Best Western Parkhotel Brehna-Halle

We stayed there for 1 night on our way to home after a long summer road trip. Rooms were ok but not the standard I expected. Very disappointing breakfast. There were very few options to choose from, no eggs, no juice, and even basic cutlery was missing. Even though we asked several times and waited long for refills but no refill. Only one waiter was working for the whole time. It felt poorly organized and not at all what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast. Never coming back again.

The treatment was very personal and professional. We were only there for a short time, but were very satisfied both with drinks in the evening, the room during the night and the breakfast the next morning. The room was cosy, the beds soft and comfortable. We would love to come back!

Nothing to do in the area but the hotel is located closely to the highway which makes it a good location if you are looking for a overnight stay. I stayed there before but the level of service has declined. The staff are not speaking English which can make it challenging to communicate. In addition, the food is below average and there is general lack of service

I stayed for 2 nights and both night barely slept, the room was like a sauna even with the window open and the fan on, there is no air conditioning. I expect air conditioning as a basic requirement for any hotel! On the first morning some kind of construction work began at the hotel doorat 7.30am, this was noisy and blocked the path. I would never stay here again, it felt dated and I felt like I was back in the 1980s or staying at the hotel in the shining (by decoration)

Hotel is convenient for Leipzig and then only one hour from Berlin. I did not specify that my room should be non-smoking and only realized after unpacking that the room allocated to me was for smokers. As it was on the ground floor I could not leave the window open and air quality was really bad. The room was quite spacious but the single bed was hard and uncomfortable. Food and amenities were good and staff were pleasant.

Stayed here on business for 2 nights perfect location for me next to the shopping centre for my work. Food was great, rooms good. My only issue was getting vouchers each time for the free wifi so if you need to FaceTime etc get extra vouchers from reception. Genuine German hospitality and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is just off the autobahn so you will need transport if you want to site see.
