"Comfortable relaxing stay near the ConvensiA"
We attended a multi-day event at the Incheon ConvensiA Center, and this hotel was a great choice. We selected the junior suite and enjoyed having a comfortable place to sit and look at the city between events. Good coffee in room and comfortable bed. Thumbs up!
Dear kimD9245XR, "Stay in Perfect Balance" Thank you very much for taking the time to share your wonderful review. We are truly delighted to know that our hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stay during your visit to Incheon for your event at ConvensiA. It is especially rewarding to hear that you enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of the Junior Suite, as well as the city views, in-room coffee, and restful bed. Your kind words are a great encouragement to our entire team. We sincerely appreciate your recommendation and are honored to have been part of your visit. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back on your next trip to Incheon and provide you with another exceptional stay.
"“Excellent location, but very dated hotel”"
Orakai Songdo Park Hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to shops and restaurants. However, the hotel is very old. When you walk into the lobby, you are immediately struck by an old smell. The rooms are dated, and do not appear to have been remodeled in more than a decade. Aged carpets look old with stains, the furniture looks dated. The control panels for the AC and lights in the walls appear to have been installed in the 1970s. The bathroom is extremely small, not well lit, with old fixtures. All things considered, I would not stay in this hotel again.
Dear Guest, Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your honest feedback. While we are glad you visited Incheon, we are truly sorry to hear that our facilities fell short of your expectations during your stay. Please rest assured that your comments have been passed along directly to our senior management and relevant teams for immediate review. We will fully committed to listening to our guests and making the necessary upgrades to improve our experience. Thank you for staying with us once again and your valuable feedback.
"Nice hotel across road from Central Park"
There are lots of good points about this hotel, including: efficient front desk staff that are all fairly proficient in English, clean rooms and lobby, good quality towels, air purifier in room (which was useful as we had some smoggy days while there), easy to use room temperature control, and a bidet-like toilet. The location is great, being across the road from a large park and a grocery store, as well as close to many restaurants. There is a coffee shop, convenience store, and bar on the ground floor.
"Hard nosed attitude: very surprising as Koreans are very warm people"
Hotel rooms are nice, location is good, breakfast is good but attitude is hard nosed. I paid 480,000 won for 4 nights and they asked 154000 won just to check in 5 hrs early! Hotel occupancy was pretty low, still they did not give the room before 3pm. Usually hotels give you a room by 12-1 if you arrive early but Orakai did not. Front desk staff do not understand English properly which is not good for overseas guests. After all it's the people and service you remember and Orakai will leave a very bitter taste in your mouth. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, avoid Orakai sengdo park
"Orakai Songdo Park Hotel, Incheon, South Korea"
During my recent trip to Incheon, South Korea, I stayed at the Orakai Songdo Park Hotel while attending a conference. Given several accommodation options, my friend and I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the conference hall and its reasonable pricing compared to the other choices. The room we stayed in was cozy and impeccably clean, offering a fantastic view that added to the overall comfort of our stay. The restaurant, located on the 19th floor, provided an amazing dining experience with breathtaking views of the nearby park, which is another beautiful attraction in the area. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food options, albeit a bit pricey, but the quality and selection made it worth it. The hotel also boasts a sauna and a swimming pool, although guests need to pay extra to use these facilities, which is different from what you might find in many other countries where such amenities are often included. The check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. The location of Orakai Songdo Park Hotel is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk from Songdo Convensia, the convention center, and conveniently close to Incheon University Station. The beautiful Central Park is right across the road, and a Lotte shopping mall is also a short walk away, providing ample options for leisure and shopping. For currency exchange, the hotel offers this service, although the rates are slightly lower than those offered by nearby banks. The nearest bank I found was a short walk away at Oakwood Premier Incheon, next to Songdo Convensia. The weather in Incheon during my visit in June was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—which made my stay even more enjoyable and my biggest regret is not extending my stay there by a few more days. Overall, Orakai Songdo Park Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling for work or leisure. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent dining options, and a prime location makes it a great place to stay.
"Not a good place to work in your room"
As a long-stay guest (almost 2 weeks), I find the room cleaning system very difficult. We have to wait hours for them to come clean the room and we never know when they arrive. This means you won't be able to use your room properly even if you have to work in it. I hoped to be able to work at the desk in my room and enjoy some comfort during my stay. When questioned, it's clear they have no plan: "The room would be done before 4pm." I am very disappointed with this, it is not normal for a hotel of this category, and surely not for long-stay guests.
"Great customer service"
It's a great business hotel and walking distance to the Convensia, the large and very spacious hi-tech convention center. I must commend Christine at the front desk for her excellent command of English which helped us big time when we were checking and also checking out plus all other requests. She's such an asset to Orakai and they're lucky to have her! Great customer service by Christine! 👏👏👏
