Best Western Titian Inn Hotel Treviso

Check in was made without any sign of welcome , room quality is not reflecting ,at all, what is showing in the website, television was not working, price paid for the stay was way too much comparing the service provided.

The night we arrived the hotel did not have hot water. The reception didn't remind us, and when we realized that during shower, we called to the reception and no one has answered the phone. The other day we told the staff about this when we check out, the staff said the whole building didn't have hot water but not only us, with a very impolite attitude without an apology, implying it wasn't really an issue to not have hot water for guests. For the room, it's dirty, dim, feels very uncomfortable. The charge per night is more than 120 usd. I won't come back again even if it is free.

Stayed one night at BW Titian. Room was very clean and modern. Booked a twin room which had two spacious beds and a big bathroom. Hotel is just outside main Treviso, but in a quite area. Perfect stay if you are passing by.

Big family room, cosy bed. Big bathroom. Big and free of charge parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast is wide choose and fresh. Staff is great and welcoming. Wi-Fi is free of charge. Close to the outlet Noventa. Would come back for sure! Love it!

Amazing facility with very friendly staff . Hotel is located in a nice village! We went to grab a pizza near by and we were caught in the middle of rain! The restaurant owner told her customers that she will be back and drove us to the hotel. What an amazing experience!

Nice hotel, clean and modern room, very friendly staff, we had booked 4 nights with breakfast ( very good) . The hotel is not in Treviso, you have to take the bus for Treviso,this is the only problem that make very hard to visit different places,but is very nice hotel.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel near Treviso. The lady at the reception desk (Caterina) was very kind and her kindness makes it a pleasure to stay at this place. She helps to recommend nice restaurants, and welcomes you with a smile. Speaks good English as well. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is well located,... nothing to complain about.

Excellent stay, first class reception and very delightful breakfast, room was comfy and when asked for a kettle i have been provided with immediately, reception was kept clean at all the times, had sanitizer provided next to the lift, location is also very good based in Silea after the roundabout, what else can i say thank you Titian INN.

The hotel is located near Treviso. Parking is free, they have an underground garage. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast 5 euro per person, could be better even if it is cheap. Double and triple rooms had the same price. Ok overall but not very big. It will be better if they ventilate daily the rooms with fresh air. Hotel restaurant was closed for the moment. The closest restaurant is in 5 minutes by car in Silea.

I usually stay at the Tessera BW facility, where I had already booked online; however, due to the pandemic, it was still closed. I was contacted by the efficient Mrs. Cristina, one of the managers, and, having to catch a six-thirty AM flight to North America, I was extremely pleased with her offer (both the Treviso and the Tessera BW venues have the same management) to accommodate me in Treviso. I had a complimentary shuttle ride to and fro VCE (many thanks to Franco, the excellent driver!), the signature and impeccable BW hospitality (too bad I was not able to enjoy their scrumptious breakfast but, alas, it was ten of four AM when I got up!) and I was able to get to the airport in a fairly good shape, despite the very early hour, thanks to my stay at the BW Titian Inn in Treviso which, with its spotless clean facilities, large bathroom and a large, comfortable bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep! We picked the hotel as it is located close to Treviso, has reasonable prices, breakfast included, with own parking and most importantly, are dogs friendly :) As we arrived, we switched the room as we were facing the road. They changed it without any questions asked. The staff, in general, was very polite. The room, especially bathroom could be refurbished, but considering all of the above and the fact they were clean, there's not much to complain. The selection of breakfast was good. All in all, it was a nice, hospitable place to stay.

its ok for one night, 10 minutes the city center by car. the breakfast should be more richer then basic meals. Something extra is missing to get feeling to be back. the location is ok if you are arrive by car. the airport is near also 15-20 minutes by car. Better option to visit Venice from Treviso. Even Treviso has special feeling as well.

Well we chose this hotel as it was close to Venice and i could unashamedly use several of my BW reward points. As i have a 18yr and 15yr daughter i needed two rooms for a week which, the hotel very kindly gave us two at the end of a side corridor with a fire door we could close thus allowing us to keep both doors open when we were in our rooms. Only when sleeping did we lock our own doors to our rooms. The rooms were different in as much one was a lot larger than the other but both were clean and functional. We gave up on the TV there was an English option to the menu but i could not get it to work and to be honest it was not on our list of priorities. Each room also has a fridge, there is water in there but we used our own but it is also handy for wine etc which is very cheap in the local supermarkets. The air con works brilliantly fortunately as you can imagine its quite hot there. The reception staff are very helpful and will give you suggestions of where to go. Parking was no problem there is an underground car park but we only used the one above which was never full. They do have coach parties and that can be a pain at breakfast time. The breakfast area is not large and it only needs 2 people to sit at a table laid for 4 and then you are stuffed if you come in as a group of 4 you will have to split up and use smaller tables. The breakfast is mainly continental with bacon, frankfurter, and scrambled egg as your warm options. Saying that at 3euros each that is a very fare price. When its busy the waitresses are a little flustered, bacon is very popular and can run out very fast and the wait for some more ridiculous. Also when the hot chocolate runs out from the machine you are left with coloured hot water. As it still looks dark and the waitresses cannot see anything wrong with it. However when it is full it is very nice. There are gym facilities there and meeting rooms that i could see. You are only 20 -25 minutes away from Venice. Saying that Treviso is also worth a visit there is a large market on Tuesdays (which we missed) Overall it was a very pleasant stay there.

Why in 2019 a 4* hotel has very old, wet and dirty carpets all over the rooms? The smell of mold in the room was absolutely terrible,walking on the carpets my feet were actually dirty...dust everywhere... and again bathtub surrounded by really dirty black mold...really noisy and uncomfortable bed...

This is an interesting hotel. It's by a busy road, so great if you have a car, but not near to anything to be able to just walk to things. Part of it is refurbished, and I stayed in one of those rooms, so I can only talk about that. The room itself was very comfortable. Nice big bed, big TV, modern bathroom. My room was on the top floor and had a lovely roof as a feature. The fridge had some complimentary water in it, but otherwise nothing else. Tea service and nice slippers too. There was a bit of dust on the bathroom mirror, so housekeeping could be a bit more thorough. My room looked over the back, so it was quiet, but the front of the hotel overlooks a very busy main road, so if you're bothered by that, then request a room overlooking the back. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options. You could even do most of an English breakfast with the hot options. I just wish the breakfast room was nicer. The furniture is fine, but it's a completely closed room with no windows. Also kind of bare. The hotel also has a restaurant, but I didn't try it. Overall, nice, comfortable hotel. I reserved this hotel because of business trip to Silea. I know it's located far from Treviso city and there is nothing around so I was prepared for a poor quality stay. However when I arrived, I was positively shocked! BW Titian Inn looks very nice from outside. It looks like Italian villa. I had a rent car so I was afraid about parking spot. Not needed! Outside parking is big enough and there is also underground garage - not sure about prices. About 3 min on foot (just behind the corner) there are shops and restaurants. Rooms are big and spacious. Bed was so comfy! Bathroom was clean and huge as well. Shower inside. In wardrobe you can find a safe which is for free. Internet access also free with good bandwidth. I know that Italian breakfast is modest, without lots of choices. However even in this case, BestWestern shocked me. Why? Because there were many things to choose, different types of cheese, ham, jam, etc. Also plenty of sweet things. There is also a coffee machine but if you like to drink true Italian coffee, ask a waiter for it. There is no problem with early breakfast. Will I recommend this place? For sure!

Why oh why do hotels have to have such noisy door closures. This were the worst by far for slamming amd when for some unknown reason they do it all evening to1am its means no sleep. Add in road noise and lumpy pillows . All bit rubbish and not what is expected from Best Weston hotel. Avoid if you want sleep. Staff freindly enough.

We spent there 2 nights, as a tour leader with the group and we really enjoyed our stay.. Special thanx to Monica, amazingly polite and kind person who made our stay there easy and comfortable.. Nice hotel, clean and cozy rooms, nice bathroom, good location, free wifi in all areas, restaurants and supermarkets in 1 km range, spa center, etc.. the only situation that was not perfect was breakfast, especially if you have unpatient group like I had, because one or two persons are not enough to serve 50 people at once, and all 50 to have the food and drinks at the moment.. its a long process and thanx again Monica for helping us solve also this situation.. looking forward to come back sometimes again..

We wanted somewhere easy for an early start at the airport which was decent but not overly expensive and this hotel was perfect for that. The room was a very good size, quiet, comfortable and very clean. We had a very warm welcome and the lady on reception booked our taxi for the airport. Breakfast wasn't particularly great but for the price it was fine for a quick coffee and snack before travelling. It took about 15 mins and €22 in the taxi to the airport. We were satisfied customers.

I read a lot of negative reviews but we had no such problems as bad service. We had very decent service and the rooms were rather large. The beds were ok and the showers were fine. We walked about a half KM away for dinner and it was lovely. The breakfast was so-so but wasn't bad for an economy hotel. I'd stay again as we had a great night's sleep.

A hotel on the outskirts of Treviso and along one of the busiest roads to town: silence not one of the main features! Strangely, a hotel without elevator: can't understand why. Foodstuff at breakfast, low grade and cheapy: why offering such a lousy cornflake and such diluted and watery orange juice? I do not recommend it. Surely there is some better place, nearby, for the same rate

I don t suggest this hotell to nobody I paid all included and I had problem for sit to the restaurant because they give preference to extra guest instead to hotell guest and the cleaning services is also bad organized they don't understand Italian language and for lack of profesionality they kick out customers before the check out time...also the managing have luck of profesionality at the check out they ask me again to pay the restaurant which has been already paid in the check in....many others chipper and better served hotel very close

It was a Sunday night and the restaurant was empty which concerned me. It turned out to be a fantastic experience because of my waiter, Paulo. He suggested great wines and wonderful dishes. The price for such a great meal was unbelievably good as well. I chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and the fact a shuttle service was listed, in addition to the good ratings of course. My preference is for a hotel that offers shuttle service for "free" but it is not the case here. In fact, there wasn't a shuttle available at all (no driver or something?), so they ordered a taxi for me at a cost of 20 Euros. Keep that in mind if you need a ride to the airport when considering the costs. Getting to the hotel (and from) via public transportation is a bit of a challenge as things (like bus stops) are not clearly marked or called out when being approached. If you don't know where you are going, you are very likely to miss your stop. This only makes it challenging to get anywhere in Italy via this method.

This hotel is a good solution if you want to visit Treviso as its not that far and there's a good car park and Silea is a pretty town. The hotel rooms are quite spacious with a decent bathroom. There's a small gym and a sauna too. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast isn't bad either. There were also GF options for my sister which was a big bonus.

Rooms still clean, quiet. No drip of quality. Means this can exist also in italy dependa on the staff!!! Very good done. Breakfast is ok, i mean better than an avrage italian brakfast. Chease, salami, fruit etc. Better if you ask for the capiccino and dont use the mashine.is included and quality is better.

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable room. Very handy for staying in when arriving into Treviso airport late in the evening. We arranged the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel which was convenient and in a very nice vehicle. I rang reception at 11pm that evening to get a cup of tea brought up to the room, This came within minutes with fresh milk and biscuits and was included in the room rate. The next day, the breakfast was great, large selection. After breakfast, walked two minutes to a bus stop and did not have to wait long to get the bus which goes into Treviso city centre/Treviso train station (No. 3 bus). Would definitely stay again. Good price too.

We chose that Best western Titan Inn in Treviso as it was close to the airport and we arrived at Treviso airport late. We were positively surprised. Very helpful staff, very clean and modern rooms and really great breakfast with some fresh fruits and vegetables.The only negative was that fitness centre wasn't available for free for the guests. Anyway, we will definitely stay there again if we are around.

As would stay in the states. Really the best which i saw in the last 12 months in italy. Excellent rooms. Very clean, an appropriate king size bed ! Very friendly reception ! And the hotel is like new where you see the staff pay attention to the details. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. In case need to go to venice will stay here !! And the best..... Paid 73€ incl breakfast !!

Let me preface this review by saying that we stayed at this hotel as part of a coach tour, and as such were never actually knew the cost of our room. Therefore our comments are based on the hotel itself, the state of our room, the staff, and indeed the location. We'd spent the night before in a fabulous place in Switzerland, so the room we had here came as a surprise. Reading the reviews, and speaking with some other people on our tour, this hotel clearly has some nice rooms. However it would appear that there are two parts to the hotel, to the left of the check in desk is probably quite new, but off to the right where our room was, looked as if it hadn't been updated since the seventies. We had to walk up steps and into what seemed like a maze, the rooms smelled musty, the furniture chipped and marked and the carpets had some marks on them. We couldn't turn down the heat and our window opened onto what seemed like a flat roof with entrances on it, so you didn't want to leave your window open. On the bright side we ate there and the food and service was excellent, we also had free wifi, so if you do go there, ask to see the room before committing yourself.

Cute little hotel in the middle of nowhere. A good 40 minutes drive from Venezia. Clean rooms with physical old fashioned keys. Got a king room. Was very small. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Fresh meats, pastries, yogurts, fruits. Delicious! The service was good. The lady I checked in was very rude but besides that, all issues were attained to. Overall, good cheap place to stay in Treviso but not ideal for trips to Venezia.

A well-cleaned up, ordered and comfortable family room we could have. Also nice breakfast, and staffs were friendly. Easy to approach to / from Treviso city center. Wifi connected well. Next time we would try that restaurant in this hotel.

The highlight of this hotel is the knowledgeable, friendly and lingustic staff. The front desk was able to direct us precisely in English on how to get to Venice by public transport via bus and train. They even sold us some bus tickets as well as provided us the map.This was sort of an an adventure exploring the little town of Treviso as well as Venice. The breakfast was a feast compared to other hotels we stayed. The downside was the temperature of the room was difficult to adjust and so we opened the window which resulted in hearing the noise of the highway. Also there was no elevator,so we had to lug our suitcase up but the staff was able to assist us. Overall my experience with this hotel was positive and would highly recommend.

Hotel was ok, rooms were clean and nice with air-condition, breakfast was good, there was also some gluten-free crackers and sweets. They've got some bikes for rent for free, but this bikes are really dysfunctional, what is a pity, because near hotel is very nice route for bikes next to river.

I have stayed in the hotel due to a Treviso business I had. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. All facilities are well maintained and sanitary equipment is of the highest quality. Modern television with English speaking channels. Good fitness center and reasonable breakfast. The hotel gives bicycles for the guests upon requests. A bicycles route connects the hotel to the center of Treviso (3 km away).

what can be said generally is the hotel is nice. Large and clean rooms, good air conditioning, friendly personal, good parking lot and breakfast but terrible, terrible Internet!!!! The breakfast was very good!!

Large, comfortable rooms with nice amenities. Big bathroom with roomy shower. Nice full-sized beds. Cool A/C. Cold bottled water in mini-fridge. Helpful staff. Free shuttle from/to airport. Nice breakfast buffet open early enough for early shuttle to airport. I think I had just really missed the feel of a room with comforts of a nice "American- style" motel. This was a welcome treat the night before the long plane trip back to the States.

It´s a nice structure, a little bit away from the city so without car you are lost, but thanks to this it offers a pretty nice standard. It´s really relaxing thanks to its position more or less in a countryside. What I did like was a really big room, I hadn´t expected a room of this size. The bed was very quite comfy, the bathroom large with everything. The Wi-Fi connection was very fast as well. The breakfast was solid, maybe not as great as it could be in this hotel chain, but it was enough, maybe the hall when it is served is rather chaotic, no so spacious, so don´t go for the breakfast in rush hours.

The hotel was superb. It was close to the airport -just 7 minutes away travelling at 7.30 a.m. on a Sunday. It is also very close to Treviso centre. The hotel has its own private parking and wifi acess even in the bedrooms is very good. Te rooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms quite a good size.
