Hotels in Loire

We really enjoyed our choice of food this Sunday afternoon. Waiting staff are super friendly and our food was really delicious. My husband ordered the chicken dish and I opted for a burger medium to well. Both cooked to perfection. You don't need to be staying at this hotel to dine here. So if you are passing on your way to the south why not choose to have lunch / diner at the hotels restaurant.

I often stay at this hotel for business. It's like a 'home from home' friendly, welcoming staff. Great room with a funky shower and cool coffee machine. The breakfasts are healthy and there's lots of choice and it' nice to eat it at the tables by the outdoor swimming pool. Recommend.

Hotel is well decorated and furnished in a modern style. Our room was comfortable especially the bed. Nice modern bathroom, a little small but well designed. Staff are really friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh items.

Generally good. Wouldn't class as a 4 star. 3 night stay while working in Veauche. Rooms comfortable and clean. Restaurant reasonable. Good Breakfast choice from an English person's perspective. Staff helpful, especially as my French is schoolboy French from 40 years ago.

When you are traveling you get tired. When you get tired and hungry you need a nice and clean place to stay. We found it all at this hotel, but furthermore the workers in the hotel (all of them) were so nice and helpful that it made us write this here and now. So thank you HOTEL BY GEORGETTE - BEST WESTERN

Had a good sized room, quite clean,with TV and wifi, adquat for one night. The price was very affordable, so we got one of the older rooms. Parts of the hotel and rooms are modern, some parts old. No AC, but you can ask for it, some rooms have it, we didn't need it. Some might find the tram passing buy nearby a disturbance, but we slept well. The staff were friendly, and interested, and it was quite clean. Breakfast was not much... It's close to the main road running around the town. Still a bit hard to find due to several one way streets (without gps). Too far to walk to the center of town, but the tram running by the hotell, might get you there. Not much to do nearby, a few restaurants. Pizza Cosy has gooood pizza and beer to buy! All in all, enough for one nights stay when riding throug to your next destination.

This place hasn't got many things going for it. Placed on a highway with a tram running along the other side, the traffic noise is constant. The fact that the rooms don't offer A/C, means you really can't shut out the noise with a closed window. To add insult ot injury, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. And to make things even worse, the breakfast very distasteful.

Good service, friendly staff, great food. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the region for either business or pleasure. The outside setting is perfect with a small basic pool and many relaxing chairs with tables for dining. In addition the road network is great.

No airco in room. rooms are boiling like sauna and temp outside is better then in room's. At nighs i have to open window,but cant sleep with open window as it sounds like lying next to F1 track. We had 5 rooms in 2 floors all same. Breakfast is very basic and not included in price. Overall its 2 star hotel.Simply don't waste time and money.

Definitely a case of first impressions DON'T count. Upon arrival, you drive through a industrial area, but once you pass through the gates, it really is a delightful surprise. Plenty parking, a wonderful welcome from a very organised reception and very spacious rooms. Although the showers have great water pressure, they're a little difficult to position, but some patience and you'll manage just fine. The food was really impressive. We had a lovely dinner, followed by one of the better breakfast buffets we've seen in France. In all, a highly recommended option.
