This Best Western was more than I expected. Value for money, great service and a lovely room. The beds were very comfortable and more than enough pillows! The location is 1km away from the Treviso airport, very conveniently located. The staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel. Treviso is a must to visit in the Veneto region. If you enjoy Venice, you'll enjoy Treviso. This quaint, peaceful city has the luxury of the best shops, great restaurants yet a charm all of its own. Buildings covered with 1200AD fresco's and cobble stoned streets makes this a must on your Italian itinerary and Best Wester Premier a great place to say.
We are staying at the BHR before an early flight from Treviso, after a cruise. The photos online do not do it justice as this is a completely remodeled property of the highest quality. We were not expecting such a modern welcoming experience. Staff is very well trained and looking after your needs. Definitely recommend the BHR Treviso!
Room was pretty clean. Bathroom was perfect. Air condition was also satisfying. Breakfast was perfect. The main problem was location there is nothing around. Also stuff weren't so helpful, especially receptionist guy. No one guide me to the room. Card wasn't working and I had to go back to the reception and...
Had a stopover in Treviso and as we like our Best Western hotels decided to stay at the Best Western Premier BHR in Treviso, the staff were very good and polite especially the barman Luka. The room was lovely, unfortunately we were there when a very disruptive family/party of people were there, lots of arguments with staff and people in reception almost the whole day with basically unsupervised children running everywhere. The food at most was ok, my wife ordered chicken brest and it was processed chicken which was unusual as there was an outdoor barbecue on at the time of our meal.
Food is really tasty and authentic in the restaurant. Rooms are really nice, conference area is good, staff very helpful and competent. Nothing is too much, definitely to be recommended for both private and business trips
Awesome hotel to stay at if you're flying out of Treviso airport. It's so close. The hotel is first class and nice restaurants downstairs to eat at. The room was very nice for a Best Western. I think it was the best BW I've ever stayed at
This was a terrific choice for us. Not too far from airport, super nice room, very up-to-date decor. We were so impressed and the price was very reasonable. It was only a one-night stay and we didn't dine but we had a drink in the bar which was very pleasant. I don't recall the bed choice I made but it was a little small for the two of us.
Close to the airport. The location was perfect for the Train station - Excellent room and service. Very professional staff. Comfortable and Convenient. Very clean rooms. Thank you for a great stay at the hotel.
Nice Italian Motel that sits on the road between the island of Venice, maybe 3 miles to the airport. The room was a nice size with a decent bathroom. I got to watch the world series broadcast in Italian the morning I got up to go. The walls were thinner than i like and we've slept in more comfortable beds. Not anything to do around the hotel, at all! The shuttle was a nice feature to help get you to the airport. However, the city bus will get you there as well. The #5 bus goes back n' forth from the airport to Venice and the cruise ships.
Stayed in this hotel for 1 night because of its proximity to the airport. The staff were not over-friendly but the room was large and comfortable and with plenty of choice of channels on the TV. It would help if the car park were better signed as the entrance was rather confusing for somebody who does not know the area. A big plus is the really first-class restaurant that is part of the hotel . . .. makes up for all its short-comings !!!!!
Situated about 10 km from the city centra, this hotel is geared towards business travelers. Service and rooms are about what you expect for the price. Room was modern and clean. Surroundings were not very inspiring, but that didn't matter for the purpose of my visit.
i stayed in the hotel for one night because of its proximity to Treviso airport. I had booked another hotel to stay in but on arrival was informed that the restaurant was closed. As I was a lady on her own I didn't want to have to walk to the nearest restaurant. I then booked with this hotel and was beyond satisfied with the quality of the room, restaurant and service in the hotel. I will definitely stay there again if in the area and recommend to others to do so.
Its real big hotel. Got big lobby. Rooms are big. Food is average. Nothing for veggies. Location is bit far away from happening place n city centre. Its meant specially for business events Lot of big halls there
This hotel is very large with a great reception area with a very beautiful bar and good break fast restaurant and very clean and beautiful rooms the hotel is fantastic but is a little bit far from the center of the city
what a great hotel. Clean, modern, amazing entrance. Staff was very accommodating with providing shuttle service - highly recommend their shuttle service - driver/owner Eride is a gem - so helpful. Rooms were amazing - we travelled with two families and they gave us adjoining rooms - chef was accommodating with our lunch and very friendly restaurant manager. Highly recommend this hotel One of the best Best Western I've stayed in
This hotel satisfies the expectations of a traveler from Dubai! The lobby and entrance are stunning and quite modern. There is a groovy Bär to the left of the entrance with a DJ playing most evenings. The rooms are very nicely laid out, spacious and decked in medium brown wood paneling with nice dimmable warm white lighting. The washroom too has a nice layout of shower / tub with bright interiors. Breakfast was a delightful buffet and had several business travelers. Our business group of 5 was fortunate to have found a table which was quickly cleaned up and readied by the staff. Overall staff were very friendly and supportive. I was the only one who had an issue with the air conditioning unit which switched on and off without being controllable. This led to a warm room but after much fidgeting, the aircon remained on with freezing results. It beat sweating in the sheets!
Great hotel, the room is so nice. Did not want to go out of the bed. Clean hotel and nice service. Good breakfast and the breakfast was also good. The service behind the bar could be a bit better but maybe the lady did not had her day.
One of the best hotel I've visited, stayed a night with two rooms, the hotel location is quite nice and quite. The reception is big, with a bar in front of the hotel and several art installations, and products to sell on display. nearby there is a italian restaurant if you'd like to try something different.
It was a short break before going on cruise holiday. It was good for having somewhere to go from Airport to port and facility was good had nice entertainment in the evening to relax and had good English Breakfast. Hotel was clean & tidy but Dinner was very expensive. You are resident of the hotel and you had to pay extra service charge for each person including children, so in future I will not eat there.
Excellent Hotel. Reception staff need better training. For example I was charged 15 euros for breakfast even though my booking prepayment included Breakfast in charge. Hotel still have to recompense me for this. If reception staff had believed me or even had checked booking they would not have insisted that I pay.
Nice hotel. As you walk into the reception area you are greeted by interesting works of modern art, nice to see hotels investing in this. Huge atrium as you walk into the hotel with plenty of comfy and discrete places to sit and have a chat. Nice rooms, comfy bed and blissfully quiet after a busy day. Buffet breakfast caters for most tastes and food was well prepared, attentive staff.
Now that internet works well, it is become a perfect choice for me, probably the best hotel in the area. They offer a Park&Fly service. They have a Kinder House. Position: Far from downtown, need a car, tricky to get inside, not too far from Treviso Airport (5 mins by car) Parking: Very Good, free, outdoor, not many places Reception: Very Good, professional and friendly Comfort: Excellent, wooden floor Cleanliness: Excellent Internet: Excellent Television: Very Good Pillow choice: Yes, 2 choices In-room boiler: Yes Refrigerator/Minibar: Available Elevators/Stairs: Excellent, never waited Breakfast quantity: Excellent, International buffet Breakfast quality: Very Good Checkout speed: Excellent Hotel Restaurant/Bar: Not used Fitness/Spa/Pool: There is a nice fitness room and a wellness area
Very good Hotel with a percet service and nice, big rooms. They have a parking area and a garage, offer a good - more or less - international Italian breakfast with a perfect Italian Espresso or Cappuchino. The restaurant inside the hotel is also very good with a very nice selection of wines! Is always a option to book for business trips in Treviso. For a private Trip with my Family it is much to business like. Here I would choose a smarter option.
Stayed 4 nights in this hotel for the Euro tour pool tournament. Room was spacious with all amenities you should need, bathroom was clean and very nicely arranged with a nice bath and shower. But the best point in my opinion, it's the bed, it's one of the best I've had in my life. Negative point: Restaurant and bar service is a bit slow and not at the level of a 4.5*
I stayed here one night and it was a wonderful surprise. The suite was large, clean and everything worked perfectly. There was an extra large bed and office space which was very practical. The bathroom was one of the best I have met. Good light, large space around the sink, good mirror, wonderful jacuzzi. The staff was helpful and very kind. Breakfast was not exceptional but ok.
The Best Western Premier in Treviso is situated 5 mins drive from the airport which was very convenient especially if you have an early flight. The hotel seems new and the rooms are very spacious and very clean, the girl at the reception was really helpful and polite. The price of this hotel was very reasonable and would recommend it to all.
If you need to stay near the Treviso airport, or have business at this large conference hotel, it really provides everything you need. My room was large and comfortable, with many very nice amenities. There was a large desk for working or writing; a nice bathroom with a deep tub, good shower, and plenty of space; robe and slippers; in-room safe; easily found outlets for charging electronics; complimentary water and hot tea; free wifi which worked very well; large and comfortable bed with good linens. My only quibbles with the room are that there was no pen or pencil and notepad - it's funny how much I missed that! And the bath products include an all-in-one shampoo and body wash - I never wash my hair with that kind of stuff, so I carry my own small bottles of shampoo which I used on this trip. I had a drink at the very nice bar on several evenings - the service was very friendly and the rates are very reasonable. The staff at the bar and at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. My own business, however, was in the center of Treviso, in which case this hotel is not exactly convenient. All of the hotels in town were full, which is why I ended up at the BHR. Taxis to and from town ran around 17 or 18 Euros - expensive if you need to get there and back each day. Breakfast was plentiful and good. I ate dinner at the hotel one night and this was not a pleasant experience. Even though the dining room was not full, the service was very slow and neglectful. It felt that I was being deliberately ignored in favor of other tables that had more than one diner. The food was also not as fresh and delicious as I would have expected. Besides this one bad experience with dinner - and to give them the benefit of the doubt, it could have just been an off-night for my server, my overall stay at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable.
Rooms are quite big, with comfortable beds, a decent TV and nice bathrooms. They've got a small gym and a spa. All the staff I talked to were really nice and helpful. The only "but" might be breakfast, which I've seen way better. Regarding location, it's about 10 minutes away from Trevisso downtown. Taxi fares are around 15€, although the hotel's got a couple of taxis of their own. Overall it was a good choice
Reception stuff very friendly and helpful The rooms are very clean The king size bed is big and comfortable The bathroom is very clean, but the mold on bathtub should be removed! The small gym is very nice and enough to do some sport, but should be open from 6am. The breakfast is very nice and tasty fresh cappuccino late espresso.....fresh pressed juices....and more Evening bar in the lobby, the staff is very friendly and flexible. I recommend the food from the barbecue. Visit the Treviso old city.
We only stayed here as we had an early flight from Treviso and it was only five minutes in a taxi. I was very surprised at the size and quality of the hotel (although there isn't much around it). I would imagine it is used mainly for business meetings. The huge lobby was elegant and modern and the bedrooms immaculate and very well appointed. Very helpful staff who recommended a trip into Treviso itself. This is about a 20 euro fare but well worth it - what a lovely old town. The hotel also has its own fleet of taxis outside - and when we checked out for our flight our driver was already at reception waiting for us.
I stayed at the hotel for the La Pina Gran Fondo on invitation from Pinarello for the third time and always enjoy the quality of the hotel and the friendly staff. Definitely one of the better business hotels in the region, although a bit out of town.
Everything is wonderful - room, service and bar !!!! The breakfast was very good, a great variety of delicious foods ! The room is plenty of space and treats, comfortable and has many extra items, such as the adjustable lighting ! Including the service at the bar was great even late at night !
The hotel is sleekly elegant without being fussy. My room was very comfortable and quiet. A delicious weekday breakfast buffet was included with my room charge, but beware of the charge for the buffet on Saturdays and Sundays. Everyone on the front desk staff spoke fluent English, and they were very patient with all my questions (this was my first visit to Treviso). Hotel is convenient to the Treviso airport, but if you're coming from Venice as I did, be prepared for a steep shuttle charge. The Treviso train station is a couple of miles away from the hotel, and the hotel will provide a shuttle for a fee. A municipal bus heading into town stops near the hotel as well, but the hotel staff was unable to offer information on schedules and fares. (The Web and a Google translation helped me on that.) The restaurant on site was a little fancier than I needed; fortunately there was a little place down the block offering pub-style food.
The hotel is about 4 minutes from the Treviso airport or 30 minutes from Venice airport. It does sit outside of Treviso so a car would be prefereable and the parking is free above ground. The check in was efficient and the room is a nice size. The room comes with a complimentary bottle of water that was not replaced during my 5 day stay. The pillows are almost too soft but a welcome change from the hard pillows that you may get at some hotels. The wardrobe had a safe and a closet but no iron and ironing board. The hotel has a public ironing station on the fifth floor if you are up to doing you chores in front of everyone. You can get one brought to the room if requested which in my opinion it should be standard at this level. The wardrobe closet light never worked during my stay. Although the room and hotel appear to be modern and new there was only one usb port for charging your phone located at the desk, nothing next to bed. The Air Conditioning control only operates in a +/- 3 degrees C so it doesn't go below 20c if you like it cooler at night and typically hotel AC never cools to the level set. The window only opens slightly so that is really not an option. TV channels limited and movie channels not available at least on my set. My room was never vacuumed during my stay which I started to notice after a few days so I'm not sure if it was clean to begin with. Transit to and from the hotel to the airport is a charge ~20 euros for the 4 minute ride so a taxi would be better. There is an onsite fitness center and restaurants. Overall I rate the hotel as average for lack of cleaning, not replacing the light in the wardrobe, not replacing the water bottle.
The hotel itself is lovely. Very friendly staff, huge lobby and spacious rooms with massive double beds and air conditioning. However the website is somewhat misleading. What appears at first look to be a gym and pool that are free to use, end up costing you €15 or €25 for both, and breakfast which appeared to be advertised at €5 actually ends up costing €15. Having said that we queried this cost, and got breakfast included for €6 each. We chose this hotel over other cheaper options due to the gym and spa. Won't be making the same mistake again.
Driving up to hotel, looks like it will be nothing special, step inside for the wow effect! Reception is stunning, bar and restaurant similar, and after checking in, room 124 was excellent, large, well appointed, good bathroom, good beds, and you could step out onto a terrace with mountain views (distant). Nothing much in local area to bo, but close to the airport. I use best western hotels lots in the UK, this hotel outshone any that I have ever stayed in!
Clean, luxurious hotel ideally located for Treviso Airport, Treviso, The Dolomites and Venice. You really need a car if staying here. Rooms are very clean and stylish. Excellent facilities, parking and quick access to the motorways. Cannot recommend highly enough.
The charm of hotels in this region is their individual character, very few modern/chain hotels exist, but this one I use frequently and recommend. It's very convenient for the airport, especially useful if you arrive to Treviso late, parking is really easy - a challenge for central Treviso. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink, the breakfast is also good. The top floor has a gym to use with jacuzzi which is handy, but in the summer months it's like a greenhouse with the glass windows. Go early morning, or I will jog out around the hotel too. I've not eaten in the restaurant, but on occasion late evening we've had hot sandwiches/snacks - next door there is the fantastic Dok Quinto di Treviso which serves food until quite late.
Spent two nights here while my wife ran the Treviso half marathon (which is not actually in Treviso...). This is a bit out of town, to west of the old town. It would take us about 5-10 minutes to drive into the old town. Access the highway is very easy. We paid for parking in the garage in the basement, not sure if that would be necessary. They seem to do a pretty steady business in conferences, so this is probably a better choice for a business stay, or if you're going to be out a bit; some of the students were a bit noisy. We also had a strange problem with a security light blinking, the night before my wife was going to run! I had to go down to the desk for help. They offered to give us another room, but we chose to deal with it. The next day it was fixed. Breakfast is nice, and they have a very good restaurant. But that's another review.
A business trip landed me in Treviso and the BHR, which is a few miles from the center of Treviso. The hotel is clean and modern, well-suited to business travelers, with many plugs for devices in the rooms. The shower was a dream, in both terms of heat and water pressure, something this drought-stricken traveler has missed. The "needs improvement" category falls with the front desk. First, I needed to have laundry done, and the instructions in the room were very clear, place the hanger on my door before 9:30 am and call reception for next day service. When I called reception, the woman on the desk instructed me that I had to bring my laundry to the reception desk before 8:00 am, and that the instructions in the room were wrong - and she was not nice about it. Similarly, when I brought my laundry bag to reception the following morning, the (different) woman on the desk looked at me as if I was crazy to be bringing it down myself. A colleague of mine had a similar experience with requesting an iron in his room, which is states in room you can request from reception, but when he called for an iron the woman instructed him that he had to use the one provided for guests in a special room 4 floors away from him - and did not offer to provide one in his room. But for those two incidents, the BHR was perfectly fine for my business trip.
You wouldn't choose this as a holiday or cultural destination, but it you want somewhere not too far from Treviso's runway, with good facilities, and at a reasonable price, then this is ideal. It's a modern hotel in a nondescript area of shops and small businesses, and its exterior is much less attractive than its interior spaces. The vast foyer feels less than cosy, but its well equipped with bar, business area, and restaurant. Bedrooms, however, are spacious and comfortable We'd spent two nights at an airbnb apartment on very inadequate mattresses so the vast bed and yielding mattresses in this hotel were very welcome indeed. Dinner was good, but not exceptional, however I do recommend the good-value buffet lunch.
Professional, welcoming staff. Restaurant had excellent risotto (cuisine, for that matter) and staff was attentive and knowledgeable of local wines and in-season specialties. Will definitely stay again.
Room was great and food included in the deal Problem was that the temp controls are not available in the room. The staff controls it. They would not allow us A/C even though the room was too warm. Because it was October they had shut down the A/C.
This hotel is everything you want/need/wish for!!! After spending a week here (departing today) we could not have asked for anymore. The junior suite was very spacious with a queen size bed, desk, sofa, walk in wardrobe, safe large enough for your laptop, jacuzzi, his and hers basins, separate shower, toilet and bidet. The whole hotel is so clean and tidy. In fact it sparkles and always smells fresh and welcoming. The restaurant is amazing offering a-la-carte menu. The variety is grand. The lounge is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon with a drink of your choice. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have time for you to ensure you have everything you need. The town of Treviso is just a short bus ride away (number 11) and perfect for walking around or enjoying a little time enjoying a drink whilst people watching. Or why not venture on the train to Venice for the day. I would recommend staying in Treviso and popping to Venice rather than the other way round. Perfect for that get away and this hotel is a must stay!!!
Big hotel at the good location if you don't want to sleep in Venice. Hotel itself is good, unfortunatley we were not the only ones who decided to stay there instead in Venice. Every day there were min. 2 tourist groups, who were leaving at the same time as we. Thus there were lines at the breakfast and no place to sit. Anyway hotel is nice with spacious rooms.
Stayed here for two nights on a business trip, Got a great rate through Expedia. This hotel looks fairly new and the room was extremely well presented. The only thing missig was a kettle. Breakfast was good with choice or hot and cold food. the restaurant was okay, I wish they would have a few more chips with the steak though. Front desk was polite and check in was smooth and helpful. Definately stay here again.
Hotel would be a clear 5-point if it was not for the terrible sub standard breakfast buffet. Very limited breakfast choice and lowest quality imaginable. Service staff was not able to even refill cereal bowls for half an hour without being asked. Other than that this is a business/congress hotel with top notch design rooms. Rooms are spacious and have great bathrooms. The whol ehotel features aspects of a 5-star property. If it was not for the totally unmatching breakfaast buffet ...
Has all of the amenities. Room was first class as you would expect of a Hilton or Marriott. Staff was super in helping to arrange travel and answering questions. Nice bar area and restaurant served excellent fare. The spinach soup a delicious starter.
This was a fantastic hotel. Decent location for me, great price, HUGE room. Really nice contemporary property. The restaurant was pretty mediocre, and there's really nothing else around there and they don't open until 730PM so for starving Americans you are sort of in trouble. Do yourself a favor, take the cab to downtown Treviso and eat at Pinos. The bar service is great - bartender was so friendly! Apologized for not remembering my room number. LOL, it's OK bar dude.
It was great. Check in hustle free and fast. Staff was great. The room was amazing with a great view and amenities. Center of attention was that amazing king size bed with 6 feather stuffed pillows. We spent 1 full day in the room to the restaurant and back in the room and in the steam room.and back in the room :) Amazing comfort. You lay down and dont want to get up at all ;) Food was great. Internet was not that great. We were there for my birthday but did some business as well and the internet was cruicial part of the stay. Slow and not stable. I would go there again for sure.
