Good, clean hotel near the Aquarium. I stayed one night. Good restaurants nearby, including a couple of upmarket gourmet temples. Night receptionist friendly and helpful - she even loaned me a telephone charger, as mine was broken! Good place for a solo lady.

"RUDE STAFF! Customer service non existent!"
Social F, 26 Mars 2024

From the moment we checked in the staff were extremely rude. Booked a double room but the staff were insisting it was a single bed room and were trying to charge us more money, got my booking details up and it was definitely a double room, called their bluff and asked to see the “single bed room” in which they suddenly changed their story and a double room was available with no extra charge. Next our room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke which was obvious someone in the next room was smoking, when we told the staff member on reception (Alessandro) that we couldn't stay in the room as the smell was too bad plus I suffer from asthma he responded that it was impossible it smelt of smoke and that it must be a ghost (implying we were lying). We asked him to come up and smell the room in which he refused several times and said there is nothing he can do. We didn't receive an apology or a solution but instead were faced with an arrogant attitude, belittled and forced to sleep in that room. THINK TWICE ABOUT BOOKING THE HOTEL! Customer service was non existent, arrogant, rude with no respect for their customers!

"A convenient Stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Genova"
yoveenaAsh, 07 Février 2024

My recent stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Genova in Turin was a delightful experience, marked by the friendly receptionist, Emiliano who made us feel welcome with his warm demeanor and helpful attitude. His genuine hospitality set the tone for a pleasant stay. The hotel's proximity to the train station was a major convenience for us, as it made exploring other parts of Italy by train incredibly easy. The strategic location allowed us to maximize our time and take advantage of the efficient transportation system. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. However, it's worth noting that the proximity to the tram line did result in some noise during the night. Light sleepers may want to consider this factor or bring earplugs for a more restful night's sleep. The real highlight of our mornings was the breakfast experience. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The attentive and friendly waitresses, in particular, added a personal touch to our mornings. Their helpfulness and warm smiles made each breakfast a pleasant start to the day. In conclusion, Best Western Plus Hotel Genova is a solid choice for travelers looking for a well-located and welcoming place to stay in Turin. The excellent service from receptionist Emiliano and the delightful breakfast experience outweighed the minor inconvenience of tram noise during the night. I would happily return to this hotel on my next visit to Turin and recommend it to fellow travelers.

"Good hotel next to the train station"
turbosnail77, 15 Janvier 2024

Really well located hotel in the middle of Turin opposite the train station. Very close to all the Turin sites and transport. The room are larger than you would expect and the hotel does have a small gym you can use (the machines are limited). It is actually very good value for money. Front staff very friendly and helpful. It does have a pool wellness facility on the bottom floors.

"Brilliant location "
Leigh-Harrington, 27 Décembre 2023

This was a return visit to the hotel as it is perfect for our needs. It is located across the road from both the airport bus stop and the Porta Nuova train station and a very easy walk to the main sites. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a safe and fridge and the bathroom was a very generous size. Breakfast was nice and the ladies very pleasant. We will stay here again

Each year I organize a Scottish Rite Class somewhere in Italy. I have been to Sicily-Naples-Pisa and northern Italy Verona, Vicenza and Padova. This year during the Christopher Columbus Holiday, 7 October 2023 I searched for a place to have a class in Genova, location of the birth of Christopher Columbus. It took me two trips to Genova to locate a place that would fill my requirements and at a reasonable price. Finally I located Best Western Plus in Genova. Hotel Management spent several hours going over the hotel and restaurant for our graduation ceremony at the end of the class. The kitchen jumped through hoops to make this one of the BEST of all the locations I have contracted since 1994. I give this hotel and it's management five stars and let you know this is the first time I have taken the time to sing the praise of any hotel I have utilized. With respect and admiration and a BIG recommendation. Ron Reynolds Project Manager

"Decent hotel by the Porta Nuova train station, with no restaurent however"
Swissdiver, 23 Septembre 2023

Unexpected stop in Torino following a car failure. We found this hotel, right in front of the train station, which was perfect. Nice welcome and upgrade to a larger room, with a balcony. Of course this is the city centre, so the street underneath was busy: we had to close the windows and use the A/C. All good. The hotel has no restaurant. So we found one nearby, reviewed separately. The breakfast, in the room, was however very good. All in all: nothing to write home about other that it was an efficient stop in the required location, with a good service.

"Nice hotel in a good location. Let down by small housekeeping issue."
cliveoHerts, 28 Août 2023

The hotel is next to the Porta Nuova Station and is on a fairly quiet road. Most attractions are in easy walking distance. We had a room overlooking the station with a small balcony which was nice. The room was a good size & the bed comfortable. The reception area is nice and always seemed to have enough staff on duty. We didn't have breakfast as I think it was 32 Euro but you could have pastry & coffee for 8 Euro.Overall our experience was good although let down by us finding a Pop Sock in clear view under the worktop. I put this in the bin & reported it. They did offer to empty the bin but I said it wasn't necessary. A small thing let down a nice hotel but other than that I would defiantly recommend it as a base to explore.

"Excellent Value for Money"
HKPiper, 12 Juillet 2023

Arriva bus from just outside the arrivals area of the Turin Airport to Porta Nuova took about 30 minutes and it was then just a three minute walk to the Best Western Plus Hotel Genova. And what a lovely hotel it is. The receptionist was ever so polite and helpful, the common areas of the hotel and the room had lovely decor, a fantastic forest type shower with complimentary shampoo etc and there was plenty coffee/tea in the room. Comfortable bed and ample pillows and the air-conditioning worked reasonably well. The room was also spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, a fair choice of breads and pastries, yoghurt, cereals, scrambled egg, bacon, fruit and a coffee machine. The hotel is just over the road from the main Porta Nuova railway station and yet, it never felt unsafe. Unlike some other major city railway stations in Italy there were few troublesome looking characters hanging around! Walking into the centre of town from the hotel takes about ten to fifteen minutes, some of it along roofed cloisters taking the sun off your head. A nice stroll. Check-out was also very simple with polite and helpful staff. It is well located for arrivals/departures by train or by plane and is close to the centre of town. Would definitely stay here again. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a hotel that feels like it should cost far more than it actually does! It certainly deserves the 4 star status and the 'Plus' after 'Best Western'.

"Visit to catch up with family"
415stephenn, 27 Juin 2023

Beautiful rooms and even though we were across from the station, the two shuttered doors and a double glazed door kept out the majority of the noise. It was great to sit on the balcony and people watch. Breakfast was huge and in any style that you wanted. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. Well worth the visit.

"Excellent well located hotel"
Leigh-Harrington, 17 Juin 2023

Fabulous location a stones throw from the Nuova Porta train station and airport bus stop. Very nice staff, lovely breakfast comfortable clean well equipped room with a very comfortable bed and good air conditioning nice decor. I would stay again and would readily recommend it.

"recommendation on Best Western Plus Hotel Genova "
Eyal A, 10 Mai 2023

Hotel in an excellent location in front of Porte Nova train station and very close to Via Roma. Adjacent to the hotel there are few parking spaces for hotel guests. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant, the staff at reception, cleaning and the dining room are very kind and helpful (especially Marco from reception). The room we stayed in (254) was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and a very good breakfast.

"Property is under construction"
Craig H, 04 Mai 2023

Stayed in room 350. Very surprised to find the morning after check-in that the 5 adjacent rooms are under construction--electric saws and construction equipment started at 7:45 in the morning on Saturday and went all day until 5pm. Restarted on Monday morning at 8 am. There was construction dust, noise, and complaints to the staff about not being advised at check in or offered another room were met with a shrug by the clef's d'or concierge. Though the property is nice, it didn't make up for the noise and inconvenience. A written complaint with photos went to Best Western Italy.

"Adjacent to train station, I had a very comfortable stay."
CheapSleeps, 14 Novembre 2022

I reserved the BW Genova to be close to the train station but there are several hotel options - at all price levels - within very close walking distance too. The property is fairly small and older and my single room was also small, but housekeeping did a great job - clean room, nice clean bed and bath linens. Very friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Huge TV with lots of SAT channels in various languages. Kettle, mini fridge, and slippers were nice amenities. Yes, there is street noise from the tram service, but I sleep with earplugs and it was not an issue. The room temperature was easy to adjust and windows can be opened. The room rate was very reasonable. Location is convenient to downtown with lots of shopping, some cafes and restaurants. To reach the hotel, look for a side exit from the station past track 20 - a crosswalk will take you directly to the hotel in less that three minutes.

"Lovely stay"
Rachel91752, 29 Octobre 2022

We stayed for 6 nights using Turin as a base to explore Piedmont. The hotel is located opposite Porta Nuova train station which was super handy, I wouldn't normally stay near a train station as they can often have unsavoury characters around but we never saw anything like this. Good location for exploring Turin too, about 20 mins walk to the centre and close to bus and tram stops. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice from pastries, cheese, meats, cereal etc and a decent coffee machine for cappuccinos and hot chocolates. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful and more than happy to book restaurant reservations for us. A few that we interacted with were Marco, Andrea and Emiliano. The housekeeping staff did a super job and really friendly too. Only downside which I think is common in hotels in Europe as it gets into autumn is turning the ac off, it was actually quite mild whilst we were there so it would have been nice to have had it on without having the windows open as we were street side so it was quite loud with the trams etc but this wasn't too much of an issue. Our room was large and had everything we needed with a fridge and good shower pressure. Wouldn't hesitate to stay in a BW again.

"Great staff"
919gabym, 03 Octobre 2022

The staff is great and very friendly and the service is super. Location is perfect just across the train station and the breakfast was very good! Definitely recommended for your stay in Turin. The city was lovely too!

"Lovely staff!"
K7056IZstephanier, 03 Octobre 2022

The highlight of our stay was the amazing staff ! Chaleureux et souriant. Always smiling positive and ready to help. The receptionists and the breakfast staff were extremely lovely. Happy client thanks to an amazing staff :) The location of the Hotal is really practical as well!!

"Lovely base for Turin sightseeing"
isthma, 26 Août 2022

We stayed one night then returned for 2 nights following our trip to the Italian Lakes (which are stunning!). The hotel is in a good position for either train, tram or walking into the city centre (about 20 minutes walk). On both occasions we had a warm welcome from a professional reception team (Teresa is amazing). Our room on the first floor was roomy, accessible with a terrace looking out onto the courtyard. Everything was very well appointed and clean (just a waste bin needed in the bedroom please). The 2nd room was on the ground floor, much smaller & no terrace but equally appointed, clean and quiet. We heard no adjoining room noise as reported in other reviews on either stays. There is a good caffe next door, a pharmacy 5 minutes away and a very good supermarket across the road within the train station complex. The breakfast is an adequate buffet style with fresh fruit, pastries, scrambled egg etc. and there is plenty of seating available. Breakfast can be taken in the courtyard too. We didn't see much activity in the small bar but there are a couple of vending m/c's in reception for hot n cold drinks and snacks. Definitely would use this hotel again.

"Good hotel, great location"
Robert F, 08 Novembre 2021

Booked this hotel for its position next to Porta Nouva Station (sadly it turned out the airport bus only goes to/from Porta Susa - about a twenty minute walk away - for the time being) but this was still a great place to explore the city from. The reception staff were not overly friendly at either check-in or check-out, we had booked a "deluxe" room but got a very plain white room (not like the really nice ones in their pictures). There are only two TINY lifts (just big enough for two people and a suitcase) so this could be an big issue when the hotel is busy. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the Dove soaps in the bathroom were great. The free wifi worked great and the TV channels were all Italian which is fine (but some had the option to switch to English). Strangely they still have actual keys for the rooms! The shutters on the window had been closed due to major works to the facade and this blocked most natural light but I eventually worked out how to open them and this made a huge difference. Lots of noise from the Via Sacchi street (especially trams and cars) and a fair amount of noise from neighbouring rooms too.

"Mixed review"
pksolecki, 17 Octobre 2021

First the pluses. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The were always ready the assist us. The location, directly across from the train station, is about as far from the center of town as you want to be. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the city. There is, however, a metro stop very close, though it does not go to the city center. The issues we experienced may be due in part to the fact that there is extensive construction going on at the hotel. Water pressure & temperature was very inconsistent - one evening it was barely lukewarm and another time the water stopped altogether. Because the building is old & well insulated, and the A/C is turned off once autumn starts, the room was very stuffy even though temps were 15-17C at night. You can open a window but the hotel is on a trolley line and noisy. Breakfast on the weekends is hectic; they ran out of coffee completely one day. The breakfast staff tried hard to keep up. Weekdays are better. The bedrooms (we had a standard double) are normal European size. The bed was fine, with two large pillows. Our room was on the 5th floor where the roof slopes so if you are tall watch out for the ceiling beams!

Getaway34958455214, 30 Juin 2021

Thank you to the hotel staff for all the comfort offered. The price paid is much lower than the value of the services we received (room, breakfast, etc.). professional team, really kind. impeccable hygiene. varied and very rich breakfast, and tasty - with many Italian specialties. I received a better room (with a balcony, bigger) than the one I had booked. breakfast can also be served on the terrace. the area is safe. nearby you can find the Crai supermarket. it is a relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. the hotel has two elevators. every day I found water in the fridge, cleaning, changing towels, etc. an unforgettable vacation, starting with a successful accommodation. in torino, i will only choose this hotel.

"Lovely "
JanDLondon, 29 Juin 2020

Great location. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Room 426 has huge jacuzzi bath. Wonderful. Marvellous value and I would highly recommend you stay here when in Turin. There's also a cute little garden out the back

"Superb service and strategic location "
edo219, 07 Mars 2020

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and facilities provided by this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is ideally located, close to the train station, bus station, and historic centre. Just superb.

"very nice hotel in the heart of Turin"
DarioCuons, 21 Janvier 2020

this hotel is a rare example of a stylish refurbishment equipped with modern time hospitality features. I have experienced the fastest (ever!) internet in Italy, small but well equipped gym, delicious breakfast. All managed by caring staff, in an excellent location.

"Great service ruined by noisy room"
fueagle, 09 Octobre 2019

Staff were kind and efficient. Room space snd facilities were reasonable except that there was only one electricity socket in room - far insufficient in modern world today. Worse still, my room was located on the first floor facing a side street. Every morning around 6 am, the noisy refuse trunk was operated to wake me up. Too annoying. Buffet breakfast was value for money at 5euro. Need to go for it early (before 7:30am) or there was no empty seat.

"great comfy central hotel in Turin"
vienna1952, 06 Juin 2019

Lovely hotel in central Turin near to the station.. Walking distance from most attractions and easy to locate. Welcoming and helpful reception staff who were all chatty and pleasant to deal with. Nice decor in lounge bar and our room. Rooms facing the station side can be a little noisy with trams and traffic outside and walls are a little thin, but it did not spoil our 3 night stay. Good and wholesome breakfast buffet and overall a good hotel and would highly recommend.

"Quiet, Comfort in a Great Location"
Al H, 20 Mai 2019

The rooms are spacious and well maintained, the staff accommodating and pleasant and the location superb. It is an easy walk to several very good restaurants and a quick ride to the major tourist attractions within Turin.

"Quirky but Great"
Ayouni203, 14 Avril 2019

This hotel was chosen for us by a local (to Italy) conference organizer and we were very pleased with the choice. It is located just across the street to the left of the Porta Nuova train station. While the area around a train station is generally not always the nicest, in this case the area was perfectly fine and super convenient since we arrived from Milan by train, (1 hour by Frecciarossa) and also close to the city center. Although the hotel seems fairly traditional at first glance, our room was very modern- spacious, with a comfortable king bed, high ceilings, and a very large Jacuzzi tub that looked to be able to fit eight people ( well, 4 at least). The jacuzzi was up a few stairs and separated by a clear glass wall that formed the headboard of our bed. A bit of an odd set up, but the extra space gave us an area to store suitcases and my shopping! We faced the street and while there was some noise from the streetcars, they wind down at night and didn't bother us at all. Nice large bathroom, modern fixtures and very clean. We had a chance to see another room because initially, we were shown to one on the top floor (5th)that was made up for a family. When we pointed out that it looked like they had given us the wrong room, the staff changed it immediately. That room was more traditional looking, but the ceiling sloped down over the bed- probably due to a gabled roof - and it looked like a head banger. So given the two that we experienced, it seems that all the rooms might have a very individual flavor. That's a plus in my book. I love a bit of character! What made the hotel in my view, was the above and beyond hospitality of the staff! I wish I could recall the names of the gentlemen working at the front desk to mention them individually, but they were all really switched on. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. They gave us good suggestions on what to see and provided excellent restaurant tips for local places close by: GianCarlo? and Conca ? One even loaned me his umbrella because all of the hotels' had been loaned out. It was a terrific visit. We loved Turin and would definitely stay at Hotel Genova again. PS- the breakfast buffet was really good, but with jet lag we missed it the first few mornings. There is a little bakery next door to the right, with coffee, pizza, pastries etc. Also a very casual restaurant that specializes in stuffed baked potatoes (of all sorts) and pizza.

"Excellent choice!"
Nomad66219248897, 25 Mars 2019

Friendly staff, clean room, nice premises. The room at the 5th floor was super quiet as I had requested. The staff is friendly professional and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to visit the city walking, by bike or with pubic transportation, no need for a car. Outstanding value for money!

"Majestic"
LucaEc, 22 Mars 2019

I find it hard to think about other places where I have been sojourning more comfortably and centrally located than at the Genova Hotel. The building is beautifully refurbished maintaining intact that late 1800s atmosphere...and it is quite a big place too with a full spa with pool and gym in some fascinating spaces underground. Close to the train station (this is an understatement as the hotel lies just NEXT to the main central station of Porta Nuova). Yet neither the trains nor the station do any harm... the only noise comes from the old fashioned trams that cut through the city and in front of the hotel, although they do not drive at night and start again around 6am. Defects? I'm sure the hotel has got some... although I cannot think of any myself. I believe I like pretty much anything about it! Grazie

"Do not Rate"
DeLaLittle, 12 Mars 2019

Room better than expected as Italian hotels go. Exterior run down. Interior not bad. Good breakfast selection. Nice bathroom and great housekeeping but staff inconsistent. Some helpful - others very very rude and condescending. Fridge and air con do not work and lots of street noise if window open. The rude staff are the main reason I would definitely recommend not staying here.

"Refuge from the Storm 2"
Tim O, 11 Février 2019

When I travel to Turin, the hotel Genova is my first choice. I wrote this review some years ago. My opinion has not changed. At the end of a long day, this is the place for me. The staff are friendly, professional and engaging. Housekeeping is excellent!

"Three day stay in Turin"
Frederica C, 27 Décembre 2018

Hotel Genova is ideally located in front of the main train station as well as within walking distance of the centre, there are nice restaurants within walking distance as well as lovely cafés, one to recommend would be Cafe Platti. Lots of buses also stop within 3-5minutes walk of the hotel. It is an ideal hotel to discover the city as well as to enjoy excursions in the nearby area. The rooms are tastefully decorated, very quiet, very comfortable beds; the shower in the bathroom is quite amazing. The hearing worked very well and it was needed as temperatures dropped below zero. The spa is also lovely. Extremely helpful staff at reception. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Great location and great staffs!!!"
888power, 10 Décembre 2018

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights early November. It is located very close to Porta Nova Station, restaurants and places to see in Torino. Front desk staffs helped us a lot to find information we needed such as trains timetables and directions etc. All restaurants they recommended were so good! All maids always smiled and did greetings every morning. There is a spa next to the hotel and I received massages twice during my stay. I recommend to get a session if you have jet lag or tired feet or tension in your body. It was a cozy hotel and we will choose this hotel when we visit Torino again.

"Worth another visit"
SPA201, 30 Octobre 2018

I was at the hotel between the 23-26 October 2018. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness very good. Breakfast not always when items finish are replace immediately. Location Very Good as well. Worth another visit and I would recommend it to friends

"Great Hotel!"
Carlos M, 22 Octobre 2018

Even when the air conditioning is not working in the entire hotel, it was not necessary. Temperature outside drops to some 55°F at nights, so inside feels from 68 to 72°F. Good breakfast. 24 hr front desk with someone available (something not available at all hotels in Turin). Just in front of Porta Nova Train station. Remember the European tradition: You will NOT find a place open to eat from 3pm to 6pm.

"Lovely hotel, great location."
tynebridge21, 18 Octobre 2018

Lovely big room, large shower in bathroom, beautiful decor. We loved the little balcony over the busy street below; the double glazing meant we were not disturbed by street noises when we wanted to sleep. The breakfast was fresh and delicious; all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only little issue was the squeaky floorboards between floors which I guess they can't do much about. We were woken by the upstairs neighbours getting up earlier than us. Still, would definitely recommend, and stay there again.

"A great experience"
Sveva G, 13 Octobre 2018

I really recommend this hotel. Its location is perfect: it's exactly on the other side of Porta Nuova Train Station, in the very center of the town, well connected by tram, bus and the many taxis around. Everything is just a few minutes walk from there. The breakfast is gorgeous, exactly as I would expect from a 4 stars hotel: a lot of variety and choices, fresh and tasty food. Rooms are really nice and beds are very comfortable. Enjoy the big shower! All the receptionists are champions in kindness and availability and that's really worthy. A valuable experience.

"Older but good."
Frantisek H, 07 Octobre 2018

Older 4 stars hotel in the city centrum. Main train station in front of the hotel. Room is smaller with very high roof. Bathroom is small with toilets very probably not made for standard european people. Very dificult to sit on it:(

"Very lovely stay"
kat_n_pat, 17 Août 2018

Fabulous room- gorgeous canopy bed with stunning feature window. Beautiful bathroom with nice toiletries. Lovely breakfast with amazing hazelnuts and Nutella! What's not to love?! Great location - a few minutes walk to some amazing architecture. I would not hesitate in staying here again- for business or pleasure.

"Air Con Fail! Real Shame!"
wanderingmarine, 05 Août 2018

Well appointed and smart hotel opposite the railway station and very close to the main shopping and tourist areas. Very pleasant and nice staff. However the air con could not cope with the warm and humid Turin weather. Our first room was a furnace and the air con just increased the temperature. The hotel were very good and upgraded and moved us but once again despite the air con being on max it could not cope. A very hot and uncomfortable night ensued. So much so that we cut short our 3 day trip and checked out. I've lived in high temp and high humidity locations. Proper new air con makes all the difference. This was such a shame. Invest and you will get results and repeat business!!!!

"Fine hotel in Torino"
John M, 29 Juillet 2018

Best Western Plus Hotel Genova — comfortable, quiet room; courteous, helpful staff (great restaurant, tourism, and transportation recommendations); easy access to Stazione Porto Nuovo. Highly recommended.

"Great Service, Great room , great breakfast"
tandhbell, 16 Juin 2018

This was a turn around trip for a funeral, Best Western made the experience very nice & comforting. If I'm in the Richmond area again, this will be my choice. Really great price for one night. Very happy with service.

"Best Western. Wait, what?! It's awesome."
atlsuburbanite, 27 Mai 2018

I know what you might be thinking. If you are from the US, the BW brand is not known for luxury, service or well appointed hotels. I just returned from my stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Genova and it was a wonderful experience. The service and staff were extremely helpful as they assisted in the execution of our major business meeting. Feedback from all of my twenty guests was positive. The rooms were very modern with thoughtful touches such as prime toiletries, coffee/tea service, mineral water, refrigerator, sofa, desk, and a large modern bathroom. I absolutely appreciated that they have Sky HD service which allows you to watch TV in many languages. I absolutely loved the beds and pillows-memory foam for both that you just sink into after a long day. There are many great property features as well including a beautiful hammam spa, fitness center and spa services available. The breakfast was so well put together with a variety of meats, fruits, cheeses and grains on offer, even pancakes. The lobby and breakfast staff were also available to prepare coffee drinks on request. The only cons, if I had to name some, were the lack of air con- which I personally don't mind as the hotel has options to open windows and doors for “open air living”. This is standard in Europe so no big deal. With windows and doors open, it can get noisy on those Italian streets.

"Smoky Smoky Smoky"
Natalie R, 04 Mars 2018

They say the rooms are smoke free, but there are so many smoking areas in the hotel that the whole place just reeks of stale smoke. The gym is non-existent I'm sure and the hot tub area so small, it really cant be visited if there are already a couple of people in there. There is nowhere to place anything in the bathroom. The parking is a couple of streets down and expensive. Most of the hotel needs an update. Proximity to street makes for a noisy night. The breakfast was the only nice thing.

"The service make the difference"
Lollo A, 18 Février 2018

Nice hotel in a central area nearby the train station: so a perfect location cause all the center is at walking distance. The hotel is simple but quite nice. The staff is fantastic really helpful and so kind. The price is very honest.

"Last minute booking to visit Turn"
Angela M, 11 Janvier 2018

Staying at Sauze and weather poor so decided to visit Turin and stay one night. Booked direct with hotel, dealt with Leonardo on reception v helpful both on phone and during visit. Booked a Queen room reasonable size room , clean , lovely crisp sheets , large bathroom lovely shower. Chose hotel for leisure facilities , main thing to note is it is closed all day Mondays and there is a charge of £18 pp per visit, Breakfast good breakfast continental and cooked , a small buffet but adequate choice, Room temperature good and could be controlled Building work being undertaken so some banging shouting and drilling from 7,45 Great location just opposite railway station walking distance to centre Reception both friendly , welcoming and helpful

"The best location on the city. Delicious breakfest and very nice staff in the reception."
handersonl2018, 07 Janvier 2018

The location is just beside the train station. You can reach the most part of the touristic attraction in the city by walk. The reception team is amazing. The breakfest is fantastic. I would like to return in the future.

"Warm welcome"
Geraint D, 17 Décembre 2017

Had a really nice weekend in the hôtel bw Genova. Hotel staff were very friendly, spoke english and gave good tips to visit town. The suite was well appointed, clean and spacious. Breakfast excellent value and tasty. Would recommend and go back again.

"Jagdish Katara"
Jagdish K, 07 Octobre 2017

The hotel is very well located in the centre opposite porta nova station. The staff is good and friendly. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are very small and not luxurious. Hotel is a good place to stay if you need to just spend the night there. However hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel is a little expensive which is justified due to the excellent location.

"Very Reliable, slightly characterless, business hotel in central location"
WindSandStars, 04 Octobre 2017

A good antidote to all those small aging hotels carved out of big old buildings whose shaky lifts ( if they have them) dusty terrazzo floors and too high ceilings are the price you pay for a central old-town location. This has the same good location, away from sketchier areas by the water, and the rooms are reliably modern, recently decorated in generic contemporary taupe, bathrooms as you'd hope for, all in all a straightforward business worthy of any modern city without any particular character or 'charm' but a good barometer by which many other local hotels fall short. Not a destination hotel in any way, basic amenities, slightly soulless 'cafe' on ground floor and not a place to hang out but the bar / restaurant on its doorstep has a good scene early in the evening. Staff helpful.

"Excellent location, nice staff, great bathroom. Wifi didn´t work."
radeks100, 25 Septembre 2017

Hotel is very nice. We had bi, clean bathroom with small balcony. The breakfast was OK. Unfortunately the empty minibar (just water). The hotel is opposite the train station, 20 minutes to the airport by taxi.

"Relaxing and cheerful experience"
Estueban, 30 Août 2017

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we booked using a Smartbox voucher. they gave us a beautiful mansard room with a splendid Jacuzzi hot tub ensuite. nontheless we had a fre access to the SPA. The Spa experience was amazing, very relaxing. From the chromotherapic emotional shower to the hydromassage pool, everithing was sensational. The room was clean and and silence, we also had a perfecty working tv with all sky tv channels included. Great location, next to the beatuiful central station of Porta Nuova. I would undoubtly recommend this hotel to everybody.

"Clean and friendly"
Emma C, 25 Août 2017

Beautiful rooms, high ceilings which were nicely decorated. The spa was gorgeous, although have to pay €18 extra to use, should be included in the price of the stay. Great location, central to all major sites. The staff were lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble!! Breakfast okay, not much variety. Would stay again!!!!

"Great location, comfortable and welcoming!"
Christine866, 20 Août 2017

This hotel is right opposite the main station Porta Nuova and there are bus and tram stops right outside as well as the metro at Porta Nuova so you are well connected for getting around on public transport. The historical old town with most attractions are about a 15-20 minute walk. The Sadem airport bus picks up and drops off just around the corner from the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel was very comfortable and the décor was modern and stylish. Very clean everywhere. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. There's a good gym which is free as well as a lovely spa which you do have to pay for but it was worth it. The rooms are well equipped with air conditioning, good Wi-Fi connection, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, safe, TV and a good sized bed which was very comfortable. There was no noise at all at night. Breakfast was a good, wide choice of everything, including pancakes, and cakes. You won't leave the hotel hungry when you set out in the morning for a day in Turin. I'd recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if I go back to Turin.

"Perfect location"
LilyBeeTravels, 17 Juillet 2017

Perfect location directly outside Torino Porta Nova and next to the Sadem bus stop for the airport. I booked my room literally 20 minutes before arriving into the train station. The concierge desk was very helpful and friendly. I was in a single ensuite. The room was very spacious with international sky tv (although never having used this type of sky, it did take a little while to find out that you could get the movies in both the local and original language). Bed and pillows were comfortable and had lovely views out on the private balcony. Really ideal location, within a short walk of everything you could need including restaurants, pharmacy, bars etc Although it was only for 1 night, I will be looking to stay here again

"Good location, reasonable prices, modern rooms"
Margaret G, 21 Juin 2017

We have a newly remodeled room in this lovely hotel. An enormous king bed AND a huge jacuzzi in a raised area just behind!! That was a surprise! The new bathroom is gorgeous with modern Italian style fixtures and a doorless shower. Only down side here is not quite enough flat space for toiletries for two people. But a very good shower. We wish the A/C would get colder at night, as we don't sleep so well at warmer temperatures. But on the plus side, our room includes free wi-fi and a huge spread for breakfast. I'm looking forward to trying more things on the breakfast buffet in the next couple days!

"great hotel in a central location"
Yuvalp55, 17 Juin 2017

An excellent hotel just opposite the central train station (Porta Nuova). The room was very good and quiet, breakfast was fresh and tasty and staff was helpful. Near by bistro is a great place for a light lunch/dinner.

"Business trip in TORINO"
Johann_M187264, 17 Mai 2017

Nice hotel quite cheap and well located Close to railway statio (Porta Nuova) and centre of the city. Breakfast is nice Room are clean well furnished and not noisy. Enjoy your stay there as you will feel good

"Very Good Choice for Business Stay"
hno73, 14 Mai 2017

It was a business stay for two nights. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are several nice restaurants in close vicinity. The lobby and the bar area are cozy. However the room was very small which was not a problem for a business stay. It appears from the other reviews that there may be larger rooms. It is advisable to inquire about the size of the room during reservation. Yet the room was very clean and had everything I needed.Although the breakfast is very good, the coffee served at the breakfast was not fresh. Overall I would recommend this nice hotel.

"Great location. Great service, but rooms a bit small."
N231SD, 18 Mars 2017

The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Turin, within walking distance of the train station. Though the hotel facility was probably built a while ago, the interior is modern and the rooms were updated. Unfortunately like most other older hotels in downtown location, the rooms are very small. The hotel offers a few free parking spots for hotel guests just around the corner, but it's first come, first served. The free breakfast at the hotel is typical European. It's included, at least it was for my room rate. There are some good Italian restaurants within walking distance for dinner or lunch. Hotel has good, free Wi-Fi. If you want the location, but good with a small room and bathroom, then I do recommend this hotel.

"Excellent position."
gansey7, 30 Janvier 2017

The Best Western Genova is a stone's throw from the main railway station (Porta Nuova) and right in the centre of the city - all the main parts are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is inexpensive, good and varied, everybody has it. Our room and bed were comfortable and the bathroom very good, especially the shower. The lounge is small and rather exposed to comings and goings, and the staff are helpful. The sauna however is only accessible as part of an €18 a day massage package and would have been really welcome if it was in its own when we stayed during a period of hard, dry cold. There is no English language TV channel at all: why do hotels never provide e.g. Sky News or Euro News? Would go again, but not in winter.

"Very nice hotel close to train station"
Martina M, 26 Janvier 2017

The position is very good, just next to the train station so it's very easy to find and as a starting point to visit Turin. My room was nice and full of comfort (I loved the tea and coffee in the room to be used during the day). Breakfast was a buffet full of very good food, sweet and savory with fruit and things for celiacs and lactose-intolerant people. The stuff was very nice to us. I suggest you pay a visit, if you are planning a stay in the city!

"Beautiful Hotel. Wonderful Staff"
Helen C, 19 Décembre 2016

So pleased with this hotel. Just few steps away from Sadem's airport bus Porta Nuova stop, and short stroll away from the old Turin. The staff excelled in the service. Exceptionally helpful & friendly Felt so warmly welcomed without the pretentiousness. They also went above and beyond with our requests. Will definitely recommend!

"Centrally Located, Superb Service"
GlobetrotterRara, 03 Novembre 2016

So happy we found this hotel. Just few steps away from Sadem's airport bus Porta Nuova stop, and short stroll away from the old Turin. The staff excelled in the service. Felt so warmly welcomed without the pretentiousness. They also went above and beyond with our requests. Will definitely recommend!

"Very attractif in central Turin"
walterdelarbre, 09 Octobre 2016

Entering this hotel gives you a luxury feeling, confirmed in the cosy rooms. The staff is very helpful for restaurant reservation, calling a taxi, etc. The hotel is on walking distance of the many museums and shopping area. The breakfast is very diverse and on international standard. It is a pitty there is no restaurant but restaurants are nearby.

"Lovely Ornate Hotel"
boomer5258, 11 Septembre 2016

We stayed one night travelling through Turin by rail so the hotel was very convenient. Friendly check in, clean comfortable room, huge shower room and a beautiful breakfast, we could not ask for more. Bright colours, ornate furnishings, very Italian! It was hot so waited until late afternoon to stroll down to the old city centre and we were absolutely surprised at the grand ornate palaces and churches, absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Taxis right in front to take us to Puerto Susa railway station next morning.

"Great city great hotel "
Stuart I, 25 Août 2016

Everything you need in a hotel. Good location, rooms and staff. Breakfast is good and great cappuccinos. Lovely spacious rooms. Ideal for families. A great city to explore with kids especially along the park and canals.

"Nice Hotel"
Stefiaba, 21 Août 2016

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, a group of eight friends in three rooms. The hotel is beautiful, right in downtown, but has no parking space. Actually it has five spaces reserved at the side of the street, but we weren't able to park there because is first come first serve. There is a garage a few blocks away for $25 per day. Breakfast was included and was buffet style, excellent. The staff is courteous, but not very good with information about local restaurants. Overall a good experience, I would stay there again.

"Small shower"
Ian S, 22 Juillet 2016

Stayed here for 2 days while on company business and had a room on the 3rd floor. No problems with noise, air conditioning worked well and kept room at comfortable temperature. Only 1 small niggle, bedroom was quite small and shower cubicle tiny, however accommodation in general was very good and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Centrally located so in good position and will probably stay there again in September when I return.

"2 minutes from Porta Nuova, hotel for winter."
Aleta T, 15 Juillet 2016

This hotel is very well located 3 minutes from the Porta Nuova train station in Turin. It's within walking distance from the pedestrian area and Egyptian museum and the river Po. I stayed here in July 2016 Room 016 on the ground level. The noise level was low, the a/c doesn't work well - it was very hot in the room and I wasn't well. Wifi didn't work. The next morning the staff told me there was another one that worked <- I never tried it. There was a PC and printer in the break room to use to access the web and print tickets etc. I think I would stay here in winter but not in summer.

"Don't stay if you want to actually sleep"
DARDOW40, 06 Juillet 2016

Nice enough hotel, but my room looked into a side street that had people loading a truck both mornings at 5am. It was generally noisy all night - lifts and people - seems like there's no sound insulation. I've stayed in many hotels and travel a lot - but this was one of worst to actually get some decent sleep in! If you're a heavy sleep you'd be fine and hotel is ok. But lack of any chilled water in rooms was surprising and disappointing.

"A room for the winter"
Marga2009, 04 Juillet 2016

The first room we got was in the attic on the 5th floor, as hot as an oven and no view from a small window. We asked for a change and went to the 3rd floor. Nice room with heavy curtains and quite big bathroom. It was clean; wi-fi worked very well. 1) There was a safe in the room with a big key that you had to carry around with you! Also, you had to leave the room key ( a metal key ) every time you left and get it back when you arrived at the hotel. I don´t think this is normal in the year 2016! 2) Breakfast is varied, quality is ok but please, do not mix fresh fruit with canned fruit in the fruit salad! It is awful! 3) The hotel has the policy to keep IDs or passports and " return them later ". The manager of the hotel should know that just authorities are allowed to do that, never a hotel. And you know, I don´t like to find a receptionist that gets offended when I say I prefer to have my ID back... 4) A room for the winter as my title says because even though there is an A/C thing in the room, it just makes noise and doesn´t cool at all. So I guess the room may be more comfortable in winter!

"Amazing location just across from the train"
jayseae, 29 Juin 2016

Most places where you find a hotel just across from the train station? Not so good. Here, it's not the greatest, and at the moment, they are actually working on the courtyard, so it's not as good as it could be. But once inside the welcoming interior, it's not bad at all - though those who are used to cranking up the AC will find that during the warmer months you may have to open the windows instead, which increases the noise, it's a very central location and the staff is incredible friendly.

"Central hotel"
M. Onur T, 25 Juin 2016

It is one of the best hotel in Turin. . I tried lots of hotels in Turin but I prefer to stay here for every visit. Especialy for Turkish people bteakfast is very well. Because Italian behavier is only coffe breakfast but in this otel you have a chance for chess and bread...

"good central location, friendly"
tenspeed21, 15 Juin 2016

We arrived 3 hours before our check-in time but they let us have the room immediately. Great bathroom, tea/coffee, everything worked well in the room. Breakfast was fine. Air-Con worked at night only.

"Lovely relaxing hotel"
Sardev2014, 25 Mai 2016

Stayed here in 2015 for a football match. The hotel is easy to find and in close proximity to bus and tram routes. Its a 10 min walk into the centre of Turin. The hotel reception was nice, clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and informative. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. You got free wifi, tv, clothes space and a nice modern en-suite bathroom.

"Very well located, comfortable and clean"
gipsy_amems, 17 Mai 2016

This hotel is very conveniently located just outside the main central station of Turin, Porta Nuova. Rooms are comfortable and clean and they offer an international breakfast with a good variety of food. Even if you are a only person, they usually accomodate you on a double room, but it can happens to have a single bed room. The hotel is not brand new, but it is highly reccommended to stay here, especially for business trips. If you have time there is also a fitness room and a wellness area in which you can relax. Access to the fitness room is free of charge.

"Really good, only a small thing ..."
Trip_010_92, 17 Mai 2016

This hotel is conveniently situated at the border of the city center, also very close to a subway station and there is also a tram passing. From here one can make nice walks in the center and also towards the beautiful area around the river Po. Personnel is correct and friendly. Rooms are very clean, Wifi is working well. Breakfast is really good, as a special service you can ask for a nice fresh coffee or cappucino. The only minor point is that you are expected to leave the room key at the front desk, where all keys are openly visible with the room number. So, a stranger can see your key and ask for it, ... . Nothing happened, but I did not like the idea.

"Pleasure trip"
SharChilders2016, 17 Mai 2016

Went from a gorgeous room as shown in the photos. To one on 5th floor. The first room had ants in the bathroom and on the bed. Also the plug in the sink didn't work. So I was put in one on the 5th floor, much smaller and not so nice. To me it was as if they were punishing me. The first day I was ask for a key by the manager when entering the hotel to see if we were actually staying there. The only kind person in the hotel was Jennifer I the breakfast room .

"Great Location"
Mark G, 26 Mars 2016

We stayed here whilst visiting Turin for a few days and found the location very convenient next to the Porta Nuova train station. Sadem buses from the airport (very easy and cheap to get into town) stop round the corner, so walking here was easy. Porta Nuova is at one end of Via Roma so a great place to start the tour of the City Centre. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and language wasn't a problem. The room has a safe (with an old-fashioned key) and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms have character with high ceilings and long windows that have stained glass and shutters out onto verandas that look out over the street. The bathroom was cosy but functional with a good shower. Soap is provided via plastic dispensers though the basin one ran out and wasn't filled up whilst we were there (the shower was very close so this wasn't a big issue). The breakfast is included in the rate and is a self-service buffet. There was the usual array of tea/coffee (the waitress will make you a better cappuccino if you ask rather than the one from the machine), cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, pastries, cheese, meats and some scrambled egg with small cocktail sausages and bacon (heated ham). It wouldn't win any awards but for us was perfectly adequate to start the day on. Overall a great basic hotel in a good location and I would happily stay there again.

"Great deviations "
Huettmann, 22 Mars 2016

First Time downtown Torino, first time at this hotel. Was choice of colleagues. Great style and decoration, spacious rooms. Parking is a headache. Noise insulation towards other rooms and Street Noise no good. Door could not be locked. Anyway, good value for money.

"Nice hotel"
Antonio N, 17 Mars 2016

The hotel is nice, it is well placed just at side of Porta Nuova train station, so it is easy to find good restaurants and places to visit within walking distance. The room is quite big and the breaksfast is very good.

"Stylish City Break"
Keith M, 17 Février 2016

Hotel well placed at side of main railway station but easy walking distance to all of city centre sights and attractions. This is a small family run hotel - the staff are very friendly . Our family room for ourselves & 18yr old daughter was very large & stylish. It looked as though it had just been refurbished as all the furnishings appeared brand new . Turin itself was superb, more laid back than Milan, but all the better for it . The miles of arcades were great for avoiding the summer heat - the cinema museum at the Mole Antonelliana and the motor museum out nr the iconic Fiat factory are MUST sees. You can also still get access to test track rooftop at the old Fiat factory (now a hotel & shopping mall) - and this is for free - remember it is where they filmed The Italian Job. Loved everything about Turin and this hotel

"Nice hotel, good location"
MrsBritain27, 10 Février 2016

Having just been on a trip to the Masked Festival in Venice using eurostar and local trains, via Turin. We stayed at this hotel twice in a week. It is a friendly hotel, clean and adequately equipped. The first time we had a fairly small room on the third floor, but it had everything we needed for a nights stay. Breakfast was good and we were close to the station to continue our journey. On the way back we stayed again on the second floor but had a much better room, with good storage space, large bathroom and quieter location. Kettle and coffee sachets were provided but only one teabag was there, we had to ring for some milk, otherwise a good stay again.

"Charming hotel"
Finn L, 22 Janvier 2016

Stayed one night in august last year. Little bit hard to find since we came by car. Newly refurbished and good quality. Room small, but for one night its ok. The reseption, halls, rooms and breakfastatea kind tight and walls seems to surround you since everything is so small. Breakfast not great, but good enought.

"Great location but avoid the fifth floor rooms"
lenrichman, 16 Janvier 2016

In most ways, this is a great hotel; fantastic location near the station, quiet, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. However, in one way it really let itself down; I stayed in a fifth floor room which had sloping ceilings and beams that intruded into the bedroom. That wasn't a major problem, what was was that a large wooden beam bisected the bath and made it difficult to have a shower without smashing your head into either a) the sloping ceiling or b) the colossal beam inches from your face when you were trying to shower.

"Great short stay in city centre"
Steve N, 14 Décembre 2015

This is an excellent small hotel in the centre of Turin. Perfect for the station and to wander up via Roma to see the shops and the beautiful city centre. Hotel was clean, fixtures all seemed brand new, staff helpful and wifi fast. I would definitely recommend.

"Spa Staff Rude"
Hizzzy, 11 Décembre 2015

We were having a girly spa day visit and the spa staff made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When requesting another towel for our shower at the end of the experience, we overheard the staff member say to her colleague in Italian "give them the small towels." Also, at the end of the visit a staff member gestured vaguely staying at her desk for us to find the exit by walking through a door and along a strange corridor. This seemed to lead us out of a back door exit of the hotel. The spa is cute with fairy lights and relaxing, but we felt that if we asked for something it was of great effort to the staff. Also, the value for money is bad compared to the QC Terme Spa which is just a few steps down the street - for the same price this includes an apperitivo and you can stay all day. Also, there he staff are super friendly, can't do enough to help you and they have no problem providing you with an extra 'regular sized' towel!

"A fantastic family-run hotel"
User, 04 Décembre 2015

Hotel Genova is a very charming family-run hotel. It has everything one wants in a hotel: a very convenient location, great amenities, nice rooms and very friendly and competent staff. It's located right by one of the main stations--Porta Nuova. Yet, thanks to good double windows, it is not noisy at all even in rooms facing the station. The hotel has a nice gym and a wonderful spa. The owner's family is working side by side with the staff creating a very nice atmosphere. If you are going to Turin for pleasure, I highly recommend booking slightly bigger rooms.

"Excellent location"
LisaJ34, 02 Décembre 2015

Right opposite Portal Nuova, and about 10-15 minutes from the historic centre of the city. Nice enough hotel, but disappointed the fitness centre doesn't open until 9am. Not great for business travellers that have meetings starting before then, and client dinners after work. Gluten free breakfast was exceptional! Lots of choices, just had to ask. I'd stay again for personal time, when I'm not constrained by fitness centre opening hours.

"Central "
Julia B, 02 Décembre 2015

Located right next to the railway station, and just steps away from the airport transfer bus service, this is a great hotel for anyone using public transport. Spacious rooms and a wide choice at the buffet breakfast. The staff are helpful and the luggage service means you can enjoy your last day without having to lug your bags with you.

"Great location"
Kasia T, 28 Novembre 2015

Hotel was nice, clean and the location is hard to beat. The hotel itself is located in a historic building, but inside is modern and artsy. And rain shower was amazing. Excellent selection of breakfast items. I would definitely stay here again.

"Good hotel"
southernstate, 16 Novembre 2015

The hotel is lovely. We were able to use the hotel's on-street parking, located just around the corner. The front desk staff was terrific and spoke perfect English. The location is slightly further out from the sights than another hotel I considered, but still was only 10-15 minutes from the Egyptian museum, campanile, etc. The breakfast was perfect, pastries, meats, fresh mozzarella, and plenty of drinks. Our room was very nice with a small balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

"The Place to Stay in Torino"
Tim O, 16 Novembre 2015

Gracious; professional staff. The Genova definitely adds to my enjoyment of my trips to Torino. Two "thumbs up". Thanks for your excellent care, during my stay. The location is also a plus; in the center of the city.

"Great place with old world charm"
Nuthun, 11 Novembre 2015

This hotel has done a nice job mixing the old with the new. Hotel decor reminds of what things used to be but the rooms are fairly up to date. Bed is comfortable. Shower is above average for Europe. I would definitely stay again.

"very good hotel"
Nachum B, 29 Octobre 2015

I stayed there two nights and enjoyed it. The location is perfect and the staff very helpfull. the breakfast excellent. The room was small but spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend it for even longer stay

"Very nice hotel."
Paul B, 16 Octobre 2015

beautiful rooms, great service in the hotel especially front desk and the bar area. Don't pay for the spa area- it's cold and usually the sauna/turkish bath isn't turned on otherwise the place is amazing.

"Perfect"
Dan_Notts_123, 19 Septembre 2015

Booked a single room by mistake, I was upgraded on the day of arrival for a small surplus but the new room was fantastic: king size bed and even a gas hob! The staff were very friendly (thumbs up to Leonardo) and there's parking outside the hotel (room for about 5 cars so can get full sometimes). Mind you, no need for a car, most places are in walking distance, and further out places can be reached via porta nuova train station next door. The breakfast is good, perhaps slightly understaffed but it's "help yourself" so this is not too much of a problem. The spa is great but closes early on Sundays - QC spa down the road is more recommended. Overall, no complaints, I would definitely come here again.

"Fantastic stay"
stalwart, 07 Septembre 2015

Highly recommended. was a great find. Top marks for room, location, staff, breakfast. Slight minuses - A/C was inadequate (room was still hot).,Free wi-fi was not working in the evening , but was sorted in the morning.

"Excellent friendly hotel in a great location."
Paul J, 04 Septembre 2015

We only stayed 1 night but I can't speak highly enough of this hotel and it's staff. The hotel is perfectly located right next to Porta Nuova station. After initially booking the wrong date the staff were very friendly and helpful in changing my booking without any problem or additional charge. We arrived very early for check in but the excellent Leonardo on the desk checked us in without a problem. The room was brilliant with a great shower and bed and plenty of room. Breakfast was a continental selection, quite small but everything we wanted. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English. Will use again when in Turin.

"A wonderful discovery"
WillDownie, 28 Août 2015

I was looking for a hotel near to the historic heart of Turin and found the Genova during an internet search. In a great location, with comfortable rooms and very helpful staff it was ideal. My singe room was not large but had everything I needed. I would be very happy to recommend the Genova to friends and indeed to return again.

"Excellent Hotel !!"
R_Abela81, 28 Août 2015

This was my first time visit in Turin and was on vacation with a large group. Must admit this hotel is very good. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere relaxing. My room was really cute and had all the required facilities, not to mention it was very clean. The breakfast they offer is varied and abundant. There is a good selection for all sorts of tastes, while they have a big luggage room which is locked; and being right in front of the reception desk, staff can keep an eye on your personal belongings. A pity our stay was only scheduled for one night!! I definitely recommend this hotel for all those who are looking for a central accommodation, with good facilities and a great service.
