Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. No exaggeration. Things that went wrong include: Bedroom lights were not working (but bedside lamp worked) Heat did not work. Chemical cleaning smell so strong I had to keep the door open for an hour. Bathroom light did not work (and there were no windows so I had to shower using a flashlight). Bed smelled so strongly of urine I almost left but it was 1 a.m. and didn't have anywhere to go. I went to the front desk to get a new room and no one was there. Mandated lunch break, I'm sure, and because it was late there was no one to cover. The next morning I went to the front desk and they said they'd tell management and, yeah, they must have been on lunch. I wrote to corporate to try to get my points I used back. No response.

The hotel room is clean the breakfast is good and my stay was pretty quiet I would be going back the staff are very polite I actually got some sleep here lol The maintenance man he sometimes don't show up to fix whatever needs to be fixed but everything else is cool

No idea because I stayed this time for two weeks and three days as every single day was GREAAATTT! Couldn't have been better( unless the jacuzzi worked) that's only thing that would have made it better!

Rooms need a serious over haul. Was filthy, dark and smelt of mold and were musty. First floor room was atrocious moved to third smelt a little better but could only stay one night instead of planned three nights. Very sad for a Best Western.

Was very dirty, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable we had to buy pillows at Walmart...and the couch had very questionable stains. The lights didn't all function in the room and the phone didn't work. This room was so expensive as we paid for a suite. It did not look anything like the pictures. The only good thing was the pleasantness of the staff and the breakfast. Breakfast was delicious.

The service was excellent and the rooms were immaculate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The Continental Breakfast was unbelievable. My kids loved it. The Swimming pool was to die for. I get this hotel a 100 out of 100

Loud parties 30 plus people in room next to us homeless in the breakfast area and bathing in front fountain . Front desk lied about calling police . People asking to take over our room to continue their party . Hot tub area filled with beer bottles loud music . Staff sent someone to watch them not ask them to clear away .Mgt never called back

A/C didn't work - 83° all night Hotel staff wouldn't move us to a room with a working A/C. I spent 20,000 points for that! And now they want me to write another 100 characters to fill up the review space

We stayed here 5 years ago, property needs a good steam cleaning outdoors, stained outdoor walkways, no trash cans outside. Breakfast Very good promptly Shuts down at 9am, Rooms clean comfortable. I noticed at night we saw cars parked in rear lot occupied, looked like they were sleeping in them. Didn't see any security at night, but property has multiple cameras on site. It's not the Best for Best Western but average.

The service was amazing and it was very peaceful we would definitely stay again. The beds we're comfortable the rooms very clean. The staff was very attentive. The pool and jacuzzi were both very clean.

Best service. Best rooms for price paid. Staff is nice. Room was clean. Close to fast food restaurants so close you can walk there. I've stayed here 3 nights on separate occasions and each time was pleasant.

Overall nice place, the shower pressure was a little low, and the coffee wasn't the best. But it was a complementary breakfast so Im not gonna complain. I also felt the blankets were a little thin, but im skinny and get cold easy. Plus the person I was with wanted the air on so that is probably just a me problem.

AC had been left on at coldest setting by someone else before we checked in. It had frozen into a solid block of ice hanging on the wall. We could not get any heat into the room. If it was not so late (around midnight) when we got into the room and didn't have spare blankets in the car, we would have been out of there in a heartbeat.

Clean, accommodating, comfortable. Helped with extending my stay. Room was spacious. Shower was nice. Had a nice view from balcony ……. Security went thru parking lot ….staff was friendly and nice. No complaints

I like this particular Best Western it's only 30 min from home. I love the fountain and the gazebo. The staff are really nice and helpful. It's pleasing to be greeted with a smile. I also like the gift bag with snacks.

Room had dead roach smeared on wall. AC made noise when turned on. Room looked old and worn. The only decent thing was the breakfast. Evening staff was not professional. Most best westerns are great but not this one.

Checked in, while on my way to my room, the manager stopped me I was walking yo the elevators and said the room I'm checked into, had issues and had to change my room. He went back to the front desk to get my new key then came back with a new room number. BOY!!!! The room was nerved cleaned and there was trash!!! Odor of the room smelled moldy and old. I ALSO felt like the bed was dirty so I used my clothes to cover their pillow and bed….. NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL NAME AS LONG AS I LIVE … STAY AWAY!!!

When we were assigned a room - we walked in and there was an overpowering musty and moldy smell - very dingy and dirty looking. The bathroom floor was so gross. We found standing water on the floor on over half the room from the AC unit- I was given towels to clean it up and was told maintenance would stop by - we had to get dressed for our event and could not wait around for the mess to be fixed so we asked for another room - they gave us a different room - however it was smelly and dingy as well. We had to find housekeeping because we did not have a shower curtain or toilet paper. We had to constantly air the room out because of the smell. I was charged an extra $229.48 - WHY? My emailed receipt reads $535.92 but my credit card was charged $765.40. I am requesting a refund. We will not be staying or recommending this hotel to anyone. I am a member of Best Westerns and have stayed at a few in the past few years. I was excited to stay there because I know there was a big remodel of all the locations - this one was very disappointing. Nothing has been updated or remodeled. I am hesitant to stay at another Best Western now.

Best Western is Royal the stay just had lights go out and start flickering at night i still had a good night of sleep. I was satisfied with the royal building and room there must of just been an outage in the area due to some difficulties

i was hoping it would reflect what the cost is on online searches, but it is a little more if you are not a bw member, however it is easy to joing membership, and despite the area, there are a lot of amenities at hotel as well as nearby.

Manager has a ridiculous, customer-dissatisfaction policy of charging $15 per hour for early check-in, even though the room is ready and unoccupied. My room was not cleaned during my entire 3-day stay, even though I requested it. Exterior door to enter the room stuck tight and was very difficult to open. Bathroom fixtures did not work well. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Room 135 with handicap shower easy to get in and out of. Bed was rather hard. Otherwise a great place! The breakfast was typical hotel, bacon could be more crispy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

I told them one of the beds was broken they never fixed it. Air conditioner leaked, got moved when I found roaches. Freeway side is super noisy. Staff was rude when I was leaving. Housekeeping came twice in 2 weeks after I asked 4 times over 2 days. Wouldn't go again.

The room and TV remote were dirty. The neighboring rooms were noisy with music into the night despite complaining to reception. There was no shampoo in the room. There was no creamer or milk for the coffee in the room. My wife got bites from bed bugs. The bacon and eggs for breakfast was about the lowest quality one could possibly imagine. The bed was hard.

My room was dirty , my ac unit leaked water all over the floor, and the ice machine was broke,and nothing was plugged in in my room, the staff where friendly and the location was great close to everything , but for my room I was not happy

This was by far the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in. Was in town for a funeral - and this was convenient. When I first arrived at 2 pm, there were 2 verbal altercations occurring in the lobby. Neither the desk clerk (Jorge) nor the acting "manager" "AJAY" took any steps to diffuse the situation - in fact, they added to the problem by refusing even to serve the customer. I came back at 3 pm and was checked into room 215. (I had requested a king-bedded - non-smoking room.) It smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke despite being listed as a non-smoking room. I asked to be moved and was moved to 218. Here the AC kept shutting off and having an error message. I called the desk - Brittany came up and tried to help. No luck - she said maintenance would come. We left for dinner, when we came back the AC was still broken. Maintenance said the compressor was broken. I was moved to 219 (2 beds not 1). The room reeked of marijuana. The manager then informed me that I was the problem and proceeded to ignore me for close to 20 minutes. Initially, he informed me that they had no more rooms. I asked that he call around to another hotel and find me a room at their expense since they were unable to honor my reservation. Magically, he suddenly had 6 rooms available. The maintenance man, Reuben took us to see the other rooms and see if any were smoke-free with working AC. Eventually - I was moved to room 315 - wrong bed configuration - but working AC. The room was kind of dirty but functional. Spider webs everywhere, bed skirt filthy, dust bunnies galore. In addition, out of two ice machines on-premises, only one was "working" but with that many people using it - it was empty. Garbage sat in the hallway from 3 pm until almost 8 pm. Lots of problems with this place. No apology from management for all the hassle - just a lot of attitude. I would suggest staying ANYWHERE else.

From the beginning to the end!! Just gross. The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The check in was horrible, I will not stay here again. I'm a Diamond member expected more. Change needed

this place gets an F in cleanliness and sanitation. The first room we were given stunked , air conditioner was loose on the wall between the bedroom and the sitting room ( we were in a suite) toilet was not bolted to the ground, there was a puddle of water in the middle of the floor from the air conditioning dripping? bedsheets did not appear to have been changed from the last guest cause someone's drawings were still on it. Requested for housekeeping to change the sheets, apparently they did not inform her that the room was occupied so she proceeded to take our cooler out of the room. They never checked the sliding door that lead to the patio and it was unlocked, considering this is a ground floor suite, it made me feel very unsafe that it was not locked. Tried to take a nap in the afternoon but the people on the second floor had a heavy foot and made it impossible to sleep due to the thud thudding of their feet! Finally had had enough and requested another room. The lady @ the front desk was very nice and gracious and apologized for the inconvenience. we were given two keys to inspect two rooms and for us to decide which one we wanted. Of course , we picked the cleaner of the two. But then later on my grandson found tobacco spits on the wall by his side of the bed that had dried out. Went to the store to get some sanitizing wipes and spray!

Clean, decently priced, friendly staff and plenty of parking and the room was nice. The second tv didn't have a signal but the one was plenty in the other room. We had a king suite with balcony. Jose was great and supplied extra towels and pillows as requested and the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast lady was so sweet and always had everything stocked up. We will definitely be staying here again plus it's centrally located. Perfect date weekend getaway

The ac unit was broken, one of the beds did not have pillows, no sheets or blankets for sofa bed. The receptionist stated she couldn't do anything about it, that I needed to speak to supervisor the next day. The next day the supervisor was not even there.

Floors were dirty, hair in tub and room had an odor. The breakfast was the typical fake eggs and sausage, glue like hash browns. Basically what you would expect from a place like this. Check in process wasn't bad but $150 deposit was ridiculous.

This hotel was disgusting. One bed had drops of blood and the drinking cups had tobacco in them. I would NEVER stay here again. The manager was unprofessional and rude. No refund was given. Very disappointed

I stayed in this hotel the other day with my Mom. Parking - spacious, clean Price - average Breakfast - not much selection, but was ok Pool - available Room - spacious, clean Toiletries - booked for 3 nights, only got 1 small bottle of shampoo upon check in. Restaurants - had a lot near the area, walking distance that is. - near the freeway too Our fridge was not working, took a few calls to the front desk to have it checked, turned out it was not working so the maintenance person had to switch to a working one. Got a room that had a balcony to the front (facing the road) which was great. Our stay was average, was ok.

Manager chased us down complaining we took too much of the FREE breakfast and that we were taking it to our room to eat instead of their dining room. We only took 1 of each item they were serving. The neighboring room sounded like they were rioting til 4am with staff doing nothing. $200+ a night and no refund.

This is an excellent place to stay. It was immaculate, and the staff made us feel at ease. It is within a few minutes' drive from Morongo Casino, and Palm Springs is only around the corner. I always had a good time at the Best Western Moreno.  This is where I stay while I'm in town. They know my name, and I look forward to seeing the employees every time I visit them.

The front desk was quite helpful, would say Exceptional service of house keeping and Front desk. Rooms here are big and spacious Like Texas style. Very comfortable bed. The Pool was the best part, kids had a blast. Location is perfect, tons of restaurant options at walking distance. Loved this place and will stay here next time when I get to go there.

We sought somewhere to stay that was near to the Irvine area, and this was perfect. All the staff were kind and competent. It was a nice break before heading into the densely populated areas. Clean, courteous, and comfy location nestled away from the freeway. My Favorite Local Hangout It's in a good location, and there are plenty of places to dine around it. The hotel is clean and well-kept, and the staff is courteous.

We needed a quick place to stay, and this property was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Excellent service The front desk was quite helpful. The rooms were spacious enough to walk about easily, the staff was friendly, and the pricing was affordable. All of my future stays will be booked at Best Western.

Has the feeling of being in a 1950s bad movie. It was dark and small. although the room was clean it felt dumpy. it was poorly lit and well aged. I've often used Best Western as for one night stays while on the road and feel this location is far below there reason to take pride.

We stayed here two nights separated by a few days. First: the rooms were very clean--the housekeeping staff are to be commended. However, the grounds were filthy, as were the lobby doors and the front desk windows. And this property is falling apart. In the first room, the bathroom door was falling off, big chunks were torn out of the floor, and so much more. The second room was slightly better maintained BUT it reeked of cigarette smoke, even though we were in a non-smoking wing. (NOTE: the owners do not make it clear, but this is *not* a non-smoking property.) And the walls are so thin that we could clearly hear the neighbors as they had their evening romp in the bed. And the loud rap-playing cars that cruised the parking lot kept us awake until 3 AM. Neither room had adequate furniture and the upholstered chairs were stained. The second room did not even have a luggage stand--I guess they figured we would just put our suitcase on the floor. Worse, though, is that they insist that you give them your photo id and **they photocopy **it! Talk about identity theft... I am fullly happy to give any motel/hotel my photo id for them to confirm I am me, but photocopying it is beyond the pale. We will not return and will warn everyone we know to stay away. I am shocked that this motel is allowed to affiliate with the Best Western brand.

We stayed on February 14 2022, it was absolutely awful! There was someone else's hair on the shower walls, shower curtain, toilet, and bath towels, there were low lifes and trashy people walking around the hotel lobby and parking lot arguing and fighting and smoking marijuana, and they cant seem to release the $100 deposit on my CC it been a week i will never stay at this dump again!

The rooms were big enough to move around comfortably, staff very friendly, price is good. Best western is were all book all my future stays. The pool was clean not to crowded my kids enjoyed our stay there

I don't usually get hotels because I never had the money to do so at a younger age and they were always dysfunctional in several ways. However, I needed a place to stay for the night because I was far from my place of living and had no vehicle. So, I searched hotels near me and found a Best Western up the street. Already, I loved the exterior view it had and when I seen the price, it was already better than most. Still pretty expensive but it was kinda worth its price. When I ordered the room, I made my way to the location and checked in with no problems at all. When I got into my room, I was not disappointed in any way possible. I washed up, went to bed, and next morning, I checked out. The breakfast service was offered but I had slept in. When I got back to the lobby, it took not even a minute to get everything done. On top of all that, there was this really beautiful receptionist that was helping me out so it made my leave a bit more enjoyable. Would definitely come back here again in the future.

This place was deplorable. My room was tidied but not cleaned. Stale odor. Dirty mirror had smudges throughout. Elevator was trashed and smelled like weed. Avoided elevator afterwards and took the stairs. That was trashed, too, and worst part was seeing a bloodied tampon on the stairs. That was the final straw. Couldn't leave that place soon enough. Went there because I got a great rate but forgot the old adage, You get what you pay for. I actually overpaid for this pigsty.

Hotel is in a readily accessible area with several fast food chains and convience stores and pharmacies. A few loitering people made me feel unsafe. Qater pressure was poor and room needed attention on arrival but we opted to wipe it down ourselves. Sheets had a brown/red stain on them and screen door to our balcony was broken. lol

The room was not very clean when we first entered. But it wasn't terrible … we were beat from a long day of travel so showered , even though the water barely got hot and the towels were like sand paper. The next morning we were rushing to check out to attend a funeral and as I was Cleaning the room of our things , I noticed What I thought was a wrapper or bag on the TV stand in the “living room” area. I almost Grabbed it to throw it in the garbage but quickly noticed that this was a used condom (full of human fluids) that was stuck to the entertainment center. At that point it became very clear to me that the room was never cleaned prior to our arrival. We immediately brought this up with the front desk and the young guy working there , would not make eye contact and barely spoke to us even though we were obviously upset. He finally said he'd have a manager call us back … this never happened. We called the front desk back after the funeral and explained the situation to the girl who answered. She told us that no manager was there. And then said this - “I am Going to be honest with you, you're not going to get a call from anyone. If you want to talk to someone you have to come back and wait”. This was unacceptable. We were in town for a funeral and we're headed back to LA to catch a flight and did not have time to go back to the hotel. This should have been handled immediately considering the circumstances. Aside from this disgusting used condom and the terrible shower, several of the light bulbs were burnt out and the bed was broken. Also the only reason we picked this hotel was to use the hot tub. We called ahead to make sure it was open / working and we're told yes. When we arrived I went And felt it and the water was ice cold.

When I made the reservation I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived my two rooms in where not next to each other. The sink was clogged the ac didn't work and the phone wasn't functioning. Overall it wasn't a pleasant visit. I wouldn't go back.

Dusty, Smelly, non-working appliances and dishonest front desk people. They could not provide the correct corporate number. gave me 800 number that tried to sell me 10 different things. Do not Stay BW

I understand we're still in a pandemic but as someone who worked in hospitality for 10 yrs in multiple departments, and stayed at a number of BWs over the yrs, this was by far my worst stay. I was actually shocked at what I encountered: drawers in the dresser that wouldn't close no desk lamp no stocked extra towels no cover on the bed—just the fitted and flat sheet (thankfully there was a blanket in the closet) dirty exterior parking lot and hallways littered with trash and cigarettes butts (I understand hotel staff can't police guests but when you pass the same dirty towel and socks out by the parking spaces all three days of your visit, clearly the cleaning isn't getting done) dirty floor (my feet were black from walking barefoot in my hotel room (for comparison, I went and stayed at an AirBnB in Long Beach right by the beach and my feet didn't get that dirty) hair in the shower

1st, rooms are NOT clean. I understand that COVID changed standards but the hotel takes it to the extreme in a bad way. After not getting the room cleaned the first day, I was fine, but the second one it happens I talked to the front desk. Then I talked to the owner, she didn't care, she asked me what I wanted. I said that a proper best western service, she said that she can't give housekeeping even every other day because of the lack of workers. She had somebody clean up the room that day. They had to change my room because the phone is not working. The phone cord was unplugged, I found out that it was because the phone outlet was burned!!! I needed to use the phone because on the first room I could listen to anything that happen on the room next door and that is fine until you need to sleep. Loud music past midnight is not acceptable. I tried calling the front desk, but since that was not happening with the room phone I called on my cell phone. On the next day when I complained about that, the Manager/Owner had the nerve to say that I should be ok by only using my phone if I needed to call the front desk and I said that even that I can do that, calling the front desk is a common ammenity from any hotel and their solution should not depend on my service. So they switch rooms. On the next room, same issue with the noise and the cleanness of the room. I found one earring on the floor in the middle of the room which shows that a broom or a mop have not being use in a good sense. I picked it up on my last day and left it on the bathroom tray. Nobody clean that room very good. I found a piece of a bandaid and the cover of a razor head in the bathtub. That was clean on one of the visits of the maid when I went again to the front desk to complain about not having the room clean. About the noise, same issues, I could listen to even the TV on the room next door which didn't seem to be too loud but it was noticeable from my room. Also, it seems that the room above was having a tap dance contest. Nothing that some earplugs won't make the difference but I don't think I should wear them in a hotel. I had 4 days without the housekeeping. I asked for that service and this time I got an attitude by the owner at the end she offered me a discount for my next stay and when I said I won't put myself again through this awful experience she said she was happy I was not returning again. Stay away from BW Moreno Valley, they don't care for cleanness or customer experience.

Horrible experience. Dirty rooms dirty floor to walk on and sheets smell bad and don't look white. Very dirty and scary experience for all my family. We booked 4 rooms and only 1 was moderate descent. The rest smelled awful and fuerte floors smells bad

Truly horrible and unsanitary. I wish they would take this hotel off the apps so less people are deceived into staying here. It was dirty, smelly, no maid service, drugs paraphernalia everywhere! Not the only ones with this experience, what's worse the manager/ owner won't get in contact with me. How can they be advertising covid sanitation standards when they are not even meeting basic sanitary standards of clean bedding?!

Drugs paraphernalia found on ground and in bedding, unsanitary and dirty from lack of cleaning, your feet/ socks will turn grey from how disgusting the floor is, unapologetic owner/manager, I was told to talk to him in the morning and then ignored me and left me on hold for 20 min before I hung up.

We paid extra for a nonsmokers room and the room had a ver strong odor of cigarette and weed. The floors were also sticky and dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door. We took a picture to show the front desk and to request another room. A old bald security guard tried to say we made the hole in the wall. He had some nerve and had major attitude. If it wasn't for my husband who showed him the time we took the picture which was minutes after we got there, they would have probably tried to charge us for the hole. They tried giving is another room but the next room also had a strong odor of cigarettes. And there was alot of flies in the room. Our blankets were dirty. I refused to use those blankets when I went to sleep. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in.

The police are there daily and not nearly enough! Understaffed. Feel very sorry for the staff that have to work under these conditions. People come and go all night long who are not staying at the hotel. Do not bring children to this location. Have stayed at many Best Western Hotels around the country and been very satisfied. This location should be not part of their franchises.

Rates or to to high they over charge you they do things they shouldn't they don't clean the rooms right or don't use any type of cleaning products or never did they have any of the room sanitized they would lie about the type of payments made on your account..they owe me money was homeless had nowhere else to go..they hady car towed from the hotel..

Sink was clogged with throw up. If sink was cleaned and water turned on by housekeeping it would've been noticed. Which means the sink wasn't cleaned. The back sliding door had no screen and it wouldn't lock. There's a dispensary next door and undesirables hang out in hotel's parking lot. Did not feel safe.

I could not recommend this hotel. I left my wife and mother-in-law there to spend Mother's Day together while I had some work to take care of. First of all they told us we could check in early when we got to the hotel they said it will be $30 extra. I explained that I had called the day before and they said nothing about that so we decided to go eat lunch and wait till the check in time. About two hours after they had checked in my wife is getting out of the shower and there is a complete stranger standing in the living room area. He said what are you doing in my room just she said this is my room what are you doing in my room. Luckily nothing happened he went back down to the front desk. An hour later another individual opens the door with a key with the front desk had given them and again they explain why are you in my room and they said you were in my room Again this ended without incident. So around 1030 at night the door opens but luckily the top bolt was on but the door was cracked and someone starts yelling at them get out of my room get out of my room and they panicked and they called the police. Police showed up and the situation was made even worse because not only did the phone not work but the TV didn't work either. So with the police in the lobby and then talking to the front desk on their cell phone they were promised that no one else would be given a key to the room but I don't understand how it happened once let alone three times. And there's no accountability this hotel there's never a manager to speak to and checkouts at 11 but good luck talking to anyone because no one's there till 12 to talk. One of the worst experiences ever at a hotel can't believe the police have to be called for them to stop giving my room key out.

The breakfast was good but when I first got there she gave me room 214 and the toilet was flooded and then she gave me room 226 and the sink handle was off and later that day the screen feel on me and my baby I told the girl and all she said was will you should of come to tell me so could of put it back on but that's all and there was loud music and running upstairs I had to call to complain so No it was not a good experience sorry

This BW location is good because its right off the I-60 freeway with several fast food, shopping and pharmacy close by. The rooms were decent but the room I was in had a couple hic-cups. First the towel holder fell off when I grabbed the towel to dry my hands. Then the shower took a long time to warm up in the morning, so the next day I decided to shower the night before. Nice balcony and very roomy. Air conditioner was a little loud though, with the fan blowing right on me while I was laying in bed. Overall, this BW wasn't the best that I have stayed, but because of the location and easy access, I would still recommend this property.

I would not stay there again. To be honest I would rather not say exactly what happen but at this point I have no interest in staying at this place. The mattress was old and springs popping is another issue I had was one of many. You are also required to pay a $100 deposit on top of your hotel cost. You do get the money back, but on my credit card it could take up to 5-7 days.

The room was okay, it just need to be updated to get more for your buck. The tub was a little dirty and be careful or you slip. The view to see the mountains was beautiful was the only thing I like and you close to stores if you need anything.

Overall it was a good and affordable. The street dead ends into the hotel, so it is quiet. Staff was friendly. Lots of food options around as well. I found the water pressure in the shower was a bit low but it worked good enough.

Property is beautiful but riddled with bad elements. Drug use in parking lot as well as hotel is rampant. Groups of hoodlums gathered all hours of the night blaring radios, screaming & carrying on. Cars screeched around the parking lot nearly hitting me while walking towards the building. Sheriff was seen in lobby multiple times looking for suspects. Multiple incoherent unmasked guests wandering around the corridors & elevators We had NO heat our first night in the hotel. The room was FREEZING. Woman at front desk was nonplussed & did NOTHING to help us. DON'T STAY HERE!

this is the 3rd bad review I've ever written and I'm a professional writer with over 200 google and trip advisor reviews. (if u can't say anything good.....) So a company/vendor REALL has to work at it for me to write this. I wish i could give the hotel zero stars ...recently i booked the hotel and as a diamond elite member of BW hotels - I've come to know what level of comfort and CS to expect; or I did - until i got here. I'm temporarily disabled and have alot of medical equipment to unpack once i get to my room. No worries. i just expected the heater to work when i got there - like the maitence people would have checked that out bwefore i was allowed to be checked in . Wrong. So after fumbling with the heater remote i didn't think it worked (heater or the remote maybe both?) so i called the front desk who prompty sent up a maintenance person who assured me after palying with the heater remote we'd be good..'takes 5 minutes: to come on " (i should have been skeptical- but BW is a good chain) so i unpack quickly go to get dinner 2 hrs later i come back and ice-cold room ..i called the front desk and they did send up blankets and a space heater. and that was ok but because they ignored my 1st request instead of sending me to another room then now all the rooms were filled and i was unpacked with all my medical equipment strewn all over (there aren't enough electrical sockets) . So, If they didn't know the heater didn't work they should have. I also couldn't cancel my next day at that hotel or i would lose my points So I was stuck..and they were indifferent (overworked underpaid I guess). After I post this, the management will respond with how they are disappointed that i was disappointed and they'll cry crocodile tears. But they aren't. Bottom line DONT stay here - go hang out with the homeless people up the street.. Yea that's another story for soemone else to write, I've said eneogh!

Travelled during a COVD uptick so restrictions were in place. The place is a bit old but clean and appears to be well maintained. They have a pool and a hot tub, with plenty of covering for the desert heat.. all the rooms face a courtyard so no views of the highway. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was excellent considering it was a COVID bag. Microwaveable egg sandwich, pre packed muffin, fruit cup and water. Coffee was self serve. Don't get me wrong this is not the Ritz, but it is an affordable hotel, with nice service. I will be returning.

The room was clean. Mattress was black with filth and uncomfortable but the room was clean. Has microwave and fridge. Cable tv which was spotty. Breakfast bags. Pool. But loud music by other residents. There were NO critters or bedbugs. I am pleased by that fact.

Horrible nights stay. From the start - the front desk gal has no personality and was not very friendly. Got to our room to discover it was a handicap room. Not sure how my 6'1 son was going to take a shower in the morning as it was a handheld shower wand. Floors were extremely filthy. I would put my shoes on to walk from my bed to the bathroom. And then there's the noise. It was a Monday evening and the kids running up and down to and from the pool. The bumping base from the cars outside of our room was obnoxious. If I didn't have my son with, I would have felt extremely unsafe. I would recommend driving further to find a better hotel. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all!

Customer service is at their best. Very friendly. Rooms very clean. The suite very spacious and the bedroom is separated from the living room. Very clean. kids love swimming in the pool. If you need maintenance they are at your service

This property does not take the state wide mask requirement seriously their employees are often seen without masks on including the security guards and the chefs. Have yet to see anybody in any of the areas of the hotel with any kind of disinfectant to wipe down the counters in between food orders or checkens. There's no manager on site at times so everything is locked away and the employees cannot access the masks when they arrived for work. This property should be telling eat guestt as they enter That there is a requirement by state to have a mask on at all times for they can be asked to leave the property. There's also an issue of security the back of this building faces costco. All day long there are people coming and going behind the building and in some cases they seemed to have access to the hotel and they prop open the door. I believe some homeless people live in the parking lot at times by the trash bin and seem to be the ones who somehow get access to the back of the hotel. The staff is very nice the Room was fine most the property is clean but at a very difficult time for a business to operate under stressful times this property is not coming to the plate and giving the exceptional experience that they should be doing at this time and I would suggest you bring your own cleaning solutions and masks and operate with the greatest of care because I have seen on a daily basis a lack of taking this matter seriously and being visibly on top of it for the customers to see. If they simply had a spray bottle with paper towels to clean down the counters in between each food order or just as they do in every grocery store to clean the keypad on the counter where a guesr signs in with a sterilized pen, might show concern.

I had the Worst stay ever at any Best Western. The first thing to happen was My room was changed while I was out without notice. Every night that I came to the room my key card had to be reset. The refrigerator & microwave were both unplugged. I received a towel that had hair on it. Upon checkout they attempted to charge me for a "Damaged Towel" which was soiled from taking a shower. Also they had bedbugs. My friend & I both started itching after the first night, and after seeing my doctor it was confirmed that it was actually bedbugs. Lastly there was no breakfast due to Covid-19, but we were not even offered a To-go breakfast.

I always enjoy my stay at the Bestwestern Moreno the ladies in the front are great always smiling, accommodating and friendly. Every time I'm in town this is where I stay. They know me by name and always look forward to seeing the staff

Great location with resturants, gas station and stores. Loved the the two stays. The only complaint I had was the beds are too firm for me so I really don't get any sleep. Both rooms I stayed in had balconies, a great little area for the kiddos.

Over all, My stayed at Best Western went well . Only, few things brother me the hard bed, the limited cable channels. However, The breakfast was good and area nice & clean. The servers were courteous.

Not only was the courtyard smelling of marijuana, but the room we were provided was a smoking room. There were no other rooms available to switch and my reservation did not show a smoking room. Room did not look like the pictures on the website.

We have stayed here many times. Generally enjoy our stay. I forgot to ask for a room away from the freeway and a disabled room. We also normally ask for a high room(3rd floor) because of the walking noise above us. We were very disappointed with this stay. Walls are paper thin and you can easily hear your neighbors talking or walking. The rooms adjacent to the freeway are right next to the 60 fwy and on ramp! Argh. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was very hard! Felt like I was bouncing on plywood. That, I do not remember here. Wifi worked fine after learning how to code in. Heat exchanger took some time to warm up, but then worked great. We missed hand holds in the shower because there were no shower mats or anti slip prep in the shower. The southern end ice dispenser was broken. We had breakfast in the dining area the two days after Christmas. Beautiful entry and dining room, tho small, here at this motel. There was a huge crowd for food and only one lady gallantly trying to keep up! Guests were polite and helpful to each other, but the hot food items appeared in staggered shifts. The hours posted for breakfast hours (6-9) seemed to be not very thoughtful to the families with children for the holidays. Would advise guests to get to breakfast well before the final hour. This has not been our experience here in the past. Have really enjoyed the convenience of this motel in the past but may look elsewhere next time.

It was a great hotel complete with great staff and a yummy continental breakfast at a decent price. The staff were friendly and professional. We could not remember the name of whoever was setting up the breakfast at 6am but she was very helpful along with friendly and she was there the previous times we stayed at that location. Excellent

I had business at a nearby hospital in Moreno Valley, I opted for the Best Western as they offered suites with balcony's, this is a great property, very meticulously maintained. Very nice pool and outdoor areas, although the property is not secure to the outside, and the surrounding neighborhood has a high population of homeless. This did not make me uncomfortable, but I would not recommend my adult daughter to stay here by herself. Overall clean property with professional staff.

I stayed at this hotel for a festival weekend at nos. The hotel was very clean, including the rooms. The breakfast was great. The exterior of the hotel was well kept. The staff were very friendly. The beds were not the most comfortable I have slept on, but a bed is a bed. I have zero complaints about my stay. The price was just right too. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

We came in due to a family emergency and the reservations were all very last minute. Jennifer checked us in as we arrived late night and she was absolutely sweet. Staff are 100% amazing! The breakfast was pretty good, they had a nice variety so if you weren't feeling one thing there were options! and a beautiful courtyard!

I'll forgive a lot if the bed is comfortable. Like plywood on springs, so I slept a little in a chair. Add to that a broken toilet, and no access to bottled water on site. If you are handicapped, be advised that the room with the ADA compliant bathroom is on the 3rd floor, furthest possible room from the lobby.

Nice, clean room, pretty outdoor environment, friendly staff, good breakfast selection. Numerous restaurants near by. We always stay at Best Westerns and are rarely dissatisfied. The only drawback is that they are not pet friendly as most Best Westerns are. However, we couldn't bring our fur baby on this trip so it wasn't an issue. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay at the Moreno Valley Best Western. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. The breakfast area is the BEST. Well stocked and very clean. This was my second stay in 2 months and both stays were perfect.

I traveled alone to visit my family. He only lives a few exits from the hotel. There is a lot entertainment options. The hotel is close by many restaurants and shopping centers. The location of the hotel is perfect! There is lots to do in that area. There are even 2 movie theaters close by.

This is an excellent clean and quiet hotel The only problem was a noisy AC. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Handicap room was well laid out for accessibility. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Grounds have lots of places for sitting outside and visiting.

Had another very nice stay here in Moreno Valley. This is my go to hotel in the area. The staff is always friendly and the rooms clean. It is very quiet even though it is right next to the 60 Freeway.

I like this place and i stay there often. I love there breakfast. And after being spoiled at BW i haven't been willing to stay at any of the many other hotels in town. They have printing late check out.

Comfort after being evacuated from our home during fire. After a long day at work and receiving a call from my husband that our neighborhood was being evacuated because of a fire was scary to say the least. Luckily we found a BW near us with decent prices. I was happy to fibd comfort in a clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was great the next morning.

Everything was perfect especiallythe breakfast. Room service was on top of cleaniness. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Definitely look forward to more stays with this company in the near future. Price was worth every cent.

The staff and management went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Had to make last minute arraingements as there was a family emergency. They made sure we were in a quiet room, and gave us what ever we needed.

Upon checking in we were greeted with a welcome and check in was fast. Clean large room as well as the amenities. Breakfast was great and a variety of food , fresh fruit, fresh coffee. Upon checking out it was so fast and got a warm thank you and hope to see you again from clerk.

Great place. Everything was clean. Front desk was helpful with any questions. Breakfast bar was good with a variety of hot food and pastries. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

To expensive. Not worth the price. Lots of people ha ginger out in the back parking lot. Looks like drug activity. I $298 for 2 nights, this was highway robbery. The room is not even a $100 room I'll never stay here again. TV had a horrible picture lots of static, and they never sent anyone to come and look at it. Carpet nasty.

Clean, spacious rooms with friendly staff and a great location. Lobby is big and very nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great! We had a great stay there and will return.

The room was large and clean. The staff was friendly. My microwave in the room broke when I was using it. I reported it to the front desk. Maintenance swapped it out for a new one within 5 minutes. I plan to stay here again on future business trips.

Went to this hotel using hard earned money to stay at a close location due to an annual conference. I'm a college student so the money was hard to get. There were many students my age running around making noise. But, I thought it was normal. On my second night, before getting ready to leave my hotel room. I received numerous noise complaints to my room. When we were simply having a conversation. At one point in the night a staff member came to my room to tell us to quiet down. Keep in mind people were literally screaming and running outside in the halls. Before going out I went to the manager on duty. Not sure if his name but he was an Indian man with glasses in about his late 50s. I asked him politely why we kept getting noise complaints and explained to him that we were simply having a conversation. He then told me “then don't have a conversation, next time I will call the police”. I just think that's extremely rude for someone to tell me not to have a conversation in the room I'm paying money for. The only reason for the 3 stars is because during check in the general manager and the staff before that Indian man were excellent! I just think if you bring your stress to work it's going to put a bad name on the whole establishment.

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel! The toilet would not flush, and the shower backed up after one use. They offered a plunger to unclog it, instead of sending soneone to fix it. And if you are looking for a good rest, forget it, because the children running on the balcony, and drunken people arguing until 2am in the morning will ruin it for you! If you have a reservation, do yourself a favor and cancel it!

We were going to meet our daughter and she already had reservations there. When we arrived before her, we asked if we could get a room close to where she was going to stay. They put us right together.

Dirty, hair in breakfast cold breakfast phone and tv remote wouldn't work when reported it no one came to fix it. Bed skirt was full of grease and floor with black stains. Front desk staff very unfriendly.

I've been in this hotel 3 times, but next time I'm in Moreno valley I definitely will not stay in this hotel. The rooms are not soundproofed well, when someone is taking a shower in a room next door you hear a loud noise, bad luck for me my neighbor has showered at 3 am waking up. There are neighboring hotels with $ 10 more per night offering better room quality, this is a hotel for a maximum of $ 80 per night.

I always find it upsetting when you book a room, a suite in this case, for your family, and it's advertised as having two queen-sized beds, but they end up being much smaller, double-sized beds. That's what happened here, and it's really false advertising, the old bait and switch. If you're traveling alone, you'll be fine to stay here. If you're with your partner or family, it's not going to good night sleep and you're better off just going somewhere else.

The rooms are clean and the front desk staff friendly. We've stayed here three of the four times we've visited Moreno Valley. If you wish to partake in the complimentary breakfast, I suggest you go early to eat.

outdated hotel, rooms have horrible decor, old T.V with only a few channels and alot of static on half the channels. Took a full 10 minutes for water to get hot in the shower,10 minutes!! Room smelled. A/C was from the 60's im sure. Just bad all around, will never go back.

Rooms were from 1980's and not in a good way. Too much money and not much to do or no where to eat. Reminded me of American horror story. The rooms were so bad that I had to get a refund and go somewhere else.

Noisy hotel totally lacks any sound insulation in the walls or between floors. No recognition of BW Rewards status. Desk clerk was slow and completely emotionless. Mattress(es) was cheap and feels like you are sleeping on cardboard. Pillows still had the long paper tags hanging out of the pillowcases. Room clock was not set when I arrived and the alarm failed to sound in the morning after I had correctly set it.

It still is a nice place to be I feel real comfortable at that location, my family as well we enjoy our time there and together. I hope you do as well. My daughter loves the breakfast buffet, and so do I.

This is a great Hotel to stay at. It is very clean and the staff made us feel right at home. It is just minutes from Morongo Casino and Palm Springs is right around the corner. As far as the Hotel it's self, it's Excellent! A great place to stay.

We stay at Best Western frequently and this is probably the worst. Had to change rooms because the room/carpet smelled so badly. Had a Jr Suite--only shampoo offered no body lotion or Condition. Pillows were lumpy mattresses okay at best. Breakfast-offered gluten free items served knew nothing about it. My husband has celiac disease and what he eats is important.

Too expensive for bad service! Will think twice before booking a stay at this precise hotel! The air conditioner was too old to adjust properly. The shower water pressure was very low, hard to wash off the soap. The noise of other guests was very bad, especially above us! We only slept 5 hours throughout the night.

Place was nice and clean. Took a speaker down to the spa to listen to music. Manager asked us to turn it off. I turned it back on again but lowered the volume (it was only 5pm) manager returned and asked us to turn it off again saying a customer was complaining. I explained what about this customer? Overall, I'd rate this place as average. Breakfast bar was good, waffles were yummy!

I stay here when I'm scheduled to attend training in Riverside. The property is nicely kept up and quiet. There is a nice pool and spa sand the staff are great! Also for my fellow coffee drinkers, there is a Starbucks right around the corner!

The pictures make you think the rooms are accessed indoors, if you are looking for that, dont stay here all room access is outside and anyone can walk up to any room. The jacuzzi water was just warm. Large breakfast area and it was very clean.

Just stopped there for one night but everything was in the right place. Nice service and clean room. Only con is that I was on the freeway side, so bit noisy during the night. Good and complete breakfast and quick check out.

A clean and well-staffed hotel with friendly persons willing to best serve the customer! We chose to stay not knowing how much or if the establishment had changed (we had stayed there years before). We were pleased with the service and the hotel décor. It was well worth the stay!

I can not believe this is a Best Western Hotel Brand. It is very dangerous. People fighting and screaming. I was afraid to get out of the hotel. My kids where very scared. We arrived at 11pm and we left at 6am because we could not take it no more. Front desk did not do anything about it. Not family friendly Hotel.

Had a very enjoyable two night stay. Had a total of two rooms that were adjoining which made t nice for the children. We were in town for a funeral, so it wasn't the best of time. However the hotel was nice and did not add to the sadness of the trip.

Made phone reservation. Arrived 30 min later, they had no awareness of res. Said he'd check, we offered to let him help next person in line. 20 min later, he was ready for us. Asked for a room on the quieter side of hotel. Went to room, which was the CLOSEST room to a major freeway. Smoke alarm chirping nonstop. One phone in room didn't work. Bathroom door did not close. Called desk from working phone, asked for smoke alarm battery. Told he'd be “right up.” Twenty minutes later, went to desk, asked for fix or move to new room. Staffer went to room, dismissed chirping (“it's just a test”) and said “it's broken” about bathroom door. Finally got new room. Incredibly noisy. Gave up on sleep at 4 am and checked out. Staffer who checked us out was the same poor man who had checked us in at least 12 hours earlier...might account for his demeanor. Not rude, not friendly, sort of robotic. Incredibly bad experience, after years of good experiences at various Best Westerns (although we also stay at IHG or Marriott properties, depending on location. We kept thinking it might have been a joke, like Punked or Candid Camera. Alas, it was real.

I am a Best Western Diamond member, travel since more than 20 years in my profession. I checked in on April 4, 2018. After checking in I was given a room on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. I requested a room a little bit more away because elevators are always noisy and I like a quiet room. That was a big mistake. When I sat down on the desk in my room to do some work on my laptop I noticed a humming and strong vibrations on the desk. I assumed that the hotel dryers or washers were below me and they would stop eventually. I went to bed and woke up 4:30 in the morning from the noise and vibrations. I could not fall asleep again and decided to leave. The fact that there was no shampoo in the room did not enhance my mood. I went to the front desk to check out and mentioned that I have to leave because of the noise problem. These things can happen and every decent hotel will act on it and reimburse the guest either with additional points or a partial refund if things go wrong during the stay. The front desk person apologized and explained that he does not have any authority to compensate me. I understand that and asked the hotel manager to call me . No call the next day from the hotel. I called the hotel the day after, explained the problem again and was told that the hotel manager will call me. No call from them. That is the reason for my negative review. Problems can happen during a hotel stay. But the difference between a good and a bad one is mostly how management reacts to these situations. The management of this hotel did a shameful job and I will not stay there again.

I'm a long term member of the BW frequent stay program, a senior, ex-military and AAA and paid $110 for a very basic room, basic bathroom, non HD TV.... that's too high for this area. Breakfast bar was very good as was the lady working it. Check price for the 92557zip code before you stay here. It was like a Motel 6 with crown ceiling molding. It was adequate. A place to sleep.

Find Another Hotel Good location, great presentation. It looked like a great place to get some rest. The bed was poorly made but not comfortable, no toiletries, no pay per view tv- only crappy HBO ....... People next door were smoking pot and arguing LOUDLY until 4am. We had to turn on music to drown out noise. The stomping of people upstairs, next door yelling, or people walking outside did not give us an enjoyable experience. We could still hear the people next door after 5am. I would recommend you special request for a quiet room, because the slamming of doors, kids running down the halls at 9am, and many many disruptions are not worth it. I will be reporting to AAA to not list this hotel.

Not my favorite best Western. We always try to stay at best Western‘s, Because we know what we're going to get. This one however did not live up to our expectations. There was a lot of litter scattered around the parking area and the exterior of the facility. The pool was ice cold. Best westerns usually have a great full-service breakfast this one was just OK. We had some very noisy neighbors kept us awake for most of the night. But the worst thing was our vehicle was broken into, the lock was cut, and two of our suitcases or stolen. However, the staff was helpful friendly and concerned about our loss.

Exceptionally pleasant and helpful personnel, large very clean rooms, attractive grounds. The breakfast was in between continental and full breakfast. The breakfast area was also super clean. The king bed was not comfortable but we moved to a room with 2 queens and those beds were much more comfortable. Toiletry amenities were substandard. As other reviewers reported, the location is a bit noisy. During our stay there was construction adjacent to the hotel and they started work at 6:30 AM, but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Staying in the hotel was nice and I really like the suite I stayed in maybe some other time I will stay again later in the future and also go inside the pool and jacuzzi. I was trying to go on the wifi but it didn't let me maybe next time

This best western gets my approval. Staff was very nice the place was very clean. The room was very clean with nice decor. The breakfast buffet was great. Free. Waffles, egga, suasage, juice and more.. thumbs up!

I decided to spend my Christmas at the Best Western got a chance to spend time with the love of my life, and the Grandkids it was special had a little Charlie Brown Tree it was great! For me it is a no brainer the Best Western is the best value in that Town. Sincerely, Norman R. Street Jr.

Great place to recharge between load assignments. No close truck parking though. Great staff, exercise and breakfast options very good. Beds a little hard and in room coffee a little weak. Jacuzzi and patios are clean. Two washing machines and dryers. Close to $$$ dining options/restaurants.

We have stayed here several times while visiting local relatives. The hotel is 3 story/rectangle with very beautiful landscaping along with pools in the center. Very easy to reach from the 60 freeway and there are several fast food outlets very close. Thanksgiving night(Thurs.)it seemed to be fairly uncrowded. When we visit, there is often a crowd at the jaccuzzi. We had a king room near the hotel elevator. Ice machine and laundry very easy to reach. The room was fine as far as it went. Good bed - comfy. Didn't use the tv, but the control was in a plastic sleeve. Internet worked great! Much better than several other places we have stayed. Room had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Makings for coffee etc. Yet, the home feel was not very well organized. Had a desk......no light on the desk....had a comfy reading chair......no light nearby. Had a little balcony, but the screen door was broken/off its rollers. Toiletries were basic with bare bones soap offerings. Had enough towels, but you had to go and hunt for them. Heat/cool exchanger worked well........ Front desk staff was friendly. Did not have breakfast this time, but I would add that the breakfast room is very nice! Generally a good choice of food for breakfast. And lots of wood paneling in hotel entrance area and the breakfast room. Plenty of windows too. Nice atmosphere. We will return soon.....

Great place very clean and not shabby at all. I was able to check in fast and check out with no hassle at all the service was great and not stressful at all. I was able to reserve a room and get a room very easy.

We made use of the Jacuzzi and enjoyed breakfast. Quite a variety of food for breakfast. Even had waffle makers to make your own waffles! Really good coffee too. Overall a nice clean room with microwave and small fridge.

I've stayed here several times. Although depending the weekend the guest can be a little noisy the staff is sure to quiet them down. I've never had a problem and my room was always clean. WiFi is a little slow but other than that if you have business in the area or visiting and don't want to put too much of a dent in your pockets, this is the place to go. Complementary breakfast isn't too bad either.

Best Western Hotel and Suites is the best place to stay when you're away from home. I most definitely will recommended Best Western Hotel and Suites to all my family and friends. The staff is awesome and very courteous.

We stayed in this hotel for five nights. Staff was very friendly in reception and for breakfast. Room was big, but facing the busy freeway, so no use of the balcony. The standard is pretty low in the room, bathroom and the rest of the facilities. They have tried to make the backyard in the hotel nice, but it don't really work out even if they have a pond, small fountain and a pool area. Breakfast gives you quite limited selection, and all served on paper and plastic.

Absolutely love visiting here. They are always well mannered and greeting with a smile. They keep up with cleanliness and actually change the sheets!!! So thankful for the hotel. Would definitely pick here over most:)

Destination Yucaipa - Best Western Rewards Member - Close to food after long drive, clean rooms, large shower, water pressure, the bed a little squeaky, the input on TV would not let you stream HDI from comp to tv but all in all good hotel for an overnight. Will stay again when in the area.

Well let me start by saying I stay at this hotel at least three times a month,I've never had any problems everyone is very nice friendly all the time,but my last stay there is a new staff member in the front office & she is the rudest person ever,she does not greet you never smiles just not best western material at all.Now I understand she's new but new doesn't excuse the Attitude stand up when someone walks in say hi how are you doing,no she sits there.I will still continue to stay at this hotel but hopefully management trained her a lil better.Overall though this hotel is one of the best I've stayed at

We were looking for a place to stay one night near Riverside to accommodate 4 families with 3 young children. This hotel was affordable and had a nice courtyard we were all able to sit and visit. The kids had plenty of room and they enjoyed the clean hot tub and swimming pool.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The beds were nice, but you do get noise from the nearby highway, we were on the third floor. Location is convenient to Moreno Valley and Riverside. Cannot rate the breakfast, as we had to depart before it was served. Would recommend.

Staff was nice, Breakfast bar was good, Air conditioning in room was cold. Swimming pool could have been cleaner, the spa was nice and hot. There are some nice views from the balcony, if you get one. The cable was ok, the channels were a little grainy. Could be because cable wire not installed correctly. Wifi was pretty good kids enjoyed that. Bathroom light was on the outside which I found odd. Kids kept turning lights off on each other as they were using the restroom. Overall, Best Western Moreno Valley is a very nice hotel to stay at.

I travel 3 weeks out of the month and I stay mostly at best western. This has been the most disappointed I've been with any BW property. Didn't feel safe and worried about my car in the lot. Rooms need to be upgraded.

The rooms were decent and clean. It was a good stay and my family was comfortable and able to get good rest for their races that weekend. The front desk service that i received was great . We were comfortable for what we came for

I stayed at the best western got almost a year off and on.I have never had any problems here ,staff made me feel really comfortable at all times.The Lady's in the front office are so friendly and helpful I couldn't imagine my self our my children staying any were else.

If you want a good deal in the area you can't beat Best Western. i have visited here before and every time it has proven to be an economical, safe, and comfortable place to stay. it is comparable to military accommodations (which are not always available). This time i really really needed the sleep. . . and sure enough Best Western came through again. they have the most comfortable beds ! I forgot to see what brand they use ! I need to get one of those mattresses or just come again to Best Western ! Thanks.

in over all I will stay again great service clean pool great breakfast but OMG horrible coffee even in the room . had to drive to seven eleven to get a cop of coffee every morning and evening. I will definitely stay again.

Not the best place we've ever stayed for this event. We do this annually and won't likely stay here again. The location wasn't in the nicest of areas and the parking is tight, so if you have a truck or a long vehicle, you will need to park way off to the side of this building.

Very Noisy neigbors below us at nite. Tv snowy & very limited channels. Very old hotel inside & out. Needs upgrade or change the name to motel 6. Use this place only as a last resort. Staff not very friendly.

I have been coming up from San Diego for a little over 20 years and there is not better Hotel in Moreno Valley. It has been my home away home for me and my kids, now my grandkids. We plan on staying again real soon.

To begin with they gave me a room number and when I walked up to that room a man walks out of the room, I walked away and did not proceed to open the door and went back to the front desk, I felt some kind of way and not actual safe if they made that type of mistake what if they have someone walk into my room too. The beds were hard, and not a queen as I booked for. The bed was a size "Full". The beds did not have fitted sheets. It was a twin sheet that barely fit the bed and slightly folded as if it was a fitted sheet. On top of the sheet there was only a sheet and a regular blanket with no comforter - all hotels I've stayed in had a comforter. I found it strange this hotel did not have one. I was cold and did not sleep good. Pool and Spa had hours when it was closed (10pm) but there were about 8 people in the spa right in front of my room with loud music and it was going on midnight. I was surprised the hours were not enforced. The bathrooms need more insulation there is no air that gets in there when taking a shower or using the bathroom and it gets really hot in there I felt like I was going to pass out.

I thought the walls, grounds, and balcony needed a face-lift. There could be better options of fresh fruit for breakfast, Albeit, the staff were nice, and very attentive. Overall, I would recommend an extended-stay at this hotel again.

Nasty room loved the setup but man house keeping and overall maintence should be fired i could go on and on but paint in room and outside bad and mushy drywall in shower and sticky soda all over headboard

My first thought of this place is that it's very nice but once I started to get comfortable there were some irritating issues. First. When I first walked in, the room was very hot, stuffy, and had a weird smell. The room is very nice though. When I travel, I have a lot of equipment that I have to charge. There aren't enough outlets to do that. The ones that there are, are seriously worn out. My plugs slide right out of the outlet. The view is great. The staff at the desk seemed like they were having a bad day. They were very courtesy but they weren't rude either. I might recommend this if things get better. Have 1 more night here.

This was a nice looking hotel and the rooms were your standard room. It is very easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was what you would expect. The internet wasn't great and the pillows weren't either. We were on the ground floor and it was very noisy early in the morning with other guests going in and out. Desk service was great and check-in was easy. No really big issues staying here.

did not feel welcomed at check in...always a bad vibe from all front desk employees...maids busted in to my room twice...my phone did not work..over all i was not happy with my stay..only good thing about this place is the balconies..

Great experience every time we stay. Staff is kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Close to fast food, grocery stores and banks. We always stay here when we are traveling to softball tournaments in the area.

I actually liked the decor of this location and the room was spacious and clean. I had no problem with the quality of the room. However, at the time we stayed, I did not like the fact that the place is poorly lit at night and had no security. The elevator is in a strange place, so we had to loop through the courtyard to get to it, then haul our luggage back over to our room which was on the second floor on the opposite side of the building. There was no one to assist. When I voiced my concerns, the young lady at the desk just did not get it. Simply put...you need better lighting or give your customers checking in late at night some assurance you have their back. Because of that, I booked my next visit at a different hotel because I don't want to feel insecure at night when I'm traveling with my kid(s).

The hotel rooms are dated. The first room I stayed in looked like the A/C unit was 50 years old and it made a horrible squealing sound. However, the head of housekeeping was very accommodating in helping me to change rooms. In addition, on one of the days during my stay, I received new toilet paper in my room and when I opened the outer paper, several bugs came out of the toilet paper roll. The internet is also slow (not high speed as advertised) and when calling the front desk prior to checking out, I was hung up on twice. The only pluses, the housekeeping staff are very friendly and the location is ideal.

Had a wonderful stay at the Best Western. Very clean and well kept hotel. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast they offered in the morning was well prepared. I definetly will be spendnding more time at this hotel.

Employees were good, just to focused on how many people eat. Mine barely ate. I traveled with three of my kids to a soccer tournament. I was charged $ 7.00 extra because I have 3 children. Breakfast caused me diarrhea . Do I get my money back? We travel a lot because of tournaments, and don't ask for extra accommodations. Just be more considerate of families.

With easy access to the 60 Frwy, there are rooms that I would avoid. I was initially put in room 216 which was litterally 150 ft from the freeway on ramp. Motorcyclist and loud cars love this on ramp as it is long and you have plenty of room to get up to speed. But the slider in the room does little to reduce the noise. I would try to request a room on the noth side of the building. The front office gal that I spoke to was accomadating and able to move me to a room on the north end of the building. NOTE: Not all their staff was as friendly as that one. My check in gal was dry and not pleasant. I have sent a message to management in regards to customer service skills for staff. The breakfast was typical.

Used to be my regular hotel when I came out to moreno valley but they raised their rates and still go cheap on everything including their rooms. Outdated. In need of repairs and basic maintenance. Tv literally has 24 channels and most of them suck and come in poorly. I have reported this before and nothing gets done about it. It's 2017. Time to upgrade. Update carpet, furniture and bathroom as soon as possible. Replace screen doors. Replace that old loud heating and ac unit. Replace mini fridge to a newer and quieter one with a light in it when you open the door. Replace the heating/Ac units because they are loud and inefficient. Please shampoo carpets as well. Either update this hotel to make it worth the price or lower the nightly rate to around $70 a night. Thank you.

This is an old, outdated, run down Best Western Property. Sad to say, but it really needs some work. All the Front Desk Clerk kept saying was that this was an Upgraded room with a Balcony. Only to find that the room was on the highest level, facing the Freeway. This was the south end, east corner room which meant both the front part of the room as well as the back part of the room received Freeway noise. The room wreaked of stale cigarettes and a musty smell.. Never again at this location. Sketchy "Hood" type area once the sun went down.

I really did enjoy my stay at Best Western your pillows are very form fitting to the head. I was very upset I had to check in because, my head was so glued to the pillows. Ty for a wonderful experience I had at one of your hotels.

The bed was very comfortable. Traffic noise was loud but bearable even with the patio door open. Staff was super friendly.There was a faint smell of tobacco smoke in the room but it wasn't too bad. Temperature control was by heat pumps which I like- quiet and efficient.

This is a beautiful hotel, easy to get to as close to lots of things to do. Overall this may seem like an great value, but if noise is an issue for you go somewhere else. The freeway is literally right outside the hotel and it sounds like a racetrack with cars flying by all day and night. To make it even better you can hear everyone moving outside the room. If you are a light sleeper or if you want a comfortable bed go elsewhere. If you want an affordable room in a cool looking building stay here. We had requested early check in, but when we arrived, we were told we could not check in till 3pm. It's a fairly large hotel & there were very few cars in the parking lot. I noticed a list of "rules" at the front desk & one being that there's an hourly charge for early check in or late check out!!!!!?? The hotel was quite nice, clean, & seemed fairly new, so that was a huge plus for us! As for the brfst, I kinda felt like we were in a lock-down situation. We had to get tickets from the front desk, to enter the room. The brfst was par for a hotel brfst & met our needs just fine. There were signs hanging that said guests were not allowed to take brfst out of that room. There was a lovely courtyard, & pool area with tables & chairs, but apparently they can't be used for brfst....nor can guests take brfst to their room. The cleanliness & newness of the hotel probably out ranked the silly rules. And the price was fair in comparison.

Everything about this hotel was fine, even good, except the powerful and objectionable smell in the room of baby powder. It was so bad I sneezed when going into the room. The office did offer to switch my room, but I figured if I left the sliding door open while I went to teach my class, it would air out. It didn't. It's hard for me to believe that I'm the first one to complain of this. Maybe they were trying to cover up a cigarette smoke smell in that particular room. I will stay at the hotel again but next time I will ask to smell the room first.

Being jet lagged went to room and they were painting the floor. Second room AC did not work. Front desk staff was running around to fix problems that someone else should do. Next party noise forced me to call the front desk at 2 AM. AC is over 30 years old with a turn knob that they ask you to keep at 72 degrees so it does not freeze up. Blows cold then turns off until it heats up then comes back on again. Tried to talk to a housekeeper that could not speak English and a maintenance man that could not speak English. If a problem arose don't know how they would communicate to guest. Place looks great but has many problems. Over priced for quality of rooms condition. Walls were so thin i could hear snoring from next door. Sorry to say but its a makeup on a pig status. More of a cheap motel than a hotel. Overheard lower prices given for rooms with AC problems. Definitely not worth the money. Hot tub was cloudy and pool was always full of noisy kids. Could not imaging staying more than one night

I needed a hotel room for just one night for a business trip. Since I am just getting started on this business venture and am on a budget I chose this hotel. Overall I was satisfied with these accommodations. The room was clean and I felt safe on the premises. There was nothing fancy about the room or premises but it worked for one night.

I use to live in Riverside, I've moved out of state, so when we come to town we always stay here. The front desk staff are always nice, friendly and helpful. There are places to eat that ate close to the hotel.

This was my third stay at this property because I have family in the area. The property seems to improve one time and fall behind the next. The room was acceptably clean and everything worked. The bed was fairly comfortable. The Wi-Fi was so hit and miss I gave up trying to use it. The quality of the towels has deteriorated; they were thin and cheap feeling.The smell of marijuana was very strong in the elevator and other areas and I had some noisy neighbors on all sides. With earplugs and the AC turned up, I got a relatively good nights sleep but I was exhausted from a long trip. I might give this place one more chance but another stay like this one and I'll be looking at another property. All in all I wasn't impressed with this being a Best Western property.

Three groups of our family members stayed here when we came to town for a college graduation. The hotel is modest and very clean. I stayed on the side closest to the freeway, but noise doesn't bother me.

Avoid the rooms facing the freeway, unless you can tolerate high-performance engines accelerating up the on-ramp all night. TV channel selection is terrible and reception is poor on most of them. Think snowy, unwatchable pictures. If you want to watch a sports broadcast on ESPN, PAC-12, FS1, or any other such sports channel, go to a bar because this hotel will not offer them. Breakfast room is spacious but the selection of items is mediocre; no meat items, sausage gravy, etc. The pool-side door to the lobby is locked all the time unless you have a key and even that won't work between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM because of "security". Place is well-kept and clean, and parking is adequate. However upper floor rooms can be a hike from the nearest elevator, although there are stairs between.

We stayed here 2 nights on the downhill leg of a 4-week road trip because it was conveniently located close to family, an appointment, and Temecula Wine Country. The room was large and clean with a nice balcony, but since there were no chairs on the balcony, we didn't really spend time out there. We loved the tall shower head, but did not love having to wait at least 5 minutes for the hot water. The breakfast was unremarkable - processed egg patties, sausage, and potato triangles that were cold and soggy. We ate at a local restaurant the next morning. Overall it was a good experience. Just don't count on the hot breakfast being wonderful MN

horrible smell in the room and sticky carpets. Never again! This is not a place to go if any other choices are available. Good luck if you think this is a bargain. You get what you pay for and this cost way more than it is worth

Tear it down and rebuild. Walls are too thin. Neighbors slammed their door repeatedly between 11 p.m. and 1 am and didn't stop until we called the front desk. In the morning at 5:30, when guest above us started walking around their room, the walls and ceiling were creaking and cracking and woke us up. We had about 4 hours sleep. The front desk didn't seem to care about our lack of sleep.

The stay at the hotel was a great choice the room is great for the price and is a very nice look to the property. We only stayed 1 night we just may have to go back and stay for more nights. The view from the room is very nice as well.

We stayed at this hotel as we wanted to go to the March Air Museum. It turned out to be one of the best hotels of our trip and great value for money. Fantastic design and a Taco Bell right across the road!

The lobby, the grounds and the rooms all looked nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very plain. The coffee was terribly weak. The internet constantly disconnected. The bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood.

We stopped here because we were too tired to go on. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed both by the front desk and the decor. We had a nice, clean, big room on the second floor. Certainly very comfortable. We were traveling with some expensive bicycles and there was ample space to bring them up. We put them on the balcony. The only draw back, if there was any, was that our room was three steps up down the hall from the elevator. Not a problem for us but if you have lots of luggage (or bikes!) the luggage trolley will not go up the steps. We did not ask to change. Breakfast was adequate albeit very busy (not a fault of the hotel). The breakfast attendant was working very hard to keep up. The pool and spa looked inviting but we did not make use of them. All in in all apleasent stay. So much so we plan to stay here again on our way back.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Great customer service from all the employees. Very nice breakfast every morning with quite a few choices to choose from. I think all the rooms have a little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the weather.

My wife and I have used this hotel a number of times while visiting our granddaughter and her family in Moreno Valley. We find it to be a very pleasant and convenient place to stay while visiting the area. Rooms are very clean and overall well maintained; and we can get a two room suite for little more than an average room would cost. We recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

I stayed at Best Western in Moreno Valley and I must say it was truly everything I look for in a stay!!! I travel and stay in a different location every night and this BW is in my top 5!! Keep up the good work and you will continue to get return customers like myself!

We spent one night here and it was great. The hotel is right off the freeway so easy to access if you are are just passing through, which we were. Our room was very big and clean and the bed was comfortable. We heard a few noises from the room next door but nothing major and despite the hotel's proximity to the freeway we didn't hear any noise from that (our room was located around the back, which helped). The best part of the hotel is the common areas, which were much nicer than I would expect for the price. A relatively large pool and hot tub with lots of palm trees and pretty landscaping. I felt like we were staying in a much more expensive hotel! The complimentary breakfast was fine, lots of hot and cold options and the breakfast room attendant was prompt in refilling things. All of the staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful. All in all, this hotel was a welcome stop on a long CA road trip.

Best western moreno valley is the best hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are so spacious and very comfortable. The service is wonderful. The employees are very helpful. And they made sure all my need were met. I also enjoy the free breakfast. They have great selections and tastes great too. I feel at home when im at bestwestern moreno valley.

The Front Desk Agents and Housekeeper were helpful,nice and respectful. Had a Great stay there. The kids enjoyed the variety of food to choose from at breakfast and wifi had a strong signal. The best western is our go to hotel.

Pulling up to the hotel the outside was very nice, felt very welcoming. The outside is well lit and there is plenty of parking. Upon checking in, the girl at the front desk was super nice and explained everything perfectly. She really did make us feel at home. She did offer us our welcome package or points for being reward members. This was the first time we have ever been offered this. We are the one that always have to bring it up. I loved that about her and complimented her on that. Going to our room, the outside of the hotel near the pool felt like an oasis. The set up was great. Our room was spacious and we had a balcony! Plenty of room for just my husband and I to enjoy our stay. The a/c worked great and the bathroom was big enough for two people to share. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The food kept on coming and there was never a time when we had to wait for eggs or sausage. Overall our stay was wonderful and this Best Western, by far, has been one of the nicest ones we've stayed at. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

So we needed a hotel to stay at for a color guard competition in Riverside. And so I was searching hotels and I came across this Best Western on TripAdvisor. And the price was well within our $150 dollar range. So we booked it. When it came time to the check-in we were busy so they personally called us and asked if we were still coming to check in because they have sold out that night. And we said yes, so they then made sure to reserve the room for us. We got there later that night and check in was simple and easy. Super fast. We got the 3rd floor. And our room was very nice. And clean as well. Bathroom was clean and stocked up a lot. The bed was pretty comfy and the pillows were feather pillows. A Convenience was that it was close by the freeway. And gas stations. We then had the complimentary breakfast which was pretty good. Simple stuff for quick on the road people. Wide variety of foods though. Then we checked out that next day and the check out was simple and quick. Overall was a simple stay but great service and hospitality by the employees.

I stayed here for two days for a business trip, I will not be going back. The exterior of hotel was nice, however interior not so much. My room smelled of urine, during my second day there the housekeeper obviously was bleeding while cleaning my room and I had blood on bath mat as well as bath towel, gross. There was heavy foot traffic all night long in the room next to me, seemed very suspicious as I could hear high heels going in and out non stop. Also some of my lovely neighbors were smoking weed that was coming through my vents. Can't forget the dueling sex marathon that was going on the second night. Both rooms beside me and the one above me were going at it loudly, then I got the pleasure of listening to a post coitus domestic altercation involving the room next to me. Not a pleasant stay, would not recommend. Unless you want a front seat to the next Jerry Springer.

This hotel is such a great place for the price. They actually have a full hot breakfast included. I made a stop here because we were driving all day and Alex was so nice and gave me good restaurant suggestions that were nearby. Would definitely come back.

The room smelled very badly of mold/mildew, bathtub paint was flaking so bad it fell into my bath water, internet kept logging me off the high speed connection, breakfast was nearly all gone and never refilled even though serving was until 9am and I ate at 750am. Staff was pretty friendly, but would not recommend to a friend nor stay at this location again.

We had a great stay, we were in a king suite with living room and a king bed. The restroom was very tidy. Although we were next to a freeway it was over all quiet. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and our room was clean. All for a low price, and near the flight museum, 20 minutes from lake perris. We were very pleased, and would recommend.

We pull in there at about 4 o'clock to find a room for the night and was very pleased at the way the girl handled our situation. She was very accommodating and helped us find a good place to walk down for supper. Would definitely go back there.

This hotel did not give me the service that I had come to love. Alex is the worst. She was rude and unaccommodating. If you thought her attitude represented their service, you were wrong. The stay was excellent. I don't understand why they would have someone like her represent their brand.

Quiet location near all amenities. Older property beautifully redone with beautiful furnishings and grounds with lovely courtyards and lush landscaping. Breakfast is terrific and the price is a bargain. Less than half of similar properties in the area.

The hotel is in a great location. Friendly staff. Had issues with the rooms a/c unit. Front desk clerk resolved the issue. Nice pool and patio area ............................................... Stayed one night. Restaurants close by and some on walking distance.

I love the amenities and the staff is very pleasant and helpful, Best Western is the absolute best. I would definitely stay here again, I love the view from the balcony and the fact that there are many restaurants to choose from in the area. The rooms are so comfortable and I feel like staying there forever because it's a great experience.

This is a clean hotel that offers one of the best prices for this area. The staff is awesome and it is in a good location offering many dinning options for a seasoned road warrior. It is conveniently located along the freeway, but you don't get the traffic noise.

Staff was friendly, and efficient. Room was clean, smelled great! Most of all got a great rate! Located close to freeway and other amenities. I will continue to be a return customer of this brand as long as they keep up the great work!! Highly recommended!!

Good place to stay (clean rooms, friendly staff, Nice breakfast). Nice location if you are going from San Diego to Las Vegas. There is a pool but we didn't try it (we were in January). Good rate quality/price. We were 4 in one room, the twin beds were not king sized but it was ok for the night.

The location is near shops, restaurants and the freeway. Clean and comfortable. I would patronize again. The staff was friendly as well. The rate was reasonable as well. Nothing negative to say about this location.

BW is my first choice for a good night's sleep, after a long week at work. The staff at BW MoVal are very professional and respectful to their guests. On a recent stay, our representative Cynthia, gave us a great deal on a king suite for a fraction of what we pay at other hotels. She was very welcoming, making us feel appreciative of our business. The rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing. We stay at many hotels around the country, and very few are as inviting to stay in as this one for us. Great Atmosphere!

ive stayed there several times & i love it. the price is reasonable the staff is friendly & willing to do what ever they can to accomandate ur stay. love the gym breakfast spacious rooms as well as clean. there perfect.

We had a suite facing the highway which was very noisy at night. The suite was good, but can't understand why there is the door missing between the living room and the bedroom? It's called studio, not suite. Walls were tiny, we got noise from both side. The looks of the building inside is great. The maid forget to clean our room until 4 PM, when we called the front desk. When they came, they forget to give us enough towels. Everything else that not mentioned, was good.

Nice hotel. Hardwood floors which always seem cleaner to me but colder. We needed 2 beds because we had our granddaughter and the beds were small, doubles. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast average.

My room (3rd floor) was spacious, clean and inviting. The bed was excellent. Check in was quick and efficient. Plenty of room out front to park many big rigs on the dead end street. Hotel is right off the 60 Freeway. There was a nice pool and an outdoor area although it was very cold so I didn't get to enjoy them. The breakfast area looked big but I left before breakfast started. This was really good value and for sure I stay there again.

Attempted to check in 15 minutes early into the hotel and was turned away. When I returned 15 minutes later the same lady acted like she never met me, very weird. The room was very basic and smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked if it was a non-smoking room, but it was pretty obvious someone has smoked in or near the room. It was only a one night stay so I just stuck with it.

They went far beyond expected to help me with my needs. My phone charger broke and they lent me theirs and helped me with the hotel computer and printing. Breakfast area was large and friendly. The hotel condition was better than expected as well.

We had family staying in nearby Banning, so we grabbed this hotel in the middle of the week for a quick overnighter to see them. The hotel was in great condition! It has an outdoor pool and hot tub with areas to sit in a central area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was like a small restaurant setting with the typical best western breakfast (waffle maker, eggs, sausage, choice of fruits, cereals, juices, etc.) But what was unique is that the lady running the area actually came to our table to refill our coffees and make conversation. This is the first Best Western that we had table service for the breakfast! A must check out if you are passing through this area.

This was our 1st stay at the Best Western in Moreno Valley, CA. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is offered with eggs, sausage, hot coffee, juices, waffles, yogurts, fresh apples & bananas. Hotel is close to highway 60.

staff was more than happy to do their job ,made extra effort to please guests . TV was awful ,internet spotty,was told some rooms suffer service because of location in hotel .suite set-up is odd,sink in bedroom ?staff is great and willing to help anyway they can.

Someone recommended this Hotel to me, I hesitated because you were not located in Riverside. I had a house fire which left me and my family homeless, so I've been in Hotels for 21 days, but can no longer afford them. I loved it here so much I wish I would have been here the full 21 days. I wish the bed's were bigger, that's all, and I had a stuffed sink that I didn't report because It was late, and I forgot to the next day. In all it was an excellent Hotel.

If you are looking for a very inexpensive stay, this would be the hotel to pick, but comfortable it is not. The heater is loud, the rooms are not spacious, the towels are not fluffy and their lotions are cheap.

The hotel was clean, with a nice apprearance. Due to my extensive travel to many different locations during my trip, my credit card company went to checkout prior to eating breakfast requested a confirmation that I was staying at this hotel when I checkouted out at the front desk. 9am was the deadline for breakfast. I went to the front desk with plenty of time to check out and still be able to eat breakfast. Due to the credit card issue, it was 3 minutes after 9 when I finally got checked out. The front desk said they were sorry but I had missed breakfast. Very poor customer service as they knew that I was there in plenty of time to check out and still be able to eat if there had not been the issue with the credit card company wanting to confirm that there was no fraud on my credit card.

Checked in on the 31st with my bf. The area feels kind of sketchy on the outside, but we didn't run into any unsavory characters, so that's good. There are a few fast food joints nearby, gas stations and a Stater Bros so it's convenient. The Moreno Valley Mall is about 9 mins. away, and we chose this hotel to be close to an event we were planning to go to that night. Checking in was super slow, but it was NYE and there were a lot of people in line, so I guess it's understandable. It seemed to be a popular place for the younger crowd. Staff was courteous and friendly during check in. The courtyard and pool area was nice. The room itself was okay. It was renovated and generally clean, but nothing special. Our room had that old dusty musty smell. Carpet felt crunchy and gross, so you might want to keep your socks on. Bed was not the softest, but it was okay for the 2 nights we stayed. There was no TV guide channel so we had to manually scroll through. You get HBO 1 and 2, but there were 24 channels and half the channels were snowy and unclear, or didn't show anything at all. It was slightly annoying as we love to watch movies in bed. We called the front desk and they offered to discount our stay, as we would have stayed somewhere else had we known. Hotel has free wifi and morning breakfast, which we didn't care to check out. All in all, it was an okay stay for 2 nights. However, we've definitely stayed in nicer hotels that were cheaper or in similar price range as this, so for the price, can't say we'll ever stay here again.

This hotel in Moreno Valley is one of the BEST Best Western Hotels I have ever stayed. The Staff/Employee's are wonderful. The hotel rooms, lobby, the grounds are very clean. My husband & I love to use the spa here. I will keep coming back to this hotel to get away. THANK YOU

The outside of the Best Western is very nice. The cobblestone drive adds a nice touch, and there are decent accents around the hotel to make it feel more like a resort. My room had a nice living area and a fairly comfortable bed. Everything was clean. The only down side was I had one of the rooms across from the ice machine and the outside wall was not well insulated. Also the heater in the room made a loud clicking noise whenever it turned off for just a few minutes. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I had reserved two rooms...one was a standard double and the other was a suite. Both rooms were satisfactory, however, the walls are so thin that we could hear people walking in the rooms above, and children running in the hallways . People smoking in the outside corridors were also a problem because the smoke filtered through to my room.

We happened on Moreno Valley through circumstances beyond our control. The hotel experience was nothing short of good clean comfort, synonymous with Best Western. Rather than going to one of the national chain restaurants we stumbled onto the Chicago Pasta House on Sunnymead Blvd ... a must for deep dish pizza lovers. ONE OF A KIND! I'll go out of my way to experience this place again.

Came here on business and as I pulled in from the nearby town I instantly felt a bit off. The area is covered in garbage and transients are walking around. The welcome lobby was barren but the woman at the front was accomadating. I felt really uncomfortable here (re: petite female traveling alone). I made the choice to move my car to another location because a client was smoking off of his balcony asking me if I wanted to buy lasers (which is not a comment on the hotel, just the clientele). Regardless, I stayed and spent the night. Outside noise wasn't an issue but the noise from upstairs was horrible. I slept at most four hours due to the sound through the ceiling. Typical sparse breakfast: coffee, yogurt, waffles, bagel, fruit. Accessible wifi. Good amenities. Leaky iron. Bottom line: Wouldn't come back. I had an awful night's sleep and felt unsafe although nothing happened.

I would have given this hotel a 5 star if it wasn't for a few things from the outside it's a beautiful looking hotel, the room was spacious quiet and had everything I wanted but the bed was rock hard no comfort what so ever the internet was very poor could be because a full house here. the alarm clock i had to unplug because of some weird sound coming from it with the volume turned off the mini fridge sucked didn't keep everything cold and the dresser drawers at least the top one wouldn't keep close and finally the air conditioning sucks it will not go below 72 which is preset keeping the room way to warm.

Convenient property just off I-60 east of I-215 surrounded by fast food purveyors and B-list strip-mall businesses. Some freeway noise on the south of the building. Breakfast started @ 6AM and was sufficient.

Everything clean, orderly, breakfast decent, very nice property. I have a lousy back and after the first night I moved down the street for 3 nights as the mattress was the hardest I have ever slept on. If you like a really hard mattress you will be in good shape here

I came down fron San Simeon to riverside to have dinner with some friends at 5-6PM. Thanks to the MUD slides closing the interstate 5 and sr 58 I got to the hotel at 1:45AM. Upset, frazzled and in desperate need of a blood pressure pill. The lady behind the counter was one of the most pleasant people to meet. When we got to our room I was surprised, it was huge. We had a king sized bed (quite comfortable) but there was enough room to put another king sized bed with plenty of room left over. The bathroom was clean, if you don't have a clean bathroom there is something wrong with the place. Instead of going out to dinner with my friends we went out to breakfast, so I can not comment on the free buffet. My room faced the court yard and pool, very well landscaped, the rooms facing out had a small veranda. This appears to be a nice 3 story hotel, unfortunately I did not spend too much time there to form much of an opinion (in at 1:45AM out at 8:AM). It seems to be quite some distance from the beaches and other LA entertainment spots. My friends live in Riverside and this was the closest nicest hotel. Now that my friends have moved to Riverside when I go to visit them I'll stay here and my next review will be a bit more in-depth.

Upon arriving front desk attendant Sandy came out of the back room with a horrible frown on her face . I guess we were bothering her while she was on a private phone call. Thank goodness other employees were much friendlier. Rooms were fine but a lot of sketchy characters stay here. Internet barely worked in our room. Air conditioner cannot be turned lower than 72 degrees. The door handle for our room was so difficult to open that after a week of staying there I have to wear a wrist wrap. I am definitely not that weak so I sure feel sorry for the average female staying there. The best thing I liked about it was that you couldn't hear noise or people in the next room. A definite plus. Overall probably would not return.

Located right off the freeway, which makes it convenient, but my first impressions were not the best. Saw a few unsavory characters in the neighborhood, close by the hotel. When I checked in, there was a total weirdo sitting there, just relaxing in the lobby. On top of that, there was a lady in her pajamas and house slippers, eating a slice of pizza and chewing like a cow. Once it was my turn, the phone rings and the front desk lady is getting a complaint about people smoking on the balcony and instead of waiting until she was done with me, she proceeded to call the perpetrators and starts arguing with them. It was fine for the night, but it had a really seedy vibe.

I love this location. It is convenient and well priced. Quiet and a great value for a quick get away.This is where my husband and I go for date night. Close to restaurants. Close to home. Rooms are clean and the decor is very pretty.

The room was a tad warm b/c the staff stated that the in room AC units could not be dropped in temp any lower otherwise they'd freeze over. I highly doubted it being that it was July in Cali, but whatever. So it wasnt 70 like I wanted. Took me awhile longer to fall asleep due to this since it was 76. The morning breakfast was ok. Pretty Good for a lower end hotel: cereal, milk, juice, sausage patties, bagels with cream cheese, waffles, danishes, toast, muffins, and yogurt. Staff was friendly and flexible once we got to the front counter. They were overbooked for a family event so it took FOREVER to check in.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never been disappointed. Alex and the staff there are very friendly and always helpful. i will be staying here again. I will be staying there again. Thanks again Alex.

In comparison to surrounding hotels/motels, you get what you pay for. The price is not too high, not too low therefore the rooms are pretty clean (although I must say, I've never cleaned a hotel room so I can't say whether 30 minutes is adequate time to clean a room but either the staff is rushed or could use better time management because there are things overlooked). As for breakfast, there could DEFINITELY be more variety and a working television for guests to watch the morning news. Other than that it's a pleasant stay. Wifi, suites with adjoining rooms, outdoor pool & jacuzzi, fitness room, business center (with 2 computers that actually work & a printer), easy-to-use rewards program, and great customer service. I first visited in 2014, and the service left much to be desired. I was so skeptical to return but had accumulated so many points through the rewards program that it was honestly the best choice. Upon my return Maria & Alex provided the customer service I expected from a place I chose to spend my money in. Maria is extremely accommodating and I've seen them both satisfy guests needs even when the lobby is full and the phone ringing. Any small complaints I have or help I need, they are more than willing to help. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The physical quality of the hotel was pretty good. The check in experience was excruciatingly slow. Room was adequately clean and pretty spacious. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no speedy checkout where the invoice was slipped under the door.
