Best Western The Lagoon Hotel

Best Western Manado, thank you to Sonya, Maria, Renzo and Joshua from the restaurant, also thank you security team and all staff. I stayed here for 4 nights, it was amazing. The hotel perimeter was well controlled by security, this is a very good location, safe and with a good view, Freshmart is minutes walking to buy groceries, at night there are food trucks on the bay for eating and simply sitting and relaxing. Rooms great sea view, AC good, comfy beds and great sleep quality.

The place was clean, and convinience, i enjoyed my stay so much, its close to eating place, groceries store, mall and jogging place, it has a big parking lot also, so it can occupied all my needs, im so happy that i decided to stay in this hotel for that night

The best hotel ini manado with view,fasilities and service the best. View from room very attractive and calm. the view makes people addicted when staying at this hotel. The food is good there are typical Manado food with the right seasoning. The service is also very friendly and helpful, whatever we need the employees always come to help until we are confused about what to say, always asked if there is anything that can be helped.

Had an amazing Bukber experience at Hotel Lagoon! The food was super delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the beautiful sea view of Manado made everything even more special. Definitely a great spot to relax, enjoy good food, and break your fast with family or friends. The cozy Ramadan vibes and excellent service made the evening even better. Wi-Fi, AC, and TV worked fine. The hotel has useful facilities like a pool, restaurant, and gym. Breakfast had a good variety, and the food was decent. Room service was quick, and the staff was helpful. The location is also convenient, close to tourist spots and shopping areas. Overall, a nice stay:D would consider coming back.

all the staff were so warm and friendly especially front desk team Mrs Ayu, Ribka, Sonya, Ester, David, Eric all were so helpful and kind. they give us best treatment and always greet us everytime they see us. overall the expery was superb! definitely will come here again next time!

Not only the location is very strategic but also because of the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. I also like the very varied choice of breakfast menu. Stayed for 3 nights so far no problems, Nice room, the sea view is very okay. Strategic location. Internet is quite fast. Very fast reception service. Very satisfied with the service, Quite complete and highly recommended for a place to stay on vacation.

It was a cozy room with a marvelous view of the sea also the pool. Thanks to Ribka on the reception desk who upgrade me from my previous room with city view and also allowed me to have late check out. I love the breakfast menu, they provide a wide variety of food.

They have an excellent hospitality, the view is great too, there is superstore near the hotel so its easy to bought some snacks or drinks. Its really enjoyable staycation. If you like to staycation with family its quite good too. I really recommend this hotel for those people who need a place to staycation

it was the best experience so far. the view from the room is very beautiful because it faces directly to the sea. The food provided is also varied and very tasty. even the service provided was extraordinary. I can be sure I will come back later.

I had an incredible stay at Best Western The Lagoon Hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was not only spacious and clean, but also offered a stunning view of the sea. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool and fitness center. Very beautiful view looked from my room (deluxe See view), nice & clean room, also I spent time on the bar, the crew was very helpful. The room service crew also were very helpful, they were care about the customer need. Pick & drop point on the ground floor also well managed, to make easier for me to be pick by Grab.

The seaview was amazing...never found in anywhere else so far... Breakfast was perfect with lots of food and beverages to choose from... Most of all the hospitality was the best... Looking forward to coming back again and again...tq BW for having us

stayed at this hotel for the whole week during my stay in Manado and I was pleased! Room was great, spacious and clean, view was the best! although the wifi connection at the room can be improved. The hotel is located at a strategic area. The area is not too crowded, perfect to enjoy the morning while walking around and enjoying the sunrise by the sea. Moreover, there is a supermarket and a good seafood restaurant nearby! The staffs were very warm and helpful too, when we had an issue at our room, the staff came quickly to fix it.

it was my 2nd time to stay at Best Western Manado. The reception staff were really competent! They helped me alot in a quick time when i need something. They always greet me whenever i walked by at the lobby.

I stay here for a week, and here's some things: +The option of buffet breakfast is plenty so as a vegetarian it is a great convenience for me. -However on banquet buffet (on an event) there is one occasion where I don't have any options of vegetarian food despite the PIC already inform the team. Thankfully the situation was settled quite quickly by the team. So it's a win. +The housekeeping team is doing a great job, the room is clean, the amenities is decent. +The pool is nice, I love it! The view is superb. +The receptionist are quick, and accommodating our request very well. Thanks to David and Erik that took special care to do a bunch of wake up calls for many rooms, you both are lifesaver! Thanks to Sonya who are more than happy to helps us with our extra request, and radiating warm smile event on the busiest hours. Kudos! +The Barol Restaurants has great view and the cleanliness is maintained neatly. Thanks to Dhevy! -Just a tiny wee bit of suggestion, please make sure the QR code for room directory are available in each and every room :) I enjoyed the stay, thank you!

We just got back from Manado. Best Western was chosen because of its extraordinary view & location. I had to admit the view is superb. We could view part of the city from our room which is really beautiful. Enjoying breakfast looking at the sea. I give 5 stars for the location and view. Unfortunately the maintenance is so bad. We found 3 small baby cockroaches in our room. The bathroom is not cleaned properly.... found strands of hair on the drainage when we just checked in. For certain the housekeeping department needs to train their staff more intensively. I give 2 stars for maintenance. Service is mediocre. We were not provided with towels when we first checked in and it took one hour to request. I give 3 stars for service. In conclusion... if you prioritize the view and location and don't care too much for the cleanliness and the extra baby cockroaches then you should pick this hotel.

You can enjoy the sea view either in the room or at the restaurant, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, night can see the beautiful city view of Manado, comfortable and safe swimming pool for children, beautiful sunset view, recommended hotel in Manado.

Convenience for a family stay. If you bring all your family member there is no doubt you will enjoy your stay here. No unnecessary noise, so if you have a toddler you don't need to worry about their sleep being disturbed.
