Best Western Atlantys Hotel Zenith Nantes

I stopped off in Nantes enroute to Bordeaux. I stay usually at the nearby best western but it was closed. I have stayed here before and it was good as usual. The room was excellent and two good restaurants nearby. I shall certainly stay again as excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly

I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Western Atlantys Hotel Zenith Nantes. After booking and paying for my room online, I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, only to be told that a deposit was required, and they only accepted card payments. Unfortunately, my card wasn't accepted by their machine for some reason. Despite offering cash for the deposit, the staff refused and asked me to leave the hotel. As a result, I had to sleep in my car that night. The staff showed no empathy or flexibility, even though it was late and I had already paid for the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you arrive late or may encounter payment issues. A very disappointing experience overall.

First time been out of the UK since pre covid Me and my son stayed for 3 nights, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Location was close to amenities, bowling centre and local bus/ tram routes to be able to go and explore

Perhaps not an obvious place for a hotel but it is well placed for the busy commercial area or for the weary traveller passing through Nantes. The hotel was bright and clean,with a modern design Room was comfortable. We didn't have our evening meal here as there was a restaurant next door Good breakfast

Very good location for an overnight stopover if travelling with a car: Close to a motorway, good and secure parking, staff very helpful and courteous. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Shopping centre nearby and excellent Italian restaurant next door.

3°C outside and no heating: call to the reception and the desk said: I'm alone, I can do nothing.... Later that person arrived with an electrical heating after I said I was leaving the hotel. Plenty of hotels in the surrounding with, at least, a warm night
