I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

This was my second time here. I honestly enjoyed a lot. Joni from restaurant was serving us all these three days we stayed here. He has been an amazing person. Polite professional and very good human being. I hope to see Joni again when I visit this place again.

We spent five nights at SereS Springs Resort & Spa in early September and had a truly wonderful stay. We would happily recommend the hotel without hesitation. What stood out most was the genuinely warm, attentive and flexible service we received throughout our stay. Communication with the hotel was excellent from the very beginning, even before our arrival, and remained smooth and efficient throughout our time there. We also really appreciated the thoughtful way the team acknowledged that it was my birthday when we arrived. It was a lovely personal touch and a very nice way to start our stay. A special thank you goes to Dewi, Dewi, Mila and Damar at Reception, who were always welcoming, helpful and incredibly accommodating; and Ayu Krista, Eri, Ari and Agustin at the restaurant, whose warmth and attentive service made every visit particularly enjoyable. It is always the people who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one, and the team at SereS certainly did that for us. Thank you to everyone at SereS Springs Resort & Spa for making our days in Ubud so special. We leave with very fond memories and would be delighted to stay again on a future visit to Bali. Five stars, very well deserved.

Love the food the staff people, one thing I did the reservation on Seres because of the private pool on the room and the spa and the flooring breakfast that o order is great for couples but also for solo traveler

Beautiful and spacious clean room with private pool, peaceful and quiet atmosphere, lovely staff and we had a relaxing time. Breakfast was delicious and had good variety. Massage and spa was great! Amazing value and will visit again!

After a long 9hr flight and over an hour to the hotel we were greeted by Purini and Tama at reception . Excellent reception team—professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the local area. I had Great 4 nights on this resort and I will repeat it again and I recommend it for everyone who want to relax

The pictures do not do this place justice, such an amazing hotel. We were very happy with the cleanliness and service provided by all staff, everyone is very welcoming and polite. We booked the Ananda Suite and it was perfect for what we wanted, peaceful, tranquil with great facilities. We did many excursions whilst staying here and it's was a great location to get to and from. Other reviews mentioned the "Taxi Mafia", please do not let this alter your mind. They are local taxi drivers who give you amazing service, and you are supporting local businesses. I would most definitely be returning back next time I'm in Bali. Special shout out to Mila and all of the staff working in the restaurants and room service, a great team of people who always have a smile on their face.

I loved everything about this hotel it's so beautiful and serene I took the pool access room and I adored my staying there, staff were amazing very caring and helpful they repeatedly checked if everything okay and that I'm enjoying my time , food was great and location is near all activities in Ubud I definitely recommend this place

From start to finish, the staff at SereS Springs were perfect. They were so kind, welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable; nothing was too much trouble. We were in room 603 and it was immaculate, large and quiet. The private pool was very clean and it had the ‘woah-factor' we wanted for our honeymoon. The food was incredible every evening and had a variety of options for all ethnicities. Every angle of the hotel was picturesque with the most magnificent views. It really did help us feel calm and zen during our days/nights there. Thank you for such a fantastic stay, we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.

Everything was beautiful, and it was a very peaceful place that we really enjoyed. However, there are just two things to keep in mind: - Cleanliness & Maintenance: There were quite a few small ants inside the accommodation, especially in the bathroom. The cleanliness level could definitely be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast options were decent and did the job, but they were a bit limited.

A great experience that can be slightly improved by having a heated pool and providing free laundry or at a nominal value.

SereS Spring Hotel looks beautiful on the surface, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Yes, the hotel is visually appealing, very clean, and the rooms are genuinely comfortable. The food we had was also quite tasty. However, what completely ruined our stay was the absolutely poor level of service. We came all the way from India and were craving some Indian food, which the hotel did not offer. When we ordered from outside, the concierge bluntly refused to deliver it to our room and asked us to come down to the lobby and collect it ourselves. This is highly unacceptable for a 5-star property. The situation got worse when we asked for additional water bottles. We were told that only two bottles per day are provided, and if we needed more, we had to go to a refill station near the lobby. Again, completely shocking for a hotel that claims to be premium. The most insulting part of our stay happened during checkout. We were asked to wait at the reception under the pretext of checking if we had left anything behind in the room. However, it was very clear that the intention was to check if we had taken any hotel belongings. This felt extremely disrespectful and humiliating. Hospitality is not just about good infrastructure—it is about how guests are treated. Unfortunately, despite being a 5-star property, the hospitality here was zero. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic courtesy and service.

What a wonderful experience here at Seres. All staff were extremely attentive, the Spa ladies, attendants in the dining room, room attendants, chefs and even the grounds attendants were all very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Food on offer was lovely too. Cleanliness is of great importance to us which Seres passed with flying colours. If I were to have one complaint, it would be that no live music was on offer as advertised on their website which we were disappointed with as it was a part of why we booked. Everything else made up for it though. Distance the Ubud hub is a quick 20 min drive or less depending on traffic.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and loved every minute of it. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious with a great variety of food. The views over the rice fields were beautiful, and on clear days you could even see the volcano. Our favorite part was definitely the pool by the river – it was peaceful, relaxing, and absolutely stunning. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and would happily stay here again!

The hotel is formidable with a very beautiful view , we came for 3 days and we extended our stay cuz it was amazing, we enjoyed every morning sunrise, its well located and close to everything, the stuff are super nice … just go for it guys

Nice hotel with great service

Absolutely amazing. Had a pool access room and was a very relaxed experience. The food and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was to hard. The resort was so clean including the day spa. Thank you to all of the staff. We will be back.

This resort is wonderful. The staff were generous and friendly, the food selections were excellent, and the pool & views were fantastic. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Don't let these stop you from staying here, but some minor things that should be fixed: the screen doors to the balcony/porch were stubborn with a heavy catch on the runners, the TV did not work, the light switch setup in our room was very confusing and one of the bedside outlets did not work.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days as a family and loved our stay here! It's quiet, clean, serves delicious breakfast buffet, has lovely staff and is a beautiful property overall. Would happily recommend this to others.

A fine hotel with great views and amenities. The staff are welcoming and eager to serve your needs. Special mention for Mila. She was on top of everything and was always happy to help.

I was upgraded to a Deluxe room. The tub on the balcony is very comfortable and felt wonderful to have a deep soak in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and provided excellent services. Istayed for 17 days, so I did take advantage of their laundry service. My clothes always came back, smelling fresh and being folded. They were delivered in a lovely covered basket each time. Room service was exceptional. The restaurant staff was amazing. The staff in the lobby were very helpful with taxis and providing lots of information.

My partner and I stayed at Seres for two nights in the Private Pool Villa, and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in, and we also appreciated having enough space to work when needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. What truly made this stay special, though, was the incredible team. Every staff member we met, from check-in to the restaurant, provided outstanding service with genuine warmth and kindness. Their attention to detail and hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is ideally located: close enough to Ubud centre for easy access, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. Thank you to the entire Seres team for making our stay so memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Great stay, nice pool. Good stay for the family

What can I say about Seres. This is a perfect place to stay. Nothing negative to say. People from Bali are very friendly and warm. The staff here is exceptionally warm and welcoming. They do everything you ask for. Room service , laundry service , everything is great. The spa service is also amazing as we did the couple deep tissue message . The breakfast had wide variety of food including herbal drinks. The stream and the view was so relaxing and yoga studio is right next to the spring. Looking forward to going back and staying here again. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality.

Ananda River Upper pool villa Lovely spacious room, with all amenities, with a large balcony and good size plunge pool overlooking the river. Resort staff where all warm and friendly, and couldn't help enough. Good location, only 10/15 minutes from Ubud by car... Couple of small shack shops 2 minutes walk away that sell basics. All in all - a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This place was spectacular. The hospitality is top notch. The only thing they need to improve is the food as it was average and breakfast selection was limited.

For me, cleanliness is one of the most important things when staying at a hotel, and Seres Springs exceeded my expectations. Everything was spotless, from the room to the rest of the hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I could possibly need during my stay. The rest of the hotel was also stunning, and the swimming pools were very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.

We had such an amazing experience at this resort that I don't know where to start and who to include. Overall the resort itself is equipped with everything you need, very clean, the villas are comfortable and conveniently located. The Mulberry staff were such gems that we looked forward to breakfast every morning and the conversations we had with all the staff were heart warming. Firstly Mr Romanus was absolutely professional yet kind, humble and accommodating at the same time. Noviani was a beautiful young lady with a vibrant presence and she never failed to put a smile on our faces. She even sang a beautiful song for us which made my husband and I feel so special and emotional it was a very beautiful moment for us. Redy was our buddy and he just knew what we needed and wanted. He would set up our table and turn down the music before we even needed to ask so his attention to detail was something else. He was funny, kind, helpful and overall just a great young man. Angus was also equally as valuable to our stay as he was a gentleman, alert, professional yet approachable and kind. Yuni is a trainee but rest assured she was just as hard working, kind and accommodating as the rest of them. She added just a fresh innocent vibe to our stay. Eri, Ayu, Tini and Putu were all welcoming, helpful and we knew we could count on them. The front desk staff have a special place in our hearts. First of all Tama should absolutely always be at the front desk! He is an absolute legend and took the best care of us. Melani also has a special place in our hearts as she went out of her way for us consistently.

A very comfortable place to stay with your partner or family. The facilities are complete and aesthetic, and the views from both the hotel and the villas are also very beautiful. On of the most beautiful hotels i have ever seen. The atmosphere is perfect for a confortable Bali trip. The hotel was our FIRST GREAT impression in this country. Kindness, level of attention to details of people in Bali and the hotel general staff does not match any other country in Asia. Its warm, close and classy.

A quiet and nice resort. We spendt 5 nights there in a Villa. Nice rooms, friendly staff. The resort itself is nice with nice pool. But if you want to do something, like going to Ubud center. You have to take a taxi. The resort is very remote. Not possible to walk anywhere nearby. A good plus is that the hotel helps you with a local driver. Fairly cheap to take taxi to Ubud center. The staff in the reception was very helpful to suggest activities and places to visit! Feels more like a 4 star resort than a 5 star, but we enjoyed our stay!

Everything about Seres Spring was amazing. The room, the staff, and the amenities all made my first time visiting Bali feel like a dream. I stayed in the private pool villa which was cleaned every day and extremely peaceful. On days where I didn't feel like going out into town, I was able to have all my needs met here. 10/10 would definitely recommend a million times over.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very clean, and all the staff were warm and friendly. The soundproofing was average, we could hear some noise from the corridor, but it was quiet at night, so it didn't affect our sleep💤 During check-out, the staff even double-checked to make sure we hadn't left anything behind, which we really appreciated. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. We had a wonderful start to our trip in Bali!

Excellent friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Pool was excellent. Views from the dining area were amazing (rice fields). Great option if not wanting to stay in the busy Ubud area but only 15min taxi from popular central Ubud sites.

Entering the compound, you pass through a security barrier with a guard, which immediately gives a strong sense of safety. From the moment we stepped into the building for check in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel relaxed right away. After a brief tour of the ground floor and amenities, we were shown to our room. It was very clean and had a beautiful view overlooking the rice terraces, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff was warm, hospitable, and accommodating throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place 100 percent.

The hotel is very luxurious and spotlessly clean throughout. We stayed in one of the private villas which was amazing, with a private pool looking out over the surrounding forestry. The villa was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and great value. The lunch and dinner menus were limited and a bit expensive but the food was delicious. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed and the spa treatments were amazing. Everyone on the hotel is very attentive and friendly. As we went in low season, a local driver took us to Ubud daily for $16 Aus round trip which took only 15-20 minutes. This time is longer in high season due to traffic. The hotel is quite remote and perfect for a relaxing, quiet getaway but still accessible to tourist attractions.

Amazing hotel From the friendly staff to the beautiful rooms and facilities - it has everything. We went in February when it was not that busy and it was a perfect escape

Excellent rooms. Wonderful mattress. Water supply and hot water unrestricted in bathroom. Facilities cater for Indian Tourist. Breakfast room was very nice. The staff was too friendly. They made nice arrangements for our Anniversary (at a cost). Overall, we felt wanted and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is amazing, very clean and beautiful, the view from the rooms over the rice fields is breathtaking but the best part it's the people, all the receptionits are great, Diana, Surya and all the team. The house keepers are real hard workers, Tony and all his team and the people at the Spa are extremely nice, I loved my therapist Wayan. It was and incredible experience staying here.

I can not explain how incredible this hotel and staff are. Everyone made you feel so welcome and would always go out of their way to make you comfortable. They asked our names when we got there and each of them remembered our names.. when my husband wasn't feeling well, the front desk was quick to call a doctor to come to our villa. They also sent some tea and even called to check-in on him a couple times. They made us feel so special on our anniversary by decorating our room and even did a floating breakfast. We stayed for 9 nights and upon leaving, they even presented us with a special gift. This resort is absolutely incredible for relaxing and if you get a villa with a private pool, you will not regret it. Looking over the jungle and hearing the river flow was so relaxing. The interior of the villa is decorated beautifully. The breakfast was so great and the staff was so attentive to anything you need. A special thank you to Kadek and Eri... you both are absolutely incredible, as is the rest of the staff. Thank you so much for making our first trip to bali so memorable. Kale and Nicki Johnston

We stayed at Sutera Pool Villa for a night and loved it. The room was beautiful with our own private pool and an amazing view. Breakfast spread was limited but good. The staff was incredibly warm and took great care of us. A lovely stay overall!

We were 11 families in total there and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was located in a quiet and peaceful place. The view from the room was amazing as it was of rice terrace. The size and proportion of the room was spacious and great. The options made available for indian breakfast food were very less. They were providing only pizza, sandwiches, fresh fruit juices and fruits. The services provided were good. Thanks.

In September 2025, my friend and I visited Indonesia for the first time. We stayed in three hotels/villas in Bali. Our third lodging was SereS Spring Resort & Spa Singakerta, Ubud and we stayed here for four nights. I chose SereS Spring Resort due to it being in Ubud and having rooms viewing the rice fields. The rice fields just amaze me and I enjoyed viewing them. Our Deluxe Premium Twin Room was very cute. I enjoyed the balcony the most due to the view of the rice fields and bath tub outside. My friend and I didn't get to enjoy the tub but it was a nice treat. The resort had beautiful displays of art in the hallways and around the site. My friend and I enjoyed the breakfast. My friend loved the body detoxes and smoothies. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and mixture of breakfast from different cultures. After breakfast one morning, we took pictures in the pool with the rice fields in the background. These pictures came out really nice. I spent my birthday at the SereS Spring Resort and to my surprise, at breakfast SereS Spring Resort employees sung the birthday song and presented me with a chocolate cake. I was so shocked and everyone in the restaurant sung the birthday song and told me happy birthday. My friend arranged this. When I returned to my room, I had a happy birthday message and flower/towel display on my bed. My friend let me know she did not arrange this and it was a nice treat from the resort. My friend and I did experience the relaxing SereS Spa Sanctuary. I have written a separate review for the spa. We did not get to experience the yoga pavilion but I did walk around to see it. It looked very nice and it was near the waterfall so I'm sure it was very peaceful. The SereS Spring Resort has live music every nice during happy hour. Monday through Thursday is live Rindik Performance. Friday through Sunday is live Jazz Performance. We enjoyed the Rindik Performance and one night, during Jazz Performance, my friend sang with the band. Just for awareness the SereS Spring Resort & Spa Singakerta, Ubud is more a chill hotel. A place where adults go to rest and relax. If you want a party type of hotel/resort, the SereS Spring Resort & Spa Singakerta, Ubud is not the place to lodge. One night we received a call from the front desk, telling us we were being too loud per our neighbors. In addition, the power went off once or twice but the hotel employees told us this was common.

Great views and location! We had the private pool room (garden room) and the pool was so amazing. We got to dive in at any time of the day. It had two entries to the bathroom and straight to the shower. The room smelled so nice when we went in! Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend!

My first time in Ubud and I stayed at Seres Hotel, all I can say is it was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The atmosphere feels so calm and serene, with stunning views of the sunrise, jungle, rice fields, and even Mount Agung. Truly breathtaking! The staff are super friendly, and the food is delicious with lots of variety. There's even a spot for melukat (Balinese cleansing ritual) which makes the experience feel even more special. A very tranquil and memorable stay!

Good service and hospitality! They provide fast check in when my partner is sick. And also offer ginger tea to our room service. Room is huge enough. Wifi is fast! And able to catch netflix and youtube. Room is clean! And reception is always able to receive my grabfood for me. The pool and our room is facing the rice terrace plantation view! Very beautiful. And great thing is even though its in ubud theres little to no insects seen! The breakfast mostly is western style, a little indonesian food option. Food options could be better but thankful they provided vegetarian and vegan options and are very well labelled for people with dietary needs. The taste could be further improved as some dish is a little salty. But the service was great! Theres also some activities to do daily provided by the hotel like village walk, yoga, zumba etc. theres a gym in the hotel too with sufficient amentities and a kids play room. Overall a good comftable stay for us. The furnishing is very balinese.

Lovely welcome from the hotel staff who genuinely care to make your stay comfortable. We booked one of the villas with private pool which was first rate in terms of privacy, size, cleanliness and comfort. Not to mention the view of the rice fields was outstanding. The breakfast choices are wide with flavoursome local and international dishes- some of which were outside so unless you ventured out you would not know this. The gym is well equipped for any workout. Points that could be improved- the evening dinner we had lacked flavour and taste when compared to the nearby restaurants e.g Bebek Tebesari and the taxi situation is odd with the local taxi firm not approving of Gojek so you will need to make an arrangement with a gojek driver. Aside from this, the Hotel was on the shortlist before we booked, and i'm so glad we booked the villa suite and hope to stay again.

All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay, for those looking to unwind and be pampered, it's perfect

First of every thing, the staff is a highlight in this resort and they are making your experiment in this place spotless. The amenities are very good. The breakfast and the restaurant are good. I had a late lunch once and it was good. The swimming pools are great but I wished if it is more bigger.

Great hotel. We were offered an upgrade to a premium room when we arrived, which was gorgeous. I must be honest, we encountered one or two small problems, however the hotel did their best to correct things very professionally and efficiently. The service was amazing, and so was our massage. Breakfast was phenomenal. Restaurant is expensive but we did have dinner one night and that was also delicious

It also is conveniently located , on the edge of Ubud town centre so just a short drive to local cafes, restaurants and other tourist attractions like the monkey forest. I also had several treatments at the spa, which I can definitely recommend while staying at the hotel. I arrived in the evening and it was easy to spot my driver in the arrivals hall. He also brought cold water and some snacks, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The hotel lived up to — and beyond — my expectations. I traveled alone and felt completely safe the whole time. I was very comfortable and got exactly what I wanted out of my stay. I stayed for 4 nights, which was the perfect length before continuing on to other destinations on the island.

I also had the chance to enjoy the spa treatments and bathtub soaks, which were deeply relaxing and helped me release all the tension I was carrying. I came looking for a place to unwind and disconnect, and I found exactly that. These were truly well-deserved holidays that allowed me to recharge and let go of stress. Without a doubt, Seres is a place I want to return to again and again. A true oasis in the heart of Ubud.

Complete amenities. Shower: with Hot and cold shower Coffee area: I enjoyed drinking their complimentary Robusta coffee. They provided a coffee machine. TV: Smart TV Bed: Soft and comfortable. No lifeguard on duty though. Spring: Clean Staff: They are all helpful, accommodating, welcoming and very friendly. I really appreciate you, guys. Restaurants: Complimentary breakfast buffet has few options (compared to other hotels abroad). But, you can bring your food to your room. They have 3 restaurants. But we prefer in Mulberry Place. We ordered Beef Wellington, Steak, Lobster, Beef Bulgogi (recommended), Chicken Teriyaki (recommended), Chicken Satay (chef's kiss.. the best one I had) Best hack: Please book your tours in the front desk of the hotel. It is soooooooo affordable compared to Klook. For whole day tour (8 hours) we went to 7 places and we paid IDR 780,000 or equivalent to Php 2,600 or USD 48. The hotel is kind enough, they even gave us packed breakfast. Spa: offer lots of options Architecture (overall): So modern. So elegant. Relaxing. Overviewing the Rice Terraces. Note: Lots of mosquitoes so bring mosquito repellant. Also, they support their local community. So please book their drivers within the village.

Perfect stay. Rooms very large and comfortable bed. Setting was so peaceful. Great breakfast. Staff were very helpful. The pool is amazing. Easy to get taxi (grab) to ubud for 80000 rupiah. Airport transfer was available for 450000 may find cheaper elsewhere but for convenience it was worth the money and there was good communication in advance. Didn't eat dinner at hotel as so many great options in ubud so can't comment on price or standard of evening meals.

The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. We stayed in a room with private pool. The view was amazing of natural greenery with a river at the bottom. The room was nice and the bathroom as well. The bathroom has a bathtub and the shower water could be put hot or cold. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We did a romantic dinner which was very well done. Thank you for setting that up and making it special for us. They also have Spa which we did and it felt great. I highly recommend especially the room that we had! Awesome stay.

I went there with my friends. Booked 4 rooms and the rooms are superb clean and spacious. Everything is inside. Secondly breakfast buffet are marvellous and tasty. Surroundings around the hotel amazing view. Pool outside your balcony. The most important part is the staffs of the hotel. Very cooperative and their team work can never be compared. We had a personal experience and in my 42 years of travelling, i have not seen this type of cooperation and on time service and help.

We booked last minute as arrived at our pre booked hotel and it was awful. This was a fantastic choice and loved every minute! The welcome was amazing - drink, biscuit, cold towel and guided tour of the hotel. Our room was amazing with an outdoor bath and the most amazing view across the rice fields. The staff were wonderful, so polite and helpful. They helped us book our boat to Lombok and even called our next hotel to confirm our arrival times. The place was so quiet and serene - a complete contrast to Ubud and only 15 mins taxi, around £4. The infinity pool was gorgeous and we spent most of our time relaxing beside the pool. The restaurant was lovely although very quiet as the place was only at around 25% capacity.

The restaurant is a little bit pricy if you only factor in the quality of the food, but the service level is phenomenal. I would not order anything oxtail again, and I think the “?️” is misleading because I didn't even get a hint of spice on either of the two dishes I had with it - but I will be dreaming about their fusion nachos! ? I pretty much felt like I had the whole place to myself, it being off season in March, and it was a very, very relaxing experience. On one of the last days I was here, a family with children arrived, and the kids were playing in the pool just outside my room, which was honestly really annoying, not just because of how loud they were, but because of how little soundproofing is in the rooms. Luckily I only had to endure one evening of it ? Overall, I think it's the perfect place for a couple's getaway, but go in the off season when there are (hopefully) no kids - or if you have kids, book a villa with your own pool! I would absolutely come back again ?

I booked the ballroom for TEDx talk filming and my clients and I stayed for a few nights. The food was incredible. The views are amazing because of the combination of the rice patty fields, jungle and Mountain View. And I loved having the option of having a bath inside the room or on the balcony. The staff were just so accommodating to every little detail at all hours, they really did go above and beyond in the lead up to the event and during. I will definitely be recommending them.

Amazing hotel, with even more amazing staff. After a nightmare with another hotel within an hour of me calling Seres they had two rooms ready for us with a baby cot. The staff treated us like family and remembered us all by first name every time we were around. Pools were amazing, used the spa treatments and restaurant used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The stay was extremely comfortable. The hospitality & facilities were incredible and the property is spacious and beautiful. The pools are well maintained and have a beautiful infinity view while the property is meticulously laden with lush greenery. I stayed at the villa which had an incredible waterfall view and was able to hear the soothing sound of the waterfall throughout. Lastly, the staff was kind and courteous, be it the waiters or housekeeping.

For a 5-star hotel, i am disappointed. The villa we got has a smell, and the lighting situation inside the room is inadequate. Cannot really see contents of my suitcase because the spotlights were placed weirdly. Yesterday we tried the restaurant for lunch /dinner because there arent any restaurants around. The food was really not up to even 3 -stars hotels. It was so unpleasant we were not comfortable having breakfast from its buffet the next day. The staff themselves are very polite and kind. I believe that the facility itself needs more attention and updating. Also, housekeeping practices need revising . We didnt have handsoap in the dispenser last night, we didn't complain and used the shower gel instead and put it next to the sink. Next day after we came from outside, the soap dispenser is STILL empty/not working. Also, for a5-star hotel/resort, the robes are old and not soft and comfortable. TVs are not smart, dont even have international channels. No Netflix, no mirroring, no youtube. Just local channels, not all of them as well. But, the did do a free honeymoon decoration for our arrival. That was cute. But overall, not impressed. Probably will never come here again, nor recommend it to anyone

Wonderful hotel, staff, food, views. We had special diet restrictions and they were so accommodating. Only downside was Grab cars weren't as willing to come to the lobby but the entrance gate was a 2 minute walk so we weren't bothered by that. Best place to stay especially if you want to stay away from the creepy crawlies that are around.

There are spots on the towels, so they should consider replacing them with new ones. The hotel is also not in a great location, the suburb is a bit rough. I can definitely say it is not a five-star hotel at its current state because the building and facilities are quite old and needs some renovation.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 5 nights and could have easily stayed 5 months!! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff are so so welcoming and kind. Every time you walk through reception you are greeted with a smile. We had a buffet breakfast and there was plenty of options which was great. While we were there it was very quiet so the hotel was very peaceful. We had a gorgeous view of the rice fields from our room and I love how both pools overlook the stunning views of the trees & rice fields. The beds in this hotel are also so comfortable. The hotel is not in walking distance of anything son you will need to get a taxi to go anywhere. The hotel arranged a taxi for us every night and we had the most kind & warm taxi man (Dupa) who looked after us our entire stay and he was just amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxury, peaceful holiday.

Thank you so much for such an amazing service and staff. Tell your hotel owner that he has the most amazing, professional, and cheerful employees I have ever seen in my life. I travelled around the world, but I have never seen this kind of beautifulness and cheerfulness in my life. I hope all the hotels have staff and services like this one.

Everything was amazing, the food was halal which made us eat without any worries, the villa was very romantic and nice and the pool was the best thing in the villa , we like their welcoming for us, its our honey moon and this hotel was the best ever

The whole experience was flawless! Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was lovely! Had one of the best massages ever (signature massage). Food was great with plenty of options. Our room was right by the pool which was the perfect temperature and not crowded. I would 1000% stay here again! The hotel was not walkable places but it was very cheap to get a taxi to the city center.

2 night stay with my best friend. We felt very safe the entire trip. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. It was a lovely trip with beautiful scenery and wonderful amenities. Spa was excellent and the morning buffet had everything you could ever want for breakfast.

I have a wonderful time with you , the only issue you have is the stairs , the tv is not smart I can't open any app like Netflix or Youtube , the rest of resorts is perfect , the food was delicious , room service fast , the housekeeping being on time..

We had an excellent stay. The staff were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the view is to die for. The bathroom could use a face lift but it's still beautiful. The breakfast buffet is great. If you are a vegan or have any dietary restriction , let them know in advance and they will accommodate you. We are vegan and we were surprised to see so many vegan options. I would like to give a special shout out to the person who kept our room clean and fresh. I wish I knew his/her name ( we never met him/her). I hope they get some recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty. The property location is fantastic. You can walk to Ubud center in 30 minutes .

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to do everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful stay. When I was ill they brought me tea to my room (free of charge) and brought me our washing that had been returned to the hotel. The food was fantastic and the scenery was magnificent. My photos do not do it justice. My only issue was minor - the bathroom was not fully restocked everyday. For clarity I did not bring this up with them at the time and I am certain they would have done something about it if I had! Please note that some of the villas are not suitable for those with walking difficulties! We will 100% revisit.

This is not a paid or a biased review! We spent 4 nights at Seres Springs Resort & Spa since we decided to spend most of our time in Ubud, hence we were relying on this hotel to be good. To our surprise, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The room looked very modern and was overlooking the pool and the rice terraces. The staff was extremely polite throughout. Not to mention the food at Mulberry Place, their flagship restaurant, it was simply sumptuous! We enjoyed the infinity pool throughout our stay as well. All in all, our stay was a very comfortable one.

The staff here are all wonderfull. By the second day they knew our drink order and greeting us by name when we entered the restaurant. When I accidently left my hat in a taxi Mila went above and beyond by contacting the driver and arranging for it to be returned. Our room was wonderful overlooking the rice terraces and the view from the bar was brilliant. Breakfast and evening meal were all fantastic and the staff were keen for us to try their health shots made on site. We also had a couple of spa treatments that were wonderful. I was sad to leave as the staff became like friends.

I stayed for three days and it was phenomenal. The service is amazing, the breakfast buffet is spectacular. The infinity pool in the morning feels super good. The bed is comfy, and all the other furniture inside the room were comfy too. The balcony offers an amazing view on the rice fields and the pool. You can walk down to see the river.

The place was very peaceful. The staff was kind and helpful. They treated us with care and respect. I Highly recommend visiting this establishment. They maintained a Clean environment. Food was very good and delicious. The nights were quiet and calm.

Very friendly staff, clean room and service level is way beyond expectation. You can get a very quick response to your request and this resort basically can cover all your needs from taxi service to spa. Pool area is also nice. Food is great. Will definitely come back again.

The resort is located in a very mesmerising location. We booked a villa with pool and the view from it was amazing. Very well maintained and service staff is really good, always welcoming. The morning breakfast is worth it with so many options. Their restaurants have different menus with enough choices for vegetarians as well. Just 15-20 mins to ubud city. Would love to be here back again if I can.

We had a wonderful stay at SereS! The views are so beautiful and the staff is very attentive. It is such a calm and serene location to stay in. The breakfast that is included is very good and offers a lot of options. Although it is a little far from the center of Ubud, it is such a relaxing place to stay and unwind.

The staff at Seres were absolutely amazing, taking care of everything from room and poolside service. The resort is a 15min ride outside of Ubud, but the staff were able to coordinate travel anytime we needed to leave the resort. The pools were clean and refreshing, and the spa service was fantastic for our couples massage. The included breakfast has an amazing variety of options, and was fresh and delicious. I would recommend Seres to anyone seeking a no-hassle getaway to central Bali. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

This was our first hotel in Bali and it was such a wonderful experience. All the staff were so friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious. Beautiful decor. The breakfast included was amazing. There's a variety of foods. The cappuccino was amazing. You can have any style eggs to order. If you book a rice terrace room, you get a beautiful sunrise. We didn't hear anyone else on their balconies during sunrise, but it's definitely worth it to wake up early and view it. The spa was also amazing. I had to Lomi Lomi massage. 90minutes. So amazing. They massaged your head and slightly on your face too. All the tensions melt away. I also got a scalp treatment - I think you can skip it and just stick with the massages or spa treatments. My husband got the package 2 and it was amazing too. You get lots of massages during the facial. I will 100% rebook with this hotel when I return to Ubud.

We had such a wonderful stay at the SereS resort! From the moment we arrived the staff were very attentive and helpful to us, and made us feel right at home. The grounds were spectacular, photos don't do it justice for how beautiful it is - the views from the in infinity pools were unreal. Seres was an absolute delight. The staff was so welcoming upon arrival and throughout the entire stay, making sure we enjoyed everything down to the way they made our drinks and food. The view from room was stunning as well as from the infinity pool. The massage was overlooking the rice fields. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Western breakfast and traditional Indonesian breakfast. Next time I come to Bali, I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about this resort. For one…absolutely breathtakingly generous. Every part of the resort was clean. The staff was so pleasant…anytime I needed anything they were immediately at my door. The food at the resort was also very good. Not only do I recommend, I'll 100% stay here again for another visit!

We spent my 40th birthday here and it was amazing! Let me say, this place is great for relaxation .....?‍♀️ I got 2 massages by Chrissy (she was so good that I had to go back and get another one and the second time was even better!) and a surprise makeshift birthday sign done by our housekeeper Dewa. This was very unexpexted. The majority of the staff knew it was my birthday and aknowleded me on my special day. Made (I think pronounce Ma-dae) the bartender/beverage attendant made all of our morning coffee and cocktails and attended to our needs oromtly every time we put in an order. We got to know the staff here both on a personal and professional level and it made our stay here feel very comfortable. The staff here are are very welcoming and friendly and greeted us every time we left and returned to the hotel. The front desk desk manager (I forgot her name but it starts with an A ?) made sure we got around safely (for our excursion) and always asked where we were going and with who. They made us feel like family and I could not recommend this hotel enough. We were sad to leave this hotel the day of our departure. You wouldn't guess this place exists from the street, but it's truly a hidden gem with a stunning view. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The staff are very friendly, and the manager was exceptionally accommodating. The highlight of our stay was the spring water pool. We highly recommend this place for couples seeking the perfect holiday retreat. It's also conveniently located, just a 20-minute Grab ride from Ubud Market and nearby restaurants.

Very nice resort, everything you need. We had our own pool, and it was perfect, straight from the pool to shower or bathroom. Bed was very, very comfortable. Room service was quick and always correct. Restaurant was always perfect, good selection of food. Workers / staff were always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was perfect every day.

A fantastic hotel. The staff always went above and beyond with our requests. We got a free upgrade on arrival and had a beautiful room with a spectacular view over the golden rainforest sunrise. Could hear the exotic birds chirping when opening the large balcony sliding doors at dawn. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The room service works 24/7. They arranged a petal bath for us on short notice which was so beautiful. Would recommend and stay there again

This was the second hotel on our trip to Bali. You arrive here to the most beautiful setting. You are in the jungle, but as you walk around the grounds it doesn't feel like it. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are wonderful, so just sit down and watch outside world dissappear as you relax and spend some stressless days doing yoga, meditation, what more could you as for.

A beautiful hotel with a lovely view from the pool. We stayed here for a week and had a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was an huge variety on offer. We travelled into Ubud via taxi. This took around 15 minutes. A lovely location just out of the way slightly but overlooking rice fields. We upgraded and hired a private villa for the last 3 days. This was a lovely move and it was a memorable experience having a floating breakfast on our last morning. The staff were really helpful. Thank you!

We had an absolutely charming experience at this resort! Everything was lovely, starting with the excellent service from all their staff. Arya, the driver assigned to pick us up at the airport, set the tone perfectly for our time in beautiful Bali. He was amazingly helpful, wonderfully nice and made us feel very welcomed! Purni greeted us with a warm smile at the hotel and was equally fantastic. She assisted us at reception, providing helpful information and even helping us make reservations at restaurants. EVERYONE at the reception and in general everyone in the whole resort was amazing, although unfortunately, I don't remember all their names! ? We were delighted with the delicious breakfast buffet and found the bedrooms to be enjoyable, clean, and comfortable. The stunning view of the rice fields from our room was perfect for relaxing and recovering after a day of sightseeing. The resort's amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful spa, were great additions to our stay. Overall, "SereS Resort" provided us with a fantastic experience, and we were very happy with our time here!

I had the most amazingggg time at SereS Resort & Spa!!! This was my first time traveling internationally by myself and I don't think I could've picked a better place to come to while in Bali for a short while. My room and pool decorations were great. Such tranquility all around, it was never too crowded or loud. Amazing service from all the staff. Great food with an abundance of options, and a kids menu with good options if you have picky eaters. Spa experience was superb. I can't say enough great things about this resort. I definitely plan to return with my family the next time I travel to Bali!

We stayed in the villa with a private pool. The room was so spacious and cozy. The bathroom was huge and always clean, the pool was possibly a bit too cold for us, but it was perfect after a long walk. Plus, housekeeping left cute towel animals a couple of times.

This resort is BEAUTIFUL! It's in the jungle so he prepared for insects in your room, no major or crazy. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with them singing happy birthday to me. My room and pool was decorated. The staff was very nice. I will be staying here again. And definitely recommend this resort.

Great hotel and very friendly staf. Food and rooms is really good! One point; there are a lot of screaming children all the time. The breakfast area looks like a playground sometimes. You cant really take a rest if your room is is near the pool because of all the screaming. Outside of that is was a great time.

We stayed for 3 nights in a poolside unit. It was very comfortable with excellent service. The breakfast in particular was outstanding. It is some way from shops but taxis are available and low cost. We took a liking to one taxi driver and he made himself available for trips around the countryside.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, good for couple. Good breakfast lot of choice, the room was perfect especially the pool access room. I recommend you to book this type of room! One night is not enough to enjoy the hotel. We will be back next time!

It's a beautiful resort located in a great location - you can access restaurants and the city centre via local taxis easily, but the hotel itself is located in a peaceful location away from the business of the city. I don't know where to begin, everything was so amazing!!! Example: Trisna the massage therapist was so amazing, I came with pain and left pain free. The Villa was so beautiful, the staff was so lovely friendly and professional. Breakfast was just incredible, room service was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel, from check in to check out it was so easy, calm and relaxing. The staff are so kind and caring. The room was stunning, bed really comfy we had the best night sleep it's so big and cosy. Shower is unbelievable the pressure is perfect. Outside bathtub was perfect to enjoy whilst watching the sunset. Breakfast was lovely, they have something for everyone and the fresh juices are tasty. My little one enjoyed the pancakes so soft! Omelette was cooked to perfection. Pool is just right for the heat, beautiful views and well maintained. Overall I can't fault anything, perfect stay for my little family and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel save my vacation, i was staying in another hotel near Seres. the hotel have a electricity problem, I call Seres Hotel at 3am and they just bring me a villa with private pool at this hour in the morning. THE SERVICE WAS SO GREAT, THE VILLA SUPER CLEAN AND BIG, FOOD SO GOOD. entertainment so good, The price for the villa very affordable. I love the room service.

We stayed at Seres Springs Resort & Spa for the first part of our family trip for my baby sister's wedding in Bali. The service is outstanding! You are greeted by the smiling and helpful staff as soon as you arrive. Whenever you need anything for your room, the staff responds right away. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and a lot of times, hotels forget all about you. Not here. The staff wants everyone to have the best stay! The attention to detail is impeccable. They offer a complimentary breakfast, and the selection is excellent! There are Indonesian selections, as well as an egg station that offers so many different type made-to-order selection of eggs, including eggs benedict, avocado and eggs, and shakshuka eggs. They also have a fitness center, a kids club if you have little ones, and two pools. The views of the rice fields from your room are also breathtaking. If you want to stay somewhere unforgettable in Bali, stay at Seres! Thank you to the amazing staff for the best service and for making our stay so special!

5 star experience. Beautiful room and grounds. Comfy bed and room had everything needed. Infinity pool was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff helped with everything. I was upgraded so got an inside bath and outdoor bath in the balcony. Magic! Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful buffet with international choices and gentle morning light streaming in. Took a Rindik class (musical instrument) was so interesting and fun. Staff of course were very helpful and kind - it's Bali!

A little slice of Heaven is what we experienced at our recent stay at Seres Spring Resort and Spa this past week. We stayed in a lusciously large and beautiful villa with our own pool. The resort is beautifully appointed with amazing detail to local architecture elements, coupled with providing every necessity needed from overlarge bath towels, same day laundry delivered in a beautiful wicker basket, access to a gym with views of rice paddies and rooftops (floor to ceiling widows). incredible service, elaborate breakfast buffet with many choices and that spa - wow, the best massages that you just don't want to end! Seriously such a treat and at amazing prices for our stay, treatments, food, etc. We definitely recommend and will return.

My wife and I recently checked in to this resort absolutely five star treatment very clean very friendly stuff. It definitely exceeded our expectation and I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. Love it love it love it..

Amazing hotel! Very close to Ubud center (like 10-15 minute drive) yet feels like a private oasis. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. Included breakfast is great. They're big on supporting the local population and drivers which is a cherry on top. Would love to come back. Definitely recommend this area over Canggu area if you're looking for a more quiet / less touristic area and less party. Views are jungle or rice fields or river. We stayed in the Sutera Garden villa with rice terrace views which I think has slightly better views in my opinion than ananda (river view) but otherwise the same and was amazing.

Swim up room was great with a nice outside area on a room terrace with a sofa and two chairs and table. Always fresh towels available for the sun beds. Drinks and food could be ordered through What's app anywhere in this hotel so there were a few cocktails and snacks to be had by the pool. Breakfast was always a great choice with freshly squeezed juices, like papaya and watermelon. No decaf tea or coffee to be had in Bali but we already knew that so took our own. My husband liked the coffee and he's fussy about coffee! Always fresh fruit, pastries, sushi, cooked dishes, eggs however you wanted them, pizza (!), salads, puddings etc for the buffet Breakfast. They certainly know how to cook a poached egg and I'm fussy about that! Room was always immaculate and bathroom the same. In fact all areas of this hotel were clean. Staff were helpful, friendly and always smiling here. It got a little busier and noisier with a group of male friends on the last day of our stay. But we enjoyed staying here and will go back. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is that the metal pool steps are secured a bit more as they are wobbly and also a bit too close to the pool side wall so it's difficult to get your feet onto the rungs.

The room was nice, bright, new and luxurious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good too. The room was a bit small, but we didn't mind. Everything was clean, which we appreciated. The pool was a bit small, but really nice to swim in. Would recommend!

We stayed at Seres Springs Resort and had the best time. The room was amazing, with the pool right off our patio. The employees were all so very incredible. We had Devi as our server several of the days and she was awesome. She checked on us and made sure that everything was perfect. Also, if you stay here, ask for Awan to be your personal driver around. He took us everywhere we wanted to go, and even suggested places we hadn't thought of. We were able to see and do so much in the 5 days we were there and he even picked us up and dropped us off to the airport, all at very reasonable prices, especially considering how much stuff and how long we went out each day. He stayed with us all day. Top notch service all around. Bali has become my new favorite vacation! 100% would recommend

Had a great time there. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast and the food in general was amazing. We got to play Rindik with two amazing instructors which was very fun. Overall we had a very pleasant experience at this resort! Hoping to go back soon.

This resort is fantastic! It is beautiful, spacious, the room was beyond expectations and all the staff members were wonderful! Meals and beverages were excellent including Room Service. And the pools - wow, just wow! Special shout-out to Ms Ria and Agus.

it's a paradise actually, with the fabulous views on forests, river, downfalls and springs ❤️ the hospitality from all the stuff is amazing, i remember Ria, Eri and mr Rommanus and all the other stuff who made our stay amazing, plus the super hygiene although being inside forests and wonderful food ♥️♥️ totally recommend this amazing authentic place❤️

Seres Spring Resort & Spa is a beautiful place to stay while exploring Ubud, Bali. It is clean and quiet with multiple pools and places to enjoy the surrounding nature. Resort staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked a day tour through the resort, and it provided an easy way to see all the highlights of the area. Our driver/guide Awan, made the touring extra special. He is fluent in English and provided in depth information about the sites as well as Bali culture and Hindu religion. I highly recommended touring with Awan!

Seres resort is very nice and fancy. Staff is very friendly and the property is just glamorous. We got the room with pool access and it was so nice to swim in the infinity pool with rice field view. Their spa packages are also very nice a d relaxing which was our favorite part of the stay.

This place is amazing. Everything was so nice from the service to the beds. Celebrate guest birthdays without asking for it was so nice of them. The view from the room and the pool is very nice. The staffs are amazing and was very helpful with everything we needed

The staff and services are some of the best in the world i ever had…definetly a must come back again. The cleanliness was exceptional, nothing to comment. Food is for all tastes in the 2 restaurants. Spa was exceptional and masages are top of the class

We stayed here for 4 nights and the experience was really special and relaxing. The staff was helpful and kind, always smiling. The room was clean and the view of the rice terasse was incredible. The breakfast was extradionary, and I would definitely recommend eating dinner at the hotel restaurant at least once. I would love to stay here again if I return to Bali.

We went there for our honeymoon and it was the best. The place is absolutely amazing. The scenery is beautiful. Food was delicious, room was so clean. We booked the one with the private pool and it was the best decision. The staff are really friendly and kind. Would definitely come back again.
