and felt newer. The view of the 405 fwy wasn't that great, but, it was interesting to watch the volume of traffic flowing in that area at all hours. The breakfast was heavy on carbs, but, very clean and well-managed otherwise. The workout center was very clean and surprisingly bigger than I thought it would be (have visited other ones and they were much smaller) This was a busy hotel - so it was obvious it was a popular pick for many in the area working and visiting. Be prepared for the card keys to stop working after a few days; I had to have mine reset twice, not sure why? (never experienced that before). The elevator has some corky issues, stopped working a few times while visiting, not so bad when you are walking down 4 flights of stairs, not so fun when you are returning to hotel and needing to walk up 4 flights.

This hotel delivered even though we could tell they were short-staffed. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast and everything we needed for a nice stay. When we are in the area again, we will consider this hotel.

It took a while to find the place as the road leading to it it very easy to miss. However, the hotel itself is pleasant, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. It's conveniently located to Lake Washington, with a Shari's Restaurant next to it. Overall, a good stay.

Decent Best Western hotel in busy location. The hotel is located next to quite busy intersection. Our room was facing the inner court so no problems with noise. I don't know about the side facing to the street. We asked the staff are there any dinner available or dining places nearby and were told that the cafeteria next door is the only place within walking distance. I guess technically you could walk somewhere close to get food. But after looking at the footpaths crossing the roads nearby, we came to the conclusion that driving is the only reasonable option. Otherwise ok hotel. The breakfast was typical Best Western style so it was ok.

This hotel has seen better days. We stayed here 5 days last year on two separate occasions and since they it had seen a lot of wear and tear. It seems to pull in a different cliental than what we prefer. # men sitting on the curb when we pulled up. children running and playing int he lobby, down the halls, and through he breakfast area. The bathroom is very tiny. A king bed with only one chair and a desk chair for relaxing missed the mark for us. We have stayed at much better BW. The staff was very friendly is the plus of this stay.

I chose this hotel because it is close to where I visited. I normally stay at Best Western when I travel but I am disappointed with this Best Western location. -The internet connection is good. -It is noisy. -There is nothing within walking distant to get water, snacks or food. Their water dispenser was out of water. When asked they pointed to the water they sell $1.50 for 16.9 FL. There is only one restaurant in front of the hotel but food are not good! - Breakfast is so so. - Room supplies is low I had to ask for even we just checked in the room. -The chair for the desk is too low and uncomfortable for a 5'2" like me to use. Overall, I don't feel comfortable to stay here. It's not worth the money to spend.

We chose this Best Western as it was close to places we planned to visit. We had a handicap room on the 3rd floor. Noted in case of fire use stairs, not elevator. Pretty hard to do in a wheel chair or with a walker; there was no fire so we got by that one!

I've had such a pleasant stay at the Best Western Inn plus Renton. Ann, who checked us in went above and beyond to accommodate our request. She went out of her way 2 make sure we had a clean room to stay because they were overbooked. She didn't have to, but she wanted to. She is such a sweet girl. I really appreciate her big and courageous heart. I had a welcoming invite which made all the difference. I would definitely come back as long as she is working.

There was no closet in this room which was very difficult for a handicapped person. We couldn't operate The blackout blinds and the staff didn't know how to operate them. We asked for refill of towels and coffee 3 times with it never being done. The bed was not comfortable and hurt my husband hips. The shower chair provided was too wobbly to use. The breakfast had many options but mostly carbs. The bacon was undercooked, the eggs a weird texture and the coffee tasted burnt. Overall a very disappointing experience for the price paid. The worst experience at any Best Western. Cheryl and Daniel were nice but didn't seem to have any authority to change the situation.

Room was not clean, sheets were gross, hair covered bar soap in the shower, feces on the floor, no coffee or towels, and the heater was unbearably loud. The rooms were not ready at check in, or even after we were checked into them.

They are short staff I was there for two nights on the first day their was coffee on the elevator lobby and three days later it was still there. The rooms were standard to a BW hotel. Some staff are great others don't care. If you are looking for a good location and economical room then this is the place to be. If you are looking for a good location with updated amenities then you may want elsewhere. For a best western plus it feels more like a regular best western.

We did a last minute booking of this hotel. The blackout blinds that are electrically controlled did not work. After calling the front desk Fernando was there in 3 minutes. He could not get them to work and said he had ordered parts which were not in yet. We said we needed a room with working blinds and he said he would see what he could do. We called the front desk where the man there said there were no more available rooms. My husband said that was not acceptable to us but that man just kept saying he could not do anything. Whie my husband was still on the phone Fernando appeared with keys to another room He saved the day Thanks you so much Fernando

I came to this hotel in Washington from my home in Portland to train for my new career. The atmosphere was saturated in pleasant energies. The decor in the hotel was so soothing to gaze at. I had a room on the third floor so it was a great view and I got to use the fitness room anytime I wanted. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Beyond all of that what really made my visit special was the staff. Specifically Tehya and Daniel. Tehya's professionalism exceeds the hospitality standards. I made a real connection from one human being to another with her and that was unexpectedly awesome. Every day that Daniel was at the front desk I felt all my needs were catered to immediately so again immaculate hospitality from him also. Both of them are people that are inviting to the space already made for the customers. Will definitely visit and stay here again. They seriously deserve all the good commendations and reviews in the world with how nice and friendly they were to me.

David was very helpful when I was trying to check in under a booking with a mistake in it. My mood could have best been described as "jet lag despair" so I was especially grateful that mangement worked so hard to go out of their way to help out. Lovely, clean rooms. Internet works great.

6 days, good breakfast. Nice front desk folks. I worked remotely during my stay and the Wi-Fi was flawless. The hotel was not as organized as they should have been in servicing the room during a long stay. When they did, they did a nice job.

Had been led to believe BW "Plus" would add to quality. Far from it. Dirty, tired, and old. Low quality linens, poor physical features. Lots of highway noise. Accessible door not working. Would not recommend.

A guest warned me that his car was broken into when I was checking in. There appeared to be transient druggy type people staying there. A person was knocking on the door across from my room constantly. I went down the stairs to use the gym and a lady yelled at me and said, “that's right you better run bitch!” Then after my use of the gym the police were there investigating an incident with a woman who's dog was being threatened to be shot.

Great service from check in to check out hotel was clean staff was friendly quiet room on the 4th floor where we we could watch the snow falling. and we even got breakfast will definitely stay there again

We have stayed at Best Western properties regularly on West Coast travels. While this property was newer is decor and a pet friendly facility, it lacked maintenance and general upkeep We had room 421 presented to be a nice large room. Upon entering you see the bathroom. The door had a rather sizeable hole where the rob hook was once attached. The bottom of the door was frayed; likely from excessive water damage. The door handle was loose and the handle cover dangled loosely exposing the inner workings. There were gaps in the wall tile and the towel rack was coming off the wall. There were no glasses for water in the room; no coffee cups and no regular coffee available (front desk not able to provide either. Upon raising the shades in the living area we discovered pellet holes in the window pains (they looked like small bullet holes). The location was convenient for our needs in the city but noisy being so close to the 405 freeway. The one positive about this property was the cafeteria and staff. They were attentive to the guests.

This hotel needs more time to be prepped before it should open. No wash cloths, hand towels, soap, shower curtain, in-room coffee cups or coffee. Many electrical outlets didn't work. To get hot water we had to turn on the tap for 10 minutes. The staff were very patient with all the guest complaints. I will request a refund.

In the last year we have stayed at hotels for different reasons: pleasure, visiting family, and attending a funeral. Best Western has gone beyond to take care of our needs. They were kind to answer my calls and questions. Very, very impressed. The rooms are comfortable, cheerful, quiet, and roomy. When we travel, we look for the Best Western and stay there. There was loud music coming from somewhere nearby until 2 am, no one was wearing masks even though it's mandated in Washington state. Coffee maker in room tasted of plastic so we didn't use. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean.

My room was clean & smelled good. My only complaint was no conditioner in the shower. Normally I bring my own, but since I was only staying 1 night I figured I'd use the hotels hair products in the shower. Needless to say I couldn't wash my hair. I wasn't very happy about that since I was going to a wedding.

There was blood in the bathroom. Wasn't cleaned. Very noisy motel. It's close to down town Seattle. Very convenient to get to T- Mobile Park, and all the activities downtown. Like the Zoo. We won't be staying there again.

I would recommend this hotel because staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was good with plenty of choices and it's in a great location right off the HWY. Our bathrooms towel rack was missing with 4 small holes in the wall but bathroom was clean and so was the room. They were short staffed and only were able to clean on their schedule but that was fine and they left us clean towels. Great staff.

Our stay here was exceptional. The staff here is courteous and very friendly especially James who is always smiling and greats you with a wave whenever you walk pass him. Along with Bianca and Jada. The room was clean and breakfast in the morning was great. We will be back.

Stayed here at the Best Western Plus Inn because I was going to a Seattle Mariners Game. It was very easy to get on the highway there and back in 15-25 minutes in traffic. Great food and shopping close by!

When I walked in, my toilet bowl was still a little dirty from the previous guest and housekeeping didn't clean my room even though I left the card saying “please clean room”. Breakfast and AC were good.

Front desk .guy didn't know where the rooms are and did not give us our AAA discount A lady was shadowing him while he was checking us in but didn't help the guy . But the room was clean and bed was good

Neat and clean. Appreciated they had parking security. Close to freeway access. Hot breakfast was really good. Chose a room with a couch and table - was very nice to have the extra space since we stayed for several days. Would definitely go back again.

Our room was comfortable and check in and out was very pleasant. At check-out I felt the front desk was open to my comments for our stay. Our room seemed spacious with nightstands on both side and a comfortable chair beyond the desk chair. Plenty of plug-ins as well. The decor both in the lobby and our room was tasteful. The elevator floor was in need of cleaning both the evening we arrive and the morning of our departure. The parking lot is tight squeeze. We had to leave before the 7:00 breakfast was open. Besides the Shari's restaurant next door eating seemed limited to us in the area. It would have been handy to have a print out of local restaurants for us. The night clerk did his best but was not to familiar with local establishments. It was a quiet night even with a window overlooking the freeway. We would stay here again. On a side note this Best Western evidently is not a park of the corporate BW so perks and promotions we learned do not apply.

I stay at the Best Western Plus Renton several times a month for business. I am always treated well and the staff is amazing. The room is always clean and any time I have any questions the staff is always very helpful. I enjoy that I can still get a hot continental breakfast that is served by a very nice attendant everyday of the week.

Our stay here was great. The hotel was clean and for the price, I felt it was updated comparable to other higher end hotels and had all the services you need. The staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. Manager was always on site and alongside with staff in case of any other needs required. The moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The Manager and staff are awesome! The snack bar prices were great and did not charge an arm and a leg for a snack. Our hotel room was very clean, well-stocked with supplies and had a nice size fridge and microwave. Our beds were very comfortable. Their practice and safety for Covid was great, hand sanitizers, masks were in all common areas, only certain amount of people allowed on the elevators. There was plenty of free parking onsite. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, shopping and Shari's Restaurant within walking distance if you need to grab a quick bite or coffee. The next time I am in town, I will definitely consider Best Western Renton and am going to recommend to my family and friends. Overall, this location made me feel at home without putting a hole in my wallet and was a great experience.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Renton, on business. I was looking for something economical, clean and quiet so I could work and rest. WOW! Did they deliver! The staff was amazing! The manager Angela, greeted me when I walked in took one look at me and knew I was worn out. She took my bag from, walked me to the counter and had her staff take care of everything so effortlessly, it was like I didn't need to do anything. The hotel was so clean and well-managed. My room was immaculate. The boutique upgrades they have done are tasteful and modern and very comfortable. I was able to take a long and very needed nap before getting busy on my project, with no interruptions. It is conveniently located near a Shari's restaurant and off the highway. Will I be going back? ABSOLUTELY!!! Angela, you and your staff are the best!

I came to look at the rooms to book for future Clients. This hotel is clean beautiful I thought I was a the Sherton hotel. They greet you as you come in with a smile and even the Gm Angela came out and gave me a tour of the hotel and I got some room rates. There is no need to think I will be back to book all my clients here. This was a good hotel for an early morning flight out of SeaTAC. The hotel provides easy access to the freeway with essentially direct access to the airport. The Hot buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel is utilizing an attendant to dish plates for guests and it works pretty well.

The staff and facilities here are GREAT. Never had any issues with this hotel. Plenty of parking for my truck and trailer, just about anything you need is in walking distance or a short car ride. Breakfast was always good with many options.

I needed a "staycation." I checked out Best Western Plus in Renton because it is close to everything you need-restaurants, malls, shopping centers etc... The staff was Amazing and have the best customer service. The rooms are spacious with cozy modern look. Beds are comfortable as well! I loved the shower- Huge walk in shower!! Continental Breakfast offers many options for all types of eaters. Would recommend to everyone!

A much needed relaxing time was had. Great breakfasts and times offered. Late check out really helped our situation and the black out shades were AWESOME!! Safety protocols were followed as well. Clean and safe!

Very friendly people, a clean place, nice room. Good prices Good place to have a dog. Not far from food places or the freeways. Very quite at night. The TV has a good cable hook up. Nice coffee in the room. Some foods sold in the lobby, microwavable foods also. Thank you for a nice stay!

Since moving from the Seattle Metro area, we are frequent visitors to see family and keep medical appointments. The Renton Best Western Plus is by far our favorite place to stay as we are frequent visitors and their incredible staff, comfortable & clean rooms and ideal location and great price is hard to beat!

When our power went out for days Manager Angie was amazing! She brought us in, provided a discount to locals impacted by the storm, was super responsive to all our questions, and even made it easy to bring our big yellow lab with us! The new remodel looks amazing and the breakfast was tasty and convenient too! Thank you!!

Great place to stay, nice rooms and service. Parking lot is very tight and sketchy to leave a vehicle at. I had a work truck with equipment and was worried with it being so dark my stuff could easily been stolen. Being 250 miles from home that was nerve racking, that's my livelihood.

Angela and Connie did an exceptional job at making sure we had a great stay. The warm welcome we received along with a treat bag for my football boys was definitely the highlight for me. We traveled many times as a group and not one hotel property went above and beyond for our group. Angela and Connie and the friendly staff definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!

There was no hot water you had to let it run for like 20 min before the hot water would work other than that it was a great stay the staff was fast and courteous they made me wear mittens during breakfast

This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. By far the best experience at any hotel. The staff at the front were wonderful. I also had interaction with the manager Ms. Jones and she was great. Everyone was so happy and made us feel welcome. My room was clean and newly remodeled. I was impressed because I had asked for additional items at check in coffee packets, towels and a blanket. It was actually there in the room waiting for me when I arrived. Not just that but everyday. That is true customer service!

Until Covid is over I would steer clear of this place. Room service upon request only (however attitude received if you ask for it 2 days in a row). Hot water was barely there. Internet connection is spotty. No Breakfast bar to speak of just bagged danish and granola bar with water.

I have major security concerns about this hotel. I forgot my room key one evening and asked the front desk for a new one. The receptionist gave me two new keys WITHOUT ASKING FOR MY ID OR VERIFYING MY NAME. Anyone could have asked for a key and broken into my room, putting my family and I at risk. I have reached out to management regarding this issue but have not received a response. The rooms itself is fine, but the hotel is in a sketchy area and because of this major security issue I will not be staying here again, and I advise others to avoid it.

Family Friendly with extremely polite staff! Clean rooms! Definitely would recommend this hotel! I've stayed in many hotels, but every time I go on vacation I prefer Best Westerns and this was no different! A++

we like this hotel. it very close to our sons accommodations. lobby reavation construction. only oat meal for breakfast. not the regular setup. to be finished by Mar 1 . rate was only $€0 a night. deep discount cover breafast pit for two

Construction was everywhere including the breakfast room, so breakfast was not included in our stay this time around. We like to book at the back of the hotel for a quieter stay. The windows open up. The beds are comfortable and our stay was quiet on our Sunday night stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the staff is very friendly and accommodating especially Connie. The beds were very comfortable, hotel was very quiet, breakfast was yummy, and check in an check out was a breeze Thank you, I will be booking my future stays with you!

Although under remodel this is a nice hotel with a friendly inviting staff. With nice rooms a good breakfast. I stay at this hotel on a regular basis as Itravel for business, and the staff always go's above and beyond to make sure my stay is always very pleasant I want to say a special thank you to JIll O. she always make my stays feel like coming home

The hotel is currently under renovations which is great because the place is in dire need of it. I was lucky to stay in a room that had been renovated and while it looks good there were a few minor things that needed to be looked at. There was a power outlet that wasn't working which was no big deal however my room did have quite a few ants. I reported it to the front desk which was very helpful and I hope they fix these small issues. Other than that I had a good stay as the room was clean, the front desk staff wonderful and the location was perfect.
