Best Western Plus Hotel Stadtquartier Haan

I was charged more than the agreed price and the hotel refuses to respond to my complaint. I was in the neigborhood and called them after seeing their prices on their site. Based on their offer I went to the hotel, the check-in took a long time because of computer problems. They charged my credit card, I asked for the bill to check it but they said I would get it at check-out. When I complained the next morning they would follow up later. They now deny it and claim I got a better room, but the price of my room on their site is still much lower than paid.

Ideally located in the centre of Haan this hotel is welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is always excellent. My only issue on my latest visit was the poor wifi in the room.

I am staying here with my family on 2 rooms. Both rooms is newly renovated. I assume the whole building is renovated. Although the hotel is a bit unique, by having 2 building opposite of each other. The room itself is rather small but that is not a big issue. The location right in the middle of town center with lots of shops and restaurants nearby is surely a good thing to stay after a long day in exhibition. Roughly less than 10 minutes from highway makes it an ideal place to stay especially if you drive Although we only located on 2nd floor (ground, first, second), the noise from the streets does not reach us. Considering price, location, cleanliness, and access to the highway. This hotel is very recommended

Nice rooms excellent food but bar is a let down service is very poor ,and atmosphere is not good,could do with a bit of background music maybe , swimming pool and spa is excellent and gym is also excellent

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip. I was put in the Anex across the foad from the main reception area. Unforunately the lift was out of order, but as I only had an overnight bag this was not a problem. Rooms are a good size, with a nice small balcony. Bed was comfortable, and critically the pillows were good (better than other hotels I have stayed in in the area). Breakfast was straightforwards. Nice little bar next to the hotel for post-meeting drinks. The staff were nice and friendly. I think the only problem (and this is not the hotels fault!) the train links are not great if you want to go into e.g. dusseldorf in the evening
