Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 notti, dal 5 al 10 giugno 2026, in famiglia, e l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La posizione è senza dubbio il suo punto di forza: praticamente sulla Fifth Avenue. Basta uscire dall'hotel, alzare lo sguardo e ci si ritrova sotto l'Empire State Building. Una comodità eccezionale per qualunque itinerario si voglia seguire a Manhattan. La camera era essenziale ma ben organizzata, funzionale e complessivamente soddisfacente. Molto piacevole il bagno. Un consiglio per le famiglie: attenzione alle dimensioni dei letti, che sono alla francese. Per nostro figlio è stato un soggiorno da re, mentre io e mia moglie abbiamo dovuto fare qualche piccolo sacrificio in termini di spazio! Una menzione speciale a Jay S. della reception, sempre gentile e disponibile. La prenotazione comprendeva la colazione, formula che abbiamo apprezzato molto: non si tratta di un buffet, ma di un voucher da 20 dollari a persona al giorno da utilizzare presso il bar dell'hotel. Per noi è stato più che sufficiente e siamo sempre rimasti ampiamente sotto il budget previsto. Nel complesso è una struttura che consigliamo senza esitazioni. Ottimo rapporto tra posizione, comfort e servizi. Sicuramente la prenderemo in considerazione per un futuro ritorno a New York... speriamo presto. We♥NY!

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia prendendo una camera quadrupla e una doppia. Le camere erano pulitissime, con letti molto comodi, e la posizione dell'hotel è davvero eccellente. In tutta la struttura si sente sempre un piacevolissimo profumo, dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza. Alla reception abbiamo trovato costantemente grande gentilezza e disponibilità per ogni nostra richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Khadula per la sua straordinaria disponibilità, senza nulla togliere agli altri ragazzi, tutti molto professionali e cordiali. La Posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Il Personale molto cordiale. La nostra camera con doppio letto matrimoniale era spaziosa e con vista sui grattacieli. L'Empire a cinque minuti a piedi, la fifth avenue dietro l'angolo. Tutto raggiungibile facilmente con la metro.

Come base per New York abbiamo scelto questo hotel. Devo dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Banco alla reception veloce sia in entrata che in uscita. Le camere sono piccoline ma pulite e ben tenute. La nostra aveva anche una bella vetrata. 5 min a piedi dalla metro e altrettanti da bar e negozi per la colazione - pranzo. C'è comunque un piccolo bar accanto alla reception. Prezzi delle camere eccessivi per quanto offerto ma è comunque in centro quindi prendere o lasciare...

Abbiamo soggiornato tre volte nel mese di Aprile, confermiamo le recensioni positive, la comodità della posizione centrale, le camere insonorizzate bene. Pulito e accogliente, abbiamo usato anche il servizio di deposito bagagli, sia per alcune ore che per diversi giorni, e anche i transfer verso l' aeroporto JFK a prezzi molto buoni. La cosa che più ci ha colpito è che tutto il personale, che incontri è sempre sorridente e gentile. Alla reception c'è sempre una persona disponibile a qualunque ora del giorno o della notte. Velocissimi per il check-in/out . Un ringraziamento speciale a Khaoula alla reception per tutte le informazioni e i preziosi suggerimenti che ci ha dato.

L'hotel è centrale, in Koreatown, a due passi dalla 5th Avenue. Pulito, check in e check out veloci, e con vista sull'Empire State Building. Ottima accoglienza, soprattutto la receptionist Khaoula, lei è incredibile! L'abbiamo adorata e speriamo di rivederla presto!

Ottima esperienza a Manhattan. Posizione ottima permette di raggiungere i posti importanti della città velocemente. L'albergo è confortevole offre servizi come una sala lounge per consumare pasti esterni. Il personale è molto gentile specialmente Khaloua. molto preparata, gentile e affabile con i bambini.Ottima la stanza e la pulizia.

Albergo esteticamente stupendo, camere ampie e moderne, letti comodissimi e posizione tra le migliori che si possano desiderare a Manhattan. Ottima anche la fornitura gratis di te, acqua e caffè. Tuttavia ho riscontrato una carenza di organizzazione e personale arrogante: ogni giorno chiedevamo al mattino che la stanza venisse rifatta alla reception, ma al nostro ritorno la trovavamo sempre sporca e dovevamo scendere a litigare con la reception per far pulire la stanza, aspettare 20 minuti e poi salire venendo anche guardati male dal personale. Attenzione anche alla colazione, si paga a parte, quando avevamo prenotato noi l'avevamo scoperto solo al momento del check-in.

Location fantastica, le camere un po' piccole ma pulitissime. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. In camera c'è la macchinetta per il thè e il Caffè. La colazione su richiesta, costa solo 10$ a persona ed è un ricco buffet dolce e salato. Il caffè e il the sono sempre disponibili al piano terra, così come l'acqua e il ghiaccio

Ottima posizione. Gentilissimi alla reception. Camera con 2 letti matrimoniali (e non ci stava fisicamente null'altro). 2 ascensori ma solo 1 funzionante. Vi hanno offerto la colazione gratuitamente (per nulla da disprezzare con i costi di NY). Colazione buona, varia e abbondante. Molto gentili anche i camerieri

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo (io ho pagato ad aprile)calcolando la zona dove si trova. L'unica nota negativa: chissà perché le pulizie (cioè rifare il letto e cambiare asciugamani) le fanno a giorni alterni e non sperare tolgano la polvere. Se richiedi alla reception, metti il cartello alla porta, chiedi alla cameriera del piano non è affatto certo che la “ripuliscano “… insisti e almeno prendi gli asciugamani nuovi. Il prezzo della colazione mi sembra onesto se però mangi parecchio. Altrimenti fuori un cornetto lo paghi circa 4dollari.
