La Villa, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

We stayed here on two separate occasions. It was a lovely hotel. Well appointed, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfy and the room very nice. The front desk lady was friendly and very helpful. We were so happy that even though we wanted to eat at the restaurant on property and it apparently was close to closing time, they accommodated us. The food at the restaurant was very good and the waitress was friendly. The tiramisu was amazing. Breakfast was also very good. Lots and lots of choices as well as fresh cappuccino. One thing i really loved is that they provide individual thongs to pick up your breakfast items. Very sanitary. We are thrilled to stay again later in the summer for 4 days. Looking forward to it.

We had a fantastic stay, comfortable tidy rooms with views from balconies, air conditioning for those hot summer days and curtains that kept the room dark for a good nights sleep. Easy free parking for our team vans, a small fitness room and a dining room for our team. We opted for breakfast and dinners at the hotel with plenty of options for dinner to feed hungry athletes. The staff were always helpful and a short travel to central Ivrea. We would have stayed here longer if they had the availability for our team.

The room and hotel are a bit outdated. The restaurant and breakfast offers a nice level of choice. Coffee is (supposed to be)served at breakfast. Unfortunately the waitress was more focused on the buffet than on the customer. As she did not show-up within 15 minutes, I did have to go to the reception to ask for coffee... a bit strange. Once we were served the coffee was "trown" on the table. This is not the way I want to be served...

Ideal hotel for an overnight stay on a journey to the north or the south. Convenient parking, free, and close to the motorway. Few kilometers away from Ivrea, which is also worth a visit. I had to leave early, they were so friendly as to prepare breakfast for me so I could take it with me. Great service!

I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the room, really gorgeous furnishings and a cute little patio outside my fresh windows. Receptionist couldn't be more helpful when I discovered my plans had changed and I had to leave at 5am for my meeting, checking me out that evening. Great night of undisturbed sleep. Everything going perfectly until I stepped in the shower- no hot water! I can only assume the water heater is on a timer as it was fine in the evening but nothing but freezing cold water in the morning. A much more bracing start than I had planned. Apart from that I would definitely recommend as long as you don't need to leave early.

Really helpful staff and lovely hotel to stay especially Clarissa very full staff from the reception area. Would recommend to stay at this hotel if you are in Ivrea Italy. Breakfast choice is also great there. Thanks Mayur

I went for a business trip so stayed there for two nights the quality of room is really great though just the bed are too small for me to fit, other than that the breakfast and the service of the staff is really good.

A delightful, quiet hotel, a real find 2 or 3 km south of the town, so away from the busy town centre and noisy traffic, but easy to drive to and from and with adequate off-street parking. Modern and stylish in a smart, restrained, good class way. We received a very pleasant welcome and a nice send-off from two different receptionists. The room was good - very new and clean with an excellent shower room, a good bed and bedding, adequate if not enormous storage, TV, Wifi, modern fittings and decor. The restaurant was very good for a relatively modest place, compact but ample, nicely furnished and again, stylishly decorated, which we liked, covers with proper cloth tablecloths and napkins, there was an excellent choice of food and wine. Our food was very good indeed, good quality ingredients very well cooked with some nice innovations, Service at both dinner and breakfast didn't quite match the excellent manner of the receptionists but wasn't at all to complain of. Overall - very comfortable and exceptionally good value.

I was in that hotel 2nd time and it is really nice hotel, where you can stay for one or more nights. The rooms are tidy, modern and comfortable. Price is really competitive and worth to pay. Nice and tasty breakfast. Travelling last a few days it was first hotel where I slept like it was my home bed. Nice idea is that you can serve a drink, beer or wine in the hotel lobby, serving yourself and pay when check out. Nice and colourful hotel lobby. I would stay there every time I will visit Ivrea.

This hotel is clean, air-conditioned, quiet, has very good service and is friendly. My friends and I were on a walking holiday in the beautiful Val D'Aosta. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We had a good buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. There is a bus just across the road into Ivrea. It's a little (2-3k) outside of town but near a motorway. There is an exhibition of beautiful Olivetti typewriters in the lobby.

Myself and a travelling companion stayed at this hotel for one night on the way down to MotoGp at Misano recently. The hotel is situated outside Ivrea so is a little isolated if you do not have transport but for us it was a stopover so it did not cause a problem. To our surprise the reception staff very kindly reserved two spots for our motorcycles outside the front door where they would be secure and sheltered. This was appreciated. The rooms were comfortable with an excellent shower which is important if you have just ridden 500 kilometers from Dijon ! Dinner was taken in the hotel, this was a good decision as the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The breakfast selection was excellent and set us up nicely for another long day on the bikes. As the hotel is close to the Olivetti factory, there is a wonderful display of old and not so old Olivetti typewriters. Very pretty and a reminder of life before MS Word ! I shall definitely use this hotel again in the future.

I did not expect it to be as good as it is, for although it is situated at only 3.5 Km from Ivrea's downtown, the location is rather unusual. Having said this, the room was confortable (Italian size bed!) and charming, the staff and the owner very friendly and available and, breakfast was very good: large variety of fruits, breads, croissant, biscuits, etc. Good quality and price.
