For the price this room was better than another hotel we had to stay in. The room was clean with TV, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The pillows were full and fluffy and the bed comfortable. If I ever come to the convention center again, I will stay here and not at the recommended hotels nearby.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. I usually stay at one right aroused the street from Disneyland but we decided to go with this one this time and I'm so glad we did . It's only 10 mins away, the cost wasn't over priced, the breakfast and staff were amazing! Overall the best Best Western I've stayed at! Don't let the outside of the hotel scary you away !

Ac unit needs replacing. Super loud. Breakfast not as described. Choice of. Cold cereal or oatmeal. Booked through a convention so rate was ok.. definitely will not stay again or reccomend to family or friends

Stayed at this hotel Feb 7th 24 to feb 10 24 and found all to be excellent from reception to breakfast staff through cleaning and maintenance especially Darrell at reception, breakfast good but no hot breakfast, all in all a excellent hotel and will be returning to stay again

Upon arrival pics on website looked like to go to for New years count down. I went in there in seen the roaches from MIB THAT WENT AGAINST WILL SMITH REALLY I ADVISED EVERYONE TO WACTH OUT FOR MIKE NIGHT SHIFT HOW NON CUSTOMER SERVICE HE IS WHILE TRYING TO GET MY STUFF OUT ROOM ETC AND WANTED A RECEIPT FOR THE DEPOSIT So I can get my deposit back asap but failed to do that phony's business going on there I have proof of this incident for any future travelers that choose this horrible place keep your head up and make sure rating is right

I stayed here for a week with my two kids Was quiet and lowkey. Pretty clean and staff was nice. Only issue was housekeeping staying with kids the floor was dirty and they didn't come at all till the 5th day and I had to ask for it but other than that pretty good spot to stay

This is a very nice hotel for the price cheapest in the area yet well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful Barbara serving breakfast is very pleasant Sherry of the desk was very kind and nice breakfast could be a little better but you get what you pay for I would definitely stay here again

They only clean the rooms every 3 days due to Covid, doesn't make sense to me since Covid isn't as rampant as before. This was inconvenient for us. The breakfast was exceedingly basic, not many choices other than basic oatmeal and cereal, toast. The coffee was in a separate room, had to leave the kids behind in the breakfast rooms while we quickly grabbed coffee. Just make our stay awkward.

We frequently stay at Best Western hotels, and this was our 1st time at this one. Front desk folks were professional, and did a good job. Room was simple but adequate for the price point. Breakfast goes from 7 - 10am, and we went down at 8:15 to find almost no food. Reported that to front desk, and were told food was being replenished. We waited another 10 mins, and then decided to go out for breakfast. At all other Best Western places we've been pleased with the selection of breakfast foods. It looked like what's offered here is very minimal, and the service on that needs improvement.

I've had better stays at Motel 6 This place had black mold and careless housekeeping and maintenance staff I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money!! The management insults you and didn't show too much remorse.

Hotel was clean and nice. The front desk knew us bc the hotel is smaller. Very nice employees, very helpful. The breakfast was continental. If I had to improve anything it would be to add hot breakfast to menu. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles. That would make it perfect!

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a lovely person who chose a beautiful room for my special needs daughter and myself, a senior. We had two guests with us, for the evening. But our room smelled like smoke later, when we returned from the pool, so he kindly switched us to an upstairs room ( from a ground level, outside entry room). Though it was cumbersome to move everything, and it took several trips, we were ok. However, there was an issue later, regarding a drunk guest who probably wasn't really guest, but tried to go up to his " room" on the elevator. And that was scary. The darkness of the area surrounding the parking lot didn't help. The manager on duty (female who was compassionate and kind) cared about what happened, and followed up. She asked me for a description of the man. But the actual Manager, Lupw, was a great disappointment. Arrogant, ruse, uninformed, badly trained.

This was the most fabulous place to stay. It was conveniently close to airports, freeways, restaurants and many open areas for families to gather. Our friends and family, across the USA, happily celebrated my father's 100th birthday.

Again this is the few times I have found something undelivered ready in guest room with Best Western. I have had to change rooms for better cleaner and efficient service and readiness for use. It is a disappointment since my first experience with Best Western. Management and Services have declined and poorly performed by both front desk managers and cleaning service and staff.

Although the customer service and staff were great, very friendly and helpful, my "stay" was dreadful. I could not get comfortable, between the extreme cold, the stained, filthy carpet, the dirty bathroom floor and bathtub and the stains on the sheets- I decided to leave at midnight and drive the near 2 hours home. I let the front desk know it was too filthy and uncomfortable and they told me to make sure I got my belongings. That was it. Never again.

This facility was very clean on the outside and inside. Very efficient check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was just what we were looking for. Food selection in the complimentary Continental breakfast was less than other hotel offerings. We almost went in search of a restaurant for breakfast. But time constraints precluded that. What was offered was fresh.

I have to CORRECT my last review!!!!! I had a few surveys sent to my email, I've been sick & in pain & as was evident, out of it, by writing a review that was not favorable to the wrong place! This place was EXCELLENT! NO ROACHES! CLEAN. Staff was HELPFUL. Rate was amazing- great value! All my family stayed here- we all loved it- WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

I reserved two rooms for a group of five friends and they put us next door to one another so that was helpful. Rooms are pleasant enough with the usual amenities; we found the iron/ironing board and 'fridge helpful. The bathroom is a decent size with a corner sink. The AC in one of the rooms was either too much or not enough. The breakfast was decidedly underwhelming unless you love a carb overload. The drinks/snacks available in the lobby were purchased only by credit/debit card which some of my friends didn't care for. There was plenty of parking and the young man behind the counter at check in was friendly and helpful. It's hard to find the entrance though as the building seems to be an old one with doors that face the outdoors and others with inside corridors. Where's the lobby? Need better signage.

This hotel is basic but it is clean and the staff very kind and ready to accommodate. The value for the price was great. We were not on a vacation, we needed a place to stay and this fit the bill just right!

Nice and clean area, gas station and other stores were close by. Very good customer service, very friendly and respectful staff. My family and I had a great experience. We definitely enjoyed our trip.

This is a no frills Hotel. But it was a clean place to stay. Very limited breakfast. Cereal, toast, muffins yogurt, and oatmeal. All the staff was very friendly. If your looking for an inexpensive clean place to stay this is it.

This hotel is old and needs to be updated!! The beds are old and the pillows are flat. I needed to change rooms twice, as the first did not have a TV that worked and the second did not have heat. I woke up at 3;00 AM to a room that was 57 degrees!! Finally the third room was the charm. I trust they read this and UPDATE THIS HOTEL!!

Cold air poured in around the door, heater too noisy. Room was too hot or too cold. Fire alarm went off the first night took Fire Dept a long time to come and shut off the alarm. Won't stay there again.

Staff was friendly and they were happy all the time. The check in and check out was less than 3 minutes, heated pool that works. Excellent and accessible parking. Near good restaurants and shopping malks.

My stay this time was much better then the time before this recent stay and the stuff was more welcoming and friendly. Whatever your doing keep doing it because it's working. No one wants to stay at a hotel or motel with unfriendly or unwelcoming staff.

Found the remote did not work after coming back from Dinner. Ft desk did fix but also found out the heater did not work in middle of the night as I work up shivering from the cold and the cold air the HVAC was blowing cold air had to unplug the unit at 2AM as it would not shut off . so cold

It was Clean, the price was not too expensive, the employees that I came in contact with were all welcoming and nice. The breakfast could have been better. Everything was nice, I wasn't upset with anything. We even ended up extending our stay.

Don't stay here unless you're OK with dirty parking lot, blood stains on the carpet, and Fabreeze smelling sheets. I had booked for a whole week but checked out early bc I couldn't stay another night!

Experience was.fair apart from the noisy air conditioning and no eggs or sausages breakfast it was okay. The hotel location is an added plus and staff was great my over all experience I will say fair, I guess the management will make some changes

I'd love to review the property on merits alone but unfortunately was never allowed to actually see the inside of the room I prepaid for despite them admitting it still unoccupied. I showed up pretty late (3:15am) exhausted after a late performance. I had pre-booked specifically so I *wouldn't* have any trouble finding a room. Upon arrival I go to the front desk and attempt to hand over my ID. The woman behind the desk curtly tells me that it's too late to check in. My heart sank as I asked, "Oh no. You had to resell my room?" She replied, "No, your room wasn't resold. It's just too late to check in." Wait... What? I politely plead that I'm exhausted and needed to get some sleep in the room I already paid for. She said "because of the hour we reserved right to refuse check in". Again, NOT because the room had been released, but because of an arbitrary and customer-hostile policy. To add insult to injury, hotels-dot-com called the property on my behalf and was told by the property they would waive the fee (but still wouldn't allow check in). Fine. I was weary and upset, but I'd take it and just move on. Today I followed up to confirm everything had been reversed only to find them now refusing to waive the fee. Currently waiting for the call recording to be pulled (which could take up to 5 days) but I'm not keeping my hopes up. I'm a touring performer and out of literally hundreds of hotel stays w/ very late check-ins, this was definitely a first. Denied over availability? Fine, frustrating but fair. Denied because they "can"? I'm still in disbelief...

rooms ok but no hot breakfast i wont stay again unless they serve hot breakfast. My buddy stay at comfort in for $10 more dollars and got great breakfast. so thats why i mmove to better location. breakfast was great at other location.

This is one of the best economy type hotels in the market. Management and staff are professional and courteous. They go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. I definitely will stay at this hotel the next time I am in the area.

Stayed for five nights with a group so we received a group discount. Staff expressed they were short staffed, therefore, we only had our room cleaned once during our stay. When looking at hotel photos there is a picture of breakfast with eggs and bacon, but those items are not available (maybe at some point they were.)

I stayed here for 2 nights in March 22. I choose this location because it was close to the airport and to family. The room was average. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Convenience store? was a small section of a wall in the lobby not much of a selection.

Very helpful front staff. The room had 2 queen bed, small microwave and refrigerator. Room was clean, smelled a bit musky upon entering. They provided a Lyft driver for our very early morning flight from Ontario Airport.

Depend on what you rent the hotel's room that some are good, and some are lousy. But bed and pillow bad, Pillow is flat that I could not sleep well enough why can't they get it firm pillow but end up flat pillow as I have to use 4 pillows flat use one piece so I can sleep well. The mattress itself kind of memory foam....that is for only one person use it then it memory foam for only one person, but not many of us. I have terrible and not sleep well as I am patience for my Granddaughter's sake for two weeks. So the Hotel have a great,

The parking lot was full of trash and there was broken glass on the sidewalks. The walls are very thin and you can hear noise from all sides. The furniture in the room is very worn. When we turned the a/c on, you can smell the smoke being pulled in from the outside. We experienced a crying baby until late at night and doors slamming at all hours.

My wife and I were in California for our daughters wedding. We were staying with the kids and decided to get a hotel room for 2 nights. We stay at Best Western all the time but never heard of Sure Stay. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay there. The staff was friendly with a quick check in. The room was spacious with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and hair dryer. The roof was clean with no issues. The beds were very comfortable especially after sleeping on my daughters couch. We would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

This hotel was really nice. It is well insulated so the rooms are quiet even with the freeway near by. It is close to the airport for easy access. Panda Inn is right next door and great place to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Employees were all very helpful and the motel was clean and everything worked as it should. Hotel was very accommodating and enjoyable. Plenty of parking and my vehicle was safe in the parking lot. Noise level was minimal.

They had everything I needed to contact business they had everything I asked for the answer every question and did everything perfect. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely stay here. Everything was very nice including the staff

This property has the potential to be a good budget motel but more attention needs to be given to cleanliness. Finding half eaten dessicated chicken wing under the bedside table was quite off-putting. The previous guest's hair on the floor in front of the sink also was unpleasant. The motel is situated in a business park area , but near the freeway.

Drove here from Vegas for a local music festival. 20 minute drive on the freeway from NOS events center. Room had microwave and refrigerator. Located in an industrial area. Front desk has a self self service kiosk with snacks, drinks, frozen burritos, cup o noodles etc. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cost effective place to get a good night sleep and take a hot shower after a long night of dancing. Also was able to get a late check out with no questions asked.

Dirty furniture, broken elevators and no ADA rooms available on the first floor, dirty hallways and broken down car on jacks in front of property. By the way, we called the hotel at least 3 hours before arrival and made sure we reminded team members of the ADA room that was needed and to be close to the second room reserved to which, office neglected to let us know that the rooms were NOT going to be closed to each other as requested and failed to let us know that elevator was also broken, my 80 year old mother with bad knees had to go up the stairs and myself had to carry the luggage for 3 adults and a child up to the 2nd floors . Definitely, will not recommend this place.

Stayed at this hotel over new year's weekend and let's just say it we will not be returning. Everything was good until one or the workers went into our room while we were out and helped themselves to a pair of new AirPods and cash. Even after having the privacy tag in the door. Went to speak to a manager and they tell us there is no manager till Monday. You would think that on a busy weekend such at new year's they would have a manager on duty. So we asked them to check the cameras and they inform us that the area we were staying in didn't have any cameras.

The first thing we noticed was that the heater didn't work. Fortunately, the staff worked fast to assign us another unit. The toilet seat was oversized (not matching the toilet bowl) and was hanging up with only one bolt. The front desk attendants, and in general all the staff was extremely nice, fast and helpful. The breakfast was OK.

The staff very nice and friendly, always happy to help. Very clean & comfortable room. Nice & quiet location near to many food options and shopping places. Nice breakfast considering the pandemic. Nice to have the staff messaging prior, during and after the stay to check everything was good. Thanks.

The Sure Stay Hotel in Ontario is an excellent value for the price. My wife and I stayed here recently and we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the check-in speed, and the quiet location. Even though you're very close to the airport and the freeway, you don't really hear it much at all. We enjoyed our stay so much we've already booked this hotel for a few mor nights in the near future.

This is my favorite affordable hotel! As a travel nurse, I stay in hotels a lot and I don't like to spend too much as I'm basically only there to sleep. This hotel fits the bill for me in so many ways! The front desk is always nice and accommodating; thank you Darrel! Also, thanks to Nathaniel, who once helped resolve a minor issue quickly and effectively. Free breakfast and coffee are awesome, and the check in is quick and easy. I feel at home and very comfortable every time I stay (1-2 nights per week). It's tucked away and off the beaten path, so it feels much safer than many other places I've stayed. I'm really happy I found this place for my Ontario travel nurse job!

I checked in after a long day. I asked if my request for a ground for unit had been honored. They had me in a 2nd floor unit. I asked if a ground floor unit was available. There was availability, but closer to the freeway. After explaining I'd rather have a ground floor, since I smoke and like to go out for one, That's when I told there is only 1 smoking area and if you are caught smoking on the sidewalks or in the parking lot there is a $250 fine for doing so. The clerk even went as far to tell me one guy had been caught twice and the fine is for each time caught. Never heard of this policy before. The smoking area ended up being in a really bad spot. Right under a stairwell. I'm pretty sure it is not even the legal distance from the building per California smoking laws. Water pressure in the shower was very strong. My travel companion said it felt like a message on the scalp.

The place is great. Great staff great amenities even great room service personnel I stay here often I've never encountered a problem they won't happy resolve . Everyone is very understanding and patience. I appreciate this. Thank you staff at the Ontario CA sure stay

Great location near Ontario airport. Very quiet area. Great staff. Tiana at the front desk helped me arrange an early rent a car dropoff, including pick up at airport with Bell Cab (hotel paid) and a departure flight drop off the next morning with a Lyft driver (hotel also paid). Very easy and convenient for an early morning departure. Will definitely be back again! Thanks

Everything went smooth. From check in to the late check out! Our room was very clean. The air worked great. The beds were very comfortable. Fast Internet. Great rates! I Highly recommend this location! :)

I rate this hotel 3 out of 5 starts . 1 start for staff 1 star for room clean 1 star for location. Took 1 star away due to no breakfast when it says to go breakfast and took 1 star away due to windows need to be properly insulated very poor job can hear freeway traffic so tv has to be turned up louder to hear. Staff that greeted us very nice and rooms very clean . Probably would not be staying here again until both get fixed even if the price was a good price for the night

My stay at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ontario Airport, Ontario, CALIFORNIA was pleasant. The room was clean with expected amenities and great A/C. after a day of hard work, i enjoyed time in the pool resting my tired body. the breakfast host, Jacob, was friendly and attentive keeping the the breakfast items full and the area clean. All staff i talked to were friendly and eager to meet any need i had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

If you want a quiet hotel location this is it. Great parking. Right by the Ontario airport. Relatively no traffic or congestion. The room I had was awesome I have no complaints. The Staff were great each time I or my friend had to approach them for any reason. All in all just a great stay. However the pool was closed half of the time I was there; I should have called prior to going to make there was no ongoing maintenance. It was one of the reasons to come to this hotel. I'll be back and I'll make sure the pool is up and running. And my only concern is the main entrance door never closing. You need your key 24hrs to get up but having the door open allows bees to get in and my friend is highly allergic and if she gets stung.....Yes we had a bee flying around us while waiting for the elevator. What if it was your kid and they were allergic? Food for thought. Close the door.

Very close and easy access to highways. Just a little bit disappointed with the breakfast, we just had a goody bag, but understandable because of the situation and desk employee was very helpful and accomodated.

I loved the room at this hotel! The staff was helpful and the room was lovely and well equipped. It wasabi-frills room but had every amenity I needed and so convenient that it was so close to the freeway!

Contrary to some other reviews, I had a really nice stay here. Was only in for one night. The front desk attendant was polite and got us checked in quickly and explained where our rooms were, and also gave us complimentary water on our way out. The elevators require your key card to go up so I felt safe in that regard. Room and bathroom were clean and looked just liked the pictures. Comfy beds, fridge, and microwave. The hotel is in a nice quiet area and the parking lot is very lit up. It was so quiet during my Saturday night stay - no issues with any loud guests or anything like that. I would stay here again if I had to stay in the area.

Sure stay trip ruined by other guest, having arguments with fellow guest and my truck was broken into while I slept. Ontario police summoned to stop arguments nothing changed with the couple who were arguing and arguing continued rest of evening

Stayed here twice while Edison scheduled power outages, and the location is excellent. Walking distance to Ontario Mills mall, restaurants and entertainment. Hotel is clean, quiet and follows latest COVID-19 protocols. Highly recommend. No buffet in the morning, just a sack with a breakfast sandwich, tangerine, yogurt and peanut butter snack bar. Bottled water and/or coffee included.

I am an over 60 African American lady. My son died of a heart attack secondary to heart disease at 42 years old. Prior to my arrival, I explained I was on a deadline to see him one final time prior to his cremation and asked for early check-in if available which the desk clerk agreed. After flying from Atlanta, Georgia to Ontario no one was at the front desk from the side entrance, the lobby was locked, no one showed up until approx. 0630. Upon check-in, I was advised although the rooms were prepaid, the room rate $159.00 @ 3 nights X 3 rooms, incidentals would be an additional $200.00 per night X 3 rooms. I questioned why would the cost, typically $25 - $35, exceeds the price of the room? I was informed we would not be allowed to stay without paying the price and she talked to the general manager and he agreed. I had no other option since I would miss the window to see my sons' face for the final time. Further, when I called the hotel back days later because the money had not been refunded I was informed they could hold it the full 10 days.

For a midwestern family looking for a quick stop on their way across California, this is NOT the place to stay. We were given a room key for a room that was already occupied and then the front desk tried to convince us that we were wrong. Overall, didn't feel safe and I would not recommend.

I judge a hotel primarily by one thing, that's how quiet it is. If you also value a quiet night's sleep, and if you're staying here, avoid the side of the hotel along the I-10, especially the upper floors on that side. It's loud all night long in your room and the windows in your hotel room will do little to prevent all that road noise from keeping you up all night. Beyond that, the facility is average. The front desk attendant was nice and friendly. Parking was free and the rooms were clean and fresh. The only way that I'd stay here again is in a room opposite the freeway. It's just an average hotel. Three stars.
