Our gift cards are available on our website by clicking sur ce lien.

A Best Western® gift card or TravelCard is a monetary card allowing you to pay accommodation expenses in all Best Western® Hotels & Resorts hotels in France and abroad. Its acceptance for services outside accommodation (treatments, restaurant, ...) is left to the discretion of each property. It may be refused for services that are neither managed nor owned by Best Western® Hotels & Resorts hotels.

Upon your arrival you must present your Travel Card and a personal bank credit card or another form of payment guarantee.
Best Western® Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request a deposit for expenses not covered by the Travel Card. Travel Cards cannot be used for the payment of deposits or as a guarantee for reservations.

These gift cheques are only accepted on reservations that are modifiable and cancellable.

All our hotels must accept these gift cheques; in case of difficulties, contact our customer service [email protected] so that we proceed with the regularisation of your billing.

Each Best Western® Hotels & Resorts hotel is free to accept or not Chèques Vacances as a means of payment. For more information, we invite you to contact the concerned hotel directly.
