Best Western Plus Arrowhead Hotel, Colton

I'm usually very happy staying here but this elevator is not good when on the third floor. If you star here just once and it is broken then it is not a bog deal but if you are here twice a week or more then is becomes an issue.

Easy on and off from highway. Staff helpful about surrounding area like good eating places and what their known for like a burger place that serves a big amount of the best seasoned thick cut fries. Breakfast serving both hot and cold items with all being served in a very well maintained and clean area. Price was very reasonable and was well worth it!

PROS: To be honest, when I first arrived at the Best Western Plus Arrowhead Hotel, I was worried about the noise factor. The hotel is located less than a block from Interstate 10 and on the other side of the interstate is a rather large railroad switching yard. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of outside I could hear from my room (the room was on the north side of the building). There was interior noise (we could hear people walking in the room above us), but it was not obtrusive to me and I come to expect to hear some noise (it's a motel, not a single family home). CONS: As we were checking in we were told that due to a housekeeping situation, we would not be getting the Deluxe King room we requested. Instead, we were given a standard 2 Queen room. It was left up to us to contact the Manager the next morning to discuss an adjustment to our bill (which he was able to do satisfactorily). Over night our car was vandalized (broken driver's side window). Apparently several other cars received the same treatment. There are signs in the parking light advertising that there is video surveillance. When I asked the General Manager about the cameras, he told me that there are no cameras on the side of the building where my car was parked. I parked next to the side entrance which is near the elevator. Why would you not have cameras near a side entrance that many customers use? I looked around the parking lot later and did not see any cameras at all in any parking areas. The sign warning of video surveillance were just for the bad guys. There were also signs in the parking lot stating that the hotel was not liable for theft or damage to vehicles (apparently this has happen in the past?). Next, the hotel is in need of a remodeling. There was a cabinet in our room with a door that would not stay closed. The door did not fit the opening and wear pattern showed that it had been that way for a long time. There was a crack in the bathroom sink, stains on the bathroom walls, and the tub showed some sign of mold. The place just looked tired and I question whether it meets Best Western Plus standards.

I'm sorry for the room situation we had a housekeeper that had food poisoning and had to leave early. I'm also sorry that you had you car broken in to, that is not something that happens at this location. I did offer compensation for the room type downgrade, I appreciate your review and it will help improve the property. Thank you for staying with us.

Central location in the Inland Empire just off the 10 freeway. Our room faced north and we didn't hear any freeway noise. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and informative. The lobby is comfortable and well-furnished with TV's. Very nice fitness center with staple equipment. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold foods - waffle maker, eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, pastries, juices, fruits, cereal, etc. Our king bed was super comfortable with good pillows. This was our second stay here this year.

You can hear a bunch of creaking and any other guests with loud footsteps which keeps you up or wakes you from sleep. Requested a refund and only got taxes returned which was less than 10% of a $1,000 stay.

Not horrible, the room was clean. Hotel was understaffed, no front staff when we arrived. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come. The staff were friendly. Hotel rather run down, bathroom needed a make over, old shower and outdated. Air conditioner/heater were dirty with broken vents. Hall carpets stained.

Best Western presented a performance of hearing the customer. I appreciate the management and guests who presented the right consideration for hospitality in a serious dimension of leaving abuse and domestic violence.

It was an excellent hotel great customer service from checking in to checking out very clean great prices excellent stay and breakfast was delicious Robert at front desk was awesome I would highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be going back

This hotel right on the 10 fwy looks new and clean. the room was very well prepared. the parking area is large and free and well lit. the breakfast was a complete hot and cold breakfast with much choice. Fair price $148/nite. The are of town looks a little rough. i would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Staff is smart, professional, friendly, and very helpfully Room was clean (beyond expectations), extremely comfortable, and very quiet Breakfast was good, varied, and readily available.

The experience went well. It's a very quite area no one out late no noise after hours it was safe there no issues for me at all. Rooms were very put together I can't complain great experience I love it

The staff is very friendly and hospitable, there is staff on the clock 24 hours for all your needs, weather you need a plate, or forgot your toothbrush, they'll help you out. It's nice to stay at a hotel with a heated pool too.

Friendly staff and nice lobby area with snacks, and nice clean rooms. Will stay here again when in the area and if not overly expensive as it can be some times. Otherwise will recommend to others when here.

This hotel is very dirty and disgusting when you arrive you will see the breakfast area off to the right the chairs are stained and ripped throughout the hotel the carpet is stained and ripped and very dirty as if they never vacuum. The room had sheets that were stained and hair that was under the sheets, The AC cover was broken with dust all in it and a nail on the ground, The bathroom fan did not work and had mold all on the wall, The shower head paint coming off the bottom of it and did not look very clean the towel that was for the floor was also stained and disgusting and wet. The floor turned my kids socks black because we didn't bring slippers and the fridge did not fit where it was in the wood was chipping off, they had wallpaper that was coming off and they patched it in areas.

I have been dedicated staying here for years and now I won't. There Heaters and other things are outdated, Last stay when waking up about 4 AM I was freezing and I had the heater on at 80 but it said it was 60 degree's. I put it up to 85 and called the front desk and said to call in the morning since they had no one to handle the situation during the night. At 7 AM I woke up and my feet was freezing and I was so cold is was not funny. I turned off the heater and folded up the blankets to get warm. The fixed everything in the day. However when I went in the shower I for the shower going it was a little hot got in the shower as I had it touch my skin and felt how hot it was I turned it down to cold and all of a sudden it came out burning hot so hot I jumped out of the shower thinking I just being burnet by the hot water as I jumped out I almost slipped on the floor. I turned the water to go to the tub and turned in in both directions and it had Hot or Charcoal Hot .. Not Cold Water.. That's way I I got almost burnt.. They fixed that and maintenance told me the situation on both and he fixed that Saturday day. Saturday Night I stayed and all way fine and only a small situation which I told the GM about. When I checked out and asked the GM if I am going to get comped or discounted they said NO since the situation was fixed. yeah it was the day after all the thing happened. Also Homeless is all around the parking lot. Years going there and so on they treat me like that and other had issues... You make your choice !!!!!

We were welcomed and it felt very at ease staying here. Overall I would stay again , the breakfast brunch was fantastic, cleanliness was outstanding and with the room it was very comfortable access is easy through the hotel plus it is secured for guest access only

This is a conveniently located hotel in the San Bernardino area. It is clean, comfortable, and safe. Our bed was great and the staff friendly (did not eat breakfast but the items offered looked good). I would recommend this hotel to others.

I've never stayed at a BW before, but I wasn't disappointed. In fact, I spoke with the General Manager before I left to compliment him and his staff about the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were big too. The staff at the front were very cheerful and friendly. They made the check in process quick and easy. The cleaning staff was polite and very friendly. I talked to them just as I was leaving. They asked if I was leaving and I said yes. Then they proceeding to say they hoped I enjoyed my stay and to half a good day. I thought that was pretty awesome and I will remember their gesture. They took the time from their busy schedule to say goodbye. The general manager was friendly too and I observed him and he was always helping his staff and on the move. He was present all the time. So I really appreciated that. As a guest, it just shows that they really care about our stay and love their job. So thank you everyone at BW - Colton for making my experience a great one.

Soft sheets and comfortable pillows. However, the cold water didn't turn on and the shower faucet didn't turn off! Decent sized refrigerator. We forgot toothpaste and the front desk staff readily supplied the missing item. The elevator seemed old and very slow. The halls need updating. Staff is friendly.

Great place!!! Associate at the front desk Karrinna is awesome!! Came here because our AC went out at our home and needed a place for the kids to cool down, Karrinna assisted with no delays and was able to get us in a room quickly. Her sense of urgency as well as professionalism is highly appreciated from our family. Thank you so much for helping us out when the need came and on such short notice.

no housekeeping was provided. we left the morning of day 2 around 10am and didn't get back in until pass midnight. they didn't take out the trash or provided clean towels. they said they only do that if guest stays for over a week. it was late. we had kids, we went to sleep without a shower and with an awful trash smell

The Best Western Hotel gets 0 stars!! I haven't ever been so shocked!! I stay here often and after what I seen I won't ever stay here again. I enjoyed my stay here before and the other day I seen a man who looked like he was struggling very much in life. he was quite young maybe 18 and he went in and was only looking at the food. My heart felt for him. They were very rude to him and told him to leave and he commented he was ok looking at the food. The employee who was a man started talking very horrible to him and shortly after they went outside and began fighting the poor young man was so thin and the other guy was very big and he fought him and kept yelling at him and at the end he picked him up put him on his shoulders and dropped him the man landed harshly.. I hope that man gets fired because to allow an employee to handle a situation like that is the worst customer service I have ever seen.. I am disgusted at this place.. they are horrible people..

The staff was friendly and helpful as usual, coffee was available 24 hrs a day. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast is always good with plenty of choices for everyone. Gas station and Market is within walking distance.

My work puts us up here. The rooms get really dark which is perfect for the hours I sleep there sometimes. Breakfast is always one of the best. It is walking distance to other good food options. The front desk is always nice and comforting.

Not impressed. The lobby floor was dirty and I didn't feel comfortable there. The people in parking lot were a bit off. We ended up not staying and stayed somewhere else. Front desk employee was very nice and he is great employee for them, very kind and calm.

Beautifully furnished, decent size rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. I thought it was a great location, defiantly on my list of places to stay again. Its also close to several places for food shopping etc

Hotel is in a quiet location, close to the freeway, a grocery store and several places to eat (check out Tacos Y Mas). There were homeless individuals hanging around but that's anywhere in California. The room was ok, it is somewhat dated. The room comes with a microwave and a mini fridge. While packing up to leave I noticed water damage/ rot where the refrigerator is. There was a rip in the carpet that would tear your sock if you stepped on it. The AC needs to be upgraded. We have stayed at this location twice (2019&2021), each time the AC did not cool properly. The room would cool when there isn't any movement. Once we came in from being gone for several hours the room would get warm. The bathroom had an odor and no vent. After running the bath/shower the room would get very humid and uncomfortable. The Breakfast buffet is ok. Housekeeping will bring you towels and remove trash. Some of the towels were dingy and in need of replacement. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is a nice size but the pool area lacks any shade. There aren't tables with umbrellas to protect you from the sun. Overall we had a pleasant stay. If we chose to stay at this property again it would be no more than 2-3 nights. We typically stay a week.

It was central to activity in the area - Front desk was friendly on the in and out. It older area of the town - Plenty of food in the area - easy hwy access. Exterior was clean but a few wandering folks in the area - The side door needed a rubber stopped so it would not bang when opened - card reader was sluggish on the door. It was overall avg experience

100 percent non-smoking hotel, yet we walked into our room and it reeked of smoke:( No other rooms to move to, so we were stuck with the stink. I was happy they had the pool and jacuzzi open at least.

Room is always clean and beds are always comfortable. Hot Breakfast in the morning is delicious. Location is right off the freeway. Housekeeping knocks on your door to see if you need towels or trash taken out.

The town of Colton lost electricity during our stay and as a result this Best Western could not provide electricity in the morning or our breakfast. I realize it was out of the hotel's control, but they should have adjusted my bill for the loss of services

To be honest, I was completely disappointed. The carpet on every floor was gross and stained. I got into my room and found 2 roaches. Throughout my stay I discovered a total of six roaches in my room. At 2am one morning a homeless man was enjoying the hot tub, naked and yelling and screaming. I called the front office and they went outside. They repeatedly asked him to leave and threatened to call the police (but did not) The homeless person final stood up, climbed over the wall leaving his pants behind. One of your employees made the comment, "See you tomorrow" which indicates this is a usual occurrence. The next morning, I asked that employee if the homeless guy goes in the hot tub every night. I was told, "Well not every night but often". I watched chips and crumbs on the floor in the elevator for two days before it was cleaned. Although the cleaning was a joke. The website looks good, however. I feel disgusting and dirty after staying there. Upon my checkout they were unable to give me a receipt with a zero balance, It still had a balance due, even though I had paid. I was told the boss would email me a corrected receipt within ten minutes, as he was on the road. I worked that day and trusted the employee. I did not get my receipt. I called after work and requested my receipt and was told that she would email it to me within a few minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and gave my email again. Then 10 minutes later I called back explaining that I have not received the email. I gave a different email just in case. Keep in mind I was 20 minutes away from the hotel and I needed to travel home that night, which was 8 hours in the other direction. I drove to hotel and had her print my zero-balance receipt. Best Westerns are usually decent hotels. I don't expect a five-star place but, this hotel was horrible, disgusting and just wrong.

This BW location was surprisingly clean and nice inside considering the area. Plenty of parking although the area is suspect. But once you are inside it is clean and so far all the rooms I have stayed in are large and spacious and even have little wet bar kitchen areas which is convenient. I will return regularly when I am in need of a room in this area though.

Quick check in, clean room and dining area. Close to frwy and markets, restaurants etc. etc. Staff is professional and attentive. Internet access always works and is fast with no disconnects. Gym is clean with enough equipment to get a decent workout in. Breakfast is good with lots of variety.

No hot water. No tv or internet for 24 hours. Charged for a night I didn't stay and no refund still after 8 days. Loud room right by stairwell. Front desk staff did their best given the circumstances however should have consulted with their manager. Totally worst stay at any hotel in 52 years.

This hotel offers breakfast and so many other amenities which keep me coming back. During Covid19 they take special care of the patrons and have upped their game on cleaning which is also why I choose this hotel every time I come to this area.

Its for everyone to stay rather fir for bussiness or family it is very homely nice and clean nice. Staff and excellent services all around from gym room laundry room pool jacuzzi breakfast is bomb and computers access fax and copies available to u awesome place to stay ..

Any other hotel or motel does not compare to Best Western Plus Arrowhead come on now you get breakfast in the morning build your own waffles a pool you can go swimming and still in the gym is open 24 hours best place ever

Loved it here . I will be back again. Rooms were comfortable we were able to fill safe and clean and watch great channels for the adults and kids. Plenty of room and options of snacks and drinks . Highly recommend

This hotel was mid point on a trip with other motorcycles. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and breakfast good. The area was close to a grocery store and other restaurants. Close to interstate as well so easy to get into.

The hotel was clean and very presentable. All the staff were pleasant and greeted you as you passed the hotel desk. Had no issues with the room but heard children running down the hall which is a parent issue and people slamming their doors Very discourteous for people to do!

Once again Best Western didn't disappoint. We had a great room at a fair price. The bed was soft and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was great and saved us money for the races. The room we reserved was a double queen suite. The bathroom looked freshly renovated and the room was spacious with a large flat screen TV and a nive kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave.

THis hotel was a great place to stay. I booked and room and stayed there from January 23rd to the 28th. The Hotel Staff was very understanding and accomodating during my stay. I got in my room a little ahead of time. They gave me Room 108 which is located about 30 feet away from the Front Desk. The cleaning staff were always on time with cleaning my room. The room was very clean, had a microwave and refrigerator, along with a coffee maker. I went off and left my hygiene bag which was later fedexed to me by my wife, in the interim I was provided with toothpaste, a toothbrush, lotion, a comb, and everything else I needed. Nothing but smiles and great attitudes from the staff (Manager included). The breakfast choices each day were great, and there are other local places to eat right outside the hotel. My stay was very pleasant and I applaud the professionalism of the Staff during my stay. Darrell Young

We were very happy with our stay here, great friendly staff. Nice breakfast, the 2 bed suite was surprisingly spacious, which I didn't even realize I had booked. Or maybe it was an upgrade. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

When in town for business, I always stay here, staff is always nice and rooms very clean. Breakfast is always fresh as well and hits the spot to start your day. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here for business or pleasure.

Love to book a stay at this hotel in Rialto, CA great customer service on the phone as well as in person.I love to call and talk to Manager to get better deals and it always works out. Customer Service desk is always very helpful .

This hotel is not up to minimum expectations. Room was not clean, had a bad odor and furniture was dusty. Toilet was not flushing properly and the tub had holes in it and looked old and outdated. The towels were dirty or stained with some indescribable matter that made them gross to use. The room felt stuffy and could not adjust temperature. The rug was dirty and torn. Hotel is extremely noisy and certain guests looked like they were staying there to make a living (?). Breakfast may be free but not tasty: watery eggs, undercooked sausage and no variety of the daily entries. Check in and out was okay. Visit was due to attending a funeral so it was definitely not a trip for pleasure. Not planning to stay here again.

Super clean, comfy beds and breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect form the hospital, where we were heading. The hotel has really nice landscaping, overall really nice hotel, it was worth every penny.

Not being personal but I toured with Major Bands for many years and you can imagine how many hotels I have been in and in my whole life this hotel had the most Comfortableness Bed I have ever slept in. And the location is Great to get to and from too.. The staff are very nice !!

Very nice and well managed property, conveniet located near I-10. Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and great Breakfast. Area arround the hotel is very safe with plenty of parking spots. Great Hotel!

We stayed here for one night on our way through town. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was typical of hotels like this, but it was fine. Overall it was a nice stay.

We only stayed for one night but it was the perfect selection! We arrived late and left right away in the morning but the hotel was clean and the breakfast was satisfying. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Ive stayed in hotels alot this year. I wish they were all as great as this one. The rooms were very clean and the staff more than helpful. The best sleep.ive gotten in a long time. There are also.alot of coffee and food options nearby.

8:00 a.m. whirlpool was hot! I knew I should have packed a suit! Easiest parking arriving late is at the back of the hotel; rooms QQ's are right inside the back doors which made it easy for me with my sciatica condition! Nice to have a tub in the room and the tv remote was easy to use : )

Service was great. It was refreshing to know that a hotel as nice as this exists in Colton. I didn't think we would have such a good experience as we came down for a funeral, but this was a nice surprise. They were accommodating and friendly

Went to a concert and location made it easy to get to and from easily. The interior is beautiful. Breakfast was great with variety of cold cereal to omlettes and waffles. Staff were helpful to help us find things to do

This was the second time to use this hotel while visiting family in the area. Convenient location with a starbucks and super market across the street. Clean, helpful staff and comfortable rooms at a good price.

We came into Colton from out of state for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration from our friends, and knowing the Riverside, San Bernardino, Colton Area Hotels are a "mixed bag of tricks" as to most, if not all, being terrible, we had found this Best Western Plus here on TripAdvisor. We saw all the great reviews, so we booked our stay. We came into town a few hours early and stopped by the hotel just by chance to see if we could possible check in early, to drop off our luggage, because the wedding was starting in a hour. They were so nice, they had a ready room and allowed us to check in, Wow! The room itself, a standard king, was very large, the bed so comfy, refrig, micro, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, and flat screen TV all you need. The A/C was ice cold, only issue was no high speed on the fan, which I informed them of, but it still worked fine as to keeping the room cold. Later when we came back, we also heard a strange screech noise from the air vent in the bathroom, which continued all night, but again, with the bath door closed, we couldn't hear it. I also reported it to the staff. The breakfast was very good, hot eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, fruit, cereal, hot cooked oatmeal, fresh juice, just a really good selection and staff was on top of everything and the breakfast room was very large and had many tables, so unlike many hotels where your bumping into other guests trying to get your food, there was plenty of room. Overall the hotel is being kept up in great shape as to lobby, carpets, paint, outside areas are clean. The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy, but hey, your in Colton California. Our room faced the neighborhood and the people living there were quiet so no problems as to outside noise from the street. Free parking too, and security cameras and a well lit parking lot were great to find as well. Would we stay there again, Yes, for sure, and we have tried many places in all of the Inland Empire and most ended up as trash and a terrible stay, But not this Best Western, a Real Gem of a find, thank you again!

The room was very clean, beds very comfortable, delicious breakfast, very friendly, caring and professional staff. Great location, safe and easy to locate. Front Desk Agent Mr. Deurice was awesome, he went over and beyond to make my family feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying every time we are in the area. If your going to be in the River side area and need a place to say this is by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in nice and friendly staff only problem you might have to drive 5 to 10 min out the way for something fun to do not much around be well worth it

Hotel was easy to find and set back from freeway to avoid traffic noise. Check in and out process was easy and quick. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical hot and cold items to start your day with energy. I would recommend the Best Western brand for a few nights stay.

Everything was done well by staff with no negatives. Breakfast was hot and fresh. A great selection of items to pick from to eat. Nice pool, hot tub and fireplace. Rooms were very clean. Third time in last 12 months to stay there.

Stayed overnight for business. Front desk staff was very friendly. It took less than 5 minutes to check in. The room was Clean. Bed was comfortable. No problems with the room. Everything was working. Would stay here again.

I'd stayed here last fall and was impressed so when I knew we'd be visiting family I booked our stay here again Same experience as last time. Was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices to choose from. Loved the warm cookies in the evening in the lobby. We did encounter 2 minor issues but they were quick to address them- tv remote was missing and gal brought one up to us; toaster wasn't working well which manager said a new one was arriving Monday and apologized for the inconvenience. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends

Excellent hotel. Definitely a Best Western PLUS. The property is in excellent condition from the front lobby to the guest rooms. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had ample hot water. The room was quiet allowing for a good night sleep. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area. It is close to several major freeways and close to downtown Riverside where I participated in a trade show.

The room was clean. The lobby, reception was nice and clean. The breakfast was well stocked even though we went for breakfast after 9AM. The morning staff was very friendly and attentive. We were placed on the first floor and could hear every step in the room above us.

The hotel was newer, very clean. Staff was some of the best we have seen in quite a while. Room was clean, and well stocked. We love having a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Breakfast had choices that matched my food mgt plan. Fruit was excellent.

Born and raised in this area ( I moved), I am aware that Colton can be a bit "seedy". However, upon my very thorough internet search of Best Western Plus Arrowhead Hotel, and the immediate surrounding area, I felt comfortable taking a chance. I was not in the least disappointed. In the four to five block area around the Arrowhead, I was comfortable. There is a Starbucks right across the street, and there is a Dominoes Pizza, Denny's and McDonald's within walking distance. There is also a Stater Bros. (grocery store) also across the street. And yes, I felt safe walking there. As for the hotel itself, Wow! Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. The room was good size. The bed was soft and comfy and so were the pillows. Plenty of amenities including a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The continental breakfast was more like a buffet. They offered three kinds of cereal, hot oatmeal in a crock pot! None of that instant packaged oatmeal. Real oatmeal. They had toast, biscuits,English muffins, bagels, and various pastries. Several juice choices were available as well as coffee, team and hot chocolate. A variety of fruits were also available. For the main course, they had scrambled eggs our first day and mini omelettes the second day. Both of these came with two kinds of sausages and bacon. We had hashbrowns the first day and fried potatoes the second. There is also a waffle maker and lots of yougurt too. There is no way you will walk away form the free breakfast dissatisfied. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but our room overlooked this area and it appeared to be clean and well maintained. Since I always feel there is room for improvement, I rarely give five stars. However, I tell you, I was extremely happy with our visit to the Arrowhead and will ABSOLUTELY return! By the way...very reasonably priced as well.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel during our golf trips. The hotel is close to the highway and so was convenient for travel. The breakfast was good with al variety of usual items. Hotel room was clean and quiet.

I had to travel to Colton for a class, and it required an overnight stay. The hotel was clean, well kept, well staffed, well taken care of in general. Breakfast was pretty normal for a Best Western Plus. Overall great experience.

Excellent acomadations clean rooms. awesome breakfast friendly staff...convient places to eat Dennys..mexican food, pjs hambuger, Stater bros across the street..close to freeway..only negative guest PC monitors are extrremly small for doing any buisness transactions and internet speed.

You really can tell from the outside that this Hotel is really Beautiful inside, the area is quiet and safe. My son, daughter and I walked to the market across the street and went to a place to eat walking distance. I can't wait to stay again hopefully get to stay longer.

Nice quiet, clean room. Pleasant friendly staff. Decent hot breakfast including omelettes, potatoes and sausage. Nice variety of cereal and toast, bagels, muffins, etc. Comfortable bed, decent pillows. Fluffy towels. Pleasant nights sleep, will stay again when in the area.

Stayed at this hotel for Cal Jam this past weekend. Rewards member so I stay at a lot of BW's around the country and it was on the top of the list for cleanliness and overall appearance. Bed was comfortable as hell like always.

My family and I were in the area for a baseball tournament and we found this place central to game locations. I was a bit uneasy about the area but this place is like a diamond in the rough. The staff is so friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was so tasty. Traveling with 4 kids can be tough but these rooms were so clean, and spacious everyone was comfortable.

After spending a few nights in LA, we decided to spend the last night east of town to avoid the horrible traffic before driving home. This was one of the less expensive properties we found so our expectations weren't all that high. What a delightful surprise! It's a lovely property, conveniently located close - but not too close - to the Interstate. The rooms are decent sized and obviously recently redecorated. The bathrooms were lovely, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything - even the hallways - was sparkling clean and had a light, pleasant smell. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, fresh and surprisingly appealing. Every single member of the staff was warm, helpful, and incredibly pleasant without being intrusive. You can be certain that my next trip to Southern California will include a stay here!

Last minute stop on long road trip. Very pleased with this hotel. FACILITY - clean, well maintained, ample parking ROOM - stayed in a 2-queen with wife, daughter and 5 granddaughters (5,4,3,1.5 and 1 week. Room was clean, well appointed and MUCH larger than I expected. BREAKFAST - more than the typical coffee and donuts continental breakfast. DIY waffles, omelets, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yada, yada, yada. Area was kept clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this hotel.

After reading other reviews from other guests,that is why I decided to stay at this hotel. Very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very well laid out, lots of choices, the only thing is the eggs and sausage were pretty salty.

Michelle went out of her way to see that I was comfortable. I recently had surgery and tried to reserve a handicap room. The handicap rooms had already been reserved. However, that did not stop the wonderful staff at this hotel, Michelle in particular, from seeing that I was safe and comfortable. They made sure to make adjustments for me in another room and even took my belongings up to the room!

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. On check in the worker answered every question we had and ensured us we would be safe, due to this area seeming a little sketchy. The room we had was the larger room due to our larger party and it was very spacious, the ac worked great and the room was clean. The breakfast was good and there is plenty of seating. The hotel for me was a great hotel, the only reason for 4 star is the area surrounding the hotel seemed a little sketchy, but great hotel itself.

The Lake Elsinore Best western could use a little training from the staff here in Colton. Wonderful stay rooms are very clean. Pool area and jacuzzi were nice and clean as well. Staff os very helpful.

After a long flight, we were happy to check in to that BW in Colton. The room was very clean and tiny. Especially the bed was very cozy. Very good BW. Parking is complementary directly in front. Thumbs up.

our credit card was declined because of hotel computer. front desk blamed our credit card when they knew their computer didn't work. they kept us one hour in the lobby after 8 hours driving and severe backache. we also were unable to sleep from noisy train horns all night and in spite of asking specifically for a quiet room.

Nice place with train decor in lobby. Interior entry, quiet place. Everything clean and organized. Beds were cushy. Excercise room large with new equipment and two televisions. Convenient to Riverside and San Bernardino. Would stay again.

The staff is always friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and welcoming. There are a few restaurants and fast food places in the neighborhood and a grocery store across the street. The grocery store opens every day at 6am and closes at 11pm.

If you are in the inland empire you will not find a more welcoming and accommodating hotel. The staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean and quiet. I have stayed at other Best Westerns in the area and none can compare. They start and end my day with a smile!

I like this hotel. Yes, the price has gone up quite a bit since Best Western took over, but the place was starting to look shabby. It is a pretty good value for the price. The room is good and I love the beds every time I stay. The breakfast this time was not great, but other times has been just fine. So no worries. I will stay here again.

We are regular customer for best western. But this time we got disappointed service. They took money from two credit cards. Almost 10 days now. Not deposit yet. Paying interest to credit card . Contact customer service. Getting diffrerent answers from different persons. Hope we will get our money back soon . Helpless . Not only this hotel. Another best western hotel the same problem. Can't believe it .

We went to a show at the NOS center in San Bernadino and this hotel was the perfect spot to stay. Good value, clean and a quick lyft ride away from the venue. There is even a grocery store across the street and lots of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Convenient location off HWY 10. Raised comfortable Queen beds with lots of pillows. Clean room and bathroom - looks like recently remodeled or updated. Breakfast selection was typical to that of BW Plus. Secured parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.

I was very pleased with the stay this past weekend in Colton California. I was travelling for leisure not business for once. Rooms were very clean, and a very caring and helpful staff at the front desk all the way to the housekeepers. No problems at all. The entire staff was friendly and polite. The young man at ck in was a delight. The pool side was clean and the Jacuzzi was clean and at a good temperature. The fire place by the pool side was not working, but did not ruin our time.

Had a great nights sleep in the very big king size bed. Loved the pillows so much I looked at the tag to see what kind they were. Staff was very friendly everyone smiles and says "Hello". On my way through will definitely book this hotel.

We stayed here in May and again last week. This hotel is great! All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, pool is nice and the hot breakfast has lots of options. I don't make coffee in the room because the coffee they have available in the lobby 24/7 is really good! It feels very safe with the surrounding wall/fence and all their cameras. There are a couple restaurants in the parking lot, and a grocery store and Starbucks across the street. There is nothing they could do better and we will always stay here when in the area.

I went on a business trip and I can say the hotel was very clean, the room was spotless, a comfortable bed to dive for , Staff very caring and helpful. Very clean and newly renovated hotel with top quality beds and comfortable bedding. Great bargain for the price. Why stay in a more expensive hotel. Breakfast was tasty and well displayed. Easily accessed from freeway.

I love coming up to Colton for the Little League Baseball. Been staying at this hotel for a few years. As always, it feels like home. Upgrade looks wonderful and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Mary at the front desk is helpful and friendly. Shout out to Richardo, the maintenance man. Such a nice person and always remembers up when we check in. He does a great job with the rest of the staff taking care the this hotel.

nice place, service was good, did not utilize the breakfast. room was nice and comfortable, very reasonable hotel for the price. location in colton is a little suspect. but there are other amenities close by, such as grocery, pizza , starbucks, which makes it very convenient

This place was clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. TV was good. Prices were great. Grocery store and nice restaurants were literally across the street. The property was very safe with a block wall all the way around. Even the parking lot was clean and neat.

I stayed two nights and BW Plus Arrowhead, Colton, heading to AZ and on the return to CA. The coffee pot did not function on the return trip but other than that the room was very comfortable and clean. They supplied a hot breakfast of eggs and sausage/gravy the first time and eggs and sausage on the return trip. There was also cereal, fruit and muffins etc. It was okay and got us on the road fast.

I had the pleasure of traveling to Riverside with family. We decided to stay at Best Western Plus Arrowhead which was a short drive of approximately 15-20 minutes from Riverside. The hotel was off the freeway. Next to hotel was Starbucks, a family cafe, a pizza place, Stater grocery store and an Ace hardware store. The family suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. The customer service was great; efficien, warm and friendly. Breakfast was included at no charge. The big bonus was a great swimming pool and spa. Oh, the swimming pool also had a lift available for lifting and placing a disabled person in and out of pool. Very cool to see hotel welcomed and provided assistance for disabled folks to also enjoy pool. We have wonderful memories of our Family Adventure and our stay at Best Western Plus Arrowhead! Yay!

Beautiful Hotel everything is new and super clean. Staff is amaizing. It is the best Best Western Plus o have ever stayed at. Definitely will be back again. Highly recommended. Great value for price as well.

Everything was so amazing! Everybody was friendly and seemed like they were happy to be there. Smooth check in and out. Room was always cleaned when we returned and maid would always organize our things for us!

Basic, but quality hotel at a good price point. Comfortable bed and room. Located in an easy-off, easy-on area off I-10 east of LA. The area itself is pretty grim, but the hotel is good. Standard motel breakfast included.

This location would have to be my number 1 choice for Best Western Plus hotels in my area. It's close to both my husbands and my job. It's spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit. It is definitely worthy of being called a BWplus unlike the Best Western plus in Ontario airport center. Nothing about that place was a plus in my opinion.

Loved the stay. Best one ever. Comfy beds. Clean rooms and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was there for my sons surgery and Best Western took care of my family. We recommend this hotel if you need to stay near Arrowhead Regional.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband just 1 night on our way to Tucson. The hotel is very confortable with very large rooms fully equipped with a coffee machine and fridge. Good free hot continental breakfast according to the BW standards. Highly recommended

Newly remodeled with an incredibly friendly staff that works hard to accommodate every need and greets everyone with a smile. The excellent service more than makes up for any shortcomings at this hotel,(the free breakfast will have you heading for the Denny's down the street, and room keys that demagnetize too easily) and we will definitely be staying again. Very conveniently located across the street from Starbucks, a grocery store and with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. An absolutely great value.

This hotel was neat, comfortable and had a friendly staff. There was a nice restaurant next door to the hotel and a few fast food restaurants nearby. The bed in the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked with different options. I was able to grab and go a few items if I didn't have time to sit and eat.

Replace 16 comfortable rooms nice lobby with TV breakfast was great have a great pool a nice Jacuzzi great Internet speeds newly remodeled make you feel like a king or queen the staff is great Great amenities

Great property and excellent staff ! Give it a try if in the area you won't be disappointed ! I stay here on business and its always a pleasant experience ! I would recommend to friends or family members. There is a supermarket across the street, and also quite a few restaurants within walking distance and starbucks too !

I'm from Berdu but move away few years ago. Went home for a week and was shocked at how clean nice this BW is compared to the one in Hospitality Lane in Berdu. Everything here was great! I paid just under $100 a night after taxes for a double queen bed room. I can't find a better room anywhere for that price or less. Breakfast was great! Cereal bar, oatmeal bar with all the toppings, waffle iron and batter station, eggs bacon potatoes, bagels, toast, cream cheese, juice tea coffee. They even had non dairy milk for us vegans. This place is great. The rooms are very clean, staff is friendly, quiet place. I definitely will be coming back! I went to check in happy and checked out happy. There are zero problems, nothing I can really think of. Absolutely mind-blown.

Not sure what I was expecting when I booked this hotel. I was only there for an overnight and needed it convenient. The staff was awesome from check in, to housekeeping and the morning breakfast attendant. The room was clean and comfortable and let's face it. That's what it's all about.!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Had a good night sleep. Location was easy to fine. Motel staff was very professional. Excellent place to stay in Colton, California. We ask for early arrive, and we got what we asked for. The entrance was very clean.

Generally my stay here is very pleasant and except for the check in this stay I was satisfied. Upon arrival in my room the toilet was plugged. Once notified the staff quickly responded and fixed the problem.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Also, the location is very convenient as it is close to shopping and dining. Freeway access is also close by as is the airport. I would look forward to staying here if I need a room at the location.

Extremely well designed interior and spotless best western hotel. Really gorgeous design and renovation in the rooms. Best quality mattress and bedding I've experienced in the entire chain. Very helpful staff and yummy breakfast. Easy access off the I-10 and very quiet neighborhood.

I stayed at this hotel on two occasions once as a couple and this time solo. Both stays were pleasant and stress free. The hotel was clean and secure and quiet in the evening for restful night's sleep. All the hotel staff in every area were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of breakfast choices hot and fresh or cold. Fresh fruit and real orange juice yogurt and the coffee was excellent!

I had a great stay at this Best Western Hotel, the staff and the location made this Best Western Hotel a great choice. This Best Western Hotel location is very close to the Freeway and good quality restaurants. The entire staff I had contact with very professional and went out of their way to make sure my stay was great.

Great location great staff really friendly rooms are nice beds are comfortable. Each room comes with a microwave and fridge ac blows nice and cold I found if u set it like at 70 degrees u won't freeze.

Very clean hotel and updated! Great prices on room and great staff! Breakfast was good. The location was perfect for being so close to the National Orange Show. Parking was free as well as breakfast!!

We stayed for just one night and we found it very good value for money. Great breakfast with lots of choices for everybody. We asked for a quiet room for away from the elevator and we got that! Good for an overnight stop or a couple of days. Room we had was clean and big. Great beds to sleep in.

Checked in for the weekend. They need new and smaller luggage carts that will fit into their small old elevator. Which they should replace and add a second one. Floors are set up maze style but your room isn't hard to find. Room is of decent size. Bathroom is of decent size as well. Typical inefficient window heating and air unit that never seems to run right. Bed was comfy and had plenty of pillows. TV was large enough for room and has an alright channel lineup. An onscreen guide would be nice. Hardly any reception problems so that's a plus. Seems to be plenty of parking. Has a nice breakfast area and pool area as well. Business center has newer computers. Room is pretty quiet too..hardly heard any other guests. Surprisingly nothing in my room was broken. This is one of the better best western properties. I would stay again.

Excellent Hotel. Modern, clean, tasty breakfast and by far the best customer service. I spend over half a year on the road in over a dozen states( I'm a Railroader) and I wish more where ran like this one. So, if your not worried about having a marble bath tub and mints on your pillows(which if you did, I hardly think you would be reading this anyway)then this is the place for you.
