Best Western Plus Hotel Loveland Inn, Loveland

Large hotel with nice accommodations. Centrally located, but you need to make some U-turns to get there/get where you are going sometimes. If you can make Saturday night Karaoke in the lounge, do it. The regulars are fun and they appreciate the new comers. Hotel is very clean and there is plenty of room to sit for breakfast. Staff is excellent and very accommodating.

When we arrived the room had a moldy odor. The front desk said they would have to run a machine for a period of time & we would not be allowed in the room nor could any of our belongings. The outside fan bearings on the A/C unit were not working properly. The unit sounded like a plane taking off but never completing it's goal. At night the A/C was so loud we couldn't use it. The toilet made a loud screeching noise after each flush. The bathroom was so small that the door had to be shut while showering or using the toilet. There were no grab handles in the shower. The curtains were wrinkled and had staples in them just like they had come out of the bag. The CO2 detector was on the floor where it shouldn't have been. The ceiling on walk way at the first floor had places falling down.

Our room was really clean. The amenities were great. The refrigerator had an actual freezer, not just a freezer compartment. The television was decent size. The bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were full and soft. I really love that there are shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower instead of the little bottles. Also, this hotel was right next to the highway, but you wouldn't know it once inside. It was so quiet and relaxing.

Very small room, could barely turn around in the bathroom, had to move coffee pot into bathroom to plus in, had to ask for more than 2 coffees for 2 people, curtain over closet, not nearly enough outlets, mattress uncomfortable. We will not stay here again.

I don't travel much and am picky as to where. BW plus Loveland inn exceeded my expectations. Rooms were affordable, clean and comfortable, courteous staff, full breakfast was nice. No need to travel to a restaurant. Would recommend and stay here again when in the area!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Our room was perfect - clean and with everything we needed. We did add on the romantic package, which was a fun addition at an acceptable price. The breakfast was great - waffles, assorted toppings, fruit, yogurt, bread, eggs, sausage, etc. The assortment was a delight! The hotel is at a highway interchange, but we could not hear highway noise inside the hotel. We were very pleased with this stay - every interaction with staff was pleasant and relaxed. We look forward to staying here again. We did not try the fitness center, pool, or internet access. We did eat at the onsite lounge, Monroe's. Drinks were great, food was decent, and the cheesecake was great.

We have stayed at this particular hotel four times in connection to medical services as we travel in from Nebraska for medical procedures. This stay was far more pleasurable due to the front desk staff being more than warm and helpful. I did not know they had a special rate for medical so I have used Veteran status. Whatever changes/trainings you have done with your staff surrounding customer service, has worked.

Conference Staff, Bar and Restaurant were amazing. Absolutely love this location and their bar. I hosted an event here at their banquet hall. The event staff were wonderful and great to work with. The rooms are typical Best Western, could be updated. We did have one issue with the Front Desk Manager. She was very difficult to work with and seemed to find ways to say no and make things harder.

From the first encounter to the last, the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome; the hot foods were hot and the cold foods were cold. There was a nice variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The entire staff was friendly and polite. I was treated as a valuable guest. Good restaurant on site, and a convenience store next to the property. Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Convenient to the highways, and close to shopping and a variety of restaurants

On a multi day road trip with friends and we decided to stay here for the night. This is probably one of the best nights of sleep I've gotten on our entire trip. Room was clean, sheets were clean, pillowcases clean, and towels were clean. Breakfast was actually very good. Their bacon was actually fantastic. My room had two queens in it, each with 4 pillows. There was a table with two chairs and an ice bucket on it and that was next to a chest of drawers that held the TV. A clothes closet with a curtain door hell of a luggage rack, an iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer. Across from that was a refrigerator and coffee maker and microwave. Bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of vanity space. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was in a dispenser in the shower. And if you forget something they will give you anything that you might need such as a toothbrush, razor etc. Everything clean, nice comfortable beds, and an AC unit that has the constant fan feature that I really like. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I've uploaded pictures of my room.

Stayed before and rate this highly. Pride of ownership shows in the xtra touches. Liked the rocking chairs. Clean rooms. Right now it is hard to see from road because of construction. Right next to gas station before entrance to I 25 Towards Denver. I missed it and drove 10 miles out of way before I used gps.

Clean, comfortable, and amazingly well-equipped hotel. We really enjoyed the FULL breakfast created in a real kitchen. And we were very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the room. We didn't use the dog park, gas fire ring, or heated pool, but they looked outstanding. This BW is unusually fine for a roadside stay...at a very reasonable rate.

Dirty hotel, Low quality appliances low quality lighting is very in adequate. I would not recommend paying best western plus prices for this place. I can't help but feel ripped off staying at that place

The room was clean. We got a ground room floor that we asked for. However, no blow dryer in the room and I had to go get one from the front desk, no tub stopper and no privacy sign. I would say it's Best Western, but I'm not sure about the Best Western Plus part.

Not sure what is going on but to get to the hotel there are no overhead signs that I saw so look for the Conoco gas station at the noted address. Also you can not turn to get to hotel. You need to travel about a mile past then use a round about and then turn into parking lot. They were remolding the breakfast bar area so you used the on site restaurant. Gary was our server. Polite and friendly and did a wonderful job. Food was delicious for supper. The next morning my wife wanted a lot of cream with a little coffee.......and I asked 3 people for regular cream. No one seemed to understand what I as asking. Went to restaurant and Gary gave me some milk. Later when we order food it was very good just like the night before. We did find in the room that it needed to be cleaned a little better. Found a straw, used dirty nasty q-tip and used kleenex near bed.

This hotel is one of the older ones. I understand that it has had some renovations. The room was clean but first impression was not. When entering the room, the smell was of an older hotel. A musty damp smell. Needed to be aired out. the smell did get by the next day. The bathroom was clean as well as the rest of the room. Just that smell when first walking in. got past that and was a comfortable room.

Avoid this hotel. The carpet was disgusting. One employee at the front desk was rude and condescending. Their policy regarding pets isn't enforced. They double charged our bank card. The breakfast was cold and didn't have hardly any food at 8:30.

This hotel was definitely an older hotel, the room was clean and smelled fresh. We were concerned about the traffic noise since we were on the ground floor facing I25, but that did not cause a problem at all. There was a courtyard with a nice pool and a gazebo/ picnic seating area that was very inviting. Nuvia checked us in, very nice and friendly. A few concerns with the room, no shampoo, no body wash ( the containers were there but they were empty!) carpet stains , the tub did not drain and when you showered there was about 6 inches of water in the tub. Also, the sink did not drain. The bed, pillows were very comfortable.

Stayed in a “pet friendly” room that really seemed more like pet abused. Carpet was filthy and the bedspreads had paw prints from previous “guests”. If a hotel chain charges $25 and a $100 room deposit to bring your pet along, they need to use the extra money to ensure that the room gets a little extra cleaning between guests.

I made a reservation because I have had good luck staying at some nice Best Western's. It was late check in and we were exhausted and looking forward to a good night sleep. The lobby looked new and fresh. Impressed so far! But then we went into the room. Musty smell, old mattress, everything looked good on the surface. Bed was uncomfortable and I felt like bugs were crawling all over me all night. I could not see anything , and I tried to sleep and so did my husband but it was restless. We left close to 5:00 am and we were glad to leave. Never again and I would not recommend.

We really enjoy the pool and outer areas. Our room smelled dirty. We kept spraying it, but the fact remains a simple vacuum isn't enough. Those carpets NEED to be cleaned. The smelly room was my major complaint. We just couldn't feel comfortable knowing the floor wasn't clean. I realize 2020 was hard on the industry, but things still need to be addressed.

Very nice and friendly staff and housekeeping. they are always asking how you doing and if you need anything. and they are always asking for my Babies(pets). They got a very nice and clean fenced in pet run.

You can tell the owner of this property takes great pride in its appearance. Lush beautiful grounds to walk and relax in. parking areas well kept and building in remarkably clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely recommend and stay here again in future visits..

The motel was a lot older than the photos looked, but it was clean and acceptable. Location was noisy being right on the freeway, but that didn't really bother us. The room was a pet room so there was an odor upon entry into the room, it smelled as if the hotel used a heavy duty cleaner to try to clean/cover any previous odors. This too was acceptable. What was NOT acceptable was coming back to the room after a long day outside and not having any Hot Water. Apparently several rooms are connected to a single Boiler and if you did not take your shower early enough, you did not get any hot water ~ we are talking ICE cold. On a hot day, this may be ok, but not on a cold and rainy day, the front desk simply said "sorry, you know how older motels can be"......WOW, for the price and paying $25 extra a night for a dog bringing the total to over $140 a night, you would at least expect to take a Hot Shower.

We had reservations here for a 2-night stay. Took way too long to get through registration, and there was only one other person at the front desk registering. Buffet serving system in the morning was a nightmare as one person was assigned to take care of your order. The system comes to a grinding halt when someone wants a waffle and all have to wait for it to be cooked. And don't even think about going back for something extra. Their bar is the same. Slow as molasses. We were not the only frustrated customers. Room was perfect. Grounds are beautiful. Rabbits run in the courtyard.

I am so sorry your stay was not perfect. I openly admit that we are short handed but we are working diligently to correct the problem. I also want to mention we moved to a self serve full breakfast last Saturday. This will help with a smoother transition through the breakfast room. i hope you come back and see us after all the covid restrictions are over and people want to return to work.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Clean rooms and a Hot Breakfast every morning. Also the restaurant and lounge is a very good place to relax and have dinner and a drink before bedtime. And a very Big Fenced In Pet Run.

We chose this hotel due to location off of I-25 and Hwy 34 and price. The room was clean and comfortable. It was hard to get to off of the Highway heading west as there was no place to turn into because of the median. We had to make several turns and head back east on Hwy 34 to enter the property. I would recommend however for it's price and cleanliness. We also had to ask for clean towels at the front desk instead of having them delivered to our room which was an inconvenience.

Hotel is hard to get to but is worth the trouble. Room was clean well maintained. Only drawback was very small bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good and water always hot. Comfortable easy chair and chair and desk. The only drawback to this hotel is it is hard to get to.

Thank you for providing me a place to stay so that I can continue to work during the snow storm. I appreciate her help and her willing to accommodate my needs on short notice. She is a blessing and she has a very nice facility.

I am so upset with Best Western. I have been a loyal client for years. We have stayed in the Best Western in Loveland, CO almost every month for the last year. On October 1st we made reservations for Christmas so we can go up and have a Christmas in a room the boys love. My fiancé's son lives in Loveland so we were going out there and renting the large room for the weekend to spend Christmas together. We booked flights, booked hotel, arranged family affairs, etc. 1 week out we were told they canceled our reservation not because of COVID but because a big company bought all the rooms “and they couldn't pass it up”. I get it but also... A WEEK before Christmas!! Absolutely no loyalty to clients that have been loyal to you!! Our 2 boys have been so excited and now I get to break the news to them. Not only that but other places we would choose to stay are also now sold out. We have come to the conclusion that the entire trip has to be changed... days before we were going to leave. Needless to say I am not happy. I would say you just lost a client but obviously you don't care if you lose me as a client. Unless I can rent out an entire hotel I'm obviously not important to you. A great way to end 2020 Best Western!

We had our wedding here. Everyone that helped us prepare for it was amazing. They all went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly, which it did. The honeymoon suite was very nice, as were the other rooms.

We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, pre-COVID. It's rather hidden from the road and difficult to find. It's particularly difficult to drive off property, especially if going west. Due to COVID (according to the front desk), housekeeping services have been suspended. We stayed only one night, but should you want your sheets changed you have to do it yourself! Pitifully poor internet! There is no real excuse for this failing. The bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous. Carpets need to be cleaned. The COVID breakfast was only fair - select a pre-bagged sandwich from the fridge in the lobby. Heat it in the microwave in your room. Sack included an apple and muffin. NO juice or hot chocolate. We can't wait to have waffles, biscuits & gravy, and eggs & bacon back — if ever!

We are sorry that your stay was not to your satisfaction. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions placed upon us by our county and by Best Western we are not allowed to have our housekeeping staff enter a room that is currently occupied. They would be more than happy to refresh rooms if not for the restrictions. We do offer fresh sheets and towels to guest upon request. Our breakfast bags are also a result of the restrictions placed upon us. Our kitchen staff takes and makes the breakfast sandwiches fresh each day and places what Items we are allowed to have inside the bags. We normally do have cartons of juice available next to where we have the bags each morning. If we do not then it's due to running out or we did not receive our new shipment the night before. Otherwise we have Hot coffee and Hot water for tea available 24/7 in our lobby as well as bottles of water for sale at our front desk.

I have stayed at this property a number times over the past few years. It is always one of my faves. I like the fact that it has a onsite restaurant, as well as outside and downstairs rooms available. In the south we call them down and out rooms. Especially convenient if you are physically handicapped.

This is the first hotel that I have stayed in since the coronavirus situation began, and I am so relieved. Everything here is so clean, the staff and guests all wear masks and social distance. I feel safe. Look for the special 14-ounce blackened rib-eye steak at the hotel's Monroe's Lounge. It's the best steak I have had in years! It came out rare, just as I ordered it, maybe 1 ½-inches thick, deeply blackened with a peppery exterior, tender—and enormous. (I am staying here for a week, so I put the leftovers in my room refrigerator and made two more meals from it.) At $27, it is way underpriced. Add a beer or a $5 glass of merlot. Perfect. I scored a back room that overlooks the outdoor pool and beautifully landscaped gazebo, where there seems to be wedding this weekend. Extra fun to watch.

As a BW member and reading 4*reviews I was shocked at what I found on arrival. Sign asked all to wear masks yet employees were not, claiming health restriction to do so. I arrived early and they promptly gave me a room... I planned to drive Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park so just wanted to check in before doing that. Opened door to a room with odor, and carpet I would never take my shoes off on. Appeared to be stained with dog feces not cleaned well. I had a can of lysol due to covid so thought perhaps if I sprayed it down I could force myself to give it a go after returned from drive. Spent drive asking myself did I really want to stay there during covid when it didnt appear clean to begin with, and decided I could not. In my 30 years of travel I have never left a hotel for being so bad. I'm not sure where the 4*reviews come from but certainly not from anyone given room 128 which had outside door, and appeared to be part of very old hotel they added onto. Not a Best Western PLUS by far! Glad they didnt charge me, or I'd be calling management for refund. I couldnt let review go undone with all that's going on and wanting to be sure no one else fooled by 4* reviews. Finding a hotel to relocate to wasnt in my plans.

Hotel was decent and a decent location, however during covid they did not clean the room at all we had to ask for sheets and change our own bedding and when we left towels in the hall 4 Exchange, they just took them and did not replace them. You also had to take out your garbage in the hallway and wait for them to empty and replace the liner. There was no hot breakfast, just a bag breakfast with the same stuff in every day for 7 days, a breakfast sandwich cold, an apple, and a cookie. They did not advise in advance of their covid-19 stipulations for room cleaning as do it yourself, request everything you need daily, and not serving breakfast. Pool was nice however we did not see anyone maintaining, skimming or vacuuming throughout the seven days. Did see them check chlorine levels though.

We were headed to Estes Park and RMNP the next day. This was the perfect spot to stay for the night and get a early start to head on up the road into the Rockies. The front desk was quick and efficient and the room was large. We were impressed. Not much for a breakfast but then it is that time of a covid mess. Thumbs up to this place . Only one problem is that you have to make U turns to get to the hotel if you are heading west. Go to the light to do that it will save you time.

I choose Best Western because in part of their pet friendliness ! I have therapy dogs and Loveland Colo has a beautiful off leash pen for potty. It is clean and we responsible pet owners keep it clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, having everything we need.

This Best Western was the perfect choice! We decided to have our rehersal dinner here, and made it our choice for our wedding guests to stay as well. From the beginning the staff and event coordinators were so helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to assist in anything. We started with a room block for our guests and then was contacted by one of the coordinators to see if we wanted to book the shuttle. We did. Then we were contacted to see if we wanted to have our rehersal dinner with them. By this time we waited, to see what this COVID pandemic would allow and if we would be able to even have our wedding at all. Almost down to 3 weeks before the wedding and we got a thumbs up for our wedding. Back to planning. So very last minute we decided to have the rehersal dinner with BW and they did a fantastic job! Not only was it beautiful it was delicious and our guests were so delighted! We also stayed in the presidential suite for 2 nights and can I just say how Amazing our stay was! Would do it all over again a zillion times! BW you rock!!

Stayed on a Sat night, beautiful hotel. Rooms were large, modern, and clean. Soft, comfortable beds. Was really quiet we slept great. Fd clerk suggested a pizza place for dinner (Arties) delicious! Would definitely stay again.

The Best Western staff is very professional , they think of every detail . Our every need was accommodated . This included block pricing for beautiful rooms, gorgeous centerpieces, help with setting up the room, sound system, children's space to play during the service as well as excellent brownies and cookies. Our family grief was lighten from the compassionate caring staff. They are a first class, top shelf establishment.

The reason for this trip was for surgery at United Health Care of the Rockies and needed a place prior night and night of surgery for family. Received discount price and an excellent place to stay! Ok

Staff is very friendly and welcoming, this hotel is clean and comfortable. The first floor pet-friendly rooms are arranged at the edge of the property to allow easy access to the enclosed courtyard with plenty of lighting for those middle-of-the-night potty runs. The courtyard has lush green grass and plenty of trees and shrubs around the perimeter for dogs to have fun exploring and relaxing as well as a gazebo with plenty of seating. It's a nice, safe space for humans and pets. There are lots of bunnies living amongst the shrubbery in the coutyard...my mini Aussie was very distracted wanting to chase them instead of attending to his business lol. The staff keeps the grounds very clean which is greatly appreciated. There were several other dogs in the rooms directly adjacent, and despite hearing the occasional bark which is par for the course we all had a good, restful night and our pup settled right in without getting overly concerned about the other dogs nearby. The hotel is just off the freeway but we never noticed any traffic noise from the room. My one suggestion for the property would be to add dog waste stations in the courtyard area with a trash receptable specifically for pet waste.We stayed here twice during our multi-state road trip -- we liked it so much the first time that we stayed again on the return leg of our journey. It will definitely be on our itinerary when we come through this area.

Service was impeccable, staff was very helpful, and they truly have oversize vehicle parking. Easy on and off I-25 ,fuel station close by. Awesome views of the mountains and nearby farms. Totally enjoyable stay!

We've stayed at this hotel 1-2 times/year for the past few years, but this will be our last time. We've always appreciated the dog-friendliness, the attached restaurant, and the friendly people. This time, there were a number of housekeeping issues which I won't go into, but most importantly, there was no hot water in the morning. We were comped the $25 pet fee. Where's the relevance in that? We should not have had to pay the entire charge for this room.

This hotel is clean and comfortable with a very nice breakfast. I was with a quilt group on a retreat. The staff were all wonderful. Only complaint is a guy in the room next to me was banging around and slamming doors loudly for hours, so I could not sleep second night. I called the front desk, and when they called that room, he said he was checking out. Loud banging continued for about 30 more minutes before it got quiet. When I checked out the next morning, that rude person still was not checked out.

This Best Western was very close to my brothers rehab and they had rooms when we walked in. I was given the lower rate since I was a Best Western member but felt a lower rate could have been offered for multiple nights stay. Room was clean and quiet, internet was fast, and the breakfast was delicious.

I stayed at Loveland best western, in Colorado. It is a Great area. There are plenty of restaurants and activities to do. I would say the only thing I wasn't to happy with was noisy neighbors, but once they quiet down I slept like a baby.

Located just a few blocks from I-25 and near many shopping and recreational activities this hotel is pretty nice for a mid-range hotel. We were in town for a basketball tournament and it was just a block away to Target for some forgotten items, and many restaurants were in the same shopping center. We couldn't get a handicapped accessible room for Mom, but there was a lobby bathroom we could use. If we were not travleing with the basketball team we would not have stayed here because of that issue. Breakfast was good, however the area was too small for the amount of people using it. Also the washing machine was out of order so that was inconvenient for people trying to wash their uniforms.

Hotel is located at the interchange of Hwy 34 & I-25. Convenient to major shopping areas and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff helpful. During our stay we had a snow storm and one of the maintenance staff assisted in cleaning our car of snow and making a path out of the parking lot. The only issue with this hotel is the access of Hwy. 34 which requires you to exit and enter through a convenience/gas station parking lot, which can be challenging during heavy traffic.

The hotel seems like it's a nicer one, but the room we had was run down, and needs to just be tore down. Staff were pleasant. The options at the “continental” breakfast, were incredible. There was even someone who made banana nut breaid! It was homemade.

My reservation was not accurate even though I made it 5 months ago. I stayed in a king room when the reservation was for a double queen room. They told me I must have book through expedia but I had in fact booked directly through Best Western. They said the hotel was full and there was not another room that matched my reservation. I would have not stayed but we had a whole group of family staying there for a wedding. I wanted to be close to my family after traveling across the USA.

The Kennedy Suite is an extraordinary value. Would stay here anytime-the suite features a full kitchen, dining / living room /office area with sleeper sofa, king size bedroom, half bath near the bedroom, and a full bathroom with a jetted tub (so-so) as well as a steam shower (wonderful!). A top notch experience and a super value. There is a staircase to the suite, so it may not be accessible to the mobility impaired.

Rolled in after a month of RVing. We were traveling with our large dog and wanted a clean place to get a good night sleep and freshen up. We had some business to attend to so we needed a space to review documents and have a notary meet with us. Researched online for business quality and pet friendly options and found The Best Western Plus in Loveland. We enjoyed a lovely facility, beautifully cared for back space, lovely pool area, and a separate, well designed, fenced off-leash dog space. We even enjoyed a view of the mountains! With or without a pet, this is a nice facility.

This is an older hotel that originally had outdoor entry to rooms but has been updated and enclosed. Overall positive experience, very good breakfast, clean, and comfortable bed. However if the internet is important to you stay elsewhere. It was very slow upon check in at 3:30, very slow later in the evening, and very slow at 6:30 the next morning. When we contacted the front desk we were told it was because of “heavy usage”. Hard to believe there was “heavy usage” at all hours of day and night.

If you want a hotel that has room odor, dead bugs in the bathroom this might be the place for you. We had to be moved to anther room because of room odor and then in the new room we had to use our own air freshener to make that one work. However, the breakfast was very good, and the staff was fine although very busy and they can only do so much with what they have to work with. Didn't make our bed for the second night but they picked up the trash and gave new towels. Was way overpriced for the stay. Stayed in $65 rooms that had more going for it than this place. Was a pain getting back on the highway to go downtown and you could only turn right and had to go a long way to make a u-turn.

I am so sorry that we failed to provide you with enjoyable stay. Every year in about the 2nd or third week of September when they start cutting the corn field next to us we get invaded. Fortunately, they only last a couple of days and we spray the entire time trying to keep them out of the rooms. As for your bed, if there are multiple items or an expensive item, like a computer, the maids are instructed to not touch the bed. Seeing how the trash was emptied and you got new towels, I am guessing that is what happened. Again, I am sorry your stay was not ideal.

Check-in, check-out staff pleasant but looked like they wished to be someplace else. The "Plus" must refer to the meeting space and other aspects that do not carry value for the regular traveler. The rooms are really, really dingy and very, very old, outdated. Carpets so nasty - be sure to bring flip flops so you don't have to walk around bare foot. Bathroom - it's smaller than a closet and tub is sketchy. We did not use the AC unit - just opened windows - because the unit is noisy and the air coming out of it stinks. Breakfast food is typical fare - tasteless breads, watery eggs, salty meat (sausage), and soggy fruit. Toaster took way too long to "toast" anything - it was basically warming the bread/bagel. Coffee was okay. Best was dry Raisin Bran with milk and call it done. People turned on TV and way loud which was annoying. Just a not so nice place to stay.

All in all everything was great except the only way out of the parking lot was to the right. In order to go west you had to go up and over the highway to find a place to make a turn-around. That got tiring. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and quiet. Breakfast was very good and large dining area, too. The pool outside had a very pleasant appearance that provided a nice place to sit and relax. The adjoining restaurant and lounge was a bit pricy but take advantage of happy hour and that helps. Good food and a pleasant place to sit and relax. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. No complaints of the hotel itself, just the exiting trouble.

We were on our way home from an extended trip west and spent one night at this hotel. It was a happy experience - we'd been in the car all day and were pleased with the fitness center, the attached restaurant/lounge (with room service, which we didn't end up using). I took a walk outside and was very impressed with the landscaping - so many beautiful flowers! And the hot breakfast buffet helped send us on our way the next morning.

One never knows what they are going to get when they go to a chain hotel. This by far was one of the best places I have stayed in the realm of hotels such as Holiday Inn, and Comfort suites. for example. Like other Best Westerns I've stayed in the restaurant/bar is really good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's an older hotel, but it's clean and comfortable. Pretty good access to a variety of newly developed restaurants and shopping, and it's right off of I-25.

I stayed at this property this past weekend and had a very nice stay. I can understand why this is called a "Best Western Plus" because it's very nicely decorated and maintained. The location is right off the highway. Despite being so close, I had no problem at all with noise. I like sleeping with the window open when possible, and I was able to do so here without being bothered by traffic noise. It's just a little background white noise. And of course if you close your window, you won't hear anything at all. The staff was super friendly, and the young man who checked me in even called me by my name when he saw me later. I love when a hotel has an outdoor sitting area, especially in Colorado where the weather's often so nice. This hotel has a small outdoor area in the front and a huge one in the back. There's also an outdoor pool that was mostly nice, though the sides of it looked a little sketchy (I'm not sure if they needed to be scrubbed or painted). The place has conference rooms for those with such a need. The breakfast was good; it had all the protein things that I look for. The hotel also has an on-site bar/restaurant. I like this because then you can have a drink or two without worrying because there's no driving. And they give you a coupon for it when you check in. The night I was there, they were having karaoke. The place looked nice, and I was all set to check it out. I was going to have a drink and appetizer and perhaps muster the courage to do a karaoke song. Unfortunately, I'd done a lengthy hike earlier in the day, and I conked out before I got to the bar. (And by the way, karaoke in a hotel is potentially a red flag in terms of noise. However, they do a good job of isolating the sound. I had one of the rooms closest to the bar. I woke up while things were still going on. I popped my head out the door and couldn't hear anything.) I would definitely return here if I'm staying in Loveland.

We were not happy that we had to sign a waiver that we would not smoke or have pets in our room, yet the dog run was the view and odor outside our window! The room had a pet odor about it when you entered. Maybe they should keep the pet guest rooms separate from the non-pet guest rooms!

We always try to put the pets n the pet rooms. However, there are a few times when we have to move them into another room. I will have housekeeping go into your room for a deeper clean. Thanks for letting me know.

I don't think we will be staying again. As nice as the staff was the management was nowhere to be found. Staffs ability to remedy issues is limited. The fire pit didnt work properly, the pool lights were going out, the furniture was worn and broken on the patio, the patio was not cleaned regularly, many of the games by the pool were broken, the trash outside was not maintained, one of the four days we stayed our room was not cleaned until after 6pm after we finally requested it, the maid and maintenance service was way understaffed, when the room was cleaned they didnt empty the trash or clean the mirrors, management was nowhere to be found, the GM did not return our requests to speak with them. For $175 per night this is unacceptable. This is a $65 per night room at best. Plus should not be associated with this hotel. This is largely a management issue, not a staff issue. The staff did what they could with what they had but clearly had no support from above. After all this we were offered a $25 credit off of 4 days totaling $700. That is insulting.

I admit we have been short staffed for the past month and the employees that are still here are working their tails off to keep up. I can honestly say we have taken care of that issue and we should be back on track now. I am really sorry that I did not get the message to call you. I sincerely hope you can find it in your heart to forgive us.

This is a real hidden gem that is right next to I-25 and from the outside just looks like an average, run-of-the-mill motel. The inside is extremely well maintained and the high ceiling on the breakfast area makes it feel quite grand. I stayed with my family (including dog) and the pet facilities are the best I have seen in a hotel since they include a small off-leash area plus wild rabbits to chase! The room we had was also great for a pet since it opened to the outside and there was a nice place to walk the dog along the edge of a large field of maize (which is no doubt where the rabbit-sized entertainment came from!). The restaurant has great service, fantastic food and, most importantly, really good beer (I can strongly recomment the IPA). The staff on the front desk were all very friendly and chatty and, despite the proximity of I-25, there was absolutely no noise in the room. I would very strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and particularly for those travelling with pets.

We booked our room last minute, as there was an issue with an AirBnB house we were staying in with family. Kim, at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly and was able to secure us a room around 8pm. We found the room to be clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. As with most hotels, I wasn't crazy about the pillows -- I'm always amazed that they're so flimsy and never close to being firm -- but the bed itself was fine. We had to extend our stay one night and they were more than accommodating and were able to keep us in the same room. They offer a free breakfast -- we only grabbed a few things to go each morning so I can't speak much to it... seemed fine though. My only criticism is the same one I have with ALL hotels of this type -- the doors close so loudly no matter what you do. So when your neighbors come and go, it's so loud and disturbing. We had an adjoining room, too, so although we weren't opening that door, we could still hear our neighbors. Luckily they didn't stay loud too late. Overall, this is a great place and we'd definitely stay there again.

Hotel showed some signs of being dated however it was clean and I had no real issues. Only issue is that it is very difficult to get in and out of hotel during the rush hours. Fitness center had good equipment. Breakfast was ok, however not the best that I have had at a BW Plus. Stayed for a week and it was fine.

I stayed at this medium-sized (89 rooms over 2 floors) motel for a few nights in mid July 2019 to visit family in the Loveland area. I stayed in a room with a king-sized bed and it was comfortable but included black out curtains that really didn't work. Check-in time was 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am. The hotel was tricky to get to because you need to turn left at the Conoco service station and back track past the pumps to the hotel parking lot. If leaving the hotel going west into downtown Loveland you must actually go east 3/4 mile and then make a U-turn heading west because there is no way to cross Eisenhower Blvd. from the hotel. This is an older motel that has been remodeled but could still use an updating - the furniture and carpeting is worn and the room is a confusing jumble of different patterns (see attached photos) that is not good for relaxing. This non-smoking and pet friendly hotel provides a very basic buffet breakfast (6:00 am - 9:00 am M-S and 6:30 am - 10:00 am on Sunday) with just a few choices that really never filled me up. There is a heated pool (8:00 am - 10:00 pm), restaurant/bar open till 10:00 pm, conference rooms, a wedding gazebo, basic fitness center, guest laundry, wifi, business center with 2 PC's and printers and plenty of free parking. The beds were comfortable but there was some room to room (TV), bathroom (toilet and shower) and hallway noise. There is really nothing in the immediate area (easy walking distance with a sidewalk) except a Conoco gas station/convenience store. What I really didn't like was that the room was heated and cooled by a noisy under window unit that made sleeping 5 feet away difficult. The room also included a desk, chair, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, full length mirror, coffee/tea kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and in the bathroom Citrus shampoo, Citrus conditioner and Citrus body wash. I actually enjoyed my stay at this reasonably priced older hotel. There are many newer and more expensive hotels in the immediate area for those wanting newer rooms and more amenities at a higher nightly rate. This hotel is very good if looking for a place to stay for only a few nights where all you do is sleep, shower and store your luggage.

We were there one night but our room was large enough and had 2 queen beds, facing the pool area. Had a peek a boo view of the front range. Room was clean. Had a microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was well appointed but on the small side. Swam in the pool. It was large. Lots of people using it so we had to go ask for pool towels as they were out. Used the fitness center and had plenty of equipment. The breakfast was wonderful. The green chili sauce was excellent. Had to ask for coffee as it had run out but the breakfast area was fairly swamped when we got there. The lady working that area was working as fast as she could. Hotel is right off the interstate but no road noise inside. They had a bar with karaoke although we did not visit it but it looked like fun. Complimentary cookies near reception. All in all a very good experience.

I would definitely come back. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They come with a full size ironing board, a fridge with separate freezer and microwave. The lighting was on the dim side. This is a very nice hotel. They have a nice outdoor pool, fire pit, dog run, and fenced yard for kids to play. Also there is a nice covered patio. The lobby area has lots of seating for gathering. They have board games for kids and adult, and the front desk sells s'mores kits to make s'mores by the fire pit.

We chose this location due to its proximity to Estes Park and the Red Rocks Amplitheater, plus area offerings. We used the pool area every day which was very well kept. The breakfast was a big plus to start our day. The staff was excellent in all aspects. Very nice landscaping and is pet friendly, which we didn't use. We made our reservation for next year after our first stay here. No reason to try elsewhere.

Unable to check in early. Activities resulted in late arrival. Reserved 2 queen beds. Got 2 full size. Hotel room door was open to and faced the I-25 on ramp. Heard traffic all night long. Chain lock to door included using drywall not door frame - not safe. Room was extremely small - not at all like photos. Hotel photos of exterior do not show this section of the facility. It is an old motel!

Dear Lisa, I am so sorry that your stay was not satisfactory but I do appreciate you telling me about the improperly placed chain lock. I will make sure that is fixed. And, I apologize that we were unable to offer you an early arrival. We always try to get people in early when we can. As for the full size beds, we don't have any full size beds in the hotel. All of our Queen rooms have two queen beds. Again, I am sorry that you had a disappointing stay.

Once you are able to enter, it is worth the route. The rooms were very clean and the employees friendly and helpful. I have stayed there before and when I checked in this time I was greeted as a special customer. The complimentary breakfast setting is roomy and with plenty to eat.

We needed a king room, they were sold out so we were then offered the King suite for the same price, it was above and beyond our expectations!! The room was huge, and it had an amazing shower and steam room.

I made my reservation 3 months in advance and requested a room downstairs because of physical reasons when I arrived my room was upstairs and I was told I never requested it then after she looked she noticed I did request it then I was told this was the last room take it or leave it. I took it which was a mistake it was above the breakfast area you could hear people down there all day and all night long the fan in the bathroom was very loud and annoying the refrigerator ran and made noises the best thing about the motel was the cleanliness of the room all the staff was extremely rude. I was asked if I would like Express checkout which I answered yes to I was never given Express checkout I went down to the desk the next morning to check out and had to ask for my receipt 3 times was finally rudely given it. when asked how my stay was I informed them that I was not satisfied they told me I could write corporate that's what everybody else does. So apparently this is something that happens a lot! Well never stay there again will never refer this place to anyone! Which is sad cuz I normally stay at Best Westerns this one is a sad excuse for one!

Our high school basketball team stayed at the Best Western Plus Loveland Inn for 4 nights during the 2019 2A Colorado State Basketball Tournament because it was located just a few minutes from the Budweiser Events Center. I booked 18 rooms ahead of time with the help of Kerri McCallson, Sales Manager. She was able to give me a great rate and communicated with me regularly throughout the process. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed with a school welcome sign, room keys, cookies, and lemonade. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and full of choices. Rooms were very clean. I highly recommend this hotel when needing a place to stay in Loveland.

Nice hotel easy access to I 25 Very clean. Rooms a little dated but very clean I will stay there again Breakfast was better than average Kind of hard to get to Loveland going west. Staff was very friendly

The Gideons and Auxiliary used the Best Western in Loveland for their headquarters three days during our big Scripture Distribution in September. We had a Kick-off reception on Sunday and a Victory dinner on Wednesday. We had the All American BBQ for our dinner and it was delicious!! We were going to use the beautiful outside pavilion, but a meeting room inside became available. We worked out of a meeting room for a couple of days. Some of the attendees stayed at the hotel and gave us positive comments. Our Blitz included camps from cities around the area so this was a central place for us to meet and run our distribution. The hotel has a nice restaurant open late afternoon and evening. The hotel is located across the street from a number of restaurants, as well, for breakfast and lunch. It is an easy access on and off of I-25. The staff was easy to work with and they treated us well. We held our previous Blitz at this hotel and look forward to holding our next event here as well. We worked with Kerri Lyn McCallson, the Sales Coordinator at the Loveland Best Western. She took good care of our group. She was very responsive to any questions I had. She and her staff were great. I personally did not stay in a hotel room so I do not know answers to the questions below. I just know the hotel is great for conferences and conventions.

Stayed here a second time and it did not disappoint. Staff was excellent and rooms spacious and modern. Breakfast was good and it is right off interstate. I would stay again. Near outlet malls and good restaurants.

Very nice updated hotel. The staff were the best and very accommodating. This place has it all including a very nice bar/restaurant. The food is fabulous and I really hope they let the chef know that I gave my highest complements! I will stay here again whenever I can.

Five years ago we stayed at this hotel when a family event brought us to Loveland. This week we were back for a similar event. My last review was critical of the poor lighting (those dang low watt bulbs!) and a very tiny bathroom. I'm pleased to report that lighting was much improved. That may be because of improved technology in bulbs, but I felt the room was well lit when all or most of the lamps were on. As for the tiny bathroom I complained of last time, that was not our experience this stay. Whether the bathrooms have been remodeled or we were in a room with a different layout, I don't know. But the bathroom this time was good-sized with a generous vanity and ample room. Good work, Best Western! As during our previous stay at this hotel, the room and lobby were clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, breakfast offerings were varied and appealing, seating space for breakfast was comfortable and uncrowded. A special shout-out to the sweet gal in charge of the breakfast buffet. Sorry, I didn't get her name, but she was cheerful and hard at work to see that every guest had exactly what they needed.

I was driving to Utah- stayed in August and again in September on the way back. Nice hotel, beautiful courtyard and pool, nice breakfast area. Has a restaurant onsite and meeting rooms. A tad noisy, as my room 2nd time was right near N outside door. I enjoyed my stay, comfy beds.

We started our room block process for our wedding in January. We worked with Carrie and the process was smooth. They provided us timely information on room rates, and also provided us a link to share with family to make reservations easier. I spoke with Carrie a few times to check on the status of rooms and if she wasn't available at the time she responded in a reasonable amount of time. We had a fairly large room block with guests coming from all over. The hotel made booking rooms for the rehearsal dinner and the welcome party very easy. We utilized a conference room for the rehearsal dinner, they had it clearly marked and the room was set up nicely. We utilized the gazebo area in the courtyard of the hotel for our welcome party. It was first come, first served and provided a great space for our guests arriving to mingle and grab a quick bite to eat. The morning of the wedding, they allowed for a little bit of a later checkout so the girls could get ready. They also called to notify us that the suite was ready early and offered to help move our items from one room to another. The suite was beautiful! Will definitely be booking that room during our next stay! Now let me cover the area of the hotel that knocked our socks off...THE BAR STAFF! They deserve major kudos! Our guests had the best time celebrating throughout the week with those ladies! Overall we were very pleased with the service the staff provided for our BIG DAY Stay!

Great staff. There one day and next 7 staff members. All very friendly. Helpful & caring. Beds comfortable. Good breakfast. Great bar and restaurant. Nice outdoor fire pit. Close to I-25. Only down is exit from hotel is tough.

The Loveland Best Western Plus Hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the lounge, pool, and fire pit. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff was awesome. The only issue we had was the sign to find the hotel the first time was difficult to see. If you stay with this Best Western Plus property, turn into the Conoco station and you will see the property.

Chose this for convenience before doing Rocky Mountain National Park. Very heavy traffic outside, but we had a most pleasant and quiet room that looked back on their patio and green space. Friendly check in, adequate breakfast, very comfortable beds and room. A little tricky trying to exit and go west, but staff explained it.

This hotel looks rather ordinary from the outside, but WOW! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet (with all of the ammenities (fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, Wi-Fi, cable TV), the common areas are beautiful, and it's convenient to many restaurants and shopping areas. It is THE MOST pet-friendly hotel I've ever seen! You receive a doggie cookie (and poop bags) when you arrive, they have a clean, beautifully maintained dog yard that the dogs can run and play off-leash (it's big enough that I can't throw a ball from one end to the other!) and a huge grassy courtyard that you can walk your dog on leash (or let the kids play on!).That huge grassy courtyard is beautifully landscaped (and well-lit) with a gazebo with tables that you can relax with a group or enjoy a glass of wine and a book. The hotel even gas a barbeque you can borrow to cook out there!My only complaint is that Loveland traffic has gotten so bad that it's sometimes hard to get in and out of the parking lot. But I've found that either turning right, crossing the bridge and making a u-turn works or jumping on I-25 and going south a mile and taking 402 westbound by-passes the worst of the traffic!

Good location and easy access to highway. Check in was fast and friendly. The onsite bar was busy and sounded like they were having a good time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would stay here again if in the area.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on August 6, 2018. We arrived here about 8pm after a long day of traveling. The two women at the hotel counter were extremely helpful and pleasant. The elevator was out of service and we are seniors and unable to carry heavy bags upstairs. They found us a room with a minimum amount of stairs to access it and then they carried our bags up the stairs. Everything was comfortable and relaxing in this hotel, including the bed and the general ambiance. One of the best things was the very nice hamburger dinner we had in the Monroe Lounge and Restaurant which is in the hotel. Actually, the swiss and mushroom hamburgers were the best we have ever had! The wine and beer we had with them were very good, too. This is a great place to stay when you are in Loveland.

We stayed here for four nights. Jo and Rochelle were especially nice and helpful. As well as others. Irene in the dining area where breakfast was served was awesome. She made sure everything was well stock and clean. Breakfast had many options. The grounds/ pool were well maintained. All the employees there were always smiling and polite. The suite is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here, and highly recommend staying here.

We came here for a week long stay but had to leave early for work. The first few days the pool was closed. When they finally opened the pool water was so cold we couldn't enjoy it. Our room was nice and clean. Staff was great. The breakfast was good with many choices. Our only issue was the pool which you can't really blame the staff for.

Dear Wistravel2, I am so sorry that we did not exceed your expectations. Safety for our guests is an important aspect of our jobs. When we cannot see the bottom of the pool, we have to close it down. Our pool is heated to 82 degrees on most days. Unfortunately, after emptying so much of the water out of the pool and refilling it takes awhile to get it to that temperature. Again, I am really sorry we had to shut the pool down while you were here.

I booked this hotel on line because it is close to family and was pet friendly. The pictures on line are of the addition that is very nice! However, the pet friendly rooms are the VERY OLD portion of the MOTEL, not HOTEL. It looks like they tried to make the older rooms look new, to no avail!! The popcorn ceilings are telltale, the dirty, grimy, damp carpet is disgusting, and I'm sure there was nothing done to eliminate the 50 year old "smoking room" odor. Would not recommend, will not book EVER again. In fact, we typically DO NOT stay in Best Western properties but decided to try this one. Nope, no more Best Western. Sorry, they're just not what they used to be.

I was very happy with this hotel. It was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. We arrived too late for the restaurant but were able to get bar food while the local karaoke took place. The main plus for us with this hotel was that it was conveniently located near the motorway junction as we were heading north from Denver to Mount Rushmore as part of a road trip. Good selection of food for breakfast although it was self-serve.

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't be fooled. It's really nice. The front desk / reservation staff were WONDERFUL. They went out of their way to make our special requests happen. Kristen and Shelby were especially helpful. I wanted to bring them flowers... but our schedule didn't permit it. We stayed in the suite above the office. It has a bit of a strange layout, but was really comfortable. The living room has no window, which was a bit odd. I stayed with a male business associate (I'm female), and we each felt like we had a totally private room. There were 2 bathrooms, which made it really workable for us. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was nice - typical hotel hot breakfast. Fitness room was fine. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Bedroom has a nice ceiling fan too. The towels on the bed were shaped as swans in the shape of a heart... which made for some chuckles.

Great place to stay. Quite and comfortable with a good restaurant, try the chicken fried steak it's awesome. The staff is always friendly and helpful, I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Good spot though difficult to get to off the highway. Check-in was easy and we were able to park our car right outside the room. Everything was adequate, though the room rate for a 2 Queen bedroom seemed higher than it should have been, given the average quality of the room. The area to walk dogs was actually very nice. This hotel was a great choice! The ladies at the front desk were so accommodating! They gave us a room overlooking the mountains, which was fabulous! There was a bike wash station for our motorcycle, a definite perk. The outdoor pool was terrific; clean and refreshing. The courtyard was well-maintained. We ate at the restaurant onsite, which was very good. Super place to stay!

Needed a place to stay while in town for an event. Easy access from the hiway and main road. We were able to check in early, the room looked out to the rear courtyard which was lovely. The grounds were well kept with a lovely view to the South, which included a very nice outdoor pool. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food, decent prices. Was a good experience and will stay here again. I highly recommend

The hotel is not easy to get into from the highway and the rooms are in need of major work, the air conditioner did not work , the bathroom sink was blocked anfd the shower fixture was falling apart.The door to the room had a gap so you could see into the hallway The door leading into the hotel hallway from outside had no security feature at all.

This hotel is the best Best Western I have ever stayed in and I travel quite a bit. Staff were helpful and professional. Check in was a breeze and they let me check in early as they had a room ready. This is a totally dog friendly hotel...my room had entry to outside and they actually have a fenced in dog area...and I am not talking about a postage size piece of dirt but an actual dog run. I truly wish all hotels had this. The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. I was checked on by staff after registration to see if there was anything I needed and if the room was ok. They provided 2 bottles of bottled water in the room which I truly appreciated. Hotel is close to the freeway but the noise was not noticeable inside the room. The grounds are beautiful and you could easily enjoy a meal outside. Hot and good coffee was available 24 hours. I did not have breakfast, but was there when they were setting it up and it looked very clean, well organized and had a variety of items.

The hotel and staff were great. Grounds and landscaping beautiful. Restaurant attached had poor waitress and ended up leaving because she was too busy sitting and visiting a table of guys. Plenty of other restaurants in either direction. The breakfast is a different operation and that was very good.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of April 2018 and were travelling with our dog a Standard Poodle. This hotel has a beautiful lawn area for walking dogs. It also has an enclosed area where dogs can be off the leash. The sky was clear the morning we were there and there was a wonderful view of the Rockies. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The free breakfast was the best we have ever seen. Staff were friendly and helpful. I can also recommend Monroe's, the restaurant there.

The Best Western Plus Loveland is an excellent hotel offering a variety of amenities for everyones needs. The Kennedy Suite was absolutely superb! The staff was friendly an caring and the full hot breakfast was fresh and tasty in the morning. For those interested they have a nice restaurant and bar. The hotel also features several spaces for meeting and conferences. Excellent choice in the greater Denver area.

We have moved all the way across the country and back in the last year and a half, with our animals. And Best Western has been a good fit the whole way. But the Best Western Plus in Loveland, Colorado was hands down the VERY best of all! We even had to stay there for several weeks while our new house was prepared for us, so this wasn't an experience based on only a night or two. There is a wonderful dog yard run area, fully fenced, that is as big as a back yard. What a plus for people with dogs, moving or traveling, whose dogs really need to stretch their legs after a long day in the car! The room was HUGE, very nicely appointed, and terrifically comfortable. The staff was without exception friendly and helpful. And the restaurant - wow! We only had food from there once, for a special celebration, but it sure fit the bill. GREAT food! Otherwise, we prepared food in our room with the microwave and a large under-counter refrigerator with a REAL separate freezer section! As just one indication of how great this place is, one afternoon the maintenance crew painted a stair railing The odor blew into our room, which was a problem for the one of us with serious allergies to paint. When we asked the desk for help, the immediately instructed the crew to hang a tarp in such a way that it literally deflected the odor away from our door -- and it worked! THAT is the kind of responsive, friendly service you get at this motel. We recommend it VERY highly! The only problem -- and it's a small one -- is that the motel is so close to the interstate it's a bit hard to get in and out. But let me tell you: it's WORTH the trouble! :-)

Great hotel with easy highway and restaurant access, very near the factory outlets, with friendly, helpful staff, and amazing fun, bar. The free breakfast was great, and they had coffee and lemon water available all day. Clean, large rooms with many amenities.

Extremely professional staff, front desk check in was THE most professional I've encountered in years. Location is convenient to local shopping, restaurants, and UC Health Medical Center of the Rockies. Hotel is also close to the interstate, but does not have a lot of road noise. Rooms in the back are the best. Hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. It's a bit tricky to get in and out of the parking lot, since it adjoins a local gas station and there is no left turn out to Highway 34. Exiting is a right turn only and to head west on 34, a u-turn is required on the other side of I25. There is no elevator but the hotel is only 2 stories and all of the rooms have interior access doors.

This Best Western is tops! From check-in to check-out the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area is spacious with many choices. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend.

I planned my vacation knowing that I would be bringing my 2 large dogs. The Best Western was recommended by a friend who had previously brought her dogs there. I was amazed at the friendliness of all of the staff. I was greeted so nicely when I arrived and it was apparent they knew I was coming. Everything was ready. I had requested a ground level room and a corner room too and it was granted without any problems. The hotel has a nice dog run outside. It was perfect! It was right outside our hotel room and they could be off leash even. It was nice and clean everywhere. I loved that the back area of the hotel had a mountain view and fenced in. It as facing away from the highway so it was very quiet. The hotel was right off of the highway. It made it really easy to travel anywhere. We spent the week hiking. We could jump right on the highway without any troubles. There is a restaurant inside of the hotel. We ordered take out that night. It was wonderful to have daily specials. The cleaning service was wonderful as well. The towels were fresh daily, the beds were made and everything was cleaned. We even received new bottles of water. We ended up leaving a day early to beat the bad weather and the staff was very friendly and understanding. They were flexible. If you are bringing a pet to the Loveland / Fort Collins area consider this hotel. It is perfect!

I had not stayed at this motel in years and it used to be not a good place to stay, but WOW! I will always stay here in the future visits to Loveland, CO. The staff was so very helpful and friendly, and my room was awesome.

All of the staff are extraordinary. The housekeepers are some of the best I've ever seen; the front desk staff are incredibly courteous, empathetic and overall represent the epitome of what hospitality is all about. Monroe's has (literally) the best hotel restaurant food I've ever tasted. Their steak is absolutely incredible, and the burgers are to die for. Big kudos to the Chef and his staff. The owner will interact with you if she and her family are at the restaurant and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Thank you to everyone at BW-Plus Loveland. Love this place. I've stayed at least 6 times. Always a good stay. We plan on staying here when we travel to Loveland or Denver. The rooms are always very clea. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This hotel is close to shopping, was a great value, allowed our two dogs for a reasonable price, and had awesome staff. Only negative experience was drunk people being noisy outside but that's to be expected on New Years so no fault of th hotel.

I came up to Loveland for Christmas to see friends and family, and of course stayed at the Best Western. As always, their breakfast was delicious and had SO many options (which is always good when you have picky eaters traveling with you). My room was phenomenal. The staff at this hotel really makes you feel welcome and like you are coming “home.” This will always be my choice when I come to visit Northern Colorado! Thanks again for another great stay!

We have stayed in this hotel 4-5 times and received usually reasonable service. Last visit the room had a dirty odor but otherwise appeared clean. They advertise a breakfast buffet, but no food was available 45 minutes before the published end time and the staff acted like - 'so what, get over it'. No hot water for tea (sorry we're closed' again. On top of that a very loud crew was moving mattresses though the lobby into a conference room off the common area. Making it cold and drafty considering outside temp was 6F and the front door was propped open. Not sure we will stay here again. Told the staff I had a voice when I encounter poor service and she just shrugged. Well enjoy my review!

The hotel was a bit of a challenge to get to if you are coming off the freeway, but if you can make it there its a good place to stay and friendly hotel staff there at the front desk. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and warm.

This was just great. I have to admit that Best Western isn't top of my list when choosing a hotel, but we were there for a wedding. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and the AC even worked (it responded to the settings I gave it--what a shock!) and was quiet. The facility has been nicely jazzed up and looks great.

When I made the reservation, I requested that the room be free of strong perfume or chemical smells. It seemed that the front desk made an effort for this, but when I entered the room, it was a very strong odor of febreze or some other noxious cover up perfume. I was offered another room, but it had an even stronger odor so I slept with the window open all night. Both the rooms were on the first floor. If time had allowed I would have gone elsewhere, but it was dark and I was exhausted. This hotel needs to do a deep cleaning of all their rooms so they won't need a cover up odor that many are sensitive to. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they obviously had no control over what housekeeping does.

We had just driven our 26' uHaul from Oregon in horrendous conditions and check in and have an absolutely perfect experience doing so. William checked us in and when we mentioned if he knew of any car rental places in town, since they were all sold out and we didn't want to drive our uHaul around town. William gave us our room keys and found a car rental place with availability. The only problem was it was in Ft. Collins and it was getting close to closing time. William asked his supervisor if he could take us to AVIS in Ft. Collins and she approved. This was by far the best hospitality service we have ever received in our long years. The hotel was great, the breakfast was perfect, and the restaurant was also amazing. Thank you to William, Rebecca and Jess at the restaurant. We will definitely return!

Check in was quick and easy. Shelby was very friendly and helpful. Our room, 214 ($153), was spacious with updated furnishings. We had a microwave and fridge with freezer. The A/C was a little noisy during the night. The room was at the back of the building and faced a nicely landscaped courtyard (tables and grills) and a cornfield. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of electrical outlets. There was plenty of free parking and the room had an interior entry. There was also free wifi, but it was a little slow. The only bad thing is the location. The hotel is easy to get to and into from the interstate and Highway 34. Leaving out of the property proves to be an aggravation. If you want to go across the street or make a left, you first have to go right down Highway 34 some distance then make a U-turn to get to your destination. Whoever designed Loveland's streets, needs to be fired.

I stayed at the BW Loveland for a friend's wedding, and I was very happy with the comfort of the room. It's been a long time since I've stayed at a BW, so I was pleasantly surprised with free WiFi and amenities in the room. The restaurant was a bit overwhelmed with our wedding party, even with advanced notice, but the food was good. The price for the room was a little on the high side, but overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Nicely renovated, comfortable rooms, as free breakfasts go, this one is at the higher end with a comfortable and spacious dining area. Digital temperature for heating and cooling in room, big TV, microwave and refrigerator. Able to accommodate pet free request.

Staff were slow and rude to our face and the wait staff and manager at the bar/lounge were talking poorly about our friends behind the bar. The room had a funny smell and the pluming was very loud making it difficult to sleep

If this is the type of room a Diamond Rewards member is put in or upgraded to then I need to reconsider the brand hotel I'm using. This was a one person bath room. You had to Stan's sideways to shut the door. The door swung right in front of the stool when opened and stoped at the side of the tub. To shut the door you had to almost stand on the stool lid. Then with the door shut no one could open it with out hitting person inside standing or sitting. Sitting on the stool you could put your feet in the tub or you could put your arm on the sink counter top. A large person would find ‘‘tis room unusable. The usable floor apace of this bathroom was less than the clothes closet. Clean room nice bed, tv, computer, frig and microwaved, nisse ac/heater,but a small space for all that was in it. ROOM 202. I checked out at around 5 am and canceled the rest of my reservations. This hotel has an AAA+ restraunt and bar. I should have slepted in the restraunt. Loveland, CO. Has all the Hwy excites to this Hotell blocked and it's a nightmare to get to at this date.

We stayed one night. It is close to a shopping center. We will be staying again. We used the pool and hot tub. The slide for the pool closed down at 9pm. We had a nice stay. Staff was helpful. Location is easy to get to.

We recently stayed here while in town for a family wedding. The staff is very polite and customer focused. That almost makes up for the accommodations being small and a little dated. We had two rooms and both were clean, but the bathroom is small and the beds were uncomfortable. To be fair others staying for the wedding advised their beds were good, so maybe they are in process of updating. On the day of the weeding we left at 8:00am to run errands and prepare and returned to an unmade room at 2:00. When I was in the shower house keeping came by and I asked them to come back. I spoke to the front desk at 2:30 as we prepared to leave for the wedding and all of housekeeping had left for the day. The desk manger provided new towels and emptied the trash, but making our own beds etc took away from the hotel experience. Our second nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and the front desk assured us they would use an "Ozonator" while we were at the wedding and when we returned there would be no smell. Unfortunately that did not happen and when we returned at 11:30pm it still smelled badly and nobody wanted to call the front desk. When we told the manager in the morning they again we very nice and apologized. Since the wedding couple was right and not wanting to have anything associated negatively with there wedding my wife and I signed our bill and left. While I appreciate the apologies and kind words, but staying an what was obviously at one time a smoking room and missing out on maid service left a less than positive experience. returned there survey and more nice apologies for the inconvenience. Maybe discounting service or offering something more than a nice smile would have resulted in a more positive review. However my daughter is allergic to smoke and spent the entire next day with red eyes and a runny nose. Being hospitable was great, but not following through on promises in this case was not ok.

We spent 3 nights at the Best Western Plus in Loveland, Colorado and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The setting is beautiful, the facility very nice and everyone was very accommodating. Monroe's Lounge served an excellent meal and the complimentary breakfast had a large selection.

What a surprise when I discovered our suite was a mini house. I would recommend this room if you choose to cook during your trip. The suite has a king bedroom. There is a bath with shower and separate tub as well as a second bath with sink and toilet. There is a full kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. Two 50 inch tvs, one in bedroom other in living room. The living room has a bar with 2 stools, a dinette table and 4 chairs, a sleeper sofa, a lounge recliner, a desk and business chair. There is sky lighting in the living room and kitchen. The hotel is 45 minutes from RMNP. There are lots of places to shop. There is a golden corral, chilis and other resturants close by. In Greely there is an Olive Garden (20 min) away. The price is very reasonable for the room you have. It can be noisy as it is above the office. Breakfast is average. Sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal,etc. I would definitely stay here again. Oh if visiting RMNP is can be in the 30's in late September and it can snow on you and trailridge road can close.

Very nice place to stay in Loveland CO. Great room and very helpful and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay here. Only complaint is the location of the BW and only being able to turn right out of their parking lot otherwise I wholeheartedly recommend this BW.

Check in was very easy, explain what they offered and times things were offered. Room was very spacious and clean. The weather was rainy so we didn't use the outside facilities but it looked very nice.

We stayed here because it was the hotel chosen for out-of-town wedding guests. We booked our room 2 months in advance. We took a room in a quieter area away from the younger out-of-town guests. The hotel is conveniently located off I-25 and Hwy 34 and is close by an outlet mall and several eateries, as well as the downtown area. Some rooms have a lovely view of the Rockies. The inner courtyard and pool are quite nice. Parking is easy and plentiful; there is oversize parking on the west side of the hotel. Road noise is as expected so close to the interstate. The staff is pleasant, professional and accommodating. Rooms are nothing special but adequate. Complimentary breakfast is nice and the breakfast room is airy and inviting. Our room had cinder-block walls so it was quiet. The room itself was average size, with a small but adequate bathroom. No wait for hot water. Unfortunately, the room smelled musty and felt humid from the time we walked in to the time we left. The A/C did a poor job no matter how we set it. Luckily we could open the one window to alleviate some of that when we were in the room but it was too cold in the evenings to leave it open at night. Both mattresses had seen better days -- they were soft, mushy and hollowed out. The pillows were all soft and some were lumpier than others. The carpet looked dirty and old. I took care not to walk barefoot on it. It may have been the reason for the musty smell. The hallways and stairwells had newer, brighter, cleaner carpet and there was no musty smell in those areas. We had an issue with no water pressure one afternoon, while getting ready for the wedding, and had a 12-15 minute delay while the staff fixed an emergency plumbing problem. We did make the wedding with minutes to spare, but it would have been nice to know what was happening. Kudos to the staff for getting it repaired as quickly as they could. We don't normally stay at Best Western, and it is unfortunate that our stay was not as pleasant as we'd hoped. We won't go out of our way to stay at this hotel brand in the future.

We had our wedding ceremony at this Best Western and the coordinator, Kerri Lyn, was fantastic in planning and helping to make this a really special day! Thanks to all at this BW as everyone was extremely nice!

We recently stayed here so we could attend a Grandparent breakfast with one of our grand children. First, the hotel is in an unusual place. You cannot turn left to get out of the parking lot. You have to go right to a stop light and then after turning around you can go left. Not the best way to exit a hotel on a busy road. Second, I don't know what kind of cleaning supplies this place uses but the smell will knock you down as you enter a room. We asked for another room which they graciously offered but it smelled just as bad. For a hotel to charge over $200 a night when you get no discounts this is uncalled for, in my opinion. The smell would be more like a $80 a night place. It was very irritating to have to put up with that smell. We even opened a window and it didn't seem to help much. That is how strong it is. Third, we didn't eat breakfast there but it looked like your typical hotel breakfast. It had a nice looking seating area. Fourth, I'll have to say it was clean. It should be! Fifth, It looked like some improvements were made at some time. Nice bathroom mirror and paintings. But...the replacement of the light in the bathroom isn't the same size as the light there now. The holes in the wall from the old light are still in the wall. Hey Best Western, if you are going to do something new do it right. I have to say I would not stay here again. That cleaning smell was just way too much. I did give it 2 stars though. The staff seemed very nice and the lobby area was clean looking. Too bad they have to appear as a very cheap place once you enter your room.

Nice hotel close to the interstate, east to find and easy to get to. Very close to restaurants and shopping at Centerra. Check in was fast and it was easy to find parking close to the door and our room which was super convenient for a family of four and luggage. The room was a nice size and clean which is important to use and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The kids used the heated pool and had a fun time, after we enjoyed the fire pit and rocking chairs. The hotel is a bit older and shows some signs of wear but it's clean, quiet and convenient.

Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious room with all the amenities. Very comfy bed. Nice restaurant attached. Little touches, like citrus water and cookies in the afternoon; ability to text food and drink orders from the pool. Plenty of parking. They don't nickel-and-dime: everything you need is included. Attached restaurant and vending machines very reasonably priced. Downsides: there is some noise from the highway. While there was a fair variety of breakfast food and most was pretty good, some could have used improvement and it was served with paper plates and cheap plastic forks.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful! Friendly and remembered us from each time we came past them at the front desk. Having a restaurant and bar right outside the front door was certainly a plus after a long day of driving! Getting into and out of the parking lot proved to be a little cumbersome, as you have to exit East and go about 1/2 mile to do a U turn to go west, but other than that, a great visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Crossroads and I will stay there again when I go to Denver. Thank you for a great stay! Very nice facility, great people and excellent food. The lounge and breakfast areas were fun and useful.

Awesome employees working behind desk and in restaurant and lounge (and shuttle drivers). We were on a motorcycle trip and came in late at 8:00pm. they managed to find us a room, and were able to help select an ideal parking spot for the bikes in order to prevent theft and vandalism. Just all around great people.

This Best Western Plus has the amenities needed for folks on the road for business or leisure. It is located off of the major highway in and area with lots of restaurants, movies theatres, department and speciality stores, close to recreation. Rooms are large and come with internet, refrigerator, iron, etc. Nice continental breakfast is served every morning. All employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous and they go out of their way to assist you in any way. Shuttlebus to Denver airport available from hotel (fee).

I was thrilled when the staff called me after ten minutes of check-in and asked if the room was to my liking and asked if we needed anything. "Would you like us to bring up a bag of toiletries and supplies that you may have forgotten to pack?" WOW!! Amazing service. The room was gorgeous(better than a Vegas room). The breakfast was to die for. No cut corners here. Crew was helpful and they enjoyed their position. The pool was clean and inviting. The patio in the back courtyard was perfect for your morning yoga and coffee. The scenery was Instagram worthy. (wink wink)

One of the few times I didn't call ahead for a reservation...one of those days you might say. However as a walk in customer, the same great experience was had! Very personable desk ladies, as well an cheerful and 'accommodating' ...very happy customer. Rooms/amenities were as expected-top shelf! We stayed here during the "Sculpture In the Park" show at Benson Sculpture Garden. While the hotel is out at the edge of Loveland it is quite convenient to one of the show's shuttle bus stops: only about 1/2 mile away. The stop is on the other side of the highway from the hotel, so you'll still probably want to drive there, but there's plenty of parking at the shuttle stop. We found the hotel to be clean and well appointed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Even though the hotel is right next to the Interstate our room was quiet. The in-room WiFi worked well and didn't require constant re-logins the way some systems do. On Saturday evening we stopped into the hotel lounge after dinner for a nightcap and discovered they were running a Karaoke night. Quite an entertaining show!

Hotel is nice to look at, room was clean, and I couldn't hear my neighbors. But I was there with a wedding and they wouldn't extend me the group rate because I didn't book in time. I guess there was rain before and a leek in the roof and ceiling tiles came down and hit a guest over the head... they hadn't done anything to section off the area that had been dripping. They charged my card to hold the room, then charged me again, and then again when I checked out. Making it really hard to travel back home without funds. No manager available to help and staff just says there is nothing they can do.

I did notice our front desk staff did discount your room at check-in but your reservation was only made one day prior to your arrival so it was at a higher rate. We visited Loveland, CO so that my daughter could visit a good friend. We decided to stay the night before heading to Snowmass Village, CO. The hotel was a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable and breakfast the next morning was very good with a great selection of breakfast foods. The restaurant/bar just off the lobby was a disappointment. The service was very slow but the food was good after we finally got it.

Our stay at the Best Western Crossroads Inn in Loveland CO was very enjoyable. We were going to visit with former neighbors who now lived in Loveland in the morning and this motel was very close to their home. No problems arose and we will use this motel again when we are in the area.

After a long trip for us, we stayed here and had a fantastic rest. The staff was very friendly and professional when we arrived and departed. stayed here on the last night of a week long trip to mount rushmore and yellowstone before flying out of denver....this is a very nice place with a great pool and courtyard yard...eventhough we didn't have our dog it appeared to be the most dog friendly hotel i've seen (it has a dog exercise area outside)...the continental breakfast was great

The hotel was average and the price through Hotels.com was better than the property could give me when I went to make reservations. The lobby interior was nice, but the room lighting is very harsh- it would help to have the softer light bulbs in the room, as they are nicely decorated. Truly our only complaint was the complimentary breakfast - they stated they served until 9 a.m. - we got there at 8:35...sausage - gone ...eggs - gone ...rock hard biscuits and a little congealed gravy in the pan. The staff seemed to be waiting for exactly 9 a.m. to throw up the "closed" rope and remove the trash cans. The lounge "Monroe's" was very nice... they offered a limited menu that evening because they only had one cook on duty - but the bartender was very nice and the atmosphere was great.

clean, comfortable, staff had decorated very nicely for Independence Day, food was good, good service in the restaurant, room comfortable, and super convenient location right off I-25. No complaints. It wasn't cheap, but nothing is in this area, and I felt it was a good value for the community.

Everything a tired guest would want to and will experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind staff. Rooms unbelievable. Grounds unbelievable. Lots of room to enjoy. We arrived really late at this hotel and we were still greeted warmly. The clerk was just getting off shift but spent time with us to explain all the details of our stay. Our room was great and the view of the pool was really calming. Good beds, nice linens and a very quite spot. The breakfast was totally unexpected and the selections which included steel cut oatmeal with fresh fruit were the perfect start to another day on the road.

Great stay, we were there 2 nights and went on to another BW, but were disappointed we were unable to access the rewards money to help with our next BW stay. The clerk at the Ptarmigan was somewhat rude when I asked about it and I also asked about an AARP or AAA discount, and she informed me that we'd been given the manager's special rate and that was the best she could do.

When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a suite. From our arrival until we departed everything about our stay was outstanding. Would stay here again. Very helpful staff. Entrance to hotel is a little tricky. Sign was more at eye level --was looking for a taller sign marking the hotel and/or entrance.

Two of the ladies at the desk worked very hard to make it possible for us to check into our two adjoining rooms a day early on a very busy weekend. The complimentary breakfast buffet is AMAZING. Selection and quality were wonderful. Staff was very attentive to make sure food was replenished quickly. The three mornings that we were there we always found available seating for all five of us together.

Very professional staff, helpful and knowledgable. Clean and quiet rooms, not alot of parking when I arrived. A large event was in progress at there conference facility. The hotel reataurant is friendly, fun and convenient.

Even though I am a Rewards Member we were given a room which was obviously in a very old area of the Hotel. The bathroom was so tiny it was barely functional. I don't think I've ever seen a bathroom this tiny. The air conditioner/heater made some very odd & loud noises which woke us up several times during the night. I feel like we were given the lowest quality room in the Hotel. The price was way too high for this type of room.We will choose another Hotel during our next visit that treats their Reward Members with a little more respect.

Good hotel, especially for the price. The breakfast was adequate, and warm. The rooms were comfortable, and easily accessible. The internet service was adequate, but reliable. The support staff were competent, courteous, helpful, and friendly.

We stayed here for 8 nights so we could prepare for our daughter's wedding, which took place in the hotel's event space. We were most impressed with the friendly staff at the front desk. Also the events coordinator was extremely accommodating, allowing us to set up the event space extra early and bring in some large pieces of decor. Our many questions and requests were patiently addressed by all staff, making the wedding that much smoother to organize. The rooms are functional, the beds comfortable. Given how close the freeway is, traffic noise was not as noticeable as we expected (with running the fan on low).

This hotel is old, beat up, and dirty. They're crazy parties that happen in the bar in the evening. It is right on a busy street. There is no way this is any where near a three star hotel. the price of over $100 per night is not accurate

We had purchased our room on Priceline, sight unseen for the week of Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised. Our room and facilities were very clean and the staff more than accommodating. The biggest surprise was that pets are welcomed! Had I not seen the bowl of dog biscuits in the lobby, I would have never known, very clean. The only drawback is entering and exiting the hotel from the highway, if you aren't eastbound it's a big u turn to circle back, but that isn't their fault. The best part was the view from our window - fire pit, rocking chairs, mountain range and a beautiful tree that had a family of nesting sparrows who let us watch their daily routine, very sweet.

Three week stay; one of the few properties with reasonable extended stay rates that we found in the area. Cannot exit west out of property, but there is Easy access to I25. Great place- clean property, WIFI /business center, free generous breakfast buffet, adjoining restaurant with good dinner options; fitness center and outdoor pool; laundry facilities. STAND OUT Front Desk staff—very professional, efficient and friendly. If you can't be home, this is a good substitute —they even have feshly baked warm cookies at the front desk in the evenings.

Decent hotel, clean, large breakfast area but the access to the restaurants and shopping in the area is very challenging. you have to head the opposite direction for over a half a mile and wait at a crowed light to make a U turn. adds up to 10 min to run across the main street.

We stayed at the BW plus Crossroads Inn on our way back to Wyoming. It was a very nice room, directly across from the parking lot which made for easy transport of our luggage. However we had requested, by a phone call directly to the Hotel, that we have a ground floor room with bathroom grab bars. When we arrived we were told that this hotel does not have handicap accessibility. We were not asking for a handicapped room with all the necessary changed, just a couple of grab bars to safely take a bath/shower and by the toilet----not a huge monetary addition to the room, but a necessity for older (and some younger) people with mobility problems. There are other hotels in this area that are much cheaper, but still offer accessibility.

Overall good experience. The hotel is difficult to enter and exit due to its proximity to I-25. That is also a good thing because of the on-off to Denver.The bathrooms are very small. Room for one only. The beds are very comfy.

We arrived 10/27 7:30pm, the receptionist was friendly & very efficient - check in was NO problem. There is a restaurant/lounge on site - food was great & good service. Love having a place to eat & have a drink without having to leave the hotel after driving all day. Our room was clean, bed & pillows comfortable. They have a nice large breakfast room with a wonderful full breakfast. The gal in charge of the breakfast area - very efficient. Checking out was fast and simple - everyone at this hotel was very accomodating and friendly. The overall appearance of this hotel was superior - I would highly recommend this place if you are in the Loveland area. Right off Hwy 25 so access is easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and accommodations. Great free breakfast and the internet service worked well. This hotel has a bar and restaurant which is nice. Friendly and accommodating staff. This is a nice step up from a regular Best Western. If you have never tried a "Plus" this one is great.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The rooms were neat & clean. Our room had a sharing door to the room beside us, which made it noise from next door very loud, plus the guys staying there had loud voices. Luckily, the guys weren't up late making noise.

The Best Western hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, close to major shopping, many terrific family restaurants and only 1 hour north of Denver International Airport. Nice decorated, exceptionally clean, excellent facilities to exercise, swim and relax are all right here. This is definitely a place worthy of your attention if you are traveling to northern Colorado.

A number of family members stayed at this Motel for 1 to 4 days and all enjoyed their stay. Friendly and helpful Front desk personnel. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Bar and Grill in the Motel and didn't have to leave to get good food and entertainment.

This is a nice place to stay - Just outside of the hustle and bustle of Denver. The Restaurant and bar is onsite so you don't have to drive anywhere else. The outside pool and patio is a nice place to relax - It has a fire pit to keep you warm on chilly fall evenings. Breakfast was good as well. Full breakfast with nice options.

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park and the fact that all of our past Best Western stays have been good ones-- once again this location did not let us down. It was the best of our 4 hotels stays while visiting Colo. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, hot water (not just warm like some places we stayed) in the bathroom. Room smelled fresh instead of being overpowered by the scent of Febreeze! We had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking a courtyard where a wedding was taking place the next day--a nice change from the usual parking lot or highway view. The best part was the continental breakfast. A much better variety of choices than most. Including already prepared steel-cut oatmeal (instead of the standard instant oatmeal) and the made-to-order omelet. What can say, I love omelettes! I wish I could recall the woman's name who prepared it because it was great--better than most I've ordered in restaurants. It made for the best hotel breakfast I had for our entire vacation. Would definitely recommend this Best Western location.

I enjoy staying in this Best Western each time I come to Northern Colorado to visit family. The ENTIRE staff is top notch; and will go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. We spent two nights at this Best Western and consider it an outstanding hotel. The entire facility is very well maintained. There is plenty of parking. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, the WiFi was very good and the breakfast was exceptionally good. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Access to the hotel is not the best. Leaving it is more of a problem than getting to it but it is just a minor inconvenience. Overall we were very impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone traveling in this area.

Upon driving in, it's hard to find because it is RIGHT off the interstate. But that's ended up being my only complaint, which really isn't one. Staff was friendly, helpful and just wonderful. Architecturally speaking, the inside is beautiful. The dining room is fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable as was the restroom. Breakfast was good too.

I am a BW loyalty member and went by Trip Advisor ratings for this property. My motivation to leave a review is to warn travelers that the freeway facing rooms are noisy, cold and disappointing. The interior front lobby to check in, breakfast and conference center is very lovely and has nice ammenities. The room we stayed in wasn't close. Felt like a different property altogether.

Very comfortable bed; pillows are too packed with broken foam pieces making them too big. Lots of pillows though. Room had fridge, microwave, coffee service, a/c (worked great), table, chairs, alarm clock, hair dryer, toiletries, iron and board. Provided dispensers in shower of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. PRINT on these bottles is so small you need glasses to know which to use however. Bar face soap and lotion provided on vanity. WiFi was good. Breakfast was OK but scrambled eggs were "packaged" so not tasty. One male guest didn't wear a shirt when he got his breakfast = unappetizing! Liked that the hotel had a real restaurant and bar. Entertainment on weekends. Overall I liked this hotel. Room on 2nd floor was quiet; no elevator but if you park in front you only have to go up 5 steps. Stayed 4 nights, 2nd day maid didn't clean room until after 4:00pm. Location of hotel: if you want to go "downtown" Loveland you can only turn right out of hotel, cross over freeway, make a u-turn and go back past the hotel. Loveland has painted Hearts (think Chicago cows, Denver horses) around town. Fun to find all of them. Hotel can get you a map from the town's web site.

We were in town for a wedding and I couldn't be happier with our stay! I work at a hotel as well so I have a little bit higher expectations. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beautiful bonfire with family. At check in, Raychel was amazing! She took very good care of us since check in and throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beautiful outdoor pool and surrounding space. Good breakfast! Easy to find was right off the interstate, although getting out to back into Loveland was a trick had to go out of the way and make a U-turn.

We had only two days to visit Rocky Mountain National Park on a trip to Loveland to attend a wedding. This Best West is at the intersection of US 25 and Colorado Hwy 34, about an hour form the entrance to RMNP. We made the mistake of going straight from sea level to Estes Park and hiked in the park the next day to 10,000 ft. Big Mistake! High Altitude Sickness came on hard the next day and we needed to get to a lower altitude fast. This Best Western found us a room that we could move into very early the next day and it was a blessing. Great Staff! The facility is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Thanks to the staff for accommodating our short fuse check-in. They also have a great breakfast bar.

Best Western Crossroads... is not only my choice of a place to stay and shop in the Loveland/Denver area, but also has a dining room with a limited, but specialized menu, a bar and music, a caring and efficient staff, and the best darned free breakfast I have ever seen in a motel. While I have stayed there before, this trip, with my extended family cemented the deal. We ranged from 11 to 69 years old and were on our way to a wedding and to watch the Rockies play the Cubs. I chose to stop the first night and stay in Loveland and school shop at Centera Mall before going on to Denver the next day. We found an array of eating establishments at the mall, half a mile from the motel which is right off the freeway.. My husband stayed at the hotel and ate and relaxed, and everyone one was happy. In fact, the consensus is that whether we are going to Denver, Denver International, or elsewhere, we will stay the night in at the Best Western Crossroads, relax, and then tackle the busy freeways the next morning. The motel has pretty grounds and an outdoor pool also. Something for everyone at a fair price..

After a horrible experience down the road, we landed here at the Best Western. It was 1230am when we checked in and we were greeted by Roy who was so helpful and kind! The room is super clean and quiet and is the comfortable place we were looking for after our days spent with family.

This place is truly unexpected you don't have any idea how good the services are and how wonderful the amenities are when you're driving off the highway. There restaurant monroes is amazing the staff is super nice. The pool is great and the free breakfast is way better than you would expect.

A little bit hard to find, but once you figure out the street configuration, it's all good. The wedding staff was awesome, great rooms, nice pool, breakfast was very good, too. Close to great shopping outlets, restaurants and Rocky Mountain National Park.

The motel was difficult to find due to the configuration of the highways but once we found the parking lot we were pleased with our stay. Helpful staff. Average breakfast. The room was clean, quiet and dark which is all I expect.

Location is excellent - 2 minutes from Loveland's outlet, 45 minutes from the Rocky Mountains national park. Nice room, extra nice people. Breakfast is rich, and some products are available all nice..

We did not make reservations ahead for our trip and this trip was our first to ever stay at a Best Western. We will be staying at a Best Western as often as possible now! I was surprised by how new everything looked and how clean it was at each of the Best Western locations we used throughout our trip!

The experience at the hotel was wonderful. The restaurant staff is very much focused on customer service. (Karen the bartender is great!) Also, the outside grounds offers a nice setting to grab a good book and decompress.

Can't say enough good things about this place. It is a bit on the high side but worth it. Our room was in a small annex behind the pool/breakfast room. Very quiet, which we appreciated, though the windows looked over the breakfast room and not outside. The hotel is bright and clean, with a friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom large. There were washers/dryers on the ground floor, and a nice fitness room. The pool was great - large, clean, with the setting beautifully landscaped. Never crowded on the 3 days we stayed. There is a restaurant adjoining - pretty much basic bar-type food, but adequate. The full free breakfast in the hotel was a large buffet, with a lot of choices. Plenty of seating. We would stay here again and felt it was a good value for the price. ATM in lobby, lots of shopping and other restaurants nearby. The location is easy to get to, though you have to do a U-turn a ways down to the road when going into town. The rooms on the interstate side might be noisy. The hotel is on the edge of an agricultural field in the back, with a lovely view across to the mountains if you go to the back. Easy parking. Not sure if there are elevators to the second floor - suspect not.

Stayed overnight so we could take in a concert at the University of Northern Colorado. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I was amused by the fact that there's no room 13 in between rooms 12 and 14. Internet worked well, breakfast was excellent. There was a variety of hot and cold items, more to choose from than I was able to eat. Loveland and Greeley are only 20 minutes from the hotel and Fort Collins isn't much farther. And it's right next to I-25, almost too close - it's hard to make a left turn into the hotel off US 34 with all of the cross traffic, so turn in at the gas station and cut through if traffic is busy.

This is an old property but you would not know this. The property is so clean and well maintained that you could eat off the floor. The beds are comfortable, breakfast is varied, staff is helpful, business center is small but well run. The pool is large enough for each family to feel they are in the pool by themselves. The rooms are quiet and you do not hear any noise from the hallways or people next door. The hotel has inside and outside rooms and I stayed in both. The outside rooms are a little older but super clean and quiet.

This hotel was clean and adequate for a quick stop. The only changes that I would make is where my room was. This hotel has inside rooms and rooms that have doors on an exterior walkway, we had an exterior room(this end is also closer to the interstate) which was very noisy, all night long. On a positive, they have a beautiful pool area with a fire pit, and they have a great breakfast with an omelette station on the weekend?? Overall, not a bad place to stay, just a bad room location.

Great hotel friendly staff and the room was pretty good as well. Huge selection for breakfast that we enjoyed very much. Hotel grounds were so beautiful, we didn't get the chance to use the pool as we were a bit late but looked clean. Our room had a great view of the Mountains as well which was a highlight since we come from the prairies:)

Our team from Minnesota stayed at this hotel for the Colorado Sparkler Jr tournament from June 26th - July 3rd. The staff at this hotel bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of - from allowing us to use the breakfast area for team dinners, to letting us use the atrium area for team bonding/adult happy hour. A great time was had by all. Pool area was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Only draw back is it's location as it is hard to get to this hotel if you are coming from the east, but definitely would stay here again!

The room was clean and spacious. There was a minor smell in the room, but not uncomfortable. The breakfast was incredible. We have stayed in a few different times when we visit Loveland. It has a restaurant/bar connected which is nice when one doesn't want to leave. We will continue to stay here.

We stayed at the BW/Loveland this past weekend and after we left my husband realized he lost his wallet. I thought he left it on the bed in our room and asked that they go check which they did. We thought it might have gotten caught in the sheets and housekeeping helped him go through every sheet and even the garbage. Raychel at the front desk was very kind and patient and helped pass the word to everyone on the staff at the hotel. We eventually found the wallet in one of our suitcases but truly appreciated all the extra effort the BW staff extended to help us find the wallet. Truly impressed!

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly and professional staff. Far better than average complimentary breakfast. Better quality items in general and made-to-order omelets were much appreciated! Had no time to utilize pool/fitness facilities on this trip, but they looked nice. Had no opportunity to visit the attached restaurant, but would do that on a future trip.

On way to Estes Park/ RMNP . Colorado was very busy this time of year, make reservation in advance...Stayed 2 nights, the property was very nicely maintained. Our room had a exterior door, while some had interior doors, this was not an issue. very nice landscaping. Room was very nice with painted accent wall, the bed was firm but slept well. The breakfast was really good, we eat 7am ,was well stocked with eggs, sausage, fresh biscuits, yogurt,, fruit, cereals, -so there was something for everyone. The staff at front desk was very friendly. This is a very nice area, with shopping strip and outlet across street -was very pretty. unfortunately we did not have time to shop. Would recommend to stay here, or in Loveland if going to Rocky Ntl Park, was only @30 minutes. The hotels in Estes Park are run down, so Loveland is a great area . There also was a Sculptor Garden walking trail about 3 miles from hotel , we did not go, but wish we would have.

Nice hotel except for the small rooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor areas. Breakfast was good but could have have offered a different meat option instead of sausage patties everyday. Busy tourist area and local drivers drive fast and are rude.

What an awesome Best Western hotel. If you're on your way to Sturgis this is a perfect stop. 2 minutes from Thunder Mountain HD. Great staff, great rooms and as a special bonus, a Harley Davidson motorcycle wash station complete with hoses, buckets and towels all free of charge. A must for the Sturgis bound.

This was one of the hotels for the TCS Colorado Sparkler Jr. softball tournaments. We had a great experience with the staff, speed of check in and out. Laundry machines worked well, the fitness room has good equipment. The internet connection was solid and pleasantly pleased with the internet speed. Breakfast selection was good and tasted good. My only downside was I did not like my bed. It was too soft for my taste. My daughter who was playing softball everyday said the bed was fine. Probably too tired every day to care.

I will keep it short and sweet! Everything was wonderful as far as being very clean, great beds, awesome breakfast, very friendly staff and good location (close to I 25 and restaurants ). Great outdoor pool area with a gazebo. There is a lounge onsite but however it is open only until 10:00 and serves food until 9:00 (during the week anyway ). It's a little expensive but it is not owned by the motel.

Clean roadside stop. Pet friendly with large courtyard and enclosed area for pet playtime. Has a nice little bar and restaurant and an ample pool area. Clean. Directly on highway exit, so very convenient for road trip or business travel. Two and a half star property.

The hotel was clean and seemed to be well maintained, and was reasonable priced. Staff was friendly for the most part. Pool area was very nice, with an outdoor fire pit and rocking chairs surrounding it. There was no elevator to the second floor, which was not a problem for us, so be sure your room is easily accessible.

I was a late check-in. Even though the entire hotel was full it was a nice, clean, quiet place to sleep. For breakfast they had a few options, I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and biscuit with sausage gravy.

Conveniently located to where we were going. Either was hot water or no hot water, never knew what you would get. The same went with the wifi. Sometimes it reached the room and at other times had to sit in the lobby area. Housekeeping was either at the door at dawn or did not show up until 4:30 in the afternoon. If you wanted any fruit at breakfast, be there really early, it was never replaced. Menu was the exact same every day. The room was clean and the AC worked well.

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday at Monroes Lounge. The entire staff was awesome, Mark the manager worked with me on menu items and checked in with me on several occasions before the party to make sure I had everything I needed. The wait staff was friendly and took care of my group from start to finish. The kitchen staff did an excellent job on preparing the food and setting up our area. Violet, Shannon, David, and Kimmy kept everyone happy. A special thanks to Shannon for the service she gave my group.. We have worked with her on several occasions and she has always been professional AND fun! She is a true asset to Monroes and to The Best Western. In addition, our out of town guests received special room rates and the hotel staff were equally pleasant. I highly recommend Best Western Crossroads Inn for all of your traveling needs. We were comfortable in this hotel. The restaurant was classy and nice. The room had a great view out the back of mountains in the distance and a large back yard with rabbits hopping around. This is a where a gazebo and the pool is located, also. They were set up and practicing for a wedding. The room itself was very comfortable except for the showerhead is too high and does not move. The breakfast was great! We would stay here again.

We walked into this hotel with no reservation & were told they were filled up for the night. We asked them for a recommendation & they found "wiggle room" for us. The front desk ladies were so accommodating!! We highly recommend this hotel. The rates were great (we had enough points on our rewards card to make it free), the rooms were clean & comfortable, friendly staff in lounge & restaurant +great food!! We were on our way home to South Dakota from a BEAUTIFUL vacation in the Rockies. This was close to the Interstate & other amenities, such as the Outlet Mall across the highway. When I first booked my reservation, I talked to Rachel. Rachel was so amazing and compassionate, I thought I was talking to a best friend. She was so supportive and accommodating! she gave me a big hug when I arrived! We Like this hotel as the staff are friendly, good location and pet friendly. The rooms are clean but somewhat outdated. It is nice as they have a restaurant and bar so you don't have to leave once you check in. We would stay here again.

This was one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. They gave our not-for-profit group a discount. We're planning a big dinner event there next month, and their catering manager Cindy is a gem to work with. Rebecca at the front desk was super helpful. We'd stay here again. The breakfast buffet was substantial with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, steel cut oats, lots of bread and pastry choices, marvelous coffee, etc. The bed was a little soft for our liking, but everything was clean.

My grandmother passed away and my mom and I needed a place to stay last minute. Kaleb worked with us to make sure we had an affordable place to rest our heads. I can't tell you how much it meant to us to have such friendly staff take care of us during this difficult time. Everyone greeted us with a smile and expressed heartfelt condolences when they heard about the situation. We were well-fed every morning and got the rest we needed every night. This was a very busy weekend for graduation in the community and the staff worked very hard to make things comfortable. The hotel offered a little challenge on how to get to the driveway but with GPS we were able to navigate. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food excellent. Highly recommend it. I was waking up to an awesome flower fragrance the morning of my stay and it was so refreshing. Not sure how you do it, but that was Great ! Plus I really enjoyed the breakfast and the quiet of your rooms.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Both times were extremely enjoyable. The staff was great; as were the rooms and breakfast. I would highly recommend this property for business or vacations. We paid a high price for the rooms, but there were university graduations going on, so all properties could sell out .

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. But what ruined this one night stay: 1) a very uncomfortable bed. It was a Simmons Felicity pillowtop. Either the mattress was pretty old or else it had inadequate support underneath. We kept rolling into each other into a center depression in the mattress. This was room # 103. 2) Noisy refrig in the room. I finally had to unplug it in the middle of the night in order to have some quiet 3) Poor acoustics. Noise in the hallway really penetrated into the room.

Everything went as planned. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well prepared. The venue was close to the event center where the Colorado Democratic Convention was taking place. Part of my contentment may be the result of being away from Colorado Spring's Republicans for a few days.

Granted, Best Western Plus in Loveland is a little inconvenient to access, however this facility is an unknown gem in Loveland for affordability and their staff. Even the happy hour in the lounge was a great place for out-of-town families to to gather when they arrived the day before. I have already recommended to people I know. Thank-you! Cindy Smith the wedding coordinator went out-of-her way to help us with this event. She was on the premises from 8 am to 10 pm when things wrapped up. She was very gracious and help to our guests and families before, during, and after the reception. Thank-you Cindy!

Convenient location right off the highway and close to major shopping/restaurants. Rooms were clean. Pillows were comfortable but bed was pretty stiff. AC blew nice cold air, WiFi was fast and reliable. Shower was clean but very small, couldn't do anything with the door open. Breakfast was fair but the same every day. Front desk staff was a little disorganized. Definitely don't get a room towards the back, there is a very strong stench of raw sewage from a drain field right next to the back of the hotel.

I enjoyed everything except the continental breakfast-would prefer just plain white grave to put over items-NOT meat or pork. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The personnel were all very helpful and professional. Gave us different tips for us to enjoy our stay. Used the business center and that was extremely comfortable, also and user friendly.

while you could stay at the Best Western in Fort Collins, it is not a Plus, and is a college town hotel. The Crossroads Inn has a restraunt / lounge on site, along with the usual Best Western breakfast. Rooms are above average, and have inside corridors. Staff is excellent. Right across the highway from a new Outlet mall and a large shopping center.

I searched through the listing of electric vehicle charging stations at hotels in Loveland, Colorado, on the U.S. Department of Energy web-site and found none. I have not found the amenity on any of the hotel web-sites.

I stopped in the Loveland Best Western Plus at the end of December. The price was low (about a hundred dollars), and the hotel was far from filled. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient, the room was large, but the mirror above the sink could have used brighter lights. The room was clean, and the bed was a little soft, but otherwise very nice. The breakfast area was huge, and the breakfast buffet included omelets, sausage, eggs, bagels, and much more. I appreciated the variety and the quality. I've been to restaurants with worse breakfast selections. And unlike most hotel coffee, theirs wasn't too weak. If you're traveling through Colorado and need a good place to stay or to have a business meeting, consider this hotel.

This hotel can answer all your needs for a successful conference. Led by Kelly Chamberlain Sales Manager and Meeting Coordinator and her staff you can be assured your clients will be impressed with the layout of the conference rooms, the audio visual equipment, the refreshment selection, ease of access to parking and rest rooms and lastly they actually have fabulous Minka ceiling fans in their conference rooms to keep the air flowing and prevent those afternoon "naps" when rooms don't have air flow. The price, location is suitable for my group to stay at, and the desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only downside is the location seems to attract some less desirable guests probably because of proximity to Interstate Hwy and the night club in the hotel. Otherwise I have stayed here with my group of athletes several times and have had good experience.

My Dad has been in a Coma Since 11-13-15. He has been In Loveland, Co Since the end of November. I come at least once a Week from Nebraska to see him and visit my Mom who stays in the room with him at the Hospital, I always feel at HOME when I am at BW, and the staff is so caring and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! They Have been EXCEPTIONAL to me!!

I highly recommend this hotel the service was extremely good and they onsite restaurant and bar are great Food was excellent. The facilities were great and the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed.

Nice clean, modern rooms. Great breakfast, nice lobby, great restaurant and lounge. We were there for a conference, but will definitely go back for another personal stay. The rooms were large and very comfortable. They offered a full hot breakfast and the staff was very friendly.

I have stayed at Best Western Crossroads in the past and it has gotten better each time. The renovations I've seen in the pool area are quite nice. The breakfast is very good and the quality is better than I've had at other hotels. And... it's nice and clean. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to go to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park and Estes Park, which is a nice drive, about an 1 hr away.

I just love staying at the location when traveling to Colorado, very nice breakfasts, big and clean rooms, only drawback is the entrance to the hotel parking and only one way out. very close to a lot of shops

Great hotel for a short stay. Hard to access, so consider that if you're driving a large vehicle. Did not try the restaurant, but the specials sounded appealing. If you have family at the Rehab Clinic this hotel is very much worth your time. They provide a special rate for those who have family at the clinic.

This is one of the best, Best Western property I have stayed in. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly person. The rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable. In the morning the breakfast was very good.

had everything i needed and staff are very helpful and they love pets they have a beautiful pet run. and a restaurant and lounge at the hotel.plus the outlet mall right next door.parking at the door of your room. and is a very quiet hotel.security camera all around the hotel make you feel safe for your family.

I had to stay at the hotel as we had taken my bed down to load on moving trailer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable for the stay. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

I really enjoy this hotel. Its got clean rooms and comfy beds. I've had the breakfast here in the past and it was delicious. I have had a lot of my team stay here in the past and they have always treated us right. I plan to continue to use this hotel when ever we stay in Loveland for work. I would also use this hotel if I ever stay in Loveland for leisure.

Not sure about the name of the lady who arranged and prepared breakfast, but she was exceptional. I stay at a lot of hotels and this free breakfast was, by far, the best I have experienced. Nice to have pancakes instead of the big fat bready waffles. Please keep up the good work!

This wasn't my first choice as it was not the hotel where my conference was being held, but it turned out to be a good choice. It provided easy access to the highway so I could get to my conference quickly. My room was clean and quiet and fit my price range. They offered a nice variety of breakfast items.

The overall experience was very good. The staff was courteous and very helpful, the service quite good. The only thing I didn't care for is the proximity of the hotel to two major highway and interstates. this made access to the hotel a little precarious.

The breakfast area lady went out of her way to provide cut up fruit that had no added sugar. I did not ask for this, I only asked if the fruit had sugar in it and she looked on the ingredients listed on the tub and identified that sugar was added. I was disappointed that I couldn't eat it. She was able to get some help from another staff member and cut up some fresh fruit and brought it to me. I did not get her name. This really made a difference for me and made me believe that guest satisfaction was practiced instead of just spoken. Thank you.

We had a three night stay at this Best Western for a surgery I had scheduled near there at the Arete Surgery Center. The service was excellent. We were staying at the hotel due to my brother having surgery the next morning. The location was very close to the hospital and the staff gave us tremendous assistance during our check in and out. They even called the room about 15 minutes after we checked in to make sure we found everything and that it was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel!

Spent 6 nights there on a vacation. Clean. Nice breakfast and a great staff. Nice to be able to open the windows! Large pet yard was a plus. Comfy bed. The only thing missing were wash cloths. I'd stay again any time.

We recently stayed a week at this facility, two rooms, family of four. The staff was amazing and very friendly, even down to the maintenance staff on the grounds. The interior was clean and the exterior was as stated in other reviews, very well kept and super dog friendly. We ate meals at the restaurant, beyond pleased. The hotel breakfast, well I've only commented on one/two in my history to be good....its just that typical mystery egg affair (haha), but again clean and well kept. Now and I honestly hate to do this, but the beds were the worst part of our trip. In all honesty, we cannot stay here again, it was that bad. I thought it was just us older folks, but the kids in other room had the same complaints and we all had our own bed. We were exhausted with lack of sleep every day. One, they need replaced, the sink holes were evident after an hour or two and if there wasn't a pad, we would have complained it was too firm, a mid-lower end hotel bed. I didn't investigate enough so I have little to offer and can't quite put my finger on it. I'm not sure what kind of pad they used....we found ourselves to be very hot, maybe memory foam or of that nature, they can hold heat as I've experienced personally. Anyhow, you would get up almost every hour (hot!!), but the room temp would be fine if not freezing as we I had it set to accommodate and reach down to feel the heat where you laid. Crossroads does not deserve this, but considering the bed is what I needed most on this trip, having so much to do in a short amount of time, it was beyond disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western while I was in Loveland CO for a wedding. Everyone on the staff was very courteous and helpful. The beds are great! I enjoyed the breakfast, which had nice hot options. Everything was clean and I liked the little dispensers for soaps and shampoo in the showers!! That was kind of a unique detail that I enjoyed.

Just sent this email to Reservations at the hotel. I made a reservation last April for one room for (an out of town guest) three nights, October 1, 2, 3. Additionally, I made a reservation for two more rooms for (myself and my daughter & her husband) one night each, October 2nd. The confirmation pdf files I requested after learning of the initial mistakes are attached. When visiting the area in August, I stopped in to check on the reservation and there were multiple mistakes in the booking that were supposedly "fixed" by the person I spoke with in person at the desk. At that time the name of the out of town guest was supposedly added to the 3-night stay. On arrival on October 2nd, I found the reservations were still inaccurate, and asked for new paperwork. The three night stay had already been paid in cash and the out of town guest showed me his receipt. The room charge amount had to be changed on the other two rooms, for one night each. This, after me refusing to sign as the dates were incorrect on the printout. Now I see charges on my Mastercard for 6 nights of stays. The $93.75 was for the banquet room is correct. the only other correct charges are the $107.36 for one night each, rooms 244 and 242. I have notified Mastercard to dispute the transaction and am hopeful that someone in your organization can make the necessary corrections ASAP. I am currently in Hawaii and unavailable by phone. I will, however, check my account again tomorrow, expecting this matter to have been addressed.

They had some great stay at this location. Rachel at the front desk and Violet in the Restraint where awesome during the stay. There was good internet provided at this location with a good continental breakfast provided in the morning. They hotel was also pet friendly where they made a point to have dog treats out for guest with animals.
