« Best in the West »

Truly representative of Best Western Plus; Shoulder season was a great time to stop and stay. Friendly staff at check-in. Room was immaculate, bedding was comfy and breakfast was better than expected-with 2 great staff attending to every need and keeping the tables clean and food fresh.

    « Anniversary Get-a-way »

We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and my 73rd Birthday. We checked in April 29th and checked out May 1st, 2018. The room was spacious and had plenty of plugins, as my spouse is on CPAP w/oxygen. It was very clean and decor was great. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable about hotel amenities and amenities in surrounding area. We love the location of this facility, as it gives us a center point to drive a complete circle through Jeremy Ranch to East Canyon Resort and lake area to Morgan and back to the hotel via route 84 and I-80. It is beautiful and is an area to view deer, elk, turkeys, Eagles, different species of Hawks with awesome mountain and valley scenery. This is to the North and East of Kimball Junction. We drove the area both days of our stay and also to the South to Heber City and Midway. Midway area is quite pretty and the area is filled with wildlife, Eagles, Hawks, Osprey nests along the road and the great Provo river with many access points for fly-fishing. The hotel room has a microwave/small refrigerator and there is a Whole Foods below the hotel and to the west .03 miles a Walmart, so shopping for food, snacks is not a problem. The hotel has a Denny's restaurant attached and can be accessed via the lobby floor area. Our room was three doors away to the entrance for the restaurant down one flight of stairs. It has an awesome pool area and the breakfast area is superb. It is a great location just off I-80. We travel a great deal during the summer and this facility is a great delight just an hour away from home, located in the Wasatch mountains to the east of Salt Lake City. Thanks for a great stay again. They have recently updated their rooms also. Fred U.

    « Happy at breakfast »

Being gluten intolerant, the free complimentary breakfasts at hotels leave me hungry. As I can't eat their cereals or breads, I am left with a choice of unripe bananas and yogurt(ugh!). At this hotel they had scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. Bonanza! It would be extra nice if they could label the sausage as being gluten free or not.

    « Beautiful surroundings! »

We are there in the off season (early May), but the facilities and service were spot on. We were there for a conference that was being held on site, and the entire stay was delightful because everything was so close and convenient.

    « Great Location »

Perfect place for a weekend ski trip. I have stayed here for two weekends during Ski Season. Rooms are clean and spacious and it is just a short drive to the resorts. The one word of advice is to make sure you do not have a room that opens to the lobby. One of the times we stayed there we had one of those rooms and it was very loud and made for some long nights. Rooms on the hall ways are much better. Pool, hot tube and sauna were all clean and neatly kept and were very welcome after a day of skiing. Daily full hot breakfast was very good as well. By no means was this a gourmet meal, but it did a good job of filling us up and keeping us going while skiing.

    « LOVE »

Had the great privledge of speaking to cameron on the phone and making my reservation. My wife and i reserved the honeymoon suite before we left for our actual honeymoon. The room was fabulous. Cameron and stephanie checked us in and really made our stay feel special, We will be back! thanks for the great stay.

« Dont waste your time »

Just keep driving. Go to the hotel across the street. Pay the extra $20. This place is hot, old, loud in the morning and best I can tell couldn't care less for anyone who isnt staying there during the winter months

    « Utah trip »

Wonderful staff, clean hotel, great breakfast! Would definitely stay here again. HOWEVER...I won't book through trip adviser again! Better to contact hotel directly and not deal with a third party. Lesson learned.

« Very nice at a good price »

It is off season inPark City so you expect good prices. I got a great price on two queens. This is a ski area hotel so it is nice. My room has everything you want except a microwave. The furniture has space for one but the coffee make lives there now. The carpet and bathroom floors are clean. The shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers hanging on the wall. Lots of towels and pillows. Bedding is clean and the mattress firm and comfortable. It appears that pets may be allowed as I have seen and heard a couple. Hopefully this will not be a problem. I did my reservation online and it only took a minute to check in. When you turn to go to Park City off I-80, you will turn right at McDonalds then turn right again in a couple hundred feet. The Inn is on your right. There is big box shopping within walking distance of you forgot anything. It's a great place for one night or a longer stay. I saw a free shuttle so I believe you will be able to catch public transit up the hill from very near the Inn. If you need a room you will not go wrong with the Landmark Inn. Cheers

« Home away from Home »

Fantastic stay! Clean...nicely updated. Friendly service...and good breakfast. The room was good size and nicely updated with a great view of the mountains...Including the panoramic views and location was convenient - easy to go to and fro. Would highly recommend.

    « Very Nice Hotel »

Clean, good location. I suggest getting a room with a balcony preferably on the first floor it allows great pool and hot tub access. There are pool table(s) and a ping pong table(the provided paddles are not good) and an air hockey table.

    « Leasure travel »

Very nice place to stay. The lobby is very nice place to sit around and have coffee. The rooms are vary comfortable and clean. The people working were helpful and nice. My only complaint was the bed was to hard.

« Great place to stay »

I had a great stay. The breakfast was wonderful. Only problem I had was for some reason my key card had to be reprogrammed, which was a little frustrating to have to walk back to the front desk after eating breakfast and going back to the room and couldn't get in.

    « Best Western Stay »

It was a very good value. Price was a key for us and this worked out best for our needs and value. As we searched online and in some cased direct calls to the hotels we found as it was 6 months ago when we needed a place to stay this same Hotel had the best price and value for us. We stayed at the same place.

    « Bad timing »

We decided to stay in this hotel before an early volleyball game to avoid having to wake up super early and drive. At 2 am we were all waken up to pounding on the doors and yelling profanities. The room across the hall was apparently full of under age drinkers and smoking marijuana. Cops were there getting the story and doing breathalyzers. All great getting it taken care of. But this carried on for over 30 min with f words and racial slurs all coming from the guests. We were grateful they were finally arrested and understand it was not the fault of the hotel but we do feel there was something they could do on a business end to make things better. When I checked out I was told ?things happen? then was told to write an honest review. So here is my honest review. Disappointed things weren't handled a little different on the customer service end.

    « Favoite Hotel »

This hotel is really perplexing to review. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at, but it has many ?meh? things that normally would make me not like it at all. But, I do and would return and stay again anytime. This is very much a family friendly hotel. The location is a Kimball Junction and is easy to get to. The hotel is pet friendly. The pool is the main feature. The pool is not a long as other hotel pools, but is wider than all I have seen, which gives it a big feel. The hot tub could hold a lot of people, of all ages, and was well used. The pool opened at 8 AM and closed at 10 PM. The pool room has a heavy chlorine feel and smell which burns the eyes and is not well ventilated. Within the pool area, there is ping pong (free), a pool table, air hockey, and a foosball table each costing $1/game. There is also a small arcade area down the hall. Most games were $.50 or less. The pinball machine was horrible as it just made noise and very little ball action. The breakfast was great with lots of options and runs from 6-9 AM. Who wants to get up that early for breakfast?!! There are no lines before 8:15, but grew long at 8:30 AM and went down to almost the front desk. They never ran out of food and were refilling all the time. The breakfast area was super clean. Breakfast offerings are large: two different type of eggs (plain and cheese and ham), potatoes, bacon, yogurts, cereal, a variety of toast, fruit, and more. The pancake machine was broken. This is not a pancake house so the name on Trip Advisor is misleading. There is a Denny's located in the same building that you get 20% off. The hotel staff is friendly and excellent. As the pinball game ate my first $.50 they refunded me immediately. The ping pong balls and paddles were greatly abused, but when asked for more balls and paddles at the front desk, you got them right away. Stayed in the oversized room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa bed. First impression was a large inviting room. There was a distinct and strong chlorine smell and pool humidity in the room. Come to find out the door does not seal, so it was noisy and humid for our whole stay. We put a towel on the bottom opening and that helped. The closest is behind a full size mirror and there was a safe in it. The sofa sleeper as a normal one, so if you are over 150 pounds you will not like it. It sloped a bit towards the head. There were no pillows or comforter for it in the room, but after a call to the desk those arrived with a few minutes. There was a large flat screen TV. The remote does not work very well. The queen beds were Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses and were very comfortable. There were two sinks (one next to the toilet and shower and the other outside that area.) There were soap dispenser mounted to the wall and shower. The shower had also conditioner and shampoo. The AC controls were on the wall on the other side of the room. The unit itself was fairly quiet and worked very well. We needed the fan on to circulate the air and cool the room. This room overlooked the pool. 8 rooms overlooked the pool and 8 had direct walk out access to the pool. There is free WIFI that has good signal strength that we used during our whole stay. If you cannot connect, type CNN or Yahoo in the browser, after selecting the hotel WIFI, for login and password screen. We had to call the help desk. The MEHs: Bathroom shower tiles were not clean and had some dark in the grout at the bottom. The wall paper had a few bubbles; the floor tiles needed a deep clean. The toilet is much lower than a normal sit down toilet. Very odd. The breakfast hours are crazy early and closed at 9 AM! The arcade games are worn out and limited; the room was so humid and smelly from the pool/bad door and the poor circulation at the pool; the outside door did not keep the sound out of doors closing, and people walking/running and talking. Remote was horrible (worked on the 3rd try even with new batteries;) got a check out bill although the room was pre-paid. (The CC used was not mine, and the price was lower than what I was charged.) Normally, these things would be a big turnoff, but the good were so many and greatly out-weighted the bad, that we just ignored them. With all those things said, I would stay here again anytime and most likely will. It was a very fun, pleasant time.

« Best hotel with the most friendly staff we have ever stayed at! »

The Best Western Landmark Inn is one of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed at! It is very clean, from the room, to the lobby, to the pool area, to the complimentary breakfast!! The beds are very comfy, we were very impressed with this hotel! The staff is equally as friendly! Cindy could not have been more friendly and helpful! We will defiantly be visiting again!

    « Busy family hotel »

This is a large hotel that seems to cater to families. Our room had the tiniest bathroom-- not enough room or space to keep our toiletries or the hairdryer. There was lots of drawer space and closet space however. While our third floor room was very far from the elevator we found back stairs and exits were handy. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but the seating area was inadequate for the number of guests. We never did use the large pool or hot tub-- that area always seemed crowded. We used the guest laundry but were disappointed to find the hotel had run out of laundry detergent. Luckily Walmart is across the street! The large lobby is a nice gathering spot.

    « Great stay »

The hotel was great! Kids loved the free cookies at check in. Indoor pool was heated and amazing. Hot tub also great. They had a sauna, ping pong table, foos ball table and arcade. Breakfast was hot and amazing. Mio and Joel kept the biscuits and gravy, bacon, potatoes, pastries etc filled and beautifully presented. No reason why anyone should go hungry at this breakfast! Rooms clean and staff kind. Close to restaurants, skiing etc. Would definitely stay again!

    « perfect »

This hotel is a superb value. There was an excellent breakfast that opened very early, which is important to us. The great location and clean room was just icing on the cake. We were amazed at such a low price. We will stay here again if back this way.

« Well Managed, Excellent Staff »

I have found Best Westerns to be a mixed bag - sometimes good, sometimes not. I am pleased to say this is one of the better ones. We stayed here multiple nights. Although the property is decades old, it is well maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable. Because of its location on a hillside, the third floor rooms are accessible directly from the side parking lot. This means there are not huge waits for the elevator at check-in time and for breakfast. Situated fairly near to the freeway, we were surprised how quiet the room was, even with the window cracked open. All of the staff we interacted with were well trained and eager to do what they can to make your stay pleasant. They knew the answers to every question and inquiry we made. The young man who checked us in had worked there for five years - an eternity in a resort hospitality position! This said a lot to me about the quality of the management.

    5
« Great place with a great staff »

You just can't beat great customer service. From the nice young man that checked us in, to everyone we dealt with during our stay, just great people. Last night 3/7/18 my 10 year old son was wondering if they could turn the light on under the pool water. Sure enough, a young lady came right down and turned it on (I wish I would have got her name). There are so many options for nice lodging in Park City, but we choose to stay here for their great staff. We also requested a ?pool side? room which is FABULOUS if you have kids. Trust me. (If it's just adults in the room, I wouldn't recommend it). The free breakfast was great. I thought the beds looked way too soft but was surprised when we all slept just fine.

« Low Cost Ski Hotel »

Low cost (with AAA discount) option to town hotels. Shuttle to and from slopes gets you there and back easily. Good sized rooms. We also got an early check in which is nice if you are flying in that day. 35 minutes to SLC.

« Good value for Park City area »

Good staff, clean and serviceable rooms, pretty good breakfast though super crowded at times. Good location near the highway with access to Park City attractions. Good value for the area, though this area is much cheaper than Park City proper. Pretty quiet. Hot tub and pool were indoors and ok, though the dry sauna, ping pong table, pool table, etc. in the same area were all out of order. Dry sauna didn't work but was not labeled out of order for some reason.

    4
    « Nice Hotel But... »

I am sure most of the rooms at this hotel are nice, and certainly the location for skiing - right off the highway is convenient. However, avoid rooms on the first floor! The first floor is actually is the basement, and the windows rather than looking outside, overlook the indoor pool and sauna. My room smelled alternatingly of chlorine and cheap air freshener.

    5
    « Great! »

Had a great time at this hotel! Was very clean and comfortable and affordable! The free breakfast was also very good and had many options. I also thought it was very cool that some rooms open up to the pool. The pool is very nice and clean as well. The hotel is also not located too far from Main Street which is where I was going. I will definitely be booking again.

    4
    « Wonderful Service! »

The staff here is probably the best we've encountered on our travels! There to assist you with anything you need while always keeping a smile on their face, they just seem genuinely happy to be there. Rooms are clean and cozy. We already have our reservations for next year, can't wait!

    5
    « Awesome »

Friendliest front desk, staff, and team after 30 years of traveling nationwide. The maintenance man was even cordial and smiled. I was amazed. Breakfast was good too, they had eggs not just the cold cereal.

    5
« Great stay in Park City- skiied on Christmas Day »

The Best Western was great. The rooms were very comfortable, swimming pool and sauna were also great. We skiied on Christmas Day which was great. Took shuttle to Park City for skiing. After one day we headed out for the parks and Moab.

    5
« I love this hotel because of its location, amenities, and cleanliness. But mostly because of its staff. »

I have many choices of hotels when I travel to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival, but I keep going back to the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn because of its staff. Namely because of Kody, Jacob, Taylor, Stephanie, and Bill. The housekeeping staff is also wonderful. The staff is always available to help and answer all my questions. They always have a smile on their faces and just very eager to help in any way.

« Great location and manager went way above and beyond »

We stayed at this hotel over New Year's weekend and our whole family (three generations) thought it was a great location. The hotel itself is clean, central to skiing, and close to downtown Park City. There's a Whole Foods right next door and a Denny's attached to the hotel. There's also a big shopping plaza across the street with a grocery store, several restaurants, and many other stores. Not only did we have a great time staying there, but the hotel manager (Julie) went way above and beyond for our family. On the day we checked out, our daughter lost her lovey, the one she has been taking everywhere for years. Julie kept our contact information and eventually managed to find it and send it to us. She was so sweet and thoughtful about it -- our daughter was overjoyed. Thanks so much for a great visit and for finding her lovey!

    4
    « Nice place »

Nice place to stay. Not as expensive compare to Hotels closer to the skis resorts. You are at less than 15 minutes from most of the mountains. Lots of restaurants around. Breakfast at the hotel are good

    4
    « Cozy & Close »

Close to everything, comfy room and great breakfast! Indoor pool and hot tub a plus! Loved that all soap/shower amenities are in dispensers...very smart! View from room was of the roof, that could have been better, but that's just one negative. Stay was great!

    5
« Absolutely Best Place in Town! »

I am pleased to offer another spectacular review of the Best Western Plus Landmark at Kendall Junction in Park City. Our recent visit this week was as good and better than the rest. Let me give you multiple reasons why: 1. After we arrived and signed into the internet we were offered the room at 1/2 what we had signed up for. Obviously from the time we made our reservation and our arrival there was a significant reduction in price. When brought to managements attention the lower price was honored and I thank them and praise them highly. 2. You are not that far from the slopes. It usually takes me about 20 minutes to get to Deer Valley even in bad weather and Deer Valley has free parking and shuttle service. If you like the bus station is now within walking distance and you could take the free city bus also. It is not a big deal being away from the slopes. 3. Whole Foods just moved next door to the Best Western and it is 100 feet from the front door to Whole Foods where you can get full prepared meals and anything else you might need. 4. Across the street is the main shopping center for Park City with multiple stores and places to eat as well as a movie theater. 5. The hotel has an outstanding indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room etc. Everything you could want. 6. Rooms are large comfortable and clean and most are under going renovation and updating so most will be new in the near future. So in summary great rates, great location, management and staff friendly and helpful and dedicated to making your stay wonderful. We will be back next year.

« Awesome location, staff and superb stay!!!!! »

This best western is perfectly located to skiing, eating, shopping. The cleanliness was beyond expectations. Everything was comfortable and in working order. The breakfast was awesome and the Denny's restaurant in the same building was great! Walmart is just behind it. Several awesome restaurants within a block. Shopping behind and across the street. 5-7 minutes from the canyons skiing and 10 min from park city mountain skiing. Perfect in every way!!!!!!!!

    4
    « Solid stay »

Booked this property on line and while enroute to salt lake as a last minute deal. They allow pets and the charge is only $10 which is in line. Check in was smooth and the staff were/are very helpful and friendly. Floor we were on was rather quiet. Didn't try the pool area but it looked inviting. Wifi was spot on and enough outlets for the tech. There could be a few more in room just sayin. Room was clean and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast was better than expected. Checkout was a breeze. Plenty of parking and things around the area to go to and do. I'll return, good stay.

    5
« Great spa and heated pool »

We stopped here on a road trip from CA to CO Christmas week. The king room was nice, clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom sink area was a bit tight - no counter space. The staff is very friendly. There is a large heated pool and good sized spa in a room with ping pong table and other games. Denny's is attached and Whole Foods is across the parking lot.

    5
« Good hotel for a "normal" chain »

Very clean, good internet, nice rooms. slightly pricey (it is park city) but overall a very good night stay. Very god location in Kimball junction, across the street from the outlet malls, walmart, and kimball junction shops/restaurants.

    3
    « average »

Friendly staff, fun pool area. An unclean bathroom upon arrival and a malfunctioning toilet detracted from our stay, but the convenience of the hotel and price we found made it OK. For the right price we might stay again.

    5
« GREATt Place to Stay!! »

Our family stayed here for our Christmas vacation and we just LOVED it! The hotel staff are outstanding, and the rooms are clean, spacious and welcoming. The hotel has a wonderful indoor heated pool and spa, as well as a lovely fireplace with comfortable seating area for visiting with friends and family. The breakfast buffet is very well-presented, and had everything you could want before heading out for a day in the snow. We will definitely stay here again!

« Don't Let the Outside Deceive You »

This hotel may not be much to look at on the outside but the inside is gorgeous. It has been recently remodeled and looked and smelled so clean. The staff was professional and the (heated) pool and hot tub looked awesome. There was an arcade in the basement too. Our favorite was the breakfast. They had bacon, sausage, pancakes, cheesy and regular scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, french toast, yogurt, fruit, and more. We were very pleased.

    5
    « Wonderful »

This is a wonderful hotel! Staff is efficient and friendly. Will stay here every time I am travelling through Utah and I can't wait to stay at the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn for fun. This hotel is very very clean. Cleanliness is the most important factor in my choosing a hotel.

    5
    « Excellent Stay »

The rooms were awesome and the hotel was beautiful. Thank you to Cory and Stephanie for helping me find fun things to do in Park City! Also the breakfast was fantastic, it was buffet style, and had a lot of options.

    « Exceptional Stay!! »

It was definitely an exceptional stay! Everyone was so helpful. Rooms were spot on and the beds were SO comfortable. Check-in was so fast and the front desk employees were so friendly. Everything was so close too. There were so many food options around it was hard to choose, but the front desk employees recommend excellent places to go and eat. Would 100% recommend on staying!!

    5
« Perfect Place to Stay! Amazing Location! »

This Hotel is so warm and cozy! It is perfect for any type of get away! It is minutes from the ski resorts, and the heart of Park City, yet close enough to be able to hit the slopes in the day and catch a show in downtown Salt Lake in the evening. Staff is very friendly, and the rooms are kept nice and clean! The pool area is perfect for hanging out or relaxing in the hot tub after a long day enjoying what Utah has to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, for anything! Singles, to couples, to families. Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter! It's perfect for everyone year round!

« Park City is beautiful »

I am from Salt Lake City Utah where we experience terrible inversions. Not to mention we have Mag Corp here which is a Company that pollutes the most hazardous waste in the world into the air we breath. Park City Utah has no inversions and the most wonderful air in the world!!!!!!!! Just a beautiful vacation spot.

    « Teenager and pet-friendly »

9 teenagers, 5 family members, and 1 dog. We love this hotel for it's pool, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, pool table. The multi-level lobby with many tables, chairs, couches and fire place is a perfectly cozy place to lounge, visit, play board games, and sip complimentary hot chocolate. The hot breakfast was exceptional with scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, ham, bacon, hash browns, cold cereals, numerous breads, fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, granola, juices, milk, yogurt and multitude of condiments.

    « Wish I could've stayed longer than 1 night »

What a beautiful hotel! Had no time to look at the game room next to the front lobby but it looked like fun. I was impressed with the small details in the room. Black hand towels with "make-up" on them; shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel dispensers in the shower; second sink outside of the bathroom; outlets on both sides of the bed for phones; and the wonderful breakfast buffet that puts others to shame. Would like to return sometime.

We have stayed at this same hotel many times over the years. Very family friendly. Great suites. One sleeps 11 people, another sleep 6. Huge lo by and pool area. Very convenient for outlet ahopping and enjoying all that Park City has to offer.

    « Beautiful Hotel! »

The design and ambiance of this hotel is above and beyond the usual Best Western. The lobby overlooks the pool, and the hotel is on several levels, which makes it much more interesting. Very nice room, good breakfast, very clean. The front desk staff were extremely nice to us...upon checking out we were ready to drive to our next destination when a horrible storm suddenly hit. We returned to this Best Western, and the staff encouraged us to relax in the very pretty lobby, have coffee and snacks, for as long as we liked. We hung out there for about 2 hours until the storm passed. We hope to visit the Park City area in the future and will certainly stay at this Best Western Plus.

    « PERFECTION!!! »

I travel a lot but cannot recall having a more enjoyable stay than I did here. The location was great (close to freeway), super clean, comfortable bed, good sized room, and any amenity you could want-indoor pool, exercise room, hot tub, valet and coin operated laundry, game room, beautiful common area, and even a picnic area and an attached restaurant (recently became a Denny's) to name a few. Wonderful hot breakfast was kept well stocked by a full time attendant. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. It was raining hard the day of my arrival so called to see if I could check in early. I was told I could but it would be about half an hour before my room was ready. While I waited in the comfortable lobby, an employee offered me a complementary beverage. When my room was ready another employee carried my luggage to my room without my asking, made sure everything was satisfactory, showed me how to operate thermostat, and even got me ice. The next morning it was still raining. Another guest had parked over the line infringing on my parking space. It would have been difficult to get in the car let alone manuever my luggage into the car in the rain. An employee offered to bring my car to me, parked it under the canopy and loaded my car for me. I left without having been out in the rain at all. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again when I am in Park City.

« Very Unique Place For A Hotel! »

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. It had some class, glass and a unique layout...much different than the usual modern hotel 'box' shape. Of course like most hotels in Park City...bring a fat wallet!

Best Western Landmark Inn always goes out of their way to accommodate me and my family. I would recommend staying there anytime. The staff are friendly and courteous and try to do their best in making you feel at home.

    « We like it...... »

Easy check in with friendly staff, took less than 5 minutes if that long. Room was overlooking the lobby area, but very quiet. Indoor Pool was cold when I was there, but loved the hot tub and the temperature was just right. Very easy access once you get the hang of it. Beds were comfortable, although I wish BW's pillows were a bit larger. Two large ones would be better than many smaller ones. Breakfast was typical BW breakfast, and the breakfast staff was friendly. We stayed for two night, and had no complaints and would stay here again.

« Needs major overhaul and a good cleaning »

Stayed here several times in years past and usually a good convenient location and decent room. This stay the room had a overly scented smell so strong you could hardly stand it, hair covered pillows, comforter, and bathroom floors. Front staff gave us another room which didn't have the hair but still had the overly scented stentch which made it hard to breathe. Slept with the windows opened in 26 degree weather that night.

« Our home in Park City »

BW Park City was our home away from home when we visited our daughter in Utah. We had a very pleasant stay as all our needs were attended to by staff from check in to check out. I love that this hotel is very accessible to grocery, eating places and tourist destinations.

« Love it and will come back again »

Breakfast was awesome. It has an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and plus sauna too. Location is very convenient, close to Walmart and restaurants. Bedroom and beds are very clean and smell so good. Nice staffs!

    « Pet-friendly property with great location »

We love Park City and travel from where we live in Idaho a few times each year. It's under a six hour drive and well worth it. We take our dogs with us as we know that the Best Western Landmark Inn welcomes Fido. This place always seems busy with families traveling, vacationing and playing in the four-season resort. The indoor pool and spa is visible upon entrance and the 'living room' includes comfy spots to lounge and watch TV while the breakfast area provides lots of seating and great fair. New this year was that Whole Foods relocated right across the driveway and we were there for the grand opening. I think this is a plus where you can fill up your cart with healthy food and bring back to your room to store in fridge and use the microwave. Our room featured a slider which opened up to the grassy area with pet pick-up stations. Very convenient! On a day outing without the dogs, they played over at Doginhaus, about a 5-minute drive. These folks are always busy too so be sure to reserve your spot in advance because they do limit the size of their play groups. Fresh baked cookies and friendly staff make the Best WesternLandmark Inn a must stay while visiting Park City.

    « Comfortable and clean »

What we wanted was a clean place to stay for one night at a reasonable price. I like simple, but clean and this place was that. We were pleasantly surprised that this place was rather nice. When we come back to the area this will be the place to stay for my husband, Jake our dog, and me. I'm evening thinking of getting a couple of rooms for my adult kids to stay in for a weekend away.

« Great Value in Park City »

Hotel is a great value because it's a very short drive to Park City and you get a lot for the money. Has a beautiful reception area and plenty of shopping within a tenth of a mile but again I very very short drive to the Historical Park City

« Great Room for the Price »

I had surgery in SLC. Most of the hotels near the hospital (even with the best discounts and medical rates) were well over a hundred dollars per night (minus taxes and lodging fees.) We were pleased at the price of this hotel, nearly half the amount to spend per night, only 25 minutes from the hospital, and with a very friendly staff. The only two problems? #1 people smoking outside - the smoke drifted into our room. #2 the restaurant (Denny's) was really expensive for the food we got. 2 cups of coffee, 2 sandwich meals, 1 desert, plus a SMALL tip = $45. We'd stay at the hotel, but will find a different restaurant to eat at.

    5
    « Heavenly »

The staff was great and the room was cozy and roomy. Near many resturants grocery stores like Smiths and Walmart also near a outlet for anything you may like good place to stay if you like to ski and also near Salt Lake City which also has many resturants also has free parking and a breakfast and coffee and try all day longfor

    « Great and affordable! »

We had a great experience! We were only there for a night, but it was a very comfortable stay! The rooms were clean, staff was kind and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was great! We didn't have to leave our hotel and was included in the cost! We'll be back for sure! It's also close to shopping outlets, and other amenities.

    « Not clean »

We came to park city for vacation. We chose the best western for the larger accommodations. We were disappointed with the room. It was old and outdated. We were not happy with the room. It smeledt bad and was dirty.

« My Stay In Park City »

This is a great Hotel and in a good location. There are trails to walk/bike--shopping close to the establishment. Evanston is close and has a great railroad museum and is fun to visit. There is a great bus system close that covers the valley and everyone is very helpful.

    « Great visit »

Very quiet hotel easily accessible from the interstate and close to a number of different shops. we had a room on the third floor which we accessed from a gangway next to the car park . The room was large, clean and quiet. Two sinks, one in bathroom and one outside. Microwave and fridge in the room. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. There is no longer a pancake house attached to the hotel. There is now a Denny's on site and hotel patrons get a twenty per cent discount. Breakfast was adequate with a variety of hot and cold food. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

    « Best Hotel EVER »

I can't say enough about this place. From the moment I got here (6 week stay for work) I was impressed above and beyond. The rooms are immaculate, the staff (front desk, housekeeping, even the maintenance (Dennis) and management (Julie and Jamie) have been monumentally helpful and friendly each and everyday. Breakfast is delicious and includes just about every item you could think of! If that's not enough there's MORE! When I'm not running outside, there's a 24 hour fitness center and indoor pool. A clean awesome laundry room and fully accommodating front desk that receives/delivers my mail!! My screen was missing and my sink drained slow, maintenance was there in second! Even brought me a treat! The environment indoor and out is peaceful and welcoming. And finally, the best and most important part of this hotel and my stay...my dogs! They welcomed them and to me, that's paramount to anything else. Thank you BEST WESTERN LANDMARK, you are truly an exemplary facility.

« Right Hotel; right price »

Park City has many high end expensive hotels. You can't go wrong at this place. It's the right hotel at the right price. Location is right off the highway and easy to find. (No road noise) near shopping, restaurants and recreation. Quick easy check in, clean rooms and decent hot breakfast.

« Nice place to stay »

Great breakfast. Pool/Hot tub was right outside our room and you never could hear anyone which was nice. This always makes it easier for us to use the pool since it is so close. They have something for everyone and the staff was friendly.

    3
    « Not what I expected »

I was disappointed in this Best Western as I have had good experience with this chain in the past. First, the staff was snippy and did not seem at all engaged with me as I checked and had some logistical questions. Secondly, the place was clean but no hair dryer, no shampoo or conditioner -- the usual amenities. This lack seemed to match other things in the place - the breakfast was geared towards non-vegetarians and had nothing special about it and the ambiance in the place wasn't welcoming. I would not stay there again.

    5
    « Great Place »

We only stayed one night and it is what you expect from Best Western. The staff was friendly. Rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. The breakfast that was include with our accommodations was good.

    4
    « Enjoyed my stay »

Lobby was spacious and eye-catching. Sauna and hot tub were nice touches. Breakfast menu didn't change; never had hash browns or potatoes of any kind. Breakfast was tasty though. Orange juice was out of order while I was there. Rooms were nice but typical, bathroom was a little small for me. I would stay there again without question.

    4
    « Good Enough »

Large room - excellent breakfast - Nicely located for city events. All was good except for check-in. We found a large amount of pet hair and dander on the runner at the bottom of the bed. It was easy to see where the pet slept on the bed. I wouldn't mention this except I was told by the desk clerk that all rooms were pet rooms. This would be important to know if you are allergic to pet hair. The desk clerk replaced the runner straight away and the maid service changed all the bedding the following day at my request. In all fairness the web site states that certain rooms are designated as pet rooms. Who knows?

« Best Western Park City »

This newer BW isn't "in" Park City, UT, being about a 12-minute drive away in a new area right off the interstate. But was a convenient place to stay for us as we traveled from Yellowstone NP on our way to southern Utah. Comfy beds, helpful staff. Across the street from a brand new While Foods expected to open soon, and close to drive ins and service stations.

« So thankful we picked this Best Western to stay »

This is a great place to stay. There is a game room and indoor pool and hot tub. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Place to walk and exercise dogs. Easy access to rooms. And noise level between rooms is excellent. Surrounded by Walmart, Arby's and McDonalds to grab something to tide you over.

    « Fun hotel »

I loved the hotel and the hot tub and pool. We enjoyed playing the arcade games and pool, ping pong, and air hockey. The only complaint I have is the room I reserved that sleeps 12 and has a full size kitchen, didn't have a kitchen table. That room needs a table and I hope hey add one soon. Next time I book I will be requesting one of the family suites with a kitchen table.

    « Weekend Trip for a Wedding »

This Best Western is great for the price. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. There was a tv with a great selection of channels and good Wi-Fi internet. The continental breakfast in the morning was standard, so there was something for everyone. The one let down was the fitness center. I wish there were some free weights to at least be able to do chest press and bicep curls. There's only a variety of medicine balls, which is okay for an ab workout and a few other things, but it's always nice to have some free weights. There is a stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill, so I made it work. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel is close to a lot of really great restaurants, shops (Tanger Outlets!) and other convenient things. It's close to the Olympic Park which is fun to check out. I would recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

    « pleasure trip »

Hotel is nice and easy to access from I-80. Shopping, dining and services are within walking distance. The only negative was that the floor was very dirty and had not been vacuumed well, plus the toilet had urine all around the wall and base which had not been cleaned in a while. There were also blood stains on the bedspread.

    4
    « Clean & Reasonable »

Nice, clean rooms, affordably priced. Accommodated us and our 2 dogs. Good pet walking areas. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we have experienced .Easy off & on access from I-80. We arrived late and were pulling a trailer, even though the parking lot was almost full, the staff was still able to provide us parking.

    4
    « Comfortable, Good Breakfast »

Good motel in Park City. Very near Olympic Park. Excellent breakfast, but felt that on Sunday they should have extended it to 10 am as long line just befor 9 am cutoff time. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. They supply pool towels.

« comfy bed and pillows »

the comfy bed, feather pillows and variety of pillows were very much appreciated. breakfast had a good variety and service from 6am - 9am accommodated our schedule perfectly. location has easy access to park city and salt lake city.

« Big gap in the door »

The hotel is nice. Had a few issues though. Hair in the bathtub and a big gap in the door. Had to stuff towels in the gap. Could see right through to the room from the outside, and hear everything we said, because of the gap.

    « A Pleasant Surprise »

Entering this hotel was definitely a pleasant surprise. The lobby looks and feels very open and roomy and more classy than most if not all hotels of this range. We were on the bottom floor, lower than the lobby, but there was an elevator from the parking lot down to the bottom floor, or just a few steps from the lobby. The breakfast was quite good and well organized, although there was a line when we arrived. A staff member also walked through and told guests that were eating that they should get any more food that they may want, as the breakfast was about to end. I would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Great place »

Stayed here for one night. Very well maintained property. Excellent customer service. Check in was great-as gold member was given complimentary upgrade to queen suite which overlooked pool area. Great pool area and gone Arab. Continental breakfast was great which included make you own pancakes. The hours were only until 9. I tend to like breakfast open until 9:30 or 10. Location was great perfect access from I80. Would stay here again!

« Great deal for daughter's wedding guests! »

Stayed three nights for my daughter's wedding weekend. Convenient, great location close to highway, close to Park City, and within walking distance of Olympic winter park, with Arby's, McDonalds and Denny's and Walmart adjacent to property. The room was spacious, comfortable beds with many pillows. Very clean. Nice pool with large hot tub and ping-pong table, pool table, foosball for fun time. Free breakfasts are incredible, with many choices! I experienced only two problems which were corrected - my room was not cleaned as promised on the day of wedding which made for an uncomfortable rush to get ready, and my final bill had a different price for the third day that was $75 more than it should have been. This choice could not have been a better place or price considering our reason for visiting Park City!

    « Great visit »

Although a bit pricey staying over during the summer, the family suite that we stayed in was extremely large and comfortable. The staff quickly assisted us when we had asked for extra pillows and blankets for the hide-a-bed, and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Our room was outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, and small sink. The bathroom was clean and well stocked although needed a few extra towels to accommodate our family of 6. We slept comfortably, although our oldest son said the hide-a-bed was too hard. I would have to say the overall stay was very nice and we would happily return, thanks for a wonderful visit.

    4
« Clean and modern, but noisy »

This hotel was very clean and nicely appointed. It appeared to have either been built or updated recently. The only real downside was that the walls let a lot of noise through. The included breakfast wasn't bad and had more variety than most.

« Great Location, Nice Room »

We decided to go to Park City for the Kimball Arts Festival at the last minute and ended up staying at the Landmark Inn because other reasonably price hotels closer to downtown Park City were sold out. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that a Park City public transportation hub was within walking distance of the property. Public transportation is free in Park City. The Electric Express got us downtown in 10-15 minutes. We did not have to use our car at all during our stay. Our room was nicely appointed with a refrigerator, sink and microwave in addition to a separate bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. There was a safe in the closet, which we really appreciated. Not so common in USA hotels. My only complaints were that the complimentary breakfast was only available until 9:00 AM, even on Sunday morning. We like to sleep in on vacation, so 9:00 AM did not work for us. Additionally, we left our room at 10:45 AM on Sunday, removing the "Do not Disturb" sign at that time. For some reason, housekeeping saw the DND earlier that morning and did not clean our room. When I asked the front desk about it late that afternoon, the room was cleaned. However, it took longer than it should have. We waited in the lobby, which was inconvenient for us, after a long day at the festival. Other than that, it was a successful stay.

    « Traveled with 2 dogs »

Had an excellent stay at this hotel and felt very welcome. We were traveling with two dogs and they were easily able to accommodate. There is a lot of grass areas around the edges of hotel and even a dog bag station. Beds are comfy!

    « pretty setting »

nice hotel, clean, newer, easy to get to from I80. Looked like the pool and area were nice as it was quite busy. Across the street from a grocery (and a new Whole Foods just going up next door). Didn't see a local eatery close, so ate at attached Denny's (typical Denny's)

    « Horrible experience »

The room was dirty... the air conditioner looked like it hadn't been cleaned all year. The hotel and restaurant made it very clear they are very political. When I travel I do not want to argue politics...i just want to relax... not s relaxing trip.

    « Wonderful Experience »

Using my AAA discount, my husband and I got a lovely suite with king size bed and in room jacuzzi for $116. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. We ate dinner at the Dennys next door and there were lots of choices for their free help yourself breakfast the next morning.

Very clean, well staffed with friendly helpful employees. I had driven 8 hours and this Best Western was a last minute decision. With no reservation, I did not expect such a nice welcome. My room had access to the out doors, which made easy access to walk my dog.

« Noisy pool til early morning hours, noisy air conditioning »

Got 2 queen room which has balcony directly into enclosed pool area. I was concerned that the pool would be noisy if it is open all night so I asked front desk staff what pool hours are, told 8 AM to 10 PM. It is 1 AM, I am wide awake because of people in the hot tub who are laughing/talking loud with music playing. I have asked the front desk staff again if the hot tub is suppose to be open all night and was told it is not. I asked if staff could ask people in hot tub to either be quiet or get out (per their own policy). Nothing has happened. Terrible customer service. Super loud AC units. Very loud plumbing noises from other units.

We showed up without reservations, since we had been on the road for about nine hours, and didn't know where we were going to stop for the night. I highly recommend this hotel. It's gorgeous, the pool and hot tub were nicely heated and very clean, the breakfast is excellent. They have sundries and snacks available. And the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I'm hoping to stay here again in the future, for more than one night next time.

This is great value, nicely decorated, staff who actually care, and a great room! They do need to replace the pillow we sleep on. They were small and lumpy. The decorative pillows and bedding looked really nice! The break fast was good but the eggs and bacon were definitely not real. Thin creepy bacon-type things and the eggs were fluffy-fake type "eggs". The rest of the breakfast was really good.

    « Good family hotel »

Lots of great breakfast options and seating. Pool amenities really nice. Cozy lobby and very responsive and professional staff. Older place with touches of remodel not super well-done, but cleanliness, great staff and breakfast and pool amenities make up for it. Our 1st night was rough with loud people next door and staff took care of it asap, very professional despite my grumpy 2am demeanor. Thet don't have courtesy ear plugs so be sure to remember to pack them. Blackout curtains were mounted so hard to find 1st night so didn't have them to use and woke up a lot with vehicle lights outside of window. Fine once staff explained where they were. A/c unit didnt respond to different settings, just cold and blasting so we just unplugged it. Didn't need it anyway so didn't matter but might another time. Good, clean place with good amenities and breakfast. Would stay again.

« Terraced Hotel Levels are Pretty »

We were here in Park City for two days at the Best Western Landmark Inn where overall it was pretty good. The beds were nice and comfortable. The room is pretty clean and the bathroom could stand a little deep cleaning on the corners of the floor. There were two sinks, one inside and one outside of the bathroom. The shower was a good bonus. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers were attached to the far wall in the shower across from the shower head. It was a nice touch to not have to fool with the tiny bottles; just make sure they are full before you get started. The breakfast had lots of choices in an area that was a little cramped because the ceiling is lower and because there were so many people with lots of kids and young families having breakfast at the same time. They had that one minute instant pancake maker. They also had pre-made waffles in a covered catering dish. Add strawberries and blueberries and whipped cream on top and it is actually very good. We also added powdered sugar and cinnamon. The fruit berries had been frozen and were very cold so it made the canned whip cream taste like ice cream waffles. That's a keeper. Good hot chocolate. At least two extra cereal choices like granola. The fresh fruit choices were fresh. They needed to find a way to drain the eggs before they served it. That seems to have been fixed this morning on the second day. The staff at the front desk were friendly and nice to work with. The hotel manager was named Joy and she gave us an excellent rate to match the Coalville Best Western up the road. The rest of the staff including the front desk and the breakfast staff were all men. That happened to be an interesting coincidence. I was glad to try this hotel and we enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of people swimming in the pool and seemed to be here on vacation. This hotel is not quite as new as the Best Western in Lincoln, Nebraska, but it is nice and because it is on a hillside it has three different levels that are designed differently, they do not feel stacked on top of each other. I really liked how people brought their breakfast and to the hotel lobby terraces to get some privacy and space to eat. It was a nice saving grace to handle the volume of people. Have a terraced lobby area which focuses on the pool below is an attractive hotel design. I would recommend this hotel, mostly tens. There is a place to park the trailer on the grounds: there is some tricky backing to do to get it just right. We were glad that there was a Denny's on the property and we used it. The employees went out of their way to take our order quickly and the food was served quickly and it was good. We had a loaded veggie omelette that the boys and I liked. Since it was late, we shared it. So, it was a plus for the hotel to have a Denny's downstairs.

« Great place, price, location, and service »

Great place, price, location, and service. Amenities like the pool, ping pong table, exercise room were great as well as a nice sitting area in the lobby to visit with family. My only problem was a soft bed, although great for most people, I need a very firm bed for my back problems. Great place

« Great place to stay »

Nice quiet Best Western. We have stayed here on other occasions and it is a quality Best Western. Has a great breakfast. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. Park City is usually an expensive place to stay, but this BW is a bargain for the area.

« Best Western at Kimball Junction »

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was among the best I've ever seen in a hotel with a "buffet" self-serve breakfast. Items were hot and fresh. There was a variety of foods available. The staff was helpful and friendly.

« Good quality for a fair price »

This hotel was very cute. It has a jacuzzi in the room, probably only seats 2; that was fun. There is a free breakfast in the mornings, and there is a Denny's right next door. Pretty views from the hotel, and in the surrounding area. My only complaint would be that the rooms open off the main lobby area for the third floor, so it would get loud sometimes when there were noisy groups in the lobby, but everything quieted down by 9 pm.

« Very clean and comfortable »

We had a room on the 2nd floor which was at ground level. We had our puppy dog with us and he loved looking out of the lower window at the 'critters'. It's always nice to be in Park City no ;matter what time of year. This hotel is also next to the Park City UT Olympic Park.

Reasonably priced lovely large room. Nice lobby, pool and spa with a good breakfast. A few miles from historic park city and right off route 80. Good location. Close to a large shopping area. Good value for a nice hotel.

Customer service as always A+. Room cleanliness C-. (Tub took 10 min to drain after a shower, Carpet not vaccumed under table, room chairs dirty and no screen on room window.) Internet, TV, bed comfort, linens and fridge/freezer were fantastic! Access to rooms were really nice and parking is wonderful. Great storage for ski equipment too. The free breakfast will blow your mind!

« Good hotel if away from Denny's »

Had an enjoyable few days staying at BW Plus Landmark Inn. Nice Best Western, nice lobby, swimming area, and outside patio for summer activities. Enjoyed starting each day with complimentary breakfast. I asked for a quieter room since we are retirement age, and they did put us at an end room. However, this room was above the Denny's restaurant. The first night was fine, but the second night the music from the restaurant was quite loud. I definitely needed earplugs. I did comment to the Inn front desk about the problem and they must have talked to the restaurant as it was much better the next night. My best advice is to just avoid that room!! The Inn strives to meet traveler's needs, but Denny's is a 24 hr restaurant under its own management.

Went for a meeting that got cancelled. Made a vacay out of it. Hotel centrally located for me to visit different places. Also convient to retail if i needed supplies. Close to different food options for dinner. The free breakfast had various options

« Great Hotel - Great Location - Great Value »

This hotel is a really good value all the way around. Great location. Good for business and for family. The free breakfast in the morning is great. Saves time and trouble. My family and I travel together for business. They can access all Park City has to offer via the bus system from this hotel while I'm in meetings. The property is less than 30 minutes from SLC. All new beds this year! Super comfy!

    « Good Stay »

We were very happy that it was quiet since my wife and I were trying to get away from the city. Stay was pleasant. Staff was great. Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on and A/C unit didn't keep the room cool enough. Other than that the stay was ok.

    « Loved It »

A last minute on the road booking and very happy with it. Spotless hotel with huge lobby, lounge with log fire everything a ski hut would look like, large rooms and bathrooms and no noise in the room. Amazing breakfast, so fresh and so much variety. The staff were very helpful with local knowledge and it is a short walk to the local shops where there are plenty of restaurants or cafes, would definitely stay here again it left a very good impression of Best Western Plus for our first stay with that group.

    « Great hotel! »

The hotel was great from the get go. Had a great smell in the lobby as we walked in. Very nice person that checked us in. The rooms were clean, very happy with that. We went swimming in pool and soaked in the hot tub which was great.

    « Excellent Family Spot »

We stayed at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend. The pool and free breakfast were perks for our family (even though the facilities were small for the number of guests at the hotel that weekend). The room rate was great and all staff were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was easy to access getting off and on the freeway. The staff was courteous and relaxed, made me feel welcomed, took care of the checking-in process smoothly. I felt safe and secure. I would stay there any time I am in need of a hotel in that area.

    « Beautiful Hotel »

This hotel was beautiful and comfortable. We love staying at Best Western Hotels, they are always very nice, clean and comfortable. They are our #1 choice of hotels. I don't like taking chances when staying at hotels and I'm never disappointed with Best Western. And who can beat free breakfast?

    « Quick vacation »

My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip to park city and best western had a great price for a room on the spot. We enjoyed the service and how professional they were, the hotel was amazing we loved how clean it was. The breakfast was delicious after a nice work out in their fitness room it wasn't that big of a gym but it was enough to get a small work out. Over all we loved our experience at our stay. It's also very close to the highway and close to the famous outlets. We will stay again for our next trip.

« Good night sleep and beautiful surroundings »

The front entry was welcoming. I didn't have a reservation in the foot front desk were very accommodating and quickly got me checked in and to my room. Clean well appointed room. The bed was just right. Nice social area adjacent to the pool. Quiet computer area. The front desk staff was of great assistance in getting me to the restaurant I wanted to try. All in all a wonderful stay I'll repeat on my return home.

    « 5 full stars!! Family friendly!! »

Reserved a room online for just over a $100. Very clean, very friendly. Excellent location with many amenities surrounded by mountains. Short drive, 15 minutes maybe, to Park city. Included, probably the best breakfast I've had at a motel. My kids loved the pancake maker. Many b-fast items to chose from. Nice indoor pool and hot tub setting. Great night!!!

    « great location »

I went to Park City to pick up a puppy that I purchased. Not only did this Best Western allow me to keep her in the room, the charge was very small. The breakfast was probably the best that I have seen for a while. The location is within walking distance of numerous places to dine and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

    5

Nice hotel with great service stayed a night here during my honeymoon. It had a relaxing vibe to it and was very clean. The person at the service desk was very helpful. It wasn't too close to main street and everything but it was close enough were it didn't matter.

« Brief stay on a long trip home »

We arrived late. Used last minute booking. It was a pleasant surprise to get a great value at the last minute. I would definitely visit again. It sits in kimball junction which is convenient along 80 or headed south on 40. Staff were great and it was the nicest Best Western we've stayed in EVER.

    4
    « Very GOOD Almost 5 »

Almost 5, but not yet. We stayed in one the more deluxe room, but it was overlooking the pool and the noise in the evening was loud. The pool is to close at 10pm there rules say, but they didn't enforce it very well. As always in the pool area there is some little girl screaming about nothing. Other than that one night all was very pleasant. Good sized room, great breakfast though it ends early. Kids loved playing pool, foosball, Ping-Pong and video games. This could the best deal in Park City! Just don't stay by the pool!!!

    5
« Great value, location and staff »

We came from New York for a four day family ski trip. The location was great. Transportation was provided by the hotel and the park city bus system. Rooms were spacious and came with both a microwave and refrigerator. Staff was very friendly and helpful

« Nice hotel to stay at with your family!! Lots of family amenities to do at the hotel and of course the shopping outlets »

Love this hotel and all the things there is to do if you have your family with you! There is a shopping outlet that is walking distance and they have good outlets to shop at. And grocery store if you need something and other places like Starbucks!

    « Ok at best... »

I was disappointed with the Best Western after reading the reviews. We were there on a Friday night with the kids. The pool was packed and there were no towels to be found anywhere, we walked the kids back soaking wet to our hotel room. The room was not clean, my baby found an old candy on floor by the curtains, the bathroom had hairs all around the toilet..... We left pretty quickly and disappointed in the morning. I'm a huge Best Western fan, but didn't love our stay at the Landmark Inn.

    « Great location »

It is very nice to stay in this hotel. This is my second time i am staying here. The first time was in 2015. I have no regret this second time. This place has a new Denny's restaurant located in the hotel. This help mostly when you are travel alone with a child. You don't have to travel to eat dinner. Breakfast is free from the hotel but my daughter love Denny's. We eat breakfast sometime in Denny's. The breakfasts from the hotel are excellent and it is free. The staffs are excellent. the place is clean. It is only 9 minutes from the Skii resort.

    « AMAZING »

I had an issue with one of my rooms, and Cameron from the front desk was so amazing and helpful and really made my stay worth it! Cameron and Kody? were working together and gave me a great experience and were so friendly to the guests and to me and my family.

Everything was great...staff, room, breakfast, etc. I also loved my comfortable mattress in which many times when traveling I awake sore...not here. I've stayed here a few times over the past 1 1/2 years and it's been great to see the awesome updates they have made and are working on. The property looks great!

« Great Hotel - Clean and Comfy »

From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well cared for, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which consisted of waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal, coffee/tee, juice, bacon/sausage, yogurt, and bagels/toast. The outlets and Walmart are very close, as well as the MillenialTrail, so the location was perfect for us.

    4
« Good Location, Easy Access »

I stayed here for 5 nights in the last half of September, 2016. Because of this hotel's access to a variety of eating establishments that were close by and easy access to Salt Lake City I used this location to do a sight seeing tour for the days that I stayed there. The hotel is far enough away from I-80 that highway noise did not prove to be a problem and yet you could be on it within minutes of leaving the hotel. The rooms themselves were up to the standard for a Best Western but in addition this hotel had a very nice indoor swimming pool/hot pool facility that was combined with indoor games in the same large room. Breakfast is included with the room and the food selections were good. On Google earth this location is identified as Kimball Junction and it is experiencing rapid growth. The buildings in the immediate vicinity are newer. Room cost was competitive for the area, and that combined with the nearby amenities already mentioned, made my decision to stay here an easy one.

    « Best Western Hotel »

Nice room: clean, well stocked with towels and bathroom accessories. Pet policy fee ($10) was the best we've experienced in the last 2 weeks of travel. Some hotels hit us up with a $75 or $100 fee for the dog traveling with us. Hot breakfast was great.

    1
    « HORRIBLE »

This was far and away the WORST hotel (and night of sleep) I've ever had. EVER. The walls are paper thin, we could literally hear every word our neighbors were saying. You'd get scared awake every time anyone else closed a door or turned on a faucet. AWFUL. I'd never stay here or another best western due to our experience again!!!

« All the beautiful upgrades for this BW property gives a wow experience! »

Staying in Park City in the fall is one of our favorite times of year, although no snow yet, the historic mining town where William Randolph Hearst made his fortune in the silver mines, is always fun to stroll and shop, hike and bike. In a ski town famous for its many mountains to schuss, there are many choices to rest after a day's outing. The Best Western Plus Landmark Inn never fails to offer comfortable rooms. Their complimentary breakfast is offered breakfast in an new upscale area and families traveling with their kids can enjoy the video arcade downstairs along with use of the pool and hot tub. Denny's Restaurant has taken over what once was their Pancake House and offers a 15% discount to hotel guests. With three dogs in tow this year, we marveled at the beautiful new carpet on the way to our room which opened up to a grassy area. There are only two rooms that offer this easy access so be sure to ask for those when traveling with Fido. Fresh baked cookies at check in, gathering room with fireplace all make this a perfect stay with easy access right off the highway. Book early if you are planning your winter holiday here as it's a popular spot!

    « A wonderful property! »

Three of us arrived on a rainy evening after a long drive from California. I had made a reservation for a room with two queen beds for one night but when we arrived Jacob upgraded us to a fantastic family suite because of my best western rewards membership. The suite had a lovely gracious living room with two pull out twin size chair beds as well as a pullout sleeper sofa. It also had a fireplace, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and the cabinets were stocked with plates, glasses, silverware etc. Although we did not have time to use it there was also a separate stunning Jacuzzi tub atrium room. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. This is a lovely property with happy, kind and friendly employees. The breakfast is varied, delicious and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised and will absolutely recommend this property. As a matter of fact I am trying to find a time and a reason to return. Also it is a super value and not many properties in park city can claim that...look no further.

    « Clean an comfortable »

This motel is a couple of miles out of town from Park city. However, it is easily accessible from the freeway. We found the room very clean and spacious, which is saying something for a roadside Motel. The lobby is attractive . The staff was very friendly. It took pets, Which was important for us. All in all, it is great for a road trip through the area. Don't expect a "mountain-feeling" here, but more an upgraded motel.

    5
    « great service »

I liked the room. there was a fridge in each room...nice. I loved the breakfast. it was closer to home cooked than I have had at any other hotel I've stayed at. I would recommend this to a friend, and would for sure stay here again

« Great Night in Park City!!! »

« Best Free Hotel Breakfast Ever »

This is such a great place in Park City. While it's not downtown it's a short drive from there, and an exceptional value with breakfast included. Some rooms have refrigerators, microwaves and balconies. I'd say that the free morning breakfast is the best i've ever seen in a hotel. The variety is amazing. I've never had such delicious granola even at home. Beds were comfortable and never ran out of hot water. The gym had well working treadmills. My only complaint was that the adjoining doors let in a lot of noise from the rooms on either side. Like I could hear them sneeze next door! Maybe they have rooms without adjoining doors. Next time I'll ask.

« Family suite comfortable and clean; fun group room! »

For the night before and my wedding night, I stayed in the family suite, and checking in late at night was perfect, and the room was so clean. We had about ten girls for the night before and everyone slept comfortably double upped in the pull out beds and normal beds. The big living room area had more than enough space for all of us to sit up and chat. The day of, we invited makeup and hair stylists into the group area, where we snacked, hung out, and basically had a relaxing day. When my husband and I got back the night of, everything had been cleaned and straightened, and was perfect. Great attention to detail and service. The room was about $200 per night, and although the hotel originally forgot to bill a different customer than myself, they quickly redistributed the charge and got everything settled. Awesome opportunity!

« Hotel Reunion for Mom and girls »

My three daughters and I spent a lovely reunion vacation at this great Best Western hotel near Park City, UT. No noise from the freeway. Very convenient location just off I-15 and walking distance to the shopping outlets. Seconds away from delicious food at fine restaurants, and minutes to downtown Park City. We especially enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the hotel, and loved our spacious room I highly recommend this hotel. It lacks nothing.

« Very nice location and staff »

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times and haven't been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is generous. My only complaint is the same one I have at many hotels. Specifically, the hotel itself is smoke-free, but smokers locate themselves right outside the doors of hotel entrances and one has to navigate through a wall of smoke upon entering or exiting from the property. I don't consider this a "smoke-free property" as advertised in the promotional materials!

    5
    « Awesome hotel! »

You can't beat their prices for the area, they have a new Dennys resturant right inside the hotel and you get a guest discount. The restaurant is open 24/7. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are modern and clean! Staff if very nice here. Will return many times ?

Best Western Plus Landmark Inn is located at Kimball Junction, right below the Olympic Training Center. Many great shops and resturants are located very close by. I was disappointed to hear that the Pancake House was not serving the Complimentary Breakfast, but found that the new arrangement is just as good if not better than the previous location. Very pet friendly and great staff.

This was a great "bang for your buck" - location was excellent, amenities were above and beyond for the price, and everyone was nice. The decor is a little dated, but other than that, not a single complaint.

« Great hotel for price, location, full breakfast! »

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years. What keeps me coming back is the price, location, and free full breakfast! « One night stay »

The evening and morning staff were very helpful. We arrived late but they still went out of their way to accommodate our request. We didn't have a reservation because we were not sure if we would make it that far in our trip. The room was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable, too.

    4
    « Pleasantly surprised »

Given that it's located in a fancy resort area I was not expecting much for the reasonable price of the room but the hotel and room were actually quite nice. Access to the rooms is indoors, thus avoiding the dreaded "rooms open directly to the outside" arrangement of many budget hotels. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel was clean. It's located next to the freeway in Kimberly Junction, not actually in Park City itself. However, Park City is a short drive and the room was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    « Wedding Bliss »

« Great value for money hotel and good location for visiting the Utah Olympic Park »

We stayed here for 1 night on our road trip (2 adults and 2 teenagers) as we we wanted to visit the Olympic Park close by. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, it had a great pool and hot tub, good wifi, parking and restaurants/takeaways close by. We didn't have time to visit the Tanger Outlets but they are only a 5 minute drive away. The breakfast is excellent. They are also pet friendly, we would definitely stay here again.

I was in the area for a three-day athletic competition. I needed a different room away from the elevator after my first night so I could get a good night's rest and the staff was glad to help me. This is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed in. Cindi and her staff are first rate!

« Good value, good location »

Stayed her for business reasons for a couple of nights. Nice basic hotel. By car about 30 minutes to SLC down-town. Another 15 minutes to Park City down-town. Free car parking and a hotel away from the crowd and a good location to explore both SLC and Park City. Breakfast is so-so. Internet is for free. The airco was a bit dissapointing; working well but could not switch it off.

    « Pleasantly surprised »

Headed to Park City for a weekend with my husband and stayed here. This hotel was very clean and very family friendly. There was plenty of activities; swimming, hot tub, volleyball, air hockey, ping pong and billiards. There was a nice outdoor area to play volleyball in or to just sit and enjoy the fresh air. There was a gas BBQ available as well. The free breakfast in the morning was better than most with a variety of hot foods as well as fruit, toast, danish, etc. The proximity to Olympic State Park was a bonus. We are planning on returning to the area with our adult kids sometime in the near future and we will definitely stay here again. Our room overlooked the pool and while you do hear noise from kids splashing about, it didn't disturb us in the least. If I had been traveling with older kids, I would have appreciated being able to relax in the room and keeping an eye on them from our room. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows too. No complaints at all!

    « Good value »

The staff is excellent and accomodating. The hotel is old, but nicely kept, clean, beds are comfortable. Free breakfast but the Denny's on the property is a better option if you are hungry. The price of the room is probably the best you will get in this area.

    « Quality »

Excellent pool area with a really nice hot tub. Friendly staff, good assortment of breakfast foods, worked with me on the price of my stay. Only complaints are that the air conditioning didn't work in our room and the light shined in through the window at night making it hard for us to sleep even after trying to close the curtains. The TV was large, very clean room, microwave and mini fridge were also great. Overall a very great place to stay!

Very nice and easy place to get to. Close by shopping areas, dining facilities, guides and sight seeing areas, etc. I think its foolish to have to use 200 characters to fill this block in. Wasting my time don't you think

Very nice place. Went out of their way to care for you. Good breakfast choices. Very nice, and I did not even use most of the facility. Discovered that I was already a member of their group, for discounts and point accumulation

    « Pleasantly Surprised »

Alright, I am kind of a hotel snob. It's about the only thing I am a snob about but there it is. Going to Best Western I was not sure what to expect. I booked it cause it was rated #13 hotel in Park City. The decor could have been updated in the rooms however the bed was very comfortable which is HUGE for me and It had everything we needed. Loved the location! You are near the outlets and shopping areas and only 15 minutes from Park City Main Street. I did not expect much from the "breakfast" that was included and I wasn't even sure if we would make it down. I'm glad we did, we would have easily spent another 20-30 dollars for breakfast had we not gone. It was well managed and replenished and was very filling. There were several breakfast options to appease everyone. I will be planning another staycation with the family again at this hotel in the near future.

    « Awesome Stay! »

We went mountain biking between the Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts and stayed at the Best Western. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was sooo relaxing. Cindy gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exceptionally clean. Such a relaxing getaway!!!

nice place , although we had problems with a false smoking report in the room and a $500.00 hold on my friends card , put them in bind , other than that I would recommend this place as clean and efficient ,

« Great place to stay! »

Great value for the price. Nice clean and even a little lodgy. Great common areas. Many of the rooms overlook the pool which was noisy but that quiets down at 10pm which worked for us. As a matter of fact, I loved that I could look out my window to check on my teen!

    « Great spot! »

Hotel fine if stay on 3rd floor; noise level evident on first two! Great pool; hot tub and lobby!Breakfast buffet , plenty of choices; 24 hour coffee in lobby! Dennys Restaurant attached; new franchise; food fine DO NOT ATTEMPT; VERY SLOW SERVICE! Was with group that had preplanned using facility and couldn't get organized; cancelled after 2 meals!

    « Not bad »

Nothing fancy. Breakfast buffet was adequate. We were trying to stay in Salt Lake City but just about everything in our budget was already booked so this was a less expensive alternative however trying to go up and down the mountain when you're not used to that kind of driving is a bit much. I would stay here again because I enjoyed Park city area but I don't know if it would be my top choice.

« Best Western Landmark Inn »

The Landmark Best Western hotel is a great place for a weekend getaway or family trip. The lobby is spacious and inviting and the staff very pleasant. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of foods. We stayed on the first floor which was a little noisy (kids running in the hallway and playing on the video games); but other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Best Western and Best Western Plus always come to mind when I'm traveling with my fur babies. I've always had very good experiences at this hotel chain and appreciate the fact that they allow pets. The rooms are clean and comfortable and are reasonably priced.

Wonderful service with pleasant staff. Yummy breakfast with lots of seating. The pool and hot tub are clean and inviting. The location is just off the freeway, close to the outlet stores, eating places and the Utah Olympic Sports Park. We had a very enjoyable time, and we would definitely come back.

    5
    « Fantastic location! »

Director of Sales, Cindi Galli helped me with a great room. I was visiting the Utah Olympic Park for a meeting and this location was perfect! Plus the hotel was very nice and clean. I always check the pillows and shower curtains to make sure they are spotless. Staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was very satisfying. I didn't use the pool but it was very cute and kids having fun in it. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, outlet mall and access to the new Millennium Paved Bike Path, which connects to several other paved and non-paved paths and bike routes.

    5
    « Great value »

Outstanding staff . The breakfast served was great. I am a vegetarian and there were tons of options from yogurt, fresh fruit, to granola. It is superbly situated - easy access to the freeway, Walmart, the outlets and the mall with Whole Foods and other shops. The rooms were well done. Large TV and the internet was fast.

    « Not a wonderful experience »

We stayed at this hotel at the start of our vacation. We found the place online, and ended up calling them directly for a better price. (Discount with my employer) We paid $89 for 1 night. We reserved a king sized bed (rather than 2 queens for 2 of us) When we arrived, we walked in to a 2 queen room. I called the front desk and said, "I thought we reserved a room with 1 king sized bed. Do you have one available?", he immediately started with, "No, when you book on-line and read the fine print...." bla bla bla... his well rehearsed lines sounded like he had spoken them a hundred times before. I said "thank you" and hung up. We had room 123. A very quite room, at the end of the building. Very quite, except for the toilet. After you flushed it, it was super loud refilling. Not a huge deal, except when there is a leak or something and the toilet refills EVERY 5 MINUTES! It kept me up most of the night. I finally turned the water off to the toilet at 2:45AM. Not a happy camper with that one. The hot tub was very nice and warm. The folks there were chatty and happy. But the chlorine was super strong. It almost burned as you breathed. I took a brand new shirt in the hot tub, and came out with the bottom half several shades lighter than the rest of the shirt. [yes, my fault. Don't bring a new, unwashed shirt in to a pool/hot tub] But, it was surprising how quickly and effectively the chlorine bleach worked on this shirt! Also, getting out of the hot tub, there were steps going to the main level. I slipped on them, and caught myself on the railing. Again, not a huge thing, but there were no no-slip pads on those stairs. Someone is going to get hurt there. The TV is a huge 42" Sharp Aquos. The remote was a little slow to respond (probably batteries, but nothing too bad) but when you turned on the TV, you could tell that this hotel didn't pay for HD picture. All of the channels were horrible to watch. Blurry tv at best. Finally, in the shower there are 3 containers. Shampoo, Soap, and Conditioner. 2 worked, but the conditioner (although you could see it was full) didn't work at all. The good. Friendly staff. Lots of good nuts at the breakfast. (Slivered Almonds, Candied Walnuts, Chopped Pecans). Clean and well kept room. Nice pillows. All in all a fair stay, but needs a few things fixed before we'd consider coming back.

« New hotel near Olympic Park »

This is a new hotel located outside the downtown area near the Olympic Park. When we were there, construction was still ongoing especially in the wing that we were in. There was a Denny's restaurant being constructed right on premises which was opening in a few days. There is a good size indoor pool and hot tub area with air hockey and a pool table area. There is also an outside patio area at the back. Our handicapped room was spacious. I broke my foot so I needed the handicapped room. Breakfast had french toast, eggs, yogurt, fruit, bacon and cereal. It was very good. There was also a sitting area in the lobby with fireplace. Hotel is situated in a newly developing area with a shopping center.

    4
    « Pleasant stay »

Wifi was good. Room looked recently remodeled and was clean & functional. Aspen trees outside the window shaded the room and camouflaged the parking lot. Breakfast had typical variety of hot & cold items and was adequate. Location was close to lots of shopping, several restaurants & a bus stop for the bus into Park City. Front desk staff were knowledgeable and professional. Most times it was quiet, but sometimes I could hear people passing in the hallway.

    « Acceptable, not a "Plus" »

My husband and I travel extensively for work and have to choose the best hotel in many small towns. I will only choose the Plus version of best western because I feel they usually are very nice. That being said, this Plus is on the lower side of our expectation. The room was small. The floors in the room are kind of tired. Curtains don't do much to block out the nighttime light from outside. Furniture is a little dated. The room was clean, just not impressive. Not what we've come to expect of a BW Plus. Breakfast was really good for a free hotel breakfast, and the pool area is great. Ping pong, pool, and air hockey were all nice things to add to our night here. I would recommend this hotel, location makes it more expensive than it should be. Just know it is below the normal Plus standards.

    « A Beautiful Experience in a Beautiful City »

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 7-day trip. Park City is beautiful and hotel was outstanding. Highly recommend this facility. We will book with Landmark the next time we are in the area.

    « Sufficient »

The Best Western lobby and gathering area was nice. There was a large pool room with other activities including ping pong. Great place to stay with kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were young and management should provide more training. The rooms were a bit small, and the fridge in my room didn't work. After reporting it to the front desk, the problem did not get fixed. They were nice enough, just not able to fix the fridge.

« One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at »

I would consider this a high class hotel, yet the rates were very reasonable. The room was terrific and my husband kept complimenting on everything about it (which is unusual for him). Even I was impressed with the staff and hotel overall and will definitely make it where I stay when traveling from SD to CA and back again.

« Great Gem in Park City »

This hotel in Park City is amazing. Their staff is absolutely wonderful, courteous, and accommodating. The rooms are very good sized, clean and well maintained. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub, with an adjacent recreation area with billiards, ping pong, air hockey, and foos ball. They also have a game room with several electronic games. Each morning they serve a full breakfast with scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, bacon, cold cereals, waffles and all sorts of beverages. We will certainly stay here again when in the Park City area.

« The staff added to a wonderful stay »

Everything was perfect. The desk staff and housekeeping where happy and helpful. I talked to the manager of house keeping in the elevator as well. I noticed all the baseboards in the hallways were removed. My son and I did some exploring around the hotel. We noticed the old baseboards. I really appreciate that this Best Western keeps an eye on the simplest of details, like keeping the baseboards updated and modern. Hilton and Marriot beware, Best Western is Serious about earning customer appreciation!!

My husband and I wanted to do something fun for his birthday and decided to stay at a hotel for the weekend. My friend Cindy got us a great deal for the weekend and a great room. Everyone that worked there seemed to have an uplifting, easy going spirit which made our stay even better! The hotel was clean and well maintained! Breakfast was yummy with many options! The hotel location is great, just off the freeway and in walking distance of the outlet mall! Loved our stay!!! Great atmosphere!! I Recommend anyone to stay here:) Thanks Best Western for an awesome getaway!

My friend and I like to go to Park City for a spring getaway. This is a great place to stay as it is close to the Outlet Mall and the actual town. We had a great time . We were worried that the hot tub might not be working but it was, just the pool was being worked on. We got our hot soak!!

    « Pet Friendly is a Plus! »

We stayed here twice during the summer while our son was attending a camp near Park City. The location is convenient and centrally located for our trips into Salt Lake City, Heber City or Park City attractions. We had coupons for a full breakfast in the adjacent restaurant, which had traditional American fare. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant helpers. We appreciated being able to travel with our pet. The restaurant was a mini challenge to find from our room, through a few unexpected corridors and stairwells, but we had a great stay and would definitely return. Good value.

Hotel was clean and updated very nicely. When I called to get rates, Kim was very helpful and gave a discounted rate since the pool was under construction. Upon checking in, staff member allowed for us to check the room first to make sure everything was up to par. Breakfast was very good and had a great variety. Would gladly stay here again.

« Second visit in seven months and we are once again impressed »

ThIs Best Western Plus never disappoints. They are doing some remodeling and the pool was closed, but the room was excellent. In fact we stayed in the same room we stayed in seven months ago and it was as comfortable and well appointed as we remember and there was bar soap like we had suggested in our first review. They have pump soaps, shampoos and conditioners, but the addition of a face bar was much appreciated. As always the check in desk personnel was helpful and welcoming and the breakfast had numerous hot and cold choices for a good start to your day.

« Cold, Unfriendly, and Not Helpful »

This was a spur of the moment stop for our family while visiting Utah. The location and affordability was nice to the location of Park City and the tourist area. However, the room was equipped with summertime bedding and it was 30 degrees at night. I had to request an extra blanket in which was a struggle to actually keep on the bed. My entire family did not sleep well at all. Then when waking in the morning, the continental breakfast did not start until 6:00 am. As we were checking out, mu two small children were asking for juice and it was 5:46 am. I asked the front desk if it was ok if I just go grab some juice for the children and she said she would love to but she doesn't have a key to unlock the juice? So she said if the woman is over there you can ask her. So I walked over and the juice was not "locked" so I asked the woman if it was ok to get some juice for the children and she FIRMLY said "No breakfast until 6:00 am". The children weren't able to get juice and we had to leave. So I said sorry to the children, we'll have to get it at the gas station and the woman smiled at me and we left. For that reason..... I will never return to this location. Ever. There were only a few guests at this hotel and I believe we all checked out at the same time. I would hate to think what they do with the "unserved, locked" food.

    5
    « Awesome!! »

We stayed in the corner suite with a hot tub, totally worth the extra money!!!! We loved our stay here. It smelled good even though they were renovating! The bed was soft too! I didn't know hotels could have as soft a bed as that was.

« Close but on the outskirts »

The hotel has quick but slightly confusing access from the main highway. However, it is still a ten minute drive from the heart of Park City and the many interesting shops, bars and eateries on Main Street. Hotel has a nice indoor pool, a well equipped workout room and a pretty decent breakfast.

    « The Best Ever !!! »

First of all the gentleman that checked us in was the nicest man, he explained things to my husband and I very clearly and I in fact he is the one that sighed us up with best western. The rooms were great beds were great, just everything about this stay was great. I will tell you this__ the lobby was so beautiful, breath taking, it would be worth the trip just to see that. Also has fitness room- free internet and breakfast. So please stop at this place people were so great also.

« Best Western in the West »

The staff, the drivers, proximity to shopping, dining and the mountain put this little gem in a class by itself. I've stayed here for the last 3 seasons while skiing in Park City/ Deer Valley, and bang for the buck, hands down the best deal in the canyon. I'd pay more, but don't tell the management.

    « Nice hotel »

Very nice hotel with nice "extras" such as warm cookies upon check in, and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower! It had everything we were wanting... pool, hot tub, nice room, free hot breakfast, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

    « A Great Suprise! »

We decided to stay in Park City when most of the hotels in Salt Lake were booked. It was must have been a very busy weekend, but we didn't feel rushed in Park City. We came across this hotel in the reviews and decided to give it a try since it was just one night. It was so welcoming and comfortable which was a nice surprise since it looked like an older hotel on the photos. We really enjoyed our free breakfast the next morning in their unique lobby area. The breakfast wasn't anything extraordinary, it was simple and good. The staff were very friendly and happy to help us when we checked in during the late hour (especially since I needed a crib as soon as we checked in). Will probably stay here again if we need to stay in Park City again for a night.

8:30 pm I re-entered my hotel and I fell on steps that had black ice on them. I had used the steps frequently all week, and was well aware of them. I fell and remained on my back for a few minutes to collect my thoughts. There was little lighting there. Staff said they had salted it prior that evening? Bruised knee and back.

« Needs refurbishing badly, loud car wash right next door and not a good value.. »

This property at one time must have been very nice, unfortunately the owners have not put much back into it. Don't know how it's a BW Plus? TV is really lousy and not HD at all. Stained chairs, no desk, hard to find electrical outlets, really noisy hallways. Bad coffee, very difficult shower controls and fluctuating hot water. If this were renovated and the car wash closed, it would be nice because the breakfast was great! the lobby area and pool area are very inviting...but Renovate, renovate, renovate... WiFi was terrible after the rooms filled up, kept coming in and out..frustrating when your trying to work. Not a good value for the rate $134.10

The service, comfort, appearance, and free breakfast were excellent.. We were concerned about previous reviews made during the remodeling of the hotel, but found that everything was in excellent condition and appearance. « Second Time Did not Disappoint »

We stopped in on the way back from Denver during ski season. We asked for a room in the same area as last time and got it. They have done some nice updating and we were happy. Ski season rates are high but I got an AAA discount so it was reasonable. The lobby area is very large with a sunken area. It has an indoor spa. The breakfast area is large and comfortable. The hotel is next to a WalMart, some fast food places and gas stations. It's easy on and off to the freeway. Park City is an upscale area so don't let "by a WalMart and fast food places" keep you from this hotel. It's a great place. I was too tired to take pictures of the lobby or breakfast areas.

« Perfect for Park City »

« Good Value in Expensive City »

The rate was fair compared to other overpriced hotels in Park City. Close to several restaurants and snow tubing. Cool indoor pool and hot tub Lobby is right by the rooms and if there are a bunch of people hanging out it can make for a difficult sleep. I would recommend this to others.

    « Amazing hotel, bad internet/eggs »

We went up for a snowboarding weekend at Park City. The hotel was clean and beautiful. It was a 15 minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort. We want to stay in the rooms that open out to the indoor pool/hot tub area next time, they looked amazing. There was a ping pong table, air hockey (it was out of order), and a pool table (disappointed you had to pay for that honestly). My gripes were: BAD internet, gross eggs, and the blankets were sufficient, but they were kind of thin and felt a little cheap. The internet never would connect to the phones or the Xbox (we brought for downtime at night). We called the phone number they give for internet problems and noone ever answered it. The breakfast had lots of options, but 1. they had sausage but no bacon (bummer!) and 2. the eggs were obviously the egg beat in a carton because it was definitely gross (even with the cheese and ham pieces in it). I did have to take the seal off a ketchup bottle hahaha which was pretty funny. Check out was easy and we got there at check in at 2:30am and the girl was just super friendly and amazing to us. Staff was always really friendly and outgoing. All in all, there were a few things I didn't like but the pros heavily outweigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again.

    « Family Get-a-way »

I was very pleasantly surprised how wonderful the Landmark Inn was. I stayed in the family suite and it was beautiful. There was 7 of us and there was plenty of room. The indoor pool and hot-tub was wonderful and there was a lot of games for the kids to play. Very family friendly. The only disappointment was that the in hotel restaurant was closed, but there were plenty of restaurants around and the hotel shuttle will take you anywhere you want. It was a great experience for my family and me.

    4
    « Really nice! »

We stayed here for a family reunion. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they have an indoor pool and game room. They do have a really nice breakfast in the morning, and they are located just on the outskirts of Park City, close enough that you can easily enjoy going into Park City, but far enough out that you don't have Park City rates (those can get real pricey real quick) They are very good accommodating a large crowd, ( we had almost 50 people in our group and they arranged a block of rooms so that we could all be close to each other, but we had reserved them about a year prior) We were there with family, but we would stay there again just as a couple.

    « Great stay »

Me and a couple of my buddies came up to go skiing and snowboarding. When we found out this hotel has a shuttle that goes to the resorts we was sold. When we got there we ask the clerks what they recommend to go snowboarding at Taylor was very helpful and he seemed to know the mountains really good and we felt comfortable on where to go. The hotel it's self was really nice the lobby had great place to lounge after the day and the pool and hot tube was both nice and warm. I will be staying here when ever I come back to park city.

« Great Hotel except for the barking dog! »

Loved the hotel all the way up until our last night there. A large dog checked in next door to us and proceeded to bark loudly and then again early the next morning... non stop. I called the front desk and they did something to stop him... not sure what, but I had no idea this was a "pet friendly" hotel. Since I didn't bring my pets, the last thing I want to deal with is a loud barking large dog that sounded like he was in the room with me. For this reason, I won't be staying at this hotel again.

    5
    « Best hotel »

Beautifully built hotel. The lobby is a perfect place for a winter get away. The staff was super friendly. Kody was fantastic at check in and took very good care of us. Kim was great at check out, made it fast and easy. The hotel did a great job of using the surroundings to their advantage. They are built on a hill and have access to the outside on all three floors. It makes it really easy to stay on the third floor, but not have to constantly be going through the lobby.

« If you can't decide, then this is the place for you »

Best Western is reliably neutral, provides adequately sized rooms, a kind of generic breakfast, decent beds, a good indoor pool, a nice hot tub/spa, so what's not to like? This is a great location for ease of travel to any of the Park City ski sites. Not great, but good. The access to get back to the Cottonwood canyons is superb if you've had enough of the Park City hills, or there's a big dump in another area. What's not to like? Nothing really, it's fine. Nothing to write home about, but if you don't want to shell out big bucks, enjoy fee breakfast (I'm not really sure what the scrambled eggs are made from), there is plenty of fruit, you want a reliable consistent experience, this Best Western if a great selection. If you want a once in a lifetime experience, go somewhere else, it's that simple. Best Western satisfies all the "needs" for a good base of operations to ski Park City. The lobby layout is strange, but for a winter time visit, it makes sense, and has everything you need.

    4
    « Comfortable bed »

Nice hotel, expensive during the busy ski season. 15 minute drive to Park City ski resort. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, not too soft and not too hard and not lumpy. Quite impressive! I live in the area so I brought my own pillow since most hotel pillows are terrible. The free breakfast is very standard, but there's lots of food. More than enough to get you started for a day of skiing. Cozy gathering area in the lobby with plenty of seating and a fireplace. I enjoyed my stay here more than a previous stay at the nearby Holiday Inn.

    5

« Best Western Plus Landmark Inn & Pancake House »

I stayed for 5 nights during Sundance Film Festival and found the accommodations to be very good for the price. Location is convenient to 24 hour Walmart and Redstone Mall and short drive to Park City. The indoor pool and hot tub area is really nice and large and there's also a gaming area with pool table and ping pong table and some pinball and video game machines. The daily free breakfast was good with a variety of choices such as scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes (or on other days waffles or french toast), few choices of juices, and coffee/tea. The room was spacious enough with 2 queen beds.

    1
« Horrible value for the price »

The hotel did not honor the assurance I was given that the room I checked into for the first night would be available for me to remain in on the second night. They insisted that the room I started my stay in would be inaccessible due to renovations that were to occur on New Years Day! Additionally, the room smelled like mildew, the bed had hairs on it, the electrical sockets were loose and allowed plugs to drop out of them, and the breakfast was deceptive in that it did not include pancakes (which is part of the hotel's name!). I have stayed at hundreds of best westerns, and this was the worst by far and a horrible value for the expensive price paid. Additionally, the hotel is a decent distance from town by the freeway.

We stayed five nights at this hotel whilst on a skiing holiday. We were initially a little concerned that it's distance from the ski resorts would be a problem. It wasn't. The hotel offers a great shuttle service leaving at 3 times in the morning and two pick-ups in the afternoon. If you miss the shuttle the free bus service works out just fine. The hotel rooms are absolutely fine. As others have said, the walls are a little thin. However the beds are comfortable and the shower hot and powerful, which is perfect when you've had a long day on the slopes. We'd stay here again.

I received a Groupon for a night's stay at this hotel. My husband was unable to get off of work and go before it expired. He suggested I invite my girlfriend's I play Cannasta with on an overnight shopping trip at the outlets. The staff was wonderful, the room nice, the bed soft--what more could anyone want. We played games in our rooms and in the common area, went shopping, and ate out. Need I say more?

« Quiet location. Close to amenities. below average breakfast. »

The rooms are very quiet when it comes to outside noise, however, if there is housekeeping or anybody else talking in the hallway, you'll hear it. My room was very clean. It has a refrigerator with a separate freezer. Pump style shampoo and soap in the shower, which I don't mind because its one more thing I don't have to unwrap and waste what I don't use. Wifi is pretty fast. The staff is nice. The indoor pool area is cool, with pool tables, a hot tub and some room to hang out. The breakfast is a bit disappointing: hot food seems very pre-packaged, coffee from concentrate, and when i went there at 9:30 on Saturday morning, it was all closed up. I've never been to a hotel that close breakfast before 10 on Saturday.

    « "C" Rating »

This hotel was more reasonably priced for the Park City area, but it is a dated hotel. The hotel name "Pancake House" was misleading, because we were expecting to be able to eat breakfast at a pancake house. The restaurant closed down years ago, but they have kept the name. Our room was clean, but had very dated furniture and had extremely limited TV channel selection. We stayed several days and noted that the staircase carpeting never did get vacuumed. Overall I give this hotel a "C" rating.

    « Wonderful place for a getaway! »

We just returned from three wonderful nights near Park City. The Landmark Inn was a great place to celebrate our 36th anniversary. The hotel is clean and well managed. Large lobby with fireplace and guest computers. Breakfast was excellent -- the Pancake House has closed down but they serve a good breakfast in a large breakfast room with space to seat lots of guests, unlike the run of the mill "continental breakfast" served in a small, cramped area. The manager, Julie, was very welcoming and helpful. This was not our first visit, but the first in several years, and we will be back again -- sooner this time! (Less than 30 minute drive to Salt Lake City)

« Great Get Away Near Park City »

We had a family reunion at this hotel and it was great. Hotel was always clean and there was always fun things to do. You will not be disappointed. It close to the outlet malls and restaurants. It is also only about a 10-15 minute drives to all the ski resorts.

« Solid service, quiet, comfortable - minimal perks »

This was a quiet stay and certainly, with the arcade and the pool, the property is good for kids, and it is pet friendly - a huge plus for us!. The beds were comfortable and the location, with Park City transit being so reliable, is good for Park City and shopping is all around. No gym that I could find. Indoor pool was a plus for winter.

    « Average Hotel »

The hotel has very clean and comfortable rooms. Generally speaking, the guests are rude, loud and inconsiderate. Children were left to run wild screaming around the corridors. Some did not wear shoes to breakfast.

« Convenience first comes to mind when I reflect on our stay at this Best Western. »

Location and convenience best describe the easy access to shopping and entertainment this Best Western offers. Just off the Kimball Junction exit and I-80, this hotel offers both comfort and ambiance that exceed the price! Whether you are in Park City to hit the slopes, hike, or bike the trails, this is the gateway to fun! At the end of the day there are dozens of restaurants and clubs to choose from. And, if you prefer to shop the evening away, there's the Outlet Mall, or Park City's Main Street just minutes away. You can spend a lot more; but why?

    « Needs improvement »

We stayed here for the weekend with our kids. We just wanted a short get away. Knowing the area we really didn't care where we were. Our criteria was cheap with an indoor pool. We looked at the holiday inn and Hampton inn in the area as well. Once we got here we drove past the other two. To me the holiday inn would be worth a look. It was in the best location and looked newer and nicer than the best western and the Hampton inn. All 3 have indoor pools and were similar in price. All 3 located in kimball junction about 10 min drive from downtown Park City and very close to restaurants and shopping. Ok on to the best western- it needs some help! They have a gem. Park city is a great location for skiing, hiking, shopping you name it and needs more affordable lodging options. Especially for families! But they have let this place run down. It needs serious updating! Let's start with the good- The lobby and eating area are updated and nice. In fact hands down the breakfast portion of the hotel was the best part of our stay. The breakfast was more than I expected and you can tell the staff that runs this portion takes pride in their work. It's clean and wall stocked and full of lots of options. Including several hot options. The desk clerks could careless. I only experienced night clerks and they were bored, seemed lazy and couldn't crack a smile. Someone else wrote this in a review I read but our telephone also did not work in our room so we were never able to call down to the staff for anything and had to walk to the front desk for towels, roll out bed etc. I told them of the problem with the phone and they could care less. In fact never even apologized for it. I'm sure they've heard it 100 times. So fix it!!! Anyway, the room seem clean but dungeon like. They made a few upgrades like carpet and tv but not much else. The beds were fairly comfortable. The air system has got to be upgraded in this hotel!!! It's an old old box and took several minutes to start up. We went back and forth from hot to cool. It was either burning or freezing! It was terrible air control and ancient! The room was stuffy as well. We asked for a roll away bed which they brought. And when my son got went to get in it he found several hair ties. Obviously they had never removed and cleaned the sheets from the person before. How gross!! We had to walk down to the front desk and ask for another. Which they brought. This one looked cleaner I guess. But then they brought no pillow or blanket with it. So we had to walk down again to the front desk. Then gave us a comforter blanket with no cover and no pillow. We were done dealing with it so figured that's as good as we were gonna get with the staff! The hotel has gone to dispensers for shampoo and soap etc. terrible!!!!! Very in inviting and seems like a koa bathroom. The pool area is nice but the pool is small. My kids enjoyed it though. They also have some arcade games that my kids enjoyed playing although beware they do cost. Also be aware the hotel in general appeals to families and there were a lot of kids even on a random weekend like we were here for. We were fine with that since we were on a kids trip. Overall it was fine for our type of trip. We paid 100$ on Priceline and I wouldn't pay a penny more!! Although I'm sure it's more expensive in the winter. If you are here to partake of park city skiing and beauty and need something inexpensive and just a place to rest your head this is fine. If you want more quality and friendliness I'd go somewhere else! People giving this a 5 I don't get! I only give a 5 for outstanding exceptional stays with them offering more than I expect. Best western was not that!

« Resort hotel at value price »

I planned this stay because of the location, it was near Salt Lake City, but up in the nearby mountains. I'm so glad I did. Not only was it away from the bustle of SLC, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great hotel in the beautiful location. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the hotel décor was resort quality. The fireplace and sitting area in the lobby is incredible, and the indoor pool/hot tub area is a perfect retreat.

« Not so good anymore, but could be remedied. »

The good: beds are comfortable, the heaters work well, the place is quiet, the pool is nice and clean, the staff can't be beat. Now for the bad (and let me tell you I usually overlook things as human error, I get that people are not robots). Hotel has gone down hill in the past year. My room had some sticky syrupy stuff on the night stand, the phone didn't work most of the time (even to call the front desk, no dial tone at all). They have gone to these tacky little coffee machines that brew one cup at a time (Not Keurig) and they give you a one serving --yes one--- package of coffee. The pancake house has shut down, and I guess they are putting in a Denny's. No drinking cups in the bathroom. They have gone to those godforsaken pump dispensers that hook on the wall (like in a gas station or Walmart bathroom) for the soap/shampoo/conditioners which begs for vandalism and pranks, No lotion is provided. I went to Walmart to purchase my own toiletries and soap rather than risk those stupid dispensers. Can you tell how bad I despise those ridiculous things? Security cameras are lax in both the halls, elevator, building and dark parking lot as well as lighting in the parking lot. I used to really like staying here-- and have done so for 4 years every fall-- but in the past year something has happened to the quality and the place has gone to the first level of a four level hell. ( Level four would be sleeping on a park bench in the dead of winter--without a blanket)

    « Great hotel! »

Clean, beautiful pool, yummy breakfast, pet friendly! We spent one night. Enjoyed some time in the hot tub and beautiful pool area. The room was clean and spacious. It was only ten dollars more for our dog. :) We will absolutely stay here again.

    « Loved It »

We reserved a pet room and were delighted to find plenty of grassy areas to walk our dog (not winter yet!). Room was clean and well appointed, beds comfortable. Breakfast was the best I've seen in years, with tons of hot/cold choices. It wasn't crowded, so plenty of parking for those of us pulling a trailer. Wouldn't work so well if hotel was full, however. Convenient shopping right across the street. Friendly and helpful staff.

« Great Value and nice pool and game area »

Definitely the place to stay if you don't mind being a little ways from Park City Main Street. There is free nearby public transit although it would be nice if the hotel would run a shuttle, especially a late night pickup from downtown back to the hotel. The lobby is actually really nice and so is the pool, hot tub and they even have Air Hockey! The room was surprisingly large and nicely furnished.

« Superior value and comfort in Park City »

We arrived in Salt Lake City after dark in the pouring rain and when we arrived at the hotel after 11 PM we were welcomed by Bill at the check-in desk warmly and efficiently. Our room was large, comfortable and well appointed. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. It is always nice to have a sofa and a table and chairs in a hotel room for additional relaxing. The thing missing was bar soap for hands and bathing. The hotel has liquid soap dispensers at the sink and on the tub surround wall. The complimentary full breakfast buffet was managed very professionally with hot eggs and breakfast meats, waffles, choice of breads, muffins and sweet rolls, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. A good start for a day of hiking, biking, skiing or just sight seeing. The tiered lobby with a fireplace is warm and welcoming. There is a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, fully equipped exercise facility and air hockey and pool tables in a large, open room. If our travels take us back to Park City we will definitely stay here again.

« Treat Yourself to the Honeymoon Suite at the Best Western PLUS Landmark Inn & Pancake House in Park City, Utah and Bring »

A recent visit to Park City, Utah had us staying at our old stomping ground, the Best Western PLUS Landmark Inn & Pancake House. We upgraded to the honeymoon suite and although technically not on our honeymoon, after 31-years of marriage, we thought we deserved it. The large suite includes separate bedroom, fireplace, living room, dining area, bar with sink and dishware, small fridge with freezer and?wait for it?. a separate room with a large private Jacuzzi. Wow! The best part of this experience is windows overhead for you to star gaze while relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Our dogs were welcome too! Their pet policy is better than most with a modest $10.00 per day pet fee and a refundable $50.00 cleaning deposit. We covered the large sleeper sofa with a sheet so our boys had a place to relax, being considerate that the next ?honeymoon' couple may not bring their dogs. Recent remodeling shows off a fantastic lobby and the complimentary breakfast includes scrambled eggs, French toast and more, served in a new dining area. We liked the Best Western PLUS Landmark Inn & Pancake House before, but we love it now. Must still be in the glow of the honeymoon suite?

« Excellent value for Park City »

Our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel is located outside of Park City near the outlet mall, so any activity in Park City required a short drive and parking. Not a deal breaker. It was close to numerous shopping areas and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. There was a hot tub (jetted tub) in the room. Had some maintenance issues with that, but was corrected by staff. Would stay here again.

Great value for the price. Good breakfast but disjointed layout. Pool had chemical issues and was down and that was a part of our enjoyment as a family, but it is normally good. New remodeling turned out very nice...

    « Meh »

This hotel started out as promising. Good location and price, Nice lobby, quick friendly check in. Then I saw the indoor pool area filled with kids (I mean filled), so I guess no spa for us tonight. We decide to go into town for dinner. Their book says neither their shuttle nor town bus is running due to off season. We start driving and see buses. We call and confirm there are no city buses running with the front desk, only to learn they are in fact running and are free. Would have been nice if one of us didn't have to be the sober driver if they hadn't given us bad info (not that we were going to drink much but we are pretty strict on this issue). Slept fine, typical hotel room. Then morning came. We were on the end of the third (top) floor, children running in the hall at 715 even heard from our end room. Headed to breakfast, hearing crying kids as we pass u rooms, at breakfast again tons of children (the child to adult ratio was insane). Handling every apple in the fruit bowl until they pick one (or not), no apples for me now. The breakfast was busy (get there before 8 because that's when the line got crazy) but decent. I did like that unlike other equivalent hotels we stayed at this trip they had a sign requiring shirts and shoes, too bad the didn't enforce it (and that's on an adult). Lastly one room we walked past to breakfast had a bag of trash outside the room door that was clearly a used diaper. So because this hotel seems to attract a certain clientele that are unruly and disrespectful, and allow that to happen, plus provided bad info, I cannot recommend it.

    « Fabulous Inn »

We were greeted by Kody and checked in quickly. The hotel has a spacious, split level lobby with a fireplace and comfy chairs. There is a large indoor recreation area with a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, air hockey and pool tables. There is a video arcade in the downstairs hallway. The ping pong and swimming pool are free, other activities take quarters. Our room overlooked the rec area, but the soundproofing was good and we didn't hear anything. There was a closet for clothes and a separate area for wet coats and/or skis. There were two sinks (one in the bathroom and one in the main room). The room also had a microwave and refrigerator. Some downstairs rooms open onto the rec area. The breakfast was great. We appreciated that the warming trays displayed the food temperature, and the food was hot and tasty (as opposed to other places where the eggs might be barely warm). Our only disappointment was that the Pancake House was closed down (but there were still signs indicating the location of the Pancake House.

We were on a family getaway weekend with our two daughters. The staff was very personable, the continental breakfast was wonderful, great location it was close to shopping outlet stores and had an abundant selection of restaurant option really close.

« Nice for the Price »

This hotel's staff was efficient, but pretty distant. They seemed more interested with getting their job done than interacting with the guests. The bed was in need of a new mattress, but not horribly uncomfortable. The heating/air conditioning unit was broken, which we didn't discover until late. Since we didn't want to switch rooms at that hour nor have a service call from a repairman, we just let it go. That made the room a little stuffy, but it was our choice not to address the issue. Breakfast was typical for a hot buffet at a hotel - eggs, bacon, premade french toast, plus the regular continental breakfast selection. Again, not stellar, but sufficient. We didn't use the pool area, but it looked like it was well maintained. Overall, the room was clean comfortable and for the amount we paid, it was about what I would expect. I would stay there again and recommend it to a friend who was looking for a reasonable place to stay at a mid-range price.

We checked in at 9:20 P.M. on a Sunday night. The staff was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Kody and Taylor! You guys made it very easy for us after a long 12 hour drive! Keep up the good work. We appreciated having the catwalk to access the third story! No stairs was easy on the legs!

« One of the better »

I just wan t to let you know that we enjoyed our stay here. We were a little disappointed that the Pancake House is no longer open, at least while we were there, but the morning breakfast in the hotel was enjoyable. Room was nice. I wrote a review for the Best Western in Reno, at the Airport Plaza, in which I complained loudly. At the start of the review I thought I was on the review for here at the Park City BW, so I gave it much higher marks than I would have. If you run into that review, please know that we would never go to the Airport Plaza Hotel again.
