What a fabulous time our family group enjoyed over 2 nights in 3 Delightfully placed 9th floor Sea-view rooms, over 30 /31st December 2024 and 1 January 2025. A special vote of thanks to all staff who made our stay very memorable. Exceptional

Stayed for 3 nights so far no problems, Nice room, the sea view is very okay. Strategic location. Internet is quite fast. Very fast reception service. Very satisfied with the service, Quite complete and highly recommended for a place to stay on vacation.

It was a cozy room with a marvelous view of the sea also the pool. Thanks to Ribka on the reception desk who upgrade me from my previous room with city view and also allowed me to have late check out. I love the breakfast menu, they provide a wide variety of food.

They have an excellent hospitality, the view is great too, there is superstore near the hotel so its easy to bought some snacks or drinks. Its really enjoyable staycation. If you like to staycation with family its quite good too. I really recommend this hotel for those people who need a place to staycation

it was the best experience so far. the view from the room is very beautiful because it faces directly to the sea. The food provided is also varied and very tasty. even the service provided was extraordinary. I can be sure I will come back later.

I had an incredible stay at Best Western The Lagoon Hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was not only spacious and clean, but also offered a stunning view of the sea. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool and fitness center. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, with plenty of options to choose from. This hotel is truly one of the best in town, and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, I will definitely be back! ❤️

Very beautiful view looked from my room (deluxe See view), nice & clean room, also I spent time on the bar, the crew was very helpful. The room service crew also were very helpful, they were care about the customer need. Pick & drop point on the ground floor also well managed, to make easier for me to be pick by Grab.

The seaview was amazing...never found in anywhere else so far... Breakfast was perfect with lots of food and beverages to choose from... Most of all the hospitality was the best... Looking forward to coming back again and again...tq BW for having us

stayed at this hotel for the whole week during my stay in Manado and I was pleased! Room was great, spacious and clean, view was the best! although the wifi connection at the room can be improved. The hotel is located at a strategic area. The area is not too crowded, perfect to enjoy the morning while walking around and enjoying the sunrise by the sea. Moreover, there is a supermarket and a good seafood restaurant nearby! The staffs were very warm and helpful too, when we had an issue at our room, the staff came quickly to fix it.

it was my 2nd time to stay at Best Western Manado. The reception staff were really competent! They helped me alot in a quick time when i need something. They always greet me whenever i walked by at the lobby.

I stay here for a week, and here's some things: +The option of buffet breakfast is plenty so as a vegetarian it is a great convenience for me. -However on banquet buffet (on an event) there is one occasion where I don't have any options of vegetarian food despite the PIC already inform the team. Thankfully the situation was settled quite quickly by the team. So it's a win. +The housekeeping team is doing a great job, the room is clean, the amenities is decent. +The pool is nice, I love it! The view is superb. +The receptionist are quick, and accommodating our request very well. Thanks to David and Erik that took special care to do a bunch of wake up calls for many rooms, you both are lifesaver! Thanks to Sonya who are more than happy to helps us with our extra request, and radiating warm smile event on the busiest hours. Kudos! +The Barol Restaurants has great view and the cleanliness is maintained neatly. Thanks to Dhevy! -Just a tiny wee bit of suggestion, please make sure the QR code for room directory are available in each and every room :) I enjoyed the stay, thank you!

We just got back from Manado. Best Western was chosen because of its extraordinary view & location. I had to admit the view is superb. We could view part of the city from our room which is really beautiful. Enjoying breakfast looking at the sea. I give 5 stars for the location and view. Unfortunately the maintenance is so bad. We found 3 small baby cockroaches in our room. The bathroom is not cleaned properly.... found strands of hair on the drainage when we just checked in. For certain the housekeeping department needs to train their staff more intensively. I give 2 stars for maintenance. Service is mediocre. We were not provided with towels when we first checked in and it took one hour to request. I give 3 stars for service. In conclusion... if you prioritize the view and location and don't care too much for the cleanliness and the extra baby cockroaches then you should pick this hotel.

You can enjoy the sea view either in the room or at the restaurant, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, night can see the beautiful city view of Manado, comfortable and safe swimming pool for children, beautiful sunset view, recommended hotel in Manado.

Convenience for a family stay. If you bring all your family member there is no doubt you will enjoy your stay here. No unnecessary noise, so if you have a toddler you don't need to worry about their sleep being disturbed.
