"Excellent hotel near Turin Porta Nuova train station"
Road16124739426, 21 Janvier 2024

This was a very good hotel, located centrally in Turin and right outside the Porta Nuova train station. Very clean and spacious rooms including a big bathroom with heating rack for towels. The shower stall was a bit small and we couldn't work out how to switch on the work desk table lamp but otherwise everything was great. There is also a balcony! Breakfast was buffet and continental style, delicious, very friendly waitress who makes good coffee. Very good value at 8 Euro per person. We also had a friendly reception staff member, extremely helpful and welcoming. My first time staying at a Best Western hotel and will definitely recommend it. Great stay!

"Great Hotel nearby Porto Nuova station"
Robin H, 20 Janvier 2024

The staff at check-in was exceptionally friendly. He gave us some tips on how to get around Turin and was very helpful with any requests we had. We had the deluxe room with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was huge, great and relaxing. The room was clean and smelled really nice upon arrival. We loved the interior and had a nice view on the trainstation from our room. The lamps had a strange design though. We thought it was dirty but after looking closely it was like this on purpose. The breakfast area was really quiet. There were only 2 other people eating at the same time we did and it was in primetime. Breakfast options are good. The pancakes were really delicious. The waiter at breakfast was really hard working and active. He did not speak english, but he tried his best. Location cant be better. Its right next to the trainstation Porta Nuova, when you take the eastern exit and its close to the centre. Everything is walkable. There were some homeless people nearby the hotel. In the night i would not prefer walking here alone, however i never felt unsafe. The Jacuzzi tap was a bit in the way, when your lying in the tub with 2 people and the drainage of the water was slow. Also keep in mind that when you book the jacuzzi room, the shower has to be handheld when showering.

"Convenient location in Turin"
Shefford, 17 Novembre 2023

Hotel is very well located for the bus to/from the airport, which leaves from nearby Piazza Carlo Felice. It's a short walk to the centre of Turin, and to the Museo Egizio and Palazzo Reale. The hotel is clean and comfortable, our room was a reasonable size with ample storage space. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. We had a quiet room at the back, with a small balcony overlooking other buildings. The staff were all pleasant, friendly and helpful, and spoke English if that is required. The breakfast room is on the 5th floor, with the usual buffet and plenty of choice. The area immediately outside the hotel is quite run-down, with drug-users and homeless people around, but no-one bothered us. I noticed the hotel reception staff were monitoring CCTV cameras which showed views of the street outside.

"Central hotel for everything "
Fiona B, 29 Mai 2023

Hotel really nice and spotless, room very spacious, had 2 balconies one of which was huge, room cleaned daily, Staff helpful and Friendly, nice bar and barman was great, location to everywhere excellent, I agree with some of the reviews concerning the area outside of the hotel, there is some homeless etc that hang around but to be honest they never bothered us, I certainly didn't see anything that suggested drug users etc as other reviews have put, didn't put us of going out in the evening and walk-in back, would recommend this hotel

"Great location, helpful staff and nice rooms"
tahleci0nj, 26 Décembre 2022

Great location near the main railway station and all sights. Reception staff were very helpful with advising us on getting around. The room was very nice and breakfast was a typical European style - cold meats and cheeses and usual eggs etc. I could recommend this hotel for a friendly experience for business or sightseeing and very convenient if you are travelling to other Italian cities by train.

"Very good hotel"
cmerjanian, 12 Septembre 2022

The two floor room was excellent for a family stay, with two TVs. However, having the bathroom downstairs was not practical for the adults. Breakfast is decent but can definitely be improved for the price of the hotel.

"Nice staff, good location, affordable rates"
N5474FJpeterd, 12 Avril 2022

A good, central and affordable hotel. The staff at the reception desk is very helpful. The breakfast is OK, not a lot of choice muy more than a basic Italian breakfast. Good connections by bus every 15 minutes, leaving from square across hotel.

"Good Hotel"
Catharine23, 16 Décembre 2019

We just came back from a three night stay in this hotel. Very close to train station entrance Via Nizza. Very pleased with the room, we had a room on the 4th floor. Very quiet, even though it overlooked the main road. We had a large room with all the amenities needed. A very large bathroom , with shower and a jacuzzi bath, we even had toiletries and bathroom slippers. We had a balcony and another window. The front offive were very friendly and helpful. They even booked taxis for us. And very good value for money. Will definitly visit again.

"Got ripped off with the price"
Guidoph, 10 Décembre 2019

The hotel is situated near the train station, not far from the old town. The neighborhood is sketchy at best - junkies, beggars, homeless people and prostitutes are right in front of it. Not really reassuring when you're walking home. Our room was on the 4th floor. One reading light didn't work well and you could hear all the noise from the room next door. An absolute no-go is the plastic cups in the bathrooms. The hotel deserves 3 stars at most. That would get a 3* rating from me. Where I remove the other two points is the price we paid. Upon arrival I saw the list of all the people arriving That day and saw that we paid by far more than all the others. Room rates went from 69 to 130 euros. We paid 151 euros. I suspect that they just add a fee for customers from Switzerland. I can understand a difference of 10% for the room but when you realize that you paid more than double than the others I feel just cheated.

"Perfect for city break"
L22josh, 09 Octobre 2019

The hotel was ideal for a quick break away where you want to get out and see the city. Located right next to the train station the hotel was just a short walk away from the main shopping areas with restaurants located around. The room was very large with a lovely bathroom including a very modern power shower. A balcony was also part of the room. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of choices and was topped up regularly so wasn't an issue if it was slightly busier. Would definitely recommend.

"Almost a week. Could have stayed longer!"
John071, 24 Septembre 2019

I have been in Turin many times. I lost count, but probably close to 10 times now. Hotels have been from very bad to very good and this one tops them all. Room was beautiful, location, next door to the station and 15 minutes walk to the centre of Milan excellent. Breakfast had everything you asked for. I won't be looking anywhere else.

"IF You Need A Stopover "
RichardElizabeth60, 18 Septembre 2019

Right next to Turin station, it's really convenient if you are passing through like we were. One night is plenty here. The area is pretty seedy with some odd characters around. Keep your valuables close. The hotel is spotless, with very friendly staff. The bar area was well appointed and the breakfast was excellent. However, the room was difficult. We were on the top floor and so under the roof, which was pitched. The spa bath was relaxing but hard to get in and out of. Wouldn't use it if you were a bit infirm but as its the only bath/shower you would be stuck. The bed was rock hard and squeaky. Consequently, we slept badly and the gunfight around midnight down the road was disconcerting. Could also hear everyone in the hallway. And why do they install fire alarms that have bright lights? The one above the bed was so bright it lit the room up. Would not stay there again.

"Robbed with the exchange rate at the payment"
sumpresio, 12 Septembre 2019

Hotel is pleasant, rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious, breakfast rich and there is variety of food. But I was robbed at the payment at the check-in. Exchange rate which should be around 1,711 for HRK was 1,85. This is embarrassing.

"Lovely stay"
Wendy H, 30 Juillet 2019

I've just recently returned from Turin and stayed in this hotel with my husband and two young children. This hotel was about half hour drive away from the airport and about 10 minutes walk from the shopping district of Turin. We were given a mezzanine room with a large comfortable king size bed and a sofa bed. It was very spacious and my kids loved the two levels in bedroom. The bathroom was large and spacious and my kids loved the jacuzzi bath. Air conditioning was working well and we also had a nice balcony. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Would have liked to have some bottled water in the room but there was shop two doors down so wasn't a big problem.

"The best ever experience"
ashers631882, 26 Juillet 2019

Great location, exceptional cleanliness, very helpful and professional staff. Spa bath was very nice surprise. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Very happy and for sure will be back. Thank you very much guys.

"Excellent"
sarah w, 09 Juillet 2019

Lovely hotel near the centre of Turin, opposite the train station. My room had a view of the mountains from the balcony. Really nice room with safe (free of charge), plenty of space, shower over a jacuzzi bath. Continental breakfast as expected, nice friendly and helpful staff. Good double glazing so no noise from the busy street below. Shopping areas nearby and a good selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again.

"Good place for business of leisure trips"
Vinz78120, 08 Juillet 2019

Good price service ratio in a friendly and very well situated hotel in the city center of Turin. The breakfast on the last 5th floor is good and diversified. The air conditioning is more than appreciated. I went there for both business and leisure purposes, also with kids in the 2-floor family room, very convenient.

"Great Breakfast!!"
lizaleeb, 02 Juillet 2019

Really love Best westerns an a chain of hotels, Bangkok best western is superb and although this one isn't as grand it is still value for money. Comfy spotlessly clean rooms, great shower and the full breakfast including buffet is one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. Also the Gentlemen on service at breakfast (Asian man) fabulous customer service, thank you!

"Two great staff members, but not a great location"
Ivan C, 24 Juin 2019

The hotel is located in the center of a controlled access area and from 0730 to 1030 daily it is very difficult to reach by car. There is no parking and the hotel sends you to a privately owned garage that charges 25Euro per day, you must leave the keys with the garage operator and there is a sign that states they are not responsible for stolen objects or damages to the car. If you want to take a sandwich for the road from the breakfast buffet you are told it costs 3Euro, this is bad given the fact that the entire breakfast costs 4Euro when one is paying using the points from Best Western. The internet is unreliable and the TV channel selection is a total disappointment, no English channels, not even CNN. The Jacuzzi in the Deluxe rooms is useless, old and outdated don't waste your money on an upgrade. The carpet is old and not very clean.

"5 days just fine"
LadyF83, 24 Juin 2019

we took a suite for five days ... nice room .very confortable bed .. spacious ... lovely bathroom with jacuzzi ... nice bar downstair ... lovely people ... a parking .. near everything ... the area might surprise at first glance ... but we walked everywhere even at night and never felt in any danger . maybe fresh juices for breakfast would be nice ... but other than that nothing wrong with the place . i sure would choose it again

"Avoid at all cost !!!"
polo1012, 08 Juin 2019

Arrived the 7 June 2019 in the evening and got a room on a street side with no working air conditioning (the man at the lobby told me they just turn on the AC a few hours per day and NOT in the night). It meant it was a nightmare with the weather right now in Torino and if you tried to open the window there is so much noise that you won't be able to sleep (people yelling all the night in this very bad red light district where you find this hotel). So at 4am I booked another hotel in Torino in which I am right now. I lost two nights there but never mind it was such a bad experience that I could not stay more. I traveled all around the world and it's the first time I had to find a solution in the middle of the night for the rest of my stay... Awful experience and very bad reaction from the staff when you tell them it's unbelievable that they turn off the AC in June !

"Good Hotel and nice staff"
Voyage24909510267, 26 Mai 2019

The hotel is Central located and very Clean. The rooms is big and you have a chance to boil water for your Team or Coffee. Rooms is as you can See in the Homepage. The breakfast is international, so for everyone. If you come by Car, us the Garage at the Station.

"Definitely not 4 Star"
James C, 24 Avril 2019

We booked this hotel because if was supposedly rated 4 stars and was close to the train station where we were going to arrive in Turin. To say that this hotel is spartan would be an over statement. It is way less than that and is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room we got was tiny and had practically no furnishings. There was only a small glass table and two desk type chairs. The "night stands" were so small that there was practically no room for anything. The internet was so slow that what usually took a second or two to load would take several minutes and on some sites is was so slow that we finally just gave up getting to them. The breakfast was one of the poorest of any hotel we have stayed at. There was no way to get air circulation and it was too warm. It was also very noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful but this hotel should be rated at 2 stars or less.

"Perfect location"
Hulmey69, 13 Janvier 2019

Perfect location to city centre and train station, we were in Turin for only a short time. Family room was great. Staff were helpful and breakfast had all types of food requirements. Wish we had more time in Turin

"great location and good breakfast"
Robin S, 06 Décembre 2018

We stayed for 5 nights -- the location right across from train and metro was great (and not noisy). Room was big and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast (included in our rate) was easy and had good variety. We would definitely stay there again.

"Clean and nice."
Rick Q, 04 Décembre 2018

I was surprised because the general area near the train station was not upscale. The rooms were very nice and had a loft with a big king size bed for a family of 4 it was the perfect size. Hot water in the shower was abundant and it was clean!

"Less than expected"
Vasilis M, 18 Novembre 2018

The staff is friendly and helpfull. Specially at the bar and the breakfast area. The rooms are very clean. But there is a problem with the wifi conection as disconnects very often. The aircon at room 403 is working automatically and it is very noisy and we couldn't sleep as there is no button to switch off.

"Worst than expected"
Leonie D, 18 Novembre 2018

The hotel is close to the city center by foot. They are promoting parking but it's unacceptable that you have to reserve in advance a place for the car and of corse to pay 20€. We found on the street (blue line only), on the next corner and we paid 11€ for 2 days!!! Advantages: good housekeeping and bar service Disadvantages: afternoon reception shift, BREAKFAST (not so tasty-ex: empty croissant), we were staying on the 4th floor and from 7am we were hearing noice from the breakfast area (5th floor), in the room the air con without turning on it was working without having the possibility to turn it off-couldn't sleep all night, WI FI when you are leaving the room, on the way back you have to re-enter the password every time Neutrual: check in and information from the front office My conclusion is if you have the opportunity to choose another hotel do it. It was a disappointment for a BW hotel.

"Very good location for my needs"
Lars M, 22 Octobre 2018

I visited Turin last week for work and had chosen Crystal Palace mainly for its location that suited my needs perfectly. I was positively surprised by the hotel with good sized rooms, a light color scheme and a, by Italian standards, rich breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean, well maintained and quiet. Two things that could improve to make it perfect: improve the heating system for the shower water. It takes a long time and consequently lots of water, to get the shower to the right temperature. The second issue was to review the beds. My mattress felt like sleeping in a ski slope.

"Great choice to stay in Turin"
KevinStonyStratford, 14 Octobre 2018

Lovely comfortable hotel in a surprisingly quiet road near the station. Would be my choice on any future visit to Turin. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Hotel was very clean and spacious. Staff suggested Locanda restaurant nearby. Great choice, reception will tell you how to get there.

"Much better than expected"
Elsa G, 03 Octobre 2018

The hotel is right next to the train station which was a plus. The room was quite large and the bathroom was as well. The bed and pillows were excellent. No outside noise. The location is pretty good. Would stay there again. Only annoying thing is having to put the key card in a slot every time you arrive for the lights and air conditioning to work.

"Perfect"
ianbye1, 01 Septembre 2018

Great location with parking. we had a whistle stop tour of Turin. The hotel was lovely we had a big room with a balcony. the facilities were great we had everything we could have wanted and a lovely breakfast too

"Lovely room"
famdye, 17 Août 2018

We had a lovely stay here in a huge room with an equally huge bathroom. Really clean... didn't have breakfast as Turin is full of gorgeous places to enjoy breakfast. Reception staff very helpful...the hotel is very close to the station and, as is often the way, this means the immediate area is a little bit run down but it really is a very short walk to the beautiful sights of Turin.

"Good location, excellent room, good breakfast"
Philip C, 22 Juillet 2018

We stayed in a superior double with huge jacuzzi bath. Room was very large with king size bed, table and chairs. Plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, tea making facilities and free wifi. Room was cleaned each day to a high standard. Breakfast was as expected with cereal, cheeses, ham, yoghurt, egg, toast etc etc. Servers were very polite and helpful. Reception staff were also polite and helpful with regard to explaining maps and best places to see and how to get there. Hotel is central and close to the station and less than ten minutes walk to the main shopping areas and piazzas. If we return to Turin, we would not hesitate to stay again.

"Huge Mezzanine Room"
merlion121, 23 Juin 2018

We had an overnight stay in Turin, and we chose this hotel due to its proximity to city center. In general, we were happy with our room as it is very huge with a loft bedroom. The room was equiped with a sofa set, small kitchen and a dining table set for four. The wifi quality was good too.

"Avoid this hotel if you are a non-smoker"
E-Dacombe, 14 Juin 2018

We stayed at the best western for 3 nights. The staff are very good, friendly and the room was clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful refresh of the room each day, the bathroom was a good size and there was a fridge, good size wardrobe and dressing table. Unfortunately for me, the smell of cigarette smoke was so overbearing that i will not be back. Despite having 'no smoking' signs everywhere on our floor (4th floor), it was evident that smoking was allowed. In our non smoking room, there was an ash tray! As a non-smoker, the smell hit the back of my throat and i could not wait to get outside in the fresh air. I can see a number of other people have also commented about the cigarette smoke at this hotel. I only hope management rectify the problem otherwise too many people simply won't come back, despite the good welcome from the staff. Note: if you are driving the hotel only has a few spaces which cannot be reserved but there a garage nearby for €20 per day.

"Overnight stay"
Babyduck_10, 26 Mai 2018

Our room was on the third floor with a balcony onto the street. The room was a good size and clean and comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. Breakfast was included and was good. It is very handy to the main train station which is why we selected the hotel. The area itself is a bit undesirable but once inside the hotel it is all good. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Few minutes walk and you are in the lovely parts of this great city.

"Lovely hotel "
Sammyg993, 24 Mars 2018

We stayed for a long weekend. The room was huge with a lovely high ceiling. It had a balcony and a little roof garden. They could have put a little table and chairs in the garden and easily charged more! Unfortunate downfalls were that the hotel bar was really expensive and that in our room there was a water pipe that was really loud when other rooms flushed the toilet, but other than that it was lovely. The staff were great and so helpful. Would definitelt recommend staying here.

"Excellent family friendly hotel "
Dr-S-White, 24 Mars 2018

The hotel is very close to the main train station and so it's very easy to get to (e.g. bus directly to/from the airport). The immediate neighbourhood isn't quite so nice, but walk one street across and you are in the nice parts of Turin. Our room (502) was fantastic - very comfortable, clean, large, free WiFi etc. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is very family friendly. They provide good quality cots and highchairs. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

"Simply the best"
Daiga T, 08 Novembre 2017

Excellent location - just by the train station, very convenient for train travellers. Although the area is popular spot for African and Turkish immigrants - many street vendors and kebab eateries, it is not a dangerous place. The room was clean and quiet. Very warm. My boyfriend noted that the tv was the right size to watch it comfortably from the bed. Bathroom had all the necessities- heating, hair dryer, toiletries, tho I would have liked hair conditioner as well. Breakfast had a big choice of food - starting from 4 types of cornetti (Italian for croissants) to cheeses, scrambled eggs and bacon. Thanks to staff for all the help - we were aloud to leave our bags before check in time and had a taxi called to go to airport. Definitely would stay there again.

"Weird but fun"
estherl0, 02 Octobre 2017

Very convenient for the station of Porto Nuovo. Close to the old center. of Torino. What this hotel lacks in cosyness it makes up in wackiness! Largest room ever with a huge mezzanine. Comfortable and nice staff. Decent all round.

"Comfortable and convenient"
Malcolm J, 19 Septembre 2017

We stayed at the Hotel Crystal Palace, Turin for two nights, arriving by train from Lyon and before taking a train to Florence. The train came to Porta Susa in Turin and we took the Metro, three or four stops to Porta Nuova to get to the hotel. Our departure was from Porta Nuova making it sensible in staying close to the station. Our room was 511 which was of a good size, the bathroom had a Jacuzzi. There was some noise from the station, but not too bad. Oddly the breakfast room was on our floor, but perfect for us. There was a good choice of quality products, I learnt to have Cafe macchiato, an expesso with a dash of milk. The breakfast staff were superb, a credit to the hotel, the staff at the reception desk were also helpful at check out and kindly kept our bags for a few hours. The hotel is close to some of the main sights of the great city too.

"Nice hotel, location not too great but ok for a stop over"
Debbie F, 02 Septembre 2017

We stayed here for one night on the way home from Tuscany, and whilst the hotel was nice, the location was not the best. If you are staying here, remember to pre-book your hotel parking. We assumed that the hotel would have a parking, which it did but it was full and because we had not pre-booked parking, we could not park there. Parking was on the streets around it, the car was fine but not the same as being in a secure car park. The other off street parking had people showing you where the spaces were but they expected some money for the privilege..... We walked to the Huntsman pub for something to eat which was about 5 mins walk away. Breakfast is on the 5th floor, which we were told had a great view of the City but we could not find any such view, but breakfast was fine. Don't think I would stay here for longer than 1 night.

"Great location"
Leo0815, 23 Août 2017

The hotel is across the street from the railway station and walking distance from major downtown touristic attractions. The amenities are simple, if present at all (no pool, no gym). The bar atmosphere is terrible, but there are many bars close to the hotel. Breakfast has a lot of choices, but quality of bread, juices et cetera no perfect. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. People at reception very helpful.

"Don't miss Turin"
simonhC9351IZ, 21 Août 2017

Too brief a stay in what was a beautiful, and friendly city. Visiting the palaces in the evening was incredible- they really are astounding and the art work incredible. The hotel was comfortable and good value and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

"Clean Convenient and Affordable"
marcellemariechiron, 10 Juillet 2017

Centrally located ( 2 blocks from Via Roma) this hotel is a gem. Granted he neighborhood is a bit sketchy right across from the puerta Nuova train staiton but it is SAFE!!!! Just colorful. You can get to anywhere inthe center of Turin in 10 to20 minutes. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful... I would stay there again! Grazie.

"Good stay"
George M, 08 Juillet 2017

We stayed in a two-floor suite for 3 nights, which was a good experience overall. The check-in and check-out process could be streamlined somewhat, however. Our suite was very nicely fitted out, with a sitting area and dining table on the lower floor and the bedroom on the upper floor. It also had a balcony going onto an inner courtyard. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath with a shower over it, which was prone to a little leakage. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We slept well throughout our stay, although thankfully our windows opened onto a quiet courtyard, otherwise as the air-conditioning was not yet activated, it would have been too hot. Breakfast was pretty good and in line with our expectations for Italian hotels. Waffles and syrup were particularly good. The location is handy, right by Porta Nuova station, and did not feel unsafe, as other reviews have suggested. Indeed the usual precautions required in any big city apply. We felt our stay offered good value for money, and would consider using this hotel again on a future visit to Turin.

"Great location and service"
70'sThrowback, 13 Juin 2017

Formerly a Mecure hotel, the crystal palace is in a perfect location, near the train station and only a few mins walk from all the sights. There is parking in the hotel, but it was on a first come first served basis (at the time of booking) and we were lucky to get the last space for 20 euro a day. The hotel itself is a lovely old building with large rooms and bathroom. I would definitely come back again.

"Very Pleased We Stayed Here!"
Jessica M, 06 Juin 2017

We booked this hotel based on location and prior reviews. We booked a family room which has a loft with a bed, desk, and television and main floor had sofa bed, large table, large bathroom, 2 veranda, and a television. This property is so clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and staff held our bags in a secure location. Breakfast was basic but very good. Highly recommend this property for travel to Turin!

"Central convenient hotel"
delagioventu, 20 Mai 2017

We had a nice family room - with a mezzanine. Little kitchen. Balcony. Quite spacious. Hotel is a bit tired but it is still quite ok. Nice breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Very central near the station. Quite some homeless there around. Area did nor feel threatening though.

"Good Start, Flat Finish"
Donald M, 03 Avril 2017

Handily placed near the railway station. An OK four star hotel. Received an upgrade to a suite. Check in was good. Breakfast ok but underwhelming. The recent changes from Accor to Best Western haven't been fully and effectively communicated although the staff seem to think that they have. Staff on check out were not the best.

"Nice room, excellent breakfast but...."
Pemakin, 26 Mars 2017

We stay room 502 "penthouse". Room looks okey, maybe design was a little bit colourful. Space enough for 2 people. Bathroom with jacuzzi, but shower was difficult, because U must stand on the jacuzzi. Breakfast room located also on the 5th floor and breakfast was very delicious and service was excellent. That was the good things....every time when U coming the room, smell was bad, air was musty. Outside area was full of the vaguely people, especially evening, night time.

"Doesn't impress."
Fabio A, 15 Mars 2017

It's a refurbished Best Western, with large and clean rooms. Hotel appearance is simple, but the staff works to make you confortable. Breakfast is various and a bit more than medium, service is clever. Good bathroom set. The neighbourhood doesn't invite you for a walk, unless you are looking for a not ordinary entertainment ;) - but you sleep well. Towels to be renewed and a very used room's card cardboard, leave you perplexed.

"Nice location very central"
notanoldbiddy, 07 Février 2017

Stayed here in October while travelling through Italy. Very close to train station so is a very short luggage drag. Arrived late afternoon on a Sunday so most restaurants are closed so plan ahead. Quiet clean rooms located in the heart of Torino. Good buffet style breakfast with lovely selection of fruit and yogurt.

"Delightful stay"

We booked into this hotel for New Year's Eve and are so glad we did. The first big plus was navigating Turino without and problems and stabling our car safely and securely in a courtyard behind the hotel. We were early but this posed no problems in accessing our room and allowed us a full afternoon to make the most of brilliant sunshine to explore. Due to the hotel's central location (yes, it is in a scruffy street but it's only a block or two till you are mixing it with high end shopping, and we never felt threatened) we managed to see a lot in one afternoon. The very helpful desk staff managed to find us a dinner reservation for New Year's Eve at the last moment for which we were very grateful. As we were meeting up with family in Turin that night, we were thrilled to find our room contained a full sized table and kitchenette, as well as a mezzanine level bedroom and balcony. There was plenty of space for the six of us to use our room to chill after dinner till taking a ten minute walk to see in the New Year with the revellers in the Piazza San Carlo. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and of great variety. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
