Cet hôtel est très bien placé et à proximité des bus, métro, restaurants et des magasins. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles et le personnel agréable avec une mention spéciale pour Kahoula. Son sourire et sa gentillesse ont contribué à rendre notre séjour plus convivial. Je n'ai qu'un seul reproche : nous avions une chambre avec des lits en 140 cms ce qui est petit et ne correspond pas aux standards américains.

Très bon hôtel idéalement situé le personnel est très sympathiques , la literie est très bien nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner et le gros plus nous avions une vue sur l'empire state Building, nous avons payé 2600€ une chambre pour 4 pdt 8 jours

Nous y avons séjourné car j'avais vu de bons commentaires sur l'hôtel qui sont tous vrais :emplacement idéal, hôtel design , tout le personnel est exceptionnel et adorable toujours de bon conseil ,spéciales mentions aux demoiselles de l'accueil . Les chambres sont petites mais c'est le standard à New York donc pas de surprise, le ménage est fait tous les jours et l'hôtel est dans une petite rue donc moins de bruit que sur les artères principales. Je vous le conseille les yeux fermés

Hôtel très bien situé,le personnel est très gentil et serviable,mention spéciale pour Khaoula qui parle français et qui nous accueillait chaque jour avec le sourire,toujours prête a rendre service. Nous avons pris la chambre avec le frigo,(2 enfants en bas âge)les chambres sont faites tous les jours,serviettes de toilettes changées, savon,gel douche.De plus un micro-onde est a disposition sous l accueil (une fontaine à eau disponible ainsi qu un distributeur d argent),il faut juste emprunter l ascenseur pour y accéder,a 5min a pied un whole food market ,mc do et five guys entre autres✌️

Nous sommes restés 10 nuits à l'hôtel et la chambre et le service étaient très bien. On a eu la chance d'avoir une chambre au 17ème étage avec une vue sur l'Empire State Building. Shriya et Khaoula ont su parfaitement nous accueillir et nous renseigner malgré notre difficulté à parler anglais. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Excellent accueil de la part de l'équipe : Shriva, Dhanvsh, Khaoula toujours très attentionnés . Emplacement exceptionnel à 5 min à pied de l' ESB , 15 min de Times Square. Totalement central . Chambre très confortable et calme au 17 eme étage et literie très agréable. Propreté impeccable. Possible de faire son café ou thé dans la chambre . Lobby avec viennoiseries le matin si vous voulez prendre un petit déjeuner rapide, si vous voulez prendre des plats cuisinés juste à côté vous pourrez les manger également dans le lobby . ( micro onde , distributeur de glace à disposition) . Un hôtel parfait pour visiter New York. Merci à tous, équipe d'accueil et agent d'entretien pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse.

À deux pas de l'empire State building et de Time square, l'hôtel est très bien placé. Proche du métro et des centres d'intérêts de la ville. Le personnel , comme toujours est parfait et attentionné. Un sejour de 8 jours dans ce Super hôtel et une hôtesse Khaoula formidable et qui parle Français , un rayon de soleil quand on la voit a l'entrée de l'hotel, je recommande sans hésitation à proximité de tous , le top . Une chambre au 17e très fonctionnel.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Manhattan, près Empire State building, 34 ème rue, différents square et parcs, Times Square, Etc, etc. Personnel accueillant et répond bien à des demandes spécifiques. Bravo à chacune/chacun…. Le personnel est à l écoute et très charmant. Les chambres sont très propres et le service quotidien parfait. L hôtel est calme et très bien insonorisé - aucun bruit. Le manager a été très professionnel et a très gentiment accepté de nous dédommager d'une nuit en moins au dernier moment - ce malgré le prepaiement via booking non remboursable : très commercial et professionnel.

Hotel très bien placé, à 200 mètres de la 5eme avenue, à 5 minutes de l'empire State Building, 15 mn de Time Square. Jolie chambre, neuve, manque un peu de rangement, mais on est à NY. Bon rapport qualité Prix. Hôtesse d'accueil qui parle français et qui est adorable.

J'y retournerai sans hésiter nous y avons séjourné 7 nuits par contre nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner pour partir tôt le matin De l'eau du café et du thé sont à volonté dans le hall de l'hôtel vous pouvez même manger dans un espace réservé vos plats à emporter

Nous avons été très bien reçu par tout le personnel et notamment Khaoula à l'accueil qui s'est très bien occupée de nous, car en plus elle parle farnçais.... L hotel est très bien placé pour visiter , très propre et bien chauffé, pas de bruit de la rue et la chambre est faite tout les jours. Le petit déjeuné est copieux et varié. restaurants variés en face de l hotel.

Petit déjeuner a fuir, bien trop cher et à 200m vous avez un PDJ bien plus copieux a 50% d autre part, inutile de vous presenter en salle de petit déjeuner sans avoir paye d avance à la reception..moi je n ai pas aime cette approche

Petit déjeuner seulement si le personnel est présent sinon salle fermée et obligation d'aller à l'extérieur. Le mitigeur de la douche était défectueux. Les parties communes, couloir des chambres, n'étaient pas propres.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Le lit est très confortable, les chambres sont neuves. La propreté pourrait être meilleure (il y avait quelques traces sur la tête de lit, le bas de la porte de la salle de bain était rongé par l'humidité) mais... c'est un hôtel en plein coeur de Manhattan, et quand on est à Manhattan, on ne reste pas longtemps dans sa chambre. Je suis donc très satisfait de mon séjour.
