"Good one night's stopover when travelling to spain"

Location OK but not many food outlets nearby. Was travelling with a dog and most food outlets would not allow In side. Was also located near a park which was useful to exercise the dog. Room were comfortable and had more amenities than others do in the price range and also included breakfast which was another plus. Would definitely use again

Charged twice for my stay. I can accept errors but I object to having to fight to get them rectified. The time I have taken to try to get the issue resolved is rediculous. Waiting for chat applications to reply and talking to rude receptionists is frustrating and fruitless. I still do not have my refund. Do not stay here.

"Great place for stopover"

Stayed just one night. Staff very friendly and room was spotless. Location was also great for stopover on our journey. On leaving ( 50 km into our journey) we realized we had forgotten an electronic device. We called the hotel, the young man went to the room and kept it for us. Big relief! Definitely recommend this hotel & Big Thank you

Lovely clean hotel. Kettle tea & coffe in the room. Rain. Forest shower was fab! Beds super comfy. Continental breakfast plenty of choice. Would stay again

Hotel located in the northern part of the city in a shopping area with bars restaurants and a large Leclerc supermarket. Old town can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Convenient parking area quiet at night. Rooms small and simple but ok for short stays.

"Lovely welcoming hotel"

Booked in here as car broke down on way to the ferry it was so close by. Lovely welcoming reception, rooms immaculate, Wi-Fi and usb sockets in the rooms. Had to stay an extra night so tried breakfast which was outstanding, the best French hotel breakfast I've had. All in all it was making good of a bad situation. We got a cab into Reims centre which was €12. Worth it. Will definitely be stopping off here again hopefully in better circumstances.

"Careful if EV charging."

Use extreme caution when using the Electroverse card to pay for charging. We chose this hotel in Reims in September which, like many, offered free parking and EV charging for guests staying overnight at a reasonable rate. We paid using the Electroverse card the €30 euros EV charge which was reasonable - 48kwh over 6.5 hrs. However, our actual charge included an additional ‘parking' charge whilst charging, an additional €60!! So €90 for €30 of charge on a slow charger! Either a mistake or a scam, make your own minds up, but no help whatsoever when raising this with Electroverse. We'll certainly be sticking to our debit cards in future.

"An excellent night stop"

Hotel stuated about 2km from A26 just NW of Reims, access very easy . On the edge of a trading estate. Plenty of parking, a good friendly welcome at reception. Room was basic but fittings were pretty new, ensuite shower & toilet really pleasing. Good facilities & excellent wifi. Arrangements for an evening meal a bit haphazard, breakfast very good with plenty of choice Perfect for a comfortable night stop travelling between Calais & the south of France, very reasonably priced.

Understandably fairly basic but much better than expected for the price and extremely good value for money. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, large TV, coffee/tea in room and would happily stay again if looking at this price level. McD etc very close by and good for an easy stopover from UK if driving down through France. Close to autoroute.

"Great overnight stay"

Arrived late but still received a welcome. Car park was full but I was told to park opposite the front door which was good as my wife cannot walk far. Rooms are small but clean, modern and very well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate and dispensed (machine) hot drinks are hot. Staff couteous and helpful, would stay again.
