Perfect destination for a family trip. Its a beautiful location near to Gurugram. So many lovely activities for a group or family. Rooms are excellent and design is perfect. Food is exceptionally good. F & B Manager Mr Mukesh Jha is very polite, helpful and hard working. He arranged food as per our liking and taste. Even all other staff us equally good.

RCC was the perfect venue for our group in terms of ambience, space, meeting venue for a group of 165 pax for 4 nights. Check-in was smooth, rooms perfectly appointed, food was not at all repeated, taste pleased our palate. Staff were just excellent and went way beyond to make all of us very comfortable. Never saw any delays in service and no issues came up during our stay. Further they guided very well. Will never forget 11000 watts smile of Mr Mukesh and all other staff of RCC. Very good wishes to entire team of RCC.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this resort for a corporate event and specifically requested pool rooms. During the booking discussion, I clearly told the sales team that pool rooms were our top priority, and I even asked them to mention it in the quotation. Instead, they cleverly wrote "pool side room," which we assumed was just their terminology for pool rooms. The reality was completely different. At check-in, we were given ordinary rooms that didn't even have a pool view. They were merely located somewhere beside the pool area, with no visibility of the pool at all. Calling these "pool side rooms" is misleading. We had booked and paid extra expecting actual pool rooms, not standard rooms with no view whatsoever. When I raised the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, the staff started making excuses and claimed they had never committed to providing pool rooms. The so-called managers Ashok and Ramesh, along with the sales representative Karan, argued with us rather than taking responsibility for their misleading communication. This felt like a deliberate tactic: make attractive promises during booking, charge a higher amount, and then deny everything once guests arrive. If you're planning a corporate event, I strongly recommend staying away from this resort. Their sales team is misleading, customer service is unprofessional, and they don't stand by what is communicated during booking. I would never recommend this resort to anyone.

We were not so sure earlier but starting from Mr. Pandey in booking team to the overall coordinator Mr. Mukesh and his team they took care of everything with such care and detail. Conference, event, rooms, menu everything adjusted to our taste. Beautiful property, great for staycation around Delhi. Kudos.

I am disappointed with my experience at your resort today. We reached the hotel at around 3:00 PM and went to the restaurant at 3:30 PM for lunch. The restaurant staff informed us that the restaurant was closed and that only Chinese food was available. However, after we spoke with the Front Office, they coordinated with the restaurant team, and we were then allowed to order from the full menu. This inconsistency was disappointing and created a poor first impression. To make matters worse, the cutlery and crockery served to us were heavily scratched and appeared worn out, which was not acceptable for a resort of this standard. with such expensive food menu. This has been our experience within the first one and a half hours of check-in, and it has raised concerns about the quality of service for the rest of our stay. I hope this matter is addressed immediately, but know it will not.

We did around 65 rooms with the property. Really impressed with the service provided. Rooms were good for a Corporate stay. The property had a lot of activities, people could enjoy.

They are doing forgery and malpractice. Never go there, they give you rooms which are in another property and zero infrastructure although you are booking this property. Please don't go there, wastage of money.

We were a group of 170 senior citizens and the service they gave us was exemplary. The ambience, the ever helpful and smiling staff from the junior to the seniormost, the rooms, the food, the sprawling property, everything put together, more than value for money. Wd give a rating of 6 stars, if it were an available option.

We were there from March 7 till 10. It was a wonderful experience, right from the check-in till we checked out. We were a huge group! Rooms were spacious and well looked after. The wide open space gave a feeling of extant. Chirping birds and the squeaking ducks added a distinct flavor to the mornings. The food was excellent and we had a wide range of food to choose from. The way we were able to organize the various events we had planned for made it very enjoyable. Thew staff were very cooperative and were present till the singing and dancing carried on: often till midnight! Excellent placxe and truly we got value for the money we spent!

Resort Country Club Manesar is a huge property , offering all sports & other activities eg pottery lessons . We had gone for a get together of about 100 people . They had no difficulty in catering our whims & fancies . The rooms are spacious & clean . They have many Halls to cater to different activities & parties - big & small . The grounds are spacious & well maintained. They have Golf carts & vehicles to ferry guests to different venues. The staff is well trained & very very helpful . The food too was very tasty with a lot of variety . They grow their own vegetables ! So we dont have worry about pesticides. Its a perfect place to spend a few days of quiet ...

Its a good staycation near Delhi surrounded by greenery and having so many activities to do. We stayed in family suite and it was too cozy, huge, comfortable with amazing views. Family activities ranging from Tambola in evening, Bouncy for kids, pickle ball,cricket, badminton, outdoor chess and ludo, dart game , toy train for kids along with pottery, quick camel and horse rides. You cannot find so many activities in any resort… So a must visit in winters along with kids and family. Special thanks to Mahibul in hospitality along with Mr. Juned Ali and Mr singh. Great job…

We had our offsite at this place A group of 22 people. This is what we have to say: Reception: people at reception didnot show even basic courtesy. One of the receptionist told us to look out ourself for a guy to carry our luggage from car.Despite requesting multiple times, her answer remained same. The welcome sandwiches were prepared before 8:30 am even when our arrival time was 1 pm. No plates no cutlery, the person told we are short of staff that too not paying much attention to what we were asking. Rooms: we booked suits but it was nowhere like a suite,just a bed at the centre of a little bigger room where curtain rods were also broken. Cleaning: one of our colleagues vomitted due to which the bedsheet was soiled. No one bothered to change and just tucked the same bed sheet. We got it changed later. Towels were missing. Despite multiple calls towels were not supplied. Rain dance was organised at a location nearby, after which we were denied drop at the main resort back. All the girls had to reach back in wet clothes all the way by them self by walking on a lonely road. Food: everything was very sweet..Even the mutton !! No body from our group could eat properly as the food was below average. Although the breakfast was better. We had the animal rides, pottery etc all included in our package. Pottery person denied and dint allow us to do the pottery, animal ride people said the animals are tired. None of the promised arrangement was fulfilled. At least the resturant people, Mr. Mukesh and team were smiling and talking nicely unlike the reception staff . The game coordinator Mr Peter was good in making our team activities interesting. Atleast that part was good. They are charging for each and everything but the service is below average.

Honest Staff. Dear friends I want to share my experience of visiting Best Western Resort Country Club, Manesar. I visited the property in the month of September, 2025 with my colleague and family. We were amazed by seeing this hidden gem near Delhi NCR. I again decided to take my family during Diwali break in October 2025. We were a group of total 8 pax. After enjoying the beautiful evening hosted by the Resort, my wife forgot to take her purse carrying important documents and money. When we returned the area where we were sitting we could not locate the same. We met the staff members who were there at that time. They informed us that the purse was lying on the chair and assured that it is secured. After verification they handed over the purse to my wife. I sincerely thank Mukesh Ji, Deepak and Jaid for their honest approach and returning our valuables. These people are asset to an institution for their honesty and dedication towards duty. I request the management of the Resort to acknowledge their work. Thanks.

Worst service ever. Worst policy of the hotel. They deny providing cutlery to us so we could feed our children. We had to call them at least 6 times and after so many follow ups they only gave us two quarter plates just because we got better food from outside for our kids who couldn't eat their bad food. All this so they could force guests to eat from their own super overpriced average tasting menu. Rooms are run down and average. Property is screaming for renovation. For a 10 year old kid they forced me to pay extra 1500/ night just for 1 mattress they provided in the room. I had chosen the kids in my booking with Agoda however somehow Agoda deleted while I was booking which I didn't notice. I immediately called the resort after booking and the person I spoke to said that no worries we will take care of it when you come here. Instead of being considerate they actually started to force me.

Not good for family. i booked the hotel for stay during Diwali. i booked the highest room premium suit, for stay of 4 family members with sofa cum bed so that 4 members could not sleep in a bed. But they alotted a simple sofa at the cost of sofa cum bed room, causing so much trouble to whole family. Such things happen in cheap motels. This is my second and now last visit to this hotel. False information.

Recently got an opportunity to stay at the resort for corporate event (single night). Surprisingly it was amazing! Great space, well spread out, lush green property and loads to do. Location - It is roughly 1 hour from Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. And after you cross the toll, jt hardly takes 30 minutes to reach. Though it is 6 km from the Jaipur highway, but the road is of great condition and not much rush, so you can simply glide within 10 minutes. Property (+ Game area) - Resort is amazing, the more you roam, more you get to explore it. They got amazing activity area, where they have floor chess board, snakes & ladders and many more. Good space to sit and play board games as well. Appart from that, they have space to play pickle ball, bandminton, cricket. One of the best part was, there were other groups as well and happy to play together. Somehow the entire ambience is very peaceful. Rooms - Tge one we got was spacious. Even after bed, working table, chair, there is ample space left. Rooms were clean, had enough water bottles available to keep you hydrated throughout the day, tea/coffee options. Room service is pretty quick, we just had to dial and request was handled within few minutes. Meal - we had chinese and North Indian and taste was great. They were able to balance the spice level for all the guests. Even during evening, they offered high tea with little snacks like veg pakode, sandwiches. All in all it was great experience, much needed break after hectic corporate life and worthy as well. If you are looking for staycation with friends family or corporate buddies, this seems to be a great option.

Visited Best Western Country Club Resort for 3 nights alongwith a group of friends, all senior doctors, for our annual Reunion. The lush green lawns and pollution free environment was very relaxing and rejuvenating for us. Since there was no intention of travelling, we found the resort ideal for catching up with our news and recalling the good old college days. The breakfast, lunch and dinner meals were very tasty accompanied by abundant dessert items. All the staff members were helpful and courteous. A special mention must be made about Mr Peter, who entertained us with melodious songs and organised various activities for our group. Overall, this was a wonderful trip , far from the maddening crowds.

This is the place to have an experience. Safe for solo travelers. One can spend quality time with family.

The Resort was wonderful and their staff was so generous that we felt like it is our second home. Especial care has been given to toddlers and children's. I have been visiting the country club for the past 10 years, and it is the best place for a staycation. It offers all the amenities you could need, and the staff is amazing. I truly appreciate the effort the staff puts into keeping their visitors happy. I've known Mr. Mukesh, Gunny, and Ramesh ji for many years, and they do an outstanding job! Visiting Best Western was an amazing experience with family. The place is located in heart of nature and has a very positive vibe. Starting from your arrival till departure every staff member is humble and helpful. It has many amenities for all age groups. My 5 year old daughter enjoyed multiple activities like toy train, camel, horse and goat cart, child play area, rides, duck point, pool and scenic view. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, Best Western Resort Country Club is the last place you should go. We stayed here for a friend's birthday, and it was hands down the most disappointing experience I've ever had at any so-called “resort.” Let's start with the basics: no glasses in the room. You'd think that's a given in any hotel, let alone a resort. But nope — not even a paper cup. Had to drink water straight from the bottle like we were camping. Bulbs in the room? Fused. Total darkness in one corner. Romantic, but only if you're dating a power outage. The AC didn't work, and trust me, sweating through your clothes in June is not the vibe we were going for. We tried calling room service, but the phone just rang and rang — no one ever answered. Not once. I genuinely think the room service phone is there for decoration. But the cherry on top? No ice cubes. In the entire hotel. Imagine calling the reception and being told “Sir, we don't have ice in the property.” What kind of resort runs out of ICE? In the middle of summer? During a birthday celebration? Absolutely ridiculous. In summary: This place is a joke. Poor maintenance, non-existent service, and zero sense of hospitality. Save your money, your time, and your sanity — stay literally anywhere else. Rating: 0/5 if I could.

The Deluxe rooms and Suite were good and clean, the room service was prompt. Restaurant Food quality and taste could have been better. Breakfast could have been better with more Indian variety (live counter on Dosa, etc.) and also in Taste. I did not got BW membership stay points on my booking. Separate RCC membership has to be purchased for Rs. 599/-

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Resort Country Club! The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, the kids' play area kept the little ones happy, and both indoor and outdoor games made it fun for everyone. FLOODED ROOMS WITH WATER/SAFETY THREAT! Through this communication I would like to raise formal complaint against the unpleasant and highly pathetic stay at Best western RCC resort,Manesar during 24th to 25 May 2025 5 Families had visited the resort with Hope that we shall have a pleasant stay, However to our dismay the entire experience was ruined! •Unhygienic/Dirty/Under construction rooms were offered to us •OUR ROOM WAS FLOODED WITH WATER during the night/Water kept coming from Washroom roof and main door/WE TRIED OUR BEST TO BLOCK THE WATER COMING INSIDE/MOPPED THE FLOORS OURSELVES AS IT WAS CONSTANTLY COMING INSIDE •Entire room was full of water as it didn't stop coming /My sister slipped during the night as water entered Inside all the rooms/THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE •ANT's were roaming inside the Rooms, we raised the concern with reception multiple times, However the concern remained as it is •Washrooms were broken/Video/Pictures Shared with Manager Mr Ashok also •Tried Reception/No support WE WANT OUR AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY! We had not paid such big amount of such kind of Pathetic and under construction/Faulty Rooms COMPLAINT WAS RAISED WITH MANAGER Mr Ashok also/HE ASSURED THAT COMPENSATION WOULD BE DONE! IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED

I had a great experience in this resort .Every thing was just perfect whether its rooms, atmosphere , service, cleanliness or amenities. Highly recommended....... Activities were very intresting.... I enjoyed rain dance,Dj party and playing badminton...

If was an amazing event(almost 200) from RCC, RCC team was flexible , amazingly welcoming and we enjoyed the hospitality They showcased real professionalism and were always available.. It was one day team outing for our 60 member team. The facilities at resort are good - room had adequate seating arrangements done, water etc, AC was fine as well. Food - breakfast, lunch , snacks etc were all good and our team members enjoyed the same. They did cater to specific requirements like jain food. This was helpful. Pool was in open and it might help if they can have it partially covered so that it can be used in summer days. Huge lawns, seating places under trees, mini water bodies and several sport facilities make it a good place. The staff was co-operative and responded to our requests appropriately. Overall, nice place for team building day trip

It was a fun filled trip. Enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks to Lalitjj for arranging it. Rooms were clean, though swimming pool needs to be cleaned properly. Kids activity related management needs some improvement. Food was very good and in variety.

First the good things 1. The property was very nice. I am going after several years, they have increased the facilities 2. The conference room was a good size and away from the noise of the rest of the place 3. The rooms were large and the temperature control worked well. Then a few things that did not suit me as well, but are personal to me 1. There is loud music at all times; including during breakfast 2. The menu was always decent, nothing interesting or unusual Both the above would have rated a 5 review. But here are the negatives; which were enough to bring the rating down to 2. 1. We had trouble in the room. The intercom did not work, there were a lot of mosquitos, there was no hot water, the bathroom smelt of urine, and the area behind the doors were not cleaned. 2. The next day during our conference, someone from the resort (either Manish or Mukesh Kumar, dont remember the name exactly), came to ask if everything was fine. The only answer that he expected was yes. When I gave the list, he said there were no mosquitos in the rooms; but he said he would do something. 3. None of the complaints were addressed, including cleaning behind the doors, the smell, there was no repellent in the room, the phone still did not work, no hot water, same smell. 4. Mukesh / Manish claimed that we had said we did not want hot water! Not sure why anyone would complain about that - there was a mixer on all taps. He was there the next days, smiling widely and asking if all was OK. Anyway we left that day, so no point in engaging.

We stayed there for family wedding. Rooms are good but Washrooms need better lighting arrangements. Resorts is beautiful, Restaurant and food is excellent. Hospitality of Staff from Check in to Room service is excellent. Resort needs to upgrade and invest in Golf Carts and Drivers as numbers fall short for wedding groups and considering all age group people being there in wedding and venues of functions being away from Stay Areas is big constraint. All other services except Golf Cart transport is excellent.

Huge property with lots of trees, flowers and birds (including peacocks) .The place is peaceful with cordial staff. We stayed in the suite, it was spacious and had all basic amenities.room service was prompt . However, the resort has scope of upgrading on cleanliness. From cleaner floors to less dusty furniture in the restaurant and reception. Food at both- dupki and pavilion was nice. Indian cuisine here tasted better than the rest of the options in the menu. The staff, on request , happily prepared food for our baby too. Resort has plenty of activities for kids and even grown ups. They also have a good collection of books for the ones interested in reading. There is a small little temple in the premises, which had regular morning and evening puja. The resort is quite a drive from central Gurugram, and the roads leading are not smooth in all the areas. So, the drive can be hectic for few. However, once you reach the resort you will find it worth the distance travelled. Also, as there isn't any market close by hence it's advisable to double check the essentials, like medicines before planning a trip here.

We organised our Reunion here and it was one of the wonderful experiences we had. Be it hospitality, rooms , services or food everything was taken care of . We were almost 50 friends and each of them were so happy that they plan to visit with their families. Wonderful stay with excellent experience!! The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious meals with a great variety of local options. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless throughout our stay.

Our recent stay at Best Westin, Manesar, for an office offsite was an absolute letdown. The services were shockingly poor, with staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism. The food was not just bad—it was practically inedible. As for room service, it was non-existent; even after multiple calls, the staff took an unacceptable amount of time to respond. This level of neglect and disregard for basic hospitality is outrageous. I would strongly advise against considering this resort for any event or stay. Total failure on all fronts.

Beautiful, serene space. LIghts at night are so peaceful and treat to eyes. Lot of activities for people of all ages. The pool is also nicely maintained and big, lush green surrounding. The food is good too. It is surely worth visiting with family.

The delegates gave an excellent feedback on rooms, food, behaviour of the staff who worked relentlessly to ensure the guests are comfortable and made our stay enjoyable. Had a truly memorable stay at the Best Western. Right from the welcome to the send-off, I found the staff to be polite, helpful, and extremely agile. The food at the restaurants is absolutely ? top class. We also enjoyed a live entertainment program during our stay. We had a short interaction with Ms Indu Goel, the MD and proprietor of the resort. It was no surprise for us to hear that the loyal staff members are treated like family. Early morning, we were delighted to see peacocks at our doorstep. One can even feed them. The property has a temple on-site and beautiful walking paths around the lush green lawns. I would like to compliment Ms Anjali, the sales head who personally ensured that we were well looked after. Pathetic property as I write this I am extremely hurt and disheartened the way property staff handled my booking They first took us to the deserted room Then the hotel staff said you have booked this room here we don't provide food it comes from the other property which is 500 mtr away we then reached out to the recpt staff to take us to the original property where when we reached and as we were shown the rooms were smelling bad and not ready, staff at the reception said take an upgrade to suite room on the club side and pay 8K extra charges 8 staff members at the reception all manner less chweing tabacoo negotiated for room upgrade as if I had come to buy vegetables Staff had a confrontation with us at the reception so much so that my son got scared and rushed outside the property Smelly room poor property Major construction work going on at the reception Never ever consider this property for your family stay specially when planning one with kids and old age parents Property is below average when we asked for the refund we were told to take credit note for one month for a property which is not worth a stay ONE SHOULD NOT CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY FOR THE STAY Make my trip should black list this property

We were a group of friends...had booked the suite. Which had a kitchenette and an extended room...even the standard room is quite spacious ....lots of activities for kids and adults of all ages...the breakfast spread was decent but the freshness of some items was questionable.... overall had a great time...highly recommended...

I had a booking from for 14 August for one night and alloted room was very average and condition of the was not up to the Mark. Reception was very unfortable as construction work was going there and no ac. Room has been alloted 1 km from reception and had to wait for 30 minutes to come to resturant and reception. Staff of the resort is clue less and not ready to resolve the guest issues. Food was very average and highly priced. I am in hospitality industry from last 14 year and I heard lots of good things about the resort but I experienced Personally then my perception has been changed. I wouldn't recommend this resort. Room number 203 need renovation and they have to upgrade their service standards. Spend 10 k for a night that waste of money and time'.

Hotel is money hungry not caring for guest happiness and do not show any flexibility. Their charges are quite high compared to money they charge for food, extra bed. Rooms are quite small, still they take 3 guests and then push them on floor with mattress. Do not justify 4 Star. Should be 2.5 Star only. Rest on your wisdom.

We have been members of best western country club since almost 17 years amd have been there six times previously each time having a wonderful family time . After a gap of few years post covid we decided once more to have a family gtg here and we were glad that we once again chose this resort . Right from the reservation booking with Mohit's help till the time we reached there everyone one was very helpful -special thanks to Mr Ashok Patel amd Mr Ramesh for so kindly upgrading our rooms and to the entire staff with special mention of the long serving service staff -Mr Ghanshyam ,Mr Ramakant and Mr Mukesh. We once again felt so welcome and luckily the weather was kind enough to allow us to enjoy all the activities-badminton.Cricket TT( though at present it s shifted to their resort garden annexe) ,rain dance ,evening tea ,tamboli and the DJ . The meals ( all inclusive) were substantial and the service at the restaurant was also good. It rained the next day and that made it even more enjoyable The only issue is the last stretch of road which can have some potholes especially in monsoons -so expect a bit of off rough roading drive The overall ambience and openness and greenery makes it a lovely place to reconnect with outdoors and a nature . There is definite signs of overall Improvement compared to earlier visits . There is still some renovation going on but does not interfere or disturb the guests. Overall we ahad another memorable stay amd woukd definitely recommend this place

Swimming pool infra not maintained and pool service is ZERO at RG. Area is vast but nothing is developed to enjoy time. Rooms, cleanliness are good. Food excellent. Very limited variety in breakfast. People for animal ride are not courteous and do not care for visitors.

Food horrible. No variety. Though Indian food was fine, the chef had no idea of continental food. No air-conditioning in reception. Probably due to some construction work. But could have been managed better. High tea served outside in the sweltering heat as coffee shop was booked for some other event. No variety in food.

We came to this resort hoping a nice family stay but after we entered we were very disappointed. We didn't check in to the resort. The manager Mr. Rakesh was not at all welcoming. The staff whole was also very rude. The location and all is well and good but the staff members are lowering down the rating of the resort.

From a very smooth and warm welcome at the reception area, with a welcome drink each to offer to cater to different tastes of the entire family of 8 people and 2 infants to an organic see off with home grown veggies put as a surprise package in our cars. It was a very memorable Father's Day weekend. The suites and the rooms are extremely well done with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The rooms were provided for with cots n fresh linen for babies. The staff was highly trained and courteous and ensured all our needs were taken care off despite the resort being completely sold out. We took the all meals package and definitely recommend it as the layout for lunch dinner and breakfast buffet was not just full of variety but also extremely delicious. An evening by the pool and watching the match with tea and pakodas with the entire family was a highlight. Enough entertainment through the day with rain dance, goat baggi, camel ride, ducks and rabbits were a highlight amongst the kids ! Highly recommend for a weekend and will visit soon! Coming up July onwards are suites with plunge pools! Can't wait!!!

I added a special request for my first anniversary but that was not considered. In fact, I have been allocated with a dirty room and washroom was stinking. I complaint then housekeeping staff came and just did the room freshner. It was very difficult to sit in that room so I asked to change the room. After some hassle, I shifted to other room. I was very disappointed that I chose “Best Western” to stay on my first anniversary. I will definitely would not recommend to anyone. Limited food options and prices are too high based on quality.

Lots of small issues, they don't inform of areas under repair, rooms are unclean, pools are dirty, most of the staff customer service spirit not upto the mark.

The resort is around 1 and half hour from the New Delhi airport. If you want to spend some quality time amidst nature, this is a good option. Coming from the concrete jungle, one gets the taste of nature with green all around, chirping sparrows, and imortantly, two peacocks roaming around! Suggestion, my room did not have a master switch and electrivity waste was there.

The venue was booked for a marriage function. Comfortable stay with excellent food appreciated by the guests. Kids enjoyed a lot. The campus was hygienic. No issues regarding safety and security of the residents. Cleanliness found everywhere.

Don't waste your money in this resort. We paid a good amount for a room in which we got a pentagon (5 wall unsymetry) room with a TV on side wall so u can't even see it. Else we need to choose a interconnecting room with no privacy. After paying too much u will get a bed with separated mattresses which will tease you whole night. Then if u want to take a shower bath you need to stand in the bath tub, when everyone knows when u are standing in bath tub extra care need to be taken. Overall not recommended at all. Other options are better and cheaper nearby.

Not worth the money, food is ok and service is not upto the mark especially if they have another events aligned you will find delay in services. Plus , their delux category room is also small so be cautious while booking standard room and check .

I was referred by Mr. Brqjesh Jha, he has suggested me this place a year back, however due to my outstation trips, I couldn't visit. We however decided to visit this place and I must say me and my wife enjoyed the place for it's closeness to the nature and hospitality by the resort staffs. It was an amazing experience,we visited here for a corporate day outing,we were visiting here first time so was afraiding of experience, though it is located at outer edge of the city, But the hospitality which we got by Mr Raman Mishra, Mr Mukesh, Bhim Singh, Shahid Ali,and others really appreciable.This team doens't have Word NO in their dictionary whenever and whatever we asked they have provided us. Heads off to all Kitchen staff also who prepared a fresh and lip smacking food , the balance of spices was amazing. House keeping -We never asked for cleaning the staff was so attentive. All maintenance staff.everything was well maintained Front office was well dressed up and professional in interaction with us. The most memorable things which I observed here, Some of the staff was not well qualified like diploma holders or having 5 Star hotel background, but the way they were treating us much more better than a diploma holder staff, Whenever we cross any staff they always wish us by saying Namaste Sir. Very thankful to Mr/Mrs Sodhi keep these kind of people. Mr Raman Mishra and team you are rock.

Our recent office trip to Best Western Resort . The well-appointed rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of team-building activities. The staff at Best Western Resort deserves special commendation for their warm hospitality and attentiveness and food was delightful.The best part of the resort is the open spaces - the huge lawns, open coffee tables, gabbanas, zhoolas and lots of outdoor activities like cycling, horse & camel rides for kids & all, two swimming pools, spa etc.

Best place for a Family Reunion! We had a family union and were unable to finalise any place with decent number of rooms. Finally found this one.. Lalit from the booking team helped me close on the bookings very smoothly.. Moving on to check in process.. Ashish on the front desk was prompt and helpful for all the queries. Moving on to our stay.. it was a memorable one.. perfect place to have people of all age groups.. something or the other for everyone.. the property is huge so you can always go around and enjoy your personal time too.. We had some senior citizens in our group.. and Raman ji and his team helped us to arrange special food for them.. It's a great place for a family staycation.. close to Gurgaon and away from city's hustle bustle.. Your phone's network may not work at all (which is a blessing in disguise), so you are highly dependent on Resort's Wi-Fi.. Overall a great experience and stay to remember.. We stayed this hotel for over two days. We enjoyed the hospitality this hotel offered. Ghanshyam Bhagat and Mukesh jha were fantastic. Both always helped us whenever we needed. Perfect place for a family specially those have kids, this place is just wow. The amazing space & the vast area in which this is constructed. Found this place while randomly searching out for the best & near by resort to Delhi NCR. We Saw some videos for this resort from you tube, which made us more crazy to book the same for my family trip with my kid. Once we reached here, we received a warm welcome from the reception team. Specially Pooja ( Frontdesk Reception), who helped me to get a good room with a perfect balcony view of garden. Such a hospitality we were getting there, Pooja explained all types of fun activities such as horse/Camel ride, kids toy train, kids swings, Rain dance, swimming pool, DJ night with a blasting sound to enjoy the beats, go carting for kids, tennis/badminton/volley ball/Cricket spaces, a big chess playing space, tambola game , kids special toys section etc. Food is also good, they have buffet and alacarte as well. Everyone should atleast come once & enjoy this place. I am good to come here again n again.

Amazing place to visit. Ambience is so good. There are so many activities you can do with your friends and family such as camel riding, go karting, horse riding, indoor/outdoor games, pool access, rides for kids, rain dance, live music and Dj and many more. Firstly, after reading previous reviews & seeing management's involvement, was hopeful that the issues mentioned would be sorted. please read our experience below, before the management starts on their standard lines -" where did we go wrong" & starts with their usual lip service, without any intent to improve things. Getting charged the complete amount before you are handed your room key does feel cheap…. They have untrained & unprofessional staff, and I came back feeling angry and disappointed. the staff deployed are probably from nearby villages and not trained, they attend to you in chappals, give you extra coffee sashes in a bag-Jhola 1. we travelled with advance booking with family & a baby of 15 months, we were given a room on 1st floor, with absolutely straight and steep stairs & without any break in them, people will leave wet spots on these, exposing us to a greater risk of falls from these stairs and repeated use of the same was painful. we had to keep a eye out when family was using these stairs on their own. 2.washroom flowing throughout, wonder why they would not check these beforehand. 3. Sockets out of the holders, inconvenient and a safety risk for the baby. 4.out of the six meals we had- not once did we spend less than 20 minutes for glasses, spoons, forks or water. one time the person came with a single spoon and fork on a table of 4 & said enjoy, @ Sunday dinner one guest had to shout on top of his voice as he was waiting for over 25 minutes for glasses on their table. restaurant visits were horrible and just to organize a table and necessities- required one of us to go before to ensure table was ready. the staff will repeatedly come to table see and still miss what was required. 5. wait for 15 to 20 minutes for a naan/roti 6.staff would not change the linen no matter how dirty it was and were needed to be told. 7.the person will serve the next table but place his stuff on our table and leave. 8. last breakfast- we had bunch of tissues thrown at our table - really ! it took five minutes to register 9. they will just say alright to everything and leave 10. Out of so many staff in the resto.. they will just talk between themselves standing in the already congested food area and make movement even more difficult for guests. 11.Pool attendant will repeatedly switch off the water to the slide because kids were attracted to it, he kept asking us and other families to go to the rain dance. 12. Extra mattress for the help was absolutely dirty with black stains. 13. Food is just passable and will put it in average of above average category 14. Wi-fi doesn't work, and to top it they keep changing the password without letting you know, so second day required 4 phone calls and each time we were handed a different password. 15. Lights go off very frequently resulting in blackouts. Was difficult to have 1 meal without issues. After a damage of 40 k for 2 nights, we would have expected the basics to be in place. apologies if this is harsh but subjecting your guests to the above is absolutely not done and not acceptable. we feel this to be an wasted expanse and time, quite honestly, I'm not sure how this property is getting good reviews. Not recommended and the management needs to address these basic concerns on war footing instead of just writing out thank you notes, I welcome the management to spend and stay at this property with their own money and then attempt these courtesy notes. You will realize how sorry this sound. very poor show. regards.

I am going this property since 24 years, staffs are so good specially Raman ji, f&b manager and Mukesh jha ji Restaurant head who alway helpful all the time whenever we visit with my family and friends. Today we really enjoyed Independence day special food, mouth watering and delicious food with best hospitality by Restauran team. Property is full of activities and we'll maintained. Whenever we visit always find difference and best quality. We really Love this property.....next time will come with more family members and planning for alluminium trip also.

It's a beautiful lush property and pretty big. I hosted my Birthday party and stay there with friends and family. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We had an amazing time. Food was exceptional. They have two big swimming pools. One for adults and another for kids. It's the place to chill or to spend weekend there. They have plenty of activities planned for the weekend.

Wonderful resort to relax with exceedingly good food, well-kept rooms and lawns and the walkways. Very pleasant and hospital staff and management. We found all the staff members very polite and courteous. A special mention of the hospitality of the General Manager, Mr. Ashok Patel and their F & B Manager, Mr. Mukesh Kumar is absolutely necessary as all of us found them very accommodating and always willing to help. We had a wonderful time at the resort.

An ideal resort for all age groups; from children to senior citizens. Whether you need activities for children or just relaxation for young people or total relaxation and a stroll in a serene environment, the resort has all these facilities. Food is excellent and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. A very good Indian and Continental spread. Above all, the staff and management are very polite and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of their Food & Beverages Manager, Mr. Mukesh Kumar, who is very caring, compassionate and accommodating. I was not feeling well and therefore, was compelled to request him for a meal without spices and he was kind enough to oblige. The staff of the restaurant perform excellently well under his able leadership. Overall, the credit goes to the top management led by their Director, Ms. Sodhi and the General Manager Mr. Ashok Patel. I wish them well.

Nice cozy resort with many amenities, activities and good food! We had a lovely 1 week break at the resort with warm hospitality extended by friendly and caring staff. Best Western is being sold as 4 star property but it actually meets 2 or 3 star resort facilities. Hospitality is great. Food was pathetic, Lunch and Dinner was very very spicy, oily as if prepared by some marriage halwai... I fell ill after having their Vinegar rich manchow soup, throut infection leading to fever. We had normal diet in lunch but food was so heavy that we almost skipped dinner, just had khichdi in dinner...Breakfast was still acceptable. Suggestion is not to go for all meals package. Deluxe rooms are so badly designed that LED is placed on the right hand side of the bed. Washroom was without dryer or vanity mirrors. A lot available for kids like toy train, sand play area, activity room with some seapage smell, lawn tennis, badminton, volley ball, cricket...

Excellent venue to host a big official event with 200+ members. Great taste of food, very spacious if we consider both front and back locations. Great staff support round the clock. Over all a worthy place.

We have booked a event in April for November, their GM Ms. Sodhi is so much old and she never ever used to remember anything and disclosed the rates in front of guest in our second meeting. I have got a eye opener when in the month of November 1st week they have closed the event directly and informed me that guest has postponed their event. However event happened on same date as they were lying, Later when I proved that event happened on same date they have stop reverting. My entire efforts and planning of 6 months gone for the toss, Loss of money, and wealth, The most unprofessional and liar people sitting in Management.

My recent visit to the resort on 29th and 30th October for a weekend stay was indeed memorable. The cooperation shown by the staff - especially Mr Ramesh with the room bookings allowing flexibility of early check-in; and Mr Raman Mishra who is F&B manager - was exemplary and commendable in making my stay at the resort extremely comfortable and memorable. The room was tidy and The food was excellent I will make it a point to come to the resort at the earliest opportunity to make more sweet memories.

In the recent past, we visited the BWRCC for a corporate event and it was truly an overwhelming experience. This is an amazing resort situated in the heart of NCR (Manesar). Frankly speaking I being the organizer was a bit hesitant initially but after I personally visited the property, rooms, conference hall, food menu etc. I gained confidence. I guess it is the biggest resort in NCR with such a greenery. We witnessed couple of peacocks & ducks in morning hours. Must say, the front desk staff ladies (Saroj and Bhawna) are very professional and makes our corporate group check-in very smooth. Each staff working there is polite, humble and treats you like their family member. The rooms were cleaned, comfortable and smells good. Furthermore, there is a variety of activities (Cricket, Badminton, Tennis Court etc.) available for guests. There is a convenient store where guests can pick up a few items. In conference room also they gave dedicated person/ executive throughout the day for any requirement. DJ session was also a lot of fun. We recommend their “Beetroot Halwa”, this was so tasty that we asked Chef (Mr. Ravinder) to keep it as a special treat for our staff. The food was delicious, and everyone praised it. Special Thanks to Mr. Raman Mishra (F&B Manager) who managed our stay and continuously stood with us and took care of every last-minute request. Our sincere thanks go to Mr. Uma Shankar (GM Sales) for his professional commitments and making this event a success. This was our 4th visit to this resort in the last 7 years and we found that the get up of the rooms has improved tremendously. The bathrooms have been totally renovated. The staff in the reception area as well as the room and restaurant areas were extremely courteous and helpful. Room service is excellent. 5 days stay was really good. The staffs are also good and friendly. Foods are testy. If you want to breathe some fresh air, if you want some peace in life, If you want some relaxation just go there. For newly married couple it is fine, For business purpose it is fine.

Had an amazing stay at this lovely , well maintained property , had fun activities , many sports to opt for , and the highlight was the pool -seemingly quite big clean with a bar setup near it The food and buffet was lavish . Mr mukesh the restaurant manger is very cooperative with all the guests and has all the liesuning skills to entertain all your demands . Above all , the front desk manager Mr Ramesh is a gem of a person , always at his feets working his level best to keep up the high standards , and concludingly had an amazing trip and would love to visit here soon for i found peace here leaving Behind the chaos .

Smelly rooms. Broken and / or missing inroom facilities. Unsafe exteriors ; insects wild life ...termites in grass lawns and bushes ..which sadly the resort pits out as its star attractions leaves much to be desired. Swimming pool only for show ...water not cleaned regularly..no hold bars....attendent not in swimming gear with no personal hygiene or softskills..or training.

We went for a corporate outing and the hospitality was A1, the food lounge and cafeteria had a premium vibe, staff was very friendly. The sports area is fully equipped and the resort is really well maintained. A must visit.

Location of resort is terrible no sign board are there u can on rely upon google maps , road nearby are in worst state with big pitholes . Upon reaching We waited for bell boy atleast 20 minutes , then reception staff left us to figure out our way to room didnt give us a shuttle to escort ,As room are very away from reception area. Resort has ample space but it is poorly maintained, ambiance is not same as shown in pic ( online ) Train area is poorly maintained with visible cracks on train & cemented bunches are broken , swings were rusted and perforation is seen on them easily . There are some activies like badminton& golf ,but there no sports gear for them . Swimming pool is dirty with leaves & ants in them nearby shower need maintenance, Room are not upto mark according to charges , cleanliness is a concern as I doubt they santise the rooms .The washroom was not working properly. For that price overall room isn't well maintained ,Stains on walls, chipped n stained furniture, NO wifi . Quality is worth ₹2000 -3500 room. Food quality is poor , they will serve u with pre-filled water bottle instead of packed bottle . I think management is careless abt customers & there health . Last but not least they will push u to checkout at 11am while in the booking mentioned Checkout time is 12noon .

We planned our mini batch meet of 20 families of doctors from snmc 92 batch in this resort, it was a weekend event. The resort is excellent with spacious rooms, good enjoyable aminities specially swimming pool. The food was also good with many varieties. Special thanks to your front office manager Mr Ramesh, who coordinated very well, made our check in and check out process very smooth. He also attended to our small small concerns and rectified them promptly.

Worst resort in the city. Ms. Archana, DGM is full of ego and attitudes. I called her for my booking and the way the query was dealt shows her hospitality and the mess we would invite by visiting any of their properties across the globe. Families travel for relaxation and peace. This lady at the Manesar property is full of nonsense and high drama. She screams on the call and humilities the clients. You ask her for clarity or more information she disrespects and calls you uneducated. No one wants such harassment. Bingo Best Western Resort for having such an amazing team to handle your affairs. First impression is always the lasting impression. I or any of my family members and friends will never use any of your properties worldwide.

The resorts is very well designed and maintained. We are impressed with food quality. Services are above par. Swimming pool and Rain dance is awesome. And above this the DJ is mind blowing. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

I stayed in the garden resort for 2 nights. It's extremely nice and wonderful. It has lot of activities for both children and adult. Restaurant food is nice. The staff is very helpful and is always there to look after all your needs. Since I was travelling with my 3 yr old kid, Mr Bhim Singh (from restaurant of resort garden) made sure everything was available. Although, complete staff is highly trained and professional but Mr. Bhim is best. Thanks

We hosted a three day wedding at the resort in May 2022. The event was very well appreciated by all our guests and immediate family members. Raman's on-ground arrangement and the great food by the chefs really made it worthwhile. Special support from Mrs. Sodhi was something something without which every wedding at any venue is incomplete. Her expertise with food, vendors and event management is exceptional! We shall always remember the property for its greenery, natural beauty and grandeur! :)

It is a very nice place, to be in here, all the things and managers are really caring and are always ready to support and help the guest who is there. Saroj ji, Bhim ji, Dimple ji, Ritesh ji, have all been very supportive and passionate to resolve all problems faced by us.

We booked for 4th April'22 one night stay bit stayed at Best Western Resort Country Club for an extra night ‘cause the services are excellent & unparalleled.The way Mr.Ramesh Kumar personally attended to us as soon as we reached there & his entire team ensured our comfortable stay. The meals were marvellous with lots of variety at hand & we highly recommend the property. We have been frequent visitors here & will continue to be there with our guests as often as we can.

Indeed it was a superb experience to be at this lovely resort felt like so closed to nature .. wonderful place to see such greenary along with peacock dancing infront of our rooms .. morning tea outside our cottage .. night party with songs apart from the DJs.. i must say it's not only the property which is different from others in this Buzz of city life but the class of service by the team be it reception with welcome drinks...special thanks to Ramesh Ji for the support and superb coordination , concierge, House Keeping, In Room Dining , Restaurant Buffet .. freshly made pasta .. Bengal Nariyal ke laddo ..with heat beating Chach , fresh juices and so on ... Mind blowing good options in each meal .. and top class taste .. we felt blessed as our Dad who is 83 was so much taken care by all ..be it our Battery Operated Rickshaw Ashish Bhaiya Baba who was like always ready outside our cottage .. or the inter connected rooms that gave us the home feeling was wonderful.. Baccha party were like crazy with all the indoor activities and especially the camel and horse rides , toy train and pottery making with endless jhulas .. funpacked Rain dance and such lavish swimming pool .. indeed thinking to visit again soon and meet the lovely people of Best Western again ... We had been too the place with our family, parents and kids. It was an awesome delight to see the hospitality of the central manager Mr sengupta, the reception Ms bhist, the dinning- Ms pratibha, Mr ramakant, Mr Rawat. One word for this resort is Wow, I was thr with a group of 40 people and we stayed in Resort Garden area which is 300 mtrs away from main resort. Such a wonderful hospitality by whole staff. Specially wants to mention few people who are very good in the job. Mr. Sonu who was in restaurant and he was way to polite and very good at his work, everybody in my group was appreciating him. Mr. Raman, Mr. Ramesh both the managers are very humble and supportive, if I need anything they both were thr thru out our stay. Food was very good and rooms were very neat and clean. Recommend for corporate offsite or wedding.

Hospitality was quiet Perfect. And Mr. Raman Mishra was so supportive & helpful, whose always keen to listen or has ability to learn from the guests to improve more & more. The place was very quite and beautiful at times and was a very happening and joyful place sometimes . It was beautiful combination . The staff is very helpful and the food is really very tasty . Best Western Resort Country Club is free from pollution & congestion of Delhi. The lush green Environment of the Resort makes us the perfect place for relaxing and enjoy our holiday Front office manager mr ramesh Bhardwaj had put all his effort to make our stay comfortable. So many many thanks to him to make our stay the perfect holiday.

We stayed here on 23-24 Dec 2021. The place has something for everyone irrespective of the age group. This is a detailed review with the below sections: 1. Property (including facilities) 2. Rooms 3. Service 4. Food 5. Location 1. Property - The property is amazing and is spread in a huge area (around 8 acres). There are lot of open spaces and greenery in and around the property. Towards evening, peacocks can be seen roaming around in the resort. There are many birds species in the surrounding region. There is designated areas for each of the following sport - Cricket, table tennis, badminton, volley ball, Mini golf. A big chess and Ludo area is available which has boards drawn on the ground and the size of these boards is approx. 13X13 feets. Many swings are available for kids. A toy train is also available which kids enjoy a lot. There is also an activity room for kids. There is no dearth of options for kids and they enjoy a lot here. On the Christmas eve, there was a drawing competition for kids up to 12 years of age (This I have heard is quite regular on Fridays/weekends). There was also a tambola game for adults. Camel and horse rides are available which both kids and adults can enjoy. There are 3 swimming pools available but only one is functional in winter season and that too was not being used by anyone due to the cold weather. Bicycles are available on rent. 2. Rooms - Rooms are very clean with all amenities available - Tea/coffee maker, room heater, AC, blankets, quilts, sleepers. Toothbrush, paste, shaving kit, hair dryer, towels and bath kit (toiletries) is available in bathroom. Body wash and shampoo are available in dispensers attached near shower, unlike in small bottles found at most places including the high end ones. For a single room with a double bed, the bathroom is approx. 10X6.5 feet in size. 3. Service - Service is very prompt. Staff is very polite. Due to Covid norms in force, vaccination certificate for the second dose was required to check in. We were late to check in and missed our lunch at the resort. The staff at the resort offered us that we could take the lunch on the next day after the check out. Room service is available till 10 pm. As an exception, milk can be requested till late night via room service. This is very helpful if one is travelling with young kids. Even at the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet there was a lot of staff available which made sure a prompt service is being provided to the guests. 4. Food - Food was a near perfect experience and it is extremely difficult to find anything which was not excellent. Variety in the buffet was good and so was taste. The only thing I did not like was a complementary cake they provided on my wife's birthday. It was a bit hard and taste was not up to the mark. The same cake was incidentally available in the desserts in the dinner buffet that night and it was amazing! I was surprised to find the difference in the quality and taste of the complimentary vs what they offered as a part of buffet. This put me a little off. 5. Location - The resort is approx. 17 Kms drive from Manesar toll plaza. There are multiple routes available. The most travelled route is highway route till the "Bikanerwala" which is around 12 Kms from Manesar toll. The resort is 5 kms inside the village from there and the road has to be literally found amongst big pothols. Another better route is via akbarpur village - Though no highway but the road is decent. No potholes. Overall this place is highly recommended, Hope this review provides all useful info.

An excellent experience in the wedding of my sister at this venue. Great place and very supportive staff especially Mr Ramesh (front desk), Mr Joshi and Mr Mukesh (F&B) for the whole of the event. The place is exquisite with all the thing in place when required and my entire family enjoyed a lot during the entire event.

Best Resort to spend time with Family and Friends. I visited the resort with my family and extended family and we were 10 Adults and 4 Kids. Everything was very well managed with help of Mr RAMESH and team…first they arrange all our rooms together in a row and then the service and seamless and smooth execution of meals and billing was very well done. It was my 7th visit and I love the time I spend in this resort. Thanks you Mr Ramesh once again.

We as a couple of families stayed at Best Western Resort recently. The property is huge and there are numerous activities for kids and adults alike, which makes it worth a stay. Swimming pool, DJ, animal rides, sports activities; all this will ensure you have a lot to feel engaged through the day. The food was sumptuous and the staff was cordial. Overall, we felt the service was good. Food was on the costlier side though. Another downside was that the rooms and room amenities lacked maintenance. This should definitely be improved for a perfect stay. Overall, recommended especially if you visit in a group or as a family with kids.

The place and food is good but over-priced. The staff especially Dharmendra, Arun Kumar and Jaspreet runs a racket to extort money. They won't discuss all details with you. Would not recommend anybody to host a party.

The landscape and amenities are ample and engaging for all ages. The service staff are really good and caring. Mr.Dharmendra and Ramen were efficient and ensured that my group was taken care of. The food was great without being overly spicy. Apart from some tweaks to the plumbing (the hot water and shower did not work in my room) it a great place for a getaway, family or business!! Specially post the long lockdown!

Worst place to spend time with your family. Pathetic food, Pathetic room service, Pathetic taste,we fell sick after eating food over here. High prices, room cleanliness is a concern as I doubt they santise the rooms. We could find dirt in the room. The washroom was not working properly. Front desk responds to your request at their own pace. Even after telling about the washroom and flush issue the problem was not sorted. In room dining was also a bad experience. Very high prices and very low quality. Cheap Dhabas serve better food. Please dont visit the place. I will never recommend it.

Took our parents for a nights stay as they had been indoors for the entire pandemic duration . Ms. Jaspreet Mehta helped us book 2 resort garden rooms that had a splendid spread of greenery in front of them . There were numerous activities for the kids and they enjoyed to their heartful. Parents could take long nature walks , play indoors games and enjoy the scrumptious food . The service was very prompt and we made some very good memories .

It was ridiculous stay not a stay experience rooms r not clean so bad condition rooms I was a Diamond guest they are not ready to give me room because of I am booking through member reward points. After that anyhow take the room key and go into the room it was so bad experience for me

Went to this resort on my bday, had a great time there playing badminton and other sports, camel rides are available for kids which is really good, cycles are available on rent if you like riding bicycle. This resort is very close to nature, if you are a nature loving person you will definitely enjoy, we watched ducks, peacock, various other birds there, different types of trees are marked with the name, this place is very good for kids for learning from seeing. Great property, with beautiful sprawling lawns and a lot of games options. The staff, everyone from welcome, housekeeping to restaurant, they were extremely helpful and hospitable and polite. The food layout was good. All the three meals had different food options and the food tasted good! The room we stayed in was big and bright and cozy! A must visit for one of your staycations or weekend stays!

Went there on an office trip. Really great facilities, amazing & supportive staff. Amenities inside are also well maintained and regulated. My mom had not stepped out anywhere since months due to Pandemic and hence I decided to take her out to a nice resort close by for some rejuvenation. Best Western Resort Country Club, Manesar is at a 1.5 hour smooth drive from Delhi and we reached there in no time. . From our arrival until our check out, what was consistent was the warmth with which the staff serves you here. The staff is so approachable and at your service, all the time. We were welcomed with some nice refreshing drinks, followed by an easy check-in. . We had taken a studio room for our stay. Before I tell you about our room, I need to tell you how gorgeous this resort is. Walking to your room surrounded by the green patch is such a relief to the eyes. It's in the middle of Nature, surrounded by beautiful trees and lush greenery. You'll get to hear the birds chirping around. It's absolutely soothing to the ears. . Now talking about our room, what a spacious room it was. A dining room attached with our bed room and also a seperate closet area. Neat, clean, tidy and welcoming. Yes I call neat rooms welcoming. . There are multiple indoor and outdoor fun activities for the families, including cycling, horse riding, camel riding, lake side chilling, balloon shooting, badminton, cricket, rain dancing when it comes to the outdoor fun and super exciting rides for the kids, it's a perfect place for kids to have a Gala time. In addition, there are many indoor games as well. . Food is quite delicious, you'll get a feeling of almost home cooked tasting food. You get a variety of options to savour in their buffet spread. We also did a in-room dining one night and the food was stunningly tasty. I also requested for breakfast in bed, and the way they arranged it was so impressive. . . My mom was enjoying everything over there, even sitting on a swing in the garden and chilling with her was a bliss. It's one of my best memories with my mom.. . I would highly recommend this resort to everyone, who would like to visit with their friends, families, bffs, cousins, office gangs etc. A perfect place to unwind and relax.

Had a great weekend stay at Best Western resort. Completely kid-friendly place with lots of activities for all age groups. A great place for weekend gateway near delhi /gurgaon. Activities are good and its full of nature. Resort is having very huge space for activities for every age group. But food is the only flaw here. Food is very expensive and its taste (veg) needs very much improvement.

This is in reference to Room no. 19 and 20. We stayed at the resort from 18-20th of June. We have stayed at Best Western resort numerous times and unfortunately this time the experience was simply bad because of the following reasons: 1) The AC kept leaking out water into the room from day 1. Even though after two complaints, the maintenance team came over to fix it but the issue persisted throughout our stay. 2) The waiting for food was 15 minutes over the regular 30 minutes which we experience whenever we visit the resort. 3) Our costumes were stolen from the pool. After numerous complaints, two of the three costumes were returned to us. 4) The resort staff disturbed us twice at 2:30am for something that was not ordered by us. In this case, it was a mattress. I was already planning to submit this complaint on the website before you contacted us for a review on our stay. It was pretty disheartening to see the service going downhill especially when hotels and resorts have had enough time during lockdown to give a fully sanitized and organic stay. Instead, it feels like the service is spiraling towards the other end of the spectrum.

Hospitality and service presented to us was splendid. The maintenance and cleanliness everything is up to the mark. Overall it's a worth it place to spend your time with your family and Friends or to have your functions to be celebrated at.

Horrible experience. Property was not at all maintained. Rooms were not hygeinic,no mineral water only normal water prefilled in glass bottles,had to call room service many times for one thing and that too after so much struggle, staff was rude esp manager Mr Gupta was so rude that he nearly yelled at us for just sitting beside pool.hopeless service.would not suggest this resort to anyone.

Best Wesrern's Resort Garden is ideal for a Group family vacation as it offers ample space (the hutments) overseeing a large lawn with facilities of swimming pool, dining area and activity centre. Look for F&B Manager Firoz Khan, he is very accommodative. His whole team especially steward Kanchan is very helpful. Overall wonderful experience staying at this resort. Areas of improvement includes cleanininess of activity centre, preperation of food (veg lasagne, indian veg curry prep), locks malfunction of the doors, AC maintenance. Thankfully the service was prompt. Overall a great experience for a family group vacation.

There is no support to customer. staff is very unmannered. management is careless about customer. sales team commitment totally fictitious no value of money. Fictitious billing. Food quality extreme poor.

The resort has a lot of activities. It's a great stay for families. The staff is very professional and polite. The food is also really good. They have alot of complementary activities that they offer during the stay. Overall a great stay.

We stayed there for 2D/1N with 11 other Friends and their families to celebrate 1st birthday of our Friend's daughter. Trust me, we had a great time at the resort. My two year Old son also enjoyed a Lot. The resort has a dedicated Kids Playe zone to keep tke kids of all age engaged. The Property is lush Green, spacious and clean. Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the resort, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the Pool side resturant. Above all it has a team of super Friendly and Caretaking staff who are always available to Make your stay a memorable one. Perfect place for a weekend getaway...kid friendly place...a kitchenette room meant I didn't have to worry about working out my toddlers meals. Abundant activities to keep yourself and the kids busy...if you are lucky you will spot peacocks also. Cordial and very helpful staff. We visited the property on 23-Jan-21 to 25th Jan 21. This was our second visit. The property is full of space and activities for kids from rides to open spaces.It was all amazing. Special mention to Ramesh ji who helped us get rooms with amazing view and space. he also helped us with heater to sit under gazebo and enjoy our meals. Food in buffet is just about ok , can be improved. However ala carte food was good on taste but can hit pocket for few. Overall the property is good for a short getaway for family with kids, lawns are well accessible and you can enjoy the sun .

This is one of the best resort in the area. I was provided complementary upgrade. It has various activities for all age group like cricket, badminton, rides for kids, TT etc. Overall very pleasant stay

The place is just 30 mins drive from Gurgaon however, strategically away from husle bustle of city. It has many facilities like sports, games, kids area (multiple games) swimming pool. animal rides, etc to enjoy. However in terms of suggestion they need to focus on taste of food and House Keeping. Overall It is recommended place.

We were hesitant travelling in such grave scenario of Covid. But to our surprise The Best Western Resort Country Club was totally equipped to handle this. The measures taken for our safety were par excellence. On our arrival the temperatures were thoroughly checked, the staff was taking utmost care to sanitise everything. The waiting lounge furniture was wrapped with disposable sheets. Social distancing was followed. The rooms were sanitised thoroughly, house keeping staff was taking all the measures. And ofcourse the stay in itself is always a pleasant experience at the resort. The green area, play area, various activities, the whole atmosphere is so relaxing and sets the holiday mood. Food is very delicious and hygenic and is served piping hot. So I for sure would be spending more weekends there. Keep it up :)

I was worried to go on a holiday with my family at the time of pandemic. However, on reaching thr resort my worries faded away. The rooms were sanitized,before check in and were sanitized every subsequent day. The restaurant too was sanitized after every meal. There is ample green cover and open spaces to ensure social distancing. There were many activities to keep us busy throughout the visit. The bouffe had good options and food tasted well. The staff was courteous and the services were well. All in all, its is a good place to go on a holiday with your family and friends.

Went there in the month of October and till now visited around 15-20 times... Very huge ground with all sports facility with horse riding... Very clear water in pool... Just I had a weekend getaway there with my family and must say this is the best resort, you will feel like you are in the lap of nature. Want to visit again and I must say Except going out of Delhi, you must visit here, the very clean and fresh environment they are taking each precaution for COVID so it is so safe

Let me start by saying that you will love the location. If you are looking for a quick weekend getaway from Delhi, this resort would have been perfect if not for the staff and food. You will be greeted at the front desk reception by a lady who could not care less. Imagine trying to haggle at the RTO office. Pro tip - The room will take 2 hours, whether you come early, late or on time, so make sure she knows you have arrived and head straight into the gardens. Of course just like at an RTO office there are forms to fill - Lots of them. I, for one, forgot to take back my driving license. They did not even bother calling me. On asking why was I not informed, the lady said you should have asked for it. What is rather interesting is that they have a bunch of these cards lying in their desk - I counted 20 in just once bunch. I guess everyone has hobbies - some collect stamps. These guys collect driving licenses. Let's talk about "food". Spare your stomach and pocket the pain. They don't even bother hiding the fact that it's more than a few days old. The idlis are a marvel - Gurgaon's cash strapped home builders could learn a thing or two about how to make good quality bricks. You have two options in this regard - order only the fresh omelette or drive to McDonalds and subway, which are just 10 minutes away. Do not buy the room with breakfast. Also, not a single staff was wearing mask correctly. Mask wearing was a formality that was quickly forgotten after the frontdesk. Its also worth pointing out that there are tons of places to hang around in the resort and take selfies at. But you can't really sit anywhere - its pretty dusty. It really is sad. It's a pretty large resort which has just not been maintained well. I imagine that with the right management, it could do rather well.

Very good option for a weekend getaway. Too much space for many activities for adults as well as for the kids. Staff is superb and very polite. Food is something which should not be missed. Pricing is little less competitive but in exchange of that "experience" is something which they serve you. I highly recommend this place for any short weekend getaway.
