Best Western Hotel Timpanogos Inn, Lehi

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the service we were given by the staff. There as a spider in the bathtub, which I proceeded to wash him/her down the drain. Problem solved. The breakfast choices were delicious and the server was friendly and pleasant. Drawback about room, refrigerator didn't have a freezer and therefore we were not able to refreeze our icepacks we needed to place back in our small cooler. Coffee maker had a very short cord. We couldn't move it to another plug to utilize the space (Limited) at the sink.

The front attendant was clearly annoyed when I arrived to check in. He was not friendly and difficult to hear. After checking in, I went to my room but the card keys did not work. I went back to the front desk to get the card keys reprogrammed. The same front desk attendant was less than impressed to have to do this or answer questions like what time breakfast is offered. It was not a pleasant experience. This is first time I've experienced such awful service from a Best Western Hotel.

I have never written a bad hotet review, but I was so disappointed in this hotel I felt I had to. Upon check in I was never asked for ID, nor told about pool or breakfast hours, and one of the 2 keys didn't work. Entering the room the door did not fasten tightly. It was evident someone had tried to pry it open. Paint was missing on the exterior by the lock and the door frame was bent in. The counter had sticky brown stains. The refrigerator was not turned on. Went to the pool. No towels. About 15 little kids 3 or younger splashing and pushing everyone else out of the hot tub. Told front desk and nothing was done. Very disappointing.

We stay here every time we are in town. The location and value are usually enough to keep us coming back. This location has changed owners or management from time to time and with those changes are sporadic levels of friendliness and cleanliness. They are currently doing renovations, so I don't criticize that work. With this most recent stay, our check-in experience was unpleasant. The person who greeted us had a less than enthusiastic demeanor. When we asked about making a change to our reservation, instead of explaining necessary information, we were told we needed to speak to the morning people. Turns out what we needed could only be done by a manager, but that wasn't explained to us, so we just thought someone didn't want to help us. We don't like how cramped the bathrooms are because you can't open the door all the way, can't close the shower curtain with the door open because the door blocks that curtain rod, and so much more. The person we talked to in the morning did help us and was very pleasant.

Staff was great! They Let me check in early. The Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location, close to Highway on-ramp and lots of restaurants. Prices were competitive and affordable. They had good breakfast and hot coffee every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Typically, I love best western locations. They family friendly, clean room, comfortable beds, and good pools, but this location is one to AVOID. When we checked in, no information was given. They didn't tell us what time breakfast was open, what hours the pool were open, where the Wifi password was located, or even where our room was located. Once in the room, we found hair in the shower, missing toiletries, a broken lamp, and the light about the sink didn't work. When we spoke with the front desk, they told us there wasn't anything they could do and that the cleanliness was lacking because the head housekeeper was on vacation. As if that made it okay! If you are traveling with kids, understand the pool is only open from 10 AM to 10 PM, and check out is at 11 AM. So don't try to go swimming before checkout or you won't make it out in time and they will charge you for late checkout. The pool was freezing, as well. Breakfast was mediocre. Your basic waffles, eggs, and sausage were the hot items, but everything else was poorly stocked and the employees on shift are more interested in eating and playing on their phones, than doing their jobs. Also, this location does not have microwaves in their rooms unless requested. The website listed roll away beds and cribs available, but the front desk let us know, after we requested, that they don't have any at that location. The only pro that I found was the bed was fairly comfy. Oh, and there's tons of shopping and dining less than 5 minutes away.

Yea.. bad trip/good trip. But, I can always rely on the Best Western for a hassle free, nice, clean, comfortable stay! Thank you: (Manager: MIKE), (Front Desk: Mia, Lexi, Zach), (Guest Breakfast: Milly), & (Housekeeping Baki)! I will be back, never a bad stay at any Best Western!

The property is in a very accessible location if you are traveling through. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff was very efficient and friendly. There are quite a few places to eat in the area and there is a supermarket across the street.

Overall, excellent hotel to stay. Very clean, modern updated decor in the rooms and lobby. Comfortable, welcoming lobby. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi- also very clean. Complimentary self- serve breakfast includes a waffle station with a choice of 4 flavors of waffles you can make. There's also bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bread/muffins, cereal yogurt. The manager is very service oriented. The housekeeper was also very friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stay in the area, I'd stay here!

tried to check in and nobody was at the counter. tried calling the hotel and nobody answered. it was late at night and lights were off at counter. we left and called next day to get money back because we already paid online. we were told no and they are keeping money. we will file complaint with bbb and this sort of thing is bad for buisness and the man on phone was rude and cursed us out.

We stayed here 2 separate times while we traveled to Yellowstone, Tetons and back on our way to Las Vegas. Great location right off the interstate. Clean, comfortable, & affordable. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs & sausages along cereal, toast, waffles, juice, some fruit & good coffee. Front Desk employees were pleasant & friendly. Had a good nights sleep.

I tried to check in at this hotel tonight (9/10/21). I normally don't write bad reviews but felt like I really needed to let people know about this situation. Apparently from what I could gather there was a management change today. The employees were very upset, even crying and a man who I believe was the new owner or manager was being so disrespectful to the girl at the desk. His children (or someone's children) were running around behind the desk, hanging onto the front desk person and telling her to get to work. I was shocked at this behavior. I have been a long time customer here and was disgusted at how this man and a woman were speaking to the employees and guests. We stayed here every time we visited Lehi. The system was down and they wanted to write people's credit card info on a scratch pad and they would enter it later, there was no way I was leaving my card information with this person and staying there tonight. I left and if I don't get a refund so be it I won't stay somewhere that treats their employees like that. I was always treated so wonderfully by the old staff, the hotel was okay but nothing great. It was the employees that made me stay and now I will stay somewhere else. Lost a good customer!!

We try to provide equal opportunities to all employees and it not management fault if employees quit and no longer want to work for new management. we always strive for customer service and me coming from running a best western for over 9 years, current staff did not want to make any changes to provide better guest services. We are taking a mis managed hotel and turning it around.

This facility has the best staff in the hotel industry, very friendly polite and overall great. They strive above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. From phone etiquette to front desk our experience was top notch.

Very nice stay. Beds were comfy and breakfast was warm and good with a nice variety of options. Staff seemed friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet, except for doors slamming as they closed down the hall. Pool had no one swimming, but looked very inviting and clean.

The beds were a little lumpy, but the staff came and tucked me in so it was perfect! I would enjoy staying here again, mainly because I don't have a house at the moment. However, there were many people I found peeking into my window at night, but I'm used to it so it was fine. I would prefer staying at WoodSpring Suites Provo American Fork because that was just a dream come true!!!! This hotel is probably in my top 8 of all time that I have stayed at. Also, the hot tub smelled funky, but I liked it a lot.

My son And I enjoyed our trip to Lehi Utah and at best Western in Lehi. We were there for three days and the hotel accommodations were very nice. The hotel is located conveniently in close distance to American Fork and Salt Lake.

The TV never worked for me and the beds were horribly lumpy and very uncomfortable. The room was clean. The night clerk that checked me in was trying to help but she had a standard answer sheet that did not help at all.

Comfortable clean rooms with excellent beds guarantee a good nights sleep . Large indoor pool & relaxing Hot Tub are well taken care of and always clean. Complimentary breakfast has large well stocked selection to choose from including eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, self-serve waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and assorted pastries. Breakfast area is always clean and regularly sanitized. When visiting in the Salt Lake City area we always stay at this property and have never been disappointed.

The only issue that we had was a number of mosquitos, a dozen or so in the room. Once we turned on a light by the door, they moved away from the bed for the night. We did get a good night's sleep after that.

Very easy to access, right off the interstate. Our room did have a strange odor but when I spoke to someone at the front desk the next morning I stated that it could have been the cleaners that they were using. Bed was comfortable, wi-fi was sufficient and shower pressure was also sufficient.

We didn't have room service for 2 days. Even after asking the house keeper to clean our room after 2 days, she told me that she didn't have time. I had to go to the front desk and get clean towels and garbage bags to clean our own room. I went to the front desk and was told that she would send a message to the manager and the head of house keeping and make sure that we had our room cleaned the next day. We returned the next day, day 3, to find our room had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and the man at the front desk got someone and they removed the trash and got us fresh towels.

Read this before you stay here! We are older people, and both of us have some health issues. In addition, we were helping to take care of an elder relative who just had surgery, so sleep deprivation was an issue. We desperately needed a good night's sleep. At about 4 AM the fire detector began a shrill beep every 60 seconds. The battery was out of power. The only thing a hotel has to do to avoid this situation is follow a program of routinely swapping out batteries! I went to the front desk. We could not change rooms because it would require transfer of special equipment. They gave me a battery. When I got back to the room my wife was crying due to duress. I stood up on a wobbly foot stool in the dark and tried to replace the battery. It took 5 minutes for me to get the shrill beep to stop. My wife was able to get back to sleep, but due to insomnia and the fact that my sleeping medicine had worn off, I could not. I spent the day dizzy and feeling like I was in a cloud. I told the manager they should not charge us for the room, but she only gave us half off for one night. Their negligence with regard to maintaining the smoke detectors physically harmed us, and they still charged us for the room! Perhaps the biggest insult was when the manager told me that charging us was justified because THEY solved the problem. They solved it?? Was this a joke? If they take such poor care of their smoke detectors, do they really sanitize the rooms? Is the pool really safe? Is the food safe?

I was traveling with my dog and about 5 miles away is a great state park, Lucky Peak that has a nice trail along the Boise River. I always need a place to walk her after a 4-5 hour drive and this worked out well.

I had a great visit at this hotel. The staff were incredible, very friendly and helpful. As a handicap person, i appreciate their willingness to assist me without question. The hotel was nicely decorated and clean and well kept. The room decor was very nice as well. This is what i find every time at everyone i stay at. It is my first choice where ever i travel.

My experience staying here was warm and welcoming. My check-in receptionist Alana was so helpful and nice with getting me accommodated with all my needs and extra. Great place to stay and wonderful people to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended.

Big pool, nice hot tub, and a buffet breakfast! Hotel was clean and front desk friendly. There were slight incidents with other guests but the condition and cleanliness of the hotel along with price were great and would stay again.

Good Location, close to food and fuel. Previous pet had peed in the room and it was not handled correctly before I arrived. Broken glass and cigarette butts on back steps were there all night long. Desk clerk cleaned up the mess as soon as I told him about it. Windows at hallway end were filthy. Nice people working here.

Sadly disappointed with our recent stay. We understand COVID 19 restrictions but the hotels response was inconsistent and not fully explained. Breakfast was disappointing and not up to pre COVID level

We spent 4 nights at the Timpanogos Best Western. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable--and the lobby smelled Christmasy and so good! It was decorated very festively also. All who worked there that we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

A comfortable place to stay just off I 15 with great restaurants with in a quarter mile all had curb side pick up or take out fast food was also very close . The staff at Best Western was the best and very helpful. Best Western had followed all of the covid 19 precautions and had exceed others. Thanks BW

I traveled on my own and this Best Western was clean and I felt safe. The staff were kind and helpful. The AM buffet had tons of fabulous food and GF options. The snack area had lots of fun stuff. Thanks for the best stay!

Room was very clean and pleasant. Had to ask for microwave and it was brought to the room within minutes of the request. Staff is very helpful and kind. The overall atmosphere is very quiet and business-like. I would definitely recommend this motel if you are looking for a mellow experience in a hectic environment.

The Staff here were excellent and very accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the beds comfortable. The rooms were large and accommodated our whole family. Other families staying there, loved it too! Highly recommended!!

Room was comfortable and clean. Internet was ok. The fan in the bathroom was dirty but other than room experience was wonderful. Pool and sauna worked until last day then sauna out of order. Breakfast was really good.. sausage, eggs, orange juice, everything you would see at a regular hotel. Hotel looked updated.

Pleasant Very nice breakfast. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was right. Hot tub was a little cool at first but the staff worked hard at getting the temperature up. I was very pleased at how nice all the staff was

Loved it, clean,quiet, food good, location. Bed, super comfy. Great experience. Super nice employees. Would recommend and stay again. Close to many things to see and do with family but tucked away from noise.

This Best Western is amazing, I am a regular and from the time I check in until I leave I am treated amazing. They know my favorite room and if available I get it, I am on the Keto diet and they even make me special stuff for breakfast. They spoil me as a customer. Everyone at this Best Western is amazing and the pricing is amazing. This one is better than some of the Plus's I have stayed at. Best little hidden value in this area in my opinion.

This is a very nice Best Western. Everything was in working order and well kept. There is a very large grassy area in which to walk your dog. The breakfast area was very attractive and had all the usual nice things that many Best Western breakfasts include: waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. I paid $11 for the same breakfast at a different hotel recently. The hotel is popular with school groups and there was one school bus there. The kids were noisy when they first arrived, but unnoticeable after that.

I live out of state and have stayed at several hotels throughout Utah. I have spent several nights at this hotel. One thing I have found over time that no one is perfect, no business is perfect and no business structure is perfect. Human error is inevitable in everything. The only thing any of us can do in our lives is recognize our mistakes and correct them. The same can be said for a business. Customer service is the only thing they can consistently manage. If someone makes a mistake, fails to communicate and creates an issue. Give them a chance to correct it, that is the sign of great customer service. Once they brush you off, go ahead and criticize. The General Manager here is committed to constantly recognizing and correcting mistakes, give him a chance. I agree with some of the reviews about the hotel being cramped and small, this hotel was here before Lehi turned into a major hub, and they are less expensive, so stop complaining. All that being said. This hotel has some of the best customer service I have seen. You can complain about the size of the bathrooms or the pool hours(my personal complaint). But if you run into a problem, give them a chance to fix it. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed at Lehi when we came to visit our daughter, who is going to school in Provo. This motel was about a 25-minute drive from her, and is conveniently located, with numerous local restaurants, fast-food options, and a shopping center about a mile away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast buffet was a little better than most similar Best Western breakfasts and varied from day-to-day. (We were there for 6 days). There was not a microwave in our room, but there was a place for one and the motel information says that they are available upon request. We just didn't need one enough to request it. For rewards members they have a system that gives you another 500 points for each day that you do not require housekeeping services.

We needed a last-minute hotel that allowed big dogs, didn't charge an astronomical pet fee, and was close to our family function. I looked at other hotels but ultimately chose this due to others' ratings and to the manager's responses regarding the dog policy. We were pleased we did! The room was clean and so were the fresh linens. Bathroom was tiny but not a huge inconvenience. The breakfast was ok; not great but not awful either. The dog yard is huge and the adjacent street provided a nice, quiet walk. Despite the location next to the highway, noise was not an issue. The overall value was great! Since we have family close by, we will definitely come again!

You just helped thousands of travelers make a more informed decision of where to stay. I would agree, as the industry starts charging more and more for a pet fee, we are trying as hard as we can to keep that fee low. Most people think the fee is just extra revenue for hotels but it really isn't for us. We provide dog treats at the front desk when a furry four legged guest checks in, we also have practices and policies in place for our housekeeping team. After an animal leaves, the housekeepers do an extra deep clean to ensure the room is allergy free for the next guest. We replace ALL linen in the room including pillows and bed skirts, our pet friendly rooms get the carpet shampooed more frequent. We are always interested in hearing how we can improve our complimentary hot breakfast. As you know we currently offer, bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy a waffle bar with 4 flavors and 8 toppings, 4 different cereals, oatmeal, apples, oranges and bananas, 3 breads, 3 milks, pastries, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. We have been experimenting with the bacon and sausage, trying to find the perfect options. I would seriously like to hear how we could improve. We didn't really enjoy our stay here very much. The room was clean, but felt a bit cramped, especially the very small bathroom. The walls are very thin and whenever someone walks along the hallway the room vibrates. Some of the guests were very noisy until late. Breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly. It was just ok for one night.

What a delightful surprise. Can't say enough about this place. Staff were awesome, efficient, engaging, and friendly. Check in and out were a breeze. Pool and hotel were perfect after a long day. We will be staying here again when we are back in the area.

Great value! Hot breakfast that included a variety of eggs, beacon, sausage, fried potatoes, waffles with toppings like whipped cream and chocolate chips (happy kids) yogurt, toast, fruit and several drinks. We never felt rushed out of the dining room even after they were done serving breakfast. Room was roomy and comfortable. Mini fridge in room but no microwave. We used the indoor pool. Hotel is right off the freeway (but very quiet) and walking distance to Lehi Roller Mills (think "Foot Loose"! from the 80's) Would stay there again

I stay at Best Westerns for Business and Vacation all over the US. This trip was for vacation with with my family. We booked the hotel on the front end of our vacation as it was close to attraction we wanted to be at and it had good reviews. The reviews are accurate. This is one of the better Best Westerns I have stayed at. It was close to the attractions we wanted and had great freeway access. The hotel was top notch. Clean comfortable room. Plenty of hot water with good pressure( this is something I notice when traveling for business). The laundry was handy to have. My daughter loved the pool and my wife and I used the hot tube. The breakfast was normal for a Best Western with several items both hot and cold to choose from. The Lady in charge of the breakfast area kept it very well stocked and tidy even if you came down late in the breakfast day. After the first stay on the front end of the trip it was easy to pick a hotel on our way home. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to vacation near Salt Lake City.

The staff is always professional and attentive. We've stayed here on many many occasions and they always go above and beyond to make it a great experience. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. If you ever do experience a minor problem, they are on it and get it taken care of for you right away! The manager, Bobby and the Assist Manager Seth are outstanding. It's obvious they know that customer service is the number one priority! We always stay here and have for several years now. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area!

I am glad our space allowed you to play cards, a few months ago I ended up playing a card game with some older ladies that were guests of my hotel. They whooped me, they were ruthless and didn't go easy on me. haha Thank you for your willingness to return, that is the best vote of confidence would could get. We arrived tried and ready for a good rest. We were greeted by Seth at the front desk. Seth was extremely gracious. He got us checked into our room early. There wasn't anything he wouldn't have done to make our stay more welcoming! In fact, the entire staff that we encountered were all very gracious and friendly!! Morning breakfast is the usual " travel hotel" fare. We did have one problem with noise but the hotel staff took care of it immediately. The property is just off the I 15 freeway but there is no traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our grand children and great grand children

Great place to stay while I am on business in Utah. The staff is very kind and friendly. The service is great and the hotel is very clean. This hotel is situated very close to the highway and meets all my travel needs!

I travel the whole state of Utah for my job. And any time I travel to northern Utah I always stay at the Best western's canyons in Ogden. It's just moments away from good shopping great food for eating out, however I love that it's nestled right into the mouth of Weber canyon. The rooms are the best of any Best Western I've stayed in in Utah, large and spacious, the sink is separate from the bathroom. The breakfast is outstanding, real eggs and real pork sausage with all the other choices for breakfast. Yes I highly recommend this Best Western for an excellent stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the best western Timpanogos Inn in Lehi, Utah. The hotel itself was in a very safe business area. In fact it's kitty corner from the place they filmed footloose. Fantastic shopping and meals galore right nearby. It's right off the freeway and very easy to find. The beds were super soft and comfortable which we loved. The rooms were clean. I was in a handicap accessible room and it was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was different each day and included for different types of waffles lots of toppings yogurts hot foods such as eggs sausage bacon potatoes plus all the typical continental breakfast items. There is a nice pool and hot tub but I did not use that. They also had computers available for printing our airline tickets and an exercise room. Will definitely stay again. On a sidenote, nothing to do with the hotel – I would avoid the gas station directly across the street. They tried to shortchange us $10 when we paid in cash.

I truly believe our customer service sets apart from the competitors, as a team we are currently doing a book study together. We intentionally look for ways to improve, my hope is that we can find things from this book that we can adopt into our culture here at the hotel. We are definitely a guest focused team. I am hoping it was just a honest mistake at the gas station, we have great working relationships with all the business in our area and have never had any problems. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. When we were checking in I noticed that the lobby smelled nice and how clean it was. This hotel isn't a big hotel but you still have the amenities. The room was nice and clean it didn't have a microwave but we just called the front desk and they brought one. I had a bit of trouble with the hair dryer but they took care of it. I intended to use their fitness room but my plans got changed. I didn't eat the breakfast because of my diet I'm on but my guest with me did and said the eggs are nasty. They had a wide spread of different options but no microwave for your food if it got cold. The only thing I would have added to the breakfast would be lemon wedges for tea. I will stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and nice size. We were happy with the pool and spa that was indoors. The fitness room was small but the equipment was in very good shape. There was easy access from the freeway and Lehi was near all the places we wanted to go including the Aquarium and shopping.

I am glad you found our location to be ideal, I too would have to agree. We're right in the middle of the valley, you can get anywhere with in a few minutes. Downtown Salt Lake City is only 25 minutes away, the Aquarium as you know is maybe 8 minutes away. Did you know parts of the original Footloose movie was filmed across the street at the Lehi Roller Mills? cool little fact!! this best western is super clean! the pool is great, the layout of the building is well thought out with an elevator for us old folks. I would reccomend it for anyone coming to the area. room was quiet even though its next to the freeway

The breakfast area was used for a family function and very function and the building was fresh and delightful to use. Made for a great activity night for my family and extended family. I will do it again is was a smashing success!

The Timpanogos Inn is conveniently located off the I-15! The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable! WiFi is fast and the breakfast has a great variety of hot food! Would definately recommend this property!

You will not regret a moment's sleep if you choose to stay at this Best Western Inn. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The bed was wonderful, the bedding was wonderful. Not only that, the room was nice and quiet. We normally always book our hotels way in advance but we had to find a place to stay at the last minute on this particular rainy night. So we know this location was nearly full when we called to reserve our room. You could not tell. It was so quiet, it made us feel like we were the only ones on our floor. Another thing we really liked about this location is their customer service. It's so nice when you call a hotel directly and they don't connect your call to their 800 number, like we had another place do. That's why we didn't stay at the "other place" and we are so glad because we got a better rate and an excellent night's sleep. After enjoying the courtesy breakfast, which was very good we were on our way down the road to continue our travels, feeling well rested and we can't wait to stay here again.

Staff was Excellent. Break fast was good but quality was typical of a self serve buffet. Pool and Spa were the best in the area. I would definitely stay here again. The only problem was Our suite had a musty smell in the entry way only. Our daughters room had a smell of old socks (locker room, sweat) We told them and they tried to remove it with fa breeze which helped a lot. The staff is Excellent and Very helpful.

My wife and I and two of our adult children and their families stayed in three adjacent double Queen bed rooms at the Best Western Timpanogos Inn 4 nights in late August and early September 2018. The staff was cordial and helpful (especially Jeanette and Camilla) the rooms were better than anticipated (except for no microwave, just mini-fridge), the complimentary breakfast was better than anticipated, the facilities (including the indoor pool, fitness room, parking areas, etc.) were clean and safe. We had a hair dryer fail and it was replaced the same day we reported it. The bathroom doors were hard to close all the way or open because they seemed to sag just a little, requiring lifting up on the door handle to compensate for the sag. There was some noise we could hear from people several rooms down on the same aisle way shutting their doors when they left early in the morning, but thanks to the sound wall, no noticeable freeway noise even though the hotel is adjacent to the I-15 freeway. The room prices weren't the cheapest we found, but we opted to upgrade to a nicer hotel and enjoyed the value we received for the price. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Very good for the price! I found the rooms very comfortable and quiet. They have refrigerator and microwave. Along with all other hotel accommodations. The free breakfast was excellent. I felt the housekeeping could do better however, it was clean to the average of any hotel I have ever stayed at. It was good to national standard.

My Mum and I flew from Sydney, Australia and checked into BW for 3 nights. Great staff members, and service was good. We were very satisfied with our room and enjoyed our stay.Definately, I would highly recommend Best Western to all tourist visiting Utah and we'll be coming back from Oz to stay in the coming future.

A very nice property for the money. We enjoyed the access to the freeway. It would be nice if there were an outdoor patio area to enjoy the nice weather. The shower should a have a better non-slip surface in the tub.

Located near one of the many scenes in Footloose made in 1984 this hotel has attentive staff and the hotel is clean and peaceful. ONLY request I would have is some outdoor furniture near the pool deck exit for sunning outside.

haha yes part of the original Footloose was literally filled across the street from our hotel any many more location with in a short little drive. We are literally looking into redesigning that entire are, even with LARGE retractable glass walls to create an inside/outside space. Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate. I have always avoided BW in the past due to cost, but now I am a huge fan. The beds were super comfortable at each hotel. The chairs were also comfortable to sit in.The staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay! Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fastest Check-in ever! Hotel looks brand new with nice fixtures and great photography on the walls. We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was very clean as was the landscape around the building. You can tell that it is managed well and that the staff does a great job and works hard to maintain it. The breakfast was excellent and to my surprise offered almond milk (first hotel that has offered a nondairy version out of the 7 different hotels we stayed in on this trip). The swimming pool was clean. We prefer to stay in a Marriott but as it was peak season travel and we were staying within a budget for a family vacation we choose this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised that it was as comfortable as a Marriott with a budget friendly price.

We came in late after spending hours at the Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur museum. Seemed to be a close and perfect stop for us on our way to Las Vegas. Not too expensive, and the stay was short but nice! Welcoming staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning! Filled our tummies before we hit the road to Vegas. I want to add that they warned us about some noise as they were hosting a big choir youth group as well as a baseball team....but we did not get bothered at all as they but us away from them, lol. They also said to be early up for breakfast as the youth groups might eat it all. I find this funny, but really appreciated the "warnings". This being said, we were not the first to have breakfast, and there were plenty of food to feed everyone, including all the teenagers they had spending the night ;) Thank you. We will stay here again passing through SLC.

I really loved this hotel. They sent me an email the day before asking if I'd like to check in and a idea of what time I may be checking in. They also asked if I needed anything. I asked them to put us in a room away from machines, traffic areas, etc. Bobby the GM, researched what they could do to make the place more relaxing space for my daughter. He offered to bring her breakfast to the room, and said he was thinking of ordering weighted blankets for families with persons with autism. Bobby gave us a room bigger room to give my daughter more space, and it a quiet spot. When we checked in after a long day, Karen checked us in and she did it with a smile, was expecting us and was really great! I have to say, that this was the nicest group I've felt with when checking into a hotel, in fact we were spoiled. You can tell which owners/employees really care and which ones don't and this group cares! We had actually planned on staying there on our way back and when I told them, they already set up giving us the same room. Thank you Bobby and Karen for being so wonderful!

My family and I were passing through and looked for a place to stay a few hours before and this hotel did not disappoint. It was very clean, new and fresh looking. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The breakfast was good, staff were friendly and overall there was nothing to complain about.

Thank you for the thoughtful very rounded review. Last year we installed a 16 ft x 10 ft illuminated freeway sign plus we installed 2 parking lot entrance signs. In addition to upgrading our exterior signage we recently remodeled the entire hotel which propelled us into the top 5 of all hotels in our entire area and last week we also won the Chairmen of the Board award from Best Western for our high level of service and top it all off we're ranked in the top 20% of ALL Best Western hotels. Clean, comfortable, and good breakfast. Everything I expect in a Best Western. Staff was courteous and efficient, rooms were nice. The locations was great. A solid choice, I would definitely stay here again.

"SOLIDS CHOICE" I love it thank you Bike Dude. Not sure what bike you ride but we are a Harley partnered hotel. If you're a HOG member you get discounted pricing and extra amenities at check in. What was your favorite part of the breakfast? Was it the waffle bar with 4 flavors and 8 topping or was it the southern biscuits & gravy? Please come back soon, I'd love to see your bike.

Booked this hotel a couple of months in advance. Great rate, and a very good experience. Stayed 3 nights. Better than average breakfast and a really nice lobby area. Pool looked clean, plus a hot tub area. Will book again next year.

Pet fee charged and basic pet room provided but pet area could barely qualify as pet friendly. Simply a patch of grass next to a lot of garbage.No room upgrade for being a Diamond member because of pet room assignment

Diane there most have been some type of miscommunication, we have an amazing lush green area on the south side of our building. We recently down sized it but it used to be the size of an NFL football field, now its half that size but still very impressive with dog waste cleanup stations and plenty of shady trees. Thank you for being an ELITE member of our Best Western rewards program, yes we only allow pets in certain rooms, the reason is because we understand other guests have allergies to pets, so we want to be sensitive to them. Have a great day and thank you for loyally and repeat business to the brand.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very little noise. We were visiting for our daughters university graduation, and were glad to find an affordable place that fit our needs. We would stay there again.

We stayed in another location in this area where they charged an exorbitant fee for the same old breakfast. This facility had a laundry which was extremely helpful. The staff could not have been more helpful. The building is configured in such a way that the lobby noise lifts to other floors. Ask for a room away from that.

This is a wonderful property. I was impressed with the Front Desk personnel at check-in - very efficient. The property, including room, was very clean. There was a problem with my bill but was resolved at check-out. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again.

Excellent service by staff. Wonderful rooms with very comfortable beds. Great breakfast offering. Love the location off the freeway for easy off/on access and yet was quiet for great sleeping experience.

I have stayed here many times. The staff is always smiles and willing to help out with any issue. never had a big issue or a big disturbance while staying here. There are plenty of local food options and even being right off the freeway it is very quit.

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel looked nice from the outside, was very clean and nice looking on the inside. The rooms were clean, spacious and wonderful. The breakfast was good. Zero complaints. I will definitely stay here again.

This property is centrally located between the west end of the Salt Lake Valley and Provo. I suspect when it was built, likely in the 1980s or early 90's it was a excellent hotel. Much of it has not aged well. The lobby was modern and well appointed. The room we had, not so much. Note the broken down chair and the finish literally "cleaned" off the cabinet. The shower was marginal. Despite requesting a standard room, they gave us a handicapped room. What really kind of miffed us was that the TV had no CNN available. All the FOX channels were available. The breakfast was hotel adequate. Next time in this area we will bypass this older Best Western

The Best Western Timpanogos Inn is a great hotel which we stay in each year for our two daughters' annual dance competitions at nearby Thanksgiving Point. This year I can say that our check-in experience with Kristopher and Nick was the best I have ever experienced in all my travels. They were both extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The general manager, Bobby, is also very friendly and sincere in making sure guest's stays meet and exceed expectations. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel and rooms are super nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Lehi, Utah area.

Love this hotel and staff! I travel once a month to Utah and always stay here. The staff goes above and beyond! Rooms are always clean and breakfast is great! I am always greeted with a smile. I forgot my computer cord once during one of my stays and they were nice enough to lend me one so I could charge my computer.

Except for the hot tub being lukewarm, the stay was superb. Comfy, comfy beds! Breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff extra helpful. The rooms were clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The pool area was very clean and well kept.

Great stay with family....close to Starbucks and IN and OUT Burger. Staff was great to work with...The woman who keeps the breakfast bar stocked was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good. This is one of the best Best Westerns I have stayed in.

The Timpanogos Inn is one of the better BW resorts we have ever stayed at. The room appointments are top notch and the breakfast offerings are without equal. It's location is close to very many great places to ear dinner. DON'T miss it.

In addition to being able to redeem your points for FREE night stays, you can also redeem them for Home Depot Gift Cards, Airline Miles, Car Rentals, iTunes Gift Cards, TV's etc............ Best Western is always running specials promotions, in the past they have done double or triples points for every dollar spent and they have also lowered the required points for a FREE night stay to ONLY 10K points.

I enjoy staying down there when I'm working down in that area people that work in the hotel from the manager on down or great people they treat their clients well they take care of you and it's nice and clean the breakfast is good and swimming pools always clean the hot tub I've just enjoyed it and a very courteous also I would recommend the Best Western Timpanogos to anyone there's an excellent clean Hotel and there's good close freeway access and good restaurants right around them also

WOW!! Thank you so much for all the amazing goodness in your review. This just made my morning. I love reading things like this. The hotel team work so hard to provide the best possible experience. We love our convent freeway access, if you travel north an exit or 2 up the freeway, you have to deal with some of the worst traffic in the entire state of Utah.

The hotel manager and staff made sure our large family was very comfortable and had the room we needed to enjoy our stay. Our kids loved the pool and spa. The family suite was great! We highly recommend the Timpanogos Inn

Great hotel and staff! Always a pleasant stay. Clean inside and out. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and that you are taken care of. Conveniently located just off the I-15 but you don't hear any road noise. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Beds are very comfortable.

This was a trip we didn't want to make but everyone made it so much easier and less stressful!!! Wish the bathrooms were a little bigger but that is my only complaint this was a best hotel stay!!! We were next to family and yet couldn't hear through the walls and good breakfast even for picky eaters and wonderful staff...

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The check in experience was great, the employee who checked us in was especially helpful and friendly. The guest room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. Also, the GM of the hotel sent me an email the day of my stay to see if I needed anything before I arrived. I really appreciated that extra customer service! :)

The room was very quiet and very comfortable. The heater was quiet. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast is typical but hot and well stocked. All the employees were helpful and courteous.

Very easy to access from the freeway. Room was quiet despite being near the freeway. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are very clean and the breakfast area is large and accommodating. Very nice indoor pool, quite large. New elevator to the upper floor is very helpful.

I find myself commenting where ever I stay , although I prefer BW, they are not always available , that is where the motor home comes in handy my overall rating is excellent since they remodeled the rooms and upgrades to all utilities and everything worked as it should. now if only we could get the pool and hot tub for 5AM before breakfast is being served , for a relaxing stress free environment , because as you know we babyboomers rise early as we have our whole lives for harvesting and planting the fields or paper routes or school activities and showing up for work 1/2 an hour early my only suggestion would be that stress free early morning environment for those who need to start out a brand new day totally stress free, after all the exercise room is open and after a good work out what could be better than access to a warm pool and hot tub , for stress relief

This is the a great little hotel that should be a BW Plus! I love this place and stay here all the time. They have put a lot of money and thought into upgrading and improving the property. The fitness room is just the right size and the Wi-Fi works great. The breakfast is tasty and the room is just the right size. Thanks for a great stay!

Cary thank you so much, as you noticed we remodeled the entire hotel, we addressed every inch of the hotel even installing a new elevator. Before we started the renovation we planned on changing from a core Best Western to a Best Western Plus but decided after the renovation was completed to remain a core. The advantage to our guest is they now get to experience the awesomeness of a BW Plus but at the cost of a core. I am glad to read that you enjoyed what we did, please come back soon.

The beds were very comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful. Clean homey rooms, pet friendly, breakfast was okay but we look for a room with great beds, cleanliness and friendly staff, they hit all the notes.

First trip to the Utah area and it was breathtaking. The rooms at this hotel were very clean and the service was excellent. I was impressed with the complimentary breakfast. They had a ton of delicious options available. The rooms were also very quiet. The indoor pool is large and well maintained. Its a great place for families.

The continental breakfast is superb. I did have issues with the business center computer connecting to the printer, but the staff was quick to solve it. Since there weren't many people staying in the hotel during my time there, they upgraded my room. Pool and hot tub were great. All around a good hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again.

Great suburban neighborhood, good prices, and superior staff make this a good choice if you want to be just south of Salt Lake City. A little more than a block away is a small mall with carry out pizza places and a grocery store. Room was comfortable, not fancy, and clean.

Hotel really exceeded our expectations. We Made our reservation directly with the Hotel, better price than the web sites, check in was seamless. Room and the the rest of the property was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and there was someone on duty at all times. Good parking,easy in and our. Free newspaper in the morning was a nice touch. Management and staff very attentive. We will be staying here for all our trips to SLC from mow on! Thank you Johnny&Valorie

This is the 4th time I stayed in this hotel and have had an excellent experience every time. The room was clean and quiet and the air conditioner was quiet and worked well. My only complaint was the hot tub was lukewarm.

Just stayed 1 night (with a group tour) and it was OK but nothing special. The room was of a good size and towels a bit thicker than some places but the bathroom was very small (with a wash basin outside, which I don't like). Breakfast was a bit better than in some places but still not great (though hot food regularly replenished). Building work nearby shook the whole hotel (initially thought it was an earthquake) - not in the control of the hotel but a bit of a negative.

Great location off the highway, close to restaurants and other scenic areas. Nice building, pool, and rooms, very nice lobby and breakfast eating area - nice staff. Would definitely stay here again.Rooms are large and complete.

Awesome review, thank you so much. We renovated our hotel a few months ago. It seems that our improvements had a positive impact. There are plenty of eating options in the area, across the street is full size grocery store, and as you know the freeway access couldn't be more convenient.

Hotel was easy to find and within easy driving of restaurants, gas stations and even a Costco store. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was tidy and clean and in a quiet location, as requested. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Salt Lake City area.

If you are looking for a hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and beds, with free breakfast (A waffle bar???) this hotel is worth going out of your way to stay in. This hotel converted us from LaQuinta loyalists, back to Best Western.

This stay was, as always amazing. This hotel is our favorite place to stay. It's our home away from home. Also, they have the BEST BEDS EVER! Our kids look forward to the big pool and to eat waffles with strawberry jam and whipped cream.

Worst place ever. I booked online for a late night arrival and when I got there, the parking lot was full. OK granted I arrived late but they allowed a trailer to take up 5 spots. That car could easily taken 2 if they would unhitch. Safe to say you don't get the highest quality people at this hotel. You probably get the worst type of people here. There was also an 18 wheeler at the entrance of the hotel. Just to show you the type of people you get. The room was really bad. They placed us all the way in the end of hall where I guess all the smokers are even though the rooms were suppose to be non-smoking. They switch us 3 times to 3 different rooms with all the same smoked fill stench. It seems like they didn't spend the time and money to clean the place properly of the smell. Safe to say, I was not going to breath that stuff overnight. We had to leave and spend extra for a decent place for the night. I wasn't even offer an apologies or some type of possible solution like maybe upgrade me to another room elsewhere with no smoke. What really got me was they still had rooms because there was another person who arrived after us and they were placed properly. As for the looks of the place, the halls were dirty and you can smell the smoke stench in the halls. The rooms closer to the front desk did not have the smoke stench. If you are booking for an overnight stay, I recommend to avoid this motel at all cost!

We love our guests, yes even the ones that drive 18 wheelers. All of our guests are very valuable and we are committed to provide the same level of service to everyone regardless of their profession. I truly believe our guests are some of the best. They have brought us donuts, baby shower gifts and thank you cards. Recently someone who used to stay here a lot, randomly stopped in because he was passing by and gave one of our team members a gift. This was someone who hadn't stayed here in over a year. Our guests are very thoughtful and sincere. I am humble and honored to accommodate them. It is a privilege that they intrust us with their sleep. I sincerely apologize for your recent experience, we are definitely a non-smoking hotel. Like I mentioned above we are committed to guest satisfaction and I apologize we failed to exceed your expectations. Based on reviews I am confident this is not the normal experience. This was a convenient stop when driving from Yellowstone to LA. It was also the nicest BW I've stayed in. The building is new and nicely done, rooms are comfortable, and the staff is excellent. And two kinds of waffles! There's a convenient gas station and car wash across the street just before the freeway entrance south.

Thank you for the review, our hotel is actually 22 years old, but we keep great care of it, we also offer 4 different flavors of waffles in additional to the scrmabled eggs, bacon, and hasbron. Inside the gas station across the street are the best carne asade burritos in the area.

The rooms were clean. We got a "deluxe" room. It had two queen beds, a small table with chair, a sitting chair. I'm not sure what made them consider it a "deluxe" room though. The bathroom was so small the door couldn't be opened all the way. But it was very clean. The manager provided super good service. When we called to make the reservations we were quoted a price with tax, when I received the email confermation it was the quoted price plus tax on top. I emailed her back and it was fixed the following day before we even left on our trip. The facilities were just average but the staff took care of us so giving them 4 stars. Pros: Indoor pool Clean Friendly staff Staff fixed issues right away (unpleasant odor and phone not working in first room but they moved us right away) Continental breakfast (the waffles and toppings were great!) Refrigerator in room Microwave in room (asked for this when we called to make reservation) Coupon for free appetizer at Texas Roadhouse (front desk offered this when asking about places to eat) Cons: Small bathroom Expensive for what we received Cold pool Suggestions to make better: Some sort of free snacks for kids in lobby (fruit, cookies, crackers, etc) Heat the pool more so it isn't ice cold!! More variety at breakfast (French toast sticks, other yogurt flavors, a different brand of muffins that aren't so dry, other danishes/pastries for example). Overall we had a good experience and would stay here again if the price was good.

Thank you for all the great awesome feedback. I value hearing from our guests, it provides us an opportunity to see our hotel through the lens of our guests. You were upgrade from a Standard Double Queen to a Deluxe Double Queen because of your ELITE Status with Best Western Rewards. There are some major upgrades in the deluxe room. Larger TV, Larger Fridge and the biggest difference is the actually sleeping room is MUCH larger than our standard room. I am confident you would notices these difference if you stayed in a standard room.

Had such a good stay! The fact that they had a twenty four hour pool was awesome. With my work I never would of got to go for a swim due to the late hours we work. Place was clean and updated. Had a great stay!

Glad you enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that is included with your stay. I love the hot fresh waffles. just for the record because I know others will read this review. Our swimming pool is open 10am to 10pm, it is literally the largest indoor pool of all hotels in the area.

After eating dinner at a nice local buffet, Chuck-a-rama, we arrived back at the motel only to find a truck and trailer unloading parked across multiple handicapped parking spaces. After talking to the night clerk, we were told that this is a regular occurrence at this Best Western. Night clerk offered to have the truck moved after I already parked in a spot away from the entrance and was calling him from our room!!! Besides the local police department which may look down upon regular illegal parking in a handicapped zone, perhaps Best Western management may need to look at this "policy" to see if there are untrue statements about how compliant they are with ADA rules.

Thank you for sharing your observation with me. We do not have a policy where we permit loading and unloading in handicap stalls. I was never aware this was a common occurrence. I will definitely work with the hotel team to tackle this problem. Once again, thank you for bringing this to the management's attention.

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel always had a great staff very friendly staff. The breakfast is yummy. I always have the eggs, but my kids love the waffle bar. The beds are super soft and four pillows on each bed, which I love.

Stayed at the Best Western for one night. The hotel is very clean, the rooms were comfortable. Staff was helpful. The breakfast setup was done professionally. There was a large variety of items to choose from.The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. I stayed there because it was close to an activity that I was attending. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in that area. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel a few months back and were very impressed with the breakfast. We only stayed one night back in December of 2016 and decided it would be our go-to hotel when visiting family in the area. The breakfast was just as I remembered. My favorite part of the breakfast is the choice of different waffle batter flavors. I would love to see some flavored syrups to compliment the batter flavors in the future. The staff at breakfast was very courteous and friendly. I didn't catch his name but Sunday morning while I was holding my infant as my wife got breakfast for her and our daughter, a gentleman came up and asked if he could get a plate of food ready for me since I had my hands full. Top notch service.

We have a good experience staying at Best Western as they are one of the hotels we can always count on to provide us a room where 5 can sleep comfortably for a good value. Our stay this time was a short one as we arrived late and left early. Staff were great and room was clean and comfortable. The location was easy to find late at night. Breakfast was great with several waffle mix options which we thought was a great touch.

Thane, thank you for all the great feedback. Our hotel was recently renovated, seems like you enjoyed everything we did. Someone right before you suggested we offer different flavored syrup. I think that's a great idea, like he said it would compliment the different flavors of waffle batter.

Shannon was amazingly accommodating making sure each of my 20 family members were fed a great breakfast. Camilla at the front desk did a fabulous job in ensuring our room accommodations were great and we had all we needed to be comfortable! We stay here often and always feel comfortable here. It is also a central location for us and our family. The personnel are always VERY helpful. Breakfast is varied and easily accessed...and good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. And it is quiet even for being close to the interstate.

The room in this Non Smoking hotel was smelly from previous smokers. Eleven hours after previous guests checked out, the staff had still not resolved the smoky problem. Allergies and a too-fat pillow prevented a good night's sleep.

Easy off and on access to freeway. Very comfortable beds. Quiet in spite of proximity to freeway. Very close to many interesting attractions. Great pool. We travel to this area frequently now that we have family members living here and prefer staying at this centrally located facility in the Salt Lake Valley.

Front desk personnel were very friendly but only one person was available at check in over 4th of July weekend. Phone rang continuously and wasn't answered. Line at front desk to check in was long. Travelwise lists this hotel as newly renovated but our room had a very loud air conditioner that barely kept the room cool, very noisy upstairs guests, maids who spoke no English, and a very loud pool area. Breakfast was good. Paid for room on July 4th when we left and got copy of bill. Found out day's later there was a charge on our credit card for an additional $160.13. Called hotel and was told charge was for smoking in the room which I know never happened and they can present no proof of the issue. Must need additional revenue for supposed "renovations". We have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 5 years and never had this happen previously. Won't be staying there again! Suggest you find somewhere else to stay like Springhill Suites at Thanksgiving Point only 5 miles away. Have stayed there 5 times in past 5 years with no problems.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel and we stay here often during our visits to Utah. It is close in proximity to both SLC and Provo and is right off of the Interstate. It is also very close to many shops, outlet malls, restaurants and cinemas so everything you could need is within minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the free breakfast is a bonus.

Thank you for the review, our entire hotel is recently renovated. We updated every area of the hotel. We have been in the process of installing a new elevator and just got the finally approval to use it.

Okay room. Bed was a little lumpy. We needed a "wheelchair" accessible room but was given what they said was a handicapped room. Room was narrow and wheelchair couldn't turn around. Had to back up only.

I really appreciate feedback like this, we recently renovated our guest rooms. We put a lot of thought into how we can make our room more accessible for wheel chairs. The room you received is a wheel chair accessible bathroom with a roll in shower. I commit next time we renovate our rooms, I will pay closer attention to the sleeping room area.

We arrived on a Wednesday late morni g and a room was not available yet. However, they allowed us to hang in the lobby and use the Wi-Fi. The lobby is similar to an oversized living room. It has comfortable chairs which were nice to work on a laptop. Once we did check in our room is very clean and up-to-date. Both beds are comfortable. For a place to stay that is quiet and clean, I would recommend this location.

Bathroom ceiling had quite a bit of mold. Paid a premium price for a sub par room. Location was good, lobby decor was updated and clean. Bed had been well used. Did not stay for breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel, especially for the price.

We were in town for my grandson's first birthday, and we couldn't have been more comfortable! Spencer checked us in and was very friendly and gave us a great rate on our room. We stayed in the 2-room suite (#236) and it was perfect for a night owl and an early bird- I could get up early and work in the "living room" while my daughter slept in. It was so much better than a standard hotel room! The room had a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and sink, which were very nice since the hotel is located right across from a grocery store. We could walk across the street, buy food, and bring it back to the room so we could have snacks/food late at night. In the morning, the breakfast spread was expansive- coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, juice, fruit, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, cereal, toast, biscuits, waffles, eggs, bacon, and sausage... not sure what else you could want! Overall, probably the best hotel experience that I have ever had. Thanks!

This is a great hotel to stay at for business or pleasure. Great location with lots of places to eat nearby. Large pool and jacuzzi but didnt have the time to enjoy that. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

In town for a family wedding. Best Western Timpanogas Inn was perfectly located close to family with quick access to the interstate. Stayed in a handicapped accessible room which meet my mother's needs perfectly! The hot breakfast was yummy and so convenient. We have stayed at this hotel various times and the staff has always been super accomadating. Looking of an inexpensive comfortable place to stay... this is your place.

Typical Best Western except I was surprised that there wasn't a microwave in the room. Looking at the amenities I noticed it said "some" rooms have microwaves. Should have looked closer as I usually need a microwave. But the room was clean and comfortable. Fairly typical breakfast.

I usually stay at Hilton properties; Best Western has disappointed me in the past. We needed a room for BYU April graduation, and the Provo hotels were charging double their usual rates. Lehi was not too far away, and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this Inn was, and we paid a normal rate. The room seemed a bit larger than usual; there was a safe in the room; typical indoor pool and hot tub; small exercise room. We stayed 3 days, and the breakfast was the same every day and did not have as many choices as most other hotels. About a block away you'll find the Lehi Roller Mills; they have a gift shop. Overall, my experience was so positive that I will consider staying at a Best Western again in the future.

As you noticed by the quality of our hotel we recently completed a full renovation. We're just weeks away from having an elevator installed. Our FREE hot breakfast includes scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, build your own waffle bar, built your own yogurt parfait bar, muffins and fresh fruit. What items would you liked to have been offered on our breakfast?

Heading back to Colorado but stopped at this hotel because of a traffic jam on the freeway in the evening. Excellent service and hotel is extremely clean. Would stay here again. Breakfast a fairly typical hotel hot breakfast. Eggs are a bit odd, perhaps Egg Beaters, but tasted fine.

This is a normal Best Western. Great service clean rooms. I didn't get my normal up grade which was a disappointment but other than that I was satisfied. Breakfast was normal. The do have a pool of you like to swim.

Thank you or the review, sorry we were unable to upgrade you but I am glad to hear we have done a good job in the past. Hopefully we don't make it a trend. We have the largest indoor swimming pool in the area, 24,000 gallons.

I had a relaxing time at this hotel. The employees were kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good and there was a bowling alley just across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

When was younger I thought about making bowling my career, but I could never score more than 88 haha so next time you're here lets go together. Maybe you could teach me a trick or two.

Large clean rooms. Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices! There was a power outage the first night. The staff handled it very professionally going out of their way to locate a flashlight for my 80 year old father-in-law.

The night the power went out we felt we could have been more well prepared, so we went out and purchased multiple plug in rechargeable flashlights. We created a power station where everything is plugged. I am glad you enjoyed the breakfast as you know we serve our FREE Hot Breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30am. Biscuits & gravy, sausage, has browns, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, 4 flavors of Belgium waffles, 3 types of cereal, build your own yogurt parfait bar)

I would gladly stay at this hotel again. The pool and spa were clean. Breakfast was great, and the staff worked diligently at keeping it stocked, even toward the end of breakfast time. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet, even though close to I-15. The staff was very helpful.

I travel a lot, 200 days each year. I often stay at this hotel when I'm in Utah. It's a good central location to everywhere I need to go. Almost any type of food or store you might want within 1 mile. Hotel is always clean and staff is courteous. Seth is especially helpful and went out of his way to take care of us. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I would change is having a microwave in the room. I fix my own food a lot so I can eat a little healthier and I get tired of restaurants, so I microwave makes it a lot nicer. I'd recommend to stay here and I'll be back again I'm sure.

Our family stayed 2 nights here as we visited local attractions. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, price was right and the pool provided for some great times for the kids. I am always looking for a hassle free experience while traveling, especially with my family, and I have never had any issues with Best Western. I would recommend this hotel chain to anyone.

Newly renovated, rooms are very up to date, staff is very helpful and the continental breakfast was very good. Easy to get to off I-15 W, no road noise from the interstate. Lots of restaurants, stores and business just over the freeway on the east side of I-15

fantastic review, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the rest of the world. I agree, our location is ideal. Convenient freeway access, nearby restaurants and shopping. Did you know that we renovated the entire hotel just a few months ago? We also are just weeks away from having an elevator installed.

We stayed one night while travelling through, we found the room was clean, quiet and enjoyed a good nights rest. Employees were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was adequate but we would have liked some fruit but didn't see any there.

Excellent hotel - has been recently updated and we enjoyed this hotel in the past before the renovations. The access to this hotel from the interstate and the quality of restaurants and retail stores nearby is excellent.

Friendly staff, Good breakfast, great pool and exercise facilities. Room was very clean and comfortable. did notice a musty damp Oder when A/C was left on. We only noticed it when we first walked into room after that it was not present.

After staying the previous night at the Hyatt Place in Lehi, this is a few steps down. At both Hotels I stayed in an ADD room. The room here at the BW Timpanogos Inn was small. It's bathroom was nice, big, and accessible, TV worked great. This is the first hotel I have visited in years that did not have a blow dryer and provided only the amenities of shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. The fitness center had 4 pieces of equipment. I was surprised 15 minutes into the workout that the lights turned off. The motion sensor wouldn't detect motion on one side of the room (safety issue). There is no elevator in this 2 floor hotel. The walls have insufficient sound insulation. The breakfast was fine. Employees were pleasant.

thank you for your honest review, I am sad to read that you felt our hotel was a step down from others you have visited. We really take pride in the services and amenities that we offer. We recently completed a full renovation of the entire property, the elevator is about 75% complete, which should be fully operational in a few more weeks. Hair dryers are located in an open faced boxed cubical right below the sink, we may have to reevaluate where we are placing our amenities if guests are having a difficult time locating them. if you're back in the area, I would be thrilled if you considered to stay with us again, I would love to personally offer you a tour of the property.

Booked a room here to spend a birthday weekend with my daughter. The price was right and the room was comfortable. The pool was cool in temperature but my girls liked going back and forth from the hot tub to the pool. The only thing I didn't like was the small bathroom, just felt cramped but other than that we greatly enjoyed our night here.

The Best Western Timpanogos Inn is just as nice as the much more expensive hotels in the area. It was perfectly clean, newly renovated, and extremely quiet. Our kids loved the waffle maker at the free breakfast and my wife loved the pool and gym.

This hotel is tucked away close to the interstate, quiet and excellent. You enter your rooms from the inside. They have a pool and hot tub and excellent full breakfast. it's close to local shops and restaurants. All staff are great willing to accommodate any need. Great for families or business travel.

Included full service breakfast which was very convenient. Good location for the purpose of our visit (family wedding). Staff was very accommodating with our "special needs" mother. Provided us with a ground floor handicap room and took delivery of an oxygen concentrator for us prior to our arrival.

I enjoyed the artwork in the halls and lobby of the hotel with the local mountain scenes. Hotel undergoing a bit of renovation... but its coming along well. The staff is very personable and friendly, and a pleasure to return to visit regularly.

yes our hotel is now about 99% renovated, we recently started installing new automatic front lobby doors and we'll soon start installing an elevator

I'm a rewards member at best western so I got an upgrade this time to a king suite, really nice room. Big windows large walk-in shower, room for 4?? bathroom was very roomie as well. Room had a desk, sink microwave mini double refrigerator and a couch. I will decadently be staying at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly and kind.

We've stayed here many times and this hotel doesn't disappoint! The rooms have all been newly updated and the beds/pillows very comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool, hot tub and a newly added small workout room. The hot breakfast served every morning is a nice bonus! The location of the hotel is good for visiting local sites...30 minutes from Salt Lake City and 30 minutes from Provo/Sundance. It is conveniently located right off of I-15 with a vast variety of restaurants and shopping minutes away in American Fork. By far the best thing about this hotel is the staff...they are friendly and accommodating in every way. We look forward to visiting here again soon!

We found this to be an average Best Western. It was clean but we found our room kind of small. Entry was nice and breakfast was nice. Location was convenient. The price of this room made it a good value.

We were driving back to the SLC airport from the National Parks and needed a nice clean place to sleep before going home. I was looking online at various websites as my husband drove. I called Best Western Timpanogos and made a deal for a room. When we checked in, the lobby area was clean and nice. The pool and hottub were right off of the lobby. There is no elevator so we carried our bags to the second floor room. It was clean, had 2 queen beds and a small bathroom. The vanity is outside of the bathroom. Everything worked and the room was clean. We used the hottub and had a great night's sleep. The next morning, we had a great breakfast with hot eggs, sausage, toast and yogurt. There was juice, tea and coffee. We relaxed at a nice table and read the paper. We then used the computers to print boarding passes before leaving for the airport. If you want a clean room for a decent price, give Best Western Timpanagos Inn a try.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious with a sitting chair as well as a desk. Breakfast was great and well stocked. This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our loop of Utah's national parks.

Best Western Lehi 2 Sept Rating 10+. Very clean, very spacious room with settee. Lots of lighting. Bedside lamp each side of VERY comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Big bathroom with semi-separate toilet, excellent shower with plenty of towels and hair drier. Separate kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities and fridge with small freezer compartment. Excellent coin guest laundry. Just $1 per load each for washer and drier. Iron & ironing board in our room. Heated pool. Excellent breakfast. Very clean, quiet motel. Helpful, friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on way to Yellowstone.

We stayed at the Best Western Timpanagos in Lehi, UT. It was a welcome relief after a long day of driving for us. The hotel was easy to locate, the staff was most gracious and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. It was good to be off the road and in a nice room resting. I just needed a place to crash after a night shift and then spend the night as well. It was perfect. Not very noisy. Clean. Comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. If you need a quick getaway and a nice place to stay, this is the place I would recommend.

We need a hotel to stay at between houses but had a dog. No boarding available for several days. This was the only decent hotel in the area which took pets. Staff very friendly and professional. Public areas very clean. Room was clean and comfortable.

We loved the location and the amenities of this Best Western in Lehi. It is in a location where we can get to all the areas of the Salt lake City sights that we like to visit. The service was great. The pool hours worked for us and the pool was clean!

Just spent a night here, but the place was very nice. Good rooms and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast buffet and good wi-fi. There's lots of restaurants and other convinces in the area...didn't get much chance for sight-seeing though. I would stay here again.

It was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast had a great selection and the food was excellent. The only thing that I would of changed was the bathroom. It was okay but it was small.

Don't overlook this place. It is great! My family and I stayed in this hotel for a week and I only had 1 complaint. If you book a room on a special budget price then prepare to get a cramped bathroom. Other than that this place was perfect. It was spotlessly clean in the room, halls and lobby. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly and polite. There is a McDonalds across the street and a Wendy's two businesses down connected to a gas station. The freeway on ramp is very close by so it's easy to find. The parking is free. Free WiFi. Our breakfast was included but you have to get to it before 9:30am or you go hungry.

This it the third time I have stayed at this property. I was impressed to see new carpeting and improvements in the room. Bed very comfortable and staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good too, but could have used more fruit.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I was given a phenomenal price. The free breakfast was as good as any, the rooms were extremely clean and up to date with it's design, and the staff was beyond exceptional. I would stay there anytime and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a perfect experience.

Stayed one night and the hotel tried to charge me for another customer that had stayed multiple nights. Desk person was very confused and couldn't get the charges correct and couldn't print a receipt but assured us the issue was corrected. Just checked my credit card charges and was over charged for the room. What a mess.

Driving up to the is hotel, I questioned my decision to stay at this location. The exterior is a bit plain and there were bugs everywhere (not much the motel could do about this). Check-in was a disaster. We had a very long wait 20 minute wait while the only employee in the hotel tried to figure out adjoining rooms for the customer in front of me. We had requested first floor as we had a lot of luggage and were told that there were no rooms on the first floor and that there was not an elevator on site. This meant hauling all of items upstairs. After he noted that request on our reservation, he was able to find a first floor room. Finally, got checked in and from then on the stay was really pretty good. The beds were very comfortable and the room cooled down nicely. TV service seemed to be low definition which was disappointing. Breakfast was very good. Table and food area was very clean. Service was much, much better in the morning. , but had to give service two stars as the check-in process was so bad. The hotel needs some TLC. Per the website, it is scheduled to be remodeled. This review was pre-remodel.

The manager went out of his way to accommodate us by getting us into our room early as I had surgery and needed to lie down ASAP. Was greatly appreciated. Like the new update to decor in the hotel we have stayed here many times and will continue to do so whenever in the area.

VERY reasonably-priced rooms with professional staff and exceptionally clean rooms and facilities. Easy to recommend! Great location to SLC and surrounding cities/communities. Value and cleanliness is an excellent brand with ease of access and seemed to be in a very safe area within area surrounding many areas that travelers should know about!

Not the best, best western I have stayed in. So noisy I got hardly any sleep. Comfortable room and bed. Surfaces could have been cleaner. The check process was very long. Only one clerk helping, but others standing behind the counter not helping. Was just not a great experience.

The Best Western Timpanogos Inn in Lehi, Utah, was very easy to find. There the check-in process went very smoothly and so did check-out. The room was nice for a single night stay and the beds were very comfortable (firm style mattress). Breakfast was okay, but unremarkable, convenient that it was included and well-presented. I'd definitely stay here again if I wanted a location shortly south of Salt Lake City.

This Best Western was very easy to find. Check-in was very smooth. So was check-out. Breakfast was okay, but unremarkable, convenient that it was included and well presented. I'd definitely stay here again. Oy - 200 characters minimum for a review and I don't have that much to say.

Very nice room , and a very clean hotel with a great breakfast buffet ! There is no elevator , no outdoor pool, no bellman but only 2 stories ! The room was very spacious but bathroom was small. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the highways .

Dirty, overpriced and outdated. Rooms still had previous guests items in it (dirty sock on the floor and sunglasses left in drawer). We were in Utah for a wedding and this was the recommended hotel due to a discounted rate for the wedding which wasn't even that good. Still paid $100.00 a night! Upon arrival, we stood at the front desk for 10 mins waiting for the kid at the front desk to finish chatting on his cell before we were even acknowledged and checked in. No elevator to the second floor so you would have to haul your heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs to reach the second floor. Not a big deal for us personally but anyone of a certain age or anyone with an injury/disability would struggle and have to stay on the 1st floor. Hotel was very outdated and dirty. Doors didn't secure very well. Guests smoking pot in their room causing the entire second floor to reek of skunk. I have stayed at road side motels that were hands down cleaner and better bang for your buck. You pay for the name Best Western for this location and nothing more. Avoid this hotel if you are heading out to Lehi UT. There are many more places to choose from. I am by no means a "hotel snob" but when your child doesn't even want to sleep under the covers because of the conditions that says something. Very disappointed.

The rooms looked newly renovated and the staff and pool area are nice. Downsides: there were a ton of kids running up and down the hallway because someone was having a birthday party at the hotel. I had to go out and tell them to go away from our room because our dog was barking every time they would run by making noise. If people are going to have parties they should be not allowed to run around the entire hotel. Also, if you stay here make sure you are on the 2nd floor because the noise of people walking above you all night makes for terrible sleep.

Our stay here was relaxing and enjoyable. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the indoor pool very well used. There were laundry facilities (which we used) and a fitness centre (which we should have). Within walking distance there were food options and family entertainment and a short drive away were many many more food, shopping and other entertainment options. We even had a view of Mt Timpanogos from our room. If we return to Lehi we will stay here again although our room would hopefully be scheduled for an update in the next few years.

The staff who provided the breakfast did an amazing job. They always had the food hot and ready. We were with a large family group and they went out of their way to make sure everyone had what they needed. The beds were comfortable and the staff helpful.

Excellent beds, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and breakfast. Main thing I missed is a TV channel that provides a cable TV Guide so I can quickly see what is on each channel for the next few hours. Bathroom was very nice but also very small - hard to close the door if someone is outside the tub (but the wash basin in not in the bath room). Building was being renovated so the exercise room was not available part of the time and there was some noise and parking inconvenience during the day; but the staff was very accommodating and readily agreed to a some discount as compensation.

The staff was excellent in every respect. Seth, the manager, in particular went out of his way to make us feel like we were in our home away from home. Room was clean, comfortable. Excellent location!

My family and I stayed one night at the Best Western Timpanogas Inn In Lehi. We were upgraded to a family suite instead of a regular double queen (no complaints here!). The staff is very friendly and professional. They offer a complimentary breakfast in the lobby, but we didn't wake up in time. That's how comfy the beds are! We slept great! Good location just off I-15. Close to shopping and food options. Our only hangup, was what sounded like loud plumbing could be heard through the walls. Kids loved the indoor pool. I would recommend the Best Western Timpanogas Inn to anyone looking to stay in Lehi.

The staff was extreme friendly and helpful in giving us direction in places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. the breakfast was good but all hotel breakfasts seem to be about the same. The main advantage was the quality of the rooms and the staff.

This hotel was nice, but the entrance was all blocked off and the entrys were a mess because of the construction. All other aspects of the hotel were nice. I felt a bit uneasy because the outside doors were never locked late at night.

It felt dirty and is under construction. Couldn't find how to get to room, part of the roads were blocked. The check-in guy didn't tell us how, We drove around looking for an alternate entrance. Carpets in hallway dirty.

This motel was a great value for the money after the expensive motels near the national parks. We had a room large enough for a king bed, sofa and coffee table, and writing desk. I believe our room had been recently redone as others were being worked on while we were there. The best room we had on our three-week trip. Great staff, thanks Aaron! Our only complaint was that the hot tub was really more of a "warm" tub and we really needed a hot tub after hiking. Highly recommended.

We came to Lehi for an All State Golf Tournament and banquet. The hotel was in a great location, easy to find and close to restaurants. The general manager was great to help us with a late check out in the early evening so our son could come back and shower and relax before going to the banquet. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks again!

It was an Awesome experience. the breakfast was great had a lot of varieties. Staff was always helpful and cheerful. there was a lot of parking and tons of restaurants and stores close by that was very helpful. Cleanliness was 100% and Housekeepers were helpful.

Ended up here after my "reserved" handicap room was inaccessible in Fillmore Utah. The desk clerk was very helpful, the room was big , clean & comfy, and the breakfast choices were far more varied than usual. Another big plus was that Costco was just down the street.

very nice and I would recommend it to anyone, and enjoyed the wounderful breakfasts. I plan on staying there in the future. What more can I say, when your good , your good. Thanks Sean and staff for all you have done for us.

Very nice hotel, nice pool and spa, great internet connection and very comfortable bed! Only down-fall is that if one is on a family vacation and gets put on the second floor there is NO elevator to use cart to carry all the luggage up to room, with 2 adults it took us four trips up and down (good exercise) to bring everything up, but besides that I'd stay there again...

We keep coming back. Its a nice place to rest and recharge right off the I-15 highway where its easy on and off. There is a grocery store and several restaurants nearby so you can refuel easy for the next day on the road.

We stayed at the Best Western Timpanogas Inn in April 2016. The first thing we noticed was the exceptionally friendly greeting we received at the front desk. That proved to be true for all of the staff during the days we stayed here. Their friendly helpfulness is not a surprise considering at least some of the staff are also students at nearby BYU. This hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was clean and quite comfortable. For me there are a few simple requirements for an enjoyable hotel stay: 1. A comfortable bed, bedding and quality pillows. Every night we slept soundly here. Very nice. 2. If the a/c + heating is a window unit, it should be quiet enough to not be disturbing while maintaining the desired room temperature. It should not direct air at our heads while asleep. We never even noticed the a/c while it ran. Check. Reasonable vanity counter space. Not a large space here but we had what we needed. 3. A flat reasonably large corner shelf in the shower (missing in many hotels, even high end brands), decent water pressure, and a plus when there is a light over the shower to facilitate shaving. All present here. Also, the towels were larger and higher quality than those usually found in moderately priced hotels. The bathroom door expanded from the warmer spring temperatures, so it needed some maintenance to close properly and the bathroom fan was rattly. 4. A full size work desk and comfortable office chair with easily accessible power outlet. Done. The free WiFi service is decent speed and requires a log in (though the connections are not secure as is hotel-typical). There is a fairly large flat screen TV and a good couch. There was no power outlet on the bed side tables (usually provided in the base of the lamp), so I had to use an external battery to charge my battery after reading in bed. The indoor pool and whirlpool are normal in size for a Best Western, but my wife especially enjoyed swimming with the temperature to her liking. The whirlpool water was cool our first night but the staff corrected it immediately and the temperature quickly rose to what is normal for most hotels, i.e., not hot, but sufficiently warm with good action jets. The free breakfast was the same every day, but it was a good start for our mornings. Scrambled egg mix (with or without ham bits), sausage links, three waffle machines (most BW have just one) with a variety of waffle batters, biscuit and gravy, cereals, breads, juices and other drinks including hot chocolate. I was impressed with the young lady who worked hard every morning to keep everything in order in the breakfast area. The Timpanogas Inn is well placed for when we visit family in this area and it was a very nice stay for us, so we'll be coming here often in the future. This hotel is pretty nice. The young man at check it was very kind and helpful. They have free wifi and breakfast. Complimentary coffee. We did find hair in our bathroom on the floor. I was laying on the bed and a spider crawled past me. Hoping there is not more.

The room was older but it had beeen upgraded so it was fine. The common areas, especially the rugs in the hallways need some upgrading, but in general it is a fine property. We didn't find noise to be a problem and we were the closest room to the freeway. We did sleep with the window closed. The problems we encountered were: the WiFi quit last night, there was a faint smell of smoke in the room, and the breakfast this morning was out of many items by 08:00. The banana and the salty eggs, however, were great.

We were in town for BYU graduation and needed a convenient place for an overnight stay. Timpanogos Inn has easy access to I-15 which was a plus for this trip. The room was very clean, the bed were very comfortable, and everything worked. The only downside, and this is common in freeway oriented hotels, is that there's no real walkable neighborhood. There is a Macy's grocery store nearby, but you're definitely in an automobile dominated environment, so expect that.

The hotel was clean and newly remodeled. The staff were very helpful; there was a miscommunication between the hotel and trivago but the clerk was able to get us into a larger room at no extra charge. The breakfast had a nice variety and was very good. The pool area was well cared for. If I had one less positive thing to say would be that it is a bit hard to get to even though it is close to the freeway, but with my GPS it wasn't a major issue. I felt like it was a great value for the cost.

easy for Garmin to find, lots of restaurants near by, near to Thanksgiving Point, Thanksgiving Point exit easy for Garmin to find, BUT visitor to Thanksgiving Point needs look for land marks, a drunken sailor laid out the streets. I look for the farm buildings, pastures, and corrals.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Starting with the reservation and continuing through our stay the staff showed a great desire to help us have a pleasant lodging experience. They are very friendly and go out of their way to see that the needs of guests are met in a timely manner. There are several good eating places that are very close. The free breakfast was delicious.

We had a great stay "just for fun" with our boys. They loved the pool and hot tub (which were spacious and heated to just the right temperatures.) Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Super happy with our choice to stay here.

Expected a bit better for the price. Try other nearby hotels with same price bracket. Our room smelled of smoke and overlooked I-15. Try to be as far as possible from freeway. First floor probably quieter.

To much to write. Terrible place to stay. Noisy, dirty, carpets in the hall were gross, long hair on our pillows & floor in bathroom & carpet in the room. To much to put into words. Breakfast was not what we expected. So we tried to eat the eggs, the ham was so salty & mixed into the eggs. The sausage was old & wrinkled because we didn't eat at 6:30, we ate at 9:00. Everything was not fresh. Gross!!!!! The room was noisy, we were put on the first floor because we arrived at 12 noon, & we were early. So that's what we were told was the only room ready. Loud walking above us all night. I so hated this stay. I have stayed in Hotels for less $ & enjoyed every minute. After all people this was Lehi not Salt Lake downtown. Get your act together. FREEWAY NOISE AWFUL!

Nice and clean hotel with high ceilings and lots of room to move around. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with tons of options. my kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. They were also remodeling so it's just going to get better.

The hotel was one I stay at from time to time in Utah. I travel through on business and they welcome me with nice staff at the front desk and a problem free visit every time. I am looking forward for m next one when I get stranded there again.

We checked in on a Thursday evening, with very few cars in parking lot. When we got to our room, it had a horrible, overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke. We asked for a new room, and were told that was the room we had to keep, as they were sold out. There was hardly anyone at the hotel. Not happy at all. Had to have the window open for fresh air, and it was about 45F outside. :(

We were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and nice facilities. My only minor complaint would be the complimentary breakfast. It was fine, nothing extraordinary, but some of the drinks were empty or unavailable, and wasn't really kept stocked up. We had to ask for several things. The food wasn't great, but not many complimentary breakfasts are. It served its purpose though. Would definitely stay here again regardless.

I stay at a lot of Best Western across the country. even with construction the faculty, the breakfast , the staff are excellent From the check in to check out the was a great experience. For thew price there is no better Hotel in the Lehi area

The staff and crew were all great the rooms were nice and clean the beds were comfy and everything worked , the TV remotes don't work so well and you have no info as to where to tune for what you would like to see

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The new bathtub is pretty cheap and creaks loudly when you stand in it to shower. Overall the room was very clean, neat and tidy. The price was very inexpensive but maybe that was because of the renos. Breakfast was typical but good. Mattress was excellent.

Despite that the website says microwaves under Guest Room Amenities, and the last time I stayed here they did have them, they DO NOT now, only the family suites & one in breakfast room. I was told that they just remodeled and removed the micros. Interesting decision, lets lessen the amenities! This is another place where the TV is not only screwed into place so you can't move it closer to where you are watching from, its also on a high chest, not eye level, AND its placed at the rear of the chest. "Lets locate the TVs about as far as we can from the people watching it." My check in took about 20 minutes. Front desk person kept having to call his manager. In spite of the fact that the online reservation form has a spot for 'special request', and I put TOP FLOOR, they had me on a 1st floor room. They did move me, but took forever! Both of the mini fridges I used froze my food and soft drinks. In the 2nd room I gave up and didn't put much in there. Turned all the way close to off, still frozen soft drinks, grapes, granola bars! Huge disappointment, I expect more from a PLUS hotel, but I see on the website its no longer listed this way.

Joshua was very nice checking us in, the night was cold & he offered us hot coco, it was good! The room was clean, cozy, very nicely decorated, the bed was so comfortable, we never heard the heater run, so either they're very quiet or it didn't ran, but the room temperature was perfect! The breakfast room is really nice with great variety of tasty warm food. We really enjoyed our stay.I'm sad I didn't have my bathing suit with me, the pool & hot tub looked very nice & clean.

I was very impressed with most everything about the hotel. Everyone was friendly, the lobby was beautiful, and the room was immaculately clean. The only thing i would work on (only because I'm the head housekeeper at my Best Western) would be t tuck the beds tighter at the bottom and smooth them out more. But that's just me. Overall a wonderful experience at a beautiful hotel.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Various breakfast items. Loved the pool and hot tub. Easy access from interstate. Room has nice amenities, particularly for handicapped individuals like us. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking lot wasn't plowed in the handicapped spaces. Good thing I was in a four-wheel drive! It's near lots of everyday stores, like the grocery, gas and restaurants too.

love staying here we stay every time we are going to spend some quality time with family seeing as we only live like 2 hours away but it is nice to have such a great place to stay over night and the staff is great they are always so helpful and welcoming. we will always choose to stay here.

We first stopped by when we were desperate and tired. We had such a positive experience I booked it right away when we knew we were coming back. Little things are standard like the fridge in the room. Working pool and hot tub. Great hot breakfast with extra yummy toppings for my waffle!

We were greeted by a desk clerk who eagerly helped get our luggage up to our room (I was on crutches and my wife has a bad shoulder). There isn't an elevator and most of the first floor was being renovated so we couldn't get moved to the first floor. Our room was a renovated room and was nicely appointed. The pool/hot tub area was clean and well kept. The breakfast items were consistently kept well stocked and the friendly staff kept the tables and breakfast area clean. We had a good stay and would eagerly return.

Stopped here on our way home to Phoenix. Good location - lots of restaurants nearby - onsite breakfast had many items from hot & cold cereal, eggs, muffins, juice & coffee - nicely presented. Our room was large, comfortable & clean. The bed was very comfy. Unfortunately, we were located on the 2nd fl kind of over the pool area and we could here everything coming up from the people enjoying the pool. Also we could hear everything coming from the rooms next to us. In spite of the noise issue it was a nice hotel.

The property was much better than I expected from it's 2.5 star rating. Clean and well appointed it proved to be a very good value. With easy access from the highway, the hotel is located near every servcie you can imagine. Groceries, gas, restaurants, sporting goods, big box, auto, and etc are all within 1 to 10 min. drive.

We always stay at this hotel when in this area. Even while doing renovation it was nice. Only complaint is that they don't have an elevator. Getting older makes it hard to get up stairs. But all in all we had a great time. Went to movie near by and out for a nice dinner. Had celebrated Christmas with family on prior Sunday so was just the two of us.

Having been here I find the hotel a worthwhile place to stop in and stay. The place is clean and it was a fresh newly remodeled room, in a facility undergoing construction to have more updated rooms coming soon.

We came in at 10:00 pm and were immediately helped. Relaxed, friendly, felt safe leaving luggage out in the car. I Wish my husband brought his swim suit. Great waffle condiments at breakfast! There was no problem checking out, we just left the keys in the room.

This place should be a Best Western Plus! Very nice clean hotel! Staff was awesome and very friendly! Nice quiet location but still close to town. Pool is big and really nice too! Breakfast was good! My kids loved this place! Will stay again soon!

Quick check in staff was friendly. better than average breakfast, hot items, enjoyed the extra toppings for the waffles. Good location with easy access from freeway close to restaurants etc.. I would stay there again. Did not use the pool but looked nice.

We stayed there with our small dog and the staff were very nice. Seth front desk manager was very helpful with questions. Chantelle in the Breakfast room was so attentive and the food was good and hot. The director of operations was also very accomodating with a question I had. Nice place to stay with a place for the dogs to do their jobs. They were renovating the top floor so it will be even better when we come next time. We would definitely stay again.

Clean quiet best hotel for the price in Lehi. Breakfast had scrambled eggs sausage apples bananas waffles mini muffins juices toast and cereals. Pool jacuzzi empty during the week full of kids on the weekend. Kind attentive staff. Good overall experience.

We booked a couple rooms for our family. Upon arriving we were told that we were NOT getting the rooms we booked that were large and had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Instead, they told us we were getting small rooms that just had two queen beds. This left part of our family without a bed to sleep. We were told that they had changed our reservations because the rooms we had booked have water damage. The front desk person did not offer any accommodations in order to make up for the lack of beds. We reluctantly asked for cots and we were given one. The rooms were non-smoking rooms, but when we got to our rooms we found them to smell strongly of smoke and a foul odor. The pool that was supposed to be heated was ice cold and no one would get in it. I find it very unprofessional and despicable that this hotel changed our reservations without our knowledge and did not offer us anything in order to better accommodate us since they weren't able to give us the rooms we had booked. When we informed them that the pool was ice cold they said they would look into it and did nothing to change the temperature even though it was supposed to be a heated pool. I would not stay in this hotel again. I do NOT trust this hotel at all. Save yourself the frustration and stress and stay at a better hotel. This one definitely isn't concerned about losing any customers.

Poor Customer Service, Dirty Carpets, Rooms were very dark and cramped. Bathroom is remarkably small. Fitness center advertised no longer existed and being the only reason we booked this hotel over another we complained, but to no avail or monetary adjustment. When asked about interesting things to do local were told "nothing". Swimming pool was freezing cold, even children couldn't tolerate it and crammed in the hot tub instead. Breakfast was ok except for the hard as rock waffles. There are very few hotels I have stayed at that I wouldn't return to-this is definitely one.

Pleasant, easy-to-find hotel off I-15 without much noise and near Thanksgiving Point gardens. Clean, efficient, and friendly. Restaurants nearby. Spacious room. Laundry available. Especially good if wishing to by-pass SLC traffic on destinations elsewhere. Will come again.

Décor was current and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was polite and helpful. I was given the internet rate for a second night which was also very much appreciated. The hot tub was broken because a guest apparently damaged the unit but this was not the hotel's fault, so I don't count it against them. Overall and excellent experience and there were no detractors.

I enjoyed the breakfast of potatoes which was quite nice. Also really enjoyed the functionality of the TV with direct tv satellite reception as well as a beautiful modern room. Thanks for making an enjoyable stay for business travel.

This motel is our stopping point on our way to colorado, it is just below SALT LAKE and easy to get to so when we start out the next morning we do not have to deal with a lot of traffic. The motel has gotten older but is well kept up, good parking and friendly service, the breakfast menu has changed a little but still is good most rooms are quite comfortable and over the years we have had onlly one problem wit booking and that was taken care of on the next visit. over all this is a good place to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access and parking. Indoor pool and hot tub very nice and clean. The carpet in the bedrooms and hallway was dirty but the beds and linens were clean. Very limited breakfast. Fine for one night but dissapointing for a weeks stay.

Comfortable room, but had trouble with key to pool area and hot tub was not hot. Breakfast was nice and clean but just simple stuff. Also I had trouble finding the hotel. It was confusing on how to get there. I got lost every time I left and came back.
