Very affordable hotel with amazing private pool!! Too clean to be true no insects or lizards in the room thankfully. Employees are very helpful and kind thank you seres spring for an amazing vacation. The location is perfect middle of everything in order to make acitivities highly recomended hotel

We spent my 40th birthday here and it was amazing! Let me say, this place is great for relaxation .....🧘‍♀️ I got 2 massages by Chrissy (she was so good that I had to go back and get another one and the second time was even better!) and a surprise makeshift birthday sign done by our housekeeper Dewa. This was very unexpexted. The majority of the staff knew it was my birthday and aknowleded me on my special day. Made (I think pronounce Ma-dae) the bartender/beverage attendant made all of our morning coffee and cocktails and attended to our needs oromtly every time we put in an order. We got to know the staff here both on a personal and professional level and it made our stay here feel very comfortable. The staff here are are very welcoming and friendly and greeted us every time we left and returned to the hotel. The front desk desk manager (I forgot her name but it starts with an A 😔) made sure we got around safely (for our excursion) and always asked where we were going and with who. They made us feel like family and I could not recommend this hotel enough. We were sad to leave this hotel the day of our departure. You wouldn't guess this place exists from the street, but it's truly a hidden gem with a stunning view. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The staff are very friendly, and the manager was exceptionally accommodating. The highlight of our stay was the spring water pool. We highly recommend this place for couples seeking the perfect holiday retreat. It's also conveniently located, just a 20-minute Grab ride from Ubud Market and nearby restaurants.

Excellent facility, great service, superb breakfast and overall atmosphere is serene, views are amazing from the hotel, the staff very hospitable and nice, the cleanliness is optimum.. a perfect resort to spend time with your family and loved ones.

Very nice resort, everything you need. We had our own pool, and it was perfect, straight from the pool to shower or bathroom. Bed was very, very comfortable. Room service was quick and always correct. Restaurant was always perfect, good selection of food. Workers / staff were always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was perfect every day.

A fantastic hotel. The staff always went above and beyond with our requests. We got a free upgrade on arrival and had a beautiful room with a spectacular view over the golden rainforest sunrise. Could hear the exotic birds chirping when opening the large balcony sliding doors at dawn. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The room service works 24/7. They arranged a petal bath for us on short notice which was so beautiful. Would recommend and stay there again

The room was spacious and the staff were so friendly. The views were very beautiful. The gym was overlooking the rice fields which was great for a morning workout and the Brea buffet had a lot of variety. I would certainly recommend for couples.

Beautiful hotel with good facilities. Service is very good, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit lacking for vegetarians. Cleanliness could also be a bit better. Toilet in our room was dirty when we checked in. Overall a good experience.

Everything was good, we had a great time and it was a good experience. The staff were all very kind and hospitable and we thank them. The bathtub inside the Bakken was very good, the pools inside the area were good, only the water in the pools was a little cold, but in general, everything was good.

This was the second hotel on our trip to Bali. You arrive here to the most beautiful setting. You are in the jungle, but as you walk around the grounds it doesn't feel like it. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are wonderful, so just sit down and watch outside world dissappear as you relax and spend some stressless days doing yoga, meditation, what more could you as for.

A beautiful hotel with a lovely view from the pool. We stayed here for a week and had a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was an huge variety on offer. We travelled into Ubud via taxi. This took around 15 minutes. A lovely location just out of the way slightly but overlooking rice fields. We upgraded and hired a private villa for the last 3 days. This was a lovely move and it was a memorable experience having a floating breakfast on our last morning. The staff were really helpful. Thank you!

the service was impeccable. I loved the spa, I went every day. Great place for couples. You get your moneys worth for what's included. The breakfast was great too. They helped us rent a scooter and offered us a free room upgrade which was very nice

We had an absolutely charming experience at this resort! Everything was lovely, starting with the excellent service from all their staff. Arya, the driver assigned to pick us up at the airport, set the tone perfectly for our time in beautiful Bali. He was amazingly helpful, wonderfully nice and made us feel very welcomed! Purni greeted us with a warm smile at the hotel and was equally fantastic. She assisted us at reception, providing helpful information and even helping us make reservations at restaurants. EVERYONE at the reception and in general everyone in the whole resort was amazing, although unfortunately, I don't remember all their names! 🙈 We were delighted with the delicious breakfast buffet and found the bedrooms to be enjoyable, clean, and comfortable. The stunning view of the rice fields from our room was perfect for relaxing and recovering after a day of sightseeing. The resort's amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful spa, were great additions to our stay. Overall, "SereS Resort" provided us with a fantastic experience, and we were very happy with our time here!

The hotel facility and location are assume All the staff were helpful and nice, I thank them all especially Mr. Kundo, The breakfast buffet one of the best in Bali and restaurant staff helped us a lot. For anyone that visits Ubud choose this hotel.

Simply a peace of haven. Everything was perfect the view the jungle the river 😍 memorable place dont miss and choose the private pool villa 😏 and finally the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The place is a bit far from the center but you won't need it and there is Grab

Rooms are very clean..good food..perfect services..quick response .... perfect place for families..and honey moon couples...there is no Indian food..but food taste is good..one or two insects in the room..overall very good hotel to stay

I had the most amazingggg time at SereS Resort & Spa!!! This was my first time traveling internationally by myself and I don't think I could've picked a better place to come to while in Bali for a short while. My room and pool decorations were great. Such tranquility all around, it was never too crowded or loud. Amazing service from all the staff. Great food with an abundance of options, and a kids menu with good options if you have picky eaters. Spa experience was superb. I can't say enough great things about this resort. I definitely plan to return with my family the next time I travel to Bali!

We stayed in the villa with a private pool. The room was so spacious and cozy. The bathroom was huge and always clean, the pool was possibly a bit too cold for us, but it was perfect after a long walk. Plus, housekeeping left cute towel animals a couple of times.

This resort is BEAUTIFUL! It's in the jungle so he prepared for insects in your room, no major or crazy. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with them singing happy birthday to me. My room and pool was decorated. The staff was very nice. I will be staying here again. And definitely recommend this resort.

Great hotel and very friendly staf. Food and rooms is really good! One point; there are a lot of screaming children all the time. The breakfast area looks like a playground sometimes. You cant really take a rest if your room is is near the pool because of all the screaming. Outside of that is was a great time.

We stayed for 3 nights in a poolside unit. It was very comfortable with excellent service. The breakfast in particular was outstanding. It is some way from shops but taxis are available and low cost. We took a liking to one taxi driver and he made himself available for trips around the countryside.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, good for couple. Good breakfast lot of choice, the room was perfect especially the pool access room. I recommend you to book this type of room! One night is not enough to enjoy the hotel. We will be back next time!

Our stay at Seres was incredible, the staff were highly attentive and friendly which made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms and facilities were also of high quality. It's a beautiful resort located in a great location - you can access restaurants and the city centre via local taxis easily, but the hotel itself is located in a peaceful location away from the business of the city. We highly recommend!

I don't know where to begin, everything was so amazing!!! Example: Trisna the massage therapist was so amazing, I came with pain and left pain free. The Villa was so beautiful, the staff was so lovely friendly and professional. Breakfast was just incredible, room service was fantastic.

Lovely and attentive staff, perfect stay - would come back in a heartbeat! Great choice to spend my birthday trip as a solo traveller. The hotel is only a short 15 minute drive to town and the taxi is a reasonable price. I'm sad to leave SereS as I enjoyed it so much. The spa was amazing too.

Beautiful hotel, from check in to check out it was so easy, calm and relaxing. The staff are so kind and caring. The room was stunning, bed really comfy we had the best night sleep it's so big and cosy. Shower is unbelievable the pressure is perfect. Outside bathtub was perfect to enjoy whilst watching the sunset. Breakfast was lovely, they have something for everyone and the fresh juices are tasty. My little one enjoyed the pancakes so soft! Omelette was cooked to perfection. Pool is just right for the heat, beautiful views and well maintained. Overall I can't fault anything, perfect stay for my little family and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel save my vacation, i was staying in another hotel near Seres. the hotel have a electricity problem, I call Seres Hotel at 3am and they just bring me a villa with private pool at this hour in the morning. THE SERVICE WAS SO GREAT, THE VILLA SUPER CLEAN AND BIG, FOOD SO GOOD. entertainment so good, The price for the villa very affordable. I love the room service.

Everything you would expect from a hotel. The rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and everything around it is beautiful and in very good condition. We stayed at Seres Springs Resort & Spa for the first part of our family trip for my baby sister's wedding in Bali. The service is outstanding! You are greeted by the smiling and helpful staff as soon as you arrive. Whenever you need anything for your room, the staff responds right away. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and a lot of times, hotels forget all about you. Not here. The staff wants everyone to have the best stay! The attention to detail is impeccable. They offer a complimentary breakfast, and the selection is excellent! There are Indonesian selections, as well as an egg station that offers so many different type made-to-order selection of eggs, including eggs benedict, avocado and eggs, and shakshuka eggs. They also have a fitness center, a kids club if you have little ones, and two pools. The views of the rice fields from your room are also breathtaking. If you want to stay somewhere unforgettable in Bali, stay at Seres! Thank you to the amazing staff for the best service and for making our stay so special!

5 star experience. Beautiful room and grounds. Comfy bed and room had everything needed. Infinity pool was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff helped with everything. I was upgraded so got an inside bath and outdoor bath in the balcony. Magic! Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful buffet with international choices and gentle morning light streaming in. Took a Rindik class (musical instrument) was so interesting and fun. Staff of course were very helpful and kind - it's Bali!

I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience from start to finish was no less than exceptional. The staff were prompt and accommodating, always with smiles and lots of information about the resort and ateas yo visit. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. We loved this place so much we changed our one nightcstay to three and up graded to a beautiful villa. changing our original booking, the process was smooth and we received an exceptional villa. A little slice of Heaven is what we experienced at our recent stay at Seres Spring Resort and Spa this past week. We stayed in a lusciously large and beautiful villa with our own pool. The resort is beautifully appointed with amazing detail to local architecture elements, coupled with providing every necessity needed from overlarge bath towels, same day laundry delivered in a beautiful wicker basket, access to a gym with views of rice paddies and rooftops (floor to ceiling widows). incredible service, elaborate breakfast buffet with many choices and that spa - wow, the best massages that you just don't want to end! Seriously such a treat and at amazing prices for our stay, treatments, food, etc. We definitely recommend and will return.

My wife and I recently checked in to this resort absolutely five star treatment very clean very friendly stuff. It definitely exceeded our expectation and I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. Love it love it love it..

Amazing hotel! Very close to Ubud center (like 10-15 minute drive) yet feels like a private oasis. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. Included breakfast is great. They're big on supporting the local population and drivers which is a cherry on top. Would love to come back. Definitely recommend this area over Canggu area if you're looking for a more quiet / less touristic area and less party. Views are jungle or rice fields or river. We stayed in the Sutera Garden villa with rice terrace views which I think has slightly better views in my opinion than ananda (river view) but otherwise the same and was amazing.

Swim up room was great with a nice outside area on a room terrace with a sofa and two chairs and table. Always fresh towels available for the sun beds. Drinks and food could be ordered through What's app anywhere in this hotel so there were a few cocktails and snacks to be had by the pool. Breakfast was always a great choice with freshly squeezed juices, like papaya and watermelon. No decaf tea or coffee to be had in Bali but we already knew that so took our own. My husband liked the coffee and he's fussy about coffee! Always fresh fruit, pastries, sushi, cooked dishes, eggs however you wanted them, pizza (!), salads, puddings etc for the buffet Breakfast. They certainly know how to cook a poached egg and I'm fussy about that! Room was always immaculate and bathroom the same. In fact all areas of this hotel were clean. Staff were helpful, friendly and always smiling here. It got a little busier and noisier with a group of male friends on the last day of our stay. But we enjoyed staying here and will go back. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is that the metal pool steps are secured a bit more as they are wobbly and also a bit too close to the pool side wall so it's difficult to get your feet onto the rungs.

Staff is really good and property is awesome. Well maintained hotel and very clean. Breakfast has variety and menu is also good. Food is very healthy and tasty. There are lot of amenities. Swimming pool is very clean and maintained. We loved our stay thank you!

Beautiful hotel! The room was comfortable and clean! Eri and Devi served up amazing meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel! We had an amazing time. Oh and the Spa treatments were amazing!!!!!!!!!!

The room was nice, bright, new and luxurious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good too. The room was a bit small, but we didn't mind. Everything was clean, which we appreciated. The pool was a bit small, but really nice to swim in. Would recommend!

Seres is a beautiful property with great facilities and pretty views! The staff is very friendly as well. We came for our honeymoon and we had a great time! It was a must visit property in ubud and in a good location to travel rest of the city as well.

We stayed at Seres Springs Resort and had the best time. The room was amazing, with the pool right off our patio. The employees were all so very incredible. We had Devi as our server several of the days and she was awesome. She checked on us and made sure that everything was perfect. Also, if you stay here, ask for Awan to be your personal driver around. He took us everywhere we wanted to go, and even suggested places we hadn't thought of. We were able to see and do so much in the 5 days we were there and he even picked us up and dropped us off to the airport, all at very reasonable prices, especially considering how much stuff and how long we went out each day. He stayed with us all day. Top notch service all around. Bali has become my new favorite vacation! 100% would recommend

Had a great time there. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast and the food in general was amazing. We got to play Rindik with two amazing instructors which was very fun. Overall we had a very pleasant experience at this resort! Hoping to go back soon.

Seres Spring Resort & Spa is a beautiful place to stay while exploring Ubud, Bali. It is clean and quiet with multiple pools and places to enjoy the surrounding nature. Resort staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked a day tour through the resort, and it provided an easy way to see all the highlights of the area. Our driver/guide Awan, made the touring extra special. He is fluent in English and provided in depth information about the sites as well as Bali culture and Hindu religion. I highly recommended touring with Awan!

Seres resort is very nice and fancy. Staff is very friendly and the property is just glamorous. We got the room with pool access and it was so nice to swim in the infinity pool with rice field view. Their spa packages are also very nice a d relaxing which was our favorite part of the stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the experience was really special and relaxing. The staff was helpful and kind, always smiling. The room was clean and the view of the rice terasse was incredible. The breakfast was extradionary, and I would definitely recommend eating dinner at the hotel restaurant at least once. I would love to stay here again if I return to Bali.

We stayed in Seres Spring Resort and Spa for 11 days. The whole experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrive we were greeted with a warm welcome. The room was fabulous very clean and immaculate. A show every other night is performed by traditional balinese dancers, and is for a great cause. The food was absolutely delicious from breakfast till dinner. All the staff in the hotel make you feel very welcome and are very helpful with any questions. It is easy to get taxis in to and out the hotel and they pick you up from outside the lobby. The whole resort has an enchanting feel about it and it is extremely beautiful. It was my birthday whilst we were staying in the hotel and Eri went above and beyond to ensure my day was very special and bought out a cake for me and I was also surprised by a lovely birthday greeting in my room. Eri truly went out of her way to make sure we had the best time and I am extremely grateful. We had a room next to the pool and the view was truly magnificent. I could not recommend this hotel enough the whole experience was incredible and all round 5 stars. It is easy to get into Ubud either you can book a Grab taxi which is like Uber and picks you up from the lobby or the hotel can arrange a driver for you. A traditional celebration was celebrated whilst we we staying with the hotel which included dancing performances by the staff, prays lead by the priest, a true traditional Balinese ceremony which we were invited too. The spa treatments are fantastic a choice of many options that will sort your specific needs and requirements. The gym was perfect for what I needed whilst I was away. 24 hour room service was also brilliant. I can't believe how fantastic this resort was and I'll definitely be back.

Group trip with traveling chucks it is an absolutely amazing hotel and the cooking class was wonderful the happy hour drinks and the room was everything. They definitely make you feel welcome and help you with everything you may need.

Our dining experience at Seres Spring Resort & SPA was made truly exceptional by Dewi, our server. Her kindness and attentiveness throughout the meal were remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening. But what truly touched our hearts was Dewi's warm invitation to her home, where she generously taught us how to create traditional Balinese offerings. It was an authentic cultural immersion that made our stay even more unforgettable. Dewi's hospitality and dedication are truly commendable. Thank you, Dewi, for making our visit to the restaurant and your home so special. We'll cherish these memories forever.

I was fairly happy with my stay at Seres. As per all comments, it is a bit of a way from the main town. It's a 10 minute scooter to get anywhere which is fine for a solo or couple, families would want a car and would likely get stuck in traffic. *note- you Are able to get a grab scooter to and from the hotel entrance. If you want a taxi, the hotel will arrange via WhatsApp which is a bit time consuming. I ate at the hotel once, the food was ok. Service was great and staff warm. I was kept awake until 2.30am by the room Next door in my first night but that was not the hotels fault. Good enough price range for what it was :)

Hotel was okay, rooms are clean enough although you'll find many insects crawling in the bathroom and floating in the pool. The breakfast was okay, the floating breakfast was slightly underwhelming (hence why it's probably free). Tried to make a booking at the spa via telephone however they never answered nor called back - I had to go to the spa myself to speak to someone. Booked a mani-pedi at the spa and was told at the appointment that they had no nail polish so I had to get my own! No shuttle service so you're better off renting a motorcycle or booking online motorcycles. Getting local taxis can be costly and you'll be stuck in Ubud traffic all day so not worth the extra cash you're spending - rent a scooter or book online ones via Gojek/grab. Don't let the taxi mafia fool you, online scooters are allowed to pick up/drop off in the tourist areas! Nevertheless, front desk staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel is very impressive, our room was lovely, although a bit small. We had a lovely view across the paddy fields. We were supposed to have a queen bed but ended up with 2 single beds! Breakfast was good, staff lovely and very helpful. The meals during the day were fairly ordinary and you had to eat there unless you wanted to go into Ubud. One night we wanted sweets but all they had was ice cream! The hotel shuttle was not running so if you wanted to go into Ubud you had to take a taxi and then you had trouble getting a return taxi. The hotel itself was extremely busy with lots of families, so if you wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday this is not the place for you.

I enjoyed staying here the staff crew are friendly Raya and Tama helped me a lot I did spa there highly recommended the food is so good and delicious I tried the breakfast and the dinner both were so yummy

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and overall it was a really great hotel! The rooms were super clean and everything was fairly new. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the air conditioning was working great, there was a good gym, a towel service, nice sunbeds and all in all we had a great experience. We even went to the spa and that too was an amazing relaxing experience. Some things to notice though, is that the pool is on the east side of the hotel, so after 13:30, you do not have any sun, since the sun is behind the hotel, so there is only shadow and no other place in the hotel to enjoy the sun. Furthermore it is quite far from the city centre of Ubud and you are therefore forced to take a taxi everytime you want to go to a restaurant or shop. They have a deal with a local taxi company which takes you to the city centre for 80.000 Rupiah, it is not a lot, but it is significantly more than the apps charge. The last thing is that besides the egg station, there is no live cooking, which often means that the food is cold (for example the pancakes, waffles, etc.). The food in itself was great, but everything was lukewarm at best. Since we were just staying here for 10 days, we did not mind and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The Seres Springs is a terrific hotel. We had a wonderful week here in May and our stay was made all the more enjoyable by the outstanding staff. Special thanks to Tini who was always so pleasant to us. The food at the hotel was always very good and never overpriced. We stayed in a Sutera pool villa which was amazing. The hotel is about 15 minutes drive away from the centre of Ubud and there are local taxis rather than a hotel shuttle bus, the taxis are cheap enough and it was nice to interact with the local people. We would recommend this hotel to travellers to Ubud.

Next to perfection. That is how I would describe our recent trip to Bali. It was the right amount of tours, shopping and the best part for me is Seres - our home away from home. From the cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere, to the picturesque views and delicious food, I cannot ask for more. And more than these, the crowning jewel of Seres is the staff - always smiling, accommodating and always extending their helping hand for whatever questions and concerns we had during our stay. Special mention to Made, Eri and many other staff (apologies as I miss their names) for being the best people to be around during our stay in Bali. Will definitely be back in my next visit to Bali, and will recommend to many friends and relatives who would visit Bali. All the best to Seres, and I look forward to being welcomed in my return. :-)

This hotel looks like it's out of a movie, simply stunning. We booked the pool villa as was our honeymoon and it didn't disappoint. The villas are down quite a lot of steps as this hotel is on a hill down the jungle but they do have rooms up top. The pool villa is just amazing, the bathroom is almost as big as the room it was just so nice. We had an amazing view from our pool and balcony of the jungle and down to the river. Could even see people picking bamboo across the river. You can't get grab taxis from here as local taxi companies don't allow it which at first made us apprehensive as we had read about a “taxi mafia” in Bali but these guys are so nice and just don't want Grab (formally Uber I believe) to take all their business and out nothing back into the community which is fair enough, so they are slightly more but they're a local business so who cares. Was still only 80k into Ubud centre. Breakfast was included and was okay, not the best I've had in Bali but a buffet is a buffet for me so was good enough for me. Staff really friendly, all Balinese people are friendly I've found, never met such nice people. Overall a 5/5 stay and would definitely recommend if you want to chill but also be close enough to Ubud centre.

Second time staying in the hotel (the previous one was before Covid) and I again was not disappointed. Stayed for 10 days this time and was very happy. - The staff was super nice and accommodating. - Room was clean. - The swimming pool was great. - Food/breakfast was good. - Location was good. In order to go to Ubud center you need to get a taxi which will only take around 10 minutes and it is cheap. This for us was an extra plus because that meant that the hotel was rather quiet but also it wasn't too far from the city center if we wanted to go. Besides all of the above, there were other small stuff the hotel staff did that made a difference. For example, it was my birthday, and without saying anything they surprised us with a cake and room decorations. I highly recommend the hotel and if we decide to go for a third time to Bali we will for sure stay there again.

This hotel surprised us from the moment we arrived up the narrow driveway. A beautiful reception with lovely smiling faces. Check in was swift and courteous and we were shown to our accommodation. We stayed in an Ananda Upper Villa and I was astonished at first site. What a villa!. Throughout our stay, we were treated to wonderful conversation with the team and we particularly enjoyed the company of Ria in the bar / restaurant area each evening. The only small issue I had with this hotel would be the fact that it loses the sunshine from the pool area at 2pm each day. This does not detract however from a wonderful stay in a gem of a hotel. Thank you to all of the team at Seres Springs.

Excellent staff service. Beautiful resort. I want to acknowledge receptionist Putu for her great level of engagement and service. Spa massage is quite costly way more expensive than NZ so we didnt get massage there which was unfortunate. Tourists go to massage/spa in Indonesia because its cheaper than their countries but the resort spa was more expensive. The spring pool, I felt I was spiritually calm and at peace. I loved it. However, the fishy smell of water was quite bad. Im not sure if it was to do with a raw egg crushed on stairway. I assumed it was part of the ritual. There were some stains in that spring pool tile. Despite these I would still give 5/5. Food was great the whole experience there and the view of the rice field was great and the room was just phenomenal.

Troy and I stopped in Ubud as part of our three-week backpacking trip. Seres Springs Resort went above our expectations. The staff was so friendly and nice; the facilities were absolutely beautiful, and our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The food there was superb as well, so good! We used Ngurah Awan for our tour guide throughout Ubud! We found him through the resort. Ngurah was absolutely wonderful, he knew everything about Bali, Ubud and more. He explained to us about the history, the culture, the food and many more of Bali! We felt we learned so much because of Ngurah! If you go to Seres, use Ngurah for your driver!

Its no where near a 5 star hotel more like a 3 star. The furniture is worn out and there are stains everywhere The location of the hotel is not convenient at all to the point that you cant even fonout for a walk. And they try to force you to take their own driver stating that they are trying to financially support the drivers. And charge you 80k just for 10 min ride. The breakfast selection is very limited ! And the pools don't have heating. However, the staff are very friendly.

Nice resort with a good view. Warm welcoming upon arrival and excellent service once enjoy the restaurant. The food was great, with may choices but specially for the gado-gado. It is the really delicious and it is the best. Attentive & proactive staff with guest needs. Recommended to come with your family or couple.

Just spent two nights at the resort with my family, fabulous villa rooms overlooking the jungle, super helpful staff and excellent breakfast and dinners with local cuisine. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the moment we're being picked up from the airport, greeted when we stepped in, spoiled with beautiful scenery and comfortable room/amenities, until allowed for a late check out due to our circumstances. The location is perfect, not too close to the Ubud center, thus the serenity.

Excellent property in the midst of nature to help you rejuvenate. Food is excellent. Service standards are super high. Spa is super relaxing as well. Truly the view from the resort is mesmerizing (lush green paddy fields). Take a higher floor room/villa to enjoy it even better. The pool is very clean and maintained well. Staff is very courteous. However, if you are looking to stay closer to Ubud city centre then this hotel is quite far away (20 mins by car). If relaxation is your intent don't look at any other place in Ubud.

What a lovely stay we had at this hotel, the staff were amazing and the hotel was so clean. Everyone was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. It was our daughters 18th while we were there and the hotel arranged balloons, a cake and some chocolate covered strawberries ❤️

This hotel was breathtaking beautiful, this was our last night in Bali on our 2 week honeymoon. We had our own private villa with our own pool overlooking the rice fields. We woke up to the most amazing sunset. We had room service for dinner at our pool, the food was wonderful, the staff was accommodating and very friendly. The villa was beautiful, clean, very large. We could't have asked for a better ending to our honeymoon.
