Sure Hotel by Best Western Dijon Sud

out of age bathroom not well maintained, rusty and not properly working. the rest of the room is of the same poor level at this stair : we were said that other stairs have been renewed, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it

The 3 heaters are broken, T° is too low, not enough blankets to compensate. The walls have no isolation at all (neither thermal nor sound-wise). Very noisy, near the 4-way road. Boiler not present whereas it is mentioned in the reservation. No curtains in the shower, the shutters don't shut either which transforms your cleaning experience into a peep show at dawn. Cracks and moisture stains everywhere.

We were travelling to the Alps and wanted a stop over after a long drive from the UK. This was the second time we have stayed at The Orinals (Inter) Hotel, Dijon South and both times have been perfect. The family room sleeps four and even though our two children are now grown up, their beds are adult size (unlike some other hotel family rooms). We al gave it 10 out of 10 for the shower and the children said the free WiFi was more than adequate, as they were easily able to stream video. Special thanks to the really helpful receptionist who went over and beyond sorting out my booking (my error). For the price, i would highly recommend. However, it is located on what appears to be a run down industrial estate, so there wasn't much to see from our bedroom window. Whoever there are all the essentials required nearby for a stopover (relatively cheap fuel, hypermarket, restaurants etc).
