"Perhaps Past Its Best"
FiftyFifty5050, 27 Septembre 2024

We stayed at the Best Western Premier for one night, prior to catching a flight the next morning, on a room only basis (a buffet breakfast is available at KRW33,000 per adult). The hotel is very well located, a hotel shuttle bus is provided to take you to your terminal - about 5 minutes drive - and within a 500m diameter of the hotel are a raft of convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants for a wide range of tastes and budgets. There is a CU convenience within the hotel lobby itself if you don't want to venture out and we actually decided to play safe prior to a long haul and two short haul flights, and ate in the hotel restaurant for supper. We had an excellent meal - a Pork Cutlet for my other half and a traditional Beef Bulgogi tray for me, with all the side dishes. My other half suggested that I score the hotel just 3 stars and, indeed, the overall rating on TripAdvisor is not much above that. Hear me out though ... Yes, the decor is a tad tired, the corridors were somewhat dark and dingy with outdated carpet and the room could have done with a bit of refurbishment. There didn't seem to be many guests staying and the lobby and corridors did rather echo in an empty way. But the location was SO convenient, as were all the shops and eateries within such a short walk of the hotel. If you don't mind being in a very small number of people partaking of the meals on offer in the hotel restaurant (which does mean that there isn't much atmosphere) then the food and service were really good. Plenty of hot water, towels, robes and a huge comfortable bed. Good sound proofing from the windows and a solid air conditioning system which ensured a good night's sleep. A very modest amenity tray and the instant coffee sticks were an all in one - milk included - which didn't suit me, but we could have gone out for some or picked some up at the CU downstairs. Plus, the bill for the night's accommodation came to just £78, for a hotel with free shuttle, just five minutes from the terminal and that counts for at least a star by my reckoning. Let's face it, by the time you are on your way home, as we were, you are just looking for somewhere to rest your head for the night before embarking on your journey and, in that respect, this fitted the bill and did so at a highly competitive price. So, depending on your priorities, this makes a good choice.

"Best western stay"
kathleen R, 29 Août 2024

I love this best western, because it was close to the airport. I paid for breakfast ahead of time and truly enjoyed it. I love the array of vegetables and vegan options. They had at the buffet. Room was clean and comfortable. I would book there again if I was going through Korea

"Good hotel option for transiting Incheon Airport"
guru_g_syd, 12 Août 2024

Good standard, efficient hotel with a convenience store on the ground floor. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were professional. The free bus shuttle from/to T1 Incheon Airport was much appreciated. If you have to stay overnight because of a connecting flight at Incheon Airport, this hotel is a good option. Will stay there again.

"Not what I expected"
605davel, 29 Juillet 2024

Needs update/shower/ bathroom very very dated Rooms dated, very old rooms and bathrooms. In a very nice area, 3 minutes from airport. But would ever stay there again unless complete update and renovation of Bathrooms and rooms. Have stayed at other hotels in the area,( Howard Johnson etc) was really surprised at the condition of this hotel.

"Good!"
1004benjaaa, 07 Juillet 2024

The rooms itself were okay but I really liked that in the lobby they had a conscience store (CU) connected into the hotel; which made it really convenient for me. I wished they had better filters because outside of my room, it reeked a lot but you can't really beat the price haha

"One night stay at Best Western Airport Hotel in Incheon "
662ronaldb, 04 Juillet 2024

Stayed one night waiting for my flight to Europe. Great hotel very near the airport. Free shuttle bus every hour, and twice in the morning Rush hours. Nice rooms, nice restaurants and very pleasant staff both in the restaurant and in the reception. Expect between 1.5 -2 hrs by bus if you want to visit Incheon City. Faster with Taxi, expect 20-30 min depending on the traffic. I recommended the hotel of you are waiting for your flight.

"Needs remodeling"
tino2471, 18 Juin 2024

Stayed one night after arriving at ICN. Great location with shuttle bus operation. Pros: decent nightly rate, many eateries and convenience shops near, sizable room, fair sound proof, fair reception service, friendly shuttle driver Cons: the guest room screams remodeling, sanitation check, new carpets, and amenities. The bathroom sink height is for a little child. Hallway and elevator have no A/C or at least it wasn't working. Low ceiling. Needs modern charging station by night stand including USB port. Lights in the room were too dim to read. The room has overall depressing vibes. Won't stay here again.

"Professionel Airport Hotel with Restaurants and Convenience Stores Within Walking Distance"
Christian M, 04 Juin 2024

Best Western Premier is an excellent airport hotel with a perfect location near Incheon International Airport. We chose to walk from the airport (to get some exercise), which took about 15 minutes - there is a sidewalk the whole way. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle if you prefer that. Besides the hotel's own restaurant, there are 2-3 local restaurants right next to it, all very reasonably priced. Additionally, there are convenience stores both in the hotel and nearby. Handy if you need to spend the last money on your T-money card. The room itself is large, practical, and comfortable. Nice bathroom, well-functioning WiFi and air conditioning, two free bottles of water in the fridge. Honestly, what more could you want from an airport hotel?

"Convenient location"
HRhee, 01 Juin 2024

Very reasonably priced, excellent hotel with laundry facilities. Free shuttle service was great too. Air purifier in the room, well thought out comfortable room.

"Worst hotel"
mojochanfml, 24 Mai 2024

Really old and dirty, carpets and walls are stained. front staff was rude , when I was trying to confirm the timing of the shuttle bus he answered rudely "yes yes yes" like I was annoying him too much.

"Fit for purpose"
Glendone, 07 Mai 2024

I thought the bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. I enjoyed breakfast and their breakfast buffet offering had a good range of local and western breakfast foods. So, i rate the hotel as ‘fit for purpose' for everything you need after arriving in Seoul, or before you depart Seoul. You can rest well, wash well and eat well 👌🏻 But if you want marble wash basins, 1000 thread sheets, contemporary art on the wall - no. It's a basic and dated hotel with good services and good staff. They also offer a free shuttle service to, and from the airport - (i think every half hour until 10am, then every hour). It departs from outside “exit 14” at the international arrivals area - look for the sign that says “Crew -Hotel”. There are several shuttles for different hotels. Best Western shuttle is clearly marked as “Premier Incheon hotel” If you missed the shuttle (as i did, due toto delayed flight), then you can get a taxi from taxi rank number “4K”. This is the rank for short trips and the taxi driver won't be moody with you. The max fare should bebe no more than 10,000 KRW (about $7USD)

"One day stay"
pohchiuwen, 07 Mai 2024

The hotel price was reasonable esp when you need to catch plane on the following day. The room amenities was decent less the air conditional that was not working 100% and one of the light on the room was not working well. The room should have checked correct before handling it over to user who booked the room.

"Old and moldy room."
Yun Inn T, 13 Avril 2024

Corridor is dark. Room is dated and crowded with very old furnitures. Bed is not comfortable (spring bed with poor padding). Bathroom is moldy. Location and staff are the only good points. I have not stayed in such a bad hotel in a very long time.

"would not return ever again"
Sightsee28098082061, 06 Avril 2024

disappointed i can not leave 0 stars. unpleasant experience. best part of the stay was the check out. although even then, we were given old salad and rice in boxes as breakfast and told to eat it in the airport, due to a power shortage. an alarm sounded at 4:30am, waking us all up. the door made a horrible screeching noise whenever it opened. truly awful experience. would not recommend. on the other hand, staff members were decent.

"Overnight Stop-over in Seoul"
Gallivanter, 31 Mars 2024

To be fair, this was a free stop-over whilst travelling from Sydney to London. We got the free shuttle to the hotel after a long walk. We were quickly assigned a room and asked if the restaurant/bar was open, this at 2015. It closes at 2100 we were told. Once in our room we found it really gloomy and none of the bedside lights worked and the lobby had a motion detector light that flashed every time we moved. We went downstairs to get a snack and drink and reported the issue to the front desk. On arrival at the bar/restaurant at 2030, we were met my a lady who said as the bar/restaurant on,y served food until 2100 and was closed by 2130 we should have room service. We turned this offer down, as we had plenty of time, and were given a menu. We were then told only Korean food on the menu was available and no draught beer as they were closing soon. We were no impressed. Back in the room, nothing had been fixed, so we called the front desk who sent one of the receptionists to our room. In the gloom, she just press one of buttons on what looked to be an alarm clock! The lights came on! I've never found anything like this before and the room was so dark, I'd never have looked at an alarm clock and assumed it controlled the lights. The room was comfortable, but the shower was difficult to get in and out of. Free breakfast was quite acceptable as was the Caprese and Olive salad we manage to get the previous evening. The whole hotel looks a bit tired, but it's probably only used for transit passengers. Not our best experience!

"Everything is the best. Many 24-h convenient stores and complimentary both hotel and airport shuttle buses available !!"
EeAaKk, 30 Mars 2024

This hotel located next to Incheon Airport and is cheaper price when compare with the other hotel with complimentary breakfast. There are complimentary hotel shuttle bus every hours from 6-22 hrs. Complimentary airport shuttle bus every 20 minutes is also available just on the other side of the main road next to hotel. It is good idea for everyone who wants to stay near the Incheon Airport and don't want to drag your large baggage to and from Seoul. Three convenient stores around the hotel open all 24 hours. The other one is located in the ground floor in hotel too. Staffs are very helpful and able to communicate in English. Complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30-10.30 hrs is great which includes varieties of Western and Korean dish. Only 3 drawback things which are noise from the airplane in the room with street or airport view until midnight , choices of breakfast are all the same everyday and taking time around 1 to 1 and a half hour to reach the center of Seoul. However, my overall stay is perfect and very comfortable for me.

"excellent location for flight catching in Incheon Airport"
ELOPT1003, 02 Janvier 2024

Spacious room. Great view. Have 24H convenient store downstairs. Staff is a bit not friendly, may be due to our late check in (around 10pm) Room is tidy but I found hairs in the toilet. The wire for hair dryer is a bit short (may be due to I am short) The sockets are very loose and can only get proper phone charging in the socket in toilet. Hotel wifi is a bit jerky. I can't have in properly when I am in toilet

"Nice quality & service from this Airport Hotel"
Andrew G, 13 Décembre 2023

Nice quality hotel very close to Airport - We stayed here twice for one night at the start and end of our 2 week stay. Very efficient and no nonsense check-in and rooms are well equipped with everything for a short stay. We included the buffet breakfast which was excellent and by far the best of our stay in South Korea. Arrived too late for the free airport transfer but taxi was very cheap & quick - we used the transfer service on return which was quick & easy. Its not easy to find where to get the hotel van from the airport and think they could make this a little clearer on website but otherwise wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

"Solo travel, one night stay"
69dl772, 06 Décembre 2023

Receptionist gave me the wrong change. Instead of 20,000 won, I was given 2000 won. When I said I was given the wrong change, the receptionist didn't even seemed shocked, but disappointed. So I am not sure if they were trying to scam me out of some cash or if it was an honest mistake. Also being a hotel near the airport I thought there would be a bigger sign with the times for the airport shuttle, or a sign in the room, but there was only a tiny sign on the check in desk that I missed due to me having to double check my change. So the next morning I ended up missing the shuttle by two minutes and the staff at the time said the next shuttle would be in half an hour so I ended up taking a taxi.

"Enjoyable friendly team service"
agar9525, 22 Novembre 2023

Appreciated for your team service, urgent friendly service, quiet environment, smoking area resolved, Korean tasty food at restaurant, CU shop network located at first floor, near to airport free shuttle bus station,

"Fantastic airport stay"
pprofpopp, 18 Novembre 2023

We needed an airport stay at Incheon before our flight the next day and this hotel was ideal. Clear and easy shuttle bus outside exit 14. Check in and out a breeze. Lovely room. Extremely helpful staff who seemed to really enjoy their work. Had dinner in the evening which was great. Good breakfast too. Everything you would want from a great airport hotel. Would certainly stay there again.

"Dated, but OK for one night."
ProfessorBY, 28 Septembre 2023

This is a very basic hotel. Expect very little and you wont be disappointed. It is only 3 minutes shuttle bus ride from Incheon Airport which is why you should choose it. Other than that, there really isn't much more going for it. The rooms are very dated: the wall paper is peeling in many places, the walls are scuffed from years of suitcases banging against them, the bathroom fittings are difficult to manipulate, the carpet and easy chair are badly stained. If you look closely (and you shouldn't), you'll see dirt everywhere. It's like the hotel owners are waiting for someone to make them an offer to buy it! But it presents a good value-to-price ratio for staying one night to catch a very early or late flight.

"OK for a stop when using the airport (ICN)"
zacharysoo, 19 Septembre 2023

Well located near the Incheon Airport. Not a luxury hotel but it is quite convenient for those who need to stay overnight for travelling via the airport. The room was so so. Nothing special to shout about. Reasonably clean.

"Choose Another If You Can"
LadyDiSolihull, 21 Août 2023

Not the best airport hotel but fulfilled the purpose. Rooms dated and a bit smelly very basic. Just stayed for connecting flight so did the job but a lot of money for a tired basic smelly hotel. There was a bar next door called Dawn till Dusk open till the small hours if you get chance pop in it's great fun !

"Good choice"
Gollam76, 15 Août 2023

The hotel is part of an airport complex, close to icn airport . Nothing special in the hotel, but I can point out their kindness and good service even when all other hotel were unfriendly and not offered room without pre reservation. Close to airport and paradise city

"Very much a budget hotel"
thefoodieworld, 12 Août 2023

The pros: Inexpensive, close to Incheon airport, although I recommend using the airport's own shuttle, which operates more frequently than the one from the hotel itself. Breakfast offering is decent. Staff are helpful but have varying levels of English. The cons: Rooms are old and ours had a very musty smell. Poor air-conditioning in hallways/elevators. Shower over bath - not great if you're tall. This hotel is near Paradise City and the Grand Hyatt which offer options for eating/drinking if you have need. If you arrive in Seoul on a late flight, it's OK for one night, but spend as little time as possible in the room. It was clean but the smells were quite oppressive.

"Stay at BW Incheon"
JosephS3052, 08 Août 2023

Service and staff were very professional. Room was clean. Only problem was the window was dirty. Location was close to the airport. If you are coming from Terminal 2, you need to take a taxi. It was a little difficult to find one at first. The location is outside the terminal at 3B. The boss was very helpful

"Convenient location to ICN"
Engineer99, 29 Juin 2023

This hotel was close to the ICN airport. The hotel staff was very friendly. There was a 24 hour convenience store located in the lobby which helped me since I arrived after midnight. The room was ok and very poorly lit.

"Really filthy and without maintenance"
Diego81viavai, 21 Juin 2023

The hotel rooms was dirty, aged and really uncomfortable. I tried the gym equipment and looks likes none of the staff had a look inside for months. Okay for the price, but I'm blaming a problem of cleaning and customer care

"Will definitely book again"
jmaglinao, 20 Juin 2023

Going to/from T1 ICN was made easier by the free shuttle bus. Rooms are clean and everything I needed for our stay was in the room despite a short stay. It's also close to convenient stores, restaurants, & paradise plaza.

"Almost perfect stay"
4ndrewcw, 19 Juin 2023

Location is perfect, staff is great, amenities are great, it's clean, and within walking distance to anything you need. Shuttle does not go to Terminal 2 which is a significant issue. I would consider that before staying again.

"Clean and convenient"
TwoSK, 19 Mai 2023

Located within 15 minute walk of Terminal 1, and airport shuttle available on the hour. A few convenience stores and restaurants around. Good for business trip but not close to anything else. Over an hour from any type of shopping or town.

"Great Stay For An Overnight Layover"
stacysS3529NU, 12 Janvier 2023

I'm kind of surprised at all the bad reviews the hotel is getting. Maybe we were too exhausted to notice the small details. We arrived on a later flight from the US. We were surprised that there was no direct shuttle to the hotel, however, it was an easy walk from the Hyatt to the Best Western. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The toilet was very high tech and it took a minute to figure out how to flush. We had a great night's sleep and checked out early the next morning for our tour of the city.

"Cheap and convenient for a stop over."
Adventure824597, 05 Janvier 2023

The location was easy to get to using the free Incheon Airport shuttle bus. We took the bus at 9:30pm from terminal 2 on the 3rd floor and got off at the bus stop by the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Form here it is an easy 2 min walk, you can't miss it. Paradise city is directly opposite if you are looking for something to do. Otherwise only use this hotel if you have a flight the next day as there is nothing to do nearby. Our room still had the dirty towels from the guests the night before and no soap etc so it was clear they didnt clean our bathroom. Front desk staff got us towels, but don't expect a clean room.

"Dusty!"
lyp9999, 16 Décembre 2022

The room is super dusty and dirty! I believe they never clean it for ages. Location wise is ok, need to take free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel. There's a convenience store located in the hotel. Few food and beverage restaurants around the hotel. Overall, there's hygiene issue in this hotel. Please improve.

"Cheap & Very Conveniently Located from Airport"
cariazeel, 08 Décembre 2022

The room is clean and acceptable for the price paid for. It is very near 3 mins by vehicle from airport but would be good if they can extend the airport to hotel shuttle service to later hours for late arrival (last timings at 10pm)

"Wouldn't stay again"
AAM747, 23 Novembre 2022

This hotel, although close to the airport is very old and outdated. The shuttle service is practically useless as the hours are not convenient. There is no dining options at this hotel and the surrounding areas are very deserted. Definitely nothing to do around here and the room itself is dark. Consider staying somewhere else if you're looking to relax and enjoy your stay.

"perfect Incheon airport location"
73Bilbo73, 17 Novembre 2022

Ideal one night stop over hotel for incheon airport. Excellent restaurants and bars close by, especially CINDER bar. Good location for free shuttle bus to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Often used as a crew hotel.

"Perfectly fine airport hotel"
nickt1960, 16 Novembre 2022

I saw some mixed reviews on here so I went with trepidation. There is nothing at all wrong with this hotel. Perfectly fine for a stop over at the airport. Breakfast was ok, there is a fitness centre if you have the time and the staff were all polite and accomodating. I'll happily stay here again.

"Good for 1 night only"
Thierry12233, 13 Novembre 2022

This property is located very near to Incheon Airport. 3 mins by Taxi. Smnall 7/11 inside the lobby. he outside of the building tends to show that this is a new and modern property. Well, it is not. Hotel lobby is very dull and very unwelcoming. Staff are reception not at all friendly. Hotel rooms are quite oldish with old furniture, old style beds and matress, this ugly and dirty lighting remote system...etc... We had to move a little our beds, and found out plenty of old "stuffs" and dirt underneath them : very not clean room. To make a long story short : very average hotel to stay if you need to catch an early flight or if you arrive super later. Only Benefit : compared to others hotels around / in town, this one looks lke a super bargain ( as it is very cheap ) But now we know why it is cheap.

"Perfect overnight stay at the airport"
DickZe, 20 Octobre 2022

After reading some reviews and looking at the price my expectations were not set that high. But what a pleasant surprise to get a quiet large enough room with a sitting area, a desk, a fridge, a bathroom with bath and Korean style toilet. It all exceeded what I expected, so we had a very good stay to catch our flight the next day. I never heard a single plane, it was completely quiet. The shuttle bus takes you to Terminal 1 from 6-10 am, other hours a taxi is quick and inexpensive (4.200 won). There are also buses. All together a hotel that is excellent in its class and great value for money.

"Not at all what you read on the Hotel website"
Mimmeli, 15 Octobre 2022

Restaurant only operates for breakfast. Shuttle to airport only operates between 6 and 10am. You hear every leaving airplane. Air conditioning did not work. Hotel is past its best times. For a one night stay maybe ok, but I would not select this hotel again despite it is close to the airport. There are better options.

"Unclean, Unfriendly and Old-Fashioned"
jessica122022, 29 Septembre 2022

I am deeply saddened by my experience recently at Best Western due to the low maintenance of the room. It was dirty and I felt uncomfortable to stay in a room this outdated, especially for what I paid. The staff were unfriendly or unhelpful when I had asked clarifying questions about the billing, and they weren't polite enough to say a simple goodbye upon returning the room key. My quality of sleep was greatly interrupted as I could hear neighbors walking , talking and even SNORING! The rooms were definitely not sound proof! There are cheaper options in Seoul with a better location to do activities, so look elsewhere if you're on a budget!

"Convenient and clean airport accomodation"
IndigoNightowl, 19 Septembre 2022

Very comfortable good sized room, clean and fresh. Very convenient to Incheon airport - just one stop on the free AICC airport shuttle (from departures level), or the hotel offer a free shuttle service during the day directly from the hotel to the arrivals level. There are cafes and convenience stores nearby. It was a safe area even at night. Free wifi, they have a restaurant on site. Normal checkout is midday. I would totally stay there again.

"Very convenient"
_I7124KT, 24 Août 2022

This hotel is located close to Incheon airport, 5 minutes away by taxi. When you need to take a morning flight, I recommend you to stay at this hotel. In the morning you can use the shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel free of charge. On the ground floor, there is a convenient store and restaurant. And the staff are kind and friendly.

"Excellent airport hotel"
ChrisPeterson92, 30 Juillet 2022

Highly recommended! Spacious, clean and quiet rooms with an office-like work corner and a very nice shower and blackout curtains. Whatever the purpose of your trip is, you won't be disappointed. This hotel ticks all the boxes of a good airport hotel. Staff was super helpful, attentive and went out of their way to fulfil special requests. Great internet, decent breakfast, very close to the terminal. Highly recommended!

"Just a hotel"
Under H, 27 Juillet 2022

On the surface everything is fine. After 1 night things started to get on my nerves. Start with the breakfast: one person was responsible for breakfast which means reception, orders, serving, billing, everything. He did a great job under the circumstances. After that, “because of COVID” there is only one breakfast menu. The bread is white from a supermarket bag, the omlette was tasteless and served with a mysterious mash of potato(?), then there was a bowl of lettuce (no dressing, perfect for rabbits) plus 1 (just one) cup of coffee. The whole process took 30 minutes. I advised those travelling with me to skip it and eat at the airport. The elevator shaft is glassed and on the outside of the building but full of dust. There is no dinner served “because of COVID” but there are a number of restaurants open with short walking distance. There is a strange door slalom to enter and leave the building. The doors of all the empty rooms are kept open. Even my room door was wide open when I arrived. This was a little unnerving and so I entered cautiously. There is no hotel shuttle to the airport “because of COVID” but there are taxis and the airport shuttle stops every 7 minutes just around the corner. Lastly, there are no light switches in the rooms, just central panel with coded buttons. I sort of worked this out but could not find a way of turning out my bedside lamp so pulled out the plug. The rooms have no ventilation although there is a window that can be opened when you need oxygen. Really not a place to recommend. The saving grace was the low price although there is a pod hotel around the corner if you really want to keep to a budget. The airport shuttle was excellent. I invite the CEO of Best Western to spend an incognito night at this place. My guess is that this hotel cruises along on the Best Western name and reputation but sense it is falling into slow decline.

"Nice, but isolated and the restaurant sucks"
miraiz, 22 Juillet 2022

· Although the hotel is located conveniently close to the airport, I felt it was a bit too isolated. The only place to really get food, was to either go to the small local restaurants nearby or to Paradise City. The reason for this is that despite having a restaurant on premise, they would not serve me. I asked if I could get a table and they said that I needed a reservation. The funny thing is that there was literally only ONE other customer at that restaurant, and the whole place was pretty much empty the whole day. I didn't understand the reason for needing a reservation if there are no other customers. Another thing is that the hotel's homepage says that restaurant is open until 11:00pm, but they were completely closed by 6pm. Aside from a small convenience store in the lobby, nothing else was available on the premises. There are small restaurants near the hotel, but they didn't really seem too traveler friendly. Most of them were either empty or closed, and the few that were open, seemed to only cater to local patrons and didn't seem to welcoming to non-Korean speakers. I wound up going to Paradise City, a nearby shopping area. Although they offered some food choices, there wasn't a lot unless you want to shell out a lot at nearby hotels.

"Good stay"
sauditraveller, 27 Juin 2022

I liked this hotel because of the location, the staff, the room size, the availability of the laundry room for guests. The shower was good too. However, I cannot give it a full 5 stars because the quality of sleep I had was not great. The beds were not comfortable.

"Train"
DrHappy0, 08 Avril 2022

Well the most excellent thing about this hotel is that there is a high speed convenient train to downtown Seoul from the airport with the station right next to the hotel. It means that you can take a trip from the hotel.

"Amazing!"
b168, 29 Novembre 2021

The staff was friendly. While not everyone speaks the same language, you can certainly get by. The room was clean. The breakfast was amazing. Since were on a tour, they catered to our likings and there was plenty of it.

"Good and bad"
chrissX6833IV, 30 Mars 2020

Let's start with the good. The location is excellent - very close to the airport and with a shuttle bus that runs regularly. The staff are very friendly and speak better English than most people I encountered in Seoul (even at tour sites). The food is also very nice. Now the bad - when we arrived, even though we had requested a non smoking room but the room smelt of smoke. We complained and to be fair, the staff immediately offered us a new room. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the drain in the shower in the new room and it impossible to take a shower without the whole bathroom flooding. Having already asked to be moved once, we didn't want to make a fuss again, but it was very frustrating. Had there not been problems with our two rooms (which seems to have been a case of very bad luck) the hotel would have got a much higher mark

"Best business hotel"
jerrycyyap, 19 Février 2020

Most convenient of all the hotels I have stayed as the hotel offers shuttle bus to and from the airport. Staffs are all well mannered and helpful. Breakfast is good and the room quality is good. Internet is very good without any breakage!

"Wouldn't want to stay again"
theresa b, 18 Février 2020

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Sydney. The hotel itself was very clean and the lobby was lovely. Unfortunately the room was cold and even with the heating up at high it was still cold. There were no spare blankets in the wardrobe and we just couldn't get warm. Outside the window there was a large bank of air conditioning units which buzzed all night. We went down to dinner and were again disappointed the menu given to us consisted of 8 items half of which were pasta based and the remaining dishes were highly spiced which with Diverticulitis you cannot eat. The breakfast wasn't much better, cold chips, salad bits and streaky bacon. When we were told by Asiana airlines we were staying at a best western we thought good we might have some western food. Not the case. Was pleased to get back on the plane.

"VERY CLOSED TO INCHEON AIRPORT"
Jmg_korea, 17 Février 2020

very very comfortable. New hotel with Mall connected, massages, mini market, electronic shop , Alot of restaurant . i enjoy my transit time there. just 10 minutes to Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or 2.. They have two hotel join together, so you must remember which elevator you have, but it still connected even you take wrong elevator

"Great Location"
Nadochon-John, 13 Février 2020

“Ideal hotel for a night before or after flying. Comfortable, well-equipped room and great breakfast. Restaurant on site for an evening meal or you can order room service at the same price. Coach transfer to Terminal 1 in the morning went smoothly” Nothing much to explore at night and very few restaurants around.

"OK but nothing special"
Michal_Babilas, 10 Février 2020

The room was OK with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. We did not have breakfast, so can not comment on it. The hotel is accessible (T1) with the shuttle (twice per hour, but sometimes only once), but also with MAGLEV (station Paradise City plus a short walk). Not really convenient if one plans going downtown.

"Did the job"
atlas2009, 04 Janvier 2020

Staff were friendly enough, breakfast was good and the hotel shuttle bus was excellent yet infrequent at only one transfer an hour during some times of the day. It was a good base for an overnighted in Seoul and would rate as ‘good' but not ‘very good'.

"Staying at the Best Westerm"
jrmande, 30 Décembre 2019

The location of the Hotel shuttle at the very end of the bus lane pickup area. Not clearly marked on the web site or in the Airport. Missing wash cloths in the bathroom, used hand towel. Poor room lighting controls. Poorly arranged toilet to paper dispenser, Very restricted.

"Good hotel but not from terminal 2"
The_Chubbster_1880, 24 Décembre 2019

We've passed through Incheon plenty of times and this was the first at Best Western. The hotel is good, clean and super friendly staff. However, do note that there is no airport transfer from terminal 2. You've got the option of taking a bus over to terminal 1 and then to the hotel. That takes 30min to get to terminal 1. But that bus also stops at Grand Hyatt first, so get out there and walk 5min to Best Western. In the morning, you take 16000krw taxi to t2.

"Nice midrange option near airport "
thelonious22, 23 Décembre 2019

Glad there is finally a decent midrange option near the airport as previously it was between couple of five star hotels and self-serve studio apartments that really weren't hotels. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the free shuttle bus that runs most of the day was convenient.

"Pleasant hotel conveniently situated"
JennyTJ, 23 Décembre 2019

Overnighting in Incheon between flights I was happy to have a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed in this hotel. The room was simply furnished but adequate. i thought the shower room too small as had to squeeze past the toilet to get to the shower.

"Overnight stop before flight him to uk"
PaulaF1393, 15 Décembre 2019

This hotel is perfectly located if you need an overnight stop before your onward journey from incheon airport. This is the second time that we had stayed here and it suited us perfectly. There is a free shuttle service, but this is only to and from terminal one. There is another service from terminal one to terminal two.

"Good enough to dothe job"
rodgs, 12 Décembre 2019

We stayed as a stopover from Sydney to Tashkent flying Asiana Airlines. By the time we got to the hotel, it was late. Staff managed to get us a meal - albeit a limited choice menu, but it was more than adequate. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were always helpful. As i said, good enough to do the job as a stopover and if i had to have another stopover, i would happily stay there

"Business trip"
Andy14D, 10 Décembre 2019

Not the best hotel, looking a bit tired and the food is not that great. Alright as a stopover before a flight the next day but check the bus times back to the respective terminals. The bus transfer is acceptable, just.

"one night stay over in Incheon"
tact1922, 27 Novembre 2019

when we were setting up our trip to Vietnam we decided that a 13 hour trip from the States to Korea was long enough for the three of us. We found The Best Western Premier Incheon Airport to our liking. It has a shuttle running from terminal 1 to the hotel, however, we arrived into the beautiful terminal 2 and took a very short taxi ride to the hotel. After checking in and getting settled into our room which was very comfortable and very well kept and clean. The cleaning staff knocked on our door with extra towels and also gave us electrical adapters. You don't find that kind of service very often. We walked over to a large complex that housed a casino and duty free shops and many restaurants. It was a good place to stretch our legs. after dinner we had a nice walk back to the hotel. After a great night sleep we boarded the hotel shuttle bus which dropped us at terminal1 for our flight to Da Nang. This hotel is great for a layover stay!!

"Good place for early flights"
CriticallyMe, 20 Novembre 2019

We chose this hotel as it was conveniently close to Incheon airport for an early morning flight. The hotel is a bit dated but clean with decent rooms and bathrooms however no socket to recharge your phone next to the bed. Check-in staff unfriendly, almost rude. Price value for money. Shuttle bus only to T1. For T2 you need first to go to T1 then take the terminal shuttle to T2. Calculate 30 minutes. Alternative: taxi 15.000 won 10 minutes. Restaurants/take-aways nearby

"The worst hotel I met i n my life"
Liliana C, 20 Novembre 2019

I faced the most terrible situation arriving in the coldest room since heat was not turned on, in the night, at negative temperatures ouside. And the cherry on the pie was the fact that there is neither restaurant nor room service after 9:30 pm. Ant this hotel is supposed to serve the airport. Shame!

"Dated facility"
slickomo, 06 Novembre 2019

Stayed in an executive room there with my family and in summary the hotel rooms seemed pretty dated, the shower was awful, with no full glass door/curtain which left the floors flooded, and the air conditioning didn't work. I called the front desk 9 times to ages the situation and they have a switch room which they turned my cooking system on and off on their own free will all night which made the room extremely hot, and stuffy. Left the hotel with no sleep and no answers as to why this was done. Definitely not staying there again

"excellent stay"
peshotanw, 27 Octobre 2019

We were extremely pleased and satisfied with our stay in this hotel which was better than any Best Western we have stayed in previously. Room was a good size, bright and very comfortable- room service was excellent and all the staff pleasant and smiling eager to please. very good value for money too. First class experience and highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Seoul. and

"Excellent Airport Hotel - with services to match"
PeterCowen, 26 Octobre 2019

Two night stay at the end of our tour of South Korea - proved an excellent decision .. as the hotel and their staff are a quality act. Rooms were well presented and a decent size, the breakfast was top quality and the staff throughout could not have done more. The only slight negative was that the price was slightly higher than the brand normally charges (£85 per night for a single)

"Perfect for one night"
mymelody4you, 24 Octobre 2019

I was recommended this hotel by a friend. I liked how close it was to the airport, very convinient when you have an early flight! Great transport options by either free shuttlebus from the hotel entrance or the Maglev train, just a few minutes walk from the hotel. They standard of the room was good: spacey and clean. You can expect the usual comforts a hotel offers. It surprised me how silent it was so I had a goodnight sleep. The staff I met was very friendly and helpful and I had no trouble with the check-in/out. Overall a great hotel for an overnight stay. Would stay here again!

"Room needs updating and major cleaning!"
Darell A, 07 Octobre 2019

The AC was not cool enough, even on the coldest setting. Had to ask for a fan to be brought up. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. Carpet stains everywhere, AC vents were dirty, ceiling was moldy.

"Best Western Premier Incheon Airport"
Korea_Expat, 22 Septembre 2019

My problem was with the check-out process. The Front Desk Manager was inept in his job, his name was Kirk. He claimed that because I paid for the room in advance that I was not entitled to a copy of the check-out portfolio showing a zero balance, citing some nonsense about a commission fee between Agoda and BWP Hotels; never encountered this before and it really sounded strange to me, he stated that it was illegal for him to give me what I was asking for, there-in the argument started. He contradicted himself numerous times during what should have been a 3 minute check out into a 20 minute argument. He finally relented and gave us a copy of the zero balance check-out portfolio, which is all that I wanted, but only after threatening to report him to BWP Hotels, which I'm doing right now as a matter of principle. I spend 100+ nights in hotels every year for business and I always get a receipt / copy of the check-out portfolio, showing a zero balance, until this Front Desk Manager decided not to accommodate me. It does not matter if the room charge is paid in advance, or upon check-out. A guest is entitled to a copy of the check-out portfolio showing zero balance regardless of the method of remittance; he went so far as to allude that if I had paid cash, that I would be entitled to a copy of the receipt / checkout portfolio. I promptly suggest that he needed to go back HRM training for a refresher course in Customer Service.

"Walking instructions from the airport (15 minute walk)"
TJCLeicester, 08 Septembre 2019

Airport transfers are one an hour outside peak hours (when there are two an hour). I decided to walk rather than wait - it is about a 15 minute walk. I found it a bit difficult to find the right way out of teh airport - so here are some instructions: Follow signs for Airport Railroad (All Stop). When you get to the All Stop ticketing area (you will be on Level 0) look up and you will see a big silver tube which contains the MagLev train lines. Basically, you follow these lines all the way to the hotel. Go up an escalator to Level 1 and leave by a door marked Long term P. (Parking Tower). When you get outside you will see the concrete pillars of the MagLev line. Keep these on your right and cross the road. Continue straight ahead. You get to a pedestrian crossing (Korean style - everyone waits for the green man). Continue straight ahead past a car park entrance until you get to the first MagLev station (Long Term Parking Station). Continue straight ahead with using the pedestrian crossing or the MagLev station overpass steps to cross the road. Carry on straight ahead still with the Maglev pillars on your right. There is then a pedestrian overpass (red soft surface) over the next road and as you come down you will see an ‘emart' sign high up on a building across the road. This is were you and the MagLev tracks turn right to get to the hotel. At the next crossing, cross under the MagLev tracks and turn right after a neon ground level ‘emart' sign. You will see the hotel sign on the top of a building. Crossing under the MagLev tracks again you will see the hotel entrance. Hotel is a standard airport hotel, but at a decent price.

"Casino & Hotel"
simonkohliangmeng, 07 Septembre 2019

Nice Cosy Quiet Hotel Near The Casino & Airport...So Its Convenient & Affordability In Price & Reasonable Value...The Room Service Was Good & Menu Reasonable...I Just Need A Rest For Two Nights After Every 24 Hours Of Non Stop Playing Baccarat In The Casino Nearby :-)

"What an improvement over last time !!"
Otto B, 06 Septembre 2019

I stayed at this hotel twice before. MY last stay was not very good in many respects. This time I could detect a significant improvement in almost ALL areas. Keep going! It is good to give a 'second chance'. The hotel shuttle service was very well organized this time. I will certainly go back when flying to Seoul!

"Comfortable, quiet hotel"
naneunsoojin, 03 Septembre 2019

This hotel is in a perfect location. It is quiet, clean, and the room was spacious. The staff was very nice and spoke multiple languages, and I appreciated that there was a 24hour convenience store in the lobby for any last minute things that needed to be picked up. The shuttle to the airport is also very helpful and runs frequently.

"Nice hotel for airport overnight"
Juraj N, 01 Septembre 2019

One of possible choices to overnight between flights. Very good Premier BW standard. The only issue to know is the fact that the airport transfer is only to Terminal 1 - you need extra half hour to get to Terminal 2 but airport shuttle.

"A haven away"
Leann C, 22 Août 2019

This is a well run, neat and clean hotel. The room was delightful and spacious. I felt a world away from the noise and hectic pace of being in Seoul. The service was excellent, the breakfast and dinner fare was great and the price reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel. It did offer shuttle service to terminal 1 of the airport but not terminal 2. We took a taxi which was readily available and it cost about $10 US dollars.

"Terrible experience"
Alfredo F, 18 Août 2019

The air conditioner was not working on a very hot summer night. We told the front desk and a technician was sent to the room. This was ridiculous, all he did is to show us the thermostat and adjust the settings. Half an hour latter still at 82 degrees in the room we called again and the same person comes back with a remote which did not work so he left and returned with two batteries but AC still did not work. Front desk could not change the room because they were "sold out". English spoken by staff was very poor. Bottom line we could not sleep at all. Stay away from this hotel. When we got a review survey from the hotel, it was in Korean and the English link would not work even if I tried from several computers. Nothing was done to compensate for that terrible night. It left us with a bad taste about our last day in Korea.

"Everything you would expect"
mikelD6842BG, 17 Août 2019

I stayed just the one night and although the cost was a little more than I wanted to pay I have to admit the stay was very comfortable. I desperately needed some catch up sleep and managed to get 13 hours thanks to the comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Outside the hotel there are many places to eat and grab a beer at a reasonable price.

"Easy to find the shuttle for overnight layover"
plezzka L, 01 Août 2019

Incheon airport has it figured out. The airport hotel shuttles have nice big signs and a distinct pick-up location. (Trust me, we have been to Shanghai and they don't have it figured out.) This hotel had a nice comfortable bed and it felt like it was American sized. It was not a hotel you could barely move around in. The facilities were nice. There were probably many amenities nearby, but we were just there for sleeping in between flights. If I am transitting via Incheon again, I will stay here. Affordable and convenient.

"Super convenient stopover"
arctorman, 28 Juillet 2019

The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport and is a stone's throw from terminal 1 of Incheon Airport. Very convenient. As others have said, the rooms are a little dated, but they are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff spoke fluent English and were efficient and courteous. We stayed for one night before taking a flight the next morning. Premier double room was 133,000 KRW - much cheaper than some of the other nearby hotels.

"Convenient to Airport"
Dr-Ing-Dchen, 27 Juillet 2019

Stayed here one night because of the closeness to the airport. Price was very reasonable. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The AC worked well.. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus to the airport that runs frequently. Also within 100m there is a Maglev train stop (Paradise City stop), which runs directly to terminal 1 and the train station at the airport. It runs every 15 min (but not late at night) and is free. This is a convenient hotel if you are flying into Seoul late, or leaving and want to stay close by. On the down side, at least my room wasn't up to a 5 star rating. The room and furniture was dated, and the lighting was dim. For the price, it is a reasonable place to stay.

"Quick visit"
singkil, 20 Juillet 2019

Stayed for 7 hours, checked in at 2pm and leave around 9pm. Booked a room with 2 beds ( 1 single and 2 double) big enough for us, room is clean, with toiletries and a nook for coffee and tea, need a place to take a nap for the kidsbefore our night flight. It's a quiet place with a 7-11 at the lobby and few restaurant outside. E mart supermarket is a short distance also. Adjacent to paradise city and grand hyatt hotel. Staff are accommodating and nice, they speak good english. The hotel is affordable, it's a quick rest hotel specially for those on a long lay over, i would still visit this hotel in case ill be needing a place to stay near terminal 1.

"Good for stay a night if you have a late flight"
CHMEK, 27 Juin 2019

They have convenience store next to the lobby. Breakfast was a hotel standard. Room is big and the pillows are perfect for us. Local food restaurant and convenience store surrounded the hotel Room didn't clean enough. The shower box should has a curtain to keep water inside the tub. Air-con cannot adjust the fan and swing, it can adjust only the temperature.

"Adequate for Airport Transfers"
DragonR888, 27 Juin 2019

Old hotel with old design, furniture and carpeting. Beds comfortable enough. Rooms clean enough. Price is right. Hotel runs a shuttle to and from the airport, on the hour all day and on the half hour mornings and evenings. Didn't use food services or concierge.

"Stay somewhere else"
Wanderer48120724047, 14 Juin 2019

This place is dirty, dusty, carpet stains and condom bag... A flash light was found under a bed ramdomly. I know it is a cheap hotel but that does not mean it is ok to be dirty and gross. Go somewhere else.

"Only serving the purpose of being close to airport"
The_TravellerSg, 09 Juin 2019

Like many airport hotels, this one does serve it's purpose but nothing else. Room is clean but overall every thing can be seen of its age especially the furnishing. Walking to the room, you can see that the walkway is very dim perhaps to cover the aging carpets. On entering the room, one can see that it is spacious but once you take a closer look, every thing seems that it will fall apart soon. I don't like the way the wires are very much exposed for the standing lamp!! The cabinets has a distinct old wooden smell and the fridge has seen its better day. Overall everything is working well but just that it is very dated and old. Location wise it is like 3 mins drive from the airport and that it is located next to Paradise City a more upmarket hotel and casino makes Best Western in fact a good choice because for the affordable price , you can enjoy the facilities of Paradise City in terms of dining. Nonetheless this hotel does serve its purpose of being close to airport for those catching an early flight out.

"Choose somewhere else"
alexmac98, 26 Mai 2019

I had been traveling in South Korea for three months prior to this stay, and this was my worst accommodation by far. Almost everything about this hotel made me feel uncomfortable. The Check-in and Check-out experience being the only exception, as that ran smoothly and efficiently. I checked in during the middle of the day, still very bright outside, yet the hallway to the room and the room itself were both very dark. In the room the carpet did not look clean and there were stains on the fabric arm chair. The mini fridge also had stains inside it. The only lighting in the room was 2 lamps, one of which did not work. There was a horrid smell coming from the closet, I think it was coming from the well used leather looking slippers, so I did not wear them and kept the closet closed. (Tip for BW regarding hygiene and avoiding fungus/warts on guest's feet - if you need to provide slippers, do as other hotels do and provide disposable ones). The bathroom was extremely small, I am about 175cm and had to hunch down to use the sink (washing hands), and did not fit comfortably when using the shower or sitting on the toilet. The type of shower/bath in my room was not one I had seen advertised on the website, and it was in my opinion quite an odd shape and difficult to move around in. (Photo attached, sorry for the angle I didn't know I would use it for a review!) The bathroom also had poor ventilation. I purchased the breakfast package, and going down for breakfast alone. Not wanting to take up a table for 4 or more people with just myself I tried to sit in an area where there were single tables for 2 people with my food. (I had previously gone and put my purse down on the chair so I could have free hands to fill up my plate, and staff had seen me do this). This area was attached to the rest of the seating area, with the same decor, and no where was it indicated that you could not sit there. Instead of informing me prior to me starting to eat that this area was not being used for breakfast, a staff came over after I had began eating and snapped loudly at me saying I needed to move. I apologized and moved, feeling embarrassed as now other guests were looking at me. This was the same staff that greeted me and took my breakfast ticket, so I felt that this was handled poorly. THIS however could have just been that staff member having a bad day, so it shouldn't be the main reason for you not to stay here. Prior to staying at the BW Premier Incheon, I spent a night at the Grand Hyatt Incheon in the same type of room (One king/queen bed), for less money. This stay was far more pleasant, clean, and better proximity and transportation to the airport. I recommend if you have a chance compare prices and perhaps choose the Hyatt... at least you will get a clean room.

"Nice hotel near airport"
iloves1nglemalt, 10 Mai 2019

Stayed in the hotel during an overnight lay-over in Seoul. The shuttle bus service was very convenient and brought me to the hotel and back to the airport swiftly. Room was specious with water and coffee/tee provided. The breakfast was also very nice!

"great choice for long layover"
alt22, 06 Mai 2019

This was a good location for us during a long layover in Seoul. The space is clean, the staff courteous and helpful, wifi is free. There's nothing crazy amazing about it but nothing to detract from it either. There is a 7-11 in the lobby and a restaurant as well. You can walk to other restaurants too. Beware the courtesy shuttle is only available from terminal 1, as we came from the states we landed in terminal 2 and ended up taking a taxi for about $16 each way vs take 30 min to transfer via train internally to the other terminal

"Delivers expected quality and value"
Holy_Innocent, 02 Mai 2019

Everything works well with extremely friendly service. Lots of amenities including bathrobe, insuite coffee/tea service, excellent WiFi and spacious rooms with great beds. My room was a bit weird with a step up from the foyer to both the bedroom (full step) and bathroom (half step) ... something I always seem to catch. Not sure if this is an anomaly for my room only or not. Washroom sink was also a bit low compared to western standards but usable. Breakfast buffet is good but not fantastic.

"Staffs need to be trained for the guests who need to be transferred to airport."
fs1101, 27 Avril 2019

The hotel was very nice. I mainly choose this hotel for the airport transportation in the morning. When I checked in I asked for the shuttle service information. They told me the shuttle service runs every 30 minutes. In the morning, I found out the shuttle service wasn't available to the terminal 2. The shuttle service was only for the terminal 1. So I quickly asked for the taxi, and 10 minutes later 1 taxi showed up. The problem was there were other groups need the taxi to terminal 2 as well. In my opinion, the staffs weren't trained well for providing service for the guests who need to get to the airport the next day.

"No air con and lacking in many ways"
spoon722, 22 Avril 2019

For a four stars hotel and part of the large global name, I'm shocked that there was no air condition available as we were told winter months it is centrally turned off. Room was stuffy. The staff tried to help and provided a portable fan which was partially broken. Appreciate the staff effort but the hotel amenities are horrendous. Room was not comfortable. No seating area, no plugs by the bed, and bathroom had no ventilation. Would not stay again.

"A good stay in Incheon"
eyeglassman454, 14 Avril 2019

Again Best Western lives up to its mark as a great and comfortable hotel. Time was important to me and so I was impressed by their on time delivery of services. The hotel was very clean, however some of the room amenities were a bit dated, like lighting control system.

"A Very Good Airport Hotel"
Rajeev57, 12 Avril 2019

Stayed here for one night - it is an excellent choice for catching a flight early morning or late night. Just five minutes to Incheon Airport Terminal 1, free shuttle bus, clean, spacious rooms with ample space for movement and storage, very good wifi. The rooms are sound-proofed quite effectively, something very important for a tired traveller. The staff was very polite, spoke good English, and even helped with the baggage. The 7-Eleven store is very conveniently located on the ground floor, with access from the lobby. The restaurant looked quite tempting, but I did not have the time to have a meal. Would certainly recommend this hotel, and come again for sure.

"Black water poured out of shower on my body"
Curiosity23888348734, 05 Avril 2019

I have never had a worse experience at a hotel. In the morning, I went to shave and the hot water did not come of the faucet. So I shaved with cold water. Then I started the shower. The hot water stream was weak, but I had an early flight so I used it. Then the stream strengthened, but I was horrified when I looked at the tub and saw that the water was black with lots of grit in it. So I was covered in this black grit. I took a picture of it while I tried to figure out what to do. The cold water was running clear, so I took a 10 minute shower in cold water to get this residue off of me. I went to the front desk and demanded to know what it was that I got on me, but the building engineer and the front desk would not explain what it was. There are real problems with maintenance in this hotel. I was originally booked in another room, but was forced to move because I could not turn off the lights. I called the front desk about that and they came upstairs and told me that the switch box was broken. I could either have all of the lights on or all power off or move to another room.

"Perfect location"
Jason K, 29 Mars 2019

The hotel was in good condition and room size was big enough. The bath room was clean. Short distance from Inchoen airport terminal 1(5minutes) with their free shuttle bus. They do not offer transportation to terminal 2.

"Close to Incheon Airport "
celestialdust, 27 Mars 2019

Booked the room through booking.com for good price. It was a single room and was comfortable though it was a corner room with a bit of congested space in the rooms and toilet. As I was just for an overnight stay for a long haul flight, it didn't bother me much. Clean room, neat toilet and courteous staff. Worthy if you get it for a good price online. They do offer airport shuttles every 30 minutes.

"Wonderful Rest"
411jtt, 12 Mars 2019

Incheon BW was the perfect hotel for our 1 night lay over. So close to the airport, the shuttle service was prompt and speedy. Just as good or even better than the BW back home in Canada. Definitely will stay here next time we are in beautiful Korea.

"Really Good Airport Hotel!"
gardenbear, 03 Mars 2019

The free shuttle bus from Incheon Airport was on time and exactly at the right place it was advertised as. The ride was about five to seven minutes. The check in was fast. There is a 7/11 right in the hotel and there are several cheap restaurants out the front doors and to your right all within a hundred yards. The room was good. The bed was fine. The amenities were good. The only complaint was that very early in the morning like 4am, we needed to run the shower a good ten minutes before any cold water came out. Overall, I'd stay there again for sure!

"One night stand"
StefanoMorello, 21 Février 2019

Good shuttle bus service running from terminal 1 gate 14c (you have to exit gate 14 and cross the road... Stop for Best Western is the last one). Depending on hours it is available one or two times per hour. From the hotel to terminal 1 (at the moment service to T2 is not available) it starts at 6 a..m. Running every 30 minutes Fast check in / check out. Rooms are older than other places in the area but enough to enjoy one night. Near the hotel you may find several restaurants.

"Average, very average"
TimetravelerEurope, 21 Février 2019

It's close to the airport. That's the best thing. And there is nothing very wrong, only details (USB socket didn't work in my room. But there is nothing very good, for a 1 night stopover it's OK. I wouldn't spend my own money, but if the company pays...

"Great staff and location"
182brandim, 19 Février 2019

I flew in and only had to wait a few minutes for the free shuttle. The staff was super nice and spoke English very well. The area was in walking distance to some great food as well! The bath was perfect after a 16 hour flight.

"Great location, nice room, friendly staff"
stevenkorea23, 09 Janvier 2019

This is exactly what you want from an airport hotel. There are clean and comfortable rooms and it's close to several restaurants/bars and convenience stores. The shuttle bus is swift and regular enough.

"neat and clean place to relax"
srbk, 08 Janvier 2019

We often travel to Incheon. Our first visit ended to Best Western Premier hotel, which we found very neat and clean with an amazing service. It is close to airport and you will get so many place to eat if you get out the hotel. Yeah the hotel its own restaurant, cafe and a small store, just incase if you want to try some local korean food.

"A Disaster and Nightmare Stay"

This is the 1st time for me to stay with Best Western and write a negative hotel report. I am sure I will never stay with this again and I will not recommend to anyone who is considering to stay near Incheon Airport. The hotel is not really close to the airport. Although shuttle bus services is provided, it depends on which airport terminal you are going to. If you are going to Terminal 1, congratulations, the shuttle bus will come every hour. However, if you are going to/from Terminal 2 like us, sorry, the shuttle bus is much less frequent. After the 7am bus, the next one maybe at 10am and there are no shuttle bus service from Terminal 2 after 9:30pm. We arrived the hotel in late night. Once we entered the hotel, the lobby looks old. The check-in process was not smooth or efficient. The check-in staff took a long time to locate our reservation. We were first given a room on the 9/F. When we arrived 9/F, we found that the room is located at the end of the corridor. The whole corridor is dark and made you have an uncomfortable feeling. The same feeling happen in our room. There is just 2 lamps placed and lightened for a room of 32 sq. meters and you can imagine how dark it is. The room nights control panel is not working, so we called Front office to send someone up to check. The engineer came but he just know little English that we can hardly communicate. The only thing we understood is that he suggested us to change room and he helped us to call to the Front Office. The Front Office Staff suggested to provide another room for us to see which one we preferred. Then we have been given a room on 6/F. This room is a bit better, at least it has more lights and the light control panel is working. Then we decided to stay on 6/F instead of the one on 9/F. However, here comes another nightmare. It seems a room that have been vacant for long, there are dust on the amenities and towels. The slippers look old and dirty that you won't wish to step on. And the most unacceptable issue is that there is a curly hair in the refrigerator!! It's totally unacceptable in a brand hotel. Moreover, the lamp switch in room is broken and you can feel that there are lack of maintenance. Luckily, we have just booked for a night to stay for several hours for our flight transit. It's really a nightmare stay and please think twice before you book.

"A good choice for 1 night at the airport "
Venture67502321367, 23 Novembre 2018

Only 3 minuets bei car from the international terminal. No shuttle service late in the evening, but everything okay. Nice and quite room. Large bed and desk okay. Internet worked good. Seven Eleven in the lobby. I would stay again.

"Easy access to airport and subway system"
Bill_McMartin, 22 Novembre 2018

Free shuttle from the airport was timely and quick. Check-in was efficient and helpful, wifi was reliable and almost automatic, room was spacious and modern with a view of ... the airport, what else? The thermostat was set at 22 C but the actual temperature was usually 28 C even with two small windows open. This was not good sleeping temperature. In-house restaurant food was expensive (C$25 for a buffet breakfast) but maybe that's just South Korea for you. Fix the thermostat for a fifth star.

"Great place to layover at airport campus connected by mag train"
robgriffith5365, 03 Novembre 2018

International Best Westerns are always significantly fancier and high quality than those US stateside, but at good prices. This one is extremely nice, a great place to rest mid trip for extremely long itineraries. Take the free mag train eat at the airport for just a few minutes to get within a block and a half walking distance to the hotel. Major airlines rest their flight crews here. This is also a safe area to walk/go for a jog outside. Great restaurant/international buffet at a bigger name hotel a block away.

"Good stay, mostly for travellers on a layover"
Jagbir S, 29 Octobre 2018

Nice hotel. 10 mins away from the airport, accessible by a shuttle bus or the maglev. Good stay. Amenities in the room were simple but sufficient. The area around the hotel barely had much to do. Paradise city was still renovating, and a few food shops around.

"beautiful and cozy hotel"
Ngoc N, 29 Octobre 2018

It was amazing to experience for staying here. The room was perfect, clean, big, nice view, quite, very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only one thing I dont like is about the staff wasn't nice and not even friendly.

"Shuttle and good breakfast, that's it"
Wade K, 28 Octobre 2018

Tiny rooms, I couldn't even use the potty properly! Gym was fine, but a bit small. Had a golf area, but only a few clubs, all right handed. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was full of pilots and flight attendants from Asian airlines. Shuttle is convenient to T1. Next time I will try other hotels.

"Between average and run down"
TCPS, 26 Octobre 2018

Review hotel A shuttle bus is available with 3 or more large buses. Hotel is exactly 16 minutes by bus from terminal 2 and 5 minutes form terminal 1. Information on shuttle bus is hidden in the website. It is found at the bottom of the main page in a link called “Location”. Interestingly there is also a similar menu at the top of the main page, and half of the links are the same to the bottom page link, so it takes a very careful guest to notice it is there. I had to use google advanced search, type the hotel website and search for “shuttle”. Stayed there for one night. First impression I had when walking through the corridor and entering the room was of that of a run down hotel. There was a loud noise coming from the fridge, I opened the cabinet and found the fridge was so hot on the outside it burned to touch it. To manage to sleep I disconnected the power. I really could not be bothered to spend an hour at reception to get another room. It is not acceptable to have a loud fridge in a hotel room. It suggests that no one in the hotel checks these items. Two bottles of water were in the fridge, but no sign that these were complimentary, so I left them there and used tap water instead. The mini bar shelvs were empty, so I am not sure whether they were meant to be empty or not (see photo) Upon entering the room I also noticed there was poor lighting and the room was quite dark. I found the main switch with some difficulty and was unable to turn on two of the ceiling lights, which clearly needed a lamp replacement. One of the bed side lights was disconnected from the wall. I realised why: it was a touch lamp, but while the lamp on the other side would respond to touch this one didn't, so the clients including me who sleep on that side of the bed need to disconnect the plug from the wall. I placed the luggage on its stand and noticed that behind it there were several items, fallen from previous guests together with lots of dust. Evidently no one cleans there (see photo). I placed the laptop on the desk to do some work. The desk was so wobbly I thought the desk would fall over. Under the desk there were signs of a repair, not effective though. I turned back and notice a box on the ground and thought someone had left it behind. After opening it I noticed it contained an emergency rope termed “emergency descending life line”. I wondered how someone could climb down from the seventh floor and I tried opening the 3 windows. Interestingly, the windows only opened to about 10 cm, just enough to allow a child to pass through, but not an adult (see photo). I wonder how seriously management keeps at heart the life of its guests if this is the best they can come up with. Additionally a plug on the desk did not work. The shower head did not reach my head, so I had to bend down to wash the hair. The shower head wouldn't stay in place and would turn down, so I had to hold it. I could smell the room was quite dusty and I developed quite quickly an allergic reaction. I was fine the previous 4 nights in another clean hotel in Seoul. Mattress had some springs poking in my chest, but was tired enough not to bother too much. Cushions were of two types, soft and too thin, and hard and too thick, so I didn't find a comfortable position for the head. Quite with some noise form aeroplanes as expected. Loud music in the morning coming from the neighbour next door. Breakfast was ok, but had to queue for toast, then it finished and had to ask waitress to bring more and wait. The cereal bowls were too small. Waiters were often looking at their mobile phones and would take away plate and cutlery as soon as I moved away from table, so I would have to fetch for more cutlery and guard my table. When walking along the corridor, I could smell cigarette smoke coming from a couple of rooms. Altogether I would go elsewhere in the future.

"Experience for 1 night in this Hotel"
Bold-Erdene, 17 Octobre 2018

I stayed one night only for this Hotel. From Terminal 2 it is quite far, but it is very close to Terminal 1. They provide Free Shuttle bus every 30 minutes from Hotel to Airport Terminal 1. Breakfast included. Choices was fine for breakfast. Room was not that big. But clean enough.

"good for poker player"
sam70651988, 16 Octobre 2018

This hotel is very near Paradise City which holds many poker tournaments these days. And the price and environment are good. Could be the best choice if you want to have a poker tournament in Paradise City. 這間飯店離Paradise City非常近。 而Paradise City最近舉辦了很多場的撲克錦標賽, 所以如果你是個撲克玩家的話,非常建議你可以住在這。

"Excellent service "
Nouzab, 03 Octobre 2018

One night stand due to missed flight. Entered without a reservation but received a warm welcome. Beautiful room with all comforts. Plenty restaurants close by even at late night. Free shuttle from/to airport. Value for money.

"good location"
iyad s, 17 Septembre 2018

this hotel is nice stayed there 1 night . staff are nice prices a bit high but reasonable . it is recommended to stay here as it has a nice location close to food market . pool and fitness centre is also nice

"good for transfer 乗継におススメ!"
terunz V, 17 Septembre 2018

I stayed here for next morning flight. The price is around us$90. This hotel has free shuttles 1-2 time/hour . Just 5min to the hotel. The room was no problem, clean and silent. The hotel staff was very kindness. This hotel is very convenient, because many restaurants and convenient store near here.

"Practical good hotel"
jussiaaltonen, 27 Juillet 2018

A bit old, but still clean and nice hotel. Easy and fast to access, free shuttle, but also Maglev which faster. Recommend to buy beer from 7eleven etc and there is also KGB Bar on same block. Supermarket is located near by,

"very clean"

"Super Easy from Terminal 1"
MotorBikeDude73, 18 Juillet 2018

Stayed the night on a layover from Seattle to Saigon. It was clean and comfortable, but mostly it was easy to get to from Terminal 1. We toot the Ecobee Maglev train to the Paradise station, and we arrived at the hotel. Too Easy

"Shuttle info"
Joyce D, 09 Juillet 2018

Shuttles apparently leave from hotel beginning at 530 am every hour on the half hourin the morning which we need for an early flight. Its getting to the hotel from airport thats tricky. At terminal 1 the shuttle comes more frequently on the hour but take care it ends before 10 or 11 pm. At Terminal 2 the shuttle pick up to go to best western hotel is less frequent. We came in from Gimpo and didnt know which incheon terminal the shuttle went to. We decided on terminal 2 and arrived at 130 pm and would have had to wait until 430 pm or travel back to terminal 1 (with scafs of luggage) to get on the hourly shuttle. However there was option 3. A free shuttle to the grand hyatt comes frequently to terminal 2 (3rd floor stand 2) this shuttle goes between terminal 2, grand Hyatt and terminal 1. Grand hyatt is very close to best western. What we did was store all our luggage on third floor terminal 2 departures, picked up free hyatt shuttle with only a carry on and walked to the best western hotel. Luggage puck up opens at 630 am. We can take early shuttle from hotel, pick up bags and check them in. Hotel us clean and decent. Just a place to crash before early flight. Close to departures

"Can't recommend"
Moimeme622, 07 Juillet 2018

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the advertised free airport shuttle every 30 minutes. After 40+ minutes waiting for the free shuttle at the spot at the airport with the shuttle signboard, I gave up and took a taxi. The front desk staff apologized when I showed them the conflicting shuttle information on their website, an airport website, and the signboard at the airport. I asked if they could reimburse my taxi and they said they would check and call me but they never did. The first room I got had a/c that didn't work and a faulty USB port. I asked the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix both problems when I was out. I got back and found the USB problem fixed but not the a/c and no message to explain what they had found/done. I asked to be moved to a new room, which the hotel readily did. In the new room, the a/c worked but the shower head had a major leak. At least the ceiling was not so low I could touch it with my arms extended like the first room. The hotel readily gave me a late check out, but again no shuttle and a 20,000 taxi fare back to the airport. Can't recommend this place if you have other options.

"Not good"
Sean Seungwon J, 03 Juillet 2018

Had to stay at Incheon for transit. Chose this hotel for price and regretted. Not clean facilities especially the bathroom. Bed was not comfortable. Had to pay 20,000 won to go to airport. Shuttle goes once an hour or even less frequently. Despite low price, not worth the price.

"Good Choice for Transit Travellers at Incheon Airport"
Heiko B, 19 Juin 2018

The hotel is just a 5 minutes taxi drive away from Incheon Terminal 1. There is a shuttle bus service available but it operates only every hour. The taxi to the hotel cost me 3300 Won (US$ 2.96), which I think is quite affordable. The staff at the reception counter is very friendly. The check in and check out is handled very efficiently. The rooms are a bit old but very clean and well maintained. All rooms have free Wi-Fi which is stable and sufficiently fast. A big minus is that the room service is available only until 11:00pm. The hotel management should consider to offer a 24 hours room service maybe with reduced selection after 11:00 pm. The breakfast has a good selection of Korean and some Western Dishes. The hotel offers to book a room with breakfast at a discounted price. Otherwise the breakfast will cost you a whopping 22,000 Won (19.75 US$) extra. Overall, the Best Western at Incheon offers good value for money and I will choose it for my next transit stay at Incheon again.

"Close to Incheon Terminal 1"
591jane2015, 17 Juin 2018

I had read reviews on how difficult hotels near the Incheon airport are to access. I also didn't know that Terminal 1 & Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport are quite far from each other. I made my way to Terminal 1 arrivals & tried finding the bus to Best Western. Then realised that I had to walk to the second road from the airport building (the road just outside the airport arrivals are the numbered busses), where there is a dedicated spot for the bus from Best Western to pick you up. There is a small brown stand that will have the logo of the hotel to assure you. Since the bus is dedicated to Best Western, it usually is waiting at this parking spot for 15 odd minutes before departing at the designated time for the hotel. The trip from the hotel to the airport is much more seamless. The hotel reception will give Yii a piece of paper with the bus timings. Just be there at those slots and board the bus. The airport-hotel trip is hardly 5 minutes. The hotel is decent. Although there was an irritating buzzing sound near the entrance to my room.

"Great Hotel, good staff, decent rooms, poor airport shuttle "
Fairgraders, 03 Juin 2018

The title says it all. Mostly good experience but the shuttle only runs at best every hour. Be aware that while it may look latched the room doors do not latch by themselves. Also the hot water is VERY hot so be careful. Finally, I was never brave enough to try the electronic controls on the toilet.

"No air conditioning in room"
Hannah C, 03 Juin 2018

My biggest complaint with this hotel is that there is no air conditioning control in the room. They do have a box on the wall that appears to be the control but this is merely a decoy. The front desk controls the temp of all the rooms, and they keep them hot. This is something that Koreans like, but for foreigners, most prefer a cool sleeping environment. I stayed at the hotel in June and, it was so stuffy in my room, and there are no fans.

"Has seen better days"
Dieter F, 27 Mai 2018

I had booked a premium room. Well, the carpet in the hall way, which led directly into my room, was full of stains. So was the upholstery, which is only provided in the premium rooms. I dared to sit in the upholstery. Upon arrival in my room, there were no towels and no toiletries at all. That was corrected promptly when I complained. Good and clean beds and even with a choice of pillows - that was good. Bar closes at 10 pm!

"Alarming "
RobertYUL, 25 Mai 2018

Made my way to this hotel from the airport. The shuttle bus was fine but the schedule infrequent. I accessed it by walking out door #14 (walk across the first road then walk to the right until you see the best western sign), just passed the “paradise city” bus stop. No issues with the shuttle as it is what it is and the schedule can be planned around. ALARMING Primary objective was to obtain a solid nights sleep before catching my flight. This may have been possible if the alarm clock didn't ring at 5:00 am! I had set my personal alarm for 8:30 so needless to say this was unexpected and unpleasant. Then at 06:45 another device, located right next to my head started ringing. It appears that these were set and never disabled - thanks housekeeping. I failed to achieve my primary objective as a result of this - not happy! This hotel has a small gift shop / convenience store in the basement which was convenient and I nice touch. I also had a snack and drink at the bar but regrettably the draft beer wasn't working so I opted for smaller and more expensive bottles. Just had breakfast and I'm feeling sleepy but can't sleep for fear of missing my flight. Ironically I had booked at an airport hotel as I often do to alleviate this fear. This time it didn't work and I do hope that you have better luck than I!

"Lucky if you can get to this hotel."
Fabio P, 06 Mai 2018

There are no signs at all at the airport then the bus just left before thetimeand after 40 min waiting I just gave up to get a taxi. Then fun out that the taxis don't take you there. Got there the restaurant was closed. No room service no nothing. The prices for food are ridiculous but you can get good kitten did at the corner.

"No nonsense transfer hotel"
Marcel H, 04 Mai 2018

The Incheon Best Western is a good place to stay if you are on a long layover in Seoul. Rooms are adequate for a night's sleep and that is probably all you want to do in this place. The shuttle arrangements to the airport are a little bit awkward and will not be available after 11 p.m. or so. Reasonable value for money though and might stay again if I had to.

"Our airport of missed connection"
steve9631, 29 Avril 2018

Not planning to stop in Korea but there anyway because of a missed connection on a Asiana Airlines mechanical issue, Asiana put us up for the night here. It could have been worse. I have been in some horrid airport hotels but, as airport hotels go, it wasn't bad. Rooms were nicely done, beds were comfortable, clean, flat screen tv, nicely sized bathroom, and the elevators were convenient. A big plus was that it was far enough from the airport that I never heard any airport noise, however the hallways could have used a little more soundproofing, as I did pick up a number of conversations during the evening from the hotel corridors. The food from the restaurant was not bad, but a can of diet coke was 4.00usd. Oh well, airport hotels. The airport shuttle ran on a schedule, and was very prompt. Signs for the hotel shuttle were posted at the airport, and in the hotel lobby. The ride to the airport was short, under five minutes, and dropped you at departures. Quick, convenient, plenty of connection options for business travelers, and check out was swift. A 4 star airport hotel by anyone's definition.

"Long Layover"
AlaskaDO, 28 Avril 2018

We waited for the shuttle however they come only once an hour which is different than the US. I would recommend the train which is free and drops you off right by it and the ride is less than 10 minutes, the train is in Terminal 1. That being said, the water was hot, the rooms were clean and I slept well. If you want to go elsewhere the Taxi's can be pricy so plan your eating however they have an onsite restaurant.

"Standard, slightly upscale western hotel"
Martin Z, 20 Avril 2018

A nice, large and pretty westernized hotel near the airport in Incheon. It's modern with handsome furnishings and sizable, comfortable rooms. The bed was very comfortable and views are good. Despite a few nearby restaurants, there's really nothing to do in this airport hotel area and it's about a half-hour into he city of Incheon. Service is consistent with upscale hotels and staff was very responsive and polite. The breakfast was extensive, but some items were just barely warm. Electric controls in the room were a little difficult to fathom, but eventually we mastered them. Reasonably priced.

"Perfect for a quick stopover"
Kirstie B, 15 Avril 2018

I was staying for 12 hours between flights and the hotel had everything I could ask for and more. The room was spacious and clean. The food was also of a good standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

"Very convenient for short stay "
Ramy B, 13 Avril 2018

The hotel is neat, very near to airport, have all what you need for a short stay. It has restaurants near by, souvenir shops and a hyper market. It offers free shuttle to and from airport. It is very very far from the city or Seoul, so only stay in it when you need to be Incheon airport.

"convenient for airport layover"
lpincher94, 27 Mars 2018

With a free shuttle bus to/from Incheon airport every hour (bus stop 1 from T2, and 14C from T1), the hotel is pretty convenient for layovers. Bed is comfortable, sheets are smooth. Bathroom clean. Food limited but not bad - though I left too early to try breakfast. Decent value.

"Great for a long connection"
Lorrane C, 27 Mars 2018

The hotel is great if you have a long layover in Seoul. The hotel provides free shuttle from and to the airport (20 minutes away), it is very clean, the breakfast is great and there are a few restaurants around where one can try typical Korean food. There are also a few convenience stores around. The staff is very polite.

"Good location"
Bernard H, 25 Mars 2018

This hotel is not far from the airport, they offer shuttle service. The rooms are basic and a little dated, but clean and reasonable priced. Around the corner there are a couple of places to eat and a fun bar called The Jet Lagged Lizard. We enjoyed our one night stay

"One night stay"
tamwhite009, 18 Mars 2018

Great location, quick check-in, warm welcome. The bed was comfortable. Loved the convenience of the free shuttle to the airport. The shuttles run approximately every hour, to and from the airport. I had a complimentary welcome drink, which did not include alcoholic beverages. I chose a cup of green tea. I had a cup of beef short rib soup, the soup was tasty. I would definitely return to this location the next time I visit Seoul.

"A good alternative at Incheon"
xClark-Griswoldx, 16 Mars 2018

For years, I have stayed at the main hotel at Incheon, the Grand Hyatt. This time, I wanted something different, and chose the Best Western Premier Incheon. I've been pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy and quick and my room on the ninth floor was very comfortable, especially the bed. There is also a desk/work area with different types of outlets/USB slots for electronics. The room has a climate control pad on the wall making it easier to get comfortable. I had dinner in the restaurant off the lobby. There are plenty of options just outside the hotel as well. The hotel was fine for a traveler on a one night stay. The only thing I didn't like was the shuttle from the airport. I saw the Hyatt shuttle twice before I saw the BWP shuttle, then once the bus arrived, we sat there more than 15 minutes before leaving for the hotel. That means from the point I got to the #2 bus stop to the point where I got off the shuttle at the hotel it was one hour. After arriving from a nearly eleven hour flight, then standing in passport control for thirty minutes, I just wanted to get to the hotel quickly. Unless you are really lucky, the shuttle is not quick. Best to take a taxi next time. Apart from that frustration, the hotel is fine, and I'd have no problem staying here again.

"A good old american standard hotel"
Marco D, 02 Mars 2018

+ Good over all . Confy bed. Good price for a night before your early flight. Decent short menu restaurant not over priced except for beef (typical in Korea). Very convenient free shuttles (to terminal 1 or 2). - 90s american style. Low ceilling, very narrow bathroom (you must walk over toilet to reach shower). Fair noise insulation (shuttles' engine that drivers dont stop while waiting departures can be heard from 7th floor). Noisy fridge (can be unplugged).

"Perfect & Easy "
Ally G, 17 Février 2018

Stayed here twice on route to and from Uzbekistan. Easy transfer from airport to hotel & vice versa. Easy check in. Business center accessible & easy. Clean & quiet rooms. Hot shower. Just perfect for our needs. Thank you.

"Room and location were very good"
patricklA4625AM, 15 Février 2018

The location and transfer are hard to beat. Surrounded by cheap eating places and convenience stores with an Emart supermarket and mall across the street inside the business centre and the free airport bus. A good area base. Room had everything needed and a sea view. Only oddity was being unable to find switches for some overhead lights, including the bathroom. Eventually turned off the main power switch near the door for sleeping. Someone in another room said they slept with the bathroom light on. Yes, we could have asked staff for help but sleep overtook. Suggest asking staff who take you to your room.

"Good Quick Airport Transfer "
davidhennessey, 11 Février 2018

Best Western Premier Incheon. It was late and we were greeted by Alice at the front desk with a cheerful smile. In less than a minute we were on our way to our room. Later I asked Alice about the free shuttle to the airport in the morning. She gave us instructions and a business card sized schedule. The room was big, clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean without a trace of mold. The only negatives was the room sleeps 3 but there were only towels enough for 1 person. Also the shower head didn't function well. It was on a bar that allows you to adjust the height. However, it was not able to lock in one position. We had restful sleep and were ready to travel. The shuttle made the stay worth it all. It only took 8 minutes to the airport.

"Comfy Bed, Good Nights Sleep"
rontrips, 09 Février 2018

My airline put me up in the Best Western for a lay over. I found the hotel to be clean and its breakfast buffet was excellent. There were stains on the room carpet but all in all it provided me with what I needed. A good sleep.

"Ok Hotel"
Markus H, 26 Janvier 2018

The BPW is an ok Hotel very close to the airport. You can reach it via Taxi, which gets assigned to you outside through a method beyond my understanding (had to wait quite a bit in the cold) or the a shuttle bus. The bus guess every 30 minutes in the morning, every hour from 10:00 to 17:00 and then again every 30 minutes until 23:00. The lobby had a quite funny smell when arrived, it was a bit better the next morning. Check in took a while but was ok. The rooms are fairly small but sufficient for a night till your flight the next day. Insulation of the windows could be better, you could feel the cold coming in extremely still 50cm away. The air condition was able to keep the room nice and warm. However I do not understand why it has to be directly above the bed with a huge green light shining down on you. I did not try a lot of the breakfast but the variety seemed to be good.

"Convenient to Airport but simple spartan rooms"
gauvain2010, 24 Janvier 2018

This property is part of the cluster of Hotels near the Incheon airport, as such it is mostly flight crews and business travelers on layovers who stay here. Check in time at the front desk was too lengthy, shuttle buses that arrive drop off dozens of guests at the same time which results in aggravating lines. By the way, depending on the time of the day the shuttle runs once per hour. Take a taxi! it is a 2 minute ride. The rooms are very basic, no desk or chair and very small bathroom. There is no place to work if you need to get some things done on your PC. No bottled water anywhere which is a major problem when travelling. Highlights are the gym, very good for an airport hotel, there are 2 indoor driving range tees and a golf bag with all irons (no drivers). Very cool! The lobby restaurant is excellent. An okay place to stay if just passing through, no recommended for more than one night.

"Good airport hotel"
John V, 12 Janvier 2018

I stayed in the hotel for one night in transit from Incheon to Gimpo Airport. The hotel was nice ver clean with spacious rooms and high speed internet. A bit far from Seoul but this was my choise. Very convenient shuttle service from Incheon airport. Recommended

"Ok for a night close to ICN airport"
Cole C, 07 Janvier 2018

Hotel is near to ICN airport with an infrequent shuttle bus (approx 1 or 2 buses per hour) and a stop which is a long walk away from the terminal. A regular taxi is around KRW 3,000 from the airport terminal to the hotel. A taxi from the hotel to the airport (at 05:00 am) is KRW 7,000 and despite this fee for me was a dilapidated poorly maintained van! Room was straight-forward but soon should be a candidate for renovation. Bathroom tap leaked and toilet appeared to be on the eve of being blocked as filled with water when flushing (room 921). Went to restaurant 'Patio' on the first floor for dinner. There was a buffet and at first the staff was reluctant to sell this as it was apparently intended for airline crew. In the end I was offered the buffet for KRW 15,000. To be honest, I regret the buffet as it was a range of lukewarm fried food which appeared to have been sitting around for quite a while. I now wish I had have ordered off the menu as what they brought out for other guests looked better! Would consider staying here again if I have an early flight as it is a budget hotel and a convenient choice. Nonetheless, consider bringing your own food!

"Worst asia experience"
DavidMahb, 05 Janvier 2018

The front desk supervisor was very rude, very bad attitude and non customer oriented. Once my room was assigned, it smelled very bad from cigarettes and the curtain was down. There is no shuttle available except once every hour. Very bad experience.

"Very Near Incheon Airport"
MCEaux, 04 Janvier 2018

Stayed at the Best Western Premiere Incheon Airport for 2 nights. It's very near the Airport and is easy to book a Taxi to go to Seoul from the front desk staff. Male Staff are easier to talk to than the female ones as the latter don't seem to understand English. Hotel is clean and rooms are of decent size. Not much to do around the vicinity as it's pretty much on its own except for a Bar within the complex. Overall, it's a good place to stay especially when catching an early morning flight and they provide a shuttle to go to the airport too.

"My stay in Incheon South Korea"
BerryHaynes, 28 Décembre 2017

The hotel is outdated in a lot of ways. The restaurant food was ok, just not a lot to choose from. The thermostat in my room would not work so, I had to open the windows. I was in Incheon for 4 weeks on business.

"Good location and good price."
Happyinc, 20 Décembre 2017

Rooms were clean. We had asked for connecting rooms but this was not available so we ended up with rooms a few doors away from each other. Due to our early flight time and shuttle times we didn't have time for breakfast. Lots of food options nearby - especially in the evenings.

"Front desk indifference"
Brian A, 08 Décembre 2017

Disappointing service! Airport hotels only have you as a guest typically for a single night. That can mean that there is not as much focus on service and this hotel typified that approach. At check in and check out, the English speaking staff made no effort to welcome or encourage staying at their hotel. Despite a corporate booking, I was expected to pay for my room at check in. Why? This never happens anywhere else to me in Korea or any other Asian Country. Staff at the front desk behaved like robots and seemed to be inconvenienced by my presence. Who is training and supervising this young team? I was greeted with only "Do you have a booking". When leaving, it was only "How will you pay?". The lifts weren't working properly and there were extended waits because of this. A shuttle bus only once per hour around mid day is pretty ordinary for a large airport hotel. However, the bus driver was polite and helpful. The hotel does have a reasonable gym which I appreciated and breakfast was done well. Room was fine. Hopefully this review reaches the front desk staff and they can spend less time talking to each other / staring at computer screens and more time greeting / serving their guests. At check in, you should explain: * What is the procedure for WiFi * Where is the restaurant for breakfast * Where are the lifts for me to reach my room

"Sub-Par 3-Star Hotel With Maintenance Problems"
Tanagan, 28 Novembre 2017

We stayed for one night at the Best Western Premier Incheon Airport to catch a connecting flight and were extremely disappointed by the poor shower, dated décor, bad smelling towels, small bathroom, half-hourly shuttle bus and generally poor maintenance. This hotel looks new and decent from the outside, but from the inside, it looked like it was stuck in the 1990's, both in terms of décor and maintenance. I don't expect luxury from a mid-range brand like Best Western Premier, but I do expect cleanliness, good maintenance, efficient service and a decent quality bed and shower. Unfortunately, the BWP Incheon delivered on none of these other than an efficient check-in and check-out process, The worst was the shower which struggled to deliver half-decent water pressure and made a screeching noise as it mixed hot with cold water. Having a good, hot shower is essential when travelling for hours on planes and transiting, but what we got was some of the weakest water pressure we had ever experienced from a hotel. Moreover, part of the shower piping became scalding hot (even as the water was not) and I nearly burned myself when touching it. The shower was not only bad, but dangerous! And this was in an upgraded Premier Room. The room itself looked like it hadn't been renovated in 20-years. It wasn't bad per se, but it was far from looking fresh or new. It did not give me confidence that it was particularly clean. The linens and sheets had a funny bleachy smell which also did not engender confidence. Service at the front desk was efficient, but this was pretty much the only decent part of the hotel. The shuttle bus only runs every half hour (and even more infrequently at parts of the day). On the morning of our departure it wasn't even running on time. Overall, this is just a bad hotel that does not meet the standards of a Best Western Premier. I had initially booked this property over the nearby Grand Hyatt to save some money, but quickly regretted the decision.

"Spacious room at an affordable price"
429edinae, 20 Novembre 2017

Was really satisfied with the overall stay. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfy. Would have scored them a 10 if the shuttle bus is available up to midnight. We were not able to make it for 11.10pm (last shuttle) since our flight arrived at 10.55pm and it took a while to get out of the immigration clearance.

"Convenience to Incheon Airport"
Rowena B, 12 Novembre 2017

Booked here for a night due to long transit hours. Was rated five stars on a booking website but I would rate it a four star establishment. A little dated. Five stars would not have a shower head that showered the entire bathroom for one. Alright for a night's stay thou the free shuttle bus to the hotel was not at often intervals as the Hyatt was next door. Overall ok.

"Promised much delivered little"
wiggy5bike, 12 Novembre 2017

Bathroom was ridiculously small couldn't sit on the toilet with legs straight had to sit on the side fridge cupboard door hanging off and The carpet in the room was minging good job it was only for one night will not use again.

"One Night Only Hotel"
iverge, 11 Novembre 2017

The biggest complaint is that the hotel shuttle only runs every hour during the afternoon compared to the Hyatt Hotel which runs every 15 minutes. I must have seen the same Hyatt driver 3 times while I waited. The hotel is a 5-minute ride away from the airport. Check-in was a pain as the clerk wanted me to show him my Best Western loyalty card even though I gave him my passport and credit card to confirm my identity. I don't know anyone who carries their loyalty card anymore considering everything is digital these days. I ended up showing him my digital card on my phone app. The hotel exterior looks new and modern but the room furnishings are not. My room on the 9th floor has mismatched couches and chairs, tacky lamps, TV didn't work, very old lighting controls and the bathtub was in a separate room which looked like a large closet. The bed was super hard and the pillows were not good either. Luckily I was only there for about 12 hours. The shuttle bus in the morning ran every half hour still half the frequency of other hotels.

"Good luck if you stay there."
Hamish M, 08 Novembre 2017

Barely any furniture in room, had a bed but everything else had been removed. Wires hanging out of walls. Shuttle bus poor. A Best Western product should be way above the level of this and especially at the price.

"Good Stay to Have Very Early Morning Flight"
KathleenHK, 07 Novembre 2017

The hotel is very good value for money if you book in advance (I enjoy 40% off from a travel App two months before). As my flight departed at 7 a.m., airport hotel stay would be more convenient (just a 3 minutes drive from hotel to the Incheon Airport). They offer free shuttle coach to and from the airport but the first departure from hotel is 6 a.m. I asked the front desk to call a taxi for me at 5:15 a.m. while checking in. In that morning, the taxi was waiting for me before my check-out. Thank for the front desk lady! All facilities you needed the hotel gives to you (i.e. bath robe, safe, bath room toilettes, make-up mirror, flat TV set, free Wi-Fi, switch-off console at bed side, etc.) and their sound proofing is good (no airplane noice was heard) but it is quite old and some facilities should be renewed (the leather of desk chair was broken). I also found a hair on pillow. However, it is still good value for money that I will be back if I have early flight.

"Worse Airport Hotel"
GOHILS01, 21 Octobre 2017

So I was expecting to stay at Best Western with the thought of it being the same as my previous stays in other Airport hotels from the same company but I was extremely WRONG! The room was out of date, dirty, worn out, no carpet. I felt like I was in a hostel not hotel. When I complained and moved. The hotel moved me into a room with carpet and 2 beds as they had no Queen bed even though I booked one and this time the room smelt of BREACH and I mean very strong bleach in the sheets and air. Seriously this hotel was just not to scratch and it seemed that all they were concerned with was serving the airline crew that stayed in bulk in this place. The restaurant was limited and I would advise if you stay they pop out and walk around for better food. I would recommend the Indian restaurant around the corner called Raj Mahal.

"Good Choice for a one day transit "
Bob N, 26 Septembre 2017

The hotel is located 5 min in bus from the ICN airport area and has a free shuttle service every 30 min . The hotel mainly catering airlines crews and it is a good for a one day or transit stop only . Taxi to city is about 65000 won flat rate

"Long connection? Need a timeout? Try this..."
Eliasibe, 25 Août 2017

I had to stay a couple of nights in Seoul, therefore I find this deal in Expedia as didn't want to risk too much with Airbnb and similar options. From the hotel you can use airport shuttle and form airport you can get to anywhere in the area using mass transportation systems.

"Excellent hotel for a transfer"
Kotub U, 23 Août 2017

I had a 22h transfer here between Hawaii and London. As soon as I passed immigration and grabbed by bags, I went to gate 14, crossed the road and jumped onto a free shuttle to get me to the hotel. The drive was appx. 5 mins. Got off the shuttle, and checked in - no fuss, very easy. The whole process of getting off the plane and into my room was fast and smooth. The hotel is very clean and spacious. There are many options for food, if you're not interested in eating within the confines of the hotel. There is a string of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Check out was as smooth as check-in. It was a good place to rest. I personally didn't bother to go into town, given that I was in Seoul last year - but if you did want to get into town it'd take around 1hr30mins. You can grab the shuttle back to the airport and get the subway from there. Alternatively, use a cab.

"Nice Hotel"
arifi230, 21 Août 2017

It's a nice hotel. The location is near with Incheon Airport and available bus service is very helpful. Breakfast with various food give me have some choice. But sometimes the internet connection was not good enough. The conclusion, it was a nice hotel

"Close to airport"
David W, 21 Août 2017

Not sure why they have so many negative reviews. Hotel is a five minute bus ride from the airport. Shuttle is free and runs every 30 mins/hourly peak period and off peak respectively. Staff are friendly and courteous. Check in and out was quick. The bedrooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Some rooms are a bit more dated than others but they seem to be renovating them. We had two rooms (903/912). 912 had recently been renovated. It had USB charging ports in it with universal charging points. Iron available on request. Food/drink in the restaurant is a bit pricey. Lots of options for restaurants around including an e-mart grocery shopping mall across the street. The free shuttle to the airport works well to catch the train to Seoul. Overall, good hotel if you want to be close to the airport.

"You can extend your stay per hour"
shate, 17 Août 2017

I came back to Best Western because I wanted a stay where I can extend by hour or a few hours. They were allowing me to stay until 2pm with no extra charge but I wanted to stay until 3pm so I paid 18,000 extra. I cannot extend like that at Hyatt, so I chose to return to Best Western. I was happy with my stay and the room with the shower instead of the bathtub. The only thing is in the room close to the bathroom the floor is slanted but you may not notice it. I kept forgetting about the slanted floor and kept hurting my hurt knee. Perhaps, thefe needs to be a color tape or carpet marketed where the slant is so guests are aware if that. I believe the slant is in all tge rooms as I have had trouble with it at my previous stays as well.

"Visit ti Seoul"
kevindavidj, 11 Août 2017

Very good experience. Great location, close to Incheon Airport, with very nice shuttle bus service. Excellent staff, and accommodations. Really enjoyed the golf range at the fitness center. Hopefully the practice there will sharpen my skills. Restaurant was an excellent option the served both local and western style foods.

"Good night sleep"
Amanda M, 09 Août 2017

Stayed at this hotel after being in Korea for 6 weeks and I wanted a nice night sleep before my 13 hour flight. I would stay here again. The beds are super comfortable, The bathroom is nice but the shower head kept moving so that was a little frustrating. I did eat at the dinner, the food was amazing!! It was on the expensive end so those on a budget don't recommend eating there. The staff is very nice, and my Korean speaking skills are lacking they spoke very good English I did not have issues with checking in or out. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to rest or stay near the airport.

"I've never experienced such bad services in my whole life"
Mikael T, 08 Août 2017

Me and my girlfriend is staying here for two nights, this is our first couple of hours and we already hate this place. The personal is really bad, and they are not service minded at all. We went to wash our clothes in the coin laundry machine and the machine didn't work, even though we put in enough money. We called the front desk and they would send a really mean and grumpy old man to fix the machine. All he did was to ask us to give him more coins to put in the machine, which didn't fix the problem. We had to go up and down the elevator at least 4 times to get the machine working by getting more and more coins, and the front desk was really unfriendly and unhelpful. Another thing is that the rooms are really old and dirty, there is also a really bad smell in the hallway and in our room. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You definitely don't get value for your money. Don't stay here. Go somewhere else. BTW the personal at the front desk was the senior manager. He treated us really bad, literally sighed at us every time we went to the front desk or when we called him.

"Not what you need between long flights"
SophiaCObie, 07 Août 2017

I have travelled here and stopping over for one night between long haul flights to U.K. - first, I could put up with the waiting for lifts as I thought 'just get to the room and chill, your almost there!'. Once in the room, there were absolutely no towels not even a flannel, nor any info whatsoever on in room dining, I tried to call down to reception - the phone didn't work so had to go down from the 7th floor to order some (bare in mind the wait on lifts) I went back up to the room to wait for towels which came but no one to replace the phone, once again I had to go down and order my sandwich at front desk - another wait for lifts! Then back up at the room the phone that doesn't work rings! It's the in room dining saying they arnt doing the sandwich so my choice was mushroom soup or a big main meal steak. Nothing simple here at all. Ended up spending my evening looking for a shop. Feel stressed and exhausted.

"Convenient for an overnight stay "
Chloeme5, 26 Juillet 2017

First things first. The official description for this hotel is outdated by at least 5 years. It references a hotel renovation that took place in 2012 and states that the monorail construction was pending completion in 2013. I stayed here on a Saturday in April and construction is still ongoing. In fact, if your room is on the backside of the hotel, you will have a view of the construction. I didn't hear any noise, probably because it was the weekend. I paid approximately $100 USD for my one night stay. I didn't needed luxury, but at minimum I wanted something comfortable and clean. Upon arrival, everything looks good. The exterior looks like the photos, the lobby is clean and semi upscale but once you go upstairs it's another story. The hotel overall is outdated and in need of new paint, carpet and furniture. There is also lack of ventilation in the hallways. I stayed in the traditional style room. The room itself was large or it felt that way due to the lack of furniture. I had a king bed, dresser and chest. That's it. I felt like the second half of my room was robbed because it was completely bare and empty. My friends stayed in the room next door and they had the same set up but they had a coffee table and mats to sit on. My room was missing this. The strange thing is that you can open up the windows a few inches, there is no screen. However, I didn't feel comfortable leaving it open when I left my room or overnight because there is a ledge along the wall that runs across the entire floor. I felt like it was unsafe and easy for an intruder to enter. **tips for your stay** This is actually a great location. Its a 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport and literally next door to the brand new Paradise Casino Hotel that just opened in April 2017. It's walking distance if you're looking for something to do. Food wise, I didn't eat in the hotel. There is one convenient store at the basement of the hotel. There are a few restaurants in the building next to the hotel. Their menu and food looked unappealing. There are three convenient stores as well if you'd prefer that. I do not recommend taking a taxi to the Incheon main city. It will cost $70,000 won one way. If you do, I recommend taking the bus. If you're really desperate for food, take the free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. This is a good if you're on a budget and just need to stay overnight to catch a flight. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for an extended stay or for your vacation while you tour Incheon.

"Decent Hotel Close to Airport"
backofthenett, 18 Juillet 2017

Stayed here for one night. Reasonable quality hotel with good sized rooms. Clean and adequate. Attempted to have buffet breakfast at 9:30, paid only to find out that the majority of food had already gone and was not refreshed.... supposed should have checked before paying.... but not exactly a good image. The car parking is a bit weird getting out had to press the help button.... first operator ignored me, next one was confused as to what I was doing (i.e. trying to leave the car park). Overall would recommend if you need to stay near the airport.

"Tiny Room Stay/Not Impressed/Reception Not Nice People"
Phil D, 13 Juillet 2017

First I understand that it is a Best Western...... This must be what tiny house living must be like. I am a short person and still had issues with the toilet. I used. 500ml Coke bottle to show just how close the toilet is to the wall. Overall, breakfast was too expensive, the room was poor to average, and I wouldn't stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Overnight Stopover Only"
fish07, 12 Juillet 2017

This very basic hotel is OK for a 1 night stopover only. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from the airport - when you come out of the airport - cross road in front of you and then turn to your right and walk right to the end - bus leaves from 14C - quite a walk. Failing that - catch a taxi which will cost 3,000 won. Check-in to the hotel was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. Found room clean and comfortable. If you need a quick bite to eat and a drink after a long flight try "The Jet Lagged Lizard" which is just behind the hotel. Recommend the Korean dumplings - delicious! Buffet Breakfast was served in the Ballroom as they were doing renovations where breakfast is normally served. There was a good selection of breakfast food - cereals, fruit, eggs, yoghurt, breads, different Asian food. Would stay here again.

"It's not the worst but not far off it"
lumponmyhead, 27 Juin 2017

I'm here now. It's I would guess a 1970's building, and the décor matches. The room carpet is tired, beige. The walls are textured paper, a bit like office partitioning. There is a whiff of cigarettes about the room, which is on the 10th floor. Arrived about 5PM, looked at dining area, decided to go to Hyatt. Hyatt restaurant shut on Mondays and Tuesdays, seven weeks I'd looked forward to that. So returned to Best Western, and met bloke standing in my way to the restaurant. I asked him if I could look at the food before deciding, and he seemed to think that was odd. Against my better judgement I got a plate and served myself. 22000 Won for a very poor selection, mini roast potatoes turned out to be croquettes, pork sausage was the usual flat thing, rice was OK to be fair. Meatballs edible. Puddings...nice profiterole type thing without the chocolate, thin slices of cake. I ordered a gin and tonic from someone who left a bill the moment I sat down and she looked very surprised. It arrived at the end of the meal.

"Poor hotel for the price"
osie78, 28 Mai 2017

Don't do like me and save what you pay here for a nice dinner in Seoul. I paid $170 for a night and I couldn't regret it more. The hotel is plain, beds are not comfortable, shuttle only runs every hour and the breakfast is "whatever". If you are transiting, you are better off staying at the airport hotel. I would consider this a $70-80 hotel no more than that. Never again.

"Lackustre, Airport shuttle isn't sufficient"
Travis M, 18 Mai 2017

Its not worth the price. Its so plain, the shuttle runs hourly at times. Not what you want after a 12 Hour flight. The rooms are average. Better staying at other hotels in Incheon for more convenience and value for money. Photos don't reflect true hotel

"readonable price and great service"
eddyphdhong, 17 Mai 2017

some times i prefer to stay near incheon airport! there are nice golf club and good seaside restaurants! for staying near inc airport, this place is best! you can enjoy Paradise City hotel Bar also, cuzz nearby! readonable price and great service

"Boring airport hotel"
RedHeadPeter, 01 Mai 2017

We were in Japan and had a fairly esarly morning flight to catch from Seoul to London. So we booked ourselves a night at the Premier Best Western Incheon. Very close to the terminals, they offer an excellent shuttle service for the 3 or 4 minute ride. We checked in after 10pm by which time the restaurant was closed though room service kept going to 11 (pretty grim but better than starving) and we were gone early next morning. Perfectly adequate for that. Big room, comfortable, good wifi. That was what we wanted. You wouldn't stay longer.

"Good and bad things at this Airport hotel -"
Otto B, 27 Avril 2017

This hotel is a typical one night hotel, before or after a long flight. Shuttle transportation is only available between 6 AM and 11 PM, which is not good for early arrivals or late departures. I missed the bus by a second and had to wait ONE hour, which is not convenient at all. There was a problem with my room card key which could not be solved. Every time I wanted to go back to my room I had to ask the front desk to help. NO solution was offered to help, i.e. change the room. Early check-in only against high payment by the hour even if early departure the following morning!! Service is NOT their priority with customers coming and going! In summary ... Good from far, but far from being good!

"Room doesn't match the price"
447Ma_may447, 24 Avril 2017

Quite disappointed with the room, carpet was stained, bathroom amenities were basic. All in all, not in a very good state. Shuttle timetable was not very clear, so we ended up taking a taxi to get there. When we told we had an early departure in the morning (one of the main reason people stay at the hotel), and ask for our room rate not to include breakfast, we were told it was not possible. WE had to then suggest that maybe they could pack us a beakfast.

"I was dissapointed with this hotel at all!"
Hayatee A, 11 Avril 2017

We booked this by online. When we arrived they didn't check our reservation just provided with the room with other conditions! Also towel has a awful smell, like a lot people used them only for their foots. and white towels looks very dirty color. and the rooms looks normal. But the hotel itself reminds died place. very boring. I think not a lot of people choses this hotel. So my advice is to choose other hotel. The service not so much good. Also we requested the taxi but we were waiting for 15 minutes. The service is not so satisfied!

"Late hour shuttle"
wenchuny2016, 27 Novembre 2016

In US, late hour shuttle service is always provided. However, the information for this limited service is not clearly stated. Also, the receiption staff who answered my question while calling from the airport information is not friendly at all. This would never happened in any Best Western hotel I've ever stayed before.

"business trip"
kyook2016, 18 Novembre 2016

I had to take a airplane for a business trip in the morning. BW is close to airport, and there is limo. Although locating bus station is little bit tricky: ask info. center. The stay was reasonably good. I'm satisfied.

"Herewith the shuttle bus time table"
Jan N, 17 Novembre 2016

Departs at gate 14G , at the last end of the gates, the time table that is posted at the busstop is not correct. Attached as photo with this posting. The correct one is handed out when you get your key, but that is too late then .

"Transit hotel at Incheon Airport"
Augusto R, 14 Novembre 2016

I asked my travel agent to select a hotel close to airport because I just wanted a reasonable hotel that I can get some rest before my connection the next day. I stay at Best Western Premier in Ulaanbaatar and it is a great hotel. First challenge was the shuttle which provided little or no information on in their website. I think they suggested contacting the hotel for information! Getting the shuttle was like finding the mystery ride. Went to info and got Exit 14. This is where all the airport buses are and signs (as in Asia) are limited. So eventually I went to bus ticket booth to ask. The lady said 13C across the road. When I got there it was for the long term parking shuttle. Lots of buses, less signs. Eventually, I called the hotel. It was a little difficult to hear her because of accent and traffic. But I guessed it was to wait at 14C which had a sign with small English letters about crew hotel on it. Laving comments out about the hotel, I think they need to provide better information for foreign tourists on the timetable and location for the shuttle.

"Not bad, but could be a lot better"
RbrtH, 10 Novembre 2016

I really wanted to give the Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel a higher rating. There was a lot to like. THE POSITIVES: Great location near the airport Free shuttle to the airport. (About a 5 minute ride--the bus leaves at the top of the hour) Free wifi. (There is no password, so I don't know how secure it is.). Speed was decent. In-room safe. The staff were friendly, and the front desk staff spoke reasonable English. Bath robe and slippers Good restaurant Great breakfast Nice 2-for-1 wine sale Unfortunately, there were a number of ways this hotel failed to meet our expectations. THE NEGATIVES: -A lot of updating and repair is needed -The room key system barely worked. We often had to slide the key card 5 or more times before it would register. The same thing was true with the elevators. (We tried with a second key, but it was no different.) -The room was generally clean, but when my wife moved the phone there was a wadded-up Kleenex under it. -The room was very dark. It only had a bedside lamp on one side of the bed, and no overhead light. It felt like a dungeon and made it hard to unpack and pack. -Some of the electrical outlets did not work. -As another reviewer pointed out, we had two people in a double room, but only one bath towel was provided. (When we called the front desk they brought another towel to us.) The Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel left us with the impression that it had once been a very nice hotel, but was sadly not being kept up. Still, with the airport location and the free shuttle, it's not a bad choice for people flying in and out of Seoul.

"Most disgusting hotel I have stayed at in years. AVOID!"
frankdjs, 07 Novembre 2016

My partner and I stayed here 1 night on a layover at Incheon Airport. We took the hotel shuttle bus to the airport, which was free, but did involve a 30 min wait if you miss the bus. The hotel is spartan, and not sure why it qualifies as Premier, as this was the least appropriate word to describe it. Despite having Diamond status with Best Western, I did not get an upgrade, and think I might have gotten a downgrade, looking at the room. The room was disgusting and did not appear to have been cleaned properly in a long time. The carpet had such stains on it that I did not walk on it in my bare feet. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and one had 1 large towel in a double room? Strange. We also got lip when requesting an additional towel?!?! My advise, avoid at all cost. The hotel seems to be focus on hosting airline crew for the night, and I feel sorry for any crew that has to regularly stay here.

"Dirty carpet in room, slow internet"
WorldtravelerQ, 03 Novembre 2016

I have stayed at this hotel around 15 to 20 nights over the last 11 years it is going down hill. Close to airport is a plus. Shuttle runs limited service at times 1 time per hour mid day, 2 times per hour morning and late afternoon. There are several restaurants you can walk to I would not suggest eating at the hotel no customers so I cannot see how the food can be fresh. All staff members were great!

"Two nights stay"
JMChevallier, 13 Octobre 2016

After 3 very short stays ahead of early flights the morning after, This time it was a 2 nights stay with more time to assess the services of the hotel. The result of this experience is a far better opinion on the hotel facilities and services. I may choose to stay again at Best Western Incheon, on account of its excellent location and good services to the busunessman..

"Great place if you need to escape out the window"
Finny442, 12 Octobre 2016

My room had a box containing a "Descending Life Line" beside the window. I travel a lot and this was definitely a first for me. Luckily I did not need to use it. Aside from providing the above-mentioned Bat-Rope, nothing else really distinguished this hotel. But it was clean, efficient, and decent value, and the shuttle from/to the airport was frequent enough. A fine option for a quick overnight connection at ICN.

"Cold grungy room, no wifi"
Paul Mr B, 12 Octobre 2016

Bad things : There was nowhere for the taxi to park when I arrived at the hotel. There were two big hotel buses parked in front taking up all the space. The taxi had to drop me off down the street and I had to walk about half a block with my luggage to get to the hotel lobby entrance. Room 738 should be completely renovated. The room temperature could not be controlled from the thermostat. It was 18 deg. C in the room when I checked in (month of October) and when I set the thermostat to 25 C to get warmer, the room actually got colder going down to 17 C. I had to raise a fuss to get the front desk to send up a space heater (radiator) to make the room livable. The heater ran all night on high while the room climate control tried spit out 18 deg. C air. Finally in the morning the temperature had gotten up to the low 20's. The shower only has a half curtain panel - water gets all over the bathroom when you take a shower. The shower nozzle would not stay in a raised position - kept sliding down below head level. Much of the lighting in the room did not work leaving the room dark and gloomy. One light at the desk would not shut off completely and kept flickering all nigh long.. The plug was hidden behind the desk and TV stand. The wifi / internet was practically non-existent in the room. The hotel front desk could not explain what was the name of the network to connect to (there were many networks with the word Best in them but none of them worked well.) Either the signal wasn't strong enough to reach the 7th floor or it was extremely weak and would drop intermittently. At check-in I overheard other guests saying the only place they could connect to the wifi was in the lobby. The carpeting in the room was gross. It had stains all over and looked like it was 30 years old. There were some hotel slippers in the closet but they looked like they had been worn by lots of other guests. The Good things: Hotel is near ICN airport and the hotel has a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel let me check in early and gave me a drink voucher.

"Stop over after arrival in Korea"
Jon_Nott_UK, 07 Octobre 2016

The Best Western is a clean, comfy hotel situated close to transport links into Seoul. The shuttle service to the airport is also pretty good. In terms of the rooms, they are pretty much like other Best Western hotels, not overly posh but absolutely fine to crash out after either arriving at Incheon or awaiting an early morning departure. There is a convenient supermarket situated around the corner which is handy for essential items such as water etc (the hotel shop isn't cheap!).

"Enjoyable stay in Incheon"
TomaszKozakowski, 30 Septembre 2016

Best Western Premium is a convenient hotel to stay for one or even more nights near Incheon airport. The hotel offers nice and spacious room which are well kept. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is quite good (a mixture of Asian and Western dishes). The shuttle bus runs frequently from the airport terminal to the hotel. If you prefer local restaurants, you won't be disappointed as there as few cheap Korean food outlets just next door.

"Efficient. Satisfactory. Job done."
EDS71, 27 Septembre 2016

I recommend this place without reservation (but make a reservation!). Is it luxurious, no. Is it a 5 star top hotel, no. It is what a Best Western is supposed to be. Efficient. Satisfactory. Job done. I arrived late and left early. The room was clean. Internet was fast. The shower was good. Breakfast was quite good considering their need to balance Western and Asian. Front desk staff were super helpful, friendly, and effective. And, the spa is 24 hours. So few have such an option. Fantastic. I had a 02:30 treatment. And it was superb. I had massage in 4 hotels in one trip. This was by far the best. The therapist is built like an ox. She thrashed me until every knot gave into her will. In conclusion, I hope to have a chance to visit Seoul so that I can return to this hotel. The management and staff deserve credit for the ultimate airport transit type experience. Well done.

"Average hotel, ok for connecting flight."
Stambo25, 18 Septembre 2016

It's an average hotel, no surprise here. For one night stay or so. It's dated and does not look like it's being taken care meticulously. For this purpose it's defenetely overpriced. The only good is that is very close to the airport. But subway is close as well, jump into the train and you'll have all choice of other cheaper hotels all around! Be careful with mini bar. They charge for everything, even water! An attendant said that water was free, and next day we got a bill for 5500KRW. Really, that is how to treat guests? It's kind of low, lying like that....

"Disappointed, Not Best Western in standards"
jimmiegeorgecox, 16 Septembre 2016

I was absolutely amazed. I have been staying and thus Westerns for years. And sometimes paying a premium price just because I know that they'll be clean and comfortable and will be safe and healthy for my family. We went back and forth with emails to finally do the booking and to be clear on everything. And what we got was an overpriced dumpy hotel. I'm sure this hotel was beautiful five years ago when it looks like they remodeled it. However it was in need of maintenance, smell bad and the staff was of not of much help. We needed a place to rest for a few hours before jumping on an even longer flight, and this is not the place we would've chosen if we would've seen it. I would spend a little more and find a better hotel.

"good for transit"
urshebeisen, 12 Septembre 2016

Not a hotel to amaze you but very functional especially when you travel via Incheon Airport. Easely accessible and you get a good night arriving or departing. The Restaurant is quite good. Nice buffet with mainly Korean dishes. Beer and Wine promotions make some happy moments affordable.

"Very convenient "
Fantasma17, 24 Août 2016

Stopped here two different times while traveling through Seoul. It's very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle to and from the airport. It is a very basic hotel, with whatever you need for the night or maybe a few. There's a small convenient store n the basement, and another a block away. A few great local restaurants writhing walking distance to grab a quick bite. Bottom line, if you're trying to save a few dollars, or won, hop into the BW for a night or two. Comfy beds and rooms were clean enough.

"Very close to Incheon Airport"
Josie M, 18 Août 2016

I stayed here for one night before leaving Seoul. The shuttle is very convenient - it was waiting when I arrived from Busan and I used it to get back to the airport the next day. The shuttle runs every top of the hour, I believe. The room was basic, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, the desk chair was uncomfortable. I did not dine at the restaurant located at the lobby level. Instead, I had a cheap Korean meal just a few doors down from the hotel. If you're looking for a basic place to stay that's very close to the airport/train station, this is a good option.

"Convenient but dated. "
Deacon D, 08 Août 2016

Chose this hotel as we needed somewhere close following our long haul flight. The shuttle bus was convenient. The room was fine and quite comfortable however the whole hotel needs a complete refurb as it it now looks terribly dated. The breakfast was expensive although there was a good selection available. This was our first breakfast in Korea so it came as quite a surprise to see chicken, rice, chips and hot soup. However cereal is available for the more western of us!! It is good idea to check the shuttle timetable as we found ourselves stranded as the drivers seemed to take an hours break. We wanted to visit Seoul and the reception allowed us to put our bags behind the counter which was much appreciated. Apart from the dated decor, the other thing that perhaps needs to change is for the reception staff to smile a bit more!!!

"Value for money"
puchki2208, 02 Août 2016

Extremely clean. Shuttles every 10&40 past in the hour from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle is available across the exit 14. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Equipped with a mini bar and a kettle and a safe! The breakfast spread was very extensive. The staff is very courteous and helpful; j requested for an early check in and got one almost as soon as I arrived this morning at 10:00 am The Emart ( a local supermarket) is almost diagonally opposite the hotel and is equipped with everything from clothes to fruits and toiletries . Even has a pizza counter there .. Highly recommend it ...

"Convenient location but not clean"
BostonKurt, 26 Juillet 2016

Located very close to the airport so quite convenient for a layover stay but the rooms are dated, shabby and not very clean. Desk staff speak good English and there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so dinner options are good. This hotel serves its purpose to stay close to the airport for a reasonable price but the room quality and upkeep are lacking.

"Overnight stop before and after arriving"
anneszy, 25 Juillet 2016

The rooms were fine. Although, on our return trip through the shower/bathroom was a little rough (some mold in the grout). Front desk staff were excellent and spoke English very well. Shuttles were convenient but only run every 30 mins (and once an hour during certain times) - posting the schedule would be nice (maybe it was there and I missed it). I have used this hotel about 12 years ago and glad to use it again. An eMart is conveniently located across the street (eMart is a department store).

"Airport overnight stop"
Mark C, 16 Juillet 2016

Functional hotel for overnight transit stop. Restaurant not very exciting but OK. Easy transfer to/from the airport. Reasonable price. Views nothing to write home about. Room best part about it, comfortable and good WiFi.

"Convenient for a layover"
Irene K, 16 Juillet 2016

The hotel was comfortable and quiet, a good spot for an overnight layover. There is free shuttle service to and from the airport but it runs only every 30 minutes at peak times and hourly at others. If you miss the bus, the wait can be extensive. We found that the air conditioning thermostat in the room did not work properly and it became warm overnight. A bedside lamp and the clock radio were broken. That said, it served its purpose and the rates were reasonable.

"Late night flight"
Andrew G, 08 Juillet 2016

We arrived into Seoul late and I wanted to stay nearby the airport and travel into the city the next morning. The website said a 5 minute walk from the airport, but this is far from accurate. It is more like a 20 minute walk. The hotel shuttle didn't run late enough and unfortunately we decided to walk it. The staff provided the most basic of service and the room was pretty standard, albeit large for Asian standards. We were able to catch the free shuttle in the morning at least.

"Good standard for an airport hotel"
The_auditor_2015, 03 Juillet 2016

Had a couple of nights here on business. The service was great and all staff spoke excellent English. Check in was easy and then it was up the big glass elevator to my room. This was spotless and well equipped. Had a light meal in the restaurant which was very good with loads of choice. WiFi was fast so I could get some work done. Breakfast was also very good with a wide range of foods. Check out was easy and there was a free bus to Incheon airport. Overall a very nice stay.

"An unexpected overnight due to missed flight"
jney777, 02 Juillet 2016

As I missed my connecting flight to Chicago, Asiana put me up at the BW Premier Hotel. The lobby is open and spacious, and the staff were efficient in taking my hotel voucher from the airline. The hallway to my room was smoky, but the room was just fine. Nothing fancy about my room, but it was clean, and I got a good night's sleep there. I did not partake of the breakfast the next morning but it looked as though it would have been just fine. While waiting for my bus ride back to the air terminal, I saw the crews of several Asian Airlines who also stay at this hotel. Overall, I was pleased with this interruption of my scheduled flight. I was well rested for my flight back to Chicago.

"Just Right for a Layover"
davidasia, 01 Juillet 2016

We had a twelve hour lay-over in Incheon so we booked a room at the BW Premier. Normally you can only check in at two, but if you are in and out on the same day, you can get your room from 9am until 6pm. The bus or train shuttle between the airport and hotel is free. We could have had breakfast before we checked in, but we had just eaten on the plane. The staff were helpful and prompt and the room was quiet and clean. A quick shower and to bed. Having done both, I recommend this over staying in the transit hotel in the airport. They have a gym if you aren't tired. I'll do this again I'm sure.

"Not the best but did the job "
GrooTW, 21 Juin 2016

The hotel is approx 5 min bus ride from ICN. Bus ride is free. Go out of airport and look for chartered bus parking, near door 12 I think. Look for best western bus sign and wait. Hotel is just across the Incheon Airport corporate offices. Also next to Grand Hyatt. Outside and immediate vicinity of hotel are food shops but are in Korean. Walk a bit around the corner and you'll see a Mini-stop. Its a convenience store like 7eleven. Inside hotel is their restaurant, The Patio. Serves decent buffet breakfast. Also open for lunch and dinner. At the basement is also a convenience store but not well stocked. It has the chips and soda. Gym can be used. Rooms are decent sized, fairly clean and maintained. Has wifi, ref, safe, closet, tv. There is a coin op laundry. If you're a tourist, don't expect much from the area. You'll get more action inside the airport. Take the free bus and go there. The airport is the hub. There is a train station; just follow the signs. Trains will get you to Gimpo and even a non stop express trip to Seoul for Krw8,000. Plan your trips and know where to go. In summary, you can base yourself in ICN and move about but you will be limited by your train and bus schedules. Still doable.

"Great location"
Brittcam89, 11 Juin 2016

Rooms are a little older, but very clean. And excellent location. Convenient free shuttle. Very friendly staff. Good dinner buffet, though a bit pricey. Excellent breakfast buffet options. Nice, clean hotel in a perfect location for a good price.

"Day use stay"
shate, 22 Mai 2016

I had booked a daily use stay at Best Western Premier Incheon as I needed a few hours before my flight. I had booked a day use which meant using the room for up to 6 hours. It was good to my use. I slept, relaxed and showered and off I went. Stayed here before both for the full night stay and a day stay. The hotel is conveniently located around 3-4 minutes away from Incheon International Airport. Shuttle comes twice an hour or once an hour depending on the time of day. You can get on the shuttle at the last exit doors of the airport. This is where other shuttles stop (just cross the street). Free wifi in room, and amenities and drinkable water provided. If I ever need to book a day use, I will probably stay here again because of the convenience. No concierge, but no problem.

"service & location"
Aunt2016, 21 Mai 2016

1)Service from coffee shop staff is nice and helpful ,he did not hesitate to help me get ice when I told him I need ice for cold compress on my swollen feet. 2)Service from most reception is gd & efficient, except one big guy very unfriendly.. We have eye contact during check in & I wanted to enquire about the free shuttle timing to myeongdong but I have not yet even finished the sentence ...,then he walk away.so I'll-manner & lazy.at that time, there are 2 other check in staff at the reception )the next morning,I wanted to make plan for the day thinking I will browse around downtown daytime but worried cannot make it to go to the supermarket when I return in the evening so I call to check the closing time of the supermarket...as I am unsure of the eMart address so unable locate the opening & closing time..from Internet. ?.he sound so impatient say he is unsure and ask me to go supermarket now instead of checking it out. So unhelpful.....he is in the service industry, the least,he can do is ask/check with His staff... It seem like he does not care much about his job...he has the don't be bother attitude... On the date of departure,I saw him alone....I observed that he is very unhelpful to Asians except Korean man.e.g 15 mins, prior departure from hotel, when I was talking to him about me checking out,a Caucasian just simply bypass me ,interrupted my conversation with the reception & dump the hotel key on reception desk & Question loudly (not ask)the reception 'is the bus to airport leaving ?'.the reception answer the guest , disregard my presence , ignoring me which is pretty rude...the least he should do is inform the guest that he is with someone & will attend to him shortly ...instead... Btw,I am also going to the airport too. I do not understand where some ppl just being so inconsiderate..if u need to catch the bus then pls Wake up early! 3)airport bus driver is friendly and helpful E.g he greet u & assists with lug. 4) free shuttle bus to downtown (myeongdong) which is good However there room for improvement As the bus schedule to leave at 12 noon but took about 1 hr 15mins to reach myeongdong due to traffic condition The return timing is either 3pm or 7.30pm Can u imagine ? After having lunch there ,is already after 2pm there isn't much time for browsing around if u going to catch the 3pm bus. But between 2pm -7.30pm (the gap is too big).... I would suggest that they consider review the time for 3pm to 4pm or 5pm instead.

"Quiet and convenient to airport with free shuttle"
cpatrick115, 20 Mai 2016

Nice hotel and in a perfect location if you are needing to get to airport. Free shuttle service makes this a perfect location. Free 2 drink tickets when you arrive was nice and the restaurant was nice also.

"Adequate but not exceptional"
captainslow2014, 15 Mai 2016

Overnight stay prior to flying out. Late check in. Restaurant closed, no overnight room service. Room clean and comfortable but a little dreary. Everything found to be working ok. Wifi good. Conveniently located. Complimentary transfer to the Airport. Hotel reception efficient and friendly. Overall, as the title says adequate but not exceptional.

"not for business"
JunT, 08 Mai 2016

There are many airline crews and they get the priority. In my room, there was a cafe table and sofa but no chair to work with. The bathroom was also small; if you take shower, it will over-flow to toilet. The price could have been cheaper for this location, the size of the room and this bathroom. Not really recommended for business people who would work at his/her hotel room.

"Good for guests taking early flight at ICN "
Joyce S, 05 Mai 2016

Pretty "senior" hotel gives great convenient to access to ICN airport. Shuttle runs to and from ICN airport prompt and efficient. Guest room is too dim and can see hotel put effort by putting additional lights and desk lamp. Wifi speed is satisfactory and individual router, desk top computer available in room. Since many devices added, most power outlets are occupied. One of the reasons is two adjacent power outlets cannot be used at the same time for guest using traveller adaptors so some outlets have to left idled.

"Near ICN airport"
ccalcf, 25 Avril 2016

Choose this only IF u need to be near the airport. Room Amenities are bare minimum and the air conditioning doesn't work, May be that was why there was an extra a/c installed above the beds which means u have strong loud winds blowing on your head as u sleep or a dry stuffy room. The remote is in korean and had a don't open stuck to prevent u from adjusting a room temp to your desire. I woke up a few times in the night with a dry throat and subsequently suffered a sore-ish throat the next morning and for the next 3 days. The staff doesn't speak good English making it difficult to communicate with them. The hair dryer which is fixed to the wall, caught on fire and there was no individual hair dryers available ... In a nutshell, not a good stay ????

"Close to the airport"
Mickey O, 24 Avril 2016

Wouldn't have stayed there except it was close to the airport. Breakfast ($25 USD) not included in the price of the room. Plenty of good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Located in a nice area. No bath tub, only shower in the room. Comparable to a Days Inn - not a Best Western - in the US. Had a better hotel in Daegu for less than half the cost of this one.

"It's an airport hotel"
jbeton, 22 Avril 2016

What do you expect from a hotel this close to the airport. I wouldn't stay here if my flight back to the UK was later in the day, but to get to the airport for 7am, it served a purpose. Room really could have done with an update, lighting is poor and the safe in our room was very portable! The restaurant area didn't look that appetising so we popped over to the hotel opposite for some food, but the beds were comfortable and we all had a reasonable nights sleep.

"Last place to stay"
Anonymous_1_traveler, 30 Mars 2016

The idea was to stay close to the airport for an early departure, which this hotel full fills. Anything beyond that is not an option. The room is right out of the 50's, old stained carpet. The bed and the floor are about the same level of comfort. The staff is impersonal and spoke to each other rather than to us checking in and out. No personal touch, no Korean hospitality. We would never stay here again. I would rather sleep in the terminal. On the positive side, the shuttle runs on time, and is a short ride.

"Inside the Incheon Airport, practically..."
ahncharles, 19 Mars 2016

My flight back home to the east coast of the US is around 10 AM. If I were to travel from downtown Seoul, I would have to head out at least by 6:30. At this hotel, I can leisurely pick the time and get on the free shuttle bus operated by the hotel or by the airport authority. There are other officetel type of accommodations nearby; but they are a little bit quaint no-frill outfits. This time, I stayed one night at the time of arrival, left part of my luggage at the hotel which it was glad to do so, flew to Japan and took care of business, and rechecked before returning home. Rooms were spacious and well-kept. Considering the proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. Many places to eat and shop, including at the airport. Coin-operated laundry on premises. It beats having to wake up and hustling for a airport bus or a taxi at dawn.

"Served a purpose"
Mero61, 03 Mars 2016

Best sleep in a hotel for a long time. Great mattress and even better pillows. A first for a North Asian hotel for me. Apart from high quality sleep, an uninspiring hotel that looks and feels dates. Seems to be a major airline crew dormitory. Shower head leaked and sprayed water everywhere except onto shower occupant. No air con controls so despite snow outside had a Sahara like wilting heat in the room. Poor lighting. One bedside lamp had exposed wires on base presenting a real risk of electrocution. Breakfast buffet had very odd offerings. Slices of ham in orange juice we a new one for me. Food was not warm enough. Well located a few hundred metres from terminal. Fast. Heck in and check out despite busy reception area.

"suitable for early flight or late arrival"
Bonbon1399, 21 Février 2016

Booked this hotel for one night for a late arrival. Arrived airport 9:30pm, reach the arrival hall at 10:10pm. took a little time to search for airport shuttle stop, which is located outside Gate 14. Shuttle bus runs every 15 and 50, i've waited for 20 minutes before shuttle arrives. Around 5 minutes shuttle ride to reach hotel, speedy check in and our room was spacious and clean. no complaint for just one night. Hotel breakfast was basic, cost around USD 20, i will not pay for that next time, no worth the money. Other than the breakfast, every thing was fine for the money paid.

"Suitable for early flight passengers"
LinhVu, 18 Février 2016

Many early flight passengers choose Best Western over Hyatt surely because of the rate. Some services provided like free airport shuttle bus, welcome drink (tea, coffee, fruit juice) & that is. In room wifi is super low signal & surprisingly no concierge service so we had to carry all our luggage up to the room at 10pm when we check-in and bring down at 6am next morning when we check-out.

"Convenient, clean, and great staff"
george7772013, 17 Février 2016

This hotel after some extended travel in South Korea was a welcome surprise. The staff was wonderful, a restaurant with a wide variety of food choices and a nice buffet. The room was small as expected but perfectly functional. Shuttle service to the airport was frequent and no problem. Enjoyed the stay for the evening before a long flight home.

"Average at best, worst is chlorine smell in the rooms"
Rolands P, 11 Février 2016

OK, so, having visited quite a number of hotels, and also airport hotels as well, which is important, since airport hotels due to their unique locations sometimes allow themselves lessen their standards, I think I am able to write honest review here. First, for the hotel, which falls in category airport hotel, most important is to be clean, with no bad smell, rooms must be up to date, and bed comfortable. No design or special bells or whistles are needed. So, here you get here when you enter the room is mix of cigarette smell, with very strong chlorine smell, like in poorly maintained public pool. OK, that also means they had cleaned, it maybe it is "clean" now, but well.... due to really "tired" rooms, which long need renovation, it just does not looks like that. In the bathroom for example in a room where we was, power plug lacks front panel, leaving totally open wires. Wifi router with a bunch of wires are simply thrown on a ground near power plug. OK, i understand, that is done to shut up those, who complained about poor WiFi reception, but hey - it's hotel room, you can buy a small table for pennies, considering that this corner is totally empty. For a good - bed is pretty comfortable, so is the blanked, room temperature good, and it's quiet. That compensates all above mess, but still does not allows me to give 4 stars here, because here's why - room service prices are just crazy overpriced, with waiting time 40+ min. But again, location & shuttle bus service to airport is well organized so, that's a plus. Why I did not gave to this hotel more that 3 stars is that having visited more airport hotels, i just simply know, that even having this exclusive location, you can offer better standards and better rooms at same costs. If you want. They apparently don't want, since I am sure most of the business comes from airlines booking rooms for delayed flights or for airline staff, who won't complain, so, they actually don't expect you back. Otherwise, there would be some managers touch, it apparently isn't here up to now.

"OK hotel to catch an early flight"
awaxy, 10 Février 2016

I chose this property for its proximity to the airport since Incheon is so far from the center of Seoul and I had a morning flight. It was a cold and blustery night when I arrived. The staff had disabled some of the doors in what I guess was an effort to keep the cold air from coming straight into the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was an average mid-scale hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The "neighborhood" near the hotel had a number of restaurants and clubs. The large building next to the hotel appeared to be deserted aside from the E-Mart in the basement. Walking into it was a little spooky, like a scene from a horror movie. The E-Mart itself was pretty good-sized and had a decent variety of food and drink options. The airport shuttle was on-time and efficient - a mere 3 to 5 minutes door-to-door. This hotel met my needs, but had nothing memorable about it. I suspect it is less expensive then the Grand Hyatt next door.

"Not a good option"
tretjak, 01 Février 2016

Oooh. First of all I chose the hotel nearest the crowded airport. Turned out to be this overpriced hotel. Room is rather small. Once you open the door you will feel the intense smell of smoke. Toilet is tiny. Room is rather dark due to strange lightning system. Walls are rather thin. You may hear people talking or sneezing :-) Stay somewhere else. This is not a good option.

"Good choice if you leave Incheon early the next day"
Didier D, 28 Janvier 2016

The airport of Incheon is far from Seoul downtown and the traffic is intense. As my flight was early in the morning I decided to have my last night in Seoul close to the airport. This hotel is very good for this purpose and offers a free shuttle between hotel and departures (however, every 30 minutes at best). Positive: spacious room, free and efficient wifi, efficient check-in and -out. Average: food in restaurant is good but a bit expensive for what you get. Missing point: when located so close to the airport, many clients (who are in transit for only one night) would appreciate a same-day laundry service (I mean given at 2pm and got back at 8 pm) even with an extra charge. In total, for the price I paid (less than 100 € for one night, without breakfast - 23 € extra, so I went directly to the airport), it is a decent choice. I am however a bit surprised that the hotel qualifies as "Premier" in the Best Western ranking.

"Quick stay over transit only "
Djaypee38, 24 Janvier 2016

Massive hotel with 30 minutes turnaround shuttle at night time long when freezing cold in Korea -12celsius when I was there. Aging rooms, deco old fashioned, too large and too inpersonal, very lonely welcome drink where they provide the most basic beer... And the list is long of what make you feel far from home and treated as a number, staff without a single smile all stay... Factory hotel for crew

"My second stay was better"
shate, 23 Janvier 2016

I stayed here last August of 2015 and did not have a memorable review; however, I decided to give it another try and booked a night here in January 2016 while being in transit. My second stay was much better. The beds seemed softer, and most importantly there was a shower stall in my bathroom rather than the very high bathtub I had problems getting into during my last stay due to a knee injury. Check in was quite long, as there were only 2 front desk staff. We got a voucher for a welcome drink, but we were too tired to have it after 14 hours of flying. The hotel, of course does not compare to the Hyatt a few minutes away, but I found myself being not as critical as during my last stay. Perhaps, third time around will be a charmer? I would recommend this hotel to those whom want to stay near the airport - 3 - 5 min away. The free shuttle bus comes every hour to and from the airport. Good value for being that near the airport.

"Rooms ok but a little dated & in need of upgrade "
Fergontour, 14 Janvier 2016

This is not a family hotel (as we were informed by reception). It took some time to locate a baby crib, but this was finally solved. Restaurant is very basic. A lot of transit passengers seemed to be pushed here by Korean airlines. The rooms are clean and adequate, just dated and in need of an upgrade. The Hyatt is a much better bet (although more expensive)

"Great overnight stay"
RMandJS, 05 Janvier 2016

Stayed here for a stopover in December. Once we finally found our way out of the airport, the hotel was only a short shuttle service from the airport and vice versa which is really convenient. As we didn't get to venture around South Korea, the rooms make you feel like you are and have a good ambience about them. A perfect hotel for a stopover.

"Much better than what has been said"
Chin N, 29 Décembre 2015

We stayed at Grand Hyatt on the first night we arrived at the Incheon airport. That hotel was nice and the shuttle bus frequency is every 15 min, but you have to pay for all the services. Then on the way back to the Incheon airport, we decided to stay at Best Western instead. We got a premier room just for a few bucks more. Their shuttle bus runs at every 30 min during peak time. As a matter of fact, we dropped off our luggage at the hotel and took the shuttle back to the airport for dinner and shopping and then back to the hotel for a nice sleep. The shuttle ran on a very reliable schedule. For the price, this hotel is the best for travelers to stay close to the airport- very comfortable, very friendly, and very close to the airport, plus free reliable shuttle (you cannot ask for more).

"Western Amenities near the airport"
96044UB, 22 Décembre 2015

We have tried 5 different hotels on our long layovers at Incheon and this is the only one that is close, comfortable, with "normal " western amenities and room set up. They also have a free shuttle on the hour but if you come after midnight it's only a 5,000 won ride ($5.00) plus you can arrive late and check out late. I like everything about this place except that the breakfast isn't included and is expensive. They should make a cheaper option than 20,000 won .

"Wonderful Hotel"
Katherine S, 22 Décembre 2015

Great staff and stay. Very clean facilities and room. I am happy to say that the customer service was impeccable and would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant for dinner was great and I received a complimentary side. Complimentary internet was a bonus. Pleased to stay here again if needed.

"Poor Room Structure - Ramp in middle of room"
Vanban W, 17 Décembre 2015

The title said it all. If the situation cannot be improved due to structural issue, at least warn customers staying in the room about the danger of staying in Best Western, just a terrible experience of staying in the hotel. Price definitely not worth to try next time.

"Very good stop-over"
Patrick D, 13 Décembre 2015

The hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle service - very convenient for a stop-over between two long flights. The check-in was efficient and courteous and the hotel provided a calm environment, a good night's sleep and a good breakfast.

"Good Hotel Close To Airport"
sirgeneral, 26 Novembre 2015

This is a good hotel to stay if you are flying out of South Korea Incheon airport. It is very near. They offer a airport shuttle service. Not to sure about the surrounding area though. I would stay here again if I had to fly out early in the morning.

"Very nice hotel close to Incheon"
Gordon N, 29 Octobre 2015

excellent service and clis proximity to airport. Got in very late and I was able to check in quickly. The room was quite comfortable and quiet. Had a good breakfast selection and OK fitness area. Loved the indoor golf area. Definitely will stay next time.

"nice hotel for brief stop over"
RPT-35, 25 Octobre 2015

I stayed here following a flight into Seoul. It has pleasant rooms, mine was quiet, and bed comfortable. The breakfast was a nice buffet of western and Asian choices. check in was efficient, and cheerful. Shuttle bus to the airport although has a timetable of every 30 mins. Mine was waiting at airport and went straight away rather than waiting for the designated time, great service.

"Convenient location but otherwise disappointed"
Darth1Vader, 23 Octobre 2015

My wife and I were expecting a minimum standard at a chain like this but while the staff was friendly, that was the extent of the plus sides. The room was not cleaned very well, kept finding hairs all over the place and bathroom clearly cleaned quickly with little attention to detail. The wifi was horrible at best both in the room and the lobby, we finally gave up on that. For a country so well wired, it was shocking to experience that. Room was a good size and bed comfortable enough, but couldn't rest too well knowing it probably wasn't cleaned that well either. I'd recommend staying there in a pinch, but don't expect much.

"With shuttlebus easy to reach"
Jan N, 21 Octobre 2015

Shuttle bus leaves at bus gate 14, the very end of the platform, but it is too far to walk. The bar closes early so your voucher remains unspent. The rooms are large and reasonably modern. Breakfast a lot of choice. Closeby 10 m from the entrance is the KGB bar, beware of the high prices and check the card. The russian beer is recommemded by the barladies from Wladiwostok, quite uncommon, but refreshing!

"New in Town"
Darren M, 21 Octobre 2015

Nice hotel, very close to Incheon Airport with complemetary shuttle to and from airport which links you to the airport and other transportation options across the country. Staff were great, and booking on line was hassle free. Check in and check out was seamless. Clean and comfy. Cuisine in the restaurant had local Korean and western food. Great quality.

"Pleasantly surprised"
Shooter25, 18 Octobre 2015

After staying at the Grand Hyatt across the road more than once, I was keen to give the Best Western a go this time around, for a night before heading to Japan. Arriving about 8.30pm, Check in was swift, polite and pleasant, and I was soon on my way to my Standard room. Was thrilled with the size of the room, with a double bed and single, good in room amenities with easy access to light switches, charging points for my phone and tablet and more. The bed was hard, but nothing surprising for a hotel room in Asia. Shower and airconditioning were the only erratic things in the room - Aircon seemed to be hit and miss, with the shower pressure a letdown. Room service prompt, but the food un remarkable. Should perhaps have tried the dining options next door instead. All in all though a pleasant one night experience, in a hotel well set up for its location and purpose. Free wifi a huge positive, and fast as well.

"Average overnight airport stay"
johnandvicki, 17 Octobre 2015

Having stayed overnight in incheon numerous times, I can only say thus hotel is average. The accomadation is clean and comfortable, with the usual bathroom accessories expected. The restaurant mainly caters for korean tastes, which I personally don't mind trying when travelling, however if this is not to your tastes you may well go a little hungry. Breakfast was also an Asian affair. Cheaper alternatives would certainly be a match for best western, but may just be a little further from the airport ( best western is only a relaxed 15 min stroll to terminal, more free airport shuttle runs regularly )

"JUST OVERNIGHT HOTEL"
MIGUEL L, 15 Octobre 2015

as all airport hotels, it is convenient. This one in particular is a bit worn down, nothing to extreme, but carpet and towels are well past their prime. Breakfaste is very good, above average. Transfer is ok, but airport is huge and you might have to walk a lot depending on gate u arrive. room service is only until 11pm which is early for this sort of hotel. there are a few restaurants and bar nearby that are open later, mostly korean food but one is casual american pizza beer & burgers "jet laged lizzard" it's great. Overall if your expectations are not very high, this could be an option.

"Watch your step!"
Therese C, 12 Octobre 2015

There was a ramp in a bed room we stayed, which we have to be very cautious not to catch our steps. The room was a little dark and there was no warning sign for the ramp. We hope they have attended this matter by now.

"Typical Airport Hotel"
Laura S, 12 Octobre 2015

We stayed one night here - the evening prior to our flight to Tokyo. It was a perfectly serviceable airport hotel, but certainly nothing special. There was supposed to be a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but we couldn't find it and ended up taking a taxi - no big deal. We did ride the shuttle back to the airport the next morning and it was clean, convenient and on time. Enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant - called Patio. Had the traditional Korean Bipinbop and it was terrific. One downside - we were hungry and the restaurant didn't open until 6 p.m.

"Ok for short layover at ICN"
Penguinmoon, 10 Octobre 2015

Hotel is close to airport, and very easy to get to. Shuttle bus is easy to find (14C) and runs every 30 minutes. Front desk not friendly, barely spoke, and kept leaving me in the middle of my transaction to help another agent with a VN crew that was checking in. (Many flight crew stay here). Room very worn. Lots of stains, rips, and dirt in the hard to clean places. Bed comfortable. Quiet location. Excellent wifi. Several restaurants and an E-mart close by. Would stay again? If the price was right, and I just needed a place to sleep.

"Bare Bones"
Russ S, 05 Octobre 2015

Had a quick overnight stay during transit. The staff at check in were super nice. The lobby was pretty bland as were the rooms. There were no wash cloths, no hand soap, and minimal options in the mini bar. I was given a free drink coupn at check in but I was too beat to hit the bar. For $100 a night the place could have been a bit nicer. But I have not stayed in this chain for quite some time so I really have no base line. It is less than 5 min from the airport making a good option if you need to crask on long layovers.

"Close to airport"
Alec757, 03 Octobre 2015

Friendly check-in staff, comfortable & spacious rooms.Single restaurant with a small side lounge for evenings. No bar as such, waitress service.Be warned...this hotel caters for a lot of air crews.Breakfast time can be full if you don't go down early. Evening meal for 6 persons was a farce.....almost 2 hours before any food came and it wasn't all at the same time. Some party members eventually walked out.Plenty of other eating places nearby in just short walk. Airport shuttle is only hourly during the middle of the day & finishes before 2300.1/2 hourly at AM/PM peak times.

"Better than average / good location at the airport and good value for money"
nathalieyes, 29 Septembre 2015

I would give the Best Western a 3.5 star rating (3 is too low, but 4 too high). I had an early morning flight out of Seoul so decided to stay at the airport to avoid having to travel from downtown. The Best Western is just 5 minutes away from the airport by free shuttle bus (runs every 30 minutes in the morning and evening, and every 60 minutes during the day). It departs infront of exit 14 on the departure level. There is a restaurant in the hotel, several cheap restaurants next to the hotel and if you want to splurge, the Hyatt is next door and has a very nice restaurant (with a la carte and buffet to choose from). There is also a Emart in the building next to the Best Western. So the location right next to the airport is great. The price is very reasonable. Yes, the rooms wont win any awards for decoration etc., but the bed is comfortable, you've got everything you need and as you will probably only sleep there, its perfectly fine.

"Great Location, Shabby Hotel"
judid492, 26 Septembre 2015

Had an overnight stop in Incheon so chose this hotel as it is right on the airport and I knew I would be really tired after a long flight. Had trouble sorting out the lighting as only one standard light works when you put your keycard in the slot by the door. After half an hour of searching for light switches I discovered that all the rest of the lighting was operated by a small, inconspicuous box sitting on the bedside table. Might have been nice to be told that by reception. I then had a shower and noticed that the silicone around the bath/shower was black and mouldy and grout was missing from the tiles. Later I realised that the toilet seat was also broken but thought it is only for one night so crawled into bed. When I woke up the next morning and turned on my I-Pad I realised that it had not charged so went looking for another plug. I then discovered that none of the plugs were working and that an extension lead was coming in from by the window and the bedside lights and phone were plugged into that. I could also see that the air conditioning unit was half hanging off the wall. To cap it all my feet started to really itch and I found them covered in bites which quickly got super itchy. I thought that I should tell reception so that they could deal with the problem before letting the room again but they really weren't bothered and just said it was a mosquito even though I told them that I slept with my feet under the covers! So all in all I think that general maintenance was poor. The room had either fleas or bed bugs and Best Western could do sooooo much better. I was pleased to get out and went back to the airport early for my flight.

"Convenient to air traveler"
