Best Western Kamala Jimbaran

When i arrived at the hotel the girls front desk staff are welcoming me with friendly and explained the details for me. My check in was so smooth. I came to my rooms its quite spacious but unfortunately the gave me the connecting rooms which i can noisy from other rooms. The bathrooms are clean but, the aircon not really cold i felt hot at night they needs to maintenance this. When i came to breakfast, theres a lot various foods but i had moment when i took the potato i thinks it's just out from fridge caused the potato they served at stall sections is cold, OmG!! The staff very attentive to ask for eggs to us, if we want to order the eggs. I enjoy the breakfast but not really the best one caused i had some issued for the food and drinks. The ambience at the hotel needs more improvement, i didn't say bad or good in between.

The hotel was good & I don't know if my friend has contacted the hotel to celebrate my early birthday & the hotel can provide it, thank u for the reservation team for accepting my friend request, the pastry team for prepare the cake as well & fo in room dining & housekeeping who has made everything perfect, the rooms was good as well but the bathroom looks like scary, but overall the hotel looks like to old, but I don't know whether the concept or the hotel is old & low maintenence, the service during the breakfast its like in the fast food restaurant not like in the hotel, Even when I first arrived I had a little trouble with my 2 pieces of luggage. The concierge didn't offer to help with my luggage, the front deks during Check in time not realy friendly he working like robotic, but the front deks during check out it was great with kind of smile, maybe the hotel can add more staff to provided unforgetable experience i belive that this hotel can be more better

The hotel is luxurious compared to its class. The room was clean, it had fresh linen, the towel soft and new, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had wide varieties and was delicious. Curtain blackout, shower, light, and AC all work well.

Considering the price and rating of the hotel, I expected a more diverse and satisfying breakfast spread, especially on the bread section that was always same every morning. Upon arrival (checked in around 8-9 p.m), while unloading my luggage from the car, the hotel staff (bellboy (?)) stood idly in the lobby while looking at us and did not offer any assistance. This lack of responsiveness was evident again during check-in, where my father had to manage all the bags alone until I called the bellboy to help. Another thing to note was the shower switching in our bedroom was broken. As we arrived at night, the first thing we would do was showering. Within 30 mins, I tried calling several times (6-8 times) using bedroom phone and even calling from my personal handphone direct to hotel but still waited so long for the receptionist to answer. She said that she was having a guest checked-in. It would be nice if she could pick-up the phone first and inform me to wait several mins while the technician came to my room. I thought it won't take a long time to say that at the phone while she could continue her job to check-in process. For a hotel that prides itself on customer service, I expected more proactive and attentive staff.

Overall experience is good. Room and pool was very clean. However, when i arrived at the hotwl around 7PM, there was no available staff that standing by, so you have to carry your luggage yourself up to the front desk.

Good location, close to the airport, inexpensive room prices There are many local convenience stores where you can buy souvenirs. There are a variety of local restaurants around the hotel to choose from.

Had a great stay, I was very happy to receive complementary Breakfast and 30% discount on food Menu. Will definitely recommend this location.

Overall, it was excellent. From checking in to checking out, the process was fast. The restaurant could have more variation on the menu, but the food was great. The room was very spacious and big; they could have one more extra bed fit inside nicely

Stayed for 3d2n. On my last day around 10 am. The DO-NOT-DISTURB sign is ON. I was just getting ready as I heard someone tapping card onto my door. Thought it was just a guest who tapped his/her card onto a wrong door. I stood up and prepared for the worst (if someone broke into my room). And yes, it happened. The door swung open. There's a guy's head (Yeah, it's the head first in), looking confused why the DND push-button is ON. Nearly screamed to the top of my lungs because there's a stranger in my room. He didn't see me, He said to his friend : “Why is it on?” / “Lho kok ini nyala?”. I said : “THE GUEST IS INSIDE” / “ADA ORANGNYA!” He said : “SORRY” AND CLOSED THE DOOR. Turned out it's the housekeeping guy, ENTERED a room with a DND sign, without announcement, without knocking first, nothing. Excuse me, what was that????? Hey Best Western, I was very angry and very disappointed at the same time. And planning to never go back to the hotel in the future.

Recomended Hotel, strategic location, best view, close to famous tourist attractions in Bali like GWK, Melasti Beach, Pandawa Beach, Batu Barak Beach, etc. I will come back to Bali and stay at Best Western Kamala Jimbaran

express Check in and check out process so amazing. Front desk and Housekeeping very fast coordination. when we arrived at the hotel the room ready for check in. and when we check out only 2 minutes for check out process. during stay the staff very friendly and the hotel very clean and comfortable, Tidy room and the housekeeping room cleaning gift me new linen and new towel and mat look very fresh and new.

Best Western Kamala Jimbaran is a good location if you are visiting the nearby theme park. Starting off from the best to the worst experience: Room: 4/5 Room was a queen bed. It is considerable spacious but does need improvement in cleanliness such as the paint marks on the balcony. For the price point, I would say its above average. Check in/out: 3/5 The staff was not so well prepared about my arrival and my membership, till it was shown. The process was slightly slow, and certain request such as late check out was shorten till 1pm. The place was very empty and considering the membership status, it was eligible till 4pm. Not a big fuss, but other hotels would glad provide a greater extension. Environment: 3/5 Good, the place is quite small but it is easy to navigate to where you want to go from the toilet to the elevator. The decors were just alright, it isn't speculator or has any superb feel about it. However, the price point kind of justify the means. Security: 3/5 Security officers were at times present but not always at certain time. Pool & Gym: 3/5 The pool was quite boring and doesn't have an attractive appeal since it has a corner cut design, which doesn't make much sense who would actually use it. However, its decent for a splash. Did not use the gym. Overall, the place is good for the price point. Its not spectacular, but its sufficient to get you going around the area of Jimbaran.

The pillow and bed have a lot of stain! Room and especially the bathroom smells bad. The look from instagram and any social media was fine, but the reality is so unlike the pictures on internet. Not recommended for local tourist as it is way below the best western international standard

Stayed at this hotels for three nights during a conference nearby GWK. The roadside is always crowded with traffic as this the road to go to Pura Uluwatu and Indonesia iconic GWK. The lobby is an opened lobby and with fresh wind. There is a restaurant and swimming pool at the back, the lobby staffs is kind but the male staffs are not. The rooms are huge and they are three facing, the first facing the GWK, the second facing the sea in distance, and the third facing residential and airport at a distance. All rooms have private terrace to chill,but avoid second floor, no terrace. The room amenities are complete with tea,coffee, and two bottles of water everyday. The most terrible problem in this hotel is the air conditioner never gets cold,even you turn on the whole day. Reaching the hotel with public transportation is not a problem from airport, take the Sarbagita public bus head to Uluwatu, and stop near Bali Politechnical College and walk around 400 metres, but if you don't want to walk then follow the bus to the last bus stop at GWK, they will stop for 15 minutes and make the same way back to airport but this time the bus stop will be 10 meter from the hotel. Surrounding the area there is a modern mall Sidewalk Mall,but expensive supermarket. There are traditional supermarket which was cheaper than Cocomart nearby. Kimia Farma Pharmacy was in walking distance, ATM and quite a handful rstaurants. Usually this hotel have group tourists, hardly can see individual tourist stay here except for business nearby or on duty. Overall this is a good hotel to stay, but nothing interesting surrounding there except GWK which you can reach in daytrip from Kuta or Nusa Dua.

This was one of my most unimpressive stays with Best Western properties. Here are the following issues that I faced: 1) The telephone didn't work. I complained and immediately a person came. Tried to rectify it for 20 odd minutes. He failed. Frustrated I said let it be as I was there for only one night and didnt want to waste my time 2) The bedsheet had STAINS. Brown faint stains and ink stains. I called housekeeping immediately and showed. They changed the sheets. 3) The toiletries given were meager. A small shampoo bottle and one small bath gel. That's all for two people!! Even many of the essential kits were empty in the bathroom. 4) The waterlogged in the washbasin anytime we washed our hands. Really pathetic. 5) The breakfast spread is again pathetic to say the least. Extremely less options. No eggs to order. No one in the restaurant helped or guide me except the ones at the door to ask for the room number. I didn't tell all this to reception as I had no time. I was just there for an evening and had an early morning flight. Lousy experience to say the least.

Bad air-conditioning - air-con has to be turned-on ALL DAY in order to keep comfortable temperature, which is impossible if you have one-key (you should ask for the second and leave a deposit for it). Air flow is very very week. Bad breakfast - very few options. Reception does not notify about breakfast time - it is different on weekend and weekdays. Balcony lights are very bright can not be turned off - - you can only unplug the light-bulb by hand Overall the hotel is not fresh, dirty bed linen, has not been changed during 3-nights stay.

We were staying during NYEPI DAY,..all staffs are great and helpfull, the view from Roof Top area was great can see panorama Jimbaran aea and Airport The food sellection and the teste also great especially Breakfast time also we get meal for SAHUR ( pre down meals )

Breakfast not so good, poor selection, no yoghurt or cereals. Cleaning service poor, we were at the hotel for 5 days, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed twice during our stay but this never happened. On a positive, Reception staff very good, polite and friendly. Nice swimming pool.

We stay in Best Western during New Year Eve, which is enjoyable. Breakfast is good, they serve various menu western and indonesian. The room is good. But the basement is bad smell. the parking is limited

My little family (couple with 1 kid), already stayed at Best Western Kamala Jimbaran for the second time. This hotel has a good location (near GWK, food court, and supermarket). The room was comfy and spacious. The swimming pool is quite large and has a kids' pool. I definitely will come back for a family event at this hotel.

The room was quite nice, comfortable, also clean. The food was delicious and the price was reasonable, The services also good and friendly. We love the hotel and also the hotel have partnership with the beach club if we show the key cards of the hotel, we will have discount in the beach club.

Excellent bed, super clean, wonderful staff, wow great breakfast, close to almost every tourism spot you d like to visit. Close to mant beaches, Bingin, Kuta, Jimbaran beach, Pandawa. Direct viewing of GWK statue, New Kuta Golf Course, Nusa Dua etc

was booking for a friend . as i did not know how long he stayed i had to enhance the stay for some days mean rebooking, the room was already prepaid before so only had to add the missing nights, the hotel made a totally desaster out of this like we wanted steal from the hotel, even my friend gave his creditcard and passport they called me half night and in morning terrorising me immidiatly pay 1 outstanding night. i booked online 3 nights more and told them to send me bill to pa y via transfer, they sai i have to pay the new booking as well immidiatly and i said but i give me credit card include ccv just take it down from there, but they keped on terrosisin me via whatsapp .. i transferred all of course but what a bad exoperience, for me for sure never again, next time better go puri sabine or other close hotels,no need for this sh.....t

Location- located two minutes away from GWK park- its right on the main road- a lot of places easily accessible by just renting a bike A lot of convenience stores around, cafes & eateries too Staff was polite & courteous Coming to the rooms, felt like the hotel was quite new- so the rooms were very well maintained Our room was huge Bed, bathroom, AC, Tv- everything was functional & comfortable We also used the pool here- it was nice Breakfast had limited options for vegetarians, could have done with some more options Overall we had a comfortable 3day stay here

- Some staff in the kitchen don't bother to wear mask around the restaurant. They put the mask on their chin. - Housekeeping needs to clean thoroughly. They missed some spot, the very visible dirt left behind on the floor. Pile of dust on the window, dust on bedside lamp… please clean them. - The front staff are helpful - Nice parking area - Nice pool

The room we ordered was spacious. Clean and tidy. Exactly look as in the photo. Staffs are friendly. Location is near many restaurants and relatively close to melasti beach and GWK. Plenty mini markets around.

no staff helped me during parking. the basement parking gate is too small and only convenient for small size car. i hit the gate as my car, which was not a very big car (innova) the car is bigger than the gate. the headlamp broken and dent.

one of the best stay during my trip to Ubud. Its surrounded by amazing tropical trees. Comfy and relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and floating breakfast. definitely will visit again one day.

Strategic place, 800 m from Sidewalk Mal, in front of market, a lot of shop around. Near the surrounding beach as Balangan, etc. Clean & spacious room, good amenities. Will stay again the future, recommended.

Overall my experience of staying many times has been very good, I just want to provide input regarding the access card or the room key given two cards because if there are two guests it is very inconvenient if the key is only given one. If you are worried about the key being lost, a regulation can be made if the card is lost there will be an additional fee that must be paid at check out

Staying here many times but always satisfied with overall experience. The room and facilities meet the expectation, the staff is friendly. Location wise, it is very convenient. Shop, restaurant, ATM, Pharmacy are available within walking distance. Pool is also nice addition to the facility.

the hotel is close to GWK tours, around the hotel there are many who sell food. You can eat in front of the hotel "stop eating yuk" delicious home-cooked food. The hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is strategic and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will come here again if I go to Jimbaran

It is close to GWK, not too far from airport (20 mins by bike), around 10 mins to go to jimbaran beach and find seafood

Big room, fridge, working safe and all the movie channels. Best bang for the buck. Restaurant onsite with affordable food $7 Buffett. Other items on the menu cost between $2-4. Pizza $3.50. Big swimming pool and free towels. Working elevator and professional staff. Safe location.

Great hotel, well maintaned building even on pandemic. friendly staff and helpful. Since we bring our kids cleanliness are important, we really like how to taking care this point. With speciql price during pandemic but they still give full amenities while other hotel not.

The house keeping staff use no masker as we all know that is in this pandemic situation the use of medical mask is compulsary by government policy. Several times i found that even of the restaurant staffs dont use masker. I think i should give report this situation to the minister or the government. The appropriate actions should be done to this manners.

My first visit with my friend. The room is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious. The price is affordable. Near food restaurant and mini-market. Very recommended!! Definitely will come back and spend another night

My second visit, the receptionist was very friendly, there was no one to help carry my things to the room. I stayed for five days and during my stay I was very disturbed by the noise caused by the guests upstairs to me, even until midnight it was still noisy. Noise because guests like running around in the room. The room is quite spacious, the shower is not comfortable because the water flows unevenly but the bathroom is quite spacious. As input so that the guests do not interfere with each other, hotel put the rules in each room not to cause noise that can disturb other guests and it is forbidden to jump and run in the room

The room is very clean, all staff is soooooo helpful & friendly. BW Kamala Jimbaran is have a great loacation, only 15 minutes to dreamland beach. The price is worth it. Easy to find food or restaurant around hotel (there is halal food in front of hotel). This hotel is very good and VERY RECOMMENDED!!

We stay just one night in this lovely hotel and have left with many good memories. Amidst the current pandemic situation, I love the way they maintain the property in good condition, cleanliness, and facilities are in good shape. We stay in a comfortable bedroom with a nice hot water running in our bathroom and a very clean swimming pool that makes my kids spend a lot of time there. The highlights, of course the excellent service from the staffs, earlier before our arrival with reservations fulfilling our requests, a warm welcome from the reception to the housekeeper that keep everythings clean and hygiene. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to get back soon!

I love everything about Best Western Kamala Jimbaran. Eventho they're obviously under staff (due to the pandemic), but their service are still top notch. I was staying there for 6 nights and met 3 front desk staffs in different occasions, and all of them have a really great manner, helpful, and always smile. I booked 2 superior rooms, and upon checkin they upgraded my room to family type, which way bigger than the one that i booked on the first place. The rooms are super clean, they changed the bedsheet, towel and other things everyday. The bathrooms are also super clean. Hot water and air conditioner works great. They closed the breakfast buffet (again due to pandemic), but still serve ala carte breakfast which you can choose from American or Indonesia Breakfast. They even meet my request when i asked the restaurant staff to prepare my breakfast really early in the morning and put it on the box because i'm leaving somewhere early and couldn't catch up with breakfast on the reguler time and want to eat my breakfast on the go. On my first night, the water leak from the bidet, wet all over the bathroom floor. Called the front desk immediately, and not so long the maintenance staff came and fix everything. The hotel located at the perfect neighborhood, near to GWK (which is closed due to pandemic), and only 15-20 minutes car ride to the best beach like Padang-padang, Pandawa, Dreamland, etc. You can easily find everything in the neighborhood, from food to gelato, from light scack to the more heavier snack, from cold beverage to hot, from traditional market to convenience store. The only downside of the hotel is the wifi service, which is super slow and sometimes not working at all, but since i'm on a holiday and didn't have to do works, it doesn't bother me so much. I will definitely come back and will definitely recommend Best Western Kamala Jimbaran to my family and friends!

I picked this hotel at the last minute and I have no regret about it at all. Planned to stay for 1 night, extended for 2 nights more. The room is spacious and clean, warm shower always available. The location is near convenience stores and ATMs, the hotel is very easy to find since it's on the main road.

We stayed there for 3 nights during Nyepi. It wa good and the staffs also very nice. During last day the TV Channel not clear (maybe problem in provider's device in thd hotel). I suggest to make small gym in the hotel (if podsible).

The hotel is in Jimbaran, the rooms are quite spacious but lots of dust, the sheets have lots of stains, the air conditioner is not cold and the bathroom is not clean. Comfortable beds and pillows and the rest is just fine.

It was a pleasent stay at BW Jimbaran. Room was clean and i got great view from my window, there is pool and also the GWK statue. Although i expecting a breakfast buffet, since there is no information in app about it. Still it was a nice one.

Nice place, good service, staff are nice, food are tasty, great view to GWK During this Covid my stay was like a drem, everything was quiet and I was like having my own Hotel. I have no complaint whatsoever.

Staff are friendly, room are clean and bed was comfy. I stayed during this pandemic but they were following the health protocol/regulations by wearing masks and provide the hand sanitizer right when you are checking in on the friend desk. Thank you!

Everything was nice, room is clean, large pool with kid pool, simple breakfast but tasty. Friendly staff and they do health protocol due the covid issue. Easy access to look some food or etc. Very recommended for family traveler.

What I love about this hotel is the hospitality of all the hotel staff (from reception up to GM ! this is rare). After exhausted from handling work problem, came back to hotel, quietness, large balcony with GREEN view of Jimbaran, clean room, easing the exhaust right away! Breakfast also nice, especially the omelet and potato soup! haha... Very friendly Cheff too! Keep going BW Kamala Team !

Had a very happy stay here thanks to the most obliging staff. One of the nicest hotels in Jimbaran Livvy. Rooms were cleaned every day. All the staff greeted you from cleaners to kitchen staff. Girls on reception professional and very helpful. We stayed in Four different places in Jimbaran but this was the best.

I came often to their restaurant because i am staying nearby. I love the food with very reasonable price and my daughter loves the swimming pool. This time I spent 1 night with my family and got free upgrade arranged by Ms Nancy. Thank you very much! I can see the Garuda Wisnu Statue from my balcony. Very beautiful. All staffs are very friendly. I heard that this hotel just having pool package promotion. I will come more often with my daughter for swimming. Thank you

No traffic jam area, close to jimbaran seafood restaurants, so many halal foods around the hotel area. Nice, fresh and clean room, breakfast is good with no pork and lard, and staff are friendly.. want to go there again for next trip Til we meet again Best western kamala jimbaran

I travel for business then continued with family vacation for 4 days. We got upgraded to deluxe king with connecting room for kids. The room was very nice especially deluxe king is spacious. Minimalist but modern. Checkin and checkout process was very fast. All staff are very polite and super friendly. Location is very close to 2 new malls. Easy to find restaurants.

Probably my favorite hotel in Bali! I showed up really early for check in cause I was sick of my sub par hotels in the middle of nowhere. The front desk got me in my room 2 hours before check in, so appreciated. The room is spectacular, really nicely updated finishes and linens. The bathroom was great, super nice shower and tap for sandy beach feet! Breakfast was a great balance of local and western options and the service was on point, a cook quickly approached me for personalized eggs and insight on local options. Location was on a busy street, walking distance to lots of amenities, local and western. The hustle and bustle was wonderful! Thanks Ferdinand

Service at the Best Westen Kamala Jimbaran was as good as a fine cup of Bali java served to perfection. An oasis of calm amidst a busy street area, the hotel exceeded all expectations. In fact, staying at the hotel is worth the reasonable cost just to meet the highly professional and hospitable Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Ferdinand Kodong who is a credit to his craft. Just wait for his breakfast recommendations in the morning and his Bali hospitality, it's worth the price of admission!!!!!!

Clean hotel great service. Stay here for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing. I like the hotels design and its far from the crowd. Room was cleand and spacious. The staffs were friendly and really helpful. Will definitely back again !!

Stayed for three night for a meeting. The meeting room was great with high ceiling. Each meeting room was equipped with individual prayer room and restrooms. The hotel provides great audio-visual equipment and amazing Coffee Break.

During our recent stay in Bali we had the pleasure of staying at BW Kamala Jimbaran. The room was well appointed, spa services were wonderful, pool sparkling clean and inviting and the food particularly breakfast was delicious. We also found the entire staff to be excellent from housekeeping, wait staff, and the front desk ( Dyan especially) to the executive chef, and general manager Indra made us feel extremely welcome and along with several of the staff sang karaoke with us our first night there. Ferdinand, Asst. Food and Beverage Mgr, went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot thank him enough for making our stay a special one. This hotel now sets the standard for us. We will definitely be staying at Best Western Kamala Jimbaran on our return visits to Bali.

worth the price and the quality, maybe you can improve the variaty for breakfast and also the taste but the location of the hotel and the quality of the rooms is quite good and clean when i had arrived on the hotel, the bell boy is not there, i should take my luggage myself :(

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel staff is helpfull and friendly. I stayed at room with balcony with pool view. This room have a nice view. The food not so special but still ok. Overall the hotel is recommended.

Would highly recommend staying here, either if it's for a family holiday or a bit of luxury whilst backpacking. You won't get any better for the price. The buffet breakfast is amazing, Fernando and the rest of the staff are so helpful and make your stay so much more pleasant. The large rooms are clean and modern which is a nice change compare to some other places we have stayed in Bali. You'd be silly to stay anywhere else.

We liked everything in this hotel. The staff is perfect, the receptionists were very kind and helpful, the staff at restaurant was excellent (especially the girl who was working in the evening), the chef was coming to us, talking with us every day, asked if everything was OK... And of course, Ferdinand was excellent too, he helped us many times, did everything that we asked, and talked with us every day, asked us if everything was OK. The room was excellent, clean and big enough. The price was absolutely reasonable. I can offer warmly this place if you want a nice hotel, excellent staff and good price. It is a little bit more far from Ubud than Kuta, and first we thought it could be problem, but to tell the truth, it wasn't. If you want to make some excursions around the island as we did, it means a little bit more drive for your guide, but we didn't paid more for this and GWK Statue is very close to hotel (maybe you can get it by walk too).

It was a pleasant hotel, with the affordable price and huge room. The food was ok but lack of variation. The check in and out process was smooth. It was great when I was came at 12:30 PM while the check in time was at 14:00, I only waited for 10 minutes and my room was ready. The problem was the noise from the aisle, I think the door need something to reduce the noise that came in. Another thing, this hotel needs to improve their connectivity to the Tourist Attraction such as providing a transport to the Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) since its location was very close to this hotel.

The team at Best Western were very professional and welcoming! We checked in on Monday night (05/08) at around 8pm with the help of the lovely lady at the front desk. The room was very spacious & comfy with a private balcony. A very good sized pool. However, we were very impressed with the Food & Beverage Team led by Mr. Ferdinand & his Head Chef. They were always so friendly and seemed so happy and pleasant to converse with. Such a young, vibrant and energetic F&B team! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Bali!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and kind towards us over the course of our stay. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. It's located not to far from some beautiful beaches which is plus for us. There is a lot of street food options just outside the hotel which is something we love. The breakfast had balinese food- yay! And again, very clean and tidy. The staff at breakfast were always friendly and polite, which makes a huge difference to your stay.

Location near by Uluwatu, beach and GWK statue. Cleanlines room is clean enough, but for breakfast menu need to improve and more variation menu. More hotel facilities will make more enjoyable for guest to stay.

We love staying here. Best Western usually feel "stuffy", but this one is different as it this while not to near Jimbaran beach, but it is feel like we staying in one of Bali special VIP house or something. The staff is helpful and nice. But what we unfortunate is the breakfast choice as it is on Ramadan month and the breakfast choice is very limited. We hope to stay there again.

BW kamala was the best place to stay in Jimbaran. Clean cozy and friendly staffs. Recommend hotel to check in and but need to improve on breakfast menus for various foods. The taste of foods are great.

BW Jimbaran offers good value for money. The Staff is very courteous and helpful. Will specially like to thank the F&B Manager Mr Ferdinand and the Chef Mr. Arya for taking personal care of the guests. From a location point of view the hotel is well placed to cover the south of Bali , spots like the GWK Statue , Jimbaran beach (the sea food restaurants!) , Nusa Dua and Uluwatu temple are short driving distances away. However , Bali has a traffic issue and covering the spots in the central and northern Bali areas from this location means spending a lot of time on the road.

Great experience with great hospitality, nice place and strategic place because jear with garuda wishnu kencana.. the parking wasnt so good, but maybe u can improve with the meals within breakfast....

Where to even begin?! The food at this hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The head chef came out and checked on our table and made sure the food was delicious. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The restaurant here is a modern concept with great views of the pristine pool. I recommend this restaurant and hotel to anyone who is traveling to Jimbaran. It was my first time staying there. The service is excellent, clean room, and good breakfast. They have friendly staff.... It is close to Dreamland, GWK, Nusadua, and easy to get to Jimbaran and Kedonganan seafood market.

This hotel has a modern building and i really like the open lobby. I got a room with a view of GWK statue and a balcony with a pool view. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staffs is very friendly too. Our family really enjoyed to stay at BW Kamala Jimbaran.

This is the first time I stay at this hotel. I thought that the room provided would be relatively small, but I didn't expect the room to be quite spacious (it even has a balcony!) and the sheets are clean and tidy. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. There is a computer available for use in the common room near lobby. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner with nice selections. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again should we return. Highly recommended.

The service is very good, the room is spacious with balcony and great view. Because the building is new, so everything in it still also new and clean. Bedsheet is clean as well as the bathroom and amenities replaced everyday. Hotel location is close to resto, shops and other attraction area.

The Hotel is located close to supermarkets and foodplaces. Nothing is far away in Jimbaran. The staff is very nice and friendly. The Hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. It is all in all a good place to stay in when in Jimbaran.

Spend a couple of days with the family at this hotel. Basic, clean with a good staff. The people who works in the hotel are very polite and attentive. The hotel is far away from the hot places in Bali/Uluwatu, but the place is OK. Kudos to the cook who took care of us during the Nyepi day and cook for us a great Nasi Goren.

Traffic on Bali is at best chaotic! Suggest using local drivers to travel around. Hotel arranged for a car and driver for the two of us and we toured the parts of the island we wanted to see in this way. It did away with the hassle of driving and finding parking places. You are a couple of hours away from the rice terraces at Ubud and about twenty minutes from Jimbaran Beach. Tell the driver where you want to go, for example to see the temples and terraces and they will sort it out for you. Basically you pay for the day (8hrs) or half day (4hrs) with extra hours added as necessary. They even booked the restaurants for us.Make use of the Spa facilities at the hotel, the staff are very good and we both came out feeling well and truly relaxed. Full range of tastes catered for at breakfast tending towards an eastern cuisine but still enough on offer to suit western tastes. Omelettes cooked to order.

Brand new building; modern, bright and simple. Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every second spent in this hotel. Open reception area, with few sofas, very welcoming feeling. Tho no welcome drink were offered. The pool not so big, but with good amount of sun rays, perfect to get a bit tan in the morning time. Parking also available at level b1. Breakfast with varied selections different every day. Few improvements needed in the restaurant tho. Such as; very limited staff, so we have to wait a little longer before greeted by the server, also no coffee or tea were asked, i had to get it my self, the food warmer were left empty quite some time until i remind the already busy staff. The room itself is big enough and clean. You have room for 2 medium luggage; comfy bed; big balcony (asked for the one overlooking the pool- the big GWK statue), good water pressure. I didn't try the room service, but the price is reasonable enough. I really recommend this hotel. And will definitely be back again next time.

Great time stay in this hotel with my Family, we book Excutive Deluxe after we did showing room with their Hotel Manager. very spacious room, and from the room we can see Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue. the Breakfast very good, and the staff very helfpull

I stayed here for a wedding and I was glad to find out an affordable and nice enough hotel which is Best Western is nearby the area. With the price and my room upgrade, it was a good deal. The hotel exterior is new. Room is clean, lofty, airy and nice black out curtain for a comfortable stay. Please ask for a pool facing room as my town/village facing room had a noise issue coming from noisy roosters crowing and dog barking. However, all in all it was still a nice sleep as their pillows were the nicest pillow I've ever rested my head on - no kidding. Maybe they gave us nice pillows to compensate the noise.Their black out curtains are very helpful to get us a nice and restful sleep as well. Breakfast is so-so. Edible but not my favourite. A good coffee would simply elevate the breakfast experience. Staffs are nice. They knew us by our face when we got back from our long trip. They just opened - a lot of good promotion going around such as massage, laundry and even their tapas / pizza menu.

Location next to GWK Giant statue & Puri Gading housing estate in ULUWATU cliff area. It certainly has standard of Best Western worldwide quality & its location is on the main road of Uluwatu street. The room is quite big & roomy for 2 or 3 pax, the bathroom has plenty of space for shower & toilet is standard. Towels only big size for shower, no small & medium towels available. If playground is around the Uluwatu cliff then it's a choice budget hotel here. Breakfast area is nice facing swimming pool but didn't get a chance to try the food.

Lovely hotel but ask to stay on the side of the hotel that overlooks the pool. The other side has two noisy roosters that start crowing very early in the morning- I was awoken at 0520 despite eat plugs.

Was stayed at Best Western Kamala Jimbaran on 11 June 2017 for a night only. Like before, Staff was generous, room was spotless, breakfast was good. I just have small advice to put sticker on the glass wall in restaurant, i just dont wanna other guest hit it like me. Definitely would come back there.

We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring the Uluwatu area. Very well priced considering its brand new. Our room was very large and spacious, but the bathroom was very small relative to this. We checked in all well, breakfast was full on Asian breakfast. Had the egg station so that was good for us. The floors of the dinning area were a bit dirty with food, Im not a fussy person but i could notice it. the staff were very attentive and i could see they're trying their best. Our room window could not be opened for some reason, it was locked with a key so that was sad when you wanted some fresh air. we were so tired we forgot to call reception to have it sorted and forgot about it. Would recommend for an affordable stay. :)

I'd like to commend the staff at this hotel on their exceptional service. Reception staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was spotless and the breakfast good. The only complaint I had was that the juices weren't fresh and contained added sugar. The location is convenient but a bit noisy. Hotel staff were more than happy to help me store my luggage whilst I traveled around the island for a few days.??

Stay there for a night at Deluxe Suite room. Staff very helpful, they explain about my reservation and hotel facilities. Room is spacious and well clean. They has various TV channel and the aircon is so cold and made my sleep really well. Highly recommended to stay at Kamala Jimbaran if you wanna exlpore jimbaran around.
