My wife and i have stayed here for many years and Kate and Dan are always making us feel like famfamily .The hotel is located right off the highway and many stores and restaurants are located very close ..

Outstanding housekeeping crew. Dining area is large and very nice. Good selection of breakfast items both hot and cold. Room is large and clean. Pool area is very nice. I have stayed here many times and the location is perfect- close to shopping, restaurants and highways. Only issue this time was not being given first floor as requested. And more high chairs are needed in dining. Everything else was perfect for our stay. Kudos again to housekeepers. Paid way more than usual but it was over a holiday weekend.

My wife and i always stay here for the past 3 years and could not be happier .The staff is always friendly and helpful .The hotel is right off I 55 and near so many places to eat and shop .The breakfast is good as well as pool and hot tub .

Very warm reception by staff, which was refreshing since we checked in pretty late. The room was nice, but I noticed that curtains had a stain that was noticeable. I understand that people don't think of curtains as something that should be checked regularly, but when the stain is something I notice almost immediately then it something that should be cleaned. I felt the same way about the toilet although the stain in toilet was under the rim, I did see it it so it is something that should have been cleaned. While my state was not long and staff was friendly. Staying again would be give me pause as I don't know what else I would have found if I had stayed longer.

The fire detector was missing from the ceiling with exposed wires. Had there been a fire, this would be extremely dangerous. In addition, the phone kept calling us from 7 a.m. until check out. When reported, I was told that there was an issue with ghost calls due to a problem with the phone service. I was given a 25 dollar refund, but it ended up deducting 25 from my account and not adding it, so now I paid more for unsatisfactory room.

Ask for a room with a view. Everything else was awesome as long as I didn;t look out the window. I kept the curtains closed my whole stay.the breakfast was awesome. Fitness room was clean. Pool was overcrowded.

I have stayed at quite a few new hotels. Their breakfast is the best! Besides eggs and sausage they have potatoes with peppers and onions - all of which taste home cooked. They have an amazing cinnamon roll plus many other choices of breads and sweets. Their waffle and toppings are fabulous. Tis is an older hotel - so the rooms are actually larger and they still have dresser with drawers.

We were in town over the Fourth of July weekend to visit family in Plainfield and to attend a funeral. The hotel was clean, offered great amenities including a gym, pool, and grab n go breakfast. CC was exceptionally helpful upon check-in and the other staff members were welcoming as well. My only complaint was that both my room key and husband's room key stopped working a day prior to check-out and the front desk staff didn't ask for ID to verify that I was the occupant of that room. Our dog came along with us and enjoyed the stay. We hope that he wasn't a pest to hotel staff or other travelers during our stay.

The front desk staff is very friendly. That's the only positive for this hotel. The hotel is quite rundown for a BW plus. There was hair in the towels, rice on the bathroom floor, mildew build up in shower and other gross stains. The rooms are also very small from the other Best western plus's I've stayed in.

We stayed for one night. The room was comfortable and the bed was the best one on a 6 day trip. There were some noisy folks down the hall, but they finally went to bed. The breakfast was excellent in the morning.

I'm a truck driver for Werner and my truck has been in the shop for a week. It looked like I was going to have to stay at the terminal when they found one room available at Best Western. The lady at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and comforting.

The hotel and staff always exceed my expectations when I arrive. The area is great for shopping and all that you need is within 10 minutes. Even with Covid, it is a great town and I enjoy going. The price is reasonable, the grab and go breakfast is substantial considering the restrictions.

great for an overnight stay especially if you are driving and EV and have your dog with you!! the hotel had not used the EV charger in a while but figured out how to turn it on - They needed a Key! also it would only do 29 amps for my Tesla. any more it would give out !! BTW J1772 plug for bring your tesla adaptor vary accommodating and service oriented place !!!

I was very hesitant about staying here I normally stay at Marriott's only. The place is newly renovated. The rooms were decent. I am very picky and was pleased. The carpet was raveling near the door. There isn't a great selection of channels on the TV. The room and lobby both were clean. The sink drained really slow in the room. The lobby seems to have a slight odor like an older hotel but it is renovated and clean. The only complaint I have is there are people that seem to be regulars there. They walk the halls and hang out in the lobby and outside all hours of day and night. I had to get something out of my car in the middle of the night and was afraid of these people hanging out and watching your every move. I felt unsafe. I heard them walking the halls all night. Other than that the rates are good and the place is clean.

The regulars you mentioned are federal workers who get picked up and dropped off at our entrance - as they are mandated to get 12 hours of rest, they make awesome guests as they come in and go to bed! Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable bed with wonderful staff. Many choices for breakfast. Pool was comfortable temp and the hot tub was wonderful after traveling all day. Close to many amenities and the mall.

Clean rooms. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast offers a nice variety. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pool and hot tub are nice. Also close to highways 55 and 80. This is the only place we stay while in town.

We had stayed previously.I used my free night and was very happy with the stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool.But I have to say the breakfast was the best part .There was so many choices not offered by surrounding hotels.Thumbs up!!

This hotel is one of the cleanest and very quiet places I ever stayed. The freeway is far enough to avoid all the noise and the premises are newly renovated so I doesn't have the moldy smell. Overall a great place to get a full night sleep

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the school with plenty of places to eat and shop ..the hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable ..we stayed in the king suite and the shower was amazing ..the hotel staff was always hello when entering and leaving the hotel ..parking was easy and has plenty of spots

The building is brand new and unlike most places doesn't have even a hint of smoke smell. I arrived late at night and the woman at reception was extremely friendly and even offered my dog a peanut butter treat. The dog policy is extremely reasonable. The place is clean, well laid out, quiet, and comfortable.

Hotel was outstanding and clean! Love the large lobby area and great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and outgoing. Near the mall and dining which is nice. The staff sent me a snack bag and hand written note which was a nice touch.

Great hotel, accommodating staff. A college baseball team and girls lacrosse team were both there and never heard any additional noise. The place felt very safe. Many food options just down the road. Great stay! No complaints.

We stayed here for one night as a stop on our way home. We saw the good reviews and decided we would try it. We were in a king suite room with a sofa bed. The room itself was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was AMAZING! The extra jets in the middle were so nice. The front desk staff were very friendly when we first arrived. Now to the cons: Parking-we showed up only for there to be no parking spots and cars were parked on the side street Breakfast-not great quality, hot selections weren't actually hot Cleanliness-our room had smudges on a lot of things, the “clean remote” was disgusting on the back WiFi-constantly disconnected so I ended up just using my data A/C-our unit blew directly on the bed and there was no way to tilt it up, it was literally a foot from the bed so it got cold but we needed it on Overall, it was fine for a one night stay but we probably wouldn't stay again.

You stayed on a sold out night and parking was tight in our lot. The cars on the street are from the Honda dealership across from us; they don't provide any employee parking. The accommodations at this Best Western property were exceptional. The front desk personnel are professional and extremely hospitable. The lobby is modern, stylist and well designed with an attached dining area. The rooms were clean bright and well accommodated. The location is great. Its across the street from shopping, theaters, restaurants and has easy access to route 55. Its only 35-45 minutes from downtown Chicago

This hotel has what we look for, clean, quiet, comfortable. Price is right. Easy access from expressway. Included hot breakfast is very generous. Did not use pool or work out room this trip, but have in the past. Both positive experience. Free internet was fast and was able to stream without issue. Staff especially friendly and helpful. Have stayed before and have recommended family to stay when in town. They are repeat customers as well.

This is an amazing hotel and was heaven after a white knuckle drive through snow storm. Friendly staff, large room with comfy corner chair, side table and reading light(always used by me and my husband),sink and vanity separate from shower and potty(should be the norm, faster dressing and no foggy mirrors), great bed,sheets, and pillows, large refrigerator, chic but cozy design, nice breakfast with tables to charge/use computer, mini convenient store with homemade refrigerator food to heat up, even pet bowls and food. Nice workout room and pool. They thought of everything at a fantastic price! Impressive!

I stayed here over the 2018 Christmas holidays. Initially having planned to only stay for a couple nights, a death in the family led me to stay for 6 nights. From the beginning, everything about the hotel and everyone there made this a great stay and a place to remember. Fairly recently renovated after taking over the former Holiday Inn Express. Accessibility 8/10: I needed an accessible room, and boy did they deliver. The room was the perfect size for 1-2 people, and the bathroom was spacious enough for my power wheelchair. As some w/ disabilities may know, you need to touch a lot of things to transfer etc. - everything down to the grab bars was exceptionally clean. * Bathroom: The toilet bowl was a touch wide, which caused a hiccup with a seat riser, but that wasn't anything some creative duct tape couldn't fix. The toilet was a comfortable 18" or so high, made perfect with the riser. If sitting on the toilet, the grab bars are on your right and behind you. The sink is a counter style, so it's easy to fit under to wash your hands etc. The shower seemed spacious and was walk-in, though the glass door may get in the way for some. The shower head was handheld adjustable, and a basic shower chair was provided. I did NOT notice grab bars in the shower, which would be very beneficial for many. * Bed: The bed was firm and very comfy, and I'm someone who can be prone to soreness as I can't move much once in bed. Big enough for precise positioning, I wasn't uncomfortable (due to the bed anyway). The staff had no problem supplying me with ample pillows to sleep at my just right. However, the bed isn't height-adjustable and is probably 27-29" high. My chair is able to raise and lower, but many can't. A lower bed was sorely missed, and would be a standout feature for me as many hotels don't offer such a thing. * Furniture: The desk in the room was a perfect height for me at about 20", and the lamps all have push button toggles on the bases rather than hard to reach switches. The furniture is movable (if one so chooses) and power outlets were easily reachable. * Hotel: The breakfast bar and lobby areas are huge and seemingly newly remodeled, so everything was at a good height - even the front desk has a lower cutout. There are also automatic doors in front, something you don't see often. My room was on the first floor, and the door to the room was EXCEPTIONALLY light (but never felt unsafe), which is a huge plus considering so many hotel doors are hard to open, and uses a lever style handle to open. The elevator buttons were easy enough to use. * Parking: There is ample parking spacious enough for a van with a lift. * Visual/hearing: I don't think there was a visual door bell. I didn't notice if the rooms had braille signage or not. However the hallways were wide and the lobby and dining areas easy to navigate. All said, if the bed was adjustable height and grab bars were in the shower, the whole trip would've been 10/10 on accessibility for me. Staff 10/10: The staff are all super friendly. When I found out I needed to arrange new plans, Brittany well understood and held my room while I sorted out just how long I needed to stay. Once I knew how long, everyone was hugely accommodating and extended my stay without a hassle or price increase. Before booking, Courtney assuaged many concerns and double checked my accessibility requests. I was consistently asked about housekeeping and to what degree, and was always greeted with a smile and welcome back on returning (even at midnight on one occasion), or a "Have a great day/evening!" when leaving. On check-in, I was asked if I'd forego housekeeping on Christmas Day in order to give staff more time with their families, which I thought was an excellent idea (and of course accepted). General 11/10: Internet speeds were solid, cable was basic which is expected, coffee and tea in room and lobby were a nice touch. The lobby had a small selection of dry goods, foods, pet foods/equipment, beer/wine, and small fridge meals, which is something I've not encountered before - bonus points. Prices for all of that weren't outrageous. Complimentary breakfast was good. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this BWP, and know exactly where I'll be staying for future trips. Especially for the holidays, the price was exceptional, and I didn't feel over or undercharged. Proximity to town (shopping, restaurants, etc.) is great. This BWP beats out several Marriotts(!) I've stayed at and exceeded my expectations. Though I do look forward to having a bed that is a bit lower in the future!

My adult son, who is a power wheelchair user, stayed here for a week over the holidays. His room was excellent, truly accessible, hotel was spotless, great selection of foods, drinks, and accessories, and the staff were all friendly and personable. A great hotel stay by all standards!

I travel teams of college students as I've done since 1988. The trip for 17 earlier this month was terrific. Fine rooms, breakfasts with variety, and pool/exercise offerings as advertised. Staff consistently goes above and beyond.

BW Plus was a wonderful experience. Just a one night stay but far exceeded my expectations. We had stayed at another BW in this area recently and it was a terrible dirty rundown facility. This PLUS location was all remodeled and wonderfully decorated and so very clean. Staff here was very friendly and so easy to talk to. Always there at desk when needed.

Hotel looks newly renovated, good choice of drinks and snacks and they also have meals for dinner or lunch if you're in a pinch. They also sell beer and wine at the front desk and for the same price as at a bar so it's not jacked up like you'd think. Rooms are well maintained and clean. I stayed at this location for 42 days and I couldn't of been happier.

Very nice Hotel not too far from the Joliet downtown scene.Clean updates rooms. Hotel is very clean and up to date, beds comfortable, showers above average.WIFI free and no issues.About the only drawback is the typical hotel breakfast layout, that is about the same as all hotels.

This was my second time in this particular Best Western. It is nicely appointed, upscale. I generally do not eat breakfast at these type hotels (too much starchy food), but this one looked like a decent spread overall. The location is good for access to many other restaurants in the area though.

I'm always worried when booking a hotel online. If all hotels were like this one, I would never have to worry. It looked brand new from the room to the lobby to the elevators. Breakfast was phenomenal. I've been to many hotels where there are only a couple options. This one had so many choices waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit (cut and whole), bagels, muffins, toast, biscuits and gravy, drinks, oatmeal. Literally everything. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The parking lot was conveniently laid out with many spaces near the front entrance (a real rarity as far as hotels go). I honestly cannot think of one complaint or even a minor shortcoming. It was a beautiful and well maintained establishment.

Great hotel with friendly workers. Breakfast was really good with many choices that changed each morning. The hotel was clean. There was hot coffee and water available 24 hours with coco packages for hot chocolate.

stayed three days at the facility enjoyed the staff and the room as being in town for work the room was very restful. the last day ready to check out, getting ready to depart and take a shower, no hot water for 15 min. waited some more time but still not hot water took cold shower not how I wanted to start that day. did not report as I was checking out. sure is has been addressed by now just try to inform for future customers.

This is a comfortable clean hotel. The breakfast area was especially inviting and the food was good. We brought our dog with us so they gave us a room right by the back door. That made it very convenient for us to take her out in the middle of the night.

I stayed here for four nights over the NASCAR weekend. It was my first time here and I'm sure glad I choose this place. It's newer. The staff was great, a nice room and everything worked well. A good TV selection. The internet dropped me a few times but when it was working it worked well. I think what I liked the most was their breakfast. A lot of selections and everything was very good. And the breakfast room is large so there's room for everyone. And there are several places to eat not far away. If I ever get back in this area I will make sure I stay here.

The entry area near check-in was had 2 nice sitting areas. The room was nice as well. The front desk staff always greeted us when we returned. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. On our 2nd morning, we were greeted by the manager. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in. They sent up a rollaway bed in about 20 minutes and gave us several suggestions for places to eat. It's obviously well maintained, and is very centrally located. The mall and several strip malls are across the street. There is a pool and a hot tub and a fitness center. They have room service as well, which I was definitely was not expecting. I didn't have any issues connecting or staying connected to the Wi-Fi. I enjoyed the breakfast provided the next morning as well. Normally it gets crowded and food runs about, but there was plenty of space and food. If I'm out in this area again for any overnight trips, I'll be sure to stay again.

Recently my family and I spend over a week at this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay . The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was way above average as far as hotel breakfast goes . Lastly the staff was extremely attentive and polite . 1st , 2nd , and 3rd shift employees alike were appreciated. Natasha was great with the way she'd stop whatever she was doing to put us first and always insisted that it was never a hassle for her to do so . Kate also helped make our stay convenient and was such a blessing to us in a time of need once and she always seemed to be on top of everything no matter how busy she appeared throughout the day . 2 thumbs up for the staff and hotel .

I recently stayed here 4 nights for a business trip. From check-in to check-out the service from the staff was superb. The staff clearly have pride in the hotel and was very customer-oriented. I was initially in a 1st floor room but the first night the people in the next room were loud and noisy into the early hours of the morning and was smoking in their room, with the smoke getting into my room. I informed the front desk staff and was immediately moved to a room on the 2nd floor. I had no other problems the rest of my stay. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Wifi was free and reliable, and fairly fast. The free breakfast each morning was one of the best I have ever experienced in hotels. They had hot foods (eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc) in addition to the usual baked goods and cereals and yogurt. They also have free coffee available in the lobby 24/7 as well as a small convenience store area for snacks and other needed travel items. Parking was plentiful and free. The only restaurant within walking distance is an Outback Steakhouse, but there is a mall nearby with a few restaurants and a food court. The front desk staff also can give great recommendations for nearby restaurants if you're willing to drive a little. I had dinner at a restaurant called Sovereign that was highly recommended by the staff and the food was delicious. If you're ever in the Joliet area, this would be a fantastic choice for a place to stay. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We were in town to see family. This was a good place to stay-rooms were clean and updated. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed having the pool facilities, given the endless winter weather, it gave us a little vacation.

Nice hotel. All personnel very friendly but if I wanted to stay at a hotel with people going to trucking school( mostly young kids) slamming doors all night and yelling down hall could of paid a lot less per night and got same sleep. Also sitting in breakfast and people bring their dogs and decide to tie them up in eating area. I have dogs but don't do this or appreciate it want to be pet friendly. Great have respect for others

This was my third time to Joliet for work and this has been the BEST Hotel I visited yet. Very modern and spacious. I love the large desk in the room to work on. Very clean and everything looks brand new. The hot breakfast was great they had a lot of options which was nice. The staff was extremely outgoing. I was impressed with the entire visit.

Nice hotel, on the outside. We had an issue with our room heavily smelling like cigarettes. Although they took care of the smokers, they put us in the room, with a kid, when it still HEAVILY smelled like smoke. We tried opening a window and airing it out, and by the time we got back from the pool, it was still bad. My husband was so tired from traveling he didn't want to move rooms, so we left the window open all night when it was 30 degrees out. The hot tub is TINY ... I mean like only 3 person capacity, and there are only air bubbles not actual jets in it. Nice hotel, but we won't be back

We spent 5 night and didn't want to leave. Stayed in a king suit with shower. Shower is incredible! 4 heads, waterfall and hand held. It was also extra large. Room was very clean and had a very good breakfast. Will stay at again.

I stay here each trip I make to work in Chicagoland. It's very nice in the rooms as it's newly renovated. The staff is very friendly especially Cam. He remembers my name and is always a pleasure to see when I traveled a long ways. The breakfast is also good and lots to choose from.

We stayed here for a few nights while our son was at a baseball camp. The hotel seems to be renovated. Friendly staff, new carpets, new furniture and the like. That said, when we entered our room and began to put stuff into the mini fridge there were leftovers from the previous guests. This lead me to believe housekeeping didn't wipe clean the mini fridge. Also, our toilet flooded, could have been too much toilet paper, or whatever... but the maintenance guy came to unclog it and carried his plunger through the hotel while toilet water went dripping through the hallway. I asked if someone could come and clean our bathroom and housekeeping was already gone for the day. It was 2 p.m. The front desk person was very kind and moved us to a different room. So, I guess the dirty bathroom sat overnight in our previous room until the next morning. So there's that. We slept pretty good, but all in all to keep this hotel nicely renovated, I hope they get a better housekeeping staff. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

I come here almost weekly. The staff is great, they give it a very "homey" feel. I first met Kate, and she has been FANTASTIC since day one! Natasha, and Syl always make checking in fun. Never a dull moment with those two girls at the counter. Staff is always extremely accommodating, especially if something in the room is wrong. My husband and I stayed here along with our 2 month old baby on Christmas Eve. We were greeted by friendly staff and noticed right away that the hotel had a nice fresh look to it. We found our room to be very spacious and clean. The next morning we sat down to a nice breakfast that included a waffle bar (with chocolate chips ??!). We will definitely be back for another stay soon. Great job!

I drive trucks but I come to this this hotel when I am visiting the Chicagoland area. I came back when it was under renovation and even still the hotel personnel had a great customer service feel. New people are here with the new renovation but the people with the beautiful decor and large screen TVs in every room makes me feel at home. But there is one who when reservations and my day went really bad showed so much kindness I had to show Sylmarie who works days much gratitude by rewriting a post thanking her.

Me and my family booked a room for New Year's Eve Natasha was at the front desk and she was so awesome she did everything in her power to make sure me and my family had an fun & comfortable stay she absolutely went above and beyond for us she even went as far as to put some of her OWN money in the register so that our kids can have snacks from the snack counter after they finished swimming!! I will definitely go back to Best Western Plus again we had a great time in the customer service was absolutely wonderful!

Offered some extra nights for electrical problems and then was told no that they could not do that and I had my 5 year old granddaughter with me who was afraid of the dark and we had a funeral to to for my mother the next day

My wife and I both like Best Western Hotels. This one is a standout. It is attractive, very clean, and impressive in every way. The staff seemed quite comfortable in their roles. We were upgraded to a King Suite which was beautiful. The shower was the ultimate shower experience. The King bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was also one of the best we've had.

Super clean & new hotel! The room was so clean, the beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was great too! Very impressed with this hotel especially for the price!! Either this hotel is new or was completely remodeled & my family will stay there again! My only negative thing is they didn't have a crib available for my toddler but we brought one in case do no biggie

The renovation is great. Lots of breakfast choices. Convenient location. I travel with college students who liked my choice. We used the pool and jacuzzi, the exercise room and the internet station in the lobby. Terrific staff.

Wow! One of the nicest Best Westerns I have ever stayed at. Very modern and clean. The lobby had a good vibe as well as a fresh scent. The morning breakfast bar was excellent, from the fruit to the biscuits and gravy. The staff was friendly, and we were able to keep our Uhaul safe over night. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night and overall it was great for the price. The room was a nice size and everything was very clean and seemed recently updated, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good and had quite a few selections - my kids especially liked the options they had for the waffles like whipped cream and sprinkles - and every employee we came in contact with was friendly. I only had a couple of problems - one was we had paid for the room in advance via Expedia and upon check in they had no record of my payment. I had to pull up the receipt emails on my phone to show the clerk. Also the pool and hot tub were so over chlorinated that our eyes burned and our skin was uncomfortably dry for the rest of the night.

We were in town for a 75th Surprise Birthday Party 10/20/17 - 10/22/17. While checking in Dan was very kind and attentive to us. We requested a roll away bed which he called right away to have it delivered to our room. While unloading our things into our room the roll away arrived brought by a young lady with a smile and asking if there was anything else we needed. My 2 nieces were excited about having some pool time which they enjoyed and commented on how nice Dan was to them with getting the hot tub started for them to enjoy as well in their words...Dan is the Man! I would also like to thank Dan for stepping away from his desk duties to take pictures of my family in the lobby on the night of the special birthday we were in all white and thanks to the young lady that kept the breakfast area clean and stocked with many choices. One of the best hotels near Chicago. Clean very professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good . Fitness room had a rubber ground that made it very comfortable to use. Room was quite, clean and beds were very comfortable.

This had been recently re-done Very nice floors and walls. Pool area was exceptionally clean. Hot tub was perfect temp with extra jets to make it hard to get out of. Left before breakfast but they gave us a cool to go sack with fruit granola bar and water.

We stayed one night at the best western. These newly upgraded hotels are beautiful. The room still smelled like new carpet. Very modern decor. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was decent. They had a lot of options. I will most definitely be choosing best western plus in the future. The price was right too at $95. Great job.

We was able to check into the hotel even before it open. We stayed for 49 days while looking for a place to stay. With all new businesses there are some glitches but all went well. The staff (everyone) was very professional and respectful always ready to help and asked us is everything alright. Felt very safe. Sometimes guest was little noisy and loud where the police was called to removed guests in order to keep others safe!!! I would recommend staying here. Everything brand new. Every staff member went way beyond when it came time to serve hotel guests. A few times had to ask for bedding because it look dingy and toiletries wasn't replaced a few times! Other than that our stay was good!!! Keep up the good work! Everyone was awesome maybe Santa will give everyone a raise for a job well done!!! I would recommend this Hotel for you stay!!!

We had a great experience at this hotel, it was excellent find and just what we needed for a good nights sleep. The Plus made the BIG differences.I really loved the stay here and the rooms looked like they were new. The breakfast was a good start to our day and the staff members were fabulous and helpful.

This property was very recently remodeled. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating and it is in a good location. The lobby is nicely decorated and the breakfast had many choices. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. We travel to Joliet frequently and we are so pleased that there is finally a place to stay that is reasonably priced, quiet, and modern. The only reason that I did not give it 4 stars is because there were a couple of issues that were due to the newness of the remodeling. The staff took care of what needed to be fixed very quickly. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Stay at hotel for our honeymoon. Will definitely visit again. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast provided. We were very pleased with our Best Western experience. We will definitely be visiting more BWs!!
