Nice friendly hotel in a central location, close to train and bus station, and a few minutes walk to old town and canals. We requested a room on high floor and was given one on the top (7th) floor. Room size was fine, with a small balcony, giving us lovely views of mountains and old town rooftops.

Great hotel about ten minutes walk to the old town. Annecy is beautiful. Our room on the third floor was really nice, spotlessly clean with very nice decor. Big bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast choice was good. The staff here are very nice. Breakfast room staff were really on the ball. We were part of a coach group. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stay at this hotel during every visit to Annecy. The hotel is in a super location, close to the train and bus stations … and to many shops, restaurants and old town. Public areas and bedroom were well-maintained and clean. The reception staff are professional, very helpful and kind … and fluent in English. We have really enjoyed our stays here and will return.

We moved in the apartment of this hotel as a last minute change because of some problem with the previous accommodation. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The room is very spacious with a good sized living room and two bedrooms. There is a kitchen with good cooking facilities as well (not Airbnb grade but good enough). The bathroom is spacious and clean. Location is quite good (just off a major road/highway), and there's ample parking. The hotel itself looks a bit old but the apartment was clean. We made a simple breakfast in the apartment so did not have their breakfast.

From booking to check out BW Annecy exceeded my expectations as it has been generally poor in Europe. The rooms were new, as described and very thoughtfully annointed. Service excellent..spoke English which was of great help..

"Lovely stay"

Had a lovely stay at this hotel which is right by the main Annecy train and bus stations. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and even upgraded our room. The room was lovely- very spacious with a large bathroom too- the shower could be improved. Check in and out was very smooth and it's only about a 15 min walk from the lake.

This is a nice hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was a great option. It located within two blocks of the Annecy rail station and a few blocks from the oldest part of Annecy. A couple things to note. If you are traveling by auto, the garage is a bit complicated. If you have a higher height car, it may be a problem to use their parking option. I think there were also only 19 spaces and a very low height ceiling. There is a much larger public parking spot right next door that can be used if that's a problem for some.

"Wish we had stayed longer - Great Hotel."

This hotel was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Room was not large, but big enough for 2 people nd clean with a comfortable bed. Nespresso machine in room was a bonus. Staff looked after our bags as we arrived early, and let us check out an hour late to match our train schedule. Did not try the breakfast. Only very minor downside - the elevator is tiny and often had to wait a while, but thats because I didn't want to climb up 6 flights of stairs.
