Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel

Great stay at Best Western Seattle Airport. It was pure coincidence that I stayed at this property exactly 1 year ago around the same week. I found many familiar faces, including the lady at the front desk, name starts with a B. She is so attentive and checked me in last year as well. Her customer service is beyond great. The room I was checked into was clean, comfortable, and it was very convenient to the entrance. I would definitely recommend this hotel within the BW brand if staying in the Seattle area.

Stayed here after a late night flight into SeaTac. The reviews seemed good but wow. The good, bad and ugly. The good: staff were friendly and did the best they could. The bad: the building is I terrible shape and is in an immediate need of upgrade. The rooms are very dated and the carpets are horrible. I questioned if I should take off my shoes but I definitely left on my socks. Yuck. The ugly: if you want to hear plans land and take off all night then this is a great hotel. That couple with the ick of the hotel room. The bottom line: don't stay here. I cannot recommend.

Hotel room was cleaned after 3 days, and they towels were not changed or replaced until requested after the second day. The breakfast was really bad, and the same thing for the five days we were there. Very old TVs and TV channels, and no microwaves in the room. You have to go to the lobby to warm anything.

We booked a park and stay package here, staying overnight at the end of our trip. The hotel is older but extremely clean. Very friendly staff. Great hotel for families. Great breakfast selection. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed here after a cruise. The hotel was clean in the lobby. The room was very good and clean also. The bed was comfortable with a great shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was great! Loved it. And the staff was great also. And the shuttle driver to the airport was prompt and courteous to get us there in time. Will definitely stay here again. I suggest you too. Thanks for a great stay!

Found garbage under my bed and in corners showing they did not clean that well and there was always an issues with pool towels being stocked and it would take 30 mins for them to bring u a towel at the pool.

Location is great with just a half mile walk to the rail station connecting you all the way to City Center. A few convenience stores and an iHop within walking distance too (within half mile). I was able to checkin early for $20 since they had my room type ready to go. So that was nice. There was also an option to store my luggage until checkin if I hadn't wanted to pay the early checkin fee. The shuttle drivers were phenomenal and so pleasant in conversation. Front desk staff in the afternoon were very helpful in making my shuttle reservations. The pool and hot tub were nice, although overrun with minors and only one adult reading a book in sight. Pool area is tucked away on lower level, so there was no staff supervision or enforcement of age policy with unaccompanied kids. MY ONLY ISSUE- after using the pool/hot tub, (just after 9pm), I was getting out of the shower and my in room phone started ringing. I went to pick it up, but there was nobody on the line. This happened twice. I decided to get dressed and go ask the front desk about it. However, a sharp knocking on my door turned out to be front desk staff. I answered the door wrapped in a towel and the lady just stared at me and said “um, this room is vacant”. To which I chuckled and replied “um, no it's not. I paid for early checkin and have been here since 10am”. She continued to stare at me seeming to not understand what was happening. Again she repeated herself in saying this room is supposed to be vacant. I told her that if she gave me a few minutes to get dressed I could come to the desk so we could sort this out. She turned to leave while saying “okay, but now we have to figure out what we are supposed to do for this room”. Honestly I was a bit put off by the lack of communication or even courtesy in conversation when coming to a guest room in the night like that. And then at me (the guest) having to offer what to do next. I rushed to throw clothes on from my suitcase and went to the front desk. Only to be told by the other agent that everything is fine with my room as he kind of rolled his eyes toward the lady who was with other guests. I wanted to be clear about what was going on, and he said it had been a mixup. This is when the lady who came to my door chimes in and says “oh your room keys won't work now”. Since I had both of them with me, I handed them back and they made new ones for me and sent me on my way. No explanation really, and not even a “sorry about the inconvenience”.

Good value for the money. Nice sized room, clean, everything worked. Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good. A little noisy in the hallways at night with little kids running around, but that's not on the hotel..

We have stayed here twice for our layover before heading outside the US. We liked that they offered the Airport shuttle and the wait time was about 10-15 mins. Our stay was very comfortable with great staff and facility. I highly recommend this hotel to a great rest just before a long flight.

Overnighter. Although on main road, it was very quiet. Fine variety at breakfast. Airport shuttle service patiently guided us through pickup process. Pool and hottub in fine condition for morning dip before departing.

Very nice rm. Comfortable king size bed. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Small frig. Continental Breakfast . Very convenient to stay the nite before an early flight! Free shuttle to the airport. Very friendly staff. Would stay there again !

The front desk people were professional, efficient, and had fun personalities. I'm an older person and travel alone and I felt very safe and well cared for. When I had questions they were answered quickly which made me even more comfortable.

The hotel was dirty. The floor was dirty. I was charged $20 pet fee, not advertised. I was also charged $100 deposit not advertised. The only breakfast they have is one you have to buy. The housekeeping staff is very loud. We got woke up around 730 after getting in at 1 AM I would not recommend this hotel.

My husband and I booked this hotel for it's close location to the airport. We arrived late after a long day of travel. The staff was super sweet and informative. We asked for a referral to a food delivery and they gave us a menu to a pizza (and other food) place. They assisted in booking a 4am shuttle to the airport. The next morning they had food and beverages available to "grab and go" or eat there. The shuttle was dependable. I would recommend this hotel.

This property is close to SEATAC, has free shuttle, excellent breakfast, friendly and competent staff from front desk to kitchen to shuttle drivers. Room was dark and quiet. The only downside is, while the rest of the motel was clean and fresh, the carpet and chair/ottoman in the room were dingy and in need of replacement or refreshing. Very good value for the price paid. Would definitely stay here again.

Awful, horrible place Black mold in the bathroom and on the walls in the bedroom Ceiling moldy and peeling in the bathroom, after complaining we were moved to another room, and unbelievably still mold in the bathroom . Not to mention the old, musty smell This place should be shut down and demolished by the health department . I would never ever recommend this place to anyone and quite frankly Best Western should not have their name attached to this dump, it's embarrassing .

WiFi was down for days and we needs internet to work. So we end up driving around for Internet, Room was old and small. Not as good as other best westerns. Front desk service and breakfast was OK but if you plan to come here for a business trip, make me make sure you have a back up plan for Wi-Fi

We have stayed here twice in the past. Great breakfast, convenient, comfortable rooms--just what we were looking for. But this September, we were bringing a group of 37 people to Seattle in preparation for a cruise. Unfortunately our cruise was cancelled two days prior to sailing. David and the entire staff at Best Western Seattle Airport went above-and-beyond to accommodate our needs. Some of our group was already there, others were enroute, and others never got to come. The helpful spirit of every employee we dealt with was stellar. We are already planning to come next year and stay there again. Great job, Best Western Seattle Airport!

Very close to the airport and loved the free shuttle that even brought us to a local restaurant for dinner! The shuttle then picked us up again after dinner. Very quick pick up from the shuttle both journeys to the airport

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. The pool was very clean and in good repair. Morning breakfast had a good selection. They offer a free shuttle to nearby restaurants, which was great! We would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was top notch! Service. Cleanliness. And, staff! They went above and beyond and were always friendly and delightful and willing to help with whatever request it need you had.

Bedding was dirty, found multiple clumps of hair under pillows, in sheets and in extra blanket. I was unable to connect to the internet. My partner was able to connect to the internet but could not log in. The shower didn't drain so we stood in ankle deep water each time we showered. The shower curtain didn't fit right so the bathroom flooded twice for me. We told the front desk about the shower drain which was never fixed. We told the front desk about the bedding but are unsure if it was actually changed, or if the bed was just made (we had removed the hair as it was 11pm by the time we found it).

We stayed 1 night at the Best Western Seattle Airport hotel. It was a great stay and had everything we needed. It was clean but, a bit dated, had really friendly and helpful staff, a free area shuttle and airport shuttle and an early breakfast. The breakfast was especially nice as it started at 5:30 am. We had an early flight and were able to have a full breakfast before. The shuttle was nice to utilize going to/from the airport and also the light rail station we used to go to downtown Seattle. Would stay again.

When we arrived at Sea International Airport we phoned the hotel for a shuttle pick up. 50 minutes later I phoned the hotel again and was told that there was No evidence that I had asked for a shuttle. I was then informed it would be 10 minutes which turned into 40 minutes. After a long flight, waiting in the exhaust fumes of the parking garage for greater than 1 hour and 30 minutes I would caution you to take a cab or an Uber if you'd like to stay here. The hotel itself was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the shuttle driver was nice.

No security, bad internet service, breakfast room dirty. Room keys worked occasionally. I don't have 200 letters to fill this space. Find another hotel to stay in, not worth the money. Bad lighting in the rooms

You really need to call the hotel directly to ask about their services. Their WiFi was down and left us unable to connect with our friends and family. Avoid sleeping across the ice machine, unless you can sleep through the noise.

I was woefully disappointed. The shuttle van took 25 minutes to pick us up at the airport after being told it would be seven minutes. We arrived, checked in and could not connect to wifi. We were told by the front desk manager that other Inter had not been working for four days but that “the IT guy is working on it.” We had a very wary flight and the shuttle driver was prompt, efficient and kind. We had been told that grab and go breakfasts and coffee would be available for our departure. It was not. The coffee took an additional twenty minutes and the breakfasts never did appear. There was also a family of four waiting for the van who did not get breakfast for their two young sons. Over all the hotel is clean but the customer service is inadequate at best.

I stayed one night before a flight out of SeaTac with my daughter and 2 grandsons. The pool was wonderful for using energy. The internet was down, so my daughter couldn't get her work done, but that happens. The shuttle driver was kind and efficient. My daughter grabbed a muffin to go on our way out so I don't know how the breakfast was, but it looked like a decent hotel-included meal.

Grate value for mony. Very nice people, rooms clean, good size, staff and manager very nice. I travel a lot in the US (work). Every time i"m in Seattle, i ask for this hotel. I also came with my family, they are really good

Warm and welcoming receptionist (wish I knew his name), greeted us and allowed us an early check in. Great breakfast buffet was still in progress. Delicious coffee available off reception desk all the time. Spotless room. Comfortable bed. Great shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Shuttle to IHOP for dinner (we walked back) and quick trip to airport next morning. Shuttle driver said he loves working for this hotel and it shows in all the employees. Definitely a keeper hotel!!!

Hello Seattle I have just landed near the hotel and i am looking to sleep so get me to parking lot so i take the guest house close to Seattle airport across the way just beneath jetblue lays I'll take the light rail transit of Puget Sound station tucked nearby the zone Of this Seattle hotel Best Western soon shuttle round of this place I will arise myself from my sleeping still recommend these beds for you no more the battle, I am not cold because Feeling warm in my hand I bring about the room thermostat and surf the tv i do with ease Here in Seattle i searched and came across this inn stocked with good notes such as above not far the 5 interstate though the rain and open wind in this Seattle hotel no mold or mouse glowing clean and i liked swimming the morning and in the evening fun indoor pool for everyone Hello see apples, in the lobby are near of the frills i smile and breakfast i eat and water i drink a lot breakfast was good but lite room small but slept the night shuttle so i made flight on time driver i might tip well. i loved on-site (fellow seattle travelers now listen here) pool water temp = just right (from the plains and islands) warm like a cryptophyte (you'll fall in love with this best western a lot happy! this sybarite (so partake!)

All hotels should be at this level!! Caring and professsional staff, great breakfast. Wheel chairs available for disabled guests. We arrived late...1AM...and the check in staff could not have been nicer and understanding.

Very clean hotel with an amazing breakfast. Beds were super comfortable and loved the sheets! Hotel could use some updating. Shuttle service was great. Staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay again if in the area.

We took our two daughters and sons-in-law, three grandchildren, two grandchildren-in-law, and two great-grandchildren on an Alaskan cruise to celebrate our 63rd anniversary. I chose Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel because they accomadated my three needs: airport shuttle, breakfast, pier shuttle. We were not disappointed. Staff was super, breakfast was wonderful, and shuttle services were reliable and efficient.

This is a convenient place to spend the night before or after aflight. It's about 10 minutes from Sea Tac Airport. The staff is courteous and friendly. They have a wonderful hot breakfast that starts at 5:30am for early flights, and grab n go breakfast at 3:30am. It's not in the best area, but our car was fine in their lot. The light rail is next to the hotel and jets fly over but it wasn't bothersome. Things they need to do: remove the soiled carpets. The carpets were filthy. Clean the upholstery in the rooms. We stayed in 267 and the chair had ground in dirt. Yuk. Not up to Best Western Standards. The bathroom was very clean. If you walked barefoot in the room your feet got dirty from the carpet. Again, clean or replace the carpet.

We were welcomed, and given a great room. It was our grandsons 8th birthday, and the pool was great for him to practice his snorkeling on our way to St. Lucia. So nice to have breakfast ready at 3 am before we headed to the airport. Our beds were great. Thank you, to the whole staff for a good time!

very clean, great staff! When we check in there were fast, friendly, breakfast was great. Very large selection. with great tasting. they were on top of keeping stuff clean and restocked. the rooms were clean.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was as expected, but in addition to a small room with lower quality furniture, the room smelled of smoke and there was no hot water in the morning. This meant I started a long day of travel with a poor nights sleep and no shower.

Pleasant helpful staff. clean room, full complimentary breakfast and prompt free shuttle service to/from SEA and nearby casual dining. SEA is not EZ to navigate for air travelers and very busy. Trek was daunting from baggage to shuttle island .

Great breakfast! Good variety. We liked the pancake machine and eggs especially. Room was good... comfortable bed. Quiet. In room coffee maker with Seattle Best coffee. Would stay here again--- good value for the price paid.

We got the suite and it was perfect for us and our kids as we stayed overnight during our travels. The pool was fun. The room was great with 3 beds and two toilets! The shuttle drivers and service was excellent. They even had hot grab and go bfast for us when we left on our shuttle to the airport at 5:30! The staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying here next time we're passing through Seattle.

The Duvet and blanket had blood on it. They didn't have any to replace it so they gave me a rough blanket to use instead. The room was not tidy. The bedding looked like it was previously slept in. Drool stain on pillow and dirty sheets. Very disappointed.

Room was not huge but was very clean and great for the night. Front desk and shuttle staff were friendly and helpful. location to airport was very handy too. We'll stay here again if we need to stay in Seattle.

I was able to catch one that was on a pillow. There was another one on the bedsheets, but I needed to get out of there. I let hotel staff know, taking my little friend up the front desk in her cup. I was asked to throw it outside. I was upgraded to a new room, but I couldn't sleep. It was the middle of the night, amd for personal reasons I will not share, I couldn't drive to get a new hotel.

The welcoming and friendly staff only added to the convenience of this hotel's location to SEA airport. Super clean, a comfy king bed and modest but nice furnishings. A grab and go breakfast bar with good (yay!!) coffee was available at 3am. Thank you! We also used their parking while we traveled which was great. This hotel will be our first choice when we travel from SEA airport and need overnight accommodations.

The hallways are carpeted and smell of mold and mildew. Think smelly dirty kitchen spounge. The room itself was fine but getting to and from your room is awful. The breakfast has extended hours so that's nice

The room was extremely clean and also spacious, more than enough clean towels provided and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Bathroom and shower were also spacious and super clean. The heater inside the room worked perfectly in the cold weather. Would love to stay here again.

Good location to get to and from airport. The 1 line takes 45 minutes to downtown. Hotel is more motel than hotel. Rooms are spacious. Fridge and coffee maker but not serviced under 4 days stay. Breakfast is basic with little fresh products. Bread, jam, toast, cereals canned fruit yogurt and eggs. Ok, it's more than basic but not as good as bw in Europe or Japan. Pricey but seattle is expensive. I did not take pictures.

Very clean, great breakfast and caring and friendly staff members. I always stay st this hotel when traveling through Seatac. The 24 hour shuttle is great when flying the red eyes cross country. Will always recommend

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are making the best of the situation as light rail construction goes on across the street and almost overhead. Their dining recommendation location was 10 minutes away by their prompt and friendly shuttle. Another 25 minute wait to be seated once we got there on a Monday evening at 6:30.

Stayed at this property twice in 9 days at the beginning and end of our cruise, This property is very convenient to the airport. I normally would have given the property an Excellent rating except for an issue with the most relevant aspect of the property. The property has a 24/7 airport shuttle which runs every half hour. The property shuttle will also take you to many local dining establishments which is very convenient. Due to the really bad lines at the airport, it is very important to get to the airport early so you don't miss your flight. Upon check-in, I signed up for the shuttle to catch my flight in the morning. I literally watched the young lady at the desk write my name, room number and time in the book. The next morning, I went out early to the shuttle and was rudely told by the driver that I was not listed for a trip and I could not be taken to the airport. The shuttle left without me. I then spoke to someone at the desk who agreed to get me an Uber. Not that I blame the hotel, but the Uber showed up really late because he apparently ran an errand before he picked me up. This whole episode really cause a lot of anxiety and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Breakfast is a to go very early in the am and then becomes hot and cold food after a certain time (don't recall the time). The hot breakfast was very good. Every one working at the hotel desk is very nice and professional. One real advantage of this property is that they will let you check in early after your cruise once a room is available.My only advice staying here is before you go to sleep, call the front desk and make sure you are on the shuttle.

This Best Western has been my hotel of choice for several years now. It feels like a second home. It is not fancy, but always has a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are an especially good perk. This fall on a road trip, I realized how all of my stays had added up, and I reclaimed my BW points at a couple of lovely Best Western Plus hotels on the road. I had become a Gold and then a Platinum member. That was a wonderful surprise, reward, for all of my stays at the BW at SeaTac.

We needed a room the night before flying out of Sea-Tac airport. This was conveniently located and had shuttle service available.Very limited restaurant choices close by, but there was a Bob's Burgers and Teriyaki a few blocks away that was actually quite good (and busy).

We got in near midnight to the airport so the location was excellent. The front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly when we checked in. The overall hotel and room were nice and clean. The only slight negative was that our room had an odd smell, sort of chemical-like. Other than that it was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh, very good.

We chose this hotel because of an early morning flight out of Seattle-Tacoma airport. We dropped our rental car off, then headed over to this BW hotel. Very easy to get to. There was a lot of construction going on all over that airport area, so that was a challenge. But the hotel itself was nice. The staff were very helpful. Plus they have a free shuttle service to get you anywhere you want to go. We had an early flight, so breakfast beginning at 5:00 am was a plus. And their shuttle service is really fast and efficient!! Especially in all the crazy construction traffic -- they knew exactly the quick way to go.

I booked this hotel to be close to the Sea-Tac airport the night before a very early departure. I had called ahead to make sure that their shuttle ran 24-7. Some of the places I called did not have a shuttle that left at 3AM. This was also one of the lowest priced hotels that I could find. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. At check-in, you can sign up for a particular time slot for the shuttle ensuring that you will have a seat at your time. You will never have to wait for another if the shuttle gets full. The shuttle van was new/clean and the driver was very polite and loaded our luggage. They had a grab & go breakfast selection that was available at 3 AM. It was really nice to grab coffee, a banana and some muffins! Overall our stay was pleasant. Next time we fly out of Sea-Tac, we will definately stay at this Best Western.

Absolutely VERY RUDE Night Manager and two of the staff under her. We waited more than 45 minutes at the airport, got hung up multiple times, spent my own money to take Uber to get to the hotel just to get our reservation canceled. When we attempted to get our point across, the manager called the cops on us. Never ever seen this kind of treatment to customers. Never will I ever stay in this property, unless it's a LAST resort. The GM Glenn was very nice when we called the next day.

The staff was quite helpful. Definitely nice place for overnight stay. We did not utilize other amenities due to fact we had to catch early morning connecting flight. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were large, clean and had good amenities. Good location near airport and link service making getting to downtown easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Good value for the money.

Couldn't figure out why all hotels in SEATAC area were either sold out for a Monday night stay, or charging outrageous rates…until I arrived and discovered Seahawks were hosting Monday Night Football against the Denver Broncos and Russell Wilson. So, availability would be an issue everywhere. I selected this facility based upon positive reviews here urging me to look past the older building in a construction zone just off the airport. first the good…clean, quiet room, FRIENDLY, I mean super helpful team made me feel welcome. I'd checked in online and had had called the front desk from the airport for the shuttle…extremely helpful team member guided me exactly where to wait (10 minutes max) for the shuttle….driver was very positive about the impact from the smoke from wildfires…and utilizing the Link Rail from Angle Center. Check in at the desk was a breeze…very friendly agents again made me welcome and everyone smiled!!! Good recommendations for dinner delivery, tips on using the Link Rail app, and a good breakfast. OK, replace the carpet…put a harpist or grand piano in the lobby and you can take on Radisson Blu or Crowne Plaza….but if you want a single night near the airport that is reasonably priced…this is the place to stay! Very pleased with the BW team!!!!

After reading the reviews on multiple sites, I decided to pay a little extra and stay here. It was worth every penny. Miss Pandora and Miss Amanda at the front desk are some of the nicest hotel clerks I have ever had contact with. Shuttle drivers, Jessie and Monica are off the chain. The room was very clean, the hot breakfast was good and there was a variety of additional items. My advice is to spend the money and book here!

The hotel is old... but give it a chance! It's clean and (we found) ridiculously cheap compared to so many hotels in the area. It's very conveniently located, being mere footsteps from the Link Light Rail that will get you all around town at next to no cost. It needs updated but, aside from that, it's really more than sufficient. The only problem we had was on check-in: We arrived from a late flight and checked in around 11:30pm. The first room given to us was already occupied by someone else... so that was a less-than-pleasant experience not only for us but for the guests already inside! The clerk was extremely apologetic and quickly found us a vacant room that was conveniently located near an exit, which we appreciated. Following our wedding and a cross-country flight earlier that same day, we kicked off our honeymoon with a good laugh and went on to thoroughly enjoy our stay.

Older property, met my needs of a clean friendly reasonably priced place to stay pre cruise. The hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport. I was pleasantly surprised when the desk clerk explained the seattle pick up service for cruises. Had planned to use uber but the roundtrip was a much better deal. I will definitely stay here next cruise I have from Seattle.

We spent a quick overnight here last night and were impressed with everything from the room to the staff to the breakfast. After checking in, we experienced problems with both the TV and the Wi-Fi. "I'll be right there," said Pandora (I think that was her name) and she was! She sorted out my wi-fi sign-on issues, and called Manuel, the tech guy, who quickly solved the TV problem. And from then on, everything was perfect. We had a single queen room, which was on the small side, but perfectly furnished for the two of us. There was noise from the airport, but not enough to disturb our sleep. The bathroom was large, as motel bathrooms go, with a beautiful long granite vanity. We checked out the pool and game room--both lovely. And the breakfast room was sufficiently huge to serve an entire college football team along with the rest of the guests. Lots of choices too; and the hot food was actually hot! This motel offers shuttle service to both the airport and the light-rail station, and the lobby was always busy as the desk clerks efficiently handled it all. And although it's clearly an older property, it's very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend when an airport stay is necessary.

There are some positives. The hotel is close to the airport. Also, the hotel offers free shuttle service to nearby restaurants. But overall I think the hotel could use an upgrade. The hotel looks old and the room appearance isn't very appealing.

Nice enough hotel. Friendly reception. Nice to sit outdoors from pool on a nice day. Really wanted to use hot tub, but it was cold on day of our stay. Unfortunately, we had a sink that was very backed up. Just bad luck, we assume. Breakfast was quite decent, with enough fruit options and great hard boiled eggs. Pancakes, too. Bed very comfortable. Best part of stay is the efficiency of the shuttle. Very timely and responsive. Driver was very accommodating and friendly. If you enjoy IHOP restaurant, it is close by and we liked our visit there.

Super great place to stay and fly, shuttle service is always excelente and the hot tub is a must use. the business center is always neat and clean. And, if your there long enough the hot breakfast is always great!! Staff is incredible.

I rated this 4 vs 5 because the shuttle was lacking timeliness. Our friends waited at airport 45 minutes. On the plus side the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good and above average. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I needed a place to stay between flights, and this one worked fine. It was clean, and the shuttle service was excellent. The woman at the front desk actually ignored me—looked right through me—when I wanted to check out, so I just left my key on the counter. My only other complaint is that the elevator is way in the back of the building, and my room was on the second floor in the front, so it was a LONG way to haul my bags.

This hotel was close to the airport, made it very easy since we had an early flight. The pool, fitness room, and game area (ping pong, fooseball) were well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price.

We're hoping that your breakfast will be expanding through the month to include the hot items. Do you foresee that possibility? I'm paying $30 more for your room, rather than Wyndham, because I like a hot breakfast. Can you give us details about what you foresee with breakfast changes over the coming month? Again, my stay is in the last week of August.

I would give this hotel 4 1/2 stars if I could. There were only two minor things that I would not rate as tip top; the breakfast buffet was not as diverse as my previous stays at other Best Western Plus hotels, and they only had brochures from one restaurant that would deliver. Usually there is a card in the room with several suggestions. That being said, I would highly recommend this to anyone using this as their one or two night stay before or after a cruise or other activity. The staff was very helpful and could answer any questions that I might have had.

It's ridiculous that this hotel charges $200 per night for very mediocre accommodations. The breakfast options were average and the AC unit in the room was subpar, so it was hot all night. We were also placed in a room at the front of the building where there was very loud construction that went on all night and literally shook the windows and doors. Needless to say, none of us slept well or enjoyed our time here. Would not stay again.

Expect trouble with the airport shuttle. The drivers either passed us by, or legit told us to "get out". This was unfortunate because the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast is good, fitness center and pool are awesome. Location is ideal for airport despite loud construction outside. Rooms are outdated but beds are very comfortable. Decent place for a short term stay.

The room was great! Roomy, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful service by front desk! A little tricky to get a hold of the hotel to request the free shuttle, but we were picked up promptly after speaking with the hotel.

We weren't there long enough to take full advantage of all the benefits. Like the option of an early breakfast and a to go option. Always enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Appreciated the availabliliyr of transportation to local restaurants and to the closest rail station to travel downtown, Pikes Narjet or the Space Needle. Also took advantage of the outside courtyard to eat beaks we had delivered. The place is clean friendly staff and 24/7 coffee

As a person who usually has to struggle to find lactose free options at hotel breakfasts, I was extremely pleasantly pleased to find that I could eat almost all this hotel's breakfast offerings! Thank you to whoever made those choices, I really appreciated it!!! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot after a long day of sightseeing in Seattle. The bed was a little on the creaky side and the window curtain still let in a lot of light at night, so I have to give the entire experience a 4-4.5/5.

The hotel room was clean, but minimal. I chose it because it had a reasonable price compared to the downtown hotels. There were two downsides to the choice: the flight pattern of the airport made sleep difficult until late in the night; 2. there were no restaurants in the immediate area. This hotel is on the far south end of the hotel strip, and though we had no safety problems, that was a concern.

Great start to a vacation when we arrived and parked our car for the week. However, when we returned our car was one of 3 that had the catalytic converter stolen. We were told by management that "It was our fault for parking there" and that they weren't liable for the problem. While yes, I do know we signed the liability waiver for the parking, but to be told it was our fault because we parked there by employees seemed wrong and strange for us. The hotel stay was nice and breakfast was ok. Do NOT park your car there for any length of time. There is a perfectly good parking lot that is monitored just a block or two up the road towards the airport. Park there.

The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Breakfast was a disappointment, as someone on a low carb/diabetic diet, there weren't any options so I couldn't eat anything. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I can't rave about this place, but it served it's purpose. Close proximity to the light rail, so getting around is fairly easy. There is not much close by and it's not in the greatest area. You will see people shooting up or smoking off foil close by. The hotel itself is short staffed and the workers seem fatigued. Breakfast is mostly an offering of cold prepackaged food. Hot offerings are pancakes or oatmeal, no hot proteins. Rooms are small and don't provide a good work space. It is close to the airport and the planes fly right over, so it is loud. At times I wasn't sure if a plane was coming over or the air conditioner kicked on. I will likely use a different property next stay.

This hotel is dirty and I would suggest not staying here. The staff was not friendly and they seemed very put out when we asked questions about where to eat or to switch a room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor for my Mom who cannot walk up and down stairs.

Had a l night stay at hotel. Only 2 floors and stayed on 2nd floor near lobby steps. Nice overnight stay and had grab breakfast next day. Had airport service which was great. Pickup from hotel to cruise ship terminal. Once the rail is completed it will be even better. Thank you.

I have stayed here multiple times over the last several years. I used to rave about it because it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It wasn't fancy but it was nice. And the breakfast buffet and dinner options were good enough. On a visit in 2021, I was willing to give them "the benefit of the doubt" as travel was just reopening in the midst of Covid. I expected a lower quality of services and was not disappointed. Fast-forward a year and I decided to stay here again in 2022. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Hallways and rooms are showing signs of wear and tear. Furniture is wearing out. The room was still clean and quiet but the sheets had been washed so many times that they were getting thread-bare and slightly torn. I was there 6 nights and Housekeeping only came in ONCE to empty the trash! And the breakfast-buffet choices are more like going to a local 7-11 or gas-station, rather than any other hotel breakfast-buffet I have experienced in the last 12 months. There are no food options in the evening other than going out or ordering out (and I only saw one menu for a restaurant a few miles away). It is definitely not what it used to be. I am very torn between finding another "regular" place to stay, or giving this place one-more-chance to get their act together.

This hotel was chosen for its location to the airport and available transportation. We only needed a one night stay returning from a cruise. There was an IHOP within walking distance for food and that was convenient.. The internet at this location was not reliable at all. This is usually not an issue for me because I have unlimited cell service, but cell service proved to be non existent also. There was construction in the area but it did not prove to be an issue. The hotel itself was very quiet. It is an older hotel and could use some updating. The cost was a factor so it was worth it.

I have always had great experiences when staying here. Super convenient to stay the night before flying out and the night coming back. Shuttle service is awesome! Breakfast is always good with a good variety

I often stay at Best Western hotels, I think this is the best of all Best Western Hotel that i ever stayed for the staff services. The staffs are very friendly, very helpfull. I could not forget when I stayed in April 2022, a staff named Brian really helped me in arranging a shuttle bus for us to go to airport, the shuttle bus supposed to start operating at 04.00. but Brian was able to arrange the Shuttle Bus 15 minute faster, so we didn't miss our flight. Thank you so much Mr. Brian for your help. I will recommend friends and relatives to stay here.

I have stayed here several times, but no longer. Pros: I liked the staff. I like they way they handled breakfast during Covid by packing a bag with my choices that I could eat in my room. Very important, they allow room cancellations up til afternoon of arrival day. Cons: Ultimately, I have given up on them because the airport shuttle service is too slow, and there are no restaurants near by. Additionally, their website claims to have a restaurant on site, but this has not been true for some time. Last time, I had to wait a full half hour for the shuttle. They had combined a shuttle with another hotel, and the driver was NOT happy about it. This showed in his performance.

Nothing but good to say about this place. From Shuttle, to Check=in, to Housekeeping, to Maintenance. I stayed here on an overnight layover at Seattle Airport. Service is top notch. The check-in guy that helped me was more than helpful, the housekeeper immediately called maintenance for my TV not working correctly, the room was clean and very relaxing. Had a really nice table to eat at or do work. The breakfast looked fine, although I only got some coffee. The only drawback I could see was the lack of restaurants in the immediate area. But in this day and age with all of the delivery options out there, it's not a drawback that would change my rating.

One of my favorite Best Western locations. Affordable, clean and lots of amenities like pool, fitness center and game room. Stayed prior to a flight and the vicinity to Seatac was very convenient. Will stay again.

We stayed one night before flying out of Seattle. We stayed in the family suite, which worked perfectly for our family of 6. The main bed and bed in the wall were comfortable. The pull out couch was not super comfy...but did the trick for the night.

I stayed here one night when I had an early morning flight. I pre-arranged with the front desk for the shuttle in the morning. When I came down, the shuttle was waiting for me and everything went very smoothly. I was happy to have this clean and quiet option.

We have stayed at a great many Best Western properties and this is one of the best for value and customer experience. There was really nothing to worry about. The park, fly and stay service was very handy, as was the airporter to and from SeaTac.

Location kinda sketch. Service excellent. Room especially had pretty strong oder of stale cigarette smoke, but that I knew of, it wasn't suppose to be a smoking room. Also temperature sort of hard to regulate in room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent location on main highway and close to airport. Nice size so do not need to share breakfast area with 100s of other travelers. Breakfast has many options. Pancake maker in breakfast area is nice break from waffles. Room and internet great as well. Easy to reach public transportation. Get Senior ORCA card and go anywhere for $1.00.

All-around great experience. Clean rooms and hall and check-in area/lobby, breakfast was varied and easy, close to SeaTac airport (but i will stay there again even if i don't come by plane). Shuttle bus available. Easy check-in and out. Guy at the front desk with the Seahawks shirt and traveler was so friendly and professional. Beds were comfy.

Started great, Glen was awesome and got us in early. Room was nice and clean and in working order. Took a van (blk) not a BW vanilla sent by hotel to pick us up. Driver was in a mood and it was noticable. Hotel location is not really near anything to walk too and front under construction. Then the kicker the fire alarm goes off at 1:30am and hotel goes into shutdown. Also Helen was awesome as front desk and driver. Only gave 2 stars due to location, Fire alarm and other hotel associates.

Comfortable bed and clean room. We felt we were sleeping on a new bed, medium firm. Adequate towels and room appeared clean. Was offered bottled water upon arrival and friendly service. Only negative was the hotel didn't provide their customary breakfast so we had to incur extra expense for breakfast elsewhere. If we had known that would have stayed elsewhere. Chair in room is worn. See attached picture of what is not available due to COVID.

Nice, clean rooms. Staff wasn't super friendly but very professional. I had a two week trip staying in different hotels; this hotel certainly took Covid the most serious (nothing overboard). They gave me a handicapped room; you have to be careful cause the water from the shower easily gets onto the floor. Seems a bit dangerous. No blow dryer was a disappointment. The shampoo/soap/conditioner dispenser seems to cut down on waste. You could absolutely hear the planes from your room but that's what you get with an airport hotel. They cater to travelers and their schedules which is really nice for an airport hotel. Breakfast starts at 3 a.m. and goes until 9. All in all, I would stay here again.

The room was very clean and honestly great for the price. Only downside was they didn't tell us the pool was closed and we walked all the way down in our bathing suits for nothing. It's not in the best area but that's rampant near Seattle so stay here save money and enjoy your trip.

My husband and I had just completed our cruise and needed a place to stay for one night near the airport. Some of the criteria I look for in a hotel is free breakfast, free parking, airport shuttle (if we aren't renting a car) and close proximity to the airport. This hotel met all of the criteria and was reasonably priced. The area had a bit of street construction nearby but it was not noisy (we were there on a Sunday). The hotel looks like it could use a little bit of refreshment and I got the impression that it was coming in the future. It's not a luxury hotel but it was adequate for what we needed. The room was big and comfortable, shower and bath was good, there was a desk and chair along with a chair and ottoman which was a nice touch. Due to Covid restrictions the pool and fitness area were closed. There was a laundry facility which I used. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers but it was sufficient for my use and I was the only one using it. The lobby had an area to meet with friends and a tv to watch. Some friends brought us dinner and we were able to visit with one another in this lobby area. Next to that was the area for breakfast which was open early, like 4 am, and had a lot of variety and choices. They even served pancakes! We also used the airport shuttle to get us to and from the hotel. In the morning, the shuttle took us to the airport at 630 am. We were not the only hotel guests so it was a full shuttle. It could hold 7 adults and luggage. Overall the hotel stay was good.

This Beset Western is very near to where we park our car when we fly out of Seattle. It is clean and very well organized. Our TV did not work correctly and we were moved to another room immediately. Check in and Check out were a breeze.

Overall we enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was good, it's of choices. Had hot pancakes that were good. I had the oversized king room. There was no bathtub, Wich I would have preferred but no biggie. Pool was closed due to reserfacing.

Have stayed at this hotel many times due to location and rate. It's an old hotel in need of updating but my experience has never been bad. This stay was disappointing because several hair strands from more than one person was on the bathroom floor, tub and walls of the tub. Yuck!

Although construction outside takes away a bit from the appearance, the hotel was quite, clean and a great value. The regular bed was great. The sofa bed and Murphy bed not as great for older adults but would be fine for kids. All in all the family suite was a great value for our group of 5.

It was convenient to the airport but there was a lot of construction in the area. The price was high for the room as the rooms were very dark and musty smelling, it is an older hotel. I will not stay at this hotel again. There are many newer hotels in the area at a comparable price.

Stayed one night before flying out of SeaTac. The hotel itself is nice. Room was clean and spacious. The early morning breakfast was nice considering covid restrictions. A plus was that they start serving breakfast at 3am. So for the early ones flying out at least you can get something to grab and go. The shuttle was not so great. We dropped our rental car off the night before to save time in the morning. We waited an Hour for the shuttle. to pick us up. The hotel is only 15 minutes away and a straight shot from the airport. The morning shuttle we requested at 4am since that is the earliest time. The driver showed at 405. Will most likely look for a different hotel that I saw shuttles many times while waiting at the airport.

The hotel was at a busy intersection but did not have any road noise in our room. Room was clean, comfortable. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was modified but the best we have had during Covid. The staff makes the big difference - really great.

Our room was nice and comfortable, the A/C worked well, everything was very clean. We had to wait an hour past our check in time because the room wasn't ready, probably due to being short staffed. The ice maker on our floor didn't work so we had to go up one floor. The breakfast was pretty good, had a lot of options. All cold food except a pancake maker. Overall we were happy with the room for the price.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in July. The room was clean and fresh, the air conditioner in the room was working fine. We had no problem streaming movies using the wifi service in the room. When we reached the hotel early in the afternoon on the first day, we could not check in so early. Therefore, we took this hotel's shuttle service to go to the light-rail train station, so that we could take the train to go to the downtown area, We had returned around 9:30 PM that evening back to the station from where we started and called the hotel to request the shuttle service to pick us up. However, the receptionist told us that the shuttle had been sent to pick up guests from the airport; we would have to wait for 30 minutes for the shuttle. The receptionist told us that the station was only 2 blocks away from the hotel and we could walk back to the hotel. Therefore, we started to walking back to the hotel, Little did we know that this walk would be perilous, because there was major construction work going on the boulevard next to the hotel, and there was no walkway available for about half of a block The receptionist also did not inform us of this hazardous condition of the road. Anyways, we walked back very cautiously using the side of the main boulevard back to the hotel that night. The breakfast at this hotel was very light with yogurt, milk, cereal, boiled egg, muffin, and banana (possibly due to the Covid situation). The hotel service staff did not clean our room on the second day, even though we did not hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the door when we left the hotel in the morning for a visit to Seattle. Overall, this hotel is decent, but they can do much better in the service area.

For the price point and advertised amenities, we expected much more from this hotel. Instead we got small, barely cleaned rooms. The shower would run out of hot water about 4 minutes in. The advertised pool was closed. The advertised breakfast was a modified "grab and go" with basic fruit, yogurt, muffins, and sketch boiled eggs. The rooms do not have microwaves. The ice machine was also out of order. There were some sketchy folks meandering about as well. The only good part of our stay was the airport shuttle. It was prompt and efficient.

The service at the front desk was incredible. My daughter and I missed our morning flight. I called around and found the Best Western hotel, but check in wasn't until 2 or 3 pm. The man took my name and number and told me he would call me right back. A few minutes later he called, and said we could come check in now. I was so very thankful! The customer service from him was above and beyond. Thank you!

Good choice if you need to catch an early flight. Front Desk booked me an Uber for my 330am trip to the airport and had breakfast items ready. My queen room was fairly small and a bit dated, but clean. The bath and lighting were good. I didn't have any problems with noisy neighbors. Overall, the staff was very helpful although the front desk can get a bit backed up, it seems as though everyone was doing their best. The property is also close to the Link Light Rail which is an easy and inexpensive way to get downtown. I wasn't able to get the ticket machine to work at the station, so I just got on and was prepared to pay but no one ever checked.

I only stayed there one night and was really looking forward to the hot breakfast but it had been suspended due to the pandemic. However, most protocols have been reduced and I feel they could have brought it back by now. Nevertheless, the property was very clean, the staff super friendly and attentive and the room was an excellent value with fast internet.

Consistently great option for pre or post airport stays. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Rooms very clean. Good grab and go breakfast options (you have CHOICES) that start at 4AM, so even if you have an early flight, you've still got breakfast. Love their 14 days included parking that is included in the park/stay/fly rate.

The am staff and shuttle driver was horribly rude, called the room and told us and another family we had 3 minutes and the shuttle was leaving without us. Neither family was ready and the next shuttle did not have anyone scheduled, so there was no reasoning for the rush or rudeness.

Nice and clean and peaceful and quiet and cool. I would stay here again. We had a great sleep and pretty good time in the dark with the smart tv playing good vibe music and other adult things that no kids are allowed.

Ok, I am not one to typically write reviews, but Glenn and Khit at the front desk were so friendly, helpful, and funny. They treat you like a friend. Khit was cracking jokes from the minute she picked us up at the airport, and even took us to a nearby restaurant later in the day to save us from having to take an Uber. Simply fantastic people here separate this Best Western as simply The Best.

Glenn, the general manager, is both hilarious and efficient and made my stay all the better! Rooms were clean, all staff was friendly, and the amenities were great! Would stay again if I'm in the area.

My 1st review was in 2017, still my Go To!!! 4 years, a pandemic, major road construction right outside with traffic revisions, etc, etc. None of this has negatively impacted my opinion of this particular Best Western. The excellence of service remains the same.

This hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the car return rental. Easy to access. The room was a bit small, but clean. There was a grab and go breakfast available at 3 a.m. We had a 6 a.m. flight, so this was helpful. Each guest could choose five items from their breakfast menu.

Hotel is nice for a quick stop before returning home via SEATAC airport. I wish they would have advised beforehand that we needed a reservation for ground transport to airport. Two vans in lot, but only 1 was being used. Had to get a ride via Lyft at last minute. Also, one of the vending machines had a credit card input, but didn't work and desk said it never has. Maybe they could put a note on the machine?

The hotel is nice, rooms are simple. In my reservation and pre check-in I requested a park n fly which was the whole reason I wanted a hotel, and then I get there and no parking is available. I should have been contacted with this info so I can arrange other plans. It's a fairly simple courtesy.

Yes, this place is a bit dated but it has been upgraded and is clean. But what makes this place a 4+ rather than a 3 is the staff. I've stayed here twice and the people working here are friendly, attentive and really seem to care. I wish more places were like this. Thank you! Oh, and the shuttle to and from the airport is great too. It is on demand by phone from the airport and pick up was in a reasonable time about 15 minutes or so.

I always stay at this hotel because of its convenient location to the airport and the airport shuttle. This last time there was a bit of a problem because we weren't told to be downstairs 10 minutes before our scheduled shuttle departure. We missed the shuttle and got an Uber instead it. I expressed my displeasure in a Best Western review, I was more than pleasantly surprised to receive a personal call from, Glen Hansen, the hotel manager. What great customer service! I will always return to the hotel because of him! Best Western should recognize such a wonderful manager!

I was drawn to this place due to all of the positive reviews. The check in experience was very good and the room was decent but that's where the good experience stopped. At midnight, someone came in to the room above me and made incredible noise. I could hear everything. The ceiling creaked so when they walked and they continued making noise until 4 am. This is when I called the front desk. They said they called via phone to tell the person to stop making the noise. They said called and woke someone up. I told them the must called the wrong room. They didn't even know which room was making noise! I asked them to go upstairs to check in person which room was above me and they refused. “It's too early to do that.” It was too early to tell someone who has been making noise since midnight to quiet down? I was so furious I left the hotel immediately and checked into a different one down the street. I called the hotel booking service I used to check on the status of my refund request at the Best Western and the hotel told the booking service that the problem was solved and there was no issue. I couldn't believe they had the nerve to lie and said they did something to fixed the problem when they actually failed miserably and the problem persisted. Btw, I stayed in room 108.

This location is convenient to SeaTac airport. The front lobby staff is friendly and quick to help every time. The rooms are clean and don't smell bad. I love the grab and go breakfast that is available at 3am.

I stayed at a Best Western over 18 years ago in Edmonds, Washington while in town for my friends' daughter's wedding, and thought I'd just stay there again since I'd had such a great experience 18 years ago. I flew into Seattle and decided to spend a couple of days in Seattle first at the Best Western by the Seattle Airport. Same GREAT experience there, and same GREAT experience in Edmonds where I've been for 4 days while looking for a home here in Edmonds, 18 years later! They are a 10 out of 10 in my book! Serving the client (me & you) is their #1 priority! As a writer of children's books, I'll be traveling the country doing a lot of book signings; I'll only stay at Best Westerns wherever I can find one in any city I'm in! They are the BEST!

This was amazing location. The airport is 5 minutes away and staying here makes catching those early morning flights easy and effortless. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was amazing. The staff at this location are truly what Best Western is all about. It is nice to get to a hotel were it feels like you are valued, whether staying their for one night or for a week. Do not hesitate to stay here. You will be very comfortable and well taken care of.

After 10 years my go-to Seatac Hotel changed hands and raised their summer prices, so I was looking for a new alternative. Tried Best Western and they will be my new choice. Friendly, accommodating, staff. Room felt clean even if it's not real new. There is some construction equipment in the parking lot, but with my early flight I was not affected. I was pleased that breakfast was available starting very early, 3 or 4 am. This was better than my old hotel ever did. Breakfast is grab and go for now, which was fine for me. Felt safer getting breakfast there than I would at the airport.

The room was nice and clean, they followed all of the Covid restrictions you would hope for but still had some of the comforts. The price was excellent. Decent breakfast. Comfortable Bed. Quiet. Everything in the room worked well.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying here on our last night of our vacation on our way to the airport. The service was great and the room was clean. Only downside was how loud the heating system was and I woke up multiple times due to this in the night. I was pleased with the arranged to go bag of breakfast upon checkout.

Booked an overnight park and fly for a one week trip. Everything was excellent. Speedy check in, easy shuttle to airport and wonderful shuttle driver picked us up quickly upon our return to our vehicle.

I stayed at this Best Western on a layover at the tail end of a longer trip. It was by far the best sleep I had the entire time; I'm now hunting for the same kind of pillow. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were incredible, truly went above and beyond.

The staff had very poor quality of service and put on two different stories while it took so long to pick us up at the airport and the breakfast was terrible there wasn't any meat or protein to eat in the breakfast to go bag and when we told Simon he didn't seem to care or say that he would tell someone or offer to let us know of a place to get something to eat before we had to go to the airport on a hungry stomach

The room was clean, staff friendly and very responsive. The breakfast was healthy and easy to place our order. After sitting in the lobby for a while, the staff immediately cleaned the chair and area.

This place is really bang for your buck. The service is impeccable, the hotel room was pristine, and the rates were very reasonable. From the shuttle instructions to the lovely help from the front desk (Kit,) where she helped me with a late check-out, printed a document for me and called me an Uber to get to the airport in the morning. Kit went above and beyond to help me and is a wonderful help. Thank you so much for the great stay. I'll be sure to use y'all again when I fly through SEA-TAC! Mahalo!

This hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is exceptionally professional. I always stay here as a business traveler and in the future will be staying every month because of the quick check in and check out. I usually arrive late and check out early and the process is smooth, rooms are clean and bed is comfortable.

The most important things we look for in a hotel is cleanliness, price , and service in that order. This hotel meets all three. I'm sure others would not consider this a 5 star hotel, but when your on a budget as we are, this is a 5 star to us. With Covid19, the hotel offered a grab and go breakfast with all sealed items to conform to State guidelines. Housekeeping was devoted to cleanliness. When we had a problem with our room key working, staff were quick to try to resolve it. The hotel is also close to the airport and our family that we were visiting. We've had serious problems with other hotel chains, but not Best Western. We will always consider them for future stays.

The outside of the building needs to be redone. The grounds need to be landscaped and the chairs in The room need to be replaced, there was a rip on the ottoman that wasn't to pleasant to look at. The tv could of been a little bigger.

I had a good stay the Best Western Sea-Tac. The room was very clean, desk clerk was extremely friendly (although he was wearing his mask under his nose; he was standing behind plexiglass so I didn't worry about that too much). I thought the bed was comfortable, room was quiet, A/C worked well. If you check out other hotels in the vicinity with similar or even slightly higher prices, most do not get the reviews that this one does. There was a shuttle to the airport, and the driver was great. I was happy with this hotel.

Where to begin? (We've always thought BW to be a decent chain.) How 'bout here: The place is very old and very tired. We got thru the very frumpy lobby (checked in and paid), walked the absurdly long walk to the elevator (could it be any further from the lobby?) and ultimately found our room. At first glance, it looked ok. That was until we noticed the sheet of paper in the room. More than half way down the page was a statement notifying us that during our FOUR NIGHT stay, there would be NO housekeeping in our room. Zero. Nada. Zilch! No attention of any kind! They should have told us that as we were reserving the room, or at the very least as we were checking in. (We would not have stayed there!) They obviously deliberately deceived! They bragged on the breakfast. (Thought it was a big deal that they offered one in these COVID days.) It was a list of about 12 snacky-type cold items. (Instant oatmeal doesn't count!) Oddly, each guest could only select 5 things. (Cold cereal and milk counted for TWO out of 5.) We elected for sweet rolls. They had exactly THREE for the entire property (and apparently we were not worthy!). Blaming their shortcomings on COVID is a cheap shpt. (Other chains know how to do it right!) They advertise a pool and hot tub. Both are out of service for the duration. (Another deception.) The ineffectiveness of the bathroom fan was exceeded only by the infernal noise. And a good modern bed does not disturb one partner each time the other partner shifts ever-so-slightly in bed. In this instance,as one of us moved the slightest bit, the entire bed moved wildly and noisily. Do not stay here!

General manager very active in the hotel and greeted us like good friends. Staff was friendly and helpful. Provided suggestions for meals and travel. Made sure the business center equipment was working. The hotel was a little bit older but was clean and comfortable. Convenient location with airport shuttle available. The grab-and-go free breakfast had good options. Good value for the price paid. We'd be happy to stay here again!

We always stay here now when coming through Seattle whether visiting or long airport layover. Breakfast is usually a nice buffet. Still an option even with CV19, just being done grab n go. You mark your choices the night prior, in the morning it's bagged and ready for you. Everything was super clean. Saw staff cleaning the luggage carts as they were returned. Mask use is enforced in common areas. Staff are consistently wonderful every time we stay.

Wonderful place to stay while in the area, on this trip we are using it to fly to Texas and back a week later, using the airport shuttle is handy and we had a very nice time there. Driver to the airport was wonderful and on time for our early departure .

The hotel was not only in a nice area but the staff was great. I'd recommend this stop for anyone going to Sea-Tac. The only thing I could think to change was to add a microwave to the room. It had every thing else.

Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and decor was modern and very nice. Was not bothered , my boyfriend and I were able to relax and enjoy each other. Products in room (shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, lotion , ECT) were upscale and enjoyable. Love this place!

My husband and I were traveling back home via the Seattle Tacoma Airport. The front desk people were wonderful. They explained the airport layout, came to get us after we dropped off our rental car there and took us back at 230 am the following morning. Front desk staff assisted with printing boarding passes and gave us a breakfast to go. When I made the reservation, they asked the time of our departing flight. Since it was early morning we were placed in the back of the hotel where it was very quiet. Again, you can't go wrong with staff like that! Beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and people were professional, friendly and helpful.

Shuttle driver actually doubled back to pick us when I called to expedite pickup just for me. Friendly, clean shuttles. Lobby well equipped and clean. Room had all the amenities. Internet worked fine. It's a good value and easy access from Seatac. Recommended.

Friendly, helpful staff and probably the best free breakfast I've ever had. Clean, safe, nice pool and hot tub. Location is great for the airport, not so good for restaurants and attractions. But there is a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport and to and from the light rail while it operates.

Layover from vacation. Very convenient ,close to the airport, shuttle service,great full breakfast. great staff friendly and helpful. Very clean comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ok if you are just stopping for the night. The rooms are old fashioned and my room had a strange musty smell.. also bring earplugs it's very noisy due to planes! The free breakfast and airport shuttle were the only good points.

Could not use the ADA room except for the shower. We were given a much larger room to allow for my wheelchair but kept the ADA room available for using the shower. Made the stay most enjoyable. Great employees.

Nervous about posting how much we like this place, as we don't want it to get crowded, especially with the awesome indoor pool and hot tub. Friendly, helpful staff. Lena and Cece helped us the most during our stay and were awesome. Breakfast in AM is wonderful and they have a limited dinner service (our server was excellent...forgot to get her name) and a few 24 hour reasonably priced snacks in the lobby, as well as free coffee and tea. Can't wait to go back!

This hotel has a great location near the SeaTac airport and not too far from downtown. The restaurant was very good excellent cob salad and they serve until 10 which is nice if you're travelling late.

It was a very clean facility with the breakfast well stocked. The pool was clean with plenty of towels and adequate + seating for chaperones. My only critique is the use of family residence style toilet paper roll holders: Used rolls were in the bathroom. The addition of commercial style restroom roll holders that cover the rolls would be much more sanitary.

This hotel is very clean and pretty quiet considering it is near the airport. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was as good as a free hot breakfast at any similar hotel. There are three things that knocked it down from great to average. They are: 1/ long wait for a shuttle. You can't call for the shuttle until you are outside waiting for it and you have to tell them your location. They only have one shuttle and it takes quite a while for the shuttle to come around if it has just passed. 2/ the first night we were there, the water in our room was BARELY warm enough, and the next morning, the shower was even cooler. We reported it and it was a bit better the second night but still should have been warmer 3/ they never asked if we wanted a room with ONLY a shower, It is a nice large one, but after a long day, I was looking forward to a hot bath and we ONLY had a shower. This was NOT a handicapped room so apparently they don't have tubs in all their rooms now. Also, the last night we got into our room around 11pm and the tv was out-we could hear the shows but the pictures was a very grainy, almost unrecognizable, black and white picture. I didn't list this as a fourth item, because things happen and we just went to bed-did not call for anyone to come and fix it as we were leaving early the next day. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and professional, but it was better the last time we were there,

Breakfast was not great, eggs and sausage were not good. Way too noisy of a location; and had no prior knowledge they were doing construction on the premises. The restaurant food was good. Serving staff was very good.

Decent location. Interior very nice. Staff did a great job. Convenient to get to Seatac or light rail. They do a nice job with their break fast. The pool was clean and warm, hot tub was well kept. Overall a good stay.

Awesome place to stay if you have an early morning flight. 3 miles from the airport, 4 miles from rental car return. No jumping on the highway, it's straight up the street. Didn't hear planes at night though. Onsite restaurant & airport shuttle are convenient.

Shuttle was quick to arrive and brought us back at 4:30 AM. Room was very clean and spacious. Business Center was great. We were given to go breakfast bags since we left so early for airport. Lobby wasn't very inviting and there was jet noise all night, but that should be expected.

Breakfast, by far, was closer to what one would find at a 4-star hotel. There was a fanastic variety of food, all freshly made! There was a bevy of condiments to supplement the staples; I got to have french toast with whipped cream and strawberries for the first time in months! I was blown away and deeply satisfied by the breakfast options available, and would definitely use Best Western again.

Our family had a fantastic overnight at this hotel! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has a great variety of food, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, french toast, bagels etc. All was fresh and hot. 24/7 coffee and tea bar, apple and oranges. Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was great. The game room was a fun place to hang out with foosball, ping pong and shuffleboard. We will stay here everytime we are in the area.

We stayed here for two nights. Check-in/out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The dining room was an added bonus and breakfast was excellent. The shuttle service to/from the airport and light-rail was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful. The location is extremely convenient for Seatac airport and we would definitely stay here again.

All your needs will be met from your pick up at the airport to your return. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast has a great assortment. Staff aims to please. You won't be disappointed. Good place to unwind.

This hotel was excellent! The staff, from the front desk to the people working the buffet were friendly and extremely helpful! The hotel was spotlessly clean with so many amenities: a real hot breakfast that was fresh and delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits with gravy and even real fresh fruit were offered with a variety of cold items. Breakfast starts at 5, so if you have an early flight you can still have time for a bite. The pool area was large and there was a room with ping pong, fooz ball and shuffleboard. There is an airport shuttle that is run on schedule and very close to the airport. THe train downtown was a 5 minute walk away or you can also get a ride with the shuttle. This is a great place to stay at the airport or even if yu are visiting Seattle, and deserves 10 stars!

Although the location was convenient in terms of closeness to the airport and the light rail station to downtown, the area is still a little run down, but not terrible. The hotel itself was fantastic, as well as the staff.

Stay and parking for our trip to Vegas was super easy. Clean rooms , easy check in. Staff walk the parking lot every hr or so. Even the Sheriff dept comes here to stay. The shuttle to Seatac is quick both ways. Just call when you get outside at the airport and 20mins later your picked up in a clean ( no smell) passenger van. My only complaint, was the donuts at breakfast. Coffee is good though☕ Thanks BW Seatac! Look forward to another stay.. Scott

The staff and location to sea tax was awesome . Staff was very helpful ! It's also close to the train and their shuttle takes you to and from the train. Breakfast and amenities were great. It has a jacuzzi

I have stayed here several times over the last few years and have ALWAYS found this hotel to be an excellent value, very clean and quite comfortable. I would like to commend some of their staff: Tom and Lena at the Front Desk who always remember me and treat me like a king. Also Manager Khit who is never too busy to chat for a few minutes. Lucy and Aracelli of the Housekeeping Staff do a fantastic job everyday of keep my room very clean and well supplied. And the young lady who works evenings (mostly) in the Restaurant (I thin her name is something like Kaydor) was always very kind and helpful and provided extremely quick service.

Food was excellent both Breakfast and Dinner. However the restaurant is only open for dinner. They provide a great breakfast, so lunch you have to get something. Pool was nice, the staff was friendly. Good variety of food for breakfast, and I'm pretty pickie. Not the best location, but their is a store very close.

We just needed a place to stay after a return trip from Cabo before we drove home the next day to the east side of the state. After reading reviews and checking the price, I chose the Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel. Great choice! Check in was fast, efficient and friendly. They asked if we needed a handicap accessible room (we are seniors after all) but when I said no, they thanked me because they like to reserve those for people who actually need those special considerations. Then I was told they upgraded us to a newly remodeled king room. And, for the cherry on the top, he told me that they had an attached cafe so we wouldn't have to get in the car to go find food. That made me even happier. Our room was sparkling clean and spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. There were a couple of bottles of complimentary water in the mini-fridge. Nice size high-def flat screen tv, plenty of plug-ins for your electronics. The bathroom was nicely done, decent water pressure. Outside of our window we could see families playing in their covered pool downstairs and they looked like they were having fun. Nothing I didn't like about the room and that's saying something since we just returned from 3 weeks in Cabo at our favorite 5 star resort. The cafe doesn't have a large menu, but we both chose fish and chips which were surprisingly good. The price was reasonable for what we got as well. The cafe is also the free breakfast area in the morning (and they open at 5:00 a.m. I believe for those with early flights). There was a good array of hot and cold choices, standard fare for a free breakfast but better done than many other places. Quick and efficient check out and we were on our way. All that for under $100, including all the taxes that get tacked on. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I'm traveling out of SeaTac.I recommend this hotel quite highly.

I called last minute and was able to get a room no problems and they accommodated my service dog. Exceptional service and overall totally enjoyed my stay with this hotel. The restaurant and breakfast staff were great and friendly too!!!

Remodeled Best Western is nice. More fitness center machines, elevators and never any problems with the Net connections. Emphasis on recycling/reuse of dishes and paper/plastic. Have used this place several times and will continue to do so. Near to stores/places to eat and easy access to airport and car rental facilities.

This Best Western property isn very convenient to SeaTac airport and to restaurants, shopping, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very efficient and helpful. The breakfast is the usual Best Western fare but a decent start to trip day.

My sister and I were in Seattle for her Company Christmas party and we stay at B W in Seattle. We had a very nice clean room and it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay. They gave us helpful directions to get us to where we were going for the party.

I had a newly redone room. One thing I loved was the shower pressure was fantastic and the hot water actually stayed hot longer than 10 minutes. Location was close to a food market and train station to get into Seattle cheaply. I would definately stay here again. I found the bed to be super soft, which I love.

They make it easy and enjoyable to travel. It is a good landing place for the night before an early flight out of SEA. The free shuttle is only one of the benefits of staying here. They are all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a good value . Looks a smidge worn but still a great Best Western value . It's an airport hotel like all the others on the International Blvd . The airport shuttle was excellent and had a great schedule . The free breakfast is always a plus!

This is not a 5-star motel, but it is clean, quiet, my room was large and comfortable, and they have a fantastic free breakfast which opens at 5 a.m. for people like me who have an early flight. I was delighted with all the fresh fruit offered, and the spacious seating. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, and I used it both to and from the airport. I wasn't familiar with where the hotel shuttle pickups were located at SEATAC, and the front desk talked me through it. Front desk staff, breakfast staff, and shuttle drivers were all super friendly and helpful. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I have an early morning flight.

We stay here annually and sometimes more when using the airport and we use the park and fly option - we leave our car there while on our holiday. The hotel is very clean, with a great refurbished foyer and dining room. The pool and hot tub are great and very child friendly. Our car is always looked after well and there are shuttles every 30 minutes to the airport which are great, safe and convenient. They will collect you when you call at the other end of your vacation. Tom and Maddie were lovely at the end of our trip and supplied us with tea and coffee as we picked up our car. We were also given bags of snacks for the kids on our late arrival to the hotel initially which was fantastic as they had them on an early flight out the next day. Highly recommended!

We always stay here great place to stay really quiet and really nice people with quick checkin and checkout they have a nice breakfast and a good variety of food from hot food to cold options and lots of juices and beverages options it's nice they have trays so you can get ready in your room while you eat your breakfast and get the kids ready for the trip. The shuttle is nice to always nice to schedule when you check in so you get the shuttle you want

I have stayed here a few times and will always stay here when flying out of Seattle. With a pool. hot tub, exercise area and game area with tables to order pizza and eat with your family at a table instead of in the room, it is a wonderful hotel with lots to do.

This hotel was amazingly quiet for an airport hotel. We slept well. Thay serve an early morning breakfast for those who need to depart early for flights. They also provide shuttle service to the airport.

Great location, staff and price! Loved the service. Breakfast was slightly different every single day. Clean rooms, gym, pool, appreciated the comfortable bed! We even got a free upgrade. It is close to public transportation to go downtown so another plus. My room did not have a microwave and I requested that to make my own special morning brew and they kindly obliged! Thank you! My husband had an early flight and living / working on the peninsula, figured spending the night before would make traveling easier for me. Also, we have family close by so we were able to visit with them but still have our privacy. We have stayed here previously and plan to do so again.

Wonderfully run hotel. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, hotel is conveniently located, ample free parking, and rooms are reasonably priced. Excellent daily breakfast included. A great hotel I would without hesitation return.

This Best Western was a clean and pleasant place to stay. They had a lovely breakfast, and the staff was so helpful and positive. The hotel is not upscale, but the beds were comfortable and there were pools, game rooms, etc. if you were traveling with a family. There is a 24 hour shuttle to the airport.

Spent two separate nights here. 3 adults 2 children under 5. Arrived at SeaTac late 10:30pm. Airport shuttle was full. Spoke to driver he said he's coming back to get us. 2nd time back and the shuttle was full again! Looked at the driver with confusion as he seen us and noticed 2 kids in the cold weather.Gotta expect that when traveling but the driver said we was next which didn't happen. I wasn't gonna wait a third time. Mind you we were already waiting 35 minutes. Fustrated I called best western spoke to Salam which he told us to catch a taxi and he would pay for it. Upon arrival Salam was very apologetic towards us. First night was terrific! Second night not so much... we reserved a oversized room (king w/sofabed) which when we arrived was not available. Also payed more for the room. They gave us a double queen which was cheaper but they didn't accommodate nor discount was given. The best part of the stay was breakfast, alot of selection to choose from.

Everything was awesome! Things were hectic for the front desk staff and they pulled it off like champions! The breakfast is very well planned out and cooked to perfection. Housekeepers were very helpful and friendly!

Always enjoy my stay at Best Western, would highly recommend. The rooms are very clean and the location is very convenient. The staff is cordial and accommodating. Will definitely be staying there again

No plug ins, TV has no cable nor is there an internet option or a DVD/CD player. Just cheap cable with commercials. Not enough plug ins for cell phones/computers. Too small a room for 2 queen beds. Very clean, happy they do not accept pets so not a room full of chemicals to kill fleas and dog smells. One can tell it's an old motel they renovated but they spared expense on breakfast/restaurant, electrical and entertainment. But the pool and spa/work out room were very nice! Key cards don't work on all exits.

While visiting for the holidays we stayed at this hotel overnight I got to experience great hospitality and in the morning I was greeted by the best shuttle ride I've EVER HAD! The driver Louis was great very courteous very friendly helpful and a great driver he offered to set the heater for our comfort and lightened the mood by offering car karaoke of course it was a light joke but it got everything going smooth he helped us with our bags and where to go and told us to send a post card he is an exceptional young man, great driver!

We had to make a last minute reservation, didn't show up until 2:30am but the free hotel shuttle was quick and easy, staff was friendly, bed and room very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel - way more comprehensive than a "continental breakfast". Worthy of rating 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of staying at the BW Seattle Airport hotel when I got stranded in Seattle due to a flight issue. The airport shuttle was quick and the driver was very pleasant. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy options as well as gluten free options. I was very pleased as I had a long rough day and my stay at the Best Western really improved my mood. I got lots of rest and good sleep. I highly recommend this location for your stay.

This hotel is old and is okay for one night. It is nice that they pick you up and drop you off at the airport. When I stayed pool and spa were being remodeled. When finished that might help this hotel. One plus was that you could order food for dinner.

The hotel is close to airport and shuttle is good. It runs on 1/2 hr schedule. The beds are comfortable and pillows are prefect for me. The price is good for a family or even a business person on a budget but still have quality rest.

This place is wonderful! From the friendly check-in (GM Glen and his night manager) to the rooms, the amenities offered, and the even a friendly goodbye. They have a great shuttle with a friendly driver, nice toiletries and bottled water in the rooms, lots of television channels to choose from, a reasonably priced restaurant, great instructions/maps/photos regarding the airport/rental car drop off, etc., and even told me where the least expensive gas station was nearby and they have brown bag breakfasts for guests leaving really early to catch early flights.

Room, staff and breakfast was awesome. Don't need to reconsider. Just stay here and u will know what I mean. For the price, it was really value for money. And there is a courtesy airport shuttle as well.

The room was very comfortable with a good bed and pillows, plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower, and good lighting and electrical plugs. The room was quiet, and the breakfast was very good, with many choices. Check-in was easy, which we appreciated, especially getting into the airport very late at night. Hotel was easy to find and get to. Would definitely recommend!

Wherever I travel I always try to stay in a BW as they are always of great quality. This hotel is a good example. Friendly service, clean, great rooms at a reasonable price. Check in was quick, the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean, is good size, tea, coffee, usual amenities. The bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep. The hotel has a pool/spa and a gym however at the time of stay it was being renovated, so cannot comment. They are making it more improved and bigger so thumbs up. The hotel has a restaurant on site for dinner. Breakfast is included and is great as always.

I stayed at the best Western near the SeaTac airport a few nights ago and experience was good as normal and just as I expected. I've have stayed at best Western for at least 200 days at different locations in 2019. I will give these guys 10 stars for everything except food maybe do a pretty good job of that but I get tired of the same food most every location. That's the only area that could benefit from some improvement. The staff at this particular SeaTac airport were excellent and very friendly and helpful. I could recommend anybody stay here if they want to be near the airport.

We always stay here before an early next day flight. Good restaurant on site with beer and wine. Best value close to airport. They have a grab and go breakfast for early flights. Marilyn is great in the restaurant.

This facility was near the airport but quiet. Provided shuttle service to SeaTac. Room was small (but all I needed was a room to sleep in) but clean & had everything I needed. Check-in was fast; personnel were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was not the greatest, but sufficient for my needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for quick trips!

Our room was great. It was comfortable. The personnel were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I will stay here again. The breakfast was good. The shower worked well. It was a water saving device. Great place!

My sister and I came for a Seahawks game. We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the link rail.. The hotel shuttle dropped us at the station to head into Seattle. When we got back they picked us up. For the price we paid and the quality of service we got I would highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. It was a great experience. The breakfast very good and had a huge variety. I kinda hate to tell everyone how good this place was because there might not be any vacancies when I come again. : )

Rhe staff was welcoming and helpful, the breakfast had a broad selection and was well served. there was staff to help with food and replenishing items. the room (king single) was very roomy, a nice sitting area and the bed was very comfortable. the room had a small ground level deck with a slider for access. Bathroom was roomy and very clean.

I had a fantastic stay up in SeaTac for my birthday. Everyone at this hotel that I came in contact with was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the Seattle Area. Thank you!

We stayed here twice in October on our trip from Seattle to Puerto Vallarta. The front desk staff were all extremely friendly, smiling and helpful. The rooms are large with up-to-date furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. Liked the towels and bathroom amenities. The "To Go Bag" in the morning was very welcome as we were at the airport before any food areas opened. The airport transfer services showed up right on time and the driver was very pleasant both times. We had dinner in the restaurant. The sandwiches were huge (in fact, we shared one and were both full). The breakfast was mediocre but the scrambled eggs were delicious. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and always use it when we travel out of Seattle.

This is one of the best hotels near Sea-Tac that we stayed at for the very affordable price. We first booked at Days Inn Sea-Tac because its website said that they offer free shuttle to and from the airport, but we waited 45 minutes, no shuttle, called the hotel three times, got cut off each time, the breakfast was also not very good, So, I cancelled my 2 other nights and booked with Best Western-Seatac, this hotel has great hot breakfast, great complimentary shuttle service, most friendly staff, can't go wrong!

Hotel was ok, room was ok, bed was a little stiff. TV to small for the room. Parking was less than desirable. Would not recommend this hotel for the high end traveler. Convenient and close to the airport.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were courteous and friendly. All of the staff made you feel welcome. Although the breakfast area was large, staff quickly cleaned off tables once people finished and left the table so that other guests could sit down and enjoy their breakfast

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was close to the airport, staff was great, and rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and they had a lot of great extra touches. The breakfast was open only 5-9 on the weekend which I felt a little odd, thought it could go until 10:00 for a weekend. They have a courtesy shuttle and a restaurant on site which is great. I would definnitely stay here again and recommend anyone stay here also. Not far from downtown and within walking distance of other restaurants and gas.

Check-in clerk was friendly and helpful, explained everything to me when I was exhausted from a long drive. Airport shuttle was quick and efficient. Room was very basic, no frills, but appeared to be very clean. Overall it was absolutely worth what I paid for it.

A Hotel close to Seatac airport that offers comfort a good restaurant and pleasant staff. The courtesy shuttle is available to guests and is quick and convenient. Be aware that aircraft noise is noticeable.

While this hotel is within a few miles of the airport, it isn"t noisy. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is also a restaurant on site so you can have dinner there without having to go back out.

Had a pleasant stay, the room was fine and the breakfast was good. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the pool but it is closed for major renovation,,, Bummer. The staff was friendly and the lobby was well cared for.

Front Desk clerk there was very rude & insensitive!! Had to get key card reset 3 times. I was told not to keep it next to phones electronics & leather purses wallets. I had 3 cards total, 1 always worked & not the other 2. I did not understand why she just did not give me 2 new cards. Same problem with the same clerk. I was there 6 days, terrible customer service at this location. I am a Best Western Diamond rewards member & I have never had this problem anywhere

Convenient shuttle service from the airport but what really impressed me was the quality and selection at the breakfast table.... not all the same items during my three night stay and all prepared in their commercial kitchen. Friendly staff..even the manager helped refill coffee cups and asked about our visit and where we were from...

Can use some upgrades (and I think they are planning that) but nice people and convenient shuttle to airport and two long blocks to light rail. You do hear airplanes in the AM. Great free breakfast. I didn't get a change to use the pool and fitness center.

Our room stunk bad, like it used to be a smoking room that had mildew. I am a Diamond Select Member and this is by far the worst best western I have stayed at . Asked to be moved or use my points to upgrade and was told all they had was a queen room(down grade) Then my Brother in Law tells me he got upgraded to a King Suit, and he is not even a rewards member????

The people at Best Western Seatac made my trip very enjoyable. For example, when I needed a taxi, they advised me that a town car would be less expensive and made all the arrangements for me. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant serving dinner was a bonus. The rooms were clean, and the housekeepers worked around my schedule. Everyone associated with the hotel greeted me with a smile and a hello every time I encountered them.

We flew in on the night before departing for an Alaska cruise. The reason we chose this hotel was the shuttle to the pier. We received the expected amenities and some very pleasant surprises. The shower was large (didn't have to step over tub). In addition to a wonderful bed, and breakfast selection, I was pleasantly surprised to see an electronic screen in the lobby with flight info for SEA.

It's always about location, this is close to SeaTac, Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and nice people. only drawback is the sound of the planes overhead. Lot of amenities I would have likrd to use if I has more time. A member of my party did use the airport shuttle.

We got to the hotel earlier than expected after arriving back in Seattle from our Alaskan cruise. We thought we would spend the day in town but with 3 suit cases we decided to just go to the hotel and much to my surprise the girls at the front desk let us check in early and offered us breakfast that was just about over with. Also they had a restaurant on site that was good for dinner. We had a early flight the next morning and the shuttle got us there in plenty of time. This Best Western really worked out good for us.

Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and all the service was great. Breakfast and dinner meals at this hotel were delishis. I always stay at BW cause of great service. The location was perfect for me to. I love earning points for future stays.

Our favorite lodgings near Sea-Tac Airport have all gotten very expensive, so we opted for the Best Western during this brief overnight stay by two Seattle area residents. It was OK but not much more than that. For every plus at the Best Western, there seemed to be a minus. The room was renovated partially with a comfortable king bed, newish oversized furniture, but the very dated popcorn ceilings still remain (rare to see any more, for good reason). The bathroom only included an oversize shower stall, not a bathtub. We appreciated that the cafe continued service until 10 p.m. and was able to provide a restorative grilled cheese sandwich after the long flight from Boston. The free breakfast, however, proved most disappointing. A lengthy buffet table seemed to offer much bounty, but the hot items (eggs, sausage, premade waffles) were barely edible. However, the oatmeal was fresh-made, not in paper packets, and it was outstanding with a full complement of toppings. The coffee, from the fine local roaster Cafe d'Arte, was also excellent -- maybe the best ever in such a free breakfast setting. A couple of cautions for prospective guests: The Best Western is not that close to the airport, located maybe 10 minutes away on the far south end of the Pacific Highway strip. The airport shuttle (which we did not use) is shared with several other properties so it may not be all that convenient, especially compared to properties which operate their own shuttles for their own guests. Both of those things might be worth considering, especially for guests arriving after long flights. The Best Western did save us around $25 but I'm not sure we would stay there again. We'd be more likely to spend a little more to stay in a more appealing place nearer the airport.

Great location, frequent and timely shuttle to airport. Front desk clerks are friendly, welcoming. Clean and pleasant rooms. Nice breakfast bar and restaurant/lounge. This hotel has consistently updated over the many years that I have stayed here and gets better with each visit.

This best Western is very up to date. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and Comfortable. The breakfast was really good with hot and cold items. It was nice to have oatmeal that was made the way it should be (at a hotel!) The selection was great!

Stayed here for a few hours while in transit. They gave us a nice big room with two Queen beds. The room was clean and the bathroom was adequately equipped. The dinner menu isn't that great, has pretty basic stuff. Check in and check out was very smooth. The hotel also provides free shuttle to and from the airport. We had to wait for 40 mins for the shuttle from airport and that was the only thing that we didn't like. Overall, a decent stay and good value for money.

It was a wonderful place to stay, we stayed there instead of staying in Seattle it's self. There was many things to see in the location that hotel was, and the traffic was easier to deal with. If we happen to go that way again, we will choose this hotel.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is currently being remodeled, so hotel is very clean and new looking. Our room was very nice and new. Why I did not give 4 stars is for the following reasons: Our room towels looked clean and folded as normal; but when I went to use one, a used razor fell out! (not our razor). Second, We stayed two nights and realized our bed sheets where not changed. I feel that if you are paying $150.00 a night the bed sheets should be changed. We were not able to use the pool, spa or gym as they are under construction. The breakfast was very good. Scrabbled eggs reg and eggs with spinach and parm, meat (sausage or bacon) bread, fruit and biscuits & gravy and lots of other choices.

This is a great hotel if you use the airport shuttle. I made the mistake to park my SUV in a stall outside my room window. At the head of the stall is a dark concrete retaining wall that is higher than a parking curb. I caught my bumper on it and backing up pulled it out at an angle. Already upset I entered a stairwell door and got lost trying to find my room. My memory was my room was 252 these rooms were from 220's to 200. Did I hear it wrong? I went to the desk and yes it was 252. The room number signs are arranged as you walk in from the lobby. The hotel has an unusual floor plan with courtyards and several hallways. Once I found my room it was Best Western quality and clean. My sleep was very comfortable and the hotel staff are all Best Western professional. Just be careful when parking and don't get lost finding your room.

My kids enjoyed the hang out / play room along with the pool. Their continental breakfast is amazing. IHOP is right up the street, Safeway is down the street, they have a shuttle that takes you to the light rail and airport. Another shuttle that makes trips to the south center mall. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Great place with awesome rates.

It helps to be able to stay at one hotel after having been on the road for 11 days. This hotel was a great base of operations for visiting the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Pike Place Market, etc. It also made do for a trip to Chinatown in Vancouver, BC, and a trip to Mount Ranier NP. The hotel is located near the Seatac airport and a short distance from I-5 on International Blvd via the 188th Street exit. Of course, during our multi-day stay, we needed directions ... more than once. The staff was most pleasant and most knowledgeable. I teased the desk clerk that they did not have boiled eggs for breakfast during our stay.

The hotel overall was clean, which more than I can say about others in the area. The beds were hard, and the soap dispensers in the shower didn't work. There wasn't any notification until we saw a letter of apology that the pool area is in remodel until 12/2019 ish from what I could tell. My son was VERY disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before catching early morning flights. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms and amenities are always clean and useful. The shuttle to and from the airport is super helpful. We will definitely stay at this location again when traveling.

What a great Hotel, wasn't quite sure being near the airport for noise but was all good! Beds very comfy and front staff really nice and even greeted us with goodie bags as my husband is now a gold member. The shuttle even took us to the Link which was awesome! It was our first time staying in Seattle and going to the ball game (we won!) Thanks for a great experience and will be back to your Hotel when we do this again

Great hotel, five minute walk to the Light Rail which takes you directly to the ballpark! The comfort of the beds were amazing. We slept really well. Everyone was very helpful, especially the people at the front desk .

Arrived after a long drive from Port Angeles to find no food available. Pool was being renovated but hotel only emailed that information the day I checked out. Noisy children running around screaming at 11 at night. Staff very unfriendly when we checked in. Awful awful place!

Thank God for Bobby! He was so helpful to us and made us feel right at home, when our flights were cancelled. We stayed 2 nights and everything was wonderful. Even though they are undergoing renovations, we had no trouble. I highly recommend for the price. I felt very safe with my mother and nephew. Clean room. Clean property. Thank you Best Western!

I had to get a room near the Seattle Airport when my flight was cancelled. Best Western Seattle Airport was the least expensive and very nice. The staff was great in helping me get my reservation (while I was still stressed for being stranded at the airport), welcomed me, got me to my room in a matter of minutes so I could relax. Thank you for taking the stress out of a stressful situation.

We stayed at the best western in Seattle. Excellent location for ease of access to airport. Rooms were quite spacious and breakfast provided was very good for hotel standards. Pool and fitness were currently unavailable due to renovations.

We were in advertently laid over at SeaTac, and shuttled to this hotel, complements of the airline. The room is clean and quiet; the property is safe and very well-kept, and there's free breakfast. After spending a week in four-star hotels, this place is just as comfortable! We walked to the air train, and had dinner in the city. Great night.

It worked well for us due to flight issues. We were able to check in very early and the staff has been very friendly. The only reason for the three stars is because the quality of the room does not match the price. It's time to update the rooms. The carpet needs replaced. The inside of my room felt a Motel 6 room. Again, the staff was superb!

noisy from the airport (which we of course expected). There was no microwave in our room even though my research on the property led me to believe there would be. The website said the pool and fitness was closed, no problem. But it did not specify that the game room was also closed, which was the major deciding factor for us to stay there. If we couldn't have the pool we would settle for the games, but it was closed and honestly that sucked (literally NOTHING on their website that said "game room closed")

The family stayed a week on our vacation to Seattle. We used this location as a home base. The room was clean and not large. We had two beds and four people in the room. The bathroom has a large counter which was nice. The wifi connection was good but surprisingly there were very few outlets. On the few outlets in the room there were multiplugs just to support existing room amenities. My family is very connected and we ended up unplugging things like the clock and phone so that we could plug in our chargers. The hotel was constructing the pool, atrium, spa, and exercise room. That hurt as my family does enjoy swimming. The location of the hotel is close to a light rail station and they provide free shuttle service which was awesome! We went to Mariners and Sounders games on light rails and it worked neat. The free breakfast was nothing special...the normal fare. :) The staff was really nice. We asked them several questions and got great answers. No a bad home base for our vacation. :)

The hotel is conveniently located down the street from the airport and car rental garage. It is about 7 blocks to the Link light rail train station that will take you to the airport or downtown. A shuttle is also available. Plenty of parking, and I was able to park a full size pickup with ease. Rooms were very clean and pleasant. My room with a king bed had a hair dryer, but the mobility accessible room did not. The staff was incredibly friendly. Hot and cold breakfast with lots of options was a plus.

This was our most unfortunate stay at a Best Western. We make a point of staying at BWs for their quality. Not this one. Most hotels picking up at SeaTac have their own shuttle. For BW, you must wait for a red bus with [something].com on the side. We waited 20 minutes in heat and vehicle exhaust. We saw several other hotel shuttles pass by twice. The restaurant was terrible. We arrived at 9:40 PM and were advised to go quickly because the restaurant closed at 10:00. The eating area looked like a downscale student snack bar. The waitress told us it was take-out only for the convenience of the cook (!/?). My salad was prepackaged in a sealed plastic box; my wife's personal pizza was snack-size and reheated in a microwave. The room was OK-ish. It was dark because of few light fixtures. The bathroom was a big disappointment. Normally, BWs have a selection of personal care products on the counter. Here, it was only a bar of hand soap. Inside the shower was a dispenser of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was broken. The shower wasn't in a tub; it was in a cheap-o splash pan. The hair dryer was located just above the light switch. Turning on the lights without knocking down the dryer was extremely difficult. The breakfast line was poorly laid out. It forced you into a one-was passage into which opened the kitchen door. Dangerous! Blessedly, the shuttle back to the airport left quickly.

This was a great hotel near the airport that we stayed for one night before catching our flight out of Seattle. They have a shuttle that's very fast and easy that runs every 15 min. You tell them what time you need to leave and they mark you down and you meet it at the front door. The night we arrived we had to take our rental car back to airport and all we needed to do was call for the shuttle and it picked us up within ten minutes to bring us back to hotel. Driver was very nice. The hotel itself was great and with our family of five (two adults and three teenagers) we got a suite. It had a separate bedroom with a queen bed and the large living room area had a Murphy bed that we pulled down and sofa bed for our kids. Tons of room! Breakfast was good with lots of variety and ready early for early morning departure. They also have a restaurant in the evening that you can order from that had nice variety but we decided to walk to a nearby restaurant. But I liked that it was an option. Front desk very pleasant and helped with the shuttle questions.

Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. If you're using the shuttle from SeaTac be aware that you must look for the red Aero Parking Shuttles. We didn't realize we had to look for these shuttles and waited a long time before we realized this hotel partnered with a parking lot company. The restaurant selection is limited but good quality. The breakfast had a good selection and was well maintained.

Needed a hotel for a night when flying into Seattle, we liked it so well we came back when we needed to spend a night before flying home. Rooms were clean and in the process of renovating. Breakfast was very nice, lots of choices. Employees were helpful and friendly. It is south of the airport and not in a great neighborhood, but we had no problems. Also shuttle service to and from airport.

My husband and I booked this hotel for two nights following a cruise out of Seattle. The location has good and bad points - it is convenient for the airport and the local sound transit in that the hotel provides free shuttles to both, making downtown Seattle very accessible. Without a car, you will struggle for dining options as there is very little within walking distance so keep that in mind. The hotel does offer limited evening meals, but not on Sunday. We did enjoy a pizza and some wings for convenience, and it was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful - we were able to get our room early. The room was huge, a little dated in terms of decor but perfectly clean. There is no safe though, which was disappointing. The hotel is older and could do with renovation- we heard a lot of noise from the room above which could have been problematic following a long flight. There is a small indoor pool and spa on site- this was good and not crowded while we were there so we enjoyed it. Free breakfast was also decent with good choice- but it can get busy. If you need a hotel for one or two nights near the airport, then this is a good choice, but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay

Went for business, check in and out was fast and painless. Didn't have time for free breakfast, but they did offer breakfast bags which contained a juice box, fruit cup and granola bar. Pool and hot tub looked delightful, unfortunately didn't have time for those either. Fitness room could use a revamp, it only had 4 cardio machines. Rooms were clean and well kept, internet was fast enough to stream shows and movies from my tablet and phone. Shuttle was fast getting to and from the airport.

We stayed here for 2 nights (140 USD per night) in a standard room with breakfast included. Due to the proximity to the airport we expected some noise, but certainly not as much as we experienced. Our room was located on the lower floor very far away from the reception, and in my opinion it was one of the worst located rooms. The location of the hotel (south of SeaTac) resulted in very loud airplane noise every 5 minutes throughout the night. The breakfast was fine with a good selection of everything. However, the dining area could have been bigger (many people at the buffet and not enough seatings for all guests). The hotel is located south of SeaTac. The nearest Link Light Rail station is Angle Lake, a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Walking from the station to the hotel at night didn't feel safe. Would definitely not stay here again and can't recommend this hotel due to the noise and the location.

Waited 30 minutes for a shuttle van at the airport. Once in the room discovered that the flight noise was terrible. The room was clammy. Nice enough staff and extensive breakfast choices but wouldn't stay here again.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, dinner available on site at a reasonable price, what more could i ask for? The free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes is a great added value. Can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.

We were there for less than 12 hours but they were great...comfy beds ...all good! Amazing breakfast with lots of variety! The gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and went above and beyond! Was nice to have a shuttle from the airport!

In our recent 12 day 250 mile driving trip including Seattle, Oregon, Northern Cali and Vancouver, Best Western was hands down our go to place to stay. These were consistently clean, reasonable, kings available, non smoking, a full free breakfast; in other words, an outstanding value, typically in the 94-125 $ range. A few were in sketchy areas, and city locations were pricier, so be selective. But beyond these caveats, if you are looking for a clean, consistent value with a smile,, BW's are the place.

The lobby area is very, very nice. The front desk staff rivaled those at some of the higher end hotels at which I've stayed. You can tell this is an older hotel, but they're in the process of sprucing it up. Our room (254) was right off the elevator, but we weren't bothered by elevator noise. The room smelled clean (and NOT because of that "smell clean" chemical so many places use), and the bathroom was spotless. Note that this *is* an airport hotel, so you may hear planes taking off and landing, but from about midnight to around 5:30am this was not an issue. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel the night we stayed. Nady was our server, and she was courteous, helpful and always ready with a refill. My wife had the turkey club, and I had the panini. Both were among the best sandwiches we'd had in a very long time. Both were big enough to have split them, but especially the club - it's huge, so bring your appetite. I asked to have my fries well done, and they came out crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside - absolute perfection. Breakfast the next morning was great. Typical cereals and such, but also sausage (link and patty), scrambled eggs (regular and southwest), french toast and more. The coffee was tasty, too (of course, it IS Seattle, so...). All in all, it was a great experience. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

We spent a couple nights here pre-cruise out of Seattle. It was a much more economical choice for us then staying in downtown Seattle. Hotel rooms were spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was great, they had lots of choices and changed up the options up each day so it wasn't just the same thing each morning. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Hotel room was clean and very spacious (king room). We ate dinner at the cafe - reasonable choices and portions - and had breakfast in the morning at their buffet. Breakfast was usual fare with some specialties thrown in such as crepes with blueberries and sour cream. We used their shuttle to the cruise port ($18 each) and arrived safely and on time.

Not all rooms have easy access. Allocated room was spacious but in the basement and not easily accessed to bring luggage in and out. Breakfast area overwhelmed by guests and difficult to find a spot at peak times. Food barely passable (plastic packed eggs made in a factory and coffee brewed and stewed).

The hotel and room were very nice, clean, and comfortable. I wish there were someplace for a quick bite within walking distance for late evening arrivals, but breakfast was substantial with plenty of options. Finding the shuttle there from the airport was a challenge, but everyone was extremely helpful. We'll stay here again in our return trip.

Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the airport with free airport shuttle. Driver was helpful and courteous. Close to public transit to go to downtown Seattle. Restaurants close by but hotel has a restaurant on site open in the evening. Food is good, reasonably priced. Pool is well maintained and hotel also has a game room. Cruiseport is approximately 40 minute drive. Would stay again.

Property very clean, staff was friendly, rooms a bit out dated but comfortable. Shuttle makes access to the local rapid transit train into Seattle easily accessible. Free breakfast was also good. Thank you

Great all round. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and efficient, even trotting down the hall to retrieve a luggage cart for us. The room was large, quiet (virtually no noise from the planes), clean and comfortable - especially the king bed. Our only challenge was finding the switches for bedside lamps - tucked closely under the glass shades. We enjoyed a soak in the hot tub to help us sleep before our early departure. The in-house café provided reasonable meals at fair prices, saving us the time and hassle of going out, and we truly appreciated the early breakfast service starting at 5am. The hotel is conveniently located (with many others) close to the airport, and a simple 5-minute drive to the rental car return (straight down the street). It also offers a free airport shuttle for those without rental cars.

We stayed following arrival from the UK allowing us to spend a day exploring Seattle before setting off on our tour. The room was very large with a huge and very comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good too. It is only a 15 min walk from the Seattle Light Railway which is a quick and inexpensive way to get into Seattle. I can recommend this hotel.

We wanted to spend a couple days in Seattle, WA before boarding our ship for travel to Alaska. Seattle has a lot of sights to see and very enjoyable train ride that gets you across town in a less than an hour. Our friends and us thoroughly enjoyed riding the train; it was a highlight for us.

We stayed at this Best Western the night before our family cruise to Alaska. The hotel was convenient to the airport with a complimentary shuttle to and from Sea-Tac and scheduled our shuttle to the pier to take us to the Cruise ship terminal. The pool and hot tub were really nice and the hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful.

I'm a consistent guests of marriott and hilton properties, but due to the higher prices around the Seattle Airport I found this best western for a nice rate on hotels.com... I booked it with a little hesitation not sure what I was going to get. What I got was a very nice oversized room, comfy bed, clean room and nice walk in shower. I was very pleasantly surprised, and would not hesitate to stay here again. Great front desk staff. Ample parking. Only small complaint was my tv seemed to be worn out. It was very dark, and nothing I did seemed to brighten it up. My a'c did not work properly when I checked in but maintenance was on it very quickly and had it fixed within 30 minutes, so kudos to them as well.

I just want to say that Lena was very hospitable doing my stay at your hotel and so I want to give her an amazing review saying that her friendliness and helpfulness during my stay earns her a grade A for customer service!

Located close by the airport and local restaurants. Room was large and clean, bathroom has a nice shower with plenty of pressure. Breakfast included fresh fruit besides the apples and bananas. Will stay again next visit.

Satisfying for quick stays, though the shuttle PICKUP from the airport is extremely slow (shared with several motels/hotels in the area: I waited ONE HOUR for pickup). Courteous, friendly staff at reception, cafe, and housekeeping. Despite recent remodeling, carpeting, furniture, etc is showing its age. Small but adequate and VERY clean hot tub, indoor pool, fitness machines, and computer + printer access. Definitely a low 3-star accommodation BUT 5-star employees!

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Room we stayed in only had showers so if traveling with someone that would need a bath(kids) might need to ask for a room with one. Breakfast was good and was nice to have French toast as a option.

I work out of town almost always. Approximately 200 days for the past year. Best Western SeaTac is the place to stay if you are in the area. Staff is excellent. They have not had one person there that didn't belong. I dealt with all of them at one time or another. Great experience, great breakfast and the dinning area is a fun place to hang out at night to have a simple dinner and maybe a beer or glass of wine. Highly recommended!

First time as an adult staying at Best Western. Will not be my last. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Hotel staff at check in & check out were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and offers a good selection. Room decor is not new or hip, but I didn't need or miss that. This is a great hotel for airport travel. Shuttle does come by. We stayed for 1 night before flying out after a 10 day vacation. Only a 10 minute drive to airport, but allow an extra 30 minutes if you are returning a rental car. Very pleased with this stay.

Comfy, welcoming, service oriented. Would definitely stay here again! The breakfast buffet had everything I could have wanted and the service was outstanding and done with a smile. I would definitely stay here again while in Seattle. Not to mention it was quiet and we got a good nights sleep.

Two of the reasons we booked here was availablity of meals and shuttle service. Dinner was not available for the 1st two nights we stayed there, and on 3rd night was understaffed and not able to serve in timely manner (over 20 minute wait just to get table). Shuttle is business next door and only take you to limited number of restaurants (even when hotel is not offering food) or airport and lighty rail (to go where you really want to eat). Disappointing on both counts. Hotel was clean, could use updating decor. Check-in efficient. Rooms in back of building don't hear street noise. But bring ear plugs as you can hear noise next door and planes flying over. Bed was "bouncy".

We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to flying back east for a three week vacation. This particular hotel offers park and fly if you stay there for a reasonable price and we were able to leave the car there for the entire three weeks. They also offer some hot cooked to order meals in their dining room during the evening that looked really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms was clean and what we would expect from Best Western. The free breakfast in the morning was the typical free buffet you get everywhere. It was ok for what it was, nothing outstanding, but they did have a good selection, it was free and we didn't have to go somewhere else for breakfast. They have a free shuttle to take you and pick you up from the airport. The only critique - we had a street side room and it was noisy. Ask for a room away from the main street.

I couldn't have had a better experience. Great night's sleep. Exceptional staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Great place to stay if you are attending event in Seattle. What you save you can spend on parking when you get to Seattle!! This is my go to place to stay when I need to be in Seattle area.

If you need to stay close to the Seattle Airport, I would recommend this Best Western. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was nice and clean. Great breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The food was GREAT! Was very impressed. Great service in restaurant too. Very nice pool and jacuzzi and weight room and ping pong table.

We stayed here before and after our Alaskan cruise. This is an older hotel that is in decent condition. Seatac is less than 10 min away and there is a free shuttle. They offer a good breakfast starting at 5:00 am. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and good wifi. TV channels are limited and picture quality is poor. I would avoid a room on the top floor as the hotel is located under the flight path.

We have stayed here two times as a family for Mariners games. This last visit was great so I feel compelled to write a review. The room was very clean. Bed was good. The downstairs has a ping pong table and shuffle board and foosball. What I liked best was that the breakfast had gluten free cereal and of course yogurts and fruit. They have almond milk too! Also they don't charge parking! Their shuttle was clean and timely. We will stay again. This is our go to place. Staff was kind and their dining room is large.

Stayed at Best Western for one night before flight home. Great value. Ladies at desk were extremely helpful. Room was good size as was bathroom and very clean. All amenities you needed were there. Shuttle to airport came every 15 minutes so easy to get to airport. Airport is extremely busy early in the morning so must get there early. Start serving breakfast at 5 AM to accommodate early flights which was nice. Room does have coffee machine. Highly recommend for stay before flight.

This was my 2nd time here at the Best Western SeaTac and it is a great place with a convenient cafe on site. It is about 7-8 minutes from SeaTac Airport and the shuttle is prompt and quick. The staff are very polite and professional. Check-in and check-out is very quick. This will be my go-to Hotel when connecting through Settle SeaTac Airport.

There is a wonderful lady who does breakfast named cece and she just makes me smile. Every month when I visit that hotel she makes sure that I never have to clear my own dishes even though I don't mind doing it. Honestly everyone there at the best western SeaTac is amazing. They take great care of all their customers! I highly recommend staying with them!

The staff at this hotel made an amazing difference than what we experienced in our previous hotel stays on our 2 week trip to the west coast. We stayed in several different Best Westerns but none came close to our experience we had here. Glenn, Kittie and Helen to name a few were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms were neat, clean and spacious. The breakfast was above what we were expecting and they also served dinner in the dinning room for a fee. But that was very reasonable and the portions were nice sized. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!! This place was terrific! Oh, and the price of the room was very reasonable as they took us to the airport and also offered to take us to the light rail so we could explore Seattle. :)

I would have given the Best Western a 5 star rating, however I am only giving it a 4 star as the internet was very slow and barely worked at all. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our sink was slow to drain, and we did tell the front desk. They said they would send someone, however, it never did seem to be fixed. Breakfast was definitely above average for a hotel breakfast and we enjoyed very much. Very convenient to the airport for our flight.

Have stayed at this Best Western many times over the last 20 years - and between several remodels. It has one of the better breakfast buffets around. Beds are comfy. Rooms are fine. Shuttle was pretty prompt to and from airport - as I waited for an international flight. Only drawback is the distance from the airport (about 4.5 mi). My preference is to stay closer, but farther away has less noise. I like this spot.

My family and I stayed here 3 nights and they were great, from the service to the breakfast everything we enjoyed and was in a great location not far from shopping centers and other near by Gad stations and 7-eleven

Definitely a must-return property for my next trip to Seattle. Pros: 1. Clean rooms and hallways 2. Particular mention to fully functional and super clean bathrooms 3. Extensive breakfast spread (unfortunately, I had a very early flight and had no appetite at that hour) Cons: 1. The pool was crowded with kids (this is no one's fault) but maybe an adult-only timing could be enforced, especially a little towards closing time? I did not get a chance to partake in this.

My family and I love staying at this hotel! We love the easy access to the airport and light rail that take you downtown. The rooms are always clean, staff are always very nice and welcoming. The only downside of this hotel is the shuttle service can sometimes take a while for pick up to go to the hotel.

This is my second time here, similar trips both times where I have stayed one night after taking a late flight from the East Coast. The airport shuttle did not arrive or I missed it in my sleepy daze, which is possible, so I took a cab ($20, yikes, but I was exhausted). At the hotel, the staff are very friendly and efficient, the rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. The 12pm checkout is great, as well, so that I can take my morning meetings in my room and have access to the free wifi. Overall, while the hotel is a bit older but it is a good value for the one night that I needed. I would recommend the hotel without reservation - there are also many families here, which reflects the value and quality... and the pool and game room are added bonuses, I am sure. Foosball, ping pong, shuffle board, board games, swimming pool, & hot tub? My kids were in heaven here. Was very well priced and while an older hotel, was very clean & the staff were very friendly. Not near downtown at all, but close to the light rail which made for easy access.

My family loves staying here. They have an amazing warm pool and game area where we can hang out for the evening that the whole family can enjoy. They also have a wonderful kitchen so if your traveling and do not have transportation you can enjoy this amenity as well.

Found this deal on Groupon. I think the value was great. They offer a decent breakfast, free wifi, airport shuttle & more. I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of work, it kept shutting off every 15 minutes. That was a little annoying. The room was cozy and provided a comfortable night's rest. The only reason I didn't rate this hotel 5 stars is because Housekeeping knocked at my door even though I had the DND sign on the door. Check out wasn't for another hour or so and I was gathering my belongings. I could have been sleeping. Why have the sign if you're not going to pay attention? No big deal! Overall great stay, loved how conveniently close everything was. Loved the complimentary waters in the fridge. I would stay again.

We were looking for a spot close to home with an indoor pool and hot tub. This went beyond on expectations. The room was very comfortable, nicely appointed and immaculate. The staff were exceptional. The pool is heated to 80 degrees and the hot tub is HOT, as it should be. The breakfast bar offers many options. It will now be our home away from home. For those visiting Seattle, it is a great location. Right by the airport, and one block from the light rail station, which will get you downtown in approximately 40 min. And you can't beat the rate for the amenities.

This hotel is sort of dated. Rooms are quite small. The staff is efficient and very friendly. It is time for a makeover. We were a bit disappointed to find a silver fish crawling across the bed when we entered the room. The shuttle is prompt. The hotel is a bit distant from the airport.

Nasty breakfast with old school rooms. Might as well be a motel. Checking in and out was easy but it felt uncomfortable in bed and cops were outside almost every night. Go here if you just want to sleep.

We were a couple and stayed for one night prior to flying out of Seatac Airport. We also used the Park and Fly option to park our car for a week while we were out of town. Positives - 1. Clean, well maintained facility. 2. Basic, nicely appointed room. 3. Free breakfast included. We left the hotel at 4:30 am so the kitchen wasn't open yet. However we were provided with a couple of to go bags with yogurt etc, which was nice. 4. Shuttle service to and from airport was included. It was done in a timely fashion in a quality vehicle. Negatives - none noted. Overall we appreciated and enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless. The pool & hot tub were well-maintained. The staff could not have been nicer! Oh and the continental breakfast was super amazing, lots of choices of yummy food. There is a common area game room with ping-pong, shuffleboard, & foosball that was and extra nice surprise! We stayed there because it was close to Enchanted Parks holiday lights event. We will definitely stay there again as an inexpensive pool stay and play spot!

This is great choice for staying near LAX. Excellent free shuttle service! Near the light rail system, so there's easy and inexpensive transportation to downtown and other locations. Breakfast bar very good, staff friendly, rooms spacious and clean, and various other amenities. I will definitely stay here whenever I need a hotel in this area.

Our absolute go to for flying into or out of seatac. Excellent staff, great beds. Yummy pillows. Clean rooms, clean baths, sparkling clean breakfast areas. Combo with aeropark next door can't be beat if you are away for holiday.

I have no complaints for this hotel except the strange design. The elevator is very far from the main entrance. That aside great staff, the water and coffee setup is gre as t and the game room takes it over the top!!!

We've just returned from a night away in Seattle and chose to stay at Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel. We've previously stayed here to fly out of Sea-Tac (we're from Vancouver, Canada) but the kids love it SO much, we made it our home based for a Zoo visit. Why do we continue to stay here? From the minute we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we we're comfortable. They have a great games room with ping pong and fooseball, as well as a large heated swimming pool and hot tub. The morning breakfast that's included in your stay is more than generous - waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, milk, toast, bagels, etc. You've just saved yourself $30+ I also want to note that we opted for dinner at the hotel with their Boulevard Cafe. We were VERY impressed with the food quality. I had the Asian Salad and it was the best I've ever had. I don't know why you'd stay anywhere else while in the area. It's that good.

Stayed here for a night before getting on a plane to Vegas. It was clean and staff was friendly but all four of us were itching all night. My son had bites. They should vacuum the mattresses or something. Won't be staying here again.

I had to take my mom to the airport--decided to make it an adventure with the girls. I've always been happy with Best Western hotels, so just hopped online, found the one closest to the SeaTac airport that included a pool and breakfast, and headed north. We had an extraordinary time. The pool was warm, deep enough for my 8 year old to enjoy it, large enough of a shallow space for my 5 year old to be successful. My mother and I enjoyed the hot tub, watched them play and were able to turn something that is ordinarily a drudgery into a fun adventure. We had pizza delivered, watched a Rick Steve's travel show and got to sleep fairly quickly. Breakfast was beautiful and access to the airport, flawless. I could not have expected anymore from the experience.

What a great mini vacation! Spent time visiting family in the area. We were able to invite our family to visit right at the hotel with all the dif activities offered there. What an amazing value! Clean room, comfy bed, delicious coffee! Full variety breakfast, amazing indoor pool/ hot tub. The game room really set this place apart though! Well done, I was amazed! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I still love it. It is self contained. Cafe in the evening, breakfast in the morning. Pool, games, business center, fitness room and shuttle to and from the airport. Excellent and friendly staff. You choose: close to airport: good close to airplane noise: well... just pretend you are at the beach with the waves crashing on the shore.

I stayed at this Best Western recently. This is an excellent choice. The staff are friendly, accomodating and the rooms are comfortable. The pice is right for all the comfort and convinience you receive. The airport shuttle is also great and runs every 15 minutes. I also like that they have a restaraunt on site.

I traveled to Seattle to get my mileage points on Alaska and stayed in at the Best Western at Sea Tac. It is a nice hotel, warm and cozy, it was cold and raining hard outside. Room was small but fully functional with a small table for your computer and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice, clean with toiletries. The staff is excellent and check-in and out was fast and courteous. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and got me to the airport in no time the next morning. All in all I would stay here again when in Seattle near the Airport.

Stayed a night while working in the Seattle area. Conveniently located near the airport and priced right. Rooms are clean with a comfortable bed, with Microwave and fridge. Rooms are not as modern as other BW properties (multiple AC and USB outlets) but otherwise still very good

Best breakfast of all the BW Chain, with fresh eggs, breakfast potatoes and fresh cut fruit. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, rooms are always spotless; Park n Fly package is great. Overall excellent value.

Very clean and reasonably priced hotel with great service and amenities. Can't ask for more and the experience is similar no matter what location. I could not ask for much more from a hotel and have yet to have a bad stay which i can't say for many of the other hotel chains.

We have stayed at numerous BW hotels on our road trips and have been mostly pleased. But there's something wrong here: Is it their inexperienced front desk staff? Is it the clientele, many who appear to be welfare recipients? Or was it their invisible cafe? Either way, it gets 2 stars for being clean. Won't return.

It was clean and comfortable and close to the airport. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast was nice. There were lots of restaurants close by as well. When we went to a local store there were also areas that looked a little sketchy. But we had no problems.

The staff were sincerely friendly & knowledgeable. The room was very clean & stocked with bottled water in the little fridge - so convenient. Nice little bag of snacks at check in to go with that water, too.We chose the park & fly feature whereby the shuttle bus scoops us up from the nice & dry shelter of the lobby. Everyone is friendly. Room is nice and clean. They provided everything we need. They have free shuttle from airport to hotel and also to the mall. Breakfast is good they have egg, sausage, waffle fresh fruits.

Hotel provides a shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Guests were given a breakfast bag to take since we were missing their breakfast and not much open at the airport. Very thoughtful. 1st hotel to do this.

I love this best western Seattle. The employees are amazing. They are always available 24/7. They make you feel comfortable. The hotel alone is beautiful and well kept. Very clean. Breakfast is delicious!!! I will always keep coming back to this hotel.

This Best Western has an excellent free breakfast selection and a restaurant in the evening with a limited menu, but does serve beer and wine. The hotel is large, with indoor pool and large comfortable rooms. This is one of our favorite places to stay in the Sea Tac airport area.

Part of the reason I choose Best Western lodging is because of consistently helpful, friendly & caring staff. I found the staff here to be rude & uninvolved . Rooms were pretty standard, but I'm not a big fan of in-shower dispensers. Dining facility was billed as restaurant/lounge, but was the typical breakfast room serving beer & wine. Airport shuttle failed to stop at my reserved time, therefore making me late at the airport.

Several of the staff went out of there way to be helpful. Especially Khit helped me with my breakfast ( I have to use a walker or a cane as I have mobility issues. I did not ask. She just stepped up and met my needs. I was also given great care by other staff and the shuttle driver. The room was nice and their recent remodel is a huge improvement. The changes have added to the convenience and the look is modern and clean I've stayed there before. Will definitely stay again

We stayed here the night before our flight out, and found this to be a convenient and comfortable location. In fact we've already booked here again prior to our next trip. Room was perfect size, and the buffet breakfast had all we needed/wanted.

We always choose Best Western. Well priced for their offerings. Great staff, put out a good breakfast, well cleaned, and nice looking properties. Hire great trained staff, that go out of their way for their patrons. Beds and pillows are very comfortableoffering up two pillow thicknesses.

Overall a great experience. check in was fast and staff was very nice. breakfast was filling and had a great selection. would gladly come back to this location the next time I am in the area. Also, pool is heated which is a huge plus for me!

This was my 3rd stay at the Best Western SeaTac Airport; each stay the experience seems to diminish. The bedding is stiff, not my preference. This trip I had to call front desk to get patrons in other rooms to quiet down. Continuous doors shutting were literally vibrating my room. I went to the breakfast included buffet, arrived at 9:45am, and nearly everything was already put away. I was under the impression breakfast was served until 10am. I have tried a number of hotels at SeaTac priced under $100 per night ... for me, I value a good night sleep ... I guess I'm going to need to spend more.

I had already stayed at another location but due to my flight being cancelled I needed something close and convenient to the airport as my flight was the next morning. Called and they got me in and made sure I had a room. Everyone was nice and went above their duty.

A little further from SEA than many others, but closest Best Western. Good shuttle service, friendly drivers, front desk staff, with good amenities for family overnight. Good price and a straight run up the highway to the airport.

Modern, clean hotel catering to air travelers. Offers regular shuttle service, on site cafe, fitness area, complimentary hot breakfast and departing flight status board in lobby. Equally suited to traveling families or business guests. At check in, they gave us tips on finding better gas prices to fill our rental car, and returning the car was two miles up the same street. Some reviews said this property was noisy, and yes, you can hear planes at all hours if the window was open, but with the proximity to the airport being it's prime convenience, it isn't out of line, and closing the window solved the problem. Will be staying here again.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk to housekeeping. The pool was the warmest I've experienced in a long time, the attached hot tub was well maintained. Comfortable game room (ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball), perfect for getting the kids out of the room. Let's talk about the breakfast though. We stay at a fair amount of hotels and this was definitely a better buffet than any other hotels at this level. Healthy options! Eggs with spinach, oatmeal bar with awesome toppings, a variety of fresh fruit (not just hard oranges and small apples), almond milk, plus all the usual sugary items. Hotel is a tad dated in places but easy to overlook when all the other features make for such a nice stay.

Decent hotel but could use a bit of updating it felt a bit run down, the rooms are very basic, fairly clean with nothing much extra, you do have a fridge which is handy, the breakfast which is included is very good with lots of selection and the staff at the front desk very helpful, good location to the airport

This hotel is consistently good. The staff is pleasant, check-in is fast, rooms are clean, beds are pretty comfortable, and, of course, refrigerator in every room. Very convenient to airport. Always my choice when I need to stay near Sea-Tac Intl.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It included eggs, bacon and waffles! We left our car parked here while we travelled to Maui. Their shuttle service was quick and on time. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

We too a roadtrip vacation and stayed at a total of 7 hotels/lodging. Our last accommodations were so bad, we left and luckily found The Best Westerner near the Seattle Airport. It was, by far, the best place we stayed on our entire vacation. It was extremely clean. Beds were so comfortable I didn't want to get up. AC worked perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and we were surprised at how good it was. The server was all alone and the restaurant was packed. She remained calm, courteous and kind while taking care of everyone. She did an outstanding job. I couldn't believe the breakfast! Fresh fruit, french toast, oatmeal, potatoes, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, toast, sausage and more. Oh and the coffee bar! They had creamers, syrups honey and tea. Lots of choices for starting your day.

We had a very nice experience at this Best Western. The shuttle was quick and efficient and check in and out were a breeze. We stayed here for one night to visit with family in the area. We were able to catch a Lyft into Seattle quickly and the price was right. We didn't want to stay downtown as we were luggage heavy coming back from a cruise so the shuttle was the key. The hotel is close to a train station and a grocery store/liquor store. They gave me an umbrella to use for my walk to the store. Their breakfast room was very nice and the food offerings were good. I used the exercise room and the pool and spa tub. The pool and spa are in a sunny private space indoors and did not have that heavily chlorinated smell that so often is present in these settings. I was very comfortable with the cleanliness of the pool and spa and expect to go back and use these facilities again in the future. The room was spacious and the bed was good. No complaints about this property. On top of it all was a very good price and a welcoming and efficient staff. I had made the reservation through my airline which books through expedia. In speaking with the desk staff I learned that they will match online pricing if you call them directly. This allows you to get the Best Western rewards points. In fact they gave me double points for this stay which was great!

We were here one night with four kids. The beds were super comfy. Best part was the complimentary breakfast. It offered a Wide range of well-prepared foods that rivals Hampton Inn. No regrets staying here. Honestly I'll be looking around for more Best Western Executive hotels!

I love Seattle and this hotel is fabulous. Employees are always welcoming and gracious. Breakfast is good and room comfortable. It's a good value. I stay here each time I come to Seattle. Transportation is easy to access

Came after 10 pm, the staff was waiting for us and extremely friendly, the room was cleaned Equipped with coffe maker Extra coffee and ironing board .the place was very quiet despite the fact it is very close to the airport. We got the early wake up called we asked for plus a speedy check out..We will stay there again next time we have a very early flight when visiting Seattle.

We had an early morning departure from Seatac and spent the night here before leaving Seattle . Excellent transfers from the hotel to the airport. They ran every 15 minutes. Free coffee and tea in the reception. Friendly and efficient staff. Spacious rooms. Good parking facilities outside the hotel. They started serving breakfast early as well, at 5 am!

This is a good option if you're planning a cruise from Seattle. Free airport shuttle, clean room, decent hot breakfast and available cruise terminal shuttle to the pier and to the airport on return for less than the price of the cruise line.

Have stayed here three times in the last four months. The location is convenient to the Seattle Airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport to the hotel is excellent. The restaurant and breakfast are good. The staff and service are good. The rating is because of the price.

My husband has stayed twice at this hotel after a long hiking trip in Olympic. It is convenient to the airport and has a hot tub! At 4:30 am, the shuttle bus was there ready to take people to the airport. He drove himself but received a bag of airplane snacks for breakfast and later which which I thought was a really nice touch. The hotel is a good price. He got a pizza from near-by and slept soundly. He said it beats the campground that is closest to the airport.

A comfortable and quiet stay in my very large comfy room. Early & wonderful full breakfast. Although I had my seizure alert dog and I was treated very kindly, this is not a pet friendly hotel even if indicated, prepare with disposable bags you bring with you if you have. A Service Animal.

This hotel is older but very clean. It's small. The staff were very friendly and polite. This hotel is not that close to the airport about 5 miles or so away. Across from the parking lot is a airport park-n-ride lot full of travelers cars. Due to the flight pattern the planes fly directly overhead all day and night long. We were on the top floor (only 2 floors) and it made for a difficult nights sleep..

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of our vacation. It is very close to the airport and a shuttle is provided if needed. There is also a tv screen listing departure times in the lobby for your convenience.The room was clean and comfortable, but rather noisy as it was facing the main road. The staff at the front desk was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was included.

Other than the staff being friendly and accommodating. The first room I checked into, had a very strong odor of perfume, the second room smelled like smoke even though its a non smoking hotel, the third room was okay, it was a larger room that they upgraded me to with a court yard view. The room was a nice size and wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable and shower was east to get in & out of, plenty of warm water. The location is not great and the hotel could use some updating. I didn't eat the breakfast because it did not look appetizing, was very disappointed with this place. being on the bottom floor, all you heard was people above you walking and inconsiderate people yelling in the halls. It was quiet other than that.

I have stayed in many airport hotels around the world, some are in the terminal, some close by. I don't ask for much, but I do ask for it to be quiet. This was not. I may as well have put a sleeping bag on the runway. It wasn't just me, even my kids who are sound sleepers complained. I also asked for a first floor room near the entrance since we had to leave at 3am to catch our flight. We were given the room that was absolutely furthest from any door. It took us an extra 15 minutes to drag all our stuff to the shuttle at 3am when you're so tired anyways. I arrived by a rental car. While they did have some shuttles that would pick you up downtown, they would not pick me up at the rental car place. I had to drive there, take their shuttle, and then call from the courtesy phone and wait another 30 minutes for the shuttle to come. Only positive thing was their cafe, good food and good service.
