SureStay by Best Western SeaTac Airport North

We made a reservation to try and see a family member before they passed. Tried to cancel restriction an hour later and they were rude and had no consideration for our death in the family. Reservations were also not working so double wrong. Don't stay there!

I stayed the night to catch an early flight and left my car. When I came back, my catalytic converter had been stolen from my car. The staff were not interested in even logging it. Their response was basically, "You signed a release. If you didn't want your car parted out, you shouldn't have stayed here." Will never stay again!

Very convenient to airport and clean. Noisy guests upstairs were quiet by 10pm. The old-fashioned 1970s vintage fluorescent tube light fixture in the bathroom did not work. Showering and shaving in the dark posed a challenge. The hotel could reduce cost and improve performance and reliability by switching all lights to LED fixtures.

Great experience with everything and everyone. No complaints at all. Shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable room and clean. I was there solo and felt safe and had no worries.

Great place with free airport shuttle and restaurant shuttle. DO NOT waste your time with the free mall shuttle. They have nothing to do with the hotel and don't show up. Property could use a makeover but it is right in front of a rail stop that goes into downtown Seattle.

The ONLY good thing about this place was the location. It was decently clean but super dated and had no amenities at all. No mini fridge, no micro, no breakfast unless you wanted to pay $50 for two people. Horrible bed. And it was incredibly overpriced! Pick another one.

Nice hotel. Location very convenient to airport car rental drop off. Rooms clean. We had a bathroom light that wasn't working but made do because we were just there the one night. Staff friendly. We didn't eat breakfast there. Looked like there was a bar/drink venue when you first checked in. We did not use that but it was nice to see one available.

The hotel itself is nice, clean, extremely affordable, and very conveniently located close to the airport. Our only complaint was with the quality of the mattress in the room in which we stayed (356). It sunk really deep in the middle and my wife and I had a hard time not rolling into each other throughout the night. We will very likely stay there again in hopes that we get a better mattress next time.

The rooms look nothing like what is in the photos. There are no microwaves, so the fridge is in the rooms.. I like how secure the building is, but everything no But it was very close to the light rail, and I had a beautiful view of the light whale and seatac airport,

Caught housekeeping entering my room, ignoring the Do Not Disturb on the door. She did not knock, did not announce herself and then retreated when she realized the room was occupied. When I confronted her in the hallway, her response was, "I was checking rooms". This property's policy is that housekeeping is not available unless the guest contacts the front desk to request this service, which we most certainly did not! This is unacceptable and I will not be staying there again.

Very clean,staff was great. Didn't have breakfast, early flight. shuttle service was great to airport. Is a pet friendly hotel so every time the one guest took his dog out it was barking. But great room and we did sleep .Had a burger at the hotel restaurant , it was very good.

Absolutely disappointed. Smelled like weed inside and out. Low budget hotel at high cost because of proximity to the airport. There was a weird lack of a desk in the room , just open corner. No complimentary coffee at all! Big no-go for me. There are much better options at this airport.

Incredible customer service, convenient location, all the amenities I could ask for, all for a really great price. I am usually hard to please but this place checked all of my boxes. Until I find a place that gives free foot rubs this one will be my number one!!!

This place was not a good value. I don't know why it kept coming up as a good value in Tripadvisor. It's an old motel type of feel. Short-staffed. Breakfast not included. No towels in the pool area. Dirty. Beds were comfy thought. Next time I would try the Sure Stay Plus instead. We did the sleep and fly package.

Wonderful staff and very professional service.right across the street from public train station and airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Not a brand new place but had everything we need for a stay. Had lots of parking if you needed.

No complimentary coffee (with real creamers) or iced water in the lobby. No nearby restaurant within walking distance. In room coffee was unfulfilling to say the least and breakfast is not complimentary. Staff was friendly and efficient, but shuttle operator when contacted from the airport was terse, talked too fast and was difficult to understand (broken English). The building is obviously older and could use some improvements HVAC and some USB ports, for example. But the rooms were clean with nice pillows and comfortable beds

Says dog friendly but no grass area to take them, trash was all over outside building, not comfortable with location or even leaving curtains open as apartment building is lookiung down on hotel. No assistance with opening doors for us when trying to bring in luggage cart. Food was terrible. Not relaxing environment.

We had been to this hotel many years ago when it was known as the Clarion and this was a good hotel. Not this time under new management (SureStay). When we checked in the room was unclean with the WC which did not work. We change dour room and now the bathroom lights did not work properly. Unlike the Clarion Hotel, there was no safe to place our passports, etc., no closets w/ drawers and no in-room small fridge - even the mirror had been taken off. The Jacuzzi was also no longer in the hotel (unlike the Clarion). There is only [one] ice machine [for the entire hotel] located in just one wing which from our room was about a 9-10 minute walk. Again, this was not case with the previous Clarion hotel. We booked this hotel thinking it was the same as the Clarion, especially as it now has the "By Best Western" label on its name. We also had an emergency situation where we needed to check out earlier but the manager was inflexible, showing little care for his customers and their situation. It seems that the new management is only interested in making money, maximizing profits (by cutting out the amenities already mentioned) - strongly recommend that you book another hotel, otherwise book at SureStay at your own risk.

The sheets hadn't been changed and the front desk staff (who were really helpful and friendly) wasn't able to access the closet to get clean sheets out for us. We would have needed to change the sheets ourselves since there wasn't any house keeping staff on late night. Eventually they were able to find another room for us but the process took 45 minutes and we weren't into the second room until 12:50am. The second room was clean and looked like it had been renovated more recently so the overall experience was fine, just time consuming late at night.

The positives: great shuttle service to and from airport and within easy walking distance to the light rail station to get to downtown Seattle easily. The bed was comfortable. Negatives: the room was dated and not that clean. One of the bedspreads had a large stain and the bathroom floor was all sticky. There was a large wet spot on the carpet as well.

I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the hotel. It is very old and has not been updated. I'd like to say it's what you get when you stay at a cheap motel, but it wasn't cheap (perhaps for SeaTac). It was close to SeaTac and it was clean. There's one “Grill” for food & beverage, including breakfast. If I had lower expectations I would not be disappointed.

Conveniently located by airport with shuttle service to and from. good friendly restaurant on site, older facility but well maintained, clean and friendly staff, would recommend staying here.

Dirty hotel and smelled like marijuana coming from the air conditioning unit. On the bathroom sink was someone's toothpaste foil. The floors were dirty, room was hot, and smelt awful. Would not stay here again. The flooring was wavy as if there was a leak or something.

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice with comfortable beds,staff was excellent and 24 hr. Shuttle for airport. They gave us good restaurant ideas and delivery options so we did not need to leave the hotel. Will definitely use this hotel again on future visits

Good location. Don't depend on the shuttle service. It is sometimes faster to walk if you don't have a lot of luggage. The rooms are okay. We could never get them to come and clean the rooms. We had to get our own towels and clean out the trash. We had 2 rooms. 1 was cleaned. The other we asked repeatedly and they kept skipping it.

This Surestay is a perfectly fine place to stay for one night when flying out of SeaTac the next morning. Literally 100 yards from the Light Rail and the airport. Room was clean, smelled good and I slept like a rock. It was very quiet and we felt very safe. Very friendly and professional front desk staff. There is an in house restaurant for your convenience. Great chest press in the Fitness Center which I really enjoyed. When we first checked in, after an hour the room was still too hot and stuffy. We called the front desk and they replaced the AC unit with a brand new one within 10 minutes. Great! It was 104 degrees in Seattle that day. A great value! I'd stay here again!

Don't do it. Don't stay here. We picked this location as a hotel prior to our cruise out of Seattle. It was Pride weekend in Seattle so hotels downtown closer to port were very expensive, so we were budget conscience which lead us to this hotel. We stayed with a total of 9 family members across 3 rooms. The hotel is well worn down and pictures make it look much nicer than it was. Walls were scraped, wallpaper was cut in many places to repair wall behind it. Hotel wasn't very clean and horribly laid out as well. They do provide free hotel pickup but it was a mess reaching them, and they took forever to arrive. Ice machine was only located in one wing and that was a 10 minute walk based on the layout. The biggest kicker was we ordered pizza late night and when it arrived we needed plates/napkins and they tried to charge us. They had a sign that says for all external food (they had a restaurant with limited hours) they were charging .75 for each plate, .59 for each napkin, .50 for each cup and 1.00 for each utensil packet. Don't stay here. Best Western should be ashamed to put their name on this place.

Rude staff. Rooms were old and dingy with multiple broken items. Needed napkins and was changed $.50 per napkin.

I'm a seasoned traveler and this was the most unclean, unkept, worn out place I think I've ever stayed! Salute to BW for duping its legitimate customers! May never stay at another BW again because of the terrible experience! I was traveling with family in the mountains of Washington and had sporadic phone service and didn't perform my normal research. I was looking for a hotel near the airport for one night before flying out the next morning. I chose SureStay strictly on the Best Western name, only to later discover that Best Western does not financially support SS. SureStay is independently operated and there fore must cover its own remodeling and maintenance costs (which are non-existent). The place was filthy, inside and out! Stains in the carpet, trash everywhere and stench of mold and smoke throughout the facility! They charged a $100 deposit on each of my rooms at check in, this also threw a red flag. Their rates are high for the quality of room they provide. They also charge extra for breakfast which is not common in most hotels of this caliber. Anyone who rates this hotel higher than 1, must be homeless?

Good hotel for short stays in Seattle. Nothing special, but convenient location and good value. It offers everything you need as amenities but is not a high end hotel if this is your expectation. Took us 7 min. walking from the airport terminal, but if you have a lot of luggage (we did not), hotel offers a free shuttle service on demand. Just contact the front desk and they will arrange it for you. Finally, if you worry it will be too noisy so close to the airport, it wasn't. The location is on the side of the airport and the noise from the air traffic is very low or even non-existent if your room looks to the opposite side. Overall it was a good choice and we were happy with it.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, good beds, fridge,microwave, and reliable wifi. Would recommend.

The rooms and property are not as described on the website. I am not a fussy hotel-goer, but this property boarded on disgusting. There was a large stain on the carpet I can only assume was vomit as the room smelled terribly of vomit. There was also an awful mold/mildew smell. We kept our shoes on at all times to avoid putting our feet on the carpet. We only stayed one night and checked out at 3:30am for an early flight. The few hours we were in the room cost nearly $200. That is an outrageous price to spend the night in utter filth.

Check in/check out staff are incompetent. A guest behind us was assigned a room that was already occupied... We did not feel safe after this. Also, we were told we could park anywhere and didn't need a parking pass which is wrong and we would have been towed! Luckily we noticed this shortly after and went back in to ask someone else.

KUDOs: Pleasant, helpful staff. Place to leave luggage for early check-in. Very close to SeaTac Airport. 24-hour airport shuttle (didn't know so made other arrangements). Small bistro area for simple food items. Comfortable beds. CHALLENGEs: Very low toilet (certainly seemed below standard-height). No non-slip in-tub floor mat.

The staff wasn't very welcoming upon arrival. Was slow to acknowledge my member status. Front desk screwed up my wake up call. Thankfully, I set a back up. The room itself was okay. You can tell it's an older property. Bed was comfortable. Shower actually had good pressure. It is conveniently located near SeaTac airport.

The hotel is not what I expect from a Best Western property. Reception staff was the only saving grace. They were friendly and helpful. Otherwise, the propoerty is rundown, dirty, noisy and generally just not a place I'd like to stay.

We stayed at the hotel May 15th 2024, We paid to park our car in the parking lot for 12 days. While we were gone our car was stolen. The hotel never refunded the money for the parking lot even though our car was not there when we got back from our trip. Also since we were stranded at night in Seattle we had to rent a room for the night, The hotel only discounted the room about $30. I feel we should have been given a free room for the night and a refund on the parking fee. To be fair the night staff was friendly and concerned the morning staff could care less.

These people / Staff are excellent! I have stayed here for years and would go nowhere else in this area!

Great location at airport with SHORT walk to light rail. Excellent Bistro cafe in lobby. Parking included.

We like to stay near the airport for early morning flights. This hotel is right across the street plus has 24 hour shuttle. We walk because it is so close. We did not eat the breakfast so can't comment on that but the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! The sheets were nice and the padding on the bed made it feel soft with a good mattress. We will definitely stay here again!

Super close to the airport. Decor is dated compared to most. Rooms were clean both times we stayed (a week apart) … one room did not have a table or chair in it. Didn't matter to us just an observation. Some homeless people looking drugged out of their minds the first night we arrived. Wouldn't recommend walking the neighborhood for exercise at night. But did the job so a clean bed to sleep in.

This is one of the least expensive hotels close to SeaTac airport. It's almost walking distance away but they provide a 24 hour shuttle bus service. Our room was fairly standard but had everything we needed including enough power outlets for our devices and fast internet service via wifi. We would happily stay there again.

This hotel was rude at check in. In a part of town that had a lot of homeless people and possible drug users on and around there property.Dirty room and horrible smell in hallways. Found crack or meth pipe in my room under bed. Was kicked out of hotel for bringing this to there attention as they lied and said I had a big dog in my room barking and a guest complained and I don't have nor was traveling with a big dog! Total retaliation is all it was about for this hotel because of what I brought to there attention and they didn't like that!

We stayed here twice this month coming in and out of SeaTac. The shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and convenient. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are dated. The room we stayed in the second night we were there had a very strange closet. It was not clean. There were leftover Cheerios on the floor near the entrance to the bathroom. We will not stay here again.

This hotel did not really feel safe, there are parts of the ceiling that are falling down in the hallways due to water damage. It was very clean and the shuttle drivers were great. They did have a great rate for a park and fly.

Stayed for work. Lobby was very inviting and warm, nice holiday decorations throughout their restaurant as well. Wonderful service provided by the staff! Good food in and around the hotel. Will definately stay again!

Clean and convenient to the airport. A very do-able walk from the terminal. Rooms are not high-end but the basics are there and it's clean. This was are 2nd overnight and is our go-to moving forward since it is about half of the other hotels within walking distance of the airport.

Motel not up to standard for being a Best Western. Rough neighborhood. Mouse traps in hallway Plunger in hallway. Security between joining rooms not secured. Never went out after dark to eat so waited till we left next morning. Very disappointing.

Big property close to airport but very quiet and airplane noise not noticeable. Big parking lot for vehicles and close to rail station. We will remember that for another visit. This was a weekend family trip and we enjoyed our stay.

Price is better than others in the area and parking is included. Hotel is outdated and musty smelling. Desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Housekeeping woke us up vacuuming outside our door and even banging the vacuum into our door before 8 in the morning. While we are usually early risers, when you are up late due to traveling it is nice for the kids to get some good sleep and this wasn't allowed by the housekeeping.

There are 5-6 hotels in this area sharing this perfect location, close to the airport and the metro station. And this hotel is in the middle range, stars and money wise. But regardless the old exterior facilites, outdated bathrooms and carpets, the rooms, beds, are good and clean enough for a comfortable stay. The outstanding staff makes all better, they are super helpful and friendly, counter, room cleaning and shuttle personnel were a major difference, always smiling, greeting, and helping you.

Mattress was the worst we'd slept on in hotels in YEARS. Old, worn out. The morning staff member barely acknowledged us as we checked out and when she finally did, it was thought we were a bother. Won't stay there again

Black mold in the bathroom and on the walls in the bedroom Fixtures broken, trim around the closet door falling off, this place should either be torn down or completely remodeled The city of Seattle's health department should be notified In addition we did complain to the front desk and guess what they moved us to another room with Black mold This place is filthy, in complete disrepair and not fit for humans!!! I'm sure the owner Perry will cut and paste his usual crap response I will he notifying Corporate, this place should not be part of Best western brand

Staff was great. On-site restaurant has a fairly good choice on snack foods. Bar on-site too. Be aware that the entry door is manual. Not recommend if traveling with more than 1 suitcase or if you have a mobility device.

Nice hotel near airport. Provided transportation was a plus for us. The ride from airport was prompt and courteous. The ride to and from cruise ship was reasonably priced and very convenient for my family and myself.

I had request to get a crib for my new born son during booking, but the receptionist forgot to make a note to hold one for us prior checking in. We also booked to have a non-smoking room, but when we entered the room we still found smoke smells throughout the room. We called the front desk and they said the room is booked so they could not do anything about it They also do not have basic amenities such as slipper due to my question to the cleanliness of the carpet. My new born and new born did not have a good night sleep after traveled 200 miles just wanting to get a good rest. I would not recommend to anyone to stay here if they want to find somewhere to feel comfortable and feel safe.

Dated but clean. Smelled like cigarettes, carpet stains, bed was comfortable, best thing was checkin staff and airport shuttle.the characters needed to complete this review, not to be snarky! Good pillows.

This is definitely an older property that's a bit worn, but my room was clean and comfortable. It was also one of the cheapest hotels near SeaTac. The location is excellent--just a five-minute walk to the airport light rail station. They have an airport shuttle, but after asking for a ride to the rental car facility, I was told they could only drop me off at the terminal, which was a bit odd. If you need a reasonable place to stay near SeaTac, it's totally fine.

This was an awful experience. Pubic hair in the bed, black mold in the shower, melted hair dryer, fitted sheet was inside out….. I could go on…. Just no. Do not stay here. I would have left if I had more than 5 hours before needing to catch a flight.

The staff is trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. The hotel needs lots of repairs, It's dirty. We had to stay there because we arrived past midnight. A good cleaning would be the best place to start.

for the price point and location can't beat it. we literally walked to airport check-in rolling our stroller bags within 10 mins. however, our phones/laptops could not connect to wifi from our room. wifi was working in the main building, but not in ours. so if you are going to stay here as part of a business trip, better check wifi connectivity before accepting the room.

We booked through a park,stay,fly site almost $400 for one night and my vehicle to be parked for a week. The room we recived was disgusting! Broken air conditioner, mold and hair in bathroom, no tissue paper, first bed had a broken frame, smelly stained carpet. Room reminded me of a hotel that charged by the hour. Only plus side to this hell hole was the shuttle which left every 15 mintutes or so. Will not book again nor will I ever recommend to a friend or family.

Very friendly and professional staff great value! Nice comfortable rooms ac was nice showers were nice very clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was nice and fast!

The place was gross and the people allowed to hangout were sketchy. The rooms looked like they had not been updated since the place was built. The room felt more like a prison cell than motel room. We left and went to a hotel that gave us a sense of safety and security.

The only good thing about this was the 1 block walk to the SeaTac transit station to get on the link. Other than that, can not recommend staying at this hotel. It is very outdated with the bathroom and a/c units. You can hear people through the walls and doors. We checked out a day early to go to another brand of hotel so we could feel like we were in a clean room.

We pulled up to check in and were surprised by the number of what looked like homeless people, sitting on benches, smoking out side the reception. The interior is dated and dirty. Carpets need to be cleaned, bathrooms small. Window unit A/C loud. Called to checkout at 5 am and woman grunted “okay” and hung up on me.

This is a pretty average hotel, but very convenient for anyone needing to be close to the airport. It has easy access from the LRT station, just a short walk away, and we felt safe doing this walk even late at night as the street was well-lit. They have a shuttle to the airport which runs 24/7. You just have to let the front desk know when you're departing so they can make sure the shuttle will arrive. There might be a bit of a wait (15-20 min) so make sure to factor that in! The room was basic, and a bit run down, but adequate for a single overnight stay. The aircon was a bit loud, but the white noise it generated masked any other noise in the vicinity, allowing us a decent sleep. The view is pretty bad - our room on the "ground" floor actually looked up at the underside of cars in the parking lot. But we certainly weren't there for the views or amenities, just an overnight stay to catch an early flight the next day, so it served its purpose!

I always look at the reviews before I book and had low expectations with this hotel but took a chance. So glad we did because it was a great stay. Friendly staff, close to light link, airport and quite quiet for being so close to the airport. Nice hot shower and our room did have a microwave and refrigerator in it and we were able to check in early. Staff asked if we needed the shuttle or any directions and easy check in and out! Will stay here again if we are in the area!

Rates were very high, due to so many things going on in Seattle that weekend. Room was ok. Clock not plugged in. I plugged it in and it would not set to the proper time. They brought a new one right away. Room seemed clean. Did notice the carpet staples along the walls. Bathroom door had a small smiley face drawn on it. Never got the TV guide page to show up. Noticed the halls being cleaned. Staff was friendly.

The sheets on our bed looked as though someone slept in it, dirty footprints were in-between the sheets. Visible blood stains were on the top of the comforter. Floor had very noticeable garbage, i.e. price tags from someone's new clothes left on the floor, receipts from store purchases.

The hotel is very outdated and connected by a steep ramp which was difficult for our elderly companions. We had 5 rooms. 1 room was not clean. Keys were exchanged and the next room was occupied. No micro/fridge as expected.

This is an older Best Western that needs to be remodeled but we only needed to spend the night and board a cruise ship---we interacted with the hotel desk staff more than once about various things and they were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and they have a snack bar. We would stay here again.

Loved Staying at this hotel. Very close to the airport! All of the staff we interacted during my stay were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was very thorough with cleaning and services my room and were very nice to us.

Ac was broken and was repaired but started leaking water. Toilet had very little water pressure and had to be flushed multiple times. Hallway was hot with no ac. Room wasclean and everything else OK. Staff was friendly and did everything they could

Our in room AC appeared to be functional (it looked ancient) but it was barely working. The room was extremely warm and hard to sleep. Hotel was sold out so asking to move to another room would have been futile (and who wants to move to another room in the middle of the night?). When I told the front desk they said “oh, another one? That's the second one this morning!” Good location for a flight out in the morning but that's the only redeeming quality fir this hotel. Very dated.

First the good, the waitress in the bar was wonderful, very helpful and nice, front desk lady was great. Now on to improvement that should be considered. The room was impossible to keep at a constant temperature, I bonked my head on the low ceiling in the hallway. All this after some kids sounded like a thundering heard of wild buffalo jumping up and down above us, and the the frequent slamming of doors in the hallway. 2.50 cents for a cup of coffee... but in a pinch I guess it would do, but it will be a hard pass for us next time.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are very professional and very accommodating. It's a great place to stay and it's within short walking distance of SeaTac airport in Seattle. However, they do have good hotel to airport shuttle service too

Just a mile from SEATAC the SureStay Hotel By Best Western is a bargain-priced hotel featuring a 24/7 gym, comfortable beds and free parking. Not looking to "wow" anyone the property serves its purpose with pleasant staff plus airport shuttle services around the clock.

Excellent place to stay for a night or two. Hotel was very clean and everything works. This is an older facility, but it is well maintained. It was a very good bargin for the price and a very good location. We plan on staying here again before our return flight home.

Well this is definitely NOT your typical Best Western hotel. It's grubby, items left behind from previous guests, water stains on ceiling, broken fixtures, heater barely worked, no free breakfast. Also when I asked for a plastic fork they actually told me they're going to start charging. Charging for plastic utensils???! This place is a joke. It's more like an hourly hotel, if you catch my drift

This was my first stay at this Best Western and it won't be my last! The staff are really friendly and helpful and there is quick and complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. I also love the fact that it is walking distance to the light rail station so you can hop on it and go to Seattle. This Best Western is far superior to the other two Best Westerns near Searac airport.

Enjoyed my stay with my babies, love the cleanliness, & how helpful the staffs were, will consider staying here again. My kids also enjoyed the pool, everything about our stay was enjoyable and peaceful.

Spent a night before flying and left our car there. Wonderful staff, nice facility with an excellent Bistro. This is our third stay and we'll be staying again in the future. Love the fact that they have a front desk staffed 24 hours a day and you only have to give a 15 minute heads up for the shuttle.

Can walk to airport. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff were all friendly and helpful. No breakfast included in the room price, but there were sufficient options nearby. Hotel has a shuttle that took us to local spots as well.

This property is so near SeaTac Airport that guests hardly need a shuttle. Airport noise did not disturb us because of good windows. This Sure Stay hotel is one of the most convenient airport hotels I have ever stayed at.

Twice I've stayed here and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The hallways too were clean and well maintained. You might find in your room or bathroom some chipped surfaces, some paint work needed, a faulty light switch, etc., but in general the condition is good. The day staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and professional. The best characteristic of this hotel is that you can walk to the airport across a pedestrian bridge in about 10 minutes with your rolling luggage. There is an elevator right at the major roadway in front of the hotel that takes you up to the bridge. If you don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle that goes every 15 minutes or so. Easy peasy. One tip: if your flight leaves early in the morning, like 7:20 am, don't assume you have plenty of time and leave the hotel at 6, because you will run into a long line for security check. Leave the hotel at 5am. Final word: There is no free breakfast at this hotel and what they serve is extremely basic and expensive, so skip that.

The front desk staff were amazing. Very easy to check in. The Security was not all that great lots of displaced people walking around and asking for change. The rooms and carpet need a major overhaul. The pool was very cold the workout room was great.

Check in clerk not friendly. Room wasn't lit very well. Faucet in bathroom constantly dripped. Toilet was either stained or not cleaned. Coffee maker had the packaged coffee but no carafe to make the coffee in! Bathroom floor was dirty. Constant outside noise perhaps from air conditioning units kept me awake most of the night. TV kept losing connection, I had to have maintenance come in. He temporarily fixed the problem (for awhile). TV lost connection on and off after he left. TV guide was sticky. Had a spot for a refrigerator and microwave but no refrigerator and microwave. I asked the front desk clerk why and she said it was because of the way I made the reservation. ??? I made the reservation through their website. I asked for a receipt when I checked out and clerk said it would be emailed to me. Still waiting. Also cost of the room was high and the prices charged for bottled water, drinks and snacks were very expensive. On a good note, the Bistro had good food, albeit pricey.

This is perfect if you need a clean, basic room to come back to after exploring the city. The light rail is a short walk across the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are old and the beds are okay, but it has everything you need. The shuttle is convenient and the driver was very nice. I love that the parking is free also.

The location can't be beat, close public transportation( the link to downtown Seattle). Free 24 hour shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes. Courteous, accommodating staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you're returning your rental car to the Seattle Airport this IS the hotel for you. The return location is a little over a mile away and you drive the whole way on city streets. This is especially convenient for early morning departures or for someone who dislikes Seattle highway congestion.

With all other chains above $200 for a night. This seemed an alternative as it offered shuttle and had a small bar. I enjoyed the company I met at the bar which made the stay enjoyable. Lot's of cruise travelers there and flight crews.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet even though so close to the airport. Very nice to have a restaurant option in their lobby bistro. It was a nice thing to be able to get a simple snack after arriving later in the evening without having to leave the hotel for a meal and/or cocktail. The indoor pool is small and a little sad but heated with no hot tub, but it was indoors and has a decent small fitness room. Overall, an excellent value and convenient location close to the airport. The free shuttle was great and the drivers were friendly. In fact every staff person I met was super nice friendly and attentive.

The rooms were old outdated and in need of lots of repairs. The room smell like cigarette smoke and the walls and ceiling also showed evidence of cigarette smoke. There were no elevators and had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs and down two flights of stairs. The toilet seat was about to fall off and I did not want to touch anything as far as faucets, stand in the tub, etc. Did not sleep well guests loud and could hear neighbors as they got home from closing the bar. We got new sleep & had early flight.

We used this hotel prior to leaving Seattle on a cruise. Fantastic location. Easy walk from SeaTac terminal and also very close to the light rail station and buses. Our room was really spacious and well appointed. The bed was superbly comfortable and the shower was awesome. We will be back in Seattle and will definitely use this hotel again. On a value for money scale it can't be bettered.

Very close to the Link service is a great bonus for this location. Also a Denny's nearby. Their shuttle service was great!!! All employees were very helpful. Disappointed that no free coffee was provided in the mornings! They did have good food for purchase in the evenings.

I have stayed in many of the hotels on Intl Blvd by the airport previously. We tried the SureStay in September of 2022 right after the Labor Day holiday, and got a good rate of around $150 or so, not including taxes/fees. The principal reason we wanted this hotel is because it is super close to the seatac link station and airport. Overall this was a very good experience. Our room was remodeled. Beds were clean with 4 pillows each. Windows slid open wide to allow fresh air in. Bathroom was clean. We had a good stay here. The check-in staff were efficient and friendly. There is a complimentary 24/7 shuttle to the airport and the driver was very efficient. Everything went great at this hotel for a fantastic location at a great price.

stayed 1 night. OK room the only complaint is the room was located next to some mechanical room which made noise all night long. Breakfast is not offered. room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We were staying at the hotel for one night and leaving on an international flight the next day. The hotel check-in person signed me up for a Best Western rewards account without my knowledge or agreement. The breakfast menu online has more options than available and the breakfast items are extremely overpriced. The room is basic and was only good for one night because it's old and has old carpet. I would not stay here again. Now a positive: the shuttle drivers are nice!

The location was perfect for us. It's a very short walk to catch the Link light rail. Parking was free and the spots were sized realistically. The staff was friendly and helpful when we got there, and in answering questions about the local area. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are a little dated, not horribly. Carpets were freshly cleaned, but still a bit damp in places. No hassles, fair price, helpful staff all made it a good place to stay.

I would never stay here again. Got two rooms. Both were supposed to have 2 queens and one of our rooms only had one queen. Then some other guests had a key to one of our rooms and walked in at 10pm!! So unsafe. The hallways are like a labyrinth with ramps, weird. Couldn't even find my way back to the lobby. The hallways are old dark and eerie, the toilet was child sized and low to the ground. If you're wondering, you should find a better hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised about how little plane noise we heard in our room being so close to the airport!! The van ride to the terminal was less than ten minutes!! Hotel has a bar and restaurant. Food wasn't the greatest but we didn't have to travel to eat.

Our stay here was fine. Room was acceptably clean for us, but dusty in the corners. It's definitely dated and in need of upgrading. The beds were comfy, the sheets were clean. Employees were friendly. There is a shuttle to and from SEATAC and it's a very short drive over. There is a Bistro in the lobby, but it was not open the night we stayed. (A Sunday night.) Not sure what days or hours it is open. It's a bit of a walk to other places to eat, almost 1/2 mile. There is a 7-11 right around the corner, but be aware that it's a steep climb up the street. No refrigerator in our room, which was a disappointment for us. All in all, it was fine for our needs, we just needed a place to stay near the airport to fly out on an early flight.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant (reception staff and shuttle bus driver. However the room was very disappointing When paying over $250/night expect room to not be so tired and shabby Curtains couldn't be closed properly as hanging off curtain ring and chair in room was very shabby R All seemed very clean So whilst there's not a problem per se with cleanliness or safety it is definately overpriced - not good value for money

This was the equivalent of Motel 6. Nothing against Motel 6 but the price was not worth it. The hallway and the room smelled. The a/c was a window unit that barely worked. It felt like a by the hour room. I will not stay at a Best Western or their spin offs again! Was told they had continental breakfast and they don't.

I stayed here two weeks ago with my daughter. This was my first visit to a SureStay Hotel and I was very impressed. We arrived at 1am so quick and friendly service was important as I was with my 13 year old daughter. Check in was great and the room was great. The decor was really nice, beds super comfy, spotlessly clean and and everything worked. It was obvious that the rooms were well taken care of. The front desk staff were great, handled everything professionally and with a smile. They have a great selection available of snacks and microwaveable food as well as a restaurant/lounge, I didn't get to eat in the restaurant but it looked very nice. They are also located so close to the airport and the car rental area that it is super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I booked a night at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western Seatac Airport North because we had a late flight and wanted a place to get some rest in preparation to head out early the next day. We arrived around 2am after landing and picking up our rental car, and had a swift check-in. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, as was the temperature control (we keep the room very cold!). The decor reminded us of a Kimpton, which was a pleasant surprise for a relatively economical airport hotel. It was quiet enough that we were able to get a full night's sleep. The provided wifi worked well. We paid $125.74, which included free parking. I'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Pros: This is an older hotel but very clean. We stayed here the night before our cruise. They offer a free 24 hour airport shuttle. The SeaTac rail station is few steps away. Many people walk here with their luggage a from the airport. You can get to downtown Seattle with no issues. The Seattle express shuttle company can can also pick you up here for Pier 91. The area is quite safe and there is a 7-Eleven nearby. I saw many families with kids. There is also ample parking. Employees were quite friendly and check in was quick. They will charge you a $100 security deposit so be aware. They have a bistro that sells decent meals. Pool was clean although we didn't use it. Cons: Although They have laundry facilities, they didn't have laundry detergent for sale.. so bring your own. There is No complimentary breakfast, it has an extra charge. Also make sure that if you pay extra money for fridge and microwave the room actually have it. Overall it's a good choice and I we would stay here again with no problems.

It was the cheapest airport hotel I could find (was still almost $200!). It had an included hotel shuttle which was nice (and friendly driver) but I realized after I got to the hotel that the seatec Orca station is within walking distance of the hotel (oops). The property is old and is a motel (not a hotel). The hallways looked a bit dingy and dark. My room was ground level and my window had a view of the bottom of the parking lot where I could hear every conversation. In the room they had a thing that said that they had complimentary toiletries. I inquired about mouthwash and toothpaste and they had neither. They were out of something else (forgot what) that a hotel should always have available. Place is around 45 minutes from the sites via Orca so probably not good for more than 1 night. The only stuff near the hotel are other hotels, the Orca station, and an uphill 7 11. If I had to stay at an airport hotel again, I'd pay for somewhere a bit better.

We were booked for one night when our flight home the following day was cancelled. It was a very busy weekend and all rooms for the next night were booked everywhere around us. The manager worked some magic and was able to get us rebooked for an extra night. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. You don't get customer service like that anymore. The room was clean and very large. Free shuttle to airport ran continuously. A+

The room was clean, but the interiors are tired looking. We stayed because we had an early flight out of SEATAC. They have a 24 shuttle bus to and from the airport. You just go to the lobby and ask, and it takes about 15 minutes to organize. When we returned, they give you a phone number to call and reach the driver, and he picks you up at a designated place on the airport grounds. We were able to leave our car parked there for $10/day, which was a bargain compared to the other options. While it's not fancy, I may well stay again next time.

I booked this hotel on 6/13/22 Wich is supposed to be 3.5 stars but when I arrive to check in the couches in the reception was old and dirty carpet too at that moment I'm was thinking about my room so I take chances and continue with check in because I was tired with a flight from Phoenix and I got kids but I open my room it was old and smelled bad so I have to cancel and drive to Issaquah to another hotel
