    « Location, Location, Location »

This hotel offers budget accommodation in a central location. Rooms are small and basic however functional. Readily accessible from public transport. Breakfast available at a fair price; simple however adequate with excellent service. Unfortunately, didn't experience the Japanese warm and service we are accustomed to with the Front Desk. Ideal hotel for shopping and dining trip whilst on an accommodation budget.

    « ???????? »

?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????? ??????? This hotel is really convenient if you would like to go shopping in oska. And the room is nice and clean.

« Good location but average service »

Stay Period: 26 March to 29 March 2018 Hi all, I had stayed in this establishment recently with my family (3 adults + 1 child (2.5 years old)). The period of our travel was the peak cherry blossom period and thus many other hotels were fully booked in Osaka. As I am travelling with old folk and a young child, location is the most important consideration factor for us. Therefore we booked this hotel due to its convenient location (it's 1 minute walk from Nagahoribashi station and about 500m walk from shinsaibashi station via the Crysta underground shopping street). This location is great as it is walking distance to major tourists attractions such as shinsaibashi, Dotonburi and kuromon Market (only 1 subway ride to nipponbashi). Pro: 1) As I mentioned above, it's the location 2) Though the room is rather compact (standard Japanese city hotel Room size), it's pretty well equipped (no bottled water given though) with a queen size bed. Squeezing 2 adults in the room + luggage are a challenge. But overall, it is clean and comfortable for the night rest 3) There is a convenient store directly opposite the hotel to grab some food, drinks comfort items and essentials. Cons: 1) Reception/ Check in is a let down, the check in service staff is grumpy and look uninterested to serve. We were treated like we are some army recruits and are subjected to the camp discipline master stating rules and regulations in staying in their establishment 2) I had earlier contacted the hotel via to request for bed guard for my child. All I received was a cold reply that they do not provide such an item. 3) The corridor is stuffed with fully loaded laundry bags which obstructs the hall way. 4) When we were back one night, one female staff was running into the elevator and yawning right in front of us. Seeing that we were pushing our child (who was asleep in the stroller). She didn't wait for the next elevator but instead pushing her way into the elevator. 5) Again, during my last day check out, the service staff just took my room keys and say " OK, can leave now" - I have never encountered such standard of hospitality in Japan. Things that we didnt try thus cant comment: 1) There is a small restaurant serving daily breakfast on level 1, we didnt try that as we booked the room without breakfast Summary: Overall, if you are a budget or solo traveller looking for an affordable, convenient and no frill accomodation then Best Western fino will be a good choice, but minus all the warm japanese hospitality. The staff needs more customer service training and work with enthusiasm.

    « Great location »

Stayed here recently with my wife for 2 nights. As other reviewers mentioned the room is small but you should be out exploring the city during the day. The room I stayed in was on the 10th floor and it was fine for us both. The decor was slightly shabby but like I said we only came back to the room to sleep. The bathroom was nice and had the usual amenities. Walking from hotel to Nagahoribashi station is just a minute walk. Look for exit 5A. The hotel is about 10mins walk to Dotonbori/Nippombashi station, 15mins walk to Kuromon market and 18mins walk to Namba (Nankai line) station with luggage! There are a lot of great little restaurants and shops in the small street behind hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area and there is a 7/11 across the street.

    « Comfortable Stay »

Just a min walk from Nagahoribashi station. Look for exit 5A. Once exit 5A, turn left. Enter the 7-eleven and go thru the rear door. Hotel is just across the small alley road. Stayed there for a night and the feel was not too bad. The room is a little small though which you may find it difficult if you have a big luggage and need to do some packing. Otherwise every thing is great. There is a restaurant just beside the entrance of hotel lobby which they do serve breakfast to hotel guests. The area is quiet and very convenient as there is 7-11 just across the street and also it is just 1 min away from the train station.

« Very good value hotel with good location »

My son and I stayed 1 night for fun. Yes, the rooms are small, but it is central Osaka, thus you need to be realistic, especially if you are looking for value. I have lived in Japan before, thus perhaps I have a different view. You won't get a giant room for a cheap price. The room was fine for me and son. As always in Japan, the bathroom was nice. You don't come here to stay in hotel, you come to go out and have fun. Walking from hotel to Shinsaibashi station, there are a lot of great little restaurants and shops (not the big main street, but the small street behind hotel). This is what is great about Osaka and Tokyo, all the little things. From Shinsaibashi, you can easily get to Osaka station. You can take airport train from Namba station (nearby). Clean, nice, good location, friendly, affordable.

    « Horrible »

Booked this hotel thru agoda only to realise i got the date wrong. Understood the non refundable policy. But did asked the hotel manager if i could top up some hotel fees to get dates change but the hotel insisted on their policy no changes allowed and non refundable. Book if only you are 100% certain you ganna make it and no silly mistakes like me ??

    « Money stolen »

The hotel itself was reasonable. good location and breakfast fine. There is no safe in the room and we left money with the front desk safe. It was late at night and we didnt seal the envelope properly .. when we got it back money was missing. Our fault.. we cant prove it and the staff denied it.. so do not leave any valuables in the safe. FYI I have done many reviews on this site and I think this is the first negative one I have done. Normally if I dont like a place I dont complain..but this was just not right and very surprising for Japan. My 3 star rating reflects service not the theft.

    « Location, location, location.... »

Stayed there for 3 nights to visit Kyoto and celebrate New Years. Hotel, as many reviewers have stated, is close to many restaurants and shopping places in Osaka. We took the shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo station and arrived around 10:30pm or so. The line to the hotel was closed, thus we had to take a taxi. Taxi driver did not know the hotel and had to call the hotel (hint: keep the hotel phone number handy just in case). We had a double room with a view of the 7elevent across the street. The room was ok, nothing fancy or out of the ordinary for a Best Western hotel. No issues with check in/out and umbrellas were handy in the lobby (there was a rainy night during our stay). Overall very good location close to the wonderful food choices Osaka has to offer.

« Good hotel near Shinsaibashi shopping district »

This is my first hotel during my visit to Japan. The location is nice near the subway station and also Shinsaibashi shopping area. Hotel room was small which is normal for Japan cities, but it's enough for me and my sister with our 4 medium luggages. Room was clean and amenities also satisfactory. We had a nice sleep there after a long flight and a day in USJ. They keep our luggages prior to the check in time. Overall a good hotel with a reasonable price in Osaka.

« A hotel near the shopping destrict »

This hotel is next to the Nagahoribashi train station and walking distance to the Kuromon Market, which is great for eating fresh seafood. Also can walk to the shopping area at Donobori area. Great place for couple whom do not need a big room.

    « Convenient »

Nice and convenient hotel suitable for couples but not for family. Super close to underground. Some small restaurants nearby and seven- eleven is just opposite to the hotel. Walkable distance to Nambo shopping area. There are lots of nice restaurants and shop over there.

    « excellent location »

excellent location walkable distance to every place numba, shinsaibashi, kurumon market, shopping, near subway, this is 2nd time I stay here for Osaka Marathon. 7-11 is just opposite to the hotel. ...

« WORTH to value you paid for it »

nice and clean room convenient location which is near to train station and happening street.. opposite to 7-11 shop 5-8 minutes walk to shinsaibashi street worth to what you paid for it room size is typical small as other hotel in japan

« Good location, decent price »

If you are arriving from KANSAI airport, it is pretty straightforward to come to the hotel. Just take a train and exit at Tengachaya. It'll cost you around 970 yen. After that buy a ticket at Tengachaya to go to Nagahoribashi station for 230 yen. Come out from exit 5 and you'll find the hotel behind Mos burger and 7-11. It is barely 2min walk. Check in was a breeze and it was efficient. The rooms are small but it has everything you'll need. They are clean and environment is quiet. The bed is decent too, so nothing to complain about. The location is great, many eateries around and it is very near the walking shopping streets. I recommend this hotel if you aren't fussy and you like a place that is highly accessible to other locations. Even if you want to go to kyoto after this, the train station here can bring you there with one transfer.

« Good Hotel in a Good Location »

First off the hotel is located in a good spot. It's literally just around the corner from the Nagahoribashi Station. If you're arriving by the Shinkansen you're most likely arriving at the Shin Osaka Station. Take the local subway train (Midosuji Line) to Shinsaibashi station. From there you have two options. 1. You can transfer to the Nagahoritsurumiryokuchi line or walk through the Crystal underground shopping center. It's level with an elevator at the end to get to street level. There are a lot of shops and good restaurants in this tunnel and it takes about 5 minutes to walk. The rooms are small for western standards but bigger for Japanese standards. Basic room: bed, tv, shower/tub, toilet and sink and a desk with mini fridge. There is no microwave or clothing drawers and if you have a lot of suitcases you'll be tripping over them. There is a 7-11 across the street which is much better than those in the USA and a MOS burger (great burgers with what's closest description would be sloppy joes on it). All around is a plethora of great dining all around the hotel. One station south is the Kuromon Ichiba Market which is a walking street full of fish vendors and restaurants. Same area is a variety of shopping centers, restaurants and clubs/bars. All in all it was a fairly quiet, accessible and convenient location to stay and use for a central point to venture out and explore. Good staff as well who were attentive and had good english abilities. They have a breakfast buffet which I did attend once. Okay for the equivalent of $10 but not that worth it and a lot of options in the area. Typical food in a Japanese buffet (eggs, sausage, breads, miso soup and other Japanese dishes) but nourishing and edible. Only bad for me besides tripping over my own bags was the beds were too hard. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

« Middle of the action »

Nie hotel with nice size rooms. It's in the middle of the vibrant center of Osaka. Do not bother to have breakfast, food is all around you! It's handy the the 7Eleven is just in front of the hotel and the MTR also.

    « Perfect Location »

The is situated in a very great location. It is so easy to get to anywhere by walking and close to the subway. It was a few minute walk and you have reach Shinsaibashi market. The best place to be and shop. Beside that lets not forget the staff, housekeeping and the facility which was excellent. Staff The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They really go out of their comfort zone to try and help you out from checking you in to your room to providing direction on how to get around in Japan. Awesome!!! Housekeeping The room is always made and clean everyday. Somehow the housekeeping know if you are in or not in your room because the four days we stay there was never a ring or a knock on our door. Also the amenities was always stock. Great service. Around the facility As I mention before, you are only a few feet from the subway which we took almost everyday to go to different part of the city and back in the evening to enjoy our walk at the Shinsaibashi market. There is also a 7 eleven just a few step from the hotel, it was perfect because all the food they sell there was very delicious. You will not be dissatisfy with any of the food they sell. It is not your average store like in the state. Then we have the Shinsaibashi market which we walked every night and spent lots of time there shopping and window shopping, and eating at the great restaurant. Overall, Best Western is the best and the best location from getting to the subway to shopping at the famous Shinsaibashi Market. We will definitely stay here again if we are back. Thank you for the best stay.

    « Convenient & quiet stay! »

The hotel is located near Nagarhoribashi station (????) (within few minutes walk) just one station next to Shinsaibashi (????)! Much quiet than staying at Shinsaibashi. The hotel room is clean, simply furnished with nothing fancy, decent bed and hot shower. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel itself is also close to convenience stores. Worth to visit again!

    « Hotel is ok »

We had stayed for 3nights in this hotel. Location is ok. 7 eleven is just opposite to the hotel. We stayed in the twin beds room. The beds are big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids but the room is rather small. Hotel price is fair. Good for adult staying but if have kids, may need to spend longer time on walking.

    « Perfect location »

The location was the best thing about this hotel for me. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping and yet tucked away and a bit of a walk from the really busy parts. The hotel itself was simple, clean with friendly staff. Nothing fancy but it suited my needs perfectly. I wasn't planning on spending much time in my room so all I needed was a decent bed, good shower and a great location.

    « Good location, best value,average service »

We book two rooms here, we arrived late staff confused after I make a called to duty that I will arrived late but my sister will come to check in for me, but the lady in front not flexible to give one more key for me! This is standard of the best western?! I don't know maybe here in Japan very strict?! As I travel a lot in South east Asia they are flexible especially international hotel chain brand like Marriott, Starwood or AHG and Hilton however here is perfect location and near by the downtown can walk to many restaurants and also night life. I enjoy stay here. Maybe Japan all room is quite small even I ever stay in crown plaza also small I assume all room in Japan might be small.

    « Excellent location!! »

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights whilst in Japan. The room is a typical size for Japan but offers everything needed. The room is very clean and well equipped. The staff cleaned our room when we asked despite it being after the allotted time. The hotel is situated in the perfect place. We walked a lot whilst there and that's because of the excellent location. When we return, we would definitely stay again.

    « Comfortable, Clean, Professional »

This is our first backpack travel in Japan. We choose the Best Western Hotel. The room is very comfortable and clean. And near by the subway Nagahoribashi station. In the front of the hotel, 7-11 and MOS burger. Very very convenient!

    « Holiday in Osaka »

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and used it us a base to explore Osaka , its very clean and the staff were always helpful, you cannot get a better location , 3min walk to the underground station which can quickly get to Osaka Park and Castle , walking distance to the shopping district , and 7 mins by underground from Osaka Station

« Small Room but good location »

I have stayed at this hotel around end of March and stay for 3 nights. The location was good, close to Crysta underground shopping street, subway and Dotonbori area. Not surprise at all the room and the bathroom quite tiny but I heard it's normal in Japan :) The wifi was not that good but the staff quite nice and helpful even though they can't speak English fluently. The hotel also has a coin laundry facility but while we were there one of them broken and the dryer not function well, I won't suggest you to use this facility as our clothes still wet once we finish.

« No surprise hotel in Japan - small tight double bed room »

We just stayed at this Best Western Hotel in Shinsaibashi. Typical small room that I would stay it's "Japan" standard. It's closest to exit 3, Nagahoribashi station, Nagahoritsurumiryokuchi/Sakaisuji subway lines. In fact, you can walk from Namba to Shinsaibashi (Shinsaibashi station) through the Crysta underground shopping street to nearest the hotel.

« So happy with Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi »

We stayed 3 nights here in Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka. Location is good and near Shinsaibashi shopping centre, Dotonbori, mtr (exit 5a) and 7/11. The room is very clean. Courteous staff. We love their breakfast buffet. During our stay, wifi was not that good but we don't mind at all since we rented pocket wifi. We are looking forward to stay here in our future visit.

    « Tight rooms »

Good location, 2 train rides to airport. really tight rooms. only double beds or at least we had 4 rooms that were all double beds. dont have space to keep bag open so I get stuff then close bag so we will have space to walk.

« Best Western Hotel, Osaka »

Small hotel in a side Street but only five minutes walk from major major shopping center in Osaka. Small but ckean and comfortable. Close to two main subway lines running to and from downtown Umeda and famoud historic Osaka castle.

    « Pleasant stay »

Believe it or not we have stayed at other Best Western properties in Europe and they were very nice. This property is Osaka was an easy access to restaurants, subway and shopping strip. The staff were really great. Very helpful and so nice. We didn't have the breakfast during our stay unfortunately we walked to Starbucks in the subway below. Another area to find eateries. Not hard to find restaurants in the area. Actually great locations to find restaurants. Subway can be tricky. Of course by the time we were leaving we figured out the subway system. During our stay it was always raining but the hotel offers umbrellas for guests at the lobby which was convenient and nice. There was a 7 Eleven accross the way which was also convenient to get snacks or water. The one thing lacking in the room was a closet. Still not enough space for luggages as rooms in Japan are tiny. But we realize to book for a two beds instead of double bed. You at least have more space. Granted you might have to sleep in seperate beds but there has to be a compromise if your a couple traveling. Otherwise your cant open your luggages. Overall we had a pleasant stay with this Best Western Property.

    « Lots of positives but ...... »

My friend and I stayed here for 3 days at the end of our 4 week trip to Japan. As has been said in other reviews, the location is great. Yes, the room and bathroom were small, but this had become the norm for us during our trip and didn't really worry us.The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was pretty average, in our opinion. Most of the hot/warm options were stone cold. The coffee was good. We found the housekeeping situation disappointing. Our room didn't get cleaned until almost 4.00 pm each day. We usually had an early start to our day and returned to the room to relax at about that time, before going out again. We were interrupted by the housekeepers and had to leave the room while they cleaned. Not sure if this was an unusual situation or the norm.

« Near Shinsaibashi shopping center »

We stayed 3 nights here in Best Western Fino. We like to stay here again next time.

« Average hotel in Osaka »

Good location. Near train station and 10 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi shopping area. Small standard double room, could not open suitcases comfortably. Buffet breakfast spread is very ordinary. Superficial service from hotel staff.

« Superior double room!!, so small would hate to see the standard room!! very disapointed »

We paid over £305,00 for a 2 night stay in a superior double room(no breakfast) the room was tiny, reasonably clean but scuffs marks all over the walls. It had a double bed, dressing table, desk with tv, small table chair which would be great if there was the floor space to accommodate this stuff. You had to move the table across the floor to get into the dressing table etc. We only had 1 small cabin size case but had to squeeze passed it to move round the bed. The bathroom was so small when you sat on the toilet if you leaned forward your head could touch the other wall. It was central for downtown Osaka but that is the only positive comment I would give it. I wouldn't book to stay here again, and would think twice about booking a Best Western Hotel again if this is the standard! Very disappointed just pleased we did so much sight seeing we were only in there a short time.

« A reasonable price charge hotel in Osaka is worth to stay and re-visit again. »

The basic facilities can reach to the standards of requirement. Breakfast is served in Japanese style and they are good. Staffs can speak English and willingly to help customers to sort problems. On 21st of October 2016, Hong Kong International Airport had been closed down because of a typhoon. We forced to stay one more night and day in Osaka and planned the next flight back to Hong Kong. The staffs gave a great assistance to us to release our pressure and fine us a reasonable surcharge of the extended evening. We sincerely thanks to the staffs of the Hotel. btw. the location of the hotel is pretty closely to the shopping malls in Shinsaibashi and subways station of Nagahoribashi.

« Close to downtown Osaka »

Hotels Review Check In Date October Location Osaka Check In I had problems locating the car park at the hotel, I know there was definitely a car park as we have been before but as the roads are narrow and busy in osaka, it was a problem. The car park isn't located on the main road of the hotel but at the back where the residential was. There was no sign and it was all a one way road. So after spending a good 20 minutes driving around, I had to get off and ask at the receptionist who spoke little English. She told me it was at the back but I told her i could not find it. I asked her to come out to help but she refused till I negotiated with her. In the end she came out with me unwillingly and found the car park which just looked like any parking at someone's house. Service was really iffy. Room Deluxe Room This is my 3rd visit to Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka and it was nothing how I remembered. It was first opened in 2010, however the hotel now is slightly outdated and smaller than I remembered. You can easily walk to the downtown of Osaka, Namba and Dotonburi, There are many eateries around here, altho you will need to walk atleast 15 minutes to Namba and major shopping complexes. I like it here because i can walk to the most businest place without taking any transportation. The room was a lot smaller than I thought, with the bed being tiny and right next to the desk. The bathroom was even more compact than I remembered. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived, no weird smell or anything. It was perfect for one night stay. No breakfast was included Verdict PROS Central location Reasonable price for this area Free Wifi CONS No breakfast included Small room No access to car park, must contact reception first Need to pay for the car park Unfriendly service Would I go back again? « Great location »

The hotel is nicely located near shopping, restaurants and the subway in the middle of the city. The room was typical Japanese small but it was fine for one person with small luggage. The bathroom was also typical Japanese small but it was fine and the water pressure was great. They provide nice toiletries and the towels were exceptionally soft. The bed was firm but comfortable and the room was clean and smelled fine. There is a refrigerator and a convenient store across the street. The wifi was just OK as it would sometimes stop and I had to clear it and renter the password. No safe in the room. You can keep things at the front desk however they just put it in a paper envelope so I didn't think it was necessarily safe as the envelope was open when I retrieved it, although nothing was taken. They have laundry for 400Y to wash and dry your clothes. I felt safe to walk alone at night. They had an outlet next to the bed and light switches so you didn't have to get up. The website doesn't offer clear instructions on how to get there. If coming from the Osaka train station, take the Midosuji line from Umeda (M16) to Shinsaibashi (M19) for 240 yen ticket. I would recommend staying underground taking Exit 2 (yellow) from the subway and then a quick right and left to basically go straight in the Crysta underground shopping. You should be going towards the Nagahoribashi station and walk for about 5 minutes. 120M before the next station will be south exit 3 on the right, either via stairs or elevator. At street level you should see a sign for the Best Western on the right. At that first intersection at street level, it is just a quick right and quick left and the hotel is on the right across from a 7-11 store.

« Tiny room but very convenient for visiting Osaka »

Great location: Quiet neighborhood, near a subway stop on the edge of the Dotombori train station, 2 or 3 stops away from Namba-Nankai station. There's a 7-11 right across the street, (good for ATM and breakfast food). It's also a short walk from a Sukiya chain restaurant and a post office. Good deal: We paid a total of about $105/night. Room -- a standard double -- was extremely small: We had 2 carry-on-size suitcases...ended up keeping one of them wedged between the foot of the bed and the wall b/c there was no other place to put it. No closet -- just a bunch of hangers on a wall. Friendly staff. Despite the size, we still felt like we got a great deal....just be sure, if you're a standard room, you're traveling light.

    « Good location »

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of a busy area. Great location for access to local tourist attractions and public transport. Great food choices in the surrounding area with plenty to choose from and directly opposite a 7-eleven. Rooms were slightly on the small side (as expected in Japan) but has comfortable beds. The bathroom was again, slightly small but comes fully equipped with toiletries etc. Overall, a good location to stay and the staff at reception were friendly.

    « Should've stayed elsewhere... »

I'm kicking myself for booking accommodation here. Room was very dusty - my chest and sinus were congested each morning. Air conditioning unit and carpets dusty. Grubby room - stained lamp and marked walls. 1 Wall socket was broken (see photos). Room is very small. Walls very thin - could hear thumping around from neighbouring rooms - probably from people trying to open their luggage and bumping the walls! No English instructions on how to work air conditioning. Not all staff speak English - those that do aren't very proficient in it. Pillows aren't comfortable and mattress quite hard. Limited TV choices in English. Has free wireless internet, but this dropped out a few times. No microwave. On the positive side, the location is quite good and they do loan out phone chargers if you need one. Stay else where.

    « Just Ok! »

The room is very small and the service is okay. Opposite you can find Mos Burger and 7/11. Dislike the check out time as 10am, I think is too early. In terms of location... It is close to subway Exit south 3, easy to find.

    « vacation at Osaka »

Comfortable room. Also it is kind of small, but that is the style in Japan. Great location to shopping area and train station. Price is acceptable. The breakfast is delicious both western and Japaness styles.

    « Standard Business Hotel »

Or stay was nice here. The rooms are small but that was not a problem for us. The bed was comfortable and the staff nice. Breakfast was pretty standard too. It was a good value and in a great location. If traveling alone, I would stay again. With a family, not so much.

« Clean, affordable, and overall great experience »

As similar as most of the reviews say, my stay at Best Western was a great one. As it was my first time in Japan, I thought finding a place near the heart of Osaka would be a great idea and it didn't disappoint! Public transportation is very close by and Dotonburi is only a 10-15 min walk away! Also, staff was very friendly and the room was very nice, clean, and was able to fit two females on a double bed. I would definitely recommend to travelers who would be interested in finding a place close by the Shinsaibashi area. Thank you again for your hospitality Best Western!!

The hotel is located at a very convenient place where tourists can reach the metro station and the local market in 10 minutes!!The room isn't too big but enough for everyone and clean. They also provide smoking room,so for those who want to smoke in room, you better take the advantage on it! And the facilities in the hotel is quite regular ,laundry&vending machines&computer for dwellers use and free wi-fi in the room. If you want to visit Shinsaibashi, and for those who is seeking the reasonable-priced hotel, staying here is absolutely a bargain!

« Good price and convenient »

Convenient location. 1 min walk to the minor subway station, 1 stop to major subway station, 20 min walk to JR station for taking limousine bus to KIX. 7-Eleven is cross street. Shopping area is walking distance....

« Small but clean and best location »

First time to Osaka, been in couple of different hotels but this is the one of the best becoz of few points. First very good location, 2nd clean 3rd price is good 4th very well trained staff. As a Muslim I have to go to halal restaurant when I search top halal restaurant Alis Kitchen is only 60m far only 5 min walk just at the corner of same hotel street will leave feedback after this please read it.. I highly recommend you the hotel as you have easy access to Halal restaurant too..

« Modern Hotel, Clean and Cozy »

It's a modern hotel at a convenient location. The room is small, but clean and cozy. I booked a single non-smoking room. No smell of cigarette in the room. The staff were nice and pleasant. Although it has "Shinsaibashi" in the name of the hotel, it's actually near the Nagahoribashi Subway Station. If you take the Osaka metro Midosuji line, I suggest that you may get off at Shinsaibashi Station. There's no need to change train to Nagahoribashi, as the two subway stations are connected underground. You can just walk from Shinsaibashi to the Nagahoribashi station and go out from the South Exit No.3. From the exit, you will see the hotel and walk to there in 1 minute.

    « Exceeded expectations »

I came to this hotel expecting little besides a decent place to sleep. However, it is very nice. The rooms are small, but modern and clean. The location is very convenient for walking to places in Osaka. I would stay again. Price was also very affordable.

    « Great Location »

-Great Location - 1 minute (or less) walk from Nagahoribashi station - A 5 minute walk from Shinsaibashi station - Interesting neighbourhood with restaurants open till late - 7/11 right across very convenient - Rooms a little too small for liking, but very clean - Rooms smell like cigarette smoke - Staff not too proficient in English makes it hard to communicate, but provide very efficient service - Over all I recommend this hotel as it has good value, good location and cleanliness

    « Good location »

Upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to a bigger room, and was thrilled. Once we got to our room, I would've hated to see what the original (smaller) room we originally booked would've looked like. I understand that this is japan and space is limited, and ultimately I only slept there.. The staff was friendly and location was great. So it was a decent stay. It was close to the metro, one being right outside of the hotel, but I choose to walk to one that was connected to Nambu station.

    « Nice saty »

The staffs are kine and helpful. Rooms are not specious, but is OK. Bed is comfortable. Very good location. It's easy to get there by subway. It's also very convenient to walk to Shinsaibashi and Namba~the center of Osaka

    « Great location & good food »

Very nice location from subway and Totonbori. Staffs are very kind and nice, and they do speak English. I strongly recommend stay this hotel. Plus shopping street from this hotel is just 10 minutes to walk. The shopping shops includes Tokyu hands, Uniqlo, Zara, Apple store and more.

« excellent location in Shinshabashi »

Excellent location. Plenty of bars shops restaurants. The rooms were very tiny, not much room with the bed. Very little hanging space. It rained quite often during our stay, which spoilt it. Easy to get round Osaka on the tube. Found Japan a fascinating place and the people verh helpful and friendly.

« A Place to Put Your Head »

This is a hard to find Hotel and the rooms are small. Plenty to do when ýou are out of the place though. The buffet breakfast is better than the Chef cooked one. Beds quite firm and the pillow also. Staff were helpful and nice.

« Great little spot in the heart of town »

I was only spending one night in Osaka before heading on. The Hotel is a few mins walk from the main shopping streets and Dotonbori. If you have limited time Dotonbori is a must to visit - look out for the giant animated crap.... Hotel was spotless, quiet and friendly staff.

    « xConvenient Stay »

Its location is perfect because it is located near MTR station and Shinsaibashi, where you can shop and dine. There is convenient shop just opposite the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable.Even though it is not very big, the room is enough for short stay.

    « 10 days in Osaka »

Walking distance to everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, we even made friends with one of the ladies who served breakfast. She would recommend places to visit! The room was adequate and small but clean. Considering how densely populated Japanese cities are and the need to be efficient with space to make the most of a hotel, I thought the size was perfectly fine.

    « 3days in Osaka »

It was a family visit, 2nd time in Osaka and this hotel is absolutely affordable and convenient for me and my family. The room is clean with everything you need like common necessity, convenient going around and food is everywhere. Clean and very nice people, helpful too, good job Hotel Fino.

« Best value, good location and neighborhood »

Right in the centre of osaka. From JR osaka station, take the subway to shinsaibashi, walk through the underground and take exit 3, you will then see the hotel logo right at the exit. It's just a min away. There's a 7-11 right opposite the hotel. Everywhere (shops, bars and restaurants) is just within walking distance. Room size is enough for single or couples, with reasonable price.

    « Nice hotel n great location »

Stay here 3 night and room size seems ok to me especially in Osaka ????1 mins walk to ??? mtr station n 711 plus Mos burger right in front of the hotel?5~10mins walk to ????Staff has good English n polite while lack of smile (my experience)

« Small apartment, clean and close »

The apartment is very clean and new. Very tiny but I don't think you can expect any bigger in a main city in Japan. It's very close to dontonbori and train and subway stations. Across the road is a 7/11 and it is also surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff are very lovely and I would definitely stay again.

« OK hotel in good location »

Not too much to rave about - it was just OK. The room was small, fairly clean and quiet. There was a weird smell in our room (like something burning) the first morning which we reported to staff and they didn't seem to concerned. The check in process was the least friendly/helpful one of our 2 weeks at various hotels. The location was really great - close to Shinbashi station and lots of nightlife/restaurants/shopping within walking distance. There was one big pro - one of the few hotels we stayed at with laundry facilities (which we needed at the point in our trip)

    « Disappointing »

We've stayed quite happily at many Best Westerns but this one was a disappointment. It's not that the room was small as anticipated, it's that it was in poor repair. The curtains were tattered and the hand mirror was broken. The staff, however, were courteous and obliging. The location is very good. Breakfast is not worth the money.

« stinky smell in the bathroom »

Even though the position of the hotel is very convenient, the equipments are not maintained so well such as lampshades and air conditioner vent are distort. The worst thing is that there is stinky smell from drainpipes in the bathroom.

    « ??????? ????????? »

The hotel is near the subway SHINSAIBASHI station, and mini-mart opposite the hotel. Have good security key card. Clean, but quite small, staff speak English well. ????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????? ???????????????????????????. ???????????????????????? ???????????????? ????? ??????????????? ??????????????? ??????????????????

    « So so ... »

The best thing about it is the location. 1min from the nearest subway and 8min walk from Shinsaibashi. However staff did not smile at all when we first arrived which was a very strange scene in Japan. If you are looking for a good location and just to stay over for a few nights (sleep and go) then give this place a thought

« Not Bad, Not Great »

Stayed here for two nights in November. First time in Japan that I did not find the staff super hospitable and helpful. Rooms were small but okay, a little dirty for Japanese standards. Not a terrible hotel, in a really good location, but I can't recommend it. Probably would not stay here again.

« Good value for money stay »

Yes, the rooms are small, but for what I paid and with reasonable breakfast included, the hotel is a good value. Location is excellent, near enough to Shinsaibashi yet far enough from the noise in the area. Will definitely consider for a return trip.

« Nice Location and Cleanliness »

Price wasn't cheap though I've been upgraded to a bigger room that made me more happier. Overall is nice. Hotel is clean and smart. Amenities are good enough for short trip. Location is pretty close to Shisaibashi shopping 'n eating areas where only take 7-10 mins walk to. There are 7-11 and Familymart just right nearby hotel which are perfect to me.

    « "Highway robbery" »

We stayed here last october 2015 during my bday week for 4 nights. Hotel is very near to Nagahoribashi Station and 7/11 convenience store where u can purchase on the go food. A 15 minute walk to Shinshaibashi/dotonbori area, well basically, hotel's location is great for accessing all your needs for a vacation without a guided tour however the rate for a room is seemingly not worth of the services that they cater once your inside the hotel. No.1 housekeeping is only up until 4pm or 5pm? So if you forgot to put the mur signage before those times be ready to sleep on your same soiled bedsheets and with your trash can full of garbage. No.2 they don't give a damn if your feeling unwell. My fiancee was having a bad sore throat during our 2nd day. At 11pm, I called the front desk and requested for a spoonful of salt and a hot water to perform a "home treatment" since drug store in the area were closed at that time. The lady whom i spoke with told me that they will try to look for my requests but after 30 mins i didn't received any response from them so followed up with a call . Another person received the call and portraying that he doesn't know how to converse in english and literally doesn't have an idea with my requests its like no endorsement at all. I got upset and didn't bother again. I would appreciate more if they admit that they don't have such in the first place. No.3 hotel doesn't have currency exchange, the nearest would be in the Shinshaibashi area (a 15 min. Walk from the hotel) No.4 hotel room is very small. No space for family vacation on their standard rooms. If your planning to book here? Forget it! Save your money to other hotels or bnb accommodations. This hotel is purely business! No personalized service at all! Even for a late check out for 40 mins, they will charge you! I don't really complain that much but this hotel gave me all the reasons to make these comments. This serves a warning to my fellow trip advisors who are planning to stay in this awful hotel.

« Good location but never coming back »

The room was tiny though advertised as good for 2 people. IMO the space is good only for a solo traveler. You literally cannot open a large suitcase on the floor because there is simply not enough open floor space for that - you have to open the suitcase on the bed! That being said, if you intend to do some shopping, you won't have enough space to put all the other stuff. Bathroom was likewise tiny and wasn't cleaned well. There was slimy orange water/drip marks on the walls of the shower area and the drain had hair which they didn't remove. On the upside, the water pressure was strong and their toiletries were ok, being replenished daily. Sound proofing was also bad. We could hear the occupants next door fighting. Plus there was a weird buzzing/whizzing sound which we couldn't identify the source of. We alerted the front desk and the staff who came up to the room couldn't tell us where the noise was coming from either. Since the non-smoking rooms were full, they offered to transfer us to a new room the following morning - which never happened. So we endured 5 nights of this noise without let up. The hotel is located practically on top of the Nagahoribashi subway station and NOT the Shinsaibashi station, like the hotel name implies. There is an exit close to it (exit 5-A) but has no escalator so best not to use it if you have heavy luggage. Use the "Crysta" entrance near B&C hotel as this has a lift which will take you underground. They also do not allow late check out. Check out is at 10am and they charge ¥1000 per hour of stay in the room beyond this. One great thing is that there is a 7-11 right across. Plus the Crysta underground shopping area also provides a lot of dining choices.

« Enjoyable last minute stay »

After forgetting to book a nights accommodation in Osaka we found the Best Western Hotel on Was a nice cosy room for a reasonable price. The staff were very accommodating for a last minute booking. They stored out luggage until our room was ready. Rooms were clean and the location was excellent! Overall an enjoyable stay!

« Enjoyable stay, just not worth the $$$ »

This Best Western was a nice hotel to have stayed at for 3 nights - the staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and the location was excellent with regard to public transport. The rooms however offered only the most basic of amenities and were so very small - but at the end of the day, I was only looking to sleep in the room, not live in it so I wasn't too concerned. Overall - the stay was fine, it's just not worth the price you pay!

« average hotel with good location »

the room is quite small with very basic amenities, the only thing that really make me dislike this hotel was during our two nights stay .we cant sleep well because we cant really adjust the heater inside the rom even cant try to turn it off and open the window. so every night we felt way too hot to have decent sleep .

« Reasonable rate with good location »

It used to be very full, but I could get the room this time. Every amenity is prepared in the room while the room is not very large, but a reasonable space. Locations is excellent with Seven Eleven is just in front even. Recommending for business stay.

    « Pleasant Stay »

I had a pleasant stay here, I love the peacefulness of the place. Although the room was small, it was very clean and always smelled fresh. Staff were very attentive and kind. Location is a few blocks away from Shinsabashi. There's a subway exit steps away but not advisable if you have luggage.

    « Small room »

The room was extremely small. We have 2 big luggages with us. We could not even open them fully on the floor. So, we had to carry them onto the bed everytime we needed to open them. The location is good. Near Nagahoribashi station. We walked to Shinsaibashi using the underground path because there's both food and shopping shops there. Opposite the hotel, there's also a 7-eleven.

    « Tiny »

Booked this hotel after reading many reviews. Wow. It's tiny I only had carry on luggage with me and it barely fit in the room. The bathroom had a foul smell of urine The temperature in the room was unbearable. Very hot. I went to the front desk after a night of no sleep and was told that it's winter and it only blows "hot air" so I should open my window, which I did. Problem with that is that you then get cigarette smoke into your room as well as the loud street noises. Not a pleasant stay. I won't be coming back. Didn't even have a hot pot and some instant coffee in the room I won't be back. The staff was very friendly and helpful and not at all negative, it was simply not a nice hotel especially for the cost.

« Not the Best Hotel! »

Booked this hotel through Expedia after reading good reviews about this hotel. What a disappointment when we arrived! I'm sitting in their lobby right now actually typing this review. I requested for early check-in, but they still insist on 3pm for check-in time. So then we ask for early check-in, the receptionist says 12pm you can check at a surcharge. SURCHARGE? What?! Since when if a room becomes available at an earlier time that the hotel guests need to pay extra? I have never heard of such thing or encountered such a policy. I haven't had any problems checking-in at an earlier time with other hotels. Then I asked for my wifi that I rented which is to be delivered at the hotel. The receptionist told me that they keep my wifi so I asked her to get it for me, but it turns out that they don't have it yet. Do not give out wrong information and cause more disappointment. I think that the hotel receptionists really need to improve their customer service skills. They are not doing all they can to solve the problems. I will not stay at this hotel ever again and I will not be recommending to others. If you don't mind waiting around for hours until your check-in time, then go for it.

« Not value for money »

This was part of our japan honeymoon trip. We came from Tokyo and we chose this hotel as it is near the shinshaibashi, and the accomodation already comes with breakfast. We paid around 38k yen for a total of 3 nights. I have to say we did not get the value for our money. First the best thing about this hotel is the location: 1. Near shinshaibashi. 2. Another train station is just a minute walk away. 3. There is a 7-11 store just in front of the hotel. The service is also very good. They accommodated our requests, and addressed all our travel queries. Why not value for money? 1. Room is very small. Just to clarify we stayed at a room at the 2nd floor, immediately to the left side of the elevator (cant remember if its room 201). Its just a regular room and not a "high end" room. Designwise, the room is just similar with our hotel room in tokyo, but a lot smaller, some sort of a downgraded version. I have to say we enjoyed our stay in that tokyo hotel. We paid 48k yen (without breakfast) for 5 nights in that hotel. Compare that to the 3-night stay for 38k yen and you get to realize that we paid more nightly rent to best western hotel. And our room in the tokyo hotel (also just a regular room) is much better than our room here. It must be noted though that we travelled as a couple. So we did not find the room comfortable. If you're an individual traveller then this hotel may be fine for you. But then again, i still find this pricey even if you are a solo traveller. 2. One of the deciding factor why we chose this hotel is the breakfast. The food served during breakfast are just "generic" and nothing to rave about. There is also no variety. Same dish everyday. The only variety is that they changed the mackerel in our first day to a different fish (cant remember what) in the second day and back to mackerel in the third. All others are just the same. The mackerel and its substitute are cooked in the same way. I'm probably asking too much but they could use some varieties in their dishes. Overall, just an ordinary hotel.

    « Small but quality! »

I stayed here at the first time I visited Japan. The overall score is very good. - Good Location Very close to Nagahoribashi station, only one station from Shinsaibashi and one station from Nippombashi (Den Den Town), the area I love most in Osaka. - Good Staff The staffs are very polite and well-trained. - Good accommodations The available accommodations are good, especially the tea and coffee. - Room space Quite small but still good for couple who has not many luggage * Actually I stayed there at October 2013 but I can select October 2015 only, sorry.

« Quite suitable but not outstanding. »

This hotel is typical. Small rooms and a small hotel. The standard is fine for the price but it is let down greatly by the food on offer for breakfast. In a word, horrible. Location is o.k being close to large stores and equally close to the lively area as well.

    « Spacious & Centrally Located »

Situated in a much quieter part of Shinsaibashi, is this boutique hotel, which offers spacious rooms and good location. The Good: - Spacious rooms. - Adequate room amenities (TV, coffee, heating & cooling, fridge, etc) - Close to Shinsaibashi Suji covered shopping area. - Modern & new facility. - Close to major transportations. - Next to a 7-Eleven. - Free Wifi. The Not-So-Good: - Expensive breakfast. - Front desk staff need to warm up & act faster. - Lobby is dimly lit.

« Great location near to the shopping and restaurant district area around Shinsaibashi. »

We were only stayed here for 1 night but my experience was quite good. But, just one last thing need to improve (when the check-in process the staff on the front desk was very slow, i need to wait for 45 minutes until i got my room and the front desk staff NO SMILE to welcome me, please improve that because smile is important when u welcoming the guests). For the room is nice and clean but quite small for us. The hotel location is very good it's close to the shopping center area around Shinsaibashi.

« Good location and service »

Stayed in Best Western Hotel for 4 days during my trip to Osaka. However due to the late night flight, I arrived Kansai International Airport only after 11pm. By then the night transports had mostly stopped. Many friends and forums suggested to take the bus that stops at Namba and take a cab to the hotel or stay overnight at the airport. However, i chose to drive in. It was great except I couldn't find the entrance to the carpark (which is located at the one-of-many one way streets). A kind hotel staff accompanied me in my car to show me the entrance and guided me to its proper spot. Parking overnight cost me 2000Yen. I sighed a huge relief after checking in. The room I stayed was extremely cozy, clean and comfortable. The rooms in Japan are usually small as compared to other cities. I do find them reasonable and efficient. Best Western Fino Osaka is centrally located amongst many interesting F&B establishments, from hole-in-the-wall ramen shops to intricate dining places. It is walking distance to Dotonburi and near to Nagahoribashi station. Love wandering around the vicinity and you wouldn't get lost. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, try getting cup noodles from the 7-11 convenience store opposite the hotel and choose from the wonderful range of noodles. If you wish to catch the Airport express from OCAT, instead of lugging your heavy luggages across stairs and changing subways, you can take a cab to the bus terminal for about 1100Yen (that's peak hour morning price) which is about SGD13.

« Good place to sleep for a night »

We were just in Osaka for one night and this was a good place for it. It's located right next to a subway, although it's a few transfers to/from Shin-Osaka where we needed the Shinkansen. The room is your standard Japanese size. Although, this was actually bigger than the room we had in Tokyo in terms of the bathroom size and hallway width. I heard that the Japanese are very strict about letting people check in ahead of time so I was a little worried when we got there at 2ish. The staff were nice and actually checked us in so we were able to drop off our bags and explore Dotonbori. It takes about a leisurely 15 minute walk to where all the action is. There's a 7-11 and MOS burger across the street.

    « A great hotel in Osaka »

Great location near subway stations, easiest is Nagahori but if not much later than 11pm and you're fine with some 5-10 minutes of extra walking then better to get off at Shinsaibashi and walk through Crysta Nagahori underground mall, to save transferring to another subway train for 1 stop (underground closes at 11:45pm till 4am). Take the South 3 exit next to Asakusa fast food restaurant and walk behind (or even through) the 7Eleven and MosBurger right in front of you. There is a Best Western sign on the main street if you look up, but it is directly opposite 7Eleven on the street back from the main avenue after taking above exit. Also within walking distance of many great shopping streets, Shinsaibashi-suji, Ebisu-suji, Dotonbori along the river, and more I'm forgetting with many familiar brands (H&M has 4 different buildings within 5 minutes of each other). Big department stores Takashimaya and 0101 (Marui) have giant branches not far from the river. During Halloween, this area is great for people watching, but incredibly overcrowded and it is hard to go more than 2 metres in a minute. Staff are attentive and helpful, and many speak decent English. Room was clean with decent amenities, and had more space than many others in Japan that I've seen since. Information, menus, and brochures nearly all had English translations. No views as building is surrounded by other blocks on all sides, but definitely worth staying at if this is not a concern and ambient noise is non-existent if window is shut if you need to sleep. Prices may be expensive being from outside Japan, but good value for the benefits you get.

    « Met Expectations »

The hotel is only roughly 50m to Nagahoribashi train station entrance 5A, which makes it very accessible. If you are coming to Osaka by Shinkansen, you can take the subway Midosuji Line, get off at Shinsaibashi (Red), and take the Nagahori-Tsurimi-ryokuchi Line (Yellow) to Nagahoribashi. This is very useful if you have big luggage with you. But finding the hotel was a challenge because it is hidden from the main street. It is also still within walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi Suji, Osaka's largest shopping center. If you don't feel like going far for a meal, just across the street is a 7-eleven, and some good local restaurants nearby. For McDonald's and the like you have to go to Namba. Check in process was swift, and so was check out. The staff was proficient in English, and they are very helpful. You can count on them to assist you with your inquiries. The room is cramped, as with many other Japanese hotel, but sufficient for us. They provide a variety of useful amenities, even to small things as hair band for the ladies. Although the website says nothing about this, but the hotel has a coin laundry facility. However, I must tell you that the dryer that hotels provide in Japan is not the hot, electric 1000 watts dyer that dries your laundry to crisp in one cycle, but 100 watts air dryer type. You may have to repeat the drying process 2-3 times before your laundry is completely dry. It will only cost you JPY 300 (less than USD 3) per load to wash and JPY 100 (less than USD 1) per load to dry. The only problem we have is with the housekeeping cleaning standard. They kept forgetting at least one thing everyday. All in all, this is a sufficient hotel to be your base to explore Osaka.

    « Okay place »

8mins to Shinsai Bashi, can walk back after the subway is close. Sanity n staff is just okay. We lost one clothes because of careless cleaner.Twin beds room is small. Still recommend for first time visitors. 1 min away from the subway, very convenient.

    « Nice hotel »

A nice hotel in the Shinsaibashi area, just round the corner from the metro. Loads of restaurants and bars round about, and a Seven-Eleven literally across the street. One small gripe was the advertised ?American style buffet breakfast?. With that description we were looking forward to bacon, griddled eggs, French toast, hash browns, pancakes etc. Instead were met with curry, rice, seaweed, miso soup, Spanish mackerel. I've no problem with traditional Japanese breakfasts, but I did find your description somewhat misleading!

« Best Western.. Best placed »

Perfect for a stay in Osaka.. well placed for Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.. .. clean, well appointed, no restaurant but so close to restaurants it didnt matter.. Rooms small but perfectly appointed.Staff helpful and eager to help... reasonable rates too..

« Comfortable stay, Centrally Located »

I stayed for two nights and I booked a Modern double for ladies which had a few extra touches like extra bathroom amenities, jewelry holder, and magnifying mirror. My friends booked a Superior double which was slightly bigger and I would recommend if you were traveling as a couple. Bed was comfortable and I had the best nights sleep. My room on the 9th floor was right next to the lift, but I didn't hear a thing. The room was clean, modern, and really well priced. Right across the road is a 7 eleven. It was a 2 minute walk from exit 2a of the Nagahoribashi Subway station. Google maps got us a bit lost my advice is if using this exit is to turn left and you will see a sign at the next street directing you where to go. On google maps it looked to me like this exit is on the same street as the hotel but it actually comes out the next street over. There were plenty of places to eat (I recommend trying Taiyaki - fish shaped pancake) and see in the Crista Underground mall. We walked through it to Shinsaibashi station which took us 10 minutes. Thank you for a great stay!

    « Centrally located hotel »

This hotel was good overall. The best part was its central location very near the subway and a manageable walk to Shinsaibashi area. There's also a 7-eleven across the street if you need to pick something up quickly. The rooms were clean with nice amenities. The rooms are small, but this is typical in Japan. If you have a lot of luggage it could be a problem, but we only had small carry-on sized bags. There was a weird buzzing/low hum noise in the room at all times, but thankfully I'm a heavy sleeper. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for the location and for the slightly above average rooms given what's available in Osaka in this price range.

« Good location but pity for the small rooms »

My first stay at the hotel and I have to say that the location was really good. Just a straight 10 mins walk can get you to the Shinsaibashi Suji shopping district area (Uniqulo & H&M). However, I doubt I will be considering a second stay due to the bad experience. We checked in for a non-smoking Twin room at #609 and the room reeked of cigarette smoke, which I have no idea why. That aside, the bathtub was choked and the water was drained so slowly that I had my feet submerged in the bath foams half of the time. There seemed to be some grey-ish residue that was stuck inside the drainage of the bathtub. It was such a pity since the toilet seemed so new. Weren't the rooms supposed to be cleaned properly and checked before opening it to the guests in the first place?? We wanted to turn on the humidifier to clear the air but it was so dusty that I got turned off by it. Day 2 morning, we went down to the front desk to inform them about the situation and the staff didn't seem to understand what we were talking about in English. It was after we spoke to her in broken Japanese that she somewhat understood and said that she would look into this situation. When we returned that same day, the choke was cleared but the whole bathroom reeked of chlorine. Thank goodness we only stayed there for 2 nights. That aside, the rooms were tiny. Given that size, I would have stayed in another hotel with equally sized rooms but at a cheaper rate nearer to Amemura in future.

The hotel's location is quite strategic in shinsaibashi. close to the subway and also close to shopping shinsaibashi. 7 eleven in front of the hotel. the rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable place to rest. the hotel staff were friendly. drink vending machines are on the 1st floor and the 3rd floor adult tv channel is available for a fee.

« Good Location, Good Prices, Friendly staff. »

Good location, within walking distance of Crysta Underground Shopping, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori. You can actually visit all three areas in that order, because they are connected to each other. Subway entrance is just around the corner, from there you can catch the line to Osaka Castle. Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and will try their best to speak English with you. The staff got my room ready even though I was early for check-in. After a long flight, I appreciated that. There is a 7-11 and Mos Burger across the street in case you'd like a quick snack. The side streets also have many shops and restaurants to visit. I got to the hotel via Airport Limousine Bus to Namba/OCAT, and then took a taxi from there. I have a bad back, so I couldn't haul my luggage around on the subway. I like this hotel and will stay again. For future guests, just remember that space is a premium in Japan.

    « Good Value »

Convenient place with good value. Good location and many restaurants around. Walking distance to shopping places. Small but clean room. Difficult to walk around inside the room if 2 luggage opened. MOS burger and 7-eleven just opposite to the hotel.

« Easy access to main shopping area,OSAKA. »

It was not faraway from the Shin-Tsai-bashi subway, about 8-10 minutes walking. a small place but cozy enough room for 2 adults. Good things are, easy access to shopping, food, and famous local attractions. You can spend a day and half around this area. It is as beautiful as day and night.
