Welcome to Best Western Plus Music Row! Whether it's the Nashville Convention Center that guests need to be near or the Bridgestone Arena, staying at the right Nashville hotel can make everything easier. Stay just one mile from downtown and Music Row to ensure that no last minute concert, outing or restaurant opening is missed. There are endless options just a stroll away, but given the comfort of this Nashville hotel, many guests prefer to linger for a while. Maybe it's the decadent free breakfast with your favorites, like hot waffles and sweet pastries paired with bottomless Arabica coffee. Maybe it's the free Internet or Tempurpedic beds that demand sleeping in. Perhaps it's the state of the art exercise room, or the business center where keeping on task is a breeze that lures guests to stay awhile. However, being near downtown and Music Row means a few nights out are a must. Enjoy free parking at this Nashville hotel and be walkable or a very short cab ride away from the city center. With reasonable rates for downtown, guests have plenty of vacation funds left over to live it up. The Rayman Auditorium is close by, and the country music festival Fan Fair can't be missed. Close to all recording studios like RCA, music lovers will be in paradise when staying here. However, sports fans can indulge in hockey and football games to shake things up. Staying for a while? Extended stays are made simpler with a fridge and microwave in all rooms. Plus, being so close to downtown means guests need a little longer to take it all in. Friendly staff members epitomize southern hospitality and are happy to offer insider tips on the best restaurants, venues and attractions. Music Row is a great start, but there are many secrets downtown has to offer. Book a stay at Best Western Plus Music Row in the heart of downtown! Enjoy your stay.

« Convenient Location, Free Parking and Breakfast »

Had a one night stopover in Nashville and prebooked this hotel. Arrived early but check in no problem, room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a little old but clean and functional. Handy for a short walk to downtown area or The Gulch. We should have stayed an extra night to take in more of Nashville. The lobby and breakfast area were undergoing refurbishment (almost complete in mid April 2018) but signage and attention by staff / construction workers to minimize disruption was excellent and the works were almost unnoticed.

« Great visit to Nashville! »

The hotel was in the perfect location to access Broadway (Honky Tonk Ave), Music Row and The Gulch. The lobby of the hotel was undergoing major renovations, which looked wonderful and was not problematic to guests. Great personnel, very friendly, nice rooms and all in all a wonderful stay in Nashville!

« Was ok, no where near the Opry House though »

I'm writing this first, the hotel was in the middle of a reno, so things were tore up and rough. So my experience was not as good as it could have been.It was very tough to get my luggage to the room through the construction and loose carpet. The major reason I scored it so low was the glacier pace of housekeeping. I left my room at 330 am to take my friend to the airport, was out all day and housekeeping only arrived to do the room at nearly 5 pm while I was dressing for the evening. Also it was a bit too far from the Opry for me. It was a decent walk to Braodway but doable if you like walking

« Great location, great service and free breakfast »

The location to downtown is great - short 1 mile/20 minute walk to the District (party zone) or a $7 cab ride back. Was very impressed with the checkin - the young woman at the front desk was the most efficient I have ever seen. Used Booking.com to get the room so they had much of the info but only took 2 minutes to get the cards and parking pass. The rooms are always consistent at the BW and these were a little nicer and the beds were very comfortable with memory foam. Also on the Old Town Trolley (Hop on Hop Off) bus route. Such a great location, we stayed for a second night. Breakfast included to boot.

« Great place to stay »

This hotel was close to downtown. We were able to walk most places. The golf cart rides were also convenient (ride for tips). We had a group of 3 couples and had a wonderful time. There is construction going on, but it didn't get in the way. The Candy jar at the front desk was a pleasant addition.

« The Plus means, Dusty, under renovation, blood on towel »

I didn't mind some renovations but move the breakfast area. I didn't mind some dust around. What I did mind is blood on a wash cloth. Yes blood on the cloth. It was obvious since it was fanned out as a decoration and the spot was right up front. This made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I was told that the maid and head maid would be talked to. The next morning at check out I asked about it and they acted like it was the first management had heard about it. I am having a hard time justifying using Best Western hotels. The last few times I've stayed at Best Western I've been disappointed.

    « Awesome hotel »

The Best Western Music Plus Row was a great hotel, especially for the price when compared to the hotels down by the Honky Tonk Highway. Free parking, wi-fi, fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and was tended to by staff. We were there for 5 nights second week of April and loved the location (bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and downtown was only a 20 minute walk, and a taxi downtown was cheap from $6 - $10). Awesome stay, thank you - we'll be back and will stay here again.

    « 4 days in Nashville »

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, which neither the hotel nor our booking agent Hotels.com advise us . The breakfast area is part tiled has bare plasterboard and carpet taped down. Half of breakfast items are presented on tressle tables. Despite the website stating there is a bar- there isnt. There are two lifts of which only one was working for the 4 nights we stayed. One evening we aaked the front desk to call us a taxi. The receptionist called 2 family members to collect us , 'both were not working that night' . When a car eventually turned up it was not a licencensed taxi as we requested, just a car with driver with no meter nor possibly any kind of passenger insurance- all the calls to drivers were made on the receptionists own cell phone, not the official hotel land line, The rooms are dated and air con/heating did not work correctly. On checking out we advised reception about our disappointment but nothing was rectified, just a shrug of the shoulders and a mumbled apology. Suggest that anyone conaidering staying here books the Comfort Inn located opposite the Best Western.

    « Over night stay »

Check in went pretty quick, the lobby is under renovation, elevators were extremely slow. Was a little disappointed that my requests couldn't be met about being away from elevator but it was ok. The room was a little dated but clean. The hotel is apparently under going renovations not just in lobby, so it was a little noisy early with the carpet removal. The hotel is located close to a few bars and restaurants. Not sure if we would stay here again or not. We would rather have been closer to downtown

    1
« Best Western Plus/ plus dirty rooms, plus blood on towels »

From the beginning it didn't look to bad some construction in the lobby. When we got the room it was dated and had a musty smell. The worst was when we found dried blood on a towel. I had a sleepless night thinking about what else wasn't cleaned. Even though the front desk apologized and brought clean towels and said they would talk to the maids when I asked about it in the morning they had no idea.

    « Nice clean hotel »

Stayed here April 2018 for eight day. Nice hotel. Renovations going on but did not disturb the flow of care from the reception. Was a very quiet and well maintained hotel. Close to the Gulch, about a 20 minutes walk to downtown. Reasonable for the area.

    3
    « Family Girls Trip »

Hotel was very well located. Couple of blocks from the Gulch. An easy walk. Work is being done in the lobby but I think it will be nice WHEN done. More attention needs to paid in breakfast area. Waffle batter was spoiled one morning while we were there. Employee in that area was a little nasty every morning. Customer service skills needed.

    1
« Not worth the money »

Paid a hefty price to be close to downtown only to be disappointed. The entire place is very out dated, Lobby being remodeled and in a mess, overall not very clean. Cancelled our second night and went elsewhere.

    3
« First time in Nashville »

For a Best Western Plus this hotel is only OK. Room is quite small and dated. Sofa in room but really not enough room for it. View of back dumpster not appealing. We stay in Best Western all the time. Not one of the best properties unfortunately. Staff however is very nice and friendly. Haven't tried the breakfast yet.

    4
« Good location for å stay in Nashville »

We came by car and had been driving for quit a while. We where greeted in the lobby by a young and service minded clerck. The checkin was smooth and we got a welcome gift as well. The rooms are of typical us standard. We had city view. The hotel is a bit dated, but it has been well maintained. The location is not downtown, but near the Gulch whit a lot of places to eat and drink. There is free parking just outside the hotel. The breakfast is of Best Western standard, They had a curtin that divided the breakfast area in two due to refurbish. It may be a bit overpriced, but the hotel scene in Nashville is like this.

    4
    « Music Row »

My husband and I were traveling home from Florida and decided to spend an afternoon and evening in Nashville. I read many of the reviews for this hotel. The location is easy to find, right off I65, but it is a long walk to downtown. There are a few nice bars with live music close to the hotel. The room was nice. The lobby is under construction and the area was loud and dusty, but I'm sure it will be very nice when it is done. There was a large variety for breakfast. We didn't think it was a $220 per night or 24,000 BW point hotel, especially with the distance from downtown.

    1
    « not worth $350 a night at all »

lobby remodel mess and pool and spa drained which is not told to you when you book or look up on internet ne mention of any of this when speaking to operator to book room i am loyal to best western but this hotel is not worth $75 a night let alone $399 just because its on music row

    5
    « Best Western Nashville »

Whenever we go through Nashville we stay at this property. It is clean and the proximity to downtown allows you to get a cab for under $10 to get there. It has a nice breakfast buffet (although scrambled eggs were luke warm) and had a variety of item to pick from. They have been in construction in the lobby/dining area the last 2 times we were there but it didn't affect us too much (a little crowded at times at breakfast).

    5
    « Good Choice..would stay again »

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very easy to find coming from the BNA airport. Free Parking, hotel staff super friendly and knew how to give excellent directions to get to downtown Nashville. Easy walk about 20 mins, it saved us from having to pay for parking downtown. We did the free breakfast for our first morning, the lady in the breakfast area was very funny and quick to smile which is a good thing in the AM. Room was good and clean. If I had one thing to say it was that I was not use to the memory foam mattress and the super fluffy pillows, a little sore in the AM but stretches in the fitness room helped. The lobby is under renovations and I am sure it will also look great when completed. If you want to stay near the downtown and don't mind the walk. This would be it.

    4
    « NiceVisit »

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was convenient to surrounding tourist activities, some within walking distance. A very nice stay! I would stay here again and would recommend to others, as well.

    « Nowhere near a 'Plus' Hotel »

We paid over $200 for this hotel and it was more like a $50/night hotel. There was cold air coming in from the wall because it's crumbling, the lampshade was broken, the sheets were stained, outlets coming out of wall and crooked towel bars. That was just in the room. The main lobby area was a wreck and 2/3 of the water coolers were broken. This place was absolutely horrible. If you're want to pay this kind of money, find another hotel.

    3
« Is That A Pike of Laundry in My Pillowcase? »

We came to Nashville for a few days over spring break, and our time in the city got off to a rocky start. The hotel we booked experienced a burst pipe, so they directed us to the Best Western Plus Music Row. We were tired from driving all the live-long day, so I just wanted to get settled. The person at the desk was friendly and gave us a welcome bag. For the four of us it contained one bottle of water, a lunch sized bag of Cheetos and two Hershey's Nuggets. Weird, but okay. The chocolate was gone by the time we got upstairs. Let's talk about the beds. The beds were a bizarre combination of cement and shallow quick sand with what looked like laundry bunched up into pillow cases for pillows; seriously, the "pillows" were half of their usual length because of the scrunched contents of the sacs, and lumpier. As for the mattress, jumping up onto it, you'll land with a stiff thud. If you move around in bed at night like I do, prepare yourself. Rolling onto your side from your back, you'll notice that your ankle will get caught in a heel divot, and your hip will try to fit into your butt dent, but, it won't. The mattress took forever to recover from the previous position, so I barely slept for being so uncomfortable. The hotel is being renovated, so our room was about half completed, with a new bathroom vanity -- watch that corner by the toilet because the toilet paper is put in the dumbest spot, ever. You'll slam the back of your arm into that nice new vanity at least once, and even if you warn your kids about it, they won't listen, so you'll hear the thud followed closely by an "Oww!", too. Told ya! When we were checking in a couple was at the desk complaining that their bathroom fan wouldn't work, but, lucky us, ours would not shut off, so I also listened to that whirlwind all night with my side boob entrenched in my shoulder blade dent. The breakfast area is super cramped because of the garbage bag drapery separating the construction area from the dining area. The construction people were using power tools and kicking up dust while we ate your typical continental breakfast in what felt like a hallway. If you're planning a trip there, call first to ask when the construction will be clear. Also, if you are looking for a place to stay on a Tuesday night, go someplace else. These guys charged $302 for the night! There is no justification for that number. There was even a four inch trench between the new flooring in the bathroom and the hallway of the room -- nothing was finished except for my patience by morning.

« Great stay, Great location »

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay, close to everything. Rooms were nice, breakfast for a buffet was very good. People who worked there extremely nice. Very helpful. Rooms could of been a little more updated. Bed was great and loved the pillows,. Usually have a bad back waking up but had no problem at all.

    4
    « Comfortable bed »

The Room was a little dated but comfortable. Breakfast was incredible the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and professional close to the highway I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

    4
« Good spot and what you would expect in a Best Western »

In the music row area, easy walk to downtown area. Under some renovations, but not a bad place to stay. Memory Foam beds were interesting and the room wasn't anything spectacular but breakfast was good and the location made it easy to go to Downtown or Vanderbilt without much trouble.

    3
    « Good location »

The hotel is a little older. Seems to be going through a renovation. The rooms were dark. Good water pressure. Fair value but would stay again. The front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was great.

    4
« Weekend Getaway..We recently spent a weekend here and had a very good experience. Friendly helpful staff, clean room, »

Location was very convenient to nightlife, room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was well-staffed, stocked and clean. We typically have positive experiences at Best Western and this location did not disappoint. Thanks for a great stay, we'll be back.

    5
« Just a great place to stay »

We were just winging it and it was like we planned the trip for a year. Great hotel, shuttle golf cart is the way to go to the row, excellent breakfast. Best experience in Nashville Music Row bar hoppimg and listening to Country music. Go through the week is alot cheaper for everything. Lkke half and still get a great experience.

    « Wonderful stay!! »

Wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Music Row! We were a group of 4 friends & were able to get two adjoining rooms. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly & there was a really nice breakfast served in the morning, lots of options & great coffee. The hotel was a great location for all that we wanted to see & do in the area!

    4
« Great location, great bed, decor dated but renovations underway »

Stayed here for a business trade show. Staff was excellent. Bed was exceptionally good. Room was clean but quite dated, heat/ac unit clunky. Breakfast ok, std offering. Location was very good, walking distance to many things

« Good place to stay unless you leave something. »

Stayed here the night before a doctors appointment at Vanderbilt. Good location. Nice, no problems until my daughter left her sandals in the room and the housekeeper said she did not find them. We know we left them so someone took them.

    5
« The perfect downtown experience! »

I cannot understand why this hotel is #19 on the list. It's hands down one of the best places I've stayed in Nashville. We've stayed here three times in the last two months and every time the hotel exceeded our expectations. It's central to all the action. A quick uber ride to the Gulch or Honky Tonk Row. Hot breakfast available. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in the middle of all the action, look no further!

    5
« Great place for Nashville stay. »

Stayed here for a convention et the MCC. loved the hotel and location. It is not on the live night scene strip area but very clise. And only a 5 minute easy drive to convention center. Will stay here again.

    4
« Large hotel not far from the action. »

This hotel was under construction in the front lobby and the rooms are hopefully next. The lobby was extremely large and tidy even with all of the construction. The breakfast area was well maintained and the breakfast items were good. The rooms could really use an update but were not terrible. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    4
« Back again, still satisfied! »

I've been here twice and I'd come back again. Clean, comfortable rooms, memory foam mattresses, free parking, close to the free bus route, pool in the summer, and free breakfast..... how can you go wrong? Not keen on the temp control though. I'm in the HVAC business and the control on the PTAC unit made no sense. There is something whacky with the display. Shower temp is a bit up and down. They installed shower heads with temp readouts. My shower was 89 to 108 back to 89 degrees without touching the control. That happened at 9 am, fortunately it wasn't always like that. There's lobby construction going on but it was no bother at all. My biggest complaint is the tv cable, completely unreliable. Sometimes worked, sometimes didn't, sometimes pixilated, sometimes only certain channels worked, unacceptable! It said Comcast business so I wouldn't think it was satellite related. In conclusion, I'd recommend this over one other that we stayed at in the area a few years ago. The staff was friendly as was the cleaning and maintenance staff.

    1
    « Avoid this hotel! »

We chose this hotel due to location. I reserved through Expedia for $149. a night for 2 nights. Later, after I checked out, I realized I paid $668. !! I spoke to Expedia & was told since I paid at the hotel they raised the price. Seriously- doubled the rate! I could have booked a much nicer hotel for that rate! Front desk person was quite rude. The beds were unbelievably hard. Worse than that, they had nasty dated bedspreads which I'm positive are rarely cleaned. I thought only the very very low end hotels still use those. At breakfast there was a very helpful woman, but a manager stood and glared at both the worker & the customers. The location is good, but one can find nicer hotels in area less than $300. I looked at their rate today & see it is $100. It just seems so wrong & unethical to double the quoted rate! Stay away!

    2
    « Less than pleased »

Very little praise to give. Being remodeled unbeknown to us when booking. Rooms are dated. Housekeeping didn't come to our room until at 5p. Just when we were returning for a nap. Lobby and breakfast area seemed stuffy without proper ventilation. Got the feeling that staff didn't care if we stayed there or not. Doubt I'll stay at Best Western again.

    2
« Tiny bathroom, awful decor »

We booked our reservation through an online source. When we checked in we were told that our stay would not earn us Best Western rewards due to not booking through them directly. I was shocked by the tiny bathroom vanity and unpleasant decor. The colors of curtains, carpet, linens, and paint were a weird combination. I laughed out loud at the strange bolted plate covers in the ceiling that had been sprayed over with popcorn ceiling. The sitting area should have been opposite the tv instead it faced an opposite wall. The positives were the good breakfast and you can walk downtown in about 20 minutes. I recommend Holiday Inn Express on Broadway. It is worth the extra money.

    5
« Great Hotel and Location »

Excellent location and very friendly staff. We walked to "mid-town" and took Uber to Broadway-less than $7.00. This hotel has gone through renovations, is it the nicest hotel, no but the staff is very friendly and it is a great location. The beds are great as are the pillows. Our room was clean. No complaints, we would stay here again and plan to on our next trip to Nashville.

    5
« TOP OF THE HILL & TOP PLACE TO STAY »

We had never been to Nashville and we were skeptical. The location is good and the people at the check-in were as courteous and helpful and kind as we've ever seen. Rooms are very, very nice and the price is reasonable. Their breakfast was great. Loved the place

  • 3
    « Great location »

This hotel is located very near the hot spots for entertainment and bars. Easy check in, slow elevators, lobby under renovations, but all common areas were bright, clean and well maintained. Rooms were adequate sized with microwave and fridge. The air conditioner leaked badly to the point were the carpet was sopping wet from the air conditioner to the bed. We asked for a room change and were immediately accommodated with a room right next door. That was fabulous service. I found the attendant at the breakfast buffet to be irritatingly over attentive to the point where she would rudely but in front of guest who were trying to choose items and operate the waffle maker or toaster. As we were there for two nights I personally had an incident with this lady on both mornings. I started to call her the tong Nazi. First morning I thought it was just me. Turns out she was like that to many people both days. Do something about the tong Nazi. She is very irritating.

    4
    « Mid level hotel »

This hotel is clean, has a hot breakfast that consists of eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage and your other normal continental breakfast fare. Our room was clean and newly renovated. The front desk was nice on check in/out. I called an asked for additional towels and they were courteous and brought them right away. The front lobby is under renovation currently, however it did not interfere with our stay.

    5
    « Excellent »

The hotel is close to downtown, their service was excellent as always, it is close to shopping centers and to the highway, good breakfast, next time we go back to Nashville this will be our place to stay,

    5
    « Midtown »

This is a great place to stay midtown walking to some really fabulous restaurants this neighbourhood seems to be very up and coming . Cab to downtown is only about $10 so it's a great central quieter location to stay ??

    4
    « Good location »

The rooms were dated but clean. The beds are hard, you'll sleep well if you like a hard bed and horrible if not. The breakfast bar had a lot of options and Tina who kept it going was so helpful. Hotel was accomadating and let us check in 2 hours early because our room was ready which was very helpful. I would stay here again.

    5
« economical and great customer service »

We enjoyed our stay at the Music Row Best Western. The price was very reasonable and the hotel was very clean. Customer Service was excellent and even found a charger for my cell phone. The morning breakfast is very adequate.

    4
« Newly renovated room, free parking »

This hotel is currently being remodeled, But other than the sign in the lobby you really wouldn't know it. Our room was newly remodeled, clean and was what we expected. Free breakfast was good and had ample seating. It's just over a mile to Broadway - although it seemed like it would be a little confusing to walk to Broadway. We used Uber which was quick and cheap ($10) to get us to the Broadway area and dropped off by the Hard Rock Cafe. Check in and check out was the fastest I have experienced.

    3
« Ok for proximity to downtown »

Room was average, but extra seating and spacious, but small bathroom. Housekeeping did not pick up dirty cups or empty/clean the ice bucket. Staff was helpful, but it took 20 minutes to check out because nobody was staffing the desk. Breakfast was average for this type of offering. Walking distance to the Gulch and cabs are easy to get.

    3
    « 2/2/18 Nashville concert trip »

Free outdoor parking. Less than a mile to the gulch restaurants n shops. Convenient to drive downtown - via Demonbruen. (Avoid Charlotte ave n turning left onto 11th to get to hotel during heavy traffic.) Hotel renovation is nearing complete n no work/noise/disruptions during my stay. Some of room n hallway renovations not good - sloppy paint, tacky gloss black poorly painted doors n trim, unreplaced cracked tiles etc. I was too warm in room at night even with unit off (during very cold weather) n there was noise from nearby roof units. But hotel was very clean n staff very helpful n courteous. Breakfast was fine n extended hours. I would probably stay there again for the value.

    4
    « Great Overnight Stay »

Overall great value, cleanliness, and location. They are updating the lobby area currently. Hopefully they are updating the rooms too. You can walk to Music Row bars and restaurants. Easy on/offf the highway.

    « Very Good »

Stayed two nights. Great location. Walked to downtown. Easy parking. Easy & efficient check in. Comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Helpful front desk with information. Most definitely would stay again & recommend

    5
    « Great hotel »

Excellent location, within a mile from Bridgestone arena, great price, staff was courteous, breakfast was great , a large variety of food to choose from, room was clean. Would definitely come back if we were in the area again

« A great stay on Music Row »

We just returned from four nights at this property, and I would definitely recommend it. Our room was very comfortable, with a terrific bed. The included breakfast was very good, and the woman who worked in this area was terrific at keeping everything clean and restocked. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and courteous. They are currently renovating the lobby area, and it looks like it will be very attractive when it's completed. The free parking and wifi are good (although there is no wifi reception in the exercise room - someone should fix that!!). It's about a 30 minutes walk to the Ryman, Broadway, etc., which was just fine for us. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. All in all, a very strong choice.

    4
    « Great staff »

The hotel was located close enough to major attractions. We went on one tour from the hotel, which the staff arranged, and then advised us how to get to other sights in the most economical way (free parking) and directions to those sights. The room was fine and the breakfast as good as any previous hotels I stayed. It was within close walking distance to restaurants and bars -- some with music and dancing and some sports bars.

    5
« GREAT Hotel, Staff, and Location »

Best Western Plus Music Row is in a great location, and convenient to everything that Nashville has to offer. There are many great eating places/bars within walking distance, and we were able to take advantage of Nashville's Free bus shuttle to get downtown. The staff at The Best Western Plus Music Row are friendly and very helpful-they gave us directions several times and recommended some places in Nashville to visit. Room was clean and quiet-memory foam bed was comfortable. The breakfast was of very good quality. Everything was great-would stay here again, especially for the price. Will be even better when lobby updates are complete.

    4
    « One night stay »

Came to the area for business. We stayed close to the happenings so we could walk (or Uber) to the music. Hotel desk clerk very nice. Hotel screams for a renovation on the inside, as it appears they are working on it. Rooms are clean but are showing their age. Renovation needed soon. Memory foam beds which I didn't seem to mind. Nice breakfast selection. All in all pretty good.

    4
« Good hotel and location »

Location was pretty good and within a reasonable walking distance of Honky Tonk Row or Uber for around $6. Breakfast was great and Tina the ?Breakfast Lady? was awesome. She made sure you had everything you needed and was constantly refilling food items or cleaning. Our only complaint were the very uncomfortable beds. Although they were memory foam, they were extremely firm (like sleeping on a concrete slab) making for a very uncomfortable, restless night. The hotel lobby was under construction however it didn't inconvenience us or affect the breakfast area.

    « Nashville stay »

Stayed one evening on our way to Florida and loved the convenience of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and lovely rooms. The shuttle service that was offered was a real plus. The buffet breakfast was very good and there was a variety of choices.

Was originally looking to stay at an AirBnB, but not knowing the area, we decided to check out hotels. Best Western had good reviews. Called while on the road to check in within 4 hours (noon). They quoted us $109 but told them it was cheaper online. They honored the cheaper price. Allowed us to check in earlier. Room was very clean. Full breakfast is included in price. Close to downtown Nashville. You can walk (about a Mile) or Uber for about $5. Construction going on in lobby but not during breakfast hours.

    « Ordinary with a good location. »

Check in and out was easy, staff very friendly. Lots of free parking, and interesting areas to wander nearby. My room was on the 5th floor, spotlessly clean and a decent size. One of the elevators wa out of service for my three day stay. The bed was as comfortable as sleeping on the airport floor. Nasty hard. The entire lobby/breakfast area was under renovation - could there not be an alert to guests about this? Happens very often.

    « will be better »

Under construction so looks aren't up to par. I think they will be a LOT better in a few months. See if they have a softer bed, the ones in our room were extra firm. Breakfast needs a little more flavor to the breakfast juices. The hotel staff was pleasant and professional and the hotel was close enough to the main strip but not really in walking distance for a family with kids.

    « Great value / terrific staff »

The check in staff was absolutely wonderful. Ritu was terrific as well as the other young lady who assisted us. Hotel being remodeled but a minor issue after the great treatment by these two ladies. Hotel was very close to all of the downtown activities. Great value for what we paid. Highly recommend this hotel to others. Beds are terrific.

« Clean, pretty and priced great »

We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, great decor, and well priced. Memory foam mattress gave us a great nights sleep. Room had mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Great shower and plenty towels.

    4
    « Comfortable Beds!! »

The lobby was under construction, so I can't comment on that, but the staff was very friendly and willing to help. The beds are fantastic - we slept very well. The location to Broadway is definitely a drive, not a walk, but the location is still good.

travel for 10 days final stop was Nashville Best western plus hotel was a great hotel clean room nice staff location was perfect to see all of Nashville. would recommend this hotel as it will be nicer when you get there they are in the middle of a remodeling the lobby also.

    « Needs work »

The desk clerks are less than friendly never smiling or welcoming guests entering the building. Remodeling being done. No fitness center right now. Room for breakfast is overly crowded. Furniture in room could use some upgrading. The desk chair was extremely uncomfortable. Room also should have desk and couch in opposite spots, so you can see TV from couch.

    « Perfect Stay »

We picked this hotel because of the proximity to all the music venues and activities in Nashville. The other big plus was the free parking which is rare for Nashville hotels. It would have been about a mile walk to all the things we wanted to do, but due to weather issues we ended up using Uber for all our trips. You do not want to drive into music row, because parking is extremely expensive. But, there were some restaurants within about a 10 minute walk of the hotel. It is near The Gulch, which is an up and coming restuarant and shopping area. The hotel is a little older and has some construction going on, but overall was very clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was typical for this class of hotel, nothing special, but sufficient for a quick bite before we headed out for the day. Overall, the price was right, and we highly recommend this hotel.

« Great place to stay! »

Most 5 star reviews are for luxury top name hotels, but for the price, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the free parking, this hotel gets 5 stars easily. No, it's not a Ritz, the breakfast is not served with white gloves, but what you get for your hard earned money is a perfect stay. Comfortable beds in a nicely furnished, clean room (even on Christmas Day!), a well stocked breakfast (waffle and pancake maker, sausages, eggs, bacon, even grits) in addition to the usual free breakfast offerings many chains have-all kept clean and replenished regularly. My only complaint, for my personal taste, was that the pillows were lumpy and too high...so just bring your own till they finish refurbishing the hotel (ongoing construction in no way detracts from your use of the lobby or breakfast area) It's close enough to Broadway to save on pricey parking downtown...or you can walk 1 mile to many highlights in good weather,... or walk a few blocks to the free city shuttle bus, or call Uber. Solid good choice to not break your budget (save it for the many pricey performance and fee' d attractions downtown Better yet, just hit the Honky tonks...)

« Nice hotel and friendly staff »

When we visited they were in the midst of a remodel, but from what I can tell it's only an issue in the lobby area. Our room was nice and a great view of downtown Nashville (which is a short walk away). It appears the rooms (at least ours) has already been remodeled. The front desk staff was great and very friendly. Not to mention free parking this close to downtown is a huge plus. The only negative is the breakfast. It was slightly underdone in some cases and just plain tasteless in others. Even the pre-made muffins tasted like chemicals. I'd stay here again for the comfort and rate, but just remember to eat elsewhere.

« Great Place for Price »

Nice Hotel in a good spot, quiet but close enough to the action for evening walk. Building is a little old but the room I was in was nicely renovated. On going renovation to the lobby was a little disruptive but not too bad. Location of this hotel was a nice balance of quiet, walking distance to Broadway, and some of the cool eateries.

« 2nd time here and there will be a third »

This is a great place to stay, convenient to the downtown - uber under $10.00, walk over the the Gulch area (fine restuarants and shopping) - busy street but sidewalks and light to crossover. Felt safe even at 9pm with a group. The hotel is getting an uplift so there can be some noise but the front desk was great, breakfast bar was so-so but try the conveyer pancakes! Also great about this BW besides the rate was our room had every thing (micro, frig, coffee and hair dryer). The only thing I didn't understand was - we were asked did we want quiet or a view. We said quiet but we had a nice view from the fourth floor too.

    5
    « Hockey and bars »

Great location. Close to Broadway St. Walk or $7 taxi. Rooms are spacious, clean. Front desk very helpful and knowledgeable about area. Breakfast was good for a best western. Large lobby to sit and relax. Will come again.

    « Fantastic Stay »

This hotel was extremely satisfying. From the moment you walk in, it screams professionalism. There is construction going on for lobby improvements, but you cannot hear the construction from your room. Excited to see what the finished product is. I stayed for a leisure trip and to explore the Nashville area. Broadway is close but I would not recommend walking, taking a cab is much quicker for only $5. The beds were fantastic! I have visited quite a few Best Westerns across the US and I was impressed with this location. I definitely would recommend this property.

    5
    « Best Western »

Very clean and great location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They couldn't improve on their breakfast. The breakfast was not good at all. Most Best Westerns have s really good breakfast but not this location.

    4
« Well kept hotel, excellent parking facilities »

BW is located a bit further from the party center of the Nashville, which is actually a positive thing. The hotel is easy to find and very well located in terms of exploring the city and surroundings. There are some restaurants within walking distance both in the Gulch area and towards the west end of the Broadway. The double room was spacious, modern and clean. Some minor problems with the free Internet speed but mostly ok wifi. Hotel rooms are ridiculously expensive in Nashville in general and BW is no exception there, check all the taxes before making decision. We had a nice stay.

    4
« Good value and quiet location »

I've stayed in quite a few Nashville hotels. This is my second time at the BW. It's difficult to find a reasonably-priced hotel in and around downtown and Vanderbilt. If you're not too fussy the BW should suit your needs. The lobby was partially under construction but there was still space in the breakfast area and in the entryway. Around the corner there's free coffee and cold water. The desk staff were all professionally dressed and helpful. Once you get in the elevator and the room you'll see some of the damage that's accumulated over the years (chips in the wood, cracked plastic, stains on carpet). My room had 2 full beds, a small desk, fridge/micro, 2 clothes drawers, and a small closet. The bathroom was small with limited sink space. I found the mattress and pillows to be too firm but I slept ok. The heating unit was quite loud and no matter where I set the temperature it got way too hot. I ended up turning the power off most of the time. I also had trouble with the shower - one morning there was only lukewarm water. The next day the shower abruptly went from cold to scalding hot. The shower head couldn't be adjusted very much. Towels varied from thick to thin but there were plenty and extra Pantene products. The fitness room was being used to store boxes of air conditioners but there were several newer cardio machines and free weights. Breakfast was good with lots of options including pancake and waffle machines. The area was clean and quiet. For lunch or dinner there's nothing nearby but there are some restaurants and bars on Demonbreun street which is a few blocks away. If you're looking for a hotel that's close to downtown but not right in the thick of things give it a try.

    « Great Location »

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. The bathroom was a little worn, but very clean. The location was awesome. We walked everywhere and felt safe. Breakfast was always hot and fresh. Enjoyed our stay.

    « Good Time!! »

I stayed here along with my sister for a concert at the Bridgestone arena. It was very convenient to the arena and so many other happenings on broad. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and pleasant. I would stay here again.

    « Ok »

Was in town for one night and stayed at the BW Music row. The room was clean and front desk was friendly. The breakfast was decent but has room for improvement. Lobby appeared to under renovations so i didn't judge the breakfast seating area.

« Our Stay At the Best Western Plus in Nashville »

The hotel and room were both beautiful and clean. Staff was pleasant. However, workers started using drills outside our room at 0730 both mornings we were there. We could see their silhouettes on our window curtains! The breakfast was presented nicely, but the eggs and sausage, even though in chafing dishes, were cold. Bacon didn't look appetizing at all. It looked half cooked and kind of thrown into a pile on the serving platter.

    5
« great location, best breakfast I've ever had. »

The hotel, even being under minor construction is one of the best stays I've had so far this year, great breakfast, but best of all is the beds, wish I can find a mattress like it has. It is very clean, lobby, halls and room. Very quiet location, walking distance to Ryman and famous Broadway.

    5
    « surprisingly nice hotel »

We stayed only one night but the value was great for location. Cost less than 10 bucks to lyft downtown and some stuff was within walking distance even downtown if you wanted. The breakfast was by far best in any hotel stays I've had. I would def stay here again and will look here first when I book a trip to Nashville in future.

    5
« Clean hotel, good location »

This hotel is situated on Music row. It's either about a mile walk or a 6 dollar Uber ride to lower Broadway, Bridgestone arena, etc. The room was very clean and the staff was great. Breakfast included every morning was nice and free parking! The bed was extremely comfortable too!

    5
    « Hotel Review »

The Best Western Plus Music Row is a great place to stay. This was our 6th time staying there and as always the staff were great and the rooms were clean. The hotel is well maintained and the breakfast is quite good. The staff is always ready to help you if need be from calling for rides to places to see and things to do.

    5
« Great service, clean room »

Very close to music row and some good restaurants. Uber takes you there in a few short minutes. Room was spotless (bathroom included). Staff very friendly and attentive. Best Western standards met with regard to breakfast, bed comfort and bed linens. This property does need some room updates. it wasn't beaten up nor dirty, just a bit dated. But the hotel staff more than makes up for it. I would return here, no issue.

    4
« Great location, convenient to Broadway and Gulch »

Best Western music row is a great option among the very pricey downtown Nashville hotels. It is centrally located between the popular downtown areas . Free parking is almost unheard of in Nashville, so that is a big bonus

    3
« Hotel good but not great »

Recent stay was good but not great. Enjoyed the fact that we were with in walking distance of the downtown - Bridgestone arena and Nissan stadium. As for the hotel itself was good / clean / friendly staff, but nothing great....just good.

    4
« Great Place Near Music Row and Reasonable $ »

We had one night to spend in Nashville and wanted to see the scene on Nashville's Broadway. You can walk to music row from this Best Western. Great location. Service is great. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. People very nice. Free parking and you can't beat that. Convenient cabs and Uber. Sure beats spending $400 or more for a hotel that is a 1/4 mile closer!

    5
    « Great! »

This hotel had great prices for the location and made sure we were taken care of. We were in town for just a couple of days, but knew that this is going to be our new "usual" hotel! Super friendly staff. Thank you!

« Pretty good value and reasonably close to downtown »

At first glance this seemed like a pretty high priced hotel - however with a bit of looking came to the reality that hotels are not cheap in Nashville around weekends. So we booked it. We found the reception staff to be super friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy about the hotel itself - building is pretty dated, and could use some cosmetic facelifts inside - there appeared to be ongoing painting and maintenance going on in various areas. Included breakfast was excellent - very large breakfast area so we had no problem getting a seat. It is a bit of a walk from the hotel to the area on Broadway where a lot of the live music bars/clubs are located - appears the closer you stay the more it costs. Overall we had no problems, and would stay there again.

    1
« Lacks security and poor value. »

This place lacks security as evidenced by people urinating on the wall just outside the front door and skate boarders freely roaming the parking lot. Step inside and you will find an elevator with doors frequently sticking, small rooms with a coat of paint. Paint does not make for a remodel. New car was vandalized/damaged on lot and request for management to review security tapes fell on deaf ears. Stay here at your own risk but I would advise to look at the many other better value accommodations in Nashville.

    3
    « Music row hotel »

We stayed here 4 nights. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. It is a little run down and the location was not the greatest. We did walk a lot from here and also used joyride to get around, Overall I don't know why this hotel is priced as high as it is. The beds were very comfortable

    5
« Great Place to stay »

We were traveling through the area b/c there was a death in the family and just happened upon this hotel.. Loved everything about our stay with Best Western except the bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

    5
« Excellent in all ways »

I always try to stay at BWs. I know the beds will be comfortable, which is really important to me. I've always been treated very well by the staff at every BW I've stayed in. This hotel was no different. It's a fine place to stay and so close to Music Row where I visit on business every other month.

    5
« Conveniently located, friendly staff, reasonable cost »

If you come to Nashville, do not spend the high cost to stay downtown. Use Best Western Music Row on Division. It is conveniently located near the expressway for all the excursions to plantations, Opryland, and more and walking distance to The Gulch. And it is only a $7 taxi ride to the downtown. The staff couldn't have been friendlier with helping us with directions, transportation, and luggage. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast had very good offerings. Highly recommend.

« Good value in Nashville »

This hotel us getting pretty dated ( decor, flooring etc), but the nearby attractions are great. Demonbruen street bars and restaurants are great and a short walk away. The wifi is not great. Uber is the way to go.

« Great Hotel for the Money »

Hotel is not right in Downtown and at first I was annoyed. It actually in a better location. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes. We did that and took Uber. Easy to Country Music Hall of Fame and the Bridgestone Arena.

    « A night in Hell »

We booked at Best Western Nashville on October 11th for October 17th to 19th. Our credit card was used as guarantee. Other hotels (Hilton, Hyatt, La Quinta) assign rooms as soon as they get this kind of booking. Best Western Nashville called a phone number in Houston (we were then in Saint Louis) twice on the 17th to confirm our arrival. This shows a complete lack of organization. We arrived at Best Western Nashville at 6:30 pm. The very smooth and professional staff at the reception indicated that there was a problem. She was not sure that our room was ready. Actually, it was not. So, we were attributed room 301. Instantly we found that this was like going to be hell. The wall decoration was ugly, the furniture the same type you can find in a dump. But worse, the room was just across the elevators and a VERY noisy ice-making machine. Few minutes later, we went to the nice lady at the reception and ask for another room. She asked us to wait 5 to 10 minutes, then she would give us satisfaction. As we had driven more than 300 miles from Saint Louis, we told her that we would perform the move after dinner. One hour later, at 9:20 pm, we came back to the hotel. There was a Mr V at the reception. He said: We cannot move you. You stay in 301 or you move out and we reimburse you. At this time of the day, we were exhausted and we consider Mr V proposal as complete BS. We were basically forced to stay in hell. In addition, Mr V was VERY arrogant and impolite. He kept repeating: "You already said this several times. I have nothing to learn from you." He refused to give his full name (while other hotel chain employees are proud of their names). In room 301, the night was NOISY and hellish. We could not sleep. The most controversial conclusion came in the morning. The reception staff knew that we were very upset, but a new staff stated: The young lady you talked to was a trainee. She did not know what she was talking about. I think exactly the contrary. She was polite, concerned, empathetic, the exact qualities required to work in the service business. Mr V, arrogant, not caring at all for clients, should learn from this young lady or leave the service industry altogether.

« GOOD HOTEL BUT TOO FAR OUT FOR SIGHTS »

We stayed here Sunday 15th Oct for 3 nights. We had been on a tour and added on a few extra nights. Hotel was ok, room clean and tidy, nice fridge and electronic shower which was good. Hotel was too far out. You can't walk into broadway, its; too far. Girls on reception was not helpful. Everything was no. Is there a complimentary shuttle into town - no. Is there a bus into town - no. Well you girls were wrong. You can walk about 5 minutes into the Gulch which has bars, restaurants and a Subway for great sandwiches, and also catch the free bus into broadway. Runs every 15 minutes until about 9p.m. Broadway was fabulous, lots of bars, gift shops and things to do. Country music at it's best, we didn;t hear a bad band or singer. Just wonderful. Also, taxi's available when you leave, all in the road waiting. About $12 ish to get back to the hotel. Taxi to the airport was really expensive $31 for 2 people. My advice, avoid this hotel and stay nearer to Broadway so you can walk everywhere. Wifi hit and miss too. Breakfast basic but ok.

    4
« Best price in Nashville »

This hotel is walking distance to the Bridgestone Arena and downtown Broadway area. A long walk but we felt safe the whole way. Very clean, staff was very helpful, we slept like rocks, the bed was comfy and the noise was minimal. Decent breakfast, nothing fancy, but neither are we.

    4
    « Nicely Set »

Very nice and well catered rooms and breakfast was to a fantastic standard the lady making it had so much passion for her job. Stayed here for two nights in September and the only problem we received was the rude lady at check in.

« Great Location and Value! »

I stayed in this hotel on a recent vacation with my sister. I stayed here previously a couple of years ago and that is why I came back. The location is convenient for walking to Downtown Nashville but is in a quieter area. We were very happy with the breakfast selections. The room was comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable for the quality. The staff was very helpful when we needed to get a cab. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    4
« Nice place to stay »

We were in town for the Vandy-Bama game & the location was convenient for our weekend. We were able to walk everywhere & it was a quick Uber ride if we were tired. They have an expanded breakfast menu & they area was kept clean & well stocked. We even took advantage of the outdoor pool. Room were fine and beds comfortable.

    4
    « Good basics »

Location is about 30 min walk to downtown which was good for us. Being close to Music Row was not relevant as it is just a street of buildings and statues. There is a parade of bars and restaurants about 200m away which was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable with small maintenance issues. For example the towel rail had been moved but the old anchor points not painted over. The wifi was very slow and unreliable.

    4
« Decent for the most part. »

Overall this is a decent place to stay I only had to complaints, The washing machine smelled like mold. The second thing was we stayed for 5 days and breakfast is included the first two days was delicious and satisfying, on the third days there was a grey area in my eggs, not sure what that was?

    4
« Nice room, average breakfast »

Nashville is fantastic, vibrant, energetic, progressive, beautiful. The hotel does a fair job of complimenting city with a very nice clean room, that is well serviced by staff. The letdown is the average breakfast. Lose the cardboard crockery and plastic cutlery. The bread for toasting was ordinary, coffee average (USA trait), meat thing disgusting and scrambled egg out of a tin. One saving grace was laundry facility. For the money paid, please improve breakfast dramatically.

Just completed a 3 night stay at this hotel. The location is close to many attractions and walking distance to downtown area(about a mile) to the river. The staff was friendly and courteous, the breakfast was very nice and the room recently renovated with many amenities. We will be returning next year

    « Great location »

Great location. Not far from downtown area. It's an easy walk or a quick Uber to downtown. Price was good, bed comfortable, clean room, standard decent breakfast. Staff was friendly and our room was ready with an early check in. Would stay here again.

    « Great Location »

This hotel is just outside of the downtown core and easy to access off the freeway system. It is about a 20 minute walk to where a lot of the action goes on, but we were happy to be in a quieter location. As hotels in Nashville are extremely expensive we felt this was better value for the dollar, but still walkable. The hot breakfast was a good start to the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

    4
« Best for the bucks »

BW Music City is located about a mile from the action and hot spots of downtown Nashville...BUT it is a super easy walk to Broadway and all the glitz ...and an easy walk to VANDY about a mile in the other direction. Alternative travel options are easily obtained for you by the staff. Although it is a dated building - the service is very friendly, quick to respond and helpful. Because of its easy of access, location and proximity to as well as benefit of being away from the center of town...I'll stay there again

    4
    « Cold yet comfortable »

BW plus has great soft beds. Furnishings and amenities are nice and clean. Shower head was a plus. But the cooling unit was very cold. No way to adjust warmer without turning unit off. Staff was ok. No one was rude or bad. But no one had great big smiles with a big welcome/thank you.

« Great Hotel where everthing works ! »

I have stayed in this hotel for 5 years in a row in September. The welcoming, cheerful and professional reception staff are what entices me back to this hotel each year. A particular thank you to Latha who ensured that packages I had arranged to be delivered prior to my arrival were held in safe keeping and available upon my check-in. All staff encountered during my stay were cheerful and accommodating. Everything works in this hotel which is down to the quality of the staff employed. My only disappointment is that the room cost in $ terms has doubled in 4 years ! I do accept that this is a Nashville problem not purely an issue for Best Western PLUS - Music Row. The high room rate cost may unfortunately limit my length of stay going forward as I am a sole traveler.

    3
    « Average at best »

If you want a great breakfast and can put up with a slightly musty room this is the one for you. Uber's will show up in a flash for a $7.00 charge to downtown. There's also large golf carts that you can thumb down. They go for only tips.

    « Nashville Getaway »

Enjoyed our stay in Nashville we were there for just 4 days. The hotel is situated in Music Row where all the recording studios are easy walking distance to night life and excellent restaurants for food. We really enjoyed the southern chicken at The Row which is about 1/2 mile also Hattie B's is very close also but extremely busy. Another restaurant we really enjoyed which is just across the railway bridge by Kazoo's brewery was Peg Leg Porkers. We tried out many of the different bars on Broadway and enjoyed all the different types of music great atmosphere. We enjoyed being on Broadway more in the afternoon was not near as crowded as in the evening and hard to find somewhere to stand.

Lovely Hotel far enough away from Broadway nightlife to make it affordable, but easy by Uber ($6-7) or free bus is just a short walk away. Also nearby are some good bars and restaurants. Rooms were large and comfy, breakfast had good choices in a nice large area, which is not always the case in this chain. Overall very happy with our choice.

We stopped overnight while heading north to Wisconsin. Check in was a breeze, staff super friendly. The room was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, beds super comfortable and roomy. My friend and I slept quite soundly. We heard hardly any noise. Breakfast was yummy! Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, coffee, juice, waffles, cereal. Everything in this hotel was wonderful.

    « Great location... »

Great and strategic location to visit the City. You can reach it comfortably on foot and in safety. Rooms are well maintained and clean. All required services are respected and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Only small negative note, the breakfast area is a little small for the crowds of guests. Offer, varieties of breakfast not really to the height. Anyway for Nashville, highly recommended.

I thought the hotel was a great value, staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Our stay was only one night but we will be back. The staff seemed to genuinely care about their work and comfort of their guests

« SOMEONE IS WATCHING YOU »

I wouldn't be surprised if they had hidden cameras in the rooms. Awful experience. They are spying on you the whole time. Friends went to smoke a cigarette by the pool and an employee (who could barely speak English) huntedus down and claimed we would get in big trouble for doing what we're doing. WHAT? so then we are presented a smoking area, that it just a sign in the parking lot. You literally had to stand in parking spaces. Also, I saw him give gift bags to people before and after us, but we never recieved. How rude. SERIOUSLY, pay and extra $20 for a place that actually has suites and an edible breakfast. The manager claimed we would have a pool room view (which I don't care about, but don't lie to me.) We were on the same side as the pool, but would have to break your neck at an impossible angle to see the pool.

« Nashville Music Row star! »

The Best Western Music Row Nashville hotel is a great place to stay with easy access to the main entertainment area on the Broadway and an easy stroll to the Trolley Bus tour stop. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very helpful. A comprehensive breakfast is included which is perfect for the weary traveller. Room rates are reasonable. The 'high speed' Wi-Fi, however, is very, very slow.

    « August trip »

We stayed here during the middle of August, from Monday to Thursday. Weather was warm, 78-85 with humidity and a couple of rain showers/ storms. You can take an Uber anywhere. They were great , cheap ($6) and fast to pick us up at our hotel ( or anywhere ). Or walk anywhere from the location to downtown . Stayed on top floor of hotel, two doors down and across from elevators. Only there at night after being gone all day being a tourist. Pros of hotel: downtown accessibility great, pool was small but clean and hardly anyone else using at night. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable and clean, free breakfast, staff was nice, felt safe, other hotel guests seemed decent (but only saw one family with little ones everyone else was teenage or over). Cons of hotel: humidity level in lobby and rooms were awful. Had to run air in room constantly. Water in shower had too much salt (?) left residue in hair and skin- just enough to be annoying, breakfast items were a little dicey but we don't eat much for breakfast so stayed with a safe bagel and coffee. Pretty sure the eggs were made with hot water and powdered eggs ( I don't think there is a kitchen). Overall we had a nice trip but would try to stay somewhere different next time just because of the humidity deal in the room and we won't have 2 teens with. I got the room directly from the hotel and signed for their rewards program online for $165 a night when I booked in Feb. free cancellation up to 24 hours, and was a pretty good bargain for downtown .

    « Perfect Location - Great Breakfast - Clean »

This hotel was in a perfect location. It was within walking distance to restaurants and the free bus to lower broadway. It was quiet and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They also provided plenty of clean towels. The pool was big and very clean with plenty of pool towels. They served a very good free breakfast. Anything from eggs & bacon, pancakes or waffles to cereal, fruit and pastries. The staff kept it well stocked and clean. The front desk staff was also very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

« Nashville Music Row Plus »

A great hotel in a great location! Very up to date facilities, excellent service. Would stay here again for sure! It is an easy walk to downtown Nashville or to Music Row. Tour buses have stops within a five minute walk from the hotel, and there are multiple great restaurants in the immediate area. Plus, breakfast is ample and varied!

    « Best Western »

Close to downtown, but a little bit of a walk to attractions and restaurants and bars. Older hotel, but clean, comfortable and great breakfast, would stay here again. Under rides available for around $6.50.

« Good location for budget stay »

Stayed at the Best Western Plus Music Row during this Nashville eclipse trip. Overall 4/5* rating from me. Pros: - Just the right balance between low budget stay and comfort/quality. - Friendly front desk staff. - Comfortable rooms and bed. - Fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in room; vending machine for drinks and ice cubes in corridor just outside your rooms. - Free HBO (I guess that's a plus around here). - Small gym room and pool. - Basic breakfast included. - Good quiet location, sitting nicely between Vanderbilt and the noisier downtown. Easy and convenient Lyft access any time of day. Cons: - A little dated and might need just a little bit more maintenance (bug in the bathroom, not sure if from vent or pipes). - Pool a little small, but nice for soaking in on a hot summer day.

    « Nice little hotel »

Really liked this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Offered free buffet breakfast for our stay as well. Room was nice and the beds were quite comfortable. Location is not bad as it's about a 20 minute walk to broadway but you walk is pretty flat. TV had HBO which meant we could watch the latest game of thrones. Overall, very pleasant.

    « Hospitable »

The Asst GM was amazing. She took very good care of us. We have never been to Nashville and told her we would be there one day, what she would do. Without hesitation and very high recommendations she took it from there. She did not let us down at all. So helpful and really sweet about everything.

    « Great Location & price »

Excellent location, 20 minute walk to Bridgestone & a ton of great restaurants. We felt very safe walking at night and the hotel was very reasonably priced compared to others in the area plus they didn't charge extra to park. We've stayed here once before and have had a great stay both times. Great value. Breakfast is good too.

    3
    « Overated »

Too Pricey for overall view one gets from rooms situated on back side of hotel. Hotel is reasonably located to several restaurants but I suspect attaching the name Music Row is what drives the high prices.

« Great Staff and Comfy Beds Close to it All »

We were greeted with extremely friendly staff who got us into a room by mid morning, having arrived on an 8 am flight. Breakfast was delicious and lots of it. Beds were extremely comfortable. We could walk to downtown easily and I did each of the 4 days we were there. Went for a swim meet at the Tracy Caulkins pool -- and easy drive from the hotel. Loved all aspects of this stay, except the Internet connection was rather slow.

    5
« Great location with great price »

Bed was super comfortable with a ton of pillows! Staff were very friendly. Bathroom walls need fresh paint due to some staining of walls, but all in all I will stay here again. It was a mile walk to Bridgestone and Broadway.

    3
    « Missing that vibe »

Our room was small and definitely needed an update. The room smelled musty and the floor almost felt damp. Sheets were clean so that's great. Paid the downtown price that was way too much for the lack of downtown class. Gotta do better, guys...sorry.

« Perfect location, clean and free breakfast! »

We drove from Florida arrived around 8:30am we were in need of a clean, comfy bed. Upon arrival we were greeted and able to get a room. couldn't check in until 10:30am which isn't bad at all most hotels make you wait until 4.. plus she mentioned they were booked the night before. they offered free breakfast which was pretty good the woman kept it Refilled, clean, and there was a good variety also piping hot delish coffee! We used the business center two computers and a printer (speedy computers). The rooms were clean, comfy, water pressure was good and hot! All the staff was friendly ! Thank you for the hospitality!

    3
« Friendly staff, walked to downtown »

Staff was very courteous and pleasant our whole stay, room was comfortable and clean, seemed a bit dated and the pillows could use an upgrade but otherwise nice . There was a nice breakfast with plenty of seating. We were easily able to walk to the country music hall of fame, it took us about 10 to 15 minutes. There were some great bars/restaurants right up the street. This hotel is fine if you plan to be out and about and are using it for a place to sleep

    3
« Reasonable, Short Ride to Downtown »

This is a tough one. Nashville accommodations aren't cheap in the summer and you may struggle to find something for less than $275-300 on a weekend. In that department, the BW is a good deal. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there are treats in the lobby, and the parking is free. It is literally two blocks from I-65, and a straight shot on Demonbreun St. to the County Music Hall of Fame, which would be my first choice for sightseeing (Uber will take you there for $6.) Breakfast is included and is okay, with very attentive service. The main issue is that this is an older property which has been upgraded but still retains a musty style. The beds are very comfortable but the lighting is so-so; the bathrooms have some modern fixtures. And the room we had, with two queens, felt a bit cramped. (One plus, though, is that it was quiet thanks to the older walls.) Some new carpeting and furniture would make the hotel more attractive. All that said, however, our bill came to $240 with taxes and it's likely this is one of the better deals in town. If you don't mind being a bit beyond the action, it can be recommended.

    « Great place! »

It was beautiful!! I loved everything about it. It was a short walk to Bridgestone where I was attending raw. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful! The breakfast was amazing. And the rooms were absolutely beautiful

    « Vacation stay »

This hotel was very nice. But if you plan on walking places not such a great location. Downtown is still a very good distance and if going out to party I wouldn't recommend the walk. The only downside is that there is some distance to get to places to dine and party. They do have some golf cart companies to go and get somewhere but trying to find one on getting back is difficult. Just might have to pay Uber.

    4
    « Nice stay! »

My son and I stayed here on a recent trip to Nashville. We had a very friendly check in and check out! The hotel had a nice free breakfast. The hotel is located close to several of the attractions we were interested in which was nice!

    4
« Dated decor but great service and breakfast »

The lobby is full of mirrors and chrome wit red and black decor, but the staff was warm and friendly. This hotel gave us the perfect location on Music Row in Nashville. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to park our RV in the parking lot and walk to all the sights around us. We strongly suggest a golf cart tour around the city. Our Guide, Jim was the best!

    3
« Very expensive for what you get »

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in July. It was a decent hotel but for the price we paid it was not worth it at all. We have stayed at four star hotels that have cost less than what this did and it was far more luxurious.

    3
« Fine for one night »

The location was great. I wouldn't say the hotel is dirty it's just a little worn. It's just a little rough around the edges. The staff was friendly and helpful. Probably wouldn't stay here for an extended stay but it was fine for one night.

  • 4
« Excellent Value for the Area »

The rooms were clean and well kept. The customer service was great but the breakfast was average at best (good selection but lukewarm quality). Downtown was walking distance away but we chose to take a short Uber ride for $10.

    4
« Good clean hotel - check location works for you »

Hood chain hotel with good breakfast buffet. The position of this hotel might not suit everybody but it worked for us. Its about a mile to walk back in Nashville before you hit the music bars and restaurants and around $6 for a cab back. There are however a number of bars a short walk away which are cheaper and offer good simple food. A little further away in the gulch there are a number of other good bars and restaurants - maybe 10 minutes away. The hotel does have a pool which we saw as a great plus - but didnt actually use. A nice option maybe if your stay was longer. Staff very helpful and friendly.

    5
    « A nice hotel in downtown »

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is a mile away from the Broadway St bars. We walked there and had no problem.. The hotel has free parking and free hot breakfast. The staff members were very nice and polite.

    « Great hotel »

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was in a great location and very clean. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. They have a free bus that takes you into town. About 5 minutes from downtown.

    5
« Very pleased with everything! »

We could not be more pleased with our stay. Upon arrival, the front desk was very courteous, and check in process was efficient. The hotel was just fine. Have I stayed in nicer places? Yes, of course, but at significantly higher prices. The rooms were clean, and fresh smelling. The location is great. We walked to Music Row area, and a couple of times to Broadway. The breakfast was quite nice, and served in a comfortable area off the lobby. We will return to Nashville, and will make this property our first choice. Five stars for this Best Western Plus!

    2
    « Extremely out dated »

Hotel extremely outdated. Air Cond. blew right on bed , no adjustment available. Price for such a outdated room was extremely high. Sheets so small they kept popping off the bed. The bed was however comfortable and the room clean. WiFi was in and out constantly. Staff would not acknowledge BW free night or the fact that we had a cheaper price on internet. Would not adjust or give the $100.00 rebate as stated on their own paperwork. Simply told us to go to the internet. Claimed we were given our 10% but that was the original price before they knew we were BW members.

    « Nashville vacation »

The hotel was very clean the staff very helpful, the breakfast selections were good The only complaint we had was the internet was very slow except for very early in the morning. The pool need more lounge chairs.

    4
« Quick Stop in Nashville »

We spent the night at this hotel as our halfway stop. The rooms were nice and it was a nice walk to many restaurants in town. My husband and I felt very comfortable walking the streets in the evening and it was nice to let the car sit. They do offer breakfast in the morning and the yogurt and granola was tasty and filling. There were several hot things to pick from and plenty of bread options. The kids loved watching the machine that made their pancakes.

« Worst hotel in the us »

This place should be demolished . Arrived on the 29th June the building Decor is from the 70 and the smell of the rooms from damp would floor you. And to think that 4 days before I only payed $14 extra to stay at the new guest house at Graceland as for the staff they were as much use as a chocolate fireguard ?

    1
« Worst hotel ever (no rating above is low enough) »

What a run down hotel, this hotel was designed and decorated in the fifties or sixties and never updated, although clean, just a messy appearance. The pool area needs attention and the gym is a joke. Breakfast was basic and poor quality ingredients, self service in paper cups, bowls and plates, plastic cutlery, and was cleared away exactly 10am by the rude staff that gave no notice this was going to happen, and many guests never completed their breakfast. The reception is not too bad, but lack the American customer service we have received in other hotels. The room has wornout electric socket outlets and are dangerous as plugs are wobbly whilst in use. A noisy AC rumbles away to cool the room and we're awaken at 7am with beeping construction vehicles outside the hotel. I can usually see the best on things but this time I failed, this place may turn out cheaper than some in town but beware of its limitations. On the plus side the ground it's built on is a good location.

« High price, poor condition »

For $200 a night I expected more. Stains, smells, and poor room conditions. The bathroom was in poor condition and as soon as we entered the room we were bombarded with calls until we answered asking about the room which did not give us any time to check the room out. For that price I expected cleaner conditions.

« Good hotel close enough to Broadway »

Hotel downtown Nashville about 20 minute walk to Broadway (when you want to stay closer to Broadway, you pay the price). Here is free parking, wifi and great breakfast. Spacious room with really great beds and enough amenities. Good shower.

    « Great Location & hotel »

This was a pleasant surprise as we booked the hotel rooms on the road. We will stay there again when we return to Nashville. The food was good as the location and the views from the room. The hotel was exceptionally clean and neat. Could not ask for a better surprise.

    « Nashville »

Best Western Hotel was perfect for visiting Nashville downtown. The shuttle to downtown was terrfic. The breakfast was outstanding with freshly made pancakes, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cererals, yoguart, and a big selection of juices.

« Poor Air Conditioning and Housekeeping »

Not my best hotel experience. Could not get the A/C to cool below 78 deg. Asked for a room change and was told we could have one the following day...this did not happen. On our second day, we went on a day trip and left the hotel at 8:30 am, returning at 3:45 pm to find our room had not been touched by housekeeping. They wanted to clean it at 4pm which, at that point, I was more interested in relaxing before heading back out for the evening. I was given a stack of fresh towels. Thought the square bed pillows look nice, they are not very comfortable and functional for sleeping. Between the room temperature and pillows, sleep was difficult. When I return to Nashville, I will be staying at another hotel.

    3
    « It Smells »

The room smells mouldy damp . That's our overall impression. Location to the Gulch good. Free parking is good Breakfast is ok, plastic cutlery, paper dishes, plates. Help yourself to cereal, toast , bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee , tea. Breakfast waitress has a whiff of passive aggressiveness. Approach with caution Pool is ok , towels provided, beds are domestic. Room was ok generally. It does need stripping down to the bare shell and redecorating. Loads of previous diy jobs showing, old silicone in bathroom being reapplied over and over and over .... Free water and coffee available too. Wouldn't return due to the smell that hits you when you enter the room.

« Nashville CMT and Preds game!! »

It was a lovely clean room. The view was very nice overlooking the city. It was a nice walk in the evenings. We all felt very safe. They offered free rides to downtown. They work for tips and are very deserving. Our lady Sallie took us all over and answered any questions. I'm sure anyone would enjoy a vacation here!!

« Not clean at all »

I am usually very east going. But this place as terrible! Was $169 and not worth $50. Pretty close to all the bars but in a residential area so not much happening here. The shower was the worst I've ever seen. Black mold everywhere. Didn't even feel good taking a shower! Would NOT recommend. Staff was sweet but not enough to make me every stay here again. You have been warned!!

« Great place to stay for the money »

The Best Western was not that far from town, within walking distance. The towels could have been cleaner but overall it was ok. The breakfast was very good and they had a lot to choose from. There was coffee all day to drink but no tea which I was surprised about that. Overall experience was good. I would stay there again.

    « No Compassion »

Had traveled to nashville and had to cancel my reservations due to a family illness. They charged me one night stay and I had cancelled 2 hrs before check in time. They got double that night mine and the next person and had no problem getting the room filled due to the cmas going on this week.

    3
« Good Location If You Are Able to Walk a Fair Distance »

Hotel is moderate, breakfast was the usual continental style that is available in this category of hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was slightly below average. It was showing it's age. Room had a little bit of a funky smell if you turned off the air conditioner. I don't like a very cold room, however, I chose to keep it running because of the smell. It's about a 15 minute (easy) walk to Broadway and 10 minute walk to the Gulch. If you don't want to eat around Broadway or the Gulch, you can find a couple of restaurants/bars to choose from within a 5 minute walk (one street over from the hotel) and a few more to choose from within a (approximately) 10 to 13 minute walk by taking a left out of the hotel and staying on Division Street (put Chuy's on your Google Maps, and it will take you to an area with a few local places to choose from).

    3
« Just stopping for the night »

Just an okay hotel. For the price, it wasn't worth it. It's an old hotel so it's hard to say it's very nice. The price should be closer to $90, not $140. We were put in a handicap accessible room and the shower overflowed.

    5
« Excellent location and staff »

Located within walking distance to a lot of places to eat and local attractions. The staff went above and beyond their call to help us when we locked our keys in our vehicle. The room and breakfast were amazing. Can't say enough about how good this staff and hotel were.

    4
    « Great stay »

We went on a motorcycle trip and ended up booking last minute. They were very accommodating and very reasonable prices. The breakfast was better than expected and had food for specific allergies. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Over all, very positive stay.

    3
    « OK hotel »

We stayed at the Best Western during our recent visit to Nashville May 2017. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful when giving directions to local attractions and restaurants. The daily breakfast was good and included cold cereals, scrambled eggs and bacon, make your own pancakes or waffles, pastries, toast and bagels. The hotel included free parking, which was convenient and also a laundry area. The things we didn't like included: very slow wi-fi, lacked a channel guide (had to scroll through all channels) and the bathroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

    5
    « Wonderful Hotel »

I would first like to state that the staff was very kind and courteous- From check in to check out. Front Desk personnel was delightful. There is a full breakfast offered Every morning. The coffee is good..the food is plentiful and the hostess was so very kind and friendly. We had a king room.. very comfortable.. (Didn't like the pillow..but nothing like your own pillow) Some of the outlets weren't working properly...I do believe they are working on those... Otherwise..we were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was accommodating. I'd stay here again, and would suggest this hotel to anyone who may want to stay away from the noise of the down town.. You can walk to the honky tonks in about twenty minutes or so..we walk fast...there is a free shuttle nearby.. sometimes it wasn't reliable (on time) however it is good transportation ..called the Music City Circuit..we ride it and stayed on it, just to check out the sites. It runs about every ten to fifteen minutes.. They have an app.... Enjoy Nashville.... there's so much to see...

    4
    « Girls nite out »

The staff was very courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was free, but was pretty awful. I think the hotel was a little overpriced considering that it's not on a beach somewhere. Overall I was pretty pleased with my stay.

    3
    « Won't stay here again »

Location and free parking a big plus. Front desk was helpful and polite. I like to have the TV on when I am in the room. Ours did not work and I understand that it was hotel wide. One night we thought it might be the rain but second day it didn't work at all and the internet was down. Also the A/C unit drove my husband nuts. It was so loud he started to take it apart but stopped because he didn't have his tools. Not the worst hotel I have ever been in but there are so many to choose from in Nashville I expected better.

« Good location for seeing Nashville »

This Best Western rooms are smaller than average I would say but for 2 people it was adequate. Wouldn't recommend for a family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to music row, the Gulch and downtown on Broadway. Could walk to many bars and restaurants. Free parking is a big plus.

    5
« This a great location. Close to the action. »

Nice clean place for the kids as well. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. Fresh fruits. Nice clean pool. We will stay here again. Amusement carts come through often for rides to downtown and surrounding the areas around Nashville.

    « A bit disappointed »

Friends found this place for us. They talked it up but when we got there we were a bit disappointed in the location and they seemed understaffed and the staff itself wasn't friendly. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We stayed 1 and checked out. The worse memory was when we called the front desk and asked them if they had any restaurant recommendations or bars and the woman on the phone (at the front desk) said "I have no idea and don't have time for this". With an irritated voice.

    4
« Easy access, free parking, convenient »

This was easy to locate and convenient to the downtown area. Rooms were what one would expect. The refrigerator and microwave were not obvious and took a little searching. I informed them I would be checking in late but at 4:00 p.m. I received a call asking if I would be keeping my reservation. I found this rather annoying since check in was only a few hours earlier. This information should have been noted on my reservation. Also, when given the key I was told the room number, but the written number on the key was different. It was aggravating to have to drag my possessions up and down the hallway.

    2
    « Nasty »

I did not feel comfortable in this hotel! The bathroom was nasty, there was mold growing in and around the tub area! I might have mold at home but it's my mold! The floors were nasty in bathroom also, there were drips of paint, and paint in the caulking all around the tub and roomier area. The walls were falling apart in the bathroom.

    5
« Great experience in Nashville »

Hotel staff are so helpful. Reception goes out of their way to help. Breakfast is lovely well worth it. Pool is amazing great time we had! Drinks machines water coffee and snacks at reception come in handy throughout the day close to the gulch would recommend visiting station inn hd a great time! No complaints at all. Cleaning staff are so friendly woman who does the 4th floor big props to you so nice!!

    3
« Comfortable but lacking in some areas »

The room was adequately clean and comfortable. The air conditioning unit was unfortunately very old and consequently very noisy - it was also a floor-based unit. There was a variety of food on offer for breakfast (nothing special) but what let this hotel down most was the breakfast amenities. First of all there were no proper plates or cutlery - everything was plastic. This is not only hugely environmentally irresponsible but made for an unpleasant dining experience. The breakfast staff were also a little discourteous and the dining area was out-dated/in need of a refresh. The staff on the reception desk were by contrast very helpful and knowledgeable about the downtown areas nearby and the music scene.

    3
    « Great location. »

Great location and downtown can be walked in 30 minutes or less. Music row just one block away and a variety of western based bars and restaurants if you are not wanting the downtown experience for an hour or two. Close to Vanderbilt University, and great architecture if you enjoy a morning walk or jog. Hotel is older but has had a major facelift. Some of furniture is outdated and I think they are careful in spending on updates. Nice big bright main floor lobby breakfast room, and a pleasant lady works there. Breakfast is great. Pool is outside unfortunately. Their prices are high and they certainly play games with their rates, even more than most hotels. I did note that an older gentleman who helps the breakfast lady and does odd jobs during they day was in the washroom at the urinal when I was and left without washing his hands. I did not tell my wife as she may not have returned if she was aware of that. I just thought that was a major turnoff, particularly for ladies. My wife thought the comforter in our room was dirty and took it off the bed, although aside from that we had no issues with the cleaning staff. They put a sign up for limited use of parking lot due to resurfacing and it was so badly written that no one knew what it meant. The next morning someone redid the signs and while not perfect English day two, it was considerably approved. As an old teacher it went from 2/10 to perhaps a 6/10. Great location, good breakfast but still needs a little attention, and keep the older guy out of the breakfast area. Good business center and fitness room. Watch the room rates.

    5
    « Comfortable hotel »

As the name suggests, the hotel is in the area of Nashville where all the music studios are located. There is free parking and complimentary breakfast. Reception staff were friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. There is a business centre round the corner from reception where you can access the internet. They have a jar of miniature chocolate bars on reception which don't last long! The hotel is around a 20 minute walk (downhill) to downtown, passing The Gulch area. The biggest frustration is that the city is geared up to cars rather than pedestrians so it can take ages to cross the road where there are traffic lights. There are some local restaurants round the corner from the hotel.

Hotel is fine, rooms are good, clean, well equipped. But the breakfast is disgusting. The lady in charge constantly moans at the guests as if they are a complete nuisance. By 8:45 all of the bacon was gone on all three days of our stay. When we asked for some bacon we were told she "orders one box and that's it". Meanwhile the revolting sausage things are left over. This morning at 8:45, again, no bacon, the biscuits (scones) are clearly left over from yesterday and warmed through, and the scrambled eggs.....well, look at the picture. Scrambled eggs should not be crisp and should not be dry. Even the coffee is disgusting, as it is so weak. The very worst thing, though, was the dustbin in the middle of the dining area (see photo). When is that EVER acceptable. A dirty smelly bin in a room serving food? This is a Best Western. They need to shape up.

    « Checking out Nashville »

This was our first visit to Nashville from the UK. The transfers from the Airport by taxi takes about 20 mins and costs $25 plus $1 per passenger extra. On arrival the reception personnel were very pleasant and presented us with a goody bag. Our room on the 5th floor was a good size and reasonably well appointed with two Queen beds, fridge, microwave, air conditioning and TV. We found the air con quite noisy though. The bathroom had both a bath and shower and whilst perfectly usable the bathroom is in need of an overhaul. Breakfast was the main disappointment. We're not use to eating off paper plates with plastic cutlery and just throwing everything away. What a waste. The choice of cereal was very limited - unless you like sugar. There was though plenty of apples, bananas and oranges but no fresh fruit juice to be seen. It's probably typical American Motel food but not to the standard of the Best Western European counterparts. The Hotel is just 20 minutes walk from downtown Nashville and in a neighbourhood in which we never felt unsafe. Overall a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

    « Suitable Rooms »

We stayed four nights at this hotel in March 2017 and it served our purpose well. The room was nothing fancy but was clean and had what we needed. The price of all hotels in Downtown Nashville are high, so during busy times do not expect a great deal. Our Saturday night was over $300 which I felt was close to robbery but it was based on occupancy in the downtown hotels and thus they have you over that proverbial barrel. Continental breakfast was just ok, however they did not have enough seating to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel. They need to get rid of the high top counters in the center of the space and place more tables (just my opinion). The Staff was very courteous and helpful when needed. The free parking at the hotel is a nice plus and it is walking distance to a lot of attractions if you do not mind walking 15 to 20 minutes each way. It is about a 10 to 12 minute walk to the nearest hop on/off trolley that you can buy passes for. Sometimes we walked, sometimes we took taxis and we didn't really regret either. It was more about the time of day and the need than anything.

« From starting bad to ending terrible. »

When we got into town it was too early to check in, so we drove by just to find our hotel. They were having their parking lot paved (no advance notice to me on a reservation that was made 2 months ago-that doesn't portrau a whole lot of consideration for guests) and the check-in area was a disaster! I called to make certain they were filling our reservation and that we could still check in at 3, and was told the work would be over and our room ready at 3:00. When we arrived to check in AT 4:00 the parking lot was still closed, (and remained so) and the workers were still there doing their job. By the time we maneuvered their check-in area, figured out parking in the lot across the road, and got to our room it was 4:30. The city of Nashville's construction crew, who we did not know would be stationed right outside our window, had already quit for the day, so it was quiet when we got up to the room. The room itself was ok, somewhat stuffy and smelled of stale cigarettes even though the room is no smoking. The bed was memory foam that had obviously grown too old to do it's job. It was as hard as laying on the ground. The shower pressure was weak. Thank goodness we were only staying one night. The next morning we were awakened by the EXTREMELY loud sounds of backup beeping, trucks revving, and other assorted construction noise. "The city is doing work." Not at all how a person on a mini vacation with her husband wants to wake up. Yet again these owners had no consideration for their guests, this time to let them know that sleeping late wasn't an option in their hotel at this time. There are too many nice places to stay in Nashville; next time we go we won't stay here!

« Old and it Shows!! »

First off, the staff that I interacted with were responsive and personable. That carries alot but not the cons of an older building in need of alot of attention. I would not stay there again unless I was sure that a remod had been done. The effects of poor ventilation and inattention to improving the facility was apparent. Cable disruption was intermittent. Regarding the location, in Music Row but at least a 30 minute walk to downtown. The hotel offers no shuttle service so for many this is a no can do unless a cab or shuttle is taken.

    « Good location »

Although the hotel was a little tired and dated decor wise, it was ideally suited for visiting Nashville downtown area. We were going to a concert at the Bridgestone Arena, which was a 15 minute walk away. The breakfast was great with a variety of food to suit all tastes. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if we came back to the area.

    « Stay away!! »

Booked this place for our stay in Nashville. Had a bad feeling when walking in lobby. Checked in & got room......what a mistake. It was dark, dingy, & smelly. Very outdated. They also state on line that they are within walking distance to Broadway/honky tonks......WRONG! Bad experience.

« Works for me - clean room, friendly staff, fair price - close to everything! »

Everything was fine, but what really stood out was the Breakfast - typical continental style, but Tina made it so better by her attention to detail, cleanliness and everything available and eggs and sausage hot and tasty.

« Best Western Plus Music Row, Place to Go! »

We received our lovely room in a quiet area as soon as we arrived. There were cookies at the desk all the time if you were hungry and coffee and tea in the lobby as well. Very friendly and helpful people at the desk. Our room had wonderful beds that made it easy to get a good night's sleep in. They had complimentary breakfast with a machine that made fresh pancakes for you. The fruit was fresh and delicious and so was the coffee. Our room had a coffee maker as well as most amenities you like. We will go there again.

« Far below Best Western standards »

We stayed here from 4/17-4/22 and very disappointing. TV - we could not get any main channels or news (blamed on cable company), Internet - we could connect but could not even click and pull up an e-mail. Telephone - non-working the entire week. Mold - in bathroom - blamed on everyday usage. Manager gave us a small discount but accepted no responsibility for these issues and we reported all 3 times. Location was good and hotel front desk were very polite and efficient. Room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable.

    « nice quiet hotel »

quiet place and friendly staff. Nice breakfasts every morn. omelets, waffles, sausage, plus all the healthy stuff. Wasn't a busy time of the year, so quiet. Weekend got kind of full. All in all, pleased with everything, plus easy access to the freeway to the city.

    3
    « Expensive »

Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. The location is good, but for me, didn't offset the price. The staff could be more helpful. They didn't seem to want to be bothered by me, although they did do their job, it just wasn't done well.

    4
    « Dated but good »

We stayed at the Best Western Plus for three nights and were very pleased with the hotel. Efficient and friendly check in, comfortable bed and large room, reasonable breakfast, free car parking and wifi and extras like cookies and fun sized chocolate. Great location, I would have given it five stars but the décor etc. is very dated, it could do with upgrading throughout-but if this happened it would probably cost twice and much and the price was very good. We would definitely recommend and would go back if we were to stay in Nashville again.

    5
    « Great Hotel »

Hotel was clean and easy check in/check out. I slept wonderfully, which was a plus because I had to go to a medical school interview the next morning. It only helped that it was well within my budget.

    « A Nice Overnight Stay »

Travelling from Rochester New York to Waco Texas we booked this hotel in-route. The hotel had a very friendly staff and was very clean and comfortable as was the spacious room. We had a nice view of the city as well. We were located directly adjacent to music Row which was one area we wanted to visit as we passed through and was a 20 minute walk to downtown and the honky tonk bars and restaurants. We felt safe walking to downtown and back after 1am! If we are ever in Nashville again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

    4
« Great location, not far from downtown »

You can walk easily to downtown from here in about 20 minutes. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Showed us on a map where we were and how to get to the centre. Sweetie tin on reception desk a nice touch. Rooms nice and clean. Not the place to go at the moment if you want to sit at the pool, they are renovating a building next door and it is extremely noisy, with lots of dust. But if you want it for a base to go out and about it is an ideal choice

    4
« Great Location, Decent Prices & Comfy Beds »

This is our 2nd stay...location is great to all of Honky Tonk Town if you don't mind a walk of about 25 minutes...alternative is to take Uber for cheap. Beds are Temperpedic...nice & firm & comfy. Hot & cold breakfast is exceptional selection & Tina keeps the place clean, well stocked, and with a smile!

Room was very clean and had everything you would want. Refrigerator wifi micro wave. Very comfy bed CLEAN I will stay here again. They arranged taxis for us and recommended wonderful restaurants The staff was very helpful and pleasant

« Stop over for fun »

Convenient location, but not within walking distance of most venues. Reasonable price. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Would stay again and use uber to get around to do more. Be sure to plan ahead and book shows and Blue Bird Cafe in advance.

« Good choice for location and price »

This Best Western had a great group on staff. The rooms were clean. The included breakfast was plentiful and continually well stocked by Tina, employee extraordinaire. The beds were very comfortable, especially for me, with back issues and thus very fussy about beds, not too hard, not too soft, just right! The location placed you within 0.3 mile walking to the Gulch and the free Music City metro bus. We walked to central city many times, an easy 20 minute walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame. It is also an easy 1.5 mile walk to Belmont Mansion, Vanderbilt, and the Parthenon.

I rate this hotel with a high mark. When checking in,the personal was very courteous and helpful. The lobby was very clean. All personal very friendly. Room very clean. Reason I gave a four I personally think breakfast can be approve.

    « Nashville Trip »

Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable front desk staff. Arrived earlier than we had expected thought we were arriving at noon which is still early but didn't take into account that there was an hour time change on our drive. They were more than happy to accommodate us. Clean, well appointed rooms with comfy beds. Microwave and mini fridges in every room was a nice convenience. A couple of miles from Broadway, I would definitely get a cab thought we could walk but it was further than anticipated. Over all just what we were looking for our time in Nashville.

    4
    « Cheap and cheerful »

Clean, free coffee in the lobby, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. This hotel is not the fanciest on the market but has everything you need including accommodating staff. The breakfast is plentiful and despite there only being one coffee pod per person per room there is free coffee in the reception area. There is no restaurant or bar but being in Nashville there is plenty of places to go out and enjoy the local music culture and plenty of places to eat, there is also a fridge in the room should you bring a couple of bottles of beer back there to enjoy in the evening.

    4
    « Nashville Fun »

We had a great experience. The staff was great. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was great. We were about a mile and a half from downtown Nashville which was great. Not too close but not too far away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    3
« Perfectly adequate, decent location »

I was surprised to see the prices of Nashville hotels in November so I booked this place as it seemed the best value for money. It is a very short walk to Music Row and the bars and restaurants there. It is a $7 uber ride to the strip on Broadway. The room is reasonably clean, the breakfast was okay, the bed was pretty comfy and the staff were polite. Free parking and wifi. If I were to go to Nashville again, I think I would prefer to stay a little closer to the action.

    3
« Nashville Best Western Music Row »

Not a bad location for the cost of the hotel. You can walk down to the action about 1 mile. Took a cab back $8.00. Hotel is aged, but clean. Breakfast typical for this type of hotel. Service is good. Would recommend if you do not want to spend a lot money on a hotel.

    4
« Very pleased with this hotel »

The hotel is located on the edge of the city. It took us 20 mins to walk to all the action on Broadway. It was €6.50 for a taxi back. This hotel has good rooms, 2 large beds which are very comfortable in fact the best bed I have ever experienced in a hotel. Good size TV on the wall, adequate and clean bathroom. Breakfast is self service with a good selection including cereals, juice, hot drinks, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt. There is a gym and an outdoor pool.

    « Good deal »

« Visited for a three day taste of Nashville »

Initially I was turned off by the very strong pungent odor of curry. Wow that stuff is strong. However the staff is very helpful and full of information. It is a short, 4 block, walk to a bus stop. The busses are free and run every 15 minutes so it was handy to get around. The bus drivers along with comments from the passengers insured us that we were going to the correct places and gave excellent directions. We had no goals other than to visit the city. One can walk and see most of the downtown sites. Whiskey row is loud and full of life 24 hours a day. There are many restaurants with a wide range of food types. We enjoyed our visit.

    4
« Outside of the tourist area »

My daughter, son and I decided to take our chances on finding a hotel in Nashville during out vacation. Probably not the best idea we had but we finally found this place and were able to get a nice room. It was not too far away from where we wanted to be, and we spent plenty of time exploring the downtown area. The room was clean and enough for the 3 of us. The breakfast each morning was a nice touch. So many choices. My only suggestion would be to change out the hot food now and then.

  • 4
    « Great location »

This hotel is within only about couple minute walk of Music Row which has outdoor open air restaurants and bars. The decor of the lobby is a little tacky, but the rooms were Tastefully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

« Reasonable Hotel in awesome Nashville »

Stayed 3 Nights at the Best Western Music Row. Room was basic and looked a bit tired, but it was clean which is what I always look for as my main priority and was of a reasonable size. It had all normal amenities that you would expect. Complimentary breakfast was included, again basic but reasonable to fill yourself up if you wanted to avoid paying to eat outside the hotel. There was also complimentary tea/coffee and water 24 hours which was nice, especially with the complimentary cookies and sweets/Candy on reception. Location was about 15-20 min walk from downtown, which for me and my Wife is no issue as we walk everywhere and also found it to be safe anytime day or night walking to and from Downtown. Hotel Staff were helpful enough, and there was plenty of free parking available on the hotel grounds and the car seemed safe there. Overall was typically what you would expect from a Best Western, still I thought it was expensive for a basic hotel, but better value for money than the much higher rates for staying Downtown. Considering we were out and about all the time exploring the wonderful city that is Nashville, we were not really in the room other than for sleeping, so it worked for us.

    « Terribe manager Equipment doesn't work »

I came here for a reunion with a collage friend of 40 years. When we checked in around 5:00 pm the room smelled stale/mildewed and was very hot with the A/C off. I turned it on we took showers, tepid water and went out for a night on the town. returned late and the room was still hot. I took sleeping pills as the only way to get to sleep in the heat. woke up and it was still hot. Took showers in tepid water again and went out for the day. Returned late in the afternoon to find that the staff had turned the A/C off and the room was exceedingly hot from the afternoon sun hitting that side of the building. Turned the A/C on took Tepid showers again and went out for the evening. Returned to a hot room. The A/C compressor clunked every 5 minutes so loudly that I could not sleep and the room never cooled off. The next morning I complained and was told that the engineer would fix it before we got back that day. when we came back we were told that he said that it worked perfectly and that nothing was wrong. Went up to the room. It was stifling and the compressor still clunked. We asken for another room and were shown two other that had broken A/Cs. We were finally given a good room with a cold/new A/C and with hot water. None of the Snake, soda machines worked on any floor the whole time we were there. When I was checking out I asked for a correction be made to my bill for the two nights that we were in a room with out A/C ot hot water. The assistant manager offered me $50.00 a night credit but only gave me a $25.00 a night credit. Before I realized her error I told her it was not acceptable and asked to speak to the manager who was not there. She said he would call me but would not do any better. My original room charge was in excess of $200.00 a night with the correction it came to $199.00 I thought that paying that much for a room with basic amenities was unreasonable. Even a Hotel 8 supplies A/C and hot water. The manager called me a few hours latter. He yelled at me, called me a liar, said if the A/C had not really worked I would have complained the 1st night and said nothing was wrong with the room and I was only complaining in order to cheat him. I pointed out that the people who he sold the room to the night we checked out of it moved out of it that same night since the A/C did not work and made to much noice. My friend happened to be in the hallway when they were moving out of it around 1:00 am. They swapped stories and were very mad to hear that they were put into a room that management knew was defective. The night manager basically told them that it was tough and if they were upset they could complain in the morning to the day manager. He was moving them and that should satisfy them. The manager told me that I was lying about that too. I told him to stop yelling at me and that I would simply speak to my credit card company. I did not need him to ruin my last day in Nashville. He got even madder at that. I picked this hotel because of its location. It is about 1 mile from everything and I thought the walk would be good for us after a night on the town. Nashville is wonderful. Pick a better hotel and have a good time.

    3
« OK for the price. Great location. »

Good location in Music Row near the Gulch. Nice restaurants nearby. Average room size and decor. Hot breakfast but exactly the same every day for six days - scrambled eggs, sausage patties and biscuits and gravy. Seemed to be a family run business with a minimal staff. Room price seemed high but compared to the major downtown hotels was reasonable.

    4
    « Walkable location »

The rooms were clean, the staff great and the breakfast just fine. Though this hotel is just on the west side of the highway we felt safe walking in and out of the downtown area, even at night. The walk is about a mile. We were here for a collegiate sporting event that happened to be on Halloween weekend therefore, I think our rates were a bit to high to be reasonable.

    4
« Good value and location »

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in October in a twin queen room. The beds were comfortable and the room was not a bad size considering there were 2 queen beds in it and it was nice and clean if a bit tired, like the rest of the hotel. We had a room on the second floor at the front. There was a bit of road noise but not too bad. There was a good choice of cereal, breads, cakes some hot food and plenty of coffee for the free breakfast. There is free coffee in reception 24hrs a day and also a cold and hot water fountain. The room had a single cup coffee/tea maker, fridge, microwave and safe. The hotel has a few bars/restaurants/coffee shops just round the corner and is about a 20-25 min walk to downtown Broadway. There are free golf carts that will take you where you want to go from 10am in the morning til late you can call them free from your room or reception will call them for you, all you have to do is tip the driver. However be aware they don't always start at 10am. The other option if you have a smart phone is to use Uber. There's free wifi all over the hotel and most bars downtown also have free wifi so you can order your Uber without using your data roaming. An Uber from the hotel to Downtown is around $5.45 each way, one thing to be aware of is your driver may phone or text you through the secure network to confirm your location and this will incur international charges if you don't have a US SIM card. Overall a good choice of hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again should I return to Nashville

« Great hotel but needs an exterminator »

Arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk was new but the night manager helped her and was very helpful to us a few times during the stay. Room wasn't modern in style but I think that is the mood they were going for. Beds were firm but spongy, I assume they were memory foam as they squished slightly. I hate hotel pillows, always too darn soft, needed 3 pillows to equal my 1 pillow at home. Room was quiet. The only thing I think they need to fix is getting some extermination. Saw a roach in the bathroom on the wall. I don't have roaches at my house so I immediately freaked out about our stuff and possibly carrying some home. BTW the front desk day crew couldn't even tell me where the VA hospital was, GPS put it at 1 mile away. They should be more informed.

    « great hotel »

we stayed at the hotel 3 nights, family of 4. When we got to the hotel we got a nice presetn from them that included water, snack and chocolate. The hotel close to downtown, just few minutes by car. The room was clean and beds very comfortable, The staff were very helpfull and nice. The breakfast was good, presented well and had good selection of choices, even though, as an Israeli, i would like more vegetables.

« Affordable hotel close to downtown »

We booked this hotel because it was the most affordable we could find within walking distance of downtown. It was about a 20 minute walk to downtown or using cabs/uber was easy and reasonable. The room was nice enough. It was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was your typical continental- nothing special but decent enough. It was a nice, quiet hotel that I would recommend if you aren't looking for anything fancy and don't mind being outside of the downtown area.

    4
    « Clean and friendly »

This hotel is probably the most affordable place within walking distance of downtown. Breakfast was okay (included) and there is coffee all day. Clean and staff are friendly. Rooms have a fridge, which is helpful. It was also very quiet.

« Great hotel for the price Close to downtown »

Stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Example: My wife and I both use CPAPS and forgot to pick up distilled water. Asked desk clerk if there was a pharmacy or super market in the area were i could get some. No need to go anywhere. They had some there. Complimentary!! Now I know it only cost about $1.25 but add a cab ride, the usual hotel up-charge, and the inconvenience I thought it was great. Room rate was $150 when downtown hotels were $250- $350. Breakfast was the usual free buffet. 15 Min walkor $5 Uber to honketonks on Broadway

    4
    « A Comfortable Place to Stay »

Our room had everything we were expecting and was very comfortable. The facilities including parking and breakfast were provided and the staff were very helpful. Music Row is a fair walk to downtown but the golf carts that scurry around Nashville provided a get around service for a tips only price. The staff in reception would call a cart when required but that being said the carts seemed to regularly call in at the front of the hotel.

    3
    « Nice enough »

Everything as pretty good. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Trouble getting hot water and then keeping it adjusted. It is close to downtown and was easy getting around. We would stay again, but would try another place.

    4
« Nice Place to Stay »

This is a very nice place to stay if visiting Nashville. BW/Music Row is conveniently located close to downtown and within walking distance to "the Gulch" area which has many mid priced restaurants and even a couple sports bars. The rooms are updated and beds comfortable. The only downside is the AC unit runs loud. It was cooler during our stay and the fan setting was much quieter and did the trick. A full breakfast is provided every morning and my group of 4 adults felt it was presented well and had a large selection of choices. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. This is not a luxury hotel but VERY nice and priced fairly.

    3
    « Fair value »

Its a bit dated, and the breakfast is so so, but it is a clean, excellent value in a great location. Staff was helpful and everything worked. Bedding was fine...but don't expect a hip modern experience!

« Good For The Price Near Downtown »

Compared to other Nashville hotels this one is reasonably priced for being close to downtown. It is not high end but for what it is, it has a lot to offer. We had visited Nashville several years ago and the area where this hotel is located was rough. In the years since then the area has improved dramatically so there is no longer a concern about the area. In fact, it is rather nice now. The hotel has an outdoor pool, free parking, and free breakfast. There were some complaints on here about noise in the rooms facing the pool and I suppose there could be problems if large rowdy groups are gathered. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. I specifically asked for a room around the back side to avoid any potential problems. The room was clean and had a fridge and micro. The AC was noisy but fine and the wifi was sketchy depending on where you were. One can't expect the place to be the Ritz but it was very good for what it is. The outside walkways could use a good power scrubbing but other than that, the place was acceptably clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. High praise for the omelette lady in the dining room. She held it together and remained polite while a condescending, smug, blowhard jerk directed and questioned her every move while preparing his order. I was impressed by her composure. I could not have remained so calm. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and downtown is a quick cab ride away or walk, it isn't too far. A good choice for Nashville.

« Good value, excellent breakfast »

We struggled to find a reasonably priced hotel in Nashville but were pleased at the cost of this and value for money it offered. Ours was a large room and very clean. Lovely hot breakfast and helpful staff. About a 20 minute walk to the downtown area which generally felt safe, but there are also free shuttle busses that operate around the city. Worth checking out the live music on offer on a Sunday night at the nearby Irish bar. Free hotel parking and good wifi was a bonus.

    « Super Comfy! »

We were in town for the Adele concert so the room was very pricey but I feel like the accommodations are definitely worth their normal pricing. I have allergies and let the front desk know I would need an extra clean room and they were very kind about it. We had to wait a little bit for them to prepare the room properly but we were happy to do it. They even called after we were in the room to make sure it was acceptable. Now to the most important part besides cleanliness, THE BEDS!!! One word.... Tempur-pedic! Now I can't say for sure they are in every room but one can only assume if the mattresses are Tempur-pedic in one room hopefully they are in all rooms. I am forever a Best Western customer if that is the case! The hotel is beautiful, it's within walking distance of downtown, it includes a really good breakfast and there's a pool and weight room. There's even cookies and candy jar at the check-in desk, how fun is that?! Footnote: The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there was a bug running around in the bathroom (but you know, the south...) and the phone seemed very unclean, other than that I was very pleased.

« Good location but needs an upgrade »

Location was great, you can walk to The Gulch and short uber to downtown. Rooms could be better maintained, ac didn't work very well and there was a musty smell, I had coffee but no coffee maker and Internet did not work in my room at all but it did in the lobby. Ok hotel if you don't need to spend too much time in your room.

We stayed here for the first two days of our honeymoon! Everyone was very accommodating, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options, and the hotel was within walking distance of many attractions. Clean and spacious!

    « Great »

The hotel was clean and the beds were okay. Not to far from downtown, just a few minutes ride. The front desk was very polite to everyone I saw them speaking with. Didn't get to eat breakfast due to having to leave so early.

    « Value for money »

This hotel is fairly old and run down but clean and relatively well located. Which makes it good value. Its $8-10 in a Taxi into the main broadway. The breakfast included in the room cost is basic but fun with make your own waffles and pancakes. We were surprised there was no bacon offered though. The staff are friendly but keep themselves to themselves. The cleaning staff were very good.

I stayed in 6 rooms in the last 7 days, I don't remember the details of all of the them just the bad one which wasn't a BW. These surveys are way way way way too long. No I will not lengthen this survey. If you don't except what I have written so far, just forget it.

    « It was fine »

Ok hotel, good location. Rooms old fashioned and very dark but clean. Breakfast was fine. Pool had lots of leaves floating in it so did not use but sunbathed by the pool - quite a sun trap. Bit expensive for what it is but for two nights, it was ok.

    « Dirty,out dated »

From the shuttle from airport , to check in, to the room very disappointed ! There seemed to be a disconnect between employees no one was on the same page. We waited at airport for shuttle that we were told when we booked ran every half hour, then we're told we had to call them. At check in the girl was unfriendly and acted put out at doing her job. Hotel under construction was not told that when we made reservation. The room was set in the 1970's, old food in refrigerator , no tissue in holder, coffee maker not working and only 1 cup that was clean. Toilet was not clean at the start. We went to desk to tell them that we would be checking out in the morning and were told no problem, then told a different story in the morning. Run! Do not book this hotel, and really a shame because location decent.

This hotel was good for the price. The beds were super comfortable, friendly service, and breakfast was good. The rooms need updating but we're okay. My negative is my room was very musty smelling. You get used to it while in the room but it hits you every time you walk in!

    3
« Nice room and good location »

The hotel is located on music mile and is only a 15 minute walk into downtown - it's also located next to the highway which was super handy when driving out of the city for day trips and to Opryland. The room decor was slightly outdated but was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice with lots of options! Not sure we'd stay here again as it was fairly expensive (but value for money compared to other hotels we looked into) but it was a nice stay.

    « Nice hotel »

Hotel conveniently located within walking distance to Broadway and the bars although it is a longer walk. Golf cart taxis and bus tours stop for pick up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The wifi sucked and we complained about it each of the three days of our stay. They said we had to be in the room to get it fixed but who wants to stay in their room in Nashville!!??

Or should I say, $858.00 for 3 nights! The hotel is Best Western Plus. Whats the plus stand for you ask? Plus a ripping you off on the cost ! Plus mold smelling rooms. Plus, no coffee in the lobby or breakfast on day 3. Coffee Machine is broken. Plus, old thin towels with hair in them. Plus, bathroom door has hook missing and won't shut. Plus, the housekeeping vacuuming the hallways at 9pm . Plus, refrigerator knob breaking off in your hand. Plus mold, ceiling tiles above your head while you eat off your paper plates and paper cup. PLUS....going to get ice on day 4 and some classy person pooped in the ice machine! YES! YOU GET ALL THESE PLUSES for 859.00 ! Thanks for the worst hotel experience. This is my 1st and last time I stay at a Best Western Plus. I want my money back!

« Broken Shower and Bugs »

The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in but the room's shower didn't work (no pressure and lukewarm water). Told them immediately and staff said someone would check it out. Never happened. Then last night, found a bug on the bed. When I mentioned that at check-out, the response was, "Would you like breakfast before you leave?". Really???

« A little expensive for the quality, terrible wifi »

Location ok, near a strip of good local bars. Beds very comfy (tempurpedic I think) but decor a little tired. Blackout blinds were almost useless, rooms very light in the morning. Appalling wifi Expensive for the experience

    « Great Hotel & Helpful Staff! »

We picked this Best Western for our first vacation to Nashville because of location. We thought Music Row meant it was close to the Honky Tonks and live music venues in the city. After arriving, we learned Music Row is the section of Nashville where the record producers and recording studios are located. From the Best Western Plus Music Row, it is a 1/2 hour walk or five minute cab ride down Broadway to find the main collection of Honky Tonks, restaurants and gift shops. While first a bit disappointed, we soon learned being away from the crowds and congestion down on Broadway is a good thing. This location was much more quiet, but still close and convenient to just about anything you would like to do in Nashville. For those who might be interested, it is within walking distance to a couple of fun gay bars on Church Street. There are also excellent restaurants, some with live music, within easy walking distance. Would have given this hotel an excellent rating except for the fact it could use some updating. While it appears the lobby and dining area were recently renovated, the carpeting and furnishings in the rooms and hallways are dated. With that being said, our room was large, comfortable and well appointed. From our 4th floor window we had an excellent view of downtown Nashville, but at the same time it was peacefully quiet. Our bathroom appeared to have had some recent updates, but the ventilation system is old and had trouble keeping up with when we showered. The breakfast area next to the lobby is large, though still crowded due to the size of the hotel. They have provided a island in the middle for folks to stand and eat if no tables are available. The food selections were standard, and similar to other Best Westerns. Starting the day with a free breakfast is an excellent value. One of the standouts with this property is the friendly and helpful attitude of the front desk staff. They were able to direct us to different locations and even helped mark locations and routes on a map. Nashville is not an intuitive city to navigate for the first time visitor, so if you are not sure where you are going ask for their help and guidance before setting out. We learned that lesson the hard way! In summary, if you're looking for the Ritz Carlton with a champagne and caviar reception upon arriving this is probably not the hotel for you. However, if you are looking for a great value, excellent location, comfortable spacious rooms, and friendly helpful staff, would highly recommend the Best Western Music Row when visiting Nashville. We plan to return to Nashville again in the future, and will definitely stay at this property again.

    « Nashville visit »

The staff was friendly and helpful. After checking in, the young man made arrangements for us to be picked up for a downtown restaurant. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we found wrong was the smoke alarm going off in the early am.

    « Did the job. »

We picked this hotel because the price was a lot cheaper than most for the area. Rooms looked nice, spacious enough - fridge and microwave. Bed had a broken frame which made it uncomfortable, but we were so tired after all of the driving, we didn't even care to mention it. Complimentary breakfast bar in the morning. It was edible, but not very good. Wish we would have splurged for a local joint.. But you can't beat free ;) Overall, it was okay. Not bad, but not great.

« Great customer service, nice outdoor pool »

We had never been to Nashville, so wanted a "centrally-located" hotel. This was perfect! We checked in mid-afternoon, and were able to swim in their large outdoor pool. Any questions, the front desk and the manager were more than helpful and willing to answer. Vishal, the manager, takes pride in the property, and is active in upgrading and maintaining the property. His wife, Ritu, was extremely helpful at check-in, and with transportation questions. We walked to the Country Music Hall of Fame, but because of the intermittant rain, we took taxis a few times. The taxis are convenient, and not that pricey. Would definitely recommend the Broadway area downtown for restaurants. We had heard about "The Gulch" area, which is literally 2 blocks from the hotel, and we tried a restaurant in that area, after walking past quite a few outrageously-priced ones, but were disappointed with that area. Broadway is the way to go! The breakfast room is the largest we've seen on our travels so far. It's definitely comfortable to eat, without feeling like you're "on top" of the guests sitting next to you. Would highly recommend this hotel.

« Too Conservative for us »

This hotel inadvertently pissed us off in a big way when staff approached my boyfriend at breakfast to tell him that only hotel guests can have breakfast. Well, guess what, he was a hotel guest and the only reason they singled him out is because he has a long beard and wears a kilt. This visual profiling was obviously not okay with us, as he was a paying customer who showers regularly. They seemed appropriately embarrassed when he corrected them, but needless to say we won't be staying here again. Also, the breakfast was super lame.

« Excellent Option for Downtown Nashville »

I booked this hotel based on the price with AAA discount. This place was $50 or more cheaper than other downtown/Music Row hotel choices. I considered splurging (for me) to the Hilton Garden Inn downtown but decided to stay with my original plan and I am glad I did. This hotel is very nice. The location is slightly out of the way but it is a fine hotel. Very pleasant front desk staff. We arrived 90 minutes early and after a brief wait we checked in to a room an hour early. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a 40" TV. We took a $7 Uber ride to 3rd & Lindsley to see The Time Jumpers lay on a Monday night (highly recommended). Cery convenient to the Honky Tonks if you don't mind taking an Uber. Breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast with eggs, waffles and pancakes as hot foods. You could spend $125 or more to stay on Broadway or stay here and have some money to tip the bands at Roberts and Tootsies.

    « Value doesn't match high price! »

Stayed here with family for quick access to Belmont Univ for daughters college tour. High room rate not worth outdated rooms and hotel in need of some updates! Front desk responded very timely to TV issue upon room entry so appreciate the response. Breakfast was horrible ... Find some where else to eat!!! Very rude hostess was complaining constantly about hotel guests. Food was terrible .. Actually threw away 2 different plates of food because it was so bad. Would definitely look for another hotel in Nashville before booking this one!!

« A very good choice for Nashville »

We made a good choice in staying here while in Nashville. The management and front desk were helpful and courteous. While the price is not low by any means, in comparison to many other spots nearby it was fairly reasonable. The rooms were clean, but we did notice an offensive odor on the bedspread, which we removed. We were told that they are just about to replace all bedspreads and curtains. Beds were comfy and the location was good. We stayed at four different hotels in Nashville. One was very high priced and wonderful. This was comparable, larger, but not quite as "swanky" as the high priced room. The other two did not measure up at all. If we go back, this will probably be our choice.

    « Not good outdated »

No resteraunt for evening meals. No bar outdated and basic breakfast quite nasty really and the prices are appallingly high! For what they provide the prices are ridiculous I would never stay their again I'd rather pay a little extra and go somewhere else

    3
« It was fine but dated »

All hotels in Nashville are crazy expensive. This was expensive but not out of line for Nashville. The hotel was clean, bed comfortable and the staff friendly. It is conveniently located to most things within a short walk. Breakfast is nothing to write home about typical hotel food.

    « Think twice »

THE GOOD: reasonable price, good location, free parking and breakfast buffet, nice pool area and exercise room. THE BAD: The hotel was renovated on the cheap, and the poor materials and workmanship show. Maintenance seems slipshod ... mold under the shower caulking that the manager seemed almost unconcerned about .. he asked if we wanted to change rooms but wasn't at all surprised when I showed it to him. There was some damage to the base of the wall outside the shower that was badly patched, and I watched a small roach "touring" the repaired area. If you're traveling with more than a minimal carry on bag, there's grossly inadequate drawer space. We were on the last leg of a 2 week trip and it was pretty funny in a pathetic sort of way. They're under staffed and/or under trained. We came back to the room at 4:30PM expecting to relax for a while before getting ready for the evening to find the room unmade. What made it even more annoying was that they were making up the room next to us before 9 that morning. The WORST thing was the A/C unit. I've never encountered a system before that both cooled and humidified a hotel room. The system they use for the lobby area seems to work fine, but on the upper floors and in the rooms, everything is just damp. I'm not saying there was water dripping down the walls, but clothes and bedding just never felt dry. I'm used to hotel linens feeling crisp, not clingy like they've been sitting in a room with 100% humidity (the outside humidity wasn't at all unpleasant). THE BOTTOM LINE: There are other hotels in the immediate area that are a bit more expensive but if you can justify the extra cost (and this place wasn't cheap), stay elsewhere

    « Perfect affordable hotel »

Perfect hotel for those who don't want to break the bank when staying in Nashville. Located about a 20/25 min walk from Broadway or a 7/8 min taxi. Really close to Elvis' Studio (but be aware that tours start from downtown of here). Parking and WiFi were free which was a welcome change in America. Only slight negative was the breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance (Bond's in the Gulch was a favourite of ours - also check out Party Fowl for some hot chicken later). Definitely would recommend here.

Hotel is in a good location close to downtown. No frills. Room was adequate but dated decor. Wifi worked well. Staff failed with my wakeup call - almost missed my flight. Staff however found and forwarded an item i'd left in the room on my rushed departure.

The hotel looked somewhat dated as we drove up, but once inside it's very nice. The lobby area is large and modern. The breakfast is great. It is fairly close to downtown attractions. Rooms are rather small but clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. I would stay here again

    « Good deal »

We stayed one night at this hotel while in Nashville. If you don't mind being away from the center of town this will be a good place to stay. The front desk staff were very friendly at check in. The room and bathroom were very clean and had plenty of towels. I would stay at this hotel again.

« A bit pricey, but location was perfect. »

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly. It was the most expensive stay throughout our vacation, but close to all of the sites we wanted to visit. The only downside was the AC unit. When it would kick on, it was very loud! Actually had to turn it off and back on throughout the night! Overall, it is definitely a great location to stay.

« Great Value for Money »

A special mention to the staff who were all helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent on site parking, well located hotel outside of the main centre with a free ride on the local bus or buggies. It is a quieter area than the main streets and can easily access other local areas. Microwave, good size fridge in the room and lock up safe. For a four star hotel it is clean, well finished and has all the amenities. Our room was very quiet and there was a variety at breakfast. Clean bathroom and very comfortable beds. Don't expect a five star hotel, but it is a very strong four star.

« Nothing special for cost »

Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast is described as scrumptious ha! Rubbery scrambled eggs so not great. Our room had a dividing door between next door so it was very noisy. Bed cover was falling apart as the zip was broken and the Velcro was that old is wasn't holding it together. Noisy plumbing from next door. 24 hour coffee was cold. Quite a long walk to downtown and we were NOT informed about any free buses, golf buggies etc only an expensive tour that the hotel could book for you. Wouldn't stay here again I would book somewhere nearer downtown.

« Good hotel for a decent price »

Most of the hotels near downtown Nashville ate $200+ a night. The BW is reasonably priced and is a short Uber ride from downtown . Very clean hotel and beds were comfortable. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cold cereals and bagels/toast- adequate. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and I had trouble sleeping at night as I am a light sleeper. My travel companion did not have this issue however. All in all a good value.

    « Music City Nashville »

Overall nice place to stay. Staff was courteous.Room was clean and so was the bathroom. King bed was comfortable and we got 3 good nights of sleep. Room needed more closet space to hang clothes and there was no dresser to put folded clothes in. Staff never told us about free local bus to downtown until the last evening of our stay. Hotel was located about 1 mile from downtown, so we walked it a few times. Breakfast was good with large area to sit in.

    « comfortable bed »

The best part of this hotel is the bed. It has a memory foam mattress and is very comfortable. My husband travels frequently both domestically and internationally on business, and he said it was one of the best hotel beds that he had ever slept in. The room was very clean except that the shower curtain smelled. To our disappointment, one of the staff at the front desk was rude and did not show the willingness to help us. We also had to wait for more than 10 minutes to checkout. There was only one person at the front desk, and she was helping another guest with concert reservation. They should have more than one staff at the checkout time of 11am. We were never offered express checkout, either. Breakfast was average and nothing special. In spite of the negative experience, we would go back there just for the bed, though.

« Exemplary customer service rates this hotel higher! »

We arrived in Nashville too late in the afternoon to do most of the available tours, but the great front desk staff quickly found us a night tour and booked it for us, as well as calling the tour company when we had been waiting for over 1/2 hr. Large, if dated, room with everything you need. Big king size bed, couch, desk, bar fridge etc. We utilised the guest laundry, $3 per wash and dry - huge machines that accept credit cards or coins. Great complimentary breakfast - extensive array of hot and cold foods, fresh and tasty! Great choice in Music Row... Golf cart shuttle service offered by various clubs on the main strip. Free car parking also a bonus.

    « Best Value in/around Downtown Area »

We came here after staying a few nights at the Knights Inn (roach motel) and couldn't handle it anymore. I don't know why we didn't try to book at the Best Western in the first place because we had a great stay. They allowed us early check in, upgraded us to a better room, allowed for late check out, and let us keep our luggage there until we needed to head to the airport. Awesome customer service to say the least. Compared to the Knights Inn, this was a luxury hotel. All in all, clean rooms, super comfy bed, and right in the heart of Music Row. Plenty of bars around the area that are within walking distance. We will stay here every time we visit Nashville in the future.

« Best Deal near downtown Nashville »

We always stay at the the Best Western Plus Music Row when in Nashville, It is very close to downtown without all the headaches. Plus, the prices are MUCH better. Once we arrive, we park our vehicle and catch a cab downtown and do not have to worry about traffic either. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and service also.

    3
« Great location but in need of update »

Unbeatable location walking distance to bars and restaurants in the Gulch and the downtown honkytonks. Good breakfast in the lobby. Stayed in a room with 2 double beds but, as family of 4 travelling round, this was the one hotel where we felt squashed. Small bathroom. Minimal cupboard space. In hindsight should probably have had 2 rooms but hotel room prices in Nashville seemed disproportionately expensive. Found reception to be helpful. Room wasn't cleaned on first day due to oversight but this was sorted and didn't happen again. Everywhere was clean but hotel generally pretty dated. Loved catching the golf buggies into town when we were too lazy to walk.

    3
« Sub par for the price »

Stayed 4 nights here. Room was big but dusty. Bathroom very clean. Bedding décor for the birds, but bed was very good. This place is a long, long walk for the average person to downtown, don't let the desk staff tell you otherwise. You can call up a service called Jiffy Cab or something like that. They are golf carts that will come to to hotel and pick you up. They work only for tips and it is very much cheaper than a taxi. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the BW and some are very good and varied as to menus. Parking onsite is fine and free. Only disappointments were some of the desk staff were aloof when you asked questions. Place was very busy but they could go a bit more out of their way for patrons. Housekeeping staff was a problem for us. Room was dusty, beds were patted down on 2 mornings instead of being made up. Fluff from sweat socks was still on the floor late in afternoon. Breakfast was good. You had choices to satisfy you. Some mornings the breakfast area was crowded, and you were better off taking your breakfast to your rooms. First night there asked desk clerk if he had some teabags as they have 24 hour coffee urns nearby... None at coffee counter, none behind front desk. Housekeepers didn't always refill coffee used in room and didn't leave cups one day for morning coffee. Probably wouldn't go back here if visiting Nashville again.. Would stay closer to downtown and pay for the parking. Please get rid of those Ugly bed covers, they look like they are from the 20s.

« not a good place to stay »

Our room was very small and claustrophobic with a small bathroom. There were two drawers in the dresser and the rest of the dresser was occupied by not working fridge and microwave. AC is very loud. After entire day of sightseeing it was disappointing to come back to the room that was not made that day nor towels replaced or garbage emptied. Wifi was slow and on and off every few minutes. This place is not worth of even one star. this is worn out, smelly overpriced place. We paid over $220 per night including tax. The only positive thing in this place is a good variety of breakfast food.

« Consistently friendly, helpful and clean hotel in great location »

We are coming to the end of a 3 week stay here. A long stay compared to most of the guests here but we are here for the music, my son plays guitar and has been playing in lots of venues. The location is great for access to downtown, we have regularly walked it in 20 mins. The Gulch is literally left out of the hotel to the traffic lights where there are lovely bars and restaraunt a - check out Burger Republic and 'the pub'. There is also the famous Station Inn down there. If you go left out of the hotel then right at the roundabout there are more great bars. We particularly enjoyed South and we heard Harp and Fiddle had great food. left at the roundabout takes you to music row where there are more bars and restaraunts but you will need a car for this. Staff at the hotel are very helpful. One guy in particular has made the effort every day to speak with us and show an interest. Breakfast is good enough, we are a little sick of it now though so opting to eat out most mornings but the variety is excellent here with eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereals, pancakes, waffles, fruit and a variety of breads. We have 4 days left here and it is absolutely adequate for anyone wanting a place to rest their head, perhaps a swim and sunbathe in the afternoon and a decent breakfast in the morning, in a location accessible to all local attractions and bars.

    « Worst Experience Traveling-Terrible Manager »

To start with how frustrated I am with this hotel, almost two months ago when we booked our two rooms we were told we could have a joining rooms with two queen beds and a pull out couch. We were told the TOTAL cost would be $302 and we were thrilled. A week before we were to arrive we called double checking that we would still have the a joining rooms and we were told that we could check in at 3 pm. Trying to schedule our activities around this time we arrived at 3:30pm and were told our rooms wouldn't be ready for another hour. To accommodate for this they gave us two separate rooms down the hall for the same price and we signed for that same price. We weren't happy, but satisfied. They called us an hour later saying our original rooms were ready, but we did not want to move because we had already settled in and was getting ready to leave. We went to check out the next morning and we were charged $604. Double the price we were told and what we signed for. The lady at the front desk said there was nothing she could do and gave us her managers card. Called the manager the following day and he would not let me get one word in, always speaking over me and finally I asked for his supervisors name and he responded with there was no one above him and I asked if he was the president of all the Best Westerns (childish, I know) and he said yes and hung up on me. Just a word of advise-Stay clear of this Best Western.

« Good value (but still had a few issues) »

My wife and I recently spent about a week here at the Best Western Plus Music Row in Nashville. We had a tough time sifting through reviews and finding a hotel for our stay as there are so many to choose from. To save a few dollars for other things, we wanted something downtown near Broadway and the District so that we might be able to walk down and grab a cheap cab ride for our return to the hotel later at night. This hotel was well suited for our needs and price range. The prices were much higher for newer and bigger properties nearby. We checked in and right away had an issue with our room air conditioner making a terribly loud noise while running and there was also a lot of noise out at the swimming pool area just below our room. The daytime temps were near 95 plus degrees and we needed a cool and quiet room. My wife has very sensitive hearing so she called to ask for another room and told them of the AC noise and pool noise. She was told they couldn't do anything until the next morning because they were fully booked for the night. Stuff happens so we toughed it out and ran the AC while we were out for dinner, but it only helped for a short time. The pool noise eventually faded and wasn't a problem until about we were awaken at 2 AM when a bunch of hooting and hollering wandering minstrels decided to trek by the pool on their way to who knows where! The hotel staff repaired the AC unit the next day while we were out and we had plenty of quiet cool air for the rest of the stay. There is new construction going on next door and there were a lot of construction workers or contractors using the hotel parking lot during the daytime so parking was sometimes limited. Housekeeping could be a little more attentive as we had plenty of towels but never seemed to have coffee or condiments replenished and would have to chase them down in the hallway or use my own. I usually carry Folgers coffee bags just in case this happens. The rooms are large and attractive and the bathroom isn't large but this is an older property so it reflects that but they have done a good job on remodeling. If it wasn't for the AC problem,I might have gone to another downtown hotel but with rates what they are in Nashville for (decent) last minute accommodations, I couldn't afford it on this trip. I don't feel it's fair to charge full price for a partial delivery of a product or service. We spent an entire evening in a room in very warm room in very hot weather without any air conditioning and it wasn't pleasant. Overall I would still say this was a good stay at a good hotel for a good price.

    « NO HOT WATER »

My son and I stayed and notified the front desk @ 9:00 pm that there was no hot water. They said there was nothing they could do. Upon check out the front desk said no charge for the room. Despite this the hotel charged my credit card the full amount. After calling the hotel they claimed they offered a different room that night ---- THIS IS A LIE, they did NOT. The people who run this hotel are not trustworthy. DO NOT STAY HERE. Probably does not meet health standards...

    « Old, but Ok »

We stayed at the Best Western this past weekend for a wedding. It's an older Best Western, so we have stayed at much nicer Best Westerns, but for the most part it was clean and comfortable for the weekend. The bathroom needed a lot of work. There wasn't even an outlet near the vanity, so we sat all of our things on top of the toilet to get ready. Our room faced a vacant lot in the back. There are some bars/ restaurants in walking distance, but if you want to walk to Broadway, it will take you about 25 minutes, or just a few minutes by car. The lobby area was nice and we felt safe in the area. Overall it was ok, just old.

    5
« Very nice hotel and staff »

Although not the best location in Nashville, it was only a $5 uber ride or a 1/2 walk to the museums, bars, etc. Very friendly staff here and would stay again when in Nashville. Did not use pool area, but it's rather small and not very attractive, but we weren't in Nashville to go swimming.

« Good location, reasonable price, helpful staff. »

This property is not new but it is reasonably well kept up. Everything looks fresh and clean. The location is just on the other side of I-40 from the heart of town. It is about a mile into town and several ways to get into the main attractions area. Driving is easy and parking lots are scattered all over town and accessible for hourly rates and daily rates. I spent an average of about 15 dollars per day and was within close walking distance to the best things to see. There are web sites to locate parking lots and prices. Walking would be an option for the young and energetic. Cabs are 8 to 10 each way and there are golf cart vendors taking people into town at a fair rate. Several restaurants and live music venues are an easy 10 min walk from the hotel in an area called the Gulch. The Tin Roof is a good place for very casual bar fare and cold beers. In addition they have live country music played by those seeking an audience and/or recognition. Parking is free at the hotel. The free hot breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, juice, and coffee. The dining area is adequate but can get crowded during peak times. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and seem pretty new. The property was quiet during our stay. The room has a fridge, safe, iron, blow dryer and good size bathrooms. As so many hotels they could use a night light in the bathroom. There is a plain but fairly large pool. The only issue we had was the AC unit was too noisy and seemed to be in need of updating, but it did the job of cooling our room in 95 degree weather. The staff was friendly and helpful and quickly resolved a billing issue to our satisfaction at the end of our stay. We would book this hotel again.

« Nashville, Best Western Music Row Hotel »

My college aged daughter and I were in Nashville for pleasure, and loved the location of the hotel on Music Row. Lots to do nearby with Lower Broadway honky tonks only 1/2 mile away, you could either walk, or catch a golf cart / bike / taxi downtown, or even drive and park for a small fee. Great staff at the hotel, clean, great free breakfast. That's all you need in Nashville. I would stay again!

« Great hotel for the price and location. »

This place is about 15-20 min from downtown. You can walk to the area with all the restaurants. Many to chose from. This hotel has large rooms with microwave and fridge. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. It has an outdoor pool. We enjoyed our stay here and it was a good price. Great beds and continental breakfast. I'd come here again.

    4
    « Good Location »

Good location, friendly staff, quiet room, free parking, 15-20 minute walk to downtown, nice neighborhood, live bands and good eats just one block away. My main complaint is that the room was dingy and I saw several hairs in the bathroom. However, I have found hairs in every single hotel room I have ever stayed in, so it could be my OCD. As for the dinginess, I cannot blame the cleaning staff. It is an older establishment. I witnessed the cleaning staff work extremely hard to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel.

    4
« Good Price and Good Location »

We stayed here for three nights and the experience was very nice. The hotel was a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the Gulch so lots of restaurant choices nearby. If you enjoy some exercise the downtown area is about a 25-30 minute walk. And if walking is not your thing you can grab a golf cart shuttle to virtually anywhere...the only cost is what you think your trip is worth in the form of a tip. Breakfast was nice with lots of seating. Would stay there again if we were in the area.

    « The Best Western »

Our stay in the Best Western hotel downtown Nashville, was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much.

« nice hotel, close to, but not IN downtown »

nice hotel with friendly staff, rooms with a flavor of Nashville, and pretty close to downtown. they had a decent rate, free parking, and as I said, reasonably nice rooms. it was a good value for our stay. A cab from downtown was $10 with tip, which for Nashville is a deal, parking will run you $20-30 for a couple hours if you drive downtown, and most hotels will charge you about the same. With the free parking there (and a free ride downtown from some friends who weren't staying in town) that alone was a $50 difference. The location really isn't close enough to walk to much of anything, but if you grab a cab or uber there n back, you can save a lot over paying $100 more for a room + $30 parking at another hotel, and $30 or so if you want to drive and park downtown. So it's a good value proposition that is only a mile or 2 cab ride away from the action.

    3
« Too far from downtown »

When we made reservation, we made sure to ask how close they were to downtown Nashville. They assured us it was just a couple of blocks. A couple a blocks was up hill and about 3/4 miles. I needed to know as it is hard for me to walk long distances. Terribly disappointed. The room was clean but not set up very well for easy access to beds and bathroom. Would not recommend.

« Good hotel for the price »

This hotel is near the Gulch area of Nashville (between Music Row and Downtown), with a number of restaurants within walking distance. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Ascend Amphitheater (1.4 miles). The neighborhood is not the most scenic? we had a view of a couple of buildings and some construction (which was considered a ?city view?). We also had difficulty finding it due to A LOT of area construction that had several roads blocked off. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful when we called for assistance in navigating the craziness. We had a king size room, which seemed a little small with a pull-out sofa and the tv stand (that also held a microwave and mini-fridge). However, we only paid $150/night, and many downtown Nashville hotels charge twice that much for a comparable room. The bed was THE MOST COMFORTABLE hotel bed I have ever experienced. The staff was very happy to suggest dinner and attraction locations. They also accommodated our request to check in early and check out late. The only thing that bothered us a little was the cleanliness of the room. It smelled a little musty upon arrival, and we found a bottle top on the bedside table and a used cotton swab on the floor next to the bed (of so little significance, we didn't even bother to report the issue). Would definitely stay here again when in Nashville on a budget.

    « Great »

Location is great. Rooms good. We are bargain people so we loved the fact that we could just walk across the parking lot to Logan'f for happy hour and not worry about driving. LOL It was also an easy, middle of TN for us to visit all the family members that live in the area.

    3
« Very dated but okay for 1 night »

We stayed here one night while visiting a relative who lived nearby. The decor is very gaudy and out of date. However, our room was clean and it worked for that one night. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless some renovations were done. It just felt old and "used".

    « Excellent Choice »

We stayed here July 4th weekend and it could not have been any better. Nice clean comfortable hotel, just outside of downtown and walking distance to Music Row. We were six friends and didn't spend much time at the hotel, but free parking and breakfast every day, How could this not be a great idea? The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and well decorated and we even spent a day relaxing by the pool. For the price this is an excellent choice.

    « a good stay »

We enjoyed the king sized bed with the memory foam mattress. The room was big enough and clean. Vishal at the front desk was helpful, professional and very patient with us when we needed assistance. He went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

    5
« Fun trip to Nashville »

Friendly staff, check in and out was efficient, Tina in the breakfast buffet area was great, very friendly and attentive to the guests' needs. Location not bad, a long walk (about 15-20 minutes by foot) to Broadway where the great bars/ music venues are located. The Gulch is a very short walk. I would go back and stay here.

    5
    « Great Sleep »

The stay was nice. It is within walking distance from many great taverns and smaller restaurants. The room is a bit cramped and the bathroom is ill designed but still pleasant enough for temp lodging. The AC works very well. The mattress is amazing. Best nights sleep so far.

    4
« Nice hotel, great staff »

The hotel staff is great. Helpful, courteous, friendly, ready to help with your needs. One item that struck us was seeing housekeeping staff all the time not just during the day. The building is not new but well maintained. I would definitely stay again. The only drawback is the beds are memory foam and don't give me the back support I need.

    5
    « great hotel »

well located..very helpful staff..great breakfast..comfy beds..reasonably priced what more could you want ? we would thoroughly recommend staying here...we mentioned a noisy fire stair door next to our room..it was fixed next morning

    « So So »

The room was clean and had plenty of room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Had to ask for a remote for the tv. Cleaning staff failed to restock the coffee supplies once in the room. They also must have had July 4th off because our room never was cleaned.

    4
« Right outside of downtown, yet close to everything »

This hotel was reasonably priced for being just outside the downtown limits. You are about a 25 minute walk to the Ryman and all other hot spots in downtown Nashville. Good breakfast offered in the mornings with lots of fresh fruit. Very friendly staff too. the Wi-Fi and TV signals were hit-and-miss throughout our entire stay.

    3
    « Location good »

It was our 1st trip to Nashville and the 4thof July Celebration. It is a short distance to the Main Street but so many free options. The room seemed very small but clean and updated. I think I would probably stay at a hotel closer to the Gaylord Opryland Resort. The staff were very good also. It just wasn't the area I was looking for.

    5
    « Good Medical Rates »

We had gone to Cenntenial hotel with our parents for surgery. We stayed at Best Western property during my parents surgery. This hotel was within 5 minutes from the hospital and had plenty of parking. Our expectations were met at this hotel.

    3
« Ok for a night or two »

Over all the hotel was nice and it is going under renovations in the lobby area. The room was clean but the bed blanket was a bit shabby. The breakfast was included and a very good variety for continental. The parking was included which was a nice advantage. I would stay again short term.

« Close to Convention Center »

I had to go to a meeting at the Nashville Convention Center. Most of the rooms in that area were available at $400 per night. This was one of the hotels, we could get $169 rate. The hotel was walking distance to the Convention center.

    « Great Hotel »

We stayed here 3 nights. Our room was very large and clean. Breakfast was, as you would expect, plenty of choice. Parking plentiful. Pool on site. Plenty of eating places within a few minutes walk. Location was close to Grand Ole Opry. Some say you could have walked but we did not. There is a shuttle bus that will take you down town. We opted to drive and found parking at reasonable price. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Music Row for the recent CMA Fest in Nashville. We would definitely stay again! It was a perfect spot for the price. The staff were friendly and our room was very clean. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of variety and we enjoyed the pool as a refreshing break from the downtown crowds. We'll be back next year! Thank you!

    « Nice »

Nice hotel, helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable. Everything is updated. The hotel is close to everything. Nothing special but a good location for exporting Nashville's music row and Broadway.

    2
« Friendly staff but hotel is not worth the price »

Extremely friendly staff but the hotel is old, outdated, kind of dingy and not worth $275 including taxes for a night. I thought it was downtown but it is at least a mile (if not more) to walk to any attractions. Room is dingy, outdated furniture, poor lighting and door doesn't close unless you pull it. There wasn't even a pen or pad to write a phone number on. Breakfast was okay but no bar in hotel. The golf cart service to downtown (not provided by hotel but patronized by) was fine for the afternoon but you couldn't get it at night and had to take a cab back. Hotel needs updating if they're going to charge that amount!

    5
« Good Rooms Near Downtown »

We came to a convention in downtown Nashville. Best Western was close to the convention center. We were able to walk to it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but there was only one attendant and very busy. Night clerk had pleasant personality and checked us in right away.

    4
« Good, but could have been better. »

Night staff needs to learn how to deal with reservations for late arrivals. Other than that it was fine, we were only there about 6 hours. Didn't get a chance to give a full review on anything else. This is a high priced BW though because of the location, I would have NEVER paid the asking price the only reason we stayed here was because it was CMA week in Nashville, we need ONE night for a few hours to sleep, and I had enough points for a free room.

    2
« Not worth the money »

For the nightly cost of the room we expected more. We booked 5 rooms at this hotel for a group that was visiting Nashville and I have to say, I was embarrassed. The hotel was old and in need of remodeling and the rooms were only "surface" clean. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had and the woman taking care of the breakfast was rude and nasty. We specifically booked a Best Western because of their relationship with Harley-Davidson & we will be making a recommendation to Harley to re-think that relationship. We would also recommend that Best Western send anonymous guest/inspectors to check up on their hotels. We stayed at Fairfield Inns on the way to and from Nashville and that will be our choice for hotels from here on in.

    2
    « Big Disappointment »

Hotel staff gave incorrect directions to location, so we went up and down streets for a half hour before we found it. Desk staff, at check in, acted like they were doing us a favor. The room was so small we had to plan ahead where we would be so we could get by. Same for the bathroom. For the high end price we paid we expected something a little more.

    5
« Great place to stay while in Nashville »

After we checked in to our room, it smelled like fresh paint, so we were shown three other rooms to choose from. Ritu at the front desk always greeted us with a beautiful and friendly smile. Vishal, Ankit, Waldo and the rest of the staff were always around if we had questions or concerns. Tina at the hot breakfast buffet always kept the food counter neat and clean and was so nice to chat with. We mainly used taxis which were right there as soon as they were called from the front desk, but this hotel in near the Gulch which has Restaurants and a bus that will take you downtown even though it is within walking distance. I will definitely go stay there again when I go back to Nashville and would highly recommend this place.

« Really good location and wonderful welcome »

The hotel is clean all staff are friendly and welcoming we went to bellagio hotel in Vegas well all I can say is I could not wait to get to the best western Nashville we have visited 3 years now not consecutive years and when we arrived we were given such a warm welcome the manager he remembered us which made us feel special good location free buses from the gulch which is 5 minutes walk away and downtown is only a 30 minute walk all I can say is I love this hotel for its lovely staff nothing is ever too much trouble thank you everyone hope to see you all again soon

    « Average stay »

The room was clean. The beds are firm. The climate control in he room was not working properly. It pumped out humid air so everything seemed damp. This is the biggest criticism of the place. It is in a good location and a short drive to many attractions. The breakfast was average. Parking is free and close to the building.

    4
    « Great Location! »

We stayed here on our recent "first trip" to Nashville. There is ample parking. The location is great! We walked downtown every day and it literally took about 10 minutes to get there. They actually already had pre-printed directions on how to get there too - which, BTW, is really easy from here.... The service was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout was very easy too. The overall cleanliness was very good. The rooms are average sized, quiet and comfortable and the Housekeeping staff was great too! The free breakfast was OK... But, it was free... My overall experience at Best Western Plus Music Row was a very good one and the rates are very good. This will be my default stay to place when I go to Nashville.

« NO help retrieving item left behind. »

After staying at this hotel two prior times with a good experience each time, this time was different. The stay itself was decent, however, my friend left a pair of prescription orthopedic shoes behind and, after realizing this soon after our departure, called the hotel to get help with retrieving this item. The front desk was of no help as the second shift person said they were not authorized to look in the "lost and found." (Really?) After being told numerous times that they would "look into it and call you back," we have yet to receive a call back. I understand the disclaimer that items left behind are not the hotels responsibility, but when we're talking about a prescription item I believe it is just common courtesy, and good business practice, to do what is necessary to locate the item for the guest. Unless this issue is resolved I will not be staying here again, or referring anyone to this hotel.

    5
« You must stay here! »

Wonderful front desk, clean, cool, comfortable stay. We asked for early check and got it within the hour. We requested a late check out and got that too! no extra charges. They kept our luggage in a locked office after check out as we had a very late evening flight home. The hot part of the breakfast was just awful. But cereal, fruit and bagel, muffins and the condiments were perfect.

    5
    « Great Stay »

This was a great place to stay. It's well located and within walking distance of dining and entertainment. The lobby and breakfast area was very nice...well maintained. The only negative was the parking lot...it was very tight and a little difficult to navigate with a pick-up truck.

    5
« Best Western Nashville TN, great location, great service »

From the complimentary chocolates each day, to the "Temperpedic" beds (at least they felt that way) this place hit all the high marks. Centrally located to take advantage of the trolley's that tour the area, as well as all the adventure of Nashville, this motel hit all the high marks. Excellent caring staff, great breakfast start to your day, and helpful suggestions, all make this a place to be enjoyed.

    5
    « Clean and comfortable! »

This is the second time we've stayed within a years time and both times were spectacular! Very clean and comfortable rooms. The pool was nice and the area was also kept clean. Breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts... they served sausage, eggs, waffles etc... service was also top notch! The only drawback really had nothing to do with the hotel. The construction of new hotels and offices create a chaotic drive and parking lot. This is really a Nashville problem. I heard many "locals" complain about the same thing.

    « Good visit »

For the price this hotel is fairly close to downtown. Good, free, bus routes close by. Walking is okay, it is about a mile downhill from the action. The hotel itself is older, but kept up. It was clean, had a fridge and micro wave, lots of plug-ins, good beds, I slept well. It was quiet. Staff was friendly although not to helpful on directions on where to go. Breakfast was a disappointment, if you like eating bad stuff, fatty greasy stuff you'll like here. Why hotels don't get that people are trying to eat healthy these days really evades me! The main food stuffs were eggs, biscuit and gravy, sausage, and lots of carbs by breads and pancakes. Some fruit was offered and a choice of cereals. Coffee was not that good. Good choice of free papers and free parking was a bonus.

« Great long weekend getaway »

We were able to get into our rooms early and have a late checkout (which we didn't end up needing). The staff was very accommodating with the early check in, getting extra towels and answering any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable. No problems sleeping. The refrigerators are larger than the normal refrigerators that are in hotel rooms which was nice. The bathroom doesn't have much counter space and there were only 2 drawers to put clothes in if you wanted to. The best way to travel around Nashville is with Joyrides, golf carts that can take you into downtown Nashville (I would not recommend driving yourself as there are a lot of tourists and parking is limited) and bring you back to your hotel. I will agree with some of the other reviews that there could be more tables set up for breakfast. The only time I saw a lot of people at breakfast was the day we checked in & breakfast was ending, otherwise there was always empty tables.

« Ok hotel, not good for business travelers »

Stayed one night before checking in to another hotel for a conference. Pros: Folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful Great location, in a nice, safe neighborhood close to good restaurants and things to do Cons: Decor is really outdated and a little worn out Air conditioner is loud Wifi is super slow. I'm here for work and had to get some things done but had a difficult time doing so with the wifi going in and out on me. The woman setting up the breakfast in the morning was very rude to me for no reason at all. I walked over to the food area to get some coffee, but realized it wasn't ready and started to walk away. She turned around and said with a very rude tone that I needed to give her more time. She grumbled about something else and continued to say what I assume was something rude under her breath as I walk away. It was really strange, just not used to people being mean like that for no reason. Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows, but it didn't make me feel very welcome. Overall an ok stay but I'd probably stay elsewhere on my next visit. More than anything it was the rude woman that put me off the most.

    « Girls get away »

Over the past 4 days (May 26 to 30) 4 friends including myself, stayed at the Best Western, Music Row. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We found it extremely quiet on the fourth floor, facing the street. Our room was adequate with 2 queens, a nice size fridge, microwave, very comfortable beds and pillows and very cool air. The room was clean and bright. The free breakfast was a great way to start our day. Great coffee, juice, cereal, eggs, waffles, all kinds of breads and bagels. Very yummy. The pool area was great. They had some tables with umbrellas and lots of chairs for sitting. We thought the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They called us cabs when needed and didn't wait too long for them to show up. The free parking is a bonus and seemed to be lots of parking. We were not too far from Broadway Street which is the main street where all the action is. Lots and lots of bars with music in each and every one. Something for everyone. On the Friday and Saturday night when we were there, the whole street was busy with people having a lot of fun. Overall, this hotel is a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone going to Nashville.

Our room was clean the beds were comfortable, wifi was good and stable. Breakfast had the standard offerings, eggs, muffins, biscuits and gravy etc. We didn't feel it was walkable to the main attractions so we drove everywhere. My biggest complaint was the issue they had with our phone. Our second night the message system wouldn't clear even tho we had no message. The light wouldn't go off and the phone would ring intermittently. Finally unplugged it so we could get some sleep. They put a new phone in our room, but same problem. Unplugged it again for the second night. Minor annoyance. Front desk did their best to get it fixedbefore we checked out.

« NOT worth the money »

This is a clean, but basic hotel for the big price they charge, gives the impression of being in the center of things when it's a good walk away. If you're used to cheapest quality food full of sweeteners and preservatives then this is the spot, even the bread was inedible. I was so surprised but I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world offering breakfast this bad.

    « good stop »

Hotel was very clean and the staff went out of there way to make our stay there easy. We needed plenty of parking space for our tour bus and they were the only hotel in the area that would allow to park in there lot we will be coming back to this hotel next time in Nashville

    « A very nice hotel »

Never having previously stayed in Nashville, we were unsure where would be a good location which would allow us the opportunity to visit the many attractions of the area. This worked quite well in serving that purpose. A well maintained facility which was clean and comfortable. A nice breakfast helped get our day started, too.

    « The Best! »

Best Western, a trustworthy brand?always accommodating, clean, comfortable, appealing aesthetically, great breakfast which is included. Overall, an excellent value. Often I travel for business and pleasure and first filter booking channels for this brand if it is geographically located nearby my destination. I've always had a superb experience partially due to accessional customer service. Staffing is well trained and courteous. Accommodations are always well appointed and clean.

« As a loyal Best Western customer this is my worst ever exoerience »

The hotel is generally fine - rooms are comfortable as you would expect - wifi is good as you would expect - the breakfast was ok but this place is sadly lacking in key areas. 1) Breakfast has for the size of the hotel limited seating yet plenty of room for more tables - in fact they expect you to stand eating your breakfast and encourage it- appalling 2) customer service on the front desk is non existent the worst ever and I'm a diamond select member for life so have stayed in a few Best Westerns. Little or no help was offered when requested or needed. We booked a buggy to take us into downtown, no body bothered to inform us it was cancelled, on check out no one asked if we enjoyed our stay as we would expect - customer service deserves less that 1/10 in my opinion. English is not first language on the front desk and that is a major problem when trying to request things - poor attitude from reception is also not acceptable - so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

    « Spring Break Trip »

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel in March while on vacation and touring colleges. We found the hotel to be in a safe area a 5-10 minute drive, or an easy 20 minute walk to the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash museum, etc. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. This hotel was a very good value.

« Much more reasonable priced than the hotels downtown and easy walking distance »

Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast included. Easy walking distance to many of the Nashville sights, such as the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Ryman auditorium. Easy driving distance to the Grand Ole Opry. Quite a few restaurants nearby, plus all of the ones downtown. Friendly staff at the desk.

    « Great Location »

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from 7th May. Rooms were a good size and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They have a Free Breakfast which I must saying had a surprisingly good selection including a waffle and pancake machine. Staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for directions. Location is great very easy to walk down to the area known as the Glutch for bars and restaurants in the evening. We enjoy walking so pretty much walked all over with ease including to the Country Music hall of fame and the Baseball ground and the main area for Bars known as Broadway. We would definitely consider staying here again if we were to return.

« Walking Distance to Everything »

This experience was fantastic. The hotel is a couple blocks off the beaten path but nothing that you cant walk too. My husband and I went and saw Alabama at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center which was about 1 mile away. We walked everywhere. The staff was great. We checked out and I accidentally left my necklace on the bathroom sink. We called back about a hour later and the staff found it and held it at the front desk. I would stay here again if we come back. You cant beat the price. The food in the morning was your average breakfast but still good.

    « Mixed experience »

This hotel has its pluses and minuses. On the pro side, the staff is helpful, friendly and truly cares. We had a few glitches during our stay, but the staff took care of problems immediately and apologized profusely. Our room was recently painted and clean. We had a nice view of downtown Nashville. There was a refrigerator in our room and it was slightly larger than some of the really mini ones at other hotels. There are freshly baked cookies at the front desk every afternoon, and also mini candy bars. Breakfast is included. On the con side - The room layout is inconvenient. The TV faces the bed and doesn't swivel. When sitting at the desk you have your back to the TV, and when sitting on the sofa, you can barely see it. There is no light of any type on the TV wall. That means you can't sit on the sofa and read after dark. There is a free breakfast, but one morning there was no decaf coffee, eggs and milk were completely gone and this was one half hour after service began. The other two mornings the buffet stayed well-stocked. The food available was typical, nothing exceptional, but it is free. I would recommend this hotel as a reasonably priced option, in a convenient location. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because I'm a reader / TV watcher at night and this room was not convenient for those activities.

« Great location, friendly staff, rooms need some work! »

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were a bit rough with some broken edge tiles in the bathroom and some outlets that were broken. They were accommodating with rooms available when we arrived a day early and our hotel we had booked for the stay did not have a room a day early.

« Comfortable, convenient and good service. »

We stopped here in the middle of a road trip, and didn't pre-plan our hotel for the night. We called late in the afternoon on a Sunday and the clerk was able to fit us in, and volunteered their best rate without asking. Very helpful desk staff, and walking distance to music row. $6 Uber ride to downtown Nashville. Parking and breakfast were both included in a rate $40 less than the cheapest downtown hotel where we would have been charged for both. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet (despite being only 1 door down from the elevator).

« Great location, great service »

Friendly, helpful staff. Location is excellent and within walking distance of The Gulch and Music Row. Nicely appointed rooms. Good breakfast with 3 newspapers. USA Today, WSJ and local Nashville. Definitely stay here next time in Nashville

    « Convention Center Nearby »

I was on my visit to a conference at Music Center Convention Center. I stayed at Best Western Plus property. The convention center is 10-12 minutes walk from the hotel. It was an enjoyful walk. The hotel was not fancy but clean and well kept. The staff was helful in finding great places to eat.

« Best Service and breakfast »

The friendly and helpful employees are why we continue to use Best Western Plus hotels. The breakfast variety is great as well! The location of this hotel is wonderful. It was walking distance to restaurant/bars on Demonbraun Street and walking distance to restaurant/bars in the Gulch District. I couldn't ask for a better location - and only one mile to downtown area. Love this place.

    « Hotel was fine »

Hotel was good value (Nashville is quite expensive). Rooms were clean, breakfast was good overall. Location was deceiving somewhat (Music Row) as it was far from the downtown music scene & required cabs to get anywhere (mass transit??? Apparently not!).

    « A Great Choice »

We chose blindly on the internet looking for location, parking, and breakfast. This was a very good choice. Everything was more than we expected and we had a delightful stay. The breakfast was quite a spread with lots of choices. Highly recommended.

    « Best Western Nashville »

Best Western is a fairly priced Nashville hotel. If the weather is decent, pretty easy walk to bars, restaurants and attractions. Had dinner at the Whiskey House, fun atmosphere, good food, easy walk from hotel.

    « very happy »

Very happy with the room, was clean and neat. Personnel very friendly n helpful, always smiling. Very happy with our morning breakfasts, it was good, a lot of choices and tasty. Very happy with our stay there. would stay again if we go back to Nashville. Very happy overall, would definitely go back

    « Good Value »

Although the rooms need updating, everywhere was very clean, and excellent service from all the staff, nothing was too much trouble, close to all amenities. Great breakfast, plenty of choice, Tina kept this area spotless, and helped anyway she could. Would certainly go there again

    3
    « older hotel »

The hotel is older and the rooms could use some updating, but, they were clean. However, housekeeping kept turning off the AC when they cleaned the room, so when you returned the rooms were always too warm, I'm guessing management tells them to to save money. It's a bit of a walk to broadway, but, we discovered Joy Ride, which is a FREE golf cart transportation around town, they work for tips. Devonbraeun street is one street over, and there are several bars and music there as well. The breakfast was average. All in all, would consider staying again, the rates are much better than downtown,

« Close to the Opry, a shopping mall for the ladies and a Bass Pro shop for the guys! »

We wanted to go to the Opry and found this to be very close. Next to the Opry we found a nice shopping mall with A Bass Pro store next door...something for everyone. It's a short drive to downtown Nashville, the Ryman Auditorium and other sights. Easy access off the freeway. The facilities were very adequate and we would stay there again without hesitation.

« Good value and easy access to where you'll want to be »

Modern decor, quiet location (away from The District) and full amenities distinguish this base for exploring Music City (aka Nashvegas). No-freeway drive to downtown takes 5 minutres, max -- or a bit less. Broadway is just a handful of streets away, as are other major thoroughfares. Bus service available (we didn't use.) Self-serve breakfast is ample and includes three hot selections, plus stuff to toast and batter fotr waffle iron. Scrambled eggs are very good. Rooms are large, well-appointed and nicely decorated (or a bit over-decorated, if shiny gold spreads seem a bit much to you too). Good-size bathroom with powerful hair dryer and plush towels. Only frowns were caused when a housekeeper came shortly before 5 p.m. to clean room -- which seems rather late and was inconvenient. (Don't ask!) When we asked just for dfresh towels, she had to leave to get them and return about 5 minutes later, adding to the weirdness. That wasn't a visit-wreckers, so we recommend this lodging site for value, location and overall pleasantness.

« Lots of Pros with some Cons »

Pros: Great location to downtown & interstate Tina, the breakfast lady, kept everything hot, fresh & clean. Staff is courteous Room and hotel extremely clean Cons: Foam bed rock hard Fluorescent lighting in bathroom Room decor & public areas could use some updating. I paid $212/night!!! For a Best Western!!! Granted it was only hotel in a three-mile radius with 2 available rooms less than $450.

    « Great location-ok value »

Great location in music row; nearby restaurants and bars were great. Good neighborhood. Quiet location, rooms decent, breakfast was not a high point. Pool was good, cold, but good on a hot day. Price good compared to other hotels in downtown area. (booked really early with AARP discount). Would stay again.

« Friendly staff and clean, but a bit outdated for the price »

Booked this last minute after re-routing to Nashville on a spontaneous birthday trip. The price was definitely very good compared to the other offerings in the area. The hotel itself was outdated and had some smells and surface touch-ups that told us it was in need of an update. However the staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and we were able to walk to a couple of restaurants and bars in the area. Again, this was last-minute so our options were limited but I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the room, which was also very dark, for how much we paid and what I expected seeing it's ratings on TA and Hotels.com, though that could be a reflection of the other options in the area.

« 1.4 miles from District. Okay for conference goers, but just far away that cannot walk. »

I was in Nashville for a big conference, all the close-by hotels were booked, so this hotel was first on the list from my corporate website. So I booked here. Everything worked out ok, and overall this would be a fine hotel to stay at for conference goers, like me. The hotel is located 1.4 miles away from the Music City Center (MCC), the big convention center. The MCC is across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame. The hotel is on the other side of I65/I40 and therefore, for me, making the hotel too far to walk. I took a taxi each morning. The hotel has a nice big lobby that serves as the free breakfast area. The front desk staff is very friendly. They had a big candy jar, and they gave me a generous goodie-bag on my arrival. My flight was delayed and they held my room for, even giving me a friendly call, confirming I was still coming. The breakfast buffet was simple: yogurt, bagels, toast, waffles, juice. My room was a little funky. It was right by the elevator and you can tell is was converted to a hotel room from some other function. The room was L shaped. I walked the length of the room and on the left the two double beds just barely fit. The rest of the room was like a long sitting area that had a bathroom rehabbed into one of the corners. It wasn't a bad room, but I think the re-hab addict TV shows would have comments. I had a good flat screen TV; WIFI was included with the room and worked pretty well. The bathroom was laid out funny and no matter how hard I tried, water from the shower was all over the bathroom floor. They gave me plenty of towels. The room had a good ventilation system, but you had to go to the window unit and turn it on; else the room got pretty stuff. The bed has a nice cushy mattress. The I spent $8 per taxi ride to the MCC. The airport was a $30 ride. The hotel said that Super Shuttle does not serve the hotel. The hotel does not have a taxi queue. It usually took 10 minutes for a cab to come after being called. The downtown area around the MCC and Broadway is really very nice. There are lots of country music bars and eating spots. I enjoyed taking pictures of the wide variety of neon signs. There were bus loads of people visiting the country music hall of fame, and by the way, the MCC was a very good place for our conference.

« First visit to Nashville »

We booked using the HOG BW rewards program, hotel was average and close to the downtown area. Location was difficult to access via GPS but only had to turnaround at next exit to locate the hotel. Ample parking and only a short 20 minute walk to all the restaurants and attractions. We only stayed one night on our way to Memphis via Lynchburg.

    « Good Rooms »

We stayed at Best Western Music Row because we were visiting a conference. The conference was in Music City Convention center and this was a reasonably priced hotel near convention center. One could walk from the hotel to convention center in 10 minutes.

    « Good Location »

Great Location for a visit to Nashville only a short walk to Music Row and its bars, and Broadway is also within easy walking distance. Very polite and helpful staff, we arrived a good 2 hours before our 3pm check-in timeand were given rooms immediately - with a welcome cookie! The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep each night. The complimentary breakfast was very welcome and was hot & cold buffet style.

    « Average »

Friendly staff. We were able to check in early, which was nice. They also provide a "gift package" with water, chocolates, and potato chips. Only hotel I've stayed with memory foam mattresses. Takes some getting used to. Typical Best Western breakfast. The hallways are looking dated and there's a slight smell. Not overbearing, but noticeable. The bathroom was clean and bright. Towels were fairly new and not washed to death. Decent value, but I'll stay closer to downtown next time.

    « Budget Property »

I've probably reviewed this place more than anyone. I've been a regular guest for over a decade. I've seen the highs and the lows. I keep staying thinking next time will be better. Well, this time was a little better, but the property is showing its age. I'm not sure how BW lets this be a plus. That's part of the reason I have shifted most of my business to Hiltons. This property is a great location to Broadway, The Gulch, and Vanderbuilt, so really location has been key for me. The staff have always been pretty friendly. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job. My issues are that they have cheaply remodeled and painted so much, it's really bad. So much paint so often it's just a mess. The decor is horrid. They still use 1980's style brown blankets that are not washed for each guest. The bed spread is old and was falling apart. The beds are Temperpedic and really nice. In the Bathroom the housekeepers still fold tissues into what looks like a flower and then they place a handful of soaps on it. It's so cheesy and really a pain to have to discard a wad of tissues daily. The towels are old, but I didn't notice any that were coming apart this trip. Breakfast has really short hours, that need to be extended. Food was okay, but again they are not keeping up with other brands, and it could be greatly improved. The lobby relaxing area had odd mismatched furniture and a tv that wasn't on. Wifi still sucked, so bad we just teathered our phones... Come on guys buy new routers... Overall this is a budget hotel and not worth much more than $80 a night, however often rates far exceed that. I really hope that management follows through on their promises with remodels and redecorating rather than the incremental things they do. I might just give this place one more shot if the rates are decent.

« Convenient in the Heart of Music City »

A very convenient hotel right in the heart of Music Row. Very close to everything. Rooms were very nicely done and the breakfast was excellent. Beds were memory foam, which we love (but your mileage might vary).

« Cheap Linens, Paint Fumes, SLOW Wifi, LOUD Noises »

We were really disappointed with our stay. Right next to our hotel room 205 was the stairway. The door didn't have a soft closer on it, so we had to listen to the door slam at all hours of the day and night. I guess the security, maintenance, housekeeping and even guests used this door to go to the first floor. So we would be woke up in a deep sleep at all hours with a loud slam. We complained to the desk and also housekeeping and nothing was done about it throughout our four night stay. This could have all been fixed simply by putting a closer on the door like the one the first floor had on it to prevent the door from slamming. The other issue is that they were painting all the doors with a heavy oil based paint. The smell would practically knock you out in the halls. No ventilation to get rid of these paint fumes. Thank God it wasn't in my hotel room or I would have had to check out. The towels and the linens were not hotel quality but rather something cheap you would get at a cheap linen store. I know this because I have some of the exact towels and they are over ten years old. The bed set a poly blend duvet cover set. We were not sure if these were washed after each person. The beds are foam mattresses. If they are Temperpedic, they are at the low end. I know because I have a high end Temperpedic mattress. Nothing special because the pillows are cheap too and all lumpy. The a/c is a wall unit that blasts air in the face of the person sleeping next to it. I had to put a chair in front of it to divert the air off my face. One big issue we had was the water was so hard it left our skin feeling like it was cracking. My daughter and I both have sensitive skin and by the time we left her face had a rash all over it from this water. The rash cleared within 24 hours of checking out of that hotel. It is correct most of the housekeeping and maintenance do not speak English. The wifi moves at a snails pace. You have to wait for your pages to load. Yep, 2016 and they are more than ten years behind. Bottom line is this place cuts corners. We have stayed in Nashville many times and never had these problems. If you are fine with cheap linens that are not hotel quality, staff you cannot communicate with, toxic fumes, hard water that irritates your skin and an a/c vent blowing in your face that you cannot adjust, then ok. But this is NOT a place for people with chemical sensitivities or allergies. The staff were nice enough. No one was rude to us. Our room was clean enough. The bathroom seemed pretty spotless. They just need to totally renovate this hotel with hotel quality not something you purchase at your local bargain linen store. The decor also looks like someones bedroom rather than a polished hotel decor. Obviously nothing in this hotel is done by professionals but rather a family member since it's privately owned. They are not adhering to hotel quality but doing things on the cheap. Avoid it if you can. Opt for one of the many newer hotels in the area and pay the extra. I wish I had.

« Avoid! Shoddy Repairs, Dirty Rooms. »

Business travel brought me to Nashville and the need to be close to Vanderbilt University Medical Center so the Best Western PLUS Music Row seemed to be a logical choice for the money. Overall I am not happy with my choice and would not stay here again. There are several reasons for this 1. The rooms and entire hotel are VERY run down and in desperate need of upkeep. I have posted several pictures of the shoddy repair work done to these rooms. One of the most surprising is that the closet door literally closes on the light switch for the room. The bathroom had the most number of poor repairs including crooked / bulging tile, sloppy caulking that was painted over instead of done correctly, mismatched screws in towel bars, loose sink and tub fixtures, poor ceiling repair and general sloppy painting. 2. The bedspreads and decorative pillows were falling apart, literally at the seams. The towels were so old I had a hard time figuring out which one should be on the floor. The washcloth that was neatly folded into a seashell was so badly stained with makeup that I couldn't bring myself to use it. 3. Another reviewer mentioned the pillows... what the heck am I to do with a less than half-sized pillow? They measured about 10" square! I ended up needing a visit to the chiropractor after attempting wad enough of these together to actually use. 4. Free breakfast starts at 6:30, conveniently excluding travelers who need to be to the airport to catch a morning flight. I thought breakfast started at 6 and after realizing it I asked if it would be possible to get a cup of coffee. The answer I was given was a rude "no" with a mocking point at the sign saying breakfast started at 6:30. 5. With the exception of the person who checked me in, the staff was generally rude, unhelpful and spoke poor English with little patience when asked to repeat themselves. 6. General cleanliness (probably should have been first) left much to be desired. There was hair in the toilet bowl, on the seat of the toilet, on the floor and walls in the bathroom, and in the tub. I honestly didn't take my socks off until I got into the shower. I stripped the bed and remade it before sleeping on it. Positives: free parking, close to a great Irish restaurant, the Harp and Fiddle.

    « Not Great! »

I know it's a budget hotel, however beds are the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in and you only get half pillows, there was 4 of us staying in the room however only 3 towels, just not a great hotel service is ok but breakfast was ordinary, spend a bit more and stay somewhere nice

    « Great Stay! »

Pleasantly surprised with our stay at this Best Western. The room was spacious and the Tempurpedic bed was amazingly comfortable! Room was clean and quiet, even on a night of full capacity. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast had much more to offer than we expected. Definitely in a great location and would probably book there again!

    « Friendly staff »

We stayed here only for one night while visiting Nashville from Louisville. Didn't want to pay downtown Nashville prices. It is a good location within walking distance to a good variety of restaurants. Didn't make the one mile walk to downtown, instead we just drove. Upon arriving we were early because of the time difference and staff had us a room ready which was great. King size bed was very comfortable. Only problem we noticed was being close to the elevator, could hear people coming and going throughout the night but it wasn't a big issue for us. Would stay here again in the future.

    « Nashville Hotel for 3 days »

This was a VERY clean, smoke free hotel. Great breakfast (eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, waffle maker!). This is on Music Row, next to the BMI building. It was about a 20 minute walk to the downtown Honky Tonks if you are in reasonable shape. Not much to do real close to the hotel as it is mostly around recording studios and business. Seemed safe and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple of days while we toured Nashville. Room was nice but did seem a bit dated. The breakfast bar was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again if in the area.

« Very nice hotel for the price »

We stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a little far to walk to the Music Row bars and restaurants, but a cab ride was only $6. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and price.

« ok for the price »

Front desk staff could not find my reservation in his computer, even though I showed him my email confirmation and reservation number. He attended to several phone calls while I waited for him to locate it. He did not seem apologetic. The hotel itself was acceptable. It is not close enough to walk to music row or any local restaurant, especially at night. There is not a restaurant or bar in the hotel. We did get a bottle of water, cheese curls, and chocolate upon arrival.

    3
« Good location, not very comfortable »

The location was good for the price. It was cheaper than being right downtown but close enough to get in to the action easily. We walked a block or so to the nearest B cycle station and then road bikes in from there, a short 10-15 min ride. The room itself was not great. The bed was not comfortable, felt old and hard. The room felt really cold and wet with the AC on, but too hot and stuffy otherwise. I think they may have been updating the rooms though. The free hotel breakfast was free hotel breakfast. Overall, for the price and location, I'd suck it up and stay again.

    « Pros and Cons »

« Great Value - My New Regular Hotel In Nashville »

Great location ($5 Uber to downtown), walking distance to Music Row. I got this hotel for about $75/night less than other west end hotels and parking, wifi and a big breakfast were included. While it wasn't as "trendy" as other hotels in that area, it's well kept, extremely clean and very comfortable. The queen beds are true queen size (lots of hotels call pretty small beds queen), mattresses, pillows and bathroom all very comfortable. Service from front desk was awesome. They could answer all our questions, make recommendations and got us an early cleaning when we requested it.

    5
« Opulent Yet Down To Earth »

The decor is amazing. First class all the way from the lobby to the pool to the rooms. This was a "girls" trip. We felt safe within the hotel and in it's parking lot. Everyone must meet Tina, the Breakfast Supervisor. She cares about everyone getting enough to eat and she's so fast at replacing items and keeping it all cleaned up that I swear she's on roller skates!

    « A Good Hotel »

This hotel was fairly close to the downtown and there were a few bars with music that you could walk to. The rooms were quite quiet and the staff were very friendly. I found the bed to be too high and the mattress was way too firm. The room was clean and, apart from the bed, comfortable.

    5
    « Pretty Good »

Got to say we really enjoyed this hotel. I read a few lukewarm reviews beforehand but in the end I was pretty happy. What did I like? Lots of free parking, we got a free upgrade to a suite which was very nice of them, they had a really expansive cable channel list, & the motel was a safe, comfortable 15 stroll from Music Row. The decor was pretty dated but who cares you don't have to take it home right? Overall we felt right at home & would be happy to stay there again.

« Cheaper hotel close to downtown »

Clean, comfortable, really good breakfast. We didn't get out of our room until 12:15pm, and our room never got cleaned. Overall good deal for a downtown hotel...staff was very friendly and good location, 2 blocks from music row and about 1-2 mile walk down to Broadway. Great little restaurants and bars 1 street over on Demonbruer, 5 minute walk.

    « Reasonable Hospital Rates »

My mother was admitted at Vanderbilt Medical Center and this property was close to Vanderbilt. The rates were reasonable and staff will willing to extend our stay day by day. Rooms were easy to access from the lobby. We did not have any problems. One day we had to go to the hospital early, staff did give us food from the breakfast area.

    « overnight 6 hour stay after a concert »

I saw that this place did not have so many great reviews. It was close to the venue my boyfriend and I was going to, and it was cheaper than the others. Over all I was very impressed the room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. Water pressure and hot was was great as well. The only problem I saw was stains on the curtains and comforter on the other bed(otherwise the bed linens were very white and clean). We loved the memory foam mattress which is (firm). I have no complaints at all the two gentlemen that checked us in were very nice and very informative. We plan on staying again when we go back to Nashville in May. Oh and breakfast was not too bad, it had a mixture of everything.

« Not my first choice. »

During my stay at this location for price of 347.27$ for 2 nights one of which was on valentines day in a average queen size bed room. I would have to say the only reason why I chose this place instead of a much more inexpensive hotel right outside of Nashville would be it's location. It's a short walk to 4 fantastic bars/restaurants. During my stay I've discovered 3 stink bugs, and was starting to have a bad reaction to the bed. I requested to change rooms and they did so but not before giving me grief over complaining about 3 stink bugs when they only found 1. The room in itself was adequate it did look like it was renovated recently however who ever renovated did a horrible job in the bathroom, there was even signs of rust in the sink itself. There was damage to the shower assist bar, and paint on shower tiles. Overall for the price and the quality of room and customer service I would not recommend this Hotel, however the location of the hotel is it's only redeeming virtue this hotel has.

« You get what you pay for?? »

Hotel rates are very high in downtown Nashville, so I thought I had found a bargain when I saw the price and the four-star Travel Advisor rating. Not! If this a Best Western PLUS, I would hate to see a regular Best Western!!! The Tempurpedic mattress and the Hotel location are the only positives. It's hard to overlook the badly outdated decor, the rundown condition, the computerized door lock that doesn't work, the holes in the towels, the horrible breakfast, and the sink that doesn't drain.

    3
    « Decent location , $6 cab to broadway »

This hotel was clean and in a decent location but could use a face lift. It wasn't horrible by any means .. But if your looking for fluffy linens and marble tile this place is not for you. I was satisfied with a clean place to sleep and shower with a fair breakfast included.

Stayed one night. Very courteous staff, even gave us a goodie bag at check in. Hotel is outdated as is their bed linen. Our blanket had a hole in it the size of a quarter. Towels were hard, not soft at all. Bed not very comfortable. We stayed here over Valentine's Day weekend which is obviously why the rate was so high.

very tired hotel! not a best western std. rooms smelled of disinfectant... bathrooms had mildew around the tile, cable intermittent. i stayed there for convenience (location), but would not stay there again. lots of choices around the area. breakfast room has zero charm, not to speak of the food. all in all, disappointing for a best western. one gets the impression they are squeezing every last penny out of this hotel.

    « Best Western Plus »

I found the hotel to be very good. It was a bit of a hike to Broadway, but we did twice. I would not recommend the walk for everyone, we cabbed it back one of the nights that we were there and the cost was reasonable. Breakfast was good and there are restaurants in the neighborhood that were a close walk. Bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade, bed was perfect and the room was very clean.

Courteous staff, clean room and excellent breakfast. Good parking. About a mile walk to the bars but easy and appears safe. Price around $140 is worth it for the proximity to incredible music. very tired bad linens and it smelled very noisy and run down ok looking breakfast was average and the staff did not seem friendly I still don't know how this hotel received a plus rating I would not have I have stayed in much nicer and cheaper best westerns

« Find an alternative. This isn't it. »

Price to value is terrible. There are better choices nearby. Although only ~1 mile from downtown, this hotel needs to change price to match up with quality or greatly remodel. The rooms are very old and run down. You can hear everything in the hotel from the rooms. People are nice and it is close to downtown, but the hotel itself needs a wrecking ball.

Had a great time. I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. While I was there I ate at DeSano's Pizza Place which was excellent. I did feel that the coffee offered in the reception area was never fresh. Great location overall. I would stay at that hotel again!!!

« Excellent stay while in Nashville »

This motel is typical of the excellent accomodates provided by the Best Western folks. It is clean, the room was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this location in the past when in the Nashville area and will do so again.

    « Best Western Stay Jan 2016 »

I was only staying a couple of nights here and wanted a hotel close to the action downtown, but also within allowable per diem rates since this was a business trip. The Best Western Plus Music Row was a real good location (15 min walk to lower Broadway, $6 taxi ride, or free bus until about 11:00PM). The lobby area of the hotel was real nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dated and the bathroom kind of small, but very clean, comfortable and functional. The main reason for selecting this hotel was VALUE. Very reasonable price for the location and accommodations. I've already planned my next stay there when I return to Nashville next month.

    « Misleading »

I was very disappointed in the way they do not honor their 100% low price guarantee. I booked a room for $110 for the night. I then spotted a lower price band called BW. They told me to submit the claim form, which I did. The next afternoon, I receive a denial I receive a notice stating my claim was denied. I called BW and they told me: 1. They could no longer find the advertised rate, even though it was through Groupon and it was on the web site for the entire month going forward. A screen shot if the advertised rate would not be accepted. 2. In the fine print off the full page terms, it stated that claim needed to be filed 1st least 48 hours before hotel's scheduled arrival. Since I was arriving 1st midnight, I thought I was fine. NOT. Not only did they refuse to honor the $100 gift card bonus( which I was fine with), they refused to honor the rate(which I was not fine with). They told me to call the hotel. The manager at the hotel refused, stating that the rate could be $146, but they were willing to accept the rate if $110 I had paid since I could no longer cancel the rate. Had they allowed me, I would have. The hotel itself was relatively clean, but dated. They have tried to keep an old hotel going by keeping up with some cosmetic improvements. I was worried when we arrived and found a security guard in the lobby, especially since we had quite a few items in our cars due to a long distance trip. We, therefore, made sure we parked under a light and covered everything as best as possible. It's sad that BW cannot stand behind their guarantee like other chains. I clearly stated my frustration and displeasure and they refused to do anything, even though they could have. What was ironic was the statement made by BW customer service: She told me that nearly every agent misunderstands that the 48 hour arrival time is based on the hotel's set policy, not the customer's arrival time. IF THEY MISUNDERSTAND IT, HOW CAN THEY HOLD THEIR CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTABLE? I am a frequent traveler band decided to give BW a try. I will think twice next time. Hampton Inn honored their low price guarantee AND sent me a $50 cash card, even though it was not within their policy.

« You Saved our Trip! »

THANK YOU!! After driving 6 hours & finding out our hotel rooms were abruptly canceled by another hotel on New Year's Eve - you took us in on the city's busiest night! We were absolutely devastated at first, but you saved our trip. The walk to Broadway was an easy one, and Uber was only $9 to get there as well (thankfully for first timers & free codes we never had to pay for an Uber!), the breakfast was absolutely perfect and hot. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT!! They joked with us, laughed with us, and were very approachable. The rooms were clean, we had a problem with our fridge that was taken care of within minutes and never had another issue. Thank you for saving our New Year's Eve - we had an enjoyable 2 nights at your hotel and will certainly recommend it to others in the future!

    « Fit the bill. »

We stayed here on our first stop of a road-trip from Ohio to AZ. We knew we would have the late afternoon to explore Nashville and wanted a hotel near the highway ( for easy early morning departure) and close to the downtown. This property worked well for us. Staff was helpful and effecient, room clean and well appointed. Not a new property but well kept. They say it isn't walking distance, but we are walkers and found it an easy 10 min walk to the heart of Broadway. Great afternoon seeing all Nashville has to offer. They were preparing for New Years celebrations so much of the main drag was closed to cars making walking easy. Great fun walking by all the bars, and stepping in to hear the live music. Fun ( very short) visit.

    « Non-plussed @ BW+ »

This was not our first visit to a BW+ so we know what to expect. This hotel visit was doomed from the moment we walked in. A novice clerk manned the desk and obviously had not been fully trained. After some confusing talk about advertised rates, and many distractions, we thought we had negotiated a rate for a 1-night stay. Her manager showed up and started arguing with me about interpretation of the rate. Being rather tired from a long day on the road, I acquiesced and signed. Then we discovered the room keys didn't work, so back to the desk. Replacements were issued, which did not work 100% either. Being too tired to argue further, we settled in to find a substandard room with outdated fixtures, paint scrapes all over the room and a window that was fogged over. Only good things to say we're the cleanliness of the room and firmness of the mattress. Next morning breakfast was flavourless, or over salted. That's were patrons who noticed the yoghurts had expired and we decided to cut our losses and bail - only to discover our room keys had failed totally. After asking for replacements we hastily packed and checked out. My recommendation is to avoid this place - period. It is horribly run and will nickel-and-dime you at every turn.

Had a very enjoyable and quiet three night stay at the Best Western Plus on Music Row. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions about dining, shopping, and sight seeing in the area. The room was very clean and quiet.

« Great Place to Stay »

This was my 2nd time I stayed at this hotel and the experience from the 1st stay is why I chose this hotel for my second visit to Nashville. And I will stay there again next time in Nashville. Warm, friendly, courteous staff. Clean room. $189 after AAA discount is a bit pricey for me, but the cleanliness of the hotel, hotel staff, and location offset the price difference from other area hotels. I go for the hockey games and for the bars afterward. Arena and bars are within walking distance. No cabs needed!

« Very nice modern hotel - clean, friendly staff , and they sent my stuff that I forgot, via mail. Thanks!!!! »

We stayed here just one night, but enjoyed it very much. Friendly staff. I think they were just renovating, the elevator wall were under construction. But the room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also little higher than usual BW standard. Also not super crowded, so we haven't had to fight for food. Would go there again.

I couldn't fault this motel if I tried! Absolutely superb! Customer service 100%.. Checkout was at 12 and I didn't need to leave for the airport until 3:30pm and they were more then happy to let me leave my bags there. Also check-in/out and inquiries were a breeze to get through.. Room was great! Good water pressure too which is amazing! The free wifi and breakfast is what attracted me to this motel and it was worth it! The breakfast was a full hot breakfast, with a full buffet of cereals, egg, porridge, toast, bagels, fresh muffins, waffles, many different drinks, and heaps more! Felt like a home away from home! Thank you!

« Earth friendly efforts not unnoticed! »

Everything you want your hotel to be like; clean, well serviced, and conveniently located. The hot breakfast was typical, and plentiful. But the crowning glory was not having to eat my breakfast on or in styrofoam. Something like this might go unnoticed to the "average Joe" but for me any earth friendly actions any business does gets high stars from me.

« great value and good location »

great value and good location. We were in town to see a show at the Bridgestone Arena, and lots of things were within walking distance. Other than that, a quick $5 Uber ride away. The facility was still going through some renovations, so it will be better shortly. Rooms were a little dated, but pretty clean. Hopefully those get updated as well.

    3
    « Not a Happy Stay »

The rooms are nothing special and the breakfast closed 30 minutes early. I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk staff and room cleaning staff are friendly, but the food service staff are some of the worst I've ever dealt with.

« Nice one, Best Western »

This is a good, clean Best Western with outdoor pool not too far (20 minutes walk, 5 minutes in a free town buggy, 2 minutes in a cab) from the center of Nashville. Our family booked two adjoining rooms directly on their website and got exactly what we ordered. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable with everything you need (safe, flat screen TV etc), and a nice bathroom. It's not a luxurious property, nor should it be at these very reasonable prices, but it had everything we needed, plus a few extras like free coffee and snacks at anytime and free hot breakfast (perfectly acceptable but nothing fancy and expect to queue at peak times). Furthermore, the service from front desk was exceptionally good, although, playing the devil's advocate, I wonder if this was influenced by our status as Best Western Rewards members and the fact that we'd booked directly on their website. In general, as I'm sure most trip advisor readers know, it pays to book direct with the hotel unless the savings from one of the broker websites (booking.com, hotels.com etc.) are significant. The pool area, to the rear of the hotel, is a welcome relief on a hot day. It's kept clean and tidy, but it's functional rather than inviting, and there are not many sunloungers. There's a fitness room also, which looked fine, although we didn't have time to use it. Within 5 minutes walk of the hotel you'll find Studio B (Elvis, Jim Reeves, Dolly Parton etc. recorded here, well worth a studio tour), the famous hotel (now a condo block) with the guitar shaped swimming pool where Elvis stayed when in Nashville and a couple of restaurants. Ten minutes walk in the other direction, towards town, will take you to The Gulch where you'll find a good collection of restaurants, café's and a few shops. Ten minutes on from there and you're in the middle of town which, for those of you who have just landed on planet earth, is a mecca for all country music lovers. No complaints at all about this hotel, particularly considering what you get for your dollar. We loved Nashville and hope to return. If we do, we wouldn't hesitate to return to this Best Western.

« BEST WESTERN MUSIC ROW »

Very nice hotel. if you plan on going downtown At night, it would be best if you took a cab there. The front desk was very helpful in calling one for us.it is just as cheap to take a cab vs driving because of the parking issues and the expense of parking. there is construction going on around the area but the noise was very limited for us.

    4
    « Very nice staff »

This is a very nice hotel and a good value for the cost. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast was not bad. The fitness center could use an update stationery Bike. The location is good for those in the music industry but it is a little hard to get to.

« Best Hotel in Nashville »

This was the 4 or 5th time staying at this hotel. The staff and services improve each time. Nathan on the front desk is a truly wonderful asset to this establishment. Tina the breakfast lady is another great asset. They both give amazing service and are exceptionally helpful. When we stay here it always feels like coming home.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Did not hesitate my request to print boarding passes for our flights.A microwave & refrigerator were provided in room. Very comfortable bed! Nice breakfast provided also newspapers available at no cost. Conveniently located for all that we wanted to experience and see.

    « Close to everything »

This is a reasonably priced hotel just outside all the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway. Breakfast had many varieties to choose from with a large eating area. We walked down to the Ryman and it was just about 20 minutes. Not strenuous.

« Pedestrian bridge across the river from the district »

I booked this hotel in the early stages of planning 4 nts in Nville, then 7 nts of driving thru KY bourbon and thoroughbred country, ending with 2 nts in Gattlinberg, TN. I thought we would walk everywhere, or take taxi and then rent the car on Sun morning. It's cheaper to rent at the airport, free parking, except a challenge with a game in the stadium across the st), when the hotel rents parking spaces and you have to wait thru the stadium traffic and show your pass at the gate just to get to the room. Comfortable rooms, easy base for driving to Grand Old Opty, General Jackson Showboat, Belle Meade plantation, and Monell's (Great Southern Food Family Style in an Historic Setting).

« CAROLINA PANTHERS IN NASHVILLE »

1st off I would like to say that the city of Nashville was an amazing trip. The food the people were just great. I have zero complaints to talk about. I would like to give a big shout out to the folks at the front desk for shipping my pillow back here to Charlotte. Not to many hotels do this and I'm thankful for the super good staff at the Best Western Plus in Nashville!!!!!! stayed in room 223. Can't wait to come back and try more local foods. 9 dollar cab ride to main strip. It's walkable if you want to walk 2-3 miles. around the block from this hotel is an army of more bars and places to eat. Hands down great location.

    « got what I paid for »

Nothing too fancy, but Gold staff, Good room, provides complimentary breakfast. And price relatively low comparing to other hotels in downtown. Not exactly in downtown because it is 30 min walk. But still ok still good price if compared to other hotels in the region. Definetely got what I paid for. :) satisfied

« WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN »

Great location for downtown. Large breakfast area with ample selection and attendant is very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Free parking is a big plus in Nashville. 4 or 5 bars/restaurants within walking distance and neighborhood appears to be safe.

    « Great location »

This is a great place to stay to be close to downtown. It is clean and although the furnishings seemed to be a bit dated, it was still a well-kept place. Parking is easy, accessible and free. The breakfast was hot and had biscuits and gravy which is not on many breakfast menus at motels.

« Good location and good stay »

Hotel was under renos while we were there and there were questions about the work being completed in the elevators. Other than that. The location was conveniently accessing downtown and music row. The taxi for three of us was never more then ten dollars. The rooms were cleaned and some of the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Will stay here again.

« Good room and good location. »

We were well pleased. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. The location was also very good. There were a lot of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

    3
« Convenient location, steep price and mediocre room »

The hotel decor hasn't been updated in a really long time. The room was clean and the staff were all very nice. For almost $200/night, I expected a bit more, but I guess Nashville is just an expensive place to stay. The free breakfast was okay.

    3
« Older building but well maintained »

This is a great find for a good place to stay and still be fairly close to downtown Nashville. Using the BW web site we paid about a third of the price as to what was advertised for other hotels nearby. You are still about one mile from the action along Broadway but it is an easy walk. The " Gulch " is quite close and has numerous places to dine. There are also a wide variety of places to eat in the opposite direction. With free parking, something some of the other hotels do NOT offer, this hotel just keeps getting better. The hotel is an older building but is in good shape. It has been updated but is not a luxury hotel, just a good clean and comfortable place to rest your head. The beds are nice and comfortable. The bathroom has been updated but is smaller due to the age of the building. Really, how much room do you need in a bathroom? There was a sofa and desk in the room besides a microwave and mini frog that are in a cabinet. There were little things that weren't finished properly but overall it was nicely painted and decorated. There is coffee available all the time near the check in desk, but no tea. The breakfast was the usual fare with one exception...real fresh eggs! The breakfast area was very clean and well maintained.

    5
    « Wonderful Stay »

Nice employees and good breakfast. Hotel is in the Gulch section of downtown. There are restaurants, entertainment and shopping within a few minutes walk. This hotel offers free parking which was a great convenience rather then staying further downtown and have to pay for valet parking. It was a short walk to free public bus to downtown. I just asked the driver when I should get off and where was the stop to get picked up for the ride back. Very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again when visiting the Music City.

    3
« No hot water for the second time »

Our bathroom did not have hot water. This is the second time this has happened to us staying at this hotel. Had to move to another room which delayed us in getting to our venue. For the money you pay for this hotel on the weekend, I'll be looking at another hotel for my next stay.

    3
« Average hotel but good place to stay. »

Nice hotel but the main lobby always has its lights off so it's un-inviting. (Maybe they are trying to save power) Used the fitness gym while here, very clean and has everything you need from towels to water to disinfectant. Our room was nice enough and clean.

    4
« Great Value, Good Location! »

We stayed for two nights here and found the location provided ready access to downtown (just a few $$ Uber ride away). Friendly and helpful staff, clean spacious rooms and large dining and reception areas all made our stay most enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel as an affordable base to spend some time in Nashville..

« Great Location Next to BMI »

Great location, next door to BMI - could hear the BMI awards going on next door - very exciting. Hotel has all of the essentials, clean, very comfortable beds, good shower, high speed internet. Only issues were that we were not warned of the construction that was going on right outside our window and that we would be woken by noise very early in the morning. Walking distance to the free music circle buses, some good eateries nearby. Would say this would be better suited to couples or groups who like plan on going downtown. We were travelling with kids, would probably choose a hotel further out and closer to more family friendly eateries next time.

    « A Pleasant Stay »

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Nashville. It was a great location for all we wanted to do during our visit. A five minute drive to downtown and the museums and main locations. It is also next door to most of the recording studios.

    « OKAY »

We arrived late in Nashville and had no hotel bookings, most hotels were fully booked , receptionist was a bit over powering, they had one room available, room was okay but below Best Western's we have stayed in previously. Breakfast was okay. It is quite a distance from downtown, probably better to book closer to downtown.

« Great Base in Nashville »

We stopped here five years ago when visiting Nashville and delighted that we returned on this visit, other than the refurbishment going on at the time of our visit (which we are sure will be a big improvement) everything was as good as last time and the staff as friendly and helpful as ever. The hotel is superbly located within easy access to the interstate (be aware that GPS does take you to the correct location!) in a quiet area with lots of FREE parking which is a bonus in any city and only one mile easy walking from all the action, or ten minutes walk from free circulator bus. The rooms are large and clean with good quality furnishings if a bit dated (hopefully part of the refurbishment), quality linen and a superbly comfortable beds, with all the usual fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron & board good free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is a little on the small side and would benefit from some more shelves to put things on. Breakfast is excellent with a great hot selection of eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy as well as cereals, bagels toast, danish, juice, fruit and good coffee in a large seating area.

« Very Dark Decor but comfortable »

Pleasant staff member checked us in to our 3 rooms. When we saw the rooms they were very dark with no natural light as windows were next to a concrete wall, was not happy staying there for the two nights so asked to be changed. It seems all the rooms were very dark as was the lobby area due to dark decor. The rooms were very dated but comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in lobby (need to ask for T Bags on reception) The cookies and sweet jar on reception was a nice touch. I was not impressed with the cleaner vacumming around us at 9am while we were eating our breakfast, surely they can wait until 10am when breakfast is over. Further out of town than we realised, 25 min walk to downtown broadway.

    5
    « Close to Stadium »

This hotel is just a mile from the Football Stadium. We took a cab and it cost us 10 dollars. Several resturants were just round the corner. We did not have to go far to get dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable.

Stayed at BW for work purpose. The rooms were clean, bathrooms upgraded and internet service was good. The breakfast was hot and good and very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again.

    « Good stay »

The staff were very pleasant and the lady on breakfast worked hard keeping things topped up and cleaned up. Hotel a little out of the way to main sights which is probably reflected in the price, but there are restaurants and bars close by, particularly Sushiyobi which was very good. Our first night there we got taxi back from centre of Nashville which cost about $10 including tip. Second day we walked half way to centre and jumped on the free bus that goes around the city and runs every 15 minutes and got the same service back.Plenty of free parking.

« Basic Hotel, Helpful Staff »

This hotel is not fancy, but is clean with a very helpful staff. We had a two queen bed room that had absolutely no view. The room was rather small and had a nice TV, refrigerator and a microwave. Even though the room was near the elevator, it still was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was included and was very good. This hotel has free parking, a real plus in Nashville. It was not within walking distance for us of any of the attractions, so we had to drive. Internet was slow, but worked and was free. We had considerable trouble with the card keys that did not work more often than not. We had to continually go to the front desk to have them rekeyed. The outside pool looked nice, but with all the attractions to tour we didn't have time to use the pool. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean place to stay while touring Nashville. It is not luxury though.

    « Vacation 2015 »

I rated it a three only bc the bedspread had a cigarette burn hole. Hotel is overall nice. The breakfast is great!! Tried gravy and grits for 1st time. The hotel is away from the night life of Broadway street. There is Tin Roof bar around corner. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom is nice.

    « Solid hotel, Good location/neighborhood. »

My GF and I stayed here for two nights with the intention of seeing Broadway and the rest of the the city. It did not disappoint. The room was HUGE and had a very comfortable king bed. The bathroom was clean and free of mold and grim. The staff was friendly and helpful too. The best part though is the location. There is a lot of construction on new condos and businesses all over town and this neighborhood was no different. There are recording studios and nice home around the corner too..... point being the area felt safe. Broadway Street is walkable (about a mile) but we took Uber half a dozen times and it was about 4.50 per ride. Definitely worth the stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept Standard breakfast buffet items were well stocked. Had continual problem with door lock, hopefully does was an isolated incident. Would recommend other vistiors use one of the other options instead of driving.

« Good hotel, would stay again »

Stayed for 2 nights in Oct 2015 on vacation with friends. Hotel price was fair and value for the dollar was good. Staying any closer to downtown would mean paying double what we paid for this stay. Room was very clean and in good repair. Bed was comfortable and bathroom nice and clean. Shower water pressure was not great but adjustable shower allowed enough to rinse hair etc. Toilet flushed loudly (picture small jet engine)...didnt matter to us but might to someone. Hotel employee walked by the front of the hotel at 830am with a leaf blower. Those leaves would still have been there if he had waited until 10am or later. Nashville is a city where many guests are out partying late, leaf blowers at 830am are not wanted or necessary. Think of your guests Management and schedule that type of work in the afternoon. Breakfast was just ok, pretty much the same as most other hotels. Dining area was nice and large though which was a nice change from many hotels where there is often limited seating for breakfast. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good. Wife and I walked to the river in approx 30 minutes then over to downtown bar area in another 10 so 40 minute walk to where all the action is. Cab (van-believe driver is affiliated with hotel somehow) to the stadium cost me $12 for 2 passengers. Cab from downtown back to the hotel is under $6 but figure $10 including tip to make it worth driver's time. Missed the street on our arrival using our GPS and had to circle around again which took approx 25 minutes. If you are relying on GPS to find the hotel do yourself a favor and check the location out on Google streetview or similar site to get a visual of where you need to turn.

« Reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of South Broadway »

Loved, loved, loved the Tempur-Pedic mattresses! I've never slept in one and am now considering buying one. There's a free breakfast buffet. The hotel is set back from Demonbruen St & the highway; it's quiet. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. My only complaint was the key card system. It never worked. We always had to return to the front desk to get the cards re-magnetized. Even when we left a spare card in the room, it didn't work.

Stayed with a group of friends...had a block of 5 rooms on the 2nd floor. Stayed because only a 5 minute cab ride to downtown. The front desk staff was very helpful, but the rooms. ..not great. They say they have remodeled. However, thick chipped paint in the walls..bathroom was a little rough...tub had been reglazed and no mold but broken floor tiles under the sink. The sink was newer but the towel racks were barely hanging on the wall...sheets were stained and the pillows were small square throw pillows....room was dark and doors were outdated..The Hampton Inn was much nicer but about 15 minutes out in Lebanon....would not stay here again.

    « Location and Value »

We stayed for two nights at this hotel location, and it was not difficult to access from the highway. The location is within walking distance to the Broadway area (along with other locations) and when we decided not to walk on the second day, the options for taxis, etc, were easy to contact. The staff can book tours for you during your stay, and we did book a tour from there. The rooms were clean, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. The stay includes parking, which is a big deal at this location. We would stay here again, and would recommend this location to anyone planning a trip to Nashville.

« Great Bargain and great service! »

Room was spacious with 2 queen beds, chairs, desk, and the amenities of coffee, refrigerator, and microwave Staff was truly helpful and answered our many questions graciously. The room was very comfortable and very quiet even though situated across from the elevator and ice room.

    « Bed Bugs »

I stayed in this hotel 10/18/15 - 10/21/15 in Room 216. In 54 years never have encountered bed bugs till now. Now have a serious rash / reaction to the bed bugs in my room, on antibiotics, prescription ointment, and benadryl as a result of my stay. The hotel is dated, bad service, and the elevators need work. I had to go to the front desk 3 times one day just to get my room cleaned by 3pm. Horrible experience and will never stay at a Best Western again!

« Nice place to stay while visiting Nashville »

My wife and I stayed here 5 nights while we took in all the "tourist" things in downtown Nashville. The staff was great. Rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job. The location makes walking to the sites easy, or inexpensive if you take a taxi.

    « Great Hotel »

Hotel was great. It was clean, staff were friendly. In the Music Row area...a little far away from downtown (about a 30 minute walk), there is a free bus but is rarely on time. However, the hotel rate is cheaper than those downtown. Free parking, breakfast and wifi helps too.

« Not a Best Western Plus in my opinion »

This hotel has seen better days. It is not in the "plus" category. Even after renovation the elevators were distinctly aged and tatty. The room walls are textured plaster and its not pretty. The bathroom fittings are close to falling off the walls and the bedding is in need of replacing and brightening up. No doubt this was a good hotel once but it needs renovating from top to bottom. Pleasant staff cannot make up for the deficiencies. A good location but we will stay somewhere else next time....Oh - and why is the TV so loud in the breakfast room?

    « Good Medical Rates »

My mother had appointment at a local hospital. This hotel was near to Vanderbilt Medical Center and therefore we chose this hotel to stay. Vanderbilt Hospital was less than a mile from this property and took us less than 5 minutes to reach there. Room at the hotel met our needs. Staff was courteous. It would have been even better if there was a shuttle between hospitals and the hotel.

Even though we weren't in the hotel for long periods of time we were pleased with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, rooms & the beds were extremely comfortable. We used Uber & Joy Ride to get us around the downtown area.

« If you can find somewhere else in Nashville, stay there. »

Way too expensive, dreary rooms, breakfast that you don't want to take advantage of because it's not very good. Location is not the best, there are far more centrally located places to stay in Nashville. Music Row is fine for a walk, but not a great location for your base. That said, it's pretty easy to get around Nashville if you don't mind walking a little, or if you use Uber.

« Great Breakfast and Near downtown »

The room was clean, though a little pricey to not be in the middle of things. We couldn't walk to anything from there. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy too. The staff was nice and helpful. They seemed knowledgeable about the area and the lobby area was nice, too. The best thing was breakfast. Pretty much anything you would want from bagels to waffles, etc.

« Good Value and nice staff »

Husband and I stayed here one night after being at the Gaylord Opryland Resort for a conference. The venues are quite different but the Best Western delivered a clean comfortable room. It is dated and could use a facelift but we had a pleasant check in and free parking close to the entrance; neither happened at the Gaylord. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast in the morning was predictable but ok. We walked downtown and cabbed back ($10) vs Gaylord's shuttle that was $20 per person. Received both a free USA today and Nashville newspaper. Will definitely stay again.

    « Would've been good except... »

Honestly this was one of the cheaper hotels near the downtown area and it was still too expensive for what we got. AC unit made weird blowing noise all night that kept me up, shower was clogged so that I showered in a few inches of water, and the kicker is that maintenance started drilling in the room above or next to us at 10am. When you're in Nashville, chances are your gonna have a few beverages at night. This noise was the last thing you want to wake up to. I called the front desk to complain but she didn't get the noise to stop for another half hour. It was awful. Not sure why you wouldn't schedule something like that for the afternoon.

« Good location, free breakfast and wifi - Good place for the price. »

The hotel is just off the highway and several blocks from downtown, walkable but it makes for a lot of walking... Just 1 street over has a block of bars/restaurants that we enjoyed when not going downtown, our favorite was the Dawg House. It is an older hotel with old heat/air systems in the rooms that run fairly loud but at least it covered up my husbands snoring. The elevators were being renovated as much of the hotel has been but it made it inconvenient with only 1 elevator for our 4 nights we were there. There was also a lot of construction nearby, looked like a new apartment building or hotel next door but throughout the city as well, making driving difficult in the area. The free breakfast was as good if not better than any I've been to and the staff were very friendly and helpful as this was our first visit to Nashville. We were able to check in early, they had maps of the area for us and a nice welcome gift with a couple snacks and a bottle of water. The price was 1/3rd what we would have spent downtown so we were happy with our location and fairly happy with the hotel all in all as it was clean and the staff was great.

    « A bit tired »

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is in walking distance of the district. We found the room although clean very tired, particularly the bedding. They do give a free buffet breakfast. The staff were generally helpful but could do with having a small map of the area to hand out to guests. We arrived in the dark and rain and asked for directions to the nearest bar. We walked for ages to find it, when the next day we saw a couple of bars just through a neighbouring parking lot.

« Best Western Music Row Nashville TN »

Nice hotel, great breakfast, excellent staff, easy access to downtown - I recommend it. Not much to add except 200 characters are required which seems a little unnecessary. Still not reached 200 characters. OK, well it is also next to the big music companies which is kind of cool. Did not see any country music stars but I'm sure they are around there.

Arrived well before check in but the receptionist Latha had a room available, which was great. She asked if it was our first visit which it was and asked us if we were interested in a tour which we signed up for. A lovely clean Hotel short walk away from attractions. Good dining room and lounge area. Breakfast was good plenty of everything. Hotel has a car park which is free as a lot of hotels charge a nightly rate, something to look out for.

    « Near Downtown »

This hotel is a little old but is in very good shape. We were able to check in at noon and the friendly front desk staff had maps and helped us figure out the area. It is about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. There are many places to eat across from the hotel and some have live music. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the full breakfast. Parking is free. The small in room safe is not secured to a wall or floor. Since you could tuck it under your arm it defeats the point of having one. We would stay here again.

« Do Not Stay At This Hotel »

This hotel is in a good location. The front desk help is very nice. But the hotel room we stayed in on the second floor was so ugly. The ironing board and iron are hanging on the wall next to the bed. The bathroom is not attractive. The room and bathroom were relatively clean. The bed was ok. We were grateful to have to stay only one night. We paid over $200 for this room. It was depressing.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was under renovations but it did not bother our stay. Comfortable beds and a clean room. We were able to walk to our destination easily. At check out we were made aware that the highway was closed a map of directions was ready for us, which made our travels much easier.
