This place is very clean and the people there are very friendly. Had a nice relaxing stay with nice breakfast in the morning. Keep up the great work. The location of this place is great. So many things close but if you need a Walgreens it's right next door.
Excellent stay with phenomenal guest services. Highly Recommended. Breakfast was hot, rooms were clean. All members of the staff were attentive and quick to provide solutions for any question that arose. Hotel is located in a safe area with plenty of local businesses for any additional needs.
Wonderful hotel, the staff, rooms, breakfast were all excellent. Really like the lady that runs the buffet area. She has excellent breakfasts and area always very clean and nice, plus she is so pleasant and helpful. Enjoy staying here when I come too Nashville. It is very convenient to the expressways and not far from downtown.
All was great except the room smelled musty so we had to go to Walgreens and buy a Citrus spray to make is smell fresh. The front desk said this happens every year between August and September. ?? And I would highly suggest that they paint the edge of the walkway where you enter, I tripped getting out of the car twice because if you are not right in the center area, the gray blends together, The edge needs to be a darker color to warn people to step up. Very nice staff at the front desk, very helpful. And breakfast options were good.
The room was great. I particularly have to thank the management and staff for the fabulous customer service. My friend that traveled with me left a large amount of money in an envelope hidden under a couch cushion and panicked when she remembered she'd done so after we'd traveled several hundred miles on our road trip. She called the hotel and they found the money. They are keeping it in their safe and will return it in the prepaid envelope my friend is sending. We are so thankful for the hotel staff's help and honesty. I also have to mention the wonderful woman manning the breakfast area. I have never been a hotel with this kind of service. She was great.
The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is clean and the breakfast has variety and was very good. I would recommend this hotel for the price if you need a very nice place to stay in the Nashville area and don't mind not being downtown. It was a 10-12 minute drive to Vanderbilt.
Great place to stay in Nashville! Convenient location (near the I-40 loop) and sparkling clean. Nice free breakfast with variety. Even though it's near businesses (including a Walgreens that's right next door, it's very quiet. Owners clearly take pride in maintaining quality and offering amenities. Staff couldn't have been nicer! Special shoutouts to these three staff members who are really outstanding, and very diligent about their jobs: Room cleaning team Dimple and Digant, and breakfast area manager Zhihua. Thank you for making my Nashville go-to hotel so clean and pleasant! I won't stay any place else. Wonderful value for all these features!
Staff are the best we have been lucky enough to meet. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and close enough to the city. Would stay again for those reasons alone but the shear pleasure was the genuinely beautiful staff. They were so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond. A wonder experience.
We spent three wonderful nights at the Best Western Plus in Belle Meade. We used the time to see family, to go to the Grand Ole Opry, and to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. The staff, including Aman, was especially friendly and attentive. We really felt that the staff cared about us. They were always smiling and we really felt appreciated. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious, and while we did not get to swim (we rented a swimply pool), we did have dinner poolside, and the pool looks really beautiful. We highly recommend the Best Western at Belle Meade!
The reservations were made directly with the hotel, for Friday August 16, the person that took the information booked it for the 15, we went to check in on the 16th they stated I was a no show, why in the world would you I book for a different date, and now they are denying my refund and will not answer the phone, nor return my call.
I have chosen the Belle Meade Best Western in Nashville on several occasions over the years and I keep coming back for several reasons. This particular stay was for medical appointments. When I arrived, I had made an error on my arrival date and the front desk team immediately corrected my error without issue and seemed glad to do so. When I mentioned my appointment the next day, the Manager offered their "hospital discount" which saved a few more dollars off my stay for the night. I like this hotel for its location that is not in the center of Nashville, yet within 10-15 minutes of all major hospitals as well as downtown Nashville and most of the tourist attractions downtown and on the outskirts of town. The hotel is located right next door to Walgreens for any last minute necessities and several fast food/sit down restaurants including an all night Waffle House is within a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The FREE parking at this Best Western is a huge draw for me as most Nashville hotels and parking areas charge $25-$50/day parking. You can easily take a LYFT to your destination and not worry w/parking for much less. The hotel is has always been very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Free daily breakfast is a plus. A seasonal outdoor pool is great for the hot, steamy summer days in Nashville. I will stay here again and recommend it highly to my friends and others.
Just all around great experience for us. The hotel was awesome for our needs.it was in a perfect spot for driving anywhere in Nashville. In the middle of Broadway St and not to far from Grand Ole Opry. Not far from places to go out for supper as well.
Great location with major transportation arteries all around you. Super clean, very helpful staff, nice pool and breakfast bar. But top of my list was their Keurig coffee maker that brews various blends or straight up coffee. Truly next level amenity
Excellent service very clean and when I had to check out early they were very understandable and reimbursed for the one night I could not stay I would recommend to anyone Also plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. And the cleaning staff was very respectful of privacy
West Nashville and easy on and off I-40. Will stay here again if/when in the area. Staff were very friendly. The only complaint (from my husband) was the small pillows but we didn't complain to the front desk since I didn't have an issue with them and gave my husband “my” extra pillows. LOL!
The Best Western was in a great location to downtown. A 10 minute ride and you could be almost anywhere. Uber is available also. The pool here was beautiful too. Breakfast was typical. Nothing to write home about but serves the purpose. Hotel was also very clean and staff was pleasant
The reception was great. Friendly staff and willing to help. I always come back here when I want to be close to downtown without the downtown price. Clean hotel. Comfortable bed and great amenities. Conveniently located between the interstate.
This is a little more upscale version of the typical Best Western brand. The location is convenient to downtown without the downtown prices $$$. Rooms were immaculate—very clean and in good condition. We loved having a small suite with the sofa bed option so our 2 teens could spread out. The hotel lobby is very nice with many seating options. Breakfast was great—lots to choose from and the hot items were a little different each day. The breakfast attendant was so sweet and did a great job keeping everything stocked and cleaned. The machine that makes espresso drinks was a bonus! Outdoor pool and fitness center was clean and nice. Would definitely stay again!
This was our second time to stay there due to myself having surgery just down the road. Rooms were spotless both times we stayed. Usually when staying somewhere, there is something not clean, etc. This establishment has always been a 10! Will definitely stay there again!
Excellent location near where our grands were in competition, with several stores, restaurants, and shops in the general area. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast bar, and accommodating staff. Will stay there again!
Comfy beds, nice room with mini fridge & microwave, delicious breakfast with specialty coffee maker (lattes, expressos, etc - Yum!). Great value & convenient location to freeways, restaurants, stores, attractions, etc. Personable & friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay!
Very clean well looked after hotel staff are great very helpful. Pool is excellent very clean parking good location good. This hotel is my choice when in Nashville.
Room was a handicap room which was nice, but a tub instead of a walk-in shower. Breakfast was standard, but it was good. Hotel was a little hard to get to. Tv was small and picture look like a picture in picture view.
Very clean rooms. Friendly, welcoming staff, Great breakfast with lots of choices. Staff provided great recommendations for attractions and restaurants.
This location pays extra attention to details even to the extent hand sanitizer is available in public areas. The outside entrance requires a room key 24/7. The breakfast area is spotless and well stocked. Not only the table is cleaned but the chairs are wiped with sanitizer and any crumbs are swept when you leave your table. We stayed one time during Covid.. Mask, unused pens, hand sanitizer and sneeze shield was in place. The breakfast area was closed but a sealed to-go breakfast was provided. You know the hotel is concerned about cleanliness because even the elevator floor is clean.
Check-in by Amit was very nice and room 304 was spotless and large; it looks like the hotel has undergone fairly recent renovations and it shows; modern bathroom with good water pressure, nice, unmarred furniture, no chipping paint; the elevator and back stairs were very clean! No notepad or pen in the room. The hot water was almost instand. The bed was a bit hard for our taste and the A/C not quite cool enough. Water pressure was very good, but the faucet at the sink was way too close to the back of the sink; difficult to even wash your hands. Breakfast was great and wonderfully attended to by Zoe! Western omelets, biscuits (rock hard) and good gravy; sausage links very good! All other breakfast items as expected. The hotel was quiet and the location very convenient to I-40 and lots of places to eat.
Rooms were basic, but clean, though my room (414) smelled a bit stale or as if it had been a smoking room prior. For the life of me, I just don't get the point of those small square pillows BW is using. They are the worst! Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room location was fairly quiet as it was opposite the side of the building facing the interstate. The included breakfast was standard BW choices (premade omlets, meat, cereals, pastries, coffee, juice, and tea), but the attendant maintained it well, and promptly cleaned tables.
Staff was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows. Breakfast was standard but hot and refilled promptly. Would stay here again.
This is a good location. Staff is very accommodating and the rooms are ok sized. I don't feel they quite classify as "suites" but they are an ok room for a family with small children.
Our check-in was made very pleasant by the front desk staff. He provided us with a great list of near-by restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful, especially due to the excellent work and attention by the lovely lady who has served breakfast there for 18 years. She was absolutely delightful and so conscientious. Her kindness and work ethic are becoming rare in America, so it was especially refreshing to meet her.
HBO free. Breakfast hot buffet. Eggs bacon hash browns waffles with toppings. Room large and comfy. Full couch with king bed. Desk with chair to eat. Frig and microwave both included with room. Deep bathtub with shower adjustable shower head.
I get back pain from some beds but the pilows and bed were very comfortable. I woke up pain free. The pillows look small but the do the job and supported my head and neck well. The free hot breakfast was really very good and coffee is available 24/7 from the Keurig in the lobby.
Conveniently located off the interstate, we chose this hotel for a quick 2 night stay based on the other reviews. Somehow I booked a wheelchair accessible room without realizing it. That was fine but the super-sized bathroom took up most of the room. Also the walk-in shower didn't have a bottom so the water ran about halfway into the bathroom giving us a very wet, slippery floor. Other than that, this was a nice find for the price in Nashville. We were there during the week and Ubers to downtown/Broadway took about 15-20 mins depending on traffic and cost $11-17 each way. The typical hotel breakfast was above average and the breakfast area was very clean and well maintained.
One, beds are comfortable. When you are older that's a big deal. Two, sofa rooms are larger and you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Three, it's clean! Four, breakfast is great! Hot stuff, cold stuff, fancy coffee, and waffles. Five, the location is near some great food options like Miss Saigon. Six, I dunno lots more good stuff.
This is our second stay here. I would 100% recommend it to everyone. The rooms are large, and breakfast is great. Plus they've added a fancy coffee machine in the lobby that makes lattes and other styles of coffee. It's in an area with tons of good food. Miss Saigon is nearby. You've got Korean, Indian, and Mexican food all right here. You have easy access to Charlotte avenue by going through the parking lot at planet fitness to get a red light. Plus KS World Market, it's right there so you can restock on all your Asian ingredients and produce.
Lovely clean hotel ran by a lovely family. Breakfast simple but plentiful. Free car parking Uber to downtown approx 15 mins and approx 20 dollars. Also used the bus very easy. 2 dollars approx 30 mins. Ideal for a cheaper alternative to downtown Room spacious and clean. Bed very comfy.
The hotel appears to be an old construction. How ever it was well renovated . lobby was clean. Breakfast was good. Room was smaller than my expectation but was clean. there was no clock in the room. Room can use table lamps with USB or USC for charging phones. Bathroom was very clean but the exhaust was very noisy.
Excellent customer service. The staff made our very early departure for surgery much less stressful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We will be back when we have future stays in Nashville, both for medical needs and for vacations.
As I think back on our stay at Best Western Belle Meade, what comes to mind is what a comfortable and enjoyable evening we had after a day of travel. That is just what you need to be ready for the next day's activities or travels. We were able to rest, relax, and feel safe inside. This hotel is right beside the highway and you will hear some noise if you are on that side of the building. But the noise obviously quieted down because it did not bother our sleep. Breakfast was what I would say is sufficient — nothing really stands out but you get something to start your day. The room was comfortable and sufficient but does show some age. The hotel overall felt clean. We travel a good bit so we see a lot of hotels. If I was in the area again, I would certainly consider a stay here. And if my family asked about a place to stay in this area, I would recommend this hotel.
The BW Belle Meade did not disappoint us. This is the second time we have stayed at there. Last time we were there was October of 2019. The staff is so nice and friendly. Aman ? and Emir ? ( sorry if spelling is wrong) were great and very friendly at check in and in check out. The breakfast is still awesome! The room are very clean and smell clean. We were very glad to stay there again.
Worst best western in Tennessee wrongfully charged customer service was horrible got there at 6 am was rushed out by 11am they charged my card for a smoking fee when no smoking was done stayed for 6 hours and was charged 400$ crazy and unacceptable
The hotel was great. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was great especially the woman who worked it. So kind, polite and willing to help with any questions. The lobby and rooms were spotless. There was only problem I had. My Grandson left his blanket and stuffed animal in there room. The next day I called and spoke with the desk. He asked the cleaning crew and was told they threw out the blanket but never saw a stuffed animal. Well how can that be when they were together. So to me the staff is not being honest. So don't ever leave anything there because you won't get it back.
My son forgot his 2 baby blankets and a stuffed animal in his bed that go everywhere with him since he was born. We checked out and flew home only to find out our mistake. I immediately called and was told nothing was found or turned in. Later a family member called back and was told they found it, but thought it was trash and threw all of it out and it was with the rest of the garbage so they wouldn't be able to find it. My son has now lost his 2 most precious possessions because someone couldn't make a phone call to say they found lost items in a bed where children were staying. Coming from a background in hospitality and customer service, I cannot fathom doing this to a family. I am beyond upset and irritated. My child is devastated.
Breakfast was amazing and the little lady that does the Breakfast was super sweet and helpful. She had everything in its place and stayed on top of food running low or not! The room was a decent size, and beds were comfortable but the pillows could be bigger. They were small squares. Water pressure in the shower was great and everything was clean. It was a little hard to get out of the hotel with traffic during the day but once I found the way to come out at the stoplight it was a little better. But good location otherwise. Front desk staff was super nice and overall the hotel was quiet.
We came for one night, as my son had an early appointment at Vanderbilt and had a great stay. We got in late and had to leave early, but had no issues with checking in and out. Staff was very nice. Great accessible rooms for my son's wheelchair and free breakfast was fantastic. Also is very affordable for the area it is in.
Pillows are a bit too small.. breakfast is very good. Woman who works there is terrific! I wish the hotel had a regular restaurant or a bar. Right now it's a great location for me. Front desk staff is very efficient and friendly.
Came into Nashville to work as a nurse at a local hospital during a snow storm. I stayed 3 nights, or actually worked 3 nights and slept 3 days. Very accommodating staff, very quiet stay and very happy to be able to get to work safely. Breakfast was delicious.
My room was spacious. Nice comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Tv, microwave and a mini fridge. The breakfast was great and staff was courteous and helpful. In the first floor there is a small gym if you want to decompress after a long day. Convenient location, Kroger and Walgreens less than five minutes away. Other small restaurants around the area and main highway access just at the corner. I highly recommend this place. I had a great experience. Gracias.
Close to Cheekwood Botanical, great place to stay before catching our flight the next morning. Included a nice breakfast and hot coffee. Pretty standard as far as Best Westerns go. They did have an outdoor pool that looked refreshing. A few places to eat within walking distance
Clean and safe with free parking. Excellent breakfast with a very attentive hostess! Close to everything you could need in Nashville. The gym needs to be updated desperately. Smoking benches would be appreciated.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a clean parking lot, lobby, and room. The small pillows on the bed were not my favorite, but I had plenty of them stacked on the bed. The breakfast was great, the staff were so nice and kept everything very well stocked up for us.
Excellent customer service! Nice clean room. I book this room because it was close to the hospital where I need to have some test. I was a bit worried about the noise from the nearby Highway, but it was not an issue at all.
customer service was excellent. excellent location. very clean. The men who checked me in were very pleasant, super friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend and stay here again! love the location!
Great hotel, and good location with several shops and eateries within walking distance. Nice rooms with comfy beds, air con was fine, and there ws plenty of storage. It was easy to get the bus into Nashville downtown, as the bus stop is just over the road.
Lovely staff, clean hotel, comfy beds, nice hot breakfast. My kids even enjoyed the pool. It was very convenient to visit family on the west side of Nashville. You can't beat the value for a hotel with a pool, close to the city, free breakfast, and free parking.
The location is convenient to everything from downtown to shopping to range of restaurants. The staff is superb. I guarantee you they will make you feel more like you are at home than in a motel! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast has great variety from total health options to big, fat waffles (me).
It was a very nice room at a reasonable rate. The bed was very comfortable and it was a pretty good TV. I was a layover stop so we didn't get much of a chance to take advantage of all the amenities.
The pillows were really small but nice. Nice room really clean. Breakfast was great. Close to Interstate 40 was nice and convenient. Why do I have to use 200 characters? This sucks. Guess I need to change my review!!! Geez. Should have know. Last good review you get from me
Loved the coffee and the breakfast. The location was good for my purpose of visit the Dark Horse Theater. Access to the interstate was good and we were out of the downtown rush. Wish the pillows were full size.
My plane didn't make it in until the next day and I called them to let them know that it wasn't going to be in and they still charge me for the night. The hotel wasn't even busy at all. last day I asked for a late check out they said no that they were going to be sold out. I said to them that if you only got like 510 cars in the parking lot at the most so you're telling me you're gonna have a bunch of people coming in today, they didn't say anything but didn't want me to have a late check out .
lady in kitchen was fabulous, the best and cleanest eating area five stars room was clean and ac worked perfect. Staff was courtesy and very helpful for directions. thank you Gordon Tucson AZ Great time in Nashville
I think I've used this hotel 3 times in the past few years? Almost every time I go to Nashville, I end up here. Since Music City hostel was destroyed by lockdowns, there have been no cheap, safe alternatives. It's either super, super expensive hotels, or super cheap, super sketchy hotels and nothing in the middle. This hotel is one of the few I've found that is in the middle. It's NOT fancy, but it is clean and functional every time I've stayed. The front door to the lobby locks at night and you need your key card to get in, so that provides more safety. They are right up against the highway, which makes it really cumbersome to get into their parking lot, but it is surprisingly quiet at night. Traffic goes way down at night and the walls are thick enough that it is quiet. I hope this hotel remains for a long time because like I said, those "middle ground" hotels almost don't exist anymore in Nashville. You end up having to pay for super expensive fancy hotels in order to get clean and safe. Or you have to risk bed bugs and crime in the cheaper hotels. They still use the old-fashioned magnetic key cards at this hotel. So be very careful to keep your key cards away from your phone or it erases them and you can't get into your room without a visit to the front desk to reset the card. Like I said, it's not fancy or modern, but is it clean, safe, and functional and that's all I ask.
Everything was impeccable, the front desk people were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. I am planning on stopping here again on my return trip. It's a bargain at the price. I highly recommended this as a clean and welcoming place in Nashville!
The hotel itself is isn't anything special. It was clean, and comfortable. Where it stands out is the staff. The absolute friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Not just one or two of them, but the entire staff. Everyone greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly conversation, which always ended with them asking if there was any way they could make my stay better. I will absolutely be staying there again.
Would 100% recommend. We were upgraded to a room with a sofa for free. The bathrooms have a fan (top of list of wants because who wants a foggy bathroom) and the ac/heat is quiet (also at the top of my list). Bathrooms are granite, carpet looks new. Thick towels, great shower pressure on third floor. Bonus, there is a side road for easy access to traffic lights on charlotte's pike because it's impossible to cross without one. Breakfast was bacon, omelettes, waffles and all the other stuff. Breakfast attendant was very nice and on top of things.
All the staff were very professional. Rooms were cleaned daily when wanted. Area neighborhood of the hotel was not in the best location. Kind of sketchy, but hotel was locked every night and we felt very safe.
Stayed 2 nights then traveled for several days and returned for the last 3 nights of our trip. Pros: Price/value. Good location right of freeway. CLEAN. It's so hard to find FRIENDLY staff and cleaners that actually clean. Kudos! Breakfast was very adequate and the lady serving couldn't have been sweeter! Sat. morning was too busy for one waffle iron, so go early if you want waffles. I'd recommend this as a great value in comparison to staying on Music Row/downtown. You can be virtually anywhere in Nashville within 20min. Cons: The mattresses vary. Our first room was okay, we like firm and it was showing it's age, but fine. Our second room mattress needs to be replaced. We could feel the springs starting to show and permanent indentation on one side. We still slept ok. They have new little k-cup coffee makers in the rooms which is a plus! But both rooms I struggled with the k-cups fitting the coffee maker, one I had to hold down and the other blew up with grounds in coffee. I think the k-cups do not fit the coffee makers (too big). Lastly, while this is not the hotels fault, rather I see it everywhere in Nashville, the homeless are hanging around the entire block of the hotel. The home behind hotel is abandoned/boarded up and you can see the homeless personal prop strewn all over yard. You can see the garbage and make-shift tents under bride from the rooms. Not sure the mgmt can tackle this city wide problem, but Nashville needs to step up or they will lose the tourists. Luckily we spent our week traveling the entire state and North/South. Much to see and do! Thanks for a great stay!
The mini-suite was comfortable with ample space for my family of four. The breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff were courteous and knocked softly. The rooms were clean except for behind the furniture. I always have to move the furniture so my autistic son doesn't use it for a spring board.. The hotel is close to downtown and the interstate. Overall a good value for the price.
This hotel is kinda hard to get to because of traffic and islands in the middle of the road. Once you get there it's pretty clear sailing...smooth. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was alright, better than most.
This place was a good choice for the night. The breakfast options were good and included a waffle maker, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal and yogurt. Coffee and hot chocolate were available in the evening. The outdoor pool was closed for the season when we visited.
This is an awesome hotel. I have stayed on multiple occasions and the staff has always been super helpful and kind! Clean and comfortable rooms, terrific shower pressure and the fastest internet I have ever used!
We actually booked a different hotel but when we arrived it was very misrepresented in the photos and felt unsafe. I hopped online and found a nearby hotel. We made our way here and were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean it was for the price. The hotel staff was polite and always available.
The Belle Meade inn Best Western is a great hotel very clean and excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. It is located in western suburbs and close to expressway and downtown.
This was my first stay at a Best Western and I must admit in all my travels, I was pleasantly surprised. The room for one was pretty nice with the normal things in a hotel room (coffee maker with tea option, television, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, etc). It was nice to have a shower that actually had very decent water pressure which even some of the high dollar hotels don't have! And the breakfast was a really nice touch. Omelettes, sausages, bacon, cereal, biscuits, etc was really a lot more than I expected. I would say it was worth every penny and more. Great job!
The staff here is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Family members also stayed here and we were put across the hall from each other which was very convenient! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the attendant there always made sure everything was clean and well stocked. She was the most hardworking person I have ever seen in that position!
Nice room. Lots of space. Clean and comfy. Staff was very pleasant. Very convenient location for easy access on and off of I 40. Great breakfast service, with some amazing coffee too! Location backing up to the freeway makes you feel safe without the road noise.
Nice property but getting in and out of parking lot is tough. Area is busy and feels kind of questionable. Guy behind the desk was very unfriendly. Well located for stores that provide necessities. Fairly easy to get downtown.
WE thought the Hotel was very nice. Rooms very clean. Nice size room. Very comfortable beds Breakfast was very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful Only complaint was that it was a little far from broadway. Had to take ubers to get into town
The Hotel was wonderful, easy to check in and out, breakfast was warm, and had a variety of options. Interactions with staff members were easy, and they were kind. The room was clean, keycards worked easily, and the elevator was accessible.
We made a reservation online. A follow-up phone call to clarify the rates led the surly clerk to ask if we wished to cancel. We said "no." After the call ended, we received an email stating that our reservation had been cancelled. Through the 800 number, we reserved again. A few days later, at check in, the clerk refused to register us, again demonstrating his haughty, exaggerated sense of self-importance! We took our luggage and money literally across the street and easily booked a two-night stay. Then we get the email that we had been charged by Best Western $157! TOTALLY INTOLERABLE. We recognize this is one rogue jackass at o singular hotel. But someone of authority approved him to sit where he is and do what he does. A well managed corporation would be seriously considering TWO terminations.
It was a very peaceful stay and very nice and comfortable I love the rooms and the cleaniness love the Victoria look but at the same time it was updated too love it I would recommend anyone in this area to stay here
This place was a lifesaver! I was tired and weary after a weekend of activity and spotted it on I-40 as I left downtown Nashville. It was nice, clean and comfortable. The clerk applied my rewards points, senior citizen discount, and AARP. Breakfast was awesome! There was a little Asian lady there that was so friendly and helpful. I will stay there again. There's a Kroger, Walgreens, Jack-in-the-box, CVS Pharmacy, Shell station and other conveniences nearby.
Pride of ownership and management is apparent at this well-maintained and well-run hotel. Stayed for two nights on the third floor in a non-smoking king room. Very clean and pleasant. The staff is very responsive, including the employee who manages the breakfast area.
Stayed here twice in one week. The first time was when we arrived. The only complaint I had for the first time was the bathroom fan was very loud, which is on all the time (no way to turn off fan in bathroom). The second time (after visiting East Tennessee), was a bit better. The bathroom fan still constantly on, but not as loud. First time we were on 3rd floor, 2nd time on the 4th. The area is very busy as an FYI. Also can be a bit tricky to get out of the area, not to bad getting in. Beds were comfy enough (at least more comfy than the BW we stayed at in Pigeon Forge). Pillows were soft too. Staff is friendly and breakfast area is clean. The woman attending the cafe was helpful and cleaned and stocked everything. She was in top of it all, she was great. We only had issues with keys once but was fixed right away. Traffic around the hotel is busy, but otherwise it was a good stay.
This hotel fit our needs perfectly. It was situated in a great suburb of Nashville and we were able to drive around and see all the sites at our leisure. The amenities and breakfast was fabulous as well.
No wifi is a dealbreaker for me. Having the exact same breakfast every morning sucked. The pool area felt too open and vulnerable, and too much traffic noise to relax. No privacy at all. Suggestions: 1. Upgrade all modems, routers, and access points so that every room has wifi. 2. Train the staff to not take it personally when problems are reported. It is to their benefit, and the hotel's benefit to be notified of problems. Instead, they were defensive, like it was a personal attack, and then denied any problems. After spending two hours on the phone with the internet company, they said the equipment was old and needed to be updated, which contradicted the front desk's assertion that no problem existed. 3. Please consider serving a different protein each day at breakfast. 4. Add a 6-foot privacy wall on the south side of the pool area. You can use the opposite side of the wall to paint a welcome mural for drivers entering the parking lot. 5. Consider adding a waterfall feature in the pool area to add white noise. This would be a nice way to drown out the sounds of traffic.
Accidently, booked twice for the same dates. Did not realize until we were ready to check in. The front desk person would not cancel one of the reservations. He said we received the emails for both and it was our fault. Agreed we thought that the 2 emails were for the same room. He was like well that is our policy sorry. Was able to cancel the next night but he would not budge. He made me pay for 2 rooms. Immediately, I called best western customer service and then they told me to speak with customer retention. That person agreed it should be refunded because clearly it was a honest mistake and she was sending a ticket to have it refunded. I went down to the desk and that rude guy said it was taken care of. I told they were faxing it over. He said the manager would take care of it Monday. Gave it a couple of days and called 2 times and was told the manager was not in. The last time the same guy put me on hold and then hung up on me. NEVER got to speak with the manager
Room was clean and comfortable breakfast was adequate very clean, Good restaurants close by Jim and Nicks BBQ was excellent. The motel was in a good place to be out of downtown Nashville and they were close enough to make travel easy
Arrived at front desk to inquire about vacancies & asked if they had city maps. The man, definitely not a gentleman, asked if we had reservations & we said no but we were hoping to book a rm & we again asked about a city map. Seriously, the man came unglued, said we were rude & we had to leave immediately or he was calling the police. Rest assured we were not rude & if we weren't looking for a hotel rm we would have stayed till the police arrived. Unbelievable!!!
We had a great stay at Best Western Plus in Belle Meade. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, easy check in, great breakfast! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. No complaints at all.
Great rate and room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay except the mattress was so worn out. Would stay again probably for the price. It was convenient to things we did each day but that mattress issue is a real deal when you stay a couple of nights.
CLEAN! WELL MANAGED! NO PROBLEMS! If you're going to Vandy Medical Center or Hospital, this is only a few minutes away, in a nice safe area, but less expensive than hotels adjacent to the Center. And the big link sausages, cheese omelets, skillet fried potatoes with all the fixins didnt hurt! Well be back.
Everything was wonderful. Clean room. Very good breakfast. Fantastic shower head in the bathroom. Nice pool. Would stay there again. Location is a little tricky to get in and out of right off Interstate 40, but that would be the only slight negative.
I am new to the area and the map instructions were obscure as I was unfamiliar with the roads and their local names. I wound up somewhere NorthWest of the hotel location in Ashland having traveled on TN-155 West for a while. I called the front desk from a TN-155 exit and described the intersection at Route 12, and the on duty night desk gave me explicit detailed information on how to find the Best Western Belle Meade from where I was. There as 10pm at night. Drug Store / Convenience Store next door.
Best part was breakfast! So glad hotels can now serve more of a variety of foods - breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Front desk staff very helpful and the rooms clean. I will stay here again.
Hotel is right off the highway so super convenient for downtown and Charlotte ave had plenty of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Breakfast could have been a little better. Would definitely stay again if I am in Nashville.
The main thing with this hotel is the location. You are right off the highway, and only about 15 minutes from most major attractions both downtown and on the west side. Even with the highway basically right outside our window, noise was not an issue. The rooms were clean, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the staff was courteous. Maybe the only minor complaint was that the complimentary breakfast was pretty "meh."
We stayed one night here. 5 adults fit fine in our room. Clean comfy beds. Bathroom was clean, shower was nice. Fridge worked great. Tv had no sound but we didn't realize this until 11pm so we didn't ask for it to be fixed. Pool looked clean. Would definitely recommend staying there but you do have to drive to get to the downtown area.
Old, dirty, moldy room. Visible mold throughout the bathroom, visible piles of dust in corners,on bed frames, and walls. Staff was friendly and courteous. We did not seek another room, as it would have been the same experience. Beds were worn and uncomfortable.
We stayed in this hotel while visiting Nashville for a softball tournament. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, and waffles. The staff were very nice
The hotel was clean but it seemed to be in a bit of a sketchy location. We found the hotel to be very average in comfort & service and would recommend paying a bit extra for a more comfortable accommodation if staying more than one night especially for families.
This possibly the best BW we have stayed in. The manager was super nice, hotel was spotless, and convenient to all activities. The manager gave us directions to local places to visit, menus of nearby restaurants and was a friendly person. He came to our room after checkin to see if we needed anything also. Great BW for sure.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus Belle Meade. I had booked a room for two nights and needed to add another during a very busy weekend. The management was very helpful in securing a room for an additional night. Location is perfect, easy to hop on and off I40. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, though a bit stale smelling. The pool was refreshingly cool for all the hot weather they were having. Their breakfast was well stocked and the attendant very attentive. We enjoyed our stay!
While the room seemed very clean, it did have a musty odor. Perhaps the carpet is simply old, or if recently steam cleaned it was not dried properly. This is the only negative which kept me from rating our stay as excellent. Otherwise, the accomodations met all our needs. The bed was comfortable, the staff was professional and friendly, and the breakfast was great.
easy access to highway, you're within 15 minutes from anywhere downtown. hotel was clean, friendly staff, breakfast was decent for being free, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, waffles. plenty of good restaurants in the area, just adventure out about 5 miles of the strip. found a nice local pub called hillsboro{?} just google pubs near me you won't regret it
We stayed here to attend a festival in downtown Nashville. It was only a 10 minute drive to downtown, and the hotel is right off an interstate ramp. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and we were very impressed for the price. The staff is all very friendly and the desk was attentive the one time we needed anything. I would highly recommend this as an alternative to staying downtown for 3 to 4 times the cost.
Really nice hotel. Good location, just off the highway. Safe parking area with limited access to outsiders since it backs up to the freeway in the back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Good breakfast.
We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Can't think of anything bad to say at all. The service was excellent. The rooms very clean, the staff friendly. Breakfast was typical for hotel complimentary breakfasts. Covid protocol was observed. The hotel is not upscale but well kept. The reception staff was friendly and helpful in allowing us flexibility regarding check in times. We would stay here again.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It was only 15 minutes from downtown. The pillows were small. Overall I would rate this hotel 4 out 5 stars. One restaurant that was close by we really enjoyed was 51 North Tap room.
Hotel is an easy walk to several pawn shops and quick money stores. This is not the nice part of Belle Meade. That said, my room was quiet, and the bed and pillow were comfortable. The room and furnishings looked old and well used. Even the ironing board is something you'd typically see in a dorm room. So, while you will not be impressed with the room itself or the area the hotel is in, you will get a good night's sleep.
Clean and comfortable room. Great bed. Cleaning staff and the breakfast lady did a good job. Courteous and helpful front desk staff. I wasn't crazy about the breakfast since I don't eat sausage and they had egg and cheese omelets every day. If they'd switched it out with scrambled eggs, I would have been happier. There were other things I could eat. There was no waffle making machine. I expect Covid killed that since there is a lot of interaction involved when people make the waffles. There was no fresh fruit. Hot coffee was always available which is a definite plus. Since the breakfast is not the main reason for our stay, I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it. Like some others staying there, we were in town for the Antiques Roadshow. I had requested a room away from the stairs, elevator and vending machines. I was told they would honor my request if possible and they did. The room was very quiet. We had also brought a "sound machine" with us to use when we slept which was a great idea. We will do that again.
Enjoyed the clean and sunny outdoor pool as the temps were unusually warm for May during our stay! The complimentary hot breakfast was great, clean and well-appointed lobby area. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Wonderful stay and excellent accommodations while attending Antiques Road Show The breakfast was great. Hot coffee eggs sausage. Elevator was an added plus. Rooms are clean and well cared for. All staff are pleasant
First 4 days were great (4/1 - 4)- courteous staff, clean room, good breakfast, good location. On 4/5- the town water was turned off at 7:30am, on again around 10:30am. With check out at 11:00am, we were running late given the inconvenience of NO Water. We understood it was an area wide issue due to a main line break. Between 10:50am - 11:30am, we had 5 reminders that we were still not out of our room.... 2 calls, 3 staff visits at our door. This was an inconvenience for everyone, requiring patience, empathy and flexibility by all - management and staff. Unfortunately, none were offered.
My wife, her mother and handicapped sister spent a long weekend there 4/22-4/26. On Monday, the desk called them and told them to vacate the room because the carpets were scheduled to be cleaned! They had no prior knowledge of this and it should never happen during a hotel stay. The staff was extremely rude and persistent and forced them out. Then on Tuesday, staff opened the door and put a door stop keeping it open right at checkout time. They were still getting dressed leave! Who does that? Extremely rude and horribly inconsiderate since they are having to get a severely handicapped adult ready to go. I have been in tons of hotels and have never heard of rude treatment by the staff to guests. This hotel should be avoided at all costs. I only wish I had been there.
Clean room. Quiet despite next to interstate. Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Check in staff was helpful. The room provided everything that we needed. We would return. We chose to skip breakfast.
Good location in Nashville, TN and friendly staff! The hotel was clean, quiet and a smaller place to stay. The hot breakfast and great coffee were a nice amenity. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
The desk staff was so helpful and very nice to work with. The breakfast was great and the staff there was wonderful and made you feel part of the family. The room was very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.
We cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff was so friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was fantastic. The check in and out process was seamless and it was a very quiet hotel. We definitely will stay here again next time we are in Nashville!
Upon check-in, felt warmly greeted by customer service; he was encouraging to my son who broke his foot a few days before our trip to visit local universities in Nashville. Brochures and information about the area were presented in a good location. Our room was very clean with all we needed readily available. Access to WiFi was easy and access to the business center no problem and close to the front
We were headed home and wanted a quality hotel for one night. The BW Belle Meade was perfect. It was right off of the expressway, so it was an easy on and off. The hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was one of the better tasting ones with a cheese omelet, sausage and biscuits, and sausage links. It was yummy and just right as we set out to head home.
Hotel accommodations in Nashville are quite pricey. This hotel is reasonably priced and in a very convenient location. The hotel is clean and the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast in the mornings and our rooms have always been very clean.
Oh so clean … safe property … no funny smells … free easy parking … spacious room and bath … recent updates … in short the hotel is exceeds my expectations … the neighborhood is transitioning to be on trend …
This particular hotel was very comfortable, clean quiet. Great service, staff was very helpful for check in. I had a comfortable stay and was able to focus on what I needed to get done for my trip. Thanks!
This is one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Ben and Willis at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend the BW Belle Meade.
Stayed over a long weekend that included Nashvilles 2” snow storm. Great central location near main roadways to neighborhoods. Extremely clean property (in & out), and friendly staff. Given Covid restrictions, breakfast bar/ options are more than adequate with an attention to sanitation. We plan to stay here again when we return this spring.
One of the cleanest and well managed hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again, the location was convenient and easy to get to everything.
I was very pleased with how clean it was. The bed slept very well and he shower was great. Checking in and out was very fast. I was also surprised how quite it was being so close to the interstate. I felt very safe.
Very nice accommodations. They upgraded us to a larger room. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which included biscuits, sausage gravy, and a cheese omelette. Their coffee in the breakfast area was great.
First, the manager was a pleasure to work with when I had to change the reservation before arriving. The hotel is very clean and our room had everything in working order. I had worried that the noise from the interstate would be bothersome, but it was not an issue at all. We were there for Christmas with family in Nashville and on Christmas morning at 6:30 we learned of another family emergency that required us to return home. The front desk clerk was extremely sympathetic to our situation and refunded our second night stay. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was the sweetest.
The first day the tv wasn't working. We stay 2 days and they didn't clean the room. They have the worst manager. They tried to fix the tv but they were not able to fix the tv so they move us to another room after they were tried to fix the tv for about one hour. There was a do not disturb sign on the door we did not see due to the fact that they told us it was a new room so house cleaning didn't clean the next day. First the manager tried saying one of us put it there then when he realized that wasn't the case he said it was our responsibility to make sure they didn't leave it there.
This was a clean place to stay, and everything is the room was in working order. I've been to some places that are less than clean, so I was pretty thankful for that. It's close to a lot of food places as well.
Just on the edge of Nashville, right off the interstate. Walgreens next door, CVS down the street. Couple of fast food places near. Family trip to Nashville to see Christmas Lights at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens. This was a good location to stay.
This is a very nice motel! The staff is so pleasant! The rooms are very nice! It has everything you need! I have spent 3 different nights there and plan on more in the future!I I will be staying there at least 2 times a month! It is so convenient to the place I am visiting!
Clean, functional hotel in a convenient location. Room amenities are basic and simple, but reasonable for the value. Compared to the options downtown, this hotel is a great value for its location. Staff are all cordial and helpful. Special thanks to the housekeeping team who found something we left in the hotel room and quickly ran down to catch us at the check out counter.
The overwhelming reason for selecting this hotel was the open parking lot since we were in the process of a move from out of state driving a small uhaul truck. The free, open non garage parking lot was perfect for this. The rooms were not fancy but quite adequate. The staff were very kind and welcoming. And the easy access off the highway was also a plus.
This was the first time that we stayed at this establishment on our way to Texas. The hotel is extremely nice and very clean. It is either very new or has been refurbished. The desk clerks were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was very fast and efficient. The Breakfast was very good with a good selection of items to choose from. Wi-fi is excellent. The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. There are many good restaurants to choose from in the area. Check-out was quick. We would definitely stay here again.
We made a hurried trip to be at a celebration of life for a dear friend. The motel was well located for us. It was a good place to stay, and we would stay again if we were in that area. We liked the place.
I stayed at this location because of the convenience of the location and the evening staff was very friendly and courteous. I drive trucks for living so I stay in a lot of hotels. The evening staff offer a late check out because I was not staying a full night I arrived at 2 am and want to check out at noon so I could get a full 10 hours rest before I got back on the road. I woke up from I would say 945 to 11 to constant knocking and entering my room while I'm trying to sleep then the Hotel manager Henry Patel. Calls me telling me that I have to leave, he didn't care my reason didn't care about the arrangements made and was not hurting for the room he just wanted me gone he took my money he wants me out. He was the rudest and had the most arrogant demeanor when he said it as if he was so much better then me and I'm tarnishing his property for staying there. If you looking for Best Western Plus with great service this is not it. I promise you don't ever stay here.
I am a repeat customer at this hotel. I usually stay 3-4 times a year. If I did not enjoy each of my stays, I would go elsewhere. The rooms are always clean and fully supplied. The beds are VERY comfortable. The breakfasts are really good, including a time when it was "grab and go" because of Covid. Two of my most favorite things are the showerhead and the ultra-quiet heating and air units.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast needs some help. Hotel is clean and bed very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is close enough to downtown to drive or take Ubers, Lyft etc….
Awesome clean and comfortable. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and bedroom was very clean. Bed was so comfy. Will definitely stay here again. I was very impressed as we do not usually use Best Western on our travels.
Stayed two nights. The first room we were assigned had a very strong musty type smell, thus we were assigned a different room. New room was fine, no issues. Lobby area, parking lot and hallways were all clean. Breakfast is very simple. Had breakfast one day at the Big Bad Breakfast located just down the road. If your looking for something more, I recommend going here for breakfast. Be advised this hotel is in a very busy traffic area. Although the surrounding area is very loud with traffic, we didn't have any issues with noise while sleeping. Be prepared to see homeless people in the area around the hotel (not on hotel grounds).
This hotel was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing The breakfast was good also. Will definitely stay here again. This is a very convenient location to get to many places in Nashville including downtown
Very pleased with our 3 night stay. Very clean, up to date, comfortable bed, everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was better than the average, staff friendly and helpful. Definitely impressed with Best Western
The front desk people are very nice and helpful. The hotel lobby and hallways are very clean and well kept up. The rooms have comfortable beds, are clean and the showers don't have water savers so you can get a decent shower. Thank you.
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. It is clean and very quiet. There was not one individual in this hotel from the desk staff, housekeeping, dining room staff that was not extremely and i mean extremely nice to say the least. They were all so accomodating and helpful. They do offer breakfast and the only thing i would incorporate would be having a toaster to toast bread as they during the 3 days we were there had biscuits on 2 days and no bread at all on one of the days and tended to have mainly sausage links, omelets, and biscuits and gravy. The coffee was excellent and they did offer cereal, fruit cups and blueberry muffins (would be nice to have a greater selection of muffins instead of just blueberry). There is a microwave, small fridge and coffee pot in rooms and housekeeping is very good about leaving fresh towels, and cleaning the room. This was a very positive visit and if i ever do go back to Nashville this will be the place i will stay!!!! Athough the hotel floors were not marked for social distancing that i noticed, they had signs all over with social distancing guidelines.
I just got back from a trip to Nashville and this hotel is where we ended up staying. My biggest issue is that the entire place felt damp and smelled musty. The lobby when you first walk in is where I noticed it so I requested an upper level room thinking that would help. It did not. 3rd level was damp too. I woke up with congestion each morning. I honestly don't think anyone has updated this hotel in over 20 yrs and has all original appliances (old TVs and microwaves). Old carpets, bathrooms needed regrouting. It did not feel like a clean hotel at all. The tv remote was sticky! The hotel is not easily accessible from the busy streets / intersection in front of hotel. I will not be staying here again and hope they fix their moisture issue.
Location was great for our trip. Hotel was clean , the staff was so helpful and friendly. We met with friends from Nashville in lobby, they brought pizza and staff provided paper plates to us. Would recommend this hotel for a prefect stay.
Stayed for two nights in a queen room. Room was clean, quiet, and the front desk employee was very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was good and filling. The only thing I have to critique is the bathroom wall above the shower head. The wall paper was peeling off and it appeared that there was black mold on the drywall however there was no bad odors coming from it. Overall I will still recommend this property to any one who is looking to stay in Nashville. It is only approximately 20 minutes from downtown.
Our original plans were for a concert on Thursday night, then on the MO for a family reunion. Sickness in that area forced the reunion to be rescheduled. Called the local desk to extend our stay and see some sights. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Hotel is a very short drive to all the downtown area, and less than 20 minutes from Opryland. Internet connection was much better than other locations we've stayed over the years. We didn't eat breakfast because we wanted to try some local places. Hotel was clean, AND non-smoking. AC in our room was a little noisy, but not bad enough to change rooms over. We had NO issues with inside noise/disturbance.
Hotel was nice, clean, and the employees were friendly. Special props to the very sweet lady who works the breakfast area. She was so attentive and kept the food and cleanliness in perfect order. She is a real gem. We would recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel right off the Interstate with great Best Western amenities.Staff friendly+ professional.Free breakfast a real plus.Great place to stay when visiting Grocery stores+ pharmacy within walking distance.
The room was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, helpful and simply said, AMAZING! The lobby was well lit and inviting. The breakfast options rotated, and a large variety of items were offered. The pool is small, but still a nice place to take a break and relax. We enjoyed our stay!
Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was not huge, but always 3 hot options and some other basics. Room was extremely clean and the hotel was well taken care of. Location to the highway was convenient.
We elected to stay here to save some dollars during our visit to Nashville (there were options closer to the city's attractions that cost more). All this cost was an extra 7-10 minutes of driving to and from the city! Pretty standard but a decent breakfast was included which was nice for our departure. Kids liked pool; pretty standard cement hole, but it was clean. Definitely recommend for those visiting downtown Nashville.
From the time I arrived, up until the time I left, the staff was very nice and attentive. Conveniently located right off of interstate, the entire place was very clean, breakfast was great, pool looked nice, will definitely stay here again!
Musty. Dirty. Old. TV not HD. It is not close to meeting expectations of a $150 Nighy hotel. The location is good for getting downtown but thats the only positive thing about this place. Feel like it's 1990.
This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. It had a weird mildew smell and the beds were a little uncomfortable but overall it was very tidy and clean. Staff was super friendly and the pool was nice and clean. I don't know if we had neighbors but if we did we didn't hear them.
Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the staff cleaned the room every day. That was refreshing. The hotel was convient to attractions. The hotel is only about 10 miles at the most from Opryland Opry mills mall downtown music row
We were for our First time visiting Nashville, it's a little distant from downtown and instead renting a car we should on Ubered! The Hotel was Clean and the Woman were wonderful when it came to cleaning the room, actually just the bed and refreshing the towels a couples times while we were, was all we requested. We were very Happy with the Hotel!
The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful very helpful. Its located in a great spot near everything you need. I enjoyed all the amenities the breakfast was hot and good at 6 every morning. I would definitely be returning also recommending.
My room was wonderful. The whirlpool was SO relaxing. Breakfast was very good. It wasn't extravagant, but very tasty. Bed was comfortable. I slept very well. Hotel is very close to downtown and attractions without being in the middle of the chaos and traffic. No more than 10 - 15 minutes to any attraction I went to.
My wife and i came Nashville for a weekend trip. A lot of the hotels towards the city were expensive for my budget, but this one was decent. It's a little outside of downtown but i loved that the road nearby takes you straight to things like the Parthenon, state capitol, and for my Sunday Mass. Didn't have to drive on an interstate. The hotel was very kind.
We were in Nashville for a trap tournament at the Nashville gun club. This hotel is an excellent location. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here for the same event. Just like last year they did not disappoint. We will be back again next year assuming they are at the same price point.
We chose this hotel over more economical alternatives and it was worth it. Excellent beds, extremely quiet, convenient location, refrigerator & microwave a plus! The only disappointment was still serving the COVID-19 cold continental breakfast. Will look forward to the return of hot breakfast options.
Hi--Room was comfortable and clean. Also, desk manager was very polite and helpful. The Location on and off Route 40 is very convenient. Your review requirements are too much to say. Do not have time to write a lot.
This was our 2nd visit to this location. Very clean. The personal is very friendly and accommodating. Great location and close to everything. I highly recommend. This is our go to place when in Nashville.
This hotel may be a little older, but it is well kept. The staff was great and kept everything clean. The cleaning crew also did a great job. This is well worth the money spent. Location is only about 10 to 15 minutes away from most site...with the exception of the Opry which was further away, but money saved here was more than worth the extra travel time.
This was a nice, clean hotel. The beds were VERY hard, and the breakfast had 3 things to choose from (I am fine with the grab-and-go meals; however, there was nothing to choose from). Additionally, it was VERY pricy in comparison to all the other hotels that we had stayed in over the course of that week. However, the people there were extremely friendly.
This is a nice hotel, nothing fancy, but great for families. Rooms are large, plenty of free parking. Even though breakfast was limited due to covid, they still had a lot of options including cereal, yogurt, muffins, oatmeal, granola bars and cups of fruit. Hot coffee, tea and cocoa available all day.
We had a long road trip on the way home. This was a great place to stay. Located just off the interstate, rooms were great, people were nice. Something we haven't had before, we given a list of places to eat near the motel which was a great help. If we ever stay in Nashville again this is the place for us.
The hotel is actually in Nashville and not in Belle Meade. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, it wasn't too loud in our room. The front staff were delightful and attentive to our request to have the door hinges on the bathroom door lubricated as it squeaked badly. Overall cleanliness in the room was 3-4/5 to me but I'm picky and always clean surfaces with my Clorox wipes when I 1st arrive at a hotel. I did not see any USB ports in the room. Breakfast was definitely limited due to COVID. The only protein I saw was yogurt and milk. They had an assortment of cereals, prepackaged blueberry muffins, packets of oatmeal, Nature Valley granola bars and juice. No hard boiled eggs or fresh fruit. The coffee in the room was actually better than the coffee in the dining area. Overall, a nice experience and close to downtown and about a 20 min. ride for an easy hike in Radnor Lake State Park where we saw deer, wild turkeys, turtles and even a bald eagle.
Although located right off the highway, we didn't hear any traffic while in our room. The room and facilities were spotless. Everything functioned as it should. We were only there for one night because we were traveling through to another destination. The beds were very comfortable, and we were looking forward to a decent meal after a long day. Unfortunately, we had a hard time finding any good restaurants around the hotel. Most were either hamburger joints or closed due to COVID. There was a lovely sushi restaurant down the street, and their menu selection was great, but walking there was a little treacherous due to traffic and iffy crossing lights. The next day, we checked out the breakfast offered by the hotel. The site stated a hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, but none were found. We settled for yogurt and coffee. The staff at the front desk made up for the inconvenience by their pleasant disposition. We even chatted with the owner before checkout.
I stayed here just one night. Young man at reception was welcoming. Surprisingly, lot of people were in that place for this time. Lot of older folks and families with children. The entire hotel is very outdated. But, they compensate that with a lot of care. The place looks clean.
Very clean and quiet which is what I prefer when staying somewhere. The staff was very nice and professional. They served a nice light breakfast due to Covid-19 which was good and tasty. I enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast disappointed is our only complaint. We just was unprepared for the meager offerings in the morning. Staff were great. Maybe I did not read description thoroughly or correctly. Ben at front desk was great.
No major complaints. Only issue was our room keys kept deactivating. The desk clerk said to keep it away from our phones but it didn't seem to matter. Both keys quit working again a few hours later. Overall good stay and would recommend.
I know that Texas has eliminated the wearing of masks. However, it's a bit surprising that the receptionist staff weren't wearing theirs even though a sign on the door said that masks are required! Also, having a hand sanitizer dispenser in the food area would be a wise idea. I noticed it in the stay I had at the Best Western Plus in Memphis. I know you had a hand sanitizer near the elevator but it was something you have to squeeze with your hand and not something that's automatically dispensed. It kind of defeats the purpose of having to touch something! The one in Memphis was automatic
We go to Nashville for Vanderbilt Hospital visits often and have stayed at this hotel many many times. Mr. Ben is always ready for us and welcomes us when we arrive. Hotel is clean, breakfast always ready on time. It is very convenient for our visit to Vanderbilt. Easy on and easy off the interstate. I would not want to stay anywhere else.
Mattress to soft for our liking and tv remote difficult to use. Room was clean. Our concern was the location of the handicapped parking being located on the side of the building away from the front door. Would stay again.
The was a stopover during a cross country trip. The property clean and he staff quite friendly. The location was great . . . near I-40 and various restaurants, drug stores, and a grocery within walking distance. The room was clean and modern. The bed comfortable. The noise level was low (we stay in a room away from I-40 . . . perhaps these rooms would be noise). There was an extremely limited breakfast due to Covid restrictions. I would recommend this motel.
The lobby was very nicely decorated and welcoming. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Without being right by the airport (which we did not want), it was a quick easy drive. The desk clerk and others on the staff were very accommodating. There is a definite PRIDE in their hotel and they strive to make the guests comfortable.
Although our room overlooked the freeway it was pretty quiet overnight. Staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Convenient to freeway. Clean inside and out. Just wish it would have been warmer to use the pool!
Everything was good no problems. I was able to get in with no problems even when there were changes to my reservation. Noise level was but I really miss the good breakfast they used to offer before COvid-19.
Nice place if I ever have a stop over in Nashville this would be a good stopping place for the evening. It was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly. Hopefully when we get over Corona Crap we can get back to having a warm breakfast again, but the little Grab & Go was not to bad.
Have some family in the area, so stayed here before heading home.. While the surrounding neighborhood isn't all that exciting, the hotel itself is a relaxing place to rest for the night or two. Everything we encountered was clean, and in working condition. Both staff members we encountered at check-in and check-out were pleasant.
VERY clean!! Bed was very comfortable! I know this is sorta picky but the soap and shampoo they have is AWESOME I will be getting some of that for home off Amazon!! Ben at the front desk is SUPER nice and friendly really enjoyed talking with him! This is a definite recommend when staying in Nashville!
This is a good location and clean property. We also appreciated the option to have a larger room for our family of 5. The staff was helpful and appear to take pride in their work. Another bonus was the Waffle House across the street.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient to I40. My room was quiet. The grab and go meal was adequate. The fruit cup did not have a plastic spoon would be my only complaint. The parking was close to the doors and there was a manual set of luggage dollies for use at the front door. The hotel had great security with the building locked down only to get in by the key card. As a solo traveler I felt secure in my surroundings. I will stay there again when visiting my family in the future.
The entire place was clean and sanitized. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had nice decor. The location is very convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will glsdly stay here again when visiting Nashville.
Very convenient to Cheekwood Gardens and easy to get to other sites around Nashville. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly and personable front desk staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would gladly recommend this hotel to visitors to the Belle Meade area of Nashville.
This was our second stay at the Best Western Plus Belle Meade Nashville this year. It is a very clean, updated hotel in a convenient location right off the interstate. The staff is friendly and are very welcoming. We will be making many visits to Nashville since our daughter moved there this summer. We will definitely be booking this hotel again and again.
We were driving thru the area. This was a very convenient hotel. It was safe, very clean and a good value. We did not try the grab and go breakfast, so I do not have an opinion on that. I would stay here again!
Like everything about this motel but the traffic noise. Nice hotel, very helpful, friendly staff. The grab n go breakfast bags can go away though. Other motel chains are doing the limited hot breakfast thing, seems like Best Western can also. This motel also has a great location, clean rooms and clean around the outside of the building.
Great location, free parking, limited breakfast with COVID, decent size room, super clean facility. I was surprised to see the daily maid service in our room. Price was right, too. No complaints; close to supermarket, drugstore and lots of restaurants.
This hotel is conveniently located off the freeways. It is a short drive from the downtown core. There is plenty of free parking. While the breakfast options are quite limited due to Covid restrictions, we liked this “grab and go” breakfast better than many similar options and other hotels.
Love Best Western Plus Hotels. This one was nice, clean and friendly but seemed more like a regular Best Western and not a plus. The bed was very hard and not very comfortable but overall stay was ok.
Staff was kind and allowed us a late checkout when my daughter had an unexpected zoom meeting she needed privacy for. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Grab and go breakfast bags provided in the morning. Thanks!
Pondered spots to stay near I-40. Have been rewards member but decided to pay for stay to support these businesses in their Covid times challenge, use rewards in better times. Easy to find, nice property conveniently located. Clean and comfortable, ambitious in keeping up with the Covid protocol. Good efficient staff all around. Came back on our return trip too. Great day start at very good breakfast experience, Big Bad Breakfast 5 min away. Adjacent property is WalGreens.
We were very fortunate to get a room so close to the wedding venue we were attending. The room was not plush, but we had a suite that was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. Although they were not serving the typical breakfast they did offer a grab n go bag.
Well lit parking lot with adequate parking. Comfy beds in a spotless room. Staff very helpful and considerate. Sit down as well as fast food within a short walking distance. We didn't feel unsafe walking to them, even after dark.
This is a very nice hotel--clean, comfortable beds, nicely furnished, well lite outside, easy to get to, quite, good water pressure in the shower. A place I have stayed before and will again when I am in the area.
We were on our way to Gatlinburg and spent the night in Nashville. Location was great, it was right off I-40. The hotel was clean and our room looked like it had recently been remodeled. Bathtub was new, as was the caulking in the bathroom.
This hotel was Clean and Comfortable. Provided needs necessary for us to get a good night's sleep. All the staff we had contact with was friendly. COVID PRECAUTIONS were in place. Good location for visiting Belle Mead Plantation
Heading back home to Texas from Michigan, we wanted to experience Broadway Street and stay close to I-40. Found Best Western Plus. Very Friendly Staff!! Very Clean Rooms! Right on I-40! Loved our time at this hotel! Will definitely be staying at this hotel every time we drive back to Nashville! AAAA+++++
Thia hotel literally doesn't care if you are there or not. I need a room late at night because of a family medical emergency 4 hours from home. I booked online at 1am half asleep, half upset. I booked check in at 3pm on accident. Yes I should have double checked but it was a long night. The website I booked with refused to change my check in time or refund. However they told me it was at the hotels discretion. the man literally refused to help me. My young son and I were jipped out of a place to stay and $120
I was displaced because of cleaning that needed to take place due to an appliance fire in my apartment complex. I arrived before check-in, they accomodated and had all necessary covid-19 precautions in place; masks, directional floor stickers, plexi glass, and hand sanitizer. Exemplary assitance on the part of the gentleman at the front desk, Henry, who helped me with the internet situation as much as he could as well as doing his job well regardless. I discovered that the bandwidth available wasn't enough to do my job from the hotel room. It kept kicking me off and interrupting my software programs which require uninterrupted service. This was a let down since I had to quickly make other plans to find a place to work remotely. One other thing - the AC unit in our room was very loud and buzzed. I had to wear ear plugs.
Great place to stay. Right on Hwy 40. Staff is very nice. The rooms are comfortable. Lots of places close to eat. Walgreens right next door. Easy to Uber anywhere in Nashville. Front Desk very helpful.
Clean facility. Friendly people. I had requested a ground floor or as close to it as possible. When we got there they had us on the top floor. My wife has leg problems n does not like elevators so she has to climb the stairs. When we stated we wanted to cancel the reservation and we would go somewhere else they were able to put us in a room on the second floor. Should have been done that way in the first place. The grab n go bad breakfast was a joke as most of those are. Several of the other hotels we have staid at recently have found a way to serve a hot breakfast. So I would have to see if they have changed this before I would stay again
The price of the hotel was great. It is just off the interstate, and it's clean to sleep in. If your looking for somewhere to stay for a night or two it's a clean and comfortable place to lay your head.
Quiet and comfortable room. Great staff who were friendly and willing to accommodate if at all possible. Easy to get places from this location. I recommend this for anyone traveling through the Nashville area.
Room was great for the price and location. The West Side of Nashville is up and coming and has numerous shops and places to eat. The room was clean and well kept. The only downside was they now have a "grab and go" breakfast which is I assume due to COVID. We booked the hotel due to having a "hot breakfast" so that was disappointing. The "grab and go" breakfast consisted of a bottle of water, a granola bar, and an orange. So that should be made clear maybe on the website. Check in and out were a breeze, and Ben was very friendly. I would stay here again.
Extremely rude service. Very regimented. Knocked on my door twice before 11AM to get me out of the room even when I had a do not disturb sign on the door. Would not add my stay to my rewards program (I did not have my number with me and they indicated that without my number they could not add my visit to my rewards program).
We stayed at this Best Western for 4 nights. Ben, at the front desk, always greeted us with a smile:) The hotel property, lobby, and our room were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great! Plenty of food and drink choices, as well as seating, available. Wish the decor of the lobby and rooms would represent the "Belle Meade" name. It is located just off of the interstate, not far from downtown Nashville. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A Walgreens is across the parking lot and a Kroger is close by. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Good stay with a reasonable room rate.
This was a nice place to stay at, right off the freeway and close to places to eat. My only concern was the surrounding area. It did not appear to be too safe. Just my observations. I am not sure if we will stay here again.
We checked in the Friday before the 4th of July. The location was very convenient to the interstate and plenty of near by restaurants. Plenty of free parking. The check in experience went very smooth with a very friendly staff. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
Had an unexpected trip over holiday and was able to get a room last minute at a reasonable price. Clean, quiet room with comfortable bed for good nights rest. Good grab and go breakfast and coffee. Usually stay here when in town.
Room was very nice, everything was great and Waffle House across the street was convenient! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is safe and minutes from downtown. Bag breakfast is nice for our drive home!
Don't get the reviews based on my stay this is the least comfortable and not clean at all. The only positive ws that utilized the internet and the employees had a postive and welcoming attitude. Appearance of hotel leads you to believe this an updated and well maintained hotel chain. Definitely not so. My room had very hard innerspring mattress, chair had stains that where questionable, carpet was disgusting, bathroom is not maintained well at all. I'm a guy and will ignore most but this was worst than staying at a motel 6. This covid-19 process has just become a joke now. Nothing is truly cleaned or sanitized. Just an excuse now for everything. FYI i'm an essential employee and deal with strong sanitary measures. This hotel is not for me and it may work for others. No point in trying to move rooms or express concern. Was able to view other rooms from while cleaning staff was cleaning. There pretty much all the same. Location is a pain to get on and off interstate/highway. This part of town is an older part of Nashville.
Room was clean and comfortable. I really got rested up while I was there. Staff was wonderful. I was traveling with two of my grand daughters That were thrilled with the location (across the street from the waffle house) It was a fun visit
Stayed for at the Best Western Plus Bell Meade because we were in town for the TN AIM State shoot at the Nashville Gun Club. Excellent location both to the gun club and to shopping and restaurants. Was in town last year and stayed at a different hotel in the area, it was also nice but for the money I will stay here again when we come back next year.
We have stayed here several times when I have had appointments at Vanderbilt . It is a great location not too far from the Hospital and the downtown area as well. It has always been very clean and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. We never even consider staying anywhere else. I also get a military discount which makes it even better.
The overall stay at the hotel was very nice, unfortunately the pool was closed thanks to Corona. Everything was very clean, and I really only had one complaint. The bed. The mattress I was sleeping on was so ungodly hard, I couldn't sleep but maybe a full 2 or 3 hours because I was constantly tossing and turning. The four chick-let pillows that were on the bed did nothing to ease this discomfort. It was like sleeping on the ground; ground without grass, after a drought. I was accidentally taking naps on peoples couches when I would visit them. But, other than that, I would stay here. It's priced well, and the location is good! I felt safe.
Staff at this hotel was welcoming and flexible. The customer service received was excellent. Mr. Ben was exceptional and remembered why I was visiting and asked about my family. Check in and out was easy. Room was small but clean and comfortable. This hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants (as I elected to not rent a car). I felt safe staying at this location. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
I am a Diamond Select Best Western member (their highest tier); daughter is Platinum. Booked rooms for both of us for 3 nights each. Every single Best Western hotel I have ever stayed at always upgrades me to a Suite. This is a courtesy that the hotels do knowing how loyal I am with the BW brand. After booking the rooms, called and asked if my room could be complimentary upgraded to a 2 queen mini-suite (not a full suite, as this hotel does not offer any). I asked if this was a possibility; I never demand, I pleasantly ask. As soon as I gave him the reservation information first thing he said was "do you want to cancel the reservation?" I told him no and asked about the upgrade. The man manning the front desk and phones had a thick foreign accent and he said "No, it is not mandatory, so we won't do it." I asked him to repeat what he said, because quite frankly I thought surely I did not hear him correctly (I thought, surely he just didn't tell me No, because BW didn't require it, they wouldn't do it.) After he said the same thing again, I said, "you mean you WILL NOT AT ALL even consider doing the upgrade and he said "I told you NO, it is not MANDATORY, SO NO WE WON'T." (ALL CAPS for his emphasis he made on those words.) And you won't believe this what he said next. He again said "do you want me to cancel the reservation?" It is like he was trying to run away business instead of keeping customers happy and loyal in these unprecidented times of Covid-19. But TripAdvisor reader, you will be really pleased to know that I went ahead and made him happy though, I told him to cancel the reservation; then I got online and canceled my daughters also. I mean after all, he asked me twice did I want to cancel so I thought I better so he wouldn't be mad at me. LOL :)
Thank you so much for a great night sleep!! We ended up here after we had to leave another hotel after checking in only to find the “non-smoking” hotel allowed people to smoke and pay a deposit. The hotel smelled awful. However, here at the Best Western it was amazing and clean!! Exactly what we needed after a long day of driving with our children. The beds were comfortable and the queen suite was spacious. Thank you Ben for your hospitality!! We come through Nashville a few times a year whenever we go see family, if we need to stop in for the night we will definitely check availability here, and spread the word as well!
We stayed one night on our way to visit family. The hotel has taken several measures to protect both guests and employees from virus exposure. The room was clean and in the morning the cleaning staff was hard at work. We wanted peace of mind and we got it.
Clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. I appreciated the staff was continually cleaning and disinfecting surfaces during this pandemic. The hotel was easy to find and it was quiet. I will return when this shelter in place order is over so I can stay longer and enjoy what the city has to offer.
very nice rooms, best breakfast ever, neat, clean, attentive staff. Very friendly and helpful. First time in Nashville and I would suggest everyone should experience Nashville at least once. This is the place to stay.
This is an excellent property. Clean, safe, friendly and convenient to so much that Nashville has to offer. Staff was very helpful and understanding when I found myself needing a late checkout. Definitely recommend.
Very pleasant 2 night stay - clean, quiet, and great price. The manager and all staff were gracious and accommodating. The hotel is easily accessed from highway and has many restaurants within 5-7 miles. Free parking and free breakfast. Great value.
Great room for price, much cheaper than hotels closer to the hospital. My mother had surgery and follow ups for 2 days, and we had a nice, well rested stay during all of this. Thanks for the superb service!
Staff was very friendly and managers were very helpful. Breakfast was great, food was always got area clean. Food was always stocked, if you needed something all you had to was ask. Rooms were clean and well lite.
Arrived at check-in time. The area was very clean and when entering the lobby it to was very neat and clean. We were greeted with a friendly smile from Ben and his co-worker. Very speedy check-in.Breakfast was delicious and the 2 ladies staff worker were very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. Ben, once again very friendly at check-out, made it very speedy and we were on out way. Would recommend this Best Western to anyone!!
Clean, great price, no frills, great location. Nothing more or less than was expected. I stayed with my daughter for the long weekend to visit Vanderbilt University. There is a pharmacy across from the parking lot, a Kroger around the corner, and a waffle house across the street.
If you will be working in downtown Nashville. I recommend staying here it's close to downtown parking is free hotel is super clean and convenient to interstates and local stores. Continental breakfast was good.
Lobby and rooms were very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast is excellent.Location is near Interstate and good selection of resturants. Parking is layed out well and very neat outside. I reccomend Best Western Plus Bell Meade
I've never posted a review before, but I was so shocked by the behavior of the owner of this hotel, I had to share. Please do not patronize this hotel. He is the most disrespectful hospitality worker I've ever experienced.
Very clean. Both my sister and I commented to each other on the cleanliness and how the hotel looked brand new. My sister said the exercise looked like she was the first person to ever use it! The whole hotel from the outside facade to the lobby and breakfast area was very clean. It wasn't the greatest mattress and sleep for. but the proximity to Rutherford West hospital, the value and the cleanliness more than made up for the hard mattress.
Stayed here many times. It has to be the best bargain in all of Nashville. And the breakfast, sausage, eggs biscuits and gravy way above average. Quick to downtown. Clean rooms, wifi always works well.
Once again, we stayed here. Wonderful hotel. Rooms are great and so clean. Breakfast is great. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is crucial for visiting grandkids at college. The room had a sofa, so when the kids visited, it was much more relaxed than all of us sitting on beds. This is our Nashville home away from home.
Nice, friendly. Breakfast food was not that great. Bed mattress was hard. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even with it being next to interstate it was quiet. I would recommend for a nice stay. The front desk was very helpful.
I booked a block of rooms for family coming in to town for a wedding. They all raved about the friendliness of the staff, the tasty breakfast choices every morning and how clean the hotel was. I have stayed here several times and have never had a negative experience.
The front desk guy went above and beyond for our group - always with a smile! We appreciated his help so much!! The breakfast was delicious - the kitchen lady was always ready to make our breakfast better and help us. Facility was clean and pretty.
Extremely friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms. Easy access to downtown. Some furniture a bit tough for wear but room was a great size and very clean. Free parking. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay at this Best Western Plus. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. This is a very clean hotel. We came down to visit our son and we found this location to be excellent. We could get to every location in 10 minutes or less with the exception of Opryland and Jackson's Farm. They were 20 minutes away. This will be where we stay every time we come back.
Best Western has been my hotel chain of choice for several years - I have a gold rewards card. This is the first time I have received horrible customer service. I had not booked a room ahead of time - asked the front desk if I could use my reward points which the employee rudely told me I couldn't, looked at me like I was an idiot. Did not tell me what time breakfast was or explain wifi. Usually staff are very friendly. I had just drove from Canada over 10 hours and was looking forward to relaxing. Spend your money at a hotel that cares.
My family and I were traveling through Nashville, TN over Christmas, and stopped for the night at the Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites. I made a reservation sight unseen through my app, and was very happy with our experience! Hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Would definitely stop in again!
Lovely hotel: very clean, nice decor. My room was spotless with a pleasant smell - very comfortable bed, working climate control. Even the hallways were spotless! No road noise or hotel noise. Plenty of ammenities, soft towels and pillows on the bed. Front desk staff was smiling and friendly offering advice on shopping, touring and dining. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast fare, but the dining room was spotless, food hot and fresh and the attendent was very attentive and accomodating. A great "Good Morning" spot. The only slight frown I could give would be the initial impression of the area in which the hotel is located. Right next to I40, and by fast food, gas stations and loan/pawn shops with a couple of questionable characters hanging on the corners, I was a tad put-off. Until I parked in a very well maintained and very well lit parking lot, entered the hotel and met the staff. Also with in a block are lovely well kept residential areas and parks. I would most definitely stay here again either by my female self or with my husband and highly recommend it.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Belle Meade for three nights due to the location of Nashville and Belmont University. The rooms were a good size, were very clean and the staff very helpful and pleasant. I had a issue with our reservations and they took care of immediately. The breakfast was good each morning and this hotel is easy on/easy off the highway. I would highly recommend staying here.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this Best Western Plus. It's right off the interstate and a short drive to Vanderbilt Hospital. The rooms were very clean and fresh feeling. Even with the close proximity to I-40, our room was quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. A nice variety. The best thing about the hotel was the employees. They were very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Vanderbilt.
Hotel is located very convenient to downtown where we attended the hockey game one night and hung out on Broadway listening to good music the next evening. Location is near some shopping areas that allowed us to finish our Christmas shopping. Waffle house is located next door for a late night breakfast.
Stayed for just one night on a trip to Nashville. The staff is friendly, the breakfast variety very good and the place is *immaculate* with tasteful and lovely decor. We were very comfortable and would definitely return.
Room was very clean! I work in hospitality so I know what to look for in a Hotel room from a cleanliness aspect. This hotel passed with flying colors. We were greeted when we arrived by the friendly Front desk clerks who gave us suggestions on what to do in Nashville. Breakfast was good with lots to chose from UNLESS your a Vegan, but my daughter was prepared for that by bringing her own food. WE enjoyed our stay and will be back. As a side thought do not forget to tip you housekeeper! Housekeepers do not make more than minimum wage which in TN is only $7.25! They work extremely hard to clean your room!
Hotel was clean, room was nice, breakfast was wonderful BED was HORRIBLE! so uncomfortable. the mattress was very springy, felt like a mattress from a pull out sofa. Not enough pillows were provided either. Would love to come back but if I'm not going to be able to sleep I will not be.
Pros - clean inside and out / ok location Cons - no extra blanket or pillows in room / breakfast not hot or very tasty / snack vending machine right near the check-in desk was not operational...had to go to nearby Walgreen's for snacks / rooms overpriced. I feel that for what I paid, the amenities could have been better.
Nice hotel, undergoing updates. We stayed in a king room on an updated floor and it was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical but did have lots of fresh fruit options and everything was fresh and hot.
We stayed here for two nights on the weekend to attend a wedding. It is directly off the interstate in a great location and was very close to the wedding venue. It has free parking and breakfast. The rooms were cleaned, bedding comfortable, and quiet. Would stay here again.
Visiting family in the area and decided last minute to stay an extra day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider staying again when back in the area.
Clean is my priority and this BW was that. Everything appeared to be in good repair. Outside was very noisy but we didn't hear it inside. Bed comfy. HVAC quiet. Breakfast OK but lacked oatmeal (packets don't count) and bacon (I don't like sausage). Like every hotel coffee I've ever had, it tasted bitter to me. Overall a good stay at a reasonable price.
Had a small hiccup using a third party E channel, (Kayak, Priceline,Expedia, Travelocity, ect). Ben at the front desk resolved the issue in a fast and professional manner. Would stay again. Thank you.
We loved the location of this hotel. It made our drive to Vanderbilt Medical Center easy, as we were able to get there and not have to mess with the interstate morning traffic. The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were very hospitable.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights on our trip to Nashville. It is right off the highway, not much of a view, but very convenient. A quick ride to downtown. Two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Bed was hard (worst bed in our many Best Western stays) but room was clean.
We were very pleased with our stay here. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ben and Henry on the front desk were especially helpful and went out of their way to assist us with information and technical issues. The staff in the breakfast room were also very cheerful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Uber costs about 10 dollars to downtown but if you return at peak times they charge 40 dollars. A regular cab is 25 or bus service is available. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant a short walk away and Walgreens and CVS are very close. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed here during our visit to Nashville and it was the perfect location. It is right off the freeway and it took us about 10 minutes to get to downtown. The hotel is super clean, updated rooms and amenities and it has an outstanding staff. The breakfast is great with waffles, eggs, meat, yogurt, etc and again the staff are so friendly and keep the food restocked and fresh. The gym had fresh towels available plus ample equipment for a morning work out. There is also a Waffle House across the street, White Castle diagonally across the street, a Walgreens next door and Kroger's a block away. Again, great location without the craziness of being downtown. The price was reasonable and we will definitely stay here again.
Our stay was delightful start to finish. Ben on the front desk was charming, helpful and informative. The young man at the night desk was also engaging. Location was convenient. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well priced. Thank you!!!
The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. There were a few minor inconveniences but those were due to scheduled upkeep that they informed us about before they would occur during our stay. The only thing that was annoying is the placement of the hotel because it was just off the highway with one way in and out, and can be easily overlooked when navigating to and from.
Ended up staying the night fantastic place very clean and spacious and comfortable I needed a jump for my car broke down in Nashville luckily I got to stay here for the night and was able to get a good nights sleep before my business flight
The staff is all very nice. The breakfast is just okay. The room had a slight smell but just like the previous guest had food right before checking out, not like mold. The tub did not drain properly. The elevator kept getting stuck momentarily. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Our room was very nice & quiet. Bed was comfy too. Breakfast was tasty & the hostess was always buzzing around picking things up & making sure people got what they wanted. Location was convenient to all the highways. Could get anywhere in 20 minutes.
location is fabulous right off highway 40. Close to White Castle, Jack in the box, Walgreens and lots of other restaurants and businesses. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was literally one of the cleanest rooms we've ever been in. I have absolutely no negatives on this hotel. The breakfast was normal and what you would expect. We only stayed one night. I would definitely return to this hotel.
It was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Couldn't find a better place for the money. I would stay again when visiting Nashville. House keeping was great and when asking for something extra they made sure we had it front desk clerk was very helpful about things around town.
Ben was fabulous at check-in. He provided great intel on cheaper parking downtown & restaurants in the area. Though the hotel is a bit out of downtown (approx 7 mi), it is easily accessible from the freeway & considerably cheaper than the outrageous prices charged by its downtown counterparts. The room was comfortable & the water pressure good. I would definitely consider staying here again when in the area.
The room was clean and spacious with a decent-sized mini fridge. The breakfast varied somewhat each day and the presentation was neat. Location is close to the highway but not noisy. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed here for a night on our way back home from our vacation. It was a nice reasonably priced hotel outside of downtown Nashville. It was easy to get an Uber & go into town & back. Near highway but we were able to sleep undisturbed by any noise. The rooms were spacious & clean with all the amenities. The staff were friendly & very helpful. We will be back.
Good location. Feel very safe staying her. This was my 4th time to stay here. Good accesss to local restaurants. Good breakfast options. Front desk staff always very courteous. Alway very clean, rooms, and quiet. Temperature in room was very comfortable
The staff was super nice. The room was clean the location was good for our doctor's appt. The food was good and very hot. A little bit noisy from cars and trucks. Our room was by the exercise room the weight was a bit loud.
The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The room and lobby were clean and comfortable. We didn't try the free breakfast, it would be nice if it stayed open a little later than 9:00 for those of us who sleep a little later.
People were very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean, and I was able to find something to cook in the little lobby store, in the microwave in my room as I was to tried to go get something eat. The hotel shuttle was great and they took really good care of me.
Nice, well maintained, and comfortable hotel near my medical appointment. Good breakfast with some hot items to include small omelets, sausage links and gravy biscuits. Room and common areas very clean and quiet.
Ideal location. We've stayed many times, and service is always friendly...perfect. Facility from parking lot to in-room appliances are always sparkling clean and well cared for. We were there two days; as an example, we saw lobby doors and windows washed every day. Rules are simple...when companies take care of the small things, you can bet the bigger things are in excellent shape. Breakfast is varied day by day with all the healthy stuff (my spouse), and all the traditional delight for the kids and me.
Exceptionally clean and well managed - staff could not have been more responsive!! Room was conformable and quiet, complimentary breakfast was good - perhaps the fruit selection could have been better - but still it was well furnished and coffee and foods selection hot and plentiful!
Hotel clean, comfortable, good value for the price. Welcoming staff. Breakfast food warm, but just the usual fare. Hotel easy to find. Glad we picked the Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn and Suites on our road trip.
Very clean and easy access to expressway. Free breakfast and WiFi influenced our selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and had we known it would be 90 degrees in October we would have brought our suits!
This is a great property for those visitors who are just passing through Nashville or staying for limited time. The hotel is within moments of the major "Interstate" highways heading in all directions from Nashville. The property itself is very well appointed with all the amenities you may require. The rooms are spacious and very comfortably furnished and the sleep quality is excellent. The staff are fantastic and could not be more helpful and accommodation. They are more than happy to direct you to the best Nashville has to offer and advise how best to to get there. Super efficient and friendly! A very good hotel. A little way from downtown so you will need transport or be prepared to use the local buses. We used the buses which were economical, clean and dropped us right in the heart of downtown ($4.00 adult return!) - have a few drinks without the worry!
We had a really great time in Nashville and staying at BW Belle Meade was a really good choice. All the staff were so nice and the breakfast was great. Henry was very, very helpful and the pool was so inviting and clean with the hot weather we had. I would totally recommend here to stay, nice and quite and away from downtown noise and traffic.
Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Check in was easy. Breakfast included waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels and toast with all the trimmings. Rooms were clean, but the beds were not that comfortable. And the air conditioning could be controlled so it wasn't too cold. Overall, it was a good stay.
My stay here was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious and clean. I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially when I locked myself out of my room just minutes arriving there.
good hotel, very clean , helpful staff.Tea and coffee facilities in the room.Buffet style breakfast with plenty of choices. Breakfast is the only meal they do and there are no bar or snack facilities in the hotel. In terms of location it is about 6 miles from the centre of Nashville, easily reached by bus for only 2 dollars each. The down side is, that its like a hotel near spaghetti junction but the rooms are quite and there is a nice pool and pool area.
Hotel was clean, everything worked, breakfast was nice. Hotel close enough to nightlife, yet far enough away to breathe. The entire staff was probably the most pleasant and attentive hotel staff I have ever experienced. Quite refreshing!
We've stayed a couple of times at the recommendation of a trusted friend. Each time, the hotel was clean and provided a good value (far less expensive than staying downtown and only 10 minutes away) and the property was clean. But what set the hotel apart was the exceptionally professional and friendly staff that went out of their way to ensure a good stay.
upon opening the door a moldy and mildew smell hit us. The bathroom faucet did not work all. Just what you need when you are exhausted. Reported to the front desk but they didnt even say they were sorry. The women working the breakfast area though were great they kept the area very clean. Overall if this is the plus best western I would hate to see the regular one.
We had a great stay! Room was spacious with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was fresh with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful and treated us like a family! We will stay there again next time we visit.
At first I was a bit disappointed how remote it was located from Broadway and directly off the highway but quickly appreciated the value / price. A $10 Uber ride gets you to the strip and you avoid $400 plus a night rooms. This hotel had a nice outdoor pool , huge breakfast and clean rooms. It looks to be family operated so lots of friendly staff always helpful with opening doors or getting you towels. Our group even set up in the lobby one night drinking , and talking without issue. It's right across from a CVS and a red barn type liquor store. We had Mexican down the road at Las Palmas. Food was cheap and authentic. We travelled to the belle meade plantation which was near one day too. Uber to the airport was $18 and about 15 minute drive. Overall a good choice if you want to save on hotel fees and spend more on drinks , food and excursions in Nashville. I would recommend to friends.
This is our second trip here. We like it as you can get to most everything easily and you're not caught up in the hustle & bustle. Clean, affordable, and the staff was excellent. The rooms are comfy and a nice breakfast to get your day started.
Nice hotel for the money. Staff was excellent. Not enough towels and no blanket in closet which made us have to call down to front desk each morning for towels and once for the blanket. They delivered immediately. Room smelled a bit especially when first entering (but was not horrible).
Decent hotel. Not close to the attractions but okay if you have a car and where to park wherever you are going. No USB in the guest rooms suggests it is dated but the bathroom and shower worked perfectly. The faucet behind the basin was installed too far back and water splashed all over. The shower and bath tub functioned nicely. The beds are comfortable and clean, so is the rest of the room. The breakfast is better than in many luxury hotels and the service there is excellent. As I have friends in the vicinity I may go there again.
All staff wore smiles and greeted me. Room is updated and was very clean. The outside was spotless. Breakfast area was large so everyone could sit. The owners must be here a lot. A+. There was lots of easy parking. Will stay again
Close to the interstate but not overly loud. We booked online and it ended up being in a part of town that wasn't very convenient for us...obviously we should have checked it out more. The check-in process was quick. There was a Walgreens next door so that was helpful for some things we forgot.
We only stayed one night and paid $209.94 even with a AAA discount. Not really worth it, but it was close to where we were going. Not sure if I would stay again. Most staff can't do Best western Travel cards - if you are going to be a Best Western, teach your staff how to process them please!
Nice room, solid breakfast, very clean. Would recommend it to others. Great price for a suite / only small charge for upgraded room. Nice fridge. Friendly staff. Outside of downtown, but was right off of the highway and easy to get to wedding venue.
The check in was easy and friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Surprising since it was so close to the interstate. Breakfast was simple but nice and clean as well. We will definitely stat here again.
Great place with a friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. We did not use many of the amenities so I can not really speak to that. But on my next trip through I will definitely rebook.
Everything was super clean and the staff was nice. There was a speedy check-in and check-out. The breakfast was so good with a great variety of different options to choose from. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here!
Stayed one night on the way to Pennsylvania. Well maintained and run hotel. Friendly staff and inviting breakfast. Convenient location with easy access to major highways and close to downtown Nashville.
Great stay with my wife on 8/15/2019. From the time we checked in to the great hot complimentary breakfast the next morning everything was awesome. Were surprised to get to our room and have a jacuzzi tub and what appeared to be a remodeled bathroom, very nice. I highly recommend the Best Western Plus Belle Meade.
This was the best Best Western Hotel that my Mom and I have stayed. Everything was very clean, and the location was in a great area. It was also very quiet, so getting to sleep was not a problem. I highly recommend this hotel for any person who is planning to stay in Nashville. You definitely get value for your money at The Best Western Plus Meade Inn and Suites!
Nashville is an expensive place to stay, especially if you want to find someplace decent. I consider myself a savvy traveler and this is by far the most difficult city outside of SF and NYC I've found to discover thrifty hotel accommodations. This Best Western is an older property but clean and convenient. Anytime I've got work in downtown, this is where I'm staying.
When we pulled up to the hotel I thought we were in the middle of nowhere ,I was so wrong! the hotel is so centrally located with everything you could want near by. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the women working the breakfast area is a true gem!
Stayed here for a family birthday in town. We like Best Westerns for its cleanliness, value for the price, the breakfasts (family with 2 boys), and it's consistency across locations. Pros: Very helpful staff (young man at front desk fixed a clogged toilet quickly, working for 15 minutes to make sure it flushed properly. Thank you!) -This young man also honored our request for a room not facing the highway. Thanks again!!! -Clean facility, pool, fitness center and rooms -Beds very clean (with top sheet) and comfortable! -Good wi-fi connection (on top floor) CONS: Older facility with lower ceilings (esp. at elevator) and more narrow hallways -queen suite only had 1 tv, leaving sofa within eyeshot, but not in front of screen -upholstery on sofa was slightly worn with minor discoloration. Paint was peeling in small ceiling area in shower, showing water stain -room felt humid with a mildly wet odor (do NOT use “Auto” setting for AC, or room will not cool properly. Use HIGH or LOW fan). We figured that out after the first hot night!
A great clean place with an excellent location. beds are very comfortable. Great shopping very close with good food located just steps away. Staff are very helpful and look out for your best interest. Breakfast was very tasty.
This hotel is always a nice experience. Rooms are clean and the overall appearance of the hotel is great. Great hotel to stay at and a short Uber ride to downtown Nashville. Check in and check out are always easy.
The staff was very friendly and acted like they actually wanted to help guest have a positive experience. The internet was a little slow but workable. The bed was a little too firm for my taste but not hard. The biggest drawback: there were absolutely no accommodations for smokers anywhere on the property.
It was our first time in Nashville. The hotel had a great location for us to access downtown as well as biking trail and other things we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent!
I booked this hotel on a whim as I was driving into Nashville. Wound up being the best hotel stay I have had since I have been going there. Hotel is in great shape and staff was excellent. High marks!
Thanks to trip advisor reviews, we selected BWP Belle Meade for our vacation hotel. We liked the location for the places we planned to visit the most, Franklin TN and some other places. It was easy to get to...for us, Briley Parkway from 24East. The front desk staff were great, espeically Henry who helped us out with our reservation and he even upgraded our room! We also received great local info...directions, etc from the front desk. The rooms were just fine...spacious, clean. What I want in a hotel is safety and clean...this BW has both. The free breakfast in the morning is just fine. No, it's not breakfast at the Ritz...but if you can't find something there then you are way too picky. When we were there, the 20oz bottle soda machine cost was just $1....that's a bargain and very uncommon for hotels. No complaints here...this hotel has all you need. It's also right next to I40 for quick off and on interstate needs. We would definitely stay here again. No problems here!
Stayed for three days for a vacation. Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was nice. Bed was mediocre and the hotel and room felt damp the entire time, even the carpet. AC never cooled off the room even though I had it set at 66. Curtains were dark brown and old looking. Furniture needs updating; had chip in the TV stand the desk chair metal and old. Breakfast was included and they had a good assortment of food.
We had a friend coming to town for a funeral, and they wanted somewhere close to where the family would be spending most of their time. We've been Best Wester Crown Club members forever, but usually don't stay "in town" Took and chance and it was great. Convenient to the Interstate and several resteraunts, while still being away from the obnoxiosness of what has become downtown.
I was impressed with the Best Western Plus Belle. We were In Nashville for a few days for my orientation at Belmont University being that Im going there in the fall. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I had good conversations with the front desk about Nashville and the school I'm attending. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was fairly good. Had a super nice pool area as well. There were plenty of stores and food places around the hotel such as walgreens, Kroger's, Hattie B's,etc... Hotel was only about 10 min from Belmont which was nice, and was about 15min max from the city center like Broadway and everything. Getting to the mall and grand ole opry was an easy drive as well, only about 20 min. I would definitely stay here again being that it's on the cheaper side compared to hotel prices in the city center so instead of paying $400 a night, you pay anywhere from $120-$150 a night. The only tiny downside I have is that to get to the highway across the street, you have to go all the way around, but it was not too bad. I found it easy to just cut through the planet fitness parking lot and catch the light there. Again, I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Nashville for anything.
I chose this hotel again as part of our road trip in this part of the USA. The price, location, free parking and breakfast played a major part in the booking.............. Check-In, Checking in was a smooth and straightforward process. The receptionist explained a little about the area and gave us our room keys. Room, The room we was allocated was on the second floor! The room was a huge room with even a sofa in it. The bathroom was a good size with a shower over the bath. It was presented in nipping clean condition and was cleaned thoroughly every day the 4 nights we were there. Everything you need for a stay in Nashville including a small laundry on the same floor which was a big bonus. The room faced the Walgreens side of the hotel and the busy Charlotte Ave, but we had no trouble sleeping at all. Breakfast, There was a great variety of food and drinks for breakfast. There was plenty of choice every single day and you were always set for the day ahead. The lady in the breakfast area, every morning was always cleaning or making sure everything was topped up and always was on hand if you needed anything. Overall, this hotel is a 15 minute drive from Downtown Nashville. At first I was a little concerned about this but on reflection it was in our opinion, the best choice away from the madness. The staff on reception said that Uber or a Taxi is the best way of reaching the centre of town. There is a bus stop on the main road into town opposite Walgreens on Charlotte Ave, but unsure of how reliable it is as we never used them. The hotel is also only a straight one road sling shot to the Grand Ole Opry which made it a very easy 30 minute drive depending on traffic. This hotel is a great choice for Nashville and for those on a road trip visiting Music City. The hotel is great value for money and is well managed and a credit to the Best Western chain. We would return again with no hesitation at all.
We spent were in Nashville for one night and needed a hotel in the Belle Meade area. We were delighted with our choice of the Best Western. The place is very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet. Despite being on the interstate side of the hotel, we didn't hear any road noise. Literally, the only thing that wasn't perfect was the toilet paper... it hung under, not over (but that was easily rectified :) ). The location is also very close to downtown. I think it was 15 minutes from parking lot to parking lot. We we strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet overnight stay.
While on vacation my husband and I don't normally enjoy staying downtown in any big city so we tend to look for lodging on the outskirts. When we traveled to Nashville we chose to stay at the Best Western Plus Belle Meade which is in a very convenient location about 20 minutes from downtown. Although the hotel is close to a major highway our stay was very quiet and more importantly, didn't cost us an arm and a leg! We encountered pleasant staff, had a big clean room with a comfortable bed, microwave and fridge and we ate a very nice buffet breakfast in the large breakfast room. There is also an outdoor pool and fitness center but we didn't have time to use them. Adequate shopping and restaurants are close-by. We were quite satisfied with our stay and would definitely return if ever in the Nashville area again.
Well run and well managed property. Every employee whom I interacted with displayed professionalism, training that "took" and a culture of authentic caring. Worth every penny spent! Great breakfast and solid internet!
I was worried about being a little ways a away from Downtown, but we unkownily booked our trip during the CMA festival, so being away from Downtown was actually nice! We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but everything was clean and front desk was nice. Being next to a Walgreens was helpful too! Expect to get Ubers for anywhere you need to go as the area wouldn't be the best for walking at night.
I stayed here for one night in June 2019. I am a senior citizen and a tourist, visiting Nashville for the second time. At this hotel the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to be new. It is clean and brightly lit. The room was very nice and larger than average, with a sofa occupying a separate section of the room. Bathroom was good. Amenities in the room were excellent -- coffee, microwave and fridge. Good TV. The breakfast was also good. The food was a bit better than average, the eating room was attractive but a bit crowded, and the staff was helpful. The outdoor pool looked very nice, but we did not use it. There is no hot tub. I enjoyed my stay here very much, and the reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the high price. I paid about $150 for a room with 2 queen beds. This is $30 or $40 more than I would expect to pay at a hotel of this type. I stayed here on a Wed. night during the CMA Country Music Festival, taking place in downtown Nashville, and it seems that all hotel rooms in Nashville were extra expensive that week, but I cannot say for sure. I don't feel that I got good value at this hotel, due to the high price.
We were waiting for a dearest friend to be discharged from a nearby hospital and weren't sure which day it would be. Ben and Henry at the front desk were very understanding and helped us adjust our reservations to ensure we had a room for nights we needed but wouldn't get charged for a night we could not use. Their real concern regarding our friend's health was a wonderful personal touch that's rarely seen these days. Best hotel stay we've had in years.
I stayed for an educational class for a week, cleaned my room everyday, very friendly staff from fromthe front desk to housekeeping. Very convenient to downtown Nashville especially if you want to stay out of downtown area. Very convenient to shopping, gas stations, and grocery. I would definitely recommend to stay here!!
This hotel is not what we have experienced at other Best Western Plus hotels. It does not have the homey atmosphere. The rooms were clean, mattresses were lumpy, and there was a musty smell in the room. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating but the one who checked us out was not. Breakfast personnel were very friendly and accommodating but the food in the warmer was dry and not very tasty. This appeared to be an older hotel. I would hesitate to say it is a Best Western Plus, maybe just Best Western.
This hotel was the perfect place to stay while going to see Cabaray Nashville. We had a 5-10 minute drive(no interstate traffic) thanks to directions from hotel staff. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great with a wonderful lady keeping food offerings full and area tidy.
We didn't want to stay too close to downtown so this was the perfect location for us. Downtown Nashville was easy to get to from here. Accommodations were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
This was our first stop on a 10 day road trip. The hotel is just off the I40 so easy to find. Free parking & lots of it. Rooms were perfectly nice. Breakfast was good. Uber to Broadway was $10. We really just used the hotel as somewhere to sleep & shower & it was great for that. Nothing fancy but clean & comfortable.
The hotel lobby was clean and well kept up. The rooms a were fine. Nothing exceptional, but clean and comfortable. Great for an overnight stay. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
We had two couples making a short 2 day and 1 night mid week trip to Nashville and stayed at the Best Western Belle Meade. We checked in right at 3pm on a Tuesday and all was good. We were greeted by two very friendly men that were helpful and engaging. BW Belle Meade has plenty of parking (free) and easy access to the Interstate and numerous restaurants nearby. We spent the evening in mid town which was an easy 15 minute drive. As a matter of fact, BW BM is a fairly easy drive to anywhere in Music City. Our rooms were both King. Good sized rooms with all you need for a short term or long term stay. Comfortable bed, nice linen and pillows made for an excellent nights sleep. The only negative I have on the room is a somewhat small bathroom. It would be fine for one person but for a couple getting ready for an evening, it was cramped and small. Breakfast (included) was very good. Biscuits and Gravy, Link Sausage, little Mini Omelets were all very good. All of the other usual suspects were presented very neat and clean and kept full with a smile from the Lady running the Breakfast area. She does an excellent job! Only 1 Waffle maker meant there was usually wait there even on a Wednesday morning but overall, a very nice Breakfast. Checkout was quick and again very friendly. Price was about what you would expect for a hotel of its type in Nashville. We were all four very happy with BW Belle Meade and will definitely stay there again.
You get a very nice and clean hotel at a great location at an affordable price. Elevators carry you up to floors. Rooms clean and beds new. Breakfast is good and all you can eat. Hotel staff very polite and professional.
My husband and I spent 4 nights here recently while visiting Nashville. We could not have been more pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful with tips about visiting downtown Nashville, and the breakfast room woman was very efficient. She kept the food stocked and the tables were wiped clean immediately after someone left. We had an issue with our tv (no sound) and when we called the front desk the gentleman came up immediately and fixed it. The location is close to the freeway but also close to a surface street that took us downtown in about 10 minutes. Also, there are an abundance of good restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this Best Western when traveling to Nashville.
We spent 5 nights in Nashville during our Spring break, this was an incredible stay!! A quick Uber ride to Broadway and all of the great things to see in Nashville. It was also within walking distance of Hattie B's!! The shower was great, not always the case in a hotel and it drained too! Breakfast was great with rotating hot items, always clean and the wonderful staff that set it up was helpful and very accommodating. We never waited longer than a few minutes for an Uber, Walgreens right next door to stock the fridge was handy and the room was extremely clean. We will return to this exact place for our next visit to Nashville, absolutely wonderful.
We stayed in Nashville to experience the Lower Broadway music scene. The hotel is clean, with friendly staff who gave recommendations to travel downtown which is about 4 1/2 miles on Charlotte street which is located at the lighted intersection near the hotel. We would stay there again as this is a good value.
Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip. The cost was cheaper than other options within my travel allowance, and the hotel lobbyand room were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was very good. It's not a super fancy option, but I was very pleased with our stay.
We chose this hotel for the price. All the hotels downtown close to Broadway were at least $100 more per night. Well I would rather have another pair of boots! This hotel is very clean and beds are comfy. The Breakfast is worth every penny. From hot eggs to waffles and everything in between. A very Nice lady is there to help you with anything you might need and to keep the area spotless. We left our car at hotel and used Uber to get downtown. we paid between $5-28 for our Uber. The highest price was around 11:30pm they call it a surge price. Oh well. Usually am trip was $10 There were 4 of us so very inexpensive to split cost. This hotel was $100 less than anything downtown. It does take a little while to wait on Uber and then travel the 6 miles but for the overall savings very worth it. This hotel is right down the street from Hattie B's and we thought it was great food. They do have an outdoor pool for summer travelers. Take a chance on this place.
My recent stay at this Best Western Plus was great! Every employee I encountered was very friendly. The room was clean and offered a comfortable temperature. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it to friends!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a pleasure trip to see Ray Stevens and Nashville. It is very clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was better than most we have experienced. The lady kept everything full and fresh. We would definitely stay there again.
The hotel room and bathroom were both very clean and the bed and pillows were a dream at the end of a very long work day. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of a Walgreens, Kroger, White Castle, Jack In The Box, Subway, and a really good Mexican restaurant called Cinco De Mayo, where I ate most of my dinners and befriended the staff. There is also a liquor store a couple of blocks away.
The Manager was a very delightful man, polite and helpful. We would recommend this Best Western as a very good place to stay in Nashville. Although not right in the center, it was very easy to get about, downtown etc. without being in the hub of things.
Perfect location outside of downtown Nashville. Price was very reasonable, also had a good hot breakfast. Located next to a Walgreens with numerous eating establishments nearby. Only drawback was having to go to red light to access main highway.
4 ladies in Nashville for Quiltcon just overnight. Front desk attendant was welcoming and engaged us in friendly and helpful conversation. We were dead tired, and he made us laugh as well as directed us to an excellent dinner location.
We stayed here a few nights of our honeymoon. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and every day they provided a different option. They are located right next to the freeway so at times you can hear the traffic noise pretty loud, but for the most part we didn't and it was a very nice/relaxing stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if we ever pass back by.
Very clean room and smelled good too! Breakfast had a ton of choices and was fresh. Plenty of parking and a surplus of food choices around. Uber/Lyft was around $11 to get to Broadway Street. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!
Would for sure stay here again when visiting Nashville. Very nice location. Beautfiful hotel and very comfortable to stay. Breakfast was very good and a great choices to make. Staff very helpful on making choices of where to go for dinner.
My wife and I stayed for a couple of day to do some sightseeing. The hotel is clean, the staff was very friendly. The attendant in the breakfast area was very attentive and took care of everyone's requests promptly. The hotel is right off I40, but even on the highway side was quiet at night. The hotel is just 7 to 10 minutes for the center of town. We would definitely stay here in the future
Great hotel, great price. Front staff was very helpful. We stayed 2 nights. The staff met our request for an upper floor away from highway 41. We had a very clean room that met our needs. We paln to return to this hotel on our return trip north. Kudos to the staff and management.
Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Before we committed to the room we were offered the opportunity to look at it first to make sure it was what we wanted. We really appreciated that. Easy drive to downtown without getting back on the highway. Staff members were always helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay in Nashville!
Very good place to stay. Close to downtown. Good management and same management every time we stay here. Price is less than staying downtown but easy to get to. Easy access to the interstate. I like this hotel.
Extremely satisfied with this hotel. Very clean bathroom, floors and furniture. Everything looked new. Excellent staff, good breakfast. Outside appearance very nice. We slept good on the bed. Beautiful decor
We did a quick several day trip to Nashville to see a Christmas concert at the Ryman Theatre. I picked this hotel for the special rate, location, and reviews. One thing to note it is not really in the Belle Meade section of Nashville but at the beginning of or near the neighborhood , right off the interstate exit. No problem really and the motel was in great condition, very clean, good parking, safe well lit, and a very nice staff. Rooms were very large and comfortable and again very clean. Location is close to the airport and downtown and if traffic is not bad, about 15 min to the Ryman otherwise it may take 45 min depending on time of day. Close shopping and some good restaurants. I would have given it 5 stars but breakfast was a little disappointing as they ran out of eggs and bacon but did try to get some back out. The breakfast is just basic, get your own type like most of the chain motels and what I expected so I don't hold that against them at all. The motel is a good choice for price and location and I would definitely stay again.
My daughter and I traveled to Nashville for Thanksgiving. We stayed at the Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn in Nashville. The stay there was excellent. The gentlemen at the desk were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The room, as well as the entire hotel was clean. The location was great for visiting Nashville.
This ain't the Hilton but you're not paying Hilton prices either. Nice place close to downtown. Got a good nights sleep and good shower. Room was not super updated but it was clean. Employees were very friendly. I've had better free breakfasts at other hotels but this breakfast was just fine. I would stay here again bc the price is good, room was good and a short drive to everywhere in Nashville that we wanted to go.
nice hotel. close enough to nashville without the traffic. desk employees bent over backwards to make our stay excellant. even processed our flight home. thanks guys. if we come back to nashville, this hotel will be at the top of our list.
Stayed 5 nights here. On arrival we were greeted by extremely friendly & helpful staff. We had not even finished check in process and they were providing us with heaps of hints and handy tips. Big thank you to Lhadijah and Hiren. Rate you both as 10/10 3 minute walk across the road to a fully stocked full size supermarket with all the food supplies you need. Fuel filling station also there too. Our room was spacious, clean, and beds were very comfortable making for a good night sleep. Breakfast was also included in the rate with both hot & cold foods available.….cereal, juices, coffee, tea, toast, yoghurt, eggs, sausages, bacon all available. Easy drive into Nashville by driving straight along nearby Charlotte Ave, and cheap parking $12/day is available at public library with access from 6th or 7th Ave Would we stay here again?... absolutely no hesitation.
Stayed two nights at this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews. It was a good choice and a neutral location for dining and attractions. We arrived earlier than expected; there was no problem checking in early. The staff was friendly. Henry at the front desk was knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent information!
My husband and I recently visited for our anniversary. The hotel was very clean and quite. It is located right off the interstate so there was some traffic noise but not enough to bother us, but due to it's location it is a little tricky getting in and out at times. The room was big enough for just us two and the bed was very comfortable. I had seen some complaints about the hot water or the hotel being out of date. I'm not really sure what they were talking about. We had hot water instantly. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we come back to Nashville.
I love these guys. They always greet me and make me feel accommodated. Beds are good, room have good size, and good showers. The breakfast is usually very good quality, with biscuits, meat, gravy, other standard breakfast on the go fare. The proximity to Hattie B's Hot Chicken is and added bonus!
We stayed here n Monday enroute to Memphis, and we liked it so much that we booked it a second time on our return trip. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is the BEST! Thanks for taking such excellent care of these two weary travelers from Richmond, VA.
I o lunstayed here becaus there was a room block for an event I went to and I'm sorry I did. Hotel is old, dingy and dirty. The rooms smell musty, the beds are uncomfortable, the in room furniture is worn and stained, the bed covers are falling apart and stringy, the bathrooms are old and dirty feeling. I am so disappointed in the room for the price I paid. I will not be back to this or any other Best Western in the future. However, the staff was excellent. Everyone was so kind, helpful and accommodating. I wish I could give this a better review just for them!
Being so close to interstate 40, I was concerned about the conditions at this hotel. To my surprise it was well kept, clean and very relaxing. The morning breakfast was well stocked with both hot and cold foods, making the whole experience enjoyable. Would stay again.
The title says it all. This was a very well kept hotel. The rooms and common areas (including hallways) were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly. There's plenty of parking and free WiFi. The free breakfast was very yummy. It was a great spot!
Stayed Sept 22 - 24, room was big, comfortable and clean. For those who are going to see the sites on Broadway and hit some good live music, this place is only a 10$ Lyft ride to all of those attractions. Breakfast was good everyday! Would stay here again next time I plan on coming back!
Great place to go, was kept clean and breakfast was well. Only flaw was that our key no longer worked our second night and had to get that renewed which did not take that long. They were polite to fix and staff seemed very friendly to our situation taken care of but other than that small flaw had great hospitality
Location was good for my personal business. Except for the bad night's sleep because of the mattress, it was adequate. Fresh carpet would help the feel of this hotel. Good breakfast. I had a room by the elevator which was convenient, but I could hear it running.
Never have we ever been in a cleaner hotel!! Having worked in the industry, we know what gets overlooked. Not here, splotless! Great mattresses! Continental breakfast very good, waffles, eggs sausages, cereal, muffins etc. Extremely courteous staff. Will highly recommend and hope to stay there again!!
I normally stay here when I travel to Nashville. It's not far from downtown and is in a nice area.Service is good and the rooms are always clean. The check in was easy as well as the check out. I will be back.
Stayed here for a long weekend. Got the King Suite. Very spacious. Internet was fast. Breakfast was typical, plentiful, and tasty. Near a bus line so we were able to get to downtown Nashville easily. Would stay here again if ever in Nashville again.
Less pricey option about 7 miles from the popular spots in Nashville. On a busy street with mostly chain restaurants, but better options nearby. The staff WANTS you to be happy and comfortable, Rooms quiet despite being close to the freeway. Fridge/micro/coffeemaker in the room. A million cable channels. Good fitness room with cardio, free weights, exercise ball, weight machine. Newspapers and coffee in the lobby. Good breakfast with hot food (eggs, bacon, gravy), waffles, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Just an impressive, well-run, clean facility.
This was a one night stay. Spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed. Clean hallways. Spacious public / breakfast area. I'm not accustomed to paying so much for a mid-scale hotel, and had the experience not been as unexpectedly positive, I would not have hesitated to give a low rating for that fact only. We did not sample the morning breakfast offerings, opting, instead, for the chain breakfast venue across the street. The hotel is in a good location for access to interstate and downtown. Getting to it and getting back on the road may be the only inconvenient thing about the location. Yes, interstate 40 is scant yards from the north side of the facility. There might be highway noise in those rooms; I cannot say since my room was on the opposite side of the building. Another in our group reported no problems. The management considers early September to be high season. On Friday night in early September they were perhaps half full. No problems with the stay. However, if I'd had time to do more research, I would have sought a less expensive option. The stay did not merit a $189.00 bill for single occupancy for one night (with nothing going on in Nashville).
For the price point and location (15 min drive from downtown Nashville) it is very convenient. The hotel is right off of the highway and has several convenience stores and food options right next to it. The room and bathroom were a standard type: pretty spacious and clean, no complaints there. We had a room on the 3rd floor facing the highway; however, we never heard the highway. Their noise isolation is pretty good. My only complaint is that we never got to experience their breakfast since it ends at 9 am. We never could make it there by 9 am. Extending it to 10 am would be a way better idea, especially for people who like to stay up latter (and the hotel had quite a few of those during out stay there).
I didn't want to pay the high prices downtown so stayed at this BW which was only 5 miles from the center of town via easy access. It was near the highway off ramp but very quiet. Breakfast was attractive with a large variety of food: biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage, omelets and many bread, bagel options. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Outside pool.
Nice hotel very clean and nice staff good breakfast and they're very accommodating Great location safe not in the middle of everything but a short drive away. Next door to a rite aid very convenient would definitely go there again. Under 18 allowed to stay without parent with authorization from parent/guardian All around nice hotel
I have stayed here many times. This time was not so good. Reservation check out time was not honored. VERY unsatisfied with the check in person. VERY rude. Will not stay here again as there are too many options at this price point.
Staff was nice, recommended that we park motorcycles under covered lobby entrance. Clean and comfy. Bed was fairly comfortable, breakfast was really good. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed to avoid the crazy costs of staying downtown Nashville. About a $13 uber ride into town.
Staff very helpful and informative with exploring the area , map available at desk to help with planning seeing Nashville. If partying later at night and drinking call Uber for a ride. Able to have breakfast at Inn to get you started for the day and different things to pick from whether wanting something warm, cold or just some coffee. Entrance could be marked a little more as can easily miss.
I have been traveling from Pell City, AL to the greater Nashville area 3-4 times a year for 18+ years. The majority of those visits were for medical appointments at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I have stayed at numerous hotels throughout the years, the low end being the Best Value Inn (in Franklin) and the high end being the Gaylord Opry Land Hotel (with lots of others in between). All of my lodgings have been acceptable . . . clean rooms, polite staff, good breakfast bars, etc. BUT none were more conveniently located to VUMC than the Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites. I discovered this nugget in January 2018, have already stayed there twice this year, and will definitely be booking a room in September. I expect to be staying at this hotel many, many more times in the future. During my past visits, I was greeted at check-in and check-out by a very polite staff member. My room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. I had all of the amenities I needed for a good nights stay. The breakfast offerings were varied and very tasty. The room rates are reasonable given the proximity to downtown Nashville. This hotel is a minute from I-40. You can drive the surface roads for a few miles and find dozens and dozens of restaurants and shopping opportunities. I'm afraid if I brag any more on this hotel I won't be able to find a vacant room on short notice as I have done in the past!
We stayed 3 nights this last visit and had stayed at same hotel before. Very pleased with ease of check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave handy in room. Breakfast better than normal and lots of variety. Will stay here again!
We stayed here 2 nights when visiting Nashville. Took us a little over 10 minutes to drive downtown. Lots of traffic but luckily we were driving into town when most people were driving home so it wasn't too bad. This hotel is pretty close to the interstate and we thought there would be more road noise but we really couldn't hear anything. It's in an area where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. Also - very close to Belle Meade Plantation. We were happy with our choice - staff was helpful, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good.
Very nice and clean the staff was great the room was nice and clean the staff was very helpful we were only 6 mils from downtown Nashville Tn.There were alot of places to eat close to the holte.I will stay there next time.
We arrived well before check-in time, but the receptionist was very friendly and had our rooms ready shortly thereafter. In general, the staff was friendly and flexible, rooms very comfortable and clean. Hotel location was great with an about 10-minute drive to downtown Nashville. Also, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Bring your own bulbs! This is the darkest room I have been in since the late 1970's. And the lightbulbs they did provide made me feel like a Bluetay Disc slid into a player. No reading in that light. Apparently, the owners of this hotel haven't heard that exposure to intense blue light makes for very bad sleep! The room may or may not have been clean. You can't tell, when you can't see.
WOW! As close a stay as you can get to perfect. This hotel is exactly what it says it is. Not fancy and frilly but down to earth basics. Location is great. Plenty nearby pharmacies, restaurants and highway. About 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville and 20 minutes from the airport. Friendly and efficient staff. Very clean rooms elevators, breakfast area and pool area. What a great surprise.
We arrived immediately after a severe storm rolled through with a tired 19 month old. We were recognized for being Platinum Level members and offered a choice of a welcome goodie bag or bonus points. I simply and kindly asked what was in the goodie bag, without hesitation and in a kind gesture, the front desk agent gave us both a goodie bag and bonus points. This helped our 19 month old get settled as she was able to eat the crackers that were part of the pack. Each time we walked by the front desk area to come and go daily, we were always greeted nicely! This hotel makes you always feel welcome. They constantly monitor every bit of the breakfast area so when something is getting low, they already are prepping more. Awesome job to this part of the staff too! This was hands down, the best location we have been to with all Best Western hotels and I have been to many! We will be staying here again upon our next visit to the area.
We stayed at this hotel with friends for 3 nights after visiting Memphis. I was looking for a reasonable price and we could not find anything in downtown Nashville. This hotel was about 4 miles outside downtown. It was great. Clean and nice with an included hot breakfast which was great. The location was good because we were so close to so many stores. It was a little tough getting out of the parking lot onto such a busy road and you could not make a left hand turn. You had to go around a different way. Being so close to the highway, we did not hear any highway noise at night and sleeping was great. They had a nice pool though we did not use it. The girl at check in gave us a map and told us the best and most inexpensive place to park in downtown (at the public library, $10 all day). We did not need to stay in the city at all. We also went to Belle Meade Plantation which was close and convenient to our hotel as well as the great Loveless Café. You also did not need to get on the highway to get back into downtown if you didn't want to. Highly recommended for a nice stay at a reasonable price and the included breakfast is great.
We were visiting Nashville for a total of 4 days and needed a place to stay. I wanted a place that was close to the highway so we could get around easily. I can tell you that we found this hotel to be perfect for our every need. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and very well taken care of. To top things off we received a FREE breakfast every morning complete with eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle bar, breakfast cereal, hot coffee, etc. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Nashville please give the Best Western Plus Belle Meade your business...you will not regret it.
We love this hotel and their staff so much! Ben, Jose and so many others took their time to always greet us with a smile. The staff takes such good care of the breakfast and the dining area and are so accommodating to your needs. This is a great location off the highway and about 15-20 minutes from downtown Nashville. I was here with my husband and daughter while I attended a workshop and hey did other activities and used the pool a lot! It was warm and very clean. They provide extra towels outside and a handicapped lift if needed. Our room and bathroom was very clean. You can tell parts have been renovated or re-painted to keep up with appearances, but we have no complaints. Room had fridge and microwave and a tv as well as an alarm clock and phone. Toiletries were always available and everything was clean. We will definitely come back here again.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Pool was well maintained and the breakfast was good. Decent location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
Second time we have stayed here! Like it a lot ! Convenient to highway, without the noise !! Easy to get to friends long time bucket list to do things... "Bluebird Café" !! Good breakfast, our first stop for our southern RoadTrip 2018 !! :)
Sure, this hotel is very clean, updated, and well located within a few minutes of downtown Nashville, but that's not what makes it a special place to stay. The hotel is managed by a wonderful family that goes out of their way to make your stay trouble free. We were staying in Nashville for a wedding - not only us, but numerous other friends and family were coming from all across the country. The manager and his son arranged for us to book a group of rooms for the occasion. They were kind enough to allow us to congregate in the hotel lounge/breakfast area every evening to sit and share stories and catch up with old friends, and then presented us with a delicious breakfast every morning. The kitchen manager was a lovely woman that kept the eggs, biscuits, and gravy hot, and the juice, yogurts, and milk cold - all with a joyous smile and attitude of happiness. Housekeeping was thorough and efficient, the beds were comfortable, there was no annoying noise from outside (even though I-40 is very close by), and the neighborhood is quiet. There is even a Walgreens right next door where you can pick up any last minute items or a quick snack. We highly recommend staying at the BW in Belle Meade - come and be treated like family.
Our experience was excellent...we had many guests that we had breakfast with, and drinks later...even had a birthday party there. They have an great room for meeting & enjoying time our of the rooms together. The food was good and the service superb in accommodating our special needs & requests! Henry was the best!! We would highly recommend this Inn !!
We came for our son's wedding and stayed a week. We were treated like royalty by all staff. The rooms are clean and affordable. Downtown Nashville fun is only 10 miles away so within reach without the premium hotel cost; a perfect combination of cost, location and comfort.
We have nothing to complain about. Great place and a great breakfast. The breakfast staff did an amazing job of keeping things stocked and clean for everyone. The checkin process was painless and super fast. Definitely a great place to stay for the night.
Newer hotel, clean and well maintained. The front desk staff helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds comfortable. Standard breakfast, but a variety each day. Easy access right off highway, making it easy to travel out to sightseeing destinations. The hotel is not in downtown Nashville, but an easy ride in, via own transportation or Uber. As an aside, each Uber driver was friendly, knowledgeable and proud of their city. Would recommend using them as highways can get a bit busy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
great facility clean, well managed. breakfast excellent,, rooms a little compact but well done. highly recommend to anyone, all staff caring very clean, If i go back to Nashville I will stay at this property
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and not too far from the sights. It is very close to the highway. The staff was extremely friendly. The pool looked great but the weather did not permit us to use the pool. We were very happy with our stay.
Hotel was great for our overnight stay and more reasonably priced than other hotels nearby. Very clean and good location at I40. Staff very friendly. Parking was good and free. Nice lobby/breakfast area.
The carpets in the room smelled a bit. The carpets need to be cleaned/shampooed or replaced. Good location (quite close to Vanderbilt University and downtown Nashville) and good value. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
This hotel is by far at the top of our list! Very newly renovated with high end finishes and furniture! Breakfast was the best we have had in quite a while. The entire hotel is extremely clean and bright. Staff is friendly and very helpful! Can't say enough good things other than we recommend it highly!
The room was clean with up to date furnishings. The whirlpool tub was awesome and a separate shower too!! Plenty of towels and hair dryer was provided. The breakfast was excellent! We will stay here again when we are in Nashville.
This hotel was better than I expected. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were friendly as well. I definitely will be staying here again, the next time I'm in Nashville visiting.
We stayed here overnight during Spring Break. We got there early evening and asked for recommendations on where to go with children. The staff was really forthcoming with solid recommendations. We were a party of 8 with several rooms and he gave recommendations for where to go and what to do with kids and without. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. It is what you would expect for a free breakfast. It is not downtown and about 5-10 minutes to the downtown area. Overall we had a nice stay.
Easy to find, just off interstate; ask for room on south to avoid traffic noises) At edge of delightful upscale Belle Meade area and right on Charlotte Ave, main city street to downtown. Tall thin young man who worked the front desk evenings was pleasant, courteous and helpful at all times; in the daytime, the older, short man with the gray pony-tail, not so much. Room clean and fresh smelling. Usual breakfast items. Friendly breakfast staff. Outdoor pool and no spa. Location more than made up for weaknesses during our 4 day stay.
We have stayed at this location many times rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff always go above and beyond to help with anything that may be needed. Would highly recommend staying at this location if in the area.
We pick this hotel for the three days then up to bowling green KY. We decided to come back to the same hotel here . We were so impressed with hospitality of the hotel and the rooms were absolutely spotless. And the breakfast is the same you will get at other best western . Better than going across the street to the greasy ( Waffle House) spoon . We had an issue with the dryer and it did work so we had some wet cloths . So I went down to the front desk and he said he would help me bring them down and put them into their BIG dryer. And he even refunded my three dollars is lost into( thought I screwed up and first time then I put another $1.50 in) the dryer. I was impressed ! If I could put more dots on this review I would. Just an FYI 20 min from the airport and 13 min from down town Nashville . Have fun ! We certainly did and our 40 anniversary!
The Belle Mead met our requirement for a convenient hotel as we were passing through Nashville. It was easy to find, convenient to the Interstate, and had several restaurants nearby. Registration was quick and easy, and they gave us a list of restaurants in the area listed by area. Breakfast and checkout in the morning was easy. Rooms were clean and neat.
We chose this hotel as it's only a 5 minute drive from the Parthenon, and 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville, as the city centre hotels seemed to be charging premium rates for low star hotels. Access is easy off the interstate and parking was ample. Upon first impressions the building looks new. If it isn't it's certainly very well kept. We checked in and as we were early asked for a South facing room away from the Freeway. We couldn't hear any traffic noise, just the occasional siren of the Nashville FD or PD. There are lots of good restaurants locally with good trip-advisor ratings so we tried one of the best local ones and was not disappointed. We walked there which was about 500 metres and felt safe, especially as there is a small police station nearby. Our room was HUGE. We had a queen bed and then a sofa, chairs, good size TV. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower was a joy. It was extremely clean too. Breakfast was for me the best on the holiday out of 6 hotels over the South, with ample choice, fresh, hot and tasty. I certainly filled up before each day out. If you are prepared to be just outside of the city centre, then this is the perfect hotel in the perfect location.
I did not really know where the hotel was but it was very close to all the downtown attractions. The servers at breakfast were very nice. Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. it is ridiculous to make us put in so many words. i don't have anything else to say.
We had the hardest time finding a decent property in Nashville proper for under $150. We took a chance on this hotel and I'm so glad we did. First of all, Ben at the front desk is easily the nicest and most conscientious hotel manager I've ever met. He worked tirelessly to get our rooms ready for early check-in. We went sightseeing and he even called us to tell them they're ready. The rest of the staff was equally as nice and helpful. The rooms are huge! And very clean. Plenty of space for everything. The bathrooms are also a nice size including the tub/shower. Some nice bathing products in the bathrooms. Plenty of channels for TV viewing. And the breakfast was awesome each morning as well. It had plenty of options and was very clean. If I ever come back to Nashville, I'll stay here!
My family loves this hotel! I have two children attending Lipscomb University, and we have stayed there about a half dozen times so far over the past year and a half. I actually just jumped on this site to make another reservation for another stay. The hotels right next to the campus are ridiculously overpriced and have no amenities at all. Best Western Belle Meade is just a few minutes more away from the campus, and very conveniently located near the freeway. The have a great breakfast. The rooms are always clean and the staff is extremely helpful. As a woman, I feel extremely safe staying there while I'm traveling alone. It doesn't hurt that there is a Walgreens next door and a Waffle House across the street. (We're from up north, and Waffle House is a treat for us when we are in Nashville!) There is also a Planet Fitness just around the corner. I have 3 more years of children attending Lipscomb, and I plan to stay at this hotel whenever I'm in town.
Beautifully decorated, spotless, friendly, parking and breakfast. 15 min Uber ride to heart of the city. Easy to access from the hwy but a little tricky to get out of lot due to traffic in both directions.
We were there for about two weeks in January. Not a lot of staff, there were about 7 that we saw during our stay. They were all very nice and work hard to ensure guests are comfortable and have a good stay. The hotel is on the smaller side. All areas are kept very clean. Our room was big enough with 2 queen beds, a chair and ottoman, desk and work chair, flat screen tv, microwave, mini fridge (among other things). We had the ability to control the temp in our room. Housekeeping kept our room and bathroom clean during our stay. I found out that the housekeeping staff leaves around 1 or 2 pm so if you need anything - towels, bathroom amenities, etc. - you can ask/go to the front desk. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. The "hot" portion changed every morning between bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, omelets, biscuit, gravy. Then there's the usual fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, waffles, eggs, toast, bagels, juices, coffee, tea. More than enough to start the day. One thing I found weird is that the coffee maker is on the bathroom sink which was sort of icky for us so we never used it. We went downstairs if we wanted coffee or tea. OBrien Ave. itself is a quiet street but Charlotte Ave/Charlotte Pike and White Bridge Pike/Robertson Ave can be very busy so just something to be cautious of. The elevator broke on the day we were checking out but was fixed the same morning. Some noise can be heard from the street and from outside the room but not loud enough to bother us. There is parking all around the hotel, spaces are wide, all well-lit. One thing that's missing is a restaurant/bar on-site and entertainment (other than TV in room) although there's all sorts of stores and fast food in the area. Walgreens, CVS, White Castle, Shoney's, Jack in the Box are very close, very "walkable". I used one of the computers in the business center and it's kind of slow but works. I was able to print what I needed. If you are headed to downtown Nashville and are okay with commuting, bus no. 10 (local) and 50 (express) stop in front of White Castle (corner of Charlotte and White Bridge). There is also bus no. 3 on White Bridge that goes through West End then Downtown.
This is tucked away at the intersection of a major roads, Charlotte and White Bridge. Charlotte Road leads directly to downtown Nashville. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and well -maintained it was. Front desk was friendly too, a big plus. We were in Nashville for a campus tour of Vanderbilt University and this hotel isn't the closest but I felt 4.9 miles away wasn't bad at all. If you want to stay on West End, the road, that most of the campus is located, you will pay double or more. With the traffic on West End, there is a good chance it'll take you just as long to get to the campus. You will not regret staying here. I wished that we stayed longer and perhaps in the spring. There's a small fitness and business center and an outdoor pool. The hot breakfast is darn good for the size of the hotel. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, belgian waffles, grits, oatmeal, muffins, etc.... You name it, they had it, and all very fresh and convenient.
We were pleasantly surprised how nice this best western was. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast very good and filling. The man keeping the breakfast bar filled was on it! He kept it full and clean. Great job best western!
Great time and hotel. The staff went out of their way to even held the door we took the cart with our luggage out to our suv and took the cart back. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very nice and clean the breakfast items were good with many choices. Plenty of parking too.
Very convincing to downtown without paying downtown hotel prices. Easy and affordable Uber ride if you want to go ito in the town. We've stayed here several times when we want to visit Nashville. Very clean and very friendly staff.
We stay here every time we visit Nashville, which is a couple of times per year at a minimum for the past 4+ years. Excellent location...located next to I-40 and only 20 minutes to airport; 10-15 minutes to downtown, Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, Music Row, Green Hills shopping area (malls, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Blue Bird Cafe, etc.) Superb staff and hotel.
We stayed here while visiting downtown Nashville for New Years weekend. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. We found the hotel to be very quite even though it was New Year's Eve. What a plus!! Breakfast was one of the best “free” buffets we've had in a long time. About a $7 to $10 Uber ride to downtown. Waffle House, White Castle, Shoneys across the street. Walgreens in same parking lot. Very convenient. Would def stay again and recommend to others.
Great experience when we went to Nashville to see Jimmy Buffet in New Years. We had a wonderful stay. Ben made our reservation when we called and he was great when we checked in. These days it is a crap shoot when you book a hotel. You worry about safety, cleanliness and value. This Hotel met all of our concerns. We had a wonderful New Years.
This hotel is super close to the interstate. which is great. accept its very loud all night long with semi's and sirens. My room was also dusty. The beds are ok if you like firm mattresses. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Just not worth the money. There are better places for around the same amount. It's also not in the greatest part of town. So as a single women traveling for school, i didnt always feel safe.
If you find yourself in The Music City and need a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home away from home make sure you find yourself here. This hotel is close to the interstate to get you on the road to your destination rather it be business or pleasure. With great value for standard rooms or suites, come by and dip your toes in the water, work out, or do the opposite and eat at the waffle house next door.
All of the staff was so very nice. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the location was great. We would gladly stay here again. The price was also reasonable for this hotel.
My wife and I recently stayed three nights at the BW Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean. Our room was clean, too. The staff was friendly and had good service. The hotel is immediately north off I-40 and about five minutes from downtown Nashville. I recommend this hotel for its service, its location and value. It would be nice if the hotel could make shuttle service available to downtown Nashville. This would help avoid your paying the high parking fees ($36 per day) required to park in Nashville.
We were in town for a wedding and stayed here for two nights. The staff are very friendly and professional. Lobby area is very nice and all the hallways are kept very clean. Our Room was very clean and the shower had good water pressure. Was was pretty comfortable as well. Would recommend this hotel.
We stayed here for a quick getaway to Nashville. What a wonderful surprise we had when we stumbled upon this little Gem! Close easy access to the interstate and several restaurants. The staff was incredible and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The hotel is absolutely spotless!! We will stay here again.
What a Great surprise this little gem was! Hotel was absolutely spotless. (I am a stickler for a clean hotel with a bathroom that is spotless!!) We found a winner with this one. The staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Located just off the interstate it was very convenient to access and close to many restaurants, etc. Only 8-10 minute drive to downtown Nashville. A nice, clean hotel that didn't break the bank account. We will be back again.
The hospital was close by. Easy to get to and very comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great service, friendly staff. Very nice business center , fitness center and the breakfast area was very nice with many good choices of foods.
This hotel is our Nashville home when we visit our son. Over the past two years we have spent at least 15 nights here. The hotel is spotless, quiet, comfortable and very convenient to the interstates and all attractions. The staff is very friendly, always welcoming us when we enter. They always have a smile on their faces. Breakfast is good and warm. We love it here!
We had a wonderful five-night stay at the Belle Mead Best Western Plus. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed and wanted, including a relaxing bed and decent pillows. The entire staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. It's a good hotel served by good people. We will definitely return.
Breakfast staff was very helpful and breakfast was fresh. This was a very clean property. I was comfortable at this hotel. The only negative thing was while making a reservation it was very difficult due to the staff not speaking English well.
Our entire one week's stay was at the B.W. Plus Belle Meade Inn and we could not have asked for a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. A warm and inviting lobby with friendly and helpful personnel. Excellent / comfortable accommodations, immaculately clean throughout with attentive and thorough housekeeping staff (our special thanks to Ted & Manjula Patel), and an amazing daily continental breakfast that is prepared / well tended to by Ms. Kami (job well done! Thank you.). For our needs, the hotel was centrally located between family's home and Vanderbilt University Medical Center (their place of employment). We definitely plan to return to Nashville and the B.W. Plus Belle Meade Inn will again be our choice for accommodations.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are top notch. The room was very clean. Good location next to a Walgreens drug store. Located right off Interstate exit. Breakfast was good deal. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely use this hotel again when in Nashville.
Stayed 2 nights clean and comfortable, but water in bathtub drip both nights door knob on bathroom door came off first night told man at front desk he seem to have a hard time understanding but finely got got it was repaired that day the other thing was avery good breakfast but didnt like the empolyee stand right behind you while you were serving your self other than that ok.
Some difficulty actually getting to the Inn. The highway doesn't have easy off access. Staff is exceptionally kind. Hallways are older, but the rooms are reasonably updated. Beds are comfortable pillow top. Breakfast was plentiful. Would stop here again ??
Traveled to Nashville to attend the CMA Awards and attend a Tennessee Titan game. We stayed all five nights at this hotel. Quality, courtesy, cleanliness, convenience to attractions were all top notch! Highly recommend!
Nice place to stay, looks like need some improvements on personal care when cleaning the rooms , I happen to watch when cleaning was happening so they did not put or forgot to put tea coffee and also replace shampoo or any of the tioleteres Giving them v good as extra care was taken while doing breakfast for all people around them
I was wanting to get away for a weekend and decided to head to Nashville. Because there was a Titans game this weekend, downtown rates were expensive, so I stayed outside the city. Overall, the BW Belle Meade was a good value compared to downtown rates, but still pricey for Nashville IMO, but that's supply and demand. Location is good as it is by freeways. It's also near bars and restaurants. The rooms itself were very clean and comfortable. The one gripe is always their breakfast and quality of it, but they have juice, oatmeal, and fresh fruit to choose from. This is my second time staying here and I'd stay here again if I didn't need to stay downtown.
Hotel was very nice and clean, just wish the rates could of been more desirable since our stay was for medical appointments. Also the survey does not recognize anything dealing with anything other than business or vacation or family stays.
A very good value hotel, but is located in a difficult street pattern. The hotel has an outstanding “behind the counter” representative in “Hiren”. On my last two stays, he has demonstrated his excellent customer service skills and professionalism. The breakfast is adequate and well managed. The internet service is very good.
This hotel has always appeared to be very neat and clean. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Nashville because of their cleanliness and appearance on the inside. The breakfast was very hot and fresh and it was plenty of it. The staff was very nice and friendly and check in was a breeze.
Rooms were clean, staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. front desk gave us directions and suggestions for restaurants. they saw we were in pool and came out with additional towels. everyone greeted us no matter what time of day it was
Very clean and well presented hotel. Friendly greeting on arrival from young man at reception. Offered useful suggestions on restaurants. Generally pleasant overnight stay and the best of our short Memphis and Nashville visit
Location was convenient for not being on the strip. Uber was affordable getting from point A to point B. Easy interstate access. Would be willing to stay at this location again. Next to a Walgreens should you need anything, as well as a few restaurants.
We stayed here for 2 nights. The most important thing to me is that the room was very clean. It was nice having a fridge and microwave. I also really appreciated the free breakfast which saves time and money. The staff was friendly and even helped us find a place that would deliver to hotel for dinner. It was a local italian/pizza place which was very good. They delivered right to our room. This hotel had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was also right off the highway which was nice, but then a about a 15-20 minute drive to town depending on where we were going and traffic. We didn't have to worry about parking at the hotel as it was adequate and free.
We were treated well by the staff here--everyone was very friendly, especially the ladies cleaning the rooms--soooo sweet! This is a nice place to stay--clean. However, we did have two complaints: 1--the bathroom fan needs to either be replaced or improved--taking a shower meant fogging out the room!! And, 2--We experienced very poor internet service. It was ok for us, as we were just doing personal stuff on there (downloading photos, etc), but if you are doing things for work, just be aware. All in all, we would stay there again. A great alternative to staying directly in Music CIty--it's an easy drive to downtown, as well as out to Radnor State Park. Thanks for a good stay!
Motel is very clean, breakfast was good, good selection. It is a few miles away from major attractions, but Uber service is good, and much cheaper than taxis. Beds were ok, but not the most comfortable. I WOULD stay there again.
This is the first time we have stayed in this facility and we would stay there again if we were on the area. It is conveniently located to many attractions. It is reasonably priced. The rooms are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and there was plenty of food. It was also handy to eating establishments. We really looked the Cook Out just up the street.
It is great to visit Nashville but we didn;t want to stay downtown. Opryland has a lot to choose from but is more expensive and not all that easy to get to. BW Belle Mead was super comfortable, affordable and convenient. It was easy 10 minute ride in or out of Nashville by highway or the parallel back route. It offers a large comfortable room, king bed, updated bathroom, plenty of space, free parking and a pretty good breakfast is included. I thought it might be noisy near the highway but i was wrong - it is plenty quiet, we didn't hear a thing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There's a lot to see in this area other than downtown so if you need a great place to serve as home base for exploring, don't hesitate to consider this hotel.
Very clean hotel & rooms. Friendly staff. A little pricey on football weekends but easy access to local attractions.Breakfast not bad for hotel breakfast. Go with the sausage gravy if served.Enjoyed out stay.
The hotel was nice and easy to get to off the main highway. The front desk clerk is from NY and wants to go back as he doesn't like Nashville. He did point out some restaurants where we could get dinner and also gave us a list. Over all the experience was enjoyable.
We needed a place that had a wheelchair accessible room, that had a pool, and a large sitting area for 11 of us to get together when we weren't in our rooms, and when we weren't out exploring Nashville. The BW Belle Meade was the place--friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms, great pool, and conveniently located for trips to all the must-do activities in Nashville.
Check in was handled quickly and our room was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean which is usually not always the case in several hotels that we have stayed in. The wifi was very fast and the breakfast next morning was very good with hot dishes hot and items that were cold were kept in refrigerator and cold. The tables were quickly cleaned off and the floor was very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness.
I am very unhappy with the poor service and treatment I received at this hotel. I stayed with you as an elite member, assuming that I would have a wonderful stay, as very good friend recommended the location. The tech person is supposed to send us video of the incident for our insurance company, but we have not received anything yet.
A quick overnight at this hotel was very good. Clean modern hotel at a very reasonable price. Room was clean internet worked and breakfast the next morning was very good. The higway interchange is a little tricky at that location but not too bad
The staff here at the hotel are very friendly and go above and beyond. everything is always so nice and clean. The breakfast variety is great and always meets our needs. Whenever we come to Nashville, we always make an effort to stay here upon availability.
This BW hotel met my expectations. Check in and check out went very smoothly. There is a small outdoor pool that my family enjoyed. It's location is almost perfect being right off the highway. Almost perfect because you cannot make a left onto 155 to get back on the highway. You have to do a turn-around. Otherwise great location. The highway noise was not noticeable.
The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast well balanced. Good location but a little pricey in the summer. Overall a nice place to stay. Intranet was able to stream Pinterest without any difficulty. There were more channels on the TV than you could ever watch.
It is very convenient to John C. Tune airport and less expensive than staying downtown which is only 15 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with lots of hot water. The choice of TV channels was limited.
Very nice hotel. Comfortable quiet rooms and very helpful staff. The safety deposit boxes were a nice bonus feature. Breakfast was good and well laid out. Would certainly stay here again if in Nashville
We arrived late evening, but were greeted quickly and professionally by the front desk personnel. There was a hiccup, on my end, during registration by the front desk people resolved my issue quickly! The room was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and everything was kept very clean throughout our stay.
Nice hotel, near the Belle Meade Plantation and the famous Hattie B's hot chicken. Just a few minutes from downtown. Great for families. There is a nice outdoor pool for cooling off on those warm summer nights too. For more information visit our blog HotMamaTravel.com.
We stopped here on 08/11, after a terrifying trip into downtown Nashville to try to find lodging. We left TX at 6:30 a.m. that morning, and got to Nashville about 7:30 p.m. that evening (with pit stops and meal breaks, of course), so I had been driving for about 12 hours. Finally decided to try outside of town and discovered this very nice hotel after some looking. About 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, and very easy to get onto the highway quickly. Cheaper than rooms downtown, were able to accommodate us for the entire 4 nights we wanted without a reservation, and super nice. Good breakfast in the a.m. from 6-9. First morning was cereals, several kinds of fresh fruit, bagels, raisin bread, mini muffins, cheese omelets, turkey sausages, waffle batter and iron, yogurt and things to mix with it, boiled eggs, milk, juice and/or coffee. Didn't eat breakfast the second day (slept in), but the third day, there was bacon, and a couple of new choices instead of the first ones, along with the other items mentioned. They keep their milk pitchers in the fridge so it stays cold! Staff was friendly and kept everything nicely filled. Can hear a little traffic, but not bad. A/C worked great, had plenty of towels and no one bothered us. We were in room 401 on top floor. Plenty of luggage carts, and ice machine right next to the elevators. Wi-Fi is a little spotty, but not horrible. There is a pool as well, though didn't use it, but the area looked clean. Beds are queens, and mattresses pretty good, but hotel mattresses are always too soft for my back, so no complaints. Would definitely recommend!!
I've had a couple of good stays at this hotel and recommend it. Close to a lot of restaurants and other shopping on Whitebridge and Charlotte Pikes. It sits on a very busy intersection so getting in and out in a car is odd, but doable.
This is a nice hotel: comfortable and very clean. The staff is friendly and kind. Close to downtown and easy freeway access to all parts of the city. There is a drugstore next door and a grocery store across the street. Right on the bus line for those who like to use public transit. This is especially helpful when going to downtown Nashville to avoid the high parking costs.
We travel to Nashville often for concerts and have been looking for a Hotel "Home". We have found it! This place is clean. The staff is friendly. When we walked up to check in the clerk behind the desk was on the phone. Instead of acting like most clerks, he abruptly ended the call to check us in...VERY professional and respectful. This will be our 'go to' place to stay while in Nashville!
Clean. Classy. Contemporary decor. Great service. Quiet. Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but more for driving than walking. Our second time staying here. Quick check in. Close to I-40. Fridge. Microwave. Free breakfast. We like this place!
I paid in advance for a discounted rate when making the reservations. NOWHERE did I see any language that said the reservation could not be changed. When I had to adjust , not cancel, the dates, I was told "too bad". So now I am paying for 3 night of an empty hotel room!!
The hotel is spotlessly clean including the rooms, hallways, elevator, breakfast area and reception area. The pool is also spotless! The exercise room is great. I used the treadmill, bike and the weight machine can be changed to all kinds of different ways to do arms or legs workouts. I had a pleasant stay for a weekend get away with friends.
This is a really nice hotel, rooms are large and the price is good for the area. Located just off the interstate and easy to get in and out of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice, clean place to stay. Only draw back is not enough good places to eat in the area.
The hotel itself was in a good location to highways. Easy to get to the many attractions of Nashville. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only issue that we saw was the bathroom in our room needed to be deep cleaned better. They also could use an update. Would we stay there again, possibly. We did find that using the Lyft was very helpful also to get to downtown Broadway, as the parking is extremely expensive and you don't get much time. Also the Grand Old Opry is awesome! Price was great.
Nice....it is what you would expect for a Best Western Plus. Nice and clean pool. Water was the perfect temperature....There was only one towel at the pool...we had to share, over all nice experience.
We stayed in this hotel because of proximity to Nashville. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We reserved the hotel for 2 nights but had to leave after the first night because of illness. We had prepaid for the room through Expedia but the helpful staff worked with us to refund the night we did not stay. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was super close to freeway but we never heard it at all. Breakfast was good and room was clean, we didn't spend much time in our room except to sleep. Location was about a ten minute drive to downtown Nashville.
Due to a family member being in the hospital, I needed a last minute room in Nashville, in order to get a good night's sleep, for about 14 hours. I wasn't willing to pay the rather extraordinary rate being charged by most Nashville hotels, so I resorted to TripAdvisor to try to find a better option. When we travel, we usually stay in places such as the Governor's House Inn in Charleston, or Soniat House or the Audubon Cottages in New Orleans. In other words, I like luxury. Location: This hotel is located off Interstate 40. It has "Belle Meade" in it's title, but is actually on the back side of the Richland neighborhood, which is a very nice area. The couple of blocks next to the interstate are pretty typical for that sort of thing, but the area seems very safe. I saw women walking dogs or running alone at dusk. Within a block of the hotel are: Walgreens, CVS, Shoney's, Jack in the Box, and White Castle. Within a short driving distance down Charlotte Ave are interesting restaurants such as Hattie B's Hot Chicken, Taqueria del Sol, Bajo Sexto Taco Lounge, Headquarters coffee shop, Miel, and Salt & Vine. Parking: parking is surface lot and free. Hotel: check in was prompt and courteous. Luggage carts are available. Breakfast is included but I didn't eat it. Room: This may be the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Immaculate. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It appears to have been refurbished within recent history, with no visible wear, and is pleasantly decorated. There are plenty of lamps and the lighting is good. The room included an armchair with a reading lamp and side table, a desk and chair, and a bureau that had the mini fridge and a little microwave. There is a full length mirror, positioned such that if you open the closet door you can see yourself nicely in the mirror. (as opposed to the last place we stayed, a 1200 square foot suite where I had to balance on an ottoman to utilize the full length mirror). The bathroom is small, immaculately clean, and well stocked with linens. I didn't utilize the toiletries, except for use of a makeup remover wipe, the inclusion of which is a nice touch. There is a hair dryer. The closet had eight hangers, a luggage rack, and an ironing board and iron in it. The only possible negative I would perhaps note is that the air conditioning/heating unit is the old fashioned unit against the wall sort, and they are always noisy. The unit cooled the room adequately on a 94 degree day. As time passed in the room, I realized that the noise of the ac was a blessing, as it was a white noise that served to mask any noise from the nearby interstate. I am a light sleeper, the room was on the interstate side of the hotel, and it was fine. I slept well. Travel from this motel down Charlotte Ave in 7:45 am morning traffic to the Vanderbilt/Centennial Park area was just under 10 minutes. I would stay here again and will recommend the property to others.
It is close to downtown and you can get there without getting on the highway. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Good variety on the breakfast bar. Staff were helpful with directions for sireseeing, restaurants etc.
Very nice hotel, convenient to downtown. Extremely clean and extremely helpful staff. Room was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again. Near several restaurants.
The hotel was updated and current. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast is excellent and they do an excellent job keeping the breakfast full. The prices of hotels in Nashville is high but this was reasonable for the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
On the west side of town but still close to downtown, plantations. Staff was pleasant. Hotel was clean and comfortable, signs of bad repairs (holes in walls, caulked badly). $90 room for $140 that's just the area.
Best breakfast in quality of hot foods offered. Fresh, eye appealing, home style food at breakfast. Outstanding variety and presentation of other items. Very friendly welcome. I Would stay there again.
Three years ago my son was entering as a freshman at Vanderbilt University and we found ourselves faced with extremely high hotel prices near campus and little availability. We took a chance and stayed at this hotel as it was only 10 minutes to campus. Three years later our son will be starting his senior year at Vanderbilt and every trip to town we have stayed at Belle Meade (move in, parents weekend and move out) annually. The hotel has had customer service second to none. Yes, there are finer hotels in Nashville (and other chains we usually frequent), but as our time is spent out in town and on the college campus, this hotel is ideal for us. The amenities are basic but meet our needs. The manager has been more than accommodating, like the time we had to change our plans last minute due to a cancelled flight. On another occasion, the staff graciously helped me look for a lost necklace in the room. Parking is well lit and the grounds are kept clean. There are stores nearby and you will find easy access to the highway. Don't forget to check out Hattie B's for hot chicken down the street! My husband and I have enjoyed watching West End grow through the years as the neighborhood is being rejuvenated. We appreciate the consistency in professionalism and warmth of this hotel. Best Western is not a hotel chain we typically use and this hotel has made a positive impression on us. We will miss this home away from home when our son graduates next May.
Stayed three nights. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Our room and the breakfast area were exceptionally clean and reasonably comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. In family travels over the years we can easily say this was among our best hotel stays. Thanks all around!
This was a great stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was great! They gave me an upgrade to a suite because I have a platinum best western card. The breakfast was yummy. Easy to find on I 40. I would stay here again.
Me and my daughter had been on the road for 15 hours. I arrived to the hotel at approximately 8am. There were few cars out front so I was thrilled we would probably have no problem getting a room. I ask the man for a one bed. Totally emotionless the man at the counter says "Check in is at 3pm". I say, "well, I've been driving all night. Is that standard time in most hotels? I just need a few hours to rest." Again, with a dead eyed stare. He just says "check in is at 3pm". I was to tired to even TRY to attempt to understand this guys logic or why he was one of the rudest people I've ever met. So, I just moved on. Here is the thing. I would've paid whatever price, taken my quick nap and shower and been out of there waaaay before their precious 3pm check in time leaving the room available for another paying customer. Do yourself a favor. Pass this place up. It's not worth being treated like a piece of garbage. I was treated with respect AND given a military discount 2 blocks down the road at Holiday Inn!
We stayed here for two nights and the room was clean, spacious, and cooled well. We booked the double queen suite with sleeper sofa. The free breakfast was great as well as their coffee. Our kids tried everything and were upset when we overslept and missed the second day breakfast! The only negative is that their mattresses were on the firm side. The pull out sleeper was fine, a little worn, and the bathroom was very spacious. We would stay here again!
My stay at the Best Western Hotel was one of the best experiences i have had compared to other stays at other hotels. My family and i thank all the staff and we are extremely satisfied with how clean and neat the Hotel was.
The location was convenient & easily accessible. This visit was to see family. The staff was friendly & so helpful. They go out of the way to help. The lady in charge of breakfast was amazing. She kept everything fresh & hot and very clean. We would not think of staying anywhere else. Great Place.
The location was convenient & easily accessible. The staff was friendly & so helpful with tourist site information. The lady in charge of breakfast was amazing. She kept everything fresh & hot plus clean all the time. Good parking & great facility.
When we checked in the manager went over the streets and best routes to get around. Really tasty complementary breakfast every morning. It's a very welcoming and inviting hotel. If we get back in the area would do business with them again.
We arrived at the hotel, it is right off the interstate, and has a walgreens, cvs, kroger, white kastle, across the road...you can walk to..domino's and a cook out very near by. Our room was clean, the out door pool looked clean ( we didn't swim ) just sat out beside it. We missed the hotel breakfast as it closes at 9am. Check out is 11.30 Our Uber ride from here to 12th and Porter was $9. Our Uber ride back from downtown to hotel was $32....upsetting at the difference of price just within a few hours! The staff seemed friendly and helpful, there English was pretty good. We did have soap, and a few items . Our price for the night ended up being $257...only to have gotten there and a hotel came up closer to our concert venue, for $100 cheaper. I really feal like Expedia should refund us $100.00 We would stay here again maybe, just not for $257, for that...you can do better I felt. It is 2 Miles away from Belle Meade winery and approximate 6miles from downtown Nashville.
Clean. Convenient and Great Staff! My husband and I stayed here for four nights during CMA music Fest. The hotel was newly renovated the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful and couldn't have been nicer! I have to add the coffee on the breakfast bar was very good as well.
My sisters and I have always wanted to go to the grand ole opry. This hotel made our trip outstanding the breakfast was better than most of the ones we had paid for. Hot food every morning. The rooms were very clean
Our room was very clean and roomy for 2 queen beds and a small sofa. Bathroom big and very clean. The whole hotel was very clean. There was a nice outside pool that was very clean. I can't think of anything negative about this hotel.
Staff was extremely helpful. Pool was clean. location was close enough to downtime with out being too crowded. Breakfast was very good and well supplied.a perfect health grade of 100 was good to see hanging on the wall.
Stopping by on our way home from a long weekend. Very pleasant stay and staff. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Rooms were updated and clean. Quiet too even though it was situated next to a major highway. Great stay.
There were three principal reception staff who went above and beyond what would have been expected. We can only remember one name, Hirin, but he along with his two colleagues made our stay in Nashville so pleasant. We also must mention the Japanese breakfast lady who was most polite, friendly and efficient - by far the best in our tour so far.
Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly for our family of five. Clean and comfy rooms and breakfast area. Nice array of food choices. Very energetic lady tending breakfast room and seeing that guests were made welcome and well served. Would happily stay here again.
Best Western is located in the SW corner where I-40 West crosses Briley Parkway with I-40 elevated above it. One exits to Briley Parkway and the BW sign is too high to be seen from the front window of the car and is blocked from the south by a Walgreen's drug store. Once we dalled the hotel and found it was behind Walgreen's it was easy to find. I-40, Briley Parkway, and Charlotte Pike are all within a block of the hotel, but the room was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. After a good nights sleep we ate the complimentary hot breakfast that was laid out well and very good. Check out was easy.
Needed to be at vanderbilt hospital next morning early . Big concert was going on , didn't know if I would fine room. Also got hospital discount which helped. Room was only twenty minutes away. Breakfast was good compared to motels.
The staff was extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. The premises was well kept and the room was very clean. Nice large breakfast room. I was very pleased with the entire stay. The location was fairly close to the downtown are and it was located right next to the freeway access road.
I felt like I got great value for the money, clean rooms, Good included breakfast, easy route to downtown, and plenty of options for shopping and dining right in the immediate area...but most of all the thing that makes this property shine, is the very nice staff...they were very helpful and it is obvious that they take price in running a nice place.
Went to Nashville for a concert at the Ryman. This is a great hotel. Very clean and updated with excellent service. Easy to get to and right off the interstate, but up don't hear any traffic noise. We have stayed here twice in the last 6 months and were very pleased.
Ben was the best hang on to that man. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The friend I traveled with cleans houses and she was very much impressed that even your floor boards had no dirt great job.
This property was clean and pleasant, and the staff was very friendly. It is located on the West side of town near the Hillsboro Village and Vanderbilt Area. There are good restaurants and bars in this area and plentiful, free parking.
This hotel was located only short drive from all of the downtown attractions. Easy to get in and out of town, without having to pay the high prices of being right in the heart of downtown. If you are looking for luxury, this may not be for you. However, if you want a clean, friendly place that offers the basics at an affordable price, then you may want to consider it.
Overall a nice stay at Best Western belle meade. The hotel is close enough to downtown that we could get a cheap uber ride in the evening. The manager was very helpful. Hot breakfast was good. No complaints.
Nice hotel on interstate. Convenient to everything via I44. Hotel staff very accommodating. Breakfast was very nice. Shoney's across street, Walgreen's next door, and some other fast food locations a short walk. Just an all around good facility.
I found this to be an outstanding hotel that is close to downtown, but doesn't charge downtown prices. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were large, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet did the trick (and they had hot sauce for my eggs!!!). Plus the hotel was only five miles from Downtown Nashville. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
We spent Tuesday eveneing at the BW Plus in Nashville and found it to be an excellent facility with a friendly staff, a modern and well maintained inn and it was staffed by friendly and efficent people. Our room was exceptionally clean and attractive. We had no issues of any significance. we found the bed to be a little lumpy and rated it a 6 on a scale of ten. Everything else about our stay was a 10. Will gladly stay here again. Compared to other national lodging chains in the area, this facility was an excellent value and convenient to the medical facility we would visit the following day. Great job BW Plus Belle Meade!!!
We had an excellent lodging experience at this BW Plus location. The facility is modern, exceptionally clean and well maintained, easy to access and staffed by very friendly and helpful employees. I would recommend this facility without reservation.
This was a great hotel. Very clean very helpful staff. Will stay here again. Breakfast was of normal items but the hot items were hot. The eating area was very clean. The staff was great and very helpful
The BW Plus Belle Meade was an excellent value for staying in the Nashville area. The room was nice, the breakfast good, parking free and it was minutes from Downtown, and most of Nashville attractions. Between surface streets and freeways it was easy to get anywhere in Nashville in a reasonable time. The only thing we wish was that the pool had been opened as Nashville was already warm in early April.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast choices were great. Nice location as I often used Lyft (average $11, before tip) for rides into the city of Nashville. Only negative is that the pool was not open during our stay, but that's the chance you take with an outdoor pool.
Rooms are fine, clean, updated, sparse, could really use a small table- interet worked well Bed was great and staff was professional- Cable ample and had a tv guide- cannot stnad when hotels do not have a guide!!! Great restaurants well within the area Close to Bell Meade and Arboretum
This hotel seems OK. Nice staff. Fair breakfast. Great location. I was satisfied until I returned this evening..... This am we left the "do not disturb" sign on the outside door knob. As we were leaving our room the maid in the hall asked us if we would need service today and we replied "no thank you". We certainly did not feel we needed cleaning service after 1 night or probably ever during this visit. We are only here for 3 nights! This is the first time I have ever had a do not disturb sign removed and placed back inside the room after I have placed it. Yes, I guess it is nice that our trash was emptied and our towels were replaced, but a little odd after verbally declining maid service. Suppose I had been sleeping? Just makes me a little uncomfortable.
I checked into the Best Western after completing the "200-ish" mile Ragnar Relay that began in Chattanooga and ended in downtown Nashville. This location is not near downtown, but it is conveniently located off of major highways. Also, they are very close to the trendy Hattie B's Chicken and a plethora of other new/trendy/hipster type spots as well as other classic dining options. My team had some members check in before my arrival. I approached the front desk and the clerk provided me with a key for my room without hesitation. Once in the room, we had a pull-out couch, although we didn't request it, but it made it very nice for us to spread out into our own spaces. Admittedly, the pull-out couch was not as comfortable as a bed would've been, but I took it because I didn't have to sleep next to anyone. The soaps, etc provided in the bathroom were kinda cheap, but they were ok for general hygiene needs. The free breakfast the next morning provided plenty of choices from bacon and eggs to cereal and yogurt. I was very pleased and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great stay, everything was great, having regrouped with friends and this place was perfect close to Downtown and Super Clean,5-6 miles away from the Downtown next time when we visit Nashville this the place we will stay
We for the most part always?stay ata Best Western. Not only do we get reward points but Best Western is a clean hotel with great staff and great continental breakfast. I always make sure there is a Best Western no matter where I go
We have stayed at this same hotel 4 times and we keep coming back because I can trust it. It is a decent price for an overnight stay and is close to lost of food places and easy access to get on and off the freeway. We drive back and forth between Ohio and Texas and this is my favorite place to stay. They have a great little breakfast in the morning, clean rooms and the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are very quiet. We had a room right behind the elevator and I did not hear anything at all. I definitely recommend this place to stay.
Great breakfast and nicely located by the interest and a Hattie B's. 15 minute drive to Nissan Stadium. The price was good for a Packer's game crowd. The hotel itself (room and amenities) are average. The beds were too firm for my liking, but they were not terrible.
Very friendly Staff and good breakfast! We stay here on all of our trips to Nashville! The breakfast is very good and has Turkey sausage for those who don't eat pork! The staff is always cheerful and helpful!
Unbeliveable hotel. Best service and cleanest well kept hotel we've ever been in. If in the area and looking for place to stay don't pass this one up. If I could give number higher then 10 this place would be it.
Very unfriendly staff. Room carpet dirty. Aisle and room had a smell of dirty old carpet as well. The drive to downtown takes about 30 minutes. Walgreens is onside. The door closer was very loud. The room size is good.
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable, beds were good - everything worked. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and attendant kept coffee made and everything replenished. Adequate seating. Close to I-40 and very accessible to all of Nashville. Stayed 4 nights and would choose this facility again.
This hotel is less than 30 minutes from all the downtown attractions in a quieter area of Nashville. The breakfast had a great selection of food. The place was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely book another stay at this hotel if I came to Nashville again. The price was much more reasonable than those in the downtown area.
We stayed at this hotel to attend a doctors appt at Vanderbilt Medical Center. We found the front desk person to be pleasant, helpful and courteous. Our room while not fancy was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but adequate. The area surrounding the hotel is VERY busy and congested as it is just off the highway and near the main thoroughfare. I was afraid it would be loud. It was not. Traffic noise could not be heard at all. The halls were quiet in the evening and the morning. Breakfast was your standard eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal, etc. However, the breakfast attendant kept everything stocked and hot. We will use this hotel again for future visits to the medical center.
Great location....a half hour, 1 bus, to Broadway. Hotel is located right off Interstate 40. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. And the breakfast that was included was amazing every day! I want to come back to Nashville....and I'm going to stay right here! :)
We stayed here 5 nights. Staff friendly, welcoming, ready with information. The room was large, also a large bathroom--both clean, well-maintained. I am short, and for a change the king bed wasn't too high. The bathroom had rails installed, which was nice as I'm not getting any younger! I think the breakfast went beyond what's usual, plenty of food, constant attention by staff so nothing ran out, etc. This place was wonderful. It is right by I-40, not in downtown Nashville. This makes the price much more reasonable. It was also quiet, which is difficult to find. If you're going to Nashville, give this place a try!
had a very pleasant friendly experience the staff was very helpful and friendly , they made us feel comfortable. was pleasantly please with the overall CLEANLINES AND TREATMENT BY THE STAFF WE RECEIVED
Vacation to Nashville- hotel was clean, well maintained and staff was accommodating and friendly. Was close to where we needed. Rooms were spacious. Our trip was great and we will be back for another vacation there!
Friendly front desk. Clean. Nice HVAC. HOT water. garden tub with jets. Quiet. Great location for us. Next to 40 (1 mile away from my daughter). Ubers nearby. Great price, almost half of hotels closer to Vandy or downtown. Nice included breakfast. Ample parking. Walgreens next door for snacks. Strong WiFi (not secured). Nice new appearing magnetic card locks on door Going back next time I'm in Nashville.
This hotel it a good option if you can't afford the ridiculously priced ones downtown. Its just a short 10-15 minute drive. The staff was just wonderful. Early check in without even asking or issue. Room & hotel was immaculate. Breakfast is a what you expect from a good continental hot breakfast except it seemed like the hot bar was never full, just barely empty or completely and if it was 8:15 or later it seemed there wasn't a rush to get it full before the 9 am end time. But everything tasted wonderful & plenty of options! My only complaint is not about the hotel itself but cabs. We had no problem getting a cab to downtown but getting one back was absolutely ridiculous!!!! And we started are return journey about 10:30 (early for bar crowd) and cabs we called wouldn't show or would show & did not want to take us there. I'm not sure what the deal was with that but we'll need to look into this Uber thing next time :)
Payed maximum rate due to concert and Titan game in town that night. Room carpet extremely dirty. A pair of brand new white socks turned almost black on the bottom after only two trips across room. Room had a smell of dirty old carpet as well. No toiletries in room. Refrigerator in room didn't work. Didn't discover this until we removed our cold food items only to discover they had spoiled overnight.
The proximity to the interstate and downtown was perfect; approximately 6 miles from Bridgestone Arena. Reasonalble price compared to many other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly. Breakfast, served 6-9am, was tasty. The room, carpet, bed, kitchenette, and bathroom were all clean. If you're looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable little place to stay, this is it. We'll definitely stay again next time we visit Nashville. It's not elaborate and doesn't have fine furnishings but, it certainly suits its purpose.
Very good and well keep Best Western. Breakfast was very good . The hotel was in a convenient location short drive to Downtown Nashville.Staff was friendly and informative to the area only downfall was language barrier with some of the housekeeping Staff . The hotel was very secure key needed to enter. Parking was a little tight it was on a weekend I believe it was sold out weekend. It was well kept and lives up to the Best Western Plus standards
Loved the proximity to the city and other attractions. Reasonably priced and great service. Very clean and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Excellent experience.
The price of this hotel was a bit excessive but the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was quite good. It appears to be an older hotel but was well run and well taken care of. The outdoor pool looked nice though we did not have time to use it. The parking lot was being repaired and repainted during our stay.
Very nice room for the price. Well equipped with a mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, etc. Separate dressing area from the bathroom could use some better lighting. Room was very quiet, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. A shuttle bus will pick you up and take you downtown and return for $10. Walking distance to several local restaurants. Breakfast was adequate with good selection of choices. WiFi in the room worked well and was fast.
We had problems at check in as we did not get what we thought we had paid for. The clerks at the front desk would not address it (offered our money back, not acceptable) The amenities were somewhat misrepresented, a matter of symantics. The biggest problem was getting it resolved, which we did only after I had to call BW customer service. Only after my efforts did customer service make calls back to the hotel to get it rectified. Room was a little used, had a musty smell, but it was clean. Will not stay here agaIn.
Very poor property. I was literally frightened awake out of sleep after 11:15pm (after midnight my time) by very loud, ongoing construction drilling sounds. The front desk night clerk said this was authorized by the general manager!! Who does this at a hospitality business?? Obviously guest satisfaction is not high priority. Other poor service included no constant presence at the front desk or no one to answer the phones. After being awakened, I tried to call the front desk several times- no answer. So I had to get dressed and do downstairs and see what was happening. Several other people also in lobby complaining with no clerk in site!! While in the lobby, no lie, a bug crawled over my foot. AVOID!
Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. At least on the first night before the Bachelorette Party of Shrieking Inconsiderate Banshees took up residence next door on the 2nd night. Bed was very comfy, pillows were not. Good internet, TV reception was fine, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.
Way overpriced for what you get. Beds too hard, internet did not work half the time, TV had bad reception. The HOT breakfast was just your ordinary continental breakfast. Not good at all. Was close to the hospital and that is why we were in town. Just way to expensive for seniors on social security but was all we could find for the weekend
We only stay here one night but it was very nice. The staff were very helpful and our room was very comfortable. It is also very convenient to the highway system. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would stay again.
Stayed 3 nights on a business trip. Very clean, easy to get to, breakfast very good.. Room comfortable and quiet. Will make this the place I stay anytime I visit Nashville.. Good deal also as everything else so high. Parking downtown is crazy expensive also so I would take Uber or a cab. Walgeens next door was convenient. Nice food places in walking distance also. Close to interstate, but never heard the traffic in my room..
Nice hotel; very clean. The staff is nice and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast bar. The food was hot and interchanged regularly. It located right off of I-40, so it's convenient to most everything. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, family, and business partners.
We stayed here for 3 nights during our first visit to Nashville. It is very conveniently located less than 10 minutes from downtown right by the interstate, and near many restaurants. We also liked the fact that it was almost next door to a Planet Fitness. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was more than adequate with eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, and condiments. The room was as expected with only one disappointment: no HD content on the HD TV in the room. The cable connection is SD only, so we had to watch the first NFL game of the year on SD. I know, I'm spoiled, but it is surprising that all hotels don't have HD as a standard.
My first time in Nashville I booked online without knowing what I would get. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was nice. Pool was small but nice to relax by. We we also just a short uber ride from downtown! I would recommend for sure!
We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was one of the best we've seen in equivalent hotels. The check in and check out experience was friendly. Although this hotel is on the outskirts of Nashville, we used Uber to get downtown, really easy and great value at under $10. A recommended hotel.
We stayed here for a weekend. We found the rooms clean and the bathrooms in good condition. The closets had enough hangers and the fridge was very cold. The breakfast was standard. One thing that I liked is that they had actual Splenda with the coffee. A lot of mid tier hotels cheap out and use a yellow colored packet, but they spend the extra few dollars and it is appreciated. The gym has a treadmill, recumbent bike, and an elliptical. There are weight machines but no free weights. Overall, I think it is family run and they clearly care about the property and their guests. We didn't try out the pool, but it was clean, and we saw someone tending it each morning.
We were here for six nights. The front desk people are very friendly and do everything they can to make you feel at home. Breakfasts are great with hot eggs, meats and a third hot choice. Never had the same hot foods in the 6 days we were there. The microwave in our room quit and Ben brought up another one within minutes. Planning on staying there again.
This hotel was a great little gem I found on Expedia. It was right off the interstate and away from the hustle/bustle of downtown Nashville. We couldn't hear the traffic outside which was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was good...nice variety and the main dishes were changed every morning. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Nashville! Thank you for great stay!!
We stayed two nights in August. Bright, clean, and quiet hotel. Staff were professional and provided us with a printed list of eating locations close to the hotel. the hotel is located near the highway. We would recommend this hotel.
This hotel is about 7 miles away from the heart of Broadway. We took an uber in and out of the downtown with no issues and at most a single trip never cost us more than $11. Hotel is clean, breakfast is really good but ends quite early so be aware. Housekeeping staff comes quite early in the morning so be sure to use your do not disturb sign!
Cheaper than many other hotels in the city, but spend a bit more and get the sleep you're hoping for. Beds, pillows, and linens need replacing, and it's located mere feet away from a tangle of overpasses. Bikers and other guests came and went from nearby rooms at all hours.
We stayed here for two nights whilst travelling around the U.S. The hotel was really accessible from the interstate and had a good selection of local eateries nearby, as well as within a 5-10 minute drive away. The rooms were nice and clean with a fridge and microwave in them, no safe but there was a security deposit box behind reception if needed. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels which was great especially with a 3 year old ! The hotel itself was a little dated but it was well maintained and clean. It seemed to be run by a family who were only too happy to help. The swimming pool was nice and clean and great to cool off in after a day in the sun ! Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of items to choose from which included both hot and cold food. All in all a really pleasant stay and we would stay here again and recommend it too.
I stayed in this hotel with 9 of my friends for my bachelorette party. We asked for adjoining rooms for two of our three rooms and they accommodated AND put the third room as close as possible. We checked in slightly early and rooms were ready. My husband and I are looking at staying here when we come back for a weekend getaway. It's about 10 or so minutes from downtown (we ubered) and very clean!
Nothing fancy but ok. Clean and quiet. Easy access to 40. Not too far from downtown. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. If you are looking for a room that is reasonably priced you should check it out. A few places to eat close but more a couple of miles away.
We arrived early (8am) from a flight from Pittsburg to be greated by friendly staff Jai. I had phoned the hotel direct to advise of our early arrival before our departure, which was a great idea cause Jai was aware and even though our rooms weren't ready our belongings were stored safe until we could get our rooms. Due to our early arrival breafast was out, so we ate and did some local shopping. Upon arriving back being so early still we grabbed out swimming gear changed and proceed to the great pool that was located at the back of the building with an outdoor washroom. Periodically Jai would pop his head out to advise us that rooms were being cleaned and we would be in soon. By 1pm we all had our very comfy clean rooms. This hotel is located in a good area as there is all the conviences of home in walikng distance, from grocery store, restaurants, drug store etc. Breakfast everyday was fantastic and the staff as well. This is a fabulous hotel and the staff went above and beyond for anything we needed. Thank you Best Western for a great stay while on holidays..
This hotel seemed quite clean and up to date, though somewhat basic. I appreciate a room I can have confidence in after a long day of travel. The pool was a welcome touch after a long, hot day - the best way to cool off! It was a little strange that one had to visit the front desk for a towel - but I guess they have had issues in the past with towels disappearing. In any case, this location was a welcome respite and a good night's sleep.
Good stay!!! Simple, clean and friendly!!! Definitely would recommend!! Management was very nice. We loved the location because it's only 10-15 minutes to downtown. It's very peaceful!! I would come again.
Staff very friendly and polite. Hot breakfast was actually hot and good variety of foods. Comfortable bed and soft fluffy pillows. Nice strong water pressure for shower. Room smelled and looked clean and fresh. A block away from White Castle.
We had a group of friends come in from out of state for my birthday and we had tickets to the grand ole opry. While this hotel was not in walking distance (found great deal on cab through hotel) the hotel was very nice. Rooms nice, great breakfast (but not enough tables, but hotel was crowded), nice people. Would prefer to stay closer to downtown, but this was a great deal for the money and a very nice place. Would stay again.
I booked this hotel because it was much less expensive than other hotels in the Vanderbilt U. area. My overall experience was wonderful. The only negative, which was also true of the Ramsey NJ location, was the quality of the breakfast food. The fried eggs were rubbery and inedible and the biscuits were very hard. My suggestion to BW is that If you can't do hot breakfast items well, take them off the selection.
Stayed there with my sisters. We got double beds and a pull our sofa in our room. The room was somewhat dated and not worth price we paid (close to $300). The staff was not very friendly and seemed anxious for us to leave. Everytime we left the room (like when we went down for breakfast) someone was asking us if we were leaving yet. the pull out sofa was a joke
Wonderful staff, clean rooms, very very quiet even though it's next to I40 hwy. The lobby furniture is a bit dated. But the rest of the hotel has been recently renovated. New carpet and furniture in the rooms. Really nice!
My husband and I stayed here 4 nights while helping our child and her family moved to Nashville. We were pleased with an attractive, clean room with a reasonably comfortable bed. Breakfast was served each morning in the lobby. This hotel is located in an area near the interstate but I had asked for a quiet room and it was. There was a Walgreens, White Castle and other restaurant for a view--not the best, but it was a business trip for us--we just needed a place to sleep, not a resort.
Lots to like at the Belle Meade Inn. The staff was very helpful and polite. A baggage cart was immediately offered. When I asked about restaurants he provided a list of restaurants nearby, sorted by street and direction from the hotel. They also have a guest laundry which I used. The staff provided change and soap. Everything was in good working order. My room was nice and clean. The shower had real marble walls. The shower also had plenty of water, not a tiny mist like some hotels do now. The desk had a convenient lamp and electric outlet. The AC worked well and was quiet. A nice refrigerator and microwave were useful. My room looked out on the freeway, but its construction kept noise out so traffic noise could not be heard inside. The Belle Meade inn is a nice place to stay. Its location is convenient to I-40 and to the Parthenon or Vanderbilt University.
I was so surprised at just how close to I-40 this was, it was very convenient. We planned a last minute getaway, and I was able to make an online reservation & arrive within hours with no problems. The hotel was very easy to find, and there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was average, I did notice that our bare feet became noticeably dirty after walking through the room, which was not the greatest thing. The bathroom was larger than I expected, but as is pretty typical for a hotel shower, the low-flow made it difficult to rinse the soap/shampoo. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, as well as a small coffee maker. The room also had a closet with a full length mirror on the door, that's nice to have. There was an iron & ironing board in the closet, but we didn't use it. The beds were fairly comfortable, but the pillows were pretty flat, but again, this seems typical of most places I seem to stay! The only real down side was that the curtains didn't want to close as much as I would have liked, and a lot of outside light from street lights/parking lot lights came into the room. Despite being so close to the interstate, I never really heard a lot of traffic noise, and that was a pleasant surprise. The staff at check in & check out were friendly & efficient. There was a complimentary breakfast offered, but we didn't try it, as we had other plans. Overall, this hotel served it's purpose, as a place to relax after a long day of being out & about, seeing the sites. I would stay here again.
Repeat Customers' Appreciations - CLEAN ROOMS: Nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable. REASONABLE PRICES. SPACIOUS DINING AREA w/ outside views. BREAKFAST INCLUDED: Simple options w/ both hot & cold items. Fresh fruit, protein and oatmeal help those avoiding wheat. Attendant constantly restocks. Asks if guests are finished/ or need anything before closing. Hot drinks stay available day & night. PARKING: Free. Easy. Uncomplicated accessible from main road. AMENITIES: Work out rm, laundry rm, outdoor pool, Walgreens next door. STAFF: All branches return friendliness. In May we needed a very last-minute, 1 night stay. Left a phone # hoping someone would cancel. We were called, accommodated & not charged extra. Honorable!
Not only is this place well taken care of and easy to access, it also has a great staff that is very friendly and accommodating. I will also stay here when in Nashville. There is a Walgreens next door and many places to eat nearby. Book your stay with confidence that you will be staying at a clean and up to date place.
First thing I noticed was awful smell, in lobby and in room, must be cleaning supplies. Very noisy from street and drapes didn't close all the way, so bright street lights. Check in was fine, room clean. Glad only there 1 night.
We were going to CMA Music Fest Downtown. We stayed 2 nights. Our room had two queen beds, sofa, fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom was very clean and had all the things you might need. It was very quiet! We enjoyed the breakfast which had a good choice of food and beverages. We enjoyed the pool area during the day and it was very clean! Overall we were very impressed with how clean everything in the hotel was and the staff were all very nice. Great place and would stay there again next time.
We travel from the south to visit our kids We require a wheelchair accessible room. The room was spacious and the bed was wonderful. The trend in motel/hotels are the very tall beds. For a wheelchair user these are impossible to transfer into with out assistance. Your bed was just the right height. The bathroom was great with a roll in shower and a shower chair. THANK YOU for making our stay pleasant.
My daughter and I stayed for 4 days while visiting my son. It is a small hotel with great service. Our room had 2 queen size beds. The mattresses were nice and firm. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The fridge froze our water, but that was fine. You could hear very little noise from other rooms and we had people on either side of us. There is a hair dryer and iron in the room. The room was clean from check in to check out. The pool looked clean although we did not swim in it. Breakfast is well done and has a good variety of food. The seating area is homey with a TV and newspapers. I was impressed that soy milk was available. There was are least one person attending the breakfast at all times. Food was constantly refilled. On the morning we checked they had a bagged breakfast we took with us. Nice touch. Good visit all around. Would stay there again.
We paid over $200/night for a dirty Best Western hotel room! At first glance it did not look bad, but while spending some time in the bathroom, there appeared to be "mud" caked into the floor corners. At least I am hoping it was mud. The tub was stained and the tiling job looked to be done by my 6 year old granddaughter. I usually feel I get value at a Best Western, but not this time!
Hotel is on a street that leads directly downtown to the heart of Music Row. With the Garmin, easy access to and from each venue. Breakfast was ok, Staff was very helpful with directions. Very clean. Would stay there again
The hotel and staff were very good. When we went down to breakfast it fell apart. Hunters were bringing in weapons, either shotguns or rifles in soft cases. One of the group purched his weapon on a backpack and the gun fell to the floor. Since any boy scout or veteran was taught that a weapon is never unloaded, this breakfast area looked more like an armed camp. the staff did nothing to correct this potential accident. As a hunter myself, this was a very dangerous situation. Must be corrected immediately or someone will get hurt or worse
This hotel is very reasonably priced, clean, the staff is helpful and courteous, and the breakfast was standard but well stocked. I recommend staying here. The location is good for visiting the site Nashville has to offer.
We arrived about 8 am on our drive in. We surprised the front desk with a request for early check in. They were full the night before, and said they would call when they had a room ready for us. We had booked a king suite. About 1130 I got a call from them; they had a room ready. It was clean and in good condition. I thought the King size bed seemed like a queen, but got over it. It was very easily accessible, and though it was in close proximity to the interstate, we never had any noise issues. I would stay there again!
We stay at this hotel at least twice a year when visiting our son in Nashville. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. We enjoy staying there and find it conveniently located to many attractions including the downtown area. Would recommend this hotel.
A bit on the high side for off season visit. Located right off the highway at the intersection of a major local road. Rooms were clean and comfortable other than the heat. For whatever reason, when you set it to a lower temperature, it seldomly came on in the night. Probably some stupid money saver... sleepers don't need AC. WRONG. Breakfast in the am was ok. nothing special.
This is a very nice hotel with easy access to downtown Nashville. It's not right downtown but because of easy access to downtown it's worth the 15 or 20 minute drive into downtown. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is very good. Internet in the rooms is fast and the beds were comfortable.
Visiting Nashville and were taking a special tour. Tour guide was located close by so that is why we choose this spot. Not, however, in a great area. Although called a "Plus", I didn't see the reason for the higher cost. Not worth it. Didn't eat the breakfast. May have stayed another night but they were going to be cleaning the carpets and didn't want the bother--although they said it wasn't going to trouble us....hmmmmm. We decided to take off and do other things. Glad we did.
Husband and I stayed for two nights on our way through Tennessee. VERY clean, good value and very friendly and helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping. Stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet, good wi-fi and again, very clean. Breakfast was much better than most of the free hotel breakfasts.
Easy access to interstate highway. Lots of traffic all hours of the day and night. Extremely clean hotel. Staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. A full breakfast was offered each morning. There was always an egg option plus bacon or sausage and all the other usual breakfast items that you see in the all he hotels now. Food was ok but the egg dishes did not appeal to me and I avoided them. Room was very nice. We did have a problem that our toilet backed up. We called the front desk and the maid came almost immediately. Since the water in the bowl was up to the top, you would think to plunge. However, the maid flushed it and it overflowed all over the floor. She cleaned it up but not with a mop. She used towels. It was never moped or cleaned with disinfectant. We kept our shoes on every time we were in the bathroom. We would stay here again.
Rooms (including the bathroom) were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was really appreciated since it was hot and humid. They served a nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was easy access via highway to my conference.
I was in town for my nieces graduation from TSU. Hotel was 10 min away from University. Clean and located by lots of restaurants. Pleasant staff, clean room, free breakfast ! Will book again when in Nashville
My wife, daughter and I stayed here for one night before an appointment at vanderbilt medical center. The hotel was a,pleasant surprise. I,don't normally use best western but tried this one based on other reviews. The,hotel, and, room, were, very, clean. Staff was friendly and easy access to interstate. We will definitely remember this hotel for future visits to music city.
The hotel is updated with modern decor and flat screen tvs. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The continental breakfast was wonderful! The front desk staff was very helpful; we had a small problem with our room and they were quick to offer solutions. The location is not ideal is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Reasonably clean and convenient right off the hwy. Room and amenities were satisfactory. Staff quiet and friendly. Mostly Indians. Breakfast was usual breakfast with something for everyone. However, the sausage and egg were not good. My wife said the sausage tasted like a veggie sausage puck. The egg.....well.....it was an unrecognizable rubbery something. Look Best Western. Stick with bacon and/or link sausage and scrambled eggs. Don't experiment or try to reinvent a staple. My one major pet peeve complaint about ALL hotels and motels. I would prefer hard floors......not carpet. The disgusting stuff embedded in carpets is the stuff of horror stories. Hard floors are quick and easy to clean and sanitize. A vacuum will not get the unspeakable contaminates out of carpets.
The room was clean, had an adequate breakfast, and is right off of 1-40, so easy access to the hotel. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and is next door to a Walgreen's and Kroger's. I do not recommend venturing too far into the neighborhood that is beyond the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but as long as you stay within the few blocks that contain the Restaurants, you should be ok. The intersection at the hotel is very, very, busy during rush hours, so getting back onto I-40 out of the hotel parking lot can be tricky. I would definitely stay here again.
I was in Nashville for a dance weekend and stayed at this hotel because it was located very near the dance venue. I found hotel staff courteous and helpful. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the breakfast was huge---more than I usually eat. I had stayed at this hotel once before and was pleased to note that the excellence had not diminished. I recommend this hotel highly.
Found this room last minute and we were very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of room. The breakfast was nice with a big dining area. Also, We left behind my husband's $$ electric razor, wet called and they had it, we were able to go retrieve it. ????
This hotel was a complete suprise. The hotel is not in the newest and nicest part of Nashville. However, it stood out as jewel near I-40. The staff was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to help out. The room was very large and was quiet. The breakfast was good and the eating area had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in western section of Nashville.
We came in off road heading back to Texas looking for inexpensive room for good nights sleep and a hot breakfast in AM. My folks when they traveled always chose Best Western. I was looking for Holiday Inn Express or Best Western. I saw this property from the highway and doubled back to it. It was a little difficult to get to at night. but I am glad I made the effort. The room was great nice and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. the breakfast in am was also very good many choices and presentation was great and plenty of everything constantly being restocked by staff. The only problem I had was when we came off road they had no standard rooms available. I thought because of lateness of evening they could have charged me standard rate for use of the room for one night, or recommended Best Western few more miles up the road
Our stay at this hotel was great. They had a breakfast that was very good, if you walked away from there hungry it was your own fault b/c there was something for everyone to eat. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. will definitely stay here here again if we are ever in Tennessee
Loved everything but could not sleep .my besd was so so hard and aparently they let dogs stay as well because we had a barking dog next door all night .food and staff and room was great ! I can't stay if I can't sleep .pillows nice
Stayed here for a long weekend in March 2016. Hotel is 5 miles from downtown nashville. Room was clean and comfortable, internet was good, nice selection of tv channels. I would not say that the breakfast was up to Best Western plus standards, no fresh fruit and the hot items were average. By all means stay here but consider eating breakfast elsewhere
My wife and I booked through our HOG program - excellent value and quality. Great customer service - clean well maintained rooms - great care for our Trike. Friendly people. Will certainly stay here again on our next pass through.
The location is convenient, but a little out of town with only fast food places nearby. There was also an odd smell on entering both the hallways and room. Single elevator meant occasional long waits. Price was ok for what we got.
The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was decent and the hotel is right off the freeway which makes it easy to get around town. It was a little expensive; however, I was there during the SEC basketball tournament so they probably jacked up the prices for that.
The staff at Belle Meade did a great job. They were very helpful, engaged and interactive with us throughout the stay. They went out of their way in helping with some of the logistics of parking, etc. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and had no issues with our stay.
the people there, from room to bed to breakfast was a wonderful experience. VERY clean place which is very important to my wife. Our grandson had brain surgery and we were there for that. It was convenient to the hospital, loved the fitness center, hot good breakfast, i.e. biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, plus all the continental items. food is delicious.
Nothing special for the price, did not want to pay downtown Nashville rates. Room was clean but we did see bugs in bathroom couple times so pest control treatment would be useful! That's the reason for the average rating.
First time at the BW property- kind of pricey and VERY close to the highway- the entrance almost was in the road- made for busy car noise during the night- requesting a "back of the hotel" room would be wise. Great staff interaction- great room- great bed
Nice hotel for a short stay room wasn't dirty but also not the cleanest. Lobby is tacky breakfast wasn't the best. Nice staff good price. Bathroom In room was somewhat dirty and dated. Convenient location off I 40 10 minutes to downtown.
I enjoyed two great nights at this hotel, especially for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed and great bathroom/shower area. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to have a second car parked in the parking lot.
Comfortable except for size of pillows on bed. Breakfast the normal for BW. I wish all of the BW's were the same with their rooms. One never knows what they are going to get when booking online while traveling.
I got a clean room with a comfortable bed at a reasonable price. The staff I had interaction with were polite and clean. I was only at the hotel long enough to sleep but I did notice the fitness center as I walked by and it seemed to be in good order. I did not hear any outside noise during the night and the breakfast was better than many free hotel breakfasts I have had in the past. Overall it gave me what I expect from a hotel stay and I would stay at this hotel again.
Enjoyed four nights here. This is a well run hotel from the very helpful and efficient desk staff through to the most attentive girl I have seen overseeing breakfast to make sure nothing ran out. My only gripe is that when decent food is being provided it deserves more than to be eaten with poor quality plastic utensils that bend before they cut.If for some reason they don't want to run to proper knives and forks better quality plastic would suffice.A small point but when everything else of a good standard it is annoying.
The hotel was lovely - friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooms. The location wasn't stellar - but easy on and off highway (a little tricky exiting the hotel - can't make a left where you would want to).
My husband and I stayed here on a recent business trip to Nashville. The location was perfect. The king size bed was quite comfortable. in fact I would like to have the exact same bed at home. we stayed on the 4th floor facing Walgreens in room 412. it was a handicapped room allowing for wheelchair access the bathroom was huge. Everything was great the room had been updated nicely with modern furniture new paint new carpet and the decor was nice. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We had many choices available to us. They had eggs sausage biscuits and gravy waffles muffins yogurt fresh fruit bagels or toast and many things to drink such as juice milk and coffee. The front desk personnel were beyond accommodating and friendly they were helpful with directions and recommendations for shopping in the area. My husband is a light sleeper and the noise level in the hotel was surprisingly quiet for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good night sleep and a hearty breakfast.
Room was clean, bathroom dated. We were doing a road trip and stayed at a lot of hotels, it was so bad it was off the scale. Breakfast was awful, no amenities but the worse thing about our stay was the staff, especially the manager. Would not use this hotel if it was the last hotel room in the USA.
Great hotel on 15 minutes from downtown. The rooms and grounds were exceptionally clean. The staff was professional and courteous. The beds were very comfortable and slept great. Even though this hotel is right next to the interstate road noise was unnoticeable. We already said this will be our go to hotel when in Nashville.
Breakfast could have been better, coffee bad, no other amenities. It seemed that we were the only people in the hotel. Rooms were over priced, maybe that is why there were no other guests. Location was good for us near family.
The hotel was clean, it had renovations going on. In case you want dinner or lunch you will have to order it from outside, they don't have a Kitchen. The break fast was the same (for the three days I stayed). The staff was good...overall it was not too bad but the absence of an in-house dining was a real put off.
We chose this hotel because we have stayed at a previous Best Western Plus in Knoxville and were pleased with the room and staff and this one was near the wedding we were attending. Even though it is undergoing renovation on the exterior, the hotel was clean and staff was customer friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and even though it was right off the interstate, we didn't hear the traffic. Would stay there again.
Very clean hotel. Staff was great, breakfast was amazing. did not use pool as it is outdoor and closed for winter. room was very clean, large room, very nice . was concerned being by highway but very quiet . Lots of food options nearby
The room was nice and clean. Room service came every day to tidy up the room. The staff was all friendly. The breakfast was mediocre. The price of the hotel is very reasonable and that's why we chose to stay here.
Althought this hotel was in the middle of renovations when we stayed there, my husband and I found it to be very comfortable. The room was clean, and the bed was great. A refrigerator and free wifi connection came with the room, which is not always the case in this grade of hotel. Staff members were also friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the breakfast needs to be of slightly higher quality. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't actually good, either. If you are visiting in West Nashville, this Best Western is a good hotel choice.
Stayed here with my family and were not disappointed. The room was clean, comfortable beds and the staff was pleasant. Hotel is priced very good compared to some in Nashville. We didn't eat the breakfast, but a free breakfast is offered. I would stay here again without hesitation.
Staff was couteous. Facility was clean. Nice hot breakfast. ADA room could benefit from transfer chair. ADA room located on the main floor with easy access. Convenient to West Nashville. Reasonably convenient to restaurants.
One of our party broke her arm at a museum and we needed two rooms for eight days, The Manager Ben helped us by moving his booking around to get us two room close to each other and the his staff helped to make our stay enjoyable. the Hotel is very clean and the staff work hard to keep it that way, we will be back to finish our holiday and we will be staying at this Hotel
This hotel was an extremely clean and convenient spot to spend the night during our recent trip to Nashville. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. We did not eat the breakfast, but it looked very nice. We will return to this hotel again.
The hotel rooms have been newly renovated. Ours was very clean, the hotel was very quiet, but we were there in October, hence no kids. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, seem familiar with the area. The breakfast is just average, the eating area is also very clean.
The beds were uncomfortable, the room was not very clean (hairs in the bathtub are an example), the hallway smelled of urine, the breakfast was nearly inedible and the price was way too high for what they provide. We went out for breakfast the second morning as the food provided by the hotel was not good. The staff would stand around in front of the breakfast area, blocking it so guests could not get to the food - maybe that was intentional, given the poor quality.
Nice property, very clean would stay here again. The property is undergoing some renovations at this time. Everyone was very friendly. Traveling around was very easy on/off the interstates. We spent the majority of our time in downtown Nashville , this was a ten-fifteen minute easy drive.
Stayed here, just out of Town as much cheaper option. Although located near busy road network, were not troubled by traffic noise at all. Rooms were modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Check in & out were very quick and easy, no complaints at all.
This hotel was nice for the money, They are doing some remodeling and we even got to view what the rooms will look like. Love it! Breakfast was good also. However, the traffic getting out of the hotel is terrible. Seemed we always needed to go left which was impossible. So you had to turn right and hope someone would let you over to go around the block. Always busy around there.
Good location near the city. Has an appointment as St. Thomas hospital and it was a great location for that. The breakfast was fine and beds were comfy. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
Although hotel is undergoing renovations, you would never know it. Very clean, large room, bed comfortable, free breakfast very good, lots of choices, well maintained. A lot of restaurants around. Easy access to hwy to go downtown. Well worth it!
Pros: Bathrooms and rooms are pretty nice. Big breakfast area. Helpful and courteous staff/front desk. Under construction We're here for an SEC Football game and it's Vandy's homecoming. There weren't any cheap hotels so I'm considering this at $125/night with a $10 taxi ride away from the city is pretty good for the atmosphere. Cons: Stains on the couch Continental breakfast isn't the most appetizing. Not sound proof. (We are across the hall and one room up from the vending/ice/elevator area. We can hear everything like it's in our room. Luckily we have pretty quiet guests also staying here.)
Very nice hotel. Internet was very fast, room was clean and comfortable and quiet considering that the hotel was completely booked, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager gave us very good directions to access downtown without going on the interstate. His directions were spot on!
Stayed here on a Saturday night to take our high school student to a college fair. There must have been something going on in the area, because most hotels were sold out 2 weeks ahead of time. Ended up paying an outrageous amount for this one. This was one of the most low end Best Western's that I have stayed with. Breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday...leaves you the impression that they are trying to cut costs. Upkeep on the hotel was not great.
Very clean and easy to find off highway. Close to downtown (about 20 minutes on route 70). Was able to watch the Cleveland Game on the TV while there. Hotel was making some upgrades to the outside exterior. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Lobby was very clean and staff was helpful.
I stayed in Nashville for an out-of-town apointment. I booked through a booking agency, and upon arrival learned that the hotel I had originally booked was full. They informed me via email a room had been reserved here for me. I was very happy with this hotel versus the one I had originally booked after reading reviews. The hotel was super nice. I lucked up and got the handicap room as it was the only room left. It had a jacuzzi tub in there and an over-sized bathroom. Big screen TV along with a refrigerator and sitting area that had a couch along size the king size bed. The price was very good compared to surrounding hotels. For $20 more, this hotel was the more luxurious choice between it and my original selection. It was clean, provided a hot breakfast, and close to restaurants and a mall. I explored my area and found a great local stop to eat and grab a beverage at M.L. Rose off of Charlotte Pike. I highly recommend this hotel to out of towners.
Very clean and a good value for Nashville. Convenient to visit our daughter at Vanderbilt - a ten minute drive to campus, with a couple of good routes to choose from. Half the price or less of the hotels near campus on West End for the weekend we visited. We will stay here again.
Near highway exit. Many stores and inexpensive restaurants and fast food nearby. Good value. Good breakfast. Clean. Friendly. Older neighborhood, but seems safe. New bathroom renovation and big screen TV. Jay was very nice and quickly fixed our TV remote.
This hotel provides clean guest rooms and adequate free breakfast and degrades the experience by the odor present when you enter the facility that permeates into the guest room. Had an asthma attack, followed by a trip to my physician.
This hotel has a very good breakfast in the morning and they stock it well. The hotel staff is friendly. The beds are extremely hard and it is difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hotel needs to step up their customer service if there is a problem. On this stay the HVAC system was not working because if was covered with plastic on the outside due to a contract for painting outside. The hotel manager should have spotted this and corrected it or should not have rented out the room. They did finally correct the problem and made it right with the customer but I had to teach them a lesson in customer care.
This was the cleanest most pleasant Best Western I have ever stayed in. Everything was super clean including bldg. exterior and parking lot. Ownership and staff are very proud of their hotel. Its also a completely non smoking hotel.
We stayed at the BW Belle Meade for one night. It is located close to the highway and easy to find. Many restaurants are nearby and is a short drive to the Belle Meade Plantation, which we wanted to visit. The hotel has been recently updated and very clean. The breakfast was less than average.
Hotel is very nice, easy to locate just off interstate. There is a little bit of traffic noise from interstate on back side of hotel. but front side quite. Parking limited durning exterior renovations, and a little noise while workers present! Breakfast in ok nothing more than normal free hotel fare. Walgreens next door, restaurants just down street. Direct route to downtown on major main street just a few yards away, so you can avoid interstate tie ups.
