Best Western Titian Inn Hotel Venice Airport

Stayed for one night before early flight. A mile from airport. Different from most USA airport hotels in that it's small and in a walkable community. Not a lot around it, but we walked a few minutes to a lovely cafe/bar for dinner. Front desk staff speak excellent English. Room was small but beds were comfy. Shuttle to airport was 15 Euros. The driver was there early waiting for us. Breakfast buffet started at 4:30am, which is rare.

Really nice Hotel ,good value if you get free parking for 2 weeks. However we booked a room with a bath , but bath plug had been removed, so had to shower. Breakfast buffet very good. Easy walk to airport, good job as taxi can be 25 euro for 5 minute ride !

The staff and room were great. If you plan on visiting Venice, it is close to the airport and the boat taxi's. It is a 20 minute walk to the boat launch and airport or a quick 20 euro taxi ride. Also, there are a few local restaurants close by.

Bad experience and not worth it. No hot water. It was fixed. No hallway light, not fixed. The bathroom sink didn't drain. The lotion was used prior. There is one towel rack and no place to put the towels. The triple room bed was not made and I had to do that. The fridge was dirty.

Clean and comfortable; very close to airport. Some amenities not in great working order but fine for one night. Would not recommend as a home base for touring Venice (stay in the city) but perfect as a transition into or out of Venice.

This is a pretty standard hotel but we chose it for quick airport transfer. Our flight came in after the hotel shuttle had quit running for the day so engaged a taxi (€20 minimum charge) which had us at the hotel in probably 5 minutes. We used the hotel shuttle (€15) the next morning to get us to the airport. You need to be sure and reserve this ahead of time. The room was comfortable. The shower is tiny but good water pressure. Room had a safe. Breakfast pretty standard with hot and cold items. Reception desk spoke English.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our 3 week trip in Italy. We hadn't made reservations because we concerned about connections. When we arrived in Venice we called the Best Western Titian, Sara answered and she was like the answer to our dilemma. We WALKED to the hotel from the airport and we greeted by her lovely smile and welcoming attitude. Once we were in our room we decided we needed a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate. We went to the lobby to ask where to go to buy some...she turned around and.pulled out a cold bottle and handed it to us! At a very reasonable price. Next morning Christine was at the desk and helped is with the bus tickets to the train station. How nice is it to have so much help when needed and with such good attitudes. And, both rooms were spotlessly clean!

The hotel is a short taxi drive from the airport. We arrived at the airport by boat taxi. We checked in. Went to our room. It had everything we needed. We took a short walk to a pizza/kebab cafe for dinner. Walked back to the hotel. We purchased a bottle of wine from the hotel. They even supplied a cork screw puller. The next morning we took the hotel shuttle to the airport. I would stay here again.

This is a good hotel. Rooms are clean, shower is hot. The staff are great! Andrea B at the front desk was so helpful. We arrived early and she stored our luggage for us and then got our room ready early so we could rest after our long flight. She also went the extra mile and looked up my Best Western card so I could get the points. She made our stay so pleasant and I would stay here again. This hotel is close to the airport and Andrea booked us a shuttle to go back to the airport to meet our cruise shuttle. Shuttle is €15.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Marco Polo airport and to Venice. It was reasonably easy to access and the staff was helpful in obtaining transportation to the airport quite early in the morning for us.

Very expensive hotel room for not enough in return. The hotel seems to have been built in the 1970's and not maintained since then. Huge amount of noise from the highway, uncomfortable bed, terrible linens, bad breakfast. Totally unacceptable for the nearly $300 per night they charged.

Our 12 person group enjoyed our recent stay the night before our flight home to the USA. The staff were very friendly and patient with all of our needs and were able to arrange special transportation to the airport for us as we had a motorized scooter and a wheelchair for two of our members. The rooms were pleasant and clean and the breakfast was delicious! There were a few restaurants within walking distance that made this location very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay near the airport.

Stayed at the hotel one night before flying back to the US. Check in went smooth, but no recognition of Best Western Status. Room was facing the road to the airport and therefore very loud - all night. Air condition was struggling but worked somewhat. The beds were hard as a rock - between the loud road noise and hard beds we got very little sleep.

Great location near airport and the breakfast was well worth the additional charge! Internet was also included and restaurants nearby for dining. Italso included a shuttle to the airport. Staff was accompanying and friendly.

very clean and comfortable hotel. We needed a place to stay the night before a very early flight. Right down the street from the airport. Allowed us to get up and out very easily. Hotel was clean, quiet and cozy. Everything I remembered from staying in bestwesterns as a kid.

Good, safe place to stay near Airport for those early morning flights. My daughter walked it from the Airport, but Taxis easily accessible both ways. If you do choose to walk, this hotel is the closest one on the same side of the street as the airport. There are some closer, but you have to cross a busy highway. They also stock wine and water for purchase from the front desk.

Breakfast was really nice especially for starting the day of walking and site seeing. Great value for money and easy to access. Short bus rides to where you need to go to. Staff helpful and I'd definitely return again

Very welcoming helpful staff, nice comfortable room, all you need for a good nights sleep. Nice hot shower with toiletries provided. Hairdryer, TV etc. Very reasonable breakfast plenty of variety, self service with a very helpful member of staff to assist if needed. Good nights stay.

well we were there only to sleep as we had our flight the next morning . the room was good and comfortable nothing special but all good > the breakfast could have been better but overall a nice stay very close to the airport

Unfair price, bathroom noise all night long due to à broken ventilator. The problem was already indentified by the direction but nothing has been done. Towel dirty, mold in the shower. Never lived such a bad expérience for nearly 200€…such a shame

Can catch bus #5 from the Piazza Roma bus station and have them drop you at the Orlandq Piovega stop. Then its about a 5 or 10 minute walk to the hotel. Close to the airport for an early flight. Room was fine, comfortable, nothing fancy but very clean. There was a good restaurant just a couple minutes walking from the hotel. Staff was helpful. My room was noisy. Could hear the couple in the next room clearly - having a argument about the temperature for the air conditioning. Could hear every sneeze and cough. My flight was too early for transportation options so took a taxi. A taxi for the 2km (or whatever it is) to the airport was 25 euros. At 4:00 in the morning, I don't know that there were any better options. Too early to have breakfast at the hotel.

Very close to Marco Polo airport, not far from Venice, clean & very nice rooms, great breakfast, and most important ... very competent and friendly people make it all happen. We have stayed at this wonderful place every year (August - September timeframe) every year since 2010 (except for two years we did not travel during the covid lockdown). We especially thank Cristina, Sarah, and every one of the folks at the Titian Inn who do a great job. This is clearly THE place to stay if / when travelling anywhere near the airport and if transiting to or from Venezia (also known as Venice). Thanks again and we look forward to our next visit!!!

We stayed overnight while traveling from Sicily and flying from Venice. The hotel met all of our needs and I feel that the staff at the desk were probably two of the nicest people in Italy. They were so nice and I am sorry I can't recall their names. The room was clean and comfortable.

It's easy to catch a bus for E 9,50 and only a couple of stops to get to the hotel from the airport. You can also arrange for a shuttle at the front desk to get you to the airport. The front desk crew was very pleasant and helpful. They sold cold water, beer and soda at the front desk. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. If you have a couple extra hours, there is a nearby walking trail with a view of the Venice Lagoon. Breakfast was served from 4:30 am which was so nice to enjoy and catch an early flight. Rooms were adequate with large bathrooms and generous toiletries. It's a very good value if you need a nice clean hotel near the airport.

After 9 days traveling across northern Italy it was time to head home. The reception area was bright and clean. Check in was a breeze and our room was spacious and clean. While they don't have a full service restaurant there are several local places to eat within easy walking distance. We added breakfast to our stay and the selection of hit and cold foods was abundant and fresh. Unfortunately I became ill the morning we were to leave. The manager on duty called an ambulance and ensured i was comfortable while waiting. After a long day in the er it was so nice to come back to the hotel to a freshly made up room. The next morning I was much better and the shuttle took us to the airport. We were at the terminal in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers flying into and out of Venice.

The hotel is ok, the only major drawback I can report is a very noisy (old) AC. Clean room, spacious bathroom, fairly good breakfast, courteous personnel. It is located at 1300 m from the airport terminal, one can even walk, as I did. However, even taking into account that it is an airport hotel, it is too expensive for its quality.

I got upgraded to what I thought was a normal room for almost 200 euros a night including breakfast. Bottle of wine as a gift (nice) and two bottles of water in the fridge. I did not like the bathroom amenities, this is subjective of course but the shower smelled to shoe polish to me. Rest of the room although small was good. What really did not work is that I was given 3 restaurants to go to after 10pm. The first was closed, the second told me that they had closed the kitchen and only the third one, attached to the Marriott was opened. I really came close to not being able to eat. All apps i.e Justeat, Uber and Glovo had no restaurant listed. This area is dead at night. Service was OK, breakfast standard. I will choose a hotel closer to the airport next time.

Great location, we stayed 2 nights after disembarking cruise. We opted to stay here less than 1 mile to airport. We were able to catch a bus across the street to Venice $1.50 euro each way you can buy ticket at the hotel. Better than staying on the island trying to maneuver luggage on and off a water taxi. Hotel was clean and offers a nice breakfast at $6. per room. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, they arranged taxi to airport on checking out and add to room cost!!

Hotel staff helpful and friendly very clean with shower TV sound on only a few channels Black out curtains, really really "Black you out", when drawn. Wi-fi my only big complaint..... only working sporadically. If you need to buy prosecco, go close by to Cantina Marco Polo, down the road. Organised Airport transfer was prompt on time @ Euro 15.00. The restaurant Al Quatrante was a very good Recommendation from the receptionist. read more in my other review. Early Bird Continental Breakfast was a good selection, buffet style.

The airport limo transportation was very convenient and efficient. It did cost in each direction but very punctual and a great peace of mind. The front desk clerk stayed on the phone with me when I didn't know where the driver was picking us up at the airport. I had to call a few times because I couldn't figure out where to find him and finally, she waited on the phone until he came. She was very helpful and patient. We arrived somewhat late and were hungry. We were recommended a small restaurant walking distance from the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. We ordered their special paella, and it was delicious. Very pleasant staff and great food. Truly appreciated the recommendation and convenience. The rooms are somewhat small, but they are clean, the beds are comfortable, the a/c worked great, and the bathroom was well stocked with bathing essentials. It's a simple and reliable place to stay, only minutes from the airport. Exactly what we needed in order to be able to get on an early flight. We chose the rate that included breakfast. It was continental style breakfast. They also had scrambled eggs and the host even made my husband an espresso. That was very nice. We appreciated the comfort and convenience of the hotel.

The service at the desk was slow, and the desk wasn't always manned. Rooms are barebones, but it's an airport hotel, so that's not surprising. But we ordered a taxi at the desk the evening we checked in, we pre-ordered a taxi for the following morning, when we had an early-morning flight. The desk clerk told us this would be €20. The next morning the driver charged us €25. It may be churlish of me to complain about €5, but this is an airport hotel whose stock in trade is providing accommodation to people who are going on to the airport. They should know what a taxi there should cost.

Have stayed here several times and always book a room before an early morning flight out of Venice, Italy. Hotel staff are pleasant and hotel room is just right for the one night stay. Couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast in morning is decent. Make sure if you need a shuttle to airport that you book prior to arriving. Just email front desk.

Nice hotel but crap service from reception. Always telling you they will check with their manager and will call you back, never did, 3 times. Frustrating. Not able to provide extra coffee or tea for the room, told to use the vending machine. No food on site apart from a vending machine with overpriced crisps and chocolate. Wouldn't stay here again.

Great room. Really helpful staff. We arrived late , but the staff here were really helpful. Good breakfast also. They also advised us on getting transport tickets. Highly recommended and would definitely come back here again. Perfect for airport and an easy walk.

We strongly recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed there on the day of our arrival to Venice and the day before our departure and were not disappointed. The hotel room is clean and is a great option for those looking to stay close to the airport.

We have stayed at Titan Inn Venice previously and continue to be impressed with their level of service. They have done an excellent job of implementing Covid protocols with little to no impact on your stay. Breakfast is pre-ordered the night before and then served to you personally when you arrive in the morning. Result is my husband's bacon and eggs arrived hot and delicious. The location of the hotel cannot be beat for ease of access to the airport and to Venice itself. The airport is the easiest place to get your covid test prior to returning to US and we were able to just walk over the day before we left and get it done.

Before we even arrived at the hotel I was impressed with the prompt responses to my emails and questions in the months and days prior to arriving. Always very helpful and accommodating. Our plans kept changing (flights and cruise) but they were always happy to help and we had no problem checking in early when our arrival time changed yet again. Our room was spotless, the bathroom was very large. The room was large by European standards too. Because our flight was so early, we weren't able to have the included breakfast, but they did set out pastries and coffee for us at 4:30 am. The only downside was the room was warm (they turn off the A/C Oct. 15 and this was Oct. 18). We opened the balcony door to cool it off, but at night with the door closed it was quite warm. Also the shower ran hot and cold with no warning. I do wish their shuttle ran more hours of the day, it doesn't run between 11 am and 3 pm. We took a taxi to the hotel but were able to take their shuttle at 5 the next morning.

Myself and my sister decided to go on our first holiday to Venice together. We are 17 and 18 and didn't have anyone else with us. The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly, helpful and speak English very well. As we were staying for three nights, our room got upgraded from a double to a family room for free, which was really kind of the hotel to do. Breakfast is cheap, buffet for €6 each morning. And the hotel isn't far from Venice city centre. About 15 minutes on the bus, and you can purchase bus tickets from reception for a €3 “Round Trip” (Return). Our room service every day was fantastic too, everything we used was replaced regularly. It's about a 10 minute walk to Marco Polo airport, and there's a pizza restaurant next to the hotel, that's really cheap and the food is wicked!! Overall, we've had a wonderful stay in Venice, thanks to this hotel.

I stay at the BW Titian everytime I am leaving from Marco Polo. Very close to the airport, dependable early morning shuttle is available. Great value, very nice rooms, wonderful staff! Highly recommended!

We spent 1 night before our flight. Room was large and very clean. We didn't eat much from the breakfast buffet but noticed a nice selection of food.i didn't like the coffee.(from an automatic machine) Service was excellent. We took the shuttle to the airport and it was very quick.

We chose this hotel due to it's reviews, it's location and bus service to the airport, and it suited us perfectly. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus service was efficient. There are a variety of eating places for meals within walking distance.

Conveniently sited hotel, literally 5 mins from the Airport by transport. Prompt and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.. Unfortunately no bar or evening meal facilities, however within 100 meters of the hotel are a choice of cafes and restaurants. Good and reliable bus service just outside the hotel into Venice central (15 minutes) to connect with the main attractions.

This hotel is ideally located near the airport. I stayed for one night and was very comfortable. The service was good, the rooms clean, the breakfast was available and had good selection, the shuttle they offer to the airport was perfect. A couple of small restaurants were available within walking distance for supper. A perfect place to stay near the airport.

I've stayed here quite a few times Concierge very helpful and efficient. The location is near the airport, 15 minute walk. Room is quite large, modern and clean. Shower has good pressure. There is a fridge with a couple of bottles of water each day. A kettle is provided with coffee & tea, etc. It's all good TV with lots of channels and Free WiFi is very good. Normally I have breakfast which has plenty of choice, but unfortunately no time in the mornings on this visit of 4 nights business trip I use the buses as the stations are near. Tickets cost €1.50 and this will take you into Venice. At the reception you can buy tickets and they'll give you times... buses run on time, turn up at least 5 minutes early and stick your hand out if there isn't anyone else at the stop... it's fun If you want to visit Venice each day and take taxis, then I would stay in a hotel in Venice.

The smell of the room was weird. smelled like a dirty diaper but appeared clean. I'm thinking it was just a cleaning product I'm not used to but whew it was strong. You are able to open the windows so it went away once I aired it out. There's no restaurant on site but there are a couple blocks down. beware they only take Mastercard most places or you have to spend a certain amount to use your card. Not anywhere near the city but they do sell $20 bus/boat passes. The bed was very hard which did not work well on my back the next day.

Was so happy that this hotel was recommended to me by a family member. We usually stay with family while in Venice but since we had a very early flight out we wanted to stay close to the airport for our last night in Italy. This hotel checked all the boxes. We arrived at 10:30 am and was so pleased when we were told we could go to our room. We dropped our bags off and then got changed. We were told we could take a bus to Venice for only 1 Euro and the bus stop was accross the street and down a bit. How wonderful. We enjoyed a day in Venice took the same bus back and then had dinner down the street. The airport is literally 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car. Location is fabulous, staff was great and we will certainly stay here again when we return to Italy.

Our room was clean, with comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was on time and quick to airport. Optional breakfast was simple but adequate for 5 euro. Was worth it so we didn't have to hunt down food at the airport while juggling luggage. Very pleasant stay!

Came the day before I flew back to the States. The staff were so helpful from the pick-up at the airport to the explanation of how to get into Venice for a few hours. It was so nice to have everything go so smoothly since my time was limited.

Nothing special at this property. It's well worn but convenient. Electric outlets by the bed and desk were worn past usable and only worked if you held the cord just right. Street facing rooms are very noisy due to street traffic 20 feet away. The AC gets louder when turned up but no change in temperature can be detected. The 3.5 euro shuttle charge is pretty steep considering how short the ride is. We walked from the airport on arrival not realizing there are no sidewalks for a few hundred yards.

This hotel is remarkably close to the airport and very convenient to Venice. It is a 1KM trip to the airport, but the majority of that is on airport property. From there it is down the street. Because they aren't the best sidewalks between the airport and the hotel, I would suggest a cab (15 Euro) if you have a lot of luggage, and then a shuttle back to the airport. When I go to Europe I try to use mass transportation whenever I can so it sucked to take a cab, but it was worth it. To get to Venice you can take a bus from the airport or the number 5 bus goes within about 200 meters.

The hotel is clean and very nice and professional front desk staff. It was easy to go to Venice city center from hotel by taking bus 5. However, when coming back to hotel from Venice, I missed the bus stop near the hotel twice, went all the way to the airport. It was not easy to recognize where to get off or see the hotel on the bus. We booked hotel shuttle to airport at 5am, unfortunately the driver was not able to start the shuttle van after loaded out luggages. We were worried about missing our 6:30 departure. 12 minutes late, the driver tried again to start the shuttle van, this time the van was started.

We had a wonderfull time staying at the hotel with family before and after our cruise. The staff is very polite and friendly, the location is just what we needed to visit Venice and surroundings and to reach the cruise pier (which we did thanks to the private transportation booked for us by the clerks at the Hotel desk). On the way back since we had a very early flight they booked the hotel shuttle service for an adeguate fee and we had the possibility to have breakfast as well at 4:30 am!! Thanks again to all of your staff, Marco Maila Crestina Brian Sebastiano and Albert and the lady at breakfast!! We will recommend the hotel to our friends and we will return next year!!

Stayed overnight post cruise. Great value for money. Comfortable room and bed. Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Breakfast was available early for those with morning flights. Shuttle service is on time and excellent.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. Rooms are small but very functional. Bathrooms have walk in rain showers, a mini fridge and coffee/tea station. A very good breakfast can be purchased for only 5 euros and has cereals, fruit, eggs, bacon, cold meats and cheeses as well as cereals and pastries. Very good value. For dinner there are several within easy walking distance. There is also a local grocery 100 yards away. We would definately stay at the Titian Inn again.

We stopped here for a weekend in September. Being collected from the hotel with the shuttle was a great help when you don't know the country. The famous Marco on the front desk and sebastiano, take time to help you out and explain things. The bus stop is only Just a short way from the hotel and it cost €1.50 per person to Venice. Great hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Grazie

Stayed for one night at BW Titian Inn while visiting the Venice area. Very nice and convenient-to-VCE hotel. Staff is very friendly, and the facility is very modern and well-maintained. My room was in the new wing, and it was quite nice. Would definitely stay at BW Titian Inn again.

We had a one night layover and this hotel was perfect for us. 15 euro cab ride from the boat to the hotel. We arrived in the afternoon slightly before check-in but they accommodated us - everything was in order - simple and clean - comfy beds. They offer a shuttle service to the airport. It picked us up at 5 am - on time and very efficient.

Been a regular Clients at Best Western Hotels in various cities for several years, but I had my first bad experience at Best Western Venice which was quite disappointing. The Desk staff were friendly and professional but the room was very disappointing. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. Taps and Drainage was faulty. AC regulating control wouldn't work. TV remote a mess. No extra blankets to cover up, the room was too cold. No footwear. Area was quite noisy. Hope to be placed in a better room next time as per previous experiences. We didn't report to the front desk because it was late and there were too many faults as we had an early flight the next day and needed to relax

The hotel charged me for breakfast and for shuttle to airport when most all hotels breakfast is included in the room rate.. When reserving my room online , I requested a bigger bed size... On website it was mentioned free breakfast and shuttle .

We stayed here for one night because it was so close to the Airport and we landed late so it was more convenient. The staff when we arrived and checked out were both quite rude and unhelpful. The room it's self was very basic in need of a refurb, but it was clean and had everything you would need for a night. I wouldn't want to stay any longer than that. Note. Nothing to do with the hotel as they provide a shuttle bus, but this finished at 2300 hours. We landed just after so had to rely on public transport, the hotel is very close to the airport, but without knowing the road layout and if there were paths to walk on we caught the bus. This cost us €8 each to literally go one stop down the road. If you are able to walk I would recommend doing this as the bus does not stop outside the hotel and you have to walk a bit anyway. We walked back in the morning and it was fine.

We stayed overnight to be closer to the airport in the morning. The staff at the front desk was helpful. We were able to purchase bus tickets to get to the water ferry for the ride to St. Mark's Square. The room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was convenient.

Location fine. A little (big) problem... Check in. One had to drive a tra veler to the airport so left a young man who was checking in 1 person and then us. 25 minutes to check him in. He claimed because it was a walk in that it took so long. Now our turn. We had a reservation. I explained that we also were rewards members.. To which he responded "So?". Decide to let it go. Reservation already included credit card etc... Yet 21 minutes.... I had already specified breakfast... He said ok. Then after the 21 minutes he asked do you want breakfast? So just deal with it.. We smiled and again said yes. Get to room.... Twin beds... Well is it worth going back to explain it was a superior king room.... Nnnooooo. But my advice... And the mistake I made... Go to the Courtyard Marriott. Closer and nicer.

I left a message when I booked a hotel and called twice to verify that there would not be be any feather bedding , carpet fresheners karma or air fresheners in my room because of a respiratory ailment I have been suffering from. I get to the hotel tell and find out all the carpet in the entire Hotel tell is slathered with carpet freshener as well as in my room. It was so bad add my skin begin to itch, my eyes watered, my throat began to swell shut in my lips shriveled up, jumped off my face, and ran through a crack under the maintenance room door. On my bed were two overstuffed feather pillows. I picked up the phone to call the front desk to have them removed. The phone was broken and did not work. I get it up the pillows and took them to the lobby myself. The front desk man give me a disappointed look and reply that I did not need to bring the pillows down to the lobby. I guess this is a taboo in this part of Italy. After being berated by the front desk man, I explained to him the situation and and one full day later some new karma 1 inch thick cheap foam pillows showed up at my door. I would have been better off if I just continue to sleep and the pair of rolled up T-shirts I slept on the night before. Unfortunately I can't see they're really slept on the bed that seem to have been made out of pristine marble. My shoulder ached, my hip ached and just about everything else. I tried to leave the hotel L4 a different one but was told that my reservation was already paid for in it's entirety it would not be refunded . I was stuck there for 4 days without sleeping a wink. I thought I would never have to to experience the poor food quality like I did in England and until I get here here. I thought it said you had a cook but, I guess I was wrong. Lots of dry stale breads, some burnt fresh every morning croissant that were mistakenly labelled as brioche and called Oscar Mayer type hot dogs. Yeah, you heard me. Even worse yet where the reconstituted powdered eggs that had been burnt thoroughly I'll being baked in the pan. These eggs were so saturated with water they felt like chewing on a kitchen sponge that had just been used to wash an entire sink full of dishes I was scheduled to come back on my return trip for 3 more days period fortunately I was able to cancel this and book a hotel at the Marriott a block away. Do yourself a favour, spend and a few extra bucks and book the Marriott in the first place.

The room was very small just enough room for one small chair, making it uncomfortable to spend much time. The breakfast was a good, but should have been included with the room. There was an additional charge for airport transfer, but given the cost for the room, the transfer should be free.

Stayed there for the last night before our early morning flight. It's a basic hotel with spacious, quiet rooms. The neighborhood is not especially attractive, but we did not expect anything more than a bed.

Enjoyed a very nice stay. Staff are super friendly. Room was perfect clean, Italian style. Breakfast was much better than expected, above average. Cappuccino and expresso coffee, perfect! Great value.

Every member of the hotel team met us with a smile and a very friendly outlook. The reception personnel were extremely helpful in getting my rental car back to the airport and then picking me up right afterwards. Very good breakfast buffet and excellent service there as well. Good dining restaurants three minutes away by foot. Would definitely come back if I need a hotel near the Marco Polo airport.

Convenient transfer (€3.50 pp) from the airport by their own shuttle saved taxi hassle and extortionate prices. Rooms comfy but small. Breakfast terrible and coffee undrinkable! We resorted to the cafe up the road although hotel cost included the breakfast. Very handy for bus to Venice- only 20-30 minutes and €1.50 pp.This is the only bargain you'll find in Venice.

This is a 3-star hotel - nothing fancy, but clean and efficient. It's perfect for catching an early morning flight out of VCE. I booked several months in advance, and got a good pre-paid rate for a family room. I made sure to reserve the shuttle by emailing the hotel - it was 3.5 Euros per person. I booked a family room, which had lots of room for my family of three. We took the #5 ACTV bus from Pizzale Roma, Venice (main bus stop in Venice) to the hotel. The only confusing thing was that the hotel clerk told us the stop was called "Tessera Pinerolo". But, on Google Maps, it's called "Orlanda Pinerolo". We had purchased a 24-hour ACTV ticket for the day, since we decided to go to Burando and Murano via the vaporetto, and were pleased to know that we could use this ticket for the bus to get to the BW hotel. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. We walked 5 minutes to a casual Italian restaurant for dinner. We were up at 430am for breakfast. The hotel was running a 5 Euro promotion for breakfast, which we couldn't pass up - nothing fancy and more than adequate. The shuttle bus was full @ 530am - no surprise. It's a small van - I think there were 8 of us in total. The airport is very close by, and it's not a large airport. Our flight departed at 725am, and since we had no check-in luggage, we had lots of time to spare.

This small hotel is 1 km. From the airport . Shuttle service available for small fee . Front desk personnel very polite , helpful and ready to please in Italian and English ( and I'm sure more languages ) . Room is modern , super clean and beautiful bathroom with large shower. King size bed was very comfortable and unlike some other hotels we had 4 pillows already on the bed. Breakfast for 5 euros very much worth it . Coffee , tea, juices , cold meats and cheeses , all sorts of danishes, muffins , pastries , eggs , sausages , fruit , cereals ......plus plus plus . A very good stop before or after a long flight .

1.We liked the airport shuttle 2. We would have appreciated help with our heavy luggage to our room and not just to the lift 3. Breakfast awful. Coffee especially. We had read previous reviews of this hotel and decided to stay here after our cruise ended in Venice, since we had an early morning flight out. The hotel is within walking distance of the airport but with luggage we chose to pay for their shuttle service........the only problem was that the shuttle closed down for a couple of hours during the afternoon for a "siesta", we arrived at the airport at 1 p.m. and they didn't pick us up until 3 p.m.........but we ate lunch and had a beverage so it wasn't TOO long of a wait.....the hotel is average looking, the room was spacious but didn't have air conditioning, which was very hot! There was a nice restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the hotel, that was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel offered breakfast for 5 Euro (we didn't take it because we had to be at the airport by 5 a.m.) But shuttle service was offered @ 7 Euro for 2 persons in early morning. So, all in all, I would stay here again if coming in and out of Venice from airport.....next time we would walk to the hotel.

it is close to the airport and bus stop to Old Venice where St. Marcos is located, gondolas, etc. You can buy your round trip bus ticket at the reception desk. Their shuttle bus have set times to the airport; therefore, we had to take a cab which was pretty expensive 35 Euros for the short ride, about 1 mile.

Room was extremely small (upgrade?). Furniture old and dusty. Bed hard and lumpy. Staff with exception of cleaning crew rude and not helpful. Horrible over-cooked and low variety breakfast. Any that rares this hotel higher than poor obviously has never stayed in a nice Best Western. Also, I was surprised that they had the audacity to charge for a 3.5 euros for a 15 minute rid to the airport.

I arrived late, staying only one night. The hotel is very close to airport which suited me. Room was very clean, comfy bed and a really nice bathroom with good towels. The room I had was very quiet. Good buffet breakfast with reasonable choice of food at a reasonable cost. Shuttle bus leaves on the hour to take guests into the airport at a cost of €3.50, which is exceptionally good value.

The place was great for what it is -- close to the airport. My room was clean, the shower was great, the wifi was great -- but my room was right on the street and there was a lot of traffic going to the airport. Had I stayed there longer than one night, I would have asked to change rooms.

The room you walk into upon entry is pretty institutional in its feel resembling more a work place break room rather than a hotel room. There isn't really a living room area, as advertised, but instead a large room with a sort of kitchen area (table and chairs, small fridge and sideboard with coffee and tea) and 2 single beds on the opposite side of the room. There's only one basic over head light for the room and no A/C unit or television (problematic if you have kids that need to be entertained or need a night light) A/C unit was fairly ineffective, one small wall unit located above the interior hallway door, facing the bathroom between the separate two bedrooms, it cooled the hallway, but not the other 3 rooms. No bathtub, if you have little ones, that could present a challenge.

Hotels in Venice can be very expensive and often less than you might want for comfort and convenience. I've found the Titian to be An excellent value. Easy access to airport. Easy bus connect to Piazzale Roma. Affable helpful staff that speaks English. Decent breakfast offerings.

Our family of 3 (2 adults and a teenager) stayed in a very large “triple room” for 2 nights. There were 2 twin beds in one room and king size bed in the other room. The rooms were clean and spacious. The best part was the location. The hotel is in a small town very close to the Venice (VCE) airport. There is a convenient public bus that stops in front of the hotel and drops you off in Venice (every 15-20 minutes for 1.50 Euros per person for the 25 minute ride). What a deal! This let us turn in our rental car 2 days early and use public transportation, savings us almost USD100. On our day of departure, we used the hotel shuttle (for 3.50 euros per person) at 4:45am to easily make our 6am flight. The buffet breakfast was OK for 5 Euros extra. There is also a nice pizzeria/Italian restaurant (Al Quadrante) down the street. We ate dinner in the restaurant the first night and then carried out 2 really good cheese pizzas on the second night (eating them in the hotel). The hotel staff was very helpful.

Great location near the Venice Airport. My 13 year old daughter and I stayed here as we had a very early morning flight the next day. Hotel offered a shuttle to airport which was convenient. They even offered breakfast at 4:30 am for a small fee. Rooms were clean and cozy. Would recommend if you are flying out if Venice. Hotel is also only about a 30 minute local bus ride into Venice.

Due to last minute cancellation of flight by easyjet had to find somewhere v quickly, near to airport. The hotel is right on the main road to the airport and hence close to a significant and constant volume of traffic. Although the hotel claims to be soundproofed, the proximity to the high volume traffic means there is constant, intrusive road noise. The staff are courteous but not especially friendly. The shuttle to the airport is not free and pre-payment is required. Struggle to believe the 5* reviews are independent!!

I stayed here because i had one night between flights. Hotel is 1 km to venice airport. This place is great! Spotlessly clean roons and all hotel areas, super comfortable beds and pillows, fast WiFi (everywhere), amazing staff and great breakfast for 5€ with a large variety of sweet, warm and cold buffet. I have to say this is one of the most enjoyable stays I ever had in a hotel and highly reccomend it to everyone. My luggage was delayed so i had no basic cosmetics with me. Receptionist at night was so friendly they provided a tooth brush and I took "Womens package" for little extra, i think 5€. It had a professional hairdrier, shampoo, showergel loccitane, bath cube and tea/coffee. You get free water in the room. Airport shuttle : on time and very professional. You can book your shuttle at hotel staff. If you arrive very late like I did, there is a vending machine with some snacks. Beds are so comfortable you will sleep like a baby. THANK YOU Marco and Sebastian for making my stay at your hotel carefree and pleasant. Service is 5*****.

We stayed in this hotel because we had an early morning flight from VCE and this hotel was near the airport and reasonably priced. Rooms are nice, clean with a great and comfy bed. Their staff is really nice especially the check in agent we met who even got us our room even though we were there an hour before official check in time. Room are nicely isolated so there was no noise problem. Next to the hotel is a bus stop and bus goes straight to the center of Venice which is an added bonus, they even sell tickets for the public transport which is really convenient. They have a minivan service to the airport for almost no cost which runs most of the day. Overall on my next early flight from VCE I will make sure to stay in this hotel again!

We recently stayed at the Best Western Titian Inn Hotel before an early flight out of the Venice (Marco Polo) Airport. Accommodations were very good and the location can't be beat. You are couple of minutes from the airport and the hotel has a very efficient shuttle service to get you there on time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit small but it had everything we needed. Also, there isn't much around the hotel and it is close to a busy road. That being said the person at the front desk recommended a very nice restaurant, within walking distance, and the road didn't bother us once we were in the hotel.

Just a short drive to / from the airport, this is clearly the BEST place to spend the night. Even before it became a Best Western facility, the Titian Inn has always been our favorite (we have been fortunate to spend a few days here every year for the past nine years). Everything is very clean, the rooms are great, the breakfast is perfect, the staff is very courteous and friendly and there is free covered/protected parking (if desired, complimentary shuttle service to the airport).

Like other reviews, this hotel is perfect if you want to be by the airport for an early morning flight. The layout of our room was kind of weird - we were just expecting a bed, but it had a room with couches and a kitchen table we did not need. You cannot walk to the airport, they provided a shuttle (which you have to pay for). There is a restaurant about a block away that didn't look the nicest, but the food was excellent.

We moved from our hotel in Venice-proper to this one because we had a 6:20 am flight. Staff arranged our check out upon check in, and scheduled an airport shuttle at 4:45 am as well, which made our morning very easy! Breakfast started at 4:30 am (for an additional 5 euro/person), but we opted out (all I know is, the "hot" items were not available that early).There aren't many dining options in walking distance, and being Italy they all open late for dinner (for us, and for wanting to be to bed early). This hotel only has vending machines with light snacks (chips, etc.).The room was modern and clean. I would definitely recommend this for a night-before-an-early-flight!

The Titian was as expected, it was clean and comfortable, as nothing is done quickly in Venice it was important to have a hotel close to the airport. We did not arrive until later in the evening and went right to sleep. We used to airport transfer bus which was handy.

The pros. Near the airport, free parking, good scrambled eggs, and cut fruit in breakfast. The cons. At the breakfast horrible coffee and juices. The shower does not have constant temperature. It's impossible to regulate during the shower you get burnt and frozen without control. The sink of the shower was blocked and didn't drain well. The room was cold and the thermostat seemed to control nothing at all. The first night I didn't sleep for the temperature at the room. I needed blankets. Comfort is a basic service in a hotel.

We are very pleased with our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and nice. I really recommend the hotel, it perfect for a few nights and it's very close to the airport. The hotel arrange for a shuttle to pick us up and take us to the airport. They were very nice and also offer us to make a reservation to a near by restaurant.

We found this hotel reasonable in price and it offered exactly what we needed for a one night stop close to the airport. Our room was extremely clean and although very spartan (not even a picture on the walls) was comfortable. The reception staff was really friendly and helpful-especially when it came to organising early transport to the airport. You can walk to the airport in circa 10 minutes but it isn't recommended as you need to navigate some very busy roads! We had an evening meal in a restaurant down the road called the Quadrant, which was good and convenient. We didn't have breakfast at this hotel so can't comment on the food but we did have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once and been happy with each visit. It is about a 2 minute drive to the airport (Marco Polo) and about a 3 minute walk to take the bus (Bus #5) into Venice. The hotel is clean, the employees were pleasant and there is also a grocery store and decent restaurant within walking distance.

I stayed at this Best Western late last year for my entire trip in Venice. It's a couple miles away from the city itself, but the staff is very helpful as far as aiding with how to travel around the city on bus (I was able to purchase 3 day bus passes directly from the lobby.) It's a couple miles away from the airport so you'll have to either rent a car or you can just take a bus (I believe it was around 5 euros to go from the airpot to the hotel.) Also the breakfast selection was quite nice- they had a wide selection of meats and cheeses as well as many different Italian pastries and sweets on hand. Very nice place overall and for the price I highly recommend it!

We stayed one night at this hotel, it is very close to the airport, you can catch a taxi or take the bus very close by to go wherever you want. Not so many restaurant close by. They serve breakfast if not included with your room, it's very affortable and very good. We enjoyed our stay before our cruise.

We stayed at the Titian on our recent trip to Italy. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a family room which was huge. The room was great. Nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We asked at the desk for restaurants nearby and were directed to Ai Do Foghen which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. They gave us a coupon at the hotel for 2 complimentary drinks and the food at the restaurant was great. We had an early morning flight and was able to book their 4:45 AM shuttle to the Airport for 2.5 Euros PP. Needless to say we didn't have breakfast, but in the past we did and it was good. They have cut back on their shuttle service pick-up at the airport and we had to catch a taxi to the hotel for set price of 20 Euro. We tried to call, but no one answered. The first time we stayed there the shuttle service was all day and free. How times have changed. But still a convenient place to stay when you have a early flight. Highly recommended.

We arrived to Venice around midnight and wanted a hotel that was easy to get to. The BW was one mile from the airport and the check in was quick. The front desk person spoke great English and was really helpful in providing recommendations to get to Venice the following day. The breakfast was also expansive and delicious.

I stayed at the Titian Inn for one night and I was very satisfied with my stay.The hotel is very close to the airport and the taxi ride was 5 minutes with a cost of 17 euros.The room provided us with all the amenities we needed and the beds very comfortable.Breakfast was poor but the 5 euros it costs is quite reasonable a price.The bus number 5 to the city centre is a 2 minute walk and costs 1,5 euro.Tickets can be bought at the reception of the hotel.All in all a very good stay.

I arrived very late after the shuttle ended and the taxi was a fixed fare €20 even though it was less than 5 mins... But probably fair. No hotel bar, but the rooms are good, wifi good and bathrooms clean. Breakfast was good with breads through to bacon and scrambled egg. Staff all seem to speak English and happy about it. I would stay again.

This hotel near the airport was a great experience. Everyone at the front desk spoke good English (thank you!), and they were very helpful with directions into Venice and more. There are several inexpensive restaurants nearby that cater to locals, and the hotel is about two blocks from the bus stop. In addition to the comfortable room, there is a large space near the lobby where groups can gather to chat and visit, a couple of tables and chairs for playing cards or games, and a business center. The airport shuttle doesn't run mid-day when we needed it--that was disappointing. Overall, a great stay!

This is a very well-run, perfectly-staffed, spotless clean and comfy place to get a restful night's sleep before tackling the "fun" of flying out of Marco Polo. Rooms are large and comfy and I don't recommend upgrading, at a significant cost. Everything works just fine - good WiFi, good TV and an "interesting" and very plentiful breakfast with REALLY lousy coffee (shocking in Italy). The shuttle to the airport (4 minutes - .9 km) is driven by a wonderful driver (Emilio) who, singlehandedly, directed ALL of the incoming road traffic in order to break us through a traffic jam and get us there on time. He should be the sole recipient of the ridiculous 3.50 EURO charge, per person, for this shuttle which, frankly, should be free. Otherwise, this is a slightly pricey but very solid place to stay before (or after) your flight. Oh .... and free parking with a few good restaurants very close by.

We stayed here the night before our flight from Venice Marco Polo airport. There was a well priced restaurant quite close by and the shuttle driver (to the airport) was friendly. It cost us only 5 euros (2.50 euros each. Wifi in the rooms and lobby worked perfectly.

We stayed here on the last night of our holiday before flying home from Venice the following day. When we checked in the young man on reception could not have been more helpful. He explained everything we needed to know and offered information about breakfast, bus tickets and the shuttle. When booking we were told our room would be available from 2pm but we arrived at 10.30am and the room was ready for us - made such a difference to our stay. The room was more than adequate for a one night stay - clean, comfortable, good bathroom, a safe and plenty of wardrobe room if you should need it. We would recommend and would look at other Best Western establishments when next travelling

We stayed here for one night before a flight out. The staff is helpful. We used the airport shuttle to get to and from the airport. It costs EUR 5 and is convenient. However, you need to reserve it in advance by a phone call. It would be helpful if you could reserve online. There isn't much near the hotel but there is a restaurant within walking distance for dinner.

Tiny rooms with very tiny showers. Clean but they are the type of accomidations that will make you want to get out and do anythimg other than stare at the walls. Safe was big enough for passports but that's about it. A/C on a hot day struggles to keep the room comfy. Breakfast is not bad for 5.00\\person but not worth any more than that. I made the mistake of going down for a light bite while waiting for my wife. I went back to the room and when my wife was ready we went down for a full breakfast. I was approached and told that your only allowed in there once and had to pay for another breakfast. Not a huge deal but kind of strange. Transportation to and from the sirport have limited hours so we needed to use a taxi to get to the hotel or wait 2.5 hours. The trip back to the airport the next day was a little pricy but again, not a huge deal. We're kind of used to free trips to and from hotel when they are that close to the airport. Also, the ride in drops you off at the water taxi end of the airport so if you are flying out and not on your way to Venice you have a heck of a walk to the airline gates and security, very weird on that decision to drop everyone there. Nice thing was that the closet restaurant was AMAZING (once they open at 7:30) That's a killer for Americans cuz our bedtime is usually between 8:00- 9:00.... Filet Mignon was the best I had ever had!!!

Very overpriced for services offered, especially with an early departure time. Rooms were small and walls were very thin. We could hear the TV in the next room and other guests in the hall for most of the night.

We arrive late at the evening. Called hotel arrange airport transfer with only EUR 5 per person. Airport to Hotel only take 5 minutes. Pick up transfer will be located at coach parking area + water taxi stand. Hotel provide us family room with living room + living hall. wonderful bed-sheet, my kids sleep very well :) Lovely hot breakfast with located at ground floor + big dining room which can occupied up to 100 pax. From the hotel you can cross the road and take the public bus number 5 to Venice Island. Distance is about 20 minutes. EUR 1.50 per person. ticket can purchased from hotel reception. We do enjoy very much for our staying :) Keep it up the good work !

We arrived late into Venice...5 minute taxi from airport (20€). They had our room ready and speedily checked us in. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was nicely done with many options from fruit and cereals to eggs and bacon.

Stayed here prebooked after arriving very late 12.30 AM. There was no Shuttle after midnight so had to get a taxi because we had 2 children with us and suitcases. 20 Euros later for a 5 minute taxi ride we arrived. No messing about shown straight to our room and the receptionist said he will take payments card swipes etc etc in the morning and shown straight to our rooms. The rooms were great with excellent bathrooms. A good nights sleep and an Excellent Breakfast would recomend and the hotel provided a shuttle for 5 Euros to take us to the Water Taxi to take us to our Cruise Liner.

This hotel did everything I needed it to do before a flight the next morning. The front office staff spoke good English and were helpful when needed. Everything in the room worked well. The shower water pressure was adequate. Make sure you arrange the shuttle through the hotel. The local bus has a flat fee that might be good for going to Venice, but it is very expensive for the short journey to the Airport. Taxi fares are worse. Airport stays are their specialty. They do it well.

We selected the newer/upgraded room for a nominal price. Quiet, cozy room that had a bunch of nice amenities. In a residential neighborhood, so not much happening nearby. Very easy access to the airport. Breakfast was suitable, but not really high grade. Certainly a good value.

This hotel is very convenient for layovers. It's no frills, very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I need a comfortable and clean place to sleep for a layover. I have no complaints.

This was a very comfortable stay next to the airport and good value for the money. The suite we had was spacious and the bathroom was very clean, but all a little outdated. The continental buffet breakfast was good, I'd recommend it. The shuttle ride to the airport takes 5 mins but it runs every hour, which is a bit inconvenient. Tip: with the lines we ran into at the airport, I'd recommend going early! There's a restaurant called Al Quadrante 3 mins walk away and it had a good menu with plenty of options. There's also a pharmacy within walking distance. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay by the airport!

This was a surprisingly good property, far better than I have come to expect from airport hotels. From a convenience point of view (convenience for me) it would have been better if I could have had the airport transfer 30 minutes later. But I recognise also that this has to be economically feasible for the hotel. We were looking for a hotel close to the airport with airport transportation. The Titian fit the bill. We stayed in a "family suite" and it was large and comfortable. In addition, it was air conditioned. Location was perfect as the #5 bus stop that runs from the airport to Venice is just down the street. Airport transportation worked very well but I would advise reserving online. Nice breakfast. Dollar for dollar, this is a very good value.

We had a late arrival into Venice from the US and didn't want to try to figure out water taxis and such after a long day of travel so we booked into the Best Western. It was really close to the airport and even though the shuttle had stopped running for the day (I think the last shuttle was was at 11pm) it was easy to catch a cab for the short ride. The front desk staff was great, the room was clean and cool and the breakfast was decent (breads, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit and even some hot items). In the morning, the complimentary shuttle took us back to the airport where we could easily arrange a water taxi to the center of Venice. We spent several nights in Venice and then embarked on a cruise. Because of the experience we had at the Best Western upon arrival, we decided to stay there after we got off the cruise ship as our flight wasn't until the next day. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us an early check-in and recommended a restaurant for dinner that was within walking distance. We learned that not only was it close to the airport, it was also walking distance to several restaurants, bars and a pharmacy. Is it somewhere that I'd book a week's vacation? No! But for a night on either side of your arrival and/or departure, it's perfect for the price!

Interesting hotel. Old, no decorations, only one picture graced our walls. Twin beds for me and the hubby to sleep on, very hospital room like. Not warm and cozy at all. But, it was quiet and all we wanted was to be in close proximity to the airport for our next day flight home. They have a shuttle which was very convenient. The airport was only a 5, maybe 10 minute ride over. The staff was nice and breakfast staff even nicer. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet - I slept very well. Really no amenities to speak of. however, there was a coffee maker, but when my daughter leaned onto the table that it was placed on, the leg of the table broke and she went down. Oops! She was fine, but when I reported it to the front desk, they were like, "Oh, ok. We'll be up shortly to remove the table." As if this is a common occurrence. Whatever. I give this hotel more of a poor to average rating. I would not want to stay there again.

Stayed one night before catching a flight. Ideally located next to Airport. Had a comfortable stay. Staff is very courteous and efficient. Being so close to airport, the hotel could have offered free shuttle service for drop/ pick up. Shuttle was available on payment.

This hotel was a quick drive (about 20 Euro taxi) from the airport. We walked in and the place was clean and had free Wifi. They offered a Continental breakfast in the morning for only 5 Euro. They also let us check in early so our room was ready for us after our 8 1/2 hour flight. Lastly they told us about a local bus only 6 Euro that took us to downtown Venice so we could explore.

Old rooms that echo every noise. We could hear the air con in the room below start and stop all night. The corridors echo - absolutely not adequately fitted as an airport hotel. Really let's the Best Western brand down Simply grotty. To the manager - please don't bother cutting and pasting the same meaningless apology as you have done with other reviews. If you want to do something- then refund my money as none of us had any sleep which is the primary purpose of staying in a hotel.

Great location to airport with shuttle available. I took the public transport bus which was a 2 minute walk from the hotel door into Venice which was approximately 2 euro (can't beat that!) the bus takes you to the water taxi which you can hop on for another 2 euro and travel along the Grande Canal. Great little restaurant less than 5 min walk - Al Quadrante

Stayed here for an overnight in between flights. Easy quick taxi ride from Marco Polo airport. The rooms are comfortable and simple - it's all we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast starts at 4am, perfect for our 7am flight. There's a shuttle service to the airport for a small fee, book that when you check in.

Served a purpose Breakfast very good value €5 fab €3 pp on bus to Venice bus station and then world is your oyster. Didn't realise they did a shuttle bus from with prior booking, so took a taxi €15 ?? However live and learn ??

We stayed here overnight after leaving Lake Garda, before our friends flew out the next morning and we headed off to Lucca. Very clean, nice rooms & baths. Front desk helpful and a nice breakfast buffet style offered for 5 euro (?) each. Enjoyed a great dinner just down the street on the other side of the road, Eden restaurant, after a day spent in Venice. This BW is what I would call "off the beaten path" walking distance to the airport (not that you would w/ luggage) and the ferries to Venice - turned out to be a perfect location out of the craziness of Venice.

We arrived from Paris too late so we stayed one night here. It was a bit oldish but it was okay for one night. If you are travelling for business sometimes the obvious stands before luxury. I had a good sleep and that was all what mattered :)

The Best Western Titian Inn offers a complimentary airport shuttle, making it very convenient for early morning departures. We took the Alilaguna Boat back to the airport where the hotel's shuttle met us and brought us to the hotel. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Al Quadrante (closed Mondays).

We stayed here because of our homeward flight from the Marco Polo Airport the next morning. Our room was fine, as was the 5 euro breakfast. The reception staff were rather curt when we arrived, but those on duty in the morning were pleasant.

I booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport. We stayed 1 post night from our cruise before our early morning flight. I did not have high expectations because it's a Best Western and I usually stay at 4* or higher hotels. Marco was very nice and helpful and I really appreciate his communication with me prior to my arrival. I was able to set up the early morning airport transfer for 2.50 euro per person. I needed a room for 4 people so we got one of their apartments which I was blown away by. It was huge and I would consider it a 2 bedroom apartment which I did not expect. The only bad thing was the air conditioner was located in the hallway so if you wanted it cool you could not close the doors. Other than that the hotel was in a great location. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom size was decent and there was free water in the minifridge. I would definitely stay here again and I'd like to say thank you to the staff for your friendliness and helpfulness with whatever we needed.

We were greeted with a smile and efficiency! The front desk asked all the important questions like, "Do you need a wake-up call?", etc. and went over the charges and asked if we'd like to settle our bill at that time due to our early morning flight. That made it easy for us. Our room was huge--2 rooms and a bathroom! I booked on-line and for a few dollars more, I could get a king bed and a single. We took that deal even though our stay would be short due to our early morning flight. We loved the extra space for our luggage and homey atmosphere. When we opened our shutters, it looked out into a neighborhood. We walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The breakfast for 5 euros each was plentiful and the shuttle was 3.50 euros each. The shuttle came on time at 5am. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet,clean,good comfortable beds....close to bars and pizza restaurant.....only 1 km from the Mestre airport,and ideal when transitting to a cruise ship. Breakfast available at a reasonable rate. Would recommend this hotel to a weary traveller.

It's been 2 years since my husband and I stayed at this hotel, and there have been some changes. Where formerly the breakfast and shuttle to the airport were free, there is now a charge for both. As we were catching the 5 a.m. shuttle, we did not bother with breakfast. At 3.5 euros per person for a 3 minute ride, the price might seem somewhat steep; however, the proximity of this hotel to the airport makes it a stressfree choice. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. The staff speak very good English, and are very helpful.

We chose this hotel because we had an early flight out of Marco Polo Airport. The hotel is 900 km from the airport, less than 5 minutes away. Reportedly the charge for a shuttle would be 2.50 euros per person. Unfortunately there is no shuttle service for early flights. (4:45 is too late for a 6:00 flight). We asked the hotel to order a cab for us. Instead a van showed up for 7 customers. We were each charged 10 euros (except for the poor guy who had prepaid and had to pay again). The 2 people at the service desk conveniently disappeared when the van arrived. Too bad, because the location is good and the rooms are nice. We will not be returning.

We stayed here one night at the beginning of a two week trip through Sloveni/Croatia and then for two nights at the end. Just minutes from the airport with a shuttle available. Great rooms, excellent breakfast. They have roundtrip bus tickets to the bus station in Venice for 3 euros. The staff were very helpful. Alberto is a true professional. This is a great choice for a visit to Venice or as a rest stop on your journey elsewhere.

We stayed one night at the Best Western in order to catch an early morning flight from the airport, and thought the hotel was great and offered an excellent value. Our regular room (we didn't reserve a suite) was large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel breakfast starts at 4:30, which is wonderful when catching an early morning flight, and the shuttle service to the airport also starts early. This Best Western is a good choice when one wants to stay near the Venice airport.

My son and I had 24 hours in VCE before our flight back to the USA. We chose this hotel based on the proximity to the airport. They advertise an airport shuttle, but it is only limited hours. We arrived in Venice around 130pm and by the time we cleared immigration, it was 3pm. They had no shuttle service at that hour, which I find odd. So we took at taxi for the .8 miles, which with luggage was 16Euro! The front desk check in was fine, not great. But she told us that breakfast in the morning was until 11am, so we said we would come down at 10am to make the 11am shuttle back to the airport. When we went down at 1010am, we were told breakfast was finished. Great... So we asked to go directly to the airport. Not possible, we had to wait 45 minutes for an 11am shuttle. I read reviews that noise was a problem, it didn't disturb us. I am not sure if it was because the hotel wasn't full or if it was just quiet that night. The beds were not comfortable and the shower was TINY! These were expected for this class of hotel, so they did not impact my review. The poor communication about the services and times offered are why I rated the hotel average. I probably would not stay here again, but if you have just 1 night and don't care about transportation or breakfast, it is probably fine.

It was a very nice hotel, clean, close to airport and close to bus stand. We went to Venice for 2 nights and stayed in the hotel due to we were arriving by late flight. It was best choice. The room was like an apartment. A living room, bathroom and bedroom. We were not expecting it. The windows were longer and broader having wooden doors which kept room dark at night and help sleeping for longer. The breakfast was good too. I would recommend this hotel.

Having spent the week touring Slovenia, this hotel was a great to spend our last night. Receptionist was friendly, rooms were quite spacious, with a nice view too. Its only a 7 min drive to the airport. Highly recommended.

We chose this hotel to be near the airport for our flight the next morning. The staff was very helpful with our multiple requests. There is a restaurant just down the street. It looked like there might have been a small store to purchase food items, but it was closed when we arrived at 9 pm. The breakfast had many choices. The room was nice but, unfortunately, quite noisy. Our room directly faced the road which was busy until midnight and by 5 am was busy again. It was so noisy that it seemed like our window was open (it wasn't). We considered this good value for the price and location. But, I recommend requesting a room not directly facing the road.

Pros - The location is great, close the airport with a shuttle service. There is a little grocery store (with wine, beer) very close, and a good pizza place as well. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bright bathroom and shower. Front desk staff speaks English quite well, which is handy. Cons - you have to pay extra for even a continental breakfast, which really should be included. The walls / ceiling are very thin - I could hear the guy in the room above us snoring all night.

Only stayed one night because the flight was late and we didnt want to be travelling at 10pm and it was remarkable the beds are massive and so comfortable. It was like 5 star luxury for a ting airport hotel it is definately worth the money.

Basic hotel near the airport. As others have noted, it is spread out and easy to get lost. One of our party was given a nonsmoking room which was distinctly smoky-they were promptly given another room without hassle. The young reception clerk was friendly and helpful. Recommended a restaurant within walking distance. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Wake up calls available as is a shuttle to the airport (with tax the 2.5 Euro charge pp ends up being more like 5 Euros-still cheaper than a taxi).

The hotel is a little outdated but the service is great. They also have a nice breakfast daily and easy access to transportation. Right across you can get on the bus and it runs very frequent. If i am ever back, i will try staying near San Marco as everything happens there.

Only stayed here one night, rooms in our group were very spread apart and easy to get lost looking for each other. Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was also good.

I am a regular traveler to the Venice region, and had an early flight out, so I stayed here for the first time. My overall experience was good. That said, there is room for improvement: The staff at check-in were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed - tiny by US standards, normal for Italy. The soundproofing left something to be desired, as I was able to hear the snoring from the room next door (to be fair, he/she may have been a very loud snorer). Bed was clean and comfy Breakfast was adequate (good selection, coffee machine) was available from 4:30 AM which is pretty exceptional and much appreciated. There is shuttle service to the airport for a nominal charge. On time and courteous, but the driver dropped me off at a remote corner of the airport, leaving me with a full ten-minute walk to the check-in area. Strange. Would I stay here again? Probably, but will bring earplugs and walking shoes.

The hotel is close to the airport, has a shuttle service and is close to restaurants and a bar. I have stayed several times now and will stay again even though I had a problem on this occasion which was quickly rectified with many apologies. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned so I was given an upgraded room. My wake up call wasn't redirected to my new room number that may have caused a big problem. So pleased that I had set my phone alarm for 4.30 am or I would have missed my flight. The staff are always helpful and polite and I will stay again.

I had a super early flight from Venice and this hotel had everything you could ask for in that regard. There's a shuttle bus that takes five minutes and they even put out breakfast starting at 4h30. The hotel is pleasant on its own, with largish clean rooms. There's a reasonably priced restaurant a two minute walk away. Two things to note: you can't walk to the airport, but not because of the hotel's location but because of the airport's road network. and while you could technically go to the airport each day and catch the vaporetto, this hotel is not practical for visiting Venice. Staff are very helpful.

We stayed there on our way back home from Venice. Staff is very nice and speak very good English, can help with any questions. We were 2 adults and 1 child and they gave us a large room with tons of space, rooms are great and clean but the hotel can be loud if there are guests above you since it's quite old. The shuttle service runs for 1.50 euro each person but you can literally walk to the airport from there if it is not running. From the cruise port we took a taxi to this hotel for 40euros. The breakfast was 4euros per person and had plenty of food to satisfy everyone. Perfect for what we needed we'll definitely stay there again.

We have never stayed at an international Best Western, as this property was a good start for our first foray into international travel. The staff was very welcoming; however, on Nee Years' day, there was one breakfast staff member who was clearly not happy with being at work. Yet, we didn't let it affect our opinion of the hotel in general. There are three suggestions that I would recommend and certainly hope others will take note of; particularly the hotel management. One suggestion is to have curved shower curtain rods. Because the showers are relatively small—compared to US-based Best Western hotels and for a guy who is 6'2” and nearly 290 lbs.—the shower curtain kept on touching us as we showered. Many may not find this as a nuisance, but we did. Another suggestion is to add microwaves to the guest rooms. There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel, whose food is good, but ended up having to throw the take-away food because we could not re-heat it—to be fair, during our nearly two week vacation in Italy (Rome, Milan, and Venice) only our Milan accommodation had a microwave. Lastly, better information from staff regarding room service. We noticed that behind the front desk, off to the right-side, there was a room with a large refrigerator that had different kinds of drinks (we could only make out soda and beer). Yet, nothing was told to us about the availability for room service. These suggestions should not be a deal breaker for travelers who may be contemplating staying at this property. One last piece of information its location is close to the airport (less than five minutes), but about 25 - 30 minutes from Venice. While there are two bus stops within a two to three minute walk whose buses run every ten to twelve minutes, for those travelers who will be venturing into to Venice, make sure to factor into your planning the travel time. Overall, it was a good short stay (two nights), and we would definitely consider staying when we come back to Venezia.

The Titian Venice Hotel has always been our choice to stay when in that area. We have stayed at other places but none as comfortable or accommodating as the Titian. They have all amenities needed for a relaxing and pleasurable stay near Venice and the international airport. Thank you for being a quality BW Hotel.

We had booked to stay in Venice for 5 nights, then catch an early flight to Japan on the 6th day. When I started researching how to get out of Venice I quickly realised that the Venice water transport service didn't start early enough for us to be at the Venice airport early enough. The staff at Cristallo Best Western Rovigo recommended we stay at Best Western Venice Airport on our last night. What a great decision! The hotel room was very modern and comfortable, but best of all they had a shuttle bus that took us to the airport and their restaurant had breakfast from 4.30am. I'm glad we had breakfast before our flight, as we ended up sitting on the tarmac for nearly 4 hours whilst they checked a "mechanical fault". I highly recommend Best Western Titian Inn Hotel Venice Airport.

A room was available when we arrived about 10 AM, a welcomed relief! Desk clerk sold us a 2-day bus pass to/from/in Venice and told us, in English, where to catch it. We were on our way shortly after dropping our luggage and changing clothes! Each day's breakfast was quite adequate with cold cereal, cheese, cold lunchmeats, fruit, croissants - I don't recall eggs and bacon, but very good. The room was as others here described - not elegant, just comfortable and quiet. One hint: The shuttle must be reserved and can fill up, so reserve early. You can ride the same bus out to the airport, though, and even though it's not "legit," we showed our 2-day passes and got the ride without paying for any other ticket - another inside hint from the desk clerk! We'll be back for sure if we return to Venice. We paid 122 Euro per night. Reasonable.

This hotel can be access in Venice from Piazza Roma take the bus on A 1 station to Marco Polo Airport cost us €3 each, the hotel is located where the bus runs, just let the driver know where your hotel is and he will drop you off to the nearest bus stop. It's basic, room clean and bed comfortable, the TV has one English station,good shower and they provide you with 2 small bottle of water in the fridge. The transport to the airport on the shuttle was €2 each and they were on time the next morning since we have an International flight at 7AM ,will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Very decent hotel close to the airport. Our room was pretty big, plenty of space for cases etc. The décor is very basic but everything was clean and in good working order. Having arrived quite late (and up early to catch a flight) we didn't make use of the TV so can't advise on that. The bathroom was large with shower only, no bath. Again, very clean, everything worked well and the shower was good. The wifi in the room was good and we didn't have any issues with drop-outs. Breakfast is served from very early which was good for us; they clearly appreciate some people are up for early flights. Basic continental, cereal, bread ham and cheese etc and plenty of it. We were told there would be cooked food but there was nothing on offer when we were eating so check with reception what time they actually put that out if that's important to you. The shuttle to the airport was good and left on time and the ride to the airport was no more than about 10 minutes. The receptionists were very helpful and efficient. Over all I would happily recommend this for a short stay if all you need is somewhere basic but clean and convenient.

Pros Rooms are comfortable and clean Good quality for price breakfast Cons Expensive for the service and the location. Way too far from the city if you plan to see venice. Awful service at the reception. ***BEWARE*** of the free airport transfer rip off because its not true. Once there, they said it was at least 24 hours in advance (it was 6pm and we wanted the service for the day after at 8pm). Then we were told it was paid, we said fine, we will pay. Finally, they said it was plainly not available. They called us a cab which suspiciously arrived in 2 minutes after and charged 23 EUR for the 1.1km ride. In addition, at the reception they sold us a return bus ticket which we were told at the station booth it was invalid to come back and had to pay again.

This is a great spot to rest up until your flight. Comfortable and close. We took a taxi to get here even though it is so close but no walking distance with bags. The hotel has a shuttle to take you back to airport in morning. The buffet in the morning is very nice as well.

If you want to be close to the airport and have shuttle service, this is the place. Cheaper than staying in Venice proper. The breakfast was amazing for $4. It is pretty much on the bus line to get to the island. However, unless you travel at off peak times, be prepared to stand the whole 25 minutes. Thought we'd be missing some of the tourists, but Venice was very crowded in October.

Stayed at this hotel the evening prior to flying out... Pros: Close to airport, staff are nice enough, nearby diner and small grocery within a short walk to grab a bite to eat, lower rate for room. Cons: Walls are extremely thin and could hear neighbor's conversation for hours, even with earplugs. If you need sleep, you may wish to consider the other hotel option down the road. Room is very sparse and had an unpleasant smell of an air freshener spray. If you have the first flight of the morning, the shuttle van (small) does not begin until 5am. You must have reserved a spot to ride. They offered to reserve a taxi for us for a 4am pick up for 30 euros, which never came. 20+ taxis drove by, none would stop. Likely better options to consider.

Stayed two nights after arriving for a cruise and deciding to explore Venice. Superb location for the airport and really convenient for the vrry regular express bus into Venice. Receptionists and staff very welcoming and helpful and the rooms comfortable and clean. We will definitely use again.

We've spent a night at this hotel before our flight next morning. The problem is that there were so many bugs inside the room that we've spent hours killing them. Because of that we have only managed to sleep very late. Among them was a huge mantis that was flying through the room and a spider hidden in the curtains. We were denied a different room.

Stayed here on many occasions for business as have many of my colleagues. Have always found the staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast is varied, hot and cold on offer with great coffee. Rooms are clean and tidy, albeit the rooms can get a little hot with the heating on max.

The hotel is so close to the airport so that the reception will ask you regarding your flight time. Therefore, they will wake you up base on your request. Breakfast was provided for guests who have to leave hotel in the early morning. "We had at 5 o'clock." The free shuttle is provided for at least 6 passengers. Every 15 minutes will move to the airport. I'm afraid If you have to pay by cash when you want to check out. Because anybody In that area does not like to give you a favor to change your note. Even the guy in the supermarket near the hotel who do not know any words in English!! Meanwhile, if you need to flight check in before going to the airport, you can use a computer and printer which is provided in lobby. However you may find it difficult to enter to many airlines website due to the obscure reason in that PC. so the solution is download your boarding pass by your smartphone or tablet and send it to the email of hotel then ask reception to print it for you. Of course the barcode of boarding pass on your phone will be acceptable when you are boarding.

We spent one night here with an early morning flight. Check in was simple. We reserved a free shuttle for the next morning. The room was larger and nicer than I had expected. It was really more of a suite, with a common room including a table and two day beds, a nice bathroom, and a bedroom with a king bed. We took the #5 bus, which stops nearby. We checked in and dropped our bags; and then headed back out on a #5 bus for Venice. We got sandwiches in the city and brought them back because there aren't many places to eat near the hotel. The breakfast variety was nice and the shuttle made things so simple to get to the airport at 5:00.

Great location with free shuttle to the airport.IL Quadrante restaurant nearby and very reasonable with the best Tiramisu ever. Hotel sells 24 or 48 hour passes to use on the #5 bus into Venice and also for the vaporetto.Great value as you can ride up and down the Grande Canal as many times as you want! The bus stop is close to the hotel too. We arrived very early after a long flight and Cristina at the front desk managed to find us a room within an hour.The rooms are spotlessly clean and have lots of space.Just be aware that the floors are tiled so if there is a very late departure or arrival you will hear it.We were awoken at 2.30am one night by loud voices and lots of noise but a quick call to reception soon dealt with that! There is a free safe in the room too, just get the key from the front desk. The breakfast was good with lots of options and started at 4.30am We stayed here for two nights before a cruise and two nights after.Early morning shuttle to the airport was quick and on time. We will be back again next year!

We stayed here one night and everything was just perfect: we had a beautiful suite with a very large bathroom with a big jacuzzi, with good lighting for make up (most hotels do not realise that we need good lighting for this), a very comfortable bed, a living room with an office area, all very clean per perfectly working. We had an early breakfast which was was very good. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. This is a very very recommended place!

After a 7 day cruise from Venice, we selected this hotel as it was very close to the airport with shuttle transport for a 1 night stay (early next day). From the VCE cruise terminal, it was best to just take cab to the hotel (4 ladies, 2 rooms and loads of bags). The front desk staff & shuttle driver were pleasant, rooms were clean, comfy bed & the free breakfast was 'ok'. Fortunately, the hotel is walking distance to a nearby eatery for dinner & local supermarket as well. Since we had an entire day to tour before we left Venice, the shuttle bus took us back to the airport (with other passengers) and from there we took a small boat to Murano. The hotel shuttle and breakfast caters to early flights.

Stayed for one night only as we had a very late flight into Venice. Taxi from airport cost us 20euros. Reception is dated in style and so was our room. That said the room was more like an apartment without a kitchen, huge and very clean. The journey via bus from the hotel into town cost us just 1.50 euro each. The hotel staff were very friendly and informative.

Does what it says on the tin- nice place, close to the airport and for £180 a night it's pretty reasonable for the area. We had an apartment type room with a living area and breakfast was cheap too. They were very helpful in organising transport from the hotel to the sea port in the morning. The only problem we found was that the shuttle bus from the airport stops at 11pm - so we had to pay €20 for the literally 2 minute taxi ride to the hotel. Other than this pretty happy with our stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights on the last leg of our honeymoon. We arrived our first night around 6PM and had an enjoyable meal at the nearby restaurant, Ristorante Al Quadrante. The pizza was very good and the pasta was just ok. The following day was our day to explore Venice. It is very easy to take the bus from the hotel into Venice. In general, the bus is a little confusing there are a lot of bus stops. We ended up using our cell phones so we knew when to request a stop. The following day the shuttle took us to the airport at 4AM. Not much about the hotel in this review! It suited our needs, offered a nice breakfast, but we really booked for location!

Nice building, big rooms, close to the airport, friendly staff, breakfast since 4h30, shuttle service included. I recommend it. It is also easy to reach from Venezia Mestre by just taking the Bus number 15 and getting out at Tessera stop (the last stop before the airport)

We had an 06:35 flight out of VCE. To arrive two hours ahead if we had stayed out across the lagoon would have meant getting up at 01:00 or 02:00 at the latest so why pay $200 extra dollars for three or four hours sleep? This motel is just minutes from the airport, operates a shuttle service, and while definitely not a four-star experience but the staff is quite helpful. Definitely not a 4-star experience, none-the-less, it is clean, and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and filling and, unlike a lot of places these folks take the early traveler in mind. The first shuttle leaves at 04:45 and the breakfast room is in operation by 04:20. This motel fronts on a busy highway and all of the busses coming to the airport pass within yards of the front of the building. Noise could be an issue but can be dealt with by requesting a room more toward the rear of the building. For reasons not really clear to me the hotel requires that you make a reservation on the shuttle AT LEAST 24 hours before. Why they do this I do not know because the driver and van seem to be operated by the motel. Further when we were there catching the 04:45 shuttle there were more passengers than seats and they driver apparently just made two trips. At any rate CALL AHEAD FOR YOUR RESERVATIONS! If you're afraid of going hungry in this location forget it! The neighborhood has a small pizza/sandwich restaurant just 1/4 block away which, according to family who have eaten there, was really good. We ate at the grill/restaurant located about a 5 minute walk away. It has a good selection of items and everyone eating there reported the food either excellent or really good. I found the tortellini in cream sauce something to die for. When all is said and done you cannot beat the price -- less than 150 € .

My husband and I stayed overnight before our flight to London the next morning. The staff was quick to respond online to my questions regarding directions and luggage storage in Venice downtown. Take the nr5 from Piazzale Roma Square, Euro 8,00/per person. It's 1 bus stop before the final stop at Marco Polo Airport. Be aware of the stop name Tessera/Chiesa and make sure the driver tells you when to get off, there's no ticker-tape sign inside the bus or on the road side. You need to walk 3-5 minutes with luggage to the hotel once you get off. They give you a coupon to a restaurant close by, which offers a free welcome drink, and the food is not bad, at a reasonable price. Free shuttle to the airport was provided the next morning. Breakfast is included and of a decent variety, even so early at 5 am!

I appreciated the location of this hotel, it is very close to the Airport. In Venice the hotels are in the middle of all the action at seems too busy. At the Best Western the bus will take you in the center of Venice and you can catch it in front of the hotel. This way, you get to see the suburb of the City.

Hotel close to Marco Polo Airport. Hotel provides drop off to airport. Breakfast good selection. Friendly and helpful staff. If one needs to get to Venice a shuttle service can be arranged so they can pick you up directly from the Hotel which is along the route to the hotel.

We were three people and so they gave us a suite which worked perfectly. The beds were comfy, the rooms very nice and they accommodated our requests for a wine opener and glasses so nicely. The location is perfect for a departure from the Venice airport and their shuttle service is really good

Within 5 minutes drive from VCE airport, shuttle from hotel available, clean small rooms, very helpful staff, bus stop to Venice within 200 yds, bus and vaporetta tickets available from front desk. I visited venice 4 times in last 10 years . Every time I stayed at Titian Inn. An outstanding budget hotel with close proximity of Venice city & airport as well . They provide drop off arrangement for venice city & airport . It s an wonderful experience of staying here . The food & amenities is just fabulous .

Our room was modern, clean - as was the rest of the hotel. All of what we needed. The complimentary breakfast and shuttle to the airport was such a great perk and effortless. Service at arrival & check out was perfect, professional and friendly. I emailed them a few days prior to confirm our shuttle and they responded instantly. I also called from Venice to find out the best way to get to the hotel and information and bus number was accurate and helpful. The shower and bathroom were terrific! Lots of towels, new and snow white. Bed extremely comfortable. Wifi easy and fast. I was pleasantly surprised to see they even had slippers - when some 4 star hotels have cut this out these days. Best Western - You ROCK!

The Titian Inn is only about 5 minutes from the airport drop-off. If you are seeking a pick-up its best to just wait at the pick up location and watch for the van. If you are at the hotel then schedule the van to drop you at the airport. I is free. The hotel was very professional, clean and quiet. It is also near a number of restaurants, all walking distance. Interesting to note is that they consider a "suite" a room with a queen bed which means it is a tight fit. As is the very tight fit bathroom. Breakfast is a European buffet style and has a very wide selection. Loved it!

Without exception, the entire front desk staff was courteous and extremely helpful to us, and displayed a high level of competence. They greeted us in a friendly manner, they explained transportation routes and schedules, they suggested that we buy a transportation pass (which saved us time and money), gave us change for a large bill when we really needed it, they opened our wine and gave us two wine glasses to use instead of plastic, helped us log onto the computer at 3 AM in anticipation of our airport departure, and all of them spoke/understood English very well. The courtesy van driver was punctual, polite and helpful. The housekeeper was also friendly, and she demonstrated the operation of the lights and air conditioner. Upon entering the room our impression was very favorable - no stale or offensive odors, and we had a general impression of cleanliness. The personal amenities were neatly displayed and well-stocked, the air conditioning vent was clean, and the bathroom fixtures were shiny clean - no hairs or traces of former guests. Even the exposed plumbing under the sink was shiny clean. All lights and fixtures were in proper working order, and the hair dryer was a nice convenience. We didn't have to use our cumbersome voltage converter. My wife and I were delighted to see the quality, quantity, variety and nutritionally balanced fare at breakfast. The food was displayed in an attractive manner. The dining room staff was polite and attentive, and the food stations, tables and chairs, cups, glassware and silverware were sparkling clean. The location of BW Titian Inn Hotel Venice Airport is ideal - convenient to the airport, bus, and a great pizza shop! I am a retired maintenance supervisor - including 11 years with three hotel chains, and I'm certain that our room in BW Titian would receive top marks in a random Quality Assurance inspection. My wife, Linda (37 years with the airlines), and I are well-traveled - domestic and international - and we both agree that our stay at BW Titian was one of the most pleasant stays we've ever experienced. This is close to the airport, clean, and within short walking distance of the best wine store which carries all of your favorite wines that you've sampled (something Marco Polo). It's also walking distance to Al Quandro (sp?) ristorante (you'll walk past it to the wine store).

Overnight stay before a cruise. Reserved their shuttle ahead of time and it arrived at the specified location exactly on time and without having to call. Arrived early in the morning and well ahead of check-in time, but the staff at front desk - Cristina & Alberto - were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and proposed another room that we could have immediately. For a reasonable price, we were also still able to get in on the breakfast buffet that morning. Saved us time & money. It isn't the most fashionably-modern place, but absolutely spotless and very adequate for travellers. The staff make this place very appealing because of their friendliness. They go above and beyond to help you in any way they can and make your stay enjoyable. Mattresses on the beds were typically European - on the hard side, not pillow-top. Crisp, clean linens. Small fridge in room, a small safe, flat-screen TV, quiet A/C units. Definitely would return here another time.

Chose this location for price and proximity to airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast for 4 euro was very good, better than most. Free shuttle to airport takes less than 3 minutes. We did not use as a base to explore Venice central, but I would think it's a bit far for more than just a single day.

If flying in or out of Marco Polo ... this is positively the very best place to stay in the area. Price, accommodations, service, friendliness of the staff, quality and convenience of the breakfast ... beats the snot out of the bigger place just up the road.

As probably 99% of this hotel's business is servicing passengers coming to or from a flight from the nearby airport, this property is perfectly set up for the one night stand. Tessera is not a town you want to stay long in and the Titian Inn offers little to hold your attention. It's best feature is the free van service to the airport. You can easily walk to or from the airport. The staff are emotionless but serviceable.

Staff very helpful, rooms basic but clean, two restaurants within walking distance and very good food at the one we chose. On busy street but noise not a problem. They arranged transfer for us to cruise port.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great! It was an easy walk to the bus station to catch a ride into Venice, and only a 20 euro cab ride from the airport. I would certainly stay here again.

Front desk sells tickets. If you want tea/coffee facilities in your room, just ask the front desk. Fridge in room. Lots of space. Great nights sleep. Lovely breakfast. Free shuttle to Marco Polo airport takes 5 minutes. .

After the closets we stayed in in London and then Paris, it was great to arrive here last night and have so much space to unpack and spread out. Room 140 has bedroom, bathroom, and sitting room. Very good continental breakfast. Key was interesting. Been a long time since we had an actual key to unlock a hotel room door. See pic. Would stay here again.

I got it very late to Venice and didn't want to try and navigate the canals at 12:30am so this was the perfect stop off for the night before moving onto the island in the morning. Check in was very easy, beds were very comfortable and a good number of pillows and good AC. Also really appreciated the free shuttle service to the ferry port the next morning! If you need a place to stay near the airport before an early flight or after a late arrival, this is the place!

3 minutes drive from the airport, parking. Room are standard, I had a bathroom equipped for handicapped, surprising! Avoid the street side, it is noisy. Breakfast is poor and sad. Pizzeria at at walking distance

My husband and I spent one night at the Best Western Titian Inn following a cruise that disembarked in Venice. We chose this hotel because we had to be at the airport early the next morning and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport -- and it is also located on a bus route that goes right into Venice. We were pleased to get immediately checked into a room when we arrived at the hotel early that morning; the room was clean and had a narrow balcony area overlooking via Orlanda. However, I soon realized that they had assigned us to a classic room even though we booked and pre-paid for a superior room. When I returned to the reception desk to inquire about our assigned room, the clerk acknowledged the error but said she had no superior rooms ready yet. So they offered to hold our luggage for us while we headed back into Venice for the day and said we could check into a superior room when we returned. They sold us a pair of roundtrip bus tickets (bus #5) for 3 euros each, and it was just a short walk to a bus stop that took us right into Venice. When we returned to the hotel, the afternoon/evening clerk checked us into a superior room. Both the classic and superior rooms were clean and well-maintained; and though they were on the smaller side (by American standards), they had everything we needed. The superior room did not have a balcony, but it had a nicer/more modern bathroom and shower -- so we were very happy with our room. When we inquired about nearby restaurants, the evening clerk referred us to an excellent, reasonably priced restaurant just a short walk from the hotel (Al Quadrante) -- and she even gave us a card for a free aperitif. We slept well, and we appreciated the free shuttle to the airport the next morning (just 5 minutes away). The free breakfast was also very welcome. They had quite a lot of continental choices (fruit, cereal, yogurt, breads and pastries, cheese, etc.), and a couple of hot items (eggs and meat). There were also self-serve juice and hot beverage dispensers. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western Titian Inn. While it doesn't offer the romance of staying in Venice overlooking a canal, you also don't have to drag your luggage over cobblestones and bridges to get there. ;-) (We used Venice LowCostTaxi to book a ride directly from the port to the hotel, and it cost 55 euros.) We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would gladly recommend it to others.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to the venice aiport. we were given an apartment the 4 of us at a good price i.e the room was huge and beautiful. The breakfast was super, the customer care was perfect. We also made friends with the staff. There is a shuttle to the airport free of charge. Its near the airport. we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed just one night before catching a flight home. Our room was large, very comfortable and spotless. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was on time and the travel distance is quite short. The breakfast buffet was good and served in a large, bright dining room.

Nice welcome at the reception with beauty set for ladies; comfortable room; free shuttle from and to the airport at any time; breakfast as from 4M30 am which is very convenient when you have an early flight. Rooms could be better soundproofed as you hear noise from the corridor.

It is important to evaluate a service provider based on what they set out to do. The BW Titian Inn is an airport hotel that supports folks traveling through Venice's Marco Polo Airport. It does a very good job of doing that. The shuttle runs on a regular schedule that starts at 0445. That works well for those connecting through other continental airports. I arrived with a rental car and they coordinated my return to the hotel after I turned it in. The rooms are small, but clean and nicely provided with up to date furnishings and appliances. Nothing was broken or worn. Our room was very quiet. To accommodate early departures, breakfast starts at 0430. That was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a good Italian restaurant about half a block away. If you are heading in or out, strongly recommend the Titian Inn.

We selected this because our traveling group had a variety of early morning departures from VCE. The airport is about a 15 minute shuttle ride, and the shuttle is provided for free. It runs about every half hour. Because of an early departure, we were unable to sample the breakfast. The wifi was pretty slow and spotty. The rooms were comfortable. if small.

Very accommodating, we had at early check inn. Staff was super helpful. It's so close to the airport. The lady from the desk just up and drove us really fast. Breakfast buffet is good, nothing like an American breakfast, plenty of choices. Room and bathroom clean, had AC and a small fridge. Free parking. Wi-Fi worked well. There's a bus that can take you to Venice but you can also go to the airport and take a vaporeto. We had to return our rental at the airport, so that worked well. We took the bus back from Venice at night, the stop is 2 minutes away from hotel. Room was really quiet. There's a grocery store not too far and some restaurants.

Normally, I may say a Best Western is an affordable accommodation with nothing special but the rate. Not so here. Clean as a whistle, pleasant staff, excellent rooms, great prices and a great restaurant recommendation about 200 yards from the Hotel. They have a shuttle every 1/2 hour to the airport, so dropping off the car and ride to the plane are great. They have breakfast beginning at 4:30 am and shuttles that early to catch the early planes. An all around great experience. Thank you.

The Best Western Titian is an excellent example of a moderate airport hotel. Situated about 5 minutes from the Venice Marco Polo airport, it is a modern hotel with good customer service. Our room was adequately sized with 2 twin beds. The bathroom which was sparkling clean had a bidet and a very small shower (cruise ship sized.) Check-in was quick and the front desk was very helpful about directing ys to the local bus to go into Venice. Breakfast was typical with a good selection that included scrambled eggs and bacon. We had hoped to use their free shuttle. However, our flight was delayed so we arrived too late for the last shuttle and had to take a taxi. The 5 minute taxi ride cost 20 Euro..

We stayed one night after a late flight in to Venice. The room was very fine, I slept well. In hotels like this I appreciate good ventilation or A/C and a good mattress, which was all in place. The breakfast, however, was absolutely horrible, the worst I've had in my life. And don't even get me started on their coffee which was undrinkable. If you don't care about breakfasts, then this hotel will offer a nice one night stay.

We had a two bedroom room. One bedroom plus living/dining room that had a dining table and chairs, and two single beds instead of a couch. Beds were nice and breakfast was good. Wifi worked well in the living/dining room, but not in the bedroom. Shuttle to airport was very frequent, every 15 minutes. I would recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours before your flight - we got there 1.5 hours before and by the time we got to our gate they had already called for boarding.

This is a great airport hotel for families. We spent one night in a "family" room, which had a large queen (or bigger?) bed for the parents and two single beds in a spacious living room area for the kids. So we didn't have to pay for two rooms, and our boys didn't have to fight for covers in a shared bed. Plus the parents could read and keep on lights in 'their' bedroom after the kids went to bed. The breakfast was also generous, with lots of choices (pastries, cold cuts & cheese, hard boiled eggs, cereal, etc.) You can buy tickets for the city bus (#5) from the front desk for a few Euros. Even though we were only in the area for half a day (arriving around 1pm at the hotel), it was easy to get the bus into Venice: bus stop close by, trip takes about 30 minutes. We could take the kids sightseeing, eat dinner and take the bus back to the hotel for 9pm. Super easy, and very convenient. The two negatives during our stay: we forgot to book the free hotel shuttle from the airport in advance (our fault) and paid an outrageous taxi fare to ride the 5 minutes from the airport to the hotel, and we could hear the child in the next room pretty clearly at 11pm at night, making it hard to fall asleep.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. It was recently updated. Room was large, very clean, comfortable. Large bathroom. Air conditioner was great. Breakfast buffet starts early and offers many choices. Free shuttle to airport. I arrived early afternoon so I took the local bus to Venice (15 minutes away). Very convenient. Pleasant staff - warm greeting.

We chose the BW Titian Inn because our flights out of the Marco Polo Venice Airport were at 700pm. We stayed for two nights at a very large triple room. The room and the hotel were very clean and comfortable. While not a deluxe hotel, the BW Titian Inn looked like it had recently been remodeled. Breakfast opens at 430am as advertised and the free shuttle to the airport (sign up when you check in) runs on time. The bus stop for the bus to Venice (#5) is nearby, and tickets (individual rides and the twenty euro daily passes that include vaporetto rides) are available for sale at the front desk. A couple of minutes from the hotel are a Meta supermarket, a pharmacy, and a pizzeria/bistro (excellent food at non-Venice prices -- lots of locals, including families). In sum, we had a very positive experience at the Titian Inn. If your short stay in Venice ends with an early morning flight, this hotel would be an excellent choice.

Staff very efficient, helpful and friendly! The room was very large, beds comfortable and all very clean. Breakfast had a very good mix of continental and English, they start serving very early, due to he closeness to the airport. Shuttle to and from the airport available, you will need to book just to make sure you have a seat. We found easy to visit Venice and the other islands as you can get the water bus from the airport or a bus from very near by.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on August 9, 2016. We had a 7am flight out of Marco Polo the next morning. I had never been to Venice before and I did not feel comfortable planning on taking a boat to the airport that early in the morning. We were not willing to spend the money on a private boat, did not know how long it would take us to walk to the dock, and were concerned about the reliability of the schedule of the water bus. I was so glad I stayed at the Best Western. We started to walk to the property from the airport after after disembarking from the Alilaguna because it did not look very far on the map. I then became concerned that there may not be sidewalks all the way to the hotel so we returned to the airport to pick up a taxi. It totaled approximately €15 with the fees. The Best Western was clean, comfortable, and modern. The clerk at checkin was very nice. He collected the local tax at checkin so that there was no checkout necessary in the morning. (Our room was pre-paid and he did not request a credit card.) The room was small (by American standards) but totally adequate. It had a nice big window allowing for natural light. The bathroom was large for a European hotel. The linens were clean. Two pillows were on each bed-one firm and one soft. The Internet was fast and free in the room. The television was good-it had some English channels but ended up watching Major League Baseball and the Olympics with Italian announcers. The air conditioning was perfect. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was all set up when I went to the spacious dining room to get coffee at 5 am. Coffee was from a self-serve machine. Perfect for that early in the morning, as I really did not want to wait for a server. It was the typical Europen breakfast fare. Their van was parked at the front door ready to take us to the airport for our requested 5:30 departure! The driver was so pleasant! I was surprised the the airport was so busy in the morning. I could then understand why the clerk suggested we leave at 5am for a 7am flight when we were almost on top of the airport. We were checked in and at the gate on time but had little extra time for error. There was not food available at the hotel on Tuesday evening but a restaurant/bar was within walking distance. We had a late lunch and were too tired to go out, so I cannot comment about dinner in that area. This hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. I was especially happy I booked here when the water bus did not head toward the airport after picking us up on Tuesday evening (ours was one of the last stops before the airport) but instead went totally around the island, back to our stop, and then on to the airport. If that happened Wednesday morning we would have missed our flight. Thanks to the staff of the BW for a clean and pleasant stay!

The hotel located 3-4 min. drive from Venice airport (15 min easy walk). We stayed for 2 nights just before our flight back home. The check in was fast and efficient. The front desk staff were all nice and provided good service. Answers all our queries including some good food recommendations and our transportation option to Venice (we took the bus just outside the hotel 1.5 Euro per person). To family room was a bit oldie and like mention in previous review the biggest problem was the AC. One small air condition to such a large space is not enough. Only one TV in the bedroom so another TV in the other room would be nice to have. The refrigerator (mini bar) in the room was very helpful to cool drinks and food. Breakfast was OK with nice selection. The free airport shuttle arrived on time.

This is considered an airport hotel. It's close but not really but certainly nowhere near Venice. There is a bus stop nearby that has the airport bus come through regularly. The time to Venice is about 30 minutes. There is parking outside which is useful. The room was tiny, with the bathroom door unable to open all the way without hitting the bed. The bed and pillows were good, as was the shower. There was a fridge. The hotel is mid-range pricewise. This hotel is not a bad option as a base for exploring Venice and surrounds. Staying in the city itself is far more expensive and you have to wheel your bags through the narrow streets to get to your hotel. You have to weigh the authenticity of staying in the city against the expense and inconvenience.

Its a good hotel considering price and location. The service is good and staff is friendly. The rooms are good and they are very clean and large. The location is ok as there is a restaurant close by and a small local market where one can purchase some food and other. The breakfast is good - its a buffet. The shuttle service is also excellent. Our room was ready early which was really appreciated coming in from a long flight.

It is a neat hotel - conveniently located near the airport with a bus stop close by with direct bus to Venice. We stayed there after our cruise as a stop over before leaving from Venice. Met all expectations. The breakfast was simple and nice, room is clean and modern.

We stayed here for two nights with our two kids. This is a large apartment with good air conditioning. It had a good sized fridge and dining table. Ample free parking and good strong WiFi. The breakfast was typical European cold meats, Yoghurt and cereal which was good. Only €12 return for a bus to Venice for all four of us, every fifteen minutes from a stop across the road.

Nice hotel in a great location. In addition to easy access to airport (about 15-18 Euro by taxi), hotel is located within walking distance of good restaurants. We felt like we were in a safe location as well.

Fantastic location with a free shuttle to the airport. Drive takes about 6 minutes. Near the hotel are a couple of nearby restaurants with take out available. The hotel breakfast starts early and is very substantial. Right on the bus route to get to piazza Roma. Takes fewer than 15 minutes

We booked a room in this hotel as we arriving late in Venice and decided to just rest in the airport area as opposed to heading straight into town. They hotel has a very convenient shuttle service which we used. Check in was easy although we were a but surprised at receiving an old style key, even more surprised to receive a remote control for the air conditioner at check in. We got to the room which was very oddly designed and was obviously something different before it became a sort of mini suite. There was a dinning/sitting area with a table and 4 chairs and 2 sofa beds, lots of closets but no TV, no air conditioner in that area. Then we went to the bedroom, this was fine, lots of closet space, TV but no air conditioner in that room either. Mystified as to where to point the air conditioner remote control we explored further and found a small air conditioner between the 2 rooms, above the bathroom door but not pointing into either of them while nicely cooling down the wall in front of it. For those that don't know, Venice is hot and sticky in the summer and so were we so this was very annoying. I went down to the front desk to ask if they had a room with air-conditioning pointing into the room as opposed to one that calls own the wall that was 5 feet in front of it. They said that all the rooms were the same but they did provide me with a fan. So we all cramped into the one room, put the fan on a chair in the air-conditioned area and pointed the fan into the room. I like improvising but would rather not have to do it in a hotel room while on vacation. We then went to see of there was anywhere to buy cold drinks or food but there is nothing near the hotel except a local supermarket that closes at around 6 in the evening. There are a couple of vending machines in the lobby area but watch out, they do not give you change ! Still, armed with some cold drinks we settled down to a cramped hot sticky night in the one room. Fully looking froward to breakfast the next day we rushed downstairs to be greeted with a rather sad assortment of food and coffee that wasn't hot. So after warm coffee an a couple of pastries we took the shuttle back to the airport to get the water bus into Venice. To summarise, conveniently located next to the airport, good shuttle service but beyond that it's not somewhere I would stay again.

This is our second stay at this property. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. A very reasonable rate and 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport makes this our consistent choice for early morning departures. Well done!

I was unexpectedly stuck in Venice for the night so this was a last minute booking. The place gives the impression that it is little older and they have tried to upgrade things to a modern feel little by little. I was in room 232 which is on the third floor... yes 232 on the third floor. It was a nice, large room, large bed, great bathroom. Not much of a view as my room faced some kind of internal courtyard with emergency stairs or something. My biggest complaint here was the WiFi. I had to sit against the door to get a signal most of the time. I found the router in an adjacent hallway. I guess it was just a lot of obstruction between the router and my room. There is not a whole lot to do in the area, as far as I could tell. It is convenient to the airport and they have a shuttle, which I made use of. My biggest complaint about the shuttle was that they don't drop you off at departures. They drop you off in a parking lot and you have to walk to the building and take a crowded elevator upstairs to check in. The breakfast was ok, probably what you'd expect from a Best Western breakfast.

I spend a night in this hotel the 27th of July. I left my watch on the bedside table that I forgot to take at the morning when I left the hotel. I called the reception at the end of the morning to know if cleaning ladies found it. The receptionnist told to me that she called me back in the afternoon. No call back. I came to hotel at the evening before my flight back. No watch found. I e-mailed to the hotel the next day. No answer from the hotel !! It's a shame for a company like Best Western to treat customers like this !!! For me, no more Best Western !

Let me be clear. I did not stay in the hotel. I stayed in another hotel next to it where I left my cell phone. That hotel refused to send the phone or do any paper work to ship it to USA. Since I am a long time BW customer, I called the corporate office and then this property and requested help in shipping the phone. They agreed to help which is going above and beyond. Christina( the manager) was in touch with me to complete all the paperwork needed. The location of the property is ideal near airport. There is a bus that goes every 30 mins between airport and the city. So, that is ideal to visit the city as well. Since, I did not stay here, I can't talk about room and amenities.

We chose this hotel close to the airport as our early morning flight departed at 6:00. We took a private water taxi to the airport. The hotel shuttle picks up at the water tower on the grounds but it is a long walk with your luggage. We arrived around 9:15pm. We had a two room suite with bath in between but rooms were very hot when we arrived. We checked with staff after an hour Of waiting for air to start cooling rooms. Air not working so they gave us a fan. It was a very hot night. Fan was of little help to cool the two rooms. The bottle of champagne we brought with us helped a little!! Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have time but room was open at 4:45am when we departed on shuttle. Van driver was excellent.

Arrived Monday 18th July for a 3 night stay. Room clean and spacious and very reasonably priced. Shower powerful, large bath towels and reasonable breakfast. Milk for cereal wasn't that cold. Breakfast was served 4.30-10! Late checkout at 12pm was a bonus. Only ~100yards from bus stop for the no5 to Venice. 3 restaurants in walking distance.

Had an over night sleep at this hotel , the rooms and Hotel is clean and neat however I had a room on the road side ! You can hear the cars passing by ! I thought that the window was not properly close but it was. You can also hear the noises from the corridor and rooms next door ! Bring your ear plugs .. I usually do but had forgotten them this time ..;mistake. The breakfast is alright , as I had an early flight, I was done at the breakfast room at around 5h30 (opens at 4h30) it had everything except scramble eggs ..

We stayed here to be ready for a very early morning flight at Venice's Marco Polo Airport, about a mile away. This reasonably priced and very clean hotel comes with a substantial breakfast (4:30-10 am) and airport transport every 30 minutes (starting at 4:30 am, except between 11 and 3). The people were friendly and spoke good English, and were able to recommend good nearby restaurants. No frills, but comfortable.

We recently stayed here preceding our return trip to the United States. It is conveniently located (about 5 minutes) near the airport and offers a shuttle to the airport on the half hour. It does offer a complimentary breakfast which is pretty barebones. We stayed in a room on the second floor at the front of the hotel. I would suggest that you request a room toward the back as the road noise is pronounced. While our room was clean, it, like the hotel was basic. This hotel is not convenient to anything but the airport. I would not recommend it as a base to visit Venice or for a lengthy stay.

One of the more charmless hotels we've stayed at (we are 2 adults & 2 kids). Room was clean but felt really bare. For example, there was a small bottle of water in mini-fridge but no water glasses. Just flimsy plastic-wrapped plastic cups in bathroom. There was hand soap but no shampoo. "Terrace" location was a door out onto an odd interior open walkway/ fire escape area. Front desk service was good, they were happy to help us figure out our transportation options to Venice and ultimately to the airport for our flight home. Breakfast was fine- not super high quality but plenty of options for everyone to get their fill, even for picky kids and a gluten-intolerant adult. FYI for families, when we were worn out by walking around Venice all day, our lives were saved by the restaurant-pool-bar just 5 minutes walk down the road - "Eden Venezia." The hotel told us there is usually a 10 euro charge to use the pool but we ordered poolside drinks and stayed for dinner and never paid the cover charge. Its remarkable how much a dip in the pool and an Aperol spritz can improve a parent's attitude at 5pm on a hot day.

We stayed over before an early flight out of Marco Polo airport. The hotel was clean and the rooms were of a good size. The overall appointments were average but on par with an airport hotel nearly anywhere else. Free shuttle to the airport on the 1/2 hour and included breakfast.

We stayed here one night after an extremely late arrival at the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfy...but the room was very, very basic. We were in a family room that could sleep about 5 people (likely because of our late arrival) but the big sitting area was cold and uncomfortable, we would have preferred a small cozy room. Breakfast was ample and the usual BW fare...and again the staff were helpful when we got our taxi back to the airport to catch the Vaporetto into the city of Venice. We would definitely stay here but only if the need arose to be near to the airport.

it is a good location for those with an early morning flights. The main issue we had was air conditioning. The wall unit was situated in a hallway of a 2 room suite. The only area that was cool was the hallway, neither of the rooms were cool at all - it was hot, tough to sleep, even though the AC was set to 16 C (lowest setting), it was close to 30 C in both rooms...

This hotel is a charmless and relatively poorly maintained facility close to Venice's extraordinarily bad airport. (I would suggest avoiding this airport if at all possible). As to the hotel, our air-conditioning did not work and the hotel was quite noisy (it is located on a busy highway). It was barely adequate as a place to sleep and not inexpensive.

Booked here the night before our cruise, for many reasons, and those reasons were fulfilled once we arrived: the free hotel shuttle got us at the airport (you must pre-book it though, and we did by email, no problem, then, we had to call them from the airport once we arrived for them to get us, but the wait wasnt too long and driver was nice). We arrived early morning, too early for checkin, but was able to leave our luggage there. Alberto at the front desk is a wonderful, nice, helpful man! We were able to buy bus tickets (return) at the front desk (city bus) and the bus stop was just a minutes walk away. Bus takes you to Piazzale Roma. Cheap and effective :) This bus also goes to the airport. The morning breakfast buffet included with our room was open very early, and had plenty to choose from, no complaints there! Our room was plain but had a good shower. There were three of us (2 slept in the bed and third person had to sleep on a couch thing. Couch not great, but not horrid, it did the trick.) The price we paid was much better than even the cheapest hotels in the heart of Venice/near the cruise port. That combined with the other conveniences, is why we chose this hotel. There is one computer to use in a common area, and I believe we had free wifi in our room too. There is not a restaurant or bar on site, but a couple minutes walk down the road there were a few places to choose from, which we did, and it was fine where we ate. Yes, I'd stay here again (clean, efficient and safe enough) for a short term stay.

We arrived in Venice late in the evening and decided to stay close to the airport the first night. We were very happy with the Best Western Titian Inn Venice Airport. It was very close to the airport, had a free shuttle, and friendly staff. We had reserved a triple room, and it was extremely rooming -- could have easily had 4 people. While there is nothing like staying in Venice itself, for the budget conscious, this could be a great hotel if you are willing to take the bus into Venice each day.

Clean spacious rooms and very close to the airport Marco Polo. Green oriented hotel, very decent for the money paid. Bus to the Venice is located across the street to the left about 50 meters. They also sell daily "vaporeto " tickets (water taxi). Please note these daily tickets do not include rides on the bus or vaporeto to or from Venice, they are only for riding vapporetos within the city of Venice (they cost around 20 euros cash only).

We booked the hotel because of the complimentary shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port. The Best Western Titian surpassed all expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early morning flight into VCE so our room was not available. The host kept our bags in a locked room, gave us directions on how to use the public transportation and provided us with bus tickets (3 Euro each-return) into the city of Venice. We chose this hotel for the price and proximity to the airport. We were not disappointed. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. They provided a nice complementary breakfast with hot and cold choices.

My husband and I were flying out of Venice and needed a hotel for one night. The Best Western Titian Inn was the perfect airport hotel strategically located with a free shuttle. Breakfast is served as early as 4:30 a.m., the beds are comfy and there are a choice of pillows to ensure a good night's rest! The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. I would definitely recommend without hesitation.

my wife and me, we started to a cruise from Venice. Therefore the services complimentary shuttle from the airport as well as shuttle to the port were ideal. Both were working perfectly. The room was o.k. and quiet and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner in a nearby restaurant - I forgot the name, but you will get a coupon for a welcome drink from the hotel and find it easy, just a few steps away - with surprising reasonable prices. This hotel is the best choice for everyone who is going to a cruise.

Basic hotel with comfortable beds and plenty of space. Free shuttle to airport and close to bus stop. Friendly reception. Good wifi. We were only here one night, but this was a very solid choice. My kids all agreed this was a good selection and if we ever return to Venice, BW Titian will be high on the list.

I arrived at this hotel very late at night and the staff were very efficient when answering my emails regarding this issue. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable, although no where near as modern as some of the pictures depict. The breakfast was ok, not as many options as there have been in other hotels but still enough to allow you to leave feeling full. The reception staff are friendly and are happy to help and to give extra information. This hotel is very close to the airport and only takes around 10 minutes on the bus.

Despite its closeness to the airport the rooms are very quiet. Rooms are very clean with ample toiletries. There is a free shuttle however, the last service is @ 11pm. Taxis are exorbitant at that time - 30 euro for a 2.5 km trip. There is complementary wifi. The breakfast is of high standard and staff very friendly.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again. The reception staff were mostly friendly. The breakfast which was included in the room price was good. The bathroom shower curtain did not work well and water got all over the floor.

The hotel is less than a mile from the airport. The rooms are comfortable, The breakfast is nice and the staff can direct you to a good restaurant for dinner that is about 100 meters from the hotel. N0t fancy but does the job nicely for folks who want a place to stay before catching an airplane the next morning.

A wonderful experience. Did a lot or sightseeing, and got a lot of exercise, with walking, climbing steps, riding on river and canal boats, and traveling on subways and buses. A very educational holiday.

Room clean but very basic. Guess it's proximity to airport and shuttle that enables them to get price. Big breakfast. I was shopping a bit late when I got this or I would have kept searching for a better deal. This type of accomodation is simply about getting to airport in a.m.

The good--the shuttle arrived quick to get us at the airport. The room was very spacious and it had shutters to block out light if you are light sensitive when sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. It has one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen. The not so good--the wifi did not work & the front desk could not figure it out. I tried on an Apple device and my Dell computer. I finally gave up. While close to the airport, there is nothing around it and very little options for eating. The shuttle was ready and one was at the front with the back and door open, so we all get in and stowed our luggage. The man came out and made up go to a different van. Worse of all, even after the hotel was prepaid, they made us pay a city tax of 5 Euros. This was so wrong. I would choose another hotel if I traveled there again.

Hotel was very clean and spacious great if you have to catch an early flight 5mins from the airport nothing really around the hotel just one wee supermarket would only recommend if you were using it for the one night but great hotel all in nothing to complain about

Excellent choice close to airport with free shuttle yet easily accessible to Venice by bus. Room was small (as is usually the case in Italy) but functional. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very professional and courteous. Very helpful.

My wife has a few allergies (which are often found in old buildings) so we were reluctant to stay in Venice before leaving from there on a cruise -- and so chose to stay here instead. And it worked out very well. The room was clean and comfortable and not expensive -- plus everyone spoke English. The hotel was very close to the airport (with shuttle service) and provided a very good breakfast every day. It was a short walk to the stop for a bus that took us into Venice (or we could have taken the water taxi after taking the hotel's shuttle to the airport). But the bus with the locals was fun and inexpensive. While we wanted to eat in Venice, we did find a nice little local restaurant just down the street from the hotel where we ate dinner the first evening after we arrived. And when it came time to leave, the hotel arranged transportation for us (and several other guests) to take us directly to our ship. All and all, it was just what we were looking for.

We stayed at the Titian Inn May 3rd to the 6th. Great location very close to the Marco Polo Airport and a short bus ride to Venice for 3 euros return trip. They sell the bus tickets at the front desk. The room was very clean and although not overly large was very comfortable and served us well. Remember you are in Europe. The staff were outstanding and a special thanks to Sabrina and Alberto who took very good care of us and went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. All staff speak English very well and are very helpful. They provide a free shuttle to and from Marco Polo but it is unavailable from 11 am to 3 pm.. if you need a shuttle to the Cruise Port they can arrange it for you as they did for us. They serve a breakfast which was quite good, it caters to all from fresh fruit, pastries, breads, sliced meats and cheeses and we found the staff to be just wonderful. They start to serve breakfast at 430am. The area this hotel is in is typically a residential area, but there are a few good restaurants within walking distance and a small café, has a small grocery store just down the street and also a drug store. We were very pleased with this hotel and I can not express how great the staff are and again Sabrina and Alberto thank you so much

Hotel has clean modern rooms and comes with a basic breakfast buffet. Well worth the cost if you want quick and easy access to the Venice airport. Not much to see within walking distance of the hotel, but a good restaurant within 200 meters.

If you just a rest place before catch an early flight, this hotel own the great location. But nothing further. The room is smelly with dust, the shower place is dedicated for kid! I have the medium Asian size but I wasn't able to move freely when shower

Needed this hotel for an early flight from Venice and it was perfect. We found a nice restaurant within a block for dinner and the airport shuttle at 5:00 was professional and efficient. This hotel was great for our needs. The room was nice enough for a longer stay.

We left our hotel in Venice in order to be closer to the airport the next morning. Staff was most helpful. Room was clean and the AC worked great. They sold 1/2 bottles of wine at the desk. Breakfast was very good and the room for breakfast was the right size. They recommended a restraunt for dinner but walking there required crossing a busy street. Instead we found a locale restraunt about 200 feet to the right of the hotel. Try the lobster and noodles. The best I have ever had. Free shuddle to the Airport

We spent 2 nights at this hotel before we embarked on our 3 week journey touring Italy. The service and staff were wonderful. We were impressed with the size of our family suite. My husband and I had a room with a queen size bed and my children were in another room with 2 separate beds. We appreciated having a fridge to keep drinks cool as well as free wi fi and plenty of channels on the television. Breakfast was complimentary and included a wide variety to choose from. It is an easy bus ride into Venice from the hotel and you can purchase your bus ticket at the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

5 minutes from Marco Polo Airport, a few restaurants nearby. The #5 bus takes you right to Venice and back, stops right across the street from motel - they sell tickets at the desk, $3 euro round trip! Nice breakfast, very nice staff. Free airport shuttle

We were able to check in earlier , friendly and professional staff. Helpful with transportation. 5 min from airport but 30 min by bus from the city, however not bad to get the bus and sightseen. Stay on the new side, rooms are modern, clean and big. My friends stayed on the old bldg, not the same experience . Breakfast was good and available very early in the am , we were able to eat at 430 am , will stay again

We stayed one night in a triple room. Overall experience was good. Room was small but adequate. Hotel has a shuttle that brings you to the airport in five minutes. Good place to stay if you have an early flight.

Front desk personnel were very helpful and the free shuttle to the airport was handy. Also a good choice to reduce expenses while visiting Venice. Public bus to Venice is across the street. Free breakfast in the morning. Free wifi was limited to 2 hours per day.

We extended our tour of Croatia an extra weekend so we could take in some of the highlights in Venice, Italy. We chose Best Western Titian Inn because I'm a fan of the brand and because it was close to the airport and provides a free shuttle there. Our room (which was a free upgrade to "premium") was small but well laid out and we had a refrigerator, unlike most European hotels. Bedding was very comfortable and the twin beds were roomy. Bathroom could use a cabinet or place to hold toiletries - extra space is taken up by a bidet, which in my opinion is a waste of space and probably goes unused by the majority of travelers, like me. Breakfast was quite a spread and very good! The staff were all very friendly and gave great directions for restaurants, how to get to downtown Venice, etc. The hotel is on Bus #5 route with a stop right across the street. That bus takes you to the water taxi terminal, so transfer to the canal for sightseeing in Venice is very easy and convenient. We spent the day in St Mark's Square and the bell tower is a must-see! We were in the tower when the huge brass bells started ringing, so I recommend you bring along ear plugs. The views from the viewing platform high over Venice are stunning! Also took a 1/2 day CityWonders tour of Murano and Burano. Definitely worth the price and our tour guide Francesca did a great job. All said, our quick trip left us wanting to go back to see more. If I go, I will definitely book at the Best Western again!

This Hotel was located very conveniently. After our cruise we took a cab (€45 flat rate for 4 persons) to the Best Western Titian Inn. It was €3 round trip by local bus to the bus station in Venice. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. I would stay at this Hotel if I were to make a return visit to Venice. Also shuttle service available to the Airport.

It's less than a mile from Marco Polo Venice airport. Will cost about Euros 10, but we ended up paying 25 as it was midnight and most of the taxis did not want to go so close. Hotel is okay for a quick commute to the airport. Rooms were clean, but they could do with more light in the rooms. Would recommend if you have a late night early morning flight out of Marco Polo Airport. I believe they have a paid shuttle service that ends at 11PM.

Stayed at Venice for 2 nights and didn't wanna pay up big bucks for hotels in Venice city centre. Titan Inn was a perfect fit as this hotel has great connectivity as it is 20mins by bus ride and busses are very frequent. And also it fit our budget. We had booked a family room as it was same price as double room and we were surprised to have a suite-like experience. Neat room. Breakfast spread is very good. And staff are courteous. Take the bus from anywhere in Venice towards the airport and this hotel is just 2min walk from the bus stop. We had an early morning flight out of Venice and Titain's location served the purpose as it's 5mins from airport. Overall a great experience. PS: when in Italy, always buy the bus tickets and validate it else the fine is very very high if caught. We saw few fellow passengers getting charged the fine and you definitely don't want to pay that unless u like senseless charity.

Needed a stopover after a late arrrival into Venice airport. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was capacious. Having arrived by taxi we chose to take the No.5 bus into the city the following morning. Eur1.50 tickets bought from the hotel and a 150m walk to the bus stop meant that, with a service every 10 minutes, we were in the city in 25 minutes.

We stayed for 2 days trying to avoid the crowds in Venice. The bus to Venice is just 3Euros/person round trip and it takes about 20-25 minutes (bus # 5). The hotel is clean, the breakfast is comparable with better rated hotels and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would come back here for short-term stays.

Flying in late to Venice we did not want to take a dreary bus ride in the dark to the fabulous city so stayed one night here before taking the water route in the next morning. The shuttle was very convenient and the hotel very comfortable. We were very relaxed and enjoyed the ride in in the morning.

Great location for flying out of Venice Airport. There is a shuttle to the airport. The hotel also has off the street parking. We were able for a fee park the car there at the hotel while on a vacation for one week. Breakfast was open early enough for us to pick up something to take with us before going to airport. Staff was efficient and the rooms were clean.

This hotel was a great choice for staying near the Venice airport. I had emailed the hotel prior to our stay to arrange for the shuttle. They responded almost immediately to my email so the shuttle from the airport and back the next morning was no problem at all. It took only 5 minutes or so between airport & hotel. We had a quad room which was extremely large with plenty of room for a family of four (even including the suitcases) and very clean. They even had extra towels in the armoire. I'm always amazed when hotels have only two towels in the bathroom for a four-person reservation, but this hotel was on the ball. Oddly, the "main" room did not have a TV - only the bedroom had a TV. There was a little table and chairs in the main room which was great. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of hot and cold items and lots of tables available during the breakfast rush hour. Check in and check out were well-organized and painless. Overall, a nice, smooth experience and a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and our flight came in around 10:30 at night. It was a reasonably inexpensive place to crash from a long flight from the States before heading to Venice. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Shuttle to Venice was 40 Euros flat rate.

Massive room (we took the familiar room) -5 people slept very comfy. The shuttle was ready to take us to the airport at 5:30am!! Great stay! Breakfast was good and ready very early. Free wifi is a must to avoid roaming charges. Does not have restaurant for dinner though, so you need to eat locally in the area or even better in Venice.

Thought this ticked all the boxes...Arrived at 7am from a long flight...When I got there room wasnt ready but was able to telax in common area for an hour...room was fine..not luxurious but perfectly adequate....was dropped and picked up at airport for day trip to Venice..very friendly and punctial staff. great unpretentious modern restaurant nearby called Quadrante...as good as any food in Venice itself...

Used this as we arrived too late to travel over to Venice, with 2 family rooms booked. Both rooms very large, clean and next door to each other. Got a shuttle back to get water taxi too as part of the stay. Worked well. Only criticism, the breakfast wasn't great.

We were warmly greeted at the front desk and check in was quick and pleasant. We had the family room and it was quite large. Nothing spectacular on the furnishings or décor, but it was clean and spacious. Bath was large and the water pressure was good and the water was hot. There is a large lobby area where you can do business work, hang out, get vending products. Breakfast was included and was one of the biggest hotel breakfast buffets I've ever seen. Hot foods, cereal, food, continental offerings, pretty much any type of breakfast food you could want. Hotel offers van service to the airport. It was on time and the driver very personable. It is about a 5 min drive to the airport. The hotel is also on the bus line that travels between the airport and Venice so it is easy to get to. We took the train from Rome to Venice and bought a bus ticket out to the hotel and was easily able to walk to it from the closest stop. If you need a place to stay before an early flight, this is a great option.

I stayed at this hotel because I was getting in later to Venice and wanted something nearer to the airport (I switched to a hotel in Venice the next day). The problem was my flight got delayed so I didn't get in to the airport until about 3 hours later than the expected time, about 11:30 pm, and then the shuttle service did not operate. Taxis were also very slow in coming so I had to wait for about 20 minutes, but when I got there I realized that the hotel is QUITE close to the airport and I probably could have walked there faster than waiting for the taxi took, had I known where it was. We didn't stay in the hotel long, but the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable, including a nice bed, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

We stayed for one night as a family (2 adults, 2 young kids) requesting a triple room and were given a family room, which had a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate room with two single beds, table with four chairs and a small fridge. One comment: you need to call the hotel when you arrive at the airport for pick-up, even though we asked for it when we booked about a month in advance, we did not receive any information or contact from the hotel. Pros: proximity to the airport and free shuttle service, staff were friendly and spoke both English and French, clean and quiet considering distance to airport, the wi-fi worked well, breakfast selection was reasonably wide (muesli, rolls/bread, eggs, cheese, fruit, yogurt, coffee, pastries, etc.) Cons: spartan and impersonal decor, difficulty to reach on foot despite proximity to airport, lack of communication from hotel prior to booking (we booked via booking.com), shampoo is body soap only so you should bring your own

I fly often in and out of the Venice airport and the Titian is my favorite and only place I stay. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful at all times. The breakfast offers a great variety. Rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. The shuttle service offered to and from the airport is a real plus.

We only stayed one night before a very early flight home, having stayed in central Venice for the weekend. Despite arriving at approx 7pm and leaving at 5am this was enough time to give me at excellent impression. Service was very good, a quick phone call and they came to pick us up (less than 5 mins from the airport), check in was prompt, easy and with a smile and the room was big, comfortable and clean. Next morning, breakfast, which starts at 4.30, was good with a wide range to choose from. Check out took seconds, and the car was waiting for us to take us to the airport. While the location isn't much use for anything else, it's perfect for a stay near to the airport, is cheaper that's it's local rivals and is perfectly pleasant.

A clean hotel, highly maintained, 1Km from Venice airport with free Shuttle bus to/from airport. Since it serve travelers near the airport, breakfast is being served from 4:30 am which is very convenient. Front Desk, Marco, was very helpful and efficient. There is a free parking also. The room is convenient and modern with great bathroom. Recommended.

The Titian Inn Best Western is a very good airport hotel prepared for travellers. They have a shuttle bus service to the airport which is only 2 minutes away. They have special early breakfast service from 4.30 am until 10.00 am. So you can have a quiet breakfast before catching an early flight. The rooms are spacious and the bed is ok. The room is clean.

Modern and clean hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff. Just in 100m bus stop to Venice (by bus around 30 min). Is it interesting private quarter, you can walk around 1...2h and see how is life of local people. Nice private Home Gardens. Small food shops are located close to the hotel, where you can buy Italian candies or cookies. Perfect place with reasonable price for stay close to the Venice !

The Best Western Titian Inn Venice is a charming hotel with a healthy breakfast to enjoy before venturing out for the day. We have enjoyed the accommodations on numerous occasions. The staff is wonderful and are extremely informative for exploring Venice. Their transportation to and from the Marco Polo airport is very convenient. The location is perfect !!

We arrived pretty early and weren't sure our room would be available; however, the room was indeed available, and the front desk staff was very accommodating. the continental breakfast was excellent, and the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Extremely nice staff, and the room was very clean.

We were in and out in about 6 hours, but if you are arriving late or leaving early, this place fits the bill. For the price we paid, it was pretty much exactly what we expected. Clean, friendly and a nice breakfast.

Really decent place for early morning flight from Marco Polo Airport. Pretty friendly service when checking in, large room, clean...basic, but it's not the Ritz...it is good for a night. Breakfast was good, large selection and the room was large.

We had one night in this airport hotel and were surprised with how great it was! We were not expecting much for the rate we paid but it was an excellent hotel. There is an airport transfer which will also take to you to the port. The room is spacious and has all you need for a short stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection of fresh foods. Perfect for an overnight stay for a good price.

We were stranded in Venice due to a blizzard in New York. Our flight was cancelled and we were rescheduled for a 6:30 A.M. flight. The Best Western was wonderful in terms of booking a room, and, most importantly, in terms of providing a free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast, which was served starting at 4:30 A.M. was very good. This hotel really caters to people trying to get to the airport, and they do it with a smile.

We stayed here 1 night and I hate the room. Its very old decorated and weird. The worst thing was that they give a heavy blanket to you to sleep without a duvet cover. Its not acceptable. How could be hygenic? They dont wash it for every check out for sure. Choose another airport hotel

This hotel was an excellent value and a lovely stay. The wifi was free and excellent quality, the rooms were spacious, the staff was lovely, the shuttle was ideal, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. I stayed here before a 6:30 flight and the shuttle got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. There is also free printing in the lobby to print your boarding pass ahead of time. I do recommend this as I did see a bit of a line for check-in, so either check in via smart phone or print your pass out at the hotel the night before. Breakfast was available starting 4:30, before the shuttle left at 5. Wonderful value for the price.

We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the Venice airport and because they have a free shuttle to and from the airport. We just had one night and this turned out to be an excellent choice. When we got to our room, the heat wasn't working so the staff moved us to an even nicer (more spacious) room. Very comfortable, good bed, nice breakfast. Easy walk to a nearby pizzeria. The shuttle service was perfect. Would recommend this hotel if you need something close to the airport.

Very short distance to the hotel from Marco Polo. Easy walk with just one stretch that has no sidewalk. Taxi was approximately $20 US. Professional and very friendly staff. Breakfast varied and delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Titian Inn is on my list of places to stay. The only issue I had was scheduling shuttle to/from the airport. Limited hours for shuttle and also scheduling was cumbersome. Call the Hotel directly to schedule.

Hotel was clean and very close to airport. Had hot breakfast also was very clean. Close to transportation buses and taxis. Not far from cruise terminal. Comfortable rooms and beds. We had reservations for couple family rooms and that was awesome to have all 9 of us

When I travel to Venice I always start out and end of leaving Venice from this hotel as it is near airport and very nice for the price and the breakfast starts early enough for any flight and lots to choose from

3-5 mins to airport. friendly receptionist who help out. quiet and peaceful. the manager and receptionist helped us out when we had trouble with our agency during our reservation. there is a wonderful restaurant nearby the hotel too.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It also offer a free-of-charge shuttle bus service (but double check the timings, if your flight is super-early you may not be able to use the service. Personnel are nice. Clean and tidy rooms.

We stayed one night in this hotel, on our way to Venice and were very pleased with the service. The shuttle from the airport was easy to organise and we were picked up w/o delays. We had a superior room and I would definitely recommend this level of comfort. The bed was wide, the mattress very good and the hotel quiet, which ensured a very good night sleep ! And as the breakfast was good as well, no complaint at all ! In addition, if you are, like we were, on your way to Venice, it's also easy to get to Piazzale Roma; the bus stop is on foot max 5 mns away from the hotel and the ride is cheap, the ticket costs 1,50 euros and can be bought at the reception of the hotel, which makes it so convenient.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Price! I couldn't argue much when the price was only 80 euros for the night (compared to other hotels in the area). The hotel was the most modern, up to date hotel, we stayed at through the whole trip! I was amazed by the bathroom and room décor (great job!). I am guessing that there was a smoking floor, because the smell of smoke was pretty prevalent throughout the hallways. Only other negative was that the bus didn't stop in front of the hotel so we had to walk a quarter of a mile both times we used the bus to get to Venice, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that. We were super appreciative of the shuttle bus to the airport, that saved us some money of not paying for another bus ride. Thanks so much for providing us a great end to our trip! If staying in Venice again, we will certainly book this hotel when we arrive at the airport and when we leave!

This is my second time staying at this hotel - it is very convenient for the airport and offers renovated rooms, great service and easy, free transfer back to the airport. Breakfast was wonderful and fueled me up for the flight home to the US.

I booked this hotel with no expectations at all, only looking for a convenient place for a very early flight departing from Marco Polo Airport. It turned out this hotel was a great surprise, the whole property shines literally, it has Venetian charm and the breakfast is wonderful and starts at 4h30!!! I strongly recommend it. Bravo!

Stayed one night so cant say that much but the gentleman on the desk was very polite and helpful and the room was large and very clean. excellent to stay here for early morning flights. breakfast in the morning was the standard. beds were very comfortable and clean.

This hotel offers several positive features: Truly just a few minutes by van from the airport, which run every 15 minutes. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The most comfortable bed I slept in in Italy, a true queen (not twins pushed together). Basic breakfast from 4:30 a.m. However, the room was tiny (not a spacious suite, as another reviewer described), with only the bare minimum of amenities in the bathroom (although disposable slippers are provided). The shower stall was small, with controls placed so that you were doused with cold water while turning it on and adjusting the temperature. The nearby restaurant opens for dinner at 7:30 p.m., which may be too late, if you are planning a really early morning flight.

Booked on an internet site, relying on the prior guest comments there and on Trip Advisor. On arrival, all seemed to suggest an excellent choice. Location is very close to the Venice Marco Polo Airport. Facility is older but very well maintained. Accommodations well beyond what could be expected in a European hotel, suites instead of rooms, multiple beds that could have accommodated 5 or 6 to the room. Only drawback, all beds were singles, no doubles or queens, much less king. Bath areas were large, clean and fully functionlng. Included breakfast began at 0430 to accommodate early flights, and was plentiful with much choice. Desk personnel were friendly and very accommodating. Excellent restaurant withing easy walking distance. So far so good, right?? The excellency ended on the shuttle ride to the airport. The driver was late to start, was rude throughout, dropped us in the middle of a parking lot with a 100 yards walk to the terminal, and suggested if we wanted to get closer we should have hired a taxi. Five stars quickly dissolved into four. Shame!!

Chose this location as we had an early morning flight out of Marco Polo Airport. It is on the main road to the airport and the free shuttle takes 5min to the terminal. It is not somewhere you'd want to stay while visiting the main sights of Venice, but it met our needs perfectly. Check in was handled by Cristina, who was very efficient and helpful. She made sure our shuttle to the airport was arranged for the next morning. At the same time, the staff was helping another guest that had lost her phone. They were offering to drive her to the police, which I thought was nice. The room had obviously been renovated recently. The room was extremely clean. We were in the back of the hotel, so there wasn't any road noise. Outlets in convenient locations, plenty of amenities that aren't offered in higher-end hotels. Comfortable bed, modern TV. Breakfast starts at 4:30am to accommodate the early morning flights. A large selection of items, even at that early hour. There were quite a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Hotel is nice and clean. Stay here over marriott next door. Stayed at marriott right up the street on our way in for a cruise we took out a Venice and at Best Western on our way out. This place had free breakfast and almost 100 euro cheaper, and closer to a great restaurant.

We had an early morning flight so stayed here the night before rather than the last night in Venice and it was a thoroughly good decision. We had a double and two single bed room, very large, clean, comfortable, good wifi and excellent breakfast. Also free mini-bus to airport at 6 am. Can't fault it and would recommend.

Titian Inn Venice Airport is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the last (or first) days of your trip to Venice. Conveniently located a short 5 minute shuttle ride from the Venice Airport it is great for a 6:00 or 6:30 a.m. flight. Breakfast begins at 4:30 a.m. to accommodate travels. The buffet is wonderful. You are also conveniently located to the City of Venice which is a short 20 minute bus ride away. The cost is only 1.50 euro each way and buses run frequently. You can choose to dine in the city or else there are several excellent restaurants nearby the hotel in Tessera. Best of all the staff is wonderful. They are a wealth of knowledge of the city and how to get around and also happy to help with any requests regarding accommodations. This is our 4th stay and we will be back.

We stayed at the Titian Inn for one night before our flight home. We didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. Large, clean room....free shuttle to the airport....good breakfast buffet....very helpful people at the desk, who answered all my email questions very quickly. We had a nice dinner in a restaurant within close walking distance. Directions to the bus from Venice train station, a bus that took us close to the hotel, were easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone wishing to be near the airport with free shuttle service both ways. We reserved our morning shuttle in advance, and they emailed us our voucher....though I don't think it would have been a problem to have reserved the night before, as in mid-October we shared the shuttle with only one other person.

Staff very, very knowledgable, helpful, professional. Room was HUGE compared to other rooms we had stayed in around Europe during our trip. This was a suite, with a hugh bathroom, separate living room,a separate bedroom and a refrigerator, was not available in many of the other hotels we stayed in.

My husband and I stayed at the Titian Inn for one night prior to an international departure. We drove up from Manua and planned to drop off our bags before returning the car at the airport but our room was ready at 11:30 so we were able to check in. They explained how to return to the hotel from Piazza Roma and sold us the return bus ticket. Very easy. After returning late from a day in Venice we had dinner at the restaurant next door which was adequate. The room was clean, bathroom large and beds comfortable. We were in a 2 room apartment in the back, room 135, which was large and quiet if a bit basic, but a great value at $130. Breakfast was standard but plentiful. Would not stay here for an extended visit to Venice, but would definitely stay for a night before or after an international flight.

We stayed here our last night in Venice. Was close to the airport, had shuttle service to the airport and included breakfast. We were surprised that we were not bothered by noise from the airport. Was a good value.

Check the quote of the price of hotel because there might be more taxes on top of the price quoted on confirmation. not very friendly front dest staff and breakfast is horrible. it appears that they put everything out again from the previous day if you get there before 6:30 when they said it opens at 4:30 am. not a hotel that i want to stay at again especially for business trips.Don't expect to get a good night sleep because of the noise level.

I like Best Western hotels. You always know pretty much what you are going to get. This one had very helpful reception staff who recommended a restaurant and had information about the buses and were polite at all times. What it needed was a bit more character. Our room was clean and comfortable but utilitarian. Blank walls and harsh lighting. A bit like a UK Travelodge. Breakfast was good and I guess, for an airport hotel, it was just fine.

We love this place. Most convenient whether arriving at or departing from Marco Polo airport. Clean, convenient and a great staff. The continental breakfast is reason enough to stay here ... great food & plenty of it. The rooms are perfect ... quiet and most comfortable. Great parking in the back for our rental car ... but they offer a free shuttle to/from the airport as well. And yes, we have stayed here six years in a row ... and if, by chance, we return, we'll for sure stay here again ... likely room 227 (our favorite :-))

I stayed for 3 nights and return 3 days later for one night. The hotel is in a very good location near the airport with a good pizza bar and a very good restaurant nearby. The rooms and general areas are very good and the staff were excellent and very helpful and provided local information. My only criticism would be that on my second day it rained very heavily and I was unable to dry my coat and clothes with no towel rail or heating working due to it not being the winter period. I therefore had to wait to my next hotel before I could dry out the coat etc - I would suggest that the towel rail should be on a separate power supply.

This isn't a pretentious place. It simply works. It's close to Marco Polo Venice airport. The rooms are clean, shower is excellent and breakfast is passable. TV reception is poor, which is a bit of a let down but this place did what it was supposed to do.

We arrived 11:30 pm and we chose this hotel because it was closest to airport and stayed open for check in 24hr. The breakfast had everything you wanted included in room price. The #5 bus (across the street) takes you to Venice in 20 min, so very convenient. The room was large for European standards with a large bathroom and shower. Computer to use (no charge) and printer to print boarding passes. The staff was very helpfull and even arranged to take us and pick up at a local restaurant that had a menu in English This hotel had a European feel with a American.amenities.

We stayed at the Best Western Titian Inn in Venice for four nights. We needed a hotel near the Venice airport because we had an early morning flight. While we stayed in the hotel we spent two days in Venice and also visited Milan and Verona by train. The hotel is only a 20 minute bus ride to the island of Venice and the Venice San Lucia train station. We took the bus every day to go explore Venice and to catch the train to Milan and Verona. What was great is the #5 bus runs all day and a good portion of the night. The bus stop was not very far from the hotel, and we were able to purchase bus tickets from the hotel. We had to use cash (euro) to purchase the tickets, however. We really appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport and the breakfast that starts at 4:30 am. This was really helpful when we had our early morning flight. The rooms were clean and nice. It is a great hotel in a great location!

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our Italy visit. The hotel is a great location for an early flight from the Marco Polo Airport. They offer a free airport shuttle, but be sure to book your time well in advance. The hotel is clean and offers a standard European breakfast buffet. There is a good restaurant 2 blocks down the road for lunch or dinner. Other than that and a small market, there isn't much else near the hotel. It is a 15 to 20 ride on the #5 public bus into Venice. Be mindful of the times, as the last bus from Venice is before midnight.If you want to stay closer to the Venice action, you will pay a lot more than here.

We stayed at the Titian Inn one night post-cruise with an early morning flight the next day, and it was the perfect hotel for this purpose. The room was nicely appointed, clean and quiet, with free wifi, and a great continental breakfast--much better than anything I've ever had in the States. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle delivered us to the front curb of Marco Polo the next morning. We would definitely stay at the Titian again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and close the airport. Nothing fancy. Rooms were rather dark and the shower was very small. They had ICE, a rarity in Europe, in a machine that dispenses one cup at a time on the first floor. Staff was friendly and spoke English. My only true complaint was the price. It was double of what I felt it was worth.

Great location for Venice airport and for travelling into Venice. The hotel provides a shuttle bus for the airport and there are buses every 15 mins just along the road for the 25 min journey into Venice. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast make this an ideal base for a short stay.
