Best Western Hotel Wayside Inn, Wetaskiwin

Comfortable beds, excellent service from check in to check out and great food from the lounge served with room service. If you are traveling and are looking for a great place to stay in Wetaskiwin. I would suggest staying at the Best Western!!

We booked as a group here for a hockey tournament. The smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways was awful. Even more awful when it seeped into our room. Very disappointing. Rooms were tiny, especially the bathroom. Guest services weren't very welcoming. Too expensive for the experience you get there. We wouldn't book again.

The Best Western Wayside Inn is 100% non-smoking, but I'm afraid there are times guests come in with the smell smoke on their clothes. Less people are smoking all the time, so it isn't an issue often. I'm sorry that your visit was one of those times. Again my apologies, I hope we have the opportunity to have you back at the hotel again, so we might provide you a better experience.

We drive north for 5hrs for medical and dental appointments so we need a less stressful quiet place for a good nights sleep and Best Western always provides this no matter whether we are on holidays trying out a new BW or the same one time and again we can count on BW for the right atmosphere

We were in town for a hockey tournament. The staff were amazing and very tolerant of us and our 7-9 year olds. They allowed us the use of a conference room during our stay which really helped. The rooms were clean and setup how we requested with an extra cot. Plenty of extra blankets, towels etc. It was a relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Cozy and updated rooms. The rain shower head is amazing! Really enjoyed staying here. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Would have gave it five stars but the bathroom is a bit small. Internet worked fine.

We keep coming back due to Dentist, Chiropractor and other appointments and this is our hotel of choice for a quiet relaxing time. Best Western hotels are our hotel of choice because we can rely on them being clean and quiet.

Comfortable room, very helpful staff and excellent on-site food service.Room was updated, good quality amenities and comfortable beds. Front desk day and evening staff were very responsive to our enquires and requests.

Great work ethnic, culture, and Great culture. Melissa and Shaunice really made our day with their friendly demeanor, and enthusiasm when engaging customers are 10/10. I will always recommend staying at best Western wayside Inn

Everything was really good - check in, decor, restaurant, lounge, front desk and other staff, room items, temp control, bathroom, value for money, location. I would definitelystay here again and recommend the hotel

Service was exceptional, hotel is kept very clean, COVID protocols that were in place were followed very well by everyone. Bagged breakfast (due to COVID) was healthy and had lots of choices. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff here are always accommodating and pleasant with bright and cheery personalities not to mention the peace and quiet of the rooms. We keep coming back for all these reasons. We weren't going to take the brown bag breakfast but our host encouraged us and we were glad we did as it was fantastic. Good job BW keep up the good work......you more than met our expectations

Not satisfied. Roommate was accused for taking a winning slots ticket. He hasnt been in the slots area nor does he play slots or gamble. He was accused and we almost got kicked out n our dd we werent going to get. Thanks to cameras thay found the guy. All we got back as a sorry for being accused as a theif was 3 free breakfast like come on we were almost kick out n whatnot possibly charged and all we got back for that was a sorry n free breaky. Im so pissed im not coming nor would i refer anyone to Wetaskiwin BW!.

The beds are comfy, the rooms are nice and clean and both of the restaurants have always been good; but the staff at the Wayside Inn are the real gold stars. The staff are always happy, friendly and super helpful. It doesn't seem like there is a lot of turnover either, which tells you a lot. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and that has everything to do with the superb staff there.

Stayed for 1 nights on the Sunday of the May long weekend (room 103) It was our first visit since the makeover and we were very impressed with the upgrades. The renovated rooms are very clean and well light with nice amenities including a rainfall shower ! . The front desk staff were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. We had a nice restful night and would recommend this hotel to our friends

Overall we were happy with the stay, it was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. We did have an issue however as we arrived late at night in a snowstorm and the entire parking lot was full, and people already double parked, parking along the curbs and sides of hotel. We needs to having to park down the roads, down a hill and walking about 2 blocks in the snow. Worries about where I parked and tie away policies ect. I did voice concern to the check in staff that did not seem concerned nor did the apologize for not having a parking spot on property. The room was way overpriced for a Best Western and after the parking issue I wouldn't be in a hurry to book here again despite the overall cleanliness and comfort.

The hotel is on a very large lot with parking on all sides of the hotel including a very large truck parking lot on the north side of the hotel. With that being said, I'm disappointed to hear that you were inconvenienced with a longer walk than should have been necessary. You defiantly don't get what you pay for. No complementary Breakfast / Coffee service. rooms were small, fitness room didn't have much for fitness. as someone who spends most of their time working out of town. this hotel did not meet my needs.

Stayed here one night with my family. The one thing going for this hotel is the attention to detail that the housekeeping staff have. Folded towel swans on your bed when you arrive. However; my wife was using the business computers late at night and was creeped on by a drunk bar patron who wandered into the hotel lobby. Kept trying to have a creepy conversation with her that she declined several times, (where you from? From around here? Yech!) and wasn't getting the message. Hid in a blind corner of the hotel for her to come around the corner and have a chat...lurking. Drunk guests coming from the bar can gain easyaccess to the guest room areas that are not secured like in other places with keycards to use the doors and elevators. No hotel security at all--just a lonely front desk agent that supposed to handle these issues herself. Doing her best. Not sure how that's supposed to work or be safe. The hotel management was responsive the day after to our scary incident here by comping the room and providing some bonus BW points. But the issues that Wetaskiwin itself faces, increases in crime are front and centre. Lots of options in other towns nearby, all more affordable than this place and will not be staying in Wetaskiwin again. Management was responsive yes, but would prefer they take measures to secure their property from this happening again.

It is not uncommon to have a pub or lounge within a hotel. Our pub offers a great atmosphere, local craft beer selection, wine menu and upscale pub menu. Many of our guests enjoy their experience within our pub as noted in previous surveys, but I'm sorry this was not the case for yourself. There isn't much I can say but this hotel is Excellent. From check in to check out. Staff are accommodating. Food in pub and restaurant is amazing. Prices are reasonable. The room was beautiful and with everything a person could want or need to make their stay a pleasure. I love this place and have stayed here before. I will be back again.

Best Hotel overall that I've stayed in. Even if you have to travel a little off the main highway to get here, it is worth it. Great parking for small to large vehicles. Easy access to off sight Restuarants and services. Very friendly staff and most importantly...very clean rooms.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were some candies and a couple of cookies waiting for me in the room when I arrived. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Sandra in the restaurant was exceptional.

I loved this hotel. It truly stands behind the name Best Western and they value you as a customer. The only thing I missed was the breakfast included in the cost, which makes it a little more expensive than I would like, but overall was still good value for a beautiful hotel stay.

The most comfy beds ever! The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly. Loved my stay! I would definitely recommend this BW to any of my colleagues and friends. I typically try to stay at a BW as I really like this chain and they are all across Canada!!

When we first arrived, we were greeted by friendly front desk clerk who was able to answer our question. The place does not have a pool but there is free access down the road to one. No free breakfast but for 5.00 voucher you can go to the restaurant in the hotel for a hot breakfast. The breakfast and quantities of food was great. Rooms were very clean plus a towel ornament on the bed when we came in. Just a great personal touch. Beds are comfortable in the room we stayed in. Would stay here again.

We have family in Wetaskiwin and had a small family reunion of sorts two weeks ago. I booked three rooms for my wife and I, and my two adult children and their spouses. Check in was fast and on time. Rooms were well appointed with refrigerator, microwave, television, coffee service and many other amenities. Hotel is serviced with a great restaurant and pub. The staff really were outstanding and express checkout was too easy. My son and his wife brought the dogs who were welcome and used the rear entrance near the alley to run and play (supervised of course)! We usually stay at the super8 for the pool but will return to the Wayside Inn instead - our new home in Wetaskiwin.

We asked at the front desk why this hotel was not considered a Best Western Plus because it had everything we wanted. The room was a little small but perfectly comfortable and very clean, and we really enjoyed the full hot breakfast in the restaurant as opposed to the usual breakfast bar fare. Although the hotel was located on the highway, it was completely soundproof. Because we are Best Western members, we stay at a lot of these hotels and the one in Wetaskiwin definitely ranks near the top. Highly recommended.

We found this to be a very pleasant hotel from the moment we checked in, until we checked out the next morning. Very good value for the money, all aspects of the room had been updated. Nice "extras" - cookies in the room, wine opener and glasses, plenty of coffee packages. The breakfast the next morning for $5 was an extremely good value. Nice touch to offer a $5 coupon to use in the lounge - these days little "perks" are few and far between when one travels!

We asked the front desk manager why this hotel is not rated as a Best Western Plus because it was so comfortable and the breakfast was a full hot meal in the restaurant. She said it had something to do with the size of the rooms. Ours was spacious and had everything we wanted including a nice new double shower. One thing I appreciated was that the TV remote was cleaned and kept in a little bag for freshness. The hotel was also very soundproof, and even sitting in the restaurant next to the Main Street, we could not hear any traffic noise. We stay in a lot of Best Westerns so we know what to expect. This went beyond the norm.

from the moment you walk in the door the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. I am so grateful that they allow my dog to stay and they all welcome him as well. I have eaten in the Rest several times the food is consistent and staff friendly. Try their Summer Salad it is Delicious.

Coming to a lil city, I never thought that they would have such a great hotel here. The front desk and all the staff are great!! They try without trying. Did i say the staff are great? Rooms wonderful and I've stayed here 4 times in a couple months in all different rooms. The food is so good, you have to try the breakfast and the burgers and fries are bomb. It has a bar place that i never checked out, it looks nice. In conclusion, I would definitely come here again.

I think the hotel (at least some of the rooms) has been recently renovated. Check in was easy and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed, including some complimentary cookies, enough coffee, and a nice note from housekeeping. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked decent. The neighbourhood isn't anything special but we were told our car was safe in the parking lot, which it was. They're clearly trying to be a comfortable and easy place to stay and it's clearly working.

We were quite surprised by the quality of this hotel because, based on the price, our level of expectation wasn't set extremely high. The room was very clean and new looking. There were many amenities such as cookies and mints, all the necessary shower needs, coffee maker and we must state we like when the glasses and cups are seal-wrapped. When I booked the hotel over the phone they were fantastic and a week before we arrived I received a e-mail what expect when we arrived. It was a nice touch and the hotel was excellent. Very modern and the room was great with a fantastic rain shower. The staff in the hotel was great and very friendly, very comfortable bed also.

Here we go again people. In Wetaskiwin for a business meeting, a colleague and I were booked into the Best Western Wayside. The hotel is lovely, the room was super clean, with plenty of toiletries, a great TV and an absolutely comfortable bed. However, back to check in. It was quite an easy process, but the card machine is knackered so it took a while for my details to go through. You also get a voucher for breakfast and if you used either the bar (which is a public one) or the restaurant you get a small discount. We went for a pint (or three) and had some scoff which was tasty and plentiful. The bartender didn't ask if we had a voucher (which gives five bucks off) and we forgot so felt right properly seen off when we realised, however the front desk were brill and refunded us the dosh the following morning. Breakfast was wicked, really tasty and set us up for the meeting. Check out procedure was easy peasy, but the card machine was still screwed! All in all a really pleasant experience (one million times better than the Travelodge I stayed in a while back). I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely use it again if I am ever in need of accommodation in the area.

My wife and I returned to this hotel and once again in May 2018 and enjoyed our stay there. Our room very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. We had a nice breakfast meal at O'Brian's restaurant which is within the same complex. The meal portion size is quite large. It was very good. Thanks again for another enjoyable stay!

The staff was professional and the room was very clean. It was a nice quiet experience. I am disabled and they gave us a suite near the entrance, and a breakfast discount card. It was a Sunday night on a nothing weekend and was pretty full so it must have a good reputation in the area

Stayed at this Best Western and found the found line staff very helpful, i requested towards the back of hotel because i a m light sleeper and the staff made extra effort and it was alot quieter.The room had 2 bath ropes on the bed that i never saw before in best western nice touch even two cookies on the desk too very good,nice message from the cleaning they left identify who they were and the we had no complanints ,The breakfeast they had in the attached resturant gave lots for 15.00 or if you booked the bed and breakfeast rate in the hotel got a real break on breakfeast,

I have nothing bad to offer, everything was A1. I wish all hotels I have stayed in were as excellent as this one. Décor was very pleasing to the eye and everything was comfortable. Loved the Shower which was very modern updated.

Small room and no amenities for the price,room was clean and updated!, you can hear ever noise from your neighbor, no pool. Restaurant food was OK wait staff was good. Hotel smelled like cig and vap smoke, it traveled into your room from people smoking at back door. Make sure you lock your car door people hanging around trying to bum money and sell things. Doors are slamming all day and all night.

Our first time travelling with a kitten—Best Western Wayside is pet friendly and more! Not only did they welcome us but gave us a treat bag for the kitten. The room was completely redecorated. Wine glasses and cookies were such a nice touch!

This is a gem!! Arrived late, was welcomed and assisted immediately. Directed to the room. Wonderful room, comfortable bed, quality products in the room, excellent service, good food!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again. The staff are all very friendly and all eager to exceed expectations for the customers. Truly a great experience.

Comfortable, clean, quite new room decor, quiet, overall happy with my stay. Probably the best hotel in Wetaskiwin, I don't think there are very many accommodations in that City. I would recommend the Best Western Wayside Inn as a very acceptable place to stay.

Stayed at Wayside Inn in Wetaskiwin this past weekend. The hotel has been refurbished on the interior and the exterior is currently under refurbishment. We found it to be very good- the staff were very nice and helpful. The bar served an excellent meal and the breakfast (not complimentary) was just okay but the bacon tasted a little old. The room was very clean and well appointed with a walkin shower.

This otherwise nice hotel has no elevator. In 2017. My 90 year old mother dragged herself up and down a flight of stairs and I carried her walker up and down a flight of stairs every time we went in or out.. Not acceptable to that portion of Albertans and Canadians who are disabled. There is no excuse in 2017! Impacted on our stay considerably.

I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience your mother faced during your stay. As you may have noticed, we have some construction underway at the hotel. Part of that construction is the addition of an elevator that will service our second floor guest rooms; as well as the lower floor banquet rooms. Adding an elevator to an existing hotel is not a small project, but we understand how important of an addition it will be to those who have limited mobility. We are hoping that construction will be complete and our new elevator operational in December of this year. Had a great stay. There are reno's going on, however it didn't affect my stay. My room was a little small, stay on main floor. AC didn't work at first, had to call service guy, and it still didn't work so they gave me a fan. Later that evening I tried turning on AC and it worked this time, I reported it to the front desk, I think there may be a short in wiring or something. Location was easy to find with lots of parking. I ordered Dominos Pizza and it was awesome with fast delivery. Great hotel, will come again.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and despite it being under construction I loved my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. I always like when rooms have the addition of a little wooden table, because it is handy for lazy people like me to put my laptop on it and watch from the bed. The tv had great channels, don't get me wrong, but I am a confirmed Netflix addict. Which leads me to my second point- the internet was fantastic. No delay in streaming, no problems at all, and that is a big plus in my book. When I did get down to the gym facilities I was pleasantly surprised - it was quite nice! Good amount of equipment and mats, and the tv was nice and large with good volume so you can easily distract yourself with a good show and forget about your burning muscles. The addition of the cookies in the room was also a nice treat; I looked forward to the cookies when I got back to the hotel after a long day. If I have to say anything negative, it would be the lack of continental breakfast and the rain shower. The rain shower is not my preference, but it was different than what I expected and not enough for me to think negatively on my stay. As for the continental, I always bring oatmeal anyway in my bag so simply used the in-room microwave for breakfast. Again, wasn't really a bother. Overall, I would recommend.

The hotel was very nice. Wish the bathroom had a tub instead of a shower but other than that the room was great. The staff was very friendly. The room was really clean. I wish they didn't have strongly dented soap. There are a lot of people who are allergic to scents and the shampoo scent was really strong.

Stayed for 1 night on July 1st , check in was quick and efficient , the trainee at the front desk was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the facilities{even remembered to offer express check out} The room was very clean and well appointed ,with a coffee maker & supplies, mini fridge , bathrobes and cookies. The bed was very comfortable . The only issues we had were minor ones, on the clock radio the volume didn't work and the alarm had been set to 12:30 am which gave us quite a start when it went off, the wall are fairly thin so we could hear the people in the nest room talking . All in all it was a pleasant stay and we would return in the future

This hotel is off the highway that connects Wetaskiwin and Ponoka, Alberta. Despite this the rooms are very quiet and the Lounge area is located in the rear of the hotel with a nice park like setting patio.

All was good except HVAC didn't work and we checked in a 2am and we're too tired to play with front desk. Kids were very tired. We just cuddled and kept all warm enough. Other then that the room was good. I'm a lifetime Marriott platinum member so this was my first try at this brand.

The hotel is very clean and updated, with fast wifi and good food. The lounge is enjoyable, and the service is friendly and efficient at the front desk and in the lounge. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Wetaskiwin! Breakfast buffet is a little pricey if you do not plan on eating much, but there is a menu option as well.

This is a good, economical hotel. The renovated rooms are smallish but clean and functional. Good bed. Wifi is on par with other hotel wifi. The restaurant is OK. It's a good place to stay when you visit the Reynolds Alberta Museum.

Clean rooms, pleasant stay. Very close to the Wetaskiwin airport, which was handy. Restaurant served good breakfast with good service in the morning. Rooms were clean and quiet, fun Pub. I would return for a visit.

If you have business or a get away in the Wetaskiwin area, this is a great choice of hotel to stay in. It is close to the Reynolds museum and it has a good restaurant and pub.It is right on the main Rd (Highway through town.

Happy, friendly staff. Clean rooms, they even left a happy little note on the notepad near the desk. Well stocked coffee bar, which included two cookies. Updates room with gorgeous tile walk in shower and granite counters every where. All in all a wonderful stay.

Excellent Service, Awesome Rooms, Exterior of hotel made it look mid range but the rooms and interior were extremely nice. The shower and personal touches of the cleaning service gave you an at home feeling.

The Best Western Hotel in Westaskiwin is surprisingly charming. Rooms, meetings rooms, restaurant, and gathering spaces are well maintained, clean, and very charming. The food served in the restaurant and pub punch is well above the expected - quality is excellent and presentation shows great attention to detail. The high note for food is the fresh fruit cup that is served with every breakfast.

We stayed two nights and for our family of 2 parents and 2 teens the room was very squishy.. especially after we added a cot to the room. Bathroom sink is across from the small bathroom and offers no space for our toiletries. But it was fairly modern clean and quiet tho. After we checked out tho I noticed the hotel room deposit was not returned after 7 days. Its been over 2 weeks now and they told me the deposit will not be returned for 3 to 4 weeks. We left the room in good condition and no damages. I'm not impressed the deposit takes so long at Best Western. We've stayed at other hotels and all of them return the deposits 3 or 4 days usually. So we will never use a Best Western again

It is always a challenge traveling with a family and especially with an older family like yours. I hope the close corners did not hamper your stay too much. I think there might be some confusion over the hold back on your credit card. We do not take a deposit, but simply put a hold on funds to cover the cost of your stay & a damage deposit. We do not actually charge the card until check out. If you change the method of payment at check out, the hold is released within 3 or 4 days. We do not have any control over that release, as it is performed by your credit card provider. I am sorry to hear this situation has caused any inconvenience for you, but I'm sure a call to your bank will clear things up. This is a pretty standard BW but the staff were very friendly. I didn't have a reservation but they were still more than happy to put me up for the night. It was a pretty standard room; nothing super interesting about it but it was clean and I could get the temperature where I wanted it (cooler) quite easily without too much nice. I know this sounds strange but I really don't enjoy trying to lower the temperature in a room and have to deal with the banging and clanging and air noise that comes off some A/C units these days. I still like the paper delivered to me in the morning; always a nice touch when I don't have to go to the front desk to request it like in most places. Wasn't satisfied with the coffee but I really wasn't expecting much for room brewed coffee. If you're in the neighbourhood and looking for a place to stay, you'd be worse off staying somewhere other than here.

On a recent business trip I stayed at the hotel, I've never visited this town before and didn't have high expectations for the level of accommodation given the proximity to Edmonton. Very nice surprize, the hotel was clean and well taken care of with the rooms providing a level of comfort not normally found in a smaller town. The hotel is much larger than the outside appearance suggests and is very convenient to highway 2. If you're looking for an alternative to staying in Edmonton the travel time to the airport is only 30 minutes so is a consideration if you're looking to avoid the traffic into the city from the airport. The hotel is only 2 km from the Reynolds museum which really is a must see if you're in the area, a remarkable facility that is very interactive for adults and children alike.

Good room, friendly staff.Room clean except for a little dust. could not set clock but it didn't matter. Reported this at checkout and they said they would look into it and put new clock in. Could have provided TV information instead of guest doing trial and error to see what channels were available.

This Best Western is a small hotel that packs a pretty big punch. The room I was in was tiny but had everything a person could want, a fridge, TV, ironing board, hair dryer and a comfy bed. The restaurant was decent albeit the service was slow. The bar/lounge was a hopping place. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

This was not my first trip to this location but I was looking forward to it. Since I was here last there have been some upgrades to the rooms which were very well done. The staff are very friendly and the facility is clean. If you are a best western rewards member forego the extra points and take the snack. It's a wonderful fruit tray big enough for 2 to share and it was delicious. The mattress was super comfy and I had a great night's sleep. The restaurant that is onsite serves good food. It was all you can eat roast beef dinner for $14.95 my first night with a monstrous yorkshire pudding. This also came with a salad bar and ice cream. The second night was prime rib which was a large piece exactly how I wanted it. I will be staying here again in the near future, you should as well.

Very nice room, has been renovated recently. I didn't see an elevator in the hotel so keep that in mind in room requests if you are unable to use stairs. My room looked out onto a very pretty courtyard.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was to be included at time of booking and upon arrival it became available for a price of 2 for $15.00. Other than that the staff was great and hotel was in a great location to a lot of amenities. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds. Tv was lacking on watchable channels.

The Bed and Breakfast rate is a separate rate and not an additional charge, but it is based on our standard room rate. Four guests in a room would add 15.00 to the standard room rate. It is still a great value, as you will receive 48.00 value in gift certificates for breakfast. We are in the midst of a 3 year renovation plan and as part of those renovations the exterior of the hotel will undergo a very nice face lift. Great Staff, very helpful. The facilities and rooms have been upgraded and are good. A much improved stay from previous visits. It was handy for my business trip and I would definitely recommend a stay here if in the area.

The rooms are very comfortable, and have everything you need to relax in after a long day. The wifi worked much better this time than the last time I stayed here, so I was most pleased with that. The buffets in the restaurant were awesome! Lots to choose from, all you can eat and priced a very reasonable cost.

Exceptional experience , great staff, great selection of food items on restaurant and bar menu. The outside of the hotel looked a little tired but the inside was awesome and well accented. The stay was well worth the money and convenient to the locations I needed to be at each day.

Very Pet friendly with places to walk pets and ability to not leave them alone to get meals yourself. Offer welcome package for pets. Beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean and nicely decorated.

This is a very nice, clean place to stay. Staff are friendly and willing to assist with reasonable requests. The food is well presented and tasty. Prices are reasonable. Overall a pleasant place to stay

We travel to Wetaskiwin several times a year and we always try and stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the food is good I would recommend this hotel with no qualms at all.Always a pleasure to stay here in Wetaskiwin.

We found this hotel to be very clean and the staff was friendly. Tasty and very generous breakfasts in the restaurant. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The outside of the place doesn't look that great, but it's the hospitality and cleanliness that matter to me the most.

The staff was very pleasant, and the room was good value for the amount paid. The only issues were the cleaning staff left dirty cleaning towels in our room, and it took a long time for the shower to start providing hot water.

I was unsure of what I would get when I booked here. To my surprise, a great room with amazing customer service, and the best place to est in town. I stayed 4 nights, and the food was fantastic every day. We payed $135 a night.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel is quiet and although there is no free breakfast the restaurant is an affordable roundhouse style option for meals. we did not use the restaurant, but other family members stated that it was nice.
