Best Western Greeley

Great hotel. wonderful employees and wonderful service. The room was large with a chair and footstool as well as a desk and chair. The bed was really comfortable. The pillows were too soft for us so they found us firmer pillows. The employees were knowledgeable about the restaurants in the area.

Very clean, friendly staff. This hotel was renovated about 4 years ago and its newness has been maintained everywhere. My only suggestion for improvement is update the towels, which in my room at least were in sorry shape and certainly not a reflection of anything else on this property. I look forward to going back when I visit my family again.

Greeted as a friend by excellent staff at the front desk! Clean hotel, quiet and an above average selection for breakfast Handy location, close to restaurants and a very good local brewery! I plan on staying here for my next business trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Breakfast daily was excellent with different options every day. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the carpet in our room when we checked in should have been vacuumed better. Besides that, our stay was quite enjoyable.

From the making of the reservation to the arrival, through the entire stay, including the delicious breakfast, Best Western Greeley is like my home away from home. Customer satisfaction is their priority. The front desk staff, especially Patience, and the housekeeping/breakfast staff are awesome!!

Hotel easy to find, in a very industrial/ business area but nice enough. Seemed several were living there or staying there for work rather than traveling. I was there to be closer to the hospital for surgery the next morning. Young lady checked me in was very polite and professional. Traffic noise so loud I was woken multiple times through the night.

This location is managed and keep to highest standards. All catergories, Location, Clean, Employees, Safety, ammendities. Parking lot is well lit and litter free. Charging Station Available. This is my third stay at this hotel and standards have not changed.

Our room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was quite good. Our stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying at Best Western when we are in need of a hotel in the future.

My husband and I were on a "bucket list" road trip and had stayed in numerous hotels before we stayed at Best Western Greeley. We were pleasantly surprised at how this hotel managed to get everything right. The room was clean and the beds, pillows and linens were excellent. We had a variety of choices for hot breakfast. Two different flavors of waffles, two different choices of eggs, potatoes and meat. There was an assortment of cold cereals, juices and fresh fruit.

The front desk clerk went far above what was required. The room on the quiet side of the hotel was not checked out correctly and it looked like someone was still in the room, he put me in a room on the other side next to the highway. When I came down to get ice, he had gone and checked the room personally and found that it was cleaned and ready for a new guest. He asked me if I wanted to move and I did. I appreciated the extra effort that he put in that was not required or even asked.

I commended how lovely it looked and the staff and they told me it was newly remodeled. My room was very clean and the beds had crisp, clean sheets. The staff seemed to enjoy working there. I don't feel comfortable in a place where the staff seem to hate their job so it's nice to see folk who seem to care about their job. I also noticed that the owner leaves QR code cards so guests can easily tip the staff electronically - which probably motivates them to be extra courteous.

The staff is amazing. We travel with a special needs person, they provided for our needs above and beyond. My daughter couldn't get out of the pool, staff got in the pool and helped get her out.

I stay at a lot of hotels and this hotel, was the cleanest, most professionally staffed, and quiet. I sincerely appreciated the fact, that the pool entry door was not timed correctly, and they went out of their way to ensure people could enjoy the pool, by unlocking the pool area when needed, but ensured guest safety by making sure it was repaired immediately.

Very clean and nice hotel, we checked in after checking out of a horrible hotel across the way. Staff was excellent , rooms were clean, breakfast was good. We Would definitely stay there again . The pool was out of order in the Morning so that was disappointing.

We usually stay at this hotel because of the location to family. Upon check in, the man at the front desk is still wearing a mask. I'm not sure why you would wear one in the first place, but it is difficult to understand what a person is saying, especially as we get older. Overall this is a decent hotel. I wish they had a bit more healthy options for breakfast, like cottage cheese or cut up fruit.

Traveled here to help out our facility here in Greeley. This hotel was pretty nice. Right off the highway and located close to a lot of restaurants and a mall. It's was a nice stay. Rooms were clean and service was great.

From the staff to the rooms and the breakfast, it was all very nice. Staff very friendly and strived to make sure I was having a pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good(love the waffles).

This was a clean, nice, friendly hotel. The employees were all very helpful, the breakfast was good, and the whole place, inside and out, was clean. I would stay at this Best Western any time and couldn't recommend it any higher.

We stayed here during a campus visit to UNC. Overall it was a good stay. It is very close to INC, under a ten minute drive. There's an IHOP next door and some great restaurants within a short drive. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful, top notch! We only had a reservation for one night but we found ourselves in need of the room for a second night and the front desk staff were really great about not only booking us in for another night, but ensuring we would keep the room we were in. There were a few negatives. The pool was drained and closed so that was a bit disappointing. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items, though they did seem to have trouble keeping things stocked. Road noise was somewhat loud on the side of the hotel we were on as well. Overall it was good stay and we will stay again next time we are in town.

We stayed at this motel for a week while visiting friends in Greeley. This is one of the best managed hotels that we have ever stayed at, regardless of price. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and their was always someone there restocking the food and drinks and cleaning any messes. Staff was always present if you needed anything.

Best Western can run both hot and cold. Depends on the manager most of the time. This hotel is well worth the money. The night manager, Frank, couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast has everything from eggs, waffles, oatmeal and even a fridge with non-diary items. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay.

BW is close to the main highway and several quality restaurants, plus supermarkets so you don't have to drive once you park for the night. Internet speed in my 3rd floor room was fast, breakfast was very plentiful with numerous hot and cold selections, plus plenty of drink options. The breakfast had 2 attendants checking back often. Was curious why they only had 1 ice machine for the entire hotel located on the ground floor.

Very poor service. Front desk clerk renewed a bunch of construction crew members before checking us in. There wasn't even a rack much less a closet for hang clothes. The bathroom door and floor were sticky. The breakfast looked unappetizing and the fruit was old.

If you stay in room 314, be prepared for the lights. The parking lot is very well light - a much appreciated plus. But, the lights do shine into the rooms. I attempted to pin the drapes shut and found a staple (the hard way, of course). Previous guest attempted to staple the drapes! Room was clean, breakfast was great. Just wish I had gotten some more sleep.

After reading other reviews of this property, we were a little skeptical about how many were praising this location. So, we took the chance and stayed 6 nights. We were delighted in every way. We found nothing to complain about and everything to love. Although this hotel is rated 2 Star, it operates as a 5 Star. Never have we seen staff constantly attending to guests and the property as we witnessed here.

very nice motel. would highly recommend as very clean, good beds., nice breakfast area, and a nice indoor pool. nice location with good eating places close in the area. the staff was always friendly and ready to help you.

My grandsons and I did not have reservations here, but there were rooms available. The on duty staff was extremely helpful,'friendly and conversing. It was obvious to me they enjoyed their work. I don't see that too often these days. I was given a discount being retired military. That was a pleasant surprise.

During July 2022 stayed at the Best Western on two separate occasions. Both times the facility was impeccably clean, staff friendly and helpful. I had a special request with a work paid stay and early personal night. Then I stayed a few weeks later the staff remembered me and what I was there for before and continued being incredibly friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was great with a good variety of options for hot breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone staying in Greeley to check availability at the Best Western and stay there if possible!

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff. I have enjoyed staying at this facility for several years when i visit Colorado. Beds sleep great and its nice to have a frog and micro wave in the room. The cleaning staff was great and people at front desk were very helpful. I love their waffles.

We came out for a week long softball tournament. We had booked at a pos hotel across the way. We immediately checked out and came to this hotel. They were AMAZING! The management was so accommodating FOR OUR WHOLE TEAM!!! They were extremely patient with all of our families and kids. Jayden was working the front and was kind enough to call the manager to help assist us who stopped her life and plans to come help us. We are so appreciative! The hotel was clean and NEWLY RENOVATED. The rooms had a fridge AND a microwave. They have breakfast, indoor pool, comfortable beds, a small but usable gym and laundry. Super excited to find this gem. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making this trip an even better one with your kindness!

Great stay! Both Ben and Emily were fantastic at check-in. Nice, friendly, and efficient. I was a labor-intensive guest, but they fulfilled every request with a smile, and were helpful with dinner suggestions. The next morning, Emily went out of her way to wrangle me a room for a last minute stayover (in a nearly sold out situation) by upgrading me with my Gold status perks to a King Suite (I'd completely forgotten I was Gold, and what that could do for me, despite being thanked for it at check-in AND given the goodie bag, thanks to a case of travel zombie brain), and I was able to get a much needed day of rest in a relentless week of road travel. BIG thanks to awesome Emily for making that happen, Thursday morning!!! Basically, Ben & Emily just did everything right! We had a great conversation about travel and the places from which we'd moved, and about the crazy, windy day. Just delightful people, a credit to your organization! Both rooms were very clean and spacious. Huge TVs! Got to see the new Death On the Nile on practically the “big screen”, so it was just gorgeous! Internet was perfect, and didn't kick me off in between sessions (I have hated that at other hotels, so this was noteworthy). The beds and pillows were so great, and I really needed that, because a previous hotel had just absolutely wrecked my back with their cement block mattress. I slept straight through the night, which almost never happens for me at hotels. Good shower pressure, and plenty of hot water in the morning, despite sold out status. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, but not noisy. I would definitely stay here again!

Don't even try the rest of the hotels on the block! This hotel is fresh and clean. I think it's been newly renovated. Staff is so caring and cheerful. Heated pool and full breakfast was the best part!

Great place for love! This is the night she told me she's madly in love with me, and then we turned off the lights, and you know! Woke up the next morning, and I looked at her sleeping, head on my shoulder, I love her!

I had stayed 3 days at comfort inn and suites 2 doors down. I paid 780 for those days. The room was disgusting. The staff was put out by my even bothering to notify them. There were burn holes in the curtains and linens. I can go on and on. This was there biggest and nicest room so they said. Any ways I left there pretty upset and noticed the BW 2 doors down. When I was a kid you didn't wanna go there. But this hotel was the only one on the block that appeared to be renovated since the state was founded. Very clean and modern. Well kept. Very kind and courteous staff. Charyl and Janea were awesome! All the folks here are top tier customer service professionals! I dare say more so even than Hilton hotels. Where I normally stay! I give them 10 stars! I had a couple minor issues with the tub and being located by stair well. But these are normal little problems! It's how they handled those problems that set them above and beyond! For the price you get well beyond that level of service!

Beautifully Renovated EVERYTHING! Rooms, lobby, pool, fitness center, business center, laundry room… everything! … and everything was CLEAN and neat! Warm, FULL Extensive Breakfast. From biscuits and gravy, to eggs and peppers to a cool pancake machine! And they kept it fully stocked and clean! Friendliest Staff! Every single person we encountered was so helpful and warm. Great Fitness Center with various machines! I used the elliptical and bike and free weights. But they had so much more! … even a legit water-bottle refill station! Business Center was really easy to use for printing! Heated Indoor Salt water pool and the fun kicker… next to a cute outdoor patio WITH BBQ grills! This hotel has it all! Can't say enough good things! Definitely the BEST one on the block. I stayed at the Hampton down the street before, but I've found my new hotel at the Best Western Greeley!

My husband and I were seeking a King bed/NP/NS for one night (12/01) after driving in from Moab, UT and were extremely tired. We had arrived after a disappointing experience at a nearby BW Plus and thought we would take a chance on a Blue Logo BW. So glad we did. Tina S, the front desk lady, offered us a room and after explaining what happened at the BW Plus, took us to see a King room - nice, clean, comfortable with modern décor and a bright, clean bathroom. SOLD! We slept like a rock never even turning on the TV and the hot breakfast was very good as she said it would be. I mentioned how pleased we were with our stay and raved about the front desk lady and was told she was the front desk manager. So Tina - Thank you so much for your hospitality - your courtesy was so greatly appreciated!

A great location, newly renovated, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable, served full breakfast, great for the price. We enjoyed the king suite with sleep sofa as we were there for several days.

Great motel. Super good staff. Very clean and easy to get to town and other places from the motel. Other guests were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, pool was clean and the exercise room looked the same

Rooms were clean and well stocked! When our trash was full, we just set it out and it was emptied right away. Breakfast had plenty of options for all of us. I wish I could take the bed and pillows home, great nights sleep!

Staff was exceptionally nice. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were too fluffy for me. Great location and was safe. Had a pool that was indoors and looked very clean. Overall made our 3 nights a great experience.

We booked a room at the Best Western Greeley to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday. The manager and staff had made it a point to make my daughter feel special on her big day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and amazing. It was well worth it!

Stayed here last week, just for the night. It is a newer clean hotel with comfortable beds. We choose this hotel bc of the sketchy reviews many other hotels in the area where receiving. I'd give it the highest rating but they put a $75 hold on my card for 4 days. This is completely unnecessary.

Info I was given on day 1 was different than day 2 when I tried to cancel the 2nd night when my car was fixed. Manager at desk was rude and not flexible to put the customer first. Made bad day worse...

Customer service definitely excellent. Staff cares for the customers. Always keeping their smiling face. Internet service very helpful to print the boarding pass. Laundry services great. Pool definitely great.

The staff was nice and friendly upon our arrival. This time around the hotel failed at having clean supplies and a clean room. The room was a little dusty.. The desk chair in the room was dirty and at least one towel was visibly dirty,. The fitness room lacked clean towels. There was nothing available to wipe down equipment for usage .

We have traveled to Colorado multiple times over the last 2 years as my husbands family lives in 3 locations in Colorado. We have always stayed in Best Western as we find their Service Exemplary and will continue to be loyal guest.

We highly recommend this particular hotel for several reasons...great staff, very nice/clean, quiet, good amenities (grab and go breakfast, pool, etc), and it's location to restaurants, shopping, etc. We actually didn't have a reservation and just walked in, hoping to get a room. We were greeted by very friendly and professional staff, who helped us find a room, in a quiet end of the hotel, for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Great staff, very clean, great location. Beds were great! I miss having the hot breakfast due to COVID but they did grab bags for breakfast which was okay. I think once COVID is settled down it will come back great as well. Great place to stay in Greeley!

Best Western is by far the best hotel that my family and I have stayed at. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The amount paid is very well worth it, we have stayed at similar hotels and we were not satisfied with certain things around the hotels. I have no complaints about Best Western.

Everyone was super friendly and kind! Breakfast was ok, but with covid what can ya expect. Wifi went out a couple times, but that normal. The room was great. Loved the fact that I had 2 beds! But what I LOVED the most about this stay besides the ladies at the front desk was their Gym! I was able to workout everyday for up to an hour and a half, it was nice and cool, and you could watch tv if you wanted too! Amazing definitely will be staying here again if I come back to Greeley

Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Did not use but pool area looked to be in good shape and clean. Only real negative was traffic noise from hwy 34. Advise asking for room on opposite end of hotel if you are not used to traffic noise.

We received an unexpected upgrade to our room, and it came just in time too for our Valentine's Weekend. Made our weekend that much more enjoyable. Wish breakfast was better, like other hotels have, but understandable because of Covid

All the staff are friendly and care about your stay always asking how they can make your stay better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for whatever kind of travel you are doing. Easy access parking area I drive a large service truck that the parking lot accommodates nicely.

Tina is amazing, she made check in quick and easy. She had to multi-task so many things at once, all while making us feel #1. The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet, and safe. I would highly recommend to all.

We stayed without a reservation during a crisis. The staff was kind and calming. The room and facilities were perfect. It couldn't have gone more smoothly if we had planned it for months. I highly recommend this Best Western without hesitation.

Wonderful property with a great staff. During pandemic the staff was very safety concious and attentive to my requests. Room was clean with modern decor. The bed was comfortable and provided a good nights sleep after a long days ride.

We were here for our daughters nursing school pinning ceremony. During the time of COVID we were unable to find a restaurant that could accommodate our large family to join the zoom ceremony and celebrate. The hotel allowed us to use their conference area for the ceremony and dinner. Since we are such a big family this was a huge gift to us and our daughter. Plus the rooms were so nicely updated and comfortable! We will be back. Thanks Best Western. You made our celebration a success.

We'd reserved a cabin at Stone Mountain Lodge and it was a disaster. We checked in and then left less than ten minutes later. It was late, we were tired and very upset and disappointed, I was trying to find a hotel using potty-at-best phone service and questionable internet. We'd stayed at Best Western Southwest in Denver (also highly recommend!!!!!) and so I called Greeley's BW. The woman who answered the phone was upbeat, supportive, gave me all the information I needed, and told me that (due to the terrible connection), I could just travel there and check in when I arrived, there were two rooms available. And they were fantastic rooms. No odor. Clean sheets and bedcovers. Very tidy, well-appointed, soft beds, and a small to-go breakfast in the morning. There is not a single thing I would complain about...it was the polar opposite of the cabin we'd expected to stay in! I suspect that we'll be staying at a lot of BW in the future. I had a great experience traveling and staying in them nearly 30 years ago and this time was even better. Both times!

During this pandemic, I am looking for extreme clean, comfort, and attention to social distancing. BW in Greeley was definitely above par on all points. The room was spotless; breakfast was a decent grab-and-go; even the front desk clerk poured me coffee in order to maintain cleanliness. I also thought the bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever felt in a hotel. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable

I booked reservations via phone call and was greeted and treated with the warmest of care. When we arrived it was late on June 19, 20 and the young lady went out of her way to assist us with our bags. I am handicapped and we needed assistance. I have stayed exclusively in Best Western for the last few years and we have never been disappointed.

The staff is amazing here, especially Tina. That girl went out of her way to make sure I was attended to, very caring. I visit Colorado once or twice a year and always stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints here.

I was very impressed with all aspects of this Best Western's services and offerings. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the quality of the perks (gym, cookies at check in, etc) and the staff were awesome too. If I am in Greeley again, I will stay here.

Awesome experience with my stay. The rooms are well lit, plenty of power source outlets. Awesome breakfast and lobby area....quite and safe area around motel...essay access to restaurants and highway and still quiet.

Had a very nice stay, wish we could have stayed longer! Alas, I did not have enough time to enjoy the workout facility or the beautiful pool. The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed breakfast. There were enough options that everyone was happy.

Where do I start? 1. Make sure you take pictures and video of room before you leave the room OR set up a motion camera to record you in the room!! GM likes to make fake claims of “Smoking” in the room to charge you $250 cleaning. She said they found 2 ashes but when escorted back up to the room “AMAZING” room was cleaned and no sign of smoking! All I can say is SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! 2. If you interact with GM, I STRESS THIS, make sure you are recording the conversation. She attacked me as a mother, just rude from the start to the finish. RECORD RECORD RECORD!!!! 3. Cleaning crew started to use the fact that a dog was in the room but was shut down fast because the dog is a service animal. RECORD RECORD RECORD!! 4. We were also over charged for our stay by about $25 on top of the "smoking" cleaning fee. We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and normally have a good experience. Won't stay here anymore and the GM doesn't care that they lost our business. Good luck to everyone and hope you don't get caught up in the GM's Scam. We will be contesting the charge through our bank and also through Best Westerns Corporate office.

This hotel is so clean and well put together, The rooms are beautiful and were so clean. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. The pool and outdoor area was a great relaxing place to hang out with the family

This hotel has been updated and has a lot of the same amenities as pricier chains, such as great beds & bedding, nice decor, a good hot breakfast, and even cookies at check-in! Location is next to the highway, but the noise wasn't an issue for us.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Check in was great, Room was great, first floor right next to breakfast, AC worked great! Bed was comfy, room was clean. Bathroom was spacious. Might bring your own pillows, theirs were ehhh

This place was great from check in to check out. The room was perfect, there was everything we needed and the front desk was super welcoming every time we needed something. the breakfast buffet was amazing! Definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again

Great hotel with friendly, approachable staff. Had a rough journey into Greeley and arrived late evening to be meet by a friendly face who efficiently processed my booking in and made sure I had everything I needed, even made me a fresh pot of coffee. A really great start to my stay. Free breakfast had a good choice of items and the breakfast room was clean and tidy.

There awesome. ( everyone) the breakfast was always ready early for the workers leaving by 5 am. Rooms we top notch cleaned and serviced. Friendly atmosphere with positivity. Great group of people making you money. Im from canada and never felt more at home in any hotel

Everything here felt fresh and clean. Super comfy bed,friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was adequate...better than some. We would probably stay again even though it was a little expensive to us

Our experience at this motel was great in every way. The room was spotless with wonderful white bedding and towels. The people we interacted with were all very nice. From check-in, cleaning people and also those preparing the great buffet for breakfast, which had many selections, gave great satisfaction. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Greeley.

Great hotel with awesome customer service. Rooms are clean, ac works, suites have two flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Good supply of towels. Great location with restaurants & mall close by.

No room service. Was done for the day and no towels was given to me and I ask front. Desk she said there was none to clean the rooms it was only 1 pm when I check in she only charge me 1night I was staying 3nights that was a mess check in every morning

Nice hotel, nice remodel, and nice rooms. A new GM is the only thing I'd highly recommend. Charyl is very argumentative and horrible with customer service. Will not go back if she is there. The angry look on her face is frightening. She is not friendly at all and very condescending.

We were only staying in town one night but all the staff were extremely accommodating and the facility was super clean. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

I was absolutely happy and satisfied with my room. The beds comfortable pillows awesome!(My kids wanted to take them home) Everything worked was clean updated no complaints. The only negative thing I could say is the pool was on the small side and sadly no hot tub. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

In Greeley it's the place to stay, they are just finishing their remodel and I'm sure when it's done it will be exceptional.check out their web side and decide. Hope this is helpful to those that aren't familiar with the area .

The credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation was fradulantly charged for the room and tax with additional charges of $250. No written authorization was given for any charges but general manager refuse to reverse the charges. The front desk clerks failed to obtain a form of payment.

Very, very nice hotel. Everything was good and no surprises. The room was great and looked new. The Greeley area has really grown. A little cow smell, but not a problem. Too expensive in Longmont and Estes park, Greeley was very reasonable.

Freshly remodeled, great breakfast, comfortable quiet rooms. Encountered 2 ladies that worked night shift (Candice and I want to say Tina?) Very nice,friendly, easy on the eyes. Will stay here again. No shuttle service, limited shared parking. Great housekeeping gals as well.

Very nice hotel - newly remodeled, very friendly staff, great "free" breakfast with lots of choices, fitness center and pool are nice, rooms are kept clean and bed was very comfortable - walking distance to Crabtree Brewery, close to many other places to eat

The Best Western in Greeley seems brand new. The rooms are clean with high grade linens and towels, the staff is welcoming and the breakfast offered numerous choices. I used the pool every day which is small but a pleasant temperature. They also have a business center I used to print my airline tickets and excellent WiFi

This place is clean and great , stay 2 night, housekeeping was great, pool temperature was good, staff was fantastic. Breakfast was good, alot of choices , and the next day they change breakfast, so you gave something different, but the food was good, Next time I go, this will be my place to stay. Wonderful

Great place Hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. Outdoor patio area with 2 gas grills was a plus! I would recommend this place for anyone. Hotel staff was accommodating and resourceful!!! Central located.

Hotel was newly renovated, very clean, super friendly staff, very comfortable beds, good breakfast with nice selection, accommodated our group without issue, refunded our second night when our tournament was cancelled

First, the good: The room was clean and modern and the staff was efficient and friendly. The bad: The lobby and the elevator were both very small. The ugly: The internet was 2G and was so slow, I was reminded of dial up.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice quiet clean room. Pancake machine was a nice touch (and change rather than waffles, which we enjoyed) and other decent choices for breakfast. Great local brewery to hang out at down the street along with other restaurant choices close by.

When you check in let them know how you'd like to pay when you check out. When I checked out I was told my card had already been charged even though I wanted to pay cash and I hadn't even left the room yet.

Overall our stay was enjoyable.... clean...great breakfast,,,friendly employees...comfortable. There is a pool and exercise room...unable to enjoy it due to lack of time but was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Great place to stay.

Hotel was very nice. Everything appeared clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Hot breakfast was available earlier than stated and was good quality with eggs, bacon, sausage as well as the cold things. Would stay here again if I need a hotel in Greeley.

Amazing service , friendly, attentive, and willing to go out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. I appreciate people like her that take pride in their jobs and genuinely are proud of what they do

Great staff - very friendly, professional and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, updated, and quiet. Rested very well and enjoyed a nice breakfast. The hotel is easy to find and close to restaurants, health care, UNC, and shopping. Will definitely stay again.

I'm not one who likes to stay in hotels, however I found that the BW one that I stayed in was very clean and it's personnel behaved courtesly and professional. The only irritating issue I had was that the free WIFI didn't work properly but hey, what do you expect for free, so overall I thought it was a good experience.

Just stayed for one night but the stay was great. The bed was amazing. I slept so well which is normally hard for me with back issues. Very comfortable bed. Nice clean rooms. The internet is very good and the cable comes with a lot of channels and movie channels for the family and kids. The staff treated us so well. Very friendly and a pretty great breakfast compared to most hotel complimentary breakfasts. Theres snacks in the lobby which was nice. Really loved the decor as well. We had a king bed room and it came with a fridge and microwave. I really liked the toiletries the room came with. More than normal. Qtips, face wipes, nail files. I utilized them all. Feeling very fresh and manicured. I definitely give it a 10 out of 10! Would definitely stay again.

Candice is always willing to help with anything you need good location and clean rooms very friendly under some renovations now but very accommodating about our night shift. Have been here for 2 months and everyone treats you great

The room was clean and comfortable with professional staff at the hotel. Parking was ample and not crowded. They are currently doing a remodel but no noise was evident from it. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn fare.

We spent two nights here, taking a break from the road on our way from California to Michigan. Good service, modern and clean room, good WiFi, better than average breakfast and good location. What else could you ask for?

This Holiday Inn Express was a nice place to stay. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. The pool was clean too. They were making improvements to the hotel when we stayed there, which shows they take care of the place. We would stay at this hotel again if passing through.

We went on a family trip for a short stay to visit with relatives. Check in was great and we had great rooms. Clean, spacious, great AC, and newly renovated. There was an indoor pool but we did not take the time to try it out. Breakfast was great. We were there for 3 days and the food varied and was kept in good supply. Food was at proper temperature and we enjoyed the omelets, cinnamon rolls, and the excellent coffee. The room did get a little crowded at time but we went early and managed to avoid the crowds. Parking was sometimes a challenge. Several folks were in transit and parked with a UHaul trailer taking up several spots. We did see where others in transit used a nearby parking lot due to the limited spaces. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were renovating the laundry area so it was noisy in the afternoon. The renovations should be completed by the end of August. We would definitely stay again.
