Very nice. Lovely rooms and bathrooms. And it seemed quiet even though fairly full. A good service from a helpful reception team. The rooms cleaned and tidied daily - unless you put out the do not disturb sign. It's a modern hotel in a good location for our favourite part of Essen and has easy parking. It's going to be my regular for Essen.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, welcoming smile from the receptionist, Pia, who set the tone for the entire experience. Pia's dedication to guest satisfaction was further highlighted when she promptly resolved a minor issue with my breakfast , showcasing the hotel's commitment to delivering top-notch service. the hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The breathtaking views from my room added an extra layer of charm to my stay, making it a truly unforgettable experience

In terms of logistics for Essen exhibition center is really a top choice Clean and wide rooms, fully equipped Good quality restaurant, we had 2 meals with self-service buffet, and we really enjoyed Receptionist and waiters kind and professional Relax area with spa and fitness room well maintained Rate was very high, about 250euro per night, but services and logistic will bring me back

Terrible bar service, they are not staffed enough to handle the crowd from the trade show next door. The cigar lounge is really a smoking room for guest to chain smoke, If you can catch the attention of a bar tender, they won't even sell you a cigar if they are busy. Really, this is more like a movie set of a hotel trying to be a 5 star hotel. Will not stay here again.

Unfortunately this is the closest hotel for Gruga/Family otherwise we would NOT be staying here. Sadly it's the most convenient for location for us and only positive is rooms are clean and tidy and you know what you're getting. Staff however are something else. Extremely rude and unprofessional - reception staff are like kids and have zero knowledge of customer service / and how to run a hotel. Check in and check out process is done with an attitude and rooms are not cleaned. We left room at 9am - by 10pm it was still not cleaned. We went down to reception to complain and were told we'd have to wait till the next day now as they were short of staff. This came with a lot of eye rolling from the reception and an attitude problem as we asked if we could have fresh towels and toilet paper. Such a shame as we stay on average 5 times year but other customers seemed to echo that reception staff let the whole hotel down.
