"Just okay"

The hallways of this hotel are dark and scary. The rooms are very simple but clean. The front staff were very helpful but the woman that handles breakfast (her name is Manuela) is extremely rude and obnoxious!! She did not like our dog and told my daughter to get away from the food. It is a 2.5 pound Pomeranian. She told us not to touch anything that SHE had to serve us. We had an early flight so we had to take it to go. She was literally throwing the food in the bag? I have never encountered anything like this at a hotel. She was so nasty and mean. At that point, I didn't want anything and left without breakfast. What happened to pet-friendly hotel? She is an angry and rude person and should not be in hospitality. Oh and the shuttle they offer is not Free. It's 50 Euros to the airport.

Good afternoon, Laura. We would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review. We take note, unfortunately, that on the morning of your check-out, following an unpleasant inconvenience with another guest, the atmosphere became rigid and we want to apologize for this. As for the episode in the breakfast room, we would like to specify that, although there are no longer any binding regulations regarding the pandemic, we have preferred to maintain a served approach and ensure greater hygiene. Since you have got close to the buffet with your little dog, Manuela has invited you to step back, not because we are not pet friendly, simply because it is common sense not to let animals near food, especially because it can be harmful in case someone was allergic to dog hair. We also specify that you all made breakfast, unlike what you claim. Finally, we do not understand where you read that the shuttle to the airport is free: the cost is specified on Booking.com, Expedia and on our website. The price is also lower than that of taxis or Uber and if you thought it was overpriced, you could find a more convenient and suitable solution for your needs. We make this service available to our guests but we do not force them to use it.

Room sparse, small but clean. Website lists airport shuttle as amenity then 50+ euros charge at checkout. Instead of apology, response accusatory attack with raised voice for prolonged time, refusal to listen to need to communicate fee.

This sleek, stylish, modern hotel is a quick drive away from Fiumicino Airport and walking distance to the local beach community. The rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable and AC worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet and coffee was fresh and inviting. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be close to the airport for that early morning flight. Thank you Ileana for a perfect stay.

Room key didn't work at first, turns out it was because they gave me a room someone was already in! I checked in around midnight so when I opened the door to the room I woke up the person in the room who, rightfully so, screamed. I've never had that happen in my many years of traveling. It's the only hotel I've stayed in where I put furniture against the door just in case. Also, their airport shuttle service, which made it sound like it was complementary, actually costs $50 euros for a 15 minute ride. Not a great experience overall and terrible way to end my trip before flying out unfortunately.

I am truly sorry for what happened on the night of June 25th 2022. I would like to offer my personal apologies and clarify that the hotel has nothing to do with what happened, but the responsibility is exclusively mine. I understand your concern, but I can assure you that in our hotel is not customary to make this kind of mistakes, and it was the first time something like this occurred. For the safety of the guests, there is also an internal closing of the doors of the rooms. I hope you will understand and accept my apologies that I also publicly extend to my colleague, unaware, and to the management and property of the hotel for the damage of image that this error may have caused to the entire hotel. I am sorry because I know the efforts and sacrifices that the Hotel Corsi faces every day. I hope to be able to apologize in person. Best regards

I needed to go somewhere in the outskirts of Rome and my company booked me in this hotel outside of Rome. At the beginning, the location didn't look so good, but once inside I was very pleased. The employee and the owner of the hotel were really helpful and nice. I learned that this is a third generation family hotel. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. There are a couple of simple nice restaurants within walking distance. I wish the owner much luck, as I really felt his passion for his business, despite the tough times during COVID in his industry. If I go back to the region, I will return to this nice hotel. All the best.

Our flight home was bumped by Norwegian Air from Sunday to Monday. They said they had booked us into a hotel closer/close to the airport. We were notified in advance, so we were able to plan around it, but it seemed strange that the new hotel was about the same distance from the airport as our hotel in Rome. After getting the confirmation email we checked for details on Hotel Corsi. The picture looked nice enough, but that was all we had to go on. When we arrived, we found it to be a lot like a small-town stop on Route 66 in California. Hotel Corsi even had a gas pump out front! We were immediately worried about what we had been booked into. We were greeted by two very helpful, very patient young women who explained that many of the airlines used their hotel in this way because it is on a highway that is only about 20 minutes from the airport. Still not sure about the accommodations, we went up to our room on an external elevator to find a modern, spacious (for Europe) room in great shape. Come to find out, the hotel had been totally renovated 2 years prior! Everything was new, including the hide-away storage for the fantastic continental breakfast buffet, which offered a large selection of items. We were very pleasantly surprised by the turn of events, and as we walked around town we learned that it was a short drive to the beach, if we had chosen to go. The young women explained that we had a dinner voucher included for the pizzeria across the street, but when we asked if there was anything a little more up-scale they told us about a really nice place a little further down, named Ristorante I Conti. The experience there is subject of another review! All-in-all, this was a great place to stay, maybe for a couple of nights!

I booked this hotel on my recent short trip to Italy. I need it a location near by the airport for an early flight and this was perfect just 10 min away by car. The hotel also offered early breakfast which was served at 7am most hotels in the area start around 8am so that was a plus for me. Last room was clean and modern which you don't find much in the area for budget hotels.

Fantastic welcome. Lovely smile Denise very professional and Simone excellent. Clean room. A Pool would be great. The eating area has very modern decor. Quaint corner bar serving ice Beverages, good choice.
