Out third stay.at.this location. Nice rooms, clean. Pet friendly. crappy RCA TV. Satellite TV pretty much useless. Could.not get most.of the.channels.on the card. Too tired too watch anyway. Other than that, no complaints.

"Comfortable stay"

We stayed at this location on our way home from New York to Florida. We were traveling with our two dogs and got a pet friendly room on the first floor. It was clean and tidy, no smells or dirt at all. There are a few grassy areas for the dogs to use, which was nice. We checked in very late and left very early so we did not have the opportunity to eat or even view the breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant day and it is on our list of places to stop if we are in the area again.

"Unfriendly staff"

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very unfriendly and cold. I continued to check in and my children were speaking saying hello and was ignored as if they were adults.. I've been treated so much better at worse places to stay..

To start, check in went smoothly as it should the front desk woman was nice. Our room was room 202. This is when it went downhill. My wife and decided to have some drinks in our room that evening so we grabbed some ice from the ice machine. We poured our drinks and began to notice black stuff in the ice and had to pour them out. That's only the beginning. After taking a closer look around our room we began to notice other issues as well. There were paint splatters and damages to the room where they had remodeled, it looked unfinished and unprofessional. We opened the Curtains and realized that the window was not even able to be closed properly and not to mention the window was surrounded with mold where the window had been stuck open. Outside the bathroom the ceiling had what looks like water damage around the light fixture and inside the bathroom the vent in the wall has BLACK MOLD growing in it. That was only Night 1 of our Scheduled 2 night stay. The next morning we woke up and decided to take a shower and relax in our room. Unfortunately only minutes after stepping out of the shower we were interrupted by a call from the front desk. She said that smoke had been detected in our room, that this is a non smoking room that my wife and needed to come down to the front desk. We were met at the front desk by the Hotel manager who was accusing us of smoking in our room($150 fee), we asked him to follow us back to the room so he could see for himself that there was indeed no trace of smoke or any smoke smell of any sorts. We even showed him the bathroom which still had steam on the mirror from our SHOWER! He fully inspected our room even looked in our garbage. Between being falsely accused of smoking in our room and the MOLD thru out the room we wanted to get out of there. Our trip had been ruined and our account had already had a hold on our money so our only option was to go back home. We requested a FULL refund for our HORRIBLE NASTY experience but the manager said he would only give a refund for the 2nd night. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING TO THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Thank you for the Feedback. We apologise for the inconvenience. But We call you for the reason.We are NON SMOKING hotel and We have smoke sensors in every room. We got a notification that someone smoked in your room at 8:51 AM. someone smoke at 8:51 AM and we came to your room to check after 9:30 AM. This sensor catch organic smoke only. It has a 100% success ratio. We did verify with this company and they confirmed that someone smoked into the room. We have to follow our Hotel policy . Thank you

"Little worn but comfy beds"

We were early but they let us check in. In the room the drawers kept coming open..spooky. But the handy dandy duck tape kept them closed at night. The hotel has very friendly staff cheap laundry facilities and clean common areas. It close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff when checking in and out were very friendly. I had a room at the end of the hall it was quiet and very peaceful. Easy to get a good nights sleep.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here on our way to New York. It was the best hotel we could have picked. The person at the front desk was very nice, the room was clean, housekeeping was very friendly as well. I like how their price is reasonable and breakfast is included they have a large variety of choices for breakfast whereas other places don't. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

"Roaches and Filth"

The sheets were dirty upon arrival. New sheets had cigarette burns on them. Woke up in the night to a roach skittering across the wall. The staff were rude and acted like every request was a chore. Only requests I made was new sheets as the one we had were stained, and a TV remote for the room. Nothing crazy. Oh and don't grab breakfast after using the fitness are because the staff will be sure to let you know by making off hand comments to one another about what you are wearing loud enough to one another so you can hear. Never will stay here again.

Front desk check in was swift and friendly, and the rate I paid for two nights was awesome . The king room itself was very clean and equipped with sofa bed, coffee table, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The floors and linen were very clean which is a huge deal breaker for me if it's not whenever I travel and stay in hotels. The breakfast was good and breakfast are and lobby was very clean, neat, well stocked, and fresh the entire time. OUR 2 NIGHT STAY WAS VERY SATISFYING!

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with the waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage along with the usual items. But most of all, the water pressure in the shower was great. Actually took two showers on an overnight stay.

Very Clean and very comfortable Stay. Every staff was nice and smiled and greet.. When I walked up to the front desk at Best Western, young lady and manager was very cordial, courteous, and professional. She checked me in without a hitch and even took the time to strike up a friendly conversation, which made me feel very welcomed. Good breakfast was available. We will be back. Highly recommend.

I booked a reservation at this hotel a few days before check in. Once I got to the hotel, I was told my reservation had not been confirmed and that they were completely sold out the first night. After insisting my reservation had been confirmed by an employee, they finally found it... it had been saved under a totally different name from what I had originally given them. I was mentally exhausted by this time so all I wanted to do was go to the room and relax. Once I pulled back the covers on the bed, I saw a big nasty stain on the sheets! I told an employee at the front desk and she gave me a set of "clean" sheets, which I had to put on the bed myself. I informed Paul, the manager about the whole ordeal. I even showed him photos of the bed linen. He told me the only thing he could do was to deduct $25 off my total bill! Unacceptable!!! Please beware of staying here. If something goes wrong, or if you have a bad experience, you will only get $25 taken off your bill!

After detail investigation I found out that after you made your initial reservation you provided reward card number for this reservation to get the points for the stay and that reward number was assigned to different name. That's the reason your reservation changed under reward member's name. Also, you did not have reservation number, so it took extra few minutes to solve this issue. Also, we checked with housekeepers who cleaned your room and through their paperwork we found out they washed and used fresh linen in your room. Its still Mistry how they can miss this spot which is easily visible. As per our cleaning rules and regulation we must use fresh washed linen and towels to all rooms every day and all our staff follows these rules very seriously. I apologies for inconvenience. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. Thank you

This hotel is in a bad location. The hotel located beside it has a lot of drama and the police pretty much stay over there. The price is pretty high considering there isn't a pool. The breakfast is ok the eggs and sausage was not good and our coffee pot did not work in our room.

This hotel is doing great at maintaining a clean updated environment. Unfortunately it is located in a very sketchy area and the econolodge next door has some unsavory “activities” going on. The room itself seemed updated and in working order. Nothing special though.

Room was ok. It was clean and good breakfast selection however the location is questionable. Parking lot very dark and the side door from parking lot was broke so you didn't have to use a key to open it.

"Not a Plesant stay"

-The room had a clear smoke smell even though it's a non smoking property. They would not give us a different room, we ended up having to go buy air freshener. -Our room was not serviced for new towel ls even though we left around 12:30pm -Had to request new towels (since our room wasn't cleaned). It took over 30 minutes, and they only gave us 3 washcloths and a floor mat -The fridge smelled really bad -Some of the outlets didn't work

Hotel is right off the interstate. Easy to get off and easy to get on. This hotel is the nicest of about 5-6 hotels all in the same area. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I was heading north for the summer with my cat and we had no problems with our stay. I appreciated that we were not charged an excessive amount for my cat (the last hotel charged me $50 for a 15# cat who has his own litter box and sits and watches out the window the whole time there).

Before I decided to book a room at this Best Western, I checked out the ratings and reviews of several other hotels near this one. They were mostly in the 3._ range or lower for various reasons including cockroaches, dirty bed sheets, rank musty room odor, etc. When I walked up to the front desk at Best Western, Dana was very cordial, courteous, and professional. She checked me in without a hitch and even took the time to strike up a friendly conversation, which made me feel very welcomed. When I walked to my room, I discovered that my room door was right next to the exit door (to the stairwell) on the second floor. I thought this might be a problem with noise of people coming in and out and the door slamming shut. I opened the door and let it close and it was very quiet, so I was relieved that that would not be a problem. When I walked into my room, it smelled fresh…there was no stale or musty odor. The room was brilliant and looked like it had recently been remodeled. Everything was up-to-date and sparkling clean! The heat and AC worked well, the bed was clean with crisp sheets and very comfortable, and the bathroom was very well put together. The maid service kept my room tidy each day and refreshed the towels, etc. My two night stay could not have been better!

After staying at BW Manning SC in February, I chose BW Rock Hill SC on my way back north. Both stays were exceptionally pleasant. The reservation process is seamless and cancellation policy fair. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are clean. I would recommend staying here.

Our room was spacious and comfortable for two. There is very little road noise and there was a peaceful atmosphere to the area. There was a convoluted stairway system that was a little maze like but the wrap around balconies were very wide.

"Super clean , nice employees , best hotel in the area"

I stayed here September 29 , 2021 and also my son and his wife had another room . The room was clean and the hotel was also clean and nicely decorated . The staff was very nice and I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in the area . We looked at a couple other places and they were down right scary . The area is not very good with people walking down the street selling drugs or hookers , but it is kind of hard to get away from that now days . We only stayed here one night since we were traveling . Didn't see anyone hanging out in the parking lot like some places and no one messed with our car . The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean . It was almost like this hotel was in the wrong area , should be in a nicer part of town . The price was very reasonable and they had a breakfast in the morning , but we didn't make it down in time to get it that morning except for some coffee and a yogurt .

"Poor quality Desk Clerk, REALLY POOR SECURITY."

First, I made reservation about 3 weeks in advance. I am handicapped, therefore I requested a GROUND FL. Room. Upon arrival. I was advised there was not a ground floor avail. After stating she did not have a room on the ground fl. She mysteriously came up with a room. We check in and proceed to go to the room. Upon entering, I hear a scream come in the room,as the clerk checked us into a previously rented room. The guest in the room appeared from the bathroom HALF NAKED. HE and I were furious. I apologized, and went back to the front desk. The clerk said, wow, let me give you another room. She proceed to give we room 117, next to room 115 which was the room we were previously assigned. I immediately objected stating. " I JUST SAW GUEST EXIT THIS ROOM TO GO TO DINNER! VERY UPSET, I DEMANDED A REFUND AND LEFT TO FIND A ROOM ELSE WHERE. I DID NOT TRUST THIS INCOMPETENT DESK CLERK!! This is one of the worst experiences I ever had at a hotel! This HOTEL IS NOT, NOT SAFE. THIS CLERK SHOULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!! I would be afraid to stay there with employees like this one!! Rating ZERO (0)! WE we fortunate to locate a hotel room near to this one in Rock Hill, SC. Off Internet I-77.

This hotel is right off rte 77 and worked well with our travels to the south. The hotel room was clean and the bathroom appeared to be new. Best Western's beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and this keeps me coming back! The only downside with the location is that we arrived around 8pm on a Sunday and the only places to eat are fast-food establishments. If you want something more substantial, plan on stopping for dinner before this exit.

I would say the hotel room was fair overall. I was not happy to find a used pair of boxers in the top shelf of the wardrobe. It was also very odd that the only toiletries provided in the bathroom was soap and a less than 1 ounce container of shampoo. There was no conditioner. 0.7 ounces of shampoo won't last a family of three one night. Staff was pleasant and nice, and breakfast was decent. Beds were Comfortable. Nice to have microwave and fridge is room. I feel like I got what I paid for. Would choose another hotel next time though.

Stopped for the night on our way south. Couldn't get through to check in online. Checked in at 10pm in person. It was quick and easy. Clean room, bathroom and a good price. Rock Hill is a good stopping place and will probably return.

"Great hotel, but bad location"

Hotel & staff were perfect. One of the best experiences we have had - until our truck was broken into in the parking lot on the last night of our stay. Kinda ruins everything at the time. The staff and local police were friendly and apologetic, but it did not make us feel much better about what had happened. Wish we had known that smash & enter break ins were a problem in this area, as police confirmed. A great hotel with a terrific staff, but maybe not a great location. What else can I say?

"Not what I expected."

I arrived at night. The lighting in the parking lot was not bright for walking and I didn't feel safe leaving my vehicle in that area. Luckily, I have a disability parking sign, so I parked at the front of the hotel. The night clerk was ready to go home, and you could tell. The sheets on the bed had stain and holes. I canceled my second night reservations and went to another hotel.

We got in a little late due to our long drive from Florida. We were picking up a rescue dog from Pittsburgh. She was meeting us halfway from there in South Carolina. I can't say enough about the staff. Clerk was so nice while checking in and in the morning, they were just as excited as we were to greet our new puppy. They were fun and professional. But I love their great attitudes towards their guests especially us. Thanks BW for never letting us down on your amazing Customer Service.

"Great 2-Night Stay"

This is a really nice BW property. It should qualify for a BWPlus, but I was told it needed to have a pool and conference center to be one. Nonetheless, it was the nicest hotel in the area. It is also one of the best BW's I ever stayed at, because it is so well maintained. Plenty of parking. The area itself doesn't appear to be so nice, lots of repair shops and not a lot of restaurants. The other hotels in the area appear to be pretty dumpy. But this place is a gem. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. It had the best shower, I mean it had great flow and we had plenty of hot water. Employees were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but they tried very hard to keep the customers happy. They had waffles, Jimmy Dean's and cereal. The coffee was good too. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to you. Very affordable rates.

"UNSAFE AREA"

The photos look great but when we pulled up we were very surprised. The location is SKETCHY. There were people linger and hanging out everywhere. I felt very unsafe but hesitantly checked in. After getting our luggage out of the car I noticed a strong smell is marijuana at the front of the hotel. When we got to our floor the smell was incredible strong so we asked to cancel our reservation. The hotel was NOT willing to budge and refund my money at all since we had already “checked in”. Since I went through a third party I decided to try the refund process through them. The hotel still had to sign off on the refund. The front desk girl was rude on the phone and very confrontational. She refused to put me in touch with her manager and was incredibly unhelpful. This was the worst hotel experience to date. If you're like me and vacationing down south…keep on traveling and get to a SAFER area! Trust me, you won't want to stay here.

Stopped at the Best Western for the night en route to West Virginia. Comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating front desk. In a more industrial part of Rock Hill but felt safe and slept well. Lots of “take and go” breakfast options in the morning. Close to everything. Rock Hill is lovely and definitely worth exploring.

Not very good customer service, employees are rude. The pullout bed smelled like urine. Beds were average, not bad but not great. Overall you get what you pay for I guess. Should have stayed at another hotel. When I was checking out, had to go outside and get employee away from friend she was talking to in the parking lot. Employee who checked me in was using her phone, had to listen to it while I was being checked into the hotel.

This motel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was not like the old Best Western but they had cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. There was no reason so leave hungry. The staff was welcoming and helpful when we had a question. As always, you can count on a comfortable bed at the Best Western.

The breakfast was very good and safely offered. Small things made me more comfortable, like 2 garbage pails and a channel guide for the TV. Handicap bathroom wonderful and great lighting and clean heating unit. A great stay!

We stopped here while traveling to Hilton Head.Very clean , taking precautions of COVID. Very welcoming and most heartfelt customer service. Great management. Manger helped us out to print some documents. Great rooms and very comfortable beds. Overall great value. Will definitely stay again.

"Motel not accommodating"

Room that was reserved with reservations did not match or come close to the room that was provided. Requested handicap available room due to mobility issues. Was told that the rooms all had walk-in tubs and grab handles throughout. Reserved room with king size bed, room not met.ok provided

"Do not stay here"

I had stayed here in the past so I thought it would be good, I was WRONG! After I checked in I noticed $160 worth of charges were added in to my room, another $ 60 the next morning, , by the manager, all if these charges were fraud. When I asked for explanation I was given none, simply fraud, had to call my bank to reverse charges

With Covid thoughts in mind, my wife and I stopped for a night at this hotel. It was our second stay at this hotel. Check-in was easy. We brought our small dog, which we paid extra for, and the hotel was great. No problem. I did miss the nice breakfast selection, but because of the virus, we understood. I will stay here again.

I was disgusted with the way I was treated at check in. I walked up and said I was a platinum member and could I check in early. It was about 1215 pm when we got there and the guy told me to go over and sit down till two oclock. Then they would be ready. The way he said it angered me and I will not be staying there again with the attitude I was greeted with. He was very rude and I came in being very kind and was not accepted in a kind manner. i've been with best western for about 6 years and have never been treated with such abusiveness anywhere but here. I will not be staying there ever again if I've got to drive out of my way to do it. I've been pleased with BW for a long time and have stayed at BW for every stain in avery state along the east coast.

The HVAC worked but it did not allow an option for constant fan. That function is great for white noise while sleeping. If you just have the unit set for AC the system will go off & on at various times which is not ideal for sleeping. When I asked the staff to school me on the system in case it was operator error I was told she knew nothing about the system at all but would be happy to come over & try to fix it. No bananas at breakfast either.

As always Best Western didn't disappoint. It difficult traveling during this time and they made me feel comfortable about being away from. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff I encountered were friendly. The lobby was clean and inviting. Overall it was a good stay!

Our room was so very nice with a couch/hide-a-bed. Our king size bed was soooooo comfortable we slept great. The breakfast was limited because of the virus but was excellent for what they had. We would stay here again if we are in this area.

No soap, shampoo, or coffee in room. Had to walk back down to lobby to get these basic amenities plus creamer. No extra toilet tissue roll in bathroom, had to ration the small partial roll used by a previous guest. As I was checking out, the desk clerk refused to let me have one squirt of hand sanitizer despite my handling common items in the lobby. When I checked in the previous night, the night clerk had a huge bottle of hand sanitizer and gladly shared a squirt after I had to handle writing instruments and other possibly contaminated items. Next time? No thanks

This Best Western is in very convenient location to the interstate, yet was quiet, for a good night's sleep. The room was very clean, as were the common areas of the hotel. Staff was very helpful, Breakfast is a real convenience, not having to waste time in the morning finding a place to eat.

This property was inviting and ready for guests. It's modern decor was bright and comforting. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, personable. Location. Location. Location. Yes, the location was everything; near restaurants, shopping areas, pharmacies, venues, etc and the property was easily accessible from I-77. Close to Charlotte without the hustle and bustle.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few weeks and it has been a great experience. And that is mainly due to the level of customer service I received from Rosa at the front desk. She always goes above and beyond and makes my check-in and booking a smooth process. Wish they had more employees like her in this industry.

We stopped here in February 202o while travelling to Hilton Head. One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. Very quiet even though it's conveniently just off the I-77. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast is as good as a Hampton Inn. Overall great value. Will definately stay again

My wife and I stayed at this BW, with our pug, Roxy, in January. It was very clean and looked brand new. Everything went perfectly! I am thinking of changing my route back home just to stay at this hotel another night. If there was any drawback, It may be the road noise from the freeway at the rear of the building. Ask to stay towards the front and you will have a perfect stay!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We were pleasantly surprised. You can tell it was recently updated/remodeled. Property was kept nice, pet-friendly room was super clean (we had 1 dog which they accommodated for an additional $20 fee), water pressure in the shower was A++, and the hot water kicked on immediately. Staff was SUPER nice as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay the night at an affordable rate. Great experience at this location.

Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked upon arrival and unfortunately never got cleaned by housekeeping in the 3 days we were visiting. The elevator was in and out of service during our stay and we even got stuck in the elevator at one point. Staff wasn't very apologetic or caring about the fact we got stuck in the elevator, simply replying it should be working.

Cashiers dual checkout screens allow for speedy service and a welcoming smile and greeting is unheard of these days.never heard an employee complain about the job or pay. People were very nice. The hotel was very clean clean sheets every day, they even had a nice clean smell. Bathrooms were also clean. They had a breakfast wasn't bad. One compliant their orange juice was bad, they should of changed it right away after more then one complaint but didnt. Otherwise was very good. Places to eat were close.

We chose this hotel to stay in on our way back from Alabama to Virginia. Everyone was so nice, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was yummy! When they learned that I had just lost my daughter, the front desk staff shared their stories with me and loved on me before we left for home. 2 days into my stay I woke up with multiple bites on both ankles. Didn't know where they came from until after 11 that night while lying in the bed and suddenly several fleas are jumping on me and the bed. Killed two and then called the front desk. Wound up having to pack everything up in 10 minutes and move to another floor at 11:30 at night in my PJ's. Manager apologized the next day and seems to think that's sufficient. Should have been given a discount or free night for not only the inconvenience, but the fact that I suffered from the itching of the 17 bites for the next 2 weeks. Best Western corporate gave me rewards points, but that doesn't quite cut it. If you stay here, check the sheets for fleas before getting into bed.

Recently stayed 2 nights at this location while work was being done on my apartment. I didn't want to spend a lot but wanted to stay somewhere nice. Best Western did not disappoint. The reviews I read were on point. You can tell its been recently remodeled, the decor is modern and very nice. The room was remotely clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. The amenities are what you'd expect a nice flat screen tv, desk/chair, along with an arm chair and ottoman. There is a free breakfast that offers cereal, bagels, and the option to make your own waffles. Staff was extremely helpful and efficient. It was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on a Saturday night for an impromptu family reunion hosted by our oldest daughter and her husband in Rock Hill. Our daughter was initially skeptical of our choice because of its location, but the price simply couldn't be beat and we took our chances. We're so glad we did. (And please note that the location isn't that bad. The area is obviously being cleaned up and made safe, it's moments away from Exit 82B on I-77, and there's a McDonald's within easy walking distance, as well as other restaurants a little farther away.) This property has clearly been recently remodeled. It's scrupulously clean with no lingering smell of cigarettes. We were warmly greeted at the front desk and sent to our room. Everything is beautifully decorated with modern decor, our room was spacious with a fridge, microwave, leather sofa and ample desk space, supremely comfortable bedding, luxurious bathroom with all the accoutrements, and the AC kept up with the heat without rattling all night. Free WiFi, lots of outlets and USB ports for electronics, ample free parking, AMAZING free breakfast in the common area (waffles, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, good bagels, sweet rolls), and our room was utterly soundproof. We know this because we had silence in our room but the minute we went into the hallway we heard our neighbor blasting rap music at full-tilt-boogy - as soon as we stepped back into our room and closed the door, silence reigned again. We highly recommend this Best Western and look forward to staying here in the future.

Stayed at Best Western in Rock Hill for a visit at Winthrop University. Very nice and clean. Plenty of towels and necessities in the room. Very quick easy route to the university. Breakfast was very good and eating area was very clean. Definitely recommend if in the Rock Hill area.

Always good luck at a Best Western. Always located at various locations close to where I'm visiting. Had a bath mat for the tub. I slipped and fell in a hotel bathtub 2 years ago and broke my tailbone so a safe shower and tub are important to me.

The hotel was rebranded as a Best Western over a year ago. It was very attractive from the exterior, no issues. The lobby and hallways are clean and modern, it looks like it had just been renovated, not over a year ago! The staff was polite and personable. The hallways were bright and modern, very clean. The room was also very modern and clean, furniture and decor was still very new looking, they really take good care of everything. I noticed a small stain on the foot stool but all other furnishings and bedding was clean and well taken care of. The bathroom was a good size and clean as well. There were plenty of outlets too! The surrounding motels are old and sketchy but there is plenty of lighting in the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located in my opinion a not so good part of town. It doesn't really add up because it's not the only hotel on this street. It just seemed sketchy to me. It's a remodeled hotel. Not sure what it used to be. The rooms were perfectly fine just a terrible location. Price was fair as well.

My Aunt and I were on our way to Florida because she was moving back. We decided to leave on Friday night instead of Saturday morning and stop at Rock Hill to spend the night so we would not have as far to drive on Saturday Morning and we are glad we did. This is a renovated Super 8 motel that just re branded to Best Western and Since I am a Diamond Member I always try to stay at Best Western when possible. I looked at the Best western web site and saw this hotel and booked it for the night. It was a large room, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. If I am in the area again I will stay here.

Very clean, modern furniture, check in and out was fast. Only one complaint- overheard staff talking about the rude customer they had earlier. Elevator was being serviced so we had to use stairs - husband has bad knee.

We stayed one night on our way home from Florida. Right of Highway. It appears this hotel was recently updated. Love the lighting in room and bathroom. Very clean comfy bed and pillow. We had a suite on 2nd floor very spacious. Will definetely return there on our next trip. Staff very pleasant.Keep up the good work

We arrived late in the evening and our check in was very quick and we were offered a first floor room If we wanted which we were very pleased with .the staff were very helpful and polite . The room was very clean and bright which was refreshing since most hotel rooms are dark and somewhat dismal . They were very updated and lots of parking !

The hotel has recently been updated. The rooms have plenty of room for a rollaway if needed. There is a couch in the king rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows. The tub in room 217 does not drain very well.

We stayed one night here and would do so again. This hotel appears to be recently updated. The room amenities were very good. We especially liked the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom areas. Raj was at the desk when we checked in and he was very pleasant and helpful. He made a nice dinner recommendation for the Legal Remedy Brewing Company and my wife and I really enjoyed it there. If you like locally brewed craft beer along with some unusual food choices this place is worth trying. Only about a 10 minute drive and we would have ended up at one of the local chain restaurants if not for Raj's suggestion. These are the small things that make a difference when you are on the road. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

The bed was comfortable and the room appeared clean. No complaints about that The paper thin walls though... We were awakened to the sounds of passion multiple times. Multiple... multiple. Oh yes! Oh yes! Oh my God! Even a few "Thank you!"s. I've never been thanked during the act but this guy was a master of his craft. I heard them leave the room and I think he had to carry her. The breakfast was a little crowded and scarce of food, but maybe the couple next to our room needed an energy refill after their night of acrobatic experimentation. 3 stars to the hotel. 7 stars and an OMG to the mystery couple.

This properly was recently renovated and bring such a nice contemporary feel right when you step in. On this street, this is definitely where you will get your “bang for your buck”. Front desk / housekeeping is friendly as well :) Rooms are clean and very much comfortable!

We traveled into town with a high school performance group. It was the best hotel stay we have had! The staff were helpful on the phone prior to our arrival and friendly and understanding while there. Very clean rooms with everything we needed provided without asking. Great price for a newly remodeled hotel. Will be coming back next year for sure....

This hotel is in a location right off of interstate 77 ,Breakfast was the normal yogurt,breads,cereal along with eggs and sausage,no decaf coffee at the breakfast area,Room was decently priced under $100.00 with AARP discount.

Our room was recently renovated with a modern décor. It had 2 queen size beds, the one we used was reasonably firm. Small dogs, under 80 pounds, are allowed for a small fee. The breakfast was good, with hot & cold options. The choices were pretty much the same each morning.

For a budget hotel, this Best Western was the best in the area. However the area wasn't very appealing. There were 5 other hotels on that road and this was the nicest. The room was clean and nicely made up. However, there were details that weren't well done like spots of wall paint on the ceiling and the sealant around the tub was poorly done. The fridge didn't have a freezer compartment in it but the whole thing was so cold that our items were icing up. We couldn't find a way to turn it down. The checkin staff were pleasant. The room was comfortable. Parking was convenient. The hotel was convenient to the highway. The breakfast was good. Nothing special but useful. The bathroom was awkward. The door is so big it's difficult to get in and shut the door behind you. The toilet paper is also behind you when sitting down

Good place. Clean, well lit and easy to get to from Highway 77. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was in a Hampton Inn, except I didn't pay as much for the room. Rooms are great. Will stay again when I travel from NY to FL.Wanda, at the front desk was great! too ! !

I booked this hotel last minute while on the road. The rates and proximity to the expressway were ideal. The rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast was adequate- there are waffles, and you can make oatmeal or grits, but no other hot options. Plenty of yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and multiple options for pastries and bread items. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I would return if I drive this way again.

"Stay here if you want to room with bugs"

Checking in to bugs crawling on the towels in the bathroom is not a good sign your stay will be a good one. When confronted with video of said bugs the only thing offered was fresh linen. No, this is where you offer a new room. After checkout and when called to see why something wasn't offered Rosa at the front desk informed me that the manager wouldn't be back "for a while" and wouldn't let me know when the acting manager would be in. "If I wanted to talk to her I'd just have to keep calling back." I wouldn't recommend staying here for multiple reasons. The critters being the first and the complete lack of concern being the second. It's a nice area but I'll spend the extra money to stay somewhere else in the future.

When we arrived here I thought the rooms would be pretty bad. Surprisingly, they had just been renovated. The Lobby looks kind of worn, however. I would stay again since it is a good deal pricewise. The breakfast is not worth having.

Inviting, clean, staffed well, rooms updated and clean with no odors. Tv works for the Saturday night football games. All around good experience! Would stay again!! Better than the Baymont at Windham down the road!!

This hotel is beautiful! Clean and fresh. My husband and 2 sons got the king bed suite with kitchenette and sofa bed. The mini fridge was large, perfect while traveling and needing to store stuff. We left before the breakfast was open, but they do have free breakfast.

We booked this hotel for several reasons. !. The rate with tax was only $85.00. 2. It was totally remodeled. 3. It was very convenient for us. Just off I-77. The check in attendant was very helpful as we arrived late and didn't see any restaurants nearby. She told us of several and gave us directions to our choice. The staff was very friendly and it is clear that the management takes pride in the hotel. It was recently remodeled and not just a quick paint job. No, complete. Upscale bathrooms, new carpet throughout, etc.

Our family of four stayed at this hotel on our long trip to Fl. The hotel was very clean with practical and easy to clean furnishings. It looked like it had recently been remodeled. I liked that the beds did not have a comforter but instead had clean white blankets. The staff was friendly and seemed engaged in keeping the hotel clean and accommodating. Breakfast wasn't elaborate but good. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We ended up at this hotel because we had booked a room at another hotel nearby, only to find roaches. But we are so glad we did! For the money its about the nicest hotel you can imagine. I'm told it was recently renovated. The front desk people were very nice and helpful.Happily answered any questions and gave us recommendations for the best places to get some pizza. During breakfast I actually saw the woman at the desk go over and help someone with the pancake machine rather than just telling them what to do. That's service! I loved the flooring in the room. Not that thin carpet you find in most hotels, but actual flooring! The beds were clean and comfortable. Nice flat screen TV. It was quiet and smelled clean. Breakfast was impressive for a free breakfast. We got there near the end, but there was a make your own pancake station, yogurts, fruit, bagels, cereal, toast, bagels, oatmeal and grits packets (brand name stuff too. Activia, Quaker, etc). Plus coffee and juice of course. Its not a five course meal, but its just right for a family to get a quick bite. We will definitely be staying again. I wish we could remember the people at the desks name to be able to give them a mention! Thank you!

I stayed here it was a great place to stay. The front desk young lady Jennifer is just awesome. She makes sure that you are comfortable and you have everything you need. I'm here on a business trip and ever since my arrival Jennifer has been wonderful. She is always smiling and willing to help. Not sure how many hours a week she works but she always seems to be here, I think she deserves a raise.

Jennifer and the staff were hard working, charming, and dedicated to making sure that my stay was best possible. There is not a lazy bone in thier bodies. The motel was under renovation during my stay and they went above and beyond the call of duty to compensate for the work going on. My next visit to the area will be soon and I plan on driving out of my way to stay at the Rock Hill Super8, even if I find lower rates because they have earned my trust. This is the ninth hotel that I have stayed at this year and it is my favorite by far. Thanks again to Jennifer and the staff!

Even through they were under construction, Duke, Jennifer and staff were as friendly as usual. It felt like coming home since we have been coming her at least 2 times a year because our daughter went to college at Winthrop University. We were informed that starting in August 2018 it will become Best Western in Rock Hill
