Best Western Dijon Quetigny

Nice clean hotel. Stayed on the way to the alps. Near plenty of places to eat which was very handy when you have been driving for a long time. There is secure parking for 10 euros but also plenty around. It wasn't clear on how to get in to the car park as I was sent a code that didn't work and then the button for reception didn't buzz for some reason. Minor hitch though. Bathroom was pretty spacious and free water in room a nice touch. Would stay again.

Warm, clean and very comfortable room with a wonderful breakfast. Easy to find off the motorway with several eating places close by. An excellent stopoff half way between Calais and the French Alpine ski resorts.

Ideal for a short business trip, room was small but comfortable. The breakfast could be a bit better. Apart from a few hairs in the bed, everything was great. I don't know what else to write as I only spent one night there.

The hotel is new so that is a plus. And it's located right in the midst of a Cinema and restaurant complex! No need to drive for entertainment or food. However, the internet at the hotel was very marginal. We only had two out of four bars of connection in our room which was on the ground floor. The electrical socket in our bathroom (room 007) did not work with the hair dryer so we had to plug the hair dryer outside of the bathroom near the floor to dry our hair. The breakfast area was not well maintained. The floor was very sticky from an obvious spill and was not mopped up. The food containers were not refilled once emptied. People had to ask for more eggs, for instance. The empty jam and honey jars were not replaced with new full ones when I was at breakfast. The room and bed were comfortable even if a bit small. The quality - price factor would have been excellent if not for the aforementioned things.

On our way to south France we stopped for a night. Dogs are allowed. Hotel is very clean and located next to a cinema complex with several restaurants and bars. You get discount when you show your hotel card. Room was nice and breakfast was good.

We stayed here on our way back from the south of France. We booked two rooms and they were really nice and clean and the beds were good as well. The service was really good and everyone spoke english. It has a small food court outside where you can choose different varieties of food. It is close to the motorway, so easy access. We can only recommend this hotel, what a nice surprise.

Excellent hotel for a stopover. Stayed with family on the way to Switzerland. Clean, modern, comfortable, well located relative to the motorway and a decent choice of places to eat nearby. Great breakfast too. Only gripe was the pull out bed for the kids which wasn't great but overall highly recommended.

We used this hotel as a stopover on our way home from Spain. After a long day of driving we arrived at the hotel which is conveniently located just outside Dijon next to a golf course, cinema and a couple of restaurants. This means that there is ample free parking close to the hotel. It's a Best Western so everything is professionally handled. The room is not very big but it had a comfortable big bed and a clean modern bathroom. Wifi was strong and fast. Downstairs there is a cosy lounge area/bar and a breakfast area. All in all a nice modern hotel perfect for a good night of rest.

I stay there every time I go to Dijon area, the place it's maybe not right in the center of Dijon but you can go there easily with 15 min droit bus; on the other hand the location is very nice, safe, full of restaurants, cinemas etc. the hotel is modern, comfortable, cleans very well managed. Reasonable price and rooms comfort. Breakfast could be improved.

Nice big rooms, very clean. A wide choice on breakfast satisfied our kids. Really comfortable stay and very polite staff. Hotel is next to many restaurants, so location was excellent for us on route to eurotunnel.

The overal stay at this hotel was great. Very modern and clean hotel close to a tram station which takes you to the center in less than 15 mins. However, breakfast needs to be improved absolutely. Only very basic options available and also hotel has issues to reload the meal options (maybe the personnel is not enough during peak times)

We liked our stay! We stayed here one night on our way to the cote dazur. For that reason it was perfect. Clean rooms, restaurants in the area, supermarket.. and close to the highway. We would recommend it.

Stayed one night in this hotel on route to the French Alps. It is situated not too far from the motorway about 6 hours (including stops) south of Calais. The hotel was a bit difficult to find (it's in a modern entertainment complex and a what3words address (///sensible.unwanted.shoebox) would have helped more than the postal address. However, once found, we thought the hotel was very good value for money. It is very modern and everything was clean and new. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The bedroom was on the small side, but quite adequate, well-equipped (usb points, kettle, large TV etc) and the bed was comfortable and the shower excellent (clean, spacious and ran at a steady easily adjusted temperature). LED lights on the switches and TV did shine all night. Breakfast was very good. The hotel also has secure car parking.

Excellent very modern hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. It was hot when we stayed and the quiet air conditioning in the room was much appreciated. Ideal base to visit Dijon or stopover when travelling onwards to final destination.

Good overnight stop, not far from the motorways. It's nestled in an open-air entertainment mall but is difficult to spot as you drive by (a sign on the highway would help). Our room and bathroom were very clean and very smart. These are small rooms and with a fold out bed they are cramped. However, for an overnight stay you simply can't complain at such reasonable prices. The combined reception / bar / lounge area is welcoming, airy and funky. Breakfast was fine, for the price. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there is a choice of three or four eateries in the mall. There is a secure dedicated car park for the hotel. We had a good sleep, a filling breakfast and continued our road trip very satisfied.

BW Quetigny, near Dijon, France. Saw room with breakfast at this hotel on Agoda. This edged the decision for me. Immediately prior to paying I took screenshot of booking ref and benefits, including breakfast etc. Proceeded to book and received the same, unique booking ref. On arrival BW front desk refused to honour the breakfast citing possible 'manipulation' of screenshot. A Bait and switch operation or shambolic customer service, not sure which but either way take care before booking at this establishment and expect no back up from Agoda despite having a clearly moral and legal right to receive what you paid for. Standard double was tiny with barely enough room to walk around the double bed. Bathroom was good size but with poor water pressure. BW Quetigny, near Dijon, France.

Nice modern hotel. The hotel is in a new building, modern fitting and clean. Room size for two people was just right with a spacious bathroom. Lobby and breakfast room also in a modern fitting and inviting. The people were very friendly and helpful.

From the secure parking, things just went from good to great. Modern new building with facilities on the doorstep. Good receptionist, multi lingual, The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean. Big TV & plugs and usb charge point. The air conditioning and walk in shower became a real bonus. Restaurant's and nightlife on the doorstep.
