Exceptional hostess. Breakfast was nice and hot, all the staff are friendly and hard working. The hotel is clean and the beds are very nice. This is our sixth time staying and we are always very happy with the experience. It's a safe neighborhood with great local food nearby.
This hotel is one of the best ever. Suggest you stay here when visiting the Wildlife Sanctuary or need to be near the Airport. Ben's (Best in Colorado) is next door and it is quiet and sooo comfortable. Breakfast included is also excellent. Want to go into Denver? Don't pay high cost for rental car. Use XPress Rides (xpressrides.org)
Hinge on door was broken so the door wouldn't shut. They should have been aware of the problem because the door was hard to open when we arrived. We requested a king room and had to move to a queen room. The dresser drawer would not shut. The worst Best Western we have ever stayed in.
The reviews of most of the Denver International airport hotels looked grim, so we opted to stay at Hudson, a half hour drive. This is a fairly new hotel and typical of the BW chain. The rooms are clean and a good size, the beds are comfortable and there's not too much noise from the roads. There's not much in Hudson but the hotel is next to a Love gas station and shop.
Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Best Western Plus Hudson hotel one night this summer during our road trip vocation. The front desk service was excellence and smooth. The breakfast was hearted and delicious. The room was quiet and clean. Our family stayed in a suite; we were overjoyed by the overall experience there. We will definitely go back if we are in the area again.
Hotel extremely clean ! Hotel front desk was magnificent! Best customer service . Honestly best hotel we have stayed at in 14 nights this trip from coast to coast ! Recommend 100% there is everything to love about this Best western location and it's staff
Easy access, clean look as we drove up. We're greeted as we walked in by Rosie who was warm, friendly and helpful. Lobby looked and felt clean, we'll maintained. Room was very clean and comfortable, linens fresh and crisp. Bathroom large and very functional and very clean. Breakfast was very good, staff kept it very clean even though it was very busy. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
Facility is ok but too redneck. Fox News on all over and loud annoying country music. I won't stay here again. Too bad because I am a best western member and go thru this area a lot. Will have to find another best western or somewhere else. Hope management fixes the issues.
This location was clean, staff was excellent and we had no issues. Pricing was exactly what we were quoted when booked. It was in a convenient location, with a gas station, pizza place and coffee shop within walking distance. I do feel the meat selection for breakfast could have been better, and we had to ask for towels to support the amount of people who stayed and pool towels. Other than that, the stay was awesome!! I would stay at this location again and would recommend this location to anyone.
Great property and great employees they always made sure I was comfortable and they always made sure I got my mail when it came in!
We stayed here for two nights because we were visiting The Wild Animal Sanctuary. The hotel was very clean and the bed was absolutely fantastic. We felt quite comfortable here and would definitely return. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well and we were both impressed with the fabulous breakfast.
Good hotel, clean, nice staff and comfortable. My only complaint was no complimentary bottle of water in room. Colorado is very dry so would be very valuable perk.
Nice accommodation, king room with large couch, microwave, fridge, nice bathroom and bed. Good breakfast and easy on/ off of highway. Rosie at front desk was very friendly and gave us a good tip for a steak dinner after a long day of driving, thank you Rosie!!
Just a 30 mile drive from Denver Airport, I spent one nicht. The reception lady was very friendly and sympathetic. The room spacious for one person, the breakfast enough good food for the start into a new chilly day.
We were in town to see a show at the Grizzly. Although 30 min away, this property was worth the drive after the show because of the condition of the property. We chose this location for a second time because of our favorable stay last time and will chose it again in the future should we need a room.
Terrific value for the money. There were no issues that would preclude me from staying at this hotel on another occasion. The absence of add-on fees was a big plus. Highly recommended for all of the reasons shown below..
I definitely don't recommend this place at all this was my first time using this hotel's and was totally disappointed with the service only about two person was nice and one of them was the manager.I don't recommend.!!
The rooms and entire building were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee options. There were restaurant options nearby. We would definitely stay here again! We enjoyed our stay.
We came to Colorado to visit friends for the states opening hunting season for dove and to pick up some donated fire equipment for fire departments in Alabama. We decided to book Best Western as it was 5 minutes North or where we were hunting. We were completely shocked and amazed at how nice the place was and how polite and courteous the employees were. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing the entire stay.
We were traveling to Rocky Mountain National Park and spent a night in this Hotel. Our expectations were low as our booking was done 24 hour prior. But when we walked for check-in, we were actually blown away by the quality, standards, and amenities. The senior lady at the desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room was totally clean and everything was beyond our initial expectations. Cherry on top was the 24/7 coffee bar and free breakfast. Totally recommend this place…
This is our 2nd stay. We trek to Greeley & Denver annually, and the location is perfect for us. Place is clean and welcoming. For dinner check out Ben's pizza on the other side of the Loves. Great thin crust.
The overall condition of the hotel is great! The front desk staff are professional and super helpful. Had an issue with the room key card the first two nights, but was eventually resolved adequately. Housekeeping was an issue. Beds were no made consistently, but the room was clean for the most part.
Great place to stay. Location Great just outside of Denver Colorado. Staff was wonderful, Very informative of the local area and helpful. About a 20 minute drive to Denver International Airport. Would stay there again.
I would consider this location to be relatively new construction. We found absolutely no issues. Cleanliness is something that i really value and I did not find anything to make me take a second look. The site offered a nice breakfast with slightly more options than standard, including the automated pancake machine. No doubt that I would look to book a room here again if in need of a room in the area.
Although it wasn't super cheap, it was clean and had a great breakfast, better than the Choice Hotels we normally go to. The bathrooms looked a bit dated but were still clean. It is also right off the highway which is super convenient.
Chelsea is an awesome customer service at front desk. I will recommend it to friends and family members. It's clean, easily accessible being closed to interstate, good breakfast and affordable. Overall I love it
Despite our really late check in (1am) we were greeted with kindness and courtesy. She did not simply dispatch us to our room mumbling all the required speeches, she was professional and genuine. After 10 hours of travel, we certainly appreciated that! Our short night of sleep was made more agreeable by the nice breakfast options and the hot coffee. We were able to continue on home in much better condition!
I stayed at this hotel for two nights in June, 2022. All employees that I encountered were great. Very friendly staff. Took extra time to recommend good places to eat and their recommendations were very tasty. I overlooked a charging cord and the housekeeper found it and hotel is returning it to me. If iwerein that area again, this would be my”go to” hotel
One of my favorite places to stay. Beautiful decor, well appointed, and extremely nice staff. Everything is clean and in perfect condition. The bed & pillows are very comfy and there are plenty of outlets. The shower is large & has several shelves for soap, etc. The lobby looks more like an expensive hotel & the breakfast has a good selection of food & beverages. The parking lot is well lit and clean. I have stayed here several times before and will continue to do so.
This is a perfectly comfortable hotel, with a larger room than we expected. Because my husband has very heavy medical equipment, we requested a room close to the elevator at the time of booking. Unfortunately, this request was not honored, and we were nearly at the other end of the hall from the elevator. Additionally, the traffic noise and noise from the parking were so loud that we were awakened. (Even with a white noise machine at its highest volume.)
My stay at this hotel was great the customer service exquisite the rooms stellar the staff amazing. The only problem i had was rowdy and rude neighbors doors slamming constantly day and night. In which i should've reported but didn't. Outside of that the stay was lovely inside and out property was super clean and tidy customer service lovely.
The entire stay was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. The staff was amazing and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any body. VERY SATISFIED!! Breakfast was really good. The omelets and bacon and cheese bagels were very delicious. The coffee Was fresh and hot!
Nice large kitchen area and it is a full kitchen....not some shabby kitchenette! Room was quiet even though we were at the hotel on a Saturday night. Beds were comfortable.....we had two beds in our room....both were great!
This is one of the nicer hotels in the area for the price. The staff is exceptionally hospitable and kind, the beds are very comfortable, there is a good breakfast and plenty of pressure in the showers. I will stay again!
Room was big, clean. Beds sagged in middle but appeared new. They did not do Anything in the room during my 5 night stay other than replace 2 towels. No refill of coffee, or changing of sheets. Paying $105 a night I expected more. Staff was very friendly at the getting desk.
Our family was comfortable with the hotel. We very much enjoyed the breakfast variety and the indoor heated pool. Staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
Went for a family vacation stayed at this hotel for the first time everyone was friendly and polite made the stay even better rooms were very clean and nice clean hotel over all. Rooms were good sized for my family if 5. Wish it had a hot tub but thats okay had a pool and kids loved it.
Wonderful place to stay! Everything was clean, the staff was great and very friendly. I stayed for business for over a month. My needs were met the entire time. The personnel at this location made the stay enjoyable. The value and cleanliness made it a location I will recommend and return to.
Nice hotel with friendly service. The room was very clean and bed and sheets were so comfortable. The price was fair too. Large breakfast option and directly off of the highway for easy access. Would stay here again.
The hotel was nicely decorated, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast choices. Only one negative was that the furniture in the foyer seemed worn and soiled. Guest checkout assisted us in signing up as a Plus member.
Lori and her team provided excellent customer service to us! We stayed here at the beginning of a 2 week motorcycle trip and returned today before heading back home. Rooms were clean and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will keep this location in mind for future trips. Thank you, Lori and team!
This hotel is great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The most important thing to me is how clean my room is and I was pleasantly surprised, my compliments to the housekeeping staff. The shower door needs some adjusting to stay closed completely but this did not hinder the function of the shower and any water that escaped was easily wiped up with the bath mat. The linens smelled clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. Like others I thought it was quiet despite being next to the highway and a truck stop. If being next to a truck stop makes you second guess staying somewhere, don't let the truck stop here deter you from staying because both the inside and outside of the hotel is clean, secure and updated. The breakfast area is clean and the eggs, bacon and DazBog coffee were hot and fresh. They even have a mini waffle maker in addition to the regular size waffle maker with a choice of regular or blueberry waffle batter. This hotel is also 10 minutes from the Wild Animal Sanctuary, and a must see if you are staying in the area. If you don't need to be in the city and/or next to the airport - this is the place, it is only 30 minutes from Denver and well worth the money and time!
Room was great, nice and big. Had requested a room next to an exit on ground floor and got the perfect location for our room. Really nice outdoor patio was outside the building by our room made it easy for the person in our party who smoked. Room had 2 queen beds, comfortable, sofa bed and full kitchen. Table and 2 chairs in kitchen. Room had 2 air conditioner units, 1 in bedroom area 1 in kitchen. The one in kitchen sounded like a jet engine so we didn't use it. No big deal. Full kitchen was nice to use even for just 1 nights stay. Found 1 dirty knife and 1 dirty plate that someone had put away dirty so just check items in kitchen before use. Overall, I would recommend. Just be forewarned about the migratory birds that others have mentioned.
Having driven straight from Illinois, Hudson was a perfect distance for me after 14 hours of driving. chose this hotel based on and good reviews and lower room prices than Denver or West. The next day my drive was much shorter so I had flexibility as to where I stayed. The price was still steep but anywhere west of here the hotel prices were absurd. My room was excellent, the friendly employees were helpful and the hot breakfast was good. I only had one complaint. Normally I would let this pass but for the room price here, there should have been more effort to control flies in the hotel. A couple of flies in my room were a bother and there were a few in the breakfast area that I had to keep shooing away. Not a huge problem, just a little bothersome. If the room price was lower I wouldn't have mentioned it. Overall, If you are traveling any distance, this a comfortable place to stay with a good hot breakfast if your travel timing is right. You will spend way more for a decent room any farther West of here!
We traveled here as a baseball team for a State tournament. When we arrived well after 3PM we were told that some of the rooms were not ready to check into yet and when asked why the kid at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and asked some of our team dads if they wanted to step outside when fear was not expressed he threatened to call the police. He acted the same way the next night and ultimately called the police gave false statements and had one of our families kicked out of the hotel at 10 o'clock at night.
The room is clean and good size. Staffs are friendly. Beds are on the firm side but ok. There were tons of birds nested just under the gutters. It's kind of fascinating and horrifying to look at at the same time. That's also why the exterior wall and windows are full of bird droppings. I understand there's nothing the hotel could do about the birds. However, there were quite a bit of flies in the lobby. I'm not sure if it's related to the birds but the fly problem is definitely something the hotel could do something about. I didn't wake up early enough to have their free breakfast but I'd have skipped it anyway considering there're so many flies. There're no flies on my floor and in the room though. I probably would not stay there again because of the birds and flies. It's a shame because this is otherwise an excellent hotel. That's why I'd still give it a 4 outta 5.
I'm Handicap and I let it be known before I ever check into a room so I can have all the amenities that I need to get by so in the comments every time I check in my wife books that I need a room close to the front desk or close to the elevator and the house is working the days that night even read this to me as he was reading my reservation and still book me in the room farthest away from the front door which meant I would be able to make it to the room but would be stuck in the room all night because I'm traveling alone. When I went back to tell him that the room would not work all you do was check me out the hotel because he said that was the only room they had and would not give me a reason so they kept my $105
This hotel is great! Very clean, quiet. Perfect spot for us, we so thankful they built one out here! The price was exceptional beautiful views of the mountain. A great coffee place next door. Right off the freeway. We will definitely be back!
As a mom I'm mortified and just sick to my stomach wanting to cry. Best Western Plus Hudson I-94 I spoke to corporate yesterday and made a reservation for two rooms. Showed up with my five kids today and they tried to charge me more than what I made the reservation for. They got the manager on the phone she wouldn't even listen to me. Told the guy at the front desk to cancel my reservations if I have any and not allow us to stay and that they don't sell rates or rooms by the hour....so basically accused me of prostitution as I stood there with my five children in a hoodie and sweats just wanting to swim with my kids. Said she would turn on the security cameras and call the authorities. corporate called the front desk and told them the correct rate but nothing changed. I've never been so insulted. I put a comment on their Facebook page saying I don't know how they have such a high rating from treating people so terribly and she again accused me of trying to get an hourly rate and said that I didn't ever have a reservation.
It was absolutely disgusting how much dog crap was in the grass and side walk by the side door. Unbelievable how someone could not clean up all the poop. If you can fine someone for smoking in the room you can fine someone for letting their dog crap so close to the entrance door. The room was very nice.
The hotel has large, clean rooms with friendly staff that met the needs of my large family on our recent vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool while my wife enjoyed the hot coffee and breakfast items each morning.
Comfortable bed and pillows, hot water good pressure and good parking. Next to a Loves for fuel/food, the hotel is clean and has friendly staff. Large flat screen tv's small desk area and small fridge and microwave. A swimming pool for the kids or adults to relax, enjoyed my week long stay.
This Best Western has always had the best breakfast! Kind staff, really nice rooms (especially the kitchen suites!) My son loves their fitness room, my daughter loves their pool, my husband loves that they have a grill and pavilion, it's our favorite hotel. It's become home away from home.
We stayed here while passing through. The service was excellent! Even though the regular breakfast could not be served because of COVID they still made sure there were plenty of prepackaged options. Very friendly staff that was willing to help. Rooms we very clean.
Stayed here overnight with my husband. Room #413. The room was super clean. The bed was honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The shower was a walk in and had tons of hot water and a great shower head. The lady at check in was super nice and helpful. The ladies during check out were equally nice and helpful. It is during Covid so I cannot comment on the breakfast because we didn't try anything they had sacked up - but they had options. I'd definitely stay here again.
The location is good for where my family live, there are not many options in the area. The hotel is clean, front desk staff friendly. The breakfast could have better options, stale pastries are never good.
Late flight Into the DIA and needed a hotel close by. Driving east the next morning so this hotel set up perfectly as it is only 26 minutes east of the airport . Rooms are extremely clean , comfortable bed , good pillows , very friendly person at checkin . Excellent breakfast options . All of this at a very reasonable rate . Will definitely return when I'm visiting the area again . Great hotel right off the interstate and seems to be a fairly new facility . The only thing that I caution you on ,the proximity to the interstate means that it will be a bit noisy in the room early in the morning starting at approx 6:00am.
Each time I have stayed at this location I have had wonderful experiences. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. It has an excellent choice of breakfast options. The indoor pool is beautiful & well maintained. Staff has always been very friendly & professional. It is very convenient to Denver International Airport.
Overall we had a great stay at the Best Western Hudson Hotel & Suites. The one problem we had could have been prevented by focus and training. I had asked for change for a $20 and it took the gal behind the counter 3 times to get it right. She was obviously distracted and rushing to do something else, but changing a 20 is not that hard. She did eventually get it right. Other than that it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again if in the area.
Beautiful hotel! Comfortable bed. Very, very clean. I was traveling alone so I was happy to pull into such a nice, well lit and clean location. The bed was like a sift piece of heaven. Towels and bath very luxurious.
had couple great nights sleep here. Room was comfy and quiet. We were on first floor near the outside doors. May be why we had couple bugs show up in the room. Lots of choices for breakfast but use to high quality breakfasts so not up to my standards. Very friendly breakfast staff on Sunday but unfriendly staff on Saturday that did not keep breakfast stocked. Great location right off interstate and next to Loves travel plaza. Couple good places to eat nearby
The rooms are nice and the staff was excellent. It's was easy to get to.i would stay here again.plug.wanted to know it they have any suites there. It's close to I70 and easy to get around. The breakfast was great and a lot of parking space.
This hotel is only 1.5 years old so in very nice condition and very stylish. Large breakfast buffet and eating area. It is only a few blocks from Ben's Pizza (very good) and a few other fast foods. Only 15 minutes from the Wildlife Sanctuary which is a must see.
This is a newer hotel so you would think its nice, it's under staffed or the staff just doesn't care, I'm sure this hotel will go to crap in no time. No towels in my room, almost no toilet paper and the breakfast was pretty much out of everything by 7:00am.
Nice clean rooms. Good prompt service with a smile. Nice helpful people. Good breakfast with multiple food choices. Always filling up the morning breakfast. Would most definitely stay here again. Would recommend this hotel to others.
This is a great place. Clean, nice room, indoor pool, very good breakfast. Big common spaces.checkig in and out was easy. It was easy to get off i-70. Large truck plaza with some fast food next door. Would use again.
This our annual tradition to stop at this hotel during our Spring Break trip from Chicago to Snowmass, CO. It is always a solid, clean and dependable place to stop overnight before headed for the Rockies. We always enjoy the view when we wake up in the morning the day we about to drive into the mountains. Highly recommend this hotel, if you need to catch a break before headed for more driving into the Rockies.
Clean rooms, heated pool, weight room and free breakfast!Becca puts on a great spread and everyone is very friendly which feels great when you are away from home! Coffee is always ready and probably some cookies are around, just in case!If you know your way around it is really close to the airport,DIA!The view from the west side has the mountains, east side the high plains. The pool was nice and warm, rooms spacious.Microwave and fridge in room.
While the conference room was great, the rest fell below expectations. I had stayed here in October, and it was amazing. This time, there was hair left in the drain, and the soap from the previous guest was still in the shower. The breakfast was severely depleted, and was overall disappointed.
We were going to Denver and decided to stay outside the city a little bit and chose Hudson as it is only about 20 minutes away. The ratings were pretty good and so we booked a room here. We were more than happy with everything about the hotel. Big clean rooms, excellent cleanliness, superior front desk service! We will recommend them and use choose Best Western in the future.
Clean, friendly staff and good location, just off the interstate. Not too much to choose from in Hudson for restaurants but found Ben's Brick Oven Pizza. Pizza was delicious and service was very good!
Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bathrooms have a large shower and the sink counter top has plenty of room to spread stuff out on. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. We were on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. We never heard noise from the elevator or people in the hallway coming and going. Great staff made sure we enjoyed our stay.
Fairly new hotel, clean, Staff o.k. , room o.k., location convenient for our needs, but basically a truck stop location. Breakfast closed at 9:00 was not convenient when visiting for weekend. Price was good.
Michele made the best complimentary breakfast buffet I have ever eaten!! They even had vegetarian sausage one morning! Lots of variety and hot, fresh items that were different everyday! Service was super friendly too!!
My wife and I stayed here just one night. She looked up other reviews, and saw the place was recently remodeled. The front desk manager said that tonight she was running a special. Online the rates were $133.00 per night. There special was $99.00. The room was spacious. Mini fridge, microwave, and a work desk. Large bathroom with a large tiled glassed in shower. Would have been a great stay at the regular price!
I love staying here reasonably priced Michelle who makes the breakfast is deserves a raise this is the best Motel breakfast I've had in a very long time. and the food is great room is always clean beds are comfortable
We were searching for a hotel outside of Denver on I-76. We haven't stayed at a Best Western in years (usually stay at a competitor). This place was in excellent condition, and was quite busy. Our bathroom was beautiful. We stayed in the 2 queen-1 double sofa bed room. The breakfast was perfect. We told the staff how impressed we were. This will be a spot to remember for future vacations.
If you need a spot for the night try this hotel. Staff lovely and helpful. Can fit any size rig. Lobby really nice and coffee always available. They have a small indoor pool and serve breakfast every morning. Right off off the Interstate.
We had a great night sleep and our room was very clean and comfortable. Michele, in charge of breakfast, was amazing! Very sweet and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommended!
Breakfast was exceptional and it was so nice to have several healthy options! Michele was in charge of the breakfast area the day we were there and was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast area was very clean. ??
They have a great selection for everyone! Michelle is awesome! She got us anything we needed and when the kids asked for biscuits and gravy she made sure to note it on the board for the next morning. Great place to stay!!!
Fabulous free breakfast in spacious eating room. Pool had warm water . Gas Grill on patio with gazebo to cook a meal if desire.... Loves truck stop & Carls Jr. Restaurant next door. Easy on to interstate 76.... but rooms very quiet ! Bed was VERY Comfortable !!!
We attended a summer safari at the Wild Animal Sanctuary and we wanted a hotel that was close by. The hotel is new and the room was spacious; there were many options for breakfast. There were 2 breakfast burrito choices; one with meat and the other vegetarian; we got the last of the green chili. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly upon arrival and departure.
We stayed one night in a room with 2 beds, a living room with pullout couch, kitchen, and bath. Everything was nice and looked fairly new. Beds were comfortable. They provide breakfast but we did not have any.
The hotel is fairly new. The room spacious and clean. Included breakfast was the usual, but closed earlier than most hotels. Perhaps this is due to most of their clientele working in the area and leaving hotel early in the morning?? It's located right off the highway. We didn't hear any noise in our room. This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, with hardly any dining choices. I found the price of our stay expensive for it's location.
Great place to stay if your passing through or staying in the area for work. Great staff. Excellent breakfast, if you leave before breakfast starts they got you covered with grab & go bags. Keep up the great service
Stayed two weeks. Checked in as a veteran and got military rate. Wife posted a complaint because they never make bed and never take out the trash. We had to use the same towels several days. Had the extended stay room with a kitchen. Already had a fly problem due to nearby chicken farm. No commercial fans at door to help with the problem. That food garbage in the room for several days merely adds to the problem. We checked out and went home but came back whereas we were working across the street and only hotel in the area. First day we went shopping and bought food then realized our microwave would not work. Had they looked into the matter and said it was broken I would have been satisfied. They claimed it could be breaker. 3 days later I took time off work in middle of day to bring up problem with GM. I was not allowed to speak with him, but they called maintenance down and he checked breaker that was all it was. Should have checked 3 days earlier. Then I questioned them about room cleaning and timing. We leave at 6am and return after 4:30 p. We are dirty and tired we want to shower and clean up eat and relax. Bed had not been made in 3 days. Garbage not taken out in 3 days. I shower after work to get clean and in the morning to wake up and rid myself of the bedhead. 5 times I used my towels. I have no idea why I was meet with hostility but I was and told they could not clean the room. I left and went to my room and used the towels for the 6th time. Then went back to desk and asked for toilet paper whereas we were out. Instead of giving me paper they started to question me about my veteran status. I told them I have already checked in twice and shown VA card twice. I came up for toilet paper so we can wipe. "Sir we are going to have to ask you to leave the hotel". I turned and went back to my room to have the police show up 30 minutes later telling me I had to leave. Only time I got angry and briefly lost my composure was when they started questioning my service to the country. They failed to clean rooms ( I had two rooms) and instead of addressing their poor service they want to question my service and first time in 54 years I have been involved in the performance of a police officer. Thankful he was understanding.
Visiting family and were pleased to have a nice place to stay. Our hotel was clean and attractive and reasonably priced. The breakfast provided in the morning was excellent and the staff was helpful when needed. We would stay again as long as the price remained reasonable !
The flies!?!?! I like everything about this hotel except the flies are overwhelming. There is a chicken farm next door, why does this hotel not have commercial fans at the entrances to blow the flies out. This is insane they will offer you a fly swatter if u need one. But you cannot check in/out without flies landing on your face or eat breakfast without flies swarming you. It's simple management!! Get high powered fans at the doors so the majority of them cannot fly in. The fans come on with the automatic doors. Simple solution and this would be a great hotel. I would stay again if that happens but until then I will not be coming back. I've got five trucks to move a month thru here and if u can get this fixed I'll be back.
My husband, Billy, went to Hudson Colorado for a month long job. He stayed in the Best Western hotel. It was the only hotel in the town and it was a bit steeply priced for a weekly stay but it is a new hotel and the rooms were extremely nice. He was so impressed with the beds. He said they were much more comfortable than the one at home. He enjoyed the heated pool as it was still quite cold outside and it was so nice after being outside in the cold most of the day. They had a little commissary area on the ground floor and he frequented often and the prices were much more reasonable than the Love's convenience store next door. Billy said the breakfast every morning was great. There was a very sweet , helpful woman named Michele that always made sure the breakfast was to everyone's liking. She really wanted everyone to be happy and full. To a bunch of hard working men this is important as breakfast is the most imortant meal of the day. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a thorough job. Overall the hotel is worth the money you pay and if ever we are in the area again we will stay there again.
Would like to say that I have stayed at the Best Western Plus in Hudson Colorado, on and off since April of 2017. The staff has always been very helpful, the rooms are always kept clean and the management very professional. I recommend the Hotel to anyone passing through. Thanks for everything to Jon and the staff. TJ Teague.
The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is the best I've had. Michele is the greatest. Had to stay because truck broker down, couldn't have happened at a nicer hotel. The rooms are really nice as well.
I had to write a note everyday and leave at front desk for them to clean the room, provide towels, make up bed, sweep and vacuum the floors and to remove trash. I had to go to the front desk to request a broom and towels. Then go clean my own room.
This is a great hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. I generally stay at this hotel at least weekly for work, however after the terrible experience I had when trying to cancel a reservation (2 days prior to my stay), I will be finding a new hotel to stay at. I called the main hotel and explained my situation and received terrible customer service. The caller didn't do anything to help me out when my meeting had been canceled and I needed to cancel my reservation. If given the opportunity, I would have changed it to the following week when I would be traveling that way again but I wasn't given that option. I am disgusted at the lack of customer service received. I will not be staying here again unless I absolutely have to.
As a Best Western Rewards member we always try to stay at a BW whenever possible while traveling. This hotel certainly did not disappoint! Hotel location provides easy access to a multitude of attractions within short distance. Quiet rooms with very comfortable beds. Great breakfast!
I stay at this hotel every year when traveling to Denver. It is newly build and in very nice condition. Breakfast service was better than most other hotels I've stayed in, wide selection that's delicious!
We travel often with our well-behaved Standard Poodle and this hotel in Hudson Colorado is the best of the bunch. Facilities, hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort are simply tops and the location is perfect for our trips to Arizona and back again in the Spring. We have recommended this stay to friends and hope against hope that you will rescind your plan to eliminate pet stays!
Right off the interstate and next to a truckstop so there is a lot of traffic. Spacious room and comfy bed. Typical breakfast. Water pressure was nearly non existant and that is my biggest complaint. Have to drive approx 10 miles for dining and shopping options.
This was our second time in a BW hotel. I think they are trying to re-brand themselves because in the past I would have stayed away from BW but I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try - and the price was decent. When we walked in the door there was a notice that it was mud season and to please put on little booties you use at open homes. I thought what a great idea for keeping things clean. The room was a very nice size with a chair and an ottoman so no need to sit on the bed to watch TV for at least one person. Check-in was easy. Typically I am the one to do the check-in but I run out for a second and came back and my husband had already completed it. So it MUST have been easy. They had fresh cookies were nice but would suggest putting them at the check-in area. I was a bit disappointed that there was no restaurant but not a big deal. We went to the BW across the road and ate there. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great! The breakfast was decent - eggs, bacon, muffins. Eggs were the mass made kind but those types of eggs are served in most hotels so definitely not a deal breaker. This hotel was right outside Bryce Canyon and close enough to Zion National Park if you're planning on visiting either. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again.
great price and good place to stay in Colorado all employees were great. easy to find . Just north east of Denver on 76 right next door to Loves. would stay there again in the future. nice heated pool and weight room great common areas and good cont breakfast. rooms clean and pet friendly
I took a two week driving vacation this fall and stayed, primarily, at Best Western motels. The last motel, before arriving at home, was the Best Western Plus located in Hudson, CO. This was the cleanest Best Western, and perhaps one of the nicest motels of all brands, I have ever stayed in. And the staff was outstanding. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable.
I stay at the BW 8 times a year. The accommodations are a little better than motel 6 or super 8 not as good as a comfort inn. The price is more expensive. However they seem to be cleaner than most and that speaks to why I would pay more. Helpful staff ....clean no bugs in room or bed.
We stayed in this hotel for the first and last night of a weeklong trip to the mountains. The first night we were on the 4th floor and the room and hallway were clean. The second night we were on the 3rd floor, it was obvious this floor has been used more frequently. There was a big, recent stain in the hallway that looked like vomit ( I kept telling myself it was yogurt or something like that). Next, the tile floor in the entry and bathroom was filthy! Chunks of dirt tracked in all over the floor. I don't want to think how dirty the carpet was... Like others have said, this hotel is used by oil field workers, there are signs for them to please remove their boots, but it doesn't happen. The pluses: Front desk people are vet friendly and helpful, the breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast, the grounds appeared to be kept up fairly well for us dog owners.
The room itself was outstanding. I hope other BW hotels incorporate many of the room features but without the truck noise. This hotel would need a foot thick to isolate it from the din of the adjacent Love's Travel Plaza. The second sign of danger was the vast majority of gas company utility trucks in the parking lot. Lots of smokers out front, a lot of work boots (Think overhead) drunk people in the lobby, and oh, who doesn't not relish the sound of retching in the room next door.
Not much is east of Denver. Family lives outside of Denver and the Best Western Hudson was the closest lodging. Easy on and off access from the freeway, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is your typical breakfast at a hotel, however, each morning it seemed to get worse in options and quality.
Elevators smelled weird and there were some large carpet stains in the hallway. In the evening there was a lady hanging out in the lobby with this gigantic Great Dane (I think). Dog barked loudly as we walked through the lobby. I was there for 3 nights and saw the dog everything night......kind of weird and off putting for those who aren't really dog people.
Excellent service provided by a very competent staff. Also there is a very good restaurant that is walkable for some. Breakfast choices were more than expected. New place will very spiffy showers and very good beds.
The room was great. Even though the hotel allows pets, we did not have any problems with pet allergies in our room - it was cleaned well. The front desk staff were quite helpful. Breakfast staff kept things clean and moving along. Perfect stay on our road trip. Great location; not too far from the airport.
I stayed for 2 nights and I can't think of a single negative. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful and the parking lot was spacious and clean. The room was large and nicely decorated The closet was large and had an iron and ironing board hanging in it. Since it is a fairly new hotel, everything was new and the appliances in the kitchen area were clean and easy to use The king size bed and the abundant pillows were very comfy, as was the chair. There was a really good selection of channels offered on the nice flat panel television and the remote was easy to use. The bathroom was good sized, well lit, and had plenty of counter space. As someone that needs to charge my phone, laptop and camera batteries every night, I really appreciated the abundance of outlets: 4 in the bathroom and 12 in the main room. The biggest plus for me is that this Best Western is only about 8 miles from The Wild Animal Sanctuary. I visit the Sanctuary several times a year on my annual trip to Colorado and having such a nice place to stay nearby is an answer to my prayers! Would I stay there again? Most definitely!
Great Hotel. Brand new with excellent breakfast. Staff was very friendly. They offer a grab bag which included a bottle of water, fruit and two trail bars. We happen to leave a ring behind. They called to let us know. we had already returned home so they offered to mail the ring at no cost to us. What great customer service.
We had a 4th floor room, king bed. Room was very spacious, bed was comfy and extremely clean. Walls between rooms were kind of thin however. I liked the option I could run the fan constantly. Everything we used worked. Check in was very pleasant. Check out, no one was at the front desk. I finally went and found kitchen staff and she came and checked me out and gave receipt. Compared to other hotel breakfast I guess this one was okay. Same ol same ol, Budget meats and pre shaped omelettes. But overall a wonderful comfortable experience!
Nice, new hotel, had family in Frederick and Thornton, about 25 minutes away, enjoyed our stay, clean, easy location, nice breakfast, enjoyed evening cookies. Also nice outdoor area to sit and have a drink and smoke if you want.
Room was great, comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the big bathroom with lots of counter space (just wish there was a bathtub with our shower as my husband prefers baths). The breakfast was good with a lot of different choices. Our only complaint was that the hallways were in need of a good vacuuming, there was a lot of dirt, crumbs etc all over the hallways.
We stayed at this hotel a few months ago when it was brand new. We were very pleased with the customer service and the rooms were excellent. That is why we decided to stay here again on this trip. We made the reservations a month in advance. The manager I spoke with on the phone was very accommodating as we are traveling with a UHaul and needed to have rooms close to the back door. She promised me she would make sure we had the exact rooms we requested and said she would put a note in the computer so our rooms didn't get moved or taken by anyone else. We were to have one king room on the first floor and one double queen on the second floor. We had even called earlier in the day to make sure they didn't give our rooms away because we were having car trouble. When we arrived around 8:30pm the clerk on duty knew nothing about our specifically reserved rooms. We were asked who we spoke with to reserve the rooms but of course we did not have the managers name, only her verbal promise. We were given one handicapped room on the second floor with two queens and a king on the second floor after much arguing. The handicapped room had a handicapped chair in the tub and a hand held shower head. While I'm sure it's wonderful for the handicapped we did not need it and found it to be very problematic to deal with. We did not ask for a handicapped room nor did we want one nor did the front desk clerk tell us that's what she was giving us. The rooms were definitely not as clean as they were a few months ago either. This stay was very disppointing and we will find better accommodations next time some place else where the hotel management can keep their word.
Fairly new facility. Great place. Beds were awesome, good breakfast, clean. Conveniently right off the highway. Wait staff very good. Everyone very friendly. Also, highly recommend the pizza restaurant very nearby. Awesome pizza and good service and prices.
What a great property! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and breakfast was wonderful! The location is great, close to the Wild Animal Sanctuary and we had a great lunch at Ben's Gourmet Pizza next door. I would definitely stay here again!
Stay was great. I would stay at a Best Western again. First time staying at one and was very impressed. Not sure if it was because it was a Best Western plus, but will definitely look to stay another.
We stayed at this hotel because it's so close to the Wild Animal Sanctuary. It's new and has a nice breakfast and comfy beds. The people who work for the hotel are very friendly too. It is an OK work out facility with the pool
Very friendly staff, (both the day and evening crews) very clean rooms, good food, nice outdoor area to relax in, great location in relation to where I needed to be. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
We were very pleased with how nice this hotel was. Having booked this online we were skeptical since it was a quick stop for us off the interstate. It was really quite nice, quiet, comfortable bed. Very good for our quick one night stay.
Hi. Stopped short of denver today. This is a brand new best western hotel in hudson right off the highway. Looks like we are the first people in the room. Everything new and shiny. Smells new. They have a great big area for their free breakfast in the morning. Nice welcome from happy check in desk.
Enjoyed my stay at this BW. Breakfast had variety, rooms were clean; big shower; good location right off 76 in Hudson, CO -- just outside of Ft. Lupton, and easy drive to Denver/Golden area. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean, and they had an outside patio with grill guest could use. I would recommend to friends & family this location...
Our stay here was a bit accidental but it is a very nice hotel. I booked through Best Western, but had looked at Hotels.com to find hotels in the area we needed. I put in the landmark of DIA and this is one of the hotels that came up. I didn't realize how far north this was and it was a LONG way from DIA! Not sure I would ever need a hotel in this area again, but if I did I would certainly stay here. Very nice, comfortably bed, and clean!!
I have stayed at this hotel several times and have encountered the same things on each of my visits. On my last stay there were 10-15 guys waiting in the breakfast area between 5:00-530 am. The breakfast doesn't start until 6:00 am. They had one lady trying to get everything setup who also was running the front desk. There were customers at the front desk needing things, the phone was ringing non stop and the one worker was running back and forth trying to do everything by herself. At 6:00 am there were a few breakfast burritos out and some bacon. I left at 6:15 with a cup of coffee because everything was gone the minute it was put out. The majority of the clientele at this location is oilfield and gas workers. The breakfast should start between 500-5:30 as many of there guests are up and waiting to eat and get out the door. They need a dedicated breakfast person as this is a busy location especially early in the morning. Hopefully, management will take notice and make these easy and much needed changes.
Brand new building. Very clean and comfortable beds. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was just the right size and the weight room had very nice equipment for a full body workout. They had a treadmill and an elliptical.
Presently surprised. The motel still has that just built feel. Efficient check-in, nice 2 queen room with great pillow top mattress'. Best sleep I've had during our 6 week trip. Shower is interesting; which is the point, it's a very large glass door tubless shower. Nice. Great wifi, above average free breakfast and nice pergola covered area out back over looking the prairie. Gas grill with tables and chairs for picnics. (Adjacent to indoor pool entry). I would stay here again and recommend you do too.
I rated this hotel as three stars because there was a serious issue with the pool area flooding which was seriously dangerous. The chlorine levels were also too high. We stayed five nights. Due to the pool issue, we only were able to swim two days. The main requirement of hotels we stay at is having a swimming pool for the kids. If the pool hadn't been an issue I would rate this hotel 5+++ stars. Hotel is new and clean. Customer service is excellent!
"Passing through" Hotel, reaonably convenient for Denver, well worth a diversion if not actually on your dirct route. If you like shower cubicles, particullarly if they are big enough for two!!!, this is for you. BW Hudson is a new hotel on a new development, if you approach from Fort Collins, the access is at the begining of the development, well before the Hotel. The pparent access is a NO ENTRY, and if you miss the entry, it is necessary to go past, over the bridge nd find somewhere to do a U turn.
Stayed here on our way home from the mountains back to the Midwest. Best hotel of 4 we stayed at during our trip! It's very new (7 months, I believe) and everything is sparkling. Pool was nice (wish there was a hot tub!). Room was outstanding, as was our walk-in shower. Jessica at front desk was so nice! Very quiet even though it is located next to a giant truck stop (which is convenient, by the way, because there are 3 different fast food chains right inside.
great location to stop when passing thru from the grand canyon. The rooms are old and dated but were clean. Everyone working was very nice and helpful. The pool was nice and had a good view of the mountains.
This was a nice Best Western. The TV was easy to operate and there was an ice machine on every floor which is a great plus. No bathtub in our room, just a very large nice shower. There were a couple fast food places with in walking distance and a wonderful steak house less than a mile away.
I enjoyed the stay. the location is excellent for me, easy to find and easy access. A service station is close by. An outstanding pizza place is within walking distance as well as fast food options such as Subway and Carl Jr.s.
We have been traveling through Colorado,Wyoming and South Dakota for 12 days. This was our final stop before heading home and our absolutely only horrible experience. We arrived at 3:15 only to find that our two rooms were not on the bottom floor like requested. I was told that they were booked and that's why I didn't get my request (even though my reservation was booked over a month prior to our stay.). We were then told our rooms were not ready even though check in was 3:00. We were told 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. When asked about nearby restaurants I was told there was only a pizza place and fast food burger place next to the neighboring gas station, "Welcome to Hudson Colorado." It was only when I kept questioning that I got that a nearby town called Brighton would have something. I wound up finding something on my own with trip advisor. Then when we got into our room one of the rooms the tv didn't work. The desk clerk came up to reset it. When it still didn't work we were told sorry but the person who fixes them is gone for the day! We were also told that they couldn't grant us a late checkout after our flight was delayed even though I am a Best Western member. The desk said they don't take part in the member club and they are too booked to grant late checkout requests. This hotel was the most expensive one per night that we stayed in and the least accommodating and The hallways need a good vacuum The shower water pressure is ridiculously weak. I will be thinking twice about staying at another Best Western. Nth is is the first time I've ever written a trip advisor review, little lone writing before we even checked out.
About 30 minutes from Denver, right on highway. Rooms were very nice. There is a pool, but no hot tub, which is strange. Also, breakfast was missing eggs! It was an all meat breakfast, it would have been nice to have a variety. Hotel is near a large gas station that has 2 restaurants, otherwise the town is pretty quiet.
Our group came for the Greeley Stampede. We were in the perfect location. 1/2 hr from Greeley, 1/2 from Denver. We were able to get to our destinations easily because of the location of the hotel to I-76 and the surrounding roads. The room was perfect for our needs. The comment my sister made was " I don't feel like I have to wear shoes to walk on the carpet". The shower was nice and tall. We didn't feel cramped at all in the room or the bathroom. It was clean and quiet.
You can tell this is a newer property. The appearance was very nice. Right next door was a large Luv's truckstop with fast food and convenience store. We were preparing for a long road trip so that was great. It was quiet and we had no issues. The breakfast bar was great with 2 teenage kids (with boys breakfast is very important). It had so many choice--- including regular and blueberry waffles. The only negative of our stay was the bathroom was dirty—it could have used some deep scrubbing. Apart from this, the place was super clean. I would definitely stay here again. I wish we could have stayed longer to check out the pool.
I was very impressed with everything! Most affordable hotel on our 8 day vacation and the best! The staff was excellent! During breakfast, the lady in charge was constantly filling and cleaning with a smile. All staff had smiles and were very polite. Our room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable we've had all week. The rooms are very spacious. The pool area also is very nice!
Rooms were VERY modern and VERY clean. AND spectacular! Front desk clerk was very nice. Everywhere in the motel was immaculate! Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Though we had wanted to stay in Brighton, we found no rooms available there. This place in Hudson was the place to stay!
This Hotel is in a great location, friendly staff and nice atmosphere, clean grounds and close to fuel station, mini mart and 2 fast food placed (sub-way and Carl's Jr) the entrance is very welcoming, clean and friendly staff. However the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not! our room was not clean before we arrived, (no vacuuming, shower not clean) then during our stay we had our tip taken for cleaning the room, but it was not cleaned, just swept in and took the tip and dirty towels, it was 10:00 p.m. before we got fresh towels and soap. Next day it was 6:00 p.m. before it was tidy "not cleaned" no wiping down the bathroom counters, showers, or vacuuming, just bed made, towels and coffee. If management would be more involved in the cleaning like the main floor, this hotel would shine, but for now it needs help in that area.
The hotel is new and has an excellent staff, accommodations and breakfast!! Highly recommend... a 20 min drive to Brighton but worth it!! I've stayed on three separate occasions and it has 5 star every time!
30 minutes east of Denver, great place to stay outside of the city, good prices, very friendly staff, good breakfast, very nice and clean, near food and gas, right off interstate, easy to find, would stay again, has pool and outdoor seating area
We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our holiday, prior to catching an international flight home to the UK. The hotel was immaculate, very clean, , spacious room . It was only 20 mins travel time from the airport . We intended to visit the Wild Animal Sanctuary and it was only 10 mins away. The reception staff were very helpful and recommended a great restaurant for our evening meal. The breakfast served in the hotel was very good
We were traveling with our grandchildren to Omaha, NE. Accommodations in Denver we were interested in were not available and/or were too expensive. We chose to stay in Hudson which was on our way to Omaha. The Best Western Plus in Hudson was affordable and very nice. The kitchen staff was very attentive to details in the dining room. We would assuredly stay there again.
We arrived at 11pm, exactly 24 hours, two car journeys and two flights after our wake-up alarm had gone off back in Northern Ireland for our trip to Colorado! We were tired and ready for bed only to find that a confirmed reservation made eight months earlier did not appear on their system! And to further complicate things, there was a plumbing issue and we were told there would be no hot water next morning! In stepped Stephanie on the front desk and within 30 minutes we were on our way up to our room exhausted and ready to sleep. There was hot water in the morning and the cooked breakfast of scrambled egg and bacon with cereals, yogurts, toast and coffee/tea was all you would wish for - an excellent way to start our first full day in Colorado. The hotel is a brand new facility, very clean and tidy, fresh in every way and a great king size bed to sleep on - we would highly recommend this hotel. Situated just off the I-25 and only just over 30 minutes from Denver International we could not find any fault with this hotel. A special thanks to Stephanie who got us sorted, you were great - and at a 50% discount from our original booking rate! We cannot ask fairer than that. Just for one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed Best Western Plus, Hudson CO
You couldn't ask for nicer staff. Super clean. Pet friendly. We had a awesome room with kitchen for only 130. Wonderful free breakfast. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Great place for family and pets.
Great hotel location for visiting the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keensburg - A must do for everyone! Just a 10 minute or so drive away. Clean.comfortable and spacious rooms, great breakfast spread and friendly staff. The beds were comfy and pillows were just okay for my liking. The rooms were on the more expensive end for a Best Western. We were able to get a later check out which was great since we had an early morning run at the Animal Sanctuary. We used AAA to get a better rate. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again.
Several members of our car club opted to spend the night here in advance of a tour departing from Hudson the next morning. We received great service and excellent accommodations in this recently opened facility. (As there was a chance of hail, they even let us park our antique cars under the covered area by the front door.) That evening we enjoyed fresh cookies in a room off the lobby. The breakfast buffet the next morning even featured warmed green chili sauce to ladle over the eggs. We'd gladly stay here again.
We were traveling and my husband remembered that a new hotel was being built . My Husband transports trailer's and he fills up at Love's. So, i googled the area and found Best Western Plus. We are members so it worked out for us. The 2 ladies that checked us in, Holly and Kim, were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast as always with Best Westerns was very good. The eating area was so modern and pleasant to have a quiet meal. We will visit again one day.
Nice staff. Hotel was very clean, beds comfortable. Entrance is very attractive with a dining facility that was inviting and cozy. The breakfast was very good. Easy access to I-76. Gas stations and restaurants close by. Lots of parking. The only complaint I have is that people came in late and made lots of noise. Banging and thumping from 11pm - 3am. Good place to stay if you are visiting the Wild Animal Sanctuary near Keensburg.
Great service, great value! Clean room and very comfortable. Entryway was very attractive and dining area was comfortable and inviting. Pet friendly and pet safe. Easy access from I-76, with two restaurants within walking distance.
Nice hotel, over priced. Non professional staff, slovenly, could care less. Very disorganized at check in and rude. I definitely would not stay here if there were other options available for this area.
Banging and thumping all night long. Sounded like a generator and other construction equipment. Peoples unattended enormous dogs howling and barking ( and leaving poop everywhere, watch your step!!). At 7:30am more construction arrived and started installing speakers... no chance of rest. It was more peaceful in the truck stop nextdoor. The Manager was abrupt and rude. And the hot breakfast gave me a very upset butt by early afternoon. Oh, and the shower door didnt fit properly.
Stayed here for a night earlier this week. The hotel is just off the freeway and easy to get to. Brand new hotel, you can still smell the paint. Very clean, comfortable beds, good TV. Ask for a room away from the train tracks, as the train can get noisy. A decent breakfast in the morning, there is also a small gym and pool. Friendly and courteous staff.
We just happened to find this hotel by calling the Best Western 800#. We were looking for something near Hudson, Co. We really lucked out when we found this almost brand new hotel. There isn't anything we can say bad about it. We were on the top floor so it was very quiet. We didn't use the pool or exercise room but it looked very inviting. We were just too tired after a long drive.
This hotel was very nice! Everything seemed real clean and looked brand new. The beds and pillows were comfy too! I had made an error with my reservation date since the incorrect dates auto filled when I was searching on my phone and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to change this for me. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was one of the best ones I've had in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again!
This was a very nice hotel. Had everything we needed and nice staff. The room was well decorated, great remote for the tv and the continental breakfast was very good. I had forgotten our toothpaste and went to the front desk to see if the had some for sale and she gave me some for free
The staff, breakfast, and rooms are outstanding!!! Very pleasant stay!! The brick oven pizza was awesome and the location was perfect for what we needed to do. I highly recommend this particular Best Western in Hudson, CO
We stopped here for the night as we were taking a long road trip. The Best Western Plus Hudson is just off of the freeway and a great option for an overnight stop before you get into Denver. This hotel is brand new and very nice. Our room was large and nicely decorated. The bathroom and shower are very good size with plush towels. The bed was comfortable and the building was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection of good food and the eating area is beautiful. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. What more could you want? I would stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone.
