Membership is simple and free. Go to the section votre programme de fidélité /s'inscrire au Club and start accumulating points from today!
Upon your inscription, you will receive a welcome email which will transmit your Best Western Rewards® member number and invite you to download your virtual loyalty card directly on your smartphone.

You can log in by clicking on « Mon compte » located en haute de page. You will then be invited to enter your identifiers: loyalty account number (starting with 600663) or your email and, your password.

Points are accumulated for each dollar spent on the total amount of accommodation according to the following scale: 1$ spent = 10 points.
The euro equivalent is made according to the dollar rate. The number of points attributed automatically can therefore vary every month according to the euro/dollar conversion.
Points are accumulated for each euro spent on accommodation for any reservation made on the brand's websites and mobile applications, the reservation centre and directly with Best Western® Hotels & Resorts hotels. If you book your stay on an online travel agency site, you will not accumulate points on your stay.

The number of points required to book a free night depends on the Best Western® Hotels&Resorts hotel chosen.
To book a free night using your Best Western Rewards® loyalty points, log in to votre compte fidélité.
At the time of reservation, if rooms are available and bookable for the selected hotel, the number of points required will appear.

If you encounter a connection problem to your account, access to the online account is potentially momentarily unavailable. Nevertheless, you can indicate your Best Western Rewards® number during your reservation on the page « Coordonnées et paiement » in the field « N° de membre Best Western Rewards® ». Your points linked to your stay will thus be taken into account.

If you indicated your Best Western Rewards® loyalty card number during your stay, a delay of 7 days is necessary for the update of your account.
If more than 7 days have elapsed since your departure date and your points balance is still not up to date, send the detail of your missing stays by email to :
[email protected].
Our Best Western Rewards® service will do what is necessary to credit your pending points.

If you stayed in our properties before the creation of your loyalty account, your points can be credited retroactively when the stay was made within 30 days maximum before the date of your inscription in the Best Western Rewards® loyalty programme.
List your missing stays and send them by email accompanied by the corresponding invoices to [email protected].
