Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites

The front desk concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us with check-in. A link with the check-in form was sent prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival it only took a few minutes and our check-in was complete. Shortly after we were in our room I noticed the sink was not draining. I called the front desk and we were given a new room immediately as the maintenance staff had left for the day and would not be back until the following morning. The Best Western staff called to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. They also provide a shuttle to pick up and drop off from Edmonton airport, which was very handy. The hotel is very close to the Edmonton Airport. We had breakfast there both mornings at O'Brian's Restaurant. I had the continental breakfast and my husband had the hot breakfast. The service and food was very good. They also have a lounge at the hotel, which seemed very busy, but we did not go there. The facility is clean and the housekeeping staff were always available if we needed anything,

Terrible place. They up charged for early check in and we were not told. Not senior friendly room door was terrible to open. Vent covers in hot tub were nasty no towels twice. Tv was terrible and show selection was terrible. bed was nasty worn out. I had to sleep in middle as side was worn towards the floor. Had to ask for extra pillows. We asked for late checkout for 1 PM and they said oh we can only give you till 12. Otherwise there's an up charged. what is with all these up charges like seriously we're paying premium money for a place like this at everything is money, money, money and I got locked out going for a smoke outside as there is no key pad on exterior door

Very Nice room, comfortable bed. The lady who served us in the restaurant was excellent. Considering there were ten of us, she got all of the orders right and was very attentive. We were a group of 10+ there for a wedding.

It's been 2 weeks waiting for my deposit for the room and they haven't even processed it yet it's ridiculous how long there making you wait to get your own money back very unprofessional if you ask me. Also nothing on tv over 60 channels overpriced room

I stayed here overnight before an early flight out of YEG. The room was clean and quiet. The location was great, only minutes from the airport. I would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near the airport. It does have access to a shuttle. I did not use it as I still have my rental car.

Leduc. Very cold and snowy. Front desk pleasant but very confused on processes with the restaurant (went back and forth a number of times on the $12 breakfast and was quoted a price for a second night stay of our room and was never charged the right amount. I even had the text (in writing) and the trainee at the front was the one who sent it and could remember it. In the end, it was about $5-7 difference and I was too tired to phone back to have yet another circular conversation. Food was good in the lounge and good service - would recommend. Hotel was clean. Cleaning products used in the rooms was very strong for the first day but then dissipated. Over all was a positive stay. Front desk needs clearer processes.

The room was very clean. The staff were fairly helpful. The food in O'Brien‘s pub was lovely. The issue I had was that there was slight damage done to my vehicle while parked there. Only after I threw a fit did they investigate. That being said they did investigate and it was resolved.

Great staff, clean rooms and a good price.

The ice machines weren't working so the lady working the desk went and got me ice. She went out of her way to for me and I'm so grateful. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Service in the lounge was great as was breakfast the next morning.

This our favorite hotel as the rooms and staff are top notch. We love coming for many reasons especially the lounge food. This time the food was not good. I wish we would have been warned that the lounge was under renovations because the temporary kitchen to keep the VLTs in play is a disaster. We had baked chicken wings that were probably bought at Costco and potato skins that were under cooked baked potatoes totally inedible. Both my wife and my self had diarrhea . But it could have been from Mc Donald's breakfast burritos or the lounge food. I reviewed to the manger of the hotel but had no reply. I wonder if the temp kitchen had a permit to serve food.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Front desk on the job, paying attention, ready to serve. Food in the bar, however, not so good but service good and polite and quick. Bresakfast excellent and good value for money. BUT, on main floor, room at night, other clients very noisy, so noisy it wakes you up with a start. That's at 1 am and then at 2 am more noise just when you got back to sleep. Try higher floors if you're young and have the strength. Old guys like us need to stay near the front door. A gas station with the lowest price I've ever seen for gas (1.08 per litre for regular) very good if you rent a car and need to fill before going back to the airport which is 12 minutes away. Location location location!

The room was so quiet and dark, and the bed was so comfortable - we had the most amazing sleep! (and I have a 6 month old baby so this is really saying something). When I checked in I thought I had booked a King and we had 2 queens, the front desk explained I did book 2 queens but they were happy to move me. I thought that level of service was so wonderful. The room and hotel was clean, and atmosphere was comfortable - we will definitely stay here again!

Attended the Calgary Jewels of Canada Convention and have to give the staff 5 stars ⭐️ Not sure what the problem was but there was only 1 person in the bar on Saturday (9/20/25) afternoon. He had to take orders, for food as well as drinks, make the drinks, serve the food & drinks, then collect the payment. Management should have had 2 or 3 people working there! I'm sorry I do not recall the gentleman's name, but he did an excellent job👍🏻

Very friendly & efficient front desk staff. Clean rooms with all amenities. Very quiet rooms. Comfortable beds with great linens. Excellent water pressure for showers. Close location to airport & would highly recommend to anyone. An excellent place to stay.

My stays have always been THE best experience. The front desk ladies are top notch! The rooms are extremely quiet. I've never heard any noise from rooms next to mine.

The staff were very courteous, and the rooms were modern and well-appointed. The entire property, including the parking lot, was clean and well-maintained.

Great staff! Helpful, polite and friendly. Bed was super comfy -- nice fluffy pillows. Breakfast was included and very good - served fresh. I like that the hotel is situated in Leduc, walking distance from charming downtown Leduc. Great local coffee spots and unique gift shops. I walk there through the quiet parallel streets rather than 50th avenue. I recall having stayed here about 15 years ago.

We spent 4 nights at the BW Premier in Leduc and we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast each day at the hotel restaurant and the staff and food were very good. We will be back.

Very comfy bed - I had a really good sleep on our one night stay. excellent breakfast - big serving and tasty (worth the $12.00), very friendly and efficient customer service at front desk . nice lounge with great service to relax in. Clean, quiet.

Amazing room; loved the jacuzzi and the bed was soo comfortable!! Loved how the tv pulled out from the wall and that it had a bunch of streaming services!! My partner and I had a wonderful experience. Very neat and clean and the room had blackout curtains which was much appreciated!

i usually stay at the other best western, which was full this time around I enjoyed my stay here, it was fairly quiet, the neighborhood is quiet with a nice park a few blocks away so i enjoyed going over there for the afternoon. parking could be tight if the hotel is full, but it is a fairly large lot with parking around behind the building as well.

We felt like guests in their home! From the moment we called the hotel to arrange for a shuttle pick up to the moment we checked out of the hotel property we were made to feel like family. Dailany, who checked us in was our first introduction to what we could expect while staying at the property. We were welcomed with a smile, thanked for being an Elite member, welcomed as our first time staying with them and you could tell that she was being genuine in her conversation with us. In fact Dailany, Hazel & Brahm all were the same in every interaction, not only with us but with other guests as well. One of the cool features that this hotel uses is text messaging with their guests. The first one is checking in with you shortly after you check in to ensure that you are satisfied with your room giving you the opportunity to raise any concerns immediately with the staff if necessary and allowing them the opportunity to Wow you with how they deal with the situation. Do you need extra amenities, a wake up call, arrange for a shuttle back to the airport? All of these things can be done via text. If you don't like to text that is okay too as you can always reach the front desk via your in room phone. As a person who travels a lot for work and leisure, I have stayed at many different properties and with many different chains and I have to say that honestly, the service that we received from the staff at this hotel is something that every hotel should strive to provide to their guests. If you are looking to shop, this is a great location with Costco and multiple malls including the discount outlet near by. You can ship your purchases home with the Cargo services that are only 10 minutes away and there is ample dining options within walking distance of the property. There is also a liquor store only 2 blocks away from the hotel as well. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, great for going on a walk and welcoming. We look forward to our next visit to Edmonton and seeing all these wonderful people at the Best Western Premier Denham Inn and Suites.

Best Western Denham Inn did an amazing job on our Christmas Party. They were super attentive to what we needed, the food was loved by all (We had turkey and roast beef dinner with perogies and cabbage rolls - so delicious). The room was spacious and set up nicely. Would 100% have another event here!!

This hotel is excellent, both in quality and price. Having a restaurant and lounge on site was wonderful after a long day of travel in cold weather. We didn't have to go out again to enjoy great food and drink ! Staff were so friendly and accommodating , rooms clean and upgraded and halls quiet in the night. Truly one of the finest we have stayed in! Strongly recommend.

I've stayed at the Best Western in Leduc numerous times for business. The length of stays varied each time, but were usually one month plus. The service has always been outstanding, and the staff were very pleasant and very accommodating. The daily breakfast was always quick and tasty plus Johnathan's restaurant has never let me down.

We booked the premiere king suite with the jacuzzi it was very clean, comfortable aroma , fireplace , made it super cozy. We had fast room service from Jonathan's lounge , and the drinks were so good. We booked the romance package , a charcuterie board and dozen chocolate strawberries, so delicious and fresh. I would recommend this suite to couples.

The night shift gentleman ( Shaun ) helped me in the middle of the night. I called 6 other hotels, was told by 3 we are closed, and 3 were full. Enter Shaun at call # 7. He was instantly polite, helpful, pleasant. I was a little distraught on the phone. He calmed me instantly. He even sent a cab to get me from where I was standing on the side of the road by a field, as I had started to walk to find a place to sleep. I was left without a room that I had booked at another hotel. They gave it away even after I said my flight did not arrive till 1 am. Then told me to leave the property. The cab driver was amazing. Shaun even helped me out with food as I was hungry, tired ( up for 23 hours) He was fast and efficient. The room itself was great, bed was soft, bathroom was perfect. The whole facility was clean. Shaun even arranged the shuttle at 9am to the airport to get my rental vehicle. I will always stay here now.

King bed only had one normal size pillow. And two small 1 foot pillows. When ac turned on, the fan squeezed loudly. Used the ev charger, and it was slower than it could have been. Waitress in the bar was good even with a full restaurant. Cheap breakfest was good to get out the door.

Top-notch hotel - close to airport and outlet mall The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was good and plentiful. The rooms are lovely, and the beds and sheets are wonderful. Keurig and fridge and microwave in the room but off the bathroom - out of the way One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in

Staff are the best! Clean quiet rooms with ample parking. Food in the bar is very good. I've stayed here many times over the past few years and it never disappoints. Do miss having the restaurant open in the evening but the food from the bar is just as good as what we got from the restaurant.

Do not go here! Construction going on, that starts at 8:30am. I asked for them to at least give me breakfast (10 dollars a day) and they refused. Shame on the managers! Poor staff had many angry hotel patrons. I've been before and it was a standard best western. I'd definitely avoid it for the time being at least.

We hosted our daughter's 7th birthday party at Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites. Everything went smoothly from planning to the event date. Function room, table set ups, foods, beverages, banquet staffs and services were all great. Thanks to Pradeep, Andriana, banquet captain, chefs and servers for making our daughter's birthday party special and delightful. After the party, we spent the night at the hotel and was impressed by the receptionist and their hospitality. The next morning, our daughter was too tired to get out of bed so we requested for a later check out. Raman was very thoughtful and granted our request. Our daughter was overjoyed and even wanted to stay for two more nights. Hats off to you guys and thank you for the wonderful experience.

Location of this motel was excellent. A number of good restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating.

Excellent airport hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly, supportive customer experience. The bathroom was beautiful and modern with a deep soaker tub (note: very slippery tub glaze- be careful!) Shuttle to airport was not communicated well to driver so was 45 mins late but efficient once picked up, shuttle on return took similar waiting time.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Location was handy to the wedding venue as well as lots of parking.

The Beds are comfortable, and rooms are clean. Take advantage of the breakfast coupons that are provided for their in house restaurant which served a great meal. The front desk is always courteous and prompt. This hotel is a nice place to stay.

We used the Denham Inn as the hotel of choice for our wedding guests' accommodation and rehearsal dinner. The hotel delivered in flying colours in all our requests. The food was fantastic & filling. The staff were so pleasant and the rooms were so comfortable and clean.

Paid and charges for upgraded room. Did not receive an upgrade. Kind of annoying to be asked for breakfast certificate when we did not receive one nor were offered a certificate.

We stumbled upon this place in a pinch. It was an amazing suprise. Best beds, I had the most comfortable sleep ever! Best breakfast, was so nice to have a menu with a complimentary breakfast, very clean. Amazing showers. Great staff and lobby.

As the title implies the Premier Inn has great food, the bed and pillows are amazing! The lounge is my favourite place to eat. The airport parking is a short drive. When I am travelling I always come the night before and stay here. I have dinner and a drink in the lounge. Have a great sleep and head over to the airport in the morning. My favourite place to stay is the Best Western Premier.

Truly appreciated to be acknowledged for my loyalty and give an upgraded room to reflect my loyalty to a great hotel I will most definitely recommend staying here to others. I have already booked my next stay at this hotel for my next business trip.

We were looking for a Hotel to stay at for the night before our vacation that also offered extended parking. We have used numerous Hotels over the years that are a bit closer to the airport. This Best Western is only a short distance farther than the many Hotels that are across the highway from the airport. We are so glad we booked here! We will never stay any where else in Leduc. They offer extended parking at a very reasonable price, which is so convenient. Check in was very welcoming and friendly. The Hotel itself was very comfortable and pleasant all around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we returned from our vacation, we called the Hotel to have the Shuttle pick us up. This is the first time ever, that we have had the Hotel call us right back to say that they just spoke to the Shuttle Driver and he would be about 15 minutes. This was so much appreciated. Once the Shuttle Driver arrived, he made extra effort to make sure he was picking up everyone he had been called for. He was even going to head into the Terminal to see if guests were waiting in there, but we were able to clarify that we were all present at his Shuttle. We truly felt like a valued customer at the Best Western. Thank you for providing such a great Hotel Experience. See you again soon!

From checking in to checking out everyone was pleasant and we will be back. The room was very clean and the food in the restaurant and lounge was excellent. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Not sure what else to say exactly other than it was very nice.

Friendly staff greeted me. It was a very clean building in the common areas, well lit, and room was well turned out and spotless. I didn't want to venture out in the cold and I wasn't feeling order in for supper so I visited a very nice little lounge with good food.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was a great stay. Had our company Christmas party here. Food was great. Was an awesome night. My room was clean and comfortable. Room we had the party in was clean and a nice size for the amount of people.

We booked with a large family group, for a wedding. The parking lots were fantastic for our elderly and mobility challenged family. Close to all amenities. The pub was a great spot to unwind and order food.

Booked the room for myself to stay overnight before starting a week of sleepovers with the grandchildren. Was upgraded to a suite but there was some confusion about breakfast the next morning. They gave me a room card as an elite member but said my room did not qualify for the breakfast voucher. I always try to stay with Best Western, an influence on that choice has been the availability of the breakfast the next morning

The pillows are terrible but the staff was very friendly especially the front desk and Jonathan's Lounge had delicious food overall we had a good stay and enjoyed it very much would highly recommend it

Attended for a surgery in the area. This review doesn't reflect Best Western as a whole and is likley isolated to this and other locations that are owned by the owner of this location. The overall experience was beyond poor and seems to be the norm as it is unfortunately not the first time. Minorities should beware.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, accommodating and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Overall clean. The beds are comfy and lots of pillows. If I had any feedback it would be nice to have more towels.

This hotel in Leduc Edmonton was the nicest I've stayed in so far. It looks brand new with all modern decor. Staff were very friendly. We have it on our list of hotels to return to on our next trip. We'll be back.

Very nice staff. Excellent room for the price, great bed and pillows. The lounge and resteraunt have great staff and really great food. I also like that the rooms have good kuerig coffee and real coffee mate. I don't see that very often in my travels.

Excellent all around experience. We had a retiree reunion with 180 guests in the ballroom. 38 of our guests booked rooms at the hotel. All guests were positive about the rooms and services provided. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, included served hot breakfast was very good, checkin / checkout positve, and room rates provided very good value.

Stayed for a weekend to attend a wedding in Mulhurst, which was 35 minutes away. Went into Edmonton for dinner Friday night, 30-35 drive. Easy and pleasant check-in. Nice spacious suite. Really appreciated the shower!

All the staff here were exceptional. Right from the start with the very nice folks on the front desk (who gave us an amazing upgrade and made sure that our special requests had been addressed) to the restaurant staff in both Jonathan's and O'Brien's - they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Great service! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the shower is amazing! The service (and food) in both restaurants was stellar. We happened to hit Jonathan's on wing night and the place was very busy. But the server (the only one taking orders and settling bills) was on top of everything and we never had to wait for anything. The next morning at breakfast, the staff were very friendly, and the service was very quick. The waitress took a few moments to chat with us about where we were from and made it seem like we were visiting friends. Amazing service!

Great small hotel that had great employees for the most part. A front desk employee made an error and woke me up at 6:45 am but it was not the end of the world. The pub lady, conference servers and breakfast lady were all great. A minor complaint is the use of the old fashioned small AND LOW toilets. I thought I was on a pottie!!! Lol

We did the stay and play package and golfed Leduc GC. Guest services took care of all of the details for our other area selection, not part of the package. The hotel is conveniently located off the major highway. All of the staff were super friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. Hot breakfast option was very good. Very pleased with our stay. Felt like a valued customer.

We Really Liked the Jacuzzi Tub it was very relaxing Also the bed was extremely Comfortable. If you find yourself in Leduc I would Highly Recommend Trying out This Hotel. It was also nice to be able to do our own laundry at the hotel as well

Staff is very accommodating. Especially in the restaurant / breakfast service. Great stay for the price! Great value, fairly updated, cleaning staff followed up and followed directions well. Here for a wedding.

It was a great stay , good people . the breakfast was awesome . Even the cleaners were very respectful . The hotel room was very clean , I recommended this place . I got a short stay but it was a good stay and thanks for the personnel .

The front desk and staff were very courteous. They wanted to help in every way. From bringing us water to helping us with our luggage to the front desk. The restaurant area and food was fabulous. They accommodated my vehicle while I was away for 2 1/2 weeks for very little cost. A great thank you from me and my wife.

We have stayed at Denham Inn & Suites dozens of times over the years. The first few times, location to the airport was the most important. Now, even when we're coming to the area to shop and visit, we stay here. We find the staff very accommodating and friendly, the food is excellent and the overall atmosphere pleasant.

We used the hotel as a quick place to stay to catch a flight and then again upon return. We were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel for free during our vacation. The shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless. When we returned and had a long day of travel we were greeted for a midnight check in by Shaun working the front desk and his friendly and upbeat customer service was exactly what we needed. Super fun guy! (Thank you Shaun!) I only wished they had a supper restaurant that was family friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Is a wonderful place to stay as it offers a shuttle to the international airport. Having the lounge attached to the hotel is a bonus. Recommend this place if your a snowbird flying back south to warmer weather.

Had a lovely stay for our 55th Anniversary! Luckily we were given an upgraded room room with an awesome “rain shower”. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again….hopefully without waking up to minus 44 C temperatures!

From the time we booked the reservation to the time we checked out, the level of customer service was outstanding. I normally stay with Best Western for Business and this was a personal trip.. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Best Western Leduc.

Very professional, clean, comfy and fresh rooms, the bathroom had a big deep soaker tub, which was fantastic, the bed was vey comfortable with a down duet , the breakfast was typical breakfast with 2 options. But great food in the lounge with exceptional service, food was quick and fresh and with a great chalet atmosphere.

We were in the premium suite with the hot tub, and it was awesome. We were able to relax as we soaked in the hot tub. We also liked that we were able to order our food which was delivered directly to our room.

Exceptional service. Friendly, efficient, accommodating. Can't say enough about the front desk staff .. especially andrianna. Clean, fully stocked room. Restaurant had great food at good prices. Nothing negative to report.

Cons: there is no pool, hottub is small and wasnt very hot, the shower in the room took a very long time to get hot water. Pros: room was quiet, clean, very nice furniture is updated and the bed were super comfy and pillows amazing. There was charging ports on the alarm clock :) i charged my phone. over all its a nice hotel amd rooms. Breakfast in the morning was choice of ham/sausage/bacon i chose hashbrowns egge poached but not soft enough. nice restaurant and service

All staff were friendly and cordial from front desk to housekeeping. Suite was in beautiful shape with lots of room and was super clean. Adjoining lounge had full food menu, VLT's and nice atmosphere. Adjoining restaurant served wonderful breakfast at reasonable price. Great value for the $$!

We've been using this location for 20 years in all our different holidays to airport . We're celebrating our 50 th anniversary and booked again Dec 18 & jan5 on a carrabean cruise. Whenever we travel we always stay in Leduc.we live 5 hours away from Edmonton airport. We like parking in small parking lot. Easier as we're now seniors in the seventy's.

Average room, bed comfortable, old hotel that has been refurbished, no amenities in the washroom as advertised, (when mentioned at check out- comment was did you call for some, well when you are in the shower - how do you call for body wash or shampoo) . Shower had black mold in all corners another turn off…. Again guest services - oh I will have services look into that. Restaurant was slow for services. This hotel would not be my choice again…. Stayed at other Best Westerns not a problem…. This one. Thumbs down.

Great hotel! Clean, friendly staff, and prices were fine. Location was excellent with many places to eat nearby. Had some issues in Lounge but all in all was VERY good. Do not hesitate to enjoy this hotel!

Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Food was very good and served quickly. Only issue was an extra $20/ night charge that they added on. When questioned they removed the extra charge

This is my first choice for hotel in Leduc area. Great value. Rooms are a good size and the beds and pillows are comfy. Dining staff are pleasant and the food is okay. Outside noise is limited which helps for a good night sleep.

Clean and very nice hotel. I just noticed that 2 of your staff working on that day when we are checking out, the one mopping the floor in the hall way and your maintenance guy did'nt reply or smile when I say Good Morning to them. They should know the 3 meter rule. Thanks.

I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel deserves the time. Everything is exceptional from the check-in, to checkout. The rooms are nice, the shower is superior, and the bed was amazing. The food and service at Johnathan's is unreal.

Great spot! Everything you need, very clean, great staff! Hot tub and massage chair were used every morning and the hot tub is very clean. Food in the lounge was great, you have to try their rosemary parmigiana Fries!

The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff exceptionally pleasant. This is my hotel of choice to stay at when flying, it is only minutes to the airport but still reasonably priced. Going back end of this month.

The people working the front desk are super friendly. The gym actually has equipment to get a quality workout in, cable machine, lat pull down seated row, bench/shoulder press, leg extension. DBs to 50s and cardio equip

We checked in this since we attended the wedding in Leduc Country Club. The rate is a good price for a spacious room with two queen beds and a nice shower! Over all my stay was excellent. If ever I will go in that vicinity again, will definitely stay in Denham.

Great location just off the highway. Check in was excellent. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. It has a lounge with great food and generous portions. Very quaint and a comfortable stay.

Very grateful to the staff who helped me with a room at the eleventh hour when all the other hotels in the area were booked. The room was excellent and service was superb. As a repeat customer, I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers.

This was the second time I booked at this Best Western accommodation. Check-in is fast, clerks very courteous and helpful. Restaurants and lounge excellent. Great breakfast, friendly waitress. This accommodation is close to other restaurants, shops, and close to the main highway. I would certainly recommend this Best Western location.

We really enjoy this location. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. They are engaged and seem to be genuinely interested in their guests. The larger suites are lovely and comfortable. Note; Their smaller rooms have an awkward bathroom with limited counter space) The fitness center is nice and a decent size, plus, the massage chair is a wonderful bonus. We also appreciate having a guest laundry. You can put your laundry in, then relax in the massage chair in the fitness room, which is just next door, lol. The on-site restaurant and lounge are also nice and convenient options. Overall, an enjoyable and comfortable travel option. Thanks to all the staff!

Clean room, great service, loved the shower, no complaints. Loved the king suite with the separate sitting room, very cozy and comfortable. Forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste and the front desk had some for us. We would definitely recommend this location.

Very clean hotel, room was spotless, had all the usual stuff like microwave,tv,coffee makers,box with teas/coffee ,big closet,spacious room.Soft and comfortable matresess ,plentt of storage space if needed.The AC was a bit loud,but probably because is old.Location is great, as we needed go be close to YEG airport.Staff was very friendly for both checking in/out.There was a restaurant on site with decent food..

The room was fantastic, however, there was a message on our room telephone and I couldn't retrieve it! Nobody at the front desk had any idea of how to retrieve messages off a room telephone! Usually there is instructions on how to retrieve messages, but not in this room.

Small rooms but very clean and lovely staff. We had an early wake up for our flight and the lady at the front desk was quick to offer us a granola bar and coffee for the road. Great service! We also enjoyed a nice supper on their outside patio. Having a place to eat right where you stay is such a bonus, especially when the food is good!

Super friendly staff. Easy check in and check out, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Oh ya, the shower was so good. Excellent water pressure! The free breakfast was a great bonus and not the regular fare, it was made to order. Overall, great experience. Would recommend for sure.

Our stay was just average. The front desk was helpful, despite us being at the end of a long vacation and being very needy guests. The room is rather small. I generally avoid ground floor rooms because I feel like a zoo animal on display when on the ground floor near a parking lot. Anyway, they only had ground floor available, which I guess was fine for one night. The hotel ran out of hand soap, so I had to use body wash. They provided two towels, requested more, had to ask a couple times for towels. Nothing really horrible about our stay. The hotel is clean, the staff nice. Airport shuttle went well. Yeah, try this place out. I was just grumpy, so my experience is kind of tainted. The reviews speak nicely to this property, so it is probably worth it. The hotel seems understaffed. The same employee worked like 16 hours the day of our arrival and departure. The hotel was also sold out which I think caused some of the service issues we experienced.

We stayed in this hotel June 3-4,2022. There were several friends and relatives staying in rooms that we had blocked for a family wedding. Everyone was very happy with all aspects of their stay. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We ate in the lounge and restaurant and were very pleased with the service and food. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Appreciated the warm welcome and help upon check in. The breakfast was filling and priced very reasonably. Comfortable bed and linens. My only complaint had to do with the heating cooling system - a bit older system that did a bit of clunking going on and off.

The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel itself and all the amenities were tip top. The hotel is located in a great neighbourhood, for those who would like to stay in a safe residential area yet near to the highway. The shuttle was efficient, on time and great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is flying into and out of the Edmonton airport or staying in the area

My sister and myself were in Leduc for my brother in law's memorial. Upon arrival I realized that my sister needed a wheelchair. The staff were so very understanding and helpful. They found a wheelchair and not only brought it to the desk but took her into our room and made sure that she was comfortable and didn't need anything more before they left. The next morning they came to our room and took her down to the desk. They allowed us to use the wheelchair until checkout. They were excellent, caring and went beyond what was expected. Thank you all.

I travel quite a bit for work and, up until Covid, I would spend a week at this hotel every month. This was my first trip back in 2.5 years and everything was how I remembered it, it was like I hadn't missed those trips. The amenities are excellent and the staff treat you like you're a part of their family.

Front desk was warm and inviting. Dinner at Jonathan's was good, however the breakfast at O'Brians was lacking - the sausage was cold a flavorless. We will defiantly be back, and will probably give O'Brians another chance.

This hotel was extremely clean and the front desk staff were super helpful! I had mistakenly erred on my booking request and the front staff figured everything out for me and straightened out my reservation.

We had car trouble and had to make a last minute reservation. The staff were so helpful and understanding. We required an accessible room and we were thrilled with the room's layout and size. There was room to maneuver the motorized wheelchair and the bathroom was large enough for the wheelchair. Their was even a shower chair for the tub! They accommodated us by providing a late checkout as we weren't sure when the vehicle repairs would be completed. We ended up having to stay a second night and as the room we had was already booked the staff worked with us to find a room that met our needs. They have gone above and beyond. There is a large, well equipped gym, a small hot tub, an on-site lounge and a restaurant that's open from 7 am to 2 pm. The rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable and the decor up to date. The hotel is just off Highway 2 to Calgary so easy to access.

This hotel is handily located very close to the airport and has all you need around it for food, shopping or supplies. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. And they have the best showers of any hotel I've ever stayed at! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was a little surprised when we pulled in. Hotel was bigger than I thought. Parking if driving a vehicle is more than adequate but if you are towing, parking is a little more difficult. Easy access to main highway.

We stayed with the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites during medical appointments and a recovery period. The Staff was very friendly and Professional. We were comfortable and got good rest. We stayed for a total of 6 days. Our breakfasts we had each morning were perfectly cooked and delicious.

Every time I'm in Leduc for business or pleasure, I stay here. The staff are so friendly, comfortable and clean rooms, a restaurant for breakfast/lunch and a lounge for lunch/dinner. It's minutes from the Airport, shopping and some of the amenities that Leduc has to offer.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The front desk was amazing. Adriana was so helpful and sweet . The lounge is perfect. The hot tub and gym is great and the energy is beautiful. I'll be back.

Rooms where nice right off the highway , quite and clean,front desk staff where very helpful with my booking issue.. restaurant had great food.(burger) was excellent. Great choice of beer would definitely stay again

The room was nice enough, no issue with the room itself but the cleaning was horrid. In the jet tub there is handprints all over the tiles. The bathroom shower was cleaned but streaked and fogged from maybe using the wrong product. We were told they'd try and get us in early for Valentine's Day, but we ended up checking in after the 3pm check in. They said the other people left late on a late check in. It would be understandable if this was not super clean because they rushed and got us in early but that wasn't the case at all. Just disappointing.

Outside was nice...great parking, restaurant good...breakfast normal. Rooms just not up to par for premium ...price was good. Room had rough drywall and towel were rough...also bedding was weird. 200 words blah....I am sick of vwritting

Everything about this hotel was perfect! From the staff, to the cleanliness of hotel, room, comfort of the beds and quality of bedding was perfect! My son had to have surgery in Leduc so we decided to stay in hotel to avoid early morning commute.

Nice property right in the heart of Leduc. Room was very well appointed with nice amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Exception were curtains on the closet...very strange and really took the quality of room down a notch. Ask for a second or higher story room. My room on ground level was almost in the parking lot! Great lounge and also restaurant.

Excellent room only complaint is the baseboard heaters were a little loud. The room was really clean and the latest renovations they did were done very well. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Just plain terrible. Do not stay here ever. I booked a hotel room that advertised free breakfast included. I even took screenshots as I was booking & showed the manager. She didn't care at all & said she can't do anything. Best Western as a whole has lost a lifetime of business from me. I will never stay at a Best Western ever again. Stop false advertisement.

The staff are fantastic, rooms are super clean, food is soooo!! Good, great price, drinks are cold, the beds are so comfortable you will not want to get out of them, towel are so soft who likes scratches from towels did I mention how lovely the staff are, they make everyone feel special

After checking out of the room they called me and informed me there was pet hair and urine stain on the couch and accused me of having pets in the room. I requested proof of these things - video or pictures. I never received anything except a bill for extra cleaning. I offered to send them the bill from the kennel I used with check-in and checkout times once I got the proof of pets in the room. The proof never came because there were no pets in the room! They eventually refunded the money after we demanded this issue be handled that day as they were going to try to make me wait 3 days with an extra $200 on my credit card! Definitely will not be staying here again!

Check in fairly painless, very comfortable room and beds. Negatives- toilet is very short, no usb plug ins in the room and breakfast is no longer included / and or a buffet. Last and harshest: no HEAT in the washroom!!

This is my choice when working in the area to stay, convenient location, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Check ins are efficient and quick. The lounge off the lobby is very inviting and the food is good. All in all it's one of my favourite stays

The bed is super comfy, room has everything you need. Only dropped the rating slightly because the sink was clogged and the shower stall door didn't work. The staff are amazing. The front counter staff and the restaurant wait staff were extremely attentive and just kind people. Thank you for the excellent service.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, though we would get there by 3pm for an early check in luckily we didn't as the room wasn't quite ready when we arrived at 3:55 but didn't take long to get in. Front desk staff very friendly and polite. Travelled to watch our grandson's hockey tournament in Millet. They had a fundraiser going on in the arena and some jerk broke in and stole all of the gifts, pretty sad as this was a fundraiser for the hockey teams. Hope they catch them!

We needed a hotel for the night before our early morning flight. Covid had caused a change in our plans. We were able to get a great deal for the room and it was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and amazing!

the hotel is clean inside and out. employees are courteous and respectful and always meet my needs if i request for it. good foods are served during breakfast. more than plenty of spaces where to park in their front, side and rear parking lots.

Excellent stay. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, professional service at the desk and big nice rooms. Reasonable price for the rooms and a very good value. I always enjoy staying in BW Leduc. Some rooms have only the shower and not bath tub. So, if it is important for you to have a tub, you have to ask for it.

Stayed 2 nights here and have to say it was excellent Beds were great as was the shower.Rooks are very well appointed with fridge microwave and coffee maker. This might be one of the best hotels I've stayed at especially if you consider the very good rate. This will be new home every time I travel to Edmonton.

Checkin took at least ten minutes. New receptionist had In Training badge but nobody was helping her and she was getting flustered with a guest when we arrived. She finally went to get help. An older receptionist came out and then took three phone calls before attending to us. We were late for a hospital appointment because of the long delay. Also the fridge was noisy, should not be in an enclosed space and was running very hot and caused the microwave on top to vibrate.

Best Western in Leduc was great. Restaurant was convenient with good food and fast service. Reception for check in and check out was fast and friendly with no complications. Will definitely stay there again.

We received exceptional service at this best western. We'll definitely stay again. We received a little snack upon check-in which won over my son. The complimentary breakfast was very satisfying and the breakfast attendant was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were perfectly clean and quiet. Added plus was the hot tub was so relaxing after a full day on our feet. The beds were very comfortable and we all had restful sleeps just like we would of had at home. We'll definitely stay here again!

Excellent service from the time we checked in. Friendly staff, very clean and so economical! Included already in the price was an awesome hot breakfast, which we enjoyed every morning. The waitresses at breakfast as well as in the lounge were super friendly and did heir job very well!! Not to mention, the food in the lounge was also very good. Not one complaint and we will definitely stay there again and we recommend anyone looking for a place to stay, to make this your stop!

Our +55 men's ball team came to Leduc for a ball tourney. We booked 12 rooms as they were the host hotel. They didn't disappoint. Great rooms with outstanding value. The hot breakfast was a bonus. The food in the lounge was above "pub food". From the manager in charge of booking to the staff at the check in counter to the staff for breakfast........................they were all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well appointed and the hot tub was a blessing in disguise. Thanks for the great stay.

This Best Western (BW) was supposed to be top of the line Premier vs. basic BW or BW Plus. Was first offered a room one door from lobby. Refused. Second room offered had view of a roof enclosure. Refused. Third room offered, shower broken but in desperation, accepted it. Staff didn't know how many BW points required for upgrade. Was told hotel was sold out by 6 pm. Didn't believe them. From outside 90% of room drapes were closed. I think because I got a discounted room rate, they were trying to stick me in rooms that guests turn down. Ice machine was out of order on my floor. Told them I don't feel safe as a senior stating on ground floor. Seems like BW bought this hotel on stuck the Premier on it. They told me breakfast not included. So for the pricier rooms they are just sticking the breakfast charge o to the room charge. I didn't care. I am not paying $20 for toast and coffee. At least the bed was comfortable. Will never stay there again.

This is my favorite Best Western location I have experienced to date, great staff great service and a room that exceeds my highest expectations, and plenty amenities located in side the hotel, gives it almost a resort feel. Highly recommend!

Nice and quiet hotel, off the beaten path. Great menu selection in the restaurant. Hot tub was down, but the staff offered us a voucher at a neighboring hotel to use their facilities. Super clean room with a comfy bed. Quick drive to South Edmonton Common. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for business at the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites for 11 days, not a day in this COVID-19 environment did any hotel staff had not smiled at me or help me for my stay. Even with mask I saw a welcome smile. It made my stay passed too fast. :)

We always stay at this Best Western location when in the Edmonton area first and foremost because of the helpful and caring staff and secondly, due to the close location to the Edmonton International airport and shopping.

Very nice property, room was great, front desk experience was wonderful. This property has a day time restaurant and a day time / night time lounge / pub / restaurant. Very close to a lot of shopping, dining, drinking establishments. Great staff. Price was very reasonable.

I've had to make many visits to Leduc, AB, due to follow ups on my knee replacement. I've been put up at this hotel every time and have been throughly happy with it. The hotel is very clean and the staff extremely friendly. I've never had a bad room or experienced any type of issue during my many stays. The restaurant serves really good food and pre Covid, served a great complimentary breakfast, which included a selection on hot buffet items. I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure or business.

Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after considering it was during them Covid-19 and they made sure that we were safe as well as themselves. Stayed here quite a lot over the years and I must say it's just how I remembered. The staff are excellent and the hotel was nice and cozy, great rates and the buffet breakfast is and was always excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone that's wanting to get away for a few day's and so close to the city of Edmonton for shopping or events, and the airport and Costco are right there.

We checked in late as we were travelling from another event. The check in process was very easy and the free upgrade was pretty sweet! Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hot breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great place to stay when in Leduc on business. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are quite nice and love the beds. Most of the showers on the main floor have amazing water pressure in the shower which is always a bonus. Only complaint is the loud sound of doors slamming constantly which is quite alarming at times.

Had some out if town family stay here over christmas they said it was very clean and decent rooms price was average, said restaurant had good food as well. Hotel staff were very accommodating and kind over the holidays.

Checked in very late due to flight delays, and was met with a wonderfully friendly, sympathic and efficient night desk manager, Sean. He was quick with registration and getting me to my upgraded room so I could finally get to bed and get some sleep. Hotel was very quiet, very comfortable. We've been here several times before and will continue to stay here when traveling in/out of the Edmonton International Airport. Great staff, great location, great place to stay.

Very nice room, very comfortable bed. Nice to have option for breakfast, if we didn't want the buffet. The fitness centre was well equipped. Too bad the hot tub was down for maintenance. The front desk staff was efficient, friendly.

I did enjoy my stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable. A little more soundproofing from the hallway would be great, but nothing major. Breakfast lacks variety as it is always the same items every day. Overall though, great service and great hotel.

When you arrive the hotel is wonderful Inviting and all Check in went great The room was great looked just like the photos The shower is PHENOMENAL Layout is on point and comfortable The gas fireplace is a bonus and beautiful Now the not so great It was a getaway for hubby and I as we were just in Canmore and did not want to head back home yet so we stayed a night extra away. So we were wanting to just enjoy a evening locked in. However no room service so we went down to the restaurant, not overly upsetting but still would had been a great bonus. The spa bath was HUGE However it obviously does not get deep cleaned, I filled up the bath with hot water and vinegar ( I have a thing with washing the tubs and such in hotels ) And OMG THE CRUD THAT CAME OUT Well good thing I cleaned it. We were able to enjoy it after the cleaning. Rest of the evening went good. Then checkout. I had noted that there was a charge upon the regular charges on my CREDIT CARD Not a debit but a CREDIT CARD. the lady explained that they take a deposit on top of everything.... Well NOONE explained this in the beginning! Would had been nice to know. And it was upsetting as if there were ANY damages they had a god damn number on file

I didn't realize that there was two Best Westerns in Leduc and I booked the wrong one. When I commented to the front desk, his response was rude. When I asked for a recommendation on a taxi service he told me to google it. Definitely less than friendly. I spoke with a different front desk agent regarding the breakfast and she was less than helpful. We didn't end up taking advantage of the free breakfast and ended up paying for the brunch buffet. The room was fine, the faucet in the tub leaks, the heating was way off. I'd recommend trying one of the other hotels in town.

Been staying at this hotel for business and personal and its is the most consistent high quality of the Best Western chain in my opinion. The rooms in the tower are great, the staff is friendly and efficient and the food in this hotel is awesome-especially the breakfast buffet.

The best western app changed the date back to the current date when I switched payment to reward travel so room was booked for the day before I arrived, The receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all, won't go back again

The deluxe room was fantastic. Comfy king size bed. Great pillows and comforter. Extra space with couch and table was nice. Room was very quiet. Great control of room temperature. Food in restaurant was excellent. Service is fast. All staff is pleasant and helpful.

My hotel of choice when I stay in Leduc. I often stay and park when I fly somewhere. The only downside of this hotel that it is limited parking for that and they charge for parking after 3 nights.Otherwise this is an awesome hotel! Staff is friendly and efficient, rooms are extremely clean, noise proof, and stay dark for sleeping in. Beds are so comfortable!! Food in the lounge is very tasty and a good buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room. Gym is clean and equipment is in good shape. There is no pool, but there is a hot tub. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty much as the title says. Late checkout wasn't late enough, so I paid for an extra night because I arrived very early in the morning and wanted to sleep in to be fresh for an important meeting. The room service staff woke me up even though I had a please do not disturb sign on the door. Completely defeats the purpose of me paying for an extra night.

This hotel was excellent. Very clean, great service and fantastic food. The Saturday night buffet offered at the restaurant was a great surprise. It was nice to be able to check in, get settled in our room then walk down to the restaurant and enjoy a nice evening meal. The buffet had lots of options. The morning buffet included in the room again, was excellent.

If you don't mind sleeping in the same covers as many other strangers then you won't mind this hotel, but if you aren't keen on having the same duvet touch your skin as has touch several other guests this is a terrible place to stay. To say nothing of the suede headboard that never gets cleaned. Noisy fan in the bathroom that you could not shut off.

I will highly recommend this hotel for being so hospitable and comfortable and convenient to stay, the Breakfast is so nice and the aminities the design simple but elegant. The people around you very friendly and approachable.

We usually stay at the other Best Western Hotel in Leduc, but there were no vacancies. We decided to give the Denham Inn & Suites a try. We found it to be much more suited to us. The staff at the front desk and breakfast room were all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and we slept well in the perfect bed with the perfect duvet and pillows. It was heavenly! The room appeared to be recently renovated and was very clean and well stocked. The included breakfast was perfectly presented and had a nice upscale feeling compared to other hotel buffets. The food was fresh and presentation was very appetizing. We will certainly stay here again next time we travel to Leduc.

The room window did not open, very hot night. Staff at restaurant were excellent. Sunday buffet really good, as was breakfast. Room was clean , bed was comfortable. Also, quiet at night. Easy hotel to access from the highway.

Great stay from the moment we stepped through the door. Very friendly, attentive staff and the property itself is top notch in cleanliness entities and decor. The hot tub was out of commission but they offered passes to their sister property just down the street that has a pool and water slides.

We stayed the night before an early flight and have already booked for our next trip. This hotel has great amenities, restaurant and bar. Being a Premier Hotel, the rooms are very nice with major updates done in the past few years. Breakfast is usually included but for early departures, there is a grab and go with fruit, muffins, granola bars, juice and coffee is always available. Great staff and always a great stay!

This hotel is always welcoming and clean. Convenient for the airport. Great shuttle service. The staff always go above and beyond to make your stay as nice as possible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the Edmonton airport.

I have never stayed at this hotel before. I must say that this will be my only choice the next time I am in the area. The hotel is very well maintained. The front staff were very friendly and helpful with great suggestions where to eat and they were right. The lounge was great and if you are there during wing night, you will be impressed. The full buffet breakfast in the morning is second to none. Every once in a while when traveling you get a nice surprise and this was it for me. Far exceeded my expectations. I rarely, if ever give such high reviews. This one deserves it.

We received an extraordinary welcome at the front desk from the friendliest gentleman I have ever encountered at a hotel. Great restaurant attached to the hotel - creative local offerings on the menu and fabulous cocktails. Samples provided for the craft beer is an excellent touch. Wide selection for the breakfast buffet to suit any taste. I would recommend this hotel for any stay in Leduc. Near great shopping as well, both downtown and big box.

Everthing was great and that is the norm for this hotel. You don't have to wonder if everything is going to be okay, because it always is. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is always terrific. Quality all the way.

Great location when flying out of Edmonton. Great value and location to airport. Recommend using their parking and shuttle as it is a better value then the airport or park n fly. Amazing breakfast with lots of options.

Came for a celebration of life. Hotel very accommodating for many families. Room was clean not restocked but the desk was accommodating with supplies and always helpful. I loved the fresh coffee and water in lobby very nice touch. Gym was clean but no hot tub working. Breakfast brunch had little food at 9am-10. Saturday. Some families had to order. The hotel was totally booked and should anticipate and better planned. Sunday we went at 8AM for breakfast and delicious. So go early if you have a family. Staff and front desk very apologetic for the shortage Saturday.

Fine hotel with spacious rooms, suites with comfortabel king bed; coffee and teamaker, refrigerator, sittingroom, fine bathroom; friendly and helpful desk employees, free WiFi and free AirPort shuttle. Staff will go out of their way to help and the food is pretty damn good, rooms are always clean and oh the beds are heavenly been staying here for 5 years every two weeks, stayed at many other hotels in the area kept coming back

We stayed here for a wedding in St Albert and relatives live in Leduc . Overall it was good . No variety in the hot breakfast which was included and a damp odour in the room . No kettle for making tea .

This hotel was great. The staff were very attentive, the service was excellent, the rooms were great. We were there for our daughter's wedding that was in Leduc. Even when we were a group of 10 or 15 at the buffet breakfast the morning after the wedding, the server we had was amazing.

We stay at this hotel always. We are always satisfied ,The staff always go out their way to ensure you are comfortable. They have a shuttle to and from the airport with good drivers(the vans need handles for handicap people to get in and out) The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. great place to stay.

When flying out I am a frequent visitor to the Best Western Denham Suites and have had no issues with my stays, however my last trip was a little different. I was greeted warmly and the check-in was smooth. When we got to the room and opened the door there was small bits of string and debris that were on the floor. The remote was difficult to change channels, had to push buttons repeatedly. Also after taking a shower, when getting out I noticed a used bar of soap under the tank of the toilet. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk clerk when I checked out on the next morning. The breakfast buffet was delicious as always

This is an excellent hotel with great staff a very nice lounge and a tremendous breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed was great and I really enjoyed my stay. When staying in the Leduc area this would be a great choice.

Decided to stay here for one night as we had a early flight home. This was a good choice as it only took 7 minutes to head over to EIA in the morning, bonus points for having a Costco and an outlet mall also close by. We arrived to find a very nicely updated hotel both inside and out. There is a bar/lounge connected to the hotel on one side and a small restaurant on the other. I was impressed with how clean and spacious the hotel lobby and hallways were, lots of impressive furniture and decor items. Alicia was quick to check us in and explain how everything worked and where everything was.....we were given 2 vouchers for the breakfast buffet in the restaurant for the next morning. Our room was clean and ready for us, it had 2 queen beds, chair and side table, desk, dresser, tv and a small nook for coffee and fridge/microwave. The bathroom was just the right size and had a selection of toiletries. I found the toilet in not working condition, I contacted Alicia at the front desk and maintenance attended quickly and repaired the problem. We had a great sleep thanks to the comfy beds Best Western chooses, I would bring that bed home if I could. The complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning was tasty and freshly cooked with lots of choices. The hotel is easy to access from highway #2 and there is lots of stores/restaurants in the immediate area. I did not use the gym or hot tub but it looked well equipped and just as clean as the rest of the facility. The hotel wifi and cable reception worked great without any issues. I would not hesitate to stay here again, this Best Western really was a premier place and provided much value for my money.

This was a last minute booking and was also just a late night stop over before continuing on our journey. I booked online and used my points which I extremely happy at the amount I needed, 12000, (I had also looked at paying cost which I felt was great also) I booked for three and we had three sets of towels in the room for us, we were all offered the breakfast buffet, not just two of us like some hotels are now. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff very friendly, location great, I just can't think of a bad thing about this hotel besides I wish it was located in Edmonton itself as that's usually the farthest I travel. If I ever need a place to stay before heading to the airport this will be on the top of my list.

I had to travel up North for a few days and check out a few new Stores that I hadn't been introduced to yet. I made the choice to stay at the Best Western Premier as it was close to the on and off ramp of the QEII. Man am I glad I did!! The dinner I had at the pub AND the Breakfast that i had the next day made it a must stay next time I'm up that way again.

Stayed here the night before we flew to Nevada. Excellent stay. The Hotel staff was excellent and informative. Great place to leave your car during your Vacation. The airport shuttle was excellent, both to and from the airport.

Two nights at this hotel were booked by mistake, as opposed to its sister property a few blocks away which has a Water Slide for the kids. One night through Best Western, One through Hotels.com. We called Best Western and had our reservation on the first night moved no problem, But when I had Hotels.com call the hotel to move their reservation, Hotels.Com were told (I was on the phone and could hear the conversation) SINCE THE RESERVATION WAS PREPAID, it could not be moved. Even thought the request was made 48 hrs before check in. I called the hotel, staying in 200 to 250 hotels per year, I knew this not to be the case. I have never had a problem adjusting my reservations. The manager was called and she remained adamant that since it was prepaid it could not be changed, so my family had to move hotels half way through the stay and drive back to other hotel to use the pool. NEVER PREPAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Hope it saves you a head ache, also the hot tub at this property was so chemically off that it could not be used. Hopefully they fix it. The massage chairs in the gym are nice.

I stayed at the Denham Inn and Suites in Leduc for a workshop. The food was wonderful during the conference with a great selection. The beds are comfy. The facility was extremely clean, there was always someone cleaning.

We have stayed here on many occasions as we travel to various destinations. The rooms are nice, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast included and is excellent and finally shuttle to and from airport is included.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Great wifi for the kids! Had the seafood buffet and the free breakfast which were both outstanding. Perfect location for the area that were at. Friendly staff.

What can you say except excellent in every way from the friendly front desk service to the included breakfast buffet? I wish the breakfast buffet was hot instead of lukewarm but other than that ... Always A Great Experience.

This hotel is very clean, all the staff act professionally, very pleasant. My only downside was the VERY warm hallways and public areas. Fortunately when we enteredour room we could turn on the air conditioning to cool our private spaceWe will utilize this facility again.

This was a last minute stay and when I realized I would be staying here I was very please, I always receive a warm welcome and the amenities are just what I need if I am hungry, need a drink, or just want to get some rest.

We have our AUPE Local 20 AGM every year at this hotel. The rooms are great, the food is wonderful. The only problem was the catering for our banquet on Friday night, didn't have more than one bottle of Bailey's for over 50 people. We wanted to have Bailey's for an after dinner drink. The bartender told us they only had the one bottle. I told him he could go to the liquor store next door to the hotel and buy more bottles. We would have like to see more cooperation with the hotel for a banquet of over 50 people. I was just a little disappointed in the bar service.

We have stayed here twice now and both times were great. Quiet and clean rooms, very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they were quick to help us with any problems. Location is close to many shopping centres and airport.

Fully renovated hotel with the brand new restaurant, lounge, gym. Very spacious and beautiful decor. Awesome location, close to the main roads. The check in/out was quick and efficient. The bed/comforter was just excellent, I slept like a baby. The breakfast had big variety of hot items, eggs, sausage, ham as well as cold items, cottage cheese, fruits, cereals. Sharon was bringing us coffee every morning with pleasant smile and greeting, she was great! The gym is big, includes different equipment and has a Big screen TV. The lounge and restaurant have creative menu to choose from. Wednesday night is a Wings night at the lounge, they were delicious. BBQ ribs were fantastic at the O'Brian's restaurant. Everything was just perfect in this hotel, from the service to the comfort of the room. I would recommend it in a heartbeat. It is my favorite!!!

The nice and relaxing atmosphere of this hotel took away my apprehension of surgery. And of course they have a special rate for hospital patients. For great meals, we don't have to go outside. The lounge and the restaurant serve excellent food and drinks. The staff are specially friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds. The whirlpool is great for relaxing after a hectic day!

I travel a lot for my job, and as a result I go to many hotels. This one is my favourite, and has been for the past year with no real comparison for the price. Not only has it been beautifully renovated, but the rooms are comfy and spacious, the gym is great (with a massage chair!), nice hot tub, and a great breakfast. Can't miss out on the free breakfast included, because it has such a wide range of selection and Sharon (who was my breakfast attendant everytime I came) is absolutely the best: she is always there with a smile and ready with hot coffee (such a must! Live off coffee), and is super helpful and nice. If you ever in need of a hotel around Leduc area, definitely check this one out!

The Best Western is located right in the heart of Downtown Leduc. Walking distance to delicious restaurants and unique local shopping. Friendly staff and free parking. There is Leduc Liquor store two minute walk and a bakery across the street.

We booked here using our free night stay offer after staying 2 times at other properties. No issues with getting a room booked. Easy access off highway. About 1 block away. Personable staff at checkin and in the hotel. Nice comfortable rooms and even a few chocolates. Quiet room facing the back parking lot. An extensive included hot breakfast. Excellent staff in the breakfast area. Very good stay.

Arrived late at night but were welcomed nonetheless. Very comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Quiet, despite having our window back onto a parking lot. We didn't hear any noise. We were given instructions for the drive to Grande Prairie and that made the drive a lot easier.

Clean, modern interior. Hotel was well maintained. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Room was spacious. My room booking included a breakfast, which was nice (standard breakfast, cereals, eggs, sausages, and the likes). Staff was also nice. Will stay here again for my next business trip.

Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk seemed genuinely pleased to help me. My room was super cozy, and I melted into my bed. Lots of water pressure in the shower. The hallways were quiet, I slept like a rock! It was perfect for what I was needing.

Since 2013 my parents always stay here when they visit us multiple times per year. Both the hotel and restaurant have been going downhill over the last year! Plenty of past negative experiences but the most recent experience from Friday until today was well below average starting with the restaurant, this morning we went for the breakfast buffet at 8:20. Pancakes were dried up and there was no fresh food available or upcoming. We spoke with our waitress as she came by at 9am and asked how everything was and I explained to her we paid good money for the buffet and all the food was dried up and not fresh. She spoke with the manager who apparently decided to give us 10 percent off the bill which was nothing really as we left hungry. I would also like to note the restaurant was not busy the whole time we were there so there is no excuse for this. Also the waitress from Friday said that the roof has been leaking since last summer, which is obvious as there is mold in the hotel

On our way thru Alberta we stayed at the Leduc BW. It was a great value, very clean, had very helpful staff. And the Restaurant staff and food were wonderful. The Sea Food night was to die for. So much variety. I would highly recommend the Best Western Premier to others. We will be back.

Stayed one night had the Saturday evening seafood buffet it was very good had almost anything you could ask for. Rooms are clean and comfortable.young lady at the check in was very friendly we were early checking in she found us one room we could get in to immediately and called us when the second room was available.

Very nice property overall but the beds were outstanding in terms of comfort. One of the best nights of sleep this year and I've sleep in over 15 hotels this past year, including many of the major chain hotels. Only the Westin hotel in the USA had a comparable sleep quality.

Been staying at this hotel every time i arrive in Edmonton. Always a nice stay. Beds, rooms and place are clean. Food, boose and restaurants nearby. Parking with a truck and 30' trailer is no problem. Close to highway Comfy, roomy and feels like home. If i can, this is where i will be staying...

Jonathon's lounge is amazing place! Great food, great service, it has a “ Cheers” atmosphere, we felt at home here. Our rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, not far from shopping, delicious food. Front desk very polite, professional, answered all questions. Alicia was very professional, all the employees great us with smiles. Definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Complimentary buffet breakfast includes breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereal etc. Only one elevator for the tower section. Hot tub was out of service for a couple weeks that I was there though. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful

I stay here at least twice a year for business meetings. They keep making improvements; looks like they might be done. Rooms are nice and always clean. Lunch buffet is average, soft ice cream is a nice touch. Food in the lounge really good, large portions and reasonably priced. For me the key is the staff, they are all great and the fact that we have seen the same people from front desk to janitorial staff year in and year out for the past 10 years says a lot about how the management treats their staff which translates to how they treat their guests.

We stayed one night and had a small issue with the room, when I brought it to the managers attention he made it right by offering us a discount on our next stay, which we took advantage of and everything was awesome.

We had been to this location many years ago before it "upgraded" to a "BW Premium" and anticipated a wonderful stay. Upon arrival at the front desk, our check in experience was everything we expected. A wonderful trainee covered all the details we expected including dining facilities (O'Brian's), the lounge (Jonathan's), Elite Status recognition and the welcome gift or bonus points offer. We did have to ask which way to our room but that was minor. Despite everything listed below, when we had a conversation with the manager Beverly, she was extremely apologetic regarding everything we discussed and wanted some way to make it right. As there really was nothing that could be done to improve our stay, she decided to send up a Gift Card to cover the entire cost of the stay, something that we felt was above and beyond the call of duty and definitely made us feel infinitely better about letting others know what a great manager she is. Our walk to the room was longer than expected as we were in the newer tower and the hallway along the way smelled like a high traffic dirty smell. When we got to our room we were slightly surprised that we were assigned an "accessible room" however, we did like the extra room space. The room was very nicely appointed including a "hideaway box" containing pods of coffee/tea and a special treat plate of chocolates. We were slightly surprised by the amount of noise coming into the room from the street and parking area though. We did our standard wipe down of the room and were annoyed at the amount of hair that had not been removed by housekeeping. We did notice a loud wind noise in the room and presumed it was the heating system so we adjusted the temperature and waited for it to stop When we went to pour a drink, we were appalled that three out of four glass glasses were so dirty, we had a hard time figuring how anyone could leave them in a room (so we used paper cups). It appeared that one of the glasses had been used to store used toothbrushes with the accumulated scum that forms at the bottom of the glass. We did drop them off at the front desk on our way out to dinner and the lady there commented that they were disgusting and she would let housekeeping know. When we returned from dinner the noise was just as loud so we asked about it at the front desk and were told that, because the room windows do not open, the hotel is mandated to provide fresh air into the room (just like all hotels, they said). After staying at countless properties over 30+ years, I have never experienced a "wind tunnel" like this and said so. They took us to another room on another floor and offered to change rooms however the same wind was blowing there so we decided to stay where we had already unpacked. The front desk member actually offered us ear plugs to help us sleep, indicating that, if they have them available, they already know of the problem. The noise was loud enough to interfere with even watching TV and got worse when the heating system kicked in. The noise from the blowing air woke us up several times throughout the night thus we did not get a great sleep. We went down to the complimentary breakfast and were excited by the style and presentation of their offerings. As we don't eat the SAD (Standard American Diet) there were limited things available to us so we opted for scrambled eggs and sausage. Neither the eggs not the garlic links were hot, instead being barely warm. We notified our server who did not seem to know what to do about it. Coffee was good and was served with 10% cream. The dining area was composed of two sections with the front section being mostly full so we opted to sit in the back section. We noticed another guest sitting alone and realized she had a large dog under her table when the dog got up and shook itself. I do not expect to see animals in restaurant however, because the dog was wearing a "service vest", it seems that they are allowed anywhere. I appreciate that people with challenges should be allowed to access the rest of the world however, people with allergies should also be allowed to be access that same world and there should be a happy median. When we called the hotel to specifically ask about pets, we were told that the property is not pet friendly and not to worry about animals. When we wrote to the manager to ask how to avoid this problem on our next visit, we were told that, when a service dog stays in a room, the hotel changes the linens and shampoos the carpets in the room (this does nothing for common areas though). When specifically asked if there are rooms available that have never had animals in them as (we feel one can never completely get rid of their presence), the manager did respond to say that, since they accommodate 4-5 service dogs per year, they cannot guarantee that ANY of the rooms have never been used for service animals. The manager completely understood regarding the cleanliness issues we noted and indicated that she would discuss them with the appropriate departments as well as issue us some bonus points for our discomfort. She also indicated that, after checking with the maintenance team regarding adjusting the air flow (to see if the noise level could be lowered) they had indicated the central unit was “working as intended” and that her personal inspection of the tower rooms revealed that the air flow was fairly consistent with only minor fluctuations. She also revealed that there was only one room in the original section of the hotel that was equipped with two beds AND had a window that opened (thus not needed forced central fresh air) however, because it was on the first floor, it had probably housed service animals at least once. While we completely understand the need for business to accommodate persons with disabilities/challenges and the fact that laws are in place to protect their rights, we strongly feel that people with allergies deserve the same degree of protection. It is sad to learn that the law mandates that a hotel accommodate a service dog in spite of a person who is allergic to animals. That is a conversation for those who create the laws and will only be amended when enough people voice their opinions. If a property only has two “accessible rooms” and someone arrives needing an accessible room, simply stating that they are both occupied is sufficient to comply with the law however, this answer would not suffice for someone travelling with a service dog. Some hotels will bend over backwards to accommodate service animals and thus contaminate EVERY room on the property simply to avoid a potential lawsuit. Interesting philosophy and definitely not one I would agree with. Virtually every business in the world must determine their own happy medium when it comes to accommodating guests. Car rental companies only have a limited number of small cars, large cars, trucks, 4x4s or whatever, and when they are gone, they are gone. They may attempt to entice a guest to use something different however the choice is then the client's. If a hotel designates “the first floor” to accommodate people travelling with service animals then one can be relatively sure that the other floors WILL NOT HAVE HOUSED ANIMALS. This would not be an overly difficult policy to enforce and should comply with any legal requirement as well however, until allergies are legally considered to equate to other disabilities/challenges, one will supersede another and properties will decide on which group to focus on. It is sad realize that guests with allergies to animals have no rights and that guests with service animals can dictate hotel policy.

This hotel is perfect. Close to the Edmonton International Airport, quick shuttle, great breakfast, cheap parking, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Always a pleasant, no stress experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone using the Edmonton International Airport.

As always this is a clean and enjoyable property with reasonable price and very accommodating staff. I would recommend it highly. The shuttle service is always prompt to or from the airport. The restaurant provides great food reasonably priced as well

Friendly, caring staff who genuinely care about you and your stay at the property. We often go out of our way to stay at this locate so much so that the regular staff know our names. One example of going above and beyond was sending up tea after a late check in and I just happed to mention that I had a headache.

Very nice hotel with welcoming and caring staff. Rooms are excellent and very comfortable, clean. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice. Overall experience was very good. With the heavy travel schedules and away from home alot, it is so good to know when staying in hotels across the country and elsewhere you can depend on a home away from home and that is what I experience with my stays at the Best Western chain.

What an awesome chef, attentive to suggestions and getting it right.Love the new additions to the breakfast buffet with veggies and toppings for the scrambled eggs and a French Toast casserole that is heavenly! The fish and chips and kale slaw were excellent. Staff go above and beyond - clean and modern facilities.

Visited this location at 2AM, friendly staff, easily accessible off of Hwy 2, has good lounge, fitness center with sauna, fitness equipment, massage chair, rooms with good sleeping matress, pillows, decor, toiletries.

I was travelling alone with my three small kids. We arrived at the hotel without a reservation and they welcomed us. The staff in the restaurant offered to watch my children as I ran to grab our luggage. When I came back in, my kids were seated at a table with colouring books and crayons. The front counter staff member brought our luggage to the room for me and unloaded it into our room. The room was in great shape, the hotel was quiet and we received breakfast vouchers upon check in. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

From check in to check out - including leaving my car at the hotel for two days while I flew out of province for 2 days - the service from hotel staff to airport shuttle service was professional, friendly and helpful. The room was great, bed was very comfortable and service exceptional. Highly recommend.

We checked in at 2:30 AM after a long flight. The staff made our check in quick and painless Gave us a quiet room and promised we could have a late check out. We did manage to make it to the free breakfast which was excellent. Only issue we had was the breakfast buffet closed off at 9:30.

Really clean, nice place, that seems to have been recently upgraded. Gym was decent, with a hot tub. Beds very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was an above average buffet breakfast.

Staff were very friendly, we had a very nice large room, the beds were extremely comfortable, no sore backs, the breakfast food was made from scratch have restaurant on site, worth the drive, it took around 25 minutes from the outskirts of Edmonton, had a special rate cheaper than Edmonton was worth the little gas money. Were going to Edmonton each day for Grey cup festival and the game, all was awesome!!!!!!!

Staff was amazing! Room and restaurant also amazing!! Front desk was very helpful, courteous, kind, offered us some extras . Price was perfect . We will definitely stay again . The friday night dinner buffet was to die for!!

The Best Western Premier Denham was a fabulous place to stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located, the staff were all so helpful and kind, the rooms were good, the restaurant had good food but the best part...the massage chairs in the fitness area! OMG they were amazing!!

Stayed here for the Grey Cup In Edmonton, check in was fast and efficient, we got the premier suite and the room was well stocked and clean. They could update there Ihome as it had the “old school” style hooks up ( I think iPhone 4 and models prior which it has been years since they changed to the new smaller style connection ). Bed was comfortable. Hot Tub was nice. We ate dinner at Jonathan's lounge and the bartender was kind. My wife found a small hair in her chicken tenders and notified the waitress, they were very apologetic and replaced her dinner right away, also they comped her meal as a further way to apologize. Had some good drinks. Food was delicious as well. We had breakfast at there restaurant in the morning and the breakfast buffet was great. We would stay here again in the future if we're ever in the area. Thanks best western Denham.

I usually stay here when I am catching a plane. This time I was meeting my mom who was flying in and the shuttle service was more than happy to pick her up at midnight while I was snuggled under the covers. The food is good, service is friendly and rooms are clean and bright. There is an amazing massage chair in the gym which I sat in for about 1/2 hr to relieve sore muscles. It was soooo nice!! My only complaint is the hot tub. I had planned on sitting in it but the chemical smell was so bad that it took my breath away. Another lady was also going to use the hot tub, but both of us agreed that it was way too much chemical and so we opted not to.

I have stay here multiple times already as I am traveling frequently this route. I feel always welcome. Very convenient location, clean rooms, quite, very friendly staff. I will definitely stay again is this location.

I needed a place to stay and I had stayed there before so I took the free shuttle to the hotel and they treated me like royalty. Such great people work there and they were able to give me a great room. Everything I needed was there plus free breakfast too

I stay here often for both work and family vacations. The buffet breakfast included with your stay is superior to anything else is the price range, and changes daily if you have an extended stay. Rooms are always clean and have a very warm, classy and updated feel. The hot tub, gym, and luxury massage chairs are a very nice recent addition that my family loves. We stay here every opportunity we get

I stayed one night on a business trip. The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable, except the bathroom was extremely cold. I did mention it on checkout so they can address the issue. The fan must.be letting cold air in. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast which was included is a very nice touch and good value.

My bf and I spend the night in the premier suite for our first anniversary. The room was beautiful! The hospitality was some of the best we've experienced. The jacuzzi was amazing and the staff greeted us with a signed card and gorgeous fruit tray!

This was my second stay at this hotel. And yet again, I was made to feel special. I don't know how they do it, but all of the staff I encountered are pleasant and do their utmost to be accommodating. This is what I really appreciate. Not to mention the food which I really enjoyed ( a wonderfully flavourful beef deep). My room was very much to my satisfaction and shuttle service is great.I had concerns regarding my billing, but they took time to go over in detail about everything. I highly recommend this hotel which to me is a well run machine! Caring and efficient. Thanks for an excellent stay and attending to my needs!

Fairly typical for a BW. The banquet food and fitness room were very good, but the room maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. The lowlight...finding a previous occupant's boxer shorts under the bathroom cabinet.

We enjoyed our stay here and the friendliness and helpfulness the staff was notable for how outstanding everyone was. The hotel itself is neat and tidy, beds were comfortable and the towels were nice and thick. We would stay here again.

As far as overall satisfaction, comfort and value, this hotel is one of, if not the best anywhere! Rooms are clean, comfortable, well appointed. Staff is courteous and attentive. The breakfast/restaurant and lounge are fantastic! Our last stay there was on Sunday night, there was buffet with roast beef turkey seasonal vegetables, dressing, gravy, penne' pasta, desserts...absolutely fantastic. A great stay anytime and especially convenient if flying in or out Edmonton airport. Definitely our "Go To" hotel whenever in this area!

we had a good stay at this hotel. In the past we have been able to park our vehicle for free for a week but they do charge now. The service is good and friendly. Big shout out to "Shawn" for providing excellent service in the morning.

When flying from Edmonton this is my preferred place to stay. From being called by name when checking in, to comfortable beds and the tremendous breakfast. Plus the complimentary breakfast. Not to mention the great rewards you can earn towards discounts and free nights!

Chef LeeZ Thai cooking class Bangkok and crew did a 7 day stay this trip with Denham inn Best Western. We received a king size bed in a suite this trip. The suite included a sofa and extrta chair plus an extra tableand housecoats. Lucky for us we reserved months in advance as the hotel was full and an error on our part resulted in their staff having to monkey around to obtain us an extra day of stay and they managed to arrange it so we could stay in the room without having to pack up and move to a different room. The bed had a hump in it as in higher in the middle than on the edges so it tended to have us rolling to the edges. The room service staff did not make up the room each day as if we new guests which then required our asking for some extra coffee and things like that. On arrival, there was only one housecoat and a 2nd one was promptly brought up to the room on request. The room fee included a large smorg for breakfast with sufficient variety so to not become boring for the 7 breakfasts we had there. Denham Inn is centrally located so we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go within Leduc city.

Amazing free breakfast, high quality service, great clean rooms, food in restuarant and lounge were great value and third amazing, this place never falls short and us close to the Edmonton International airport.

My family stayed here when our city was evacuated. They were very compassionate and understanding when it came to having a place to call Home for 3 weeks! I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone that would like a roomy, comfy stay! The service has always been exceptional and the full breakfast in the morning is too notch!

we were on a business trip and the hotel was terrific - close to airport and offered shuttle service - the rooms were great ( liked room 206 ) - quiet - good internet, great bed --- but the best feature was how we were received and serviced by the front desk staff - outstanding - especially Lisa - what a great representative for your facility

Stayed here for a week with business so wasn't my own personal choice, I'd have preferred a pool and pet friendly. First impressions, very good, front desk staff awesome and helpful. I called on them several times for room service and advice and they always very accommodating and pleasant to deal with, an asset to the hotel. Room service (delivery) wasn't so good, the chap who delivered the evening meal had confused the order with another room and the food was cold and limp. He seemed to have a hard job explaining about how to pay, perhaps his English/customer service needs some work? Housekeeping could really do with some oversight by management, on two occasions the room wasn't made up as you'd expect, the bed wasn't made correctly and the bolster was thrown across a chair that's supposed to be on the bed, it's not something terrible that I'd complain about but there seems to be some lack of supervision and consistency in that area. Also of note, on three occasions, the plate and trays with food on were left in the room and not taken away, that might have been my fault, maybe I was supposed to have left it outside the room, I don't know as I couldn't find any instructions and I'm not a hotel regular? I had the bathroom ceiling air vent fall onto the floor when the bathroom door closed, unfortunately there was two dead cockroaches that fell out along with it which really made me sick. Probably not the fault of the hotel but I'm glad they didn't fall on me! The shower screen doors are installed the wrong way around meaning the water leaks onto the floor and the bathroom quickly fills with steam as the ceiling fan doesn't ventilate adequately. (First world problems!) Location is great, right off the highway. Bar and restaurant very nice, prices seem reasonable. Food great, loved the burger and fries. Steak was ok. Breakfast average. I couldn't find the gym and whirlpool as the signage was a bit confusing and I gave up looking. I'd recommend for business, maybe not for families with kids due to lack of pool, but they seem to be geared up towards that anyway.

The service at this hotel was fantastic! The front desk addressed guests by name and quickly and efficiently performed check-in, shuttle bookings, etc. Noted various airline staff staying at the hotel. The facilities were clean and modern. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The gym area was well equipped. Breakfast was great and included a nice selection of real food. Free airport transportation was provided. This a great spot to stay during your pre/post flight from Edmonton.

Clean comfortable rooms with great beds. We stayed in a suite in the "tower" which was nicely decorated and well laid out even though it was one of the smaller suites I've seen. Staff was great and very accommodating. Restaurant was very generic with standard buffet for breakfast and what I thought was a limited menu. Also it seems to be the local seniors go-to spot as the first question I was asked was if we required seniors discounts. I was offended until I realized I was a senior by hotel standards (55). All in all a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Each year we host a large figure skating event in Leduc. We require MANY rooms for our officials and event staff with very specific requests. Christine Buenavidez looked after our group booking and executed our stay FLAWLESSLY! She was prompt to respond to our requests and changes and made sure everything was exactly as we specified. She even followed up to ensure all was well during our stay. Not to mention the beds here are SO COMFORTABLE.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our room was clean and modern. The shower and Jacuzzi worked great. We didn't get a chance to dine at O'brians or the lounge but the buffet breakfast had a lot of options and tasted great. Would stay here again for sure!

Stayed here on our last night in Alberta and we were extremely pleased. Our room was beautiful although not super spacious but that was fine as it was just the two of us. The bathroom was awesome and the tub was nice and deep for nice relaxing hot baths which was good as the hot tub was not working when we were there. The bed was extremely comfortable, just like home. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we had all week.The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Overall amazing value for your money. thumbs up bw!!

Clean comfortable rooms. I like to stay in the “tower” if possible. Staff are great, friendly and accommodating. Shuttle to the airport only 10 mins away. Little outdoor sitting area on the south side, grass, bench and picnic table. Nice and quiet. Parking lot on the south side is away from the main traffic too. Best breakfast I have encountered in a hotel. Full restaurant and bar/lounge as well. Well maintained and updated hotel. Stayed many times and will stay again.

While in Leduc, the Denham BW makes the stay worthwhile. Staff and amenities are why I return to the property when I require an overnight in Leduc. I have stayed at other hotels in the area, however this is first choice.

I started spending 3-4 nights here in January -June 2018. I was taking courses in leduc. This hotel is amazing. The staff are not just professional in every way. They are so friendly, and kind. The supper buffets are so convenient and delicious. I found the hotel very quiet. I was able to sleep well (which I usually don't at hotels) and actually relax.

I am blown away by the quality of this hotel. The upkeep they do makes it seem like this is opening month and you are the first to stay in the room. It looks new. Nicely decorated. The desk staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and the wait staff at the buffet are just as personable and attentive. The hot breakfast buffet is excellent - a nice variety of healthy choices, not overloaded with pastries and sweets (though if that is your cup of tea, they do have warm cinnamon buns and a small selection of fresh pastries and muffins). I opted for the salad bar at dinner, again a great selection of healthy choices (with an ice cream machine as a reward for eating your veggies) The beds are very comfortable, nice duvet and pillows. The phone app you can download for the TV is a great plus. A lot of little perks like in room safe, Keurig, microwave, fridge, a real hair dryer. Many plugs for USB and phone chargers. REALLY Comfortable desk chair and large desk to work at. The room was quiet, I wasn't disturbed by any neighbours on the floor, above or below. Nice little seating areas at various spots in the hotel if you are here with family or friends/colleagues and want to meet up. Coffee and lemon water always ready and available in the lobby. The hotel also offers guests the possibility to order Airline meals to go on the day of departure, rather than buying your meal on the flight. The price is right and quality superior.

Conveniently located within easy reach of Edmonton airport, usual room amenities, clean and good service with an excellent buffet breakfast starting at 06.00. It is situated close to the main Canada Highway between Edmonton and Calgary, a good starting point for a trip across the Rockies either going on the north road directly to Jasper or a more southerly one bringing you onto the Icefield Parkway at Saskatchewan River Crossing.

Stayed here twice, very friendly staff. Love the pillows. Good breakfast. Prompt shuttle service to and from hotel. Certainly would recommend this hotel to others. Clean room and bathroom. Certainly would stay here again.

We got kicked out of a common area that was occupied by a very loud hockey team the night before till 2am and we got kicked out before we even sat down at 9:00. Sorry, we just wanted to chat in an area that was staged and made for conversation and seems we got labeled for a previous group from the night before.

I spent 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed the property. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby. The restaurant was fabulous! The front desk staff is so informative and attentive. Walk @ 3 blocks through a quiet residential neighborhood to the cinema and saw a new release movie at the 3pm matinee for $4.62 USD. Others in our party went kayaking at a nearby park. The only negative for me was there is no pool. Great experience!

Everything was perfect. Quiet. Clean. And a reasonable price. A good breakfast was included, and after breakfast, just a mile away, at Telford Lake, we had the perfect morning hike. Lot's of watchable bird life.

No breakfast included was nit told about yhe extea fee for breakfast and the other guest kept me awake all night partying as my room was by the lounge and they wanted a 500 dollar deposit they werent going to let me stay as i was there for work and have no credit card. This is my second time staying there and again was not impressed....I only stay here as I don't book my own rooms...as a platinum member I expect to be treated better

The Denham was excellent with friendly and helpful service but the restaurant not so much. Pasta my wife had was mushy like it had been microwaved. Continental breakfast OK is you are selective in what you choose.

The best hotel I have stayed at. I arrived from the airport approximately 6 hours earlier than check-in time allotted. I was given my room immediately...did not have to wait until 'official' check-in time. Exactly what my tired self needed. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to remember everything, from your name to asking if you had a good nap. The restaurant was wonderful...food plentiful and delicious. Again, the staff made sure I was looked after.

Angela and her team were amazing! Very personable and friendly. Always going out of their way to recognize you and ask about your day. This hotel is by far the BEST for customer service. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. It was quiet, peaceful, and comfy sleeps. The location was top notch. Beautiful parks nearby to go for morning walks and enjoy the sun. Walking distance to great restaurants. I was so amazed on how the staff looked for ways to go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. They always showed interest in our day and even provided us with a special surprise in our room to recognize our anniversary. So many little details that made our getaway so special. Thank you to everyone! We will definitely visit again!

The staff at the BW Denham are great. They are cheerful, professional and always helpful. My only complaint is that the kitchenette in the room has no cutlery or plates so even though you have a microwave and fridge, your ability to prepare and eat food is almost non-existent.

Great front staff and very nice hotel. Bed was comfy. Walk in shower rather than a tub which was great. Breakfast buffet is bigger than most with a good variety of food to choose from. I will stay here again the next time I am in Edmonton

Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Waited at the airport for almost an hour for the shuttle service I didn't realize you had to call them. But I did schedule one for my early morning departure and it arrived on time

People were great but the room was dirty and stayed that way for my four day stay. I don't think the rug was properly vacuumed and a half eaten candy that had melted (a remnant from a previous guest) stayed in the closet the whole time.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bed is very comfortable. Only negative is room seems stuffy, with A/C on it cools, but no air circulating. Woke both mornings with plugged nose and sore throat. Fridge worked, but maybe too good froze all drinks overnight.

Rooms are spotless. Staff are friendly and always smiling. Lots of variety in the complimentary breakfast buffet. Building is kept very clean . Very warm and inviting when you enter. Will be back again!

Arrived from Norway in late afternoon. Very nice and welcoming staff in the reception area. Everyone seemed to care ! - Large and comfy room with a wonderful bed. Restaurant and breakfast serving delicious food. Can recommend !! - Came back from a business trip to Cambridge Bay and stayed another night on my return trip to Norway.

The room was clean and very nice, lots of room. It was located close to our event.The breakfast was very good. I can't think of anything I would say was wrong.The hot tub was large and clean. The exercise room had a lot to offer. Staff was very nice and accomodating.

We were very pleased with our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. We used one of the event rooms downstairs for a business roadshow which was very nice. The breakfast that is included is above and beyond what an included breakfast at many other stays have. The waitress Shelley deserves a shoutout as she was spectacular and prompt with her service.

Very vice hotel,the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good lots of selection, location was good close to the airport i will stay in this hotel again.

The Hotel Shuttle buss arrived at the airport 10 minutes after our arrival, the short trip to the hotel was efficient. The staff knew us by name as we arrived and were very helpful after a long travel day. The room was just as we had hoped, clean fresh and all in good order. Happily the hotel bar was open until 1am to round out the day.

We have stayed there often and been very pleased but now, with the renovations, it is even better. Rooms are lovely with incredibly comfortable beds. Food is good in the restaurant and the staff are very helpful.

The staff were above excellent at this hotel. Very kind and eager to please. They took care of all my questions without hesitation. The breakfast buffet was most enjoyable and there was a lot to choose from. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Edmonton.

Great room for a great price! The breakfast was great and the free parking was nice too. If you don't mind driving a few minutes outside Edmonton, this is the place to stay. The staff were nice too. Bring your own pillow.

The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the free hot breakfast had lots of variety, and the shuttle to the airport was quick! I would highly recommend staying here if you are flying out of Edmonton International Airport and need a place to stay before and after your trip. We left our vehicle in their parking lot for a week and it was only $15.

We always stay at this Inn when we are in Leduc. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is second to none. They have a super great buffet and are willing to accommodate larger groups, or you can also eat in the lounge. Close to Leduc Commons and downtown area. Not far EIA. Along with the shopping at the new Outlet Mall that will be at the airport. All in all a great experience staying here on a number of occasions. Highly Recommend.

Very good hotel , good location next to airport or visiting Edmonton. Close to golf course and shopping. Very clean and great staff. Food was good . No complaints at all. I will stay again when ever in the area.

Came back to this hotel with my wife. Trusted it because i had visited this hotel last year and liked it very much. Well.. tested it again and guess what. they are still awesome. Front desk is friendly, coffee in the morning is great. They will make you feel right at home. Still one of my favorite... sleep great there! thanks.

My wife and I had to travel to Edmonton on Saturday night for a meeting and had another meeting there the following morning. Rather than drive home an hour and then return we decided to stay at the Denham Inn for the night as a little bit of a getaway. Was I ever glad we did! I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year in Canada and the US and I found this to be one of the best. From check in to check out it was a very good experience. I look forward to being able to stay here again!
